- 0:55Speaker 1: of experience, including twelve years as a certified registered nurse
- 0:59Speaker 1: and it diesiologists. Her vision is to empower individuals to
- 1:03Speaker 1: achieve optimal health, happiness and beauty. Please welcome to the
- 1:07Speaker 1: Money Making Conversation Masterclass. Tanya Millions Finch, how are you
- 1:11Speaker 1: doing Tanya.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Hey, mister McDonald, I'm doing well. How are you okay?
- 1:15Speaker 1: Tell us the name of your business.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So the name of my business is called Astra Wellness Astro.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Spelled astr and the meaning behind that.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Yeah, so Astra means star in French. And so if
- 1:30Speaker 2: you think about it, many years ago, like during the
- 1:34Speaker 2: during slavery, they didn't have GPS systems, they didn't have
- 1:38Speaker 2: a theory. There is no ways that they could navigate with,
- 1:42Speaker 2: so they had to use the stars. And so stars
- 1:45Speaker 2: guide people many years ago, including explorers, and so that
- 1:49Speaker 2: is my endeavor is to guide people to health and wellness.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Now, when you say you have twenty five years of
- 1:55Speaker 1: experience in the healthcare business, twelve years as a certified
- 1:58Speaker 1: registered nurse and the sesologists, that alone, I know, is
- 2:02Speaker 1: a well paid job. That's a way of paid job.
- 2:03Speaker 1: You can get a job as an aatgesiologist nurse. How
- 2:09Speaker 1: why are you an entrepreneur?
- 2:12Speaker 2: Well, I saw a need. As you mentioned before, I
- 2:16Speaker 2: was practicing full time anesthesia at a level one trauma
- 2:21Speaker 2: center here in Macon, Georgia. But my father got sick.
- 2:25Speaker 2: My father fought in the Vietnam War and was suffering
- 2:28Speaker 2: from PTSD and chronic pain, and so he was going
- 2:33Speaker 2: different places and he was just getting worse, to the
- 2:36Speaker 2: point where he was suicidal. And I went to see
- 2:40Speaker 2: him one day. I said, you know what, Dad, you're
- 2:42Speaker 2: just getting worse. I have to pull back from anesthesia
- 2:45Speaker 2: and I'm going to figure out how it is that
- 2:47Speaker 2: I can help you. And so I started doing a
- 2:50Speaker 2: ton of research, and in my research endeavors, I found
- 2:54Speaker 2: that dehydration and poor nutrition will contribute to things like
- 2:59Speaker 2: pead which he suffered severely from, and chronic pain, which
- 3:03Speaker 2: he suffered severely from. This was during the height of
- 3:06Speaker 2: COVID and there was not a place he could go
- 3:09Speaker 2: to get proper nutrition. The only place he could go
- 3:12Speaker 2: to get IB foods was that the emergency room, and
- 3:15Speaker 2: I didn't want him there with a bunch of COVID people.
- 3:18Speaker 2: The closest place was in Atlanta, and he wasn't going
- 3:22Speaker 2: to go there. And so I said, you know what, Dad,
- 3:25Speaker 2: if you need IB fluids nutrition, other people in the
- 3:28Speaker 2: community needed as well. And so I'm just going to
- 3:32Speaker 2: satisfy the need in the community and open a place
- 3:34Speaker 2: of my own. And so that's how Astra Wellness was born.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Wow, now, can you give us more detail exactly what
- 3:41Speaker 1: is PTSD. I know it stands for post dramatic stress disorder.
- 3:45Speaker 1: What exactly is that? And is it something that can
- 3:49Speaker 1: be calmed down other than and I think that was
- 3:52Speaker 1: your bottom line, trying to achieve that with your dad.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Correct, Yes, that's right. So yeah, So, as I mentioned before,
- 3:59Speaker 2: he fought in the v Vietnam War. He was having
- 4:01Speaker 2: severe flashbacks. The older my dad got, I would go
- 4:05Speaker 2: visit him. He would sit in his room in a
- 4:08Speaker 2: dart room, very anti social. His diet consisted of Coca
- 4:13Speaker 2: colas and cigarettes. He was taking a lot of pay
- 4:17Speaker 2: medicine at the time, and he was just getting worse
- 4:21Speaker 2: and worse and worse. And so all of those flashbacks
- 4:24Speaker 2: from the war were just causing him tremendous problems. Were
- 4:28Speaker 2: to the point where he couldn't function anymore. And so
- 4:32Speaker 2: that's what I in my studies, I found that simple
- 4:35Speaker 2: things you can do, like vitamin D three will help
- 4:38Speaker 2: prevent depression and help treat depression. Something as simple as
- 4:42Speaker 2: vitamin B six will help also to treat depression. And
- 4:47Speaker 2: one thing about taking things by mouth, if you have
- 4:51Speaker 2: a healthy gut, a healthy GI tract you're still only
- 4:56Speaker 2: going to absorb thirty to forty percent of what you're taking.
- 5:00Speaker 2: But if you have those things infused via ivy or
- 5:04Speaker 2: intraveniously through your veins, then you're going to absorb one
- 5:07Speaker 2: hundred percent of what your body is deficient in. And
- 5:11Speaker 2: that is why so many people feel better almost immediately
- 5:15Speaker 2: when they get infusions via ivy.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Wow, Now your clinic is located in Making, Georgia. You know,
- 5:21Speaker 1: I'm a big city guy. I always feel that. You know,
- 5:24Speaker 1: when you're in a big city, Miss Millions, you will
- 5:28Speaker 1: have more options for customers, more options for clients. And
- 5:32Speaker 1: so did that run through your mind or you felt, hey,
- 5:36Speaker 1: this is a need in this community. Let me feel
- 5:39Speaker 1: the need that you feel isn't available, because, like you said,
- 5:41Speaker 1: for your dad, you had to go to Atlanta for treatment.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Tell us where you started and then where are you
- 5:48Speaker 1: headed with your business as far as the success that
- 5:51Speaker 1: you've been having in the making area with astra wellness.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Okay, sure, so yes, I've always been affirmed belief in
- 6:01Speaker 2: that movie, if you build it, they will come. So
- 6:04Speaker 2: that is the thing that happened here. Like I said,
- 6:08Speaker 2: there was a big need for it, and I believe
- 6:11Speaker 2: that if you can satisfy a need, give the people
- 6:14Speaker 2: what they want, then they will come and support you.
- 6:17Speaker 2: So when I started off, I only had My current
- 6:22Speaker 2: location is six hundred and fifty square feet. I have
- 6:24Speaker 2: been so well received in the area where I and
- 6:27Speaker 2: within three years of opening my business, I was able
- 6:31Speaker 2: to purchase my own commercial building. And so next month
- 6:35Speaker 2: we will be expanding into a three thousand square feet building.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Come on that, Come on that, see you. That's what
- 6:45Speaker 1: you know if you boxing somebody as a knockout, that
- 6:47Speaker 1: was a knockout to my course. Okay, mister McDonald, I
- 6:50Speaker 1: won't tell you something that I started at six hundred
- 6:52Speaker 1: and fifty square feet. I went out on faith. I
- 6:55Speaker 1: went out to save my dad. Three years, I'm going
- 6:58Speaker 1: into a three thousand square fol which is three two
- 7:00Speaker 1: Come on now, five times nearly five times the space
- 7:04Speaker 1: you have. Now, now let's talk about that business plan
- 7:07Speaker 1: when you start making these decisions. Now, is this self
- 7:11Speaker 1: funded or you have to go to a bank to
- 7:13Speaker 1: make this decision to grow like this?
- 7:16Speaker 2: No, it is definitely not so fun, dude. I did
- 7:20Speaker 2: have to go to a bank. And a business plan
- 7:23Speaker 2: is so vitally important and I had no idea to
- 7:28Speaker 2: let me be very transparent for a moment. I originally
- 7:31Speaker 2: when I knew I wanted to expand, I felt like,
- 7:34Speaker 2: oh my god, my credit score is really good. That's
- 7:36Speaker 2: all I need. I was sadly mistaken. You need so
- 7:40Speaker 2: much more. Yes, things like a business plan, knowing your
- 7:44Speaker 2: debt to credit ratio, having an adequate down payment because
- 7:48Speaker 2: you know you're gonna have to put some money down
- 7:50Speaker 2: and show people that you're serious about this investment, right
- 7:53Speaker 2: and you want them to put their trust in you,
- 7:56Speaker 2: so you have to have some skin in the game,
- 7:59Speaker 2: and so all those things. When I first went, I
- 8:02Speaker 2: was so embarrassed. I didn't know what I was doing.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Like I said, my credit explorer is really good, and
- 8:06Speaker 2: I felt like that was all I needed. But something else.
- 8:10Speaker 2: As business owners, I feel like we make mistakes and
- 8:13Speaker 2: is trying to write everything off that will decrease your taxes. Yes,
- 8:19Speaker 2: but you need to show that your business is thriving,
- 8:22Speaker 2: and so you're going to need to show income as
- 8:24Speaker 2: a result of that. And so that was a lesson
- 8:27Speaker 2: that I had to learn when I got my first
- 8:29Speaker 2: note from the bank. Go back, this is what you
- 8:33Speaker 2: need to work on and come back later. That's when
- 8:35Speaker 2: I was able to have all my ducks in a row,
- 8:37Speaker 2: present the business plan, have a good debt to credit ratio,
- 8:42Speaker 2: have my down payment, all those things, and that was
- 8:45Speaker 2: when I was able to get the loan. It took
- 8:47Speaker 2: me about a year to work on that.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
- 8:53Speaker 3: Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
- 9:03Speaker 3: Conversations Masterclass hosted by Rashan McDonald.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And I'm working with a lot of young entrepreneurs about this,
- 9:10Speaker 1: you know, trying to set them up with bank mentors.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Because don't be embarrassed if you're not ready now, because
- 9:18Speaker 1: that's what you're saying. Rashana went in. I thought I
- 9:20Speaker 1: had I had great credit, you know, I've been in
- 9:22Speaker 1: business for a while. And then I walked in and
- 9:24Speaker 1: I got smacked upside the head saying your business plan
- 9:27Speaker 1: is inadequate, is ill conceived, but we're going to work
- 9:32Speaker 1: with you. I think that really needs to be expounded
- 9:35Speaker 1: more because that's where a lot of people could get
- 9:38Speaker 1: pushed out the door saying, you know, they don't want
- 9:40Speaker 1: to do business with me, They don't want to do
- 9:42Speaker 1: they just making it difficult for me to do business. Yes,
- 9:45Speaker 1: they are. I'm just so that's how it works. But
- 9:48Speaker 1: that doesn't mean you should stop pursuing your dreams. Talk
- 9:50Speaker 1: about that process a little bit more in detail there, Tanya.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Yeah, sure, Yeah, that doesn't mean just because they tell
- 9:57Speaker 2: you no. I mean that's not going to last for
- 10:00Speaker 2: racious and not right now. So my best advice what
- 10:03Speaker 2: I did was I established a relationship with a banker.
- 10:07Speaker 2: So what do I mean by a relationship? Will you
- 10:09Speaker 2: go in, you open up an account, You befriend whoever
- 10:12Speaker 2: the person is that helped you open your account up,
- 10:15Speaker 2: and then you start putting your money in there, and
- 10:18Speaker 2: that is how you start establishing a really good foundation
- 10:21Speaker 2: at a bank. Go back and ask them what do
- 10:24Speaker 2: I need to do to get to where I need
- 10:26Speaker 2: to be, and they'll be more than happy to help
- 10:29Speaker 2: you to do that. And that's exactly what I did.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Establish a relationship. I needed to show my financial projections
- 10:36Speaker 2: where I wanted to see my business in the next
- 10:38Speaker 2: three to five years. I had to do like a
- 10:40Speaker 2: financial analysis or I'm sorry, a financial historical analysis, and
- 10:45Speaker 2: they were so gracious they helped me to do that.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I didn't know anything about it. But because I was
- 10:49Speaker 2: starting to establish that relationship with a banker, they helped
- 10:54Speaker 2: me to navigate this whole thing to get to everything
- 10:57Speaker 2: that I needed. And that's how I was able to get.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Secure the well I'm telling you you got the right
- 11:02Speaker 1: voice full Wellness Center. You know, it's not screachy, it's
- 11:06Speaker 1: very calming. You know, it's very soothing. Like that you
- 11:09Speaker 1: walk into her studio, she has that soothing music, water
- 11:13Speaker 1: running in the back world. It's almost like you walk
- 11:15Speaker 1: in and fall asleep immediately. That is the purpose is
- 11:17Speaker 1: to really bring the stress level down when they come
- 11:21Speaker 1: into astro wellness, correct, Tanya, that is.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Correct, Yes, absolutely when people and I tell my people
- 11:27Speaker 2: all the time, when you come across the threshold, I
- 11:30Speaker 2: want you to leave all your tears and concerns outside
- 11:33Speaker 2: the door. I want you to be able to feel
- 11:35Speaker 2: the relaxation, the energy in here so that you can
- 11:39Speaker 2: be stress. Come in, just have a seat, close your eyes,
- 11:42Speaker 2: relax a little bit. Because in the world today, everyone
- 11:46Speaker 2: is rushing, rushing, rushing, right, and so we need to
- 11:50Speaker 2: have a safe place that we can go to and relax,
- 11:55Speaker 2: calm down a little bit, because believe it or not
- 11:58Speaker 2: stress will also affect your mental health, your well being
- 12:02Speaker 2: as well in your physical health.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Now Astra Wellerness has been voted best wellness clinic three
- 12:09Speaker 1: years and low. That's in the city of Making correct.
- 12:13Speaker 2: That is correct, yes and uh.
- 12:15Speaker 1: And so now six hundred and fifty square feet just
- 12:18Speaker 1: is not enough for Astra Wellness. She is moving into
- 12:22Speaker 1: over three thousand square feets when we could put the
- 12:25Speaker 1: square three thousand square feet her building. She's purchased it,
- 12:28Speaker 1: sat down with a creative relationship with a banker and
- 12:31Speaker 1: they approved her loan. She put down a down payment
- 12:34Speaker 1: that's always had the great credit score, but she realized
- 12:37Speaker 1: that was not enough. Now when we get back, we're
- 12:40Speaker 1: gonna find out exactly what they do at Astra Wellness
- 12:43Speaker 1: when you're walking in the well all are they poking
- 12:45Speaker 1: on you? Are they taking your blood pressure? What are
- 12:48Speaker 1: they doing? The details which makes Astra Wellderness so successful.
- 12:53Speaker 1: When we come back, we'll be talking to the owner,
- 12:55Speaker 1: Tanya Millions Finch. Don't go no well, I'm here to
- 12:59Speaker 1: help you reach your American dream. I'm interviewing the owner
- 13:03Speaker 1: and founder of Astral Wildness. It's based in Atlanta and
- 13:06Speaker 1: Making Georgia excuse me, making Georgia and twelve years as
- 13:10Speaker 1: a certified registered nurse anesthesiologist. That's what she was doing,
- 13:13Speaker 1: making good money now, but she has a dream, had
- 13:16Speaker 1: a vision, and now her six hundred and fifty square
- 13:19Speaker 1: feet location that she's currently in is not enough. She
- 13:23Speaker 1: has expanded and has purchased a building over three thousand
- 13:27Speaker 1: square feet and now she's moving in well, as we
- 13:30Speaker 1: moved to this next direction. What are you so proud
- 13:33Speaker 1: of most about your company?
- 13:35Speaker 2: Tell ya, The thing that I'm most proud of is
- 13:39Speaker 2: the response that I have received from the community. I
- 13:44Speaker 2: had the backing of a lot of my colleagues from
- 13:47Speaker 2: the hospital, a lot of my physician colleagues, to the
- 13:50Speaker 2: point where they will start referring their patients here because
- 13:55Speaker 2: there's a big difference. So one of the reasons, let
- 13:57Speaker 2: me just back up a moment that I am expanding,
- 14:00Speaker 2: is because now I send my clients out to different
- 14:04Speaker 2: places for the services that they need, and so in
- 14:07Speaker 2: my head, I wanted to create a place where they
- 14:10Speaker 2: can just come and get everything they need, like a
- 14:13Speaker 2: one stop shop kind of place. And so that's why
- 14:16Speaker 2: I need it somewhere larger. Currently I'm doing ivhydration. I
- 14:21Speaker 2: have a medical weight loss program. I also have an
- 14:26Speaker 2: esthetition that does facial black services. She does chemical pills,
- 14:31Speaker 2: body contouring, those types of things. At my new location,
- 14:36Speaker 2: I'm going to be focusing in on overall health and wellness,
- 14:41Speaker 2: anything that's anti aging, anti inflammatory, teaching people proper lifestyle changes,
- 14:47Speaker 2: because it's my belief we don't have to just exists
- 14:51Speaker 2: that we can thrive in life. We don't just have
- 14:53Speaker 2: to feel good, but we want to feel our optimum.
- 14:56Speaker 2: And so so many people come in with different problems
- 14:59Speaker 2: that are not being prot really addressed, and so as
- 15:02Speaker 2: a result of that, I'll start offering what's called functional medicine.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Functional medicine is very different from conventional medicine. Conventional medicine
- 15:11Speaker 2: is you go to your doctor, you get lab work,
- 15:15Speaker 2: everything is fine, and they won't treat you until things
- 15:19Speaker 2: go awright. But with functional medicine, my job is to
- 15:22Speaker 2: prevent things from going awright, so we treat you on
- 15:26Speaker 2: a cellular level. The goal is to find out the
- 15:30Speaker 2: root cause of what is going on with you, address
- 15:34Speaker 2: the root cause, fix that, and not just put a
- 15:36Speaker 2: band aid on the symptoms. Does that make sense absolutely? Now?
- 15:39Speaker 1: I'm going to move something that you talked about anti agent. Okay,
- 15:43Speaker 1: bore over here at that anti agent stage. I'm trying
- 15:47Speaker 1: to fight off the time. I'm trying to I'm trying
- 15:50Speaker 1: to get a wrinkled look straight. I'm trying to move
- 15:53Speaker 1: a bag and make it bagless. I'm trying to do
- 15:55Speaker 1: anything in my face to give me an up.
- 15:58Speaker 3: You know.
- 15:59Speaker 1: So somebody you look do for your age, you shout,
- 16:01Speaker 1: that's a couple of moments I want in my life
- 16:03Speaker 1: right now. Okay, how does the anti aging process work
- 16:06Speaker 1: at your that you provide we're at astra wellness.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Okay, so yeah, one of the things that my goal
- 16:12Speaker 2: is to treat you from the inside out. I believe
- 16:15Speaker 2: that if you treat the inside, the outside will show.
- 16:18Speaker 2: And so the main thing is to de curious inflammation.
- 16:22Speaker 2: What that means is whether it's with your diet, mighty fluids,
- 16:28Speaker 2: proper vitamins, proper nutrition, all of those things, if they
- 16:34Speaker 2: are not where they should be, they're going to cause inflammation.
- 16:37Speaker 2: And inflammation is what contributes to wrinkles, hyper pigmentation bags
- 16:43Speaker 2: underneath your eyes. If your lymphatic system is not flowing,
- 16:46Speaker 2: it's going to be backed up and that's what's going
- 16:48Speaker 2: to cause the swelling or those bags. So that's one thing.
- 16:51Speaker 2: Another thing is I have a skin care line, a
- 16:54Speaker 2: medical grade skin care line too, and so all of
- 16:58Speaker 2: that is anti aging. I will also have at my
- 17:01Speaker 2: new location a hyperari ozone chamber. Ozone therapy is very
- 17:06Speaker 2: anti agent, and infrared saana you'll detox, you detox all
- 17:11Speaker 2: the toxins from your body. Then all of those things
- 17:13Speaker 2: will be anti agent. A massage therapist, and then we'll
- 17:17Speaker 2: also do things like botox to prevent wrinkles or help
- 17:20Speaker 2: treat wrinkles. And fillers because the older you get, the
- 17:25Speaker 2: more fat loss you will have in your face. And
- 17:27Speaker 2: so with a filler you can build that up, rebuild
- 17:30Speaker 2: a matrix of your space back up to give you
- 17:32Speaker 2: that youthful book.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Oh you know what you're saying now, and got me
- 17:36Speaker 1: ready to register and call in some reservations and things
- 17:39Speaker 1: like that make it. But you know when you thank
- 17:42Speaker 1: you for that detail, because I think it's important to
- 17:44Speaker 1: people understand. You know, your move was just not to
- 17:47Speaker 1: get a bigger space. It will supervide more opportunities to
- 17:51Speaker 1: create cash flow within your business model, which is the
- 17:54Speaker 1: key and I think that was one of the things
- 17:56Speaker 1: you pitched to the bank as well.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Correct, Yes, that is correct. Yes, I was very clear
- 18:01Speaker 2: on the people that I wanted to service in the area.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Because when you go to the bank, you have to
- 18:07Speaker 2: know what you who your target audience is, who you are,
- 18:10Speaker 2: your avatar, whatever you want to call them. You have
- 18:13Speaker 2: to know who those people are going to be because
- 18:16Speaker 2: they're going to want to know. Okay, so you have
- 18:18Speaker 2: this great idea, but how are you going to fund it?
- 18:20Speaker 2: Where you have to have the income coming in, so
- 18:23Speaker 2: you have to be crystal clear on who your target
- 18:26Speaker 2: audience is.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Wow, what is your biggest accomps from complishment so far?
- 18:31Speaker 1: You will feel, you know, because I know that you
- 18:33Speaker 1: told an incredible story about your father really motivated you
- 18:36Speaker 1: to moving this direction and walk away from a full
- 18:40Speaker 1: time successful job. But what do you feel is your
- 18:43Speaker 1: biggest acc accomplishment so far?
- 18:46Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you. So let me back up
- 18:50Speaker 2: with my dad just a moment. So I found my
- 18:53Speaker 2: location in October of twenty twenty. December fifth, teen of
- 19:00Speaker 2: twenty twenty, I had just put my patient to sleep
- 19:04Speaker 2: under anesthesia and my phone rang and it was a
- 19:08Speaker 2: family member and my family. They know when I'm at
- 19:10Speaker 2: the hospital, you know, don't call her, she's busy. And
- 19:14Speaker 2: so it was my dad's sister and she said, Tanya,
- 19:18Speaker 2: has anybody called you? And I was like, oh my god,
- 19:20Speaker 2: if my dad isn't it. She said yes, My father
- 19:24Speaker 2: dropped dead that morning, about thirty minutes prior to the
- 19:27Speaker 2: phone call from a rupture a order aneurism. That put
- 19:32Speaker 2: me into such a deep depression. Okay, I stopped doing everything.
- 19:39Speaker 2: I could only go home, go to sleep, go to
- 19:43Speaker 2: the hospital. Go home, go to sleep, go to the hospital.
- 19:46Speaker 2: But I had to remember my wife and I said, Tanya,
- 19:49Speaker 2: what are you doing? You promised your dad you would
- 19:51Speaker 2: help him and other people. So I had to just
- 19:56Speaker 2: snap myself out of that depression. Right. So other was
- 20:00Speaker 2: the catalyst to get my business started. But it's the
- 20:03Speaker 2: people in my community who are helping me to keep
- 20:06Speaker 2: that going. And so that is my biggest accomplishment, the
- 20:10Speaker 2: fact that I can offer people in my community a
- 20:14Speaker 2: service that is bodily needed. And people know when you're genuine.
- 20:18Speaker 2: They know when you're genuine, and so that is what
- 20:21Speaker 2: keeps them coming back. And I will have to say,
- 20:23Speaker 2: just myself being able to rise above that depression, remember
- 20:28Speaker 2: my why, and to be a successful business owner to
- 20:31Speaker 2: the point where I can purchase a commercial space. That's
- 20:34Speaker 2: my biggest accomplishment in my business.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Congratulations. I'm gonna turn this little bit on Raushan here.
- 20:40Speaker 1: You know, because I've I've had a lot of high
- 20:44Speaker 1: profile celebrity guys in my life and over the years, friends, strangers,
- 20:50Speaker 1: and they have always went to these wellness centers like
- 20:55Speaker 1: you've created, and I never saw a need for that.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I mean, they would get the vitamins, like you said,
- 21:01Speaker 1: injected directly into them. You kind of talked about the
- 21:06Speaker 1: value of that as we close out the show, talk
- 21:09Speaker 1: about the value again of what Astra wellness brings and
- 21:13Speaker 1: why the importance of receiving certain types of vitamins that
- 21:18Speaker 1: way versus like I traditionally do two pills a day
- 21:22Speaker 1: or pill a day when I wake up in the morning.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Sure. Yeah, So normally we are supposed to get vitamins, minerals,
- 21:31Speaker 2: nutrition from our food right right, as we all know
- 21:35Speaker 2: the food industry, the food is contaminated, everything is genetically modified,
- 21:40Speaker 2: the soil is depleted of nutrients, and so now as
- 21:46Speaker 2: a result, we're not getting what we need from food.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Couple that with poor eating habits, high sugar diet, high
- 21:53Speaker 2: processed foods, not drinking enough water. So all of that
- 21:58Speaker 2: stuff destroys our gut, all right, and so the majority
- 22:01Speaker 2: of people don't have a healthy gut. So as a result,
- 22:05Speaker 2: when you take a pill by mouth or you think
- 22:08Speaker 2: you're eating a healthy diet, if your gut biome is off,
- 22:11Speaker 2: the gut environment is off, you're not going to absorb
- 22:14Speaker 2: what you need. So that's why so many people can
- 22:17Speaker 2: take pills or you know, vitamins and still not feel
- 22:20Speaker 2: the effects of that. When you start an IV, you
- 22:23Speaker 2: bypass the whole digestive tract. Those nutrients are going to
- 22:27Speaker 2: go directly into your veins, where your body is going
- 22:31Speaker 2: to absorb one hundred percent of what you need. And
- 22:33Speaker 2: that's why people feel so much better so quickly. Like here,
- 22:37Speaker 2: I have a whole COVID protocol. I treat people who
- 22:40Speaker 2: are overweight. I treat people who are depressed, who are
- 22:43Speaker 2: stressed out, who suffer from insomnia. I have people who
- 22:47Speaker 2: have hair, skin and nail issues that I treat. I
- 22:50Speaker 2: have college students who come in and they just need
- 22:53Speaker 2: an infusion to help them think better for their exam
- 22:57Speaker 2: or I have a lot of people that I'm treating
- 22:59Speaker 2: with dementia, and so I do all of that by
- 23:01Speaker 2: bypassing the digestive tract, giving them exactly what they need
- 23:05Speaker 2: through my customized infusions, and in that way they're going
- 23:08Speaker 2: to absorb it and feel defects of it. Ninety six
- 23:11Speaker 2: percent of my clients feel better almost immediately.
- 23:14Speaker 1: So, so how do we go about contacting you? I
- 23:18Speaker 1: know you're in Macon, Georgia your ods of operation and
- 23:21Speaker 1: also do you can one go online? And if so,
- 23:25Speaker 1: tell us how to go online if we want to
- 23:27Speaker 1: find out more information about Astra Wellness or setting an appointment.
