Tyler Robinson Files Post-Preliminary Hearing Status Report on Discovery (Part 2) (8/30/26)
Tyler Robinson’s defense filed a post-preliminary hearing status report to give Judge Tony Graf a fuller picture of just how enormous and technically complicated discovery has become in the case. The defense says prosecutors have produced 29,237 files across 45 separate discovery batches, up from 19,612 files in March, but stresses that simply receiving the material does not mean it is ready for meaningful review.
