I mean, because he's done every single thing he could to make sure they do not have the resources or the ability to do anything to rise up. And all of the economic power of Cuba goes into that corporation. And then the elites, they benefit from the spoils of that. And then the Cuban people get nothing, any kind of aid or anything that they get or any kind of international benefit they get, gets filtered through that corporation and they only give out enough to make sure that the people are just barely surviving.
