Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Bidenflation is Now a Serious Problem plus Prosecutors Weighed Sex Trafficking Charges Against Hunter Biden
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: More bad news for the Biden administration on a political
- 0:05Speaker 1: front and with a Biden crime family. We now know
- 0:09Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden prosecutors weighed sex trafficking charges against the
- 0:14Speaker 1: President's sun But guess what, someone stepped in to stop it.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I'm going to have that story for you in just
- 0:22Speaker 1: a moment. But before we get to that bidenflation, it
- 0:25Speaker 1: is now a real problem. Prices are rising twice as
- 0:31Speaker 1: fast on soaring gas and now the highest inflation in
- 0:35Speaker 1: seven months. Hey, yeah, welcome to the bidenflation numbers. They
- 0:40Speaker 1: call it what Bidenomics? Yeah, well, Bidenomics suck for the
- 0:44Speaker 1: average American. Higher gasoline prices are now forcing Americans to
- 0:48Speaker 1: spend more in August and pushed up the Federal Reserve's
- 0:52Speaker 1: main measure of inflation, providing more evidence of the path
- 0:55Speaker 1: to lower inflation is unlikely to be a smooth one
- 0:59Speaker 1: because the Biden registration refuses to do what it needs
- 1:02Speaker 1: to do for energy independence and to lower the prices
- 1:06Speaker 1: of oil and gas. The Personal Consumption Expenditure price index,
- 1:11Speaker 1: which the Fed uses in its official inflation target of
- 1:16Speaker 1: two percent and the publicly released projection of policymakers, rose
- 1:22Speaker 1: by zero point four percent Now that's twice the pace
- 1:25Speaker 1: of the prior month. The increase was in line with
- 1:29Speaker 1: economist expectations. Compared with a year earlier, the PCE price
- 1:36Speaker 1: index is up three point five percent. That's an acceleration
- 1:40Speaker 1: from July's three point three percent when the President talked
- 1:43Speaker 1: about how amazing things were and how Bidenomics were working.
- 1:48Speaker 1: What does this mean for you? Higher energy costs were
- 1:51Speaker 1: driver the number one driver of inflation in August. Core
- 1:55Speaker 1: prices which excludes food and energy, rose by a more
- 2:00Speaker 1: moderate rate of zero point one percent in August, to
- 2:03Speaker 1: still extreme highs that compare with a year earlier. Here's
- 2:07Speaker 1: the other problem. Core prices are actually up three point
- 2:10Speaker 1: nine percent more than the headline number. Now a month earlier,
- 2:14Speaker 1: core prices that jump zero point two percent from the
- 2:17Speaker 1: prior month and four point three percent from a year earlier.
- 2:21Speaker 1: That means that the year over year figure was revised
- 2:25Speaker 1: up from the original estimates. Now, the Federal Reserve and
- 2:29Speaker 1: many economists look at core inflation is a better measure
- 2:32Speaker 1: of the underlying inflation and therefore a better indicator of
- 2:36Speaker 1: future inflation trends. This is why, yet again, the Biden
- 2:42Speaker 1: crime family seems to be ruining this country with their
- 2:46Speaker 1: economic policies. Now the sharp increase in the price of
- 2:49Speaker 1: oil has disrupted the decline in inflation the Biden White
- 2:54Speaker 1: House is now admitting. They also say it shows no
- 2:57Speaker 1: sign of letting up.
- 2:58Speaker 2: With the US.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Strategic patrol and reserves depleted after unusual and large releases
- 3:04Speaker 1: by the Biden administration starting before last year's midterm elections,
- 3:08Speaker 1: there is no ready source of new supply to push
- 3:12Speaker 1: prices back down.
- 3:14Speaker 2: And this on top of the.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Fact that US production is seen unlikely to rise in
- 3:20Speaker 1: the near future because it's already at high levels and
- 3:23Speaker 1: investors are hesitant to commit capital to extracting a refining
- 3:27Speaker 1: fossil fuels in an error when climate change policies of
- 3:31Speaker 1: this administration and the attacks on oil and gas and
- 3:35Speaker 1: coal are public enemy number one of the administration. Now,
- 3:39Speaker 1: consumer spending rose by a seasonally adjusted zero point four
- 3:43Speaker 1: percent in August as well. Commerce Department data says, and
- 3:47Speaker 1: what does that mean? It suggests that consumers were able
- 3:50Speaker 1: to keep up with higher prices by shifting consumption to
- 3:54Speaker 1: the gas pump and away from other goods and services.
- 3:58Speaker 1: The question is how long can people survive with these
- 4:01Speaker 1: high prices. Well, I'll guess what we're also saying. Consumer
- 4:05Speaker 1: debt is skyrocketing right now because many are having to
- 4:09Speaker 1: put these things on credit, and that is a ticking
- 4:14Speaker 1: time bomb. So, if you want to recap on where
- 4:17Speaker 1: we are with bide inflation, everything is more expensive and
- 4:21Speaker 1: the economy is hurting, and inflation is continuing to go
- 4:25Speaker 1: up because of an administration that refuses to go back
- 4:29Speaker 1: to policies that worked during the Trump years, an energy policy.
- 4:34Speaker 1: There's also another X factor here, and that deals with
- 4:36Speaker 1: the legal immigration. I'm going to talk about that coming
- 4:39Speaker 1: up a little bit later in the show. Now, I
- 4:41Speaker 1: also want to deal with the other big issue here,
- 4:43Speaker 1: and that is this The United States House just wasted
- 4:48Speaker 1: more of your money passing more Ukraine aid with help
- 4:53Speaker 1: from Republicans that have decided it's good to sell you out. Now,
- 4:58Speaker 1: here's the other question that you may not realize right now,
- 5:01Speaker 1: how much money we are actually spending right now on
- 5:05Speaker 1: this war in Ukraine against Russia. The amount of cash
- 5:11Speaker 1: that we are spending right now is absolutely outrageous. Now,
- 5:17Speaker 1: just to put it in perspective, how much money we've
- 5:20Speaker 1: already given Ukraine. And this is before the House passing
- 5:23Speaker 1: more Ukraine aid. That is screwing you, a taxpayer that
- 5:26Speaker 1: we can't afford. Right now, we've already given them one
- 5:29Speaker 1: hundred and sixty five billion. What does one hundred and
- 5:32Speaker 1: sixty five billion look like, Because it's hard to get
- 5:35Speaker 1: your head around one hundred and sixty five billion. Let
- 5:38Speaker 1: me give you an example of what we could have
- 5:40Speaker 1: paid for in this country with one hundred and sixty
- 5:42Speaker 1: five billion that we've given Ukraine.
- 5:45Speaker 2: We could have.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Built six border walls to stop illegal immigrants from pouring
- 5:50Speaker 1: across our southern border. We could have fixed the Flint,
- 5:55Speaker 1: Michigan water system one hundred and fifteen times over which
- 6:01Speaker 1: Congress says we still don't have enough money to fix.
- 6:05Speaker 2: We could have.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Given every homeless veteran in this country two million dollars.
- 6:11Speaker 1: We also could have given fifty million to every family
- 6:16Speaker 1: impacted by the Maui wildfires. Now I want you to
- 6:21Speaker 1: understand that the list I just gave you are just
- 6:23Speaker 1: examples of where your money could have gone, But instead
- 6:28Speaker 1: we're sending it to Ukraine. And now we have found out,
- 6:31Speaker 1: on top of the one hundred and sixty five billion
- 6:33Speaker 1: we've given them American taxpayers that means you and I
- 6:37Speaker 1: will provide an additional three hundred million for Ukraine's war
- 6:41Speaker 1: efforts if a bill is passed by the House and
- 6:45Speaker 1: it becomes law. Now, this bill passed the House three
- 6:48Speaker 1: eleven to one point seventeen after Speaker Kevin McCarthy stripped
- 6:52Speaker 1: the funding from a Pentagon spending bill in favor of
- 6:55Speaker 1: a standalone vote. Now we have this vote. The one
- 7:00Speaker 1: hundred and twenty six billion Pentagon spending bill also passed
- 7:03Speaker 1: Thursday night after Ukraine aid was removed, meaning it was
- 7:07Speaker 1: a smart move. Determine how much more, if any, Congress
- 7:11Speaker 1: should send to Ukraine on top of the one hundred
- 7:13Speaker 1: and thirteen one hundred and fifteen hundred and twenty billion,
- 7:16Speaker 1: one hundred and sixty five billion that we've already approved.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Has been among the most significant challenges for Congress. They claim,
- 7:25Speaker 1: why I don't know now. The funds and Thursday's legislation
- 7:29Speaker 1: are intended to purchase quote weapons and provide training for
- 7:33Speaker 1: Ukrainian soldiers. The problem is the majority of the money
- 7:36Speaker 1: that we're sitting over there is not going to the
- 7:38Speaker 1: battle field. And that's even if you agree with the
- 7:41Speaker 1: battle it's still not going to that Battle House Republican
- 7:46Speaker 1: Conference rule, adopted at the beginning of the one hundred
- 7:49Speaker 1: and seventeenth Congress, prohibits a bill from being brought to
- 7:51Speaker 1: the floor without the support of at least half of
- 7:53Speaker 1: the conference. The rule was sought by conservatives to prevent
- 7:58Speaker 1: a Republican speaker from seeking Democratic help to pass legislation
- 8:03Speaker 1: unpopular with Republicans, a scenario which contributed to pression Speaker
- 8:09Speaker 1: John Bayner and Paul Ryan to leave Congress. Now, the
- 8:12Speaker 1: White House has requested twenty four more billion in aid
- 8:16Speaker 1: into Ukraine in any continuing resolution to continue government funding.
- 8:21Speaker 1: This now deals with the drawdown or I should say,
- 8:23Speaker 1: the shutdown of our government. While acknowledging they say much
- 8:27Speaker 1: more will be requested in the future. So twenty four
- 8:30Speaker 1: billions just to drop in the bucket. They're saying we
- 8:32Speaker 1: need much more. We also have been told now that
- 8:34Speaker 1: negotiators in the House and Senate are continuing to debate
- 8:37Speaker 1: the issue as the government shut down is approaching. Now,
- 8:41Speaker 1: let me be clear on this. They're arguing over Ukraine
- 8:46Speaker 1: funding and using his leverage to possibly shut down the
- 8:50Speaker 1: US government. That's how these rhino Republicans and Democrats are
- 8:54Speaker 1: obsessed with sending your tax dollars overseas. All right, let
- 8:58Speaker 1: me tell you real quick about an amazing company called
- 9:00Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. For ten years, they have been America's only Christian,
- 9:05Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 9:09Speaker 1: they're the only one. Glenn and the team have been

- 9:40Speaker 1: percent US based customer service team making switching easy. You
- 9:44Speaker 1: get to keep your same cell phone number, keep your

- 9:52Speaker 1: help you find the best plan for your needs and
- 9:54Speaker 1: save you real money. You've got a small business, they
- 9:57Speaker 1: can cover all that as well. All you need to
- 10:00Speaker 1: is go to Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson, Patriotmobile

- 10:19Speaker 1: stand for them with every phone call patriotmobile dot com
- 10:22Speaker 1: slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. Now, I
- 10:28Speaker 1: want you to also know about the Republicans that voted
- 10:30Speaker 1: along with all Democrats for this Ukraine funding bill. You
- 10:36Speaker 1: had a lot of them, I mean a significant number
- 10:41Speaker 1: of them, and I'm gonna post that list up on
- 10:43Speaker 1: social media so you know exactly which Republicans said yes,
- 10:48Speaker 1: send the money to Ukraine.
- 10:51Speaker 2: This was a long list.
- 10:52Speaker 1: It's a shocking list, and it's a frustrating list because Republicans,
- 10:57Speaker 1: these Republicans are spending money that we don't have and
- 11:01Speaker 1: sending it to a corrupt country that should that we
- 11:04Speaker 1: should not be sending the money to. We know about
- 11:07Speaker 1: the corruption. They've had to fire people because of the corruption.
- 11:09Speaker 1: They can't answer basic accounting questions. That's how corrupt they
- 11:13Speaker 1: are in Ukraine. Yet here we are and we're still
- 11:16Speaker 1: sending them more money. Now, let me also talk about
- 11:19Speaker 1: the other issue that I mentioned earlier, and that is
- 11:22Speaker 1: the Biden crime family has had a very bad twenty
- 11:25Speaker 1: four hours. The Department of Justice investigators, we now know
- 11:31Speaker 1: they're admitting that they actually ordered to remove any reference
- 11:37Speaker 1: to Joe Biden in the Pharah warrant. An email has
- 11:42Speaker 1: been released now by the House Ways and Means Committee,
- 11:45Speaker 1: and it shows that the Assistant US Attorney Leslie Wolf
- 11:50Speaker 1: ordered investigators in August of twenty twenty to remove any
- 11:54Speaker 1: reference to political figure number one from the search. A
- 12:01Speaker 1: document subsequently released showed that President Joe Biden is political
- 12:06Speaker 1: figure number one. Quote as a priority, someone needs to
- 12:10Speaker 1: redraft attachment. Be Woolf wrote in an email, I'm not
- 12:14Speaker 1: sure what this is cut and pasted from, but other
- 12:18Speaker 1: than the attribution, location and identity stuff at the end,
- 12:23Speaker 1: none of it appears and none of it is appropriate
- 12:27Speaker 1: and within the scope of this warrant. She's saying, you're
- 12:31Speaker 1: not going to talk about the vice president or the
- 12:34Speaker 1: president of the United States of America. She then says,
- 12:38Speaker 1: in her own words, please focus on Pharaoh Foreign Agent's
- 12:42Speaker 1: Registration Act evidence only. There should be nothing about political
- 12:46Speaker 1: figure one in here, meaning there should be nothing about
- 12:49Speaker 1: Joe Biden in here. A second document that the committee
- 12:53Speaker 1: released on Wednesday also showed that political figure number one
- 12:56Speaker 1: is in fact former Vice President Joseph Biden at Biden Junior.
- 13:02Speaker 1: The document says VP Biden is currently the Democratic Party
- 13:05Speaker 1: presidential candidate for the United States and served as the
- 13:10Speaker 1: forty seventh office holder of the position of the Office
- 13:12Speaker 1: of the Vice President of the United States of America
- 13:14Speaker 1: and the Barack Obama administration from January twentieth rough nine
- 13:18Speaker 1: to January twenty, twenty seventeen. He is the father of
- 13:21Speaker 1: subject one. That's what it actually says, okay in this document.
- 13:27Speaker 1: The documents were made public after the committee voted to
- 13:30Speaker 1: approve more disclosures from IRS whistleblowers. Now Wolfe is at
- 13:35Speaker 1: the Senator of additional allegations levied by IRS whistleblowers that
- 13:40Speaker 1: said that they were not allowed to do their job.
- 13:43Speaker 1: The committee also released information from a May twenty twenty
- 13:47Speaker 1: one report generated by IRS investigators that noted that Hunter
- 13:53Speaker 1: Biden's lawyer, Kevin Morris, could have committed campaign finance violations,
- 13:59Speaker 1: which wolf then told investigators to also ignore, saying this
- 14:05Speaker 1: there may be campaign finance criminal violations based on interviews
- 14:10Speaker 1: and a review of the evidence, Wolf allegedly stated, but
- 14:14Speaker 1: a Department of Justice official told the investigators to ignore
- 14:18Speaker 1: the allegation, noting she was not personally quote unquote interested.
- 14:26Speaker 1: IRS whistleblower handwritten notes now show. IRS whistleblowers also alleged
- 14:31Speaker 1: that Wolf refused to allow investigators to ask about Joe
- 14:35Speaker 1: Biden being the big guy. Let me say that again.
- 14:38Speaker 1: IRS whistleblowers also say that Wolf, the same person that
- 14:42Speaker 1: covered all of this up that I just told you about,
- 14:45Speaker 1: is the same Wolf who refused to allow investigators to
- 14:48Speaker 1: ask about Joe Biden being the big guy, and that
- 14:52Speaker 1: the DOJ twice prevented Weiss from bringing stronger charges against
- 14:57Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. Now, these recent revelations are coming as a
- 15:01Speaker 1: House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer held the first impeachment inquiry,
- 15:06Speaker 1: hearing saying quote at least ten times Joe Biden lied
- 15:09Speaker 1: to the American people and that he never spoke to
- 15:12Speaker 1: his family about their business dealings. He lied by telling
- 15:15Speaker 1: the American people that he was an absolute wall between
- 15:18Speaker 1: his official government duties in his personal life. Those are
- 15:21Speaker 1: the words of Joe Biden. Let's be clear, there was
- 15:24Speaker 1: no wall. The door was wide open to those who
- 15:26Speaker 1: purchased what a business associate described as the Biden brand.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Now you go into all that, and now the media
- 15:36Speaker 1: has a problem. NBC News is even covering this. Now.
- 15:41Speaker 1: I want you to hear what NBC News said about
- 15:44Speaker 1: all the evidence that deals with the President and his son.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Pali outside the hearing room. NBC's Kendelanian is in DC.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Barbara McQuaid is a former US attorney and University of
- 15:57Speaker 3: Michigan law professor and MSNBC Legal at All. And Matthew
- 16:01Speaker 3: Dowd is a former chief strategist for the Bush Cheney
- 16:03Speaker 3: re election campaign, as well as a senior MSNBC political analyst.
- 16:08Speaker 2: So Ken, bring us up to speed. What stuck out
- 16:11Speaker 2: to you here, Chris?
- 16:13Speaker 4: I think that turly sound really captured the tenor of
- 16:16Speaker 4: all three of the Republican witnesses, which they came to
- 16:20Speaker 4: the hearing to basically say, look, there's a lot of
- 16:21Speaker 4: troubling behavior.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Here, a lot of smoke.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Hunter Biden was paid millions of dollars, including by foreign
- 16:27Speaker 4: business entities. There's an email where he says I had
- 16:31Speaker 4: to give half my salary to Pop. That's never been explained,
- 16:34Speaker 4: but there's no evidence beyond that smoke.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I love this, but there's no evidence beyond that smoke.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Let's just back that up real quick. This is a
- 16:42Speaker 1: Justice and Intel correspondent of NBC News. Listen to him,
- 16:47Speaker 1: tell you, okay, that job Hunter Biden said he gave
- 16:51Speaker 1: half his sur to Joe and no one can explain that.
- 16:54Speaker 1: But there's no hard evidence. It's not even smoke.
- 16:57Speaker 4: The Republican witnesses which they can to the hearing to
- 17:00Speaker 4: basically say, look, there's a lot of troubling behavior here,
- 17:03Speaker 4: a lot of smoke. Hunter Biden was paid millions of dollars,
- 17:07Speaker 4: including by foreign business entities. There's an email where he says,
- 17:10Speaker 4: I had to give half my salary to Pop.
- 17:12Speaker 2: That's never been explained. But that's never been explained.
- 17:16Speaker 1: So MECWS saying, hey, look we're admitting it now right
- 17:19Speaker 1: Hunter Biden was telling everybody and emails are saying and
- 17:23Speaker 1: he's paying for a bunch of stuff for his daddy,
- 17:25Speaker 1: and that's never been explained. But then to listen to
- 17:28Speaker 1: immediately how fast they turn around and go the other way.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Crimes which there doesn't seem to be any Now that said,
- 17:34Speaker 4: we all know this is a.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Political game here as well.
- 17:37Speaker 4: And what the Republicans have succeeded in doing is putting
- 17:40Speaker 4: a lot of the evidence that they've been working on
- 17:42Speaker 4: for months in their oversight inquiries into Hunter Biden's business dealings,
- 17:46Speaker 4: putting that in front of an audience that perhaps is
- 17:48Speaker 4: not familiar with it, and it's not a great picture
- 17:50Speaker 4: for Democrats. The Democrats acknowledge that Hunter Biden was essentially
- 17:55Speaker 4: trading on what they call the illusion of access to
- 17:58Speaker 4: his father.
- 17:59Speaker 1: So now they're admitting that the that the business structure.
- 18:02Speaker 1: This on NBC News MSNBC. They're now admitting that the
- 18:06Speaker 1: that the the game was selling access to the big guy.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Now they say it was an illusion. That's what they're
- 18:13Speaker 1: trying to argue. Now they say, no, no, it's not real. Okay,
- 18:17Speaker 1: calm down, it's not actual. This really didn't happen. It's
- 18:21Speaker 1: not real. It was Hunter Biden was just selling the
- 18:24Speaker 1: illusion he really didn't have access to his dad. Okay,
- 18:28Speaker 1: Then explain all the payments going to all the Biden
- 18:30Speaker 1: family members. You're saying all of them were just randomly
- 18:32Speaker 1: taking cash from random people at random times for millions
- 18:37Speaker 1: of dollars and it was all just a ruse and
- 18:39Speaker 1: that that happened by Hunter Biden. Come on. One of
- 18:45Speaker 1: the key witnesses that also went before the hearing this
- 18:49Speaker 1: week the impeachment of hearing was a forensic accountant. Okay,
- 18:55Speaker 1: this forensic accountman by the name of Bruce Debnski said
- 18:59Speaker 1: this on Fox News about the compensation that the Biden
- 19:04Speaker 1: family was receiving, specifically Hunter Biden with Barisma.
- 19:06Speaker 5: Listen, Biden was receiving a million dollars a year to
- 19:09Speaker 5: be on the board of Varisma with no expertise, no
- 19:11Speaker 5: known expertise for an oil company. I just went and
- 19:15Speaker 5: looked at the same year twenty fifteen trecks on Mobile.
- 19:17Speaker 5: Their average compensation for their directors, their independent directors was
- 19:21Speaker 5: about three hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year. So
- 19:24Speaker 5: you have to ask yourself almost two and a half
- 19:26Speaker 5: times at the rate, what is Barisma paying Hunter Biden
- 19:30Speaker 5: for and why and what's being given in exchange for that?
- 19:34Speaker 5: Was it just the illusion of access to Washington that's
- 19:38Speaker 5: the story now or was there something more? Again, the
- 19:41Speaker 5: American people deserve the truth and we need to find
- 19:43Speaker 5: that out.
- 19:45Speaker 2: You go back to the new story.
- 19:46Speaker 1: The news story is okay, well, Hunter Biden was a
- 19:49Speaker 1: trouble crackhead who loved Hooker's and blow and he was
- 19:53Speaker 1: selling the allusion to his father. Okay, then why were
- 19:56Speaker 1: all the family members taking the money? If he's a
- 20:00Speaker 1: screw up like that, and you're trading off your father's
- 20:04Speaker 1: name and your father wanted no part of this, then
- 20:07Speaker 1: why would every family member take money. No one has
- 20:10Speaker 1: answered that question yet. No one has answered the basic
- 20:16Speaker 1: question of okay, well, then when all the millions are
- 20:18Speaker 1: coming in and then all these things are being paid for,
- 20:22Speaker 1: didn't Daddy say, hey, hunter crackhead, how are you paying
- 20:26Speaker 1: to remodel my house? How are you paying my tax bill?
- 20:29Speaker 1: How are you paying all of these things? That is
- 20:32Speaker 1: the question that should have been asked. Kevin McCarthy also
- 20:37Speaker 1: saying this about the dinners that they had.
- 20:40Speaker 6: But despite the chaos, the president still won't go to
- 20:44Speaker 6: the border, setting new records every day. Fintonyl at an
- 20:49Speaker 6: all time high killing Americans, and he refuses to go
- 20:53Speaker 6: to the border. He's been one time in fifty years,
- 20:58Speaker 6: one time in fifty years. He's had more dinners with
- 21:04Speaker 6: Hunter Biden business partners than he has going to the border.
- 21:09Speaker 1: He's had more dinners with Hunter Biden's business partners and
- 21:13Speaker 1: he has gone to the border. He's absolutely right on
- 21:18Speaker 1: saying that. Now, let's go back to the story that's
- 21:22Speaker 1: now being told. A lot of people missed it, okay,
- 21:25Speaker 1: and it's an important story that was being told by
- 21:28Speaker 1: this expert witness on the bidens The question simple, what
- 21:34Speaker 1: was the money for? He was asked that question on Newsmax.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Listen, all right.
- 21:39Speaker 7: There were four expert witnesses at today's hearings.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Bruce Devinski was one of them.
- 21:44Speaker 7: Devinsky has been a forensic accountant for forty years and
- 21:48Speaker 7: he joins us.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Tonight, sir, thank you for coming on.
- 21:50Speaker 7: I want to start by saying that the three Republican
- 21:52Speaker 7: witnesses did a great job yourself included of playing this
- 21:56Speaker 7: hearing pretty straight. You all agreed in actually that we
- 22:01Speaker 7: aren't at the level of evidence to actually impeach Biden yet.
- 22:03Speaker 2: That's why we have an inquiry.
- 22:05Speaker 7: Of course, can you tell me more about what you
- 22:08Speaker 7: need to see before you would believe that Biden has
- 22:11Speaker 7: clearly taken a bribe for his influence by a foreign power.
- 22:15Speaker 5: Well, I think We need to see more bank statements,
- 22:17Speaker 5: more information from those bank statements, Where did the money go?
- 22:20Speaker 5: And also what was the money being paid for? I
- 22:23Speaker 5: mean that's the critical question that that all was being
- 22:25Speaker 5: thrown around a little bit back and forth today. But why,
- 22:28Speaker 5: for instance, was three point five million dollars sent to
- 22:31Speaker 5: a company and then Biden's got part of that money,
- 22:35Speaker 5: What was being what was that money for? Was a
- 22:37Speaker 5: a success fee for something that doesn't seem to me
- 22:39Speaker 5: to be a fee for consulting? So we really need
- 22:42Speaker 5: to get to the bottom of what the different money
- 22:44Speaker 5: was being paid for, what was the substance, if anything,
- 22:47Speaker 5: or was it a paid a polace scheme.
- 22:51Speaker 7: We have loads of evidence, you know, we have a
- 22:54Speaker 7: lot You talked about smoke and fire that we have
- 22:56Speaker 7: a ton of smoke right that Joe Biden was involved
- 22:58Speaker 7: in this. We have many comments by his own brother,
- 23:00Speaker 7: by his own son. We have a very credible paid
- 23:03Speaker 7: FBI in foreman who says that Barisma's owner paid one
- 23:05Speaker 7: hundred five million and also paid Joe five million. We've
- 23:09Speaker 7: got a former business partner from the Chinese deal who
- 23:11Speaker 7: says Joe was in on the meetings. Joe's power is
- 23:13Speaker 7: what they were selling, and Joe was in on these deals.
- 23:17Speaker 7: We know the Biden family got millions despite having nothing
- 23:20Speaker 7: of value to anybody except Joe's position.
- 23:22Speaker 2: In the government.
- 23:24Speaker 7: When you look at all of that smoke and then
- 23:27Speaker 7: you hear, you know, you hear the Democrats in Congress
- 23:30Speaker 7: that were questioning you today and trying to marginalize the
- 23:32Speaker 7: things you were saying. They're saying that there's no evidence
- 23:34Speaker 7: at all and it's outrageous to even have an inquiry.
- 23:36Speaker 2: What's your response to that, Well, I think that was misleading.
- 23:39Speaker 5: I think again they didn't want to face the facts
- 23:41Speaker 5: that were presented today, and I think those facts will
- 23:44Speaker 5: lead to potentially other facts, and then the question is
- 23:47Speaker 5: was there does this lead to wrongdoing on the President's
- 23:49Speaker 5: part or the then vice president Biden.
- 23:52Speaker 2: So I think those are.
- 23:52Speaker 5: The questions that need to be asked and get to
- 23:54Speaker 5: the bottom of what was this money being paid for,
- 23:57Speaker 5: what was done for it, if anything, and if there
- 23:59Speaker 5: was substance to those transactions, then the Biden should come
- 24:02Speaker 5: forward with that information and put it forward and put
- 24:06Speaker 5: an end to this.
- 24:07Speaker 7: You know, one major Democrat defense is that some of
- 24:10Speaker 7: this activity occurred after Joe Biden left the White House,
- 24:13Speaker 7: making it meaningless is what they're trying to claim. Take
- 24:16Speaker 7: a listen to how Nancy Mace, the congressman, described the
- 24:20Speaker 7: twenty seventeen payments by CEFC China, which is a communist
- 24:23Speaker 7: China energy company. This is after Joe Biden left the
- 24:27Speaker 7: White House.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 24:29Speaker 8: I know CEFC was working with the Biden family while
- 24:32Speaker 8: Joe Biden was Vice president. Hunter Biden and James Biden
- 24:35Speaker 8: did not receive compensation because Joe Biden was still Vice
- 24:38Speaker 8: president during this time period.
- 24:40Speaker 2: There is a concern it would be.
- 24:42Speaker 8: Improper for payments to be made to Hounter Biden and
- 24:44Speaker 8: James Bilen Biden by CEFC due to its close affiliation
- 24:49Speaker 8: with the Chinese government. Haunter Biden and James Biden both
- 24:53Speaker 8: wanted to be compensated for the assistance they had provided
- 24:55Speaker 8: to CEFC's ventures. The Bidens coincidentally were paid over a
- 25:00Speaker 8: million dollars by CCP affiliated Chinese company CEFC shortly after
- 25:06Speaker 8: Joe Biden left office as Vice president. Now we know
- 25:10Speaker 8: I because it was back pay.
- 25:14Speaker 7: Yeah, I wanted to ask your assessment of that. I mean,
- 25:17Speaker 7: it would make sense to me if I was somebody
- 25:19Speaker 7: in power. I was selling access to my power. It
- 25:22Speaker 7: would make sense that you would want to get paid
- 25:23Speaker 7: maybe in a position in a time when you weren't
- 25:25Speaker 7: in power, because that would you know, that would kind
- 25:27Speaker 7: of cover your tracks a little bit. Do you see
- 25:29Speaker 7: that as a possibility. Have you seen that before?
- 25:32Speaker 5: I have seen that before, and it's basically a deferred payment.
- 25:35Speaker 5: So the question is, you know what was done for
- 25:38Speaker 5: that payment and now it's being deferred till after that
- 25:40Speaker 5: he leaves office. Was there intent to structure it that way?
- 25:45Speaker 5: And if it's proven that there was intent to structure
- 25:47Speaker 5: that way, that's a problem.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Certainly.
- 25:49Speaker 7: You talked again, you know, you talked a lot about
- 25:51Speaker 7: where there's smoke, there's fire. Your initial statement, given the
- 25:54Speaker 7: evidence that we have, if this is allowed to be
- 25:58Speaker 7: investigated fully, and if you know, we can get to
- 26:01Speaker 7: these bank statements, if we can get personal bank statements,
- 26:05Speaker 7: do you think we're going to have a clear answer
- 26:06Speaker 7: one way or the other as to whether or not,
- 26:08Speaker 7: you know, the man who's now the president of the
- 26:09Speaker 7: United States has committed some sort of a treasonous violation.
- 26:14Speaker 2: That's a good question. I don't know.
- 26:16Speaker 5: You know, like any investigation, you walk down the hallway,
- 26:18Speaker 5: you start opening doors and looking behind it to see
- 26:20Speaker 5: what's behind there. You may come up empty and door
- 26:22Speaker 5: number one, but door number three yields a treasure trove
- 26:24Speaker 5: of information. So no one will know till the investigation
- 26:28Speaker 5: is advanced to the level of getting answers.
- 26:31Speaker 2: And you make a good point that.
- 26:33Speaker 5: Investigation has to be unimpeded, and if there's an attempt
- 26:38Speaker 5: to impede that investigation, we.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Certainly won't get the answers.
- 26:42Speaker 7: And I've been certain it certainly has been a lot
- 26:44Speaker 7: of evidence that they're trying to obstruct this thing. They
- 26:47Speaker 7: don't want to let anybody see what's really going on here.
- 26:50Speaker 1: By the way, I love this expert witness. You can
- 26:52Speaker 1: see he stays out of the things that are political, like, hey,
- 26:55Speaker 1: I'm staying out of that. He's just giving you the facts,
- 26:59Speaker 1: and that's the part that's the most important here. But
- 27:03Speaker 1: you look at what they're trying to cover up and
- 27:05Speaker 1: how they're moving the goalpost consistently. It's a problem, folks,
- 27:09Speaker 1: It's a really big problem. Make sure you share this
- 27:12Speaker 1: podcast with your family and your friends, share on social media,
- 27:16Speaker 1: and I will see you back here tomorrow.
