- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, Come on, dignon now what it only
- 2:09Speaker 1: Steve Harley got a radio show today. I want to
- 2:14Speaker 1: just share something with you. Um along your way, um
- 2:22Speaker 1: to wherever it is you're trying to get to. You know,
- 2:25Speaker 1: every everybody has a different definition for success, and I'm
- 2:29Speaker 1: not I'm not here to tell you what yours should be.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I mean, please pursue whatever you think success He is
- 2:36Speaker 1: aim as high as you can though. Uh, that's for sure.
- 2:41Speaker 1: My father used to say all the time. I'm sure
- 2:43Speaker 1: you all have heard it in different variations, but he
- 2:45Speaker 1: used to always say aim for the moon. Just in
- 2:49Speaker 1: case you miss, you'll still be amongst the stars. Just
- 2:52Speaker 1: say that to me all the time. So that always
- 2:55Speaker 1: was in me to aim high. Now he wasn't and
- 3:00Speaker 1: aim with the intent to miss. He was just saying,
- 3:04Speaker 1: aim in case you miss, you're still amongst the stars
- 3:09Speaker 1: if you aim for the moon. But if you just
- 3:11Speaker 1: aim for that first flow wind and you miss it,
- 3:15Speaker 1: you know, usually run into some type of wall and
- 3:19Speaker 1: nothing happens. You slither down. But a lot of times
- 3:23Speaker 1: I think along the way, folks, you know, we just
- 3:25Speaker 1: don't understand what all it takes, and so we give
- 3:28Speaker 1: up along the way. But there's a couple of things
- 3:32Speaker 1: I want you to prepare yourself for. You know. In
- 3:35Speaker 1: my book, act like a lady, think like a man.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I told her people that me and love three ways.
- 3:40Speaker 1: They profess, they provide, they protect, and that's the core
- 3:44Speaker 1: essence of a man's love. Well, there's some other peas
- 3:48Speaker 1: in life too. And uh now, the number one thing
- 3:55Speaker 1: you have to understand about trying to be successful. And
- 4:01Speaker 1: I guess I call this the four piece. I may
- 4:03Speaker 1: come up with five along the way. I don't know.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I'm just talking as it is given to me. So
- 4:09Speaker 1: I'm gonna summer. Start by saying, as these are the
- 4:11Speaker 1: four piece of uh success that you have to get
- 4:15Speaker 1: ready for it. Number one, it's pressure, pure pressure. Being
- 4:24Speaker 1: successful is just pressure. A lot of it is applied
- 4:30Speaker 1: by the circumstance of what you're trying to go for
- 4:33Speaker 1: and what you're trying to do, but a lot of
- 4:38Speaker 1: it also is self imposed pressure. It's um, it's it's
- 4:44Speaker 1: what you put on yourself to make it. It's it's
- 4:48Speaker 1: a sense of urgency, it's it's a sense of necessity.
- 4:54Speaker 1: But pressure is the first thing I want you to
- 4:57Speaker 1: be ready for. And pressure is in a lot of
- 5:00Speaker 1: different forms, but it's gonna be pressured. As an old
- 5:04Speaker 1: saying that pressure bus to pipe. See, that's why most
- 5:06Speaker 1: people turn around because of the pressure of trying to
- 5:09Speaker 1: be successful. I want you to get it in your
- 5:12Speaker 1: mind that it is going to be a pressurized situation
- 5:17Speaker 1: on your rise to the top. Pressure wise, it's gonna
- 5:21Speaker 1: be pressure. It's gonna be difficult to do. It's gonna
- 5:24Speaker 1: be moments when it seems like it's real heavy. It's
- 5:27Speaker 1: gonna be moments man, when it feel like you're gonna
- 5:30Speaker 1: burst us. All comes from pressure. Pressure buster pipe pressure,
- 5:36Speaker 1: but understand that that is what it is, is not
- 5:39Speaker 1: going to change. That's it. Prepare yourself, get ready for
- 5:44Speaker 1: there to be pressure. The second thing I want you
- 5:50Speaker 1: to understand is when you receive this pressure, you have
- 5:54Speaker 1: to persist. You got to stay at it. You got
- 5:59Speaker 1: to develop dog itness has a there's a song out
- 6:09Speaker 1: he says, why must I feel like that? Why must
- 6:13Speaker 1: I chase the cat? Nothing but the dog in me?
- 6:18Speaker 1: That's a funny line in that song, because really I
- 6:22Speaker 1: was thinking about it one day. I was humming it
- 6:25Speaker 1: and and and it, and it occurred to me, he said,
- 6:28Speaker 1: why must I feel like that? Why must I chase
- 6:32Speaker 1: the cat? Nothing but the dog in me? And you know,
- 6:37Speaker 1: now you could take it into literal sense that the
- 6:40Speaker 1: cat chases the dog because it's innately is in his
- 6:43Speaker 1: spirit that cats and dogs are a lot of times enemies.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Now people have pets and help proven that if you
- 6:50Speaker 1: show love on both sides, they can exist. And that
- 6:52Speaker 1: happens too. But naturally, innately, when your cat goes by
- 6:57Speaker 1: a dog and your dog don't recognize him, that some
- 6:59Speaker 1: balling going on. I'm talking I just walking through the
- 7:02Speaker 1: neighborhood or something. So but the reason that this dog's
- 7:08Speaker 1: so persistent towards this cat, it's just cause it's in him,
- 7:14Speaker 1: it's innately in him. And what I'm saying to you,
- 7:19Speaker 1: just using that as an analogy, is that you got
- 7:23Speaker 1: to be you got to be persistent in that. You
- 7:29Speaker 1: got to develop some dog in you now, because pressure
- 7:33Speaker 1: take some fighting back. See if you don't fight back
- 7:36Speaker 1: against pressure, pressure buster pipes, So what you're think it
- 7:39Speaker 1: would do to you? Pressure crack walls, pressure calls, explosions.
- 7:45Speaker 1: So if you don't fight back to hold it in,
- 7:49Speaker 1: you understand pressure does most people in the simple thing
- 7:53Speaker 1: called pressure, the weight of what it feels like to
- 7:57Speaker 1: want to be successful every single day, over and over
- 8:01Speaker 1: and over and over and over. It's just too much pressure.
- 8:05Speaker 1: People crack. You got to persist. You have to persist.
- 8:10Speaker 1: You can the thought of giving up can come, but
- 8:13Speaker 1: you gotta get it out. You gotta persist. The next
- 8:21Speaker 1: thing I want you to think about, there's another something
- 8:24Speaker 1: that I've been thinking about for years and learn for years.
- 8:28Speaker 1: It's called perseverance. See, to persist means to to to
- 8:36Speaker 1: to to insist. Keyword in insist and persistence insists you
- 8:42Speaker 1: must You must insist that this is going to happen. Now.
- 8:45Speaker 1: The persist I'm assuming means it's a pro action. It's
- 8:49Speaker 1: some type of pro action that you go towards it
- 8:52Speaker 1: to make it. You know, persist, you gotta be persistent,
- 8:56Speaker 1: You gotta be constantly at insisting that it happens. You
- 8:59Speaker 1: gotta constantly at it. But the next thing I want
- 9:02Speaker 1: you to remember is perseverance. Perseverance is important. Perseverance means
- 9:08Speaker 1: that when you've done your best, when you've persisted, when
- 9:13Speaker 1: you're fighting back against the pressure. Perseverance simply means I'm
- 9:19Speaker 1: gonna I'm gonna hang in here now. I'm going to
- 9:23Speaker 1: hang in here. What if if a crack come into pipe,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna hang in there. If the pipe bust, I'm
- 9:31Speaker 1: gonna keep going. If I gotta put duct take silly glue,
- 9:36Speaker 1: bondo mud, whatever I got to put on this thing. Man,
- 9:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna use perseverance. I'm going to stay with it
- 9:47Speaker 1: no matter what. So we're looking at the three things again.
- 9:51Speaker 1: You got to understand that it's gonna be pressure that
- 9:54Speaker 1: you're gonna have to persist. Keyword and persistence Insist. You
- 9:59Speaker 1: have to insists that no matter what the pressure is.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I'm gonna stay with it, but then perseverance. If it
- 10:05Speaker 1: goes wrong, Man, you got to get in there and
- 10:09Speaker 1: keep fighting. But then, Lord her Mercy, nothing helps you
- 10:14Speaker 1: handle the three peas better than the fourth Peace. You
- 10:18Speaker 1: got to pray. You got to use prayer. You gotta
- 10:22Speaker 1: talk to God. You gotta use faith. You gotta have
- 10:25Speaker 1: some conferences with him late at night, early in the morning,
- 10:30Speaker 1: in the middle of the afternoon, when you own the train,
- 10:32Speaker 1: when you're driving, you got to talk to God. Man,
- 10:35Speaker 1: you gotta get yourself some help along the way. Nothing
- 10:38Speaker 1: is bigger than prayer. There is nothing bigger than prayer.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Prayer will help you overcome the pressure. Prayer will help
- 10:45Speaker 1: you stay persistent, and Lord her Mercy, prayer will help
- 10:48Speaker 1: you persevere them is the foe pas that just came
- 10:52Speaker 1: to me today. God gave that to me. I'm passing
- 10:55Speaker 1: it on. You're listening there. We are, Yeah, we're back

- 22:55Speaker 1: I'm I don't know what's going on your part, and
- 22:57Speaker 1: I'm saying I ain't trying to be in your business.
- 22:59Speaker 1: I'm not trying to be your business player. I just
- 23:01Speaker 1: can't get sleeping night, man, because it'll be a lot
- 23:03Speaker 1: of noise, a lot of noise, a lot of talking

- 30:49Speaker 1: at folk class clowns right here, Yeah, class clowns stuff.
- 30:53Speaker 1: All right? Well, Mrs and is waiting in the wings
- 30:56Speaker 1: with our national news and headlines. You're listening to the
- 31:00Speaker 1: Steve Hardy Morning Show. Alright, miss Annah standing by with
- 31:06Speaker 1: today's headlines. But first Coco. You know Iced Teas wife, Coco.
- 31:11Speaker 1: She has a new hair jew sparked unwanted attention and
- 31:15Speaker 1: as she took to Instagram to defend her look. Okay,
- 31:19Speaker 1: in case you missed it, Coco was accused of being
- 31:21Speaker 1: a culture vulture and eliminate thief on social media after
- 31:26Speaker 1: she got a braid style you know, one of those
- 31:28Speaker 1: braided hair styles that are similar to Beyonce. Yeah, alright.
- 31:33Speaker 1: She even caught more heat after she named the look
- 31:37Speaker 1: the Coco swoop. I see Iced Tea now, being the
- 31:41Speaker 1: man that he is, came to his wife's defense. Uh
- 31:46Speaker 1: huh on Twitter, but apparently it only made the situation worse.
- 31:50Speaker 1: In new video message, Coco responded to the backlash with recently,
- 31:55Speaker 1: I got social media's panties in a bunch because I
- 31:58Speaker 1: did braids to my air. This is so stupid. I
- 32:01Speaker 1: can't believe I'm talking about it, and I believe this
- 32:04Speaker 1: shouldn't be turned out to be a race thing. Coco
- 32:06Speaker 1: also explained that she named all her hairstyles, whether it's
- 32:10Speaker 1: braids or not, by dubbing them a Coco ism. She
- 32:15Speaker 1: then argued, why is everyone claiming something they shouldn't. I know,
- 32:20Speaker 1: braids have been around for thousands of years. Don't you
- 32:22Speaker 1: think I know that if I want to wear a
- 32:24Speaker 1: pineapple on my head, then I should be able to
- 32:26Speaker 1: wear a pineapple on my head and call it the
- 32:29Speaker 1: pineapple Coco oop whatever I want to do. Yeah, yeah,
- 32:36Speaker 1: I just I don't. I don't get that. I mean, really,
- 32:38Speaker 1: what's wrong? I mean, well, because she's white and she's
- 32:41Speaker 1: wearing braids, so you know a lot. But they're trying
- 32:46Speaker 1: to say I guess that she was trying to be
- 32:49Speaker 1: original with this hairstyle and Beyonce had rocked it for lemonade.
- 32:52Speaker 1: But I mean it doesn't matter. Somebody somebody care. This
- 33:01Speaker 1: is lady, what's coin rolling their hair? Now? Call it
- 33:09Speaker 1: what you want to call it. But I think it's ridiculous, man,
- 33:13Speaker 1: that we get on everybody about everything. It just don't
- 33:16Speaker 1: make no damn sense that that are white people reciting
- 33:22Speaker 1: rap lyrics with the N word in it. We got
- 33:28Speaker 1: ourselves concerned with Coco got some coin row. I'm sorry, man,
- 33:34Speaker 1: I got I got other things to do. I really do.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Congratulations and if she want to name a handstyle, she
- 33:40Speaker 1: should be allowed to just like you should do whatever
- 33:42Speaker 1: you wanna do alone. I'm rocking to Steve Harvey cutting clean.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Ain't the first one with a ball head? Yeah, okay,
- 33:53Speaker 1: remember so, I mean, what's the problem you said, George
- 33:59Speaker 1: wat's his mama? One month you hired him. Whenever I'm
- 34:05Speaker 1: looking at it as much as it, Jo, Mama got
- 34:07Speaker 1: a much that think it in that you ain't doing nothing.
- 34:11Speaker 1: I heard of the desert, but you go way over
- 34:14Speaker 1: the life telling the truth for that mom for no reason. Well,
- 34:22Speaker 1: I think that's why people are making a big deal. See,
- 34:24Speaker 1: because she is white. I don't understand. I don't understand
- 34:30Speaker 1: because it's a culture thing. But a black woman when
- 34:34Speaker 1: you go on vacation, Yeah, do you not see white
- 34:38Speaker 1: women getting their hair braided on the beaches? Bo Derek
- 34:44Speaker 1: did a damn movie. Where was where? I wasn't get
- 34:53Speaker 1: it out. You should have been calling as she was. Okay, Jay,
- 35:01Speaker 1: back away from your mike, yes, okay, Oh yeah, y'all
- 35:13Speaker 1: need to back away. Good morning, everybody. This is entered
- 35:16Speaker 1: with the news. Okay. Federal prosecutors have officially charged a
- 35:18Speaker 1: sixty year old San Antonio, Texas tuck truck driver with
- 35:22Speaker 1: illegally transporting immigrants to the United States, and cops in

- 35:38Speaker 1: Claims that he didn't know anything about the contents of
- 35:40Speaker 1: the truck until the people started knocking to get out. Then,
- 35:43Speaker 1: he said he tried to help. Bradley could nevertheless face
- 35:46Speaker 1: life in prison or even the death penalty for the President.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Trump's son in law and see your adviser, Jared Kushner
- 35:52Speaker 1: scheduled to meet behind closed doors later today with the
- 35:54Speaker 1: House Intelligence Committee, as both houses of Congress investigate possible
- 35:58Speaker 1: links between Trump associate and Russian officials during the presidential race.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Kushner met with the Senate Committee yesterday, where he answered questions,
- 36:06Speaker 1: and afterwards he spoke to the White House Press Corps
- 36:08Speaker 1: while occasionally glancing at a printed state. The record in
- 36:11Speaker 1: documents I have voluntarily provided will show that all of
- 36:15Speaker 1: my actions were proper and occurred in the normal course
- 36:18Speaker 1: of events of a very unique campaign and Kushner went
- 36:21Speaker 1: on to say that the reason his father in law
- 36:23Speaker 1: is president has nothing to do with any foreign power.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump had a better message and ran a smarter campaign,
- 36:31Speaker 1: and that is why he won. Suggesting otherwise ridicules those
- 36:36Speaker 1: who voted for him, Kushner took no questions afterwards. Democratic
- 36:40Speaker 1: leaders on Capitol Hill have unveiled new legislative agendas that
- 36:43Speaker 1: they call a Better Deal. They say that the proposed
- 36:47Speaker 1: measures designed to be flexible enough to make life better
- 36:50Speaker 1: for Americans across the country, especially by providing new incentives
- 36:53Speaker 1: for companies to hire more workers and raise salaries. Uh
- 36:57Speaker 1: Democrats say they are also going to be pushing for
- 36:58Speaker 1: lower prices on prescription drugs and stronger anti trust laws.
- 37:02Speaker 1: They say they've been doing all this stuff for a
- 37:03Speaker 1: long time, but somehow the public did not get it,
- 37:07Speaker 1: did not understand what the Democratic Party was doing and
- 37:09Speaker 1: what the Democratic Party was really about. The fatal shooting
- 37:13Speaker 1: of an Australian woman by a Minneapolis police officer not
- 37:15Speaker 1: long after a jury acquitted another Minneapolis cop of shooting
- 37:18Speaker 1: an innocent black man named Philando Castiel the deaf, has
- 37:21Speaker 1: prompted somebody to start posting a couple of official looking
- 37:24Speaker 1: black and yellow traffic signs in that town that read
- 37:27Speaker 1: warning twin cities police easily startled. And it's accompanied by
- 37:31Speaker 1: a drawing of a cop with guns, guns blazing like
- 37:34Speaker 1: it can't control themselves. Today, by the way, is National

- 42:51Speaker 1: see what you're getting. Easy, easy. First of all, how
- 42:57Speaker 1: do you tell a man that his wife is more
- 43:01Speaker 1: manland than him? How do you say that to him? Man?
- 43:04Speaker 1: How do you bring it up that your wife's hands
- 43:07Speaker 1: look like gloves? How do you say that? I don't
- 43:12Speaker 1: mean no harm, but your wife's hands look like baseball?
- 43:16Speaker 1: Mitch I don't mean to be disrespectful. How do you
- 43:20Speaker 1: bring that up? You know? Sometimes you just got to
- 43:24Speaker 1: tell him man, Hey, man, I don't mean no harm.
- 43:25Speaker 1: But I'm almost certain when your when your wife was born,
- 43:29Speaker 1: the doctor slapped everybody. You know what I'm saying, you don't,
- 43:38Speaker 1: I fig what I'll tell you what like this, This
- 43:40Speaker 1: is how you know your wife. When they started complimenting
- 43:43Speaker 1: other body parts, they just bring up, Hey, I really
- 43:47Speaker 1: like their knees. Your wife got some really regular knees.
- 43:55Speaker 1: What kind of want when some help to ask me
- 44:01Speaker 1: when they say that resting voice in your wife does
- 44:04Speaker 1: she's smoking? Has she always had that? I don't know
- 44:18Speaker 1: that I should do this route, but I'm gonna just
- 44:22Speaker 1: give you some facts about men who have ugly win.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Fact Number one, divorce rate is higher. It's just how
- 44:36Speaker 1: you got to get out. You know, as soon as
- 44:39Speaker 1: they present you with papers, you're gonna sign another thing.
- 44:44Speaker 1: I found out a man with got real fine wine
- 44:48Speaker 1: just shopping in the gym that you lit overweight. That's
- 44:53Speaker 1: a fact people, men who have ugly wine. Here's the
- 44:58Speaker 1: biggest fact. Think about men with ugly one. Men hate
- 45:04Speaker 1: the night. And we got right hill and get in
- 45:10Speaker 1: this baby only thing they hate more than the night
- 45:19Speaker 1: in the morning if they wake up and look over that,
- 45:23Speaker 1: and she's still and yet man men with ugly and
- 45:32Speaker 1: get mad. This helpful still him? She would run away
- 45:37Speaker 1: by now. Yeah, yeah, you're going to the mom with her.
- 45:42Speaker 1: You don't give a damn wet yet ain't nobody as
- 45:50Speaker 1: I left all the damn does and she's still. She's
- 45:56Speaker 1: supposed to be online shopping once again, you guys, nail
- 46:01Speaker 1: once again. All right, that's it for comedy, re lett Rue.
- 46:05Speaker 1: We'll be back with Nephew Toimey's prank phone call right
- 46:07Speaker 1: after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Show coming up at
- 46:12Speaker 1: the top of the hour, right about four minutes after
- 46:15Speaker 1: today's Strawberry letter subject my husband is never satisfied. But first, nephew,
- 46:22Speaker 1: you are on deck. What do you have with the know?
- 46:24Speaker 1: How we huh? No hair? What's up with that? Yeah
- 46:32Speaker 1: said no, no, Here you go. Hello, Hello, I'm trying
- 46:39Speaker 1: to reach Resa. Please reesa. Hi Resa. My name is Byron,
- 46:43Speaker 1: Byron from the job. How are you? I'm okay, how
- 46:46Speaker 1: are you buying? I'm good. Listen. I hate to call
- 46:48Speaker 1: you after hours at your home, but there has been
- 46:51Speaker 1: some new issues that will be going into effect. That
- 46:54Speaker 1: was just tomorrow morning, and we're calling everyone letting them
- 46:58Speaker 1: know the new changes have been um issued that will
- 47:01Speaker 1: take effect first thing tomorrow morning. So we're giving everyone
- 47:04Speaker 1: a call, So don't be alarmed. It's just give me
- 47:07Speaker 1: a call letting you know what the what the higher
- 47:10Speaker 1: ups have changed. Okay, okay, there's no problem. Okay. After tomorrow,
- 47:15Speaker 1: what's gonna happen is when you guys come in, you'll
- 47:17Speaker 1: be issued a new key card and that particular card
- 47:20Speaker 1: will actually registers when you come in and go out. Okay, okay,
- 47:24Speaker 1: all right. Second one is there will no longer be
- 47:27Speaker 1: any personal Internet at the job any longer. You won't
- 47:30Speaker 1: be able. They're actually putting a block on all computers.
- 47:33Speaker 1: All the computers will no longer be able to go
- 47:36Speaker 1: to a lot of these sites that you guys go
- 47:38Speaker 1: to that you've been um that's been available here in
- 47:41Speaker 1: the past. Okay, okay, all right. The last one is
- 47:46Speaker 1: reesa do you um, do you wear a hair weave?
- 47:49Speaker 1: What do you wear a hair weave or a wig? Okay, well,
- 47:54Speaker 1: here's one thing and hopefully you can get this change
- 47:56Speaker 1: about tomorrow there's no weaves or hair. Are wigs gonna
- 48:01Speaker 1: be allowed? Uh? At the job site from this point on?
- 48:05Speaker 1: So as of tomorrow morning, everyone must be wearing their
- 48:08Speaker 1: natural hair. You're joking. Uh. No, these are the issues
- 48:12Speaker 1: that are gonna be that are in stated, and these
- 48:15Speaker 1: are going to take effect as of tomorrow morning, seven o'clock.
- 48:18Speaker 1: What does hair we to have to do with any
- 48:20Speaker 1: of these changes? The first two I can understand punching
- 48:23Speaker 1: in and being on the internet. Yes, that's something that
- 48:26Speaker 1: that corporate. But how are we even you're getting into changing? Here?
- 48:32Speaker 1: Are they're looking down upon it? Uh? Wigs and hair
- 48:36Speaker 1: weaves they have to go. So I'm assuming that if you,
- 48:40Speaker 1: like you said, you do have one, I suggest it
- 48:43Speaker 1: doesn't come out there taking it down now and prepare
- 48:47Speaker 1: your hair to be natural as you come into work tomorrow.
- 48:49Speaker 1: I'm not taking my hair down. I've been here seven
- 48:51Speaker 1: years and I've dealt with all the changes that y'all
- 48:54Speaker 1: have made. But there's no way that I'm taking my
- 48:57Speaker 1: hair we've down. I'm sorry. I wish your name Byron?
- 48:59Speaker 1: Uh if my name is Byron, and I'm sorry. Let's
- 49:03Speaker 1: get back to your weed. This has you're gonna have
- 49:06Speaker 1: to do something. Is there's someone that you can call
- 49:08Speaker 1: tonight to help you get your hair down and so
- 49:10Speaker 1: you can look presentable with your natural hair to mom, No,
- 49:14Speaker 1: my weed calls over two or three hundred dollars and
- 49:16Speaker 1: I'm not about to take that down. I mean it
- 49:19Speaker 1: takes along to them to take that down. Okay, Um,
- 49:23Speaker 1: I mean, is this something maybe you can take it
- 49:25Speaker 1: down and just wear it on the weekends because as
- 49:27Speaker 1: of now, you're not gonna be allowed to actually wear
- 49:30Speaker 1: it on the property. And how will you know if
- 49:32Speaker 1: someone has a weave or not? Are you gonna do
- 49:34Speaker 1: head checks or something? Okay, I'm ma'am. I'm not quite
- 49:38Speaker 1: sure what they're gonna do to check it. But by
- 49:40Speaker 1: you telling me that you you have a weave, then
- 49:45Speaker 1: I have to write it down that you have confirmed
- 49:47Speaker 1: that you do, and we got to make sure that
- 49:49Speaker 1: tomorrow morning you're not wearing one. But you don't know
- 49:52Speaker 1: what my natural hair looks like from my we've are
- 49:55Speaker 1: You heard how much I pay for it, So it's
- 49:57Speaker 1: a ma'am. It's not about how good you know with
- 50:01Speaker 1: the quality of your weaver or anything. They don't want it.
- 50:03Speaker 1: They want natural hair. I don't know what that means.
- 50:06Speaker 1: But they're going natural, they're going green, they're going natural.
- 50:09Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. They're going natural, and
- 50:12Speaker 1: so will you tomorrow morning. You need to come in
- 50:14Speaker 1: with your hair completely down. Okay, I'm gonna do it.
- 50:18Speaker 1: I'm not taking my weave now. Okay, don't put that.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Y'all gonna write me up or something. Okay, ma'am. Do
- 50:23Speaker 1: you not want your job? Yeah? I want my job,
- 50:25Speaker 1: but this don't make no sense. You're talking about personal appearance.
- 50:29Speaker 1: I can understand you'll have a dress code and enforcing
- 50:31Speaker 1: a dress code, that's one thing, but telling somebody to
- 50:36Speaker 1: change that. Have you lost your learn man? You're crazy, ma'am.
- 50:39Speaker 1: I'm not good. I have other people that I have
- 50:41Speaker 1: to call. Bottom line is, get your hat out and
- 50:44Speaker 1: get your butt into work tomorrow and let's not go
- 50:47Speaker 1: back and forth anymore. Okay, Well, listen, by rand you're
- 50:50Speaker 1: a low mind. If you're thinking I'm taking my weave,
- 50:54Speaker 1: I'm not taking out at all. Esa is coming up
- 50:58Speaker 1: in there with her hair and I'm sit down in
- 51:00Speaker 1: my desk and do jobs. Y'all gonna have to drag me.
- 51:03Speaker 1: I said some weeds. You lost your mind, you and
- 51:06Speaker 1: your powers that be or whoever they may be. You
- 51:09Speaker 1: tell them that I said that. Wait a minute, Wait
- 51:12Speaker 1: a minute, listen. Are you telling me that you're coming
- 51:14Speaker 1: in regardless with your hair on? Right? That's what I
- 51:17Speaker 1: just said? And are you then then we need Why
- 51:22Speaker 1: don't you go ahead and bring some boxes in because
- 51:25Speaker 1: you may? I'm not you bring this, man, I don't
- 51:29Speaker 1: want to have to pack. You get your stuff and
- 51:30Speaker 1: box it up, and you're losing your job because you
- 51:33Speaker 1: can't take it. You know what? You can do that
- 51:35Speaker 1: because I'm a call the news station and tell them
- 51:37Speaker 1: you're dragging me out of go behind some weeds? Who wrong?
- 51:41Speaker 1: You're wrong? You're wrong? You stupid behind? Are you gonna?
- 51:45Speaker 1: You need to watch your language on the lady? Why
- 51:47Speaker 1: I need to watch my language? I'm at home. You
- 51:49Speaker 1: call me on my own home phone on my time.
- 51:52Speaker 1: I'm at my house. I'm not on your fuck. I
- 51:55Speaker 1: say what I want to say on my phone. Okay?
- 51:57Speaker 1: Can I say what I want on my phone? And
- 51:59Speaker 1: then I'll let you go and you can come into

- 54:46Speaker 1: before he opened the club. Yeah, just on the barn.
- 54:49Speaker 1: He had that club, and he had another one in
- 54:51Speaker 1: Homewood that was in a shopping plasm that burned down right,
- 54:55Speaker 1: that burnt that a snowstorm. That's how you get a
- 54:58Speaker 1: new club. Yeah. I never said nothing about it, and
- 55:01Speaker 1: I'm sure he didn't. The biggest in Alabama. The last
- 55:12Speaker 1: time I worked at Bruce's Club, I walked out of

- 55:59Speaker 1: Your listen, ain't Steve Harvey? All right, let's get it on, Tommy. Yeah,
- 56:06Speaker 1: I want to know what you upset about? Now? What
- 56:11Speaker 1: is wrong? Now? Something about the play fences? What what's played? Movie?
- 56:16Speaker 1: Whatever you want to call All I was saying the
- 56:18Speaker 1: discussion was this. All I was saying is that play fences.
- 56:22Speaker 1: It was the side pieces fault. That's what this whole
- 56:25Speaker 1: thing is all about. And no nobody to see this
- 56:27Speaker 1: but me and That's what's bothered me that y'all don't
- 56:30Speaker 1: see that. The whole movie play, whatever you want to
- 56:33Speaker 1: call it, was all the side pieces fault. That's what
- 56:36Speaker 1: it was about. Number one check this out said, didn't
- 56:41Speaker 1: she know? No one? Didn't you know he was married?
- 56:44Speaker 1: She knew that, she knew, she looking she wanted a
- 56:49Speaker 1: garbage man. Why because she was gotbage. Buggle up and
- 56:56Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you here. It
- 56:58Speaker 1: is straw. Every letter, think enough subject. My husband is
- 57:02Speaker 1: never satisfied. Dear Stephen Shirley. I have been married for
- 57:06Speaker 1: almost three years now. My husband and I are intimate
- 57:09Speaker 1: at least four days every week. I like to keep
- 57:12Speaker 1: things hot and spicy. Nothing is ever the same in
- 57:16Speaker 1: the bed or wherever we choose to do it. I
- 57:19Speaker 1: do all that I can to please him, and I
- 57:21Speaker 1: make sure I am pleased as well. Our sex is
- 57:24Speaker 1: always amazing, but he is confessed to being unfaithful during
- 57:29Speaker 1: our entire marriage. He told me that he's been sleeping
- 57:33Speaker 1: with women in our home, on our couch, in restaurants,
- 57:37Speaker 1: and even in cars. Not to mention, one of the
- 57:40Speaker 1: women he slept with was the only friend that I
- 57:43Speaker 1: had well at least I thought she was. He just
- 57:46Speaker 1: can't get enough sex. I'm so lost and confused because
- 57:50Speaker 1: he says that it is not me. He says he
- 57:53Speaker 1: just can't help it. I can't seem to satisfy him.
- 57:57Speaker 1: What should I do? Please help? Yeah, all that stuff
- 58:00Speaker 1: you were doing in the bedroom, you just really thought
- 58:02Speaker 1: you were putting it down and blah blah blah blah blah. No,
- 58:06Speaker 1: he was cheating on you left and right, with your
- 58:08Speaker 1: friends in your house. That's the most disrespectful part. Uh,
- 58:13Speaker 1: it's more than him not being satisfied. I don't want
- 58:16Speaker 1: you to miss the big picture. This man is a cheater,
- 58:18Speaker 1: he's a liar, all of these things. Um, are you
- 58:22Speaker 1: sure you still want to be married to this guy?
- 58:24Speaker 1: He can't help it. If he can't help, but get
- 58:26Speaker 1: him some help and see how that goes. Don't they
- 58:29Speaker 1: have places for people that are sexual addicts to go. Uh,
- 58:33Speaker 1: this man, I don't know if he's ever gonna stop
- 58:36Speaker 1: cheating on you. Three years, you guys have been married married.
- 58:39Speaker 1: It's not like the seven year year itch or anything
- 58:42Speaker 1: like that. You're you're practically newlyweds, and uh, you know
- 58:45Speaker 1: he has no respect for you, the marriage, your home
- 58:48Speaker 1: any of that. I think you need to assess who
- 58:52Speaker 1: you're married to. It doesn't sound like you really know
- 58:54Speaker 1: this man at all. Uh, you may be looking at
- 58:57Speaker 1: divorce court here steve him. At first I didn't. I
- 59:03Speaker 1: thought it was just, you know, about too much. The
- 59:06Speaker 1: title said, my husband is never satisfied. And the way
- 59:10Speaker 1: she started to let her, my husband are intimate at
- 59:13Speaker 1: least four days every week. That's a lot of sex.
- 59:19Speaker 1: Then she said, I like to keep that it's hot
- 59:21Speaker 1: and spicy. Nothing is ever the same in bad or
- 59:25Speaker 1: wherever we choose to do it. That's created four times
- 59:28Speaker 1: a week. Y'all ain't doubling back on nothing the same?
- 59:32Speaker 1: What the heir y'all got going on? I was the
- 59:34Speaker 1: first time I was gonna say, well, if it's too much,
- 59:36Speaker 1: then dune it down. You know, maybe you should try
- 59:40Speaker 1: to dune it down, dial it back a little bit,
- 59:43Speaker 1: double up on something, do something twice. But that ain't
- 59:45Speaker 1: your damn problem, you know, do a repeat them. You're
- 59:48Speaker 1: the same thing four days in the row. Try to
- 59:50Speaker 1: come across. That's boring. But you're doing all these activities
- 59:55Speaker 1: trampoline and stuff, y'all coming down the steps on each Okay,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: lay your head down the steps, and then lay your
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: head down on the steps, and then he on top
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: of you. And now y'all just come down the steps
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: your head first, but he on top of you. But
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: every time you hear the step, that's another hump right down.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Now that's too much. That's y'all coming down the step
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: and screw at the same time. This is right here,
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: so you're coming down here. Oh that's good for you. Yeah,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: that was good for me. Now I'm not a mall.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Y'all in here on the laundry room. And to cut
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: the washing the ship. Now the next day, y'all just
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: opened up the refrigerator door and just knock all the
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: condiments off the shop, just in the refrigerator, all on
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: top of the meat rack. Just what's going on in here?
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: The more we're in the sand, and then the more
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: we're gonna do it while I'm on the tr y'all
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: shut up. They are during this four days week, every week,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: and nothing is ever the same. This is happening at
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: this house the downside on the clothes line and climbed
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: in the draws. They're all up in the treehouse. The
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: baby treehouse got got fluid on it. Now, I'm just
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: trying to explain it to you. Now, I do all
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: I can to please him. I make sure I'm pleased
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: as where our sex is always amazing, just out of
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: nowhere after all this, this woman says, but he has
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: confessed to being unfaithful during our entire marriage. He told
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: me he's been sleeping with women in our home, on
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: that couch, in restaurant and even in cars. What exactly? Women?
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Excuse me, Well, didn't y'all just you were just talking
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: about this amazing sex like y'all have. It ain't ever
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: the same? Then just one day his dumbass come in
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: the house and confess this that he's been a faithful
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: DUDEO in time marriage. He told me he'd been sleeping
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: with women in our home, on that couch, restaurants, even
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: a car. Who is he? Who is this fool that
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: walks in the door and just starts confessing confessed yes
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: for what? Not that he cheated for? What with her friend?
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: Why are you in here running your damn mind? Ain't
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: you busy enough? You have things to do, You got
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: new rooms to explore, you got about eight nine women,
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: and why are you in here talking for you don't
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: have time to talk confessing. It's not what you do.
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: You got to get creative. Boy, Listen to me. Have
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: you been on the shelf out there in the garage?
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Have you been under here? You've done it under a car.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: You got your start thinking of stuff car. Have you
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: done it in the hedges, in the hedges, just in
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: some hedges. You gonna have to get rid of that couch.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: I tell you that you're listening to Steve. Okay, we're back.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: Now let's go with his letter. I've been married for
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: almost three years, holding our intimate four days a week.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: Keep things right. They've been everywhere, They've been all over
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: the place. Just do all I can to please. I
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: make sure I'm pleasing. Our sex is amazing. For someday
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: I'm reason the food. And came in the house and confessed,
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: what what unfaithful doing our entire marri three years told
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: me that he's been sleeping with women in our house,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: on our couch, restaurants, even cause and with her best friend.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: Did she said, not one of the women he slept
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: we was the only friend that I had, Well, at
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: least I thought she was. He just can't get enough
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: set well We all feel that way. All men feel
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: like they can't get enough set. But you can't hear
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: that thing you want. You just can't. And everything you
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: can have ain't good for you. You know some foods
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: never learned that. I know a dude right now can't
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: get it through his ignorant as that jet cause you
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: can don't mean you shoot, Yeah, you ain't got you
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: just ain't gonna practice no restraint. It's just new. You
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: just out here just doing, just to be doing. You
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: don't know him Tom to just be quiet as long
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: as it ain't he can't get enough set. I'm so
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: lost in case few was because he says it's not me.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: He says he just can't help him. I can't seem
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: to satisfy him. What should I do? Please? Help get you?
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: Some people get you some people? Does he like it
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: that much? Crying it up? Get your eyes crowded? Obligated
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: to stay with this? You ain't gotta stay with him,
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: But what the hell you want? What else can I do?
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: What you want to? Try to triple ms? Try that
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: that's what anything got really. You gotta do that when
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: anything got real, Jake at your house, you gotta try
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: to and I don't want to kid, no, no, I
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: got to know I might want to the three ms
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: markets Midge's moon shirt, get them three things in that
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: bedroom and the kind of stuff it gonna start jumping off.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: I didn't say that something probably please. I'm sorry, my pologist.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: The last time the market red moon shot, apologize because
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: that's not politically okay, So I apologize for that. I
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: don't like you to that saying we didn't know what
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: you get him in there, though that happened all three
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: at the one time. Everything jump off. Difference moon Shine,
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: we're not in prison. What does the moon shoot? They're
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: still selling moon shine moonshine, it's still so. I had
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: a lady on family feud who confessed she was a
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: moonshine tester down in Georgia. She tests moon shot. Really,
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: they bring it to her and if it passed her tests,
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: everybody get her. And assistance had a slogan, I can't remember,
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: and where will you get some monkeys? I mean you
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: get what you get some monkey he's a look around,
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: you can get some monkey him. You can get some monkeys.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: But if you get them three things in your room,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: you could juice up you love like I don't need.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: I don't like that much in mine. I don't want
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: too much. This is too much, this letter, I think,
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: But I don't know what I mean? Why are you
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: with him? How did you recover from a man telling
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: you and he didn't have women in your bed, on
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: your couch, in your car, and he slept with your friend?
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: Why are you still talking to him? So? Since he
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: can't get enough, you ain't gonna ever be able to
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: trust him. The only thing I think this is headed
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: for divorce and he just gonna be your man because
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: he got plenty. He breaks, he gonna run out, he
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: gonna run out. A man only has extra number shots
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: and then he out. That's that's a law. A man
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: has X amount of shots. And then it started dissipate,
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: be in trouble. Yeah, you only got an X amount.
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: That's after that is salt does? She says she can't
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: seem to satisfying. She can't he a perf and everything
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: she thought she was. That's the thing, because she says
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: she likes to keep things hot and spicy. Nothing is
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: ever the same in the bed or wherever we choose
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: to do it. I do all that I can to
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: please all up on top of the garage with it
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: in the oven. There on the oven dough. They hadn't
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: been on the oven dough. You can believe every partner
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: your table can handle all. No it don't she They
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: broke the dough. They ain't tried to brawler dough too.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: They've been drawing a lot of stuff. You damn. They
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: can't eat on nothing, and they have where that specially
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: being you see him in that. They can't do nothing.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: They can't bring a spoon. And there she was. I saw,
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: y'all haven't been the garbage disposal. You haven't been a
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: garbage the accidentally hit it on. Yeah, you hit that button,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: I asked, and hit that button on the garbage got
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: scared everybody because they thought the grinder was gonna get
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: one of them boughts. Yeah. Oh, he jumped up when
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: he heard that garbage. Oh yeah, as soon as you
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: hear that, you're gonna get up. You're gonna stop. All
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: that loving is over with. Asked me another place, I'll
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: tell you how they do well, Okay, like on the patio,
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: or ain't been in patio and them toe ties up
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: on patti. Yeah, the pie tows ain't they've been all
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: on the sun deck. They didn't tow all the times
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: and water see you along this. I know one place
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: they could not have done well. Fireplace. There's no way
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: they hit her foot. Been over there in there, get
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: in there. You know her foot has been in the fireplace.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: Got a little anchor, that's what them cuts on the
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: ankle phone at five grade and holding off. That's what
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: she got. The ankle cuts on there. And it hadn't
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: been in the fireplace. They ain't been up on the
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: roof too, like they were going up there to fix
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: your satellite dish. She been over started schooling that school,
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: and then I'd been damn here. He came right up
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: on them fixing that satellite in the garbage can. That's
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: one because people don't like garbage. Been that garbage can outside.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: She went out there and was lifting that bag and
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: threw it in the next thing, you know, she was
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: right in behind head first, hanging down in that din
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: in that good But it didn't done it in that too.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: Show well, I wouldn't think, so I just really like, okay,
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: well we gotta go, we'll be back. You're listening, Steve
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: har All right, let's get it on Tommy. Yeah, I
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: want to know what you upset about. Now. That's what
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: is wrong now, something about the play fences, playing movie
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: whatever you want to call. All I was saying the
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: discussion was this. All I was saying is that the
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: play fences. It was the side pieces fault. That's what
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: this whole thing is all about. And no nobody to
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: see this but me. And that's what's bothered me that
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: y'all don't see that. The whole movie, play, whatever you
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: wanna call it was all the side pieces fault. That's
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: what it was about. A right number one check us
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: out said. Didn't she know? No one? Didn't you know
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: he was married? She knew that, she knew she looked
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: she wanted of garbage man, right, Why why should because
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: she was gobbage? See was gobbage. That's that's that's why
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: he built the dog on fence in the first place,
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: to keep they seen it like me just hanging there
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: to I'm just saying. They built the fish. They built
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: the fish to keep up crazy behind out of that.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: That's what it was all about. That's why August Wilson
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: never showed her. He never showed on any movie because
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: they can't find an actress crazy enough to play up
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: crazy bad. Don't you understand what I'm saying? All right?
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: And I'm mad at the dude that played his friend.
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: It's been friend that dude right there? Not friends, that's
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: your best friend. How do your partner? This is your boy? Now?
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: He mad called? You got a side piece? That that
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: that's a deal break on friendship? Right? You gotta be
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: kidding me. I can't, I can't. I can't be your
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: free No, you gotta side What is that about? Man? Code? Man?
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: You analyzing this breaking it down? Okay, okay, check this
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: out call and check this out? Always breaking down? When
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: did she had a baby? Baby? Right now? But look
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: look look not when he was just a goblage man?
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: What then? What you know when he got upgraded to
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: be a drive more money? What's that gold dick right there?
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: That's all about They're all about the side this woman.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: Then when it got pregnant, huh. Side pieces don't get practice,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: should never get ever this side he's rule and you
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: can tell. I'll check you out and you can sell.
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: I get what she didn't want the baby, She didn't
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: want to pay at all? What she do out of
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: the baby? If side pieces didn't get what she died
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: get pregnant all the time. They're wrecking homes right now,
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: they don't get pregnant. And then and then you're gonna
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: what's the matter you're in that out what you're talking about,
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: and that's your points all I'm trying to say, y'all,
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: this whole thing was about the side piece. The side
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: piece didn't even want the baby. She didn't want the
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: baby so much. She just died right after she died
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: in spite of everything. Yes, so I'm gonna put my
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: own play together about the fences experience. All right, this
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: is nephew, Tommy. Is the other side of the fence. Yes,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: the other side of the fence, the other side of
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: the fence. That's gonna be your play. That's my place,
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: the other side of not fences. Not see the other
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: side of the other side of the fence, because you
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: need to see it from a different perspective. What goes
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: on on the other side of the Exactly what they said,
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: the grass is greener on the other side. Stick with
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: me on the movies, get you mail a perfect sense
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: to me everything, Just trying to tell you everything that
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: came out to man. The whole movie about say that
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: didn't make no sense. It made perfect sense, you know,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: don't damn sick? Let go ahead and don't you agree
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: with Steve? That's what they do everything, everything, everything, everything
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: and something. I know y'all ain't talking y'all okay, so
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: j J, let me ask you a question. How come
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Tommy pitch ain't on the wall down at the common clue.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: You ain't got nothing to do with that we ain't
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: talking about. Ain't like that right now? And see what
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: they're gonna do with us again? And I'm just trying
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: to kinda break us up. Don't bring up break up
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: the bro man. Don't bring up the bro man. I
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: went time and right at that the man makes perfect sense.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: You don't see the brilliance behind this that I analyzed
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: this show. And I want to interrupt and say how
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: genius that is? Thank you, thank you. I want to
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: sit there and step back. Dad Be's kicking in. Get
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: so upset with these movies? Why does why do you
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: let it take you there so much? It just bothers me.
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: Certain that people don't see the hidding agenda in here?
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: What's really going on that you don't see it like
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: he sees it different. What's the word perspective, perspect You
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: know that's hard word. No, I just said otherwise thinking
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: of a word. Maybe that's where my book needs to
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: be about. Something about sad Yes, sad piece, sad piece.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: What can I do this? Yeah, he's rune. What does
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: it think like? What? No act like think like ade
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: something like that. The other side of side piece, the
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: other side, the other side of side piecing another side. Yeah.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: Now see Schuman and Shister there. I like that Simon
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: and Simon. Now Simon and got a funkle or something
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: or something like that. Ain't gotten that book. Chuester salmon
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: and like salmon says what something salmon? Salmon? Some simple salmon.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: Make a simple salmon said simple j you're gonna mess
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: around being the playwrighting bars it with Timmy. If you
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: keep on backing them up, we could do the play
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: Simon Simon, Simon, Simon, Simon Simon's side piece. Call it,
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: don't call it fences, call it the gate. Now like
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: new you would you can't and you can't have a
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: fish without a game. How are you gonna get out?
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: You don't fish yourself? I like that too. Finish yourself
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: here you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: it's time for Junior's poem. You missed this while you
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: were out, Steve. Somehow Junior turned into a poet as
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: what you just did. No, you don't know that. You
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: ain't even heard. It's to know that introduced Junior. Ladies
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: and gentlemen, the rising comedic star on the show. So
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: I guess what, Ladies and gentlemen, one who has real talent,
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: one who is a real person. Yeah, one who ain't
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: got to come out. He's already here. Ladies and gentlemen, Junior. Yes,
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: thank you. Steve Differently, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're all that.
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: Go with posts. I've been staying in them. You gotta
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: talking to have different boys and should spur fingers. No,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: don't do all that. He doesn't shut up. Okay, just
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: go ahead. So, um, I was on vacation last week
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: and I was like, I wrote a poem while I
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: was on vacation. Why is it balled up? Because the
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: points did we put our papers out from pockets? You
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: got it bawled up? Like no, no, my thoughts on him,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: I'd wait till you hear this. Steve entitled this poem
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: here is called Wait, what I Did on my vacation.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: That's the name of the poem. The name of the
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: poem is called what I Did on my vacation. That's
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: the name of the poem. Shut up, Jake, you heard
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: he's really here's Jorn right down, like just like, how
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: about that? That's good? We need to do all of it,
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: all right, get on with it. Let's hear it. I
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: went down to my mama's house. She washed my clothes
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: and cooked for me because I don't have no spouse.
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: Some folks want to parry, you know, great old parry.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: But I was at my mama's house, sitting up under
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: a tree all my mama's favorite. Yes, I do think so,
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: because I'm the only one on radio and TV making
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: this kind of dog. So if you got a vacation
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: coming up and you want to say some cash, just
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: go hang out at your mama's house. You have memories
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: that will last. Oh my god, that was just you
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: bawled up. You know what. Until I heard that, I
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: thought fences was the deepest thing I heard. You think
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: that was good? I'm sorry, I'm dumping way. I won't
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: know what you think. See because you missed the first
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: talking about it was a last slide for me so much.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: You can relate to this poem whether you saw fences
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: or not. I was lost. I didn't remember no side piece.
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: I didn't know it was a garbage man. I thought
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: it worked that trained movie you watching. I just came
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: seeing Denzel down the train sta some people was on it.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: I kept going, why is he your garbage man? Why
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: is he your driver? He ain't driving nothing. He was
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: talking to the people on the train. I'm talking about
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: Feller me runaway. Okay, So back to Junior's poem. What
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: do you think? I thought it was great? Did you
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: think it was deep though? Well, I don't know about
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: deeping good though. Give me for atlantic first. First you
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: got to read your name first. Read what I did
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: on my my vacation, On my mama vacation. I went
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: down to my mama's house right there. Come on, boy,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: keep going. She washed my clothes up, cooked for me.
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: Because I don't have no spouse. Some folks went to Parry,
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: you know, great old Parry. But I was at my
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: mama's house, sitting up under a tree. Can I just
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: say something, energect That was not the tone you used
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: the first time. You changed it right, not changing it.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: Change the damn you keep reading my Mama's favorite. Yes,
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: I do think so, because I'm the only one on
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: radio and TV making this kind of though this is
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: a new mix. He is remixing his own thing. It's good.
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: So if you got a vacation coming up and you
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: want to say some cash, just hang out at your
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: mama's house, you would have memories that last. That's what
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: I did on buy vacations. Thank you, you know what.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: Let me just say this and good thank you. Car.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: I tried to blue Ivy so far is the best
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: I've ever heard. I don't know what. Listen blue, give
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: me blue all day, all day long. So you say
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: you're going to a new label when you get new
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: haters on. You said you're going to a whole new
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: level level when you get new haters level new devil.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: Non't that first of all, I'm not a new I'm
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: an old ass hater. Okay, I'm not new. You're just
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: not a poet. To me, you're incredible comedian when you
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: have a pot. But you know, since we picked, it's
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: too many shots being fined. What I heard the one
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: I needed to hear say, hold up, man, you ain't
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: much of an actor either. He's a great junior. I
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: always thought he could that he can, he ain't doing.
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: That's how I can't running down my talents. Okay, then
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: I got to shoot down yours. We're talking about it
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: play writing skill, because he can't write. He's a great
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: play writer who stove Papa raised money and stove fine
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: piece of theater. We're gonna do a different one called
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: where Papa raised side piece. That's what we're gonna Where
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: is the rest of paper raised dates. I'm what I'm
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: I'm here and st tell you what I don't. Thank you,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: M right, we'll be back right after this. You're listening
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Show. All right. In the past, guys,
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: research show that marriage was linked to a longer lifespan.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: That meant like fewer heart attacks and strokes and a
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: lower risk of depression. Day changed. But now that was
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: in the past. That was in the past. But now
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: this new research actually is showing that there's a link
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: between being married and good health, but it doesn't really
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: exist anymore. Okay, they're saying that that link doesn't really
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: exist anymore, is what they showed in the past doesn't
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: happen now. Study author Dmitri Tuman says work family conflict
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: has increased in the closing decades of the twin the century,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: and spouses actual time spent together has decreased. Uh so
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: all the demands of being married, as well as actually
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: spending less time together takes his toll on a couple,
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: and Steve, I gotta ask you, you know, I always
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: have to start with you. Are you happy with the
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: amount of time you get to spend with Marjorie with
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: your partner? Do you feel like being married is stressful?
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: The real question? Going on forty days in a row,
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: on the on the same trill, the same rule, every
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: single meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we did movie
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: night every single night. I never once got tired of Wow. Yeah,
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: I asked that we did not get We did not
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: have a fight. I'm not saying we've never had arguments
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: or dispute that it's not true, But on this vacation
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: we did not have one disturbance. Yeah, you know, let
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: me change something I just said. I said, I asked
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: you that for a reason, because you guys look so happy. Now,
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: what I meant by that is after vacation. When we
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: went to dinner, you're making eyes at each other, you know,
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: I mean, I know you guys always did that, but
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: it seems like more now since you've been a vacation.
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: We slept together to go to work. Oh yeah, turned
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: it up, turned up at all. It just seemed like
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: I was. I was out of it. Where did you
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: have the three m with you? I didn't need them.
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: I was in there just my own self, me, myself
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: and moden me. Yea, well that's good. Yeah, because you
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: are a little, you know, lighter, a little more pepping
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: your step. Yeah, I gave you about eight pounds, don
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: STI but no, I mean lighter in your scause. I
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: feel much heavier now. You know you're lighter. That's good
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: that Yeah, you're happy. I here, Well, I gained at
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: least eight I ate whatever ball, I had ice cream
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: every day. Yeah, I had ice cream every day. Yeah,
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: but takeaway. I just had at least least six times
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: a week, at least six times. Fried fish. Yeah. I
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: created my own sandwich, fish sandwich. What was it that
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: made that? You know? Whatever? They catch the fresh catch, yeah,
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: and just tempured fried and then tar the sauce, cheese,
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: sliced tomato. Come on now, butter bond you damn Neil.
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: What you had basically what you had would take a
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: diabetic out. That's the exactly that you had. You you you,
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: we we would be at your weight, no way. Oh
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: my god. What about that guy every day? Well, yeah,
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: I want to I want to say as I definitely,
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: because Tommy's married, I want to ask him. We'll get
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: to you too, Jain. Okay, Well, in the past they
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: say that married people, you know, we're happier and things
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: like that, but now researchers are refuting that, saying that
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: it's more stress and less time with very stressful. I
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: think you need to have spend some time and then
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: three days after that break from one another. Every fourth day.
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: Let's see, let's see each other every fourth day. Other
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: than that, get out from under me number you make me.
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: We'll get back and ask you. Jay. Right after this,
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: so before the break, we were talking about the study
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: that these researchers they were saying in the past, damn
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: time something. Hey, hey dog, we were not in the wilderness.
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: They're talking about you and Marjorie. We weren't on the wilding.
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: We weren't on all and it was raining like Noah,
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: like Noah, and the animals too much? So how much Jay?
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: How to three days? I don't know how kind of
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: loving him? I mean, that's where the phrase comes from. Me.
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: You make me sick, man. People say that a lot. Yes,
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: make me. Oh my god, you made me so sick.
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: You're you're you're sick of looking at you? I mean that, Steve.
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: There's always exceptions to the rule. Exception exception. You've been
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: me and you man. You was a when it was dayeah,
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: me and he was in the same boat. I was
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: in the hell. You can't know. Yeah, that's moment. Man.
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: You know, why are you trying to be a Christian?
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: I've been to hell and the other words sound worse
- 1:31:19Speaker 1: than that. Why would I want to do that? Friends?
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: I had to use a couple of times when I
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: was marrid. Was I gotta get a ticket to go home? Oh?
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: I hated that. Well, you know, I go do work
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: at work and then I had to go back home. Man, Damn,
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: you see in the breakfast room, they see them eating,
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: and you're going to fix your plate. Just take your
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: ears onto the bedroom. Yea, you do want to eat
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: by your Yeah, man, do you guys enjoy being in
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: a relationship at all? Sound because that's it doesn't sound
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: like that. Yes, I'm just saying not for a long
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: period of time, not like what made Do you understand
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: it's till death? Do you part? Death? Give me dad?
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: That's what say? That's not that's not the vill say
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: that Jay's married until it feels like death and he
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: damn it, let's du part. He said he'd rather have death.
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: I think he just said that kill me. Now all right,
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: young young junior, what do you contribute to this conversation?
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: Now me? You know you personally? Anybody to get any
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: emotion too, I need somebody. I mean sure he got
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: a cousin of relative anybody. Yeah? Are you ready to
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: get fixed up? Now? You know what's getting girls, you're ready,
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: don't don't break our running over here. You don't want
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: here's a rule. You don't want nobody that knows, people
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: you work with, you don't want these people. These are
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: not good people. It's a reason why the people that
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: they know ain't got nobody. These ladies on this show,
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: but women that they know it's a reason, and they're
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: trying to put him on you. You don't want that.
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: Then you have to look at people you work with, Funny,
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: why the hell did you do that to me? You're
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: listening to the Steven Show. Here we come back, Steve
- 1:33:38Speaker 1: with our last break of the day. This is time
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: for just one more thing. Um. I have a story
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: about this lady who's eighty eight. Her name is Marie hollow. Uh.
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: She isn't letting her age stop her from doing what
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: she's always wanted to do. Now, remember she's eighty eight.
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: She wants to skydive. She wants to sky dive at
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: at eighty eight, she says, sky diving has always been
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: on her bucket list, and now she can finally cross
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: it off. She said, she did it, and she's so
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: happy she did it, and she's so happy. Yeah, d yeah,
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: I think George h yeah. Uh. Not only did she
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: try skydiving, she's been systematically going through the list of
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: daring accomplishments she wants to experience before she dies. When
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: she was eighty four, she did the edgewalk at the
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: CNN Tower. Really, I don't I don't know where that is, Okay, yeah,
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: thrill seekers walk around the outside of a very tall
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: rooftop in Toronto not to see and yeah yeah, yeah,
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: yeah yeah she said. She said, if you're afraid, don't
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: do it. You only live half a life. So you know,
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: if you're afraid, you only live half a life. So
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: what's next for this fearless great grandmother? You a ask
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: racing a car on a closed track. She's definitely not
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: slowing down yet at eight. I'm not jumping out no
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: damn plane. I definitely would do that, jump out of plane.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: I would love to. Yes, I love you. So what
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: else is on your bucket list? Feed? Well? I mean, Jay,
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: you jump out of plane? What you know what? People
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: don't do that? Ja, I would love to jump out
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: of Let me push you. Well, you can set it up.
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: You jump out the plane though, Ain't you got diabetese skydives?
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: I'm just asking Jay. I ain't talking to all diabetics
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: out there. Don't email me a damn thing. I'm talking
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: to the one diabetic that I don't. I'm just asking him.
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: If you jump out the plane, don't that shoot your
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: insolent levels over? Ain't you gonna need some orange juice?
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: Like half away? I'm gonna try what I know. I'm
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: gonna need double double double double and double double double
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: deep end. Why do it, Jack, because I want to
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: do it. My daughter Brandy jumped out of the plane. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: she did it with the US. Yeah. How how was
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: it for her? Does she like it? I don't give
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: it when people used to bungee jump and all that stuff.
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, you know what I mean. People and
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: got killed bungee jump. Yeah what about that? Don't do
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: nothing that tragic? But we've done that. Jay, you gotta
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: go see the movie Girl. We did it. It was fun.
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: I enjoyed it. That's fun. I do it. I don't
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: know if I'll do it again. Ever, I don't think
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: I would do it again. Yeah. I was scared about
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: riding on rides that say six legs, these are the
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: rides that you won't get on it and stuff like that. Yeah.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: I don't like stuff that spins continue. Yeah. I don't
- 1:37:01Speaker 1: like spinning rides. You know. I rode a roller coaster
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: one time. I ain't like it. Do you like sore?
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: At Disney World? You're going on damn well, but it
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: looks like it's just a picture. You're going somewhere. I
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: don't want nothing to go up high and I could
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: come down fast. I just don't, man, I don't see
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: you know what I Yeah, you don't fly it's safe. Yeah,
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: you know. You you hear about more you you hear
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: about moo rides in carnible rides breaking, then you do planes.
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: But like, here's my problem. I do not understand fun
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: and fear in the same sentence. I just don't get
- 1:37:46Speaker 1: that to bed. You know what my fear is Like
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: I see on the news where a roller coaster, a
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: roller coaster stops and it's stuck in the air, up
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: in the air, and people just sit. Tell me, how
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: about this. You're driving your car with your family in it,
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: and then they started lightning, and then you got to
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: pull your car over and hide under the dashboard that
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: in front of your kids. Leave my kids out of this, man, Okay, okay, okay,
- 1:38:27Speaker 1: let me take your kids out of it. How you
- 1:38:29Speaker 1: like driving down the street. Then they started lightning. Then
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: you had up under the dashboard in front of some
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: other people. Sometimes people sometimes people just don't see you
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: do something. Yes, tell me talk tough to the thunderstorm,
- 1:38:44Speaker 1: show up. I don't jay, I don't care what you're doing.
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: As soon as he hears thunder, he done. He's done,
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: He's done, Steve. It was the story you were out
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: about this man. Remember this one Tommy and father of
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: a bride. There was an outside wedding and a storm
- 1:39:06Speaker 1: was coming. Father of the bride was doing a speech
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: and the lightning hit the microphone. For all Steve Harvey contests,
