- 0:43Let's just start and dive in. Hey you.
- 0:50Hi, welcome back. We are here today for another
- 0:54powerful episode of the podcast. I want to talk today about how
- 0:58to activate your inner leader and turn on your power.
- 1:01Literally. Boop.
- 1:02Turn that switch on. As a female executive, As a
- 1:05woman leader. And I think if you're anyone,
- 1:10even if you're not a she, her person who identifies with those
- 1:13pronouns, don't worry about it. This is really applies to
- 1:16everybody, but I really want to think about it because as women
- 1:21we are, we are literally conditioned to tend and take
- 1:24care of others in our life, whether it's our children,
- 1:27others, our parents, what you know, whatever.
- 1:30And so one of the last things that occurs to us I think, and
- 1:34this was my case, was to know that I have an inner CEO.
- 1:38My CEO is in charge of my todo list.
- 1:40My CEO can call the shots on whatever I want to do.
- 1:44But we're not necessarily thinking that way until today is
- 1:48all about how do we turn on that inner CEO.
- 1:51We activate her so that she is in service to our leadership and
- 1:56and can blow the socks off of what we're doing.
- 1:59And I think that it's a skill, but it also really relates to
- 2:05personal power, right? Your unique power that manifests
- 2:09that can become increasingly more and more strong and help
- 2:15you Orient to your inner CEO. But if we don't have our
- 2:19personal power at hand, if we're not able to turn that on either,
- 2:23then we're not going to get there.
- 2:24We're never going to have our full capabilities engaged.
- 2:29So know that it's the extent that you are present, you are
- 2:32manifesting personal power too. That's another big principle
- 2:35here. If you aren't present, if you're
- 2:37kind of thinking about things in your head or you're wondering
- 2:40how to do something differently, or maybe I should him and haul
- 2:43over this thing, then we're thinking too much, right?
- 2:46That's okay. It's important.
- 2:48It's part of the process, but part.
- 2:50But personal power comes from presence, and we've all felt
- 2:53that before, right? When you see someone, maybe
- 2:55you've been in a room where someone walks in and they just
- 2:58are like a magnet for their presence, you are wondering what
- 3:03are they doing? How are they, what are they
- 3:05eating, what are they drinking to feel that presence?
- 3:07And the key is they're really just connected to themselves in
- 3:10a way where others are feeling that right.
- 3:13Because everything is energy. We're made-up of 72% water and
- 3:18our cells are vibrating at a different level.
- 3:21And if we have presence, they're actually vibrating at a
- 3:24different level, then we're not present.
- 3:25That is quantum mechanics and physics and that's totally based
- 3:29and grounded in science, right. So we we all know that even
- 3:32energy they've discovered atoms aren't even what we would have
- 3:36learned in textbooks in my day and age right?
- 3:39Where they're like that that nuclear atomic graphic where
- 3:43it's like the the the nucleus is in the middle and then you've
- 3:47got all the protons and electrons around it that it's
- 3:50actually more like a wave. It actually looks more like a
- 3:52fuzzy blurred wave because everything's just vibrating so
- 3:55much together. And I I just bring that in as a
- 3:57visual because personal power acts in that same way where
- 4:00we're activating ourselves to be on this frequency of this
- 4:04vibration where we are felt in a way that our inner CEO has more
- 4:10influence, has a greater, greater ability to make an
- 4:13impact in what matters. All right.
- 4:16So let's get into it. I think one of the biggest
- 4:20things about knowing personal power and your inner like
- 4:25activating your inner leader is to know how you're feeling.
- 4:29I think that's the first thing to think about, right.
- 4:32So when you're able to understand, oh, I'm feeling sad
- 4:36right now, or I'm frustrated that that would be anger.
- 4:39We can then Orient and do something different.
- 4:41But if we're not able to do that, we're kind of stay on
- 4:43autopilot. We don't really know how we're
- 4:45feeling, and many of us have been trained to not feel right,
- 4:48to take those feelings and keep them extraneous.
- 4:51I know for me, I was never in touch historically with my
- 4:56anger. I didn't know it was okay to
- 4:58feel anger. I didn't know it served me at
- 5:00all. I just thought it was like,
- 5:02terrible, basically. So I wrote it off.
- 5:04I avoided it. I became passive in many ways.
- 5:07And now, with my emotional intelligence more harnessed, I
- 5:10can change that, right? So I've been able to now know
- 5:13that my anger serves me, and it's helpful.
- 5:16And that's what's been really, really important, is to know
- 5:18that that's what the difference is.
- 5:20We can really Orient towards what matters more for us and
- 5:24know that our feelings are data. The feelings we have can inform
- 5:28our inner CEO so we know what we're doing.
- 5:30And as women, we're literally wired for this.
- 5:34One of our gifts is our ability to feel right.
- 5:40We have we have a connection on a physiological level where our
- 5:45feelings are hardwired, and that's for everybody.
- 5:47But for women in particular, I think this is just something
- 5:51genetically that we have a better grasp of, which is
- 5:54awesome. But for whatever reason, maybe
- 5:56we're not in touch with it, maybe we forgot whatever.
- 5:58It doesn't even matter why. The idea is to know, oh, I can
- 6:02feel this is a choice. I choose to know this is here,
- 6:05and then they can inform my my feelings, can inform my thoughts
- 6:08and I can do something different.
- 6:10And vice versa. Your thoughts can inform your
- 6:11feelings as well. So knowing you want to activate
- 6:18your feelings and just know how you feel.
- 6:21Perfect. That comes down to knowing your
- 6:25true self too, right? So acknowledging and accepting
- 6:29when you feel something which may feel uncomfortable, right?
- 6:31If you're feeling fear, that's not a comfortable emotion.
- 6:35But then the reality is, well, I'm feeling it.
- 6:37So if I acknowledge it, then it's in.
- 6:39It has there's a more, there's a greater likelihood for it to
- 6:42pass through. And I know what my mentor used
- 6:45to tell me the more authentic you are, the more the like, the
- 6:49the more real you are yourself, the more power you have that the
- 6:55more your inner leader is empowered for herself, right.
- 7:00So that means the power in my like that is not, that is not
- 7:05outside of me. It's not looking to someone else
- 7:08for this thing about what I can do differently.
- 7:11It's it's actually about my power.
- 7:13It's about my internal leader saying I'm okay to be a leader
- 7:19and I have this power. It's my own personal power, and
- 7:22that's my authentic self. Might mean I have to work at it
- 7:26to remember what that looks like or how to exercise it, but
- 7:29that's okay. The first step is to really just
- 7:31know that I have it and it's within me.
- 7:34So, well, we just kind of covered uncovered a few big
- 7:37concepts. One is feelings are data, so
- 7:40that you can inform yourself to make the other decisions that
- 7:44your inner CEO might not know. And then also know that your own
- 7:48power comes from within. It's not from outside of you.
- 7:52And that might seem really rudimentary and elementary, but
- 7:56a lot of times we forget it, especially if someone's pointing
- 7:59the finger at us and breathing down our neck to get something
- 8:01done or we're not ready for setting boundaries because we've
- 8:06been taught our whole lives that we're just going to get through
- 8:09it and do it more work or whatever it might be, OK?
- 8:13So that's really important. And when you feel your fear,
- 8:17like let's say that's happening and you might feel overwhelmed
- 8:20in fear, that's your aliveness. That means you're present in
- 8:24your body, which is cool, right? That actually facilitates your
- 8:28power. I think that's really important
- 8:30by the way, big, big concept. So when you have this aliveness
- 8:33in you, then you're a little bit on that train to be activated as
- 8:38your inner leader. So the other question I have
- 8:42right now is, you know, this, this I think is really more
- 8:46about this power, personal power is what are your beliefs about
- 8:49power too? I know I've done a lot of
- 8:52background on this myself and power for me was something that
- 8:57was not okay. Like I thought power was evil or
- 9:02I thought of big dictatorships and had big problems and
- 9:05responsibilities and all of a sudden power was in the wrong
- 9:08hands if like it's dangerous, right?
- 9:10So those are some examples of what I thought.
- 9:12So what is it that you have about power?
- 9:15Because if it's not empowering yourself, then it's the reality
- 9:18is it's probably a a belief that you've had from the past or even
- 9:22unconscious and it's just blocking you from power now.
- 9:26So I invite you to think about whatever that is, but also know
- 9:30that you can change it. Yay.
- 9:32And that's a lot of what I do with my clients and our
- 9:34Executive leadership accelerator where we are working on these
- 9:37belief systems and we move into empowering belief systems and
- 9:42new ways of being because the beliefs shape and direct our our
- 9:47everything from our actions to our our thoughts and feelings
- 9:50and behavior. So what about this?
- 9:52What if you had a belief That's called power?
- 9:56Serves me. Power serves me.
- 10:00Power serves me. There you go.
- 10:02Write it down. Power serves me.
- 10:04Take a deep breath into this one.
- 10:07How does this feel in your body as you say it out loud?
- 10:09Power serves me even as I say that now.
- 10:13And I I mean, I've, I wrote, I'm looking at a paper I wrote in
- 10:162020 about this. That's what I'm sharing today.
- 10:20And holy cannoli, I still feel visceral, like, whoa, like
- 10:25that's a big thing. Because in my world, power
- 10:30didn't, like, historically, serve me.
- 10:31Power was thought of, as I said all those other things earlier.
- 10:35So this is the new invitation for your inner CEO.
- 10:37Know that power serves her and make it first person.
- 10:41Make it present tense. Power serves me.
- 10:43I think that's just a great one you can borrow.
- 10:47Because what happens is when we allow ourselves to create this
- 10:49belief, then we actually start to trust ourselves and know that
- 10:54it's okay to share more of me. I'm going to say that again
- 10:59because it's a big concept. So we're our, we're our whole
- 11:02theme here is to turn our inner leader on right, our inner CEO.
- 11:06But we have to do that internally through power that we
- 11:09have that either we access or we choose not to access.
- 11:12We might give it away. That was one of mine too.
- 11:15We might we might deny it. We might avoid it.
- 11:18But if we're a willing to say power serves me, my inner leader
- 11:22can access this personal power which is literally the ability
- 11:26to do work right Like to. That's the definition.
- 11:28So that means I have the, I have the power to name a feeling, I
- 11:32have the power to say no, I have the power to decide how I spend
- 11:37my time, etcetera, etcetera, right.
- 11:39That's all that I were saying here.
- 11:41And that's trust, right? We if we don't trust ourselves,
- 11:44then how can we possibly want our power right like that.
- 11:48That means I don't trust myself if I don't want the power, I
- 11:51think so. So this is a big concept, and I
- 11:54just want to kind of highlight this because when you trust
- 12:00yourself, that means even though you might feel apprehension or
- 12:04fear or like nervousness, it means I'm willing to know that
- 12:10it still serves me. It's just a new thing to do.
- 12:12It's different than maybe what I've done in the past.
- 12:15And I. And it requires me to accept
- 12:17myself and trust myself because then I'm able to share more of
- 12:21me because I'm okay with it. And that's so exciting, right?
- 12:25That means you can operate on a whole other level, which might
- 12:28mean following those feelings we were talking about, right.
- 12:33And believe it or not, there's so much more I could share here.
- 12:36So when we when we talk and I will So talking about our
- 12:38feelings, there's other layers to this.
- 12:41So as your inner CEO knows how she feels so that she can
- 12:44operate and Orient differently. Maybe there's new belief for
- 12:47her, like my inner CEO is in charge and I'm in.
- 12:50I'm in the CEO of my To Do List and I power serves me.
- 12:57Our inner leader can start to make new choices.
- 12:59And there are deeper desires that are always happening at
- 13:03different at even at an unconscious level.
- 13:06These are called yearnings. And this is the work of Doctor
- 13:09Judith Wright, my mentor, where they are happening all the time.
- 13:13But if we're not able to feel we're probably not going to be
- 13:16able to access those yearnings and we're going to miss them and
- 13:19then we just don't feel very satisfied.
- 13:21And we like what we wonder, what the heck am I doing here anyway?
- 13:24I feel really purposeless, like whatever it is.
- 13:27So when you step into your power, you're allowing yourself
- 13:29the access to name a feeling, know what you feel, what those
- 13:33yearnings might be in the moment.
- 13:34You could even ask yourself, there's a lot of training that
- 13:36goes into that and and we work on that as well in my course.
- 13:42But just know that there's these different layers that you can
- 13:45access. But if you don't have that
- 13:46power, if your interleader isn't activated, then you're never
- 13:49going to get there. And we don't want that.
- 13:51That's not fun. And then we burn out.
- 13:54And then we're overwhelmed. And then we're just stuck in the
- 13:56mental world swirl of feeling drained and exhausted and living
- 14:00in a state of anything, whether it's complacency or stuckness or
- 14:05feeling like you're in a rut. Not feeling purposeful, like
- 14:08feeling like you're all over the place, scattered.
- 14:11Like, that's the stuff that happens when we're not feeling
- 14:15connected and activated in our inner CEO.
- 14:18OK, So what? So what are you getting out of
- 14:20this? I'm curious, like, where are you
- 14:21right now thinking about all of this?
- 14:23Because there's a lot of depth here that I'm talking about.
- 14:27And I think bringing this home to women, bringing it home to
- 14:31inner leaders, you know, this is a stretch.
- 14:34This is you no matter where you are right now.
- 14:36So let's say you're doing pretty well with this.
- 14:38You're inner leaders on fire. You're doing all kinds of cool
- 14:41stuff. Well, that's awesome.
- 14:42Like, first of all, high fives to you and props all around.
- 14:47My question to you is, what could be different?
- 14:50Like, where are you feeling like you could do something even
- 14:54greater and different? Because that's the thing We we
- 14:56have a limitless capacity. So maybe there's conflict or
- 15:00there's someone particularly that you're with who triggers
- 15:04you and you're like, what the heck is that all about?
- 15:06So that's all good stuff, but your inner CEO can come online
- 15:10to navigate that and it's the same stuff we're talking about
- 15:14here. But just know that there's
- 15:15probably a block which might be a personality type that has
- 15:20triggered you maybe even as a kid or someone in your family
- 15:23was like that. Like there's all kinds of depth
- 15:25here and it all goes back to our own personal experience, right.
- 15:29So someone who feels like their inner CEO is shut down in front
- 15:33of someone, very common case, especially with a certain
- 15:36personnel. Maybe it's a maybe it's
- 15:38authority figures. Maybe it's, you know, like like
- 15:41a really nice person. I don't know.
- 15:43It could be your mom. It could be anybody.
- 15:45It might very well be your mom, especially because it's all
- 15:48comes from our families in our systems, essentially right when
- 15:52we were little. So know that all of its data and
- 15:57you can get curious about it, but your inner CEO cannot do
- 16:01anything until you allow yourself to be curious and
- 16:04access this power that is within you.
- 16:06And it's not like the power only exists in certain ways.
- 16:10The power is there for everybody and always.
- 16:12But we've grown accustomed to shutting it down in ways that
- 16:16we've just been used to, right. Which might be romantic
- 16:19partners. It might be authority figures
- 16:22like I said it might be. I don't know.
- 16:26It could be. It could be really open and warm
- 16:30people who all of a sudden you aren't feeling safe around
- 16:34because it's too threatening, it's too vulnerable for you,
- 16:37right? Like it could be anything.
- 16:40So lots of stuff going on here. I want to also just note a few
- 16:45other things. But basically, you know, here we
- 16:47are, we're talking about the inner CEO and how important it
- 16:50is to know how we feel as women. We're designed to feel like this
- 16:53is just something that comes really naturally to us in
- 16:55general. Know that, hey, like I could tap
- 16:58into my gifts here as a as a female leader and know my
- 17:01feelings matter and they're actually super desperately
- 17:03needed in the workplace. By the way, like, if you haven't
- 17:06noticed lately, we're a little over index.
- 17:10We're a little over index on all of this linear thinking and
- 17:13results oriented and like that's all great, but we also need to
- 17:16balance this out. Man, are you hearing what I'm
- 17:19saying? Are you picking up what I'm
- 17:20laying down? Because it's so, so important.
- 17:23And if you're listening to this and you're a female leader, then
- 17:25that's probably something you've been called to.
- 17:28Share more of my guesses as I have been, and that's awesome.
- 17:32I love that you're thinking that.
- 17:34And if you didn't know that, guess what, you might want to be
- 17:36considering that, right? So let's talk a little bit about
- 17:42these blocks to be an interleader, right.
- 17:44So what gets in the way of this? I've already named a few.
- 17:46Someone was our historical beliefs about our own power,
- 17:49right? Like, OK, power.
- 17:50I can't be powerful. Like that's for dictators.
- 17:52Like that was mine. It sounds so funny when I say it
- 17:55out loud too. I'm like, what?
- 17:58Yeah, Yeah. And I'm dictators.
- 18:00I'm talking like Stalin Like, like like big leaders that
- 18:03abused power. Because that was my I guess my
- 18:06lot of what I experienced in growing up and learning about it
- 18:10and and just not necessarily having a lot of personal power
- 18:13as a kid. I think giving that away I saw
- 18:16power abused. I saw it in the media.
- 18:19I saw it in school with bullies. I mean it was all over the place
- 18:23and I'm pretty sure that if that impacted me because I I wasn't a
- 18:27bully I was probably I was definitely getting bullied.
- 18:29I remember that a lot and you know nothing crazy but it was
- 18:33enough to stir me and know that OK maybe I shouldn't have power
- 18:36because then it's just abused. So boom, right.
- 18:39So there's these beliefs we have.
- 18:41Couple other things I want to talk about is knowing maybe we
- 18:46have these beliefs to be liked and I'm calling you out ladies.
- 18:50Right. So we want to be pleasers who
- 18:52are my recovering pleasers out there.
- 18:55We might have a belief that if we're that we're not okay unless
- 18:58we're liked and if we have power we have to tell somebody Nope,
- 19:00you can't do that or actually this is what I'm doing and you
- 19:03disappoint someone. Guess what We're already in that
- 19:05space of the belief ruling us and thinking okay, I'm not like
- 19:10oh, I shouldn't do that. Never mind.
- 19:12I'm not going to listen to my inner CEO today, right.
- 19:15So what do we need to do differently?
- 19:17So we have to stretch, we have to grow into new ways where
- 19:21we're able to say, I am okay and it's no matter what, I don't
- 19:25care if I'm liked or not liked right now.
- 19:27Like, this is about my stretching to express what is
- 19:30needed and necessary for me, might be asserting myself, it
- 19:34might be saying no, might be expecting others to listen to me
- 19:37for once. And that's what it's all about,
- 19:40right? So it's it's actually important
- 19:43to know that your blocks are are not even conscious.
- 19:46They could be these beliefs and that we need to get around them,
- 19:50but we have to know what they are first to get around them,
- 19:53right? We can't just blindly assume
- 19:55something. So this is where it gets harder,
- 19:57right? We have to actually take our
- 19:59effort and say, OK, what's happening here?
- 20:01What? What am?
- 20:01What is my interesting diagnostics around feeling like
- 20:06I'm not in power. I'm not feeling like my inner
- 20:09CEO is. Not working on on these things
- 20:12right. So that's a really interesting
- 20:15thing. I also, I also want to bring in
- 20:20this awesome law of requisite variety.
- 20:22I I I think this is a good one. So the law of requisite variety,
- 20:25Has anyone ever ever heard of that?
- 20:29It is actually a interesting it's an interesting concept
- 20:34right? So requisite variety is what it
- 20:37means. You get to have variety on what
- 20:41matters to you and going for how you want to influence someone
- 20:46instead of like just going through the the old the rig and
- 20:50roll old patterns that you have. For example, if I want to speak
- 20:55up and do something that serves me, it might look like being.
- 20:59Maybe I'm maybe I'm funny about it, maybe I make a joke, but I'm
- 21:03also kind of half serious and it allows my I'll take Saurabh.
- 21:08My husband allows my husband to do something that maybe he
- 21:10wouldn't do, like set the table. I don't know, calling him out
- 21:13there. But, you know, just stuff like
- 21:16that. So the law of requisite variety
- 21:18is when we shift behavior and do things differently.
- 21:21That's really what it is and it also means I think you're inner
- 21:26CEO. This is a really powerful one
- 21:29and I'm going to excite Carl Rogers here who he's in my
- 21:32program for the purposeful living course.
- 21:35But Carl Rogers was one of the thought leaders of humanistic
- 21:38psychology and very, very influential leader in psychology
- 21:44in the 60s, fifties, 60s and he has this concept called
- 21:48unconditional positive regard, unconditional positive regard.
- 21:52It's when you see someone and hold someone as an unconditional
- 21:58positive regard, meaning your judgments are suspended.
- 22:03You know that they are whole and complete as you are in the
- 22:06moment with all their flaws and and and mistakes and whatever
- 22:11they've made-up. But in in your your job is to
- 22:14hold them as unconditional in positive regard meaning you see
- 22:18them in a positive light really, right.
- 22:19So that's from Carl Rogers. And when we think of that how
- 22:23does that relate to your inner CEO?
- 22:25Well with your inner CEO is acting as your ideal self and
- 22:29and and and exercising her own personal power.
- 22:33That means you're seeing people mutually with you.
- 22:37You're not superior. You're not one upping one person
- 22:40or down Downing someone like that's not personal power, that
- 22:43is superiority, right? Like that's a that's a trait
- 22:48that we can take on if we are feeling inferior.
- 22:51It's a whole nother concept there.
- 22:53But this is important because personal power isn't about what
- 22:58we might have like what we might think of as you know telling
- 23:01people the Boston around right? Like like that's not really the
- 23:05case right. Your inner CEO sees everyone in
- 23:07unconditional positive regard, which means it's a lot easier to
- 23:12be with someone and be perfect, be present with them, even if
- 23:15they make your skin crawl. If you see them in unconditional
- 23:19positive regard, that is the growth work that you can do as
- 23:22an inner CEO, because we all have flaws, including you,
- 23:25including me, right. So if we allow ourselves to
- 23:29develop that power internally, it's it can so serve us as
- 23:33leaders of influence because of what it means is you see someone
- 23:36for what they bring to the world and they are probably doing
- 23:41things in the world that are servicing in some ways that you
- 23:43just maybe not aware of and maybe you get curious and have a
- 23:47conversation about that, right. But when we're able to see
- 23:51people in the here and now with positive regard consistently and
- 23:54unconditionally, then that's what works better for us if we
- 23:59are really harnessing our inner CEO.
- 24:01And I think the last point here I'll make before signing off is
- 24:06celebrate your power, which is an interesting concept, right?
- 24:10The light in your inner CEO who's accessing these channels
- 24:15is accessing this new vibration of your personal power, which is
- 24:20going to be your own blend, which is going to be just
- 24:22authentic to you, right? So the idea is that when you
- 24:25maybe take a big risk or you do something different in that
- 24:28requisite variety way, you celebrate it, right?
- 24:31So you call yourself out. You're like, hey, that was
- 24:34really cool. I can't believe I just did that.
- 24:35And wow, like, I did this. Like, this was important to me
- 24:39and I and I said something I've never said before.
- 24:42I I made a I made a request that I had it or a bold ask or told
- 24:47someone something. And that's all from my inner CEO
- 24:49who knows best for me, right. So there you go.
- 24:52That's what I want you to do is celebrate and delight in this
- 24:55because that's you honoring your inner leader.
- 24:58You're and that's validating yourself.
- 25:01Maybe you notice you feel joy. Maybe there's tears of joy,
- 25:03which maybe there's some sadness there.
- 25:05You're like, why didn't I do this earlier?
- 25:06I mean, all kinds of stuff, right?
- 25:08But the idea is don't worry about it all.
- 25:10Just give yourself permission to celebrate it because that's you
- 25:13and the moment being present for yourself and affirming yourself,
- 25:17which is you and selfcare. Gosh, this is such a deep
- 25:21podcast. I hope all of this is coming
- 25:23through. And let me know in the comments
- 25:25or if this is, you know, what you're thinking of this episode,
- 25:28because there's a lot here that I'm touching on.
- 25:31But you can see, I mean there's there's clearly depth for your
- 25:35inner leader to do something different.
- 25:37No matter how far up you are on the career ladder or where you
- 25:41are, how old you are. It's it's irrelevant.
- 25:43It's about where am I with my personal power, as in my inner
- 25:47leader shines, OK, and go and unleash that power.
- 25:52I say go out and do something that feels bold and that feels
- 25:56like your inner CEO is moving forward in a way.
- 26:00And you might just start with journaling.
- 26:01You might just start with those mistaken beliefs.
- 26:03I think that's a really powerful way to do it.
- 26:05And we work a lot with this in my courses because it's so, so
- 26:10important, especially as women, especially as leaders, because
- 26:14most of the time we have no clue it's even an option.
- 26:17We're just on autopilot doing our thing, even if we're
- 26:20mindful, even if we meditate right?
- 26:21Like, this is not, this is not mindfulness in that way.
- 26:24This is personal growth. This is you developing yourself
- 26:27so that you can reach your potential.
- 26:29Yay us. All right.
- 26:32I'm so excited that you get to kind of chew on this for a
- 26:34little while. Maybe you listen to it again.
- 26:37If you know anyone who's struggling with their own inner
- 26:40CEO, maybe feeling heard, feeling respected, valued at the
- 26:44table, this is the episode to share.
- 26:46This is the one to give to them, allow them to learn from it.
- 26:51And maybe you have a discussion, you talk to Chad about it.
- 26:53How are you doing in terms of your inner CEO?
- 26:56How how is this other person doing?
- 26:58And and let's get the word out. I'm on a mission to help as many
