- 0:52Speaker 3: facts of that case and the evidence around Hillary Clinton.
- 0:57Speaker 3: But she's up the only one having a bad We

- 3:17Speaker 3: Try it right now. It's the forty seven Morning Update
- 3:21Speaker 3: and it starts right now.
- 3:22Speaker 4: Story number one.
- 3:24Speaker 3: Donald Trump promised that if he became president of the
- 3:26Speaker 3: United States of America again, he was going to give
- 3:29Speaker 3: the American people transparency on a litany of issues. Well,
- 3:33Speaker 3: we know one of the new issues is making Hillary
- 3:36Speaker 3: Clinton probably not sleep very well at night. Newly declassified
- 3:41Speaker 3: documents on the Hillary Clinton email investigation say that it's
- 3:46Speaker 3: clear that the federal government ignored evidence on purpose. Now,
- 3:52Speaker 3: to be clear, it has been a decade since we
- 3:55Speaker 3: first learned about Hillary Clinton's use of a private email
- 3:59Speaker 3: server to conduct official government business, but now there are
- 4:04Speaker 3: new accusations of a purposely botched investigation and a cover up.
- 4:12Speaker 3: In an interview on Fox News, Senator Marsha Blackburn had
- 4:16Speaker 3: this to say about what happened. Quote, the FBI under
- 4:22Speaker 3: James Comey said, we don't even want to know about this.
- 4:26Speaker 3: We don't want to see this because we're not going
- 4:30Speaker 3: to investigate Hillary Clinton. And now they are wanting to say, oh,
- 4:37Speaker 3: that is old news. Well, the point is this, they
- 4:40Speaker 3: did not investigate it even though they knew that there
- 4:44Speaker 3: was possible wrongdoing, and they chose to turn a deliberate
- 4:48Speaker 3: blind eye because they wanted Hillary Clinton to be the president. Now,
- 4:53Speaker 3: the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, the Republican from
- 4:58Speaker 3: Iowa said the new in nation stems from documents that
- 5:02Speaker 3: he's been actually asking for since two thy eighteen, but
- 5:08Speaker 3: had not been declassified until now by the Justice Department
- 5:13Speaker 3: under Donald Trump and Pambondi one finding the thumb drives
- 5:18Speaker 3: we've now learned about containing some type of data that
- 5:22Speaker 3: had been the FBI's possession, but that the vast majority
- 5:26Speaker 3: of this data had never even been reviewed by the FBI,
- 5:30Speaker 3: despite James Comy saying this at the time during a
- 5:34Speaker 3: July twenty sixteen famous speech slash press conference when he said,
- 5:39Speaker 3: quote what I can assure the American people is that
- 5:43Speaker 3: this investigation was done honestly, competently, and independently. No outside
- 5:49Speaker 3: influence of any kind was brought to bear well. In
- 5:53Speaker 3: a phone interview, Grassy praised the DOJ for making these
- 5:57Speaker 3: new documents public, saying, quote vote these findings prove that
- 6:02Speaker 3: the Clinton investigation wasn't thorough and wasn't complete. In fact,
- 6:07Speaker 3: you could say they didn't even start to look at it. Now,
- 6:11Speaker 3: despite the scandal, which many believe is a key reason
- 6:16Speaker 3: that Hillary Clinton lost in twenty sixteen in the election,
- 6:19Speaker 3: Republicans are now saying it is time for this issue
- 6:24Speaker 3: to be looked at the right way. Now, the big
- 6:27Speaker 3: question is why is the national media not covering this story? Now,
- 6:32Speaker 3: the media may not be doing their job, but what
- 6:35Speaker 3: we do know is the government under Donald Trump is
- 6:38Speaker 3: doing theirs. You may also remember just a few days
- 6:41Speaker 3: ago we told you about the former FBI director James Comey.
- 6:46Speaker 3: He's already under criminal investigation by President Donald Trump's doj
- 6:50Speaker 3: for his role in the Trump Russia probe. Well, now
- 6:54Speaker 3: Senator Grassy is saying that because of these Hillary Clinton
- 6:58Speaker 3: declassified documents, it may bring about cause for an additional investigation. Now,
- 7:05Speaker 3: if you're an American right now, you should be excited
- 7:08Speaker 3: to know that those that may have been abusing their
- 7:10Speaker 3: powers at levels we could never have imagined will finally
- 7:14Speaker 3: have to answer for what they've done.
- 7:16Speaker 4: Now, story number two, Hillary.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Clinton isn't the only one having a bad day. We
- 7:22Speaker 3: now are learning that House Speaker Mike Johnson revealing that
- 7:26Speaker 3: Congress may issue a subpoena to former President Barack Obama
- 7:31Speaker 3: over allegations of a coordinated plot against President Donald Trump
- 7:37Speaker 3: involving Russia during the twenty sixteen presidential election. Johnson confirming
- 7:43Speaker 3: during an interview with reporter David Brody that he is
- 7:47Speaker 3: considering the move amid concerns about the integrity of the
- 7:52Speaker 3: nation's intelligence processes and the alleged misuse of federal power.
- 7:58Speaker 3: I go back to the theme Donald Trump said he
- 8:02Speaker 3: was going to open the books and have transparency for
- 8:06Speaker 3: a corrupt government in deep state, and this is part
- 8:09Speaker 3: of the major fallout that now is bringing Barack Obama
- 8:14Speaker 3: back into question. Take a listen to Mike Johnson and
- 8:18Speaker 3: his own words in this exclusive interview with CBN.
- 8:22Speaker 5: Director of National Intelligence claim she has proved that the
- 8:27Speaker 5: Obama administration manufactured evidence in an effort to discredit and
- 8:33Speaker 5: weaken President Trump in his first term.
- 8:36Speaker 6: House Speaker Mike Johnson tells CBA News that Tulsa Gabbert's
- 8:40Speaker 6: revelation is quote deeply problematic. He spoke about that issue
- 8:45Speaker 6: as well as the Epstein files in this exclusive interview
- 8:48Speaker 6: with our chief political analyst David Brody.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Although news during Donald Trump's second term has been coming
- 8:56Speaker 1: fast and furious, this latest bombshell is downrighted. Store Director
- 9:01Speaker 1: of National Intelligence Tulsea Gabbard declassifying documents showing what she
- 9:06Speaker 1: labels overwhelming evidence of former President Barack Obama and his
- 9:10Speaker 1: national security team basically creating intelligence about Russia attempting to
- 9:16Speaker 1: influence the twenty sixteen election.
- 9:18Speaker 2: There's no question in my mind that this intelligence community
- 9:22Speaker 2: assessment that President Obama ordered be published, which contained a
- 9:28Speaker 2: manufactured intelligence document, It's worse than even politicization of intelligence.
- 9:33Speaker 2: It was manufactured intelligence that sought to achieve President Obama
- 9:38Speaker 2: and his team's objective, which was undermining President Trump's presidency
- 9:42Speaker 2: and subverting the will of the American people.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Gabbard called the act treasonous conspiracy. Speaker of the House
- 9:48Speaker 1: Mike Johnson is troubled too well.
- 9:51Speaker 7: I don't know how to summarize it in by way
- 9:53Speaker 7: of description and a snappy phrase, but I will tell
- 9:56Speaker 7: you it is deeply problematic. We recognize that the people
- 9:59Speaker 7: who are being called out now we're involved in a scheme.
- 10:01Speaker 7: We knew that it was a shameless, false set of accusations,
- 10:07Speaker 7: and yet they perpetuated the lie on the American people.
- 10:09Speaker 7: And they looked right into the camera and just lined clearly,
- 10:14Speaker 7: and they knew.
- 10:14Speaker 8: What they were up to the whole time. So there
- 10:15Speaker 8: must be accountability for that. You say, there must be accountability.
- 10:19Speaker 8: The DOJ will work on the criminal aspect of this.
- 10:22Speaker 8: What's the role of the House here specifically?
- 10:24Speaker 9: I mean, people want to see subpoenas, they want to
- 10:27Speaker 9: see depositions, they want to see, whether it be Brennan Clapper,
- 10:30Speaker 9: potentially the president of the former president of the United States.
- 10:33Speaker 9: Are you willing to go down that route because a
- 10:35Speaker 9: lot of people want to see some of these folks
- 10:38Speaker 9: questioned under oath?
- 10:39Speaker 1: Of course.
- 10:40Speaker 7: Look, I think we have a responsibility to follow the
- 10:42Speaker 7: truth where it leads, and I do expect that whether
- 10:46Speaker 7: there's a special council appointed which some are suggesting, and
- 10:49Speaker 7: or in conjunction with the House investigations, that we will
- 10:52Speaker 7: get the answers and there will be accountability to the
- 10:54Speaker 7: extent that we're able to do that, referring people to
- 10:56Speaker 7: the DOJ for prosecution and any other measure that is appropriate.
- 11:00Speaker 7: As we begin to uncover more of the facts.
- 11:02Speaker 9: Does it get tricky at all with the former president
- 11:05Speaker 9: President Obama looking at what his role on this is
- 11:07Speaker 9: and bringing him in for some sort of deposition.
- 11:09Speaker 7: Potential superiory, Well, listen, I mean I can't. We have
- 11:11Speaker 7: no concern about that. If it's uncomfortable for him, he
- 11:14Speaker 7: shouldn't have been involved in overseeing this, which is what
- 11:16Speaker 7: it appears to us.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Johnson making it clear that if Barack Obama has any
- 11:22Speaker 3: involvement in directing or approving intelligence activities the targeted Donald
- 11:28Speaker 3: Trump's campaign, then he should be held accountable.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Now.
- 11:32Speaker 3: These remarks come on the heels of statements made by
- 11:34Speaker 3: the Director of National Intelligence Tulca Gabbert, who claimed the
- 11:38Speaker 3: newly released records show coordination at the highest levels, saying, quote,
- 11:43Speaker 3: there was a treasonous conspiracy in twenty sixteen committed by
- 11:48Speaker 3: officials at the highest level of the government. Gabbard's added
- 11:51Speaker 3: their goal was to subvert the will of the American
- 11:54Speaker 3: people and enact what was essentially a year's long coup,
- 11:58Speaker 3: with the objective of trumping to usurp the president from
- 12:02Speaker 3: fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Gabert also accused the Obama administration of engaging in an
- 12:09Speaker 3: egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our constitution,
- 12:15Speaker 3: adding that such conduct threatens the very foundation and the
- 12:18Speaker 3: integrity of our democratic republic. Gabert said Obama and members
- 12:23Speaker 3: of his National security team quote manufactured and politicized intelligence
- 12:28Speaker 3: to lay the groundwork for linking Trump to Russia and
- 12:32Speaker 3: election interference claims. The implications of this are frankly nothing
- 12:38Speaker 3: short of his historic Gabbard went on to say, saying,
- 12:41Speaker 3: quote over one hundred documents that were released really detail
- 12:46Speaker 3: and provide evidence of how this treason is conspiracy was
- 12:49Speaker 3: directed by President Obama if just weeks before he was
- 12:54Speaker 3: due to leave office, after President Trump had already gotten elected.
- 12:58Speaker 3: This is not a Democratic Republican issue. Gabbert went on
- 13:02Speaker 3: to say, this is an issue that is so so
- 13:05Speaker 3: serious it should concern every single American because it has
- 13:10Speaker 3: to do with the integrity of our democratic republic. One
- 13:14Speaker 3: thing's for sure. President Trump clearly is stating more transparency
- 13:19Speaker 3: is coming.
