- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict was center Ted Cruz ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Senator Biden has got a lot to be smiling about.
- 0:08Speaker 2: He gave a thumbs up when he was asked by
- 0:10Speaker 2: the media, how is Hunter doing? With a little bit
- 0:14Speaker 2: of a grin, like we got away with it. But
- 0:16Speaker 2: there are new whistleblowers out that are saying that the
- 0:19Speaker 2: corruption within our government is massive. The IRS were being
- 0:24Speaker 2: told former whistleblower recommended felony tax charges against Hunter Biden,
- 0:29Speaker 2: and the DOJY apparently bocked.
- 0:31Speaker 1: That's a all.
- 0:33Speaker 2: We're hearing that multiple times when there were big things
- 0:35Speaker 2: that they wanted to investigate, they kept being shut down.
- 0:40Speaker 3: Your reaction to this, well, the whistleblowers that we heard
- 0:44Speaker 3: from yesterday, it's really quite stunning. So the House Ways
- 0:48Speaker 3: and Means Committee released transcripts of interviews with two IRS
- 0:53Speaker 3: whistleblowers who came forward and said that the Biden Justice
- 0:57Speaker 3: Department actively aggressively interfered in the investigation of Hunter Biden,
- 1:03Speaker 3: that they protected Hunter Biden, that they blocked felony charges
- 1:07Speaker 3: against Hunter Biden, that they prevented the investigation from in
- 1:11Speaker 3: any way, shape or form. Asking about Joe Biden. These transcripts,
- 1:18Speaker 3: they're stunning. They are anyone who cares about the rule
- 1:25Speaker 3: of law. Look, I get this is a partisan divide,
- 1:28Speaker 3: so Republicans say, oh, this is really bad, and Democrats say,
- 1:31Speaker 3: what nothing to see here. We hate Trump. But if
- 1:34Speaker 3: you actually care about the rule of law, these allegations,
- 1:39Speaker 3: they're not coming from partisan Republicans. They're coming from career
- 1:43Speaker 3: senior IRS officials and investigators who are appalled, who are
- 1:48Speaker 3: absolutely appalled at what happened. And they alleged that the
- 1:55Speaker 3: Biden Justice Department blocked the serving of a search warrant
- 2:01Speaker 3: on Joe Biden's guest house where Hunter was staying, because
- 2:05Speaker 3: they said that would look bad. That would look bad.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Wait, let's say that again, because this is not being covered.
- 2:11Speaker 2: I want you to say that again so everybody understands
- 2:15Speaker 2: how massive of a deal this is.
- 2:17Speaker 3: The investigators wanted to execute a search warrant on Joe
- 2:21Speaker 3: Biden's guest house, Wow, which is where Hunter Biden was staying,
- 2:27Speaker 3: and dooj said, no, that would look bad. The optics,
- 2:30Speaker 3: they said, would be bad, So you can't execute a
- 2:33Speaker 3: search warrant. The investigators were told you are not allowed
- 2:41Speaker 3: to ask about Hunter Biden's dad or the big guy.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Those questions are not allowed. There are payments that went
- 2:53Speaker 3: to hunter Biden's kids. They were told you were not
- 2:57Speaker 3: allowed to interview the kids because it would look really
- 3:02Speaker 3: bad if we interview the president's grandkids. The level of
- 3:08Speaker 3: detail on this is stunning. We are told that the
- 3:14Speaker 3: investigators recommended bringing felony charges. And let me give you
- 3:18Speaker 3: some of the statistics. The whistleblowers testified that hunter Biden
- 3:24Speaker 3: failed to pay more than two point two million dollars
- 3:29Speaker 3: in taxes. Mind you, he's serving not a day in jail.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Two point two million in taxes that he didn't pay,
- 3:34Speaker 3: and that was from Do you know how much he
- 3:37Speaker 3: made from foreign enemy and entities?
- 3:40Speaker 1: I can't.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Well, the real question is what's the real number, right,
- 3:43Speaker 2: because that number seems to be changing all the time.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Well, it does. But here's what the whistleblower said that
- 3:49Speaker 3: they had evidence that he had received eight point three
- 3:53Speaker 3: million dollars from foreign entities in Ukraine, in China and
- 3:59Speaker 3: in remaining and he received at least six million dollars
- 4:03Speaker 3: from CEFC China Energy, which is an energy conglomerate linked
- 4:09Speaker 3: to the Chinese military intelligence. So You've got Hunter Biden
- 4:13Speaker 3: making six million from the Chinese Communist Party. You've got
- 4:18Speaker 3: a Romanian businessman investigated for bribery who paid Hunter Biden
- 4:23Speaker 3: another million dollars, and Bearisma paid Hunter Biden eighty three
- 4:29Speaker 3: thousand dollars a month to serve on its board of directors.
- 4:35Speaker 2: When you hear it that way, and you also see
- 4:38Speaker 2: that we're going to get fourteen hours of transcribed interviews
- 4:41Speaker 2: with these two irs, Wristi Blowers, and their story of
- 4:43Speaker 2: really how the federal government mishandled, didn't handle they mishandled
- 4:47Speaker 2: this investigation into this high profile individual, the President's son.
- 4:53Speaker 1: The White House almost knew or acted.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Like they could just get away with anything they wanted to,
- 5:00Speaker 2: and they could take money from anywhere in the world,
- 5:03Speaker 2: from the worst people in the world.
- 5:05Speaker 1: They weren't even trying to hide it.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Yes they had their Yes, they had their shell companies, right,
- 5:09Speaker 2: we know that, Yes, there were bribes coming in, but
- 5:12Speaker 2: this was normal business habits for them the entire time
- 5:17Speaker 2: that he was the vice president, when he was part
- 5:20Speaker 2: of the time when he was a senator, His brother
- 5:22Speaker 2: James Biden was in on as well. And yet that
- 5:25Speaker 2: when the government had a chance to look at this.
- 5:28Speaker 2: When they saw the evidence that whistleblowers are saying, they said,
- 5:31Speaker 2: shut it down, don't look at it, don't do it,
- 5:34Speaker 2: don't touch it.
- 5:35Speaker 3: It's even worse than that. So Gary Shapley, who is
- 5:41Speaker 3: this irs whistleblower, testified that they had a WhatsApp message
- 5:48Speaker 3: sent by Hunter Biden to a Chinese businessman named Henry Zoo.
- 5:53Speaker 3: And here's what he says. Quote, this is from Hunter Biden.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I am sitting here with my father and we would
- 6:06Speaker 3: like to understand why the commitment has not been fulfilled.
- 6:13Speaker 3: I am very concerned that the Chairman has either changed
- 6:16Speaker 3: his mind or broken our deal without telling me, and
- 6:21Speaker 3: that he is unaware of the promises and assurances that
- 6:26Speaker 3: have been made and not been kept. And he continues,
- 6:31Speaker 3: He says, quote tell the director that I would like
- 6:35Speaker 3: to resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 6:40Speaker 3: and now means tonight, and z if I get a
- 6:46Speaker 3: call or text from anyone involved in this other than you,
- 6:53Speaker 3: Zang or the Chairman, I will make certain that the
- 6:58Speaker 3: man sitting next to me that would be Joe Biden
- 7:03Speaker 3: and every person he knows, and my ability to forever
- 7:10Speaker 3: hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
- 7:17Speaker 2: So to be clear, he's threatening the United States government
- 7:21Speaker 2: will come down on them if they don't do what
- 7:24Speaker 2: they said they were going to do with the Biden
- 7:25Speaker 2: crime family.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Look, that's exactly right. My understanding of the timing of
- 7:29Speaker 3: this is this is immediately after Biden had finished serving
- 7:33Speaker 3: as vice president, so he was the immediate former vice president,
- 7:38Speaker 3: and he was preparing to be a candidate for president.
- 7:41Speaker 3: And let's be clear, hunter Biden is demanding money from
- 7:47Speaker 3: the Chinese communists, and he says the opening line of
- 7:51Speaker 3: this WhatsApp is, I'm sitting here with my father, and
- 7:57Speaker 3: we not me, we'sh Biden, the former vice president fixing
- 8:02Speaker 3: to be the next president, wants to know why the
- 8:04Speaker 3: commitment has not been fulfilled, and he makes very clear,
- 8:08Speaker 3: you either resolve this tonight, not tomorrow, not the next day, tonight,
- 8:13Speaker 3: or and let's go back to what it says, quote,
- 8:16Speaker 3: I will make certain that between the man sitting next
- 8:21Speaker 3: to me that would be Joe Biden and every person
- 8:24Speaker 3: he knows. That would be every Democrat. That would be
- 8:27Speaker 3: Barack Obama, that would be Michelle Obama, that would be
- 8:29Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton, that would be a Bill Clinton, that would
- 8:31Speaker 3: be every Democrat cabinet member. He knows a lot of people.
- 8:33Speaker 3: He's Joe Biden, and my ability to forever hold a
- 8:38Speaker 3: grudge that you will regret not following my direction. Ben,
- 8:44Speaker 3: This is as close to direct evidence a bribery and
- 8:50Speaker 3: extortion that I've ever seen.
- 8:52Speaker 2: So let's talk about the consequences for this and the
- 8:56Speaker 2: fact that there has been clearly a hey, you can
- 9:00Speaker 2: go there with the DOJ. Hey shut that down with
- 9:02Speaker 2: the DOJ. What can Congress do? And the real question
- 9:06Speaker 2: now has to be is it time to look an
- 9:09Speaker 2: impeachment for Joe Biden, certainly on the House side where
- 9:13Speaker 2: Republicans have control of the House. Before you answer that,
- 9:16Speaker 2: I want to tell you about our friends over August
- 9:17Speaker 2: of precious Medals. If you've been saving for retirement for
- 9:21Speaker 2: a really long time, then you.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Know how stressful the last year and a half has been.
- 9:25Speaker 2: You've seen the bank failures, you've seen the interest rates
- 9:28Speaker 2: more than doubled, and you've seen that there have been
- 9:30Speaker 2: losses with many people in their iras and their four
- 9:33Speaker 2: oh one ks. Well, protecting your hard earned dollars is
- 9:37Speaker 2: so important, especially if you're close to retirement or in
- 9:41Speaker 2: retirement because there's no time to make up losses. And
- 9:45Speaker 2: that is where Augusta Precious Medals comes in. They want
- 9:49Speaker 2: to send you a free guide right now to gold.

- 10:25Speaker 2: up to ten years. Augusta Precious Metals dot Com eight
- 10:29Speaker 2: seven seven the number four gold IRA.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Uh.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Look, we know in this investigation they're claiming, Hey, this
- 10:35Speaker 2: is the end of it for Hunter.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Right, it's not the end of it for the president.
- 10:39Speaker 2: But at what point does this turn into a real
- 10:41Speaker 2: issue center for the idea of impeachment?
- 10:46Speaker 3: It is right now. Look, this WhatsApp is direct evidence
- 10:52Speaker 3: of Joe Biden abusing his government power to enrich his
- 10:58Speaker 3: son and assuming ten percent for the big guy to
- 11:02Speaker 3: enrich himself. Remember this WhatsApp says, we want to know
- 11:06Speaker 3: this is not me a hunter, just just sort of
- 11:09Speaker 3: mooching off my dad. It says dad's sitting next to me.
- 11:13Speaker 3: And the stunning thing, of course the House needs to
- 11:16Speaker 3: investigate it. But the stunning thing is what the IRS
- 11:19Speaker 3: whistleblower says is do o j Merrick Garland prevented even
- 11:28Speaker 3: an investigation into this message said nope, you can't ask
- 11:32Speaker 3: about it. We don't want to know about it. Nothing
- 11:34Speaker 3: involving Joe Biden can be considered. This is all about
- 11:38Speaker 3: poor Hunter Biden. He's got a drug problem. Let's make
- 11:40Speaker 3: it all about him. Let's not worry. He doesn't have
- 11:43Speaker 3: to pay his taxes. His name is Biden. Taxes are
- 11:46Speaker 3: for little people. Like Amelda Marco said, taxes are for
- 11:49Speaker 3: little people. That's true for Biden's too. It's true for
- 11:53Speaker 3: in a different context, Hillary to laws or for little people.
- 11:58Speaker 3: This what'sapp up directly ties Joe Biden to the millions
- 12:07Speaker 3: of dollars coming from communist China. Now it is possible
- 12:11Speaker 3: Hunter Biden was lying. It's possible Joe Biden wasn't next
- 12:14Speaker 3: to him. It's possible Joe Biden was not going to
- 12:19Speaker 3: inflict official damage on the Chinese if they didn't pay
- 12:23Speaker 3: him and his son millions of dollars. That's possible. But
- 12:26Speaker 3: you know what, we don't know if it's true or not.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Why because according to the whistleblower, they didn't investigate, and
- 12:32Speaker 3: they were prohibited from investigating. They were prevented from even
- 12:36Speaker 3: asking the question. Let me be clear, this on the
- 12:40Speaker 3: face of it is obstruction of justice. And if Merrick
- 12:43Speaker 3: Garland issued that order, he is the one blocking the investigation.
- 12:48Speaker 3: And I think there's real evidence of Merrick Garland being
- 12:51Speaker 3: guilty of obstruction of justice if now look these allegations
- 12:55Speaker 3: at this point. But you know what, look I serve
- 12:59Speaker 3: in the Senate Senate Judiciary Committee, if you had a
- 13:02Speaker 3: single Democrat who gave a flying flip about the rule
- 13:07Speaker 3: of law, we would have a hearing right now with
- 13:11Speaker 3: Merrick Garland in front of us under oath, asking about
- 13:14Speaker 3: this WhatsApp and we would ask to see every document.
- 13:17Speaker 3: We'd ask to see every email, we'd ask to see
- 13:19Speaker 3: every communication between DOJ and the investigators. We would put
- 13:23Speaker 3: the irs whistleblowers on the stand. We'd put them on
- 13:26Speaker 3: the witness stand under oath to testify about it, and
- 13:30Speaker 3: we would confront Merrick Garland with that. Now, the chances
- 13:34Speaker 3: of the Senate Judiciary Committee doing that are zero because
- 13:36Speaker 3: Dick Durbin doesn't care, No Senate Democrat cares, but the
- 13:42Speaker 3: House does. So that is the only hope for investigating this.
- 13:48Speaker 2: You know, you look at just this issue, and even
- 13:51Speaker 2: there is shocking news that broke earlier today that said
- 13:54Speaker 2: that apparently the Navy detected that the submarine that's gone
- 13:57Speaker 2: missing may have imploded on Sunday. Apparently the Biden administration
- 14:02Speaker 2: slow played that news from the public, quite possibly because
- 14:06Speaker 2: they wanted a disrection from Hunter Biden and the indictment.
- 14:09Speaker 2: This broke tonight. I'm not surprised by that at all,
- 14:13Speaker 2: to be honest with you, Senator, if they in fact
- 14:15Speaker 2: did do that, because everything else they do seems to
- 14:18Speaker 2: be done in a way that's all about distractions, all
- 14:22Speaker 2: about covering up, and all about making sure that you're
- 14:26Speaker 2: looking one way when they're doing these shady deals.
- 14:28Speaker 3: In the other hand, well, and let me ask you
- 14:31Speaker 3: how cruel was it if the Biden administration knew that
- 14:35Speaker 3: the sub had imploded several days ago and that the
- 14:39Speaker 3: five individuals in that sub were dead. How cruel was
- 14:42Speaker 3: it to the families of those individuals to let them
- 14:46Speaker 3: go through the agony of the last several days. Now,
- 14:50Speaker 3: maybe they conveyed privately to the families, but I doubt
- 14:53Speaker 3: they did. There's no indication that they did. I think
- 14:56Speaker 3: you're right. This is look for the Biden White House, everything, everything,
- 15:01Speaker 3: everything is pr The Chinese spy balloon. We talked about
- 15:05Speaker 3: this extensively on the podcast. The only reason anyone knows
- 15:09Speaker 3: about the Chinese spy balloon is because a couple of
- 15:13Speaker 3: guys in Montana looked up and said, holy crap, what's
- 15:16Speaker 3: that way up in the sky, and they took pictures
- 15:18Speaker 3: of the damn thing. If it hadn't been for a
- 15:21Speaker 3: couple of guys in Montana, I promise you you and
- 15:24Speaker 3: I would not know about the Chinese spy balloon. It
- 15:26Speaker 3: would have conducted espionage over US military bases, and the
- 15:30Speaker 3: Biden administration would have kept it utterly silent and secret.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Everything they do is pr which is, by the way,
- 15:38Speaker 3: why after they got embarrassed by letting the Chinese conduct
- 15:43Speaker 3: espionage for a week over the continental United States, they
- 15:46Speaker 3: shot down I think it was four damn balloons, including
- 15:49Speaker 3: what appears to be a experimental balloon from a bunch
- 15:53Speaker 3: of high school kids in Illinois because they wanted to
- 15:55Speaker 3: prove they were really tough. It was all pr The
- 16:00Speaker 3: same thing is true, like how do you not let
- 16:04Speaker 3: the world know if you know what happened to the
- 16:06Speaker 3: sub three days ago?
- 16:08Speaker 2: Yeah, on Sunday night, to be clear, and talk about
- 16:11Speaker 2: torture for the family members. That's all of those and
- 16:14Speaker 2: not only that, just the amount of money that we
- 16:16Speaker 2: spent tax dollars trying to find this submarine when in
- 16:20Speaker 2: fact they may have known it was all done on
- 16:22Speaker 2: Sunday and they were all, you know, well the oxygen
- 16:26Speaker 2: could be lasting till X, Y and Z and oh,
- 16:30Speaker 2: by the way, we have hundreds got indicted. So this
- 16:32Speaker 2: is a great distraction. And look, these stories. If you
- 16:35Speaker 2: work in press and people at the White House that
- 16:37Speaker 2: work in the White House Press office know this, they
- 16:40Speaker 2: captivate and people stop.
- 16:42Speaker 3: Course, how could you not this submarine story like that,
- 16:46Speaker 3: like they're searching for the Titanic. You've got billionaires. I mean,
- 16:51Speaker 3: it was every one of us watch it. And I
- 16:54Speaker 3: have to admit when the news broke today that it
- 16:57Speaker 3: appeared to have been an instantaneous implosion reaction. I was
- 17:01Speaker 3: actually relieved. I mean, I mean, listen, God, it's a
- 17:04Speaker 3: horrible tragedy. You wouldn't want that accident to happen to anyone.
- 17:09Speaker 3: But I got to say, I'm grateful that if it
- 17:11Speaker 3: was gonna happen, that it would happen the information I've
- 17:16Speaker 3: seen that it would happen in less than a second,
- 17:18Speaker 3: that it would be instantaneous, that you would be you're
- 17:20Speaker 3: under two miles of water, that you'd basically just be
- 17:24Speaker 3: be obliterated in the flash of an eye. I gotta say, Ben,
- 17:28Speaker 3: that is a much better way to go than locked
- 17:32Speaker 3: in a dark can at the bottom of the ocean
- 17:35Speaker 3: for three days as your oxygen is going away and
- 17:39Speaker 3: you're in utter terror. Yeah, I felt grateful. Look, and
- 17:44Speaker 3: nobody wants any of that to happen, but you'd much
- 17:47Speaker 3: rather it happened instantaneously than through a long, agonizing hell.
- 17:53Speaker 3: And so I guess that's sort of good news that
- 17:56Speaker 3: it was at least quick and painless rather than a torture.
- 18:01Speaker 2: And yet the White House didn't tell the truth to
- 18:04Speaker 2: the people involved, apparently knowing that this so it was
- 18:07Speaker 2: torture to the found Sunday, the family torture like political reasons.
- 18:11Speaker 3: If you're the child, if you're the brother, if you're
- 18:14Speaker 3: the sister, if you're the mom, if you're the dad,
- 18:18Speaker 3: what's your reaction right now? Hey, wait, you guys knew
- 18:21Speaker 3: about this days ago and just didn't bother to tell
- 18:24Speaker 3: us and told us to hold out hope that that
- 18:26Speaker 3: that they were still alive.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Yeah, and the same news cycle, And this goes back
- 18:31Speaker 2: to do you trust Senator anything out of this administration
- 18:35Speaker 2: and not just the White House directly. You talk about
- 18:38Speaker 2: this quote new accounting error. We talked about this on
- 18:41Speaker 2: Verdicts several weeks ago, where the Pentagon had an accounting error,
- 18:45Speaker 2: for example, and we sent a bunch more equipment, military
- 18:49Speaker 2: grade equipment, lethal equipment to Ukraine. Then they revised that
- 18:54Speaker 2: number yet again and we sent billions and billions and
- 18:59Speaker 2: billions of dollars. There's more of lethal equipment to Ukraine
- 19:02Speaker 2: than anyone knew about. And they're saying, oh, it was
- 19:05Speaker 2: an accounting error and that was coming from the Pentagon. Again,
- 19:09Speaker 2: if they want to just do this war with Ukraine,
- 19:11Speaker 2: they're basically saying, hey, we're gonna tell you it's a
- 19:13Speaker 2: certain amount of money.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Then we're gonna say we got it wrong. Then we're
- 19:16Speaker 1: gonna say.
- 19:16Speaker 2: We got it wrong again, which more than double the number,
- 19:19Speaker 2: and now we're in this thing for hundreds of billions
- 19:21Speaker 2: of dollars.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Look at this point, my level of trust in what
- 19:26Speaker 3: the Biden administration says is abysmally low because they've demonstrated
- 19:32Speaker 3: over and over again they're willing to say things that
- 19:34Speaker 3: are false. Listen, Kareem John Pierre stands up at the
- 19:37Speaker 3: White House podium day after day after day and tells
- 19:40Speaker 3: bald face lies. She doesn't even pretend, she lies on
- 19:45Speaker 3: behalf of the president every day. And this is facilitated.
- 19:48Speaker 3: It's the point we talk about a lot on the podcast.
- 19:50Speaker 3: It's facilitated. I blame the media, I blame CNN, I
- 19:54Speaker 3: blame MSNBC, I blame ABC, CBS, NBC because they don't
- 20:00Speaker 3: hover their lies, they cover up for them, and so
- 20:03Speaker 3: it facilitates. They are the enablers of this dishonesty.
- 20:10Speaker 2: And how big of an issue is that when and
- 20:12Speaker 2: we're talking about six point two billion here right, the
- 20:15Speaker 2: Pentagon made is stunning six point two billion dollar accounting error,
- 20:19Speaker 2: and it provides extra aid, lethal aid to Ukraine. Like,
- 20:23Speaker 2: when as a senator and you hear this, does that
- 20:27Speaker 2: make you roll your eyes? Does that make you angry?
- 20:30Speaker 2: What are other people saying around you on Capol Hill
- 20:32Speaker 2: when you see something like that, like or do they
- 20:35Speaker 2: just know that? They basically said, Hey, we're gonna lie
- 20:37Speaker 2: to you guys on Capitol Hill. We're gonna do what
- 20:39Speaker 2: we want to do the Biden administration wants to do.
- 20:41Speaker 2: We don't really give a crap if you approved it
- 20:43Speaker 2: or not, because we're gonna call it an accounting error.
- 20:46Speaker 3: I have no confidence in what the Biden administration says
- 20:50Speaker 3: anymore because they've demonstrated that they are willing to cover up,
- 20:55Speaker 3: that they are willing to lie. And let's go back
- 20:58Speaker 3: to what these whistleblowers have testified. These whistleblowers have testified
- 21:02Speaker 3: that the Department of Justice actively interfered in the investigation
- 21:06Speaker 3: to prevent any investigation of Joe Biden's personal corruption. Look,
- 21:12Speaker 3: as we talked about on the podcast last week, I
- 21:14Speaker 3: had the Deputy director of the FBI. I asked him
- 21:16Speaker 3: about the FD ten twenty three he's Stonewaald. I asked
- 21:19Speaker 3: him about the seventeen voice recordings he's stonewalld the degree
- 21:23Speaker 3: to which this administration has politicized the entirety of government,
- 21:29Speaker 3: and they rationalize it. They rationalize it because they believe
- 21:33Speaker 3: Donald Trump is evil, and so everything is justified in
- 21:37Speaker 3: pursuit of fighting Donald Trump. But it is ripping to
- 21:43Speaker 3: shreds the integrity of the institutions of our government. That
- 21:47Speaker 3: is very, very dangerous.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Let me ask you also about moving forward here. There's
- 21:53Speaker 2: so many people that believe that the Hunter Biden issue
- 21:56Speaker 2: is over, so therefore apparently all of this is over right.
- 22:01Speaker 1: That's not true.
- 22:02Speaker 2: The whistleblowers keep coming forward and they keep giving out
- 22:05Speaker 2: more and more damning details, just like what you mentioned
- 22:07Speaker 2: and what we're talking about here tonight.
- 22:09Speaker 1: But moving forward.
- 22:11Speaker 2: What is the best point of attack for Congress?
- 22:18Speaker 1: And are there.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Any investigations into the president since this with apparently has
- 22:24Speaker 2: been wrapped up with Hunter Biden, is there any active
- 22:27Speaker 2: investigations that we know of for him or is this
- 22:30Speaker 2: just going to be Congress exposing it and that's gonna
- 22:32Speaker 2: be it.
- 22:34Speaker 3: Well, there is ostensibly a special counsel investigating Joe Biden's
- 22:41Speaker 3: possession of classified documents. Remember Robert Hurr, he was announced
- 22:44Speaker 3: we did a podcast about him, and then apparently they
- 22:46Speaker 3: put the special counsel in witness protection because he's disappeared
- 22:50Speaker 3: from site. I don't know what he's doing. We talked
- 22:54Speaker 3: about when he was appointed. And remember this is someone
- 22:57Speaker 3: who had worked for Rod Rosenstein in the Department of
- 23:01Speaker 3: Justice when you had the deep state waging war against
- 23:05Speaker 3: Donald Trump. I said, listen. To tell as to whether
- 23:10Speaker 3: mister Hurr will be a real prosecutor or not is
- 23:13Speaker 3: whether he is willing to investigate the evidence of corruption
- 23:18Speaker 3: of the family business of Hunter Biden selling access in
- 23:22Speaker 3: Joe Biden profiting from it. Now we know that the
- 23:25Speaker 3: rest of justice, at least according to these whistleblowers, And
- 23:27Speaker 3: to be clear, I want to underscore this again, we
- 23:30Speaker 3: don't know that what the whistleblowers are saying is accurate.
- 23:34Speaker 3: There's a lot of reason to think it's accurate. I mean,
- 23:36Speaker 3: these are senior IRS investigators who have no reason to lie,
- 23:40Speaker 3: who are not, by any indication partisan Republicans. But there
- 23:47Speaker 3: should be a real and public investigation. And the thing
- 23:51Speaker 3: that is shocking is, at least to date, Joe Biden
- 23:55Speaker 3: hasn't been made to answer questions on this. Hunter Biden
- 23:57Speaker 3: hasn't been made to answer questions on this. Garland hasn't
- 24:00Speaker 3: been made to answer questions on this. Chris Ray hadn't
- 24:03Speaker 3: been made to answer questions on this. The this, this
- 24:09Speaker 3: what's app communication is a smoking gun. This is if
- 24:16Speaker 3: they're making a movie about all the presidents men, if
- 24:20Speaker 3: they're making a movie about Watergate. This is what deep
- 24:24Speaker 3: throat standing in the parking garage in a trench coat,
- 24:28Speaker 3: hands over.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Here's the evidence, to be clear, and I just want
- 24:32Speaker 2: to make sure I quarify this. You believe it is
- 24:35Speaker 2: time for the House side to look at impeachment because
- 24:38Speaker 2: of what we're now seeing.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Absolutely, yes, if this is true on the face of it,
- 24:43Speaker 3: Joe Biden should be impeached. You can't corruptly take bribes
- 24:49Speaker 3: from foreign nationals. You can't do it as vice president,
- 24:52Speaker 3: you can't do it as president. And if you are
- 24:54Speaker 3: profiting to the tunes of millions of dollars from foreign nationals,
- 24:59Speaker 3: you should be impeached. You should be prosecuted, you should
- 25:02Speaker 3: go to jail now. To develop that case, the House
- 25:07Speaker 3: will have to continue developing the evidence that. I don't
- 25:12Speaker 3: believe they have the votes tomorrow to impeach Joe Biden.
- 25:17Speaker 3: I suspect the number of Democrats who would vote to
- 25:19Speaker 3: impeach Biden is zero because they don't care about the facts,
- 25:24Speaker 3: which means they've got to develop a factual predicate so
- 25:28Speaker 3: compelling that they can actually get a majority in the House.
- 25:32Speaker 3: So I don't know that they're there yet, but this
- 25:37Speaker 3: investigation needs to be redoubled and the facts need to
- 25:40Speaker 3: be laid out before the American people, because right now, listen,
- 25:45Speaker 3: these whistleblowers have elevated the gravity of the charges against
- 25:50Speaker 3: Joe Biden on order of magnitude.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Yeah, and you hope the big backfire is that maybe
- 25:56Speaker 2: it is that, yeah, hunter Biden got off, but the
- 25:59Speaker 2: whistleblowers would be so angry over what they just witness
- 26:03Speaker 2: that it may be even more damning for the presidency,
- 26:06Speaker 2: which is what really matters, is the corruption with the
- 26:08Speaker 2: President of the United States of America. I want to
- 26:11Speaker 2: also ask you Center about a very interesting witness you
- 26:14Speaker 2: had before Congress, Riley Gages. He's a famous swimmer who
- 26:18Speaker 2: is standing up for women's sports and saying no to
- 26:21Speaker 2: men participating in women's sports. I'm talking about how it's
- 26:24Speaker 2: destroying women's sports. But first I want to ask you
- 26:27Speaker 2: a question. If you're a guy, are you getting a
- 26:29Speaker 2: little older and you feel like weakness and complacency is
- 26:33Speaker 2: starting to set in. You just feel like you've lost
- 26:36Speaker 2: that edge, your strength and vitality and you don't want
- 26:39Speaker 2: to give in.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Well you're not alone.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Did you know that tsostrum levels have actually declined in
- 26:45Speaker 2: a massive way, historiclows all over the world.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Well, you're not alone.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Like I said, and right now, my friends at Chalk
- 26:54Speaker 2: choq dot com are helping real America men take back
- 26:58Speaker 2: their right to proudly maximize your masculinity, getting rid of
- 27:02Speaker 2: that weakness and complacency and replacing it with that strength
- 27:06Speaker 2: and vitality that you used to have. How they do
- 27:09Speaker 2: it by boosting your testosterum levels up to twenty percent
- 27:12Speaker 2: over ninety days. Now, I've been taking the Chalk Male
- 27:17Speaker 2: Vitality Stack. I can tell you that it works. I
- 27:20Speaker 2: am no longer having to worry about getting that brain fog.
- 27:23Speaker 2: I got my energy back, my focus back, all those
- 27:27Speaker 2: things that I thought were starting to slip away. It
- 27:29Speaker 2: is amazing. And if you want to check out chalco
- 27:32Speaker 2: to choq dot com now use the promo code Ben.
- 27:36Speaker 2: You'll get thirty five percent off any chalk subscription for life.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Yeah for life. Go to choq dot com.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Choq dot com, use a promo code bin for thirty
- 27:47Speaker 2: five percent off and get rid of that weakness and complacency.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Boost your testostrum levels up to twenty percent over ninety days. Uh, Senator,
- 27:56Speaker 2: there was a really interesting hearing and I want to
- 27:59Speaker 2: play part of this. But before we do that, I
- 28:02Speaker 2: just want you to set the stage here. There's been
- 28:04Speaker 2: a massive debate in this country about protecting women's sports.
- 28:09Speaker 2: I've been screaming for the feminists to get their act
- 28:12Speaker 2: together and defend women's sports are being taken over by
- 28:15Speaker 2: men acting like women. There are differences clearly between physical, biological.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Men and women.
- 28:23Speaker 2: We know that, and yet you had witnesses in front
- 28:27Speaker 2: of you that refuse to answer basic questions about the
- 28:32Speaker 2: difference between men and women. And one of those I
- 28:35Speaker 2: want to play this real quick take a listen for
- 28:37Speaker 2: everybody else.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Now, let me ask you, someone who's competed at the
- 28:42Speaker 3: elite level and your experience, is there a difference between
- 28:48Speaker 3: women and men?
- 28:49Speaker 4: Of course, I think we learned this at a very
- 28:52Speaker 4: young age, watching even twelve and unders play. Going through
- 28:56Speaker 4: puberty causes irreversible advantage that no matter the training, no
- 29:01Speaker 4: matter the diet, no matter any alterable change you can make,
- 29:06Speaker 4: will overcome that male advantage.
- 29:09Speaker 2: I just want to stop there because that's such a
- 29:11Speaker 2: basic thing that was accepted in society. Yet the left
- 29:15Speaker 2: is refusing to accept this any longer and it's lunacy.
- 29:21Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. And by the way, the person
- 29:23Speaker 3: I'm talking with at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing is
- 29:26Speaker 3: Riley Gaines. Riley Gaines was an incredibly successful swimmer female
- 29:31Speaker 3: swimmer at the University of Kentucky, and she ended up
- 29:35Speaker 3: competing and tying with Lea Thomas. Lea Thomas is the
- 29:40Speaker 3: biological male who decided that he was a she and
- 29:44Speaker 3: competed as a woman and Leah Thomas. You know, we've
- 29:48Speaker 3: all seen the picture where Leah Thomas is a six
- 29:51Speaker 3: foot four has the arms and chest and body of
- 29:55Speaker 3: a man. And when the two of them tied, the
- 30:00Speaker 3: NCAA forced Lea Thomas to get the meta the trophy
- 30:04Speaker 3: and not Riley Gaines because it wasn't complicated because of politics.
- 30:10Speaker 3: The fact that she was a woman means, sorry, you
- 30:13Speaker 3: don't get the trophy in women's sports, even though she
- 30:16Speaker 3: tied someone who was a biological male, and she I
- 30:20Speaker 3: gotta say Riley Gaines is she is a young woman
- 30:24Speaker 3: in her early twenties. She has shown absolute heroism. She
- 30:31Speaker 3: has been outspoken saying this isn't fair, this isn't right.
- 30:35Speaker 3: I worked, I worked, I trained for hours and hours
- 30:39Speaker 3: and hours. I got up early in the morning, I swam,
- 30:41Speaker 3: and I swam and I swam. She also described how
- 30:45Speaker 3: this insane woke rules that she was forced at the
- 30:49Speaker 3: swim meets to share the same locker room with Leah
- 30:54Speaker 3: Thomas to undress nude. And she said, Leah Thomas has
- 30:58Speaker 3: full genitals of a man. So she's sitting there with
- 31:03Speaker 3: a human being with male genitals right next door. And
- 31:06Speaker 3: she was forced to undress next to her because next
- 31:09Speaker 3: to Leah Thomas, and to be naked. And she said
- 31:13Speaker 3: she was horrified, and many of the other women were too.
- 31:17Speaker 3: But this is the bizarre insanity we live with that
- 31:21Speaker 3: we're telling an eighteen nineteen year old girl. Sorry, you
- 31:24Speaker 3: got to share a locker room with a man and
- 31:26Speaker 3: and see see the full equipment right next to you,
- 31:29Speaker 3: and get naked next to them, and just suck it
- 31:31Speaker 3: up because our left wing politics demand that of.
- 31:34Speaker 1: You, and who wants us for their daughter? Right? And
- 31:37Speaker 1: one of the things about these hearings, and by.
- 31:39Speaker 3: The way, they're doing that to thirteen year olds too,
- 31:42Speaker 3: not even just college kids. I mean they're doing it
- 31:44Speaker 3: to young kids too.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Not only they're doing it to young kids.
- 31:48Speaker 2: But at these hearings there's an interesting dynamic because usually
- 31:52Speaker 2: there's witnesses that come. You guys have witnesses on the right,
- 31:56Speaker 2: Republicans that you call Democrats call witnesses as well. And
- 32:00Speaker 2: you asked a very simple question to an LGBTQ activist
- 32:05Speaker 2: by the name of Kelly Robinson, and this was the
- 32:08Speaker 2: question you asked, and it shows you just how psychotic
- 32:13Speaker 2: the left has become over this issue. They can't even
- 32:16Speaker 2: answer this basic question that you asked.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Ms Robinson. Do you agree with Miss Gaines that there's
- 32:23Speaker 3: a difference between women and men?
- 32:25Speaker 5: If the question is about trans women.
- 32:28Speaker 3: I'm just asking, is there a difference between women and men?
- 32:30Speaker 5: What I can say is that the NCAA has rules
- 32:33Speaker 5: in place.
- 32:33Speaker 6: They've had rules in place for the last decade and
- 32:35Speaker 6: when this competition.
- 32:36Speaker 3: I'm gonna try it rules very clear. Do you believe
- 32:38Speaker 3: there's a difference between women and men. It's a yes no.
- 32:41Speaker 3: Question is do you believe there's a difference?
- 32:43Speaker 6: Oh, I think that we're talking about this case with.
- 32:44Speaker 5: The answer no.
- 32:45Speaker 3: I'm asking a question, do you believe there's a difference
- 32:48Speaker 3: between women and men? Most people could answer this very simply.
- 32:51Speaker 3: I'm curious if you're willing to do so. Oh.
- 32:54Speaker 6: Absolutely, I'm just putting into the context of theation that
- 32:56Speaker 6: we're having.
- 32:57Speaker 5: I think that there are definitions.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Really it is, so I'm trying to get a yes
- 33:01Speaker 3: or no. I'm not trying to get the speech. Is
- 33:04Speaker 3: there a difference between women and men?
- 33:06Speaker 6: I think that there are definitions for biological sex.
- 33:09Speaker 3: So you're not answering. Let me ask you this question, then,
- 33:12Speaker 3: why do women's sports exist? If you can't define a
- 33:16Speaker 3: difference between women and men, why not abolish women's sports
- 33:19Speaker 3: and just tell little girls to swim with little boys
- 33:21Speaker 3: and see who wins.
- 33:22Speaker 6: Oh, I'm simply saying that that sex.
- 33:25Speaker 3: My question, Why do women.
- 33:28Speaker 5: It's a great value, I mean, Senator, I'll tell.
- 33:30Speaker 3: You, please answer the question. I'm asking you absolutely, why
- 33:34Speaker 3: do women's sports exist?
- 33:36Speaker 6: I think that there are so many positive benefits to sports.
- 33:38Speaker 3: But why have a Soccerate Guide category for women. If
- 33:41Speaker 3: there's no difference between women and men, why to have
- 33:43Speaker 3: women's sports.
- 33:45Speaker 6: I'm saying that there's a difference between sex and gender,
- 33:47Speaker 6: and that the NCAA has rules in place, which they
- 33:50Speaker 6: have for the lost decade.
- 33:52Speaker 3: I would like to enter the record an article from
- 33:55Speaker 3: Duke Law called comparing athletic performances for the best elite
- 33:59Speaker 3: women to boys and.
- 34:00Speaker 1: By the way, et cetera.
- 34:01Speaker 2: I was gonna cut it there, but I want you
- 34:03Speaker 2: to explain this part about Duke Law that where you
- 34:05Speaker 2: were going here, and also the fact that Kelly Robinson
- 34:09Speaker 2: couldn't answer a basic damn question is there a difference
- 34:13Speaker 2: between men and women? Because she knows that if she
- 34:16Speaker 2: answers that question. Honestly, the entire joke, the ruse, this,
- 34:21Speaker 2: this absurdity is done with well.
- 34:25Speaker 3: The current delusion of the left is that the answer
- 34:29Speaker 3: to that question is no. I suspect she believes the
- 34:33Speaker 3: answer is no because they've embraced an ideology that says
- 34:37Speaker 3: there's no difference between women and men, that you can
- 34:40Speaker 3: be a man, a woman, a man, a woman, a
- 34:41Speaker 3: man and woman three all on the same day. As
- 34:44Speaker 3: you change your mind at that moment that there are
- 34:47Speaker 3: absolutely no differences. And look, I got to assume somewhere
- 34:50Speaker 3: in the back of her mind she's like, well, wait
- 34:53Speaker 3: a second, Like if you grab a woman and grab
- 34:56Speaker 3: a man and say let's arm wrestle, I know what
- 35:00Speaker 3: the result is likely to be. Now, that doesn't mean
- 35:03Speaker 3: is there's some giant woman who could beat some whimpy
- 35:05Speaker 3: man at arm wrestling. Sure, but the question is are
- 35:08Speaker 3: there basic differences between the genders? From literally the dawn
- 35:13Speaker 3: of humanity? People could answer that question, but her ideology
- 35:17Speaker 3: won't let her. And I think the reason that she
- 35:19Speaker 3: refuses to answer the question is what she wants to say.
- 35:23Speaker 3: What she wants to scream is no, no, no, there
- 35:28Speaker 3: is no difference. But I think she realizes that that
- 35:32Speaker 3: is so nutty that anyone who lives on planet Earth
- 35:37Speaker 3: that is not a wild eyed leftist ideologue is like,
- 35:40Speaker 3: what's wrong with you? What do you mean there's no
- 35:41Speaker 3: difference between women and men? And the second question that
- 35:46Speaker 3: I got to is why have women's sports? Why have
- 35:51Speaker 3: a separate Why have girls' sports? What? Why have girls soccer?
- 35:56Speaker 3: Why have girls softball? Why have girls basketball? Why does
- 36:01Speaker 3: the WNBA exist? Look, Britney gutt Grinder. She was held
- 36:05Speaker 3: in Russia, she came back, She's a WNBA star. Why
- 36:08Speaker 3: have a WNBA? Why not just tell Britney got grinder,
- 36:11Speaker 3: you want to play basketball, go out for the NBA.
- 36:13Speaker 3: Let's see how you do against Lebron James. The answer
- 36:18Speaker 3: obviously is, at least right now, I'm not aware of
- 36:20Speaker 3: any woman on planet Earth who has the skills to
- 36:23Speaker 3: compete in the NBA. Maybe that'll happen. But the reason
- 36:27Speaker 3: we have a WNBA is the same reason we have
- 36:31Speaker 3: girls sixth grade soccer, because it's really valuable for girls
- 36:36Speaker 3: and women to be able to compete and have the
- 36:38Speaker 3: benefits of sports. I say this is the father of daughters.
- 36:42Speaker 3: You know, my girls would be thoroughly discouraged if they
- 36:46Speaker 3: were having to play sports against boys that were larger
- 36:50Speaker 3: and stronger and that had biological advantages. That's what Riley
- 36:53Speaker 3: Gaines testified to. And go ahead and play the rest
- 36:58Speaker 3: of it, because this Duke Law study illustrates just how
- 37:02Speaker 3: compellingly the difference is between the physiology of men and women.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I also want to not just play that part,
- 37:11Speaker 2: but I want to play the part of you talking
- 37:14Speaker 2: really about Riley and just how brave she is. Before
- 37:18Speaker 2: I do that, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
- 37:20Speaker 2: If you are sick and tired of woke companies fighting
- 37:23Speaker 2: against your values, and you're sickond toed of giving your money,

- 37:29Speaker 2: ninety nine percent of you've got a cell phone and

- 38:51Speaker 2: For everybody that's listening right now, this is you, uh,
- 38:54Speaker 2: basically introducing Riley Gains to you know, not just a
- 38:58Speaker 2: lot of people in the world, no, but certainly to Congress.
- 39:01Speaker 1: And here's what you had to say about her at
- 39:03Speaker 1: the beginning.
- 39:05Speaker 3: James, I want to thank you for your courage. You
- 39:08Speaker 3: are relatively young, but you have demonstrated incredible courage. And
- 39:15Speaker 3: because you have dared to speak up, you have been demonized.
- 39:19Speaker 3: You had been vilified. I saw when you were attacked
- 39:23Speaker 3: by a leftist mob at San Francisco State University for
- 39:28Speaker 3: daring to speak up. You had an incredible record as
- 39:32Speaker 3: a swimmer at the University of Kentucky. You were a
- 39:34Speaker 3: two time NCAA All American, you were a five time
- 39:37Speaker 3: SEC champion, You're an SEC record holder and a two
- 39:41Speaker 3: time Olympic trial qualifier. But yet on March twenty seventh,
- 39:46Speaker 3: twenty twenty two, something changed. What happened on March twenty
- 39:51Speaker 3: secon On March seventeenth, twenty twenty two.
- 39:54Speaker 4: That's when Thomas and I race in the two hundred
- 39:56Speaker 4: freestyle and again resulted in a tie.
- 40:01Speaker 3: And so you tied. What was the consequence of time?
- 40:05Speaker 4: We went behind the awards podium more typically, you're handed
- 40:08Speaker 4: your trophy, you're marched out, you're named an All American.
- 40:11Speaker 4: And so we go back there and the official looks
- 40:13Speaker 4: at both Thomas and myself and says, great job butt
- 40:15Speaker 4: you guys tied and we only have one trophy. Therefore,
- 40:18Speaker 4: we're giving.
- 40:19Speaker 5: This trophy to Leah.
- 40:20Speaker 4: And I questioned this, and I say why, And at
- 40:23Speaker 4: first I shortened it in my testimony, but really he
- 40:26Speaker 4: stumbled on his words. He didn't know how to answer this.
- 40:29Speaker 4: And at first he's, uh, well, we're just doing this
- 40:33Speaker 4: in chronological order, to which I further pressed and I said, okay, well,
- 40:36Speaker 4: what are you being chronological about?
- 40:38Speaker 5: Because we tied, and if we're doing this.
- 40:40Speaker 4: Off alphabetical order, G comes before T, so what are
- 40:43Speaker 4: you being chronological about?
- 40:45Speaker 5: To which this wasn't a.
- 40:46Speaker 4: Script they had prepared for him, and he actually appreciate
- 40:50Speaker 4: his honesty. He did say, we have to give the
- 40:52Speaker 4: trophy for Leah because we Leah has to have it
- 40:55Speaker 4: for pictures. They've made that clear. Leah has to have
- 40:58Speaker 4: the trophy for pictures. You can post with this trophy,
- 41:01Speaker 4: but you have to give yours back. You have to
- 41:03Speaker 4: go home empty handed. Leah Thomas takes the trophy home.
- 41:06Speaker 5: End of story.
- 41:08Speaker 3: Now let me ask you, someone who's competed at the
- 41:10Speaker 3: elite level and your experience, is there a difference between
- 41:15Speaker 3: women and men?
- 41:17Speaker 4: Of course, I think we learned this at a very
- 41:20Speaker 4: young age, watching even twelve and unders play. Going through
- 41:23Speaker 4: puberty causes irreversible advantage that no matter the training, no
- 41:29Speaker 4: matter the diet, no matter any alterable change you can make,
- 41:33Speaker 4: will overcome that male advantage, especially in sports like swimming
- 41:38Speaker 4: where lung capacity matters so much. Even something as silly
- 41:42Speaker 4: as throat size, men have on average a forty percent
- 41:45Speaker 4: larger throat, which sounds like it's nothing, but when you're
- 41:48Speaker 4: grasping for air, that forty percent larger throat makes a
- 41:51Speaker 4: huge difference in athletic success. Not to mention height, you
- 41:54Speaker 4: guys know the differences.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Not only did I think that part that that Riley
- 42:00Speaker 2: was explaining, and just how unfairly she was treated behind
- 42:05Speaker 2: that stage was just horrific. If you have children, you
- 42:09Speaker 2: can't I can't imagine watching your daughter be treated this way.
- 42:13Speaker 2: But then Centater, you also went to something else and
- 42:16Speaker 2: you said you want to put into the record, and
- 42:18Speaker 2: it's a study from Duke University, and I want people
- 42:20Speaker 2: to hear what you said, and I.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Would like to enter the record. An article from Duke
- 42:26Speaker 3: Law called comparing athletic performances for the best elite women
- 42:30Speaker 3: to boys and men, and it goes through examining in
- 42:33Speaker 3: twenty seventeen the top records for women in the world
- 42:36Speaker 3: in various track and field events. So, for example, in
- 42:39Speaker 3: one hundred meter the top record for women in the
- 42:41Speaker 3: world was ten point seventy one seconds. Now, that record
- 42:45Speaker 3: for the number one woman in the world in twenty
- 42:47Speaker 3: seventeen was in the year twenty seventeen broken by one
- 42:52Speaker 3: hundred and twenty four boys under eighteen. In that same year,
- 42:58Speaker 3: the record for the number one compeding women in the
- 43:01Speaker 3: hundred yard one hundred meter dash in the world was
- 43:03Speaker 3: broken by a total of two four hundred and seventy
- 43:06Speaker 3: four men. If the radical Democrat agenda to destroy girls
- 43:11Speaker 3: sports and women's sports succeeds, little girls will not have
- 43:15Speaker 3: a chance to compete. So I ask unanimous consent that
- 43:18Speaker 3: this article be entered into.
- 43:19Speaker 5: The record without objection.
- 43:21Speaker 3: Senator Padia.
- 43:22Speaker 2: I mean, that's the factsier, Senator. And you've got two
- 43:26Speaker 2: daughters that play sports. If there is not a difference
- 43:30Speaker 2: that we keep between women's sports and men's sports, women
- 43:36Speaker 2: will not only cease to exist, they won't even be allowed,
- 43:41Speaker 2: in essence, I would say, to even compete, and all
- 43:45Speaker 2: of their records will disappear instantly when men acting like
- 43:50Speaker 2: women decide to come in and take over, just like
- 43:52Speaker 2: this one swimmer did, destroying people and records in women's sports.
- 43:58Speaker 3: Well, and I want you to focus on what that
- 44:00Speaker 3: study concluded. And by the way, if I had more time,
- 44:03Speaker 3: I'd run out of time. Those numbers were consistently the
- 44:07Speaker 3: same for the two hundred meter, for the four hundred meter,
- 44:09Speaker 3: for sixteen hundred late like at every track and field event,
- 44:13Speaker 3: that was true at all of them. I just started
- 44:15Speaker 3: with one hundred meter, but the one hundred meter think
- 44:18Speaker 3: about it. In twenty seventeen, which was the year the
- 44:20Speaker 3: study was examining the fastest woman in the world. Grown women,
- 44:26Speaker 3: more than one hundred teenage boys beat her time. Teenage boys,
- 44:31Speaker 3: so teenage boys, not eighteen boys under eighteen. More than
- 44:36Speaker 3: one hundred teenage boys beat the time of the fastest
- 44:39Speaker 3: woman in the world, and more than two thousand men
- 44:45Speaker 3: beat her time. If you want to eliminate women's sports,
- 44:51Speaker 3: then you can embrace the radical democratic agenda of saying,
- 44:55Speaker 3: let biological males compete against women, and you will see
- 44:59Speaker 3: girls sports and women's sports disappear. And look, does do
- 45:04Speaker 3: democrats want to kill girls sports and women's sports. Probably not.
- 45:08Speaker 3: It's just they care more about this radical trans ideology
- 45:13Speaker 3: that they do about preserving girls sports and women's sports,
- 45:16Speaker 3: So they're like, well, yeah, that's an unfortunate consequence, but
- 45:19Speaker 3: oh well, our ideology matters more.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Yeah. Pandora's box has been open. They don't want to
- 45:25Speaker 1: shut it.
- 45:25Speaker 2: They don't want to look like they're shutting it, so
- 45:27Speaker 2: they're just going to go with its insanity for as
- 45:29Speaker 2: long as they can. I really hope that when people
- 45:31Speaker 2: here not only her testimony, but you're questioning that it
- 45:35Speaker 2: inspires mothers and fathers to stand up for women's sports,
- 45:41Speaker 2: for girls sports at every single level, and not to
- 45:45Speaker 2: just stand by and think that this is going to
- 45:47Speaker 2: somehow just kind of go away.
- 45:49Speaker 1: I don't believe that it's just going to go away.
- 45:51Speaker 2: I think we're going to have to make it very
- 45:54Speaker 2: clear that women's sports must stand alone without men infiltrating
- 45:58Speaker 2: them and destroying what has been set up to allow
- 46:04Speaker 2: for women to compete at the highest levels with other
- 46:06Speaker 2: women and for men to compete at the highest level
- 46:09Speaker 2: with other men. It's important that we have both categories.
- 46:13Speaker 1: And when you.
- 46:14Speaker 2: Start allowing dudes who can't make it, and let's be clear,
- 46:17Speaker 2: that's exactly what happened with the swimmer.
- 46:19Speaker 1: He swam in college and didn't make it.
- 46:21Speaker 2: So he said, I'm going to go act like a
- 46:23Speaker 2: woman even though I'm clearly a man, and I'm going
- 46:25Speaker 2: to win an NCAA title, and they let him, and
- 46:28Speaker 2: the NCAA cheered him on, and the activist democratic community
- 46:32Speaker 2: cheered him on as will. And it's destroying women who've
- 46:35Speaker 2: worked so hard, just like this witness.
- 46:37Speaker 1: It was amazing testimony.
- 46:38Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 46:40Speaker 3: And Ben. Let me make a final point on this,
- 46:43Speaker 3: which is this is not actually about sexual orientation, about
- 46:50Speaker 3: gays or lesbians. This is not about any of that.
- 46:53Speaker 3: It's about fairness. It's about basic fairness because, by the way,
- 46:59Speaker 3: I think it's perfectly fine if a girl wants to
- 47:03Speaker 3: compete against boys, if she's got the skills, Like you know,
- 47:06Speaker 3: I mentioned the NBA, maybe one day there will be
- 47:09Speaker 3: a woman that is skilled enough that she can compete
- 47:12Speaker 3: in the NBA. That would be pretty cool if it
- 47:14Speaker 3: could happen. It hasn't happened yet. But look Spudweb. Spudweb
- 47:20Speaker 3: was what like five six, and you know, he's a
- 47:23Speaker 3: little short guy who competed in the NBA. He was
- 47:25Speaker 3: quick enough and he won the slam Dug competition. So
- 47:27Speaker 3: maybe there will be a woman that has the skills
- 47:29Speaker 3: to compete against the gigantic men in the NBA. It
- 47:33Speaker 3: hasn't happened yet. We have seen so college football, there
- 47:37Speaker 3: have been women that have been field goal kickers. Okay,
- 47:39Speaker 3: that's fine. It's not unfair. If a woman has the
- 47:45Speaker 3: skills to compete against boys or men who have a
- 47:49Speaker 3: physical advantage, and she's able to compete, great. What's unfair
- 47:54Speaker 3: is taking advantage of the physiological additional strength and advantages
- 48:01Speaker 3: that boys and men's have to beat girls and women.
- 48:05Speaker 3: That that's the part that's unfair.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt.
- 48:09Speaker 2: I remember when a woman for the first time competed
- 48:12Speaker 2: on the PGA Tour, Eric Consortstein. It was amazing. The
- 48:15Speaker 2: ratings went through the roof right. People cheered it on,
- 48:18Speaker 2: they wanted to watch it. But if you have one
- 48:21Speaker 2: hundred men show up next weekend to play on the
- 48:23Speaker 2: LPGA Tour and take away all of those paychecks from
- 48:27Speaker 2: women and beat all of those women, that is, as
- 48:30Speaker 2: you just described it, unfair. I hope moms and dads
- 48:33Speaker 2: will be inspired by this. I hope they will fight
- 48:36Speaker 2: for their kids at the local level. And we got
- 48:38Speaker 2: to keep fighting to protect women's sports. And the sad
- 48:41Speaker 2: part is the feminists still have not woken up and
- 48:43Speaker 2: realized that they are not doing their job right now
- 48:47Speaker 2: protecting women's sports, which they claim to be all about.
- 48:50Speaker 2: And I hope they figured out very soon. Don't forget
