- 1:58Speaker 6: Come out, you think, Uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:04Speaker 7: Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 6: You are listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 6: one and only Steve Harvey man oh man got a
- 2:11Speaker 6: radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 7: Yeah, I do.
- 2:13Speaker 6: God so big to me, man, I just have to
- 2:16Speaker 6: tell you about it. I can't help it. It's rather
- 2:19Speaker 6: obvious to me how big, how good God is. He's
- 2:23Speaker 6: absolutely tremendous. He's off the chain, you know, man, I
- 2:28Speaker 6: wanted to share something with you today. You know, if
- 2:32Speaker 6: you're out there, start your mission today. Why don't we
- 2:37Speaker 6: all decide together better yet? Let's just kill that cause
- 2:42Speaker 6: you don't that just individually. Look you listening, everybody's got
- 2:46Speaker 6: something that's that's on the table that they haven't yet
- 2:50Speaker 6: attacked yet. What are you waiting for? Start your mission today?
- 2:54Speaker 6: Stop the procrastination now and if you and if you
- 2:58Speaker 6: allow prassic excuse me, man, if you allow procrastination to
- 3:02Speaker 6: set in, then that that that allows then which is
- 3:08Speaker 6: a weakness, you know, but that allows the devil then
- 3:11Speaker 6: to just really do his thing. Because an idle mind
- 3:14Speaker 6: is the devil's playground. So if you ain't working on
- 3:16Speaker 6: your goals, dreams, aspirations or visions, you just you're just
- 3:20Speaker 6: waking up seeing how today gon go or the devil
- 3:23Speaker 6: he got plenty for it for you to do.
- 3:25Speaker 7: See.
- 3:26Speaker 6: But if you get your mind right on your goal
- 3:28Speaker 6: and your focus and your purpose, then you can go
- 3:31Speaker 6: on about your business. Then when the distraction comes, you
- 3:34Speaker 6: can catch yourself.
- 3:35Speaker 7: Now.
- 3:35Speaker 6: Don't mean you ain't gonna fall privy or fall prey
- 3:38Speaker 6: to some of your distractions, because you will, but you
- 3:41Speaker 6: will have a goal in mind and aspiration that makes
- 3:44Speaker 6: you go. Hold on, man, I got to stay focused
- 3:47Speaker 6: here because what I really want while I'm really trying
- 3:49Speaker 6: to go the thing that I'm really after, this new
- 3:52Speaker 6: little thing that's being introduced, this don't fit into the equation. Man,
- 3:58Speaker 6: let me keep it moving. He may step off the
- 4:00Speaker 6: line for a little while. You know, Like I said yesterday,
- 4:03Speaker 6: the thing about God is He's so forgiving that if
- 4:05Speaker 6: you get out of line, he'll hold your place. See
- 4:08Speaker 6: that's the real cool thing. A lot of people do
- 4:10Speaker 6: that for you too. Like I said, if you at
- 4:12Speaker 6: the movie theater, or you at the amusement park and
- 4:14Speaker 6: you in the line and you forget something, if you
- 4:16Speaker 6: politely ask the person behind you, hey, man, I gotta
- 4:19Speaker 6: run to my car left something, would you hold my place?
- 4:21Speaker 6: Most people say fine, yeah, go ahead, and when you
- 4:23Speaker 6: come back, they don't have a problem. See your problem
- 4:26Speaker 6: is is you want to get out the line, go
- 4:28Speaker 6: do something, then come back and just get up in
- 4:31Speaker 6: the line further up than you were, or cut somebody.
- 4:33Speaker 6: Now you got a problem because see everybody looking at
- 4:36Speaker 6: you now like hoy woa partner where you come from?
- 4:38Speaker 6: You know the line start back here? But see the
- 4:41Speaker 6: thing with God is God don't do that. God don't
- 4:44Speaker 6: say the line start back here. God hold your place.
- 4:47Speaker 6: When you make a mistake and you fall off the line,
- 4:50Speaker 6: God holds your place. But if you ain't got no dreams, aspiration,
- 4:55Speaker 6: if you ain't got no place, what he holding for you? See,
- 4:58Speaker 6: I mean he got a place you, but you gotta
- 5:01Speaker 6: come to it. See, some people if well, here's what
- 5:05Speaker 6: I'm saying. If you got a goal of aspiration to
- 5:08Speaker 6: dream and you fall off track momentarily, you can get
- 5:12Speaker 6: back to that because God knows where you're left off.
- 5:16Speaker 6: Now you may have to accomplish a few more things
- 5:18Speaker 6: since you stopped for a long period of time, but
- 5:21Speaker 6: God know where you left off, you can get back
- 5:23Speaker 6: on track. I look, man, this dream of being on
- 5:26Speaker 6: TV since I was a kid, and it got off track.
- 5:29Speaker 6: Now it got off track. I just kept it as
- 5:33Speaker 6: one of the dreams. And in some real dog moments
- 5:36Speaker 6: when it looked like it wasn't gonna happen, all I
- 5:39Speaker 6: was hanging on to is just the hope that one
- 5:42Speaker 6: day it could. But that's what faith is really about.
- 5:46Speaker 6: Faith is the belief in things that you cannot see.
- 5:49Speaker 6: But faith gives you the confidence to keep hoping. Man,
- 5:54Speaker 6: Sometimes it just keep hope alive. Sometimes you heard Jesse
- 5:57Speaker 6: Jackson say it just keep hope alive. Some times, man,
- 6:00Speaker 6: it's just the hope. I was hanging on a hope.
- 6:05Speaker 6: And I'm talking about when it got real ugly and
- 6:08Speaker 6: funky out there for me, when it looked like I
- 6:10Speaker 6: wasn't gonna ever make it, and all of the facts
- 6:14Speaker 6: was in and everything pointed in the direction you not
- 6:17Speaker 6: gonna make it. You done really messed up this time.
- 6:20Speaker 6: Then I sat there and I just hung on to
- 6:23Speaker 6: the hope. But man, that's what I'm saying. If you
- 6:27Speaker 6: got a dream on aspiration or vision or something, when
- 6:31Speaker 6: you fall off track and you wanna go get back
- 6:34Speaker 6: in line, God holds your place. He knew I was
- 6:37Speaker 6: off tracking, out of line, but he said, okay, here's
- 6:40Speaker 6: where we stopped. You wanna be on TV. Now, when
- 6:43Speaker 6: you get it together and you quit tripping, and you
- 6:45Speaker 6: come and your turn to me, I'm gonna hold your place,
- 6:47Speaker 6: put you back in line. Then we're gonna finish the journey.
- 6:49Speaker 6: That took me a lot longer to get here than
- 6:52Speaker 6: I wanted to. But then it was necessary because I
- 6:54Speaker 6: needed all of them mishaps to happen to me along
- 6:57Speaker 6: the way. So when I got on the radio one day,
- 7:00Speaker 6: which I did not see coming, Steve Harvey got a
- 7:02Speaker 6: radio show, y'all. That's why I say it every day. See,
- 7:05Speaker 6: because of this radio show that I didn't see coming.
- 7:08Speaker 6: Now I have stories to tell, and I can tell
- 7:11Speaker 6: you about me better than I can tell you about
- 7:13Speaker 6: anybody and I donet been through enough whereas relatable, where
- 7:18Speaker 6: enough people can go mad that happened to me. Appreciate
- 7:21Speaker 6: you saying that that's what it was for. See, I
- 7:23Speaker 6: get it now. See at the time, though I didn't
- 7:26Speaker 6: like what was happening to me. At the time, I
- 7:29Speaker 6: was really in total disagreement with God on a lot
- 7:31Speaker 6: of stuff he was pulling off on me. But in
- 7:34Speaker 6: essence I was really pulling it off on myself. But
- 7:37Speaker 6: through his grace and mercy, he kept me through all
- 7:40Speaker 6: of my mistakes, all my bad decisions, all my miscalculations,
- 7:44Speaker 6: all my misfires, all the times I knowingly stepped out
- 7:49Speaker 6: there and did wrong. He forgave me, he said, because man,
- 7:53Speaker 6: if you ever come to me, I have a plan
- 7:57Speaker 6: for you that is going to be far and above.
- 8:00Speaker 6: It will supersede everything you've ever dreamed of. That's what
- 8:04Speaker 6: I did. I just got sick of me. Goodn't sick
- 8:08Speaker 6: of me? And I turned it over to God. And
- 8:11Speaker 6: then God started working. And here I am today now
- 8:15Speaker 6: as he threw with me. Yet Nope, have I arrived yet?
- 8:19Speaker 7: Nope?
- 8:20Speaker 6: But guess what the journey is cool? And then you
- 8:24Speaker 6: know what I found out that's kind of what it's
- 8:26Speaker 6: like in life. If you done walked off the cliff
- 8:29Speaker 6: in life and you ain't got no God in your life,
- 8:33Speaker 6: it's like not having a parachute. You step off the
- 8:36Speaker 6: cliff and you just free falling. We all now that
- 8:40Speaker 6: fag gets you closer to the grave, right see, we
- 8:43Speaker 6: all heading to the grave from the moment we're born.
- 8:45Speaker 6: But the cool thing about a relationship with God is
- 8:48Speaker 6: when you step off the cliff and you got God
- 8:51Speaker 6: here a parachute. You still going down, but it's a
- 8:55Speaker 6: nice ride. You guide and you're glide, and you're softly,
- 8:58Speaker 6: You enjoy you look, you're smiling. You're meeting other people
- 9:02Speaker 6: along the way. You're floating over here to ski a
- 9:06Speaker 6: little while. You over there at the beach for a
- 9:08Speaker 6: little while, you mess around over here, you get to
- 9:11Speaker 6: go out the country a little bit on your parachuting
- 9:13Speaker 6: and all that, and God just helps your descent appear more.
- 9:17Speaker 7: Like a rise and more like a euphoric fall.
- 9:21Speaker 6: Instead of not having no God in your life and
- 9:24Speaker 6: you just walking off that cliff every day, free falling.
- 9:28Speaker 6: Ain't got no cord, you steady pulling, you hollering the
- 9:31Speaker 6: whole way because you to mess around with yourself and
- 9:34Speaker 6: ain't let God come into your life and provide a
- 9:36Speaker 6: parachute for you. I would rather have a parachute since
- 9:40Speaker 6: I got to jump every day, than to not have one.
- 9:44Speaker 6: God has been like a parachute for me. Ask me
- 9:48Speaker 6: where that came from. I can't tell you, But like
- 9:51Speaker 6: I always say, most good things that happen in my
- 9:54Speaker 6: life that I can't explain, its usually Him.
- 9:57Speaker 8: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:01Speaker 6: Ladies and gentlemen, let me have you undivided attention. Know
- 10:05Speaker 6: it or not realize it or not acknowledge it or not.
- 10:09Speaker 6: That God we serve has done it again, period all
- 10:14Speaker 6: to it. Just the greatest of all time, none greater
- 10:19Speaker 6: than God Almighty, that is not a resource available to you,
- 10:24Speaker 6: that is more consistent and has more availability, is never
- 10:29Speaker 6: too busy and always has a response and got an
- 10:33Speaker 6: answer for you. If you can get that working in
- 10:35Speaker 6: your life, man, it will help you in minsity. It's
- 10:37Speaker 6: not to say that you won't be problem free, because
- 10:40Speaker 6: nobody has a problem free life, but it's good when
- 10:42Speaker 6: you got to answers to you got solutions to some problems.
- 10:46Speaker 6: It's just sometimes you just need peace of mind. Some stuff, man,
- 10:49Speaker 6: you know what, some stuff you just don't need to
- 10:51Speaker 6: worry about. Somebody sent me something the other day. Man,
- 10:55Speaker 6: did you see this about you online? I said, bruh,
- 10:58Speaker 6: do me a faith, take care of yourself and your family. Man,
- 11:03Speaker 6: you ain't got to send me nothing because there's not
- 11:06Speaker 6: a weapon form that gives.
- 11:08Speaker 7: Me that can prosper. I don't care what they say.
- 11:13Speaker 6: Man, do you know how good it feels to have
- 11:15Speaker 6: that type of peace, Because no matter what you say,
- 11:18Speaker 6: when you get through saying it, God still got there
- 11:22Speaker 6: and you ain't finna change a thing. You were just
- 11:25Speaker 6: wasting your time. This is the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 14:22Speaker 7: Monica Sister Monica.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Please, who's calling?
- 14:26Speaker 10: This is Brother Deshaun. I'm calling. Actually I'm a member
- 14:29Speaker 10: Greater Missionary Baptist Church.
- 14:31Speaker 11: How can I help you?
- 14:32Speaker 7: Calling you? Actually about the offering? Now? Did you?
- 14:35Speaker 11: I know you paid your ties, paid up my ties
- 14:38Speaker 11: every Sunday?
- 14:38Speaker 7: Okay? Now you paid a love offering as well? Right?
- 14:41Speaker 11: Yes, I do?
- 14:42Speaker 7: Okay, Now this past Sunday. I'm looking at a check.
- 14:46Speaker 11: That you left us with the bank, right right, I
- 14:49Speaker 11: sure did. I wrote a check Sunday.
- 14:51Speaker 7: Okay.
- 14:52Speaker 10: Now the check, ma'am was two hundred and fifty dollars.
- 14:56Speaker 10: Am I correct?
- 14:57Speaker 11: Right?
- 14:57Speaker 4: Right?
- 14:57Speaker 11: I wrote two checks from my ties and love right,
- 15:01Speaker 11: I wrote one for two fifty.
- 15:02Speaker 10: For the love offer.
- 15:03Speaker 7: Okay?
- 15:03Speaker 11: Now what is this called regarding? Why are you calling me?
- 15:07Speaker 10: Well, what I wanted to tell you is that I
- 15:09Speaker 10: hate to be a beaver of bad news, but your
- 15:12Speaker 10: your check that you wrote for two fifty actually has bounced.
- 15:16Speaker 11: And wait a minute, you said my check bounce for
- 15:19Speaker 11: two hundred and fifty dollars.
- 15:21Speaker 7: Your check bounce.
- 15:22Speaker 10: So what I'm doing is calling you about recouping the
- 15:25Speaker 10: two fifty as well as you know you you cost
- 15:28Speaker 10: us thirty dollars.
- 15:31Speaker 7: In bank fees back.
- 15:32Speaker 11: Wait a minute, now, I wrote two checks. I wrote
- 15:34Speaker 11: a check for one hundred dollars. Did that one bounce?
- 15:37Speaker 10: I don't see to it that that that one bounce.
- 15:39Speaker 10: All I know is the one that the love offering
- 15:41Speaker 10: has bounced.
- 15:42Speaker 11: Well, did you put them in at the same time,
- 15:43Speaker 11: because I wrote him at the same time.
- 15:45Speaker 10: They all go in on Monday, ma'am. Now I didn't
- 15:48Speaker 10: put them in at the same time. I've been putting
- 15:49Speaker 10: them in for the last two three years. The problem
- 15:51Speaker 10: is why would people write that what is your name,
- 15:54Speaker 10: brother Deshaun?
- 15:56Speaker 11: And you was at his Sunday?
- 15:57Speaker 10: I was. I don't think it matters and when I
- 15:59Speaker 10: was there. The problem is is that I don't put
- 16:01Speaker 10: these checks in. And I don't understand why y'all write
- 16:04Speaker 10: these checks to the checks knowing.
- 16:06Speaker 11: That they're gonna bounce these checks.
- 16:08Speaker 4: There's a lot of people righte that good well not.
- 16:10Speaker 11: Write bad check? One clear? Why the other one didn't clear?
- 16:13Speaker 7: Maybe you didn't have enough money for both of them
- 16:15Speaker 7: to clear.
- 16:16Speaker 11: What did you just say?
- 16:19Speaker 10: Maybe you didn't have enough money in the bank for
- 16:20Speaker 10: both of them to clear. And I don't understand why
- 16:22Speaker 10: people write.
- 16:23Speaker 11: These playing money in the bank and all my checks clear.
- 16:26Speaker 11: I don't write no roubber checks.
- 16:28Speaker 10: Well, you wrote one on Sunday, and that's the problem.
- 16:31Speaker 10: How you gonna try to give a look?
- 16:32Speaker 11: Use Wait a minute, I think you got me confused
- 16:34Speaker 11: with somebody else. I don't write no bad checks. You
- 16:37Speaker 11: done wrote that to be nice to you.
- 16:38Speaker 7: I'm trying to be nice to you. Win up. Can
- 16:40Speaker 7: we expect the two fifty plus the thirty dollars?
- 16:42Speaker 11: So it's wait thirty dollars.
- 16:44Speaker 10: That's the bank fees man for the dog gonna check bouncing.
- 16:48Speaker 11: My check didn't bounce. I'm gonna check my bank and
- 16:50Speaker 11: if my check clear, you're gonna pay me thirty dollars
- 16:53Speaker 11: for calling me harassing me about a two hundred and
- 16:55Speaker 11: fifty dollar check bounce.
- 16:57Speaker 4: I don't write no Why would.
- 16:59Speaker 7: You write check?
- 17:00Speaker 10: You want to sit up in the church and write
- 17:01Speaker 10: these big number checks when you know you ain't got
- 17:03Speaker 10: it in the bank. I said, why would you write
- 17:07Speaker 10: these checks when the money.
- 17:09Speaker 7: Ain't in that?
- 17:10Speaker 11: Let me tell you one thing. I don't write no
- 17:13Speaker 11: bad checks. And you got a loters calling me telling
- 17:16Speaker 11: me my check bounce.
- 17:18Speaker 7: Your check is the one that has.
- 17:19Speaker 11: Bounced, and you tell you what you do since my
- 17:21Speaker 11: check bounce, you paid them, since you got all the money,
- 17:24Speaker 11: and don't call me with this again.
- 17:29Speaker 4: Hello, don't you hang up on me?
- 17:31Speaker 7: No? Mom?
- 17:32Speaker 10: When are we gonna get this two fifty and this
- 17:34Speaker 10: thirty dollars?
- 17:36Speaker 11: Somebody from the church to my eye wrote a bad check.
- 17:39Speaker 4: I don't write.
- 17:39Speaker 7: No, you didn't write a bad check.
- 17:41Speaker 11: I didn't write no bad Yes you didnt. Why are

- 24:38Speaker 9: brother that he was meeting up with Joe, I showed
- 24:42Speaker 9: up too. I was so embarrassed when I walked up
- 24:46Speaker 9: on him and his fraternity brother, Joe eating barbecue. How

- 27:05Speaker 9: yesterday he snuck into my house when I went to
- 27:08Speaker 9: get my mail. Three hours later, the dog scared me
- 27:11Speaker 9: to death when he barked. I called my neighbor and
- 27:14Speaker 9: she was frantic. She told the ho A president that
- 27:18Speaker 9: I tried to steal her dog.

- 27:55Speaker 9: front so she could show.
- 27:56Speaker 7: Her neighbor what the dog is doing.
- 28:00Speaker 14: I guess clearly the dog don't like it next door
- 28:02Speaker 14: for sure.
- 28:06Speaker 9: Yeah, he's just not like his mama looking for a
- 28:10Speaker 9: new home.
- 28:10Speaker 6: Yeah, mama, and the bark was really a request.
- 28:24Speaker 10: You gotta be able to interpretate dog barb. But you

- 31:57Speaker 9: Oh no, all right. In sports entertainment News, thank you guys,
- 32:04Speaker 9: Cleveland Brown's backup quarterback Jamis Winston had a very funny
- 32:08Speaker 9: quote after the Monday night football game loss to the
- 32:11Speaker 9: Denver Broncos. Winston said, in part quote, I know I'm
- 32:15Speaker 9: better than this. I'm just praying for the Lord to
- 32:19Speaker 9: deliver me from pick sixes. Like that's not me. I
- 32:23Speaker 9: love it.
- 32:26Speaker 6: Well, I'm just gonna say this as a Cleveland Brown fan.
- 32:29Speaker 6: What we're not gonna do is we're not gonna let
- 32:32Speaker 6: you drag the Lord into this stoping. What is he
- 32:37Speaker 6: doing though? What is he saying to the Lord? Give

- 32:49Speaker 6: Plead right now?
- 32:51Speaker 7: It's weird.
- 32:53Speaker 6: Father, oh God, in all your gracious a ball.
- 33:03Speaker 7: In this climacle weather in Cleveland. Come on, James, come
- 33:07Speaker 7: out knowing and blistery cold.
- 33:12Speaker 6: I'm asking you, Lord, when I cocked back my arm,
- 33:17Speaker 6: that I stop releasing it towards the other team.
- 33:22Speaker 7: Come on that I.
- 33:24Speaker 6: I remember what color uniform hours is. Come on here,
- 33:30Speaker 6: and I quit throwing to the wrong color suit unless
- 33:36Speaker 6: my eyes today allow me to have a clean visue.
- 33:43Speaker 6: Let me recognize the speed of the defensive backs that
- 33:49Speaker 6: they look like they're not watching me, but knowing that
- 33:53Speaker 6: they really is. And when I launched the ball and
- 33:57Speaker 6: it's said and through the air, they did not sail
- 34:01Speaker 6: too long. Lord, let it land in the hands they
- 34:05Speaker 6: was intended four. Stop letting the defensive bats pick off
- 34:10Speaker 6: my passes and run to the hends on jumping and celebrating,
- 34:13Speaker 6: all in front of the Cleveland Fairs. Cleveland he the
- 34:17Speaker 6: place to throw pick sixes from because they ack a fool.
- 34:22Speaker 7: I'm receiving death threats.
- 34:24Speaker 3: Now.
- 34:25Speaker 7: I can't go to no club at night. I got
- 34:28Speaker 7: to stay in prayer.

- 35:40Speaker 6: get him back down to the massage parlor so he
- 35:42Speaker 6: can get a game back. Must be reminded of tiger Wood,
- 35:49Speaker 6: how great he was until he got busted. And what
- 35:54Speaker 6: is the moral of the story. Do what you do,
- 35:57Speaker 6: just try not to get busted. Some time there's a
- 36:00Speaker 6: massage to make you a great player. Sometime it's women
- 36:04Speaker 6: that work out the waffle house and make you a
- 36:06Speaker 6: great player.
- 36:07Speaker 7: Whatever it is, you gotta keep on, keeping on and

- 36:20Speaker 6: from my fingertips?
- 36:22Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 36:22Speaker 6: And allow another interception? Oh by the way. Letting me
- 36:27Speaker 6: remind you of one more damn faker. Mayfield was up here.
- 36:31Speaker 7: When we got to the hill. We ain't playing up
- 36:34Speaker 7: in the hill.
- 36:35Speaker 6: Oh Lord, if they don't like you in Cleveland, your
- 36:37Speaker 6: ass is gone. They brought it all, asked Joe Flecko,
- 36:41Speaker 6: and they Bronald got rid of him too.
- 36:43Speaker 7: Lord.
- 36:43Speaker 6: I'm just asking you, if you will, you ask me
- 36:46Speaker 6: stay in Cleveland, just a little highland.
- 36:52Speaker 17: A whole word today, as long as we beat the
- 36:56Speaker 17: bean pastor.
- 36:57Speaker 9: Coming up in twenty minutes after the hour. Black Friday
- 37:01Speaker 9: and Cyber Monday shopper spent billions this past week. We'll
- 37:05Speaker 9: talk about it right after this. You're listening to the.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 37:11Speaker 9: Well that was quick. This time last month, many voters
- 37:14Speaker 9: said they didn't vote for Vice President Kamala Harris because
- 37:17Speaker 9: they were worried about the economy. Remember, voters were saying
- 37:20Speaker 9: the price of eggs and the price of gas were
- 37:23Speaker 9: too high. And just only thirty days later, American shoppers
- 37:27Speaker 9: spent a record ten point eight billion dollars on Black
- 37:31Speaker 9: Friday and a record thirteen point three billion on Cyber Monday,
- 37:37Speaker 9: which was the biggest online shopping day of all time.
- 37:42Speaker 9: What did people buy? I mean, okay, they bought toys.
- 37:45Speaker 9: They bought Yeah, of course.
- 37:50Speaker 6: I don't think milk and egg prices. It's gonna go
- 37:54Speaker 6: back down all days.
- 37:57Speaker 9: They're gonna stay where they are.
- 37:58Speaker 7: So I don't know what you what you thought, what's
- 38:02Speaker 7: gonna happen. I ain't had nothing to do with compliment
- 38:05Speaker 7: that that was an excuse.
- 38:06Speaker 9: That's that's I'm gonna tell you, because that was quick.
- 38:11Speaker 7: Shopping.
- 38:12Speaker 9: They knew.
- 38:13Speaker 6: But but Donald Trump is not concerned about the price
- 38:16Speaker 6: of milk. I know, you know why I don't. I
- 38:19Speaker 6: don't know how much he'll call I know good, Hell,
- 38:22Speaker 6: well he don't. And he richer, Yeah, he richer, and
- 38:31Speaker 6: he ain't ever been pop.
- 38:33Speaker 7: See.
- 38:33Speaker 6: I relate to my people because I work for them,
- 38:38Speaker 6: because I work with down trodden people and and and
- 38:41Speaker 6: that's who I relate to. So I work on behalf.
- 38:44Speaker 7: Of down trodden and less fortunate. He don't. He's never
- 38:47Speaker 7: been under Yeah.
- 38:52Speaker 9: Well, they bought toys. They about jewelry, they bought clothing, Carol, Yeah, jewelry.
- 38:57Speaker 6: Well, I'm hungry, but I'm blinging though comes.
- 39:02Speaker 9: Yeah, appliances, TVs and such.
- 39:05Speaker 6: And when I do get some money, I'll be able
- 39:07Speaker 6: to cook it on some Yeah.
- 39:09Speaker 9: There you go, yep. And closed, don't forget closed. Yeah, yep.
- 39:13Speaker 9: It sure does look like president like Donald Trump is
- 39:16Speaker 9: inheriting a strong economy from President Joe Biden and Vice
- 39:20Speaker 9: President Harris Meanwhile, other economists said shoppers and consumers should
- 39:24Speaker 9: be aware because Trump's terrorists tariffs that he's been talking
- 39:28Speaker 9: about will bring in product price increases. So if he
- 39:32Speaker 9: taxes the people that are importing the goods to the US,
- 39:36Speaker 9: then those tax increases will come to the consumers.
- 39:40Speaker 6: Well, the terriffs of putting these extra taxes on imported
- 39:44Speaker 6: goods and stuff like that.
- 39:46Speaker 7: They're going to pass the cost on to somebody, to
- 39:49Speaker 7: us consumers.
- 39:51Speaker 6: Because she listen to me. Let's say he taxed China
- 39:55Speaker 6: extra tough for the imports they bring in. The tax
- 39:59Speaker 6: money don't go to the people. The tax money go
- 40:02Speaker 6: to the government. See your tax money that you get,
- 40:06Speaker 6: it don't go to you, It go to Uncle Sam.
- 40:09Speaker 6: Don't we don't ever see our tax money. They tell
- 40:11Speaker 6: us we have good roads and stuff, but we was
- 40:13Speaker 6: gonna have him roads anyway.
- 40:14Speaker 7: Your ass gotta go somewhere.
- 40:15Speaker 3: To love it.
- 40:23Speaker 6: Listen man, we I'm telling you all right now, we
- 40:26Speaker 6: don't know what they do with these taxes. And if
- 40:29Speaker 6: we road listen, why is we trillions of dollars in debt?
- 40:36Speaker 6: Because we just keep going money man.
- 40:39Speaker 9: Yeah, all right, coming up with thirty four minutes after
- 40:42Speaker 9: the hour, we will have more of the Steve Harvey
- 40:44Speaker 9: Morning Show right after this. You're listening to Steve.

- 56:08Speaker 9: Thank you. Nephew's subject he acts like he doesn't know
- 56:11Speaker 9: me in public, Dear Stephen Shirley. Six months ago, I
- 56:15Speaker 9: met this handsome guy while I was on a mini
- 56:17Speaker 9: vacation by myself, and it was love at first sight.
- 56:21Speaker 9: I'm divorced and in my mid forties, so I am
- 56:24Speaker 9: very particular on who I spend time with. This guy
- 56:28Speaker 9: said he was newly divorced too, so we had a
- 56:30Speaker 9: lot to talk about. On the second night, of us
- 56:33Speaker 9: hanging out. He spent the night in my room. I
- 56:36Speaker 9: had been celibate for two years. I googled him and
- 56:40Speaker 9: found out that he's a pastor. His Facebook page has
- 56:43Speaker 9: pictures of him with the woman, but I'm not sure
- 56:46Speaker 9: if it's his ex wife. The next day, we rode
- 56:50Speaker 9: together to the airport in a taxi cab. When we
- 56:53Speaker 9: got to the airport, he bolted inside, leaving me to
- 56:57Speaker 9: get my own bags. I caught up to him at
- 57:00Speaker 9: the TSA checkpoint, and he acted like he didn't even
- 57:03Speaker 9: know me, so I stayed at the end of the line.
- 57:06Speaker 9: As I boarded my flight, he texted me to ask
- 57:09Speaker 9: me to come visit him in Orlando.
- 57:11Speaker 7: Soon.
- 57:11Speaker 9: I said sure, even though he had just mistreated.
- 57:14Speaker 4: Me like that.
- 57:15Speaker 9: We texted and talked for a couple of weeks. Then
- 57:18Speaker 9: I flew to Orlando to see him. I stayed in
- 57:21Speaker 9: the hotel for two days straight and I ate alone.
- 57:26Speaker 9: I didn't see this man until after nine pm on
- 57:28Speaker 9: both nights. He knew I'd never been to Orlando and
- 57:32Speaker 9: said it was too hot to take me sightseeing. I
- 57:36Speaker 9: felt like he was hiding me, so I decided to
- 57:38Speaker 9: go to his church on Sunday. He did not notice
- 57:41Speaker 9: me during church after church. After church, he didn't look
- 57:46Speaker 9: shocked or happy to see me. He shook my hand
- 57:49Speaker 9: and greeted me like everyone else. He acted like he
- 57:52Speaker 9: did not know me. Again, I still don't know if
- 57:55Speaker 9: he's married, and I didn't see a woman around him.
- 57:58Speaker 9: So why does he act like he doesn't know me
- 58:00Speaker 9: in public? Is it because we've been sinning behind closed doors?
- 58:05Speaker 9: Well that could be one reason, but all in all,
- 58:10Speaker 9: he does not want to be seen with you in
- 58:13Speaker 9: public period. Okay, So since why do you continue to
- 58:16Speaker 9: go after this man he treats.
- 58:18Speaker 7: You like this?
- 58:19Speaker 9: Why what are you doing? I mean, you were there
- 58:23Speaker 9: when he left you at the taxi and didn't help
- 58:25Speaker 9: you with your bags? Did he even pay for the cab?
- 58:28Speaker 12: Right?
- 58:29Speaker 9: Probably not, because he ran inside so fast. He left
- 58:34Speaker 9: you all alone in a strange city to you and
- 58:38Speaker 9: came over for a booty call at night. I know
- 58:42Speaker 9: he didn't pay your hotel in airfare to get down there.
- 58:45Speaker 9: Because you said you felt like he was hiding you
- 58:47Speaker 9: all this time, So why do you think you felt
- 58:50Speaker 9: like that? Because he is hiding you. He was hiding you.
- 58:56Speaker 9: He does not want to be seen in public with you?
- 58:59Speaker 9: Is it is not too hot to go sightseeing in Miami.
- 59:03Speaker 9: It's always hot there and people go sightseeing every day.
- 59:06Speaker 9: He was just lying, So please stop chasing this man
- 59:09Speaker 9: who obviously is ashamed of being with you. I don't
- 59:12Speaker 9: know what you got going on. While he's so ashamed
- 59:14Speaker 9: of being with you. Who knows what he has going on?
- 59:17Speaker 9: Could it be a wife, Yes, but you could have
- 59:19Speaker 9: asked him and got some answers that you needed in
- 59:23Speaker 9: the very beginning, Steve, he acts.
- 59:26Speaker 6: Like he don't know me in public. Six months ago,
- 59:29Speaker 6: she met this handsome guy while she was on Many.
- 59:32Speaker 7: Vacation by herself. It was love at first sight.
- 59:38Speaker 6: I'm divorced and in my mid forties, so I'm very
- 59:41Speaker 6: particular who I spend time with. Now that's an interesting
- 59:45Speaker 6: line in the letter. I'm very particular with who I
- 59:48Speaker 6: spend time with. Well, that ain't what this letter say.
- 59:52Speaker 7: So let's go on. This guy said he was newly
- 59:56Speaker 7: divorced too. H Ain't that coincidence?
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: You just had got a divorce and you was on
- 1:00:04Speaker 6: the Many vacation and you ran up into this handsome man.
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: It was love at first sight and he just happened
- 1:00:10Speaker 6: to be divorced too. Oh my god, what is the
- 1:00:15Speaker 6: chance of that happening?
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: Oh?
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: So we had a lot to talk about that second
- 1:00:23Speaker 6: night of us hanging out. He spent the night in
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: my room. I had been celibate for two years. So
- 1:00:33Speaker 6: I don't know what she meant by that. Well, I
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: know what she meant by that, but I do understand
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: the next life, he spent.
- 1:00:38Speaker 7: The night in my room. I had been celibate for
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: two years.
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: Me.
- 1:00:44Speaker 6: I googled him and found out he's a pastor. Okay,
- 1:00:47Speaker 6: so did we miss something in this letter? Did she
- 1:00:49Speaker 6: just stop typing?
- 1:00:51Speaker 7: Did she?
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: Because she wrote me right after she wrote the word me,
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: and I just don't know what she left out. Let
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: me try to guess he spent the night in my room.
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: I had been celibate for two years, but he Okay,
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: that's what she left out. See listen, y'all. This is
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: what the letter say, he spent the night in my room.
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: I had been celibrating for two years. And then it's
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: a blank, and then it say me, well, what I
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: think that was? I think she said he spent the
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: night in my room. I had been celibate for two years,
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: and Lord, Lord, Lord, he blanked a blank, blank blank me.
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: That's what that letter. That's what she left out right here.
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: It was a lot of blank space in there. Move
- 1:01:43Speaker 6: on anyway, I google him and I found out he's
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: a pastor for Praise the Lord. His Facebook page has
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: pictures of him with a woman in it, but I'm
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: not sure if he's his ex wife. Well, you know
- 1:01:58Speaker 6: that Facebook is for old people, so that's probably was
- 1:02:01Speaker 6: who she was, and I'm not so certain as his ex.
- 1:02:05Speaker 6: Next day we rode to the airport in the taxi cab.
- 1:02:08Speaker 6: We got to the airport and he bolted and left
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: me with to get my own bags. We'll come back
- 1:02:14Speaker 6: and find out how particularly she is with who she
- 1:02:16Speaker 6: spent time.
- 1:02:17Speaker 9: All right, We'll have part two of Steve's response coming
- 1:02:21Speaker 9: up at twenty three minutes after today's Strawberry Letters subject.
- 1:02:25Speaker 9: He acts like he doesn't know me in public. We'll
- 1:02:27Speaker 9: get back into it right after this.

- 1:03:49Speaker 9: subject is he acts like he doesn't know me in public.
- 1:03:54Speaker 6: So this lady is recently divorced, so she went on
- 1:03:57Speaker 6: a mini vacations. She ran up into this handsome guide.
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: It was love at first sight, so she said. She
- 1:04:02Speaker 6: and her me at forty, so she's very particular on
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: who she spent time with. I said, of course, that
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: ain't what the letter say.
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: The guy said, well, I be damn, I'm newly divorced too.
- 1:04:12Speaker 6: All right, now, you ain't that that didn't same? Seem
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: two a little bit too coincidental, but okay, anyway, we talked.
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: We had a lot to talk about. On the second
- 1:04:24Speaker 6: night of us hanging out, he spent the night in
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: my room. I had been celibate for two years, so
- 1:04:32Speaker 6: he had me up in here hollering. So I got
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: up in the morning, I said, I got to find
- 1:04:43Speaker 6: out who this is. So I googled him and I
- 1:04:46Speaker 6: found out he was a pastor.
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: That the church. Say amen.
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: His Facebook page had pictures him with a woman, but
- 1:04:56Speaker 6: I'm not sure if it's his ex wife.
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: So next day they write, I see the airport. Together,
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: they get to the airport in the taxi cab.
- 1:05:03Speaker 6: As soon as they got to the airport, he bolted inside,
- 1:05:07Speaker 6: leaving me to get my own bags. I caught up
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: with him at TSA checkpoint. He acted like he didn't
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: even know me, so I stayed at the end of
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: the line. As I bought it my flight. He texted
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: me to ask me to come visit him in Orlando soon.
- 1:05:27Speaker 6: I said sure, even though he had just mistreated me
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: like that. Boor Wait a minute, lady, didn't you just
- 1:05:35Speaker 6: say I'm in my mid forties, so I'm very particular
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: on who I spend time with. He asked you to
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: come visit him in Orlando, you said sure, even though
- 1:05:45Speaker 6: he had mistreated you. We text and talked for a
- 1:05:49Speaker 6: couple of weeks. Then I flew to Orlando to see him.
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: I stayed in the hotel for two days straight and
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: I ate alone. I didn't see this man to after
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: nine pm on both nights. Shirley said it best. That's
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: a booty call. That's a booty call. He knew I'd
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: never been to Orlando, and he said it was too
- 1:06:13Speaker 6: hot to take me sight see it. Look, lady, it's Orlando.
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: It ain't nothing down there but the damn Magic Kingdom. Now,
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: it ain't nothing else to see in Orlando unless you
- 1:06:22Speaker 6: go to Lake Ochobe, which is close by for some
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: great bass fishing. But if you carry your ass to Orlando,
- 1:06:28Speaker 6: what sight see it is you talking about? It's the
- 1:06:30Speaker 6: Magic Kingdom and it's Epcot Center. That's what they fight
- 1:06:34Speaker 6: us for.
- 1:06:35Speaker 7: Now.
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: He couldn't be seen, but you at the airport, He
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: damn show can't be seen that you at this crowded
- 1:06:40Speaker 6: as music at Paul. He didn't take your ass to
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: the TSA counter. How the hell he gonna take you?
- 1:06:50Speaker 6: All them kids down there, congregation members and everything. Right, Anyway,
- 1:06:56Speaker 6: I'd never been to Orlando. He said it was too
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: hot to take me sight see it.
- 1:06:59Speaker 7: He did.
- 1:07:00Speaker 6: He told you it was too hot, not as in
- 1:07:03Speaker 6: temperature hot, it's too hot. I mean there's too many
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: eyes on him. It's hot. That's the hot he was
- 1:07:12Speaker 6: referring to. I felt like he was hiding me. You
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: was hid You've been there two days and ain't been nowhere,
- 1:07:21Speaker 6: and he come at nine at night. I felt like
- 1:07:25Speaker 6: he was hiding me. So I decided to go to
- 1:07:27Speaker 6: his church on Sunday. Oh yeah, that is showing.
- 1:07:29Speaker 7: There you go. That's a good ass movie.
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: He didn't notice me doing church, and after church, he
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: didn't look shocked or happy to see me?
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: How many times he got to do this to you?
- 1:07:42Speaker 7: He jumped out the.
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: Cab, left you by yourself. You got to Tsa. He
- 1:07:45Speaker 6: acts like he ain't know you. He waited till you
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: got on the plane, told you to come see him
- 1:07:51Speaker 6: in Orlando. You fly to Orlando. You in the hotel room,
- 1:07:54Speaker 6: ain't seen him all day either day until late at night.
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: Ah, you go to his church. He didn't see you.
- 1:08:03Speaker 6: When you got in line to shake his hand, he
- 1:08:06Speaker 6: greeted you like everybody else. He didn't look shocked or
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: happy to see me, because he played you off. Because
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: once again he don't know you in public. And that's
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: why you didn't go sight seeing in Orlando, because that
- 1:08:19Speaker 6: is real public, that the Magic Kingdom, that's Epcot Center.
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: I still don't know if he's married. And I didn't
- 1:08:28Speaker 6: see a woman around him. He was preaching where the
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: woman gonna be? Where the wife at? When you up
- 1:08:35Speaker 6: there preaching, well, where is she supposed to be? I
- 1:08:38Speaker 6: ain't ain't no the first lady don't even sit in
- 1:08:40Speaker 6: the poor pitch, and she ain't at to receive in line.
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: So I don't know why he don't act like he
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: don't know me in public because you ain't the one. You,
- 1:08:48Speaker 6: the undercover lover, you, the behind closed doors, you, the
- 1:08:53Speaker 6: side peace, you, the slough in the.

- 1:10:34Speaker 9: mentioned sickle cell. Saint Jude has one of the largest
- 1:10:37Speaker 9: pediatric sickle cell disease programs in the country. You on
- 1:10:41Speaker 9: the show. Everybody knows that you have sickle cell disease.
- 1:10:44Speaker 9: So how important is this to you, Junior?
- 1:10:47Speaker 15: Oh, absolutely, it's important.
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:10:50Speaker 16: On the trip I found out that the first grant
- 1:10:52Speaker 16: Saint Jude got is for sickle sale. That was their
- 1:10:55Speaker 16: first research brand just for sicle sale. But then also
- 1:10:58Speaker 16: on top of that, the first bow maryl transplant happened
- 1:11:01Speaker 16: at Saint Jude.
- 1:11:02Speaker 15: They cured sickle cell first through.
- 1:11:04Speaker 16: Bowe male transplant. That's how important it is. Now they
- 1:11:07Speaker 16: serviced nine hundred sickle cell patients a year.
- 1:11:10Speaker 14: That is amazing. That means no no bill from the doctor.
- 1:11:14Speaker 16: I'm talking about, no housing, all the food is taken
- 1:11:17Speaker 16: care of for nine hundred people every single year.
- 1:11:20Speaker 15: And that's a building.
- 1:11:20Speaker 7: You said, a bone marrow transplant, that that that cicle sall.
- 1:11:25Speaker 16: Yes, sir, yeah, a bone male transplant can. Yes, you
- 1:11:28Speaker 16: get a perfect match. You go through the process, you
- 1:11:31Speaker 16: can rid the body of sickle cell disease. And the
- 1:11:34Speaker 16: Saint Jude proved that they were the first one to
- 1:11:36Speaker 16: do so. And that is a that is the first
- 1:11:39Speaker 16: cure for sickle cell.
- 1:11:40Speaker 14: It's one of them. And that's that's the amazing part.
- 1:11:43Speaker 15: That's how important it is that Sat Jude, Sat Jude
- 1:11:48Speaker 15: and the gentleman.
- 1:11:49Speaker 14: I spoke with m HM and this brother's daughter.
- 1:11:52Speaker 16: He had two daughters, two daughters with sickle cell right,
- 1:11:57Speaker 16: and he he didn't know what he was gonna do,
- 1:11:58Speaker 16: how he was gonna pay for him.
- 1:12:00Speaker 15: He didn't know any of that.
- 1:12:01Speaker 16: And then he ended up moving down to Memphis so
- 1:12:04Speaker 16: his kids could be taken care of through Saint Jude.
- 1:12:07Speaker 16: Turns out they did such a great job of Saint
- 1:12:09Speaker 16: Jude that brother works in this research department from Saint
- 1:12:12Speaker 16: jud to this very day.
- 1:12:14Speaker 15: That's how powerful Sat Jude.
- 1:12:16Speaker 16: I mean, you'll do anything for your children, do anything
- 1:12:19Speaker 16: for your children, and it means the world to him
- 1:12:21Speaker 16: that he this kid have to worry about a bill
- 1:12:24Speaker 16: or anything, didn't set his family back or nothing.
- 1:12:26Speaker 14: That's what I love about Saint Jude.
- 1:12:28Speaker 9: That's what I love too. Families never receive a bill
- 1:12:32Speaker 9: from Saint Jude for treatment, for travel, for housing, for food.
- 1:12:37Speaker 9: They can focus. Their main focus has to be on
- 1:12:40Speaker 9: keeping their child alive, making sure their child lives. And
- 1:12:43Speaker 9: that's what they do.
- 1:12:44Speaker 15: And so can you sing the song for Saint Jude
- 1:12:47Speaker 15: for sickle sale people up?
- 1:12:48Speaker 7: Can? Yes? You can make it better? All right?
- 1:12:57Speaker 9: To give it for Steve right, bring us out.
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: To make it bad, bad, better better? Better?
- 1:13:11Speaker 12: Oh shame.
- 1:13:13Speaker 8: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:13:16Speaker 9: All right, Steve, This is from Bryce on Steve HARVEYFM.
- 1:13:19Speaker 9: Bryce says I hosted Thanksgiving dinner this year and ended
- 1:13:22Speaker 9: up losing a television in the process. My sister and
- 1:13:26Speaker 9: her husband don't seem to have any control over their
- 1:13:28Speaker 9: three sons, and they played too much. They started playing
- 1:13:32Speaker 9: and then fighting, and things got out of control. My
- 1:13:36Speaker 9: eighty five inch television was knocked off its stand and
- 1:13:39Speaker 9: smashed onto the floor. At first, my sister was apologetic,
- 1:13:44Speaker 9: but Ben tried to laugh it off and turn it
- 1:13:46Speaker 9: into a whoa, Well, you know your nephews, I said what.
- 1:13:51Speaker 9: I reminded her that there are plenty of Black Friday
- 1:13:53Speaker 9: deals on new televisions, but she made it clear that
- 1:13:56Speaker 9: it wasn't her responsibility and I was on my own
- 1:13:59Speaker 9: to buy new TV. I'm trying not to really go
- 1:14:03Speaker 9: off on my sister, but it's it's been a week.
- 1:14:06Speaker 9: What should I do?
- 1:14:07Speaker 4: What?
- 1:14:09Speaker 9: Yeah, he doesn't want to go off.
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: In that TV? You saw pulled the guys.
- 1:14:14Speaker 9: What happened there?
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: Here?
- 1:14:18Speaker 7: They was scary. You ain't whooped these nephews and.
- 1:14:26Speaker 9: Uh oh yes, and their daddy was there.
- 1:14:29Speaker 7: I'm whooping all up daddy, the two nephews. Everybody.
- 1:14:34Speaker 9: Yeah, how is he gonna get a new TV for
- 1:14:41Speaker 9: eighty five inch?
- 1:14:44Speaker 7: Know?
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: You put him on the stand. I ain't never seen
- 1:14:46Speaker 6: one on the stand. You know, yeah, they got stand
- 1:14:50Speaker 6: I'm out of touch. You know, you can sit it
- 1:14:53Speaker 6: on a credenza. Everybody TV. That's why I called him
- 1:14:56Speaker 6: flash screen. Everybody put him? Why was by flash green?
- 1:14:58Speaker 7: You ain't gonna put it on the wall.
- 1:15:00Speaker 10: Everybody came out at the moment that ain't got nothing
- 1:15:03Speaker 10: to do with these kids fighting in this house Where
- 1:15:07Speaker 10: the TV is?
- 1:15:09Speaker 7: I want to put it?
- 1:15:14Speaker 6: Obviously you can't put it where you want to put
- 1:15:16Speaker 6: it because a little bad ass kids.
- 1:15:18Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, so all right, so what's your advice?
- 1:15:28Speaker 7: Beat them? Beat the kids?
- 1:15:31Speaker 9: They don't live with them. He'd have to go over there. Now,
- 1:15:35Speaker 9: all right, well we'll move on just.
- 1:15:36Speaker 6: A real simple Look, your sister ain't gonna pay for
- 1:15:39Speaker 6: the TV. Yeah, they got a lot of great deals
- 1:15:42Speaker 6: on TV. Now going to replace your TV. Now kids
- 1:15:47Speaker 6: is banned from from the house. You know, man, Look,
- 1:15:51Speaker 6: sometimes you do. You have lessons in life. That's called
- 1:15:54Speaker 6: bought lessons, right, and this is one you have to
- 1:15:58Speaker 6: pay for. But now nobody fit to learn behind this
- 1:16:01Speaker 6: one because now y'all can't come over with uncle romy.
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: House no more, because you don't know how to have
- 1:16:05Speaker 7: uncle who un and and and don't call me when
- 1:16:10Speaker 7: you get your air whoop up at school leader? Uh huh?
- 1:16:18Speaker 14: All right, I'll fight for that TV right.
- 1:16:21Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, all right. Here here's another one from Lydia
- 1:16:27Speaker 9: on Steve Harvey FM. Lydia says, my best friend's boyfriend
- 1:16:30Speaker 9: has a bad habit of constantly interrupting people when we're talking.
- 1:16:35Speaker 9: I know it annoys me, and I can see that
- 1:16:37Speaker 9: that it annoys her too. I don't feel like I
- 1:16:40Speaker 9: know him well enough to tell him that he is
- 1:16:42Speaker 9: coming across like a you know what, but someone needs
- 1:16:46Speaker 9: to tell him. Would it be rude of me to
- 1:16:48Speaker 9: tell my friend that she needs to let him know
- 1:16:50Speaker 9: he's got this bad habit? Or should I tell him
- 1:16:52Speaker 9: myself even if it damages my friendship? It's her best
- 1:16:56Speaker 9: friend's boyfriend.
- 1:16:58Speaker 6: Yeah, see, you got to stay. You can't do that
- 1:17:01Speaker 6: and run the risk damage in your friends. First of all,
- 1:17:03Speaker 6: he not your man. He your friend's boyfriend, and other.
- 1:17:10Speaker 7: People have noticed it too.
- 1:17:12Speaker 6: Why are you taking the responsibility on yourself to put
- 1:17:15Speaker 6: him in check? It annoys her and other people. He's
- 1:17:18Speaker 6: an annoying person, So why you feel like you got
- 1:17:21Speaker 6: to put him in check? If she ain't, girl, stop
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: taking on problems that ain't show us that ain't your man,
- 1:17:29Speaker 6: And now you're running the risk of ruining your friendship
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: with this girl over him. He may not even be
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: around long.
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:17:37Speaker 9: Yeah, she wants to tell her friend, you know, about
- 1:17:40Speaker 9: her man because this is her best friend. So she

- 1:24:56Speaker 9: break of the day on this Thursday.
- 1:25:00Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:25:01Speaker 6: You know, I was trying to think of closing remarks
- 1:25:04Speaker 6: today and I kind of want to finish up what
- 1:25:06Speaker 6: I was talking about yesterday, and it's about choices. You know,
- 1:25:12Speaker 6: we all when God created us, we're really the only
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: animal that he created that has the power of choice.
- 1:25:19Speaker 6: Every other animal he created doesn't have a choice. This
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: is what birds eat, this is what birds do, This
- 1:25:29Speaker 6: is how they you know, make baby birds. This is
- 1:25:33Speaker 6: the time of year that the birds have to be born.
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: This is where deers live. You know this, We're the
- 1:25:41Speaker 6: only animal that He gave the power of choice to.
- 1:25:46Speaker 6: But that comes with a tremendous amount of responsibility because
- 1:25:51Speaker 6: you get to decide, you actually what that actually means
- 1:25:57Speaker 6: is you have a say soul in your life's direction.
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: Now that's a huge responsibility, but man, that's kind of
- 1:26:08Speaker 6: cool if you think about it. Do you know that
- 1:26:12Speaker 6: you have the power to make the decision right now
- 1:26:14Speaker 6: to change your course of life if you're unhappy with it? Well, Steve,
- 1:26:20Speaker 6: I ain't got no choice. There's always a choice. You
- 1:26:26Speaker 6: always have a choice. You no person living is not
- 1:26:30Speaker 6: faced with choices every day. You get to choose every
- 1:26:35Speaker 6: day to be positive or negative. You get to choose
- 1:26:41Speaker 6: every day to do right or wrong. You get to
- 1:26:45Speaker 6: choose every day if you're gonna go left or right.
- 1:26:50Speaker 6: You get to choose every day. Can I should I
- 1:26:54Speaker 6: get on this journey to heaven or should I just
- 1:26:57Speaker 6: go on take this ticket to hell? You get to
- 1:26:59Speaker 6: make the those decisions. You get to make those decisions.
- 1:27:05Speaker 6: But that's a cool thing, y'all because if you are
- 1:27:08Speaker 6: in a position today and you are unhappy with where
- 1:27:11Speaker 6: you are, you right now can start.
- 1:27:15Speaker 7: Making decisions to change that.
- 1:27:19Speaker 6: But every change that you will attempt to make in
- 1:27:22Speaker 6: your life will start with the one inside your mind.
- 1:27:28Speaker 7: Their lies your greatest chance for change. You have to
- 1:27:32Speaker 7: change your mind.
- 1:27:34Speaker 6: See the difference I've learned between successful people and non
- 1:27:37Speaker 6: successful people. It's just one thing. It's how they think
- 1:27:42Speaker 6: successful people are not more talented than non successful people.
- 1:27:46Speaker 6: Do you know how many talented people I know, man,
- 1:27:49Speaker 6: I mean extremely talented, and they just decided, for whatever
- 1:27:53Speaker 6: the reason, not to use it, not to do nothing
- 1:27:56Speaker 6: with it, not to go forward.
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: You know how many people.
- 1:28:01Speaker 6: Will die with their gifts packed neatly in a parachute
- 1:28:05Speaker 6: on their back. Do you know how many people will
- 1:28:08Speaker 6: never take a leap of faith, will never ever allow
- 1:28:12Speaker 6: that parachute to open. Do you know how many people
- 1:28:14Speaker 6: I know like that? I know a bunch of them
- 1:28:17Speaker 6: like that. But then, ain't they always got something to
- 1:28:22Speaker 6: say about the decision you made though? Ain't that crazy?
- 1:28:28Speaker 7: I don't see why you did that? Oh Lord, and
- 1:28:31Speaker 7: don't fail at something. See that. I wouldn't have did that.
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: I knew when you did that that wasn't gonna work.
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: But you attempted it. Man, that's the process of succeeding.
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: Failure is a part of part of the process, and
- 1:28:45Speaker 6: you got to make a decision how you handle the failure.
- 1:28:49Speaker 6: But you got to keep making decision. When you see
- 1:28:51Speaker 6: people sitting around there ain't making no decisions. They not
- 1:28:54Speaker 6: going nowhere, and they're not doing anything. And if you're
- 1:28:57Speaker 6: not going anywhere or doing anything, guess what, you ain't
- 1:29:00Speaker 6: accomplishing a single thing. So why are you worried about
- 1:29:03Speaker 6: these people? I go back, oftentimes to a stanza of
- 1:29:09Speaker 6: a poem. It's been reworded so many times, But my
- 1:29:11Speaker 6: version is the one I chose. The credit belongs to
- 1:29:15Speaker 6: the man who is actually in the arena, whose face
- 1:29:19Speaker 6: is marred with dust, sweat, blood and tears, not to
- 1:29:24Speaker 6: those cold and timid souls in the stands who know
- 1:29:28Speaker 6: neither victory nor defeat. I don't care what they say
- 1:29:35Speaker 6: about me. If I know it ain't true, I keep
- 1:29:39Speaker 6: on moving. If it's true, I keep on moving. It
- 1:29:45Speaker 6: don't matter what they say. Man, they are not my
- 1:29:48Speaker 6: author of my life. They are not the architect of
- 1:29:51Speaker 6: my future. My author and architect is my heavenly Father.
- 1:29:57Speaker 6: Only he is the only one that has control of
- 1:30:01Speaker 6: my future and my destiny. No man, no man, can
- 1:30:06Speaker 6: stop what God has for you. Make that decision today that,
- 1:30:13Speaker 6: if you are unhappy with where you are, make the
- 1:30:15Speaker 6: decision to change that position and gone with your bad self.
- 1:30:19Speaker 6: But take God with you, though, take the Lord God
- 1:30:24Speaker 6: Almighty with you, because with him all things are possible.
- 1:30:29Speaker 6: You cannot fail. Now this is coming from an imperfect person,
- 1:30:35Speaker 6: the person that shared that message with you. And as
- 1:30:38Speaker 6: an imperfect person, I am a living witness that you
- 1:30:41Speaker 6: ain't got to be perfect for God to bless you,
- 1:30:44Speaker 6: because he'd had done it for me that he has
- 1:30:46Speaker 6: so do it for me. Those are my clothes and
- 1:30:48Speaker 6: he walks today. Hope you have a good way today.
- 1:30:51Speaker 6: Talk to God today.
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: He would absolutely good for all.
