- 0:00Speaker 1: We have to do a better job of vetting conservative
- 0:05Speaker 1: and Republican candidates running for office. And the reason why
- 0:08Speaker 1: I say that we have a big opportunity coming up
- 0:10Speaker 1: in the mid terms to put a lot of Concerts
- 0:13Speaker 1: Republicans in office. The Senate just okayed this landmark gun
- 0:21Speaker 1: quote violence bill. The House will pass it, and a
- 0:25Speaker 1: bunch of Rhinos went along with this. Now, when I
- 0:27Speaker 1: talk about when you do a better job vetting, I
- 0:30Speaker 1: supported the candidate that McCormick that was going against doctor Oz.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Doctor Oz was endorsed by Donald Trump. It's pretty clear
- 0:39Speaker 1: now Donald Trump got it wrong with doctor Oz, and
- 0:42Speaker 1: he has already stopped using Donald Trump in his campaign
- 0:46Speaker 1: for the general election. Doctor Oz is a liberal, he's
- 0:50Speaker 1: not a conservative. And doctor Oz is a guy that
- 0:54Speaker 1: wouldn't even give up his dual citizenship unless he wins
- 0:58Speaker 1: the election to a country where he is the head
- 1:02Speaker 1: spokesman of an airline, a country which, by the way,
- 1:04Speaker 1: is an adversary of the United States of America. I
- 1:08Speaker 1: did everything I could to help McCormick win in that race,
- 1:12Speaker 1: who was a true conservative against doctor Oz. But doctor
- 1:15Speaker 1: Oz was endorsed by Donald Trump and so many Trump
- 1:18Speaker 1: supporters like, oh, okay, let's go with this guy. As
- 1:21Speaker 1: soon as he won the nomination, he has run back
- 1:23Speaker 1: to the middle. He is not a real conservative. It
- 1:28Speaker 1: was very clear he wasn't a real conservatant. This was
- 1:30Speaker 1: a civil war, right. There's a lot of Trump Conservatives
- 1:33Speaker 1: that were angry that people are going from McCormick in
- 1:36Speaker 1: the primary because Donald Trump endorse somebody. And just because
- 1:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump or anybody else endorses someone doesn't mean that
- 1:43Speaker 1: you don't vet them, right, like a seal of approval
- 1:46Speaker 1: from Donald Trump on a candidate doesn't mean that that
- 1:49Speaker 1: Canada is actually a real conservative. We have to do
- 1:52Speaker 1: our homework, and the proof of this is exactly what
- 1:55Speaker 1: we're talking about now with a Senate. Okay, all of
- 2:00Speaker 1: you know quote gun emergency powers and this landmark gun
- 2:05Speaker 1: violence bill. It was because of Republicans who sold out
- 2:10Speaker 1: on your Second Amendment that this passed. But first I
- 2:14Speaker 1: want to take a quick moment to tell you about
- 2:16Speaker 1: our good friends over at Legacy Precious Metals. You know

- 2:28Speaker 1: Do you have a hedge against inflation? Are you terrified
- 2:32Speaker 1: every day that you've lost a massive amount of money
- 2:34Speaker 1: when the stock market is having these crazy drops? Well,
- 2:38Speaker 1: are you diversified? And if you are diversified, you don't
- 2:41Speaker 1: have to worry as much. That's where Legacy Precious Metals
- 2:44Speaker 1: comes in. Legacy Precious Metals can help you have a

- 2:52Speaker 1: go up, inflation goes up, democrats are trying to raise taxes,

- 3:00Speaker 1: you to take a look at protecting your dollars and
- 3:03Speaker 1: controlling your future with gold and precious metals. A lot
- 3:07Speaker 1: of people move to gold and precious metals during times
- 3:10Speaker 1: like these. It is a hedge against inflation. It's a

- 3:34Speaker 1: one eight six six seven five one twenty two eighteen
- 3:40Speaker 1: or online at Legacy PM Investments dot Com. That's a
- 3:44Speaker 1: legacy PM investments dot Com. Now there are a bunch
- 3:50Speaker 1: of opportunists right now who are running for office that
- 3:53Speaker 1: are not been vetted, or they get the endorsement of
- 3:55Speaker 1: one conservative and then everybody just jumps in lines like, Okay, well,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I guess we should just do this. I guess we
- 4:02Speaker 1: should just go forward with this candidate because Donald Trump
- 4:05Speaker 1: or somebody else that I like says this is the
- 4:08Speaker 1: guy without vetting the candidates. Doctor Oz is my perfect
- 4:11Speaker 1: example right now. This dude hadn't even been elected yet.
- 4:14Speaker 1: But you look at these Republicans that we had, many
- 4:16Speaker 1: of these Republicans that just sold out in a very
- 4:21Speaker 1: big way, Our Republicans that actually ran as quote tea
- 4:25Speaker 1: party candidates because they understand, you go with a wave
- 4:28Speaker 1: of what the people want the moment, regardless of what
- 4:31Speaker 1: you believe in. When you're an opportunist, you get elected
- 4:34Speaker 1: and then you get your power, and we're gonna do
- 4:37Speaker 1: this crap all over again. We're gonna send more people
- 4:40Speaker 1: like these, you know, Republicans that did this, and they
- 4:42Speaker 1: associated pressed their headline this morning reads quote. Senate easily
- 4:47Speaker 1: approved a bipartisan gun violence bill that seemed unthinkable just
- 4:51Speaker 1: a month ago. Okay, if a bill is unthinkable a
- 4:54Speaker 1: month ago, it probably shouldn't pass. Now. What I mean
- 4:58Speaker 1: by that is this, if there was no chance in
- 5:01Speaker 1: hell that a bill would pass a month ago, there's
- 5:04Speaker 1: one thing that changed, something emotionally, right, there's an emotional
- 5:09Speaker 1: appeal that happened, some sort of emotional appeal. Does that
- 5:15Speaker 1: mean that the law changed. No? Does that mean things
- 5:18Speaker 1: in the law changed. No. It was an emotional appeal,
- 5:21Speaker 1: which is exactly what we're dealing with right now. It's
- 5:24Speaker 1: an emotional appeal. This is going to clear the way
- 5:28Speaker 1: a quote for the final congressional approval of what it
- 5:30Speaker 1: will be lawmaker's most far reaching response in decades the
- 5:34Speaker 1: nation's run of brutal mass shootings. Again, this is the
- 5:37Speaker 1: Associated Press story. After years of GOP procedural delays and
- 5:42Speaker 1: derailed Democratic efforts to curb firearms, Democrats and some Republicans
- 5:47Speaker 1: decide that congressional congressional inaction was un it was irresponsible.
- 5:54Speaker 1: After last month the rampages in New York and Texas,
- 5:57Speaker 1: it took weeks of closed door talks. That's the other
- 5:59Speaker 1: problem here. This wasn't done out in the sunlight of day.
- 6:03Speaker 1: This was done with closed door talks and backroom deals,
- 6:06Speaker 1: and a group of centers from both parties emerged with
- 6:09Speaker 1: a compromise embodying They say, everything that would be important
- 6:14Speaker 1: and impactful in a movement to curb quote bloodshed that
- 6:18Speaker 1: has come too regularly to America. It's no longer surprise
- 6:24Speaker 1: to the country, to the nation. They said, it's become
- 6:28Speaker 1: a regular shock, right normal, So therefore we must act.
- 6:32Speaker 1: That's their logic behind this. The thirteen billion dollar measures.
- 6:37Speaker 1: So this costs you thirteen billion of your tax dollars,
- 6:40Speaker 1: all done in secrecy. Would toughen background checks for the
- 6:44Speaker 1: youngest gun buyers. It would keep firearms from more domestic
- 6:49Speaker 1: violence offenders, and help states put in place listen carefully
- 6:53Speaker 1: red flag laws that will make it easier for authorities
- 6:57Speaker 1: to take weapons from people they believe are dangerous. It
- 7:02Speaker 1: would also fund local programs for school's safety, mental health,
- 7:07Speaker 1: and violence prevention. Now let's go back to the part
- 7:10Speaker 1: there that's the most dangerous to our secondment rights, the
- 7:13Speaker 1: red flag laws. Right advocating for red flag laws. Red
- 7:16Speaker 1: flag laws can be used to abuse and take away
- 7:20Speaker 1: people's power. Let me talk about Canada. For just a
- 7:23Speaker 1: moment here, What did they call the truckers in Canada?
- 7:27Speaker 1: What did Trudeau come out and call the truckers in Canada?
- 7:31Speaker 1: He said that the truckers and Canada were domestic terrorists. Well,
- 7:37Speaker 1: if your domestic terrorists, could a red flag law take
- 7:39Speaker 1: away your ability to buy and protect and defend your family? Absolutely?
- 7:46Speaker 1: In fact, let's go to January the sixth. January the
- 7:50Speaker 1: sixth has been described by Democrats as what nine eleven
- 7:52Speaker 1: just as bad as nine eleven. They actually said that,
- 7:55Speaker 1: they said that everybody that was there is a domestic terrorist.
- 7:58Speaker 1: We'll hold on a second. If you were on the
- 8:01Speaker 1: law on that day, right out in front of the
- 8:04Speaker 1: capitol for this rally, but never even went to the capitol,
- 8:07Speaker 1: are you now to do a domestic terrorist in the
- 8:09Speaker 1: eyes of Democrats? Absolutely, if you were anywhere close to Washington,
- 8:14Speaker 1: DC on January the six you are a domestic terrorist
- 8:17Speaker 1: in their eyes. Does if you are a domestic terrorists
- 8:20Speaker 1: and categorize the domestic terrorist, do you lose your right
- 8:22Speaker 1: to buy a gun based on what this law says? Yes,
- 8:27Speaker 1: just let that sink in. What if you go out
- 8:30Speaker 1: in protests at a city council meeting. What if you
- 8:35Speaker 1: go out in protest at a parents meeting at the
- 8:38Speaker 1: school board meeting. What's happened in this country? Did we
- 8:42Speaker 1: have letters that were written about the parents who showed
- 8:45Speaker 1: up to stop at critical race theory and transgender bathrooms
- 8:49Speaker 1: and even in places like Virginia where they covered up
- 8:51Speaker 1: abuse and sexual abuse of children by other children as
- 8:55Speaker 1: they didn't get them in trouble with the law in
- 8:57Speaker 1: the school systems. And did you have parents that were
- 8:59Speaker 1: arrested at the school board meetings, including one father whose
- 9:02Speaker 1: daughter was sexually assault in the bathroom? Did that happen
- 9:06Speaker 1: in Virginia? Yes? And what do they do they arrested
- 9:08Speaker 1: the dad? Could a red flag laws stop his ability
- 9:12Speaker 1: protecting to find his family? If you go to a
- 9:14Speaker 1: school board meeting and you're on this list of what
- 9:16Speaker 1: they referred to as possible domestic terrorists or parent terrorists,
- 9:21Speaker 1: can you loose? Could that red flag law then kick
- 9:24Speaker 1: in and take away your right to bear arms, forget
- 9:26Speaker 1: buying a gun. Could they come to your house and
- 9:28Speaker 1: confiscate all of your weapons? The answer is clearly yes.
- 9:35Speaker 1: It's not just the cost of this bill that makes
- 9:39Speaker 1: me angry. It's not just the thirteen billion dollar measure
- 9:42Speaker 1: that is just going to take away your right to
- 9:44Speaker 1: bear arms and advocate and support red flag laws that
- 9:48Speaker 1: can take away your rights to protecting defend yourself. It's
- 9:51Speaker 1: also the fact that Republicans went along with us knowing
- 9:54Speaker 1: what it was going to do, all because of quote
- 9:56Speaker 1: emotional pressure or many of the people involved. We're not
- 10:00Speaker 1: running for reelection or not running for reelection time soon,
- 10:03Speaker 1: so like screw it. I'm not a hard course pro
- 10:05Speaker 1: Second Amendment person. I do believe that your rights shall
- 10:09Speaker 1: be infringed upon instead of shall not be infringed. And
- 10:12Speaker 1: I believe the government is addicted to you what you
- 10:14Speaker 1: can and cannot do, what you can and cannot say,
- 10:16Speaker 1: and what you can and cannot believe. You look at
- 10:20Speaker 1: these Republicans, okay, and and by the way, in this bill,
- 10:25Speaker 1: they're not done. This is phase one. This election year
- 10:30Speaker 1: package fell short quote unquote of more robust gun restrictions
- 10:35Speaker 1: Democrats have software years, including ban on assault type weapons
- 10:39Speaker 1: and high capacity ammunition magazines used in the slang in Buffalo,
- 10:42Speaker 1: New York and u Valde, Texas. Associated Press goes on
- 10:47Speaker 1: to write, yet the accord to let leaders of both
- 10:50Speaker 1: parties to clear victory and demonstrate to voters that they
- 10:53Speaker 1: know how to compromise and make government work, while also
- 10:57Speaker 1: leaving room for each side to appeal to its core support.
- 11:01Speaker 1: This is not a cure off for all the ways
- 11:04Speaker 1: gun violent affects our nation. Senate Majority of Leader Chuck
- 11:06Speaker 1: Schumer said, whose party made gun restrictions a goal for decades.
- 11:12Speaker 1: They even admitted in the ap this is their goal,
- 11:15Speaker 1: but it is long overdue step in the right direction
- 11:19Speaker 1: passing this gun and again they've used this gun control
- 11:22Speaker 1: and they've changed it with the word gun safety, because
- 11:25Speaker 1: who can be against safety? This is part of you know,
- 11:28Speaker 1: the Democrats and even I think some of the Republicans
- 11:31Speaker 1: it worked on this to try to convince you that
- 11:34Speaker 1: this bill is not gun control, which it absolutely is
- 11:37Speaker 1: about controlling your right to bear arms. They say it's
- 11:40Speaker 1: not gun control, it's gun safety. Who could be against
- 11:43Speaker 1: a gun safety bill that is quote truly significant, is
- 11:46Speaker 1: going to save lives quote unquote. Okay, let's go and
- 11:50Speaker 1: apply this law based on what we know right now
- 11:54Speaker 1: to what happened in Buffalo and Evelde. Would it have
- 11:57Speaker 1: stopped anything that happened there? Based on the law, The
- 12:00Speaker 1: answer is no, so you know immediately they're lying to you.
- 12:04Speaker 1: This is not instantly going to save lives, right, which
- 12:08Speaker 1: is what they do when they want to pass emotional
- 12:09Speaker 1: appeal legislation. This law is about taking away your rights.
- 12:13Speaker 1: It's not about saving lives. Because if this law was
- 12:16Speaker 1: enacted before you validate, it wouldn't have changed anything. If
- 12:19Speaker 1: this law was enacted before Buffalo, it would have changed
- 12:22Speaker 1: anything based on the way the law is written right now,
- 12:25Speaker 1: and they could change it and make it even better,
- 12:27Speaker 1: right or their words better, my words worse. Now, let's
- 12:32Speaker 1: talk about all the scumbags that were involved this. On
- 12:34Speaker 1: the Republican side, the Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and
- 12:38Speaker 1: a nod to the Second Amendment right to bear arms
- 12:41Speaker 1: that drives many conservative voters, said, the American people want
- 12:43Speaker 1: their constitution or rights protected, and quote their kids to
- 12:47Speaker 1: be saved in school. So now we can act like
- 12:48Speaker 1: we're doing both the same time, even though we're not.
- 12:52Speaker 1: They want both of those things at once, and this
- 12:54Speaker 1: is just what the bill before the Senate will have accomplished.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Mitch McConnell said the day proved better suite for advocates
- 13:03Speaker 1: of curtailing gun violence, underscoring the enduring potency of conservative cloud,
- 13:09Speaker 1: the right leaning Supreme Court issue a decision expanding the
- 13:12Speaker 1: right of the Americans to carry arms in public That
- 13:16Speaker 1: is a lie, by the way, that headline, and we're
- 13:18Speaker 1: going to talk about that victory at the Supreme Court
- 13:21Speaker 1: because at least the Supreme Court got it right. They
- 13:25Speaker 1: lie to you though they act like the Supreme Court
- 13:27Speaker 1: issue decision expanding the right of Americans to carry arms
- 13:31Speaker 1: in public space. No, they just said that the government
- 13:33Speaker 1: took away your right that you already had to carry
- 13:36Speaker 1: a gun in a public space. The Supreme Court didn't
- 13:39Speaker 1: give you new rights when they went on this gun decision. Okay,
- 13:44Speaker 1: I make that very simple. The Supreme Court didn't come
- 13:47Speaker 1: up with a new set of rights for you to
- 13:49Speaker 1: carry arms based on this ruling that happened, which is
- 13:52Speaker 1: a certainly a big ruling and a big deal. I
- 13:56Speaker 1: go to another Associated Press article because I want you
- 13:58Speaker 1: to understand how much are crewing with you. The Supreme
- 14:01Speaker 1: Court has issued its biggest gun rights ruling in more
- 14:04Speaker 1: than a decade. Here are some questions and answers about
- 14:07Speaker 1: what this decision does and does not do. What exactly
- 14:09Speaker 1: was the Supreme Court ruling on guns. Quote, the Supreme
- 14:12Speaker 1: Court said, the Americans have the right to carry firearms
- 14:14Speaker 1: in public for self defense. That's important because about a
- 14:18Speaker 1: half dozen states have conditions getting a license to carry
- 14:22Speaker 1: a gun in public on the person demonstrating an actual
- 14:25Speaker 1: need something called good cause or proper cause to carry
- 14:29Speaker 1: the weapon. That limits who can carry a weapon in
- 14:32Speaker 1: those states. Now I experience this in wash In DC,
- 14:36Speaker 1: it was you couldn't have a handgun in DC. You
- 14:39Speaker 1: can only have a shotgun when I live there, and
- 14:42Speaker 1: you are a fellon, a convicted felon. If you went
- 14:44Speaker 1: outside the rule of law there in DC. In New
- 14:48Speaker 1: York City, which is where this law was challenged, you
- 14:52Speaker 1: had to show and demonstrate that you somehow your life
- 14:56Speaker 1: and mind, the way I would describe, is worth more
- 14:58Speaker 1: or is under more threat then your average other citizen
- 15:01Speaker 1: on the street, which is insane because it's not what
- 15:04Speaker 1: the Second Amendment says. And for years, if you weren't
- 15:08Speaker 1: politically connected, or you weren't a high profile individual in
- 15:12Speaker 1: New York City, you could not get your hands on
- 15:14Speaker 1: a handgun to protect and defend yourself. That is now
- 15:17Speaker 1: going to go away. You had to prove that you
- 15:20Speaker 1: had quote good cause or proper cause to carry a weapon.
- 15:23Speaker 1: That's not what the constitution says. Now, in this decision,
- 15:29Speaker 1: which is certainly a victory, the Supreme Court struck down
- 15:32Speaker 1: New York's proper cause requirement. Other state laws are expected
- 15:35Speaker 1: to face quick challenges. About one quarter the US population
- 15:39Speaker 1: lives in states expect to be affected by this ruling.
- 15:41Speaker 1: So when the Supreme Court or when they associated press,
- 15:44Speaker 1: the liberals come out and they're like, oh, the Supreme
- 15:46Speaker 1: courts have given new rights to gun owners. That's not true.
- 15:51Speaker 1: We already have these nailable rights. We always have the
- 15:55Speaker 1: right to protect and defend ourselves. The right to bear
- 15:57Speaker 1: arms a right that shall not be in friends said
- 16:00Speaker 1: rogue states. Liberal states like New York and places like
- 16:03Speaker 1: DC and other places said no, we're gonna take away
- 16:06Speaker 1: your rights. The Supreme Court did not grant you rights
- 16:10Speaker 1: in this ruling. The way the media is trying to
- 16:12Speaker 1: spend the day somehow gave you this new set of rights.
- 16:16Speaker 1: They were always there. The government was trampling on those rights,
- 16:19Speaker 1: which goes exactly back to what I was saying about
- 16:21Speaker 1: red flag laws. If you don't think the government's going
- 16:24Speaker 1: to weaponize red flag laws to come after people that
- 16:29Speaker 1: they don't like, and this isn't going to be abused.
- 16:31Speaker 1: You're stupid. Go back to Canada. Truck drivers became domestic terrorists.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Grandmothers on January sixth on the law of the Capitol
- 16:38Speaker 1: who didn't even breach the building they described as domestic terrorists.
- 16:43Speaker 1: We hunted down grandmothers all over the country and grandpa's
- 16:46Speaker 1: all over the country who didn't do anything but walk
- 16:48Speaker 1: into the capital on that day, following other people that
- 16:50Speaker 1: we walk in the Capitol that, by the way around
- 16:52Speaker 1: them were actually not violent. We see it on the videos,
- 16:54Speaker 1: but it doesn't matter. They're domestic terrorists. That red flag
- 16:56Speaker 1: law would say they should never be allowed to own
- 16:58Speaker 1: a gun the rest of their lives. Every single person
- 17:03Speaker 1: that was in DC on January sixth, and the minds
- 17:06Speaker 1: of the government that's being run right now, they are
- 17:08Speaker 1: treating you like you are domestic terrorists. They are tracking
- 17:12Speaker 1: down every single person, even people that literally did nothing
- 17:17Speaker 1: but walk around. If you don't think that they're trying
- 17:22Speaker 1: to grab power from you right now, you're stupid. So
- 17:27Speaker 1: when the Senate comes out celebrating and these Republicans come
- 17:30Speaker 1: out celebrating that we pass gun control and the rhinos
- 17:34Speaker 1: is I put it, clearly sell out on this issue.
- 17:36Speaker 1: And they did right, and they say this isn't some
- 17:39Speaker 1: small little thing. And Mitch McConnell comes out and tells you,
- 17:42Speaker 1: this is a great thing and we're gonna you know, all,
- 17:44Speaker 1: this is going to be amazing, and this is a
- 17:47Speaker 1: decision that you're going to be able to support, and
- 17:49Speaker 1: we're gonna save lives. I go back to applying the
- 17:52Speaker 1: law they passed to what just happened in New York
- 17:54Speaker 1: and what just happened to about it. It would not
- 17:56Speaker 1: have changed the outcome of that. So why are they
- 18:00Speaker 1: telling you that this law is going to save lives
- 18:02Speaker 1: when it would not have saved or changed the outcome
- 18:04Speaker 1: of either of these situations. Because they want to take
- 18:07Speaker 1: away your rights and they're using an emotional moment to
- 18:10Speaker 1: do it. Never let a crisis go to way. So
- 18:13Speaker 1: remember Obama. It's one of the most brilliant things he
- 18:15Speaker 1: ever said, and it is how the Democratic Party works.
- 18:20Speaker 1: The vote on final passage was a landslide, sixty five
- 18:24Speaker 1: to thirty three. Hours earlier, senators voted sixty five to
- 18:28Speaker 1: thirty four to end a filibuster by conservative GOP senators
- 18:32Speaker 1: that was five more than the sixty votes threshold needed.
- 18:36Speaker 1: The House planned to vote on the measure Friday so
- 18:42Speaker 1: that they can get it to the present for a
- 18:44Speaker 1: big signing now. On the vote, fifteen Senate Republicans joined
- 18:50Speaker 1: all fifty Democrats. And if all fifty Democrats are joining
- 18:53Speaker 1: a piece of legislation, that's how toxic you know it
- 18:56Speaker 1: is to our constitution and our rights, including their two
- 19:01Speaker 1: allied independence and voting to move ahead the legislation as well.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Yet that vote highlight the risk Republicans quote faced by
- 19:09Speaker 1: defining the parties pro gun voters and firearm groups like
- 19:12Speaker 1: the National Rifle Association. Senator Lisa murkowskive Alaska and Todd
- 19:16Speaker 1: Young of Indiana were the only two of the fifteen
- 19:19Speaker 1: up for reelection is fall. Of the rest four retiring
- 19:22Speaker 1: and eight don't face voters until twenty twenty six, So
- 19:25Speaker 1: they're hoping you're too stupid to remember that they did
- 19:28Speaker 1: this to your rights in twenty twenty two. Telling GOP
- 19:33Speaker 1: senators voting no included potential twenty twenty four presidential contenders
- 19:38Speaker 1: like Tom Cotton of Arkansas, Ted Cruise of Texas, Joss
- 19:41Speaker 1: Holley of Missouri, Tim Scott of South Carolina. Some of
- 19:43Speaker 1: the parties most conservative members voted to know as well,
- 19:46Speaker 1: including Senator Ramp Paul of Kentucky and Mike Lee of Utah.
- 19:50Speaker 1: While the Senate measure was a clear breakthrough, quote unquote,
- 19:53Speaker 1: the outlook for continued congressional movement on gun curb curbs
- 19:57Speaker 1: is dim. Well, it's just because it's dim, you got.
- 20:00Speaker 1: It's just took away our rights right now. You just
- 20:01Speaker 1: put us on the list to use red flag laws
- 20:06Speaker 1: to take away our rights. Less than one third of
- 20:11Speaker 1: the Senate's fifty GOP centers back the measure, and solid
- 20:14Speaker 1: Republican oppositions certain in the House doesn't matter, right because
- 20:17Speaker 1: you have enough that went with this. Top House Republicans
- 20:22Speaker 1: urge a no vote. In an email from the number
- 20:24Speaker 1: two GOP leaders, Steve Scalise to Louisiana that called the
- 20:26Speaker 1: bill an effort to slowly chip away at law abiding
- 20:30Speaker 1: citizens Second Amendment rights. And he is absolutely right. And
- 20:33Speaker 1: by the way, there's any guy that I would understand
- 20:35Speaker 1: that would vote in favor that it would have been
- 20:36Speaker 1: step Scalise, the guy that was shot by a gunman
- 20:39Speaker 1: while they were practicing for the congressional baseball game and
- 20:42Speaker 1: almost died. Even he said it, quote, this isn't this
- 20:49Speaker 1: bill is an effort to slowly chip away at law
- 20:51Speaker 1: abiding citizens Second Amendment rights in the statement, and this
- 20:56Speaker 1: is how bad this is how you know the bill
- 20:58Speaker 1: is a bad bill. President Joe Biden said, you Valide
- 21:01Speaker 1: residence told him when he visited that Washington had to act.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Our kids in schools and our communities will be safer
- 21:06Speaker 1: because of this legislation. That is a lie. It's not true,
- 21:09Speaker 1: and this would have had no impact on the Valide shooting.
- 21:12Speaker 1: But never let a crisis go to waste. I call
- 21:14Speaker 1: on Congress to finish the job and get this bill
- 21:17Speaker 1: to my desk. Biden said, Now you look at what's
- 21:23Speaker 1: happened to you, Validy, and you look at all the
- 21:24Speaker 1: lies coming out of there, and I'm gonna end with
- 21:27Speaker 1: this to make it clear. Look at what has happened
- 21:30Speaker 1: you Valide, and look at all of the information that
- 21:32Speaker 1: has come out of your Valde. We have a police
- 21:35Speaker 1: chief that's a hardcore lefty that gave money to hardcore
- 21:38Speaker 1: Democratic campaign to lied to the parents' faces and said
- 21:42Speaker 1: and lied to the people and said he's been put
- 21:45Speaker 1: on leave, that they tried to breach the door into
- 21:48Speaker 1: that classroom but they couldn't get in. They were waiting
- 21:51Speaker 1: for the keys from a janitor for over an hour.
- 21:56Speaker 1: We knew he lied from the very beginning. He was
- 21:58Speaker 1: making it up. The videos now, the closed circuit TV
- 22:02Speaker 1: in the halls, they never try to open those doors.
- 22:04Speaker 1: They left an active shooter in a classroom with children
- 22:07Speaker 1: for an hour to do whatever the hell he wanted
- 22:09Speaker 1: to do to those children for an hour, and nobody,
- 22:13Speaker 1: having all that body armor and ballistic protection, they had
- 22:16Speaker 1: tried to open the door, and then they lied to you.
- 22:26Speaker 1: If they will lie to you about trying to save
- 22:27Speaker 1: your kids lives, if the Left will lie to you
- 22:31Speaker 1: about trying to save your kids lives and then use
- 22:33Speaker 1: that lie in that tragedy to then try to pass
- 22:35Speaker 1: uncontrol legislation that would have no bearing on that shooting,
- 22:40Speaker 1: you don't think they'll do everything they can to lie
- 22:42Speaker 1: about you as a person to take away your rights.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I go back. I could go back years, but I
- 22:48Speaker 1: don't have to. Now that's the scary part. I can
- 22:51Speaker 1: just go back the last five months, four months, three months.
- 22:54Speaker 1: In this country. You have people that have been declared
- 22:57Speaker 1: domestic tears because they support Donald Trump. Just support him.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Oh you dear domestic terrorists. You have people in Canada
- 23:06Speaker 1: who've been declared domestic terrorists because they're truck drivers who
- 23:10Speaker 1: were who were standing up for their rights as a
- 23:14Speaker 1: human being on forced vaccinations. In Canada, they have banned
- 23:20Speaker 1: this is I called it the Dictator starter kit on
- 23:23Speaker 1: Fox News Channel Well I was hosting out Numbered. Trudeau
- 23:28Speaker 1: has banned guns, handguns, saying claiming that you're gonna be
- 23:32Speaker 1: safer because of this law, saying you know, you can't buy, sell,
- 23:36Speaker 1: or transfer a handgun that country, and that's gonna make
- 23:38Speaker 1: you safer, and then immediately comes out a couple of
- 23:40Speaker 1: weeks later and bands plastic straws. That's like a Dictator
- 23:46Speaker 1: starter kit. You look at Canada right now and how
- 23:50Speaker 1: many rights they've given up. The truckers are domestic terrorists.
- 23:53Speaker 1: They can take away your land, your bank accounts if
- 23:55Speaker 1: you supported the truckers. Because that did happen. No one's
- 23:58Speaker 1: talking about it. But there are people that actually had
- 24:01Speaker 1: a lot of wealth that were supporting the truckers who
- 24:04Speaker 1: now were deemed domestic terrorists, and they actually took away
- 24:07Speaker 1: their property and their bank accounts have been seized. That's
- 24:11Speaker 1: happened in Canada. They've taken away your right to bear
- 24:15Speaker 1: arms because they realize that people were too strong after
- 24:17Speaker 1: the truckers standing up to the government, and they referred
- 24:21Speaker 1: to their own citizens who are standing up for their
- 24:23Speaker 1: rights to not get vaccinated as domestic terrorists. And now
- 24:26Speaker 1: in this country we have these quote red flag laws
- 24:28Speaker 1: where you can go in politically and attack at a
- 24:32Speaker 1: political opponent, attack a conservative, attack something. I mean, look
- 24:37Speaker 1: at what I do for a living with a show.
- 24:40Speaker 1: You don't think a Democrat could go to a judge
- 24:42Speaker 1: and say, listen to Ben Ferguson, he said this on
- 24:44Speaker 1: this date. He said this on this date. He said
- 24:47Speaker 1: this on this date. Doesn't he sound like he's a
- 24:48Speaker 1: threat society? We believe a red flag laws should be
- 24:51Speaker 1: used to takeaways right to bear arms because I'm outspoken
- 24:56Speaker 1: in blunt. You don't think there's a Democrat that would
- 24:59Speaker 1: love to make that happen. You don't think there's a
- 25:02Speaker 1: liberal judge in America that would listen to excerpts of
- 25:04Speaker 1: the show and go wow, he really is extreme radical
- 25:07Speaker 1: because he stands up for the Second Amendment and the
- 25:09Speaker 1: First Amendment rights, and stands up for a constitution and say, yeah,
- 25:13Speaker 1: he does sound a little angry, maybe we should take
- 25:15Speaker 1: away his right to bear arms. When the Associated Press
- 25:21Speaker 1: tries to convince you that rights were granted by the
- 25:26Speaker 1: Supreme Court yesterday with these laws that were clearly unconstitutional
- 25:31Speaker 1: in many states in America where you had to prove
- 25:33Speaker 1: why you need to carry a firearm to get a
- 25:35Speaker 1: permit to carry, and they act like they just grant
- 25:38Speaker 1: you new rights when clearly that's not what the Supreme
- 25:40Speaker 1: Court said. That the Supreme Court said, these states took
- 25:43Speaker 1: away your rights and they should have never done it.
- 25:45Speaker 1: We're making sure they stopped taking away your rights. They
- 25:48Speaker 1: didn't grant you a new right. That right was already there.
- 25:51Speaker 1: It was abused by the government. And if you don't
- 25:55Speaker 1: think they're going to abuse these new laws that we're
- 25:57Speaker 1: supposed to celebrate today, and I go back to the
- 26:00Speaker 1: hypocrisy of all this. None of what they just did,
- 26:05Speaker 1: none of what they just did in the Senate bill,
- 26:07Speaker 1: in this House bill that will be signed by the President,
- 26:09Speaker 1: would have changed the outcome in you Valde or in
- 26:12Speaker 1: New York in these two mass shootings. So what happens
- 26:16Speaker 1: when there's the next mass shooting, because unfortunately there's going
- 26:21Speaker 1: to be another one based on statistics. What happens when
- 26:25Speaker 1: there's another mass shooting in this country and this law
- 26:28Speaker 1: had no impact on it. Are they then going to
- 26:30Speaker 1: expand it? You better believe it. Are they going to
- 26:33Speaker 1: come after more of your rights and take away more
- 26:35Speaker 1: of your rights? Yes, they will never stop coming after
- 26:38Speaker 1: your rights because they need the people in this country
- 26:41Speaker 1: to be weak. And when you become weak and you
- 26:43Speaker 1: become cheap and you give up your firearms, they control
- 26:45Speaker 1: you and they own you. If you don't believe me,
- 26:47Speaker 1: look at what's happening in Canada. It's happening in real time.
- 26:52Speaker 1: You can't buy a gun, and then two weeks later
- 26:54Speaker 1: you can't buy a plastic straw. Make sure, by the way,
