Coastal Mississippi placed under a Tropical Storm Watch and Storm Surge Watch at 10 Monday morning
Tropical Depression 2 is getting better organized, according to the 10 a.m. update from the NHC. A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for the coasts of Mississippi and Louisiana from the Mississippi/Alabama border to the Jefferson/Plaquemines parish border.
