- 0:01Speaker 1: I gotta tell you. When all the news broke about
- 0:04Speaker 1: Donald Trump being indicted in the thirty four count indictment
- 0:07Speaker 1: and then saying all right, well, what's next, I'm gonna
- 0:11Speaker 1: tell you, and I need to apologize you. I should
- 0:14Speaker 1: have known what I'm about to play for you was
- 0:17Speaker 1: going to happen. I didn't see it, though, and I
- 0:21Speaker 1: don't think most people did, even though it is what
- 0:24Speaker 1: they always go back to the Democrats when they're in trouble.
- 0:28Speaker 1: What do they do when they're in trouble? They scream
- 0:31Speaker 1: you're a racist, right, You're a bigot, you're a racist,
- 0:34Speaker 1: you're homophobe, you're anti LGBTQIA. Anytime that Democrats start losing
- 0:40Speaker 1: and they're no longer Democrats are communists, Okay, so let's
- 0:43Speaker 1: just keep reminding each other that this is the Democratic
- 0:46Speaker 1: Party is dead and they're all communists now. But when
- 0:50Speaker 1: they can't defend something, they can't defend the actions of
- 0:54Speaker 1: the DA Alvin Bragg, they can't defend the actions of
- 0:58Speaker 1: this judge who clearly knows that there's an abuse of
- 1:01Speaker 1: power going on by this DA and should throw this
- 1:04Speaker 1: case out. I should have remembered that when Democrats can't
- 1:08Speaker 1: defend what they're doing. They'll always stare at you, scream
- 1:11Speaker 1: at you. You're a racist, right, You're you're a racist?
- 1:15Speaker 1: Sure enough, they did it today. They can't defend Allan Bragg.
- 1:20Speaker 1: They can't defend the judge. It can't defend the actions
- 1:22Speaker 1: of the judge. It can't defend the indictment. They don't
- 1:24Speaker 1: even know what the damn crime is that Donald Trump
- 1:26Speaker 1: is being accused of from this DA, And so now
- 1:31Speaker 1: they got to do what they do. You're a racist,
- 1:34Speaker 1: Andrew Mitchell trying it out test driving the racist card today.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Here's what it sounded like on MSNBC. And it may
- 1:41Speaker 1: or may not be coincidental. But both the DA and
- 1:45Speaker 1: the judge are people of color or the judge, as
- 1:49Speaker 1: Judge hero was, was ethnically Hispanic, I believe Latino, And
- 1:54Speaker 1: of course the DA is black. So they have certainly
- 1:58Speaker 1: become targets of his in any case, and their families, no,
- 2:02Speaker 1: there it is. And their families. Yes, you should feel
- 2:05Speaker 1: sorry for this DA. You should feel sorry that they've
- 2:07Speaker 1: been targets and their family. What about Donald Trump's family?
- 2:10Speaker 1: Oh wow, they deserve it, right because they're evil, rich
- 2:14Speaker 1: white people and they deserve it. What's even funnier is,
- 2:17Speaker 1: while Andrew Mitchell saying this, there were four boxes on
- 2:20Speaker 1: the TV left to right. Everyone she's talking to while
- 2:25Speaker 1: she's saying this is white. So all the white communists
- 2:30Speaker 1: over at MSNBC, Andrew Mitchell being one of them, married
- 2:33Speaker 1: to a really rich white guy. Right, the former FED
- 2:36Speaker 1: chair is sitting there, pontifficating criticizing Donald Trump for criticizing
- 2:42Speaker 1: the DA and the judge. Well, it may be coincidental,
- 2:45Speaker 1: but both people, both of them are people of color. Well,
- 2:48Speaker 1: there it is. Figure it all out. If you can't
- 2:51Speaker 1: defend them, just throw the race card out there. Now,
- 2:53Speaker 1: let's talk about what's happening because of this indictment. And
- 2:57Speaker 1: it's something that I worried was going to happen. The
- 3:00Speaker 1: rest of the world was going to look at this
- 3:03Speaker 1: and take it very differently. El Salvador's president has come
- 3:08Speaker 1: out and said about Donald Trump's indictment, quote, the US
- 3:11Speaker 1: can't use democracy as foreign policy anymore. The president of
- 3:18Speaker 1: El Salvador declared the arrayment of former president former American
- 3:22Speaker 1: President Donald Trump meant the United States ability to pressure
- 3:25Speaker 1: other countries to improve their own democracies is gone now
- 3:29Speaker 1: You've got to think, if you're around the world and
- 3:31Speaker 1: you're watching Donald Trump being arrested in Manhattan, charged with
- 3:35Speaker 1: falsifying business records, you don't exactly know what America legal
- 3:40Speaker 1: system looks like. You may not hear or halfway around
- 3:43Speaker 1: the world exactly what these charges are and why they're
- 3:46Speaker 1: so ridiculous. You just see thirty four counts and the
- 3:49Speaker 1: possibility of Donald Trump being reported in the news of
- 3:54Speaker 1: going to jail for one hundred and thirty six years.
- 3:57Speaker 1: It's not a likely scenario. But the rest of the
- 3:59Speaker 1: world doesn't know that. But what they do understand, and
- 4:01Speaker 1: what many in the world know, is what it looks
- 4:04Speaker 1: like when you start prosecuting your political opponents, because many
- 4:07Speaker 1: around the world deal with us on a regular basis.
- 4:10Speaker 1: That's why, speaking on Tuesday night following his arrests and arrayment,
- 4:14Speaker 1: Trump denied not only the charges, but accused the prosecutor
- 4:18Speaker 1: of making the indictment all about being an interference, a
- 4:24Speaker 1: massive election interference at a scale never before seen in
- 4:28Speaker 1: our country. Donald Trump was right when he said that
- 4:32Speaker 1: so here we are now, that's where we were today
- 4:39Speaker 1: in a city that was so gracious four or five
- 4:43Speaker 1: years ago. But now we're there. We spend time there today,
- 4:49Speaker 1: as you possibly read, with a local failed district attorney
- 4:55Speaker 1: charging a former president of the United States for the
- 4:58Speaker 1: first time in history on a basis that every single
- 5:02Speaker 1: pundit and legal anna said there is no case. There's
- 5:05Speaker 1: no case. They kept saying there's no case, virtually everyone.
- 5:15Speaker 1: But it's far worse than that, because he knew there
- 5:17Speaker 1: was no case. That's why last week he delayed for
- 5:21Speaker 1: a month and then immediately took that back and through
- 5:25Speaker 1: this ridiculous indictment together came out today. Everybody said, this
- 5:29Speaker 1: is not really an indictment. There's nothing here. My lawyers
- 5:33Speaker 1: came to me and they said there's nothing he had.
- 5:35Speaker 1: They're not even saying what you did. The criminal is
- 5:39Speaker 1: the district attorney, because he illegally leaked massive amounts of
- 5:42Speaker 1: grand jury information for which he should be prosecuted or
- 5:51Speaker 1: at a minimum, he should resign. And Alvin Bragg's wife
- 5:56Speaker 1: confirmed a report that claimed her husband has Trump nailed
- 6:01Speaker 1: on felonies. She has since locked down her Twitter account.
- 6:07Speaker 1: By the way, I love that she was the one
- 6:09Speaker 1: talking trash, but if you listen to Andrea Mitchell at MSNBC,
- 6:13Speaker 1: she's like, well, Donald Trump could be a racist because
- 6:16Speaker 1: he's criticizing a DA and a judge who are both
- 6:19Speaker 1: people of color, and don't you feel sad for their
- 6:23Speaker 1: family members? The wife of the judge is attacking Donald
- 6:27Speaker 1: Trump and gleefully tweeting out he is going to prison
- 6:31Speaker 1: on felonies. MSNBC, we gotta, we gotta, we got this
- 6:35Speaker 1: guy's don't worry. We know this is crapped. We'll just
- 6:37Speaker 1: say a racist. And it may or may not be coincidental.
- 6:40Speaker 1: But both the DA and the judge are people of
- 6:44Speaker 1: color or the judge, as Judge Hero was, was ethnically Hispanic,
- 6:50Speaker 1: I believe Latino, and of course the DA is black,
- 6:54Speaker 1: so they have certainly become targets of his in any case.
- 6:58Speaker 1: And their families and their families, yes, they're poor families.
- 7:03Speaker 1: They're terrible. They're poor, poor families. As they're on Twitter
- 7:07Speaker 1: attacking Donald Trump set and leaking. Yeah, he's going to jail,
- 7:11Speaker 1: He's going to prison. Let's feel sorry for them. We
- 7:14Speaker 1: got to feel sorry for him, because it is poor
- 7:17Speaker 1: family members who are out there on Twitter trashing anyone
- 7:21Speaker 1: they can trash, yes, Phil, sorry for them all right,
- 7:26Speaker 1: before I get into that I want to talk to
- 7:28Speaker 1: you real quick about our friends over at Patriot Mobile.
- 7:31Speaker 1: They are now offering a performance guarantee. If you're not
- 7:34Speaker 1: happy with your coverage, you can switch between the three
- 7:37Speaker 1: major carriers for free. Yeah, Patriot Mobile is America's only
- 7:42Speaker 1: Christian conservative wireless provider. They are for nationwide coverage on
- 7:47Speaker 1: the best G four and G five networks, the same
- 7:49Speaker 1: at network and towers are using right now. The difference
- 7:53Speaker 1: is not only do you get the same great quality
- 7:56Speaker 1: that you're used to, but they actually are a company
- 7:59Speaker 1: that fights to preserve or God given rights and freedoms.
- 8:03Speaker 1: So this year resolved to stop spending your money with
- 8:07Speaker 1: companies that don't align with your values. In fact, actually
- 8:10Speaker 1: fight against what you believe in. Switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 8:13Speaker 1: You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups, the rights
- 8:16Speaker 1: of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions. It is
- 8:20Speaker 1: easy to switch. Call them right now or go online
- 8:23Speaker 1: to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com
- 8:28Speaker 1: slash ferguson, or call them eight seven eighth Patriot You're
- 8:31Speaker 1: gonna get free activation with the offer code ferguson. That's
- 8:35Speaker 1: eight seven eight Patriot or patriotmobile dot com slash Ferguson. Now,
- 8:40Speaker 1: there's another part of this story, and there is a
- 8:44Speaker 1: big divide right now in the Republican Party on what
- 8:46Speaker 1: should happen if Democrats are going to start using DA's
- 8:51Speaker 1: to attack their political opponents. Do we sit back and
- 8:55Speaker 1: allow that to happen? Okay, that's one option, say that
- 8:58Speaker 1: we're statesmen and we're not going to abuse power. Or
- 9:01Speaker 1: do you fight fire with fire and say, okay, if
- 9:04Speaker 1: you guys are going to do this, and we're gonna
- 9:06Speaker 1: gnd it right back to you and go after you
- 9:10Speaker 1: with the same vengeance until both sides call a truce.
- 9:15Speaker 1: A lot of it depends on who you talk to
- 9:17Speaker 1: what the strategy should be. I cannot tell you how
- 9:20Speaker 1: many elected officials I've spoken with over the last twenty
- 9:23Speaker 1: four hours who have been asking me my thoughts on this,
- 9:26Speaker 1: like what do you think? Because there are a lot
- 9:29Speaker 1: of das right now that are chomping at the bit
- 9:32Speaker 1: to say, all right, if we're not going if these
- 9:35Speaker 1: are the new rules and this is what we're gonna
- 9:37Speaker 1: play with and we're going to be the Banana Republic,
- 9:39Speaker 1: then let's go and let's get the Republicans in the
- 9:42Speaker 1: game and let's actually fight back. Now, that is a
- 9:46Speaker 1: problem because once you start that, you're going to get
- 9:50Speaker 1: into one of the worst games of tit for tat,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and people's lives will get ruined and destroyed because you're
- 9:57Speaker 1: no longer actually upholding the law. You are now weaponizing
- 10:02Speaker 1: the law. Now, there's some Republicans say, well, that's the
- 10:04Speaker 1: only thing that will put this genie back in the box,
- 10:07Speaker 1: and the only thing that will make the Democrats understand
- 10:10Speaker 1: just how far they've overstepped here and how important it
- 10:13Speaker 1: is for them to shut up right, how important it
- 10:16Speaker 1: is for them to respect the law and not weaponize
- 10:20Speaker 1: the DOJ or the FBI, not to weaponize these district
- 10:24Speaker 1: attorneys to come after people who they don't like solely
- 10:30Speaker 1: based on politics. We've now learned that at least two
- 10:36Speaker 1: Republican das want to prosecute Joe Biden. Representative James Comer,
- 10:41Speaker 1: who was on Fox News Channel, had this to say
- 10:43Speaker 1: about the possibility of Republicans in essence going it alone
- 10:48Speaker 1: and deciding, hey, we're going to do this. If we
- 10:51Speaker 1: have to do this to fight back, then so be it,
- 10:54Speaker 1: and will be the ones that do what Alvin Bragg
- 10:56Speaker 1: is an essence doing. Listen and i'll tell you one
- 10:58Speaker 1: of the things that I don't think been picked up
- 11:00Speaker 1: a lot that's going to be a problem. And I
- 11:03Speaker 1: had two calls yesterday, one from a county attorney Kentucky
- 11:07Speaker 1: and one from a county attorney in Tennessee. They were
- 11:10Speaker 1: a Republicans. Obviously that both states are heavily Republican. They
- 11:13Speaker 1: want to know if they're ways they can go after
- 11:16Speaker 1: the bidens now and they've opened up a ken of worms.
- 11:19Speaker 1: They've sent precedents now that we can't go back on.
- 11:23Speaker 1: And now we're gonna see a judicial system that's already
- 11:26Speaker 1: bogged down with doing what they're supposed to do, and
- 11:29Speaker 1: that's going after real criminals, people that are committing real
- 11:33Speaker 1: crime burgularies, rape robberies, things like that. And now you're
- 11:38Speaker 1: gonna start seeing ambitious political people like Calvin Bragg try
- 11:42Speaker 1: to make a name for themselves and go after big
- 11:45Speaker 1: pie in the sky federal cases. And it's just not
- 11:49Speaker 1: a good path that we need to go forward on
- 11:52Speaker 1: in a group. James Comer there, I think makes a
- 11:54Speaker 1: great point, but I want you to also think about
- 11:57Speaker 1: it from this perspective. If you're one of these two
- 11:59Speaker 1: geo prosecutors that are looking at ways to charge President
- 12:03Speaker 1: Biden and his family amid what this Manhattan Distric attorney
- 12:06Speaker 1: out and Bragg did to former President Donald Trump, what
- 12:11Speaker 1: is the upside for those two individuals. Number One, you
- 12:14Speaker 1: can say, look, I'm willing to hold them accountable and
- 12:16Speaker 1: I'm not backing down right, and there's there's actual, real
- 12:21Speaker 1: probable cause to go after the Bidens for their crimes
- 12:23Speaker 1: that they've committed. And the millions and millions of dollars
- 12:26Speaker 1: coming in from China and Russia, the fact that they
- 12:28Speaker 1: have not sanctioned the Russian oligarchs who clearly should be
- 12:33Speaker 1: sanctioned right now in Russia because those oligarchs are being
- 12:36Speaker 1: protected by the Bidens because they gave millions of dollars
- 12:41Speaker 1: to the Biden crime family. Like there are smoking guns
- 12:46Speaker 1: all over the place because of Hunter Biden's laptop and
- 12:49Speaker 1: the suspicious activity reports that we've gotten our hands on.
- 12:52Speaker 1: So that let's just start with that scenario. These das
- 12:57Speaker 1: right now, the one in Kentucky and the one in Tennessee,
- 13:00Speaker 1: we don't know where, we don't have their names yet,
- 13:02Speaker 1: but we would know their names, and we would know
- 13:04Speaker 1: their names, and they would become instantly famous if they
- 13:07Speaker 1: were able to figure out a way to say, all right,
- 13:10Speaker 1: you do this to our guy, We're coming after your
- 13:13Speaker 1: guys now. Then you're gonna have a retaliation from that
- 13:17Speaker 1: where you're gonna have other das around the country that
- 13:19Speaker 1: will then start charging Donald Trump with crimes and may
- 13:22Speaker 1: even try to start charging crimes with Desantists or anybody else.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Then it becomes a everybody running for president scenario is
- 13:30Speaker 1: going to get charged with a crime. This is going
- 13:31Speaker 1: to go back to, you know, the days of Stalin
- 13:35Speaker 1: and Mussolimian Hitler. Right, you show me the man and
- 13:38Speaker 1: I'll show you the crime, and that's what you're gonna do.
- 13:41Speaker 1: You're gonna weaponize it. Well, then people are gonna be
- 13:43Speaker 1: running for office. If it's a tight election and a
- 13:45Speaker 1: Republican is going to beat a Democrat, possibly, what do
- 13:48Speaker 1: you think the Democrats are gonna say, Hey, in diet
- 13:50Speaker 1: the guys, show me the politician and I'll show you
- 13:53Speaker 1: the crime. Now, there are Republicans I've talked to said
- 13:57Speaker 1: I don't care. Screw it. They went there, they tore
- 13:59Speaker 1: this system down. They've weaponized this system. So if this
- 14:03Speaker 1: is how it's going to be, then let's all burn
- 14:05Speaker 1: it to the ground. And I understand that. But once
- 14:08Speaker 1: you go down this road, there are going to be
- 14:11Speaker 1: an incredible number of good men and women who I
- 14:14Speaker 1: believe will never ever run for office because it's just
- 14:18Speaker 1: not worth it. They won't want to put their families
- 14:20Speaker 1: through it, they won't want to put their businesses through it.
- 14:23Speaker 1: They won't want to have a chance of losing everything.
- 14:26Speaker 1: They don't want to have to worry about defending themselves
- 14:28Speaker 1: even after an election is over, with incredible legal fees,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and they don't want to go up against a United
- 14:35Speaker 1: States government which has unlimited resources. A perfect example, that's
- 14:39Speaker 1: what they've wasted two hundred million dollars in New York
- 14:42Speaker 1: going after Donald Trump over these payments. That's not a joke.
- 14:45Speaker 1: That's real. By the way, that's not a joke. That's
- 14:48Speaker 1: real money. That's how much cash they have wasted going
- 14:52Speaker 1: after Donald Trump. And so when Brag warns of this,
- 14:56Speaker 1: he cautions like, hey, I get it. I understand why
- 14:59Speaker 1: these guys I want to do it. But then there's
- 15:01Speaker 1: also just the other side, which is the pure politics.
- 15:05Speaker 1: There are ambitious people in both parties. There are we
- 15:08Speaker 1: have crazies on the right, just like the communists do
- 15:12Speaker 1: on the left. Okay, there's a lot of communists around
- 15:16Speaker 1: Joe Biden that are crazy, right, the squads and the aocs,
- 15:19Speaker 1: And there's a place for crazy in politics, no doubt
- 15:22Speaker 1: about it. And and all you all it takes is
- 15:25Speaker 1: a couple of crazies to change this entire our entire democracy. Well,
- 15:31Speaker 1: as Al Salvador's president said, the democracy's over. It's done right,
- 15:35Speaker 1: you know. Even the president of El Salvador put out
- 15:38Speaker 1: a tweet saying this. Think what you want about former
- 15:41Speaker 1: President Trump and the reasons he's being indicted, but just
- 15:44Speaker 1: imagine if this happened in any other country where a
- 15:46Speaker 1: government arrest of the main opposition candidate. The United States
- 15:49Speaker 1: ability to use democracy as foreign policy is gone. He's right,
- 15:53Speaker 1: any other country that did this, we would have condemned
- 15:56Speaker 1: it in the past. The differences now we're actually doing it.
- 16:01Speaker 1: The communists in this country are actually doing it. They're
- 16:05Speaker 1: partaking in it. And that is the point that needs
- 16:09Speaker 1: to be brought up over and over and over and
- 16:12Speaker 1: over and over and over again. There was also something
- 16:15Speaker 1: very interesting that happened at the White House today, and
- 16:20Speaker 1: the White House was asked only one question about the
- 16:24Speaker 1: President of the United States of America, like does he
- 16:26Speaker 1: follow the law? Like, you guys are getting really heavy
- 16:29Speaker 1: handed with you must follow the law, right, Like does
- 16:32Speaker 1: he follow the law with classified documents? And you know
- 16:36Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden and the money coming in and the
- 16:38Speaker 1: transparency and the Biden artwork, Like does this White House
- 16:42Speaker 1: follow the law as you're you know, condemning Donald Trump
- 16:45Speaker 1: for not following the law, do you guys follow the law?
- 16:49Speaker 1: And there was zero follow up because this is a
- 16:52Speaker 1: check the box question from the White House Press Corps.
- 16:55Speaker 1: There was zero follow up on the question. And I
- 16:58Speaker 1: want to I want you to just guess how quick
- 17:02Speaker 1: the answer was from the White House that, of course
- 17:04Speaker 1: we do this before they moved on, like, yes, we
- 17:06Speaker 1: follow the law. That the law. And next, I want
- 17:11Speaker 1: you to guess. You won't know how long it took.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna play the entire clip. It ain't very long, folks, listen,
- 17:17Speaker 1: But of course the president is the president that follows
- 17:20Speaker 1: the law and does does these types of things in
- 17:25Speaker 1: the appropriate fashion, appropriate way. There it is eight seconds, folks,
- 17:29Speaker 1: and a giggle in there, because you got to have
- 17:30Speaker 1: a giggle to mock the question, right, Like, that's what
- 17:34Speaker 1: you have to do. You get you have to you
- 17:37Speaker 1: gotta laugh. You got a joke, You got to talk
- 17:40Speaker 1: about how funny it is. You got to talk about
- 17:43Speaker 1: how hilarious it is. Ha ha ha. Of course we
- 17:47Speaker 1: follow the law, does he Well, we've got another whistleblower
- 17:52Speaker 1: that's come out and its said that Joe Biden doesn't
- 17:55Speaker 1: follow the law. This is breaking news you'll probably get
- 17:59Speaker 1: nowhere else. The Vice President, Joe Biden's former assistant, has
- 18:06Speaker 1: come out and said classified documents were left unlocked and
- 18:12Speaker 1: the Penn Biden Center closet for years. Yeah. Have you
- 18:17Speaker 1: heard about this in the media. Of course not, because
- 18:19Speaker 1: at the White House they'll laugh at you and remind
- 18:22Speaker 1: you how of course we follow the law. Are you
- 18:25Speaker 1: kidding me? But of course the president is the president
- 18:28Speaker 1: that follows the law. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we'll laugh about that.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Of course he is is a president that follows the law. Yeah,
- 18:39Speaker 1: just not at the Biden Pen Center when the classified
- 18:42Speaker 1: documents are left unlocked in a closet, unattended. But besides that,
- 18:46Speaker 1: we follow the law. In the media, not asking that question.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Classified documents quote, were transported from then Vice President Joe
- 18:53Speaker 1: Biden's safekeeping to the Penn Biden Center, where they were
- 18:57Speaker 1: kept an unlocked closet and remained accessible to center and
- 19:00Speaker 1: please and potentially others. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Komer
- 19:04Speaker 1: revealed this afternoon after an interview with Biden's former assistant
- 19:09Speaker 1: Kathy Chung. Chung, who current Biden administration official appears to
- 19:14Speaker 1: blame for the mishandling of the Biden classified documents, told
- 19:18Speaker 1: James Komer the Biden's classified documents remained unsecured at the
- 19:22Speaker 1: Biden Pen Center for years and remained accessible to her
- 19:25Speaker 1: until May of twenty twenty two. Quote. The story does
- 19:29Speaker 1: not begin in November of twenty twenty two, a representative
- 19:33Speaker 1: by President Biden's attorney, Coomer said in a statement. Then
- 19:37Speaker 1: White House's counseled Dana Remus tasked Kathy Chong with reviewing
- 19:41Speaker 1: those boxes from the Biden Pen Center as early as
- 19:45Speaker 1: May of twenty twenty two. Public records reported by the
- 19:50Speaker 1: New York Post suggests that Chinese Communist Party linked individuals
- 19:53Speaker 1: or entities donated at least fifty four million between twenty
- 19:58Speaker 1: fourteen twenty nineteen to the b Penn Center. I wonder why.
- 20:02Speaker 1: According to a CNN source, the classified documents found at
- 20:05Speaker 1: Biden's private office at the center pertained to Iran, the
- 20:10Speaker 1: UK Ukraine, where the Biden family conducted business deals in
- 20:14Speaker 1: each one of those areas. On Monday, Comber raised concerned
- 20:18Speaker 1: about concerns about Biden's classified documents scandal in connection with
- 20:22Speaker 1: a Biden family business scheme, saying, quote, we don't know
- 20:26Speaker 1: the true extent of what Joe Biden has done. All
- 20:30Speaker 1: we know is he had classified documents scattered all over
- 20:33Speaker 1: the place dating back to the time when he was
- 20:35Speaker 1: a US senator. There's one document in particular. Comber went
- 20:40Speaker 1: on to say that I can tell you from my
- 20:42Speaker 1: investigation of Biden family influence peddling that were very concerned about.
- 20:48Speaker 1: With respect to the document that Hunter Biden sent two
- 20:50Speaker 1: officials at Barisma in Ukraine, Comber said it was a
- 20:56Speaker 1: government document. We are concerned that it may have been
- 20:58Speaker 1: one of the classified documents. Is where he got his
- 21:02Speaker 1: intel for for the email that he's sent to Barisma
- 21:05Speaker 1: officials in Ukraine. Now, before I get into more of
- 21:09Speaker 1: this story, I want to say thank you and tell
- 21:11Speaker 1: you about our good friends at August of Precious Medals.

- 22:09Speaker 1: comber's investigation and talking to the former assistant for Joe
- 22:15Speaker 1: Biden comes as his assistant. Chung was hired as Joe
- 22:19Speaker 1: Biden's assistant after a recommendation from you ready for this
- 22:24Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. Chong appears in numerous email threads on Hunter
- 22:29Speaker 1: Biden's Laptop from Hell, including Hunter's correspondence to Chung about
- 22:33Speaker 1: being hired as Joe Biden's assistants. Chung apparently worked for
- 22:40Speaker 1: Joe Biden until January the nineteenth of twenty seventeen, right
- 22:45Speaker 1: before Joe Biden left the vice presidency. However, she told
- 22:49Speaker 1: James Coomer she was tasked by a former wine House
- 22:53Speaker 1: lawyer to access the documents as recently as May of
- 22:56Speaker 1: twenty twenty two that contradict statements from Joe Biden's lawyers
- 23:03Speaker 1: about the timeline of events the White House and other
- 23:07Speaker 1: words lied to you. Hold on, wait, let's go back
- 23:09Speaker 1: to the White House Press secretary today. Does the does
- 23:12Speaker 1: the president and the White House always tell the truth?
- 23:15Speaker 1: But of course the president is the president that follows
- 23:18Speaker 1: the law and does these types of things in the
- 23:23Speaker 1: appropriate fashion, appropriate way. Yes, we laugh, yes, because he
- 23:26Speaker 1: always follows the law, just not when it comes to
- 23:29Speaker 1: classified documents. Who has access to them, the timeline of
- 23:32Speaker 1: the acts of who had access to him and when
- 23:35Speaker 1: his former assistant could or could not access these documents
- 23:38Speaker 1: in fact, they're lying to you so much so that
- 23:42Speaker 1: they're lying to now by multiple years from the actual
- 23:47Speaker 1: timeline to the reality of what's going on. But no
- 23:50Speaker 1: one needs to be concerned about that. Everything's fine. You
- 23:53Speaker 1: need to look the other way. It's all gonna be okay.
- 23:56Speaker 1: There's nothing to see here. This is Joe Biden just
- 23:59Speaker 1: doing his best for the country. This is Joe Biden
- 24:02Speaker 1: just trying to protect you and keep you safe. And
- 24:06Speaker 1: Joe Biden is just trying to help you, support you.
- 24:09Speaker 1: You should love Joe Biden. Joe Biden's amazing. In fact,
- 24:12Speaker 1: you should probably reelect Joe Biden because Joe Biden has
- 24:15Speaker 1: nothing to hide. He does everything perfectly. So let's go
- 24:19Speaker 1: back to his secretary. The White House has failed to
- 24:22Speaker 1: fully explain why Joe Biden's lawyers were looking through the
- 24:25Speaker 1: Penn Biden Center papers on November the second of last year,
- 24:29Speaker 1: when the classified documents were discovered. Notably, the classified documents
- 24:34Speaker 1: scandal was leaked to CBS News on January the ninth,
- 24:37Speaker 1: weeks after the initial trove was found by Biden's personal
- 24:41Speaker 1: lawyers in November. The establishment media has reported at least
- 24:47Speaker 1: three times the Biden of the DJ agreed to hide
- 24:51Speaker 1: the scandal from public view with likely no plans to
- 24:56Speaker 1: disclose it. That came out as well, so the government
- 25:00Speaker 1: the DJ. His DJ said, hey, we need to just
- 25:03Speaker 1: cover this up. We don't need to tell the public
- 25:06Speaker 1: this ever happened. We need to cover it up. Not once,
- 25:09Speaker 1: not twice, but three different times. The Biden White House right,
- 25:14Speaker 1: which follows the law and is totally transparent, and if
- 25:17Speaker 1: you ask questions, the laugh at you. The White House
- 25:19Speaker 1: for asking questions is now saying three different times they
- 25:24Speaker 1: had an agreement to never tell the American people about
- 25:27Speaker 1: these classified documents. Joe Biden's currently under investigation by Special
- 25:34Speaker 1: Counsel Robert Herren connection with classified documents also found at
- 25:38Speaker 1: his Wilmington home and in his office the Penn Biden Center.
- 25:42Speaker 1: We also know he had these documents in his garage.
- 25:44Speaker 1: But that's also normal because Joe Biden would never not
- 25:47Speaker 1: follow the law. He always follows the law. He always
- 25:50Speaker 1: does everything right. And if you don't believe me, you
- 25:51Speaker 1: just have to listen to the White House. They'll tell
- 25:53Speaker 1: you about it and tell you how brilliant and how
- 25:55Speaker 1: great the president actually is. I want to play one
- 26:00Speaker 1: other thing for you that I just want you to
- 26:02Speaker 1: hear real quick. And this goes back to the media
- 26:05Speaker 1: lying to you. The media has also lied about the
- 26:09Speaker 1: indictment of Donald Trump. And this is just again, do
- 26:12Speaker 1: you really think they're going to cover these other stories
- 26:14Speaker 1: I just told you about when they're out there spreading
- 26:16Speaker 1: a lie, spreading a conspiracy that Donald Trump was being
- 26:19Speaker 1: charged with conspiracy even though he wasn't charged with conspiracy.
- 26:24Speaker 1: This audio I'm about to play for you, I want
- 26:26Speaker 1: you to let all of your friends hear it. I
- 26:29Speaker 1: want all of your friends to know what was being said.
- 26:33Speaker 1: They lied from the moment that these that Donald Trump
- 26:37Speaker 1: walked into that courtroom when he was arrested, and said
- 26:43Speaker 1: that Donald Trump was being charged with conspiracy. Donald Trump
- 26:46Speaker 1: was not charged with conspiracy. That is a lie. But
- 26:49Speaker 1: the media covering up a weak indictment, an indictment where
- 26:53Speaker 1: we don't even know what crime he committed, is actually
- 26:56Speaker 1: that would allow for the charges to come against him.
- 26:59Speaker 1: So out of telling you the truth, they say, oh, well,
- 27:02Speaker 1: he was doing it, he was committing a conspiracy. They
- 27:05Speaker 1: coregurated this narrative out of thin air. Donald Trump pleaded
- 27:09Speaker 1: not guilty in the Manhattan courtroom again to thirty four
- 27:13Speaker 1: counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy. Conspiracy is a
- 27:17Speaker 1: very effective tool used by prosecutors to charge someone, charge
- 27:21Speaker 1: groups of people, and hold them accountable for all acts
- 27:24Speaker 1: and furtherance of the conspiracy. But the big question now arises,
- 27:29Speaker 1: who is the conspiracy? Thirty four counts of falsifying records
- 27:34Speaker 1: and conspiracy is thirty four counts of falsifying business records
- 27:40Speaker 1: and conspiracy more information? We need to see what was
- 27:44Speaker 1: the purpose of the conspiracy, who was in the conspiracy,
- 27:47Speaker 1: what were the so called overt acts. You actually have
- 27:49Speaker 1: to take a step in for servants of the consiance
- 27:54Speaker 1: of that conspiracy. You don't actually have to complete the conspiracy.
- 27:58Speaker 1: You don't actually have to go through with it. You
- 28:00Speaker 1: can just intend to go through living. Now, the conspiracy
- 28:03Speaker 1: count is important because it doesn't just give the district
- 28:07Speaker 1: attorney a legal platform to make alec to bring in
- 28:11Speaker 1: the cash and kill narrative, but it actually will likely
- 28:16Speaker 1: be what's called a speaking in guide MeV new information
- 28:19Speaker 1: for the first time out of court that the DA
- 28:22Speaker 1: is charging this as a false business records and conspiracy case.
- 28:27Speaker 1: We have a conspiracy count that lets you give a
- 28:30Speaker 1: narrative that describes the evidence that the grand jury heard
- 28:34Speaker 1: and voted on, which is very different than a dry
- 28:38Speaker 1: thirty counts of falsifying business records, which is the same
- 28:42Speaker 1: paragraph repeated thirty times. There are thirty four counts of
- 28:47Speaker 1: falsifying business records and conspiracy. So add the conspiracy element
- 28:51Speaker 1: to this spiracy element here would indicate that he conspired
- 28:56Speaker 1: with others, right, that there are other people involved in
- 28:57Speaker 1: this effort all that to lie. There was not conspiracy.
- 29:03Speaker 1: He was not charged with conspiracy. They're making it up
- 29:07Speaker 1: because they realized just how weak the charges were against
- 29:10Speaker 1: on Trump, So they had to jazz this up a
- 29:12Speaker 1: little bit. They had to do everything they could to
- 29:15Speaker 1: kind of pump it up and make it seem like
- 29:18Speaker 1: this is a much bigger deal than it ever was before.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Alan Dersuwitz, not a conservative, had this to say about
- 29:27Speaker 1: the indictment of Donald Trump. Listen and think about the
- 29:30Speaker 1: implications of this. A Democrat runs for DA He promises
- 29:35Speaker 1: the people of the borough of Manhattan that he will
- 29:37Speaker 1: get Trump. They elect him. He then gets Trump on
- 29:41Speaker 1: an indictment, and he wants the very same people who
- 29:44Speaker 1: voted for him on the theory of get Trump to
- 29:47Speaker 1: now serve on the jury to get Trump. My god,
- 29:50Speaker 1: how far do you have to go to explain the
- 29:53Speaker 1: injustice and this It should be obvious to everybody, and
- 29:56Speaker 1: it has become increasingly obvious to Democrats and progressives and
- 30:01Speaker 1: liberals and people. People are afraid to say it, but
- 30:05Speaker 1: they say it to me and they say it to others.
- 30:08Speaker 1: This is American injustice at its worst, American injustice at
- 30:13Speaker 1: its worst. That's a liberal Democrat Alan Dershowitz, a man
- 30:17Speaker 1: who understands the law incredibly well, who is saying that.
- 30:25Speaker 1: There's also something else that's happened. Have you noticed who
- 30:28Speaker 1: hasn't been commenting on the Trump indictment. There's one person
- 30:31Speaker 1: that's not been comming on it. Hillary Clinton. Why is
- 30:37Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton not commenting on this? Because she's smart enough
- 30:40Speaker 1: to understand that Donald Trump has been charged with the
- 30:42Speaker 1: same exact damn crime that she should have been charged with.
- 30:46Speaker 1: If this is now a new crime, if we're going
- 30:47Speaker 1: to say this is a crime, then then this is
- 30:50Speaker 1: now where we are. And she did the same thing.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Remember she misclassified okay payments out the Steel dossier. She
- 31:01Speaker 1: misclassified them, and she paid fines the FEC for misclassifying
- 31:06Speaker 1: a million dollars in payments that she claimed were for
- 31:11Speaker 1: legal fees when reality they were for the Steel dossier.
- 31:14Speaker 1: That's why Hillary Clinton has said nothing about this. An
- 31:16Speaker 1: MSNBC's like, where's Hillary Clinton. I'd be proud of Hillary
- 31:19Speaker 1: Clinton if she would hurry up and come out here. Listen, So, Jenn,
- 31:22Speaker 1: even plenty of Democrats are saying, we wish this did
- 31:25Speaker 1: not come first, Huny payments were made. Well, Trump is
- 31:29Speaker 1: running against your former boss, though, Hillary Clinton in twenty sixteen,
- 31:32Speaker 1: and you heard all those locker up chats about the laptop.
- 31:39Speaker 1: So what were you thinking during the arrayment yesterday? It's
- 31:46Speaker 1: going to see the law holding you know, holding the
- 31:49Speaker 1: elected officials accountable. I would note I'm proud of Hillary
- 31:54Speaker 1: Clinton if you looked checked out her Twitter account yesterday,
- 31:56Speaker 1: she's talking about not about being a arrayment day, about
- 31:58Speaker 1: being elected day on the Supreme Court race in with tonson.
- 32:03Speaker 1: She's focused on trying to resurrect in a thought weapons ban.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Very much looking forward. But I love this right. I'm
- 32:11Speaker 1: so proper. She's not saying anything. She's not saying anything
- 32:15Speaker 1: because she knows that she does say something. It's only
- 32:17Speaker 1: going to put a spotlight on her and what her
- 32:19Speaker 1: and the Hillary Clinton campaign team did in the exact
- 32:22Speaker 1: same place, at the exact same time as the quote
- 32:25Speaker 1: thirty four count in federal indictment against Donald Trump. Donald
- 32:28Speaker 1: Trump is being accused of doing something with campaign funds
- 32:31Speaker 1: back in twenty sixteen in New York. The problem is
- 32:35Speaker 1: he wasn't using campaign funds. He was using his personal dollars.
- 32:37Speaker 1: We know that for a fact. Hillary Clinton, in fact,
- 32:40Speaker 1: did use campaign funds and misclassified those campaign funds to
- 32:46Speaker 1: pay for the still Dolcier. We also know that she
- 32:49Speaker 1: lied about it, and the FEC find her for that,
- 32:52Speaker 1: as well as the Democratic National Committee for also as
- 32:56Speaker 1: I guess you could say, committing the same exact crime. Right,
- 32:59Speaker 1: The DA brag is going after Donald Trump. So I
- 33:01Speaker 1: love how Democrats like, Oh, I'm so proud of Hillary Clinton.
- 33:04Speaker 1: She's staying focused here. She's not getting into the weeds here,
- 33:07Speaker 1: She's staying focused. She's staying focused. That's what she's doing, Okay,
- 33:17Speaker 1: or she's smart enough to shut up. Don't forget Bill Clinton.
- 33:21Speaker 1: How much money did he give to Paula Jones? He
- 33:23Speaker 1: was never charged of the crime. Just thought i'd throw
- 33:26Speaker 1: that out there as well. Make sure you share a
- 33:28Speaker 1: podcast with your family and free and friends. Please right,
- 33:31Speaker 1: it's a five star review. We'll see you back here tomorrow.
