- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all sit looking back to back down, giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them like theming bus bus things and it's not good
- 0:20Speaker 1: at Steve to mother, don't join Jo. You gotta use
- 0:59Speaker 1: that turn. You gotta turn to turn them out. Got
- 1:44Speaker 1: to turn out to turn turn the water the water.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your back. Uh huh. I show will
- 2:04Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, come on,
- 2:08Speaker 1: deeed me now, one and only. Steve Harvey got a
- 2:11Speaker 1: radio show. I said every day because God been good
- 2:15Speaker 1: to me. God has done some things in my life
- 2:17Speaker 1: that's truly been just amazing and really amazing. Ain't even
- 2:22Speaker 1: really the word. They don't really have a word for
- 2:24Speaker 1: what He's done for me. I'm just out of superlatives.
- 2:27Speaker 1: That's why I said every day. Steve Harvey got a
- 2:29Speaker 1: radio show because God is in a blessing business. Yeah
- 2:33Speaker 1: it is God. God can help you turn your life around.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Did you hear me? God can help you turn your
- 2:39Speaker 1: life around. Whatever you're going through. God has an answer
- 2:43Speaker 1: for it. See But it's the going through that gets
- 2:46Speaker 1: us though, ain't it. Because I was having a moment
- 2:49Speaker 1: yesterday and I set my wife down. I said, baby,
- 2:51Speaker 1: I just need to talk to him. Going through a
- 2:53Speaker 1: little bit right now. I just wanted to share what
- 2:55Speaker 1: I'm a little down right now. My wife reminded me.
- 3:00Speaker 1: She just reminded me, just see this what a man.
- 3:03Speaker 1: That's what a good mate does. A good mate reminds
- 3:07Speaker 1: you just of things that sometimes you forget when you
- 3:11Speaker 1: get off track. Because you know, I consider myself a
- 3:16Speaker 1: motivational type person. I try to listen to people and
- 3:20Speaker 1: then give them something I've learned along the way on
- 3:22Speaker 1: this journey I've been on. I try to give a
- 3:24Speaker 1: person a takeaway. But even being that person, sometimes I
- 3:28Speaker 1: get off track myself. I get a little a little low. Sometimes,
- 3:33Speaker 1: you know, I get a little down. Sometimes I sometimes
- 3:36Speaker 1: I forget some of the stuff. I say. It ain't
- 3:38Speaker 1: that I forget it. I guess I just get caught
- 3:42Speaker 1: up in the grind of doing it. And sometimes I
- 3:46Speaker 1: get a little off course and I forget some of
- 3:49Speaker 1: the things that my wife or a mate can be
- 3:53Speaker 1: good for you to remind you. And she just says, Steve,
- 3:57Speaker 1: God got us. She said, have you ever noticed that
- 4:01Speaker 1: every time you get in a spot And she say
- 4:03Speaker 1: and I know how you must feel, because you out
- 4:05Speaker 1: here working and and then you keep turning around and
- 4:09Speaker 1: and and and old stuff keep popping up, and you
- 4:13Speaker 1: get a call from your account and hit this then
- 4:15Speaker 1: went wrong, and not then when you steady trying to
- 4:17Speaker 1: fix it, but you steady going wild? Man? What does
- 4:20Speaker 1: it she say? But you ever noticed he always always,
- 4:24Speaker 1: no matter what, provide a way. And he ain't ever
- 4:27Speaker 1: too late, or you might be going the deadline is approaching.
- 4:31Speaker 1: The deadline can come and pass. But then they have
- 4:35Speaker 1: a grace period for you. And then sometimes man, it's
- 4:38Speaker 1: just you go down now after the grace period and
- 4:41Speaker 1: they take the payment anywhere and you're good anyway. But see,
- 4:44Speaker 1: ain't that God bringing you through it. It may not
- 4:47Speaker 1: be when you want it, but he right on time.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Jazz before you get put out, Jazz before they turn.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Maybe they cut the lights off, but you get it
- 4:55Speaker 1: back on. Jess Folk company come or just before the weekend.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Get him. See he always comes through for you. And
- 5:03Speaker 1: she had to remind me of that what you're going
- 5:06Speaker 1: through is necessary. Look, circumstances and hardships and pitfalls are
- 5:12Speaker 1: always untimely. If you keep the law of attraction and play.
- 5:17Speaker 1: If you keep believing that, that's that He gonna see
- 5:20Speaker 1: you through this, just like he do when you don't
- 5:22Speaker 1: believe it. That's what the old part is, though, ain't it.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Ain't God brought you through even when you didn't really
- 5:30Speaker 1: had a faith to say he was gonna bring you through.
- 5:33Speaker 1: But because of grace and mercy he brought you through anyway.
- 5:37Speaker 1: But because you forgot to thank him, or you didn't
- 5:40Speaker 1: pay attention through to come through, you just was telling people, oh, man,
- 5:44Speaker 1: of you to see me. It was so jacked up. Man,
- 5:46Speaker 1: I was so turned up. I ain't know what I
- 5:48Speaker 1: was gonna do. Almost got put out. I was gonna
- 5:51Speaker 1: see keyword almost, And you forgot that part right there.
- 5:55Speaker 1: And then I looked like I won man and death
- 5:58Speaker 1: and seemed like every month I go through the same thing.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And then yah, yeah, then somebody ought to just say,
- 6:04Speaker 1: did you pay it? Yeah? I paid it? Did you
- 6:05Speaker 1: get put out? Now? I'm cool? See some see you
- 6:08Speaker 1: need somebody on your shoulder to say that to you,
- 6:11Speaker 1: and then you need somebody to come right behind him
- 6:14Speaker 1: and go, man, ain't God good? Really? Man? That's how
- 6:18Speaker 1: this works. See you you keep getting in situations, but
- 6:22Speaker 1: he keep getting you out now if you jump, look,
- 6:25Speaker 1: listen to me. Hold. Oh, let's say you in the
- 6:28Speaker 1: frying pan and the skillet and all is up and
- 6:31Speaker 1: you and that frying and you uncomfortable being fried God somehow.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Or let's just say you managed to get out of
- 6:40Speaker 1: the hot grease in the frying pan, and you standing
- 6:44Speaker 1: that next to the skillet, looking at the fire, continue
- 6:47Speaker 1: to heat the grease, you get out, and then for
- 6:51Speaker 1: some unexplainable reason, you dived right on back in there.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Ain't that how we usually do it. I'm just asking God,
- 7:01Speaker 1: get you away from the man you've been asking to
- 7:03Speaker 1: get away from. Then you go right back over there
- 7:06Speaker 1: and start seeing him again. It's amazing how many times
- 7:11Speaker 1: God get us out the fire and we walked right
- 7:14Speaker 1: back in there. Ain't it amazing? Man? I mean, really, man,
- 7:18Speaker 1: see this high break life down for me so I
- 7:21Speaker 1: don't get over here stuck on, stupid with myself, and
- 7:24Speaker 1: then get to doing something ignorant like blaming God, when really, man,
- 7:28Speaker 1: God has given us, as human beings, the power of decision,
- 7:31Speaker 1: and we all make decisions. How many times? Man? See,
- 7:34Speaker 1: sometimes it's a blessing. And getting locked up you can
- 7:37Speaker 1: ask a lot of caps. I know, man to tell you,
- 7:39Speaker 1: it was a blessing for me, man, because I was
- 7:41Speaker 1: just headed the wrong way, steady, but he locked me up.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Setting me down made me miss my family, miss being
- 7:48Speaker 1: out here, being a free man, made me realize that
- 7:51Speaker 1: my family was important. Made me. Man, really see this
- 7:54Speaker 1: girl for what she was. When I get out, Man,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I'm on a straight and narrow Well then when you
- 8:00Speaker 1: get out, though, See, you can't be talking about no.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Oh man, I can't find no job. Now I'm gonna
- 8:05Speaker 1: go and do what I gotta do. No, no, no, no, no, partner,
- 8:08Speaker 1: you got to do now what you're supposed to do.
- 8:11Speaker 1: See that don't do what you gotta do got you
- 8:13Speaker 1: in trouble in the first place. See everybody, see see
- 8:16Speaker 1: the hood got a lot of ignorant rules. We didn't
- 8:18Speaker 1: create it. I gotta do what I gotta do. I
- 8:20Speaker 1: gotta feed my family. Well, the only reason you gotta
- 8:23Speaker 1: do what you gotta do is because you didn't do
- 8:25Speaker 1: what you were supposed to do. See if you just
- 8:27Speaker 1: went on to school like your mamma kept telling you.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Oh man, I was watching forty eight Hours yesterday and
- 8:33Speaker 1: the dude named Nesto was on that and Nesto Latino
- 8:37Speaker 1: Do said, Man, my mother told me quit hanging with
- 8:39Speaker 1: these guys. They were going nothing but trouble. I should
- 8:42Speaker 1: have listened to her. He doing thirty years right now.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You can't blame God. That's why I talk to myself
- 8:49Speaker 1: this way, so I don't get stupid and start shifting
- 8:52Speaker 1: to blame the wrong way when it's really on me.
- 8:55Speaker 1: How many times has God got you out of something
- 8:58Speaker 1: and you walk right back into it? Man, why don't
- 9:01Speaker 1: you take these blessings God give you and going about
- 9:04Speaker 1: your business? That be the best way to do it.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Don't you think That's what I think? So I thank
- 9:11Speaker 1: God my wife for reminding me that God got us anyway,
- 9:15Speaker 1: that God gonna pull you through anyway that. Have you noticed, Steve,
- 9:19Speaker 1: we ain't lost a beat. Oh. I know it's hard
- 9:22Speaker 1: out here, but really, you ain't lost a beat. You're
- 9:24Speaker 1: still moving forward, You're still dressing nice, you still look
- 9:29Speaker 1: good when you come into that job. Everybody don't got
- 9:32Speaker 1: to know you. Your house is in bad shaping. All
- 9:35Speaker 1: that God got you, man, if you just hold your
- 9:38Speaker 1: head up, man, quit complaining all the time about what
- 9:41Speaker 1: you ain't got and as in words of my daddy's
- 9:44Speaker 1: slick Harvey, stop talking about what you ain't got and
- 9:46Speaker 1: take a good look at what you do. God, that's
- 9:49Speaker 1: improper grammar, but that always stuck with me and maybe
- 9:52Speaker 1: it'll stick with you. Quit talking about and look at
- 9:54Speaker 1: what you ain't got to take a good look at
- 9:56Speaker 1: what you do. God, you're listening morning Shelly. Ladies and gentlemen,

- 11:31Speaker 1: I would be in the same way, So have at it.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I understand, because you know I am. I don't want

- 11:47Speaker 1: not tired. I'm I don't have Okay, let me ask
- 11:50Speaker 1: you this short. Yeah, I hold your breath for fifteen
- 11:53Speaker 1: seconds comfortably without coughing. Yes I can. Steve, that's not
- 12:00Speaker 1: give a damn. You ain't took the other tests. Scarlar
- 12:09Speaker 1: Forrero Yah asked, good morning, welcome back, Sherley girl. You

- 12:51Speaker 1: you ain't in the building, baby, No coughs, no nothing.
- 12:55Speaker 1: I'm good man, I'm good, I'm good. I am good.
- 13:00Speaker 1: But it's a new day. Let's get it right now.
- 13:02Speaker 1: You can't have a day. Did you just see? I
- 13:06Speaker 1: did not sneeze and I'm not gonna say nothing to y'all.
- 13:11Speaker 1: We have a new segment today that is good, very enlightening.
- 13:17Speaker 1: We have a new segment segment today created especially for somebody. Y'all,
- 13:24Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, stay tuned your first time this morning
- 13:28Speaker 1: hearing from the legendary Mississippi Monica. Getting we go back.
- 13:39Speaker 1: We got questions for the CLO right after this. You're
- 13:44Speaker 1: listening to show all right time now it's Steve mentioned earlier.
- 13:50Speaker 1: It is time now for ask the CLO, the Chief
- 13:53Speaker 1: Love Officer, and as Steve. This one is from Halema
- 13:56Speaker 1: out of New Orleans. It says, my husband and I
- 14:00Speaker 1: have a question about a situation with our daughter in
- 14:02Speaker 1: law and son. We cannot understand why our daughter in
- 14:07Speaker 1: law chose not to take her husband's last name, our
- 14:11Speaker 1: family name when they got married last year. What reason
- 14:14Speaker 1: could a woman possibly have not to take her husband's
- 14:17Speaker 1: last name. We are Christians, and this is deeply troubling
- 14:20Speaker 1: for us. What do you think about this? Two things?
- 14:27Speaker 1: What do Christianity have to do with it? The next
- 14:31Speaker 1: thing they ought she said, she's your daughter in law,
- 14:37Speaker 1: meaning they're already married. Two damn late for this letter.
- 14:45Speaker 1: And then the next point of business is, I don't
- 14:49Speaker 1: know why a woman would not want to take her
- 14:53Speaker 1: husband's name. I don't have a clue. It could because
- 14:57Speaker 1: times are difference, It could because you know, women's live.
- 15:01Speaker 1: He could be the movement. I don't know. Let's ask
- 15:05Speaker 1: a woman, surely, why wouldn't want to take a man's
- 15:08Speaker 1: last name? Well, for for a number of those reasons
- 15:11Speaker 1: you've mentioned, because she wants to remain and retain her
- 15:15Speaker 1: own identity. Uh, you know, there's no rule that says
- 15:19Speaker 1: you have to take the man's last name. So she
- 15:22Speaker 1: chose to just you know, be on her own. And
- 15:24Speaker 1: obviously her husband was cool with it because he still
- 15:27Speaker 1: married her. They had to know that. You know, here's
- 15:30Speaker 1: a question for the fellas, Tommy, is that a deal breaker? Yes?
- 15:33Speaker 1: Or no? Uh, it's close up, it's close about your
- 15:38Speaker 1: serious not ain't a deal break? Every name? Yeah? Hell,
- 15:46Speaker 1: now call yourself what you want, Tommy says, but but Steve,
- 15:53Speaker 1: you that's Julia said. Junior said, no, it ain't a
- 15:57Speaker 1: deal breaker. Tommy say, it's close. And from me, it's
- 16:00Speaker 1: a deal breaking at got nobody. Junior ain't got nobody,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and I'm married. And if he does, na, yeah, and
- 16:09Speaker 1: if he does, if Junior does get someone, he says,
- 16:13Speaker 1: he doesn't care. It isn't an age thing, is I mean? Yeah?
- 16:20Speaker 1: I mean I'm old school. I'll admit it. So that's
- 16:23Speaker 1: all to it. So and the other thing, Stevens, what
- 16:26Speaker 1: about if she didn't say this, but hyphenate, she can
- 16:29Speaker 1: hyphenate her name, keep her. That's a whole another story, though, Shirley. Yeah,
- 16:35Speaker 1: or men cool with hyphenation, And you know what I mean,
- 16:38Speaker 1: I don't know if I'm cool with hyphenation. I think
- 16:41Speaker 1: if I married somebody, I want you to take my name,
- 16:44Speaker 1: that's that's just maybe I'm just old school, you know,
- 16:47Speaker 1: but yeah, I think that's what it is. And you
- 16:49Speaker 1: have to discuss that. You know, you will already know
- 16:53Speaker 1: that before you married this woman, whether or not she's
- 16:55Speaker 1: gonna take your name, right, I mean, there's no problem
- 16:58Speaker 1: him that's writing. It's her parents. Well for the for
- 17:01Speaker 1: the parents though, and then here's one last point of contention.
- 17:04Speaker 1: We go to the next question. It really ain't your business? Yeah, yeah, amen,
- 17:13Speaker 1: Amen again, and I just Christians go here. Mil Sean
- 17:21Speaker 1: and Columbus. Georgia says, I'm forty five years old and
- 17:25Speaker 1: me and my girlfriend were together for sixteen years. I
- 17:28Speaker 1: cheated on her in the beginning. I knew it was wrong,
- 17:30Speaker 1: and I apologized. We moved on. We moved on. Fast
- 17:33Speaker 1: forward to three weeks ago. She goes to her friend's
- 17:36Speaker 1: wedding back in her hometown, and she was acting different
- 17:39Speaker 1: at the wedding. After the wedding, I caught her texting
- 17:42Speaker 1: an old friend of hers, excuse me a whole time.
- 17:48Speaker 1: She just had to cough. Sorry, that's two. Well hold
- 17:50Speaker 1: on three? He do you got about? You got about
- 17:53Speaker 1: three more? One more call? You got one more call? Yeah,
- 17:59Speaker 1: you're getting four? You got one more? Coff want to
- 18:06Speaker 1: We don't need you to do the rest of the show.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Oh well, tommy, you did it? How do you think
- 18:13Speaker 1: I All I did was asking what she No, that's
- 18:18Speaker 1: not what I mean. You said you got one more
- 18:21Speaker 1: time to cough? That's what you say? I said? That
- 18:25Speaker 1: did he not say that, guys? Did he not say that?
- 18:28Speaker 1: Then she called and then you said, you gotta get
- 18:31Speaker 1: your ass out of here. Okay, So let me okay,
- 18:36Speaker 1: so let me ask you how many of y'all cool
- 18:38Speaker 1: with the cough? How many of y'all the cool the
- 18:47Speaker 1: cough survey. I'm just I'm just asking who cool with
- 18:51Speaker 1: the cough? He been out for two days to come
- 18:55Speaker 1: back and hire cough. Well, if you you gotta stay home.
- 19:03Speaker 1: So she's gone, got to get on up. He left, Okay,
- 19:07Speaker 1: she left to take her mic and set it on fire.
- 19:15Speaker 1: See this kind of stuff right here, this right, I mean,
- 19:18Speaker 1: if she gone, let's get all the corona and anything out,
- 19:23Speaker 1: that's some I'm with dog on this one. I ain't
- 19:29Speaker 1: fast set her chill five out, a small fire starting
- 19:36Speaker 1: in the in studio and nobody hall five stingier spray
- 19:43Speaker 1: because I heard that kills it too. Yeah, you know
- 19:47Speaker 1: she really sick. Though, she really sick. Tommy, Tommy took
- 19:51Speaker 1: her wipes with her, took her white damn up, took
- 19:54Speaker 1: her wipes with her. You ran her out of here. Oh,
- 19:57Speaker 1: don't put it in you, you know what for you
- 19:59Speaker 1: to put it on me? She called you had a
- 20:02Speaker 1: part in it too, called this did she not caugh
- 20:08Speaker 1: called her ass off about five times, big hawk and
- 20:13Speaker 1: ass cough too, like it was something deep, all about
- 20:20Speaker 1: the love. I love how you finished, how you finished?
- 20:24Speaker 1: That was love coughing. I'm sorry. Go ahead now on
- 20:27Speaker 1: the real though, he ain't really just lead in the hallway.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Coming up next, nephew, Tommy, run that prank back. Come
- 20:36Speaker 1: on right after this. You're listening snow coming up at
- 20:43Speaker 1: the top of the hour. In National News, Joe Biden
- 20:47Speaker 1: he had a big night last night. Down Plus An
- 20:51Speaker 1: Entertainment news, Kevin Durant has tested positive for the coronavirus.
- 20:57Speaker 1: We'll talk about all that, yeah, but right now it's
- 20:59Speaker 1: on you. Nephew. What you got run that frank back?
- 21:02Speaker 1: Is that your husband? Now, I ain't gonna ask you
- 21:06Speaker 1: too minute. I'm gonna ask you one more game? Is
- 21:09Speaker 1: that your husband? Let's go, kid though, huh, I'm trying
- 21:14Speaker 1: to reach Chared. This is Karen. Uh Hey, listen, my
- 21:18Speaker 1: name is Mark. Are you married to Jason? Yeah? Okay,
- 21:23Speaker 1: all right, I got the right person. Listen. I don't
- 21:26Speaker 1: I don't even know how to say this to you,
- 21:29Speaker 1: my my um, like I said, my name is Mark.
- 21:32Speaker 1: I followed my wife today and I right now I'm
- 21:37Speaker 1: at a park and I'm almost certain that my wife
- 21:43Speaker 1: is right now. I'm about two or three hundred yards away,

- 30:34Speaker 1: else you got calling and other entertainment news. Listen to
- 30:38Speaker 1: this Steve Joel Oldstein and Kanye West. You know, they
- 30:41Speaker 1: had to pull the plug on their big plan to
- 30:43Speaker 1: throw that massive service that they were gonna have a
- 30:47Speaker 1: Yankee stadium at least for the time being. The Yankees,
- 30:50Speaker 1: you know, they're canceling all of their events for the
- 30:53Speaker 1: next two months, and that put Oldstein and Kanye Service
- 30:57Speaker 1: right in the middle of that. So it's also safe
- 30:59Speaker 1: to say that Kanye's Sunday service is on whole too. So,
- 31:05Speaker 1: you know, the coronavirus, it is just changing the way
- 31:09Speaker 1: we live in every aspect where you can't go to church,

- 31:44Speaker 1: Everything is real, It really is. It's um you know,
- 31:49Speaker 1: is everybody taking the right safety measures that were supposed
- 31:53Speaker 1: to take That's that's what we're supposed to be doing.
- 31:56Speaker 1: But I mean, I'm I'm worried. I'm worried that can
- 32:01Speaker 1: I possibly have something? Don't know I have it? Because
- 32:05Speaker 1: when I think about, like you said, the Indris elbow,
- 32:07Speaker 1: you said that yesterday. But hey, I'm just a sex facts.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Hold you got that right, Julia, I know, Julia, just

- 33:14Speaker 1: What is that? What did you say laughing too? Because
- 33:16Speaker 1: I would, but I gotta start it with such bad news.
- 33:22Speaker 1: But yes, Tommy really Okay, this is a trip with
- 33:25Speaker 1: the news. All right. Let me start out with the
- 33:27Speaker 1: latest national coronavirus stats. I know you want to know
- 33:29Speaker 1: those they keep changing with. Right now, there are five thousand,
- 33:32Speaker 1: eight hundred and thirty eight confirmed cases in the United States.
- 33:35Speaker 1: One hundred and seven people have died, and now all
- 33:38Speaker 1: fifty states, all fifty states reporting at least one confirmed
- 33:42Speaker 1: case of COVID nineteen. West Virginia was the last state
- 33:45Speaker 1: to check in. In the NBA, Yes you just heard now,
- 33:48Speaker 1: Kevin Durant and three other NETS players have tested positive
- 33:50Speaker 1: for the virus. President Trump urging Americans to stay home
- 33:53Speaker 1: as much as possible to prevent the spread of the virus,
- 33:55Speaker 1: and now Treasury Secretary Steve Manuchin says the administration is
- 33:58Speaker 1: ready to hand out money to those adversely affected by
- 34:01Speaker 1: the steps taken to tamp down the CoV nineteens infection rate.
- 34:05Speaker 1: We're looking at sending checks to Americans immediately. And what
- 34:09Speaker 1: we've heard from hard working Americans, many companies have now
- 34:12Speaker 1: shut down, whether it's bars or restaurants. Americans need cash now,
- 34:16Speaker 1: and the President wants to get cash now, and I
- 34:18Speaker 1: mean now in the next two weeks. According to a
- 34:20Speaker 1: recent poll, about one in five American households have experienced
- 34:24Speaker 1: a layoff or reduced workouts because of all this. Trump's
- 34:26Speaker 1: now asking the Congress for an additional one trillion dollars
- 34:30Speaker 1: stimulus package to prop up the economy. That would be
- 34:33Speaker 1: the largest economic rescue packers since the recession of two
- 34:36Speaker 1: thousand and eight, when the Republicans complained about Obama wanting
- 34:38Speaker 1: some money to help people out. A pair of brothers
- 34:40Speaker 1: in Tennessee being threatened with prosecution because of their price
- 34:44Speaker 1: gauging gambit over bottles of hand sanitizer. According to The Times,
- 34:48Speaker 1: Matt and Noah Covin admit they took a thirteen mileth
- 34:51Speaker 1: road trip across Tennessee and Kentucky, buying over seventeen thousand
- 34:55Speaker 1: bottles of hand sanitizer and selling them for seventy bucks
- 34:58Speaker 1: a pop each anyway they found out about them. Now
- 35:02Speaker 1: they say they'll donate the rest to a church into
- 35:04Speaker 1: first responders. Three primaries yesterday, Joe Biden one all three
- 35:08Speaker 1: over Bernie Sanders. He beat Sanders in Florida by sixty
- 35:10Speaker 1: one percent fifty nine percent. Illinois also won Arizona, and finally,
- 35:18Speaker 1: Rool Britannia. Well, it looks like Queen Elizabeth is making
- 35:21Speaker 1: for the exits behind Harry and Meghan, but not for
- 35:25Speaker 1: the same reason. Since the Queen is ninety three years
- 35:28Speaker 1: old and her husband, a Prince Philip, is ninety eight,
- 35:31Speaker 1: her advisers thought that it would be a good idea
- 35:33Speaker 1: to get her out of Buckingham Palace into Windsor Castle.
- 35:37Speaker 1: Windsor Castle from Buckingham Palace is about twenty five miles away,
- 35:41Speaker 1: just to have her in a healthy safety environment again
- 35:43Speaker 1: because she is ninety three years old. There are more
- 35:46Speaker 1: than fourteen hundred confirmed cases of coronavirus in the UK,
- 35:49Speaker 1: with at least twenty one death reported. Now back to
- 35:52Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to the Steve
- 35:55Speaker 1: Harvey Mourning Show. Yesterday Tom Brady, and now he is

- 36:22Speaker 1: names always. What are you saying about, Tom Brady? Stop?
- 36:34Speaker 1: So Tom Brady, He thanked the Patriots, the staff, the coaches,
- 36:38Speaker 1: coach Bill Belichick, the Craft family and all the Patriots
- 36:42Speaker 1: fans for his legacy six super Bowl championships and the memories.
- 36:47Speaker 1: But this, yeah, tom Brady is a Tampa back what
- 36:55Speaker 1: y yes, sir? One million dollars year? How much? Thirty

- 37:21Speaker 1: lost his job? No? Where do you know what Winston is? No?
- 37:27Speaker 1: I don't know yet. I don't know. Yeah, and so
- 37:30Speaker 1: he might be the backup junior junior. Yeah, you know, man,
- 37:38Speaker 1: he's gonna figure out. He gonna have to make a move.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Maybe he might ask to be released, trying to find
- 37:43Speaker 1: him another job. So what do you think Steve tom
- 37:46Speaker 1: Brady a Tampa Bay buccaneer. Well, they still ain't going
- 37:50Speaker 1: no one you Hey, don't you think? Don't you think
- 37:54Speaker 1: he should have been tired though? On the real though?
- 37:56Speaker 1: For real? Don't you think he should have retired for
- 37:58Speaker 1: what he wanted to play? Let he healthy? Yeah? But
- 38:01Speaker 1: you forty one one two? How old is you? Term?
- 38:06Speaker 1: I know how I am, but you don't have to
- 38:09Speaker 1: tell the whole world. And I'm not gonna be playing
- 38:12Speaker 1: I'm not playing no football. I'm not thinking you as
- 38:18Speaker 1: fine as it. Yeah, I'm just asked it. But answer
- 38:25Speaker 1: the question. I'm not answering the damn question. I'm not
- 38:29Speaker 1: answering it. I'm not gonna do that. Okay, let me
- 38:31Speaker 1: tell you how old you are? You fifty two? I'm

- 39:32Speaker 1: G technology caused this caused the coronavirus, but later she
- 39:37Speaker 1: took that post down. Actor Idris Elba. You know we
- 39:41Speaker 1: talked about Idris yesterday. He too, Steve, this is serious,
- 39:46Speaker 1: this is a serious moment. He he tested positive, as
- 39:50Speaker 1: we know, you know for the coronavirus, and he did
- 39:54Speaker 1: an update on how he's doing since he announced it.
- 39:57Speaker 1: It announced that he tested positive. So and he addressed
- 40:01Speaker 1: this issue, this whole conspiracy theory about black people. Take
- 40:05Speaker 1: a listen, Please stop sending the conspiracy theory nonsense about
- 40:11Speaker 1: black people not being able to get coronavirus or COVID nineteen.
- 40:15Speaker 1: It's dumb, it's silly, it's very dangerous. There are so
- 40:19Speaker 1: many weird conspiracy theory things going about. Please, guys, now's

- 45:18Speaker 1: been uh, I think we've had your son, Malik, probably

- 45:33Speaker 1: you been noticing anything different about Malik? Um? Like concerning
- 45:38Speaker 1: hygiene at all. Hygiene, No, not that I can be called.
- 45:42Speaker 1: What are you talking about? Okay? How old is Malik's two? Okay, well,
- 45:48Speaker 1: we all sooner have come across a little glitch here
- 45:50Speaker 1: that we're gonna try to take care of here at
- 45:53Speaker 1: the at the daycare. Actually my wife didn't. I told
- 45:55Speaker 1: her I would make the phone call and leave her
- 45:57Speaker 1: out of it. I know you see her every day one. Yeah,
- 46:00Speaker 1: but what glitch are you talking about? What? What is
- 46:02Speaker 1: this glitch? I'm sorry, glitch? What is this glitch that
- 46:05Speaker 1: you want to talk about? I'm confused? Okay, Well, actually
- 46:08Speaker 1: what we're having is it seemed like every day here
- 46:11Speaker 1: lately for the last two months, Malik has been you know,
- 46:16Speaker 1: very musty. You know, he hasn't been really sweaty, but
- 46:20Speaker 1: just real musty. Okay, you clearly have the wrong child
- 46:23Speaker 1: because I give my son a bath every night, and
- 46:26Speaker 1: most Martin is before he leaves to school, I give
- 46:28Speaker 1: him another bath again. So yeah, I'm pretty positive you
- 46:30Speaker 1: have the wrong child. No, man, your son is Malik, right,
- 46:33Speaker 1: and he's two years old. You guys have been here
- 46:36Speaker 1: with us right close to a year now, correct, Yes?
- 46:39Speaker 1: And okay, and he's a cute little kid with the
- 46:42Speaker 1: curly hair. I know exactly which one is. So what
- 46:45Speaker 1: I'm what I'm saying to you is that we are
- 46:47Speaker 1: having problems. He's just he's just reeking. You know, he's
- 46:51Speaker 1: real musty. Okay, you know what, my son does not reek.
- 46:54Speaker 1: I don't know what child you're talking about, but you're
- 46:55Speaker 1: not talking about my child. I just told you, and
- 46:57Speaker 1: make sure that he gets a bath every night. So
- 47:00Speaker 1: it's not my child. My child is very clean. Okay,
- 47:02Speaker 1: Well what hang on, Essa. What I'm trying to get
- 47:05Speaker 1: you to understand is I'm trying to This is why
- 47:07Speaker 1: my wife didn't want to call. Okay, and I'm glad
- 47:09Speaker 1: I'm actually the one that made the call. What we
- 47:11Speaker 1: need to do. This is what I'm gonna do. I'm
- 47:13Speaker 1: just gonna try a little experiment for the next month
- 47:16Speaker 1: or so. Experiment. No, I'm sorry, Well what do you
- 47:19Speaker 1: mean experiment? What kind of experiment? Well, what I'm gonna
- 47:21Speaker 1: do is I'm gonna put some mantle deodorant on him
- 47:24Speaker 1: for the next well just for the next month, and
- 47:26Speaker 1: we'll see how it plays out. No, no, no, you're
- 47:28Speaker 1: not You're not gonna put anything on my child. That's
- 47:30Speaker 1: not gonna happen. Okay. Well man, I'm trying to. I'm
- 47:33Speaker 1: trying to fix the problem here. I just wanted to
- 47:35Speaker 1: call it. It It doesn't have a problem. I already told
- 47:37Speaker 1: you that my son is clean. You're not gonna put
- 47:39Speaker 1: any dament on him, and if you do, it's going
- 47:41Speaker 1: to be a problem. Do you understand me? Okay, man,
- 47:44Speaker 1: I'm not trying to have an argument with you. What
- 47:46Speaker 1: I want you to know is I'm not trying to,
- 47:48Speaker 1: but you're trying. You talked about putting theodora. I'm my child.
- 47:51Speaker 1: You you can't do that. I'm not gonna have to
- 47:53Speaker 1: happen in Please don't make me have to come back
- 47:55Speaker 1: to that school for you and your wife. Okay, man, listen,
- 47:59Speaker 1: we're gonna have to do something about your child. Your
- 48:01Speaker 1: child is musty, okay, And you're sitting here getting an
- 48:04Speaker 1: attitude with me, and I'm trying to let you know
- 48:06Speaker 1: your child is nonsense. Maybe you're the one that is musty.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Maybe you and your wife are musty. My child is
- 48:11Speaker 1: not musty. I keep telling you that I bathed him
- 48:13Speaker 1: every night, which pointed that you don't you understand I
- 48:16Speaker 1: understand everything that you're saying, how maybe it's the soap,
- 48:18Speaker 1: maybe something that is not taking effect. I'm not sure. Okay,
- 48:22Speaker 1: maybe you doesn't smell a because I don't know what
- 48:24Speaker 1: child not smelling. You're not using their view or my child.
- 48:29Speaker 1: Do I need to come down there for you with
- 48:30Speaker 1: the cops and shoe your entire establishment. You don't want
- 48:34Speaker 1: that to happen staying away from my child? Are you crazy?
- 48:36Speaker 1: You know? Man of fact? Gres my son, man, your
- 48:38Speaker 1: son is fine. Your son is in there with the
- 48:40Speaker 1: rest of the kids. They're playing. You know, today is
- 48:42Speaker 1: the first day I sprayed a little bit of mail
- 48:44Speaker 1: theodor and under see how that works? You crazy? Look, Cheryl,

- 49:06Speaker 1: shop to go and spray my child. And you weren't
- 49:08Speaker 1: about to do out. You see I'm reading right now. Okay, well,

- 50:13Speaker 1: Because I'm on my waist right now. Where are you now?
- 50:17Speaker 1: Are you in your car? Where are you? I am
- 50:19Speaker 1: heading to my car, not to get in my car
- 50:20Speaker 1: to come down, definitely, because you must be crazy spraining
- 50:23Speaker 1: my child before you get to your car. I need,
- 50:25Speaker 1: I need to tell you one more thing about your side. Okay, please,
- 50:29Speaker 1: you possibly have to tell me. I want to tell

- 52:14Speaker 1: you do that for me? I call him? Yeah? Yeah,
- 52:19Speaker 1: you every day though, just like it's the need for

- 52:32Speaker 1: you ask them for some moat? Hello, you know, not
- 52:38Speaker 1: every day? Every Yeah? Yeah, it's every day you want
- 52:41Speaker 1: some moat? And herman cross as needy it comes. Yeah,
- 52:47Speaker 1: Can I say y'all change? Can I say y'all change?
- 52:51Speaker 1: Can it be y'all y'all change? Well? We have gotten
- 52:54Speaker 1: tired of it. Yeah. I wasn't gonna say it to him,
- 52:57Speaker 1: but now I'm just gonna go and put it off.
- 53:00Speaker 1: Why do you not like my stupidity? No, no, I

- 53:58Speaker 1: need that? Yeah, and the person that needed you ran off,
- 54:02Speaker 1: so f all, right, here we go. My boyfriend's ex
- 54:10Speaker 1: girlfriend has moved in. What dis Stephen Sherley. I've been
- 54:15Speaker 1: dating a man for almost four years. I'm trying to
- 54:18Speaker 1: do the right thing by not living with him before
- 54:20Speaker 1: we're married. I live alone and he shares a house
- 54:24Speaker 1: with a guy that he's been friends with forever. My
- 54:27Speaker 1: boyfriend has one child that he has joint custody of,
- 54:31Speaker 1: but he doesn't really get along with the child's mother.
- 54:34Speaker 1: I've had a through run ins with the child's mother,
- 54:37Speaker 1: but recently things between us got worse when the woman
- 54:40Speaker 1: moved in with my man and his roommate. The roommate
- 54:45Speaker 1: is dating her Jesus and my man has no problem
- 54:52Speaker 1: with that, and he agreed to let her live with them.
- 54:57Speaker 1: I was so upset when I found out, so to
- 55:00Speaker 1: keep me calm, my boyfriend spends most nights with me now,
- 55:05Speaker 1: but this woman has made life a living hell for
- 55:08Speaker 1: me so far. Whenever my boyfriend and I have plans,
- 55:12Speaker 1: she will leave the house at the last minute, leaving
- 55:15Speaker 1: my boyfriend with the baby. Because I can't get mad
- 55:19Speaker 1: because it's his child, But I know the child's mom
- 55:22Speaker 1: is doing this on purpose. She's also posting pictures on
- 55:25Speaker 1: social media of the three of them, my man, her
- 55:30Speaker 1: and the baby like they won big happy family. My
- 55:34Speaker 1: man told me to cheer out because as long as
- 55:36Speaker 1: she's there, he doesn't have to give her as much
- 55:39Speaker 1: money because she's not paying rent anymore. Look, I don't
- 55:43Speaker 1: want to be naive and not look at the bigger picture.
- 55:46Speaker 1: You think my boyfriend may be enjoying this arrangement. I
- 55:50Speaker 1: found it odd that he has no problem with his
- 55:53Speaker 1: best friend dating his child's mother. Is that odd? Or
- 55:58Speaker 1: am I just looking for reasons to hate on this girl?
- 56:02Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley, what do you think is really going on here?
- 56:08Speaker 1: All right? Steve to this lady. You've been dating this
- 56:12Speaker 1: man for about four years, and you all are trying
- 56:15Speaker 1: to wait until you get married to live together. So
- 56:19Speaker 1: what's taking a song? Four years? That's a long time anyway.
- 56:23Speaker 1: He lives in a house with his best friend, and
- 56:26Speaker 1: he has joint custody of his child, and you and
- 56:30Speaker 1: his baby mama. You guys are beefing now his baby
- 56:32Speaker 1: mama has moved into the house with your man. At
- 56:36Speaker 1: first you said guy and roommate, and then later in
- 56:39Speaker 1: the letter you said his best friend. So that's a difference.
- 56:42Speaker 1: That's a big difference to me. And now she's dating him.
- 56:46Speaker 1: You had a problem with all of that, you know,
- 56:50Speaker 1: them all living together under this run one roof, but
- 56:53Speaker 1: your man is cool with it, and he spends most
- 56:56Speaker 1: of his nights with you, So you feel like old girls.
- 57:00Speaker 1: She's causing problems because she's posting pictures of you and
- 57:03Speaker 1: your man and the child on social media like they're
- 57:07Speaker 1: just one big, happy family. But baby mama is slick,
- 57:10Speaker 1: you know, because when you and your man, you guys
- 57:12Speaker 1: make plans. She leaves him with the child and your man.
- 57:16Speaker 1: He says that he's cool, he's cool with her living there,
- 57:19Speaker 1: and he wants you to chill out because he feels
- 57:21Speaker 1: like that's less money he has to put out, you know,
- 57:24Speaker 1: to take care of the kid and her. So I
- 57:27Speaker 1: think he's just trying to keep the peace, spend less money,
- 57:30Speaker 1: see his child. But I find it hard to believe
- 57:34Speaker 1: Steve that he is cool with his best friend dating
- 57:39Speaker 1: his baby mama and they all live together. There's something
- 57:43Speaker 1: wrong with that to me. So is he lying about
- 57:47Speaker 1: them being together? I don't know, but I know you
- 57:50Speaker 1: don't trust him. And if you want this man, you
- 57:54Speaker 1: don't trust him, you need to talk to him and
- 57:56Speaker 1: work out some issues because you're going to be dealing
- 57:59Speaker 1: if you're married this man and be with him, you're
- 58:01Speaker 1: gonna be dealing with her baby mama drama for a
- 58:04Speaker 1: very long time because they have a child together. So
- 58:09Speaker 1: are your feelings are valid, and I'm not saying they're not,
- 58:12Speaker 1: but you have to come to terms and see what's
- 58:15Speaker 1: going on with the three of them. What's happening with that. See,
- 58:20Speaker 1: let me just get to this letter right here. My
- 58:22Speaker 1: boyfriend's ex girlfriend has moved in, you saying, has moved
- 58:27Speaker 1: in with his best friend who they are now seeing
- 58:33Speaker 1: each other, and the baby then moved into Let me
- 58:39Speaker 1: let me, let me, let me say something to you.
- 58:43Speaker 1: Black dudes don't do this, Okay. White dudes don't do this.
- 58:51Speaker 1: Latino dudes don't do this. Native American dudes don't do this.
- 59:00Speaker 1: Asian men don't do this. I don't know of any
- 59:07Speaker 1: group of men that will go along with this arrangement.
- 59:13Speaker 1: First of all, my best friend ain't dating my ex
- 59:18Speaker 1: that's got my baby, Okay, and he's dating her and
- 59:23Speaker 1: me and him lived together and now she then fell
- 59:28Speaker 1: on hard times and then moved into that house. What
- 59:35Speaker 1: This is the most unbelievable piece of mess I've ever
- 59:39Speaker 1: heard of in a long time. This is virtually impossible
- 59:45Speaker 1: to do. First of all, here's what I think the
- 59:50Speaker 1: deal is. And I got thirty seconds, so you know
- 59:54Speaker 1: what I'm gonna do. I'm old. This what's called a cliffhanger.
- 59:59Speaker 1: Here's exactly what I think is going on. I'm gonna
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: tell it to you when we get back, and you
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: can feel how you want to feel. But this right here,
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: this stinks. This has an older to it. And I'm
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: gonna tell you what I'm smelling right after this good
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour, Steve will break it down
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, Okay, Steve, come on, let's
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: recap today's strawberry. This is crazy. The name of this
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: letter is my boyfriend's ex girlfriend has moved in. But
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: if that ain't the clicker moving in with who it was? Hell,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: you've been with this man for four years and you're
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: trying to do the right thing by not living with
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: him before y'all marriage, that's what you call doing the
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: right thing. Well, your boyfriend got a child that he
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: got joint custody with this other girl. But now the
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: story is he don't really get along with the child's mother, right,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: and you didn't had a couple run ins with a
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: two The roommate who is his best friend is not
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: dating the girl that his best friend had a baby with.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: What what you do that? What those straight left right there,
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: don't what the roommate is dating her and your man
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: ain't got no problem with the fact that he agreed
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: to let her live with them. Wait a minute, what, girl, girl,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: what how do when you was typing this letter? How
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: to sound to you? Because this right here stinks? Like
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: I said earlier, Black dudes don't do this. White dudes
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: don't do this. Latino dudes don't do this. Native American
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: dudes don't do this. Asian dudes don't do this. Not
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: about covered everybody I can think of. I don't know
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: no dudes that do this. Now. I could be wrong.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I've never heard of this, But here's what I think
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: then happened. I think him and the extra don't get
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: along fell on some hard times. Now in order to
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: give her a place to stay, he didn't constructed and
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: construe this whole thing with his best friend and her
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: to go along that they are a couple. Now, I
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: think they've created this story that they're dating. I want
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: you to say, y'all dating so she can come and
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: live here. You say, to keep the peace. Most nights
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: he spends the night at your house to keep the peace.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: But some nights he don't so when he is your house,
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: who bade her and the baby end? I can promise
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: you it ain't cross the hall with his best damn friend.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: So I think this smells like a dude that's trying
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: to help him girl out, created some story that they're
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: best friend so she can live there. Now. He true,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: he part of it. This is true where he ain't
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: paying the rent, he ain't got to pay as much
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: child for it because he ain't gotta paying no rent.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: But this the rest of his stinks. This don't make
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: no damn sense. She ain't had nowhere else to go. Well,
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: her mama, well, her daddy, well, her sister. Right, she
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: overheard her excess house. Now, your man told you to
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: chill out as long as she said, he ain't got
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: to pay no money. Now, I don't want to be
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: naive and not look at the bigger picture. Do you
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: think my boyfriend may be enjoying this arrangement? Well, I'm
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: saying though, yeah, she said, I find it odd that
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: he has no problem with his best friend dating his
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: child's mother. Is that is it? Ah? This is crazy?
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: This happens crazy? Is this crazy? This is unheard of
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: as a male species. This is not how we function.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: You cross the hall banging my ex girl? Where the
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: baby at? Who's the mother of your child? Dog? Where
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: is the baby at? Why all this is going on?
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: This my daddy, but my daddy over that laying up
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: with the other man. What who has sold this to
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: the baby? And then when you go out, she leave
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: early and lead a baby with him. But hold up?
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: She posting pictures online the three of them like they
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: want big happy family. Where she getting the pictures of
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: the three of them, matt at the house where the
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: four of them stay? Huh? She getting the pictures of
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: the thread and where the four of them stay? Where
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: is your man there? Your dude that's dating her? Why
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: they ain't on social media with their pictures? You know why?
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: Because he got out another chick somewhere and he can't
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: explain this to no other chick black, white, yellow, green
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: or brown, that he is screwing his best friends. Girl
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: that's got his baby that stay in the bedroom across
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: the hall? What girl? What a girl? What? What? Where's this? Yes? What? What?
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: What country? What village? What towns? What? What space station?
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: Why they do this? What parish? Where's this? And what dungeon?
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: What basement. They do in this girl, girl, are you
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: being donned naive? Is he enjoying this arrangement? He got
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: huver there, He got her overhilled you over there. The
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: baby got a place to say. He can see his
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: son when he wants to. She go out when you
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: want to because she got to build in babysitter. She
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: going along with the arrangement because she trying to squeeze
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: it back in. She posted in pictures to throw your
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: ass into something because she won't him back. And if
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: you keep letting this go on, she gonna get him back. Yeah,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: she got him. Now pay you. You did the right
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: thing by not living there, whole right thing at all. Right.

- 1:19:08Speaker 1: So get ready on kiss my hands, uncle Steve. All right,
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: coming up, it is the last break of the day.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: It's the last break of the day. Steve's closing remarks
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: at forty nine after the hour you're listening to. All Right, guys,
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: it's the last break of the day. A lot of
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: stuff going on. There's a lot going on, man, Yeah,
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: Social distancing school just close. We're still in its. Everybody
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: now you're at home right now? Everybody know you home,
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: So everybody call what you've been doing to Junior after
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: you get on the as you get out the air
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: with us, what are you doing trying not to answer
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: the phone to go home? To ask the phone because
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: if the phone call you get and the start with
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: what you're doing, hang up right away. Their next statement, Yeah,
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: the same thing, Just hang the phone up to get
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: some side effect coronavirus news, Like Douglas just got out
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: of jail. He ain't got no where to be quarantine.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: What did you just say, Douglas, Douglas quarantine? What are
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: they gonna be here? It so this this quarantine side effects? Yeah, hey, man,
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: let me do this close with you are because I
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: want to give people a little something because Steve, one
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: of the things I was thinking about, you know, as
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: a person of faith, I want to share with you
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: a big mistake that I've made as a person of faith.
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: I guess there's some people that can relate to this.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: I don't know, but I'm just being honest about it,
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: and maybe you can relate and it might help you
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: the way it's helped me once I came to the understanding.
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: One of the big mistakes I've made as a person
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: of faith is that sometimes when I pray, as soon
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: as I'm done, I want the answer I'm talking about.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: As soon as I get through praying, I want to answer.
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: I want a solution to the problem I'm talking about
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: immediately right now. See, because sometimes I forget that who
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: I'm praying to actually hears me, and he has the answer,
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: and he has the solution, and he's already got it
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: worked out, and he's worked it out in a way
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: that I may not understand or see how he's doing it,
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: and he does it oftentimes in a different time frame
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: than what I expect or even want to accept. Man,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: I don't want to repeat that. I just hope you
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: understood what I just said. Now, me wanting my prayers
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: answer immediately, it's unrealistic. And you know why, sometimes I
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: have to trip because I have to catch myself Because
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: if I'm honest, the things that I'm usually praying about.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: It ain't just pop up to date. Oh, now, you
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: have circumstances that pop up. I'm not saying you don't,
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: but I'm saying the stuff that I usually am praying
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: about on the average, and it ain't just pop up
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: to date. I didn't just get in trouble to date.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I've been creating this situation, whatever situation I'm in for
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: a while. This woman just didn't decide to leave you today. Na, no, no, no, no,
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: no no. Now we was doing something to cause her
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: to want to leave for a while. Ain't no woman
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: just popped up and left today. No no, no, no, no.
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: We do stuff. They didn't fire you just today. Trust me,
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: this this firing has been in the worksy'all. They didn't
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: have some meeting, some evaluations. So when we pray, what
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: I had to learn was we can't use God like
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: he the magician on tonight's show. We got to wait
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: on the fix. We got to weight on the answer.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: See the answer, and the fix is coming. The prayer
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: will definitely get answered. Because this is what I had
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: to learn. When you ask God for something, he ships
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: the package immediately. But now here's where faith comes in
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: to play. Y'all. After he ships the package, he never
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: tells us the date that the package will arrive. You
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: have to remain faithful. I cannot tell you how many
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: times we have asked God for something he shipped the
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: package to us. We lost the faith waiting and waiting,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: and because it didn't come when we wanted to, we
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: stopped believing. We lost faith. So the package that can
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: only be received by faith, that package has to have
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: a place to be received. The package that God sends
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: to you has to be signed for, or it has
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: to be returned to sender. Because what nobody at home,
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: Nobody was there to receive it. Nobody was available to
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: sign for it. Because the person that requested the package
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: in the first place has moved off of Faith Street,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: and so the package no longer had an address to
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: be received. The moral of what I just told you
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: is when you ask God for something, you have to
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: keep the faith and wait for it. Because the package
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: is on the way. It may not come when you
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: want it, but it's on the way. But if you
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: lose the faith that is coming, if you stop believing
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: and move off of Faith Street, it's nowhere for the
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: package to be delivered. That's nobody home, nobody to signed
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: for the package, got to be returned to send it.
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: That's it. That's all. That's been hardy and I can't
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: even tell you how many times that has happened to
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: me over the years until I figured it out. Those
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: are my clothing remarks. I hope that helps you see,
