- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome it as a verdict. With Senator Ted Cruz Ben
- 0:04Speaker 1: Ferguson with you, Senator, We've got some victories to talk
- 0:07Speaker 1: about that are big for this country coming up in
- 0:10Speaker 1: just a moment. But before we get to that, an
- 0:13Speaker 1: FBI special agent has come forward as a whistleblower, along
- 0:19Speaker 1: with several other whistle blowers who have now gone before
- 0:24Speaker 1: Congress on the House side Jim Jordan's committee, I want
- 0:27Speaker 1: to get your just initial reaction to finally getting to
- 0:31Speaker 1: see what these whistleblowers are saying.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Well, the evidence keeps coming out every day about just
- 0:37Speaker 2: how politicized and how weaponized the FBI and the Department
- 0:41Speaker 2: of Justice has become under Joe Biden. Yesterday in the
- 0:45Speaker 2: House of Representatives and hearing chaired by Jim Jordan, there
- 0:49Speaker 2: was testimony from multiple FBI whistleblowers who heroically came forward
- 0:55Speaker 2: at enormous risk to themselves, at enormous risk to themselves,
- 0:59Speaker 2: to their career, to their livelihoods, to the ability to
- 1:02Speaker 2: feed their families, and among other things. They testified that
- 1:06Speaker 2: that risk was not theoretical, but it was it was
- 1:10Speaker 2: very real, and yet they were so disturbed by the
- 1:15Speaker 2: politicization by the corruption that they had witnessed at the
- 1:19Speaker 2: FBI that they felt obliged to come forward, and it
- 1:23Speaker 2: really was striking. This is a continuation of the two
- 1:27Speaker 2: podcasts we did last week, the special Interview with Jim Jordan,
- 1:31Speaker 2: where Jim previewed this testimony with us on the two
- 1:34Speaker 2: podcasts last week, and and if you didn't listen to
- 1:36Speaker 2: them last week, you should go back and listen to
- 1:38Speaker 2: Jim walking through the evidence of weaponization that has been
- 1:43Speaker 2: developed by the House to date. But the hearing yesterday, well,
- 1:48Speaker 2: it started with Jim Jordan giving a warning to the
- 1:52Speaker 2: FBI whistleblowers who could come forward. Listen to what Jim
- 1:56Speaker 2: warned them as the hearing began. We've talked over two
- 1:59Speaker 2: dozen workustle blowers. People have come to us.
- 2:02Speaker 3: We've interviewed several of those, and today three of them,
- 2:05Speaker 3: three of those brave whistle blowers and the lawyer who
- 2:08Speaker 3: represents them, will tell us their story. They will tell
- 2:12Speaker 3: us what happened, what they saw, and then what happened
- 2:15Speaker 3: to them because they were courageous enough to report it
- 2:18Speaker 3: to Congress. And I just want to tell you, guys,
- 2:21Speaker 3: get ready, get ready, because these guys are going to
- 2:24Speaker 3: come after you.
- 2:25Speaker 4: You know they are last hearing we had.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Last hearing we had we had two journalists Democrats, two
- 2:33Speaker 3: Democrat journalists set right where you guys did, and these
- 2:36Speaker 3: guys tried to get them to divulge their sources. Someone
- 2:38Speaker 3: needs to tell them how the First Amendment works. And
- 2:41Speaker 3: while mister Tayabe, one of those award winning journalists setting
- 2:44Speaker 3: right where you're setting, was testifying, guess what else was happening.
- 2:48Speaker 3: The irs was knocking on his door. So get ready.
- 2:52Speaker 3: But I know you're up to the task because you
- 2:55Speaker 3: came forward in the first place.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Senator, you listened to Jim Jordan's warning, and it's clearly
- 3:00Speaker 1: accurate based on what these whistleblowers have experienced, including the
- 3:04Speaker 1: fact that this FBI whistleblower testified for the first time
- 3:08Speaker 1: publicly that not only did he swear to defend this
- 3:10Speaker 1: country from enemies both foreign and domestic, but he didn't
- 3:14Speaker 1: realize that he was going to have to sacrifice his
- 3:17Speaker 1: entire career after being a whistleblower when the FBI retaliated
- 3:23Speaker 1: against him. And that's not what the law says it's
- 3:26Speaker 1: supposed to happen.
- 3:28Speaker 2: That's exactly right under federal law. If you come forward
- 3:31Speaker 2: as a whistleblower, you're entitled to the protection of law,
- 3:34Speaker 2: and it is illegal. It is a crime for your
- 3:38Speaker 2: employer to retaliate against you for being a whistleblower for
- 3:43Speaker 2: exposing corruption, especially when you're taking it to the United
- 3:47Speaker 2: States Congress. The Congress has a responsibility under a constitution
- 3:51Speaker 2: to engage in oversight. And yet the FBI sadly that
- 3:56Speaker 2: they're so brazen in how politicized they are that they
- 4:00Speaker 2: didn't hesitate to go after these guys directly and immediately. Well, here,
- 4:05Speaker 2: listen to the testimony from one of the witnesses about
- 4:11Speaker 2: how they went after him very directly.
- 4:14Speaker 5: It's currently in place at the FBI are clearly inadequate
- 4:17Speaker 5: and must be reworked to protect whistle blowers and others
- 4:19Speaker 5: who are inappropriately targeted. The FBI can extract whatever they
- 4:24Speaker 5: want from me. I'm willing to bear that burden. I've
- 4:27Speaker 5: sworn to defend this country from enemies, both foreign and domestic,
- 4:30Speaker 5: even if that means sacrificing my life. I've lived that
- 4:33Speaker 5: oath out since first enlisting in the army, consistently saying here,
- 4:36Speaker 5: am I send me my oath, however, did not include
- 4:40Speaker 5: sacrificing the hopes, dreams, and livelihood of my family, my strong,
- 4:44Speaker 5: beautiful and courageous wife and our four sweet and beautiful
- 4:48Speaker 5: daughters who have endured this process along with me. In
- 4:51Speaker 5: weaponized fashion, the FBI allowed me to accept orders to
- 4:53Speaker 5: a new position halfway across the country. They allowed us
- 4:56Speaker 5: to sell my family's home. They ordered me to report
- 4:58Speaker 5: to the new unit when our youngest, a Or, was
- 5:00Speaker 5: two weeks old. Then on my first day on the
- 5:03Speaker 5: new assignment, they suspended me, rendering my family homeless. They
- 5:09Speaker 5: refused to release our goods, including our clothes.
- 5:12Speaker 4: For weeks.
- 5:14Speaker 5: All I wanted to do was serve my country by
- 5:16Speaker 5: stopping bad guys and protecting the innocent. To my chagrin,
- 5:20Speaker 5: bad guys have begun running parts of the government, making
- 5:22Speaker 5: it difficult to continue to serve this nation and protect
- 5:25Speaker 5: the innocent. But I, for one, will never stop trying,
- 5:28Speaker 5: and I'll never forget my oath.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Sater.
- 5:31Speaker 1: You hear him there, He gets choked up because it's
- 5:34Speaker 1: obvious the FBI knew what they were doing. They decided, Okay,
- 5:37Speaker 1: you're gonna whistle blow. You're not going to be one
- 5:39Speaker 1: of us, you're going to tell the truth. Fine, we'll
- 5:42Speaker 1: ship you off to a new job, and then when
- 5:44Speaker 1: you get there on day one, we are going to
- 5:47Speaker 1: suspend you, leave you home with and hold your goods hostage.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Is that not the definition of retaliation?
- 5:55Speaker 2: Well, it's petty, it's vindictive, and understand the timeline. And
- 6:00Speaker 2: he laid out that they did this after he had
- 6:03Speaker 2: come forward as a whistleblower. So they transfer him, he
- 6:06Speaker 2: sells his house, he moves his family, and then boom,
- 6:09Speaker 2: when he gets there, the job that he was transferred
- 6:12Speaker 2: to do, he's prevented from doing. And that, you know,
- 6:17Speaker 2: it reveals a lot that his supervisors seemingly have no
- 6:22Speaker 2: fear of any consequences for this retaliation. They're in a culture. Look,
- 6:27Speaker 2: this is the same culture that pervaded the FBI, that
- 6:31Speaker 2: led the FBI to target Donald Trump when he was
- 6:34Speaker 2: the Republican nominee for president and to feel like they
- 6:38Speaker 2: needn't worry about whether there was any evidence of collusion
- 6:42Speaker 2: with Russia. They needn't worry about whether the thing they
- 6:45Speaker 2: were investigating, the Steel Dossier, was a fraudulent piece of
- 6:49Speaker 2: opposition research paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign, which
- 6:53Speaker 2: it was and which they had every reason to know
- 6:55Speaker 2: that it was, because, unfortunately, it appears that these corrupt
- 7:03Speaker 2: partisans in senior positions at the FBI believe they are
- 7:09Speaker 2: impervious to the strictures of law or to any accountability.
- 7:16Speaker 2: It's the same arrogance that pervaded the IRS, that led
- 7:22Speaker 2: the IRS to come knocking on the door of journalist
- 7:25Speaker 2: Matt Taibi literally while he is sitting testifying before Congress.
- 7:31Speaker 2: They didn't have the good good sense to wait a
- 7:33Speaker 2: day or a week and make it seem coincidental. They
- 7:36Speaker 2: wanted you to know you rat on us, We're coming
- 7:40Speaker 2: after you. That's the same vindictiveness the FBI is demonstrating here.
- 7:45Speaker 1: You look at this testimony from this former FBI agent
- 7:48Speaker 1: Center and not only do you serve in the US
- 7:50Speaker 1: Army as an infantryman in Iraq and Afghanistan for a
- 7:53Speaker 1: year each, but according to his testimony in the report,
- 7:56Speaker 1: he received the combat infantryman bad just the man that
- 7:59Speaker 1: believed in this country. He also the report alleges that
- 8:03Speaker 1: the whistleblower testimony reveals quote that the FBI's partisan leadership
- 8:09Speaker 1: is currently engaged in a purge of agents who hold
- 8:14Speaker 1: conservative beliefs and I want to get your reaction to that.
- 8:17Speaker 1: But first let me tell you about a friends at
- 8:18Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Medals. You know what's been going on with
- 8:21Speaker 1: the economy, with interest rates, with some bank failures, it's

- 8:29Speaker 1: to do it. With my friends at Augusta Precious Metals.

- 9:15Speaker 1: number four gold Ira to learn how to protect your
- 9:17Speaker 1: retirement and get your free gold coin augusta Precious Metals
- 9:21Speaker 1: dot Com. Senator, you hear this whistleblower A ladds that
- 9:25Speaker 1: the FBI's partisan leadership is currently engaged in a purge
- 9:28Speaker 1: of agents who hold conservative beliefs. The whistleblower even disclose
- 9:34Speaker 1: that many of their jobs, their career paths have been
- 9:37Speaker 1: basically stunted on purpose to get them frustrated so they'll
- 9:41Speaker 1: maybe just leave on their own.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Well. Unfortunately, I think this is a pattern we're seeing
- 9:46Speaker 2: throughout the Biden administration, but particularly in areas of the
- 9:50Speaker 2: military and law enforcement. I think they're doing everything they
- 9:54Speaker 2: can to try to drive conservatives out of government. We've
- 9:58Speaker 2: talked on this podcast before. I think that was one
- 10:02Speaker 2: of the major objectives of the Biden vaccine mandate for
- 10:07Speaker 2: government employees is that they knew that those men and
- 10:10Speaker 2: women who refused to take the vaccine were much more
- 10:13Speaker 2: likely to be conservative, and their view was good riddance.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Get them out of the FBI, get them out of DOJ,
- 10:19Speaker 2: get them out of the military, get them out of
- 10:20Speaker 2: the border patrol, get them out of the federal government.
- 10:23Speaker 2: And it is part of turning all of the enforcement
- 10:29Speaker 2: mechanism of the government into a weapon, a weapon to
- 10:34Speaker 2: be used to target your enemies. And so that weapon
- 10:37Speaker 2: is used against the individual employees who happen to be conservative,
- 10:42Speaker 2: and it's also used against American citizens because when you've
- 10:46Speaker 2: driven all the conservatives out, those who remain appear far
- 10:51Speaker 2: more willing to be complicit in the abuse of power.
- 10:55Speaker 2: And I got to tell you, as I am in DC,
- 10:59Speaker 2: as i'm back in Texas, as I travel around, I
- 11:02Speaker 2: regularly speak to employees at the Department of Justice, employees
- 11:06Speaker 2: at the FBI, whether special agents, whether prosecutors, who are
- 11:11Speaker 2: deeply dismayed at what they're seeing in the department. And
- 11:16Speaker 2: they're dismayed, but they're afraid to speak out. They're afraid
- 11:19Speaker 2: because the consequences, because they believe in their mission. Look,
- 11:22Speaker 2: most people that are at DOJ or the FBI, they
- 11:25Speaker 2: sign up because they want to stop bad guys. They
- 11:27Speaker 2: want to lock up child predators, they want to lock
- 11:30Speaker 2: up terrorists, they want to keep America safe. And there
- 11:34Speaker 2: are thousands upon thousands of honorable heroes at DOJ and
- 11:38Speaker 2: the FBI, but many of them right now are scared
- 11:41Speaker 2: to speak. And I got to say, one of the
- 11:43Speaker 2: more chilling exchanges in the testimony today was when one
- 11:49Speaker 2: of the witnesses was asked would he advise another whistleblower
- 11:54Speaker 2: to come forward.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Listen to his answer, mister.
- 11:58Speaker 6: Boyle, we just heard from your interaction with mister Gates
- 12:02Speaker 6: and how all of this occurred and all of the
- 12:05Speaker 6: hardships you've gone through. If one of your really good friends,
- 12:08Speaker 6: your former colleagues, came to you and said, I have
- 12:11Speaker 6: this thing that is being covered up and I think
- 12:14Speaker 6: the American people need to know about it, what advice
- 12:18Speaker 6: would you give them.
- 12:20Speaker 5: I'll tell them first to pray about it long and hard,
- 12:24Speaker 5: and I would tell them I could take it to
- 12:26Speaker 5: Congress for them, or I could put them in touch
- 12:28Speaker 5: with Congress, but I would advise them not to do it.
- 12:32Speaker 6: So you would legitimately try to protect one of your
- 12:34Speaker 6: colleagues from doing what you have done.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Absolutely, and how do you think.
- 12:39Speaker 6: That solves being able to shine light on corruption, weaponization,
- 12:42Speaker 6: any kind of misconduct that exists with the American people.
- 12:45Speaker 4: It doesn't solve it. But the FBI will crush you.
- 12:48Speaker 5: This government will crush you and your family if you
- 12:52Speaker 5: try to expose the truth about things that they are
- 12:54Speaker 5: doing that are wrong, and we are all examples of that.
- 12:59Speaker 6: I can't think of a more so wearing way to
- 13:00Speaker 6: end a hearing.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Iiel back, I.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Mean, you hear that, and I do think it's shocking,
- 13:05Speaker 1: But I think Democrats are proud of this moment Center.
- 13:08Speaker 1: They're like, good, you should be scared, you should be terrified.
- 13:12Speaker 1: This is intimidation, this is what they want.
- 13:16Speaker 2: And I got to say, one of the more disappointing
- 13:19Speaker 2: aspects of yesterday's hearing was the Democrat congress men and
- 13:24Speaker 2: women who were perfectly happy to attack these FBI whistleblowers.
- 13:30Speaker 2: They treat this as a partisan battle, our team versus
- 13:33Speaker 2: their team, and in their view, if you dare dissent
- 13:40Speaker 2: from the brutal repression of descent, then you're suddenly the enemy.
- 13:48Speaker 2: And I got to say, look, I get that they're
- 13:51Speaker 2: partisan battles in Washington, but I have to admit if
- 13:56Speaker 2: the shoe were on the other foot, and this testimony
- 14:01Speaker 2: about the weaponization of the FBI to target people because
- 14:07Speaker 2: of their political views on the left, I'm quite confident
- 14:10Speaker 2: I would be. Every bit is dismayed, and I wonder
- 14:15Speaker 2: where is the Democrat who cares about the rule of law,
- 14:19Speaker 2: even if the Democrat happens to you know, not like
- 14:24Speaker 2: the conservatives who are the target of this persecution. Is
- 14:28Speaker 2: is there not a single Democrat congressman who says, well, gosh,
- 14:32Speaker 2: if the DOJ and FBI can be turned to attack
- 14:37Speaker 2: the political opponents of the White House, you know, that
- 14:40Speaker 2: could happen to us too. Now, mind you, they're rhetoric.
- 14:43Speaker 2: They claimed it happened under Trump all the time. But
- 14:47Speaker 2: if you actually look to evidence, the Department of Justice
- 14:50Speaker 2: didn't do that. It didn't didn't go out and persecute
- 14:53Speaker 2: the political opponents of the president. In fact, they should
- 14:57Speaker 2: have done much more going after Antifa, violent criminals, but
- 15:01Speaker 2: not for their political views. Look, you can be a
- 15:03Speaker 2: leftist or an anarchist if you want. That's not criminal.
- 15:07Speaker 2: But when you light cities on fire, and you loot stores,
- 15:10Speaker 2: and you assault people and murder people, that is criminal.
- 15:13Speaker 2: And if anything, I think that Trump DOJ should have
- 15:15Speaker 2: been much more vigorous in going after violent criminals. But
- 15:18Speaker 2: that's not politicization, that's actually doing your job. Where is
- 15:24Speaker 2: the Democrat willing to defend the rule of law? And
- 15:28Speaker 2: I'll point out when Congress a generation before heard the
- 15:35Speaker 2: evidence of Richard Nixon, trying to politicize the Department of Justice,
- 15:40Speaker 2: trying to politicize the FBI, trying to politicize the irs.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Numerous Republicans stood up and said, this is beyond the pale,
- 15:50Speaker 2: This is too much, this is not acceptable. Is there
- 15:53Speaker 2: not one Democrat member of Congress with the same level
- 15:58Speaker 2: of integrity that you saw Republican after Republican who called
- 16:03Speaker 2: for Richard Nixon's investigation and ultimately resignation, Like, is there
- 16:08Speaker 2: not one Democrat who cares about rule of law?
- 16:12Speaker 1: One of the whistle blowers also said Senator that the
- 16:15Speaker 1: FBI is quote currently cancerous and has let itself become
- 16:21Speaker 1: enveloped in the politicalization and weaponization. And the example was
- 16:26Speaker 1: the FBI classified every single this is the testimony January
- 16:32Speaker 1: sixth case as a domestic terrorism case, according to the whistleblower,
- 16:37Speaker 1: despite quote hundreds of them being resolved resolved as petty
- 16:43Speaker 1: crimes like trespassing and or disorderly conduct. You were labeled
- 16:49Speaker 1: as a domestic terrorist in a domestic terrorism case.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Well, and that's politics, mind you. This is the same
- 16:57Speaker 2: FBI that apparently has no resources to go after the
- 17:01Speaker 2: people who are firebombing crisis pregnancy centers that apparently has
- 17:04Speaker 2: no resources to go after the people who are breaking
- 17:09Speaker 2: federal law brazenly night after night, protesting outside the homes
- 17:14Speaker 2: of Supreme Court justices and implicitly threatening their lives and
- 17:19Speaker 2: their families. They can't be bothered to devote their resources
- 17:23Speaker 2: to doing that. But when it comes to criminalizing peaceful speech,
- 17:30Speaker 2: that the FBI and DOJ have unlimited resources for. And
- 17:33Speaker 2: to be clear, there's a fundamental difference between violence and
- 17:37Speaker 2: peaceful speech. If you engage in violence, whether I agree
- 17:40Speaker 2: with you or not. If you engage in violence, you
- 17:43Speaker 2: should be prosecuted and go to jail. But if you're
- 17:46Speaker 2: engaged in peaceful speech, whether I agree with you or not,
- 17:50Speaker 2: that is protected by the First Amendment. And this Department
- 17:53Speaker 2: of Justice under Joe Biden, and this FBI under Joe
- 17:57Speaker 2: Biden wants to treat them as exactly the same and
- 18:01Speaker 2: criminalize the speech of those who showed up on January
- 18:07Speaker 2: sixth to support President Trump, but more broadly, the tens
- 18:11Speaker 2: of millions of Republicans who vote on the other side.
- 18:14Speaker 2: These are the same people that want to criminalize the
- 18:17Speaker 2: speech of moms and dads going to school boards and indeed,
- 18:20Speaker 2: the same FBI agents. They've got ample resources to go
- 18:23Speaker 2: and interview dozens of parents for exercising their First Amendment rights.
- 18:28Speaker 2: It's political intimidation, and it is deliberate, and it is
- 18:32Speaker 2: from the very top. It is from Merrick Garland, the
- 18:35Speaker 2: most political Attorney general this country's ever seen.
- 18:38Speaker 1: The good news is, and I hope that what happens
- 18:41Speaker 1: is other whistleblowers will be inspired by these people that
- 18:45Speaker 1: have come forward and do the exact same thing, because
- 18:48Speaker 1: this is how we change the tide of what's happening
- 18:51Speaker 1: in Washington, which brings me to another big story center.
- 18:55Speaker 1: A Biden appointed US Attorney for Massachusetts, someone that what
- 19:00Speaker 1: you warned America about, is now resigning after a special
- 19:04Speaker 1: counsel investigation. And before we get into that good news,
- 19:08Speaker 1: let me tell you about our friends over at Chalk.
- 19:10Speaker 1: If you're a guy and you have noticed a difference,
- 19:14Speaker 1: you've noticed that you're starting to get tired and fatigued,
- 19:17Speaker 1: having weakness and complacency, it's probably not your fault. There's
- 19:22Speaker 1: a problem with men's soust frum levels falling off a
- 19:26Speaker 1: cliff historically to an all time low. Thankfully, there's a

- 20:25Speaker 1: percent off. Senator, this Biden appointed US attorney. News broke
- 20:31Speaker 1: about the Special Counsel's investigation and what they found, and
- 20:34Speaker 1: this is how NBC News reported it. It was obviously
- 20:38Speaker 1: big news.
- 20:38Speaker 7: We have an update for you on Massachusetts US Attorney
- 20:42Speaker 7: Rachel Rawlins a brand new report just out moments ago
- 20:45Speaker 7: finds that she quote wilfully violated the Hatch Act on
- 20:49Speaker 7: multiple occasions during.
- 20:51Speaker 4: Her time as US Attorney Now.
- 20:53Speaker 7: The report, published by the US Office of Special Counsel,
- 20:56Speaker 7: comes one day after Rollins announced that she plans to
- 20:59Speaker 7: resign from her post by the end of the week.
- 21:02Speaker 4: So let's explain what this means here.
- 21:04Speaker 7: The Hatch Act is critically important to our government and
- 21:07Speaker 7: certain parts of our certain branches of our government being
- 21:10Speaker 7: non partisan.
- 21:10Speaker 4: It's designed to limit certain.
- 21:12Speaker 7: Political activities of federal employees to ensure federal programs remain
- 21:18Speaker 7: nonpartisan and not biased. Rollins is accused of attending a
- 21:21Speaker 7: political party.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Fundraiser while in office.
- 21:24Speaker 7: The report also saying she tried to sabotage the campaign
- 21:28Speaker 7: of a political candidate by leaking non public information to
- 21:32Speaker 7: the media.
- 21:33Speaker 1: I mean center. The worst part is Democrats and everything
- 21:36Speaker 1: they could to save her. And finally, after violating the
- 21:40Speaker 1: most egregious Hatch Act violations, she's now going to resign.
- 21:46Speaker 2: Well, she has resigned, and I have to say this
- 21:49Speaker 2: is an enormous victory for the role of law number one.
- 21:52Speaker 2: We're talking about weaponizing the Department of Justice and abusing power.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Rachel Rollins did all of that, and the report that
- 21:59Speaker 2: came out is stunning. There were two reports that actually
- 22:05Speaker 2: came out. One from the Office of the Special Council.
- 22:07Speaker 2: That's an office that has exclusive jurisdiction investigating allegations concerning
- 22:14Speaker 2: prohibited political activities under the Hatch Act. The Hatch AC
- 22:17Speaker 2: specifically prohibits most government employees from engaging in partisan politics.
- 22:22Speaker 2: So that was one report, and there was a second
- 22:25Speaker 2: parallel investigation from the Department of Justice Office of the
- 22:29Speaker 2: Inspector General. Both released reports and the reports were damning.
- 22:34Speaker 2: So what they found she did is number one, and
- 22:38Speaker 2: I'm quoting from the OIG report. Rollins assisted a candidate
- 22:42Speaker 2: and a partisan political election and sought to influence an
- 22:45Speaker 2: election by, among other things, disclosing non public sensitive DOJ
- 22:48Speaker 2: information to the press. Rollins made false statements under oath
- 22:52Speaker 2: and lacked candor about the disclosure during her OIG interview.
- 22:56Speaker 2: And this concern. She had been the Suffolk DA District
- 23:01Speaker 2: attorney before she was named US attorney, and there was
- 23:05Speaker 2: a race to succeed her, and she wanted one really
- 23:07Speaker 2: left wing Democrat candidate, Ricardo Arroyo, That's who she wanted
- 23:13Speaker 2: in the primary, and in order to help her guy,
- 23:17Speaker 2: she was trying to smear the other Democrats. So she
- 23:20Speaker 2: was willing to break the law, not even to smear
- 23:23Speaker 2: a Republican, to smear a Democrat who wasn't sufficiently left
- 23:27Speaker 2: wing for her. And according to the OIG, she used
- 23:34Speaker 2: her position as US Attorney and information available to her
- 23:37Speaker 2: as US attorney in an ultimately unsuccessful effort to create
- 23:40Speaker 2: the impression publicly before the primary election that DOJ was
- 23:45Speaker 2: or would be investigating Hayden, the other Democrat, for public corruption.
- 23:50Speaker 2: These efforts included, but were not limited to Rollins trying
- 23:52Speaker 2: unsuccessfully to convince her first assistant US Attorney to issue
- 23:56Speaker 2: a letter that would have created the impression that DOJ
- 23:59Speaker 2: was investigating Haye and when that effort failed, disclosing non
- 24:02Speaker 2: public sensitive DOJ information directly to a Herald reporter before
- 24:07Speaker 2: the primary election. Afterwards, she falsely testified under oath during
- 24:13Speaker 2: her OIG interview, she made false statements, which is a
- 24:17Speaker 2: felony under eighteen USC. Section one thousand and one. And
- 24:21Speaker 2: on top of that, she's the sitting US attorney, and
- 24:24Speaker 2: she attended a Democrat fundraiser on July fourteenth, twenty twenty
- 24:30Speaker 2: two with Jill Biden, Joe Biden's wife. Now, before she
- 24:35Speaker 2: went to that fundraiser, she asked the Executive Office of
- 24:40Speaker 2: US Attorney's the General Council's Office, could she go to
- 24:42Speaker 2: the fundraiser, And they said, no, she can't go to
- 24:44Speaker 2: the fundraiser. They said, if you want, you can meet
- 24:47Speaker 2: Jill Biden outside of the location of the event and
- 24:51Speaker 2: a brief meet and greet outdoors, but you can't go
- 24:53Speaker 2: into a politically partisan fundraiser because you're the sitting US
- 24:58Speaker 2: attorney and that is against the rules for a federal
- 25:00Speaker 2: prosecutor to engage in partisan politics. Well, even after she'd
- 25:05Speaker 2: received that explicit instruction from the General Counsel's office, contrary
- 25:10Speaker 2: to the advice she gave it, I'll just read what
- 25:14Speaker 2: the OIG concluded quote. Our investigation revealed that, contrary to
- 25:18Speaker 2: the advice she received, Rollins attended the fundraising event. Based
- 25:22Speaker 2: on Rollins's only only account of what she did. After
- 25:25Speaker 2: she arrived at the fundraising location, Rollins went inside the home,
- 25:30Speaker 2: mingled with the guest, and stood in the same receiving
- 25:32Speaker 2: line as the other fundraising gets guests to meet doctor Biden.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Rollinson's interactions with doctor Biden was identical to that of
- 25:41Speaker 2: the other fundraising guests whose primary purpose for being at
- 25:45Speaker 2: the event was to get in line and meet doctor Biden.
- 25:48Speaker 2: That is stunning. It is a pattern of illegality. It
- 25:51Speaker 2: is a pattern of a sitting US attorney committing multiple
- 25:55Speaker 2: felonies so bad, and abusing her power as a federal
- 26:01Speaker 2: prosecutor to try to influence an election, in particular, to
- 26:06Speaker 2: try to smear a Democrat, not even a Republican, a
- 26:09Speaker 2: Democrat who wasn't sufficiently left wing and radical. This report
- 26:14Speaker 2: came out and Rachel Rollins is resigned. That's a big deal.
- 26:19Speaker 2: It is a big deal.
- 26:20Speaker 1: And you warned the American people about Rachel Rawlings and
- 26:25Speaker 1: this was back gosh what over a year ago when
- 26:29Speaker 1: you warned America. I want people to hear what your
- 26:32Speaker 1: warning was. And before I play that for everybody, I

- 27:52Speaker 1: slash Verdict center. You blasted Democrats for confirming Rachel Rollins,
- 27:58Speaker 1: and this is part of your warning, which well all
- 28:02Speaker 1: became true.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Listen.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Rachel Rollins has been vocal and aggressive against prosecuting crime.
- 28:11Speaker 2: She has been very clear that she came into the
- 28:14Speaker 2: job of district Attorney as a crusader. She has said,
- 28:17Speaker 2: and these are her words, if you want to change
- 28:21Speaker 2: the criminal legal system, become a prosecutor, because they have
- 28:26Speaker 2: the power to determine charges, what crimes to decline to prosecute.
- 28:33Speaker 2: About a prosecutor, it's not taking bad guys off a street,
- 28:38Speaker 2: it's not seeking justice for the victims of crime.
- 28:42Speaker 4: No, it is the.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Power to say I won't prosecute these crimes. And with
- 28:50Speaker 2: mss Rollins, it's not hypothetical because she is a district
- 28:55Speaker 2: attorney and as the Boston DA, she went so far
- 28:59Speaker 2: as to write down am in quote the Rachel Rollins
- 29:05Speaker 2: policy Memo, a list of fifteen crimes whose prosecution quote
- 29:17Speaker 2: should always be declined or quote dismissed without conditions. Charges
- 29:26Speaker 2: on this list of fifteen crimes should be declined or
- 29:29Speaker 2: dismissed pre arraignment without conditions. The presumption is the charges
- 29:36Speaker 2: that fall into this category should always be declined. So
- 29:42Speaker 2: you've got a DA saying these are the crimes we
- 29:44Speaker 2: don't prosecute always be declined dismissed without conditions. So you
- 29:52Speaker 2: may say, Okay, maybe this is like some sort of
- 29:55Speaker 2: criminal justice reform. Maybe this is low level nonviolent marijuana possessions.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Teenager got caught with a joints. We're not going to
- 30:08Speaker 2: prosecute those. Look reasonable people can actually disagree on that.
- 30:10Speaker 2: We can have an intelligent conversation back and forth about that.
- 30:16Speaker 2: But the beauty of it is we don't have to
- 30:18Speaker 2: speculate because.
- 30:19Speaker 4: You put it in writing.
- 30:21Speaker 2: These are the fifteen crimes. They're upside down, as are
- 30:27Speaker 2: her policies. These are the fifteen crimes where charges should
- 30:34Speaker 2: be dismissed pre arraignment without condition. Number one trespass. So
- 30:41Speaker 2: I want you to think about it. If you don't
- 30:44Speaker 2: want to see people trespassing on your property, well, under
- 30:48Speaker 2: Rachel Rollins, the Democrats US attorney, we don't prosecute trespass.
- 30:55Speaker 4: What else?
- 30:55Speaker 2: Shoplifting? Does anyone watch the videos of the people breaking
- 31:00Speaker 2: into stores and stealing and stealing and stealing and looting.
- 31:03Speaker 2: You know what, Joe Biden and Senate Democrats, they're bringing
- 31:09Speaker 2: that to a neighborhood near you. Shoplifting, we don't prosecute.
- 31:14Speaker 2: That's what she says, shoplifting, Ali Ali oxen free. You
- 31:21Speaker 2: see a TV you like, pick that damn thing up
- 31:23Speaker 2: and run out of the store because your friend, the
- 31:28Speaker 2: fake prosecutor, is not going to charge you larsening, really larceny, larceny.
- 31:35Speaker 2: We don't prosecute disorderly conduct. You're a single mom coming
- 31:41Speaker 2: home at night. A drunk vagrant is yelling, screaming, cursing
- 31:47Speaker 2: at your kids. You know what? Not a crime here?
- 31:50Speaker 2: We don't prosecute that. What else? Receiving stolen property? Okay,
- 31:55Speaker 2: this is at least intellectually consistent. You're going to legalize shoplifting,
- 32:00Speaker 2: rob the hell out of the stores. At least the
- 32:03Speaker 2: fence can be on the back end, so you can
- 32:05Speaker 2: steal that TV goes straight to the fence. By the way,
- 32:08Speaker 2: I guess you could do it in the parking lot.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Set up a van right there. We fence stolen property.
- 32:13Speaker 2: You run in and grab it, ill fence it right here.
- 32:16Speaker 2: DA all good by us. Driving with a suspended license,
- 32:23Speaker 2: well sometimes that might be okay. What was it suspended for?
- 32:27Speaker 2: Was it suspended for DWI? Was it suspended because you're
- 32:31Speaker 2: a drunk who's killed people? Was it suspended because you're
- 32:36Speaker 2: this homicidal maniac in Milwaukee who murdered six people. You
- 32:42Speaker 2: know what this DA says, Hey, driving was suspended license,
- 32:46Speaker 2: no problem at all, No longer a crime. Raking and
- 32:53Speaker 2: entering into a vacant property without property damage. So any
- 33:01Speaker 2: property that's vacant, you can break in and you're fine.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Locks don't matter. Burglar alarms don't matter. By the way,
- 33:09Speaker 2: burglar alarm goes off, what the hell do you do?
- 33:11Speaker 2: You show up? Hey, you don't prosecute it. I'm staying
- 33:13Speaker 2: right here. You may say, well, at least there's something reasonable.
- 33:19Speaker 2: It's without property damage. Right well now, except the problem
- 33:22Speaker 2: is number eight on the list, breaking an entering into
- 33:24Speaker 2: a vacant property with property damage. So it doesn't matter.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Break into the place, loot it, trash it, destroy it.
- 33:37Speaker 2: All is good in Joe Biden's criminal friendly America. Number nine,
- 33:46Speaker 2: wanting or malicious destruction of property. By the way, don't
- 33:51Speaker 2: believe the Democratic talking points. This stuff isn't violent. Really,
- 33:55Speaker 2: wanting or malicious destruction of property. I'm in Joe Biden's
- 34:01Speaker 2: America threats, threats of violence. I want you to imagine
- 34:09Speaker 2: right now, you've got an angry vagrant making threats of
- 34:13Speaker 2: violence against your children. You call the DA saying, my
- 34:18Speaker 2: family's being threatened. Protect our safety. And what does she say?
- 34:22Speaker 2: Not a crime? Oh, well, stinks to be you. Threats
- 34:32Speaker 2: are just a okay. Minor in possession of alcohol. Hey, great, kids,
- 34:39Speaker 2: drink up. Actually, the beauty of it is in Joe
- 34:42Speaker 2: Biden's America, the kids can get drunk, they can drive,
- 34:47Speaker 2: they can have their license suspended, and apparently they'll get
- 34:50Speaker 2: a gold star at the end of it. Minor possession
- 34:53Speaker 2: of alcohol, we've got senate pages here. Just go down
- 34:56Speaker 2: to the US Attorney's office. They're serving Margarita's marijuana possession. Okay,
- 35:04Speaker 2: I said. We can debate marijuana possession. Reasonable people can
- 35:08Speaker 2: disagree on that. Now doesn't specify the quantity. Teenager with
- 35:14Speaker 2: a joint, You could say that that may be a
- 35:17Speaker 2: good candidate for diversion to something else. Drug dealer with
- 35:22Speaker 2: several kilos of pot in the back, Maybe you ought
- 35:25Speaker 2: to be prosecuting that. Oh and by the way, how
- 35:31Speaker 2: do we know she doesn't just limit it to the
- 35:32Speaker 2: kids with a joint? Well, what's number thirteen on the list?
- 35:36Speaker 2: Possession with intent to distribute? So drug dealers in Joe
- 35:44Speaker 2: Biden's America, drug dealers, it is legal. You can sell
- 35:49Speaker 2: booze to kids, you can sell drugs to kids, you
- 35:56Speaker 2: can sell stolen televisions to kids. Prosecute drug dealers, but look,
- 36:03Speaker 2: at least it's just pot. And come on, we know
- 36:06Speaker 2: you know in states a lot of states, pot's not
- 36:08Speaker 2: that bad, right, It's just pot? Uh oh? Number fourteen
- 36:15Speaker 2: non marijuana drug possession. So for any Democrats ready to
- 36:21Speaker 2: go home saying, hey, we just like pot because we're Democrats, Nope, heroin, cocaine, LSD, fentanyl,
- 36:32Speaker 2: drug dealers who are poisoning our kids in Joe Biden's America,
- 36:38Speaker 2: we don't prosecute you. And number fifteen is really the
- 36:43Speaker 2: crowning jewel of this resisting arrest. So I want you
- 36:51Speaker 2: to envision what this says. You can break and enter
- 36:53Speaker 2: into vacant property and do damage. You can have a
- 36:57Speaker 2: homeless person trespass on your front lawn, set up a tent,
- 37:02Speaker 2: threaten your children, sell them drugs, and if a police
- 37:10Speaker 2: officer shows up and tries to arrest them, they can
- 37:15Speaker 2: violently resist arrest. And what does the DA say?
- 37:21Speaker 4: All good by me, Senator.
- 37:25Speaker 1: That policy memo is shocking, but it is the Democratic Party.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Well, Rachel Rollins was the single most extreme US attorney
- 37:33Speaker 2: in the country. She was a George Soros prosecutor. She
- 37:36Speaker 2: effectively abolished the police for those fifteen crimes. Joe Biden
- 37:42Speaker 2: nominated her. He's nominated a total of three of the
- 37:44Speaker 2: leading advocates of abolishing the police to senior positions in
- 37:47Speaker 2: the Department of Justice, including Rachel Rollins. That speech you
- 37:50Speaker 2: just played I gave on the Senate floor, I don't
- 37:53Speaker 2: know how you read that memo, how you look at
- 37:55Speaker 2: those facts, and how you vote to confirm this person
- 37:59Speaker 2: as the chief you be prosecutor in the state of Massachusetts,
- 38:02Speaker 2: other than if you're a Democrat, you believe you'll never
- 38:06Speaker 2: be held to account because no reporter will ever ask
- 38:08Speaker 2: you about it. Well, you know what, every single Democrat,
- 38:12Speaker 2: all of them, one hundred percent, voted to confirm Rachel Rollins.
- 38:15Speaker 2: Joe Manchin, the supposed moderate, voted to confirm Rachel Rollins
- 38:20Speaker 2: because they know the press will never ever ever hold
- 38:23Speaker 2: them to account. And then after they voted for this radical,
- 38:25Speaker 2: she went and lawlessly abused the office, committed crimes in
- 38:30Speaker 2: the office, and now she's resigned so it's a victory
- 38:33Speaker 2: for the rule of law, and it's reason to celebrate.
- 38:36Speaker 1: It's reason to celebrate. It's also reason to keep fighting,
- 38:39Speaker 1: and that's why you did that over a year ago,
- 38:40Speaker 1: reminding people of what we're up against. Don't forget. We
- 38:44Speaker 1: do Verdict three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Make
