- 0:00Speaker 1: I want to be clear.
- 0:01Speaker 2: There is a lot of moving parts to what's happening
- 0:04Speaker 2: with Israel and Hamas, and much of this is changing
- 0:07Speaker 2: so quickly that it's almost hard to keep up with
- 0:10Speaker 2: it because there are a lot of parties involved. There
- 0:12Speaker 2: are terrorist organizations, there are states that are involved in negotiations.
- 0:17Speaker 2: There is the American side, the White House, we have
- 0:19Speaker 2: centers and congressmen, State Department that are all chiming in here,
- 0:24Speaker 2: and then there's Israel, and then there's a Maas. And
- 0:27Speaker 2: what I am going to give you now is the
- 0:29Speaker 2: best information I have at the moment. That's what I
- 0:32Speaker 2: want to make sure I make very very clear to you.
- 0:34Speaker 2: So let me start with what I've just been told
- 0:37Speaker 2: moments ago. Number One, Israel Amas have agreed to a
- 0:42Speaker 2: pause in fighting in Gaza. Why one reason, so that
- 0:47Speaker 2: the remaining hostages can be freed in the coming days
- 0:50Speaker 2: in exchange for Palestinian prisoners. Now, that is new, That
- 0:55Speaker 2: is not saying they'd been talked about before. It Now
- 0:59Speaker 2: this also goes back to what they say.
- 1:01Speaker 1: They are in.
- 1:01Speaker 2: General accepting elements of a plan that was put forward
- 1:05Speaker 2: by President Donald Trump and his administration that would represent
- 1:09Speaker 2: the biggest breakthrough in months in the devastating two year war.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Hamas at this moment, and this could change. I'm giving
- 1:17Speaker 2: you the best info I have at the moment, says
- 1:19Speaker 2: that it is agreed to the deal that will lead
- 1:22Speaker 2: to the end of the war in Gaza. They would
- 1:25Speaker 2: draw the Israeli troops, the entry of AID into Gaza,
- 1:29Speaker 2: and the exchange of prisoners for hostages. While many questions remain,
- 1:36Speaker 2: the sides appear to be closer than they have been
- 1:38Speaker 2: in several months to ending a war that has killed
- 1:41Speaker 2: tens of thousands of Palestinians, destroyed most of Gaza, and
- 1:45Speaker 2: ignited other armed conflicts across the Middle East.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Now here's what we know now.
- 1:50Speaker 2: President Trump is now saying the hostages will be released
- 1:54Speaker 2: from Gaza on Monday or Tuesday. The President opened a
- 1:59Speaker 2: meeting with this cabinet the White House by speaking about
- 2:02Speaker 2: the ceasefire deal and his plans to travel to the
- 2:05Speaker 2: Middle East. He said, it is a complicated process for
- 2:09Speaker 2: the houses to be released from Gaza, but it will
- 2:12Speaker 2: happen on Monday or Tuesday, and once you're the president,
- 2:17Speaker 2: in his own words, listen to this.
- 2:20Speaker 3: No, last night, we reached a momentous breakthrough in the
- 2:23Speaker 3: Middle East, something that people said was never going to
- 2:26Speaker 3: be done. We ended the war in Gaza and really
- 2:30Speaker 3: on a much bigger basis, created peace and I think
- 2:33Speaker 3: it's going to be a lasting peace, hopefully and everlasting
- 2:36Speaker 3: piece peace in the Middle East. We secured the release
- 2:39Speaker 3: of all of the remaining hostages and they should be
- 2:42Speaker 3: released on Monday or Tuesday.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Getting them as a complicated process. I'd rather than tell
- 2:48Speaker 4: you what they have to do together.
- 2:49Speaker 3: There are places you don't want to be, but we
- 2:54Speaker 3: are getting the hostages back on.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Tuesday, Monday or Tuesday, and that'll be a day of joy.
- 3:02Speaker 3: I'm gonna try and make a trip over We're going
- 3:05Speaker 3: to try and get over there, and we're working on
- 3:08Speaker 3: the timing, the exact timing. We're going to go to
- 3:11Speaker 3: Egypt where we'll have a signing, an additional signing. We've
- 3:15Speaker 3: already had a signing representing me, but we're going to
- 3:19Speaker 3: have an official signing. And the amazing thing is all
- 3:23Speaker 3: of the countries over there, from Guitar Saudi Arabia to
- 3:28Speaker 3: Uoe to all of them, the rich ones, the less
- 3:31Speaker 3: than rich ones, they've all come together something which is amazing. Actually,
- 3:36Speaker 3: they've all come together for this and they're really probably
- 3:40Speaker 3: the best relationships they've ever had. So it's been really
- 3:43Speaker 3: something incredible that nobody thought it was possible to get
- 3:46Speaker 3: it done. And very importantly, the hostages are coming back,
- 3:50Speaker 3: as you know, they consider them hostages, they talk about
- 3:54Speaker 3: them as hostages. But there are approximately twenty eight dead people,
- 4:00Speaker 3: mostly young, mostly men and boys, I mean boys. The
- 4:08Speaker 3: one woman talked about her baby. Her baby's twenty five
- 4:11Speaker 3: years old, but you know, to her, it's her baby,
- 4:14Speaker 3: and we're bringing them home, we're getting them to getting everything,
- 4:19Speaker 3: and to those parents, the dead young man is just
- 4:24Speaker 3: as important as though it were, as though this person
- 4:27Speaker 3: were alive. It's amazing. I've never seen anything quite like it.
- 4:31Speaker 3: I've been very much involved, I've never seen anything quite
- 4:33Speaker 3: like it. But it's really peace in the Middle East.
- 4:38Speaker 3: And you remember October seventh was terrible, but also from
- 4:43Speaker 3: the Hamma standpoint, they probably lost seventy thousand people. That's
- 4:49Speaker 3: big retribution. That's big retribution. But at some point that
- 4:54Speaker 3: that whole thing has to stop and we're going to.
- 4:59Speaker 4: See to God, there's going to be slowly redone.
- 5:03Speaker 3: You have tremendous wealth in that part of the world
- 5:06Speaker 3: by certain countries and just a small part of that.
- 5:10Speaker 3: They what they make will do wonders for Guszt and
- 5:16Speaker 3: I think you're gonna see some tremendous country stepping up
- 5:20Speaker 3: and putting up a lot of money and taking care
- 5:22Speaker 3: of things. But there's tremendous spirit like I haven't seen.
- 5:26Speaker 3: And even the news I won't call it fake news
- 5:29Speaker 3: for this purpose, because they really were very fair today,
- 5:33Speaker 3: I must say in all cases, but they covered it
- 5:36Speaker 3: very well. They covered it very fairly. Everybody loves it.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Everybody people that were never giving us a fair shake. Frankly,
- 5:44Speaker 3: they they can't even believe it there, so.
- 5:50Speaker 4: They're amazed by it. A lot of people are. But
- 5:53Speaker 4: it was just everything came together.
- 5:56Speaker 3: I think the attack was very important on Iran because
- 6:01Speaker 3: let's say that didn't happen, then probably by now have
- 6:04Speaker 3: a nuclear weapon, numerous nuclear weapons, and therefore even if
- 6:08Speaker 3: we signed a deal, there'd be a big dark cloud
- 6:11Speaker 3: over it and it wouldn't be the same thing. So
- 6:14Speaker 3: Iran's different. But Iran wants to work on peace. Now
- 6:18Speaker 3: they've informed us and they've acknowledged that they are totally
- 6:21Speaker 3: in favor of this deal. They think it's a great thing,
- 6:24Speaker 3: So we appreciate that and we'll we'll work with Iran.
- 6:27Speaker 4: As you know, we have major sanctions on Iran and
- 6:30Speaker 4: lots of other things.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Would like to see them be able to rebuild their
- 6:33Speaker 3: country too, but they can't have a nuclear weapon. So
- 6:37Speaker 3: I want to express my tremendous gratitude to the leaders
- 6:40Speaker 3: of Qatar, Egypt and Turkey for helping us reach this
- 6:45Speaker 3: incredible day and for being there that were there with
- 6:48Speaker 3: us all the way. And of course, as you know,
- 6:50Speaker 3: Saudi Arabia and Jordan and so many. I will tell
- 6:54Speaker 3: you where President Erduwan was personally involved and dealing with
- 6:59Speaker 3: uh Homas.
- 7:00Speaker 4: And some of the others. He's been great.
- 7:02Speaker 3: They've all been They've all been really amazing. Indonesia has
- 7:06Speaker 3: been amazing. Indonesia's been fantastic. The whole world.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Has come together for this.
- 7:13Speaker 3: People that didn't get along, people that didn't like each other,
- 7:17Speaker 3: neighboring countries that frankly didn't like each other.
- 7:19Speaker 4: But now they just this this moment in time.
- 7:23Speaker 3: So we look forward to welcoming the hostages like you
- 7:27Speaker 3: can't believe home to their families, and that'll take place
- 7:31Speaker 3: early next week, we hope Monday or Tuesday, and all
- 7:35Speaker 3: Americans should be proud of the role that our country
- 7:38Speaker 3: is playing and bringing this terrible conflict to the to
- 7:41Speaker 3: an end.
- 7:42Speaker 4: And I want to thank I mean some of the people.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Jd you were.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Fantastic, and Pete you were great, Marco was fantastic.
- 7:49Speaker 4: I mean some of you were very much involved.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I looking around so indirectly, I think almost everybody in
- 7:55Speaker 3: this room was involved. Susie, I want to thank you
- 7:57Speaker 3: very much. You were incredible. You've done an audible job.
- 8:02Speaker 3: And yes, John, what you've done was invaluable. Cia John
- 8:08Speaker 3: radcliffein He's done an incredible job.
- 8:11Speaker 4: So I want to thank you all.
- 8:12Speaker 3: And if I'm missing anybody, I apologize, but you've been amazing.
- 8:16Speaker 3: And then Steve Whitcoff, who worked so hard, and you
- 8:23Speaker 3: remember we settled seven. This is number eight. We settled
- 8:27Speaker 3: seven wars or major conflicts, but wars, and this is
- 8:31Speaker 3: number eight. And the one that I thought would be
- 8:34Speaker 3: maybe the quickest of all would be Russia Ukraine, and
- 8:37Speaker 3: I think.
- 8:37Speaker 4: That's going to happen too.
- 8:39Speaker 3: But in the meantime, they're losing about seven thousand people
- 8:42Speaker 3: a week, and that seems pretty bad. Losing mostly soldiers,
- 8:46Speaker 3: young soldiers. They go out to war and they're getting killed.
- 8:50Speaker 3: And while it doesn't affect us in a lot of ways,
- 8:54Speaker 3: we've got a big ocean in between. You don't want
- 8:58Speaker 3: to see that happen. It was a big mistake that
- 9:00Speaker 3: war should had never happened. It would have never happened
- 9:02Speaker 3: if I were president.
- 9:04Speaker 2: It's very clear the President of the United States of
- 9:06Speaker 2: America understood how important this moment was, how important it
- 9:10Speaker 2: was to use multiple countries to communicate, how important it
- 9:14Speaker 2: was to have a team, not just him, that was
- 9:16Speaker 2: working on this. And this is something that's incredible because
- 9:20Speaker 2: Israel a Moss have signed off on the phase, the
- 9:23Speaker 2: major phase, first phase of this piece plan. And this
- 9:27Speaker 2: is again even the corporate media is having to admit
- 9:33Speaker 2: that this is historic, something they've never done before. Are
- 9:38Speaker 2: you one of those that's just so tired of giving
- 9:41Speaker 2: your money to radical left woke companies that actually are
- 9:44Speaker 2: fighting against your values every day? Well, there are certain
- 9:48Speaker 2: bills that you pay every month that if you can
- 9:51Speaker 2: go with a conservative company, why not do it? In fact,
- 9:55Speaker 2: why not go with a conservative company actually takes part
- 9:58Speaker 2: of your bill every month?
- 9:59Speaker 1: That you're going to pay to some and they give it.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Back to organizations that support your First and your Second
- 10:05Speaker 2: Amendment rights, that support the rights of unborn children, that
- 10:09Speaker 2: stand with our military, are first responders, and so many
- 10:14Speaker 2: wounded warriors that need help. Well, that bill I'm talking
- 10:17Speaker 2: about is your cell phone bill. And I've been telling
- 10:21Speaker 2: you for a long time about Patriot Mobile. But there's
- 10:23Speaker 2: no better time to switch than right now. Not only
- 10:27Speaker 2: does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major networks in
- 10:30Speaker 2: this country, yeah, all three. That means you get the
- 10:33Speaker 2: same great coverage you're used to right now, but you
- 10:35Speaker 2: also make a difference with every call you make and
- 10:38Speaker 2: every text you make.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And why would you want to give your money to
- 10:41Speaker 1: Big Mobile?
- 10:41Speaker 2: Big Mobile has been giving big donations to democratic causes,
- 10:46Speaker 2: democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
- 10:50Speaker 2: that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
- 10:55Speaker 2: to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
- 11:00Speaker 2: make the switch, and it's so easy. All you have
- 11:03Speaker 2: to do is simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent
- 11:06Speaker 2: US based team from the comfort of your home or
- 11:09Speaker 2: your office, and they'll have you activated in minutes. And
- 11:12Speaker 2: if you're still locked, in a contract not a problem.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Patriots Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred
- 11:18Speaker 2: dollars per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone,
- 11:22Speaker 2: or upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,
- 11:24Speaker 2: what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and
- 11:27Speaker 2: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 11:36Speaker 2: com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
- 11:40Speaker 2: if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get
- 11:43Speaker 2: a free month of service on top of that. Patriot
- 11:46Speaker 2: Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 11:50Speaker 2: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or ninety seven
- 11:53Speaker 2: to two Patriot. I want you to listen to just
- 11:57Speaker 2: how the media, that's the corporate media, are just willing
- 12:01Speaker 2: to finally admit that what the president has done was
- 12:04Speaker 2: so impossible that they're willing to actually admit it and
- 12:09Speaker 2: give credit to the President for pulling all of these
- 12:12Speaker 2: people together and to getting this done. And I will
- 12:18Speaker 2: say this, I wish the media was more like this
- 12:21Speaker 2: because if they were, even as you're the president there
- 12:24Speaker 2: when he was talking at the cabinet meeting. He was like, look,
- 12:27Speaker 2: I'm not even gonna call him fake news. They cover
- 12:29Speaker 2: this on the right way, there would be that type
- 12:31Speaker 2: of respect. And this two minute montage I'm going to
- 12:35Speaker 2: play you of these different channels explaining how big of
- 12:40Speaker 2: a deal this is was one of those moments from
- 12:43Speaker 2: like finally, finally there's something that's good that has happened.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Hostages are going to be released, there is gonna be peace,
- 12:51Speaker 2: and people are gonna stop suffering in dying, and the
- 12:54Speaker 2: media got it right. It's sad that it took this
- 12:58Speaker 2: type of an extreme issue for them to get it right.
- 13:00Speaker 2: But I hope they learn from this, because when you
- 13:03Speaker 2: get it right, I will praise you, just as the
- 13:06Speaker 2: President did a moment ago in the Oval Office.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Made no mistake.
- 13:09Speaker 6: It looks like President Trump has actually pulled off something
- 13:13Speaker 6: here that many presidents before him have failed to do.
- 13:17Speaker 7: Just need to underscore what an enormous moment this is
- 13:20Speaker 7: for so many people in this region, for the people
- 13:23Speaker 7: of Gaza who have endured two years of war, for
- 13:25Speaker 7: the families of these forty eight remaining hostages who have
- 13:29Speaker 7: endured two years of absolute agony, this is a watershed moment.
- 13:34Speaker 8: We've heard it again and again from a number of
- 13:37Speaker 8: people today really giving credit to President Trump for getting
- 13:40Speaker 8: this deal over the finish line. What are you hearing
- 13:42Speaker 8: from your sources with regard to President Trump's role in
- 13:45Speaker 8: getting both parties to sign off on at least the
- 13:48Speaker 8: first phase of this piece plan.
- 13:49Speaker 7: Well, certainly this is an enormous moment for the world,
- 13:52Speaker 7: but also for this administration, a big win for the President,
- 13:55Speaker 7: who has been very personally involved in this lens.
- 13:57Speaker 9: Is a major accomplishment for President Trump, something that he's
- 14:00Speaker 9: been really trying to work toward. There's been a lot
- 14:03Speaker 9: of critics and questioning of whether or not he could
- 14:05Speaker 9: pull off sort of negotiating and working to try to
- 14:08Speaker 9: get all these sides together.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Of course, there are a lot.
- 14:10Speaker 9: Of nations involved, so this is of course not just
- 14:12Speaker 9: a victory for President Trump, but really a number of
- 14:14Speaker 9: Arab nations, Hamas and of.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Course the Israel.
- 14:17Speaker 9: But this is really huge, dudes, and the President of
- 14:19Speaker 9: course announcing it online.
- 14:21Speaker 10: So what do you make of what the President has
- 14:23Speaker 10: said in a social media post that they've signed off
- 14:25Speaker 10: in the first phase of the peace plan.
- 14:28Speaker 1: What does that mean to you Anderson, momentous day.
- 14:32Speaker 11: There's not much good news in the world.
- 14:33Speaker 1: This is great news.
- 14:36Speaker 12: I am trying to hold it together, honestly, working on
- 14:38Speaker 12: this issue a very long time.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Israel.
- 14:41Speaker 6: Make no mistake, this is a huge night, potentially the
- 14:44Speaker 6: end of the nightmare for people, for the people of Gods.
- 14:47Speaker 6: That is going to be an enormous relief for the
- 14:49Speaker 6: people of Israel, potentially the end of a two year
- 14:52Speaker 6: long nightmare.
- 14:53Speaker 12: And for these families still waiting for the remaining hostages
- 14:55Speaker 12: who are still alive to come home. This has been
- 14:58Speaker 12: an agonizing wait. And of course the families who will
- 15:00Speaker 12: get the remains of loved ones who died while in captivity.
- 15:04Speaker 2: And by the way, it wasn't just the media, and
- 15:06Speaker 2: that was allot of the breaking news media, it was
- 15:09Speaker 2: also those that do more of the debate in commentary.
- 15:13Speaker 2: I will give credit always where credit is due. There's
- 15:19Speaker 2: a show that I do a fair amount, CNN's Abby's
- 15:22Speaker 2: Phillip Show. She I think it's fair to say, completely
- 15:25Speaker 2: shocked her viewers and not only them, the entire panel
- 15:29Speaker 2: by defending and credit President Trump with his peace through
- 15:33Speaker 2: Strength policy. After the Gods of Peace victory last night,
- 15:38Speaker 2: I want you to hear what she said.
- 15:40Speaker 13: That this was not doable when President Biden was in office.
- 15:46Speaker 5: I think the biggest problem that the President Biden had
- 15:52Speaker 5: is there was no pressure from Qatar, from Turkey, from Egypt.
- 15:58Speaker 5: They were actually facilitating in men ways what was going on,
- 16:02Speaker 5: and that is really ultimately how it all came together.
- 16:06Speaker 13: I mean, but but I think by saying that it's
- 16:08Speaker 13: sort of an acknowledgement, Trump has changed that dynamic.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that.
- 16:12Speaker 13: I mean, he's clearly I don't know how he you know.
- 16:15Speaker 5: And I think there's a lot that remains to learn
- 16:18Speaker 5: about what prompted that change. But I do agree, yes, somehow,
- 16:23Speaker 5: some way that that changed what.
- 16:26Speaker 2: I go back to what I said, I will always
- 16:28Speaker 2: give credit where credit is due. And there are many
- 16:31Speaker 2: in the media right now that are going, Okay, we
- 16:35Speaker 2: didn't think this was possible, We didn't believe that this
- 16:38Speaker 2: could happen. As Abby said, there there's no one that
- 16:41Speaker 2: believes this could have been done under Joe Biden's time
- 16:44Speaker 2: his watch.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I mean, this just wouldn't have gotten done.
- 16:46Speaker 2: That the countries that had to come to help get
- 16:48Speaker 2: this done would not work with Joe Biden in the
- 16:50Speaker 2: way that they're working with Donald Trump. Also, we wouldn't
- 16:54Speaker 2: have had the bombing of the Iranian nuclear facility, which
- 16:57Speaker 2: was a part of this getting this done and showing
- 17:00Speaker 2: the strength and the power, and it made people understand that, like, hey,
- 17:04Speaker 2: Donald Trump's not screwing around.
- 17:05Speaker 1: He's not somebody you want to mess with.
- 17:07Speaker 2: So if he says you might want to get to
- 17:09Speaker 2: this piece, you might want to get to this peace.
- 17:12Speaker 1: And I think that's a big part of this.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Now, this also goes back to just the pure joy
- 17:17Speaker 2: and the mission. This should be non partisan, It should
- 17:20Speaker 2: be non political. If you look at what President Trump
- 17:24Speaker 2: said at the White House on Wednesday night, he made
- 17:29Speaker 2: it clear on this monumental Gudza piece deal like.
- 17:31Speaker 1: This is great news for the world.
- 17:34Speaker 2: It's great news for Israel, it's great news for the Palestines,
- 17:37Speaker 2: it's great news for Muslims, it's great news for the
- 17:39Speaker 2: Arab countries. It's great news for our country as well.
- 17:45Speaker 2: That is not political. No one should look at it
- 17:48Speaker 2: as political. And this is again I'm going to play
- 17:53Speaker 2: it for you because I think it's important for you
- 17:55Speaker 2: to hear it the present and you can hear the
- 17:57Speaker 2: joy because he is joyful that he's say lives.
- 18:01Speaker 14: It's a great honor to be involved in it. We
- 18:03Speaker 14: had some tremendous help, as you know, with everybody from
- 18:07Speaker 14: Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner and Marco and we had everybody, JD.
- 18:13Speaker 14: The whole group was just amazing. And the military was,
- 18:17Speaker 14: as you know, very instrumental in getting this done. We
- 18:20Speaker 14: have a great military with great leadership. The whole world
- 18:24Speaker 14: came together, to be honest, so many countries that you
- 18:27Speaker 14: wouldn't have even thought of it and they came together.
- 18:30Speaker 14: The world has come together around this deal, and that's
- 18:33Speaker 14: something I would say that without that wouldn't happen. So
- 18:38Speaker 14: many countries that you wouldn't have thought of have wired
- 18:40Speaker 14: their best wishes and their commitment to do whatever is necessary.
- 18:46Speaker 14: The country surrounding of all signed. I mean, they're all
- 18:49Speaker 14: signed up, and it's been really an amazing period of
- 18:54Speaker 14: time and so great for Israel, so great for Muslims,
- 18:58Speaker 14: for the Arab country is and so great for this country,
- 19:03Speaker 14: for the United States of America, and that we could
- 19:05Speaker 14: be involved in, you know, making a deal like this
- 19:08Speaker 14: happened because it was you know, many years they talked
- 19:11Speaker 14: about peace in the Middle East. This is more than Gaza.
- 19:14Speaker 14: This is peace in the Middle East, and it's an
- 19:16Speaker 14: incredible thing.
- 19:17Speaker 1: It's an incredible thing.
- 19:19Speaker 2: President Trump talking about this in a way that I
- 19:22Speaker 2: think everyone should be behind, everyone should be behind him,
- 19:29Speaker 2: and seeing some of the media saying it now the
- 19:33Speaker 2: way that they are saying it is I think good
- 19:36Speaker 2: for the country. I also think having a president that
- 19:40Speaker 2: understands who needs to be at the table to get
- 19:43Speaker 2: it done and sharing the success as he did around
- 19:46Speaker 2: that cabinet table and saying, look, there's others that maybe
- 19:49Speaker 2: I didn't mention. I don't want to offend you. I'm sorry,
- 19:51Speaker 2: but like, thank you. It took a team effort literally
- 19:56Speaker 2: around the world, literally around the world to get this done,
- 20:03Speaker 2: and America led the way. Something else that was amazing
- 20:07Speaker 2: was the jubilant crowds that filled the streets not only
- 20:09Speaker 2: of Gaza, but also in Israel on Thursday to celebrate
- 20:13Speaker 2: the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, minting. The crowds
- 20:17Speaker 2: chanted the name of the United States President Donald Trump
- 20:19Speaker 2: and called friend to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for
- 20:22Speaker 2: brokering the deal. The crowd in Tel Aviv's Hostage Square
- 20:25Speaker 2: was particularly enthusiastic. They waved American flags and chanted Nobel
- 20:31Speaker 2: Prize to Trump. Crowds in Gaza also celebrate the end
- 20:36Speaker 2: of the war and chanted Trump's name in Gaza folks.
- 20:40Speaker 2: An agricultural artist named Peter Winner took his enthusiasm for
- 20:44Speaker 2: Trump as a Nobel laureate to the next level by
- 20:47Speaker 2: writing Nobel for Trump and huge letters on a field
- 20:51Speaker 2: in northern Israel. The Hostages and the mis Seeing Families
- 20:56Speaker 2: forms comprised the families of Amasue kidnapping victims, wrote a
- 20:59Speaker 2: letter to the Nobel Committee on Monday asking him to
- 21:01Speaker 2: honor Trump as well, saying, quote President Trump's determination to
- 21:05Speaker 2: bring peace made possible what many said was impossible.
- 21:10Speaker 1: We strongly urge you to award President Trump the.
- 21:12Speaker 2: Nobel Peace Prize because he has vowed he will not
- 21:16Speaker 2: rest and will not stop until every glass hostage is
- 21:19Speaker 2: back home, the families wrote. In the past year, no
- 21:23Speaker 2: leader organizations contributed more to peace around the world than
- 21:26Speaker 2: President Trump. While many have spoken eloquently about peace, he
- 21:30Speaker 2: has achieved it. While others have offered empty promises and
- 21:35Speaker 2: that may have been a jab at Joe Biden, he
- 21:38Speaker 2: has delivered tangible results that have saved countless lives. This
- 21:44Speaker 2: is what I voted for. But this is a day
- 21:47Speaker 2: where every American should be happy, should be thankful, should
- 21:51Speaker 2: be proud of our president, not for political win, but
- 21:55Speaker 2: for a win of humanity and a win about peace.
- 22:00Speaker 2: This first story we're going to be talking about is
- 22:03Speaker 2: one that I hope you will take and you'll share
- 22:05Speaker 2: it on social media wherever you can, because it is
- 22:09Speaker 2: a story that's important, and then the media is deliberately
- 22:13Speaker 2: looking the other way to not cover it is an
- 22:16Speaker 2: important story because it's about the abuse of power and
- 22:19Speaker 2: holding those that abuse their power to accountability. The FBI
- 22:24Speaker 2: Director Cash Pttel has fired agents involved in tracking the
- 22:30Speaker 2: phone calls of eight Republican senators and a congressman as
- 22:35Speaker 2: part of the former Special counsel Jack Smiths investigation, a
- 22:40Speaker 2: sham investigation, and to President Donald J. Trump communication records
- 22:47Speaker 2: belonging to GOP Senators Lindsey Graham, Marsha Blackburn, Ron Johnson,
- 22:53Speaker 2: Josh Hawley, Cynthia Loomis, Bill Haggerty, Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville,
- 23:00Speaker 2: and represented Mike Kelly. We know now for a fact
- 23:04Speaker 2: we're handed over to Smith's Arctic Frost Team after they
- 23:09Speaker 2: subpoened major phone companies in twenty twenty three. The fact
- 23:15Speaker 2: was unknown to the public until this week when Cashpttel
- 23:20Speaker 2: the FBI Director, saying he discovered the files hidden in
- 23:25Speaker 2: a lock box that was placed in a vault in
- 23:29Speaker 2: a cyber place where no one can see or search
- 23:32Speaker 2: these files.
- 23:34Speaker 1: The FBI director saying, this it in a.
- 23:37Speaker 11: Lock box, put that lock box in a vault, and
- 23:40Speaker 11: then put that vault in a cyber place where no
- 23:44Speaker 11: one can see or search these files. They're called restricted
- 23:47Speaker 11: access and prohibited access. Restricted access means some people get
- 23:51Speaker 11: to see it. Prohibited access you put it in there
- 23:54Speaker 11: when you want to hide it from the world, and
- 23:56Speaker 11: that takes the authorization of the Attorney General and the
- 23:58Speaker 11: director of the FBI. So not only did they weaponize
- 24:01Speaker 11: this law enforcement, but when we got in there, and
- 24:03Speaker 11: when I got in as the FBI director, from my
- 24:05Speaker 11: experience as Russia Gate, I knew where to look and
- 24:07Speaker 11: what rooms to open and what doors to kick down.
- 24:09Speaker 11: And that's what we did. We found this information to
- 24:12Speaker 11: expose to politicization by Jacksmith and the prior Department of Justice.
- 24:16Speaker 11: I mean, just think about it. Eight City United States
- 24:19Speaker 11: senators phone records were gathered in subpoena through the grand
- 24:23Speaker 11: jury process, and it was buried and wormholed. It was
- 24:26Speaker 11: the hope that no one would find it. So we're
- 24:28Speaker 11: just scratching the surface here, but accountability is coming. We
- 24:31Speaker 11: are finding every single person involved. We will not leave
- 24:34Speaker 11: a single room locked. We will go in through all
- 24:38Speaker 11: the prohibited access requirements and we will find the material
- 24:41Speaker 11: and show the American public like we have done in
- 24:43Speaker 11: this FBI more transformative and transparent than any in the
- 24:46Speaker 11: US history, to bring accountability to the American people. And
- 24:49Speaker 11: we were working with our partners in Congress, who should
- 24:51Speaker 11: be furious at the prior administration's leadership and weaponization in
- 24:55Speaker 11: singular politicization of law enforcement. The American public sees what
- 24:58Speaker 11: we're doing, Sean, with the that you just right off
- 25:00Speaker 11: in the beginning. They see what we're doing here to
- 25:04Speaker 11: unseal the vault and show the world how the deep
- 25:07Speaker 11: state actually operated.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Cashp Hotel, making it clear this is the beginning, not
- 25:12Speaker 2: the end. And if you go back and you actually
- 25:15Speaker 2: look at what he said quote you put it in there,
- 25:18Speaker 2: and when you want to hide it from the world,
- 25:21Speaker 2: and that takes the authorization of the Attorney General and
- 25:25Speaker 2: the director of the FBI. So not only did they
- 25:28Speaker 2: weaponize this law enforcement, but when we got in there,
- 25:33Speaker 2: and when I got to in as the FBI director,
- 25:36Speaker 2: from my experience as Russia Gate, I knew where to
- 25:40Speaker 2: look and what rooms to open and what doors to
- 25:43Speaker 2: knock down.
- 25:44Speaker 1: And that is what we did. So if you want
- 25:47Speaker 1: to know why.
- 25:47Speaker 2: The President of the United States of America decided to
- 25:50Speaker 2: pick Casptel to do this job.
- 25:52Speaker 1: It is exactly for this reason.
- 25:54Speaker 2: And it goes back to what else he had to say, saying, quote,
- 25:58Speaker 2: we found this information to expose the politicalization.
- 26:02Speaker 1: By Jack Smith.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Members this the guy in charge of Special Council weaponizing
- 26:07Speaker 2: our government to go after Donald Trump and the prior
- 26:10Speaker 2: Department of Justice, he added, before revealing that he fired
- 26:14Speaker 2: the agents who facilitated the secret investigations into sitting US lawmakers.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Now Holly by the Way Center. Holly, one of the
- 26:25Speaker 2: senators who had his phone calls tracked by the Biden
- 26:29Speaker 2: administration's DOJ, called Smith's subpoena an abuse of power beyond Watergate,
- 26:36Speaker 2: beyond Jaeggar Hoover, one that directly strikes at the Constitution,
- 26:41Speaker 2: the separations of power, and the First Amendment. Holly also
- 26:46Speaker 2: said its time for there to be a special counsel, saying, quote,
- 26:50Speaker 2: we need a full investigation of all involved, who knew
- 26:54Speaker 2: about it, who ordered it, and who approved it. Anyone
- 26:59Speaker 2: and everyone who violated the law must be prosecuted. The
- 27:04Speaker 2: way to save the country is to restore the rule
- 27:08Speaker 2: of law, the sender said. Now, the US Office a
- 27:12Speaker 2: Special Counsel, the OSC, in August opened an investigation into
- 27:16Speaker 2: Jack Smith, who may have unlawfully targeted President Trump, and
- 27:21Speaker 2: that may be where this investigation is going next. Now,
- 27:26Speaker 2: there's another story that I also want to talk to
- 27:29Speaker 2: you about, and it deals with abuse of power. New
- 27:32Speaker 2: York Attorney General Letitia James a story the media is
- 27:35Speaker 2: having to cover right now because, let's be honest, she
- 27:39Speaker 2: built much of her political career on one thing, trying
- 27:43Speaker 2: to put Donald Trump behind bars, attacking Donald Trump. She
- 27:48Speaker 2: even raised money off of attacking Donald Trump instaid if
- 27:51Speaker 2: she was elected she would go after Donald Trump.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Well.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Now she has been indicted on a bank fraud charge
- 28:00Speaker 2: by a federal grand jury in Virginia. The grand jury
- 28:04Speaker 2: in the Eastern District of Virginia returned the indictment on Thursday.
- 28:09Speaker 2: Earlier this year, the Justice Department confirmed an investigation into
- 28:12Speaker 2: Latsia James over what was described as alleged mortgage fraud.
- 28:19Speaker 2: The probe centers on claims that she misrepresented property records
- 28:23Speaker 2: and loan application to secure more favorable financing. By the way,
- 28:29Speaker 2: that is against the law. According to no letter from
- 28:32Speaker 2: the Federal Housing Finance Director, James allegedly made false statements
- 28:38Speaker 2: on multiple documents, meaning that you can see clearly if
- 28:43Speaker 2: she was lying. That includes listing a Virginia property as
- 28:48Speaker 2: her primary residence when it was in fact not filing
- 28:53Speaker 2: Brooklyn records showing her multifamily building had five units instead
- 29:00Speaker 2: of four. That would be what would be categorized as fraud.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Submitting a mortgage application claiming she was her father's spouse
- 29:11Speaker 2: pretty easy to, you know, prove that that wasn't actually true. Now,
- 29:15Speaker 2: James has been under scrutiny for at least one suspected
- 29:19Speaker 2: instance of misrepresenting an investment property as her primary or
- 29:24Speaker 2: secondary residence, a move that could save thousands in interest
- 29:28Speaker 2: rates as well. The case is being held by the
- 29:32Speaker 2: US Attorney Lindsay Halligan, a Trump appointee. Halligan, by the way,
- 29:37Speaker 2: is new and replaced Eric Siebert, who was ousted after
- 29:42Speaker 2: reportedly showing reluctance to pursue cases. One against James and
- 29:46Speaker 2: the former FBI director James Comey. Both obviously are individuals
- 29:52Speaker 2: that people believe have abused their power, and there are
- 29:55Speaker 2: people that say, I'm one of them, that it's time
- 29:58Speaker 2: to hold those accountable who have lied and weaponized our government.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Now James has responded, and here is part of what
- 30:06Speaker 2: she had to say about the indictment.
- 30:09Speaker 15: This is nothing more than a continuation of the President's
- 30:13Speaker 15: desperate weaponization of our justice system. He is forcing federal
- 30:18Speaker 15: law enforcement agencies to do his bidding, all because I
- 30:23Speaker 15: did my job as the New York State Attorney General.
- 30:28Speaker 15: These charges are baseless, and the president's own public statements
- 30:32Speaker 15: make clear that his only goal is political retribution at
- 30:37Speaker 15: any cost.
- 30:39Speaker 2: Let's be clear, Letitia James is the one who has
- 30:42Speaker 2: literally said before that if you would just vote for
- 30:44Speaker 2: and get her in office, she's going to take down
- 30:47Speaker 2: Donald Trump. So much for acting like you're not going
- 30:50Speaker 2: after your political enemies. We also are getting to witness
- 30:54Speaker 2: what the media is doing with this, and they're covering
- 30:58Speaker 2: it as big breaking news news, but they're also trying
- 31:01Speaker 2: to see can they spin it to hurt Donald Trump,
- 31:04Speaker 2: claiming he's just going after his political enemies and acting
- 31:08Speaker 2: as if somehow mortgage fraud.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Is not a big deal.
- 31:12Speaker 2: Here's how they broke the news on CNN, CNN Drinking News.
- 31:18Speaker 10: Welcome to the lead on Jake Tapper, and we start
- 31:20Speaker 10: with some shocking breaking news in our law Injustice lead.
- 31:23Speaker 10: Just moments ago to two sources telling CNN that the
- 31:27Speaker 10: Justice Department indicted yet another one of President Trump's perceived
- 31:31Speaker 10: political opponents. This time it was New York Democratic Attorney
- 31:35Speaker 10: General Letitia James. She was charged in a federal court
- 31:38Speaker 10: in a grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia. Today, you will
- 31:40Speaker 10: remember James brought civil fraud charges alleging financial fraud against
- 31:46Speaker 10: Trump and his adult sons in his real estate business
- 31:48Speaker 10: in New York back in twenty twenty two. A judge
- 31:50Speaker 10: found them lible and ordered a three hundred and fifty
- 31:53Speaker 10: fifty five million dollar fine, which Trump appealed. And this
- 31:57Speaker 10: obviously comes in the context of President Trump demanding that
- 32:01Speaker 10: the Eastern District of Virginia, the US Attorney there carry
- 32:05Speaker 10: out orders to go after his political opponents. James Comey,
- 32:09Speaker 10: who has been indicted Letitia James, who as of today
- 32:12Speaker 10: has been indicted. Democratic Senator Adam Schiff is the third
- 32:15Speaker 10: that he mentioned in that public truth social post at
- 32:19Speaker 10: the Wall Street Joeneral reports was accidentally posted publicly was
- 32:23Speaker 10: meant to be a private message to his Attorney General,
- 32:26Speaker 10: Pam BONDI with me here in New York site.
- 32:28Speaker 1: By the way, let's just stop there.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Isn't amazing that they actually overlook the crimes that these
- 32:33Speaker 2: people are accused of committing. And isn't amazing that the
- 32:36Speaker 2: same people that were screaming when Donald Trump was indicted
- 32:39Speaker 2: on ridiculous in bogus charges, saying well, he's been charged,
- 32:43Speaker 2: he's going to be a raided, he's going to have
- 32:45Speaker 2: a mug shot, he's going to be in court, are
- 32:47Speaker 2: now acting as if this is all news that you
- 32:50Speaker 2: should just look the other way on. There is one,
- 32:53Speaker 2: by the way, one of those that was a part
- 32:55Speaker 2: of the hoax January sixth committee, a guy by the
- 32:58Speaker 2: name of Adam Kinsinger who is at least somewhat honest
- 33:01Speaker 2: on CNN about this fraud mortgage fraud charged against Statisia James,
- 33:07Speaker 2: and I want you to hear what he.
- 33:08Speaker 10: Said, that people's trusted our system, Congressman, I mean, live
- 33:12Speaker 10: by the sword, die by the sword.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Is that the way the system should be?
- 33:18Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 33:18Speaker 16: No, I mean, look, I think two days can be
- 33:20Speaker 16: true here. I think the first thing is Letitia James
- 33:24Speaker 16: never should have made those comments. She never should have
- 33:26Speaker 16: run on. I'm going to go after him before she's
- 33:29Speaker 16: seen the evidence, before she's had anything that was wrong,
- 33:34Speaker 16: not illegal, that was wrong. And then at the same time,
- 33:37Speaker 16: there is no doubt and I mean we can argue
- 33:40Speaker 16: about it, but there's no doubt that this thing went.
- 33:44Speaker 16: They went after her specifically for retribution, specifically because it
- 33:49Speaker 16: was her. I mean, all you have to do is
- 33:50Speaker 16: read the president's accidental fake tweet or whatever thing that's
- 33:55Speaker 16: called posts and know that he was basically saying, Pam,
- 33:59Speaker 16: here are two people we have to go after. And
- 34:01Speaker 16: then all of a sudden, boy, just miraculously, a new
- 34:04Speaker 16: person comes in after the other person said that they
- 34:07Speaker 16: didn't have enough.
- 34:07Speaker 4: To make a case and get in dieted.
- 34:09Speaker 16: This thing, probably, like like Comy's, is either going to
- 34:13Speaker 16: be thrown out. I'm not a lawyer, so who knows
- 34:15Speaker 16: either be thrown out before trial or certainly will be
- 34:18Speaker 16: will be seen as what it is, which is revenge.
- 34:21Speaker 16: But I think we can hold Anderson. Both things are true.
- 34:24Speaker 16: Letitia James never should have said that in the campaign.
- 34:28Speaker 16: And also they are going after her for one reason
- 34:31Speaker 16: because it's her.
- 34:32Speaker 1: So there you have it.
- 34:34Speaker 2: Well, Tessa James as well, you know, probably did something wrong,
- 34:38Speaker 2: and you know, maybe she didn't commit mortgage fraud, but hey,
- 34:41Speaker 2: they shouldn't go after because she went after them first
- 34:45Speaker 2: in a political way. That is some weird leftist logic.
- 34:50Speaker 2: But the one thing that we can be sure about
- 34:52Speaker 2: is this. Donald Trump ran on and said he was
- 34:56Speaker 2: going to hold those accountable who abuse their position of
- 35:00Speaker 2: power to go after their political enemies. And what we're
- 35:04Speaker 2: witnessing right now is the deep state crumbling, and those
- 35:09Speaker 2: that went after the president only for political reasons are
- 35:13Speaker 2: now being held accountable for their own actions that apparently
- 35:16Speaker 2: now include mortgage fraud. Don't forget share this podcast please
- 35:21Speaker 2: with your family and your friends where whoever they are,
- 35:24Speaker 2: and I will see you back here tomorrow.
