- 0:01Speaker 1: The fallout out of Minnesota is now reaching other states.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Is now there's more accusations in other states that Democrats
- 0:09Speaker 1: were allowing illegal immigrants and not all of them are
- 0:12Speaker 1: going to be Somali's to defraud the system on purpose
- 0:17Speaker 1: buying votes. Now, all of this is happening, and I'm
- 0:20Speaker 1: going to go through some of it in a moment.
- 0:22Speaker 1: But there's a new trend that has just started because
- 0:25Speaker 1: of the fallout in Minnesota. Now Mark Kelly, a Democrat,
- 0:31Speaker 1: is coming out randomly calling for the ban of stock
- 0:37Speaker 1: trading for members of Congress. Why well, there are reports
- 0:42Speaker 1: that are out that Alam Omar went from being negative
- 0:46Speaker 1: in her net worth when she got into Congress to
- 0:50Speaker 1: just a few years later being worth upwards of thirty
- 0:53Speaker 1: million dollars.
- 0:54Speaker 2: How did that happen?
- 0:56Speaker 1: Congresswoman Omar's net worth has increased again up to thirty million,
- 1:00Speaker 1: despite her claiming she isn't a millionaire. According to a
- 1:03Speaker 1: new report, Omar and her husband have a net worth
- 1:07Speaker 1: between she's stated in her government forms of six million
- 1:11Speaker 1: to thirty million according to their twenty twenty five disclosure.
- 1:15Speaker 1: The Washington Free Beacon is now reporting this disclosures from
- 1:21Speaker 1: the end of twenty twenty three, that is just two
- 1:24Speaker 1: years ago, show the pair had ownership stakes that only
- 1:29Speaker 1: add to the value of just about fifty one thousand dollars.
- 1:35Speaker 1: The question, obviously, is, how do you go from having
- 1:37Speaker 1: fifty one thousand dollars in your bank account to two
- 1:40Speaker 1: years later on a fixed salary that everyone knows where
- 1:43Speaker 1: it is, it's about one hundred change two upwards of
- 1:47Speaker 1: almost thirty million dollars. Now, Omar has denied that she
- 1:51Speaker 1: has an increase in well since being elected to Congress,
- 1:54Speaker 1: because apparently you can just lie now about everything. At
- 1:57Speaker 1: one point, she even stated, quote, she's not a millionaire.
- 2:02Speaker 1: So let's go back to Mark Kelly, hardcore liberal Democrat.
- 2:05Speaker 1: You know, the same guy that was in favor of
- 2:07Speaker 1: sedition and advocating for the military members to not take
- 2:11Speaker 1: the orders of the President of the United States of America.
- 2:14Speaker 1: He now as a Democrat, is coming out saying, yeah,
- 2:17Speaker 1: maybe we should ban stock trading for members of Congress
- 2:20Speaker 1: like Ommr and Anti Pelosi, whose net wealth is in
- 2:23Speaker 1: the hundreds of millions of dollars.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Take a listen, hey, folks, let's talk about these New
- 2:29Speaker 3: Year's resolutions. Never really been that big into them. My
- 2:35Speaker 3: wife Gabby, though, you know, this is something she plans
- 2:38Speaker 3: for every year, but I got one this year that
- 2:41Speaker 3: I think is pretty important. You know, my New Year's
- 2:45Speaker 3: resolution is going to be to finally get stock trading
- 2:48Speaker 3: banned from Congress. Why is it that members of Congress
- 2:52Speaker 3: get to use the information they have from having this job.
- 2:55Speaker 4: And trade stocks? Ridiculous? American people don't get that. It's
- 3:01Speaker 4: not right. For that reason, I don't trade stocks. I've
- 3:05Speaker 4: got all my assets in a blind trust here on
- 3:10Speaker 4: one of the few people that do that. But we
- 3:13Speaker 4: really need the ban stock trading. It is a problem
- 3:17Speaker 4: that has been going on way too long.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Why did Mark Kelly decide to come out right now.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I think it's probably because he realizes how much fraud
- 3:30Speaker 1: and corruption in inCider trading is about to be exposed,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and he's trying to get ahead of it. He understands
- 3:37Speaker 1: how corrupt the Democratic Party is, how many members of
- 3:41Speaker 1: Congress around him are going to be exposed just by
- 3:45Speaker 1: what we're witnessing in Minnesota right now, Which brings me
- 3:49Speaker 1: back to elam Omar. Omar said, it is categorically false
- 3:54Speaker 1: to call her a millionaire. Her networth just reachs up
- 3:56Speaker 1: to thirty million and increase of at least three five
- 4:01Speaker 1: hundred percent in one year. Much of the squad member's
- 4:05Speaker 1: wealth comes to her husband's winery, they claim, and his
- 4:10Speaker 1: venture capital firm. How does this even happen, Well, it's
- 4:15Speaker 1: pretty simple. It happens because Congress allows it to. Which
- 4:21Speaker 1: brings me to the fight that has just started between
- 4:25Speaker 1: Alamo mar and the Treasury Secretary, Scott Descent. They're duking
- 4:29Speaker 1: it out now over the Minnesota fraud scandal. What I'm
- 4:32Speaker 1: about to play for you is not from the National News.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I want to be clear, they're still staying away from
- 4:37Speaker 1: this story. This is from local news. Listen carefully to
- 4:41Speaker 1: what they say about the back and forth it developments.
- 4:44Speaker 5: The fraud scandal in Minnesota escalating over the weekend, both
- 4:48Speaker 5: Treasury Secretary Scott Besant and state Representative Ilhan Omar publicly
- 4:53Speaker 5: speaking out regarding the widespread alleged scheme allegedly orchestrated by
- 4:58Speaker 5: Somali asylum seekers. The National News desk Jeff Harris joining
- 5:02Speaker 5: us and both Beston and Omar they appeared on Face
- 5:05Speaker 5: the Nation, Jeff. But the two, of course is you
- 5:07Speaker 5: can expect relate much different messages to the American people
- 5:11Speaker 5: break down what we know.
- 5:12Speaker 6: So Besson spent much of the interview on his end
- 5:15Speaker 6: discussing the Treasury Department's investigation, which includes whether taxpayer money
- 5:20Speaker 6: went to terrorist organizations in Somalia. Omar, who's part of
- 5:23Speaker 6: the Somali community, responding to those comments, saying it would
- 5:27Speaker 6: be a failure of the FBI if that did in
- 5:30Speaker 6: fact happen. Over the weekend, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessing calling
- 5:34Speaker 6: out Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar for her response about the
- 5:38Speaker 6: allegations of widespread fraud from the state Somali community, the
- 5:42Speaker 6: largest in the nation, and potential link to terrorist organizations.
- 5:46Speaker 7: Representative Omar tried to downplay it, said, oh, it was
- 5:50Speaker 7: very it was very tough to know how this money
- 5:55Speaker 7: should be used. She was gaslighting the American people.
- 6:00Speaker 6: And while Omar pushing back saying any connection between alleged
- 6:03Speaker 6: Somali fraud and terrorism would fall on the FBI.
- 6:06Speaker 8: If there was a linkage in that the money that
- 6:09Speaker 8: they had stolen going to terrorism, then that is a
- 6:12Speaker 8: failure of the FBI.
- 6:15Speaker 6: This fraud investigation dates back to twenty twenty two, when
- 6:18Speaker 6: the Biden administration filed charges in connection to what they
- 6:21Speaker 6: called the largest pandemic fraud in the US. Bessen saying
- 6:25Speaker 6: he was asked last week to investigate whether Minnesota's tax
- 6:28Speaker 6: dollars made its way to terrorist organizations linked to Somalia.
- 6:32Speaker 7: That money has gone overseas and we are tracking that
- 6:37Speaker 7: both to the Middle East and Somalia.
- 6:39Speaker 6: Minnesota is currently dealing with multiple fraud scandals totaling over
- 6:43Speaker 6: one billion dollars in stolen taxpayer funds, including nearly three
- 6:47Speaker 6: hundred million from the nonprofit Feeding Our Future. Omar's campaign
- 6:51Speaker 6: receiving donations from people charged in that scheme, donations, she says,
- 6:55Speaker 6: have since been returned.
- 6:57Speaker 8: We obviously had people who were able to donate to
- 7:03Speaker 8: our campaign that were involved. We send that money back now.
- 7:06Speaker 6: The House Oversight Committee announcing last week it's also opening
- 7:10Speaker 6: an investigation into the fraud in Minnesota, Chairman James Comer,
- 7:13Speaker 6: saying whistleblowers were ignored.
- 7:15Speaker 9: That this fraud was taking place and that both the
- 7:17Speaker 9: Attorney general and the governor of Minnesota turned a blind
- 7:20Speaker 9: eye to it.
- 7:21Speaker 6: Meanwhile, Republican Senator John Kennedy also wing in on the
- 7:24Speaker 6: Senate floor last week, calling the fraud case quote a
- 7:28Speaker 6: clown world on steroids.
- 7:29Speaker 9: It makes me want a nie someone in the groin.
- 7:33Speaker 9: It just makes me furious.
- 7:36Speaker 6: Now, a total of eighty seven people have been charged
- 7:38Speaker 6: across all the main fraud cases here, all but eight
- 7:42Speaker 6: being of Somali descent, with sixty one conviction secured so far.
- 7:46Speaker 6: Amy Bach, founder of Feeding Our Future and the alleged
- 7:49Speaker 6: mastermind of that scheme, was found guilty on accounts and
- 7:52Speaker 6: right now is awaiting sentencing. Reporting for the National News Desk,
- 7:56Speaker 6: I'm Jeff Harris.
- 7:58Speaker 1: You notice there in that report they talk about how
- 8:01Speaker 1: Omar says, oh, I return the money, so apparently everything
- 8:04Speaker 1: should be fine. Well, how did she become a multimillionaire?
- 8:08Speaker 1: She also is dismissing these new allegations as quote right
- 8:12Speaker 1: wing disinformation campaign, saying again, I am not a millionaire.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Then why on your financial disclosures do you value your
- 8:23Speaker 1: net worth up to thirty million dollars in just a year.
- 8:26Speaker 1: This came out of nowhere. How much does she make
- 8:30Speaker 1: less than two hundred thousand dollars a year? You can
- 8:33Speaker 1: do the math on it and decide what you think
- 8:35Speaker 1: about that. And you go back to Mark Kelly calling
- 8:39Speaker 1: to Banstock trading for members of Congress, saying this has
- 8:42Speaker 1: gone way too long. Why because he understands that we
- 8:47Speaker 1: are now at the tip of a very large iceberg
- 8:51Speaker 1: that is being investigated, and there are other states where
- 8:55Speaker 1: the same type of fraud is going to be exposed.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Something that will make you laugh about this entire scandal
- 9:03Speaker 1: is remember the Quality Leering Center. You know the sign
- 9:07Speaker 1: where they couldn't even spell the word learning correctly. Well,
- 9:11Speaker 1: after that sign has gone viral, they have suddenly fixed
- 9:14Speaker 1: a sign and it now reads the actual word learning.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I'm not joking, this is literally what it says.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Now JD.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Vance, the Vice President United States of America, putting out
- 9:25Speaker 1: a tweet saying, quote, what's happening in Minnesota is a
- 9:29Speaker 1: microcosm of the immigration fraud in our system. Politicians like
- 9:34Speaker 1: it because they get power, Welfare cheats like it because
- 9:38Speaker 1: they get rich. But it's a zero sum game and
- 9:42Speaker 1: they're stealing both money and political power from Minnesotans. He
- 9:47Speaker 1: couldn't be any more right on what he's saying, which
- 9:50Speaker 1: brings us to the new headline the Department of Homeland
- 9:53Speaker 1: Security on Tuesday now highlighting what they're referring to is
- 9:57Speaker 1: day two of a massive operation in Minnesota. As federal
- 10:02Speaker 1: agents are intensifying their efforts to crack down on the
- 10:05Speaker 1: widespread Somali initiated fraud targeting the state and federal programs.
- 10:11Speaker 1: The Department of Homeland Security posted a video online showing
- 10:15Speaker 1: agents conducting searches and enforcement actions aimed at individuals that
- 10:21Speaker 1: are suspected of defrauding taxpayers of billions of dollars now.
- 10:25Speaker 1: This surge is following the new allegations involving daycare centers
- 10:29Speaker 1: in Minnesota, many that are operated by Somali residents that
- 10:34Speaker 1: are accused of abusing public assistance programs caught red handed
- 10:38Speaker 1: on tape. Are investigative agents are conducting a massive operation.
- 10:43Speaker 1: DHS says to identify, arrest, and remove criminals who are
- 10:48Speaker 1: defrauding the American people. We will root out this rampant
- 10:51Speaker 1: fraud that is plaguing Minnesota, the Department of Homeland Security
- 10:55Speaker 1: said in a post on Acts Now. The announcement comes
- 10:58Speaker 1: amid heightened screw on the state, which has already been
- 11:02Speaker 1: under investigation for years over large skilled fraud involving Medicaid,
- 11:07Speaker 1: pandemic relief funds, and the child nutrition programs. Homeland Security
- 11:12Speaker 1: Secretary Christy Nome confirming that Homeland Security Investigation agents are
- 11:18Speaker 1: actively operating. Quote, we are on the ground in Minnesota,
- 11:21Speaker 1: in Minneapolis right now conducting a massive investigation on childcare
- 11:26Speaker 1: and other rampant fraud. This comes to the FBI director
- 11:29Speaker 1: also increasing their operations on day two, saying federal authorities
- 11:34Speaker 1: are focused on dismantling what they describe as large scale
- 11:37Speaker 1: fraud schemes exploiting federal programs now. The latest push follows
- 11:43Speaker 1: reporting by the journalist Nick Shirley, who again I say,
- 11:46Speaker 1: is a hero, who showed the Somali daycare centers in
- 11:50Speaker 1: Minneapolis committing as much as one hundred million in fraud
- 11:53Speaker 1: in a single day. Minnesota's most notorious fraud case remains
- 11:57Speaker 1: defeeding our future scandal, but there are real chances now
- 12:01Speaker 1: that that could be in the past and new fraud
- 12:05Speaker 1: scandals could be even more expensive. That fraud scandal was
- 12:09Speaker 1: all related to the COVID nineteen fraud scheme, the largest
- 12:13Speaker 1: in our country's history. That was three hundred million in
- 12:17Speaker 1: pandemic relief funds that were intended to provide food for children.
- 12:21Speaker 1: And guess what the Somalis did. They stole the money. Now,
- 12:26Speaker 1: since twenty twenty two, seventy eight people have been charged,
- 12:29Speaker 1: fifty seven had been convicted or pleted guilty. Federal Prosecutor
- 12:33Speaker 1: Joe Thompson is estimated that total losses from fraud schemes
- 12:37Speaker 1: in Minnesota alone could easily exceed more than a billion dollars,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and earlier this month, the federal prosecutor also led a
- 12:45Speaker 1: half or more of the roughly eighteen billion in federal
- 12:49Speaker 1: funds sent to support fourteen Minnesota programs since twenty eighteen
- 12:54Speaker 1: have been misappropriated. Yes, we're talking about fraud now. James
- 13:00Speaker 1: from the House Oversight Committee Chairman set He now plans
- 13:03Speaker 1: the subpoena top Minnesota officials, including the governor Waltz, to
- 13:08Speaker 1: testify under oath to Congress investigating how the fraud went
- 13:13Speaker 1: undetected for years. I think we all know it wasn't undetected.
- 13:17Speaker 1: They knew about it, they were in on it, and
- 13:19Speaker 1: they knew it was helping them get elected to office,
- 13:23Speaker 1: which brings me back to the accountability aspect of all
- 13:26Speaker 1: of this. There are now real members of Congress that
- 13:30Speaker 1: are taking action, including Senator John Kennedy, a Republican who
- 13:34Speaker 1: represents Louisiana, describing the one billion dollars Somali fraud case
- 13:39Speaker 1: in Minnesota as a clown world on steroids and deeply discussing.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Kenny made the comments during a Senate for speech when
- 13:49Speaker 1: speaking about the feed or Future fraud scandal with prosecutors
- 13:53Speaker 1: uncovering the defrauding of the federal government during the COVID
- 13:57Speaker 1: nineteen pandemic. I want you to listen and carefully to
- 14:01Speaker 1: what the Senator had to say in front of all
- 14:03Speaker 1: his colleagues, many of them listing on the floor, who
- 14:07Speaker 1: actually represent Minnesota.
- 14:10Speaker 9: It makes me. It makes me want to knee someone
- 14:15Speaker 9: in the groin. It just makes me furious, and I
- 14:20Speaker 9: think the American taxpayers feel the same way. What I'm
- 14:24Speaker 9: about to tell you, mister President, let me apologize in advance,
- 14:28Speaker 9: is deeply disgusting. It's deeply disgusting. I mean, it is
- 14:38Speaker 9: clown world on steroids. And when I first read about this,
- 14:46Speaker 9: mister President, I read it a second time because I
- 14:51Speaker 9: was I experienced slack jawed astonishment. And when I read
- 14:57Speaker 9: it a second time and I realized it was true,
- 15:00Speaker 9: I just wanted to run away, screaming, what am I
- 15:04Speaker 9: talking about?
- 15:06Speaker 2: Mister President, we have.
- 15:07Speaker 9: Discovered the federal federal prosecutors have discovered that for the
- 15:15Speaker 9: last five years, there has been massive welfare fraud in
- 15:24Speaker 9: the great state of Minnesota. Massive. Over a billion dollars
- 15:35Speaker 9: of American taxpayer money has been stolen, just stolen. They
- 15:42Speaker 9: can call it fraud, but a better term would be stealing.
- 15:47Speaker 9: And this fraud has been centered in the Somali community
- 15:53Speaker 9: in Minnesota. Now, I'm not here to criticize the Somali community.
- 16:00Speaker 9: I'm here simply to describe what happened. The Somali community
- 16:08Speaker 9: in Minneapolis is about eighty thousand people. They're centered around Minneapolis.
- 16:19Speaker 9: And let me say it again, I'm not here to
- 16:22Speaker 9: detegrate the Somali people or people of Somali ancestry just
- 16:29Speaker 9: because of the actions of a few. But it is
- 16:34Speaker 9: a fact that this one billion dollars in welfare fraud
- 16:39Speaker 9: occurred almost exclusively in the Somali community in Minnesota and
- 16:48Speaker 9: was orchestrated by people with Somali ancestry. That's a fact.
- 16:56Speaker 9: Facts aren't racist. Facts are facts.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Facts aren't racists. Facts or facts.
- 17:03Speaker 1: It makes me want to need somebody in the growing
- 17:05Speaker 1: slamming the state leaders in demanding accountability. The American taxpayers,
- 17:11Speaker 1: he said, feel the same way. Freederal prosecutors say that
- 17:15Speaker 1: fifty nine people have been convicted in those schemes so far,
- 17:19Speaker 1: and that more than one billion in taxpayer money has
- 17:21Speaker 1: been stolen in three plots they are investigating. That is
- 17:27Speaker 1: more than Minnesota spends annually to run its Department of Corrections.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Hundreds of millions of dollars were diverted.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Again by several Somali nationals who took the money they
- 17:40Speaker 1: were supposed to be using literally to feed children, and
- 17:43Speaker 1: in fact we're pocketing for criminal instances. Kennedy saying that
- 17:50Speaker 1: this is truly shocking. It was one hundred and twenty
- 17:55Speaker 1: five million meals that this charity claim they were providing
- 17:59Speaker 1: to children that were not provided at all. So what
- 18:05Speaker 1: can we all do to make sure that this continues
- 18:08Speaker 1: to have light put on it? Share all the information
- 18:12Speaker 1: that I'm giving you, Share it everywhere that you can
- 18:18Speaker 1: so that more people see what the Democrats have been
- 18:21Speaker 1: doing and also what the media has been covering up.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Donald Trump is unleashing the federal government and its resources
- 18:31Speaker 1: to hold those accountable for the fraud in Minnesota at
- 18:36Speaker 1: a staggering pace. We now know that federal funding has
- 18:40Speaker 1: been frozen and systems safeguards are being put into place.
- 18:45Speaker 1: The Trump administration, starting with the Department of Health and
- 18:48Speaker 1: Human Services, has frozen about one hundred and eighty five
- 18:52Speaker 1: million in federal childcare funds to Minnesota as part of
- 18:57Speaker 1: accountability measures over suspected fraud in the state programs. It
- 19:02Speaker 1: was announced by the Deputy Secretary Jim O'Neil. This is
- 19:06Speaker 1: what he had to say about how much money is
- 19:08Speaker 1: going to stop flowing to the fraudsters in Minnesota.
- 19:12Speaker 10: Hello, I mayh just Deputy Secretary Jim O'Neill. I'm here
- 19:15Speaker 10: with Assistant Secretary Alex Adams Silverseas, the Administration for Children
- 19:20Speaker 10: and Families and TRUMPID journalists have made shocky, incredible allegations
- 19:24Speaker 10: of extensive fraud in Minnesota's childcare programs. We believe the
- 19:28Speaker 10: state of Minnesota has allowed scammers and fake daycares to
- 19:31Speaker 10: siphon millions of taxpayer dollars over the past decade.
- 19:34Speaker 11: My office ACF provides Minnesota one hundred and eighty five
- 19:38Speaker 11: million dollars in childcare funds each year. That money should
- 19:41Speaker 11: be helping nineteen thousand American children including toddlers and infants.
- 19:45Speaker 11: Any dollar stolen by fraudsters is stolen from those children.
- 19:50Speaker 11: Yesterday I spoke directly with the director of the Minnesota
- 19:53Speaker 11: Childcare Services Office. She could not tell me with confidence
- 19:56Speaker 11: whether those allegations of fraud are isolated or whether there's
- 19:59Speaker 11: fraud stress statewide.
- 20:01Speaker 10: Today, we have taken three direct actions against the blatant
- 20:04Speaker 10: fraud that seems to be rampant in Minnesota. First, I
- 20:08Speaker 10: have activated our defend the Spend system for all ACF
- 20:11Speaker 10: childcare payments across America. Starting today, we require a justification,
- 20:16Speaker 10: receipt or photo evidence before we make a payment. Second,
- 20:20Speaker 10: I've just signed and sent a demand letter to Governor Walls.
- 20:23Speaker 10: I required a full three hundred and sixty review of
- 20:26Speaker 10: these centers. This includes attendance records, licenses, complaints, investigations, and inspections.
- 20:32Speaker 11: And Third, we've launched a dedicated fraud reporting hotline and
- 20:36Speaker 11: email address at childcare dot gov. Whether you're a parent,
- 20:39Speaker 11: a provider, a member of the public, we want to
- 20:41Speaker 11: hear from you. Let me be crystal clear. ACF expects
- 20:45Speaker 11: every state to uphold the highest standards of oversight, monitoring,
- 20:49Speaker 11: and accountability for federal dollars. Minnesota is no exception.
- 20:53Speaker 10: We're committed to holding bad actors accountable, regardless the rank
- 20:56Speaker 10: of office. Anyone is involved in perpetrating this fraud against
- 20:59Speaker 10: the American people should expect to be prosecuted to the
- 21:03Speaker 10: fullest extent of the law.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Not only are is HHS officials saying they're activating to
- 21:08Speaker 1: defend the spend system, requiring evidence and justification before further
- 21:13Speaker 1: federal payments are made, but they also said that if
- 21:16Speaker 1: you are involved in the fraud, they are coming after
- 21:19Speaker 1: you and you will be prosecuted, Which brings me to
- 21:22Speaker 1: Part two of the Trump administration's response. They have now
- 21:26Speaker 1: expanded the federal investigation. The FBI and the Department of
- 21:31Speaker 1: Homeland Security have significantly increased their investigative efforts in Minnesota,
- 21:37Speaker 1: including now deploying additional federal agents. They're on the ground
- 21:41Speaker 1: investigating all that has been uncovered. The actions are described
- 21:46Speaker 1: by federal law enforcement leadership as part of a quote
- 21:49Speaker 1: broad effort to uncover and dismantle large scale fraud operations
- 21:55Speaker 1: within the state. Now, this is on top of the
- 21:58Speaker 1: intensified federal actions built on the existing work where dozens
- 22:03Speaker 1: of convictions have already been secured in major fraud schemes,
- 22:07Speaker 1: including the large pandemic air feed Our Future case. Federal
- 22:12Speaker 1: prosecutors and investigators say they're continuing to pursue accountability, including
- 22:17Speaker 1: additional charges and oversight demonstrate the ongoing commitment to enforcement
- 22:24Speaker 1: of the law in the state. Now this isn't just
- 22:27Speaker 1: going to be in Minnesota, We're being told as well.
- 22:29Speaker 1: They expect us to expand to other states where fraud
- 22:33Speaker 1: is unfolding.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Now.
- 22:34Speaker 1: The reason why these actions matter is because they're freezing
- 22:38Speaker 1: the funds when misuse is even suspected instead of when
- 22:42Speaker 1: it's just proven. It helps protect federal dollars for their
- 22:45Speaker 1: intended purpose. A great example without is actual childcare and
- 22:51Speaker 1: childcare support for families of American citizens. They also say
- 22:56Speaker 1: requiring evidence before disbursement add safeguards that were previously weaker
- 23:01Speaker 1: because they were trusting and now they're going to reduce
- 23:04Speaker 1: the risk of large scale fraud in the future. And
- 23:07Speaker 1: expanding the investigative resources signals the federal resolve from the
- 23:11Speaker 1: Trump administration thoroughly examining and prosecuting fraud beyond just low.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Core state efforts.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Now, while all this is happening, there's also a pr
- 23:22Speaker 1: disaster for Governor Tim Walls. In fact, there's a new
- 23:25Speaker 1: ad out right now, and this is what it sounds like.
- 23:29Speaker 12: Tim Walls doesn't seek out fraud. Fraud seeks out Tim Walls.
- 23:34Speaker 12: When scammers apply for jobs, they list him as a reference.
- 23:38Speaker 12: Under his watch, Fraud is Minnesota's fastest growing small business,
- 23:43Speaker 12: his biggest export taxpayer money delivered to foreign terrorists. If
- 23:48Speaker 12: Fraud had a frequent flyer program, he would always fly
- 23:52Speaker 12: first class. He is Tim Walls, the most fraudulent man
- 23:57Speaker 12: in America.
- 23:59Speaker 1: The scary part is there's a lot of truth to
- 24:01Speaker 1: that parody ad, which brings us back to even the
- 24:04Speaker 1: bigger issue now, and that is the Democrats response.
- 24:08Speaker 2: They're not seeing fraud at all.
- 24:10Speaker 1: In fact, they're looking at the opposite of that, making
- 24:13Speaker 1: it clear they don't believe that anything really bad is happening.
- 24:17Speaker 1: A great example is ms NBC or ms NOW, whatever
- 24:21Speaker 1: the hell they call themselves with the New York Times.
- 24:24Speaker 1: One of those in charge the editorial board had this
- 24:28Speaker 1: to say on Morning Joe, saying that if you are
- 24:31Speaker 1: criticizing the fraud in Minnesota, you are a racist towards
- 24:36Speaker 1: Somali's take a listen.
- 24:38Speaker 13: The question is, you know, why is this a priority?
- 24:41Speaker 13: In a different kind of way, the politicization of the
- 24:45Speaker 13: DOJ and the FBI is undeniable. So whether they are
- 24:49Speaker 13: reliable narrators is the big question. And this is what
- 24:54Speaker 13: happens when you weaponize and politicize federal agencies that are
- 24:57Speaker 13: not meant to be you know, politicized. And I think
- 25:02Speaker 13: the American people are right to ask the question, well,
- 25:04Speaker 13: can we trust you? And that's a sad thing to
- 25:07Speaker 13: say as an American. Let's recall too that there's also
- 25:11Speaker 13: other scandals in other states, for example, the Mississippi welfare scandal,
- 25:15Speaker 13: and this is not unique to politics. Americans know that.
- 25:19Speaker 13: But of course, the other factor here is that because
- 25:23Speaker 13: it looks like the Somali population in Minnesota, the Smali
- 25:27Speaker 13: immigrant population may have been some involved in some way,
- 25:32Speaker 13: those people are being scapegoaded, and that community is being
- 25:36Speaker 13: scapegoaded in a way that certainly serves the far right.
- 25:39Speaker 13: And so that's also something to keep an eye on,
- 25:42Speaker 13: and that's inappropriate. Absolutely.
- 25:44Speaker 1: So there you have it, Democrats going back to their playbook.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Anytime they can't defend their actions or their fraud, they
- 25:50Speaker 1: scream racism and say how dare you criticize a Somali community. Now,
- 25:56Speaker 1: let's be clear about just how massive this fraud is
- 26:00Speaker 1: within the Somali community. It isn't just a few bad
- 26:03Speaker 1: actors that set up a few daycare centers. This is
- 26:07Speaker 1: a widespread fraud with the community owning these centers as
- 26:12Speaker 1: well as the children they claim are going to the centers,
- 26:16Speaker 1: and the kickbacks that are going to the parents for
- 26:19Speaker 1: signing their kids up that never actually attend. This is
- 26:22Speaker 1: not a little fraud. It is a massive fraud. And
- 26:26Speaker 1: the massive fraud is all Somali run and organized. It's
- 26:31Speaker 1: no different than organized crime. It's no different than what
- 26:34Speaker 1: we see with the cartels. And that's exactly why the
- 26:38Speaker 1: president has no other choice but to do exactly what
- 26:41Speaker 1: he's doing right now, unleash the entire federal government to
- 26:45Speaker 1: go after those that have stolen billions of dollars from
- 26:51Speaker 1: the taxpayers. Now, this is another example of just how
- 26:56Speaker 1: absurd the left has really become. They say, do not
- 27:00Speaker 1: punish anyone because they are Somali, And the real reason
- 27:05Speaker 1: why is they want to buy votes. Why else would
- 27:08Speaker 1: you bring in so many Somali voters. You brought them
- 27:12Speaker 1: in so they'd support you. You got them addicted to
- 27:14Speaker 1: government aid, and you know they're going to vote for
- 27:17Speaker 1: you as long as you pay them through the government aid.
- 27:21Speaker 1: And the waste and the fraud and the abuse, and
- 27:25Speaker 1: the scary part of all is Democrats aren't even outraged
- 27:28Speaker 1: over this, and they're not outraged that the money was
- 27:31Speaker 1: actually going to a terrorist organization, al Shabab.
- 27:35Speaker 2: So here we are. It is a divide.
- 27:38Speaker 1: You're either standing with the terrorists al Shabab, or you're
- 27:41Speaker 1: standing with the American taxpayer, the hard working Americans that
- 27:44Speaker 1: pay their taxes that have been ripped off. And now
- 27:48Speaker 1: we know exactly where the Democrats stand on the issue.
- 27:51Speaker 2: It's not with you, it's with the terrorists.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Don't forget to share this podcast, by the way, with
