August 6th - Abraham meets the lord, Genesis 18v1-15
Abraham's encounters with God ramp up to a new level in today's look into the Bible book of Genesis. God had spoken to him several times before but now Abraham meets him face-to-face. And God announces that the promises he's made to Abraham many years earlier are about to be fulfilled, never mind the apparent impossibility of that happening. Can Abraham and his wife, Sarah, trust God in such a situation when their brains shout out 'impossible'? Can we trust God when seemingly impossible situations face us? Thank you so much for spending time with us on the Stapleford Baptist Church YouTube…
