- 0:13Speaker 1: mo like amazing buck things. And it's not doing me
- 0:19Speaker 1: true good at Steve hard to move to other Steve,
- 0:30Speaker 1: please by, I don't join joined me to be doing me.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You gotta u turn you gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Got to turn out to turn the water the water.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your baby at it? Uh huh, I
- 2:02Speaker 1: sure will I come on and everybody you are listening
- 2:06Speaker 1: to the voice, come on dig me now, one and
- 2:09Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Well, okay, here
- 2:15Speaker 1: we go. You know what's important, What's what can be
- 2:21Speaker 1: a huge part of your success is if you if
- 2:25Speaker 1: you find a balance, if you find a balance in
- 2:30Speaker 1: your life. That's that's been very important for me. And
- 2:35Speaker 1: I've really never phrased it this way until now, but
- 2:38Speaker 1: I was kind of thinking about it after my wife
- 2:41Speaker 1: and I mean we set up one night recently. Man.
- 2:44Speaker 1: You know, I often come on here and this is
- 2:46Speaker 1: kind of an inspirational moment of the show and I
- 2:49Speaker 1: try to remind people about that most important relationship between
- 2:54Speaker 1: you and God. And that's that's the apex of it.
- 2:57Speaker 1: That's that's the that's the top of the crown. You
- 3:00Speaker 1: gotta form the relationship with God. If you don't, everything
- 3:03Speaker 1: else struggles. It's hard to be a good husband without God.
- 3:07Speaker 1: It's hard to be a good family man without God.
- 3:09Speaker 1: It's hard to be successful without God. Man, it's hard
- 3:12Speaker 1: to be hard to get through this thing called life
- 3:14Speaker 1: without God. So that's clear. But at the same time,
- 3:20Speaker 1: you can't talk about God. Twenty four seven. You got
- 3:23Speaker 1: to go to work. Come on, man, let's just be real.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I ain't I ain't your past, and I ain't at
- 3:27Speaker 1: your church. But let's just be real about it. You know,
- 3:31Speaker 1: if people tell you got to keep your mind stayed
- 3:33Speaker 1: on Him and all like that, that's that's a true statement.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Gotta keep your mind stayed in that area. I don't
- 3:39Speaker 1: not here to tell you how to live, but you
- 3:40Speaker 1: got to keep your mind stayed in that area of God,
- 3:42Speaker 1: of doing the right thing, caring about people. That's what
- 3:45Speaker 1: I took it as. Now I could be wrong. I
- 3:47Speaker 1: apologize if I'm not saying that the way you've been taught.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I can only do me now. But after that, you
- 3:53Speaker 1: got to go to work. You gotta have some fun.
- 3:57Speaker 1: You gotta take care of your business. And that's the
- 4:00Speaker 1: balance you have to find. So it once you focus
- 4:05Speaker 1: on showing up your relationship with God, you got you
- 4:09Speaker 1: gotta balance this now. Now you got to allocate some time.
- 4:15Speaker 1: I don't care who you are, for your family. If
- 4:18Speaker 1: you're gonna have a family, you got to allocate some
- 4:21Speaker 1: time for them. See, we can't just marry these women
- 4:24Speaker 1: or make these kids and then neglect them. And fellas,
- 4:29Speaker 1: especially if I'm talking to me about him, ladies, you
- 4:31Speaker 1: can listen to. But listen. If you find yourself struggling
- 4:35Speaker 1: in your life, man, and you can't seem to get
- 4:37Speaker 1: it together, let's just go over a couple of things.
- 4:39Speaker 1: The first two things, if you find yourself struggling, you
- 4:43Speaker 1: can't seem to pull it together and reach your goals
- 4:45Speaker 1: and get to where you want to go. Let's just
- 4:48Speaker 1: do a check how is your relationship with God? And
- 4:53Speaker 1: then next how much time are you taking to allocate
- 4:58Speaker 1: for your family? Now, your family don't always live in
- 5:02Speaker 1: your house, but if you made them, they yours and
- 5:06Speaker 1: the responsibility to them is never lessing because you don't
- 5:10Speaker 1: stay that no more. Because you and the girl broke
- 5:12Speaker 1: up you and the woman don't speak a man that
- 5:15Speaker 1: don't ever release you from the obligation. Feel me when
- 5:19Speaker 1: I'm telling you this now, because I'm not telling you
- 5:22Speaker 1: something I'm wondering about. I've had to live through them years.
- 5:27Speaker 1: So two things you can start looking at. If you're
- 5:29Speaker 1: not where you want to be, and you ain't, you
- 5:31Speaker 1: ain't really solid. You can't figure out why you keep
- 5:33Speaker 1: spending your wills. Have you just done a random inventory? Man?
- 5:36Speaker 1: Have you just checked on your relationship with God? Have
- 5:39Speaker 1: you checked on the time you spending dedicated towards your family,
- 5:43Speaker 1: your children that you've created? If them two things is
- 5:46Speaker 1: out of saint man, that I can tell you right now,
- 5:49Speaker 1: you can go on and get to explain in yourself
- 5:51Speaker 1: away just like that. A man, how come you ain't
- 5:54Speaker 1: where you want to be? I'm couz man, I really ain't.
- 5:58Speaker 1: But if you really ain't, then you really ain't. The
- 6:00Speaker 1: third thing is you got to allocate the necessary time
- 6:05Speaker 1: for your business. You got to handle your business all
- 6:10Speaker 1: of this, man, it is the way it works. And
- 6:14Speaker 1: the order, the order is God first, family second. Then
- 6:23Speaker 1: you got to handle all your business but as men,
- 6:26Speaker 1: and this is what we do. If I don't handle
- 6:29Speaker 1: my business. I can't take care of my family, true statement.
- 6:33Speaker 1: But if your business is in front of your family,
- 6:36Speaker 1: you out of order. Nah. That's all we're talking about, now,
- 6:39Speaker 1: ain't it. See That's that's all we really saying here now,
- 6:42Speaker 1: fellas you know, you know, I mean, I mean, come on, man,
- 6:45Speaker 1: you know, let's let's have a real conversation about being better.
- 6:48Speaker 1: You know, if you have created these children, you got
- 6:51Speaker 1: to handle your business. You may not like the girl
- 6:54Speaker 1: no more. You and the woman might have broken up,
- 6:56Speaker 1: y'all might go your own way, But what that got
- 6:58Speaker 1: to do with the child though? Man, you got to
- 7:00Speaker 1: handle your business. They got to know who daddy is.
- 7:02Speaker 1: That's your obligation. Man, And God ain't letting you off
- 7:05Speaker 1: the hook for that. Try go ahead and try it,
- 7:08Speaker 1: and thank you. Gonna get off the hook with that,
- 7:10Speaker 1: because you're not man, You just not. I'm sorry, man,
- 7:16Speaker 1: dog Steve, why are you coming like that? Because I
- 7:19Speaker 1: did it like that? I did it, man. I was
- 7:22Speaker 1: over here trying to reshape my life, getting myself up
- 7:25Speaker 1: on my feet when I was a homeless man and
- 7:27Speaker 1: trying to come back. Man, I thought I had to
- 7:29Speaker 1: take care of me first. And then so I can
- 7:31Speaker 1: neglect it. Care about them kids. Man, That ain't high work. Man,
- 7:34Speaker 1: God CalPERS knee on my neck for a long time
- 7:37Speaker 1: for that one right there, until I finally learned the lesson.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Hold up, man, put these phone calls in, Go spend
- 7:44Speaker 1: some time, do something. And then it started turning around
- 7:48Speaker 1: for me. You know, I can't beat there all the
- 7:50Speaker 1: time because I am out here on the ground in
- 7:52Speaker 1: the hustle. But at the same time, Man, some more
- 7:54Speaker 1: phone calls, some more letters, somemohaha, he he's something. Then
- 8:01Speaker 1: take care of your business man. You got to work
- 8:03Speaker 1: hard to be successful. You know. Sometimes I don't put
- 8:07Speaker 1: that in there. I just live in and I expect
- 8:09Speaker 1: my sons to emulate that. But I gotta talk to
- 8:11Speaker 1: him all the time. How hard you got to work
- 8:14Speaker 1: to be something. It's all out of salt on it. Man.
- 8:18Speaker 1: If you gotta target in mind, you gotta go. You
- 8:20Speaker 1: gotta wake up every day trying to get there. And
- 8:23Speaker 1: you can't get tired of it because it's it never ends.
- 8:29Speaker 1: You're gonna always be this way. That's how life is
- 8:32Speaker 1: designed and set up. You got to be a hard worker, man.
- 8:36Speaker 1: If you're always looking for some time to chill, and man,
- 8:39Speaker 1: I wanta go do what I want to do, you
- 8:40Speaker 1: ain't gonna make it. In order to be successful, you
- 8:44Speaker 1: have to do a series of things that you're uncomfortable doing,
- 8:47Speaker 1: and work is the thing that most of us are
- 8:50Speaker 1: uncomfortable doing. It's so much easier to chill, man. I
- 8:54Speaker 1: wish I could kick back with a cigar man all
- 8:57Speaker 1: the time, but I can't. Man, I can't because I
- 9:03Speaker 1: got to work. Then the last piece of the balance
- 9:10Speaker 1: balance piece is you gotta take some time out to
- 9:12Speaker 1: enjoy yourself. But if you ain't where you want to be,
- 9:17Speaker 1: you ain't got a lot of time to enjoy yourself.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Quit thinking, man, that this balance is even. It's a
- 9:24Speaker 1: whole lot of God, a whole lot of family, a
- 9:27Speaker 1: whole lot of business, and a little bit of chilling.
- 9:31Speaker 1: The chilling can't be equal to the family, the business,
- 9:35Speaker 1: or your God. If the chilling is equal to any
- 9:38Speaker 1: of them, you ain't gonna make it. Quit chilling, man,
- 9:42Speaker 1: and go to work like a man. Do what you
- 9:44Speaker 1: post to do. Work on your family, work on your relationship,
- 9:48Speaker 1: work on your God, work on your business. And then
- 9:50Speaker 1: when you chill, you might not chill is long, but
- 9:53Speaker 1: your show gonna chill bigger. You're gonna ball bigger. Baby,
- 9:56Speaker 1: you're listening, Ladies and gentlemen, let me have it your
- 10:02Speaker 1: undivided attention. Please. This is the Steve Harvey Morning Show,

- 12:42Speaker 1: thought I had presented that idea too. You did, but
- 12:48Speaker 1: I got scared. Can I take no? I don't think
- 12:51Speaker 1: you got scared. I don't think there's You've never been
- 12:55Speaker 1: scared of anything. I think we can do this, I
- 12:59Speaker 1: think you can hold. Here's what concerns me about it.
- 13:03Speaker 1: If I do it on the date that I proposed
- 13:06Speaker 1: to you all, could I be putting something at risk
- 13:11Speaker 1: that's so greater value than the return on the investment
- 13:15Speaker 1: for that show? That's question? Can I say this? At Yes, sir, Yes, sir?
- 13:22Speaker 1: You every man and I have brought up and mumbling,

- 21:18Speaker 1: know if you amember God, but our starts off with
- 21:25Speaker 1: my moaning. Yeah, this is church complaints, just begins with
- 21:32Speaker 1: my moaning. Ja not your mom. I didn't say it
- 21:37Speaker 1: with my money. It ain't your place. Why why are
- 21:44Speaker 1: you so bitter when we do the complaints? Why he
- 21:47Speaker 1: got a complaint? Yeah, yeah, thank you, Ques. What is
- 21:55Speaker 1: your complaint? What is you upset about? I'm complaining because
- 22:00Speaker 1: my deacon, who has self proclaimed himself to be phenomena,
- 22:09Speaker 1: is now overtaking the bitch. It's church complaints. Come on
- 22:14Speaker 1: with the complaints from the church. Deacon. Well, I have
- 22:18Speaker 1: the complaints, but I don't like how you addressing me.
- 22:21Speaker 1: I thought me. Let me, let me get something straight
- 22:24Speaker 1: between me and you. Were friends, are not free. We
- 22:28Speaker 1: are postal and beacon. You're not what you change. But
- 22:34Speaker 1: that's all right, that's all right. I'm not gonna go
- 22:37Speaker 1: into it. But you have changed. You are not You're
- 22:39Speaker 1: not who you used to be. Well, let me go ahead,
- 22:42Speaker 1: and I guess none of us is since you have
- 22:44Speaker 1: become phenomena. I was phenomena the last break. That don't
- 22:51Speaker 1: have nothing to do with this break. We are doing
- 22:53Speaker 1: church complaints now, and I am telling you whether the
- 22:56Speaker 1: congregation is upset about. But as far as me being phenolic, now,
- 23:00Speaker 1: that was the last break. That's all right. Let me
- 23:07Speaker 1: just all right. I need you to say something that
- 23:17Speaker 1: Brother Benny Lewis. Every time someone coughs doing service, he
- 23:24Speaker 1: runs over there and slaps them in the faith and
- 23:27Speaker 1: then he's praised them when lightstyle. And then it is
- 23:33Speaker 1: bad pastor because people now choking on the coughs and
- 23:38Speaker 1: they won't call because they scared, because they scared that
- 23:41Speaker 1: he gonna come over and slap it. You need to
- 23:43Speaker 1: do something with him, because I asked Brother Benny to
- 23:47Speaker 1: do that. Charles Coronavirus Committee, Yeah, we're doing it. Our
- 23:58Speaker 1: church is our part to control the coronavirus. Brother Bennett,
- 24:04Speaker 1: having been a foma all in me, has slapped several
- 24:09Speaker 1: people before without retaliation, and I bought five kids, a
- 24:14Speaker 1: lots all. So we spray your area, your hand and
- 24:19Speaker 1: directly in your mouth. And I'm proud to say, unlike
- 24:27Speaker 1: the President, we have zero cases at our church or
- 24:31Speaker 1: the coronavirus. Now. We don't have anybody here with the coronavirua. No,
- 24:36Speaker 1: because when we cut out all communal activity, ain't no
- 24:40Speaker 1: communion getting served on the cups. And we don't do
- 24:44Speaker 1: none of that. We don't turn and shake your neighborhood,
- 24:48Speaker 1: We don't do none of that and we do double
- 24:51Speaker 1: spacing on all PEPs. But he is slapping these people
- 24:55Speaker 1: in the faith and then spraying lights out on their body.
- 24:59Speaker 1: That is, it is not right past and I have
- 25:02Speaker 1: to go against you on this. I understand that you can.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I ask you a question. Do we have any reported
- 25:08Speaker 1: cases of coronavirus here at the jack Pot Joint or Drew?
- 25:13Speaker 1: Yes or no? We have a zero uh cases. Then
- 25:18Speaker 1: the slapping and spraying will continue. But that and if
- 25:26Speaker 1: you keep talking, brother Benny gonna pay your answer visit
- 25:31Speaker 1: m you gonna have keep on. I've told you. Let
- 25:39Speaker 1: me move right around there, all right, then, Ben, take
- 25:45Speaker 1: all that coffin outside all it. On't even come in
- 25:53Speaker 1: here with your mask on passage do you have? We're
- 26:01Speaker 1: not taking visitors from no other countries, none of that.

- 26:20Speaker 1: them put them to attend uh the service. As you know,
- 26:25Speaker 1: the tickets are two hundred dollars ahead. They are asking
- 26:30Speaker 1: Ken the church pay for them to attend. All the
- 26:33Speaker 1: member that the church they want to go to the
- 26:35Speaker 1: service that Kanye is coming but it's two hundred dollars
- 26:39Speaker 1: and they don't have that. They are asking can the
- 26:41Speaker 1: church pay for them to come? And we have five
- 26:45Speaker 1: at least three hundred members that want to come past.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Kanye had requested ticket prices to be hundred, to be two.

- 27:11Speaker 1: to the coronavirus bill. So we have one test kit
- 27:18Speaker 1: that we had got a hold of and we're using
- 27:22Speaker 1: that in case I feel ill. One kit for you
- 27:30Speaker 1: in case I feel ill. Over than that, you just
- 27:34Speaker 1: ain't coming up in here, Kaugh if you want to,
- 27:38Speaker 1: Brother Billy, he called, all right, here's another stulated flame. Flavor.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Flav is asking the sin and our choir since he
- 27:49Speaker 1: has been released from public enemy. He wants the choir
- 27:54Speaker 1: members to wear a clock doing service. The choir members
- 27:59Speaker 1: are saying, the clock is to heaven and I gonna
- 28:01Speaker 1: bear the same to sound. But it's your Kyle pastor
- 28:04Speaker 1: if the choir members are gonna sing with the with
- 28:07Speaker 1: the clock once again, Flavor has been canceled also, now
- 28:15Speaker 1: we're not gonna have Kanye wind the hair where we
- 28:18Speaker 1: have Flavor flat. What damn sister, just publicity wise did

- 33:21Speaker 1: rally before the Conservative Political Action Committee conference, where both
- 33:24Speaker 1: the president and Vice president were speaking. But Trump says
- 33:27Speaker 1: the rallies won't stop, but it will have tremendous rallies.
- 33:30Speaker 1: And we're doing very well, and we've done a fantastic
- 33:32Speaker 1: job with respect to that subject from the virus well.
- 33:35Speaker 1: According to the CDC last Friday, six US states Alabama, Maine, Ohio, Oklahoma,

- 34:22Speaker 1: I believe in Joe. I really believe in him, and
- 34:25Speaker 1: I've known him for a long time. One of the

- 34:29Speaker 1: leader who really does care about the people and who
- 34:33Speaker 1: can therefore unify the people. And I believe Joe can
- 34:36Speaker 1: do that. And Harris says she'll do everything in her
- 34:38Speaker 1: power to help Biden win the White House. Democratic socialist
- 34:42Speaker 1: Bernie Sanders has been putting in some last minute campaign
- 34:44Speaker 1: this weekend in Michigan. He's continued to tone down and
- 34:47Speaker 1: modify his style. I'm not here just running both for
- 34:50Speaker 1: me and I'm gonna solve all your problems. That's not
- 34:53Speaker 1: what I'm saying. What I'm saying here is that we
- 34:56Speaker 1: have to beat Trump. That goes without saying, but we
- 34:59Speaker 1: have to transform this country. Jesse Jackson has endorsed Bernie Sanders.
- 35:04Speaker 1: If you remember, Jesse Jackson Junior back in the day,
- 35:07Speaker 1: endorsed Barack Obama before Jesse Jackson Senior did. Thanks to

- 39:13Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to the
- 39:16Speaker 1: show and trending sports news. The beef between Draymond Green
- 39:21Speaker 1: and Charles Barkley goes back a very long long way.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Charles Barkley, why do these two keep having me? Well,
- 39:30Speaker 1: this might I'll explain Charles one of them. Really Yeah,
- 39:39Speaker 1: Charles Barkley tell me he's been making fun of the
- 39:42Speaker 1: Warriors all season long. Earlier this season, Charles made fun
- 39:46Speaker 1: of Draymond for averaging what he called a triple single.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Last week, Barkley kept Barkley kept a joke going during
- 39:54Speaker 1: the Lakers game after Draymond got ejected and brought up
- 39:59Speaker 1: Green's non st trash talk when the Warriors were at
- 40:01Speaker 1: their peak, uh and he was surrounded by all stars. Well,
- 40:06Speaker 1: Draymond has had enough of Sir Charles, and he responded,
- 40:09Speaker 1: take a listen. No, Barkley should stop befar, I go
- 40:12Speaker 1: take his job, though I can do that well too.
- 40:15Speaker 1: He already don't make enough money playing, so he need
- 40:17Speaker 1: that job. He shouldn't stop talking to live. I liked
- 40:20Speaker 1: it Tennessee to end people, so he should stop before
- 40:25Speaker 1: I take his job. If he keeps talking, I'll take
- 40:30Speaker 1: you soon, sooner than the things. So yeah, he probably
- 40:33Speaker 1: should be quard. He also can't talk basketball, and the

- 40:42Speaker 1: sit at this time? Wow? Oh hey, hey man, somebody

- 40:51Speaker 1: he won't go in there and tell Charles Barker that
- 40:55Speaker 1: man Barley. Hey, but cauld I say something until you
- 41:00Speaker 1: know Jillian Raymond got a ring? Don Draymond got two rings?
- 41:09Speaker 1: Do Berkeley? Barkley can't say nothing? But but Charles Barkley
- 41:16Speaker 1: is a sports commentator. Exactly what he ge NBA great?
- 41:24Speaker 1: And he doesn't have a ring, but his game was
- 41:28Speaker 1: well well respected. Now you don't have a respected to
- 41:32Speaker 1: the up mode. Yeah. Respect, But but but he can
- 41:37Speaker 1: talk because he's a commentator, and Draymond Green has a
- 41:42Speaker 1: right to talk because he's the recipient of it. Once
- 41:45Speaker 1: you talk trash, you gotta be open. You open the
- 41:48Speaker 1: trash can't. So I'm cool with both of them because
- 41:51Speaker 1: both of them was hell of Draymond's hell of player
- 41:56Speaker 1: rings got ring? Okay, but on the ring, Charles Butler
- 42:02Speaker 1: got is onion rings. That's all. You know what? You
- 42:05Speaker 1: know what? That's all. He ain't got enough. No, I
- 42:10Speaker 1: see Draymond got two rings. Baby, that's you can't you
- 42:15Speaker 1: can't denounce that. Butley got his deep fried in batter
- 42:20Speaker 1: onion rings. Hey, if you're gonna say something, but he's
- 42:25Speaker 1: coming back with you, ain't got no ring and come
- 42:27Speaker 1: on team times. I got come on teams, come on
- 42:30Speaker 1: team tom But because I personally, he could say whatever
- 42:36Speaker 1: you want to say. But once you say it, if
- 42:38Speaker 1: the trash talking game is open, yeah it ain't it
- 42:42Speaker 1: ain't it ain't. No, Draymond need to go somewhere and
- 42:44Speaker 1: sit down because he's a commentator. No, Draymond got it
- 42:47Speaker 1: right to fire back. He can fire back. Yeah, Raymond
- 42:52Speaker 1: Green got two rings, Tommy, say what do you want
- 42:54Speaker 1: to Timmy? Draymond got three rings. It's not two these three,

- 43:27Speaker 1: Raymond had to work real hard to get them three rings.
- 43:30Speaker 1: To get an order of onion rings. You just gotta wait,
- 43:34Speaker 1: You just gotta wait, You just gotta wait. Yeah. Well,

- 46:24Speaker 1: there in the wrong space. I couldn't have had you
- 46:26Speaker 1: in the wrong spaces. I don't even know the cemeteries.
- 46:29Speaker 1: You know what. I must send my grandbaby up there
- 46:32Speaker 1: to talk to you. Okay, I'll be here to five.
- 46:34Speaker 1: You're very mischievous. You know that I'll be here to
- 46:37Speaker 1: five o'clock. You have a good day. No, you don't.
- 46:40Speaker 1: You hang up this phone on me. You have a
- 46:42Speaker 1: good day. No, I'm not gonna have a good day.
- 46:44Speaker 1: You had me praying over the president's body, and that
- 46:48Speaker 1: was the wrong one. And when's in that praying over
- 46:51Speaker 1: this white man's body? It wasn't right. Hello, I'm listening
- 46:57Speaker 1: to you you don't have an apology on face because
- 47:00Speaker 1: I know I didn't tell your granddaughter where a space
- 47:03Speaker 1: was that? What did you tell them? I don't even
- 47:06Speaker 1: know what your granddaughter is? What you mean the Stamon's family,
- 47:10Speaker 1: we were not that. I don't know who the Semmons
- 47:12Speaker 1: family is, not Simon, that Stamons, Stamons. I don't know
- 47:16Speaker 1: a Simons family. That's what I'm telling you. I'm not
- 47:18Speaker 1: a counselor. I don't even deal with family. Here. What
- 47:22Speaker 1: I need you to do? Can you go out there
- 47:24Speaker 1: and pray over my sif the body? I don't know
- 47:26Speaker 1: where your sister is buried. I supposed to have been
- 47:29Speaker 1: sex bathed away from the mother limb. I don't are
- 47:33Speaker 1: there any faces? Where is it? Where is it that
- 47:37Speaker 1: section two? We was in section two? But there was
- 47:40Speaker 1: some white man we was that That wasn't my suf
- 47:43Speaker 1: the prices. Okay, I don't even know who your sister
- 47:47Speaker 1: friends is. I do not even know where section two is.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Whoever came into the cemetery and said that they spoke
- 47:55Speaker 1: to me, They probably did speak to me, and I
- 47:58Speaker 1: probably got the information from a counselor, but I never
- 48:00Speaker 1: told them exactly where the spot was. So if they
- 48:03Speaker 1: were out there praying over your sister and they were
- 48:06Speaker 1: in the wrong spot, that's not my problem. That praying
- 48:09Speaker 1: over some white man, that's not my problem, sir. If
- 48:12Speaker 1: you gave the wrong the wrong spot, if you gave
- 48:15Speaker 1: the wrong information, it is just I don't give the
- 48:18Speaker 1: wrong information. I tell them, yes, she's in section two.
- 48:22Speaker 1: I did not physically go out there and point to
- 48:24Speaker 1: the spot to tell them to pray over that spot.
- 48:26Speaker 1: Let me explain what I'm trying to stop from happening.
- 48:30Speaker 1: If my people come out there, it's gonna be some
- 48:32Speaker 1: more bodies getting buried, and I almost nobody to get her.
- 48:35Speaker 1: I mean, your family can come up here. It's not
- 48:37Speaker 1: gonna be no more bodies being buried that. What they
- 48:40Speaker 1: can do is come up here writing. We can conversate
- 48:42Speaker 1: about this, but it's not going to be an up
- 48:44Speaker 1: world here. I want you to go out there and
- 48:47Speaker 1: you pray over friends of the body. I'm not going
- 48:49Speaker 1: out to pray over nobody's body. It's not family member.
- 48:54Speaker 1: I didn't tell them the wrong information. Do you love
- 48:59Speaker 1: the Lord? I dearly do. Then you ought to have
- 49:02Speaker 1: some sympathy. I want you to buy your head right now. No,
- 49:06Speaker 1: I'm going to end this conversation because all the work
- 49:10Speaker 1: to do. Now they will come in and lust to me.
- 49:13Speaker 1: I will be hearing to five o'clock. Can I say
- 49:15Speaker 1: one more thing for you? I'm ending the car. Okay,
- 49:19Speaker 1: this nephew Timmy from the Steve Harvard Morning Show. You
- 49:22Speaker 1: just got prank. Clevid. You are crazy your sister to
- 49:35Speaker 1: me because sets you up back and you just got
- 49:39Speaker 1: it baby from nephew Timmy. Well, you were standing your ground.
- 49:45Speaker 1: You like this guy. She wasn't prayed over the wrong
- 49:47Speaker 1: bout it. That don't mean that I ain't never do that.
- 49:54Speaker 1: All right, check it out. You gotta tell me one thing.
- 49:56Speaker 1: What's the baddest radio show in the land? Anybody? Anybody? What?
- 50:07Speaker 1: You played too much? I've been trying to say, how
- 50:09Speaker 1: did I do? How did I do? How did I do?
- 50:12Speaker 1: Did you when you when you heard my part? When
- 50:14Speaker 1: you heard my part? How did you were stupid? Now?
- 50:17Speaker 1: Did I did I? Did I represent? Yeah? Was I stupid?
- 50:24Speaker 1: As they coy man? Man? Yeah? It was hold on,
- 50:32Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not getting the coke saying that I'm

- 51:14Speaker 1: But I'm the greatest that he's ever seen. That's all.
- 51:16Speaker 1: I just want to be the stupidest person of America.
- 51:19Speaker 1: That's all I wanted to got it, baby, you got
- 51:22Speaker 1: that time? Tell him Montgomery, Dog, I'm at Montgomery. I
- 51:26Speaker 1: am at the Montgomery Performing On Center. And uh I
- 51:30Speaker 1: I I'm the stupidest person. That's I'm the stupidest person
- 51:38Speaker 1: in the universe. I just ram yourself up. Man, Yeah,
- 51:47Speaker 1: I am the stupidest person walking. There is no one
- 51:51Speaker 1: greater than me. Got it? When it comes to stupid
- 51:55Speaker 1: that's it. Got it, Hey, that's it. He's phenomenon. All right,

- 52:28Speaker 1: and more. Please submit your Strawberry Letter to Steve Harvey
- 52:32Speaker 1: FM dot com and click submit Strawberry Letter. We could
- 52:35Speaker 1: be reading your letter live on the air, just like
- 52:38Speaker 1: we're gonna read this one right here, right now for you, Jay.
- 52:42Speaker 1: That is for you. Buckle up, hold on tight. We
- 52:45Speaker 1: got it for you. Here it is, Thank you, nephew,
- 52:49Speaker 1: subject sanctified and saved Swingers. Oh you're not gonna believe
- 52:54Speaker 1: this one, guys, but here we go. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 52:57Speaker 1: I'm a black man in my mid thirties and I'm
- 53:00Speaker 1: married to the woman of my dreams. We moved back
- 53:04Speaker 1: to my home state a few years back and we
- 53:06Speaker 1: joined a great new church. We are friends with several
- 53:09Speaker 1: of the young married couples there, but we're having a
- 53:13Speaker 1: problem with one couple in particular. We used to hang
- 53:16Speaker 1: out with them and we got really close and we
- 53:18Speaker 1: will double date with this couple and have game night
- 53:22Speaker 1: at their house or hours. Not too long ago, we
- 53:25Speaker 1: decided to have our first swinger's experience with them. My
- 53:30Speaker 1: wife has always wanted to try it, but I was
- 53:33Speaker 1: always a little skeptical. We were at the couple's house
- 53:36Speaker 1: and they decided it was time to try it, but
- 53:39Speaker 1: my wife and I were caught off guard. My wife
- 53:42Speaker 1: was all into it and had a great time with
- 53:44Speaker 1: a guy, but I didn't hold up my end of
- 53:47Speaker 1: the deal. I couldn't. I could not do it or her.
- 53:53Speaker 1: I could not do it or her. The other female
- 53:56Speaker 1: got really upset, so when things simmered down, we left
- 54:00Speaker 1: a few days later, I reached out to the guide
- 54:02Speaker 1: to plan another game night. He told me that he
- 54:05Speaker 1: and his wife are still angry because I didn't satisfy
- 54:09Speaker 1: his wife. We said that our friendship. He said that
- 54:12Speaker 1: our friendship is one sided. I thought that we all
- 54:17Speaker 1: had bonded and it would be something great and private
- 54:19Speaker 1: between us. We saw them at church Sunday and they
- 54:22Speaker 1: barely spoke to us. My wife thinks that the other
- 54:25Speaker 1: couples that we hang up with are all into swinging,
- 54:29Speaker 1: are all into swinging, because the women acted funny with her.
- 54:34Speaker 1: I would not put it past them, But how can
- 54:36Speaker 1: all these church people be doing this? Is swinging that mainstream.
- 54:41Speaker 1: Now I should have followed my first mind and not
- 54:44Speaker 1: even tried it. How can we fix this and save
- 54:47Speaker 1: face at our church with these saved swingers? Or should
- 54:51Speaker 1: we leave this church all together? Any advice you can
- 54:54Speaker 1: offer would be great. What any invice we could offer
- 55:03Speaker 1: save swingers? How was that even in the same sentence
- 55:07Speaker 1: save swingers? How is that puttick that doesn't go together?
- 55:11Speaker 1: Come on, now, you guys joined a great new church.
- 55:14Speaker 1: It's a swinging culture at your church. I mean, you know,
- 55:18Speaker 1: I suppose anything is possible. But quite frankly, this is
- 55:21Speaker 1: the first time I've ever heard of this, ever heard
- 55:24Speaker 1: of this. We'll see if Steve's ever heard of it
- 55:28Speaker 1: when he gives his answer. But you know, I gotta
- 55:31Speaker 1: say this as an aside, this is how you know
- 55:33Speaker 1: that these letters are not made up? That's the question
- 55:37Speaker 1: we get a lot. Do you make these letters up?
- 55:39Speaker 1: How could we? How can we think something like this up?
- 55:43Speaker 1: This is real stuff. We know we don't make these
- 55:46Speaker 1: letters up. Okay, I'll just tell you that as Christians
- 55:51Speaker 1: in the church, this is not what's supposed to be
- 55:54Speaker 1: going on in church. I don't know who your pastor is,
- 55:57Speaker 1: what church this is. You say it's a great new church.
- 56:00Speaker 1: You say you married the woman of your dreams. Well,
- 56:02Speaker 1: the woman of your dreams was swinging with someone else's husband.
- 56:07Speaker 1: That's the woman of your dreams, and you allowed it.
- 56:09Speaker 1: I don't understand what's going on in your marriage in
- 56:15Speaker 1: this church with all this swinging. I don't get it.
- 56:19Speaker 1: But listen, if you want to continue with your marriage,
- 56:24Speaker 1: you're gonna have to do something about this. I mean seriously.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Because your wife was into it and you weren't. That's
- 56:31Speaker 1: that's a problem. You didn't say that the other woman
- 56:35Speaker 1: was unattractive. You didn't say that. You just said you
- 56:38Speaker 1: couldn't do it for her. Yeah, you said you just
- 56:41Speaker 1: couldn't do it or her. The other female got very upset.
- 56:45Speaker 1: You wanted to plan okay, you wanted to plan another
- 56:47Speaker 1: game night. But they're still mad at you. So you know.
- 56:51Speaker 1: My advice to you guys is maybe you should join
- 56:56Speaker 1: another church where they don't swing and it's about Christianity
- 57:01Speaker 1: and following Christ and things like that. I don't know
- 57:04Speaker 1: this letter right here? Then people really do this, Steve, Yeah,
- 57:08Speaker 1: come on, I got it, Okay, go. This letter sanctified
- 57:12Speaker 1: and saved swingers is a letter filled with bad judgment.
- 57:19Speaker 1: This is a letter filled with bad judgment and poor understanding.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Let's start with bad judgment and poor understanding. I'm married
- 57:31Speaker 1: to the woman of my dreams who likes to sleep
- 57:36Speaker 1: with other men and get off doing it. Okay, that's
- 57:42Speaker 1: for starters. We moved back to my home state and
- 57:46Speaker 1: we joined a great new church. The great new church
- 57:51Speaker 1: is filled with couples who swing. The whole letter is
- 57:59Speaker 1: an understandings misrepresentation. The facts is blurred. You tripping dog.
- 58:08Speaker 1: And then on top of all this, you're a black
- 58:11Speaker 1: dude on your thirty that rites into a radio station.
- 58:17Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? You're married to the woman of
- 58:20Speaker 1: your dream who wants to swing, and you joined the
- 58:25Speaker 1: great new church, and the church is full of swingers,
- 58:30Speaker 1: and you got a problem with both of these. You
- 58:33Speaker 1: friends with a young couple. You having problems with one couple.
- 58:37Speaker 1: Y'all used to hang out because you got close. You
- 58:39Speaker 1: double dated, and you had game night at day house,
- 58:41Speaker 1: not hours or hours. Then you decided to have your
- 58:45Speaker 1: first swingers experience with the whoa hold a partner? Y'all
- 58:49Speaker 1: was doing game night? Ain't that clue? Monopoly? Boggle? Hold on, man,
- 58:55Speaker 1: let's screw each other. Hold on well at for two year.
- 59:01Speaker 1: Response coming up in twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 59:06Speaker 1: Sanctified and Saved Swingers. That is the subject of my
- 59:09Speaker 1: strawberry letter for today. We'll get into it right after this.
- 59:13Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve,
- 59:17Speaker 1: come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letters. Subject Sanctified and
- 59:21Speaker 1: Saved Swingers. Let's deal with this letter. Feel of misconceptions.
- 59:27Speaker 1: I'm married to the woman of my dreams, who he
- 59:30Speaker 1: finds out after they get married at game night, really
- 59:34Speaker 1: is a swinger. He goes back home to his home state,
- 59:38Speaker 1: and we joined a great new church. The great new
- 59:42Speaker 1: church is full of swingers. Let's go back to the
- 59:45Speaker 1: top of the letter, Sanctified and Saved Swingers. Now, just
- 59:51Speaker 1: because you saved does not mean you are seeing free.
- 59:55Speaker 1: So I ain't pass a judgment here. But save people
- 59:59Speaker 1: are nothing but sent us saved by grace. Please stop
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: using the words sanctified. That means holy and clean. All
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: y'all dirty in this one, y'all. Look now, if you're
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: a saved person, then you must admit. And once again,
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Uncle Steve, ain't passing judgment, but you must know that
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: this is a scene to cover another man's wife to
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: have an affair, to commit adults. You all, this is wrong.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: I ain't judging you, but dog man, come on now.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: We decided that they got really close to this couple
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: of days to hang out and we got really close
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: and double dating. The couple had game night at their
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: house of hours not too long ago. We decided to
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: have our first swinger's experience with them. Hold up, it
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: was game night. It was it was clue, it was ogle.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Y'all was playing Spades, bid Whiz Monopoly. Sorry, I don't
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: want to be the car. Y'all was playing clue. Who
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: was dealing them? Cause and said, you know what, ain't man?
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: Hey man, hold on, hold on, hold on, Let's screw
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: each other. Let's turn this card table. Let's put something
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: else on this table. Now, your wife has always wanted
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: to try, but you were a little skeptical. So y'all
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: was at the couple's house and they decided it was
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: time to try. This's like watching that Slingers commercial on
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: TV when that couple says, do you sling and that
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: dude when they started, but because he didn't know what
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: he said, y'all, yeah, okay, cool. Well your wife was
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: all into it and had a great time with the guy.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: But I didn't hold up my end of the deal.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I just could not do it or her. The other
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: female got really upset. Now let's stop right here, let's
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: talk about what happened. Dog. You obviously wasn't happy with them,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: because obviously she ain't fine as your wife. So now
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: you over here, you got the bad into the stick.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: The other dude happy, your wife cool, his wife cool?
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: You upset? You know why you upset? You wouldn't have
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: married her. No, damn what you have said to yourself
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: at several games. Not to hell he married her? For
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: next thing? You know? You sleeping with it? And and
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: I got news for you. You can't perform in front
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: of other people. And the reason you can't perform in
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: front of other people, dog, is you just really ain't
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: that good at it. You ain't, dog, You just ain't
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: that good at it. Everybody ain't good at sex like
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: that any time anywhere. See you met the girl of
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: your dream, that's all you wanted. You ain't good at
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: this other stuff. You ain't no player. And even when
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: you're performing that's why your girl wanted to try to
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: swangle stuff anything, because she had to try something because
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: you ain't trying to baking at the house, shorself. Anytime
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: you see a woman wanting to step outside the relationship,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: it's usually because something you ain't doing at the house.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: So you ain't at the house frying to baking like
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: you want. I know you didn't want to hear this
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: part from a little thirty year old black dude, but
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: you might as well hid. You just ain't that good
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: at it, and so now you want to go back
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: over there. And then my wife has always wanted to try.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: My wife was into it. I couldn't do it. The
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: other female got upset, so when things simme it down,
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: we left a few days later, I reached out to
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: the guy to play in another game. Man. Then the
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: guy told you here and his wife still man. Because
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: I didn't satisfy his wife, he said, I'll fresh you
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: at one sided. See, I satisfied your wife. Your wife
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: satisfied me. But you can't do nothing to brun Hilda.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: Now brun Hilda sitting over there with her mouth stuck out,
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: because obviously you can't handle it. Brun Hild a big girl.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Look look now I can't say big girl. Let's just
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: say molding. You can handle. So now here you go.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: So I reached out the guy. You on a plan
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: that he said the fishhop one sided, and I thought
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: we all had bonded. See once again he go, you
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: thinking again. He thought you had the woman to your dream.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: He thought you was at a great church. You thought
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: everybody was saved and sanctified, and then you thought we
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: all had bonded and it would be something great and
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: private between us. We saw him at church Sunday. They
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: barely spoke to us. I should have followed my first
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: mind and not even tried it. Now everybody know you
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: ain't nothing. How can we fix this and save face
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: of our church? And with these saved swingers you a
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: start bringing in pardon, Oh that's your advice, that's all.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: You ain't got it? Thank you, Steve, post your comments
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: on today's Strawberry Letter and Steve Harvey Swingle and face
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: you don't have a good swangle. Check out the Strawberry
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: Letters undemand coming up at forty six minutes after the hour,
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: stop panic buying stuff due to the coronavirus. We'll tell
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: you about it. Right after this you're listening to show. Well,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: we're all a little worried about what could happen with
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: a coronavirus. But experts do have one piece of advice, Steve.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: They say, stop panic buying. People are hoarding things like sanitizer,
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: hand sanitizers, toilet paper, not to mention badly needed surgical masks.
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: And though no one knows exactly what could happen, supply
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: chain experts all insists that as long as you have
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: enough to get you through fourteen days, you'll be fine.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: Psychologists say that people panic buy because it gives them
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: a sense of calm when things are uneasy, because that
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: column is short lived as you continue to see and
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: hear stories on TV, the radio, of course, and the internet.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: Better to employ strategies to help you keep you grounded,
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: and that means get outside and exercise, keep to your
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: basic routines, get information from reputable sources like the CDC
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: Center for Disease Control. So here's a question, has anybody
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: panic bought anything or are you hoarding anything? Any hand
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: sanitizers or anything panic moved This weekend in the skyline
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: when I was flying, one man cleared the whole area
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: he sneezed and everybody got But let me tell you something, man,
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: here's what about panic buying. This is what I want.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: Can I give you all something that and let me
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: let me let me get do I have a couple
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: of minutes here. Let me give a disclaimer to this
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: because this was a friend of mine, a family friend
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: of mine that works for the CDC, and he sent
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: this notice out to his friends and family, and so
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: he sent me a copy. So I just want to
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: say this, do whatever you want to do. I'm just
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: telling you this came from a guy that I know
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: that works for the Center for Disease Control. He said,
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: the new NCP coronavirus may not show signs of infection
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: for many days. How can one know if he or
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: she is infected By the time they have the fever
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: and or cough and goes to the hospital, the lungs
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: is usually fifty fibrosis and it's too late. Taiwan experts
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: provide a simple self check that we can do every morning.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Take a deep breath, hold your breath for more than
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: ten seconds. If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort,
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: stuffiness or tightness, et cetera is proved there's no fibrosis
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: in the lungs, basically indicating no infection in critical times.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Please self check every single morning with this simple test
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: in a clean environment with clean air. This is serious,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: excellent advice by Japanese doctors treating c o v i
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: D nineteen cases COVID nineteen. Wow. That's I didn't even
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: know that, and I'm I'm gonna read this other part
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: to you. It's just a simple test for you all
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: to start doing. Okay, all right, okay, well, well, uh,
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: Part two of Steve's tests coming up at the top
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: of the hour right after this. You're listening, all right, Steve,
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: you have a like a coronavirus test that we could
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: take to stop some of this panic buying and panic period.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: One of the things this is just a guy, listen
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: to me. So the disclaimer is do whatever your doctor
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: tells you, follow any instructions you want to. I'm just
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: telling you what a friend who works there sent me,
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: and he was talking about it. He said, this is
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: a test, a simple self check test that we can
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: do every morning. Take a deep breath, hold your breath
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: for more than ten seconds. If you complete it successfully
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: without coughing, without discomfort, stuffiness or tightness, etc. It's proves
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: that there is no fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicating
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: no affection in critical times. Please self check every morning
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: in an environment with clean air. Serious excellent advice by
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Japanese doctors treating COVID nineteen cases. What do they call that?
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: COVID nineteen? All right, now, everybody should ensure that your
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: mouth and throat is moist never dry. Listen to me.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Everybody should ensure that your throat and mouth is moist,
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: never dry. Take a few SIPs of water every fifteen
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: minutes at least. Why because even if the virus gets
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: them down through your esophagus into the stomach. Once they're
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: in the tummy, your stomach acid will kill all the virus.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: If you don't drink enough water more regularly, the virus
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: can enter your windpipes and into the lungs. That's very dangerous.
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: Please send and share with family, friends and everyone. These
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: are just simple things. This does not eradicate medical advice.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: This is so I'm just giving you. This does not
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: stop you from following common sense rules of washing your
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: hands and stuff like Thisney, but stop going long periods
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: without drinking water. Stop. Stop. And if you can't hold
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: your breath for ten seconds without this comfort, you need
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: to go get medical attention. He said. Those are just
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: some simple things that everybody can check every morning, and
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: I just want to pass that alone. Well, thank you, doctor, Steve.
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: I love yeah, trying to help. Do you do it?
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: Have you tried it? Oh? Yeah, I immediately try to
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: hold my bro old my brother. About forty five seconds
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: you went over the kam check. I bet not cough
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: a man. You know how you get something in your throat,
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: you cough a little bit, you like, clear your throat.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: I did that, man, I got so quiet looking around
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: in the room. I asked out why you're gonna make
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: yourself be healthy? And that's where you hear coughs too.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: When somebody else called dog snatched around and look, man, yeah,
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: sneeze anymore? Wow? Can do it? Well? Thanks for the info, Steve.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: We appreciated, of course. Let's see just for ten seconds though. Yeah,
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: and did you hear in Italy have you guys heard
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: about like the sporting events, because you know we were
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: talking about events are canceled. These are playing games with
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: no crowd in the pretty bad, especially in the Milan area.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: And you know, even the NBA was talking about possibly
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: doing games with no fans. Lebron said, I ain't playing
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: a game without no fans. Yeah, heard that fans. If
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: somebody picking basketball's professional basketball? No, this is professional basketball.
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: You could postpone it, you could move it, but the
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: ain't nobody fit to go out there. These cats played
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: for money and I don't even understand what the NBA
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: talking about, because hell, who wants to do that? You
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: got it? TV revenue is their biggest revenue, but their
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: gate money still something too. They're all you got all
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: them season ticket holders, Ok' telling people that can't coming
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: here and watch his game. You know the problem? You
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: go ahead. A pr disaster that is well and they
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: need to sell has met since aid the hot dogs, Dan,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying, And that's all you need to say.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: Two hot dogs and the extra lodge has met soon.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: Why are you so crazy? Coming up, guys, more of
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: to show? All right? Well, Saturday Night Lives. Kate McKinnon
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: has been praised for her spot on impression of Senator
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: Elizabeth Warren. She's been doing it for the past few
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: months on SNL, but Saturday Night she got the opportunity
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: to give her pression to the ultimate test, playing the
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: senator opposite the real Elizabeth Warren. It was pretty funny.
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: It was cute, skid, and they also did a TikTok
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: video that is trending right now. Now, who will Elizabeth
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: Warren endorse? That's the bigger question to that, Elizabeth Warren
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: replied on Saturday Night Live. It's tough. Maybe I'll just
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: pull in New York Times and endorse them both. She
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: was referencing how the Times or both her and Senator
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: Amy klobshar So. She said, allen both Sanders and Biden.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: How about that the New York Times. Wow, see how
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: that makes you feel? Yeah, yeah, she has an endorsed video.
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: Though I saw that TikTok. Ain't gonna change the vote?
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: Oh no, no way, too young, Elizabeth Warren. This is
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: her most important moment. Now she's gonna milk this down
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: like she's really really relevant. You're out of the race.
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: The Democratic Party has to unify. She can play a
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: major role and unifying this party. She's probably just gonna
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: wait until whoever gets the nod in June or July,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: whenever the convention is, and then she's gone back that person.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: That's the only way it's gonna work. It doesn't work
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: any other way. Well, more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: Show coming up, and some trending news at thirty three
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. Right after this, you're listening and
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: trending sports news. The beef between Draymond Green and Charles
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: Barkley goes back a very long long way. Charles Barkley,
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: why do these two keep having beat? Well, this might
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: I'll explain one of them. Really, Yeah, that would Charles
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: Barkeley tell me he's been making fun of the Warriors
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: all season long. Earlier this season, Charles made fun of
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: Draymond for averaging what he called a triple single. Uh.
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: Last week, Barkley kept them. Barkley kept a joke going
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: during the Lakers game after Draymond got ejected and brought
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: up Green's NonStop trash talk when the Warriors were at
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: their peak. Uh, and he was surrounded by all stars. Well,
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: Draymond has had enough of sir Charles, and he responded,
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: take a listen. No, Barkley should stop the far I
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: go take this job, though I can do that well too.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: He already don't make enough money playing, so he needed
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: that job. He shouldn't stop talking to me. I like
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: that Tennessee to end people. So he should stop before
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: I take his job. If he keep talking, I'll take
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: you soon, sooner than these things. So yeah, he probably
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: should be bad. He also can't talk basketball over gosh,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: smart enough, I'm not qualified. No rings can't sit at
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: this table? Wow? Oh right, hey man, somebody been telling
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: you can't sit at this table. Yeah. I bet he
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: won't go in there and tell Charles buck that, Manley, Hey,
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: but can I say something to you know, Julian Raymond
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: got a ring? Don Draymond got two rings, Don Barkley.
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: Barkley can't say nothing. But but Charles Barkley is a
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: sports commentator, exactly what he and NBA great, And he
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: doesn't have a ring. But his game was well well respected.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Now you don't have a respect to the upmost Yeah.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: But but but but he can talk because he's a commentator,
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: and Draymond Green has a right to talk because he's
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: the recipient of it. Once you talk trash You gotta
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: be open, you open a trash can. So I'm cool
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: with both of them because both of them was hell
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: of Draymond Hella plays got two rings, okay, but the
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: only ring Charles Botley got is onion rings. That's all
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: you know, you know, coming up our last break of
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: the day. It is the last break of the day
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: that helps the sucky way you said, last break up
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: the day. I just want to say that Steve show
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: him how he showed us how to do yes, break
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: up the Thank you. That's how you're supposed to do it. Jay,
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: you invented this, all right. Coming up some closing remarks
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey at forty nine
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: minutes after right after this, you're listening, all right, Steve.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: Here we are the last break of the day, break
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: up the day. Yes, Jay, I was shaky at the end,
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: but yeah that was it. Thank you. I felt that. Yeah,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: there you go. It's been a good day though. Good Monday, Yeah,
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: good Monday. Yeah. I want to talk to our listeners
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: again because I can't say enough about this voting. You know,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: I'm watching these democrats and I'm watching us just go
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: through what we consider the process, and really it's just
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: a waste of energy. I knew a long time ago.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: Half to these people who I had never heard of. Yeah,
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: and you know, it's not that I'm that political of
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: a person. But if I've never ever heard of you ever, ever,
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: you can't be president. And you know this nice run
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: for all these people boota jag and all these people
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: and young and warring and global child and whatever, claim whatever.
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: I've never heard of you, and you I've never heard
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: of you, and you're gonna be president. The process is
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: just this freedom of America. We got it right now.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: What happens though, when the sitting president is president and
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: they have another term that they can take on, the
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: residing party just gets behind that candidate. There is no
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: other one. Very rarely do they run against themselves. So
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump is their guy. Now, I would venture to
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: say that the majority of Americans are unhappy with him
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: as the president. I would just venture to say that.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: I would. Now I could be wrong, but I'm just
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: I'm just talking. That's all I'm done. This is just
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: my opinion. You're free to disagree. There are a lot
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: of people who are very, very happy with the job
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: he's done. But what I'm watching the Democrats do right now.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: It's a couple of things. First of all, they along
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: with the Republican Party, they do understand the importance and
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: significance of the African American vote, because that's all they're
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: talking about. And like I said the other day, we
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: as African Americans have to take our vote as seriously
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: as everyone else does. We've got to realize our importance
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: at these polls and take on the role and and
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: and and and be the power block that we are. Now,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: what I don't like is how they court the black vote,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: because now you see politicians sitting up in black churches.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Ain't been to a black church ever before, but they're
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: gonna sit in the black church. If you don't think
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: you about to see Trump sitting up in the black church,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: get ready, Biden will be at the black church. Get ready.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: And you'll see Bernie Sanders showing up at black churches.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: Get ready. They come to the vote. So we have
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: to at one important time, we have to sit down
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: and say, wow, we must be that important. And we are.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: But as is everybody's voting. Every White vote is important,
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: every Latino vote is important, Every Asian vote is important.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: Every Native American vote is important. Every vote is important.
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: But when you don't realize the importance of yourself and
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: other people do, we have a problem. And right now
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: I see this as a problem. And what the Democrats
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: got to do because the objective and they can quit
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: forming this circular filing squad that they've had. Shooting at Bloomberg,
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: shooting at Biden, shooting of Bernie, shooting that Elizabeth, everybody
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: was just fine. Shots. Listen to me. If you are
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: unhappy with the direction of this country, if you do
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: not get to these poles and make yourself valid and
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: felt and understood the significance of your vote the way
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: everybody else does, you are sad sad person. Man. How
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: can anybody let me tell you something that isn't a
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: person on this earth willing to take care of me
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: better than me? Now, thank god, I have a wife
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: that's got my back, but I should be paying attention
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: to me pretty closely. Now. She catches the stuff I
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: don't catch, and vice versa. That's great to have that
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: made in life. But politicians ain't your wife. Politicians ain't
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: tak no vow to you. These people show up caught
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: our vote when it's convenient for them to get a win.
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: We have got to take our voting power seriously, man,
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: and get to this pole. If you don't, politics in
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: this country will be changed forever. This man in this
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: White House has conducted himself in a way that is
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: causing some person to look at this and go wild.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna run for president and I'm gonna do the
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: same thing. If you cannot have a moral barometer, if
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: you cannot obey any court orders, if you can stop
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: people from testifying, if you can take the power of
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: your presidency and claim all of these rights just because
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: you're president, then if you don't think somebody else is
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: watching this and planning on duplicating this, you are sadly mistaken.
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: What we've allowed to go down over the past four
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: years is going to get worse and worse worse, and
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: this country cannot survive that. It's no way. So if
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: we don't get out to the polls and make a change,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: things is gonna change, and we're gonna be on the
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: receiving end of a lot of bad policy and a
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: lot of bad justices and a lot of bad decisions.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: You've got to get to the polls and make yourself
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: counted and felt. Those are my closing remarks. All right,
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: all right, that's right, we did that, just thinking y'all.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: Have a great week. Can bye for all Steve Harvey contests.
