Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Rittenhouse INNOCENT! IT IS TIME FOR HIM TO SUE THE HELL OUT OF THE MEDIA for Another Hoax!
Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Freedom, victory, the court system and the constitution and everything
- 0:11Speaker 1: that is right about this country that you are supposed
- 0:15Speaker 1: to be innocent until proven guilty happened in Kenoshua. Of course,
- 0:22Speaker 1: the laft is saying you better brace for trouble, police
- 0:25Speaker 1: on alert is nightfalls in Kenosha, and the anarchists of
- 0:29Speaker 1: the laughter saying we're not done. Written House not guilty
- 0:35Speaker 1: and it's time for him to sue the hell out
- 0:39Speaker 1: of the media. I want to remind you what the
- 0:42Speaker 1: media is said about Written House, and I want you
- 0:44Speaker 1: to remind you how evil the media is. The media
- 0:49Speaker 1: wanted to turn Written House into a Trump supporting white supremacists.
- 0:54Speaker 1: They wanted to use him and this case right before
- 1:00Speaker 1: the election to say don't vote for Donald Trump because
- 1:03Speaker 1: these are what Trump supporters look like. Was there any
- 1:05Speaker 1: connection to Donald Trump. No. They said he was a racist.
- 1:08Speaker 1: He said it's a vigilante. They said he was an anarchist.
- 1:10Speaker 1: He was none of those things. Remember Joe Biden jumped
- 1:15Speaker 1: on this gravy train too in dieting Written House with
- 1:18Speaker 1: his words when it happened and afterwards during the campaign trail.
- 1:22Speaker 1: In fact, today you had the president of the United
- 1:26Speaker 1: States of America who was asked about his Written House
- 1:29Speaker 1: comments because he played judge and jury and slandered written
- 1:33Speaker 1: House just like the others did in the media. Let
- 1:37Speaker 1: me remind you of what some of the things the
- 1:39Speaker 1: President of the United States of America actually said. When
- 1:43Speaker 1: the President was asked about this guy early on, he
- 1:46Speaker 1: had no problem implying that he was some sort of
- 1:49Speaker 1: horrible person. Quote. There's no other way to put it.
- 1:53Speaker 1: The President of the United States refuses to disavow white
- 1:55Speaker 1: supremacists on the debate stage last night, Remember when he
- 1:59Speaker 1: was playing the race card. Just to give you a
- 2:00Speaker 1: mindset of where Joe Biden was right when this happened
- 2:05Speaker 1: in Kenosha. They wanted to make sure that they turned
- 2:09Speaker 1: Rittenhouse into a white supremacist and this is what Trump's
- 2:12Speaker 1: people are, even though they had no connection to actual
- 2:17Speaker 1: Trump's supporters or the presidency. It doesn't matter. Joe Biden
- 2:22Speaker 1: even did a one on one at the time with
- 2:25Speaker 1: Anderson Cooper, talked about how terrible Ritten House was, how
- 2:30Speaker 1: awful it is, how this guy's randomly run around his
- 2:33Speaker 1: shooting people. Right, it's the guy running for president. They
- 2:36Speaker 1: needed to use this. There was no other they had
- 2:38Speaker 1: to use it. It was a must. The verdict in Kenosha,
- 2:42Speaker 1: in fact, these are the exact words of Joe Biden,
- 2:45Speaker 1: will leave many Americans feeling angry and concern. Myself included, Yeah,
- 2:53Speaker 1: Biden reacting the Writtenhouse verdict quote, the verdict and Conosha
- 2:57Speaker 1: will leave many Americans feeling angry in concern. My self included,
- 3:01Speaker 1: Why are you concerned? The guy used to go to
- 3:03Speaker 1: protect and defend his life. You gotta understand this is
- 3:05Speaker 1: what mob culture looks like. This is what tyrants do.
- 3:10Speaker 1: They attack innocent citizens, and even after they're innocent, they
- 3:13Speaker 1: still say crap like this. The presence exact words that
- 3:16Speaker 1: verdict and Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry and concerned.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Myself included. So, in other words, what you decide he's
- 3:23Speaker 1: not guilty, even though a jury said he's guilty or
- 3:25Speaker 1: innocent on all charges, you've decided that he's guilty. I
- 3:28Speaker 1: should say that when we clarify this, the presence basically
- 3:31Speaker 1: implying that Rittenhouse is in fact guilty because you wanted
- 3:36Speaker 1: mob vigilante justice. You wanted the same thing that the
- 3:41Speaker 1: Taliban does. Drag him out in the street and off
- 3:44Speaker 1: with their head, hang him, shoot him. We decide on
- 3:49Speaker 1: the left who's guilty and innocent based on the narrative.
- 3:51Speaker 1: We want to teach you, We want to tell you
- 3:54Speaker 1: because we must use issues like this to drive a
- 3:56Speaker 1: wedge in this country so that we can win. You
- 3:59Speaker 1: aren't why Joe Biden put out this comment today, quote
- 4:02Speaker 1: the verdict and Conosha will lead many Americans feeling angry
- 4:05Speaker 1: and concern, myself included, because he needs something to distract
- 4:08Speaker 1: the American people from the dismal failure which is his presidency.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And this is a great place to start. It's exactly
- 4:14Speaker 1: what the media did. Let me remind you of all
- 4:19Speaker 1: the scumbags that deserve to get sued. I hope Rittenhouse
- 4:22Speaker 1: wins millions. I hope he wins billions of dollars. I
- 4:26Speaker 1: hope he gets the best lawyer out there. I'd go
- 4:28Speaker 1: with the same team Nick Salmon had, and I'd own
- 4:31Speaker 1: every one of these scumbag, evil members of the media
- 4:34Speaker 1: who slandered you with lines the things that just weren't
- 4:38Speaker 1: true because they wanted to make sure Joe Biden won
- 4:41Speaker 1: an election. Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse. He murdered two people
- 4:45Speaker 1: by the way, didn't he didn't see her. He didn't.
- 4:48Speaker 1: You didn't murder anybody self defense vigilante, not a vigilante.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Jury of his peers says, no, you're wrong. Sue her.
- 4:57Speaker 1: The house is basically what you would have had any
- 5:00Speaker 1: school shooter. Sue him. Scumbag on MSNBC, sue him. I
- 5:05Speaker 1: hope rittenhouse kids every dime they have. He's a seventeen
- 5:09Speaker 1: year old kid. He shouldn't have had a gun. He
- 5:10Speaker 1: crossed state lines to supposedly protect property. No, he was
- 5:13Speaker 1: going out to shoot people. Kyle Ritten, that's a lie.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Sue him. House the seventeen year old vigilante, Kyle rittenhouse
- 5:20Speaker 1: of vigilante. Sue him. Al Rittenhouse the arm teenage vigilante.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Sue him, seventeen year old vigilante. Sue him for every dollar. Arguably,
- 5:32Speaker 1: a domestic terrorists picked up a rifle, drove to a
- 5:34Speaker 1: different state to shoot people. Sue him. He's not domestic terrorists.
- 5:39Speaker 1: He didn't cross state lines with a gun, and he
- 5:41Speaker 1: had the gun legally. Sue every one of the son
- 5:44Speaker 1: of a you know whats al Rittenhouse. A guy who's
- 5:48Speaker 1: deeply racist went with weapons to a black lives Matter
- 5:52Speaker 1: protest looking to get in trouble. He did, he murdered
- 5:54Speaker 1: a couple of people. Sue him. Sue him. The young
- 5:59Speaker 1: Turks right there, sue him, Rittenhouse. The seventeen year old
- 6:04Speaker 1: kid just running around shooting and killing protesters, sue Joe Scarborough.
- 6:11Speaker 1: And when seventeen year old who was radicalized by Trump
- 6:16Speaker 1: is um took his AAR fifteenth to Kenosha and became
- 6:19Speaker 1: a killer, sue him. Sue that guy on TV as well,
- 6:23Speaker 1: and of course trying to connect it to Donald Trump
- 6:26Speaker 1: before the election. Right, these are Trump supporters. This is
- 6:28Speaker 1: what you get. Sue him. White Trump supporting, MAGA loving
- 6:34Speaker 1: Blue Lives Matter, social media partisan, seventeen years old picks
- 6:40Speaker 1: up a gun, drives from one stage to another with
- 6:42Speaker 1: the intent to shoot people. That's not what he did.
- 6:45Speaker 1: He lied. Sue him for slander. Bull a seventeen year
- 6:49Speaker 1: old boy who drove across state lines with an AAR fifteen.
- 6:54Speaker 1: That didn't happen. Joe Scarborough and I hope they sue
- 6:57Speaker 1: your a double ass and started shooting people up. That
- 7:03Speaker 1: didn't happen either, Sue him, including a guy with a
- 7:06Speaker 1: skateboard Kyle. Sue him. Rittenhouse, who has killed protesters unarmed
- 7:12Speaker 1: protesters written House a seventeen year old that went with
- 7:15Speaker 1: a weapon into the middle of protests and then provoke
- 7:19Speaker 1: people and then shot and killed him. Kyle, Sue them
- 7:24Speaker 1: for every dime they have written. House is the enemy.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Boy Kyle Ritten House the enemy. Sue him from out
- 7:33Speaker 1: of state, drives up to the state with an AAR
- 7:36Speaker 1: fifteen around his neck and kills a couple of people,
- 7:41Speaker 1: shooting wildly. Running didn't wasn't shooting wildly, sued Joe Scarborough.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Around acting like Ritten drove, Sue him. He didn't run,
- 7:51Speaker 1: he didn't cross state lines with a gun. You're slandering him.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Sue him. Across state lines armed with a rifle, sue him.
- 7:59Speaker 1: That's he didn't cross state lines with a firearm. That's slander.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Sue this one too. To go and shoot people, what again,
- 8:08Speaker 1: He didn't go to shoot people. He went to go
- 8:10Speaker 1: protect people in property and he got attacked. Sue every
- 8:13Speaker 1: one of them. Mark a dystopian scene where a seventeen
- 8:20Speaker 1: year old boy is carrying around a rifle, running around
- 8:25Speaker 1: and gunning down protesters. Didn't happen, Sue Joe Scarborough. Every
- 8:31Speaker 1: one of these scumbags deserves to be sued for every
- 8:35Speaker 1: single thing that I just played for you, every single
- 8:39Speaker 1: one of them. This is a seventeen year old child,
- 8:42Speaker 1: by the way, seventeen year old child. Sue every one
- 8:47Speaker 1: of them. You do this to a child, sue them
- 8:50Speaker 1: all and get every dime you can get out of
- 8:54Speaker 1: him whatever, you can, take it all. If you're Written
- 8:58Speaker 1: House own the scumbags. They will never stop until you
- 9:06Speaker 1: make them pay financially. What happened with Nick Sandman was
- 9:10Speaker 1: clearly not enough, because they did it again the next time.
- 9:14Speaker 1: They found a white seventeen year old who they wanted
- 9:16Speaker 1: to ruin his life, and that is exactly what they
- 9:19Speaker 1: just did. They tried to ruin his life. You look
- 9:26Speaker 1: at this, President Night Tis America. Shame on you coming
- 9:30Speaker 1: out saying to yourself, well, I'm gonna have a hard
- 9:35Speaker 1: time with this. Really, that's how you want to describe it.
- 9:41Speaker 1: You want to imply the kids guilty even though he's innocent.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Alice Sharpton getting all woke on TV today because remember,
- 9:50Speaker 1: this is good for business. Anytime you can throw down
- 9:53Speaker 1: some race card, it's good for business, he said. The
- 9:55Speaker 1: message from the Written House trial as vigilantes can go
- 9:59Speaker 1: to protests and kill people talking about it being racist.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Just so you know it's not racist either. He didn't
- 10:06Speaker 1: kill anybody, Sue, by the way, he didn't. He didn't
- 10:08Speaker 1: murder anybody. Let me say that differently. He did. He
- 10:11Speaker 1: killed a couple of people in self defense. Yes, and
- 10:13Speaker 1: that's why he was found innocent on every charge against him.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Girlfriend of Kyl Rittenhouse, she came out today. She said
- 10:28Speaker 1: that he was blanked by the system and that's a problem.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I couldn't agree more. Ted Williams, African American law enforcement agent,
- 10:40Speaker 1: said on TV today, there's really no winners in the
- 10:42Speaker 1: Kyle Rittenhouse case. I totally agree with that. You ruin
- 10:45Speaker 1: this kid's life. He's gonna have to go into hiding.
- 10:47Speaker 1: He's gonna have to look over his shoulder, he's gonna
- 10:49Speaker 1: have to get lawyers, he's gonna have to have protection,
- 10:51Speaker 1: and he's got to target on his back. He's probably
- 10:53Speaker 1: gonna have to move and even if he gets a
- 10:58Speaker 1: bunch of money, he's he'll walk around the rest of
- 11:00Speaker 1: his life with a name that everybody's going to remember,
- 11:03Speaker 1: Kyle Rittenhouse. Kyle Rittenhouse family spokesman said this about the
- 11:11Speaker 1: not guilty verdict. Nobody's spiking the football on this because
- 11:16Speaker 1: this family has just been repeatedly attacked, and the President
- 11:18Speaker 1: got in on it today as well. Spring back David Hancock,
- 11:21Speaker 1: who's a spokesman for Kyle Rittenhouse and the family. David,
- 11:25Speaker 1: it's good to be with you. I wanted to ask
- 11:27Speaker 1: a couple of questions. First of all, we know that
- 11:30Speaker 1: Kyle has left the court and is headed for a
- 11:34Speaker 1: location unknown. What is he up to now? How is
- 11:37Speaker 1: he feeling about the verdict? We saw him break down,
- 11:41Speaker 1: you know, a lot of emotions clearly that we're running
- 11:44Speaker 1: through him as the jury run off the verdicts. We
- 11:46Speaker 1: saw him hug his counsel as well. What is the
- 11:50Speaker 1: plan for the rest of the day for him, spend
- 11:56Speaker 1: time with his family? Spent a long road. It's been
- 12:00Speaker 1: a long it's been a hard road. I mean, this
- 12:04Speaker 1: family has been just repeatedly attacked and with no basis
- 12:13Speaker 1: in truth. And now he can be a free he
- 12:19Speaker 1: can be a I mean, he can be just a
- 12:23Speaker 1: young man now. Yeah. So I think he's just gonna
- 12:27Speaker 1: spend time with his family and they are just ecstatic
- 12:30Speaker 1: that it came down this way. But I mean, nobody
- 12:34Speaker 1: is spiking the football on this This brought up a
- 12:37Speaker 1: lot of issues. At least this case brought up a
- 12:39Speaker 1: lot of issues, and specifically to your last speaker's point
- 12:42Speaker 1: as it relates to the prosecution, I mean this needs
- 12:47Speaker 1: to be looked at the conduct of the prosecution in
- 12:50Speaker 1: this case and the re narrating and the revisionist history
- 12:53Speaker 1: as we went through this case was despicable and just
- 12:59Speaker 1: horror horrendous, and still the jury came to the proper
- 13:04Speaker 1: and the just verdict of a not guilty across the board. David, Um,
- 13:10Speaker 1: this is Sandra. I'm sorry if my colleague John already
- 13:12Speaker 1: asked this question, but have you spoken to Kyle since
- 13:15Speaker 1: he since the verdict was read. I did not. He
- 13:22Speaker 1: was taken out the back door and taken off property
- 13:25Speaker 1: quite quickly with his family just to get out of this.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Have any of them related to you what he said
- 13:34Speaker 1: or what he's had to say since he left the court.
- 13:39Speaker 1: I looked at Kyle, and he looked at me, and
- 13:43Speaker 1: it was just one of those Um, you know, finally, finally,
- 13:50Speaker 1: like Kyle gets to start his life as a young man,
- 13:55Speaker 1: as an innocent, as an acquitted, as a not guilty
- 13:58Speaker 1: young man who cool early clearly defended himself when he
- 14:03Speaker 1: was attacked, and that, I mean that came out for
- 14:07Speaker 1: the past two weeks, and that is what, thank god,
- 14:11Speaker 1: that the Jerry came to and they noticed, David, we're
- 14:14Speaker 1: probably gonna need to take a break in about it
- 14:16Speaker 1: a minute and thirty seconds briefly, don't go away because
- 14:18Speaker 1: they want to play back some tape of the president
- 14:21Speaker 1: returning from camp. David, who was asked about this, but
- 14:23Speaker 1: you said that Kyle gets a chance to get back
- 14:26Speaker 1: to his life. But I mean, you know his life
- 14:28Speaker 1: is never going to be the same. No, it's not.
- 14:32Speaker 1: But everybody who knows Kyle, everybody's going to do everything
- 14:36Speaker 1: we can to give him the most normal life that
- 14:39Speaker 1: he can possibly. David, I'm sorry, can you just stand
- 14:41Speaker 1: by with us. I just gotta say this real quick.
- 14:45Speaker 1: He knows this. And you notice that John Roberts said this,
- 14:48Speaker 1: and he's absolutely right. There's no way he's ever going
- 14:51Speaker 1: to have a normal life. It's his life is no
- 14:54Speaker 1: longer his own. His life is over the way that
- 14:58Speaker 1: it was going to be will never be the same.
- 15:01Speaker 1: And that's the reason why I tell you over and
- 15:02Speaker 1: over again sue these scumbag, pure evil people in the
- 15:09Speaker 1: media that tried to ruin your life for every dime
- 15:14Speaker 1: they have and when and you will. The most disappointing
- 15:21Speaker 1: part of this Written House trial was not just the media,
- 15:24Speaker 1: but the fact that the President of the United States
- 15:26Speaker 1: of America was willing to pander to try to get
- 15:30Speaker 1: votes and to still divide this country, to try to
- 15:33Speaker 1: get supports, to try to get US approval rating up.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Joe Biden returned to the White House. He was asked
- 15:38Speaker 1: about the Written House verdict, and this is what the
- 15:40Speaker 1: President of the United States of America decided to say. Look,
- 15:44Speaker 1: I stand by with your juriaism concluded. Jurious system works. Sir,
- 15:53Speaker 1: what is the state of your health after this exam? Today? Good,
- 15:58Speaker 1: they're going to release all the details. I feel great.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Nothing change were in Christian and I'm looking forward to celebrated.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Mind that's it. You try to make a joke about
- 16:12Speaker 1: your birthday. Stand by what the juris conclude. The jury
- 16:15Speaker 1: system works, and we have to abide by it. He says.
- 16:19Speaker 1: You don't want to say, hey, this kid deserves to
- 16:20Speaker 1: be left alone, because you're the one that was trashing
- 16:25Speaker 1: this guy. Biden you trust written House, you attacked him.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Do you think the media is done with us? They're not.
- 16:37Speaker 1: NBC News Meet the Press host Chuck Todd had this
- 16:41Speaker 1: to say after the verdict about all you gun toting Americans.
- 16:44Speaker 1: You know, it's pretty obvious to me. More people the
- 16:48Speaker 1: next time there's a protest of some sort and it
- 16:52Speaker 1: may get politicized, that gun owners with a certain ideology
- 16:58Speaker 1: may feel incentivized now, may feel even emboldened. And that
- 17:02Speaker 1: does seem to be an uncomfortable message that may be
- 17:05Speaker 1: received by something. So let me get this straight. You
- 17:08Speaker 1: want to convict people over what you think other people
- 17:12Speaker 1: might do in the future. If you don't convict somebody now,
- 17:15Speaker 1: even if they're innocent. That is what NBC News is
- 17:19Speaker 1: takeaway is from Kyle Rittenhouse being acquitted on all charges.
- 17:24Speaker 1: You know I'm gonna get I'm gonna quote it here,
- 17:26Speaker 1: check and this is this is scum bag. This isn't journalism,
- 17:31Speaker 1: this is pos reporting. Quote. You know, it's pretty obvious
- 17:34Speaker 1: to me. More people the next time there's a protest
- 17:38Speaker 1: of some sort, and it may get politicized. The gun
- 17:42Speaker 1: owners with a certain ideology may feel incentivized now, may
- 17:45Speaker 1: feel even emboldened, and that does seem to be an
- 17:51Speaker 1: uncomforable message that may be received by this. You're a
- 17:55Speaker 1: pos I'm sorry. I'm just gonna say it. This is
- 17:59Speaker 1: what you'll do to a child, seventeen year old. This
- 18:03Speaker 1: is it now, this is what you're gonna say. Alice Sharpton.
- 18:08Speaker 1: The message from the right Rittenhouse trial as vigilanties can
- 18:10Speaker 1: got to protest and kill people. That's what you want
- 18:13Speaker 1: to say. Andy McCarthy said it right. Andy McCarthy said
- 18:21Speaker 1: this about the trial, and he's absolutely right on Fox earlier.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Take a listen, all right, thank you, Gare. Let's bring
- 18:26Speaker 1: back former Assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of
- 18:28Speaker 1: New York and Foxy US contributor to Andy McCarthy. Andy,
- 18:31Speaker 1: there was a narrative going about Kyle written all. There
- 18:34Speaker 1: was two of them. Really. There was one that he
- 18:37Speaker 1: was out there acting in self defense, which the jury
- 18:40Speaker 1: initially where which the jury ultimately agreed with. But then
- 18:45Speaker 1: there was this whole other narrative out there that he
- 18:47Speaker 1: was a white supremacist, that he crossed state lines with
- 18:50Speaker 1: an a R fifteen, which apparently didn't happen because the
- 18:53Speaker 1: gun was actually in Kenosha at the time, just as
- 18:55Speaker 1: a litany of horribles about Kyle Rittenhouse, where people had
- 19:00Speaker 1: come to conclusions about the case before the first testimony
- 19:03Speaker 1: was ever given in court. So, now that we've seen
- 19:06Speaker 1: this whole process unfold, what does that say about the
- 19:10Speaker 1: rush to judgment, in large part by politicians and by
- 19:14Speaker 1: what was supposed to be a respectable media going into
- 19:18Speaker 1: this whole thing. John, I think it says what our
- 19:23Speaker 1: constant lament is and frankly why I'm happy to be here,
- 19:29Speaker 1: which is that it's very hard anymore to try to
- 19:32Speaker 1: find out what the news is. You know, there's so
- 19:33Speaker 1: many outlets unfortunately that they're bringing a lot of political
- 19:37Speaker 1: and ideological baggage to news reporting. And like all of us,
- 19:43Speaker 1: I have very strong opinions. I don't hide being a conservative,
- 19:48Speaker 1: but you know, as a trial lawyer for a long time,
- 19:51Speaker 1: before you can make credible arguments about what the evidence is,
- 19:55Speaker 1: you need to know what the evidence is. You know,
- 19:56Speaker 1: it's really important in this country if we're going I
- 20:00Speaker 1: have a functioning democracy that people can actually with confidence
- 20:04Speaker 1: know what happened. And I think if you get to
- 20:07Speaker 1: a point where news organizations that you used to rely
- 20:11Speaker 1: on for at least that purpose shade everything that they
- 20:15Speaker 1: report through an ideological lens or a partisan lens or
- 20:20Speaker 1: whatever is bothering them on that particular day. I think
- 20:24Speaker 1: people lose faith in the idea that they can understand
- 20:28Speaker 1: with confidence to the actual news that we have to
- 20:31Speaker 1: rely on in order to make decisions in our everyday lives.
- 20:35Speaker 1: You know, it is amazing about what he's just saying,
- 20:38Speaker 1: and I'm going to give you a perfect example of whine.
- 20:39Speaker 1: What he's saying is absolutely factual. Facebook and Twitter actually
- 20:45Speaker 1: came after us, and we were one of those that
- 20:48Speaker 1: defended cow Written House early on last year, and we
- 20:51Speaker 1: defended cow written House and we put up a meme
- 20:53Speaker 1: of cow written House, and they attacked us and said
- 20:56Speaker 1: that our page was being threatened to be shut down
- 21:00Speaker 1: unpublished because of what we put which now immediately should
- 21:03Speaker 1: go away that's been on it. They also said our
- 21:05Speaker 1: page was going to have reduced distribution, meaning that we
- 21:08Speaker 1: won't be able to reach all the people that follow
- 21:10Speaker 1: us anymore as part of our punishment. Clearly now that
- 21:14Speaker 1: should be taken up not gonna happen. We have now
- 21:17Speaker 1: been told that Facebook and Twitter are still silent on
- 21:20Speaker 1: whether Kyle Rittenhouse support is still banned on their platform.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Facebook and Twitter banned support for Kyle Rittenhouse across their
- 21:28Speaker 1: platforms shortly after the riots. After during Wisconsin has now
- 21:32Speaker 1: found written House not guilty on all charges brought against him,
- 21:35Speaker 1: those same platforms refused to say if support for the
- 21:39Speaker 1: teenager is still banned. So all those people that got
- 21:43Speaker 1: silence and shut up because they supported written House early on,
- 21:48Speaker 1: we're gonna get an apology from big Tech, I doubt it.
- 21:53Speaker 1: You got to really take a step back, just for
- 21:55Speaker 1: a moment and think about this Rittenhouse case. And I
- 21:58Speaker 1: want you to think about what he was up against.
- 22:01Speaker 1: He was up against big Tech, he was up against
- 22:04Speaker 1: the media. He was up against the President elect and
- 22:09Speaker 1: then candidate Biden and all his supporters. He was up
- 22:13Speaker 1: against virtually everybody that had power in this country. He
- 22:17Speaker 1: was up against a over zealous scumbag DA And as
- 22:21Speaker 1: Ted Cruz put it earlier today, quote where a nation
- 22:24Speaker 1: governed by laws, and the Rittenhouse verdict reminds us we
- 22:27Speaker 1: have the moral and legal right to self defense. For months,
- 22:32Speaker 1: the left and justly try to convict mister Rittenhouse. I
- 22:35Speaker 1: pray now that those who wish to divide us. Don't
- 22:38Speaker 1: use this verdict as an excuse for violence. Couldn't agree
- 22:43Speaker 1: with him more on that point. You look at that
- 22:46Speaker 1: prosecutor and it worries me how many others are like
- 22:49Speaker 1: him out there. And if you want to remember, a
- 22:53Speaker 1: lot of people forget a lot of people forget what
- 22:56Speaker 1: actually was happening and the reason why Rittenhouse went there.
- 23:00Speaker 1: They were burning down buildings, burning down entire blocks, burning
- 23:06Speaker 1: apartment complexes. They even went after the Portland Courthouse and
- 23:12Speaker 1: burned it. Remember what happened when they burned down a
- 23:15Speaker 1: church by the White House or caught it on fire.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Remember that outside the White House they were attacking Secret
- 23:21Speaker 1: Service agents. The same protests that went and happened in Kenosha.
- 23:25Speaker 1: This was happening all over the country. They were burning
- 23:30Speaker 1: down everything and get their hands on And then they
- 23:32Speaker 1: tried to turn the people that attacked Writtenhouse into some
- 23:35Speaker 1: sort of victims, and they tried to turn into some
- 23:37Speaker 1: sort of race war when it clearly had nothing to
- 23:39Speaker 1: do with the race. He's white and the three people
- 23:41Speaker 1: he had to shoot they were attacking him or white.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Never forget the facts, the narrative that they tried to
- 23:49Speaker 1: sell you wasn't anywhere close to what the facts were
- 23:53Speaker 1: in this case, and they wanted to ruin and destroy
- 23:57Speaker 1: his life. And I hope he sues him, and hope
- 24:00Speaker 1: he gets every dime out of him he possibly can.
- 24:04Speaker 1: I hope he makes him pay millions and millions and
- 24:09Speaker 1: millions for all of these horrible people in the media
- 24:14Speaker 1: that did this to a child, and even the President
- 24:18Speaker 1: nine States of America was in on it too. I
- 24:20Speaker 1: hope every one of you will grab this podcast and
- 24:23Speaker 1: you'll share it on social media. I hope every one
- 24:25Speaker 1: of you hit that little forward button and put on Twitter,
- 24:27Speaker 1: on Facebook, Instagram, wherever you put your stuff. I hope
- 24:33Speaker 1: you'll text it to your family and friends. See you
- 24:36Speaker 1: back here tomorrow,
