- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump is officially on trial. Trump's fraud trial has started,
- 0:07Speaker 1: and there are new attacks as he goes on the
- 0:09Speaker 1: offense on the Attorney general as well as the judge
- 0:13Speaker 1: in this case. Now, he appeared in court as there
- 0:16Speaker 1: were cameras as lawyers for New York's Attorney general painted
- 0:22Speaker 1: Donald Trump as a fraudster. His lawyer said that she
- 0:26Speaker 1: was out to get the former president of the United
- 0:29Speaker 1: States of America.
- 0:31Speaker 2: And this trial of Donald Trump that.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Began Monday in New York courtroom, where the former president
- 0:36Speaker 1: made an appearance to fight the first of several government
- 0:39Speaker 1: actions against him, a civil case that imperils his company
- 0:43Speaker 1: and threatens his image as a master of the business world,
- 0:47Speaker 1: is how the New York Times put it.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Now, the case brought by Missus James.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Obviously, she is a woman that hates Donald Trump and
- 0:56Speaker 1: a woman that wanted to raise her profile as New
- 0:58Speaker 1: York's attorney general. It aims at attacking Trump and his
- 1:03Speaker 1: net worth, accusing the former president of crossing from hyperbole
- 1:08Speaker 1: into all out fraud. Now in some years, the Attorney
- 1:11Speaker 1: General's office is arguing that mister Trump, his adult sons,
- 1:16Speaker 1: and their family businesses inflated their riches by more than
- 1:20Speaker 1: two billion, so they could secure favorable terms from banks
- 1:24Speaker 1: and bragging rights about his overall wealth. Now, again, this
- 1:28Speaker 1: is a civil case. Year after year, loan after loan
- 1:32Speaker 1: defendants misrepresented mister Trump's net worth. Is what Kevin Wallace,
- 1:36Speaker 1: a lead attorney for miss James, said during opening statements
- 1:40Speaker 1: of the trial. He knowed that while it might be
- 1:43Speaker 1: one thing to exaggerate for a television audience or forms
- 1:46Speaker 1: magazine's list of the richest people, you cannot do it
- 1:49Speaker 1: while conducting business in the state of New York. Just
- 1:53Speaker 1: outside the courtroom, mister Trump decided to fight back, and
- 1:57Speaker 1: this is what mister Trump for President Trump had to say. Now,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I'm going to play it for you in its entirety
- 2:04Speaker 1: because the media has not done that.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 2:07Speaker 3: This is a continuation of the single greatest witch hunt
- 2:12Speaker 3: of all time. We have a rogue judge who rules
- 2:16Speaker 3: that properties are worth the tiny fraction one one hundred,
- 2:21Speaker 3: a tiny fraction of what.
- 2:22Speaker 4: They actually are.
- 2:24Speaker 3: We have a racist attorney general who's a horror show,
- 2:27Speaker 3: who ran on the basis that she was going to
- 2:29Speaker 3: get Trump before she even knew anything about me. She
- 2:33Speaker 3: used this to run for governor. She failed in her
- 2:35Speaker 3: attempt to run for governor. She had virtually no balling.
- 2:39Speaker 3: She came back and she said, well, now I'll go
- 2:40Speaker 3: back to get Trump again.
- 2:42Speaker 4: And this is what we have. It's a scam. It's
- 2:44Speaker 4: a sham.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Just so you know, my financial statements are phenomenal. They
- 2:50Speaker 3: are actually less in terms of the numbers used than
- 2:53Speaker 3: the actual network. The actual net worth is substantially more.
- 2:58Speaker 3: No bank was affected, No bank would. They don't even
- 3:00Speaker 3: know why they have to be involved, and they've so
- 3:04Speaker 3: testified they can't believe that they're involved because they.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Were paid back on time.
- 3:10Speaker 3: There were no defaults, there were no problems, and it
- 3:14Speaker 3: was like a perfect client. In the meantime, people are
- 3:17Speaker 3: being murdered all over the sidewalks of New York. There
- 3:20Speaker 3: was no victim here. The banks were represented by the best, biggest,
- 3:26Speaker 3: most prestigious law firms in the state of New York,
- 3:30Speaker 3: actually the country, some of the biggest invest law firms
- 3:33Speaker 3: in all cases, the biggest invest law firms that who
- 3:35Speaker 3: represented them. The banks got back their money again. There
- 3:40Speaker 3: was never a default, it was never a problem. Everything
- 3:43Speaker 3: was perfect. There was no crime. The crime is against
- 3:47Speaker 3: me because we have a corrupt district attorney, but we
- 3:52Speaker 3: have a corrupt attorney general, and it all comes down
- 3:55Speaker 3: from the DOJ.
- 3:56Speaker 4: They totally coordinated this in Washington because I'm leading, I'm
- 3:59Speaker 4: the leading candidate. I'm leading Biden by ten points, and.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I'm leading the Republicans by fifty and sixty points. That's
- 4:06Speaker 3: pretty much they say over. I never accept that, but
- 4:09Speaker 3: they say it's over. This has to do with election interference,
- 4:14Speaker 3: plain and simple. They're trying to damage me so that
- 4:17Speaker 3: I don't do as well as I'm doing in the election.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Our country's gone to hell. We have a country that's
- 4:22Speaker 3: in decline, serious decline. We have a man running our
- 4:25Speaker 3: country who has no clue, says nobody's doing and you.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Know it better than anybody because you have to cover them.
- 4:31Speaker 3: What they've done with open borders, what they've done with interest.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Rates and taxes, it's a disgrace. So what we have
- 4:39Speaker 4: here is an attempt to hurt me in an election.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Quite it's an attempt to hurt me in an election.
- 4:49Speaker 3: This never happened before. We're president of the United States,
- 4:54Speaker 3: leaves an office and gets indicted. And the reason I
- 4:57Speaker 3: got indicted was that I ran but I didn't run,
- 5:00Speaker 3: I'd be sitting right now at a beach like Biden
- 5:02Speaker 3: does every time, even though it's supposed to be working
- 5:06Speaker 3: so very Simply put, it's a witch hunt.
- 5:10Speaker 4: It's a disgrace. We have a corrupt attorney general in
- 5:13Speaker 4: the state.
- 5:13Speaker 3: You see how she does. This trial was railroaded and
- 5:17Speaker 3: fast tracked. This trial could have been brought years ago,
- 5:20Speaker 3: but they waited till I was right in the middle
- 5:23Speaker 3: of my campaign. The same with other trials in the Diaphens.
- 5:26Speaker 3: It's all run by DOJ which is corrupt. In Washington,
- 5:31Speaker 3: everything goes through them.
- 5:33Speaker 4: They're all corrupt people.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Frankly, our country is corrupt, and that's one of the
- 5:38Speaker 3: reasons I'm running.
- 5:38Speaker 4: We're going to straighten it out.
- 5:40Speaker 3: They have one property that's worth anywhere from fifty to
- 5:44Speaker 3: one hundred times what this judge put down is a value.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Put down a value eighteen million dollars, and the property
- 5:52Speaker 3: is probably worth could be anywhere from fifty to one
- 5:55Speaker 3: hundred times more than that, and a lot of those
- 5:59Speaker 3: numbers could even be low. We have other properties to
- 6:01Speaker 3: save things, so he devalued everything. I didn't even put
- 6:05Speaker 3: in my best asset, which is the brand in terms
- 6:08Speaker 3: of value. Coca Cola, take a look at their value.
- 6:11Speaker 3: They have a value. The value of their brand is
- 6:14Speaker 3: more than everything else put together. My brand is extremely
- 6:18Speaker 3: valuab I didn't even use it in my financials.
- 6:20Speaker 4: If I wanted to build up a financial.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Statement, I would have built it up by using brand
- 6:25Speaker 3: in addition to everything else.
- 6:27Speaker 4: We have the greatest properties. We have among the greatest
- 6:30Speaker 4: properties in the world.
- 6:31Speaker 3: And I have to go through this for political reasons.
- 6:35Speaker 3: This judge is a politician. He comes out of the clubs.
- 6:39Speaker 3: He's running unopposed. The reason he's unopposed is because he's
- 6:43Speaker 3: getting Trump.
- 6:45Speaker 4: They always run a post he's getting Trump. The bosses say,
- 6:47Speaker 4: don't run against this guy. He's doing great, he's getting Trump.
- 6:51Speaker 3: But he overplayed his hand and he should be investigated
- 6:55Speaker 3: for what he's done. What he did in undervaluing these
- 6:59Speaker 3: properties is a disgrace to our nation.
- 7:02Speaker 4: There shouldn't be a case.
- 7:03Speaker 3: One other thing, we have a clause in the contract
- 7:07Speaker 3: which tells essentially buyer beware to contract is very very
- 7:15Speaker 3: if you take a look and you speak to the banks,
- 7:17Speaker 3: and you will. I hope you speak to the banks,
- 7:18Speaker 3: because the banks got paid in full I hope you
- 7:21Speaker 3: speak to the banks. But we have a clause in
- 7:25Speaker 3: the contract. It's like a buyer be where it laws.
- 7:27Speaker 3: It says, when you take a look at the financial statement,
- 7:32Speaker 3: don't believe anything you read.
- 7:34Speaker 4: This is upfront. Don't believe anything you read.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Some people call it a worthless clause because it makes
- 7:40Speaker 3: the statement and anything you read it the statement worthless.
- 7:43Speaker 3: It says, go out and do your own research. Go
- 7:46Speaker 3: out and do your own due diligence. You have to
- 7:49Speaker 3: study the statement carefully, do not believe anything. In fact,
- 7:53Speaker 3: it's so strong that people read it and they don't
- 7:56Speaker 3: even accept it. They don't even want it and use it.
- 8:01Speaker 4: It's called a dislaver clause. It's very common.
- 8:05Speaker 3: You put it in if you don't have time to
- 8:07Speaker 3: do statements, or even if you do have time, people
- 8:09Speaker 3: like to have it. This is what's called a full disclaimer.
- 8:13Speaker 3: We disclaim the financial standards. But even with a full disclaimer,
- 8:19Speaker 3: which immediately takes you out of any fraud situation and
- 8:23Speaker 3: any litigation. And by the way, when the Attorney General
- 8:26Speaker 3: found out about the dislabored class, she said, that's okay,
- 8:29Speaker 3: let's go forward anyway. It's good publicity these are corrupt people.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Were dealing with the most corrupt people. We have a
- 8:37Speaker 3: great company. I built a great company. It's got tremendous value.
- 8:41Speaker 3: It's got some of the greatest real estate assets in
- 8:44Speaker 3: the world. And now I have to go before a
- 8:47Speaker 3: rogue judge as a continuation of Russia Russia, Russia, as
- 8:52Speaker 3: a continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time.
- 8:55Speaker 4: And I don't think the people of this country are
- 8:58Speaker 4: going to stand for it.
- 9:00Speaker 3: If I weren't leading in all the polls, or if
- 9:02Speaker 3: I weren't running, I wouldn't have any of these cases.
- 9:06Speaker 3: I wouldn't be seeing you this morning, but I'll be
- 9:09Speaker 3: seeing a lot of you because this is a horrible
- 9:12Speaker 3: thing that's happening to our country and we've got to
- 9:15Speaker 3: get it straightened away. So we'll go in and see
- 9:17Speaker 3: our rope judge, and we'll listen to this man.
- 9:20Speaker 4: And I think most people get it. People are getting it.
- 9:24Speaker 3: I can tell you the voter's getting it because every
- 9:26Speaker 3: time they give me a fake indictment, I go up
- 9:29Speaker 3: in the polls, and that's never happened before.
- 9:32Speaker 4: But this is a disgrace.
- 9:34Speaker 3: And you are to go after this Attorney General because
- 9:36Speaker 3: she's turning off everybody from coming in.
- 9:39Speaker 4: You know, I don't know.
- 9:40Speaker 3: If you take a look at the outflow of business.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Businesses are fleeing New York because of horrible, horrible attorney
- 9:49Speaker 3: generals and judges like we have. They go to other
- 9:53Speaker 3: places where they could be treated fairly and with respect.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Thank you very much, everybody, Thank you, thank you.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump's comments there, and it's obvious he's saying, here's
- 10:04Speaker 1: the facts, here's the history. This is when she said
- 10:07Speaker 1: she was gonna have it out for me. It's very
- 10:09Speaker 1: clear she said, Okay, I didn't win the governorship, Fine,
- 10:12Speaker 1: I'll go back and do this other job, and I'll
- 10:14Speaker 1: go after Donald Trump. She campaigned on going after Donald J.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Trump. That's what she campaigned on.
- 10:23Speaker 5: All right.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Let me tell you real quick about an amazing company
- 10:26Speaker 1: called Patriot Mobile. For ten years, they have been America's
- 10:30Speaker 1: only Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I say only
- 10:34Speaker 1: trust me, they're the only one. Glenn and the team
- 10:37Speaker 1: have been great supporters of this show, which is why
- 10:40Speaker 1: I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile. They offer you

- 11:19Speaker 1: your needs and save you real money. You've got a
- 11:22Speaker 1: small business, they can cover all that as well. All
- 11:25Speaker 1: you need to do is go to Patriot Mobile dot
- 11:28Speaker 1: com slash ferguson, Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, or call

- 11:46Speaker 1: Call Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to
- 11:51Speaker 1: two Patriot.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Now.
- 11:54Speaker 1: While all this is happening in court, and obviously New York,
- 11:58Speaker 1: which is the media cap of the country is covering
- 12:02Speaker 1: this thing wall to wall. There's something else that is
- 12:06Speaker 1: going to happen this week, and that is a guy
- 12:09Speaker 1: by the name of Hunter Biden who is.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Going to be in court Tuesday.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Is the media going to cover that, the fact that
- 12:17Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is going to appear in federal court on Tuesday.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I'm going to guess probably not. Now, there's also something
- 12:24Speaker 1: else that's interesting. The editor in chief of Breitbart is
- 12:27Speaker 1: a guy by the name of Alex Marlowe. He is
- 12:30Speaker 1: the author of a new book, Breaking Biden, exposing the
- 12:34Speaker 1: hidden forces in secret money machine behind Joe Biden's family
- 12:39Speaker 1: and his administration. That book coming out, he talked to
- 12:44Speaker 1: Maria Bartuoma about what he found in that book at
- 12:47Speaker 1: the same exact time they're going after Donald Trump listened.
- 12:51Speaker 6: Hunter Biden essential peer in federal court this upcoming Tuesday
- 12:55Speaker 6: to be arraigned on three felony gun charges, where he's
- 12:58Speaker 6: expected to enter a not guilty. Join me right now
- 13:01Speaker 6: with an in depthlope into the Biden family business. Is
- 13:03Speaker 6: the editor in chief of bright bart News. Alex marlow
- 13:06Speaker 6: is here. Alex is the author of the new book
- 13:09Speaker 6: Breaking Biden. Exposing the hidden forces and secret money machine
- 13:12Speaker 6: behind Joe Biden, his family, and his administration. The book
- 13:17Speaker 6: will be available beginning this Tuesday, and we welcome Alex
- 13:20Speaker 6: to the program.
- 13:20Speaker 7: Thanks very much for being here, Alex.
- 13:22Speaker 4: It's good to have you.
- 13:24Speaker 6: And I want to start off on this influence pedaling
- 13:27Speaker 6: because many Democrats and the White House continue to say
- 13:31Speaker 6: that there is not a direct link linking Joe Biden
- 13:35Speaker 6: to the twenty shell companies to the twenty million plus
- 13:38Speaker 6: money that have gone to the Biden family. But you
- 13:40Speaker 6: say you're not going to find that, and you don't
- 13:43Speaker 6: need to find that.
- 13:44Speaker 4: It's more about the family.
- 13:46Speaker 6: Tell us about it.
- 13:47Speaker 8: Yeah, First of all, we already know that the finances
- 13:50Speaker 8: are intertwined. We've seen the ample evidence of this going
- 13:53Speaker 8: both directions. How about that Rosemont phone that Joe Biden
- 13:56Speaker 8: was using, et cetera. But I do think we're asking
- 13:58Speaker 8: the wrong question. Sometimes there is clearly the anatomy of
- 14:01Speaker 8: a bribe that's taking place where foreign entities and domestic
- 14:05Speaker 8: entities are sending money to the Biden family members. We
- 14:08Speaker 8: know this to be true and it's affecting US policy.
- 14:11Speaker 8: The clearest examples of beisma one I don't have to
- 14:14Speaker 8: repeat all that to your audience, Maria, But there are
- 14:16Speaker 8: some new ones that are in the book that I
- 14:18Speaker 8: think are really explosive, and I think we need a
- 14:21Speaker 8: deeper dive. For example, into the Hunter Biden art deals.
- 14:24Speaker 8: Who is one of the main buyers of Hunter Biden's
- 14:27Speaker 8: are It's Kevin Morris. Kevin Morris is Hunter's attorney, but
- 14:30Speaker 8: he also controls the LLC that holds Hunter's steak in BHR,
- 14:35Speaker 8: which a Chinese equity firm which is essentially run by
- 14:38Speaker 8: the Bank of China. How about Sinapeck. Sinapeck got a
- 14:42Speaker 8: bunch of our strategic oil. Why would Joe Biden send
- 14:45Speaker 8: strategic oil to a Chinese company, Well, Sinapeck, there's a
- 14:48Speaker 8: one point seven billion dollar steak BHR has in that company,
- 14:52Speaker 8: BHR controlled by Kevin Morris and Hunter.
- 14:56Speaker 7: That's unbelievable.
- 14:57Speaker 6: So what your suggestion is it could be still going
- 14:59Speaker 6: on because he's selling the art and Kevin Morris is
- 15:02Speaker 6: in charge. The influence pedaling may be going on as
- 15:05Speaker 6: we speak.
- 15:06Speaker 8: There is no reason for Chinese to get US oil
- 15:10Speaker 8: aside from to benefit the commercial interest of the Biden
- 15:13Speaker 8: family via BHR. That's what's happening, and that's why we
- 15:16Speaker 8: need to turn over every stone until it's proven beyond
- 15:19Speaker 8: a reasonable doubt.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Now I wish I could say that I personally am
- 15:23Speaker 1: shocked by this, because what was just said there is shocking.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I'm not shocked, though, because I've actually read all of
- 15:31Speaker 1: the intel that's been released, suspicious activity reports, the books
- 15:37Speaker 1: that have been written, the things that were on the laptop.
- 15:39Speaker 1: So this, to me is exactly what I would expect.
- 15:43Speaker 1: But that's not all that was said, because now we
- 15:45Speaker 1: got to move on to impeachment. And again the shiny
- 15:48Speaker 1: object was going to be gumma shut down, all right.
- 15:51Speaker 2: They lost that one.
- 15:52Speaker 1: So now this shiny object is Donald Trump's going to
- 15:55Speaker 1: jail right in. He's on trial for fraud. He's a fraudster.
- 15:59Speaker 1: We're gonna finally now, and for the fraud that he
- 16:01Speaker 1: is in New York City. We wouldn't go to jail,
- 16:04Speaker 1: by the way, but who cares for this one. We're
- 16:05Speaker 1: going to put him in jail eventually, cause he's going
- 16:08Speaker 1: to be We're going to tie him up in court.
- 16:09Speaker 1: We're going to bankrupt him with legal fees and appeals,
- 16:12Speaker 1: and he's screwed. That's what the Democrats are doing. You
- 16:17Speaker 1: have an Attorney general of the state that ran on
- 16:19Speaker 1: indicting Donald Trump just because and there was a bunch
- 16:22Speaker 1: of whack job liberals like, yeah, and I'll vote for that.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I'll vote for that lady after she got blown out
- 16:27Speaker 1: running for governor. No problem there. Listen the second part
- 16:31Speaker 1: of what he had to say. The again, this is
- 16:33Speaker 1: the author of a book, Breaking Biden, exposing the hidden
- 16:35Speaker 1: forces in secret money machine behind Joe Biden, his family,
- 16:39Speaker 1: and his administration.
- 16:40Speaker 2: This book's by Alex Marlow.
- 16:41Speaker 6: Listen, We've been talking about the fact that the family
- 16:44Speaker 6: of Joe Biden made very well be still doing influence
- 16:47Speaker 6: pedaling through Hunter Biden's art.
- 16:50Speaker 4: What else do they need?
- 16:51Speaker 6: The evidence has been overwhelming to impeach this guy.
- 16:54Speaker 8: Will they No, We have ample evidence, and you can
- 16:57Speaker 8: go back to all of the Chinese business deals where
- 17:01Speaker 8: there's still so many stones on turn Maria. For example,
- 17:04Speaker 8: that Hunter sold Rosemond Realty to an entity that was
- 17:08Speaker 8: known by Xi Jinping as the dragon Head because of
- 17:11Speaker 8: his strategic importance. Hunter got paid off for it, but
- 17:13Speaker 8: he also retains a stake in this company. We have
- 17:16Speaker 8: no idea how much that Steak is and the executive
- 17:19Speaker 8: branch is not going to be forthcoming.
- 17:20Speaker 4: That's why we.
- 17:20Speaker 8: Need to pursue impeachment because the executive branch is trying
- 17:24Speaker 8: to obfuscate and try not to answer questions, try not
- 17:26Speaker 8: to turn over documentation, communications, and bank records.
- 17:30Speaker 4: They have to do all of this.
- 17:31Speaker 8: This all has to get done right away because the
- 17:33Speaker 8: deals are limitless and they are ongoing. Remember if you
- 17:37Speaker 8: hear Kevin Morris making a deal, do not hear Kevin Morris.
- 17:40Speaker 8: Hear BHR. And BHR means the Bank of China. So
- 17:43Speaker 8: if Kevin Morris is involved, you have to know that
- 17:45Speaker 8: this is perhaps the Bank of China and Chinese involvement.
- 17:49Speaker 4: And that's just one place.
- 17:51Speaker 8: How about Ukraine the tie between Jim Biden, the former
- 17:54Speaker 8: nightclub owner, who is not only tied into.
- 17:56Speaker 4: The effing spy chief.
- 17:58Speaker 8: Of China, which is Hunter's word is not mine, and
- 18:00Speaker 8: he also has deep ties in Ukraine. All of these
- 18:03Speaker 8: are constellations of corruption. Regarding Biden's entire family. The world
- 18:07Speaker 8: has figured out you pay the Biden family, you get
- 18:10Speaker 8: stuff in return from Joe.
- 18:12Speaker 1: The world figured it out all right, to the tune
- 18:14Speaker 1: of what thirty forty fifty million dollars that we actually
- 18:18Speaker 1: know about this. On top of the fact that Taylor Green,
- 18:23Speaker 1: congress woman, said this weekend, Joe Biden can't deny involvement
- 18:27Speaker 1: in family business after these Chinese bank wires. The new
- 18:30Speaker 1: evidence showing this Chinese en s t wired money to
- 18:33Speaker 1: Hunter Biden with Joe Biden's home address as the beneficiary,
- 18:36Speaker 1: while Hunter Biden was not living there but actually living
- 18:39Speaker 1: in California at the time, means the president can no
- 18:42Speaker 1: longer claim that he was not involved in the family business.
- 18:45Speaker 1: That's what represented Majorie Taylor Green said in an interview
- 18:49Speaker 1: over the weekend. Hunter Biden received not one, but two wires.
- 18:54Speaker 1: This is a fact, totally two hundred and sixty thousand
- 18:57Speaker 1: and twenty nineteen originating from Beijing from Chinese business partners
- 19:02Speaker 1: directly tied to the Chinese Communist Party, who listed Joe
- 19:05Speaker 1: Biden's Delaware home as the beneficiary address.
- 19:09Speaker 2: For the fraud.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Now the House Oversight Committee also has confirmed these payments.
- 19:15Speaker 2: They backed it up with other paperwork.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Now, Hunter Biden did not reside with Joe Biden Delaware
- 19:20Speaker 1: when the Chinese business partners wired that money to his
- 19:22Speaker 1: father's address. How do we know that because the court
- 19:25Speaker 1: documents show that from his plea deal, they can't hide behind.
- 19:30Speaker 1: You know, Hunter Biden was going through a tough time,
- 19:32Speaker 1: is what Green said. The reality is that all the
- 19:35Speaker 1: evidence that we're coming up with through subpoenas of actual
- 19:39Speaker 1: bank statements and wire transfers proved the money trail is
- 19:43Speaker 1: leading to Joe Biden quote unquote. Let me also remind
- 19:48Speaker 1: you real quick of what came out in the last week.
- 19:51Speaker 1: The forensic accountant that was one of the first witnesses
- 19:54Speaker 1: called in this impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden in the
- 19:57Speaker 1: House went on TV to put in pursuit respective the
- 20:00Speaker 1: amount of money that Hunter Biden was getting while working
- 20:04Speaker 1: for some of these foreign companies.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 20:07Speaker 9: For Biden was receiving a million dollars a year to
- 20:09Speaker 9: be on the board of Barisma with no expertise, no
- 20:12Speaker 9: known expertise, for an oil company. I just went and
- 20:15Speaker 9: looked at the same year twenty fifteen for x On Mobile,
- 20:18Speaker 9: their average compensation for their directors, their independent directors, was
- 20:22Speaker 9: about three hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year. So
- 20:24Speaker 9: you have to ask yourself almost two and a half
- 20:26Speaker 9: times the rate. What is Parisma paying Hunter Biden for
- 20:32Speaker 9: and why and what's being given in exchange for that?
- 20:35Speaker 9: Was it just the illusion of access to Washington that's
- 20:38Speaker 9: the story now or was there something more? Again, the
- 20:41Speaker 9: American people deserve the truth and we need to find
- 20:44Speaker 9: that out.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Barisma paid Hunter Biden two and a half times a
- 20:49Speaker 1: rate that x On Mobile executives were getting during the
- 20:51Speaker 1: same time period. It wasn't for his expertise. And then
- 20:57Speaker 1: this comes after you have this Speaker of the House,
- 21:01Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy saying this about Hunter Biden, his involvement in
- 21:04Speaker 1: the Biden crime family.
- 21:05Speaker 4: The president. He's been gone. He's been in California, He's
- 21:09Speaker 4: been everyplace else. The one place he hasn't been at
- 21:11Speaker 4: the border.
- 21:12Speaker 3: He has gone to more dinners with Hunter Biden's business
- 21:15Speaker 3: associates than he has to the border.
- 21:17Speaker 4: In fifty years.
- 21:18Speaker 2: One hell of a point. He's not lying.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden has gone to more dinners with Hunter Biden
- 21:24Speaker 1: business says it, than he is to the border in
- 21:26Speaker 1: fifty years. You want to talk about priorities, there's an
- 21:30Speaker 1: issue with priorities in Congresswoman Nancy Mays. She said this
- 21:34Speaker 1: about Joe Biden talking about how we know now that
- 21:36Speaker 1: Joe Biden got paid, said.
- 21:38Speaker 6: That you want to subpoena the bank records of Joe Biden.
- 21:43Speaker 6: The chairman of your committee, Overside Committee, James Cumer, has
- 21:46Speaker 6: already subpoenaed some of that. What do you need to
- 21:50Speaker 6: come up with or look at to confirm your findings
- 21:55Speaker 6: and your suspicions here.
- 21:57Speaker 7: Well, we want to show as much evidence as because
- 22:00Speaker 7: the left in the mainstream media, they want to hide
- 22:03Speaker 7: it under the rug and pretend it doesn't exist. But
- 22:06Speaker 7: it needs to be overwhelming. We need to show and
- 22:08Speaker 7: connect all of the dots and how Joe Biden got
- 22:11Speaker 7: paid because we know he got paid through text messages
- 22:14Speaker 7: and emails accounts from Hunter Biden. We know that that exists,
- 22:17Speaker 7: and it's connecting the dots for the American people because
- 22:19Speaker 7: don't trust us. I want the American people to trust
- 22:22Speaker 7: the evidence.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Trust the evidence.
- 22:25Speaker 1: When you have the facts on your side, you can
- 22:28Speaker 1: talk the way that Congresswoman Nancy Mace is talking. You
- 22:31Speaker 1: can say it that way because it actually makes sense now.
- 22:35Speaker 1: GOP Representative Fitzgerald also said this about the Oversight Committee
- 22:39Speaker 1: and what they're going to be doing and issuing these subpoenas.
- 22:41Speaker 10: What I would say is the big news that came
- 22:43Speaker 10: out of Oversight yesterday, and I talked to Congressman Calmer
- 22:47Speaker 10: last night about it at length, is that they're issuing
- 22:50Speaker 10: the subpoenas for both Hunter and James Biden.
- 22:54Speaker 1: That's what matters these subpoenas. And we'll see how hard
- 22:58Speaker 1: they fight these subpoenas because they understand now that the
- 23:02Speaker 1: tide is turning on them. Representative Byron Donald's dissecting the
- 23:07Speaker 1: Hunter Biden text messages saying this about hey, is it
- 23:10Speaker 1: maybe time to investigate?
- 23:11Speaker 2: Listen?
- 23:11Speaker 5: And this one is a famous one. Everybody knows this one.
- 23:14Speaker 5: This is the famous one that says, I hope you
- 23:16Speaker 5: all do what I did and pay for everything for
- 23:19Speaker 5: this entire family for thirty years. It's really hard, but
- 23:24Speaker 5: don't worry. Unlike Pop, I won't make you. I won't
- 23:27Speaker 5: make you give me half your salary.
- 23:30Speaker 1: That is Hunter Biden's own text message to his family members.
- 23:34Speaker 1: I hope you can all do what I did for
- 23:38Speaker 1: everything for this and pay for everything for this entire
- 23:40Speaker 1: family for years.
- 23:42Speaker 2: It's truly hard, but don't worry. I'm like Pop.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I won't make you give me half your salary, right,
- 23:47Speaker 1: I mean Byron's absolutely right.
- 23:49Speaker 2: And what he just said there.
- 23:51Speaker 5: Mister Dobinski, if you saw a text message like this
- 23:55Speaker 5: in a potential money laundering operation or a potential pay
- 23:58Speaker 5: for play operation, would you be looking for information related
- 24:02Speaker 5: to money going from son to father?
- 24:06Speaker 1: Absolutely without a doubt, Absolutely without a doubt. So there
- 24:13Speaker 1: are two things going on here, and you're going to
- 24:15Speaker 1: have to really pay attention. There's the shiny object, which
- 24:19Speaker 1: is Donald Trump on a fraud trial by an activist
- 24:22Speaker 1: attorney general of the state of New York who lost
- 24:24Speaker 1: her last race then said, if you go help me,
- 24:26Speaker 1: I'll go after Donald Trump. This is a woman, the
- 24:29Speaker 1: New York Attorney General, whose aim is to put Trump
- 24:32Speaker 1: out of business in all of New York, shut down
- 24:35Speaker 1: his family, shut down their name, and to officially declare
- 24:38Speaker 1: he is a fraudster. Year after year, loan after loan defendants.
- 24:44Speaker 1: The defendants misrepresented mister Trump's net worth. The lead attorney said,
- 24:48Speaker 1: these people act like they were rich, but they were not.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Donald Trump was right, and I played this for you
- 24:54Speaker 1: at the very beginning when he came out and said
- 24:57Speaker 1: there's people dying on the streets of New York and
- 25:00Speaker 1: there was no body harmed here. Yet they're coming after me.
- 25:05Speaker 1: He is absolutely right. This is no different than the
- 25:09Speaker 1: first impeachment trial when they sit, when the Democrats knew
- 25:12Speaker 1: the entire time they were impeaching him over something that
- 25:14Speaker 1: never happened. They were impeaching him over Adalsia, the FBI said,
- 25:18Speaker 1: was usually generated by the Democrat National Committee in Hillary
- 25:20Speaker 1: Clinton's campaign. Adossia that even the FBI said to the
- 25:24Speaker 1: guy who brought it to them, hey, if you can
- 25:26Speaker 1: corroborate any of what you're claiming in here, will give
- 25:28Speaker 1: you a million dollars. And he never got a million
- 25:30Speaker 1: dollars because he knew he couldn't corroborate it, because he
- 25:32Speaker 1: knew he made it up out of thin air. You
- 25:35Speaker 1: also had the forensic experts this week, it said code
- 25:39Speaker 1: names like the big Guy, commonly used in financial crimes.
- 25:43Speaker 1: You also have a problem now with the President's story
- 25:45Speaker 1: because Hunter Biden claimed he didn't receive one cent from
- 25:48Speaker 1: Chinese associates to fight despite the wire transfers in the
- 25:51Speaker 1: summer twenty nineteen. But maybe he didn't receive a cent.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Maybe Daddy got all of that money while he was
- 25:57Speaker 1: out in California. And then there's one another thing I forgot.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I almost forgot to bring this up. James Comer has
- 26:04Speaker 1: now subpoenaed twenty wire transfers totaling one point three million
- 26:10Speaker 1: received by the President's brother, James Biden. The House Oversight
- 26:14Speaker 1: Committee Chairman James Comer subpoena James Biden's Lion Haul Group
- 26:20Speaker 1: and JBBSR inc Entities because the Committee could not identify
- 26:25Speaker 1: quote legitimate services provided by James Biden's companies. Now comer
- 26:31Speaker 1: subpoena appears to be directed at obtaining records linked to
- 26:34Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's corporation, Celtic Capri Corporation, which received nearly
- 26:40Speaker 1: ten million dollars in twenty seventeen without specifying revenue line
- 26:46Speaker 1: items quote. So that's an LLC account. It wasn't a
- 26:51Speaker 1: shell company. That was a real LLC account with more
- 26:55Speaker 1: earnings in there than what we could find. So that
- 26:59Speaker 1: is an account. We planned a subpoena as we follow
- 27:01Speaker 1: the money, Comer said James Biden. An often overlooked member
- 27:06Speaker 1: of the Biden family is President Joe Biden's younger brother
- 27:09Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden's uncle. James and Hunter were business partners
- 27:13Speaker 1: with the CEFC China Energy Company, an organization closely aligned
- 27:18Speaker 1: and has direct links to the Chinese Communist Party. Now
- 27:22Speaker 1: While Hunter's complex web of wired transfers from CEFC received
- 27:27Speaker 1: much attention in recent years, James Comer expanded its focus
- 27:31Speaker 1: to James Biden's entities.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Those entities received at least.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Twenty wires totaling one point three p nine to eight
- 27:41Speaker 1: million dollars through Hunter Biden's entities, according to the twenty
- 27:46Speaker 1: twenty Senate report by Senator Chuck Grassley and Senator Ron
- 27:51Speaker 1: Johnson quote. There is also evidence in Hunter Biden's Hunter
- 27:55Speaker 1: Biden moved large sums of money from his firm, aash
- 28:00Speaker 1: Code to James Biden's consulting firm, the lion Hall Group.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Between August to fourteenth to twenty seventeen and August third
- 28:08Speaker 1: of twenty eighteen, Alastco sent twenty different wire transfers totally
- 28:13Speaker 1: one point three nine eight nine ninety nine million dollars
- 28:16Speaker 1: to the lion Hall Group, a consulting firm that lists
- 28:19Speaker 1: James Biden and his wife Sarah Biden on the bank account.
- 28:24Speaker 1: This transaction was identified for potential criminal financial activity. These
- 28:29Speaker 1: transfers began less than one week after CEFC Infrastructure Investment
- 28:34Speaker 1: wired five million to the Hudson West and Hudson West
- 28:39Speaker 1: sent its first payment of four hundred thousand dollars to Owasco. Now,
- 28:44Speaker 1: most of the payments from Oasco to the Lione Hall
- 28:47Speaker 1: Group had vague notes to the memo line and fifteen
- 28:50Speaker 1: of which simply indicated that they were for further credit
- 28:53Speaker 1: to James Biden. However, the memo line for one of
- 28:56Speaker 1: the payments reads w or excuse me h ie, which
- 29:01Speaker 1: indicates some of the transferred money could be from Hunts
- 29:05Speaker 1: and West the third. When the bank contacted Sarah Biden
- 29:09Speaker 1: regarding the overall WIRED activity, she stated that the lion
- 29:13Speaker 1: Hall Group and Ouasco provided international and business consulting, and
- 29:17Speaker 1: that the lion Hall Group was assisting Alasco with an
- 29:21Speaker 1: international client through a contract that had since been terminated.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Sarah Biden then told the bank that she would not
- 29:28Speaker 1: provide any supporting documentation, and she also refused to provide
- 29:32Speaker 1: additional information to more clearly explain the activity. Consequently, consequently,
- 29:37Speaker 1: the bank submitted the account for closure normal day. If
- 29:42Speaker 1: you're money laundering, right, yeah, I won't tell you what
- 29:45Speaker 1: you need to know to keep this legitimate. There's no
- 29:47Speaker 1: reason to believe that this isn't a legitimate business. To
- 29:50Speaker 1: Biden would say, Okay, prove it. They're like, no, never mind.
- 29:52Speaker 1: They'd shut down the bank account. No problem, We'll find
- 29:55Speaker 1: another bank that will do shady business with us. Not
- 29:57Speaker 1: a problem at all. This the Biden crime family. Now
- 30:01Speaker 1: remember all of this while they're talking about Donald Trump
- 30:04Speaker 1: in New York this week on this other trial, which
- 30:08Speaker 1: is garbage.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Don't forget.
