- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You'll listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:07Speaker 1: dig me now. One and only. Steve Harvey Man got
- 2:10Speaker 1: a radio show. Steve Harvey got a radio show because
- 2:13Speaker 1: God in the blessing business. Yeah, that's all. I'm just
- 2:17Speaker 1: a recipient. Steve Harvey got a radio show because God
- 2:21Speaker 1: is in the show you favor business. He showed me
- 2:26Speaker 1: some favor. Steve Harvey got a radio show because God
- 2:29Speaker 1: is in the forgiving business. God and forgave me thousands
- 2:38Speaker 1: and thousands of times, you know. And I say that
- 2:43Speaker 1: as a big number like that because it's probably true.
- 2:47Speaker 1: God is a forgiving God. That's how I exist today,
- 2:50Speaker 1: and that's how you exist today. And one of the
- 2:53Speaker 1: things I want to remind you about even in existing today.
- 2:56Speaker 1: You know, Joel Oldstein had a has a book out
- 2:59Speaker 1: call It's Your Time. I love this book. It's called
- 3:02Speaker 1: It's Your Time, And that's kind of what I want
- 3:06Speaker 1: to touch you on today. And I want to remind
- 3:08Speaker 1: you all that it's still your time. See, you know,
- 3:14Speaker 1: there's look, you know, they've got unsuccessful people have created
- 3:20Speaker 1: a lot of sayings to justify our failures as people. Well,
- 3:27Speaker 1: my ship has passed. That that was created by a
- 3:33Speaker 1: person who did not quite make their goal in the
- 3:37Speaker 1: amount of time that they had set for. So to
- 3:40Speaker 1: justify it, here comes this great, seemingly very clever saying,
- 3:45Speaker 1: and a lot of us adapt, Well, my ship has passed,
- 3:48Speaker 1: so we adopt that. Here's another one. Well, I guess
- 3:51Speaker 1: it just wasn't meant to be. That sounds good, don't it,
- 3:56Speaker 1: because they mix it up with a little bit of
- 3:59Speaker 1: faith in it. I guessed it wasn't. Well, here's another one.
- 4:03Speaker 1: I guess if God wanted it for me, i'd have it.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Are you serious, man? Are you serious? You're actually gonna
- 4:14Speaker 1: use that one to to to justify where you are
- 4:18Speaker 1: in life? Man, that's that's so, that's so not the case.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I want to remind everybody today that it's still your time.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That you know your ship hasn't sailed, you didn't miss
- 4:34Speaker 1: all of your opportunities. There's others. It's still your time.
- 4:40Speaker 1: You know you still got a chance, you still have
- 4:45Speaker 1: a shot. Here's a good one. You still have hope,
- 4:51Speaker 1: you do, all of you. As long as God is
- 4:57Speaker 1: who he is, there's always hope for you. You can
- 5:03Speaker 1: never lose sight of that. You can never let the
- 5:05Speaker 1: devil win that battle, that there is no hope for
- 5:08Speaker 1: you and cause you to do something that's unthinkable. I'm
- 5:15Speaker 1: just gonna cash in the chips. I'm gonna take my life.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I'm gonna commit suicide. No no, no, wait a second,
- 5:22Speaker 1: wait a second, Are you for real? That's not God
- 5:26Speaker 1: talking to you. That's something wrong and it's not coming
- 5:30Speaker 1: from him. It's still your time, you still got a chance.
- 5:36Speaker 1: There's always hope. But listen to me. You got to
- 5:40Speaker 1: move and you got to move on it. So many
- 5:44Speaker 1: people are not getting the full benefit of their life,
- 5:48Speaker 1: and so many people are not getting all the blessings
- 5:51Speaker 1: that God has for because you keep waiting on the
- 5:55Speaker 1: perfect time. Man, How many times have I heard people
- 5:58Speaker 1: come to me and say, hey, man, I'm just waiting
- 6:00Speaker 1: on everything to line up, right, Man, I'm waiting on
- 6:03Speaker 1: the perfect time to get can't tell you something. If
- 6:08Speaker 1: I were waiting on the perfect time, I wouldn't be
- 6:12Speaker 1: hardly any of the things that I've become. And one
- 6:17Speaker 1: of my greatest blessings was marrying Marjorie. I wouldn't even
- 6:24Speaker 1: have married Marjorie if I was waiting on the perfect time,
- 6:28Speaker 1: because I had gone through what I thought was enough
- 6:32Speaker 1: misery to cover my entire lifetime. And so when I
- 6:38Speaker 1: was first divorced, I just said, man, it's gonna be
- 6:42Speaker 1: five six years before I do this again. I said it.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Two years later I was married. But guess what, man,
- 6:54Speaker 1: it wasn't the perfect time. I didn't have my ducks,
- 6:58Speaker 1: all my ducks lined up in a row. It was
- 7:00Speaker 1: still some things I needed to clean up. I even
- 7:03Speaker 1: told her, it's some things I want to clean up
- 7:06Speaker 1: out of my life. Before you know it's it's I
- 7:10Speaker 1: want I want to make sure I got all the
- 7:12Speaker 1: stars are lined up, you know I want to I
- 7:14Speaker 1: want to wait until all the ducks are in a row.
- 7:16Speaker 1: I was waiting on the perfect time. If I had
- 7:20Speaker 1: not stopped and Marjorie and I had set out and
- 7:24Speaker 1: said to each other there will be no perfect time.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And then she said, I'll go through with you whatever
- 7:32Speaker 1: you're going through. That was it. I took a chance.
- 7:40Speaker 1: The ducks were not lined up in a row. Had
- 7:43Speaker 1: a lot of baggage in my life, man, I wanted
- 7:45Speaker 1: to try to clear up. I want to do some
- 7:47Speaker 1: things financially different. I wanted to just get rid of
- 7:51Speaker 1: some residue I had in my life. She said, no,
- 7:55Speaker 1: we'll do it together, because they ain't no perfect time.
- 7:58Speaker 1: And guess what it wasn't. So if you're out there
- 8:01Speaker 1: waiting on the perfect time to do something, it may
- 8:05Speaker 1: not come. There is no such thing as waiting on
- 8:08Speaker 1: the perfect time. I've said this a hundred times, and
- 8:11Speaker 1: here comes one on one. The road to success is
- 8:15Speaker 1: always under construction. You ain't gonna go out there and
- 8:17Speaker 1: there ain't no barrels on the road. You're not going
- 8:20Speaker 1: out there and not running to deet to a sign.
- 8:22Speaker 1: You're not going out there without seeing the men working
- 8:25Speaker 1: sign to get off. You're not going out there to
- 8:28Speaker 1: see it. So guess what. Stop waiting on the stars
- 8:32Speaker 1: I got, man, this is a perfect time to do
- 8:34Speaker 1: it now. If you're waiting on the perfect time, that
- 8:38Speaker 1: could be one of your biggest problems. You're still waiting.
- 8:40Speaker 1: You have got to move and you've got to move
- 8:43Speaker 1: on it, and you've got to make a decision to
- 8:45Speaker 1: go now. God will get you through everything necessary for
- 8:50Speaker 1: you to get through. But you can't quit though. See
- 8:53Speaker 1: it's a disapart. You can't quit just because the road
- 8:57Speaker 1: you're own is under construction. You can't get off at
- 9:00Speaker 1: the exit because you're tired of all the bump of
- 9:02Speaker 1: the bumper traffic. It's that way. Get you some God,
- 9:07Speaker 1: like I said, get you some God, and go on
- 9:10Speaker 1: and go see what your life can be like. So
- 9:13Speaker 1: stop waiting on the perfect time, Stop waiting on the
- 9:15Speaker 1: stars to align themselves. You got to move and you
- 9:19Speaker 1: got to move on it. Get you some God, apply
- 9:23Speaker 1: some faith, and get started. And remember when you get
- 9:26Speaker 1: out there, coming towards your goal, the road to construct,
- 9:29Speaker 1: the road to success is always under construction. If it
- 9:32Speaker 1: was easy, everybody would be it. Stop expecting it to
- 9:35Speaker 1: be easy. Come on out here, get up in this thing.
- 9:38Speaker 1: It's funky out here. Yeah, I got all that it's
- 9:40Speaker 1: hard out here. Yeah, I got all that. But what
- 9:43Speaker 1: you wanna do, man, what you wanna do? You're gonna
- 9:47Speaker 1: push your chips up to the window. It ain't time
- 9:49Speaker 1: for that. You still got time, you still got a chance.
- 9:52Speaker 1: There's always hope, There's always God. That's my conversation today.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to show, ladies and gentlemen, to Steve Harvey

- 12:06Speaker 1: well I reside where I vote. Come on, I want
- 12:12Speaker 1: to think almighty and later a baby because we got
- 12:21Speaker 1: some screws stuck up in their booty so tight right now,
- 12:27Speaker 1: Jesus booty screws, the screws right here. It's got them.

- 13:19Speaker 1: It's just funny. It's just funny. We love you, guys, though,
- 13:26Speaker 1: we really really do. We appreciate you so much. We
- 13:29Speaker 1: do well. We gotta ask the clo coming up at
- 13:34Speaker 1: thirty two minutes after the hour, right after this, you're
- 13:37Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. If you can't win,
- 13:42Speaker 1: so that appears to be the strategy win just so
- 13:48Speaker 1: so everybody. That's his reelection campaign's strategy, which filed lawsuits
- 13:53Speaker 1: yesterday in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia, and he's calling for
- 13:57Speaker 1: a recount in Wisconsin. Joe Bid was the projected winner
- 14:01Speaker 1: by several news agencies to take Michigan and Wisconsin and did,
- 14:04Speaker 1: increasing his lead over Trump and electoral votes Pennsylvania, Arizona,
- 14:09Speaker 1: and Georgia are still in play and we're watching it.
- 14:13Speaker 1: We're watching it. Let's get the countess. Yes, let let's go.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Don't stop the count, continue with the count. Okay, that's
- 14:22Speaker 1: the longest election ever ever, all right, we're gonna switch
- 14:27Speaker 1: gears here Steve, and because it's time for to ask
- 14:31Speaker 1: the CLO, you can go to Steve Harvey FM to
- 14:33Speaker 1: commit submit your question for the Chief Love Officer. He
- 14:37Speaker 1: is here. That is Steve Harvey FM dot com. You ready, Celo, Y,
- 14:43Speaker 1: let's go? Where are you all right here? Yeah? This
- 14:47Speaker 1: one's from Gina and Delaware. My boyfriend works at a
- 14:50Speaker 1: warehouse and he makes great money, but he has always
- 14:53Speaker 1: overlooked for promotions. We've been talking about getting married, but
- 14:57Speaker 1: we need to get our finances straight first. My boyfriend
- 15:00Speaker 1: is soft spoken and there's no wonder he doesn't get promoted.
- 15:04Speaker 1: His boss is an old family friend, so I ran
- 15:07Speaker 1: into him one day and suggested that he promote my man.
- 15:10Speaker 1: He pulled me to him and told me how I
- 15:13Speaker 1: could make sure my man got a promotion. Needless to say,
- 15:17Speaker 1: my boyfriend's boss and I have been having a lot
- 15:20Speaker 1: of great sex since then. Uh huh huh, and my
- 15:24Speaker 1: boyfriend got his big promotion. I wanted to stop now,
- 15:29Speaker 1: but he doesn't. Please help what? I can't help you.
- 15:34Speaker 1: I can't help you. You went for the whole bait game.
- 15:40Speaker 1: He pulled you in. You you wanted more than a
- 15:44Speaker 1: promotion for your man, obviously. Now you want to stop.
- 15:49Speaker 1: How you think you're gonna cut a deal like that?
- 15:51Speaker 1: So you can't cut a deal with with dudes like that,
- 15:54Speaker 1: you know, the rude, pretty tooned. Yeah, I can't help you.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Ain't nothing to do to help you. She got promoted.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You know what you want us to tell you? Yeah?
- 16:05Speaker 1: Back in there. Yeah, I mean, just because he's soft
- 16:07Speaker 1: spoken doesn't mean he couldn't have gotten the promotion on
- 16:10Speaker 1: his own, not he He ain't just soft smoking, Na,
- 16:17Speaker 1: what he ain't doing a couple of things enough, Yeah, okay,
- 16:24Speaker 1: soft spoken, soft walking. He could get fired if could. Yeah,
- 16:30Speaker 1: this is playing a dangerous game. Now, girls right to
- 16:33Speaker 1: keep a job. Carmel and Hartford, Connecticut says. I'm a
- 16:37Speaker 1: forty six year old woman and I moved to a
- 16:39Speaker 1: new city for a man that I was dating, and
- 16:41Speaker 1: after two years of dating, our relationship didn't work out.
- 16:45Speaker 1: His friends became my friend, so after we broke up,
- 16:49Speaker 1: I still had a good social circle to help me
- 16:51Speaker 1: work through the breakup. He has a problem with me
- 16:54Speaker 1: hanging out with his friends male and female. He called
- 16:58Speaker 1: me to explain to me that once we broke up.
- 17:01Speaker 1: All his friends remained his friends, and I can't have
- 17:04Speaker 1: access to them anymore. I told him he can't decide
- 17:08Speaker 1: who my friends are, and he's being childish. I have
- 17:11Speaker 1: noticed that our friends started pulling away from me. Am
- 17:14Speaker 1: I violating a friendship rule? No, No, he ain't violating nothing.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Who this dude think he is? You can't he can't
- 17:23Speaker 1: control and said, I don't want you, and I don't
- 17:25Speaker 1: want nobody else who want you? You ain't my woman,
- 17:30Speaker 1: You can't be a friend. Now. The ones that's pulling
- 17:34Speaker 1: away are the guys right now. Unless some of the
- 17:38Speaker 1: women are attached to the other guys, that shouldn't really
- 17:41Speaker 1: be a problem. But I don't see a problem with it.
- 17:43Speaker 1: But that dude right there, See, it's just thing that's control.
- 17:48Speaker 1: That ain't nothing that control. Yeah, ain't like Trump? Yes? Yeah?
- 17:53Speaker 1: Are you? Are you seeing Trump? Asking? All right? So, uh,
- 18:03Speaker 1: you want to bring his new woman around? And that's
- 18:06Speaker 1: what I was thinking. Well, see that's what it is. Yeah,
- 18:10Speaker 1: he gonna want to bring his new woman around, But
- 18:12Speaker 1: your old woman over there? You want to walk in
- 18:18Speaker 1: there with the new guy? Okay, hey baby, So who
- 18:20Speaker 1: is everybody with this? Hell? Jamie dis Crystal dis Renee,
- 18:26Speaker 1: and that's all your Rene Leon. Who well, who is
- 18:32Speaker 1: the girl over there with the tight dress up? Well,
- 18:38Speaker 1: he doesn't even know she's in the room. Now, I
- 18:41Speaker 1: think she should branch out and make some of her
- 18:43Speaker 1: own friends, though I really do. Yeah, all right, Robbie
- 18:47Speaker 1: and d c clo says. I'm fifty eight and I'm
- 18:50Speaker 1: dating a woman that has two grown daughters that live
- 18:53Speaker 1: with her. I spend a lot of time at her
- 18:55Speaker 1: house and she Craig cooks great meals and we usually
- 18:57Speaker 1: sit on the patio after dinner and have glass of wine.
- 19:01Speaker 1: If she cooks her daughters eat with us, they will
- 19:03Speaker 1: also help themselves to a glass of wine and join
- 19:06Speaker 1: us on the patio. They're always around us, and when
- 19:09Speaker 1: I'm commented on it in the past, my girlfriend says
- 19:14Speaker 1: that they're all very close. My girlfriend rarely comes to
- 19:17Speaker 1: my house because she says she likes for us all
- 19:19Speaker 1: to be together. Should I politely tell the daughters to
- 19:23Speaker 1: back off a bit? No, you can't do that, dog,
- 19:28Speaker 1: So hold up, man, bros. Y'all know the rules, pretty
- 19:32Speaker 1: tony that when you take a woman that you got
- 19:36Speaker 1: to take the whole package. Now, I got that her
- 19:39Speaker 1: daughters is grown, but they close. She don't come over
- 19:43Speaker 1: your house because maybe you can't cook it. You ain't
- 19:45Speaker 1: got no patio form, no wine at your house ever
- 19:49Speaker 1: thought of that. Secondly, you can't go over there and
- 19:52Speaker 1: ask them kids to back up from their mama. Nothing kids,
- 19:56Speaker 1: they're grown. Yeah, and the words of Thomas mine my
- 20:01Speaker 1: mama dog, that don't even make no sense. So bro,
- 20:09Speaker 1: come on, man, you fifty eight. He can say to
- 20:13Speaker 1: his girl, you know that he wants them alone time,
- 20:15Speaker 1: that he can go to her and go a little baby.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Can we get a couple of days where it's just
- 20:20Speaker 1: me and you? Please? I love your kids, don't say
- 20:25Speaker 1: nothing negative about him, and I love having around. But
- 20:28Speaker 1: just a couple of days. Can it just be me
- 20:30Speaker 1: and you? You bet? You know favorite the two of us.
- 20:41Speaker 1: We can make it if we try, just the twus,
- 20:47Speaker 1: you and die, just the true of us. Frank phone
- 20:56Speaker 1: call right after you're listening Steven Show coming up at
- 21:03Speaker 1: the top of the hour. We'll talk more about how
- 21:05Speaker 1: the Trump supporters are showing up at polling places chanting
- 21:10Speaker 1: stop the account. What are they doing if you stop?
- 21:13Speaker 1: Listen to me? If we stopped the account right now
- 21:17Speaker 1: in Arizona. If we stopped the count right now in
- 21:20Speaker 1: Nevada here Biden is the president, Yes, we can found
- 21:28Speaker 1: in the ass mind. See this is what I say
- 21:31Speaker 1: about people that ain't never been oppressed before. They don't
- 21:34Speaker 1: know when to protest or what the protests for. I
- 21:39Speaker 1: ain't never been oppressed. Now when something, don't go your
- 21:43Speaker 1: fucking little weight. Now you won't go. Let's stop this count,
- 21:46Speaker 1: go stop it. Let's stop me right now. You lose.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Y'all don't know when to protest because you don't know
- 21:56Speaker 1: nothing about oppression. Listen to people who have been oppressed.
- 22:02Speaker 1: It ain't time. Yeah, you too early. Let Steve, don't
- 22:08Speaker 1: talk about it at the top of the hour. Right now,
- 22:10Speaker 1: nothing's in the building with today's run that prank back
- 22:13Speaker 1: what you got for us? Now, let's rob a bank.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Let memo bank job, Let me o bank job. Let's
- 22:18Speaker 1: do it. Let I feel like robbing the bank this morning.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Let's go good afternoon, how can I I'm trying to
- 22:25Speaker 1: get cecil. Yeah this season, ain't cecil one of my boys.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Game of your number, man, I'm trying to get a
- 22:30Speaker 1: car service for the night. Okay, listen, this is my
- 22:33Speaker 1: personal number. Do you have the main number? Man? I
- 22:36Speaker 1: keep calling the main line, but there ain't nobody answer.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I had to call that about six seven times. They
- 22:40Speaker 1: keep rolling over to it, like on to a voice
- 22:42Speaker 1: mail or something. Okay, okay, brother, what's your name? Monday? Tony? Okay, listen, Tony.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I got a customer in the back. Let me get

- 23:50Speaker 1: I'll take k But now I want you to know.
- 23:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna let them know everything. So I got to
- 23:54Speaker 1: have either credit card or receive it something on the
- 23:57Speaker 1: KVE to let them know because I'm not no quick
- 23:59Speaker 1: ad brother. And let's the know everything is I'm doing
- 24:01Speaker 1: with that fourty fix one fifty? I didn't give you
- 24:04Speaker 1: one fifty. When you pick me up, that's no problem.

- 24:25Speaker 1: eleven forty five to night that would be good. Then
- 24:28Speaker 1: forty five okay, if at forty five minutes two an
- 24:32Speaker 1: hour you're gonna need then forty five to next especially

- 25:37Speaker 1: in some kind of shady I don't do that, brother.
- 25:39Speaker 1: That's that's man. Yo. You're a driver. Dog. Your job
- 25:44Speaker 1: is to drive. If you pick somebody up, first of all,
- 25:47Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be asking nobody where they're going, what
- 25:50Speaker 1: doing You're supposed to drive? Let me start. What I'm
- 25:53Speaker 1: telling you is, man, once we come out to bank
- 25:56Speaker 1: dry try let me stop it. That's wine. Dr didn't
- 26:01Speaker 1: working somewhere else driving because I was ignorant like you
- 26:03Speaker 1: at one time. But let me tell you something. But
- 26:05Speaker 1: I don't know your business and really don't care at
- 26:07Speaker 1: this point in time. I'm not doing no crazy like
- 26:10Speaker 1: this it. Brother. Let me tell you something. Man. What
- 26:13Speaker 1: you need to do is get you young into some
- 26:15Speaker 1: type of training school or something to find yourself a job.
- 26:19Speaker 1: You're gonna go down and the enemy gonna blow your
- 26:21Speaker 1: brains out. I ain't really trying to hear all this
- 26:24Speaker 1: lay here. What I'm trying to do is paying you
- 26:27Speaker 1: this one. I'm fifty you driving me where I'm trying
- 26:29Speaker 1: to go because you ain't even back. Brothers, you can't
- 26:33Speaker 1: get right now. I'm not even know advice. You need
- 26:36Speaker 1: to listen to me. That's what's wrong with you. You're
- 26:38Speaker 1: now y'all crazy, gets rich right off overnight taking or
- 26:42Speaker 1: you need to slow down because they got something. You
- 26:45Speaker 1: feel me. They gotta hold on, Hold on on, man,
- 26:47Speaker 1: hold on what you know? You don't know nothing, you
- 26:50Speaker 1: don't know, man, I need to know what, brother, are
- 26:52Speaker 1: you gonna be preaching to mate out? Because I've been
- 26:54Speaker 1: that man. That's what I'm driving a limo because I've
- 26:57Speaker 1: been that, young brother. I'm trying to keep you from
- 26:59Speaker 1: going that because you won't like it. Look at Tony,
- 27:02Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell you at this point.
- 27:03Speaker 1: First of all, I'm not doing it, so you can
- 27:05Speaker 1: cut that out. Okay. Now I'm thinking of you and
- 27:07Speaker 1: all the other young brothers to do this thumb. You
- 27:10Speaker 1: watch too many of the movies or something. Brother, you
- 27:12Speaker 1: need to get your plate because they got a place
- 27:14Speaker 1: for you. So let me tell you something they read
- 27:17Speaker 1: mam aught I ready anything. My mamma told me. They
- 27:19Speaker 1: didn't want me to know. They cut it out. Do
- 27:21Speaker 1: you feel me? They looked at me every night where
- 27:24Speaker 1: they wanted to fed me gubbage that I had to
- 27:26Speaker 1: eat or die. You ain't ready for that man, You
- 27:28Speaker 1: ain't ready for w think he got your land. Your
- 27:31Speaker 1: brothers don't know what going on out here. You got
- 27:34Speaker 1: it too easy. See now you're talking about going down.
- 27:36Speaker 1: They robbing the bank. You ain't no bank ropper. You
- 27:38Speaker 1: don't sound like no thud go real a remo. The
- 27:41Speaker 1: way you're going, you ain't making nothing because they were
- 27:43Speaker 1: blowing your young I way about their paper. You don't
- 27:46Speaker 1: understand that. And you sw ready for no jail? Can
- 27:49Speaker 1: I say one more thing to you? That? Yeah, what
- 27:52Speaker 1: is it? All I want to do is tell you
- 27:53Speaker 1: it is that I'm nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey
- 27:56Speaker 1: Morning Show, and you're going card. They don't got me
- 27:58Speaker 1: the frank phone call you. I don't give a who
- 28:02Speaker 1: you are. If you around with them folks down town,
- 28:05Speaker 1: they're gonna blow you where they're gonna get your hundred
- 28:07Speaker 1: years under the jam? Do you do? Did you just
- 28:09Speaker 1: hear what I just said? Though? What you said something
- 28:12Speaker 1: about with my partners? You know? I no, no, no, no,
- 28:15Speaker 1: I said, I'm nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 28:20Speaker 1: your boy the other another driver. Cordell got me the plank.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Phone call you if he tom me, Oh you mean
- 28:28Speaker 1: Steve Harvey on the radio. No, man, no, no, no,
- 28:33Speaker 1: this is are you serious? Man? Hein't Cecil, your boy.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Cordelle got me to pray. Phone call you, man. I'm
- 28:39Speaker 1: gonna get that. I'm gonna get that pass when you
- 28:42Speaker 1: let my fire man. I don't know that. I mean
- 28:45Speaker 1: my fight moved. Mike Hower. He say be careful, he say, big, Cecil.
- 28:50Speaker 1: He's been he's been down there, even done some time
- 28:53Speaker 1: in that been. That man, come down, baby, comes down. Man.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I got one more question to ask you, man, what's
- 28:59Speaker 1: the bad radio show in the late I want the
- 29:03Speaker 1: left you Tommy, but you're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 29:08Speaker 1: Morning Show. Well two days after the election, we still
- 29:15Speaker 1: don't have a clear winner here. But hey, listen, keep
- 29:19Speaker 1: hope alive. That's all we can say is keep hope alive.
- 29:24Speaker 1: This is pretty much a typical of twenty two. Yeah,
- 29:27Speaker 1: that's very true. Major news agencies were reporting that Joe
- 29:35Speaker 1: Biden had two hundred and fifty three of the two
- 29:37Speaker 1: hundred and seventy electoral votes needed to win, compared to
- 29:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump's two hundred and thirteen. Biden is leading in
- 29:44Speaker 1: two states still in play, Arizona with eleven electoral votes
- 29:48Speaker 1: in Nevada with six. If Biden wins both states, he'll
- 29:52Speaker 1: have the two seventy electoral votes needed to make him president.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Fox News projected that Biden had one Arizona on election night,
- 30:01Speaker 1: giving him two hundred and sixty four electoral votes. Trump
- 30:04Speaker 1: was out of sight on yesterday except for his omnipresence
- 30:08Speaker 1: on Twitter, where he continued to make false claims about
- 30:11Speaker 1: the election, leading Twitter to flag his tweets for potentially
- 30:15Speaker 1: false and misleading statements. Biden spoke publicly, stopping short of
- 30:20Speaker 1: declaring victory. Tick a, listen, I'm not here to declare
- 30:23Speaker 1: that we've won, but I am here to report when
- 30:28Speaker 1: the count is finished, we believe we will be the
- 30:31Speaker 1: winners here, Okay, all right? Confidence, I love it. I mean, well,
- 30:41Speaker 1: you know, I really just want this to hear up
- 30:43Speaker 1: and be old, because I don't put nothing past these people. Man. Exactly,
- 30:49Speaker 1: he's already called the governor of Pennsylvania, I mean Georgia.
- 30:54Speaker 1: He's already called the governor of Arizona. All he'd have
- 30:57Speaker 1: called all the custom him out yet. Oh yeah, he
- 31:01Speaker 1: trying to figure out what they can do. That's right,
- 31:04Speaker 1: that's right. Meanwhile, in Detroit, election challengers and Trump supporters
- 31:08Speaker 1: showed up as Detroit poll workers counted absentee ballots, channing this,
- 31:13Speaker 1: take a listen. And that was that was Detroit. That
- 31:30Speaker 1: was in Detroit. Okay, all right, let me explain from you.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Don't go down now. I'm just I'm just your you.
- 31:39Speaker 1: You're gonna let your little protest take you somewhere. Get
- 31:42Speaker 1: your ass can't handle calf go down to Detroit talking
- 31:46Speaker 1: about stop anything. We've been asking y'all to stop for
- 31:51Speaker 1: a long time. Yeah. Also in Detroit, Steve, stop the
- 31:55Speaker 1: count stop shooting up. Yeah all right, all right. Also
- 32:00Speaker 1: in Detroit, this guy he just kept it one hundred Steve.
- 32:04Speaker 1: We love him. Take a listen. They've been saying that before.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Now we just need to be persistent to make sure
- 32:09Speaker 1: our voice and our voice gets counted, because as goes,
- 32:12Speaker 1: Detroit will be done so. And I will say the
- 32:15Speaker 1: Black vote in Detroit as high as than it's ever been,
- 32:17Speaker 1: and we will determine the outcome because we've gone from
- 32:19Speaker 1: picking cotton the picking presidency. Come on, yeah, that's that.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Damn Detroit. I told y'all, I've been talking about Detroit
- 32:29Speaker 1: for years. Man, one of my favorite cities to ever
- 32:32Speaker 1: go to and perform. I love for Detroit, man. I'm
- 32:35Speaker 1: seeking the football stands as a cutout at the Lions game.
- 32:39Speaker 1: You know, dog, ain't nobody deny that our love Detroit,
- 32:44Speaker 1: Fox Theater, Joe Lewis Serena cold Ball. I would have
- 32:48Speaker 1: been to all of all of all those shows. Look
- 32:51Speaker 1: sweet George Brown's Breakfast, House Boys, Stop City Slickers, Broadway,
- 32:59Speaker 1: and Fium Hotel Blue Boys. Oh yes, huh, but but
- 33:09Speaker 1: wait now. In Arizona, Trump supporters showed up and they
- 33:14Speaker 1: were channing count those votes. Okay. Also, the Trump campaign
- 33:17Speaker 1: is filings Wait, sir, make up your mind the count,
- 33:24Speaker 1: stop the colonel vot vote and right. So okay, So
- 33:33Speaker 1: the Trump campaign is filing lawsuits over uncounted ballots in Georgia, Pennsylvania,
- 33:38Speaker 1: and Michigan plus. Trump sent a letter out to his
- 33:41Speaker 1: supporters stating, just like I predicted, the left wing mob
- 33:45Speaker 1: is trying to steal this election. The letter went on
- 33:48Speaker 1: to say, I'm asking my fiercest and most loyal defenders
- 33:53Speaker 1: like you to fight back. What what that's that's insightful?
- 33:59Speaker 1: You know, as that cry, it's voting. You can't interfere
- 34:06Speaker 1: with the count. You can't interfere. You're not supposed to
- 34:09Speaker 1: interfere with the election. It's called voter suppression. We've never
- 34:12Speaker 1: been guilty of voter suppression ever. Ever, We've been victims
- 34:18Speaker 1: of voter suppression. See. It's amazing, man, when something happens
- 34:22Speaker 1: to them. Yeah, that their reaction is amazing. I'm not
- 34:27Speaker 1: surprised by any of this, but I would like to
- 34:30Speaker 1: offer some advice, Okay, to Trump, supposed to Trump, our lords.
- 34:36Speaker 1: It's listen to me, yes, sugar, honey, iced tea happens,
- 34:44Speaker 1: and it happens all the time to us. Now when
- 34:50Speaker 1: it happens to you, it's okay, drink it, breathe See,
- 34:55Speaker 1: listen to me, patient and deal with it. It's only
- 35:03Speaker 1: four years. Listen to me. We did four hundred. You
- 35:10Speaker 1: can do four. It's okay. We did four hundred years
- 35:17Speaker 1: of it. You can do four. But I understand what
- 35:20Speaker 1: It's never happened to you before. But it's okay. It's
- 35:25Speaker 1: just a vote, it's just a presidency. It's all this
- 35:30Speaker 1: really means. And I know what you've really been irritating you.
- 35:35Speaker 1: That could be a black woman in the White House,
- 35:39Speaker 1: which is probably worse for a lot of you than
- 35:43Speaker 1: a black All right, Steve, phone calls after this eight
- 35:47Speaker 1: seven seven twenty nine, Steve, call us, you're listening to Okay,
- 35:54Speaker 1: So last break, we were talking about how confused Trump
- 35:57Speaker 1: supporters are. One minute they're talking about stop the count,
- 36:01Speaker 1: but then they show up at other places channing count
- 36:04Speaker 1: every vote. Make up your minds? Yeah? Right. Meanwhile, protesters
- 36:12Speaker 1: in Minneapolis, Oregon, and New York called on election officials
- 36:15Speaker 1: to count every vote. And Steve, let's just get to it.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Are you ready to talk to the people? All right?
- 36:24Speaker 1: If you have a question or a comment, call us
- 36:27Speaker 1: eight seven seven twenty nine. Steed, let's go to line
- 36:29Speaker 1: one and talk to Calvin out of Jacksonville and Steve
- 36:35Speaker 1: Harvey Man, what's going on? Baby? Not much, Steve, Good morning,
- 36:39Speaker 1: Steve Collins, Shirley Nextew Timing Junior. I listen to you
- 36:44Speaker 1: guys every day, and I'm just sitting here waiting on
- 36:47Speaker 1: these results to come in and hopefully, you know, we
- 36:52Speaker 1: all hope and pray that it will be Joe Bihinden
- 36:54Speaker 1: named Kamala Harris and we'll make history in that point.
- 36:57Speaker 1: But the biggest thing that I listen to you a
- 37:00Speaker 1: lot seed when you talk about, you know, the power
- 37:02Speaker 1: of the black vote and things to that nature, and
- 37:06Speaker 1: a lot of people like to talk about when President
- 37:09Speaker 1: Obama and Joe Biden was in office and a lot
- 37:11Speaker 1: of black people say they really didn't do anything for
- 37:13Speaker 1: the black people. And the message that I get from
- 37:17Speaker 1: you all the time is they need to know the
- 37:19Speaker 1: power that vote and they need to understand the mid
- 37:22Speaker 1: term elections. So I don't want if Joe Biden and
- 37:26Speaker 1: Kamala in the winning this election. Can you continue to
- 37:30Speaker 1: preach that message so they understand the power of the
- 37:33Speaker 1: midterm elections and what that can do to support Joe
- 37:37Speaker 1: Biden and Kamala Harris. Oh? Absolutely. And I'll tell you
- 37:40Speaker 1: what else, Like there's two runoffs in Georgia. Looks like
- 37:46Speaker 1: Purdue an ask off and warning and this other person.
- 37:52Speaker 1: It's so close in Georgia, it's going to be two
- 37:55Speaker 1: runoffs January fifth. We're already laying the groundwork for what
- 38:00Speaker 1: we're gonna do on this show. I've already put in
- 38:04Speaker 1: a call to one of my frat brothers that's on
- 38:07Speaker 1: a competitive station. But we don't look at it that
- 38:09Speaker 1: way because we got a mission. Me and Ricky Smiley
- 38:12Speaker 1: and Dial Hugley have teamed up, so we're gonna push
- 38:15Speaker 1: people to the polls so we can get that mid
- 38:18Speaker 1: term election going. Because I think, now, this is what
- 38:22Speaker 1: I think, bro, I think that black people saw the
- 38:27Speaker 1: power of their vote at work. This was a bigger
- 38:29Speaker 1: turnout in Detroit than any other election. And guess what.
- 38:34Speaker 1: They flipped the script. Philly could flip the script. Atlanta.
- 38:39Speaker 1: It's got them booty screws in this dude. They scared
- 38:46Speaker 1: and y'all, I'm gonna just say it again, Philly got
- 38:50Speaker 1: them booty screws in the whole Republican Party because they
- 38:55Speaker 1: dined there in Philly. In Atlanta, just like Detroit, we
- 38:58Speaker 1: finished show him something. Just like Dallas and Houston. Put
- 39:02Speaker 1: the Buddhist crews and damn to turn the red stake
- 39:05Speaker 1: eight seven seed more of your phone calls right after this.
- 39:09Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Yeah, let's say my name,
- 39:19Speaker 1: say my name, Joe Biden, CAA Harris, Ye, say my name,
- 39:26Speaker 1: say my name Donald Trump. Been to take a long walk.
- 39:32Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I'd like to say Trey's name. Trey is
- 39:35Speaker 1: online two out of Philly. If you want to talk
- 39:38Speaker 1: to Steyn, Good morning, Good morning Steve and the crew.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, my brother, I appreciate you.
- 39:49Speaker 1: I appreciate how you delivered this thing to the masses
- 39:51Speaker 1: out here. Listen, the sleeping giant has now woken up.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Come on, we to kiss the deal. Bam, we call
- 40:03Speaker 1: it giving them the business. Now, we had to choose
- 40:06Speaker 1: between the lesser two evils. Okay, we understand Joe Biden
- 40:11Speaker 1: because these posts in Delaware. You know, we know what
- 40:13Speaker 1: he did with black people and the brothers of conspiration.
- 40:16Speaker 1: What needs to happen now is the role call these
- 40:21Speaker 1: folks that get elected. There is no consciousness actually apparatus
- 40:26Speaker 1: that says how people voted. Do they go into the
- 40:29Speaker 1: polls and the underscore the Senate and the House. We
- 40:33Speaker 1: don't have their record to say how these people voted.
- 40:37Speaker 1: So while the lap, while we've changed this dynamic and
- 40:41Speaker 1: now the focus on the election, let's continue to educate
- 40:45Speaker 1: people how to now review to see who to put in,
- 40:49Speaker 1: who to put an office. The second thing I want
- 40:52Speaker 1: to tell you, you know, in my suggestion is these
- 40:55Speaker 1: young brothers out here, we are not standing for the
- 41:00Speaker 1: sense no more, no more that. Yeah, man, we just
- 41:06Speaker 1: we We're not standing for it no more. You know,
- 41:07Speaker 1: they bringing that, you know that cowboy and Indian thing.
- 41:11Speaker 1: These younger brothers are here. We you know, they kill
- 41:14Speaker 1: each other over it's a nonsense. But when it comes
- 41:17Speaker 1: to push, comes to show they're ready for this thing,
- 41:20Speaker 1: they're getting ready to pop off. Believe believe me. You know,
- 41:25Speaker 1: I go back to cease will be more. Um. You know,
- 41:28Speaker 1: who's a really defiant lawyer and really great advocate for
- 41:32Speaker 1: social rights. You know what we have here, and I'm
- 41:35Speaker 1: for all people. All people's lives matter. But I'm a
- 41:39Speaker 1: brother who's seen people get shot down on the street.
- 41:42Speaker 1: You know, we just had a brother around the corner
- 41:43Speaker 1: for me twenty seven. You know, we got shot down
- 41:46Speaker 1: for a mental this mental disability, you know, and you know,
- 41:52Speaker 1: our our conscience as a people, you know, and just
- 41:56Speaker 1: as a people loving each other and understanding that goes
- 41:59Speaker 1: futher than this electoral process. Half of us don't know
- 42:04Speaker 1: about the electoral college that we were considered three fourths
- 42:07Speaker 1: of a man. We don't know that, you know. And
- 42:10Speaker 1: so this educational process, as we go through, it needs
- 42:15Speaker 1: to be sustained. So now as you go through, you know,
- 42:19Speaker 1: and putting some pieces together and how he recommends not
- 42:24Speaker 1: just the older generation, but these young churchs in elementary school,
- 42:30Speaker 1: in high school, that they understand how voting impacts their lives.
- 42:37Speaker 1: I'm blessed that I had brother Dave Richardson and late
- 42:40Speaker 1: Dave Richardson when I was in high school. This brother
- 42:42Speaker 1: was six foot three. He looked like the chub rock.
- 42:46Speaker 1: And when this catch folk, he understood. He explained it
- 42:49Speaker 1: to us. And that's a position that when you're in
- 42:52Speaker 1: media to be able to educate the master. Yeah, see
- 42:58Speaker 1: what we're doing here now is you said something really relevant.
- 43:02Speaker 1: You said, the sleeping giant has awakened. And see now
- 43:08Speaker 1: through the visual of television and social media, black people
- 43:14Speaker 1: in Detroit saw themselves change and affect an entire election.
- 43:21Speaker 1: The people in Philly right now are sitting on pins
- 43:24Speaker 1: and needles because guess what, Philly, it's in the scope
- 43:29Speaker 1: of changing the election. Brothers and sisters in Atlanta is
- 43:33Speaker 1: sitting here with the scope with the ability to see
- 43:37Speaker 1: themselves affecting an election, and everybody tight about it. What
- 43:42Speaker 1: we are going to move forward to is to move
- 43:44Speaker 1: this over to the med terms so we can show
- 43:46Speaker 1: their power. And I'm gonna tell you something else, I'm
- 43:49Speaker 1: gonna stop doing. I'm gonna stop letting these rich ass
- 43:52Speaker 1: black people come up and just say what they want
- 43:54Speaker 1: to say and get away with it. You're not gonna
- 43:56Speaker 1: keep doing that. Huh. I'm vote for Trump because I'm
- 43:59Speaker 1: worrying about your money. It ain't chow damn money. We
- 44:01Speaker 1: need to wear about. We need to wear about our
- 44:03Speaker 1: people's money that get affected by these podcast policies that
- 44:07Speaker 1: these people putting down. Kid about your rich ass pay
- 44:10Speaker 1: us some more taxes coming up right after this. You're
- 44:14Speaker 1: listening Morning show? All right, listen, we got a lot
- 44:23Speaker 1: going on this morning. We're talking about the election, We're
- 44:27Speaker 1: talking to people on the phone, we're doing It's getting time.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Let's go. You got some more calls and uh, huh,
- 44:33Speaker 1: it's time for the prank call. Yeah, but it's time
- 44:35Speaker 1: for the frank We got some more calls. Yeah, all right,
- 44:38Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour, about four
- 44:40Speaker 1: minutes after. It's my strawberry letter for today. The subject
- 44:43Speaker 1: nothing he does is enough. We'll get into that, but
- 44:46Speaker 1: right now the nephew is here with today's prank phone call.
- 44:50Speaker 1: But you got for us naugh who listen right here?
- 44:53Speaker 1: Just for my daddy, y'all all time favorite. Can I
- 44:56Speaker 1: have yo Kidney? Can I have your kidd if you're listening, man,
- 45:04Speaker 1: just one for you baby. Yeah. Hello, Hello, I'm trying
- 45:09Speaker 1: to reach a brother, Conny. This is kind of how
- 45:13Speaker 1: you're doing brother. This is Deacon Patterson called him from
- 45:15Speaker 1: the church. How you doing today, uh, Deacon Patterson? Yeah,
- 45:19Speaker 1: just doing fun and yourself, sir, I'm doing good, doing good,
- 45:22Speaker 1: and you know the church is behind you on what
- 45:24Speaker 1: you're going through. When we were praying for you, man,
- 45:26Speaker 1: we know all about the you know you're going in
- 45:29Speaker 1: the surgeon on Friday to get your get your pancers removed.
- 45:32Speaker 1: So I wanted to give you a call man, have
- 45:34Speaker 1: a word of prayer and let you know that we
- 45:36Speaker 1: all are pulling for you, and we know that that
- 45:39Speaker 1: the man upstairs are gonna pull you through this successful
- 45:42Speaker 1: where God blessing keep you, uh that, Deacon, God blessing
- 45:45Speaker 1: keep you because I tell you I'm going through something here.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Me and my wife, we've been talking about it and
- 45:50Speaker 1: we've been praying on it, and it She was a
- 45:52Speaker 1: wonderful thing to know that your church is with you
- 45:54Speaker 1: and y'all thinking about me in prayer. I've really had
- 45:58Speaker 1: to take this to the Lord. This is a serious
- 46:01Speaker 1: thing with me and I ain't never had an operation
- 46:03Speaker 1: before in my life, and I know I needed my
- 46:06Speaker 1: wife and made it clear. The doctor made it clear
- 46:08Speaker 1: that I believe I'm ready to go forward, Deacon, and
- 46:11Speaker 1: we're gonna give the victory to who the victory. He's
- 46:15Speaker 1: the victory. He let me. Let me have a word
- 46:18Speaker 1: of prayer with your brother Connor. You don't mind just
- 46:20Speaker 1: about your head from him. Father, God, we have right now.
- 46:23Speaker 1: We have right now that you touch brother Connley as
- 46:26Speaker 1: he goes in on Friday, Please put your hands on him.
- 46:30Speaker 1: We asked, Father that you hold on to the doctor
- 46:33Speaker 1: that's getting ready to go and to put the surgery on. Yes,
- 46:36Speaker 1: we asked that you make sure that the doctor it's
- 46:39Speaker 1: got a strong eye. On that morning walk with him.
- 46:43Speaker 1: We asked that that that he got a steady hand
- 46:46Speaker 1: when he got the scalpel in his hand. We asked
- 46:48Speaker 1: that you hold own to it please as he goes
- 46:52Speaker 1: into a surgeon, because we know comes side the moaning,
- 46:55Speaker 1: the victory, gonna beloan, the brother Conley and the Lord,
- 46:59Speaker 1: thank you Lord, we know all of this. But we
- 47:01Speaker 1: we asked that you take that pincres and you remove
- 47:03Speaker 1: it out, successingly closing back up like it was never
- 47:07Speaker 1: been into the end before. Walk with Miki. That's what
- 47:10Speaker 1: we're asking, we ask your Lord. At the same time
- 47:13Speaker 1: that they're removing this pancress. Lord, we asked that your
- 47:16Speaker 1: reach around his backside and we asked that you touch
- 47:20Speaker 1: his kidney. Lord, touch his kidney and make it hold.
- 47:23Speaker 1: Make it a hundred and ten percent. We want you
- 47:25Speaker 1: to make that that kidneys like it's been the best
- 47:28Speaker 1: kidneys it was. Deacon, that's deacon, Deacon whoop, pat Deacon passon. Yes,
- 47:34Speaker 1: you know you're saying that you doun sir, they're just
- 47:36Speaker 1: nothing wrong with my kidney. Deacon. I'm doing I'm doing fine.
- 47:39Speaker 1: The Lord is Lord has been needed. Well, he's gonna
- 47:41Speaker 1: work on my pancres. That's what the doctors operating on.
- 47:44Speaker 1: They don't trap me forward, and that's what they're playing
- 47:46Speaker 1: to remove. So really, my kidney is fine. They did
- 47:49Speaker 1: what they called when them in my eyes, and everything
- 47:52Speaker 1: else is fine. He ain't working on nothing but my pancres. Sir,
- 47:54Speaker 1: right right right. Let me let me say I'm glad
- 47:57Speaker 1: you brought it up with this. This is when we
- 47:59Speaker 1: want called. Oh you huh uh. Of course I did
- 48:02Speaker 1: call to pray for you. Yes that you know, because
- 48:04Speaker 1: I want to make a show that that that that
- 48:06Speaker 1: you make it through this successfully. But what another the
- 48:08Speaker 1: reason why I'm getting rounded is here is uh, what
- 48:12Speaker 1: I want to ask you, and I know we we
- 48:14Speaker 1: you know, we've never met face to face. I've seen
- 48:16Speaker 1: you a couple of times, like I said, the church,
- 48:17Speaker 1: but you've been out most time, or you're with your
- 48:20Speaker 1: sickness and whatnot. But now, what what I was gonna
- 48:23Speaker 1: ask you was, yeah, and I know this is I
- 48:27Speaker 1: hate to come at you in the final hour and
- 48:29Speaker 1: you're getting ready to go. He certain and all that,
- 48:31Speaker 1: but if you don't mind it, if you could see
- 48:34Speaker 1: it in your heart, to to to see to do
- 48:37Speaker 1: something for somebody else. Yes. Uh, that's that's the large
- 48:40Speaker 1: we are. You always supposed to help those who right,
- 48:44Speaker 1: And I'm glad you you think like that. It's now
- 48:47Speaker 1: when they go in on Friday morning and remove that
- 48:50Speaker 1: paincress out. Do you think that that that that they
- 48:55Speaker 1: could go in and get one of your kidneys because
- 48:59Speaker 1: I need one? Hold hold on, just mint Beacon, what
- 49:03Speaker 1: you say, but what you say, see see see what else.
- 49:06Speaker 1: I've been going through myself with a little ailment. And
- 49:10Speaker 1: I'm wondering if if if I need a kidney, and
- 49:12Speaker 1: I'm wondering if you can give me one of yours.
- 49:14Speaker 1: When they go in and get your packers, they're going
- 49:16Speaker 1: already to have you open. Did you say you wanted
- 49:19Speaker 1: to him to take one of my kidneys? Yeah, and
- 49:21Speaker 1: give it to me because I need one. You need
- 49:23Speaker 1: a kidney? Yeah, But what I mean you already gonna
- 49:26Speaker 1: be laying the open. Wait a minute, mister, you need
- 49:29Speaker 1: a kidney. I need help with my packers. You will
- 49:31Speaker 1: call me with black that man, This ain't no work
- 49:34Speaker 1: of the Lord. Now you say you're a deacon, like
- 49:37Speaker 1: I said, Dickon Patterson, my name but see what I'm
- 49:39Speaker 1: asking you. If what you me? Man, brother Conny, what
- 49:44Speaker 1: harm is it? If you already open and laying on TV? Oh,
- 49:47Speaker 1: you ain't heard a damn thing I Say't have you?
- 49:50Speaker 1: I said, I'll be bad. You're crazy. It's hell. Now
- 49:53Speaker 1: what I'm gonna have to do. I'm gonna need to
- 49:55Speaker 1: call the pastor because he's going on here. You say
- 49:58Speaker 1: you knew you man, damn new mister mat Fack you
- 50:01Speaker 1: too damn new to know who you're talking to? What what?
- 50:03Speaker 1: What I'm saying is you have two k two? Look
- 50:06Speaker 1: like you said you said they did the Mr. You
- 50:08Speaker 1: don't give what I said they did. Man, I got
- 50:11Speaker 1: two kidneys. You got to one of yours? Bad, that's
- 50:13Speaker 1: your problem. Mister. Let me tell you something. I'm trying
- 50:16Speaker 1: to get well, and you calling with this. You say
- 50:19Speaker 1: you're a new deacon. You damn show ills and you
- 50:22Speaker 1: won't be at the church long. I'll tell you that
- 50:24Speaker 1: because if I ever get close to your sister, we
- 50:26Speaker 1: got some rismon and do what is it gonna hurt
- 50:28Speaker 1: for you to give me one of them kidnas? That
- 50:30Speaker 1: both them? If both of them kidneys is good, it
- 50:32Speaker 1: ain't gonna hit them. Think you ain't getting my kidney? Man,
- 50:35Speaker 1: ain't gonna what's wrong with you? Say? Man? All I'm
- 50:38Speaker 1: saying is, if you're gonna be old and laying on
- 50:40Speaker 1: the table, what is it gonna hurt? Old man, you're
- 50:43Speaker 1: gonna kill I'm open laying on the damn table. What
- 50:46Speaker 1: kind of a pray you in charge of? Mister? Let
- 50:49Speaker 1: me tell you something obvious. I need to meet you
- 50:51Speaker 1: before I get to the hospital and maybe I can
- 50:53Speaker 1: take out that damn bad getting in yours. I can't
- 50:55Speaker 1: tell you that we fu you're gonna feel a damn
- 50:58Speaker 1: thing I got that. I'll be damn if you're gonna
- 51:00Speaker 1: call and talk to me out of one of my
- 51:02Speaker 1: damn kitdings. Man, I'm trying to live just like you,
- 51:05Speaker 1: trying to let the Lord take care of me. Because
- 51:07Speaker 1: what you're talking about it ain't got a damn thing
- 51:08Speaker 1: to do with Jesus. You can kiss my and get
- 51:11Speaker 1: off my phone, that's what you can do. Can I
- 51:13Speaker 1: say one more thing to you? What is you listening
- 51:16Speaker 1: to me? Man? I don't listen to you, and you
- 51:19Speaker 1: ain't talking about nothing that's got nothing to do with
- 51:21Speaker 1: what's going on with me. Mister, you're running the game.
- 51:24Speaker 1: If I could get to y'all put leading you. But
- 51:27Speaker 1: can I just say one more thing and then I'm

- 54:10Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject Nothing he
- 54:15Speaker 1: does is enough. Dear Stephen Shirley, I need your advice
- 54:19Speaker 1: on how to move past being hurt by my husband.
- 54:23Speaker 1: My husband cheated on me several years ago, and although
- 54:26Speaker 1: I love him deeply, I haven't been able to move
- 54:29Speaker 1: past the cheating. The most hurtful part is that he
- 54:32Speaker 1: waited till our twentieth anniversary to start having an affair,
- 54:36Speaker 1: and it lasted a very long time. I was not
- 54:39Speaker 1: blind to the fact that he could have been cheating,
- 54:42Speaker 1: but I always thought he wasn't the type to do that.
- 54:45Speaker 1: I was very embarrassed by it because my whole community
- 54:48Speaker 1: knew about it, so did a lot of my friends
- 54:51Speaker 1: and family members, and they didn't say anything to me
- 54:54Speaker 1: about it. I could have been angry with all of
- 54:56Speaker 1: them too, but I understood when they said they did
- 55:00Speaker 1: not want to be involved or they didn't want to
- 55:03Speaker 1: be messy. It took some time for my husband to
- 55:05Speaker 1: admit everything to me, and it took me an even
- 55:09Speaker 1: longer time to let him come back home. I do
- 55:11Speaker 1: believe he's a changed man, and he will do anything
- 55:15Speaker 1: to keep me happy. All of the attention he gives
- 55:18Speaker 1: me and all of the gifts he showers me with
- 55:20Speaker 1: aren't enough to heal my heart. All I can think
- 55:23Speaker 1: about is him spending time with this woman and taking
- 55:26Speaker 1: her own trips and making love to her. I failed
- 55:30Speaker 1: to mention that he only confessed because he ended up
- 55:33Speaker 1: giving me a sexually transmitted infection that he's got so
- 55:39Speaker 1: that he yeah that he got from his mistress. Now
- 55:42Speaker 1: my family thinks I'm crazy for staying with him and
- 55:45Speaker 1: reliving what he did over and over again, But I'd
- 55:48Speaker 1: be even crazier without him. Nothing he does is enough
- 55:52Speaker 1: to make me forget the affair. Do you think I
- 55:54Speaker 1: can ever regain trust in him and our marriage can
- 55:57Speaker 1: get back to normal? You know, that's a tough one.
- 56:02Speaker 1: You know some marriages, A lot of marriages survive after
- 56:05Speaker 1: affairs and things like this, but a lot of them don't,
- 56:09Speaker 1: and most of the ones that do survive are the
- 56:11Speaker 1: ones where the woman is cheated on. Usually the man
- 56:14Speaker 1: will not take a woman back after a man has
- 56:18Speaker 1: been cheated on. And I'm really sorry that he cheated
- 56:21Speaker 1: on you, And I can say this, you know you
- 56:25Speaker 1: You you talk about can you regain the trust and
- 56:27Speaker 1: can your marriage get back to normal? If you allow
- 56:32Speaker 1: yourself to forgive him, you can start to heals. That's
- 56:38Speaker 1: hard as well, that's very, very hard, but you got
- 56:41Speaker 1: to start the process somehow, sometime someway. You got to
- 56:45Speaker 1: forget about what your family says, forget about what everyone
- 56:48Speaker 1: else says. The question is what do you want? What
- 56:51Speaker 1: do you really want? It's like you want him there,
- 56:54Speaker 1: you don't want him to be without him. You say
- 56:56Speaker 1: you love him deeply, you'd be crazy without him, but
- 56:59Speaker 1: then you keep replaying the scenario of him making love
- 57:03Speaker 1: to another woman in your mind. Now, it's hard to
- 57:06Speaker 1: have them both ways. Either you're gonna forgive him and
- 57:10Speaker 1: try and let it go and move on in this relationship,
- 57:13Speaker 1: But right now you don't know. I think you're emotional.
- 57:17Speaker 1: You say you still love him. I believe you do,
- 57:20Speaker 1: but just because you still love a person, It doesn't
- 57:23Speaker 1: mean you have to stay with them. It doesn't mean
- 57:25Speaker 1: that he did this to you. He broke the trust,
- 57:28Speaker 1: he brought home an STI the worst. Okay, he was reckless,
- 57:35Speaker 1: he lied, he spoiled your twentieth anniversary. That's a lot
- 57:38Speaker 1: to deal with. It's a whole lot. I'm surprised you're
- 57:41Speaker 1: still there. I'm surprised you're still there. But the fact
- 57:44Speaker 1: that you're still there means that you do want to
- 57:47Speaker 1: continue in this marriage. I say to you, maybe you
- 57:50Speaker 1: could get seek some professional counseling, some professional help, and
- 57:55Speaker 1: see if you can get rid of those images. You know,
- 57:57Speaker 1: talk it out, talk it out. But you gotta figure
- 58:00Speaker 1: out what you want. I mean, you have to figure
- 58:03Speaker 1: that out. This is about your healing. You're getting those
- 58:06Speaker 1: images out of your head, getting your groove back, getting
- 58:10Speaker 1: back to you know, your self, love and all of that.
- 58:13Speaker 1: I think you're still angry. What he's doing is trying
- 58:17Speaker 1: to fix it. I mean it's a band aid at
- 58:19Speaker 1: this point to you. I mean, you know, I think
- 58:21Speaker 1: he's just sorry that he got caught. I think you
- 58:23Speaker 1: should stop making this about him, make it about you
- 58:26Speaker 1: so you can move on. Forgive him so you can
- 58:29Speaker 1: move on. Steve. Oh, you know, it is so many
- 58:37Speaker 1: components in this letter that I don't really know which
- 58:42Speaker 1: one of your problems to adjust because you have so
- 58:46Speaker 1: many in here. The number one problem with this letter
- 58:51Speaker 1: is to me, y'all got way too many people in
- 58:56Speaker 1: your business. Now. It's not that any of them have
- 59:00Speaker 1: I know the particulars or surely know the particulars about
- 59:02Speaker 1: what they're saying to you. But first of all, the
- 59:06Speaker 1: whole community knew then. Relatives and friends knew then they
- 59:12Speaker 1: didn't want to tell you because they didn't want to
- 59:14Speaker 1: be messy. It's just all these damn people know. See,
- 59:20Speaker 1: it's hard to heal when everybody that you, okay, yea,
- 59:25Speaker 1: how you doing today? Then you said at one point
- 59:29Speaker 1: in the letter, they all think I'm crazy for staying
- 59:34Speaker 1: How did they all know all this damn information? Now, look,
- 59:40Speaker 1: I'm not saying this guy's not guilty, because of course
- 59:44Speaker 1: he is on so many levels. But when I come back,
- 59:51Speaker 1: I want to explain something to your sister. You're killing yourself, Yeah,
- 59:57Speaker 1: you're killing yourself, And I want to tell you about
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: a very slick trick that the devil uses to make
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: sure you never heal. All right, Steve, we'll have part
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: two of your response coming up at twenty three minutes
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: after the hour. Nothing he does is enough? Be right back.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: You're listening to show, all right, Steve, Come on, let's
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: get to this letter, Part two, the Strawberry Letter for today.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: This subject Nothing he does is enough. This is a
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: woman who had a husband who's cheated on her several
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: years ago, and she loves a man dearly, but she
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: ain't been able to move past to cheating. Now. There's
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: a lot of pressure on this woman because somehow the
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: whole community knew about it, and her family and friend
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: members they knew about it, but they didn't tell her
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: because they said they didn't want to be messy. Then
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: it took some time for her husband to admit to
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: her that he was doing that. But the only reason
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: he had admit to him is because he gave this
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: woman to sexually transmitted disease. Now this is years ago,
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: so she believes he's a change man and he'll do
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: anything to make me happy. All of this him, and
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: that he chows you with gifts and takes care of
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: your heart. But at none of this, none of this
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: enough to heal. My heart because all she can think
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: about is him spending time with this woman, taking her
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: on trips and making love to her. All right, My
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: family again thinks that I'm crazy for staying with him
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: and reliving what he did over and over. But I'd
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: be even crazier without him. Nothing he does is enough
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: to make me forget the affair. Do you think I
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: can never regain trust in him and I manage and
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: get back to normal. We have a problem with this
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: entire letter. There's no jokes in this letter. This is serious.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: So you know, I can be ignorant sometimes when I'm
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: really trying to say something to you. Sometimes just sometimes.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: We have a major problem here because out of all
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: this stuff you said, well, I'll tell you what. Let
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: me walk you down through it. First of all, you
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: can't get over it because the whole community knew, and
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: so did or feel your friends and family members, and
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: they ain't say nothing to you about it because you
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: got angry with them, but they said they didn't want
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: to be messy. All right. Cool. That's similar to having
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: social media deal with your problems. That's similar to what
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: celebrities go through when they have a breakup and it
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: gets out into public because it's kind of hard to
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: heal yourself when you got all these outside factors having
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: an opinion. Because some days you can be having a
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: good day, trying to move past it, and then here
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: comes somebody girl. You all right, you know I was fine, man,
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: I was having a good day. So your face with that,
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: that's a huge part of this. Now, you said that
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: you do believe he's a changed man, and he'll do
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: anything to keep you happy. He gives you all the
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: attention you want, all the gifts, and it ain't enough
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: to heal my heart. Because the subject of your letter
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: is nothing he does is enough, and you say it
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: again later on in the letter. Okay, so now what
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: can he do? What can he do? He can't do
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: anything because you said nothing he does can heal your heart.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: At one point in time, you have to make a
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: decision to move past what it is you've gotten past.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Here is the problem. You got a lot of people
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: in your marriage. I'm not at liberty to tell you
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: what to do, but I can tell you what I see.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: Listen to me. You say your life would be horrible
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: without this man, but you won't let it be okay
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: with the man? Now, you. This is a decision you
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: gotta make up. You said your life will be horrible
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: without this man, but you won't allow it to be
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: okay with the man. Sometimes, and I'm not making excuses.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: When men mess up and they get busted and they
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: end up going through some things, sometimes you get a
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: better man out of the deal because he learned his lesson.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: I'm not making excuses. He never should have did it
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: in the first place. I got it. It hurt you.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: I'm understanding of all that. But sometimes you get a
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: better version of the man afterwards because maybe he realized
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: something he had forgotten after twenty years of marriage, how
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: much I love and appreciate this woman and man, I'm
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: fit to lose her. I'm tripping. And he gets it
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: right now, the fact that nothing he does can heal
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: your heart. Now we're talking about you now. Either you're
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: gonna move on. Bishop Jake said, you can't drive your
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: car looking in the rear view mirror. Bishop Jake says,
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: forgiveness is not for the other person, it's for you.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: You can't keep drinking the poison waiting on him to die.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: But then you can't live without this man. Now, I
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: don't know none about counseling, because I ain't never been.
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: But you got to get something and work through the
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: decision that you have to make. You don't want to.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: You will be miserable living without this man, but you
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: won't allow yourself to be happy living with him. See
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: listen to me. Whatever happened a few years ago, I
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: don't know if you realize it or not, but you've
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: actually survived it. Whatever he did to you a few
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: years ago, I want you to understand something. You've actually
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: survived it. The STI you survived, the STI you survived
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: the cheating. You're here now. If you're going to stay
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: back there dealing with what you survived, you cannot move forward.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: That's a tough thing and it's easier said than done. Yeah,
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: but I'm just telling you, sister, that's where you act.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: You may have a better man. And the devil has
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: a cold trick man that it's called replays and reliving.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: The devil always replays what went wrong to us. He
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: got a highlight reel of what went wrong, which don't
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: allow us to see what went right. Thank you. We'll
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: take your phone calls. You're listening. Hey, we're back. Uh,
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: We're back everybody. Hey, uh, we've been sitting here waiting
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: on this election information and it's just the same thing. Tommy,
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: what the hell it's going on? Why we can't get
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: no new information? Look at work at at the booth
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: in Arizona. Let me tell y'all something, y'all. I'm quick
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: calling down here. One of what's taking us so long? Okay?
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: We when we're gonna get to y'all. When we get
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: to y'all, I'm not changing my schedule. I'm not coming
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: in no early, and I'm getting off at the time
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: I've been getting off. Ain't just call y'all focusing on us.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: I'm just telling you right now, I'm not fenced to
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: move no faster. Now. When I get in that Thursday
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: morning about nine thirty ten, we're gonna start a county
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: vote intended. Don't be worrying me about it. I got
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: to get my coffee, I got to get my Danish.
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: I'm not fenn to sit there and that y'all worry
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: me about these votes. It's six left to our votes
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: in Arizona. Y'all got other stuff y'all can do quick.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: We're worrying me by when we're gonna get all out
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: that's standing outside. I don't give a damn bout y'all.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: Move out the doorway so I can get to work
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: and do what I'm gonna do. But it's not gonna
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: start till I get my coffee. And I mean that
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: asked the Paul worker question, Please go ahead? What is it? Well,
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: I'm just saying, because of your hours, you know we're
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: on the East coast, is in any way that you
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: would consider going in earlier? Because y'all song, I'm gonna
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: get up when I've been getting up, I'm not getting up.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: Called you up already and you don't know something that
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: ain't how this works. Well, what do you think? What's
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: your feeling? I mean, I know you have an opinion. Well,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: who do you think's winning? So first look, I don't
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: know who winning. All I do is get them over
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: there and run them through the machine. All right, I'm
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: the flattener. I flattened them out somebody else. It's a process.
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: I am the flattener. That's what I do. I flattened
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: the papers eye so they can get ready gone to
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: the next stage, so they can go through the dog
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: own machine. Until then we're wearing me and tell Trump,
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: don't call your No, damn, you don't know yet. No,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: I don't see a lot of people that have been
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: tripping trying to figure out what's going on. And we
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: have a pole worker hill, Yeah, I know people. One
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: last quick question caller, Yes, excuse me, Paul, would you
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: please cancer? What work it? Through? Your lunch break and
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: not taking a lunch today? Why am I not gonna
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: take my lunch break, my lunch breakers? I went fifteen
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: and why would I stop doing that for y'all? I
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: don't even know y'all. And once I tell y'all what what?
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Once we get through, y'all not gonna food with me?
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: No more, y'all gonna wait like everybody is. I'm gonna
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: stop and go to McDonald's and get me something to
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: eat and I'll be back. Can you kind of hurry up?
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: We need to know before the day is over, at least,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: he saying, don't call The reality update coming up next
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: All right, come on, Tommy, it's that time. Introduce our girl.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: Then we're here, Come on, come on, silly show. As
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Black lives matter now, don't Wolden come on line, mashes

- 1:10:24Speaker 1: and nephew Tommy. All right, quickly, let's get to it.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: We got a lot to do with this break, all right.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: Real househoives up, Potoma. Giselle and Robin met up with
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: Karen for tea. She spilled a little tea. They were
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: saying to Karen that Wendy told Giselle that Karen was
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: drunk when she admitted to financially helping her husband, you know,
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: with his tax problems. So and she said she wanted
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: her money back. Well, Karen was like, whatever, she's a
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: soldier for her husband. I don't even understand that that's
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: her husband. She's supposed to help him anyway. We all
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: know that Karen has beef with Wendy. And speaking of
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: Wendy Boom, we know you got four degrees. You ain't
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: gotta say it in every scene that you got four degrees.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: We know you got a PhD. We know ain't nobody hating,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: but you ain't got a stunt every scene you gotta
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: say you got four degrees. You're smart, you're beautiful. We
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: love you, Wendy. Anyway, Ashley is planning a girl's trip getaway.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: She's not bringing the baby, and the ladies are all
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: invited except for Monique. They are going to Portugal, and
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: Monique has filed countersuit assault charges against Candice because you know,
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: cand her for the big fight. And then finally Real
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: Housewives of Beverly Hills, it's over for Erica Jane. She's
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: forty nine years old and her husband Tom Girardi, he
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: is eighty one years old. They for divorce. They've been
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: married twenty one years. So there you have it. That
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: is reality update. Hit me up at Lips Bar, Carla
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: on the Graham and Twitter. Yes, nephew, what's about? What
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: about that new show? What new showing in the White House?
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: I tell you what's going on in the White House,
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: just the reality update. I won't come up with you.
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: Atlanta and Philip got them bootish screws at the White House.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: They whole wrecked them. The simile. I'm telling my wag fast, real,
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: dark and hot and no no no no no no
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: no no no no no. I've been waiting on this.
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: I've been bidding people to vote. I'm I'm over the edge.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: I'm over the edge. All this sugar horn, the iced tea,
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: wedn't had to take edge. I've been over the edge.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: Don't push me call I'm close to the edge. I'm
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: tried not to lose my Come on now, I bet
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: at the end, this ain't nothing for me. I'm I'm
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: just watching. I'm watching us, yes, affect change in this
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: country like they've never seen it all. See, you can
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: call it the what they call them districts h rban.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: They got another word community, inner city. You want? All
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: of is cold words for black Yeah. See see, so
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: you ain't got to be politically correct with us, the
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: black folks. It's voting in Philly, and the black folks
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: is voting in Atlanta, and them black folks show their
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: natural as in Detroit. Yes, so, now, since you would
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: not admit and pay any credence to the Black Lives
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: Matter movement, We've now had to prove to you that
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: we are a movement and our lives do matter, because
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: these very lives that you discounted now have to be counted. See,
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: you can't discount a vote. We're showing up. It's it's
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: it's go time, y'all. W D a s one on
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: five point three Bodis grew one on seven five ninety
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: seven five of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: All right, Steve, come on, ladies and gentlemen, we're back.
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: I'm Steve Narbor with Fox News. We are here. We
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: have a pole observer in Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia, right
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: now with wing in with a special report. Hello, pole
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: observer for the Republican Party. Are you there? Yeah, Yeah,
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: that's me. That's Dusty Dixon. How you doing good? Good?
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Can you give us a report? What's taking so long
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: down there in Fulton County? What is it? What? What? Well?
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: There's a lot of I mean, they're they're unloading all
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: of these ballots and there they don't I'm watching them,
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: and they they're counting them and this just ain't it
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: just ain't looking, did it. I know what we want,
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: but it's I mean, it's one two, three, four or
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: five Biden and then there's one for Trump and then
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: there's one two, three four or five thick for Binding
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: in one. Are you kidding me? There's got to be
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: more hopeful news that you're going to bring to us
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: here on Fox News. All I can tell you is
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: it ain't looking good. What do you want me to
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: sign it? Well, you down there tell us something. Well,
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: all the votes are coming in and all of them
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: are from democratic places, and it just it just ain't
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: looking good. I mean, what are you observing though? Aren't
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: you doing your job? My job is to watch. Now
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: I got I'm watching the people that's doing the flattening,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: and I'm watching the people are sticking them through the machine.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: More of Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Morning Show. All right, let's go
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: to the phone. Steve, let's go to line too and
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: talk to Melenda from my hometown Chicago. You know, I
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: voted for Biden for show. But you know what I
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: want to know what y'all being men? I would think
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: these white Republicans will have more guts than more dignity
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: for themselves. But I think they should take them and
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: make it rings out of them because the well, so
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: you have to understand some Melenda. See, you're dealing with
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: a group of people who do who do who don't
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: come from a background of oppression, and so they don't
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: understand what it is. So the moment that they get
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: faced with a critical amount of adversity and you can't
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: revert back to your original way of thinking. And this
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: is not all Republicans. If you can't go back to
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: how they originally got America, or you can't revert back
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: to how they originally built America, then they don't know
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: what to do, you know. So you can't get no
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: more free label because with Slaveries over, and you can't
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: take nothing else from the Native Americans because you didn't
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: took it all. So now they kind of stuck in it.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: It don't look good that it's not a good look.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: Thank you for calling though, baby line three. Let's go
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: to line three and talk to Demeerings would be nice.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: Shot the bridget out of Camden, New Jersey. Hey bridget Hey, Hi,
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: mister Steve Harvey, Hey bridget go ahead, what's on your mind? Dolly?
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: Good morning. Yeah, I'm so glad I got you the
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: first time in Camden, New Jersey. Camden is in the house. Yeah, listen, sir,
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: I wanted admire you or what you're doing on w
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: das all over the world and Shirley the whole crew
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: pumping up everybody to vote. You're doing a fantastic job. Yeah,
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: thank you, and bridget y'all showed up. Bridget let me
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: tell you something. New York shut it down right quick.
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: He already knew he was gonna win New York. That
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: ain't gonna happen. New York came in and shut it down.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: But it got real fucking thold when Detroit made they
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: stand not today as we sit here live the two
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: cities right now is Philly at Atlanta? Yes, and we're clowning.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: We implored our listeners to vote. They responded, I could
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: not be more proud of the black vote turnout for
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: all those haters for the Black Lives movement, and you
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: discounted us. You now having to count us, and this us,
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: make no mistake about it. This us from the one
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: and only after right aft. You're listening, all right, Wow,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: our last break of the day. Here we are, you
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: know something, sure, this is gonna be my first closing
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: remark in months where I have not pleaded with people
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: to voting. So this is gonna give me great pleasure
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: to do this right here. So let me get this started.
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: You know, um, this right here has been a learning
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: lesson and a teaching moment. First of all, I want
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: to talk directly to my people, Black people. Uncle Steve
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: wants to say something to you. I could not be
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: more proud or the way you have responded in this election, win,
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: lose or draw, because I am telling you something. You
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: are looking at something that is shocking. You are currently
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: watching something that's happening right before our eyes at a
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: very pivotal moment on the backs of COVID and in
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: the midst of Black Lives Matter, teaching and learning lessons
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: are going down. First of all, to all the black
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: people who thought your vote didn't count? Are you watching?
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Are you paying close attention right now, even to this day,
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: at this very moment, to ever say again that your
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: vote doesn't count. It's the biggest lie you can tell
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: yourself and the biggest unjust moment you can give to
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: your ancestors and to us as a people. Because let
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: me tell you something, this is a teaching moment and
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: a learning lesson. And like that brother said in Detroit,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: we went from picking cotton to picking presidents. You don't
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: know what we have done this election on so many levels,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: but they are watching now and this is a teaching
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: and a learning moment for us moving forward, that we
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: have the power to affect change in this country. Michigan
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: was gone to the president by three hundred thousand votes
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: until they got down at the Wayne County till they
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: got down there and Detroit and Lansing and they started
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: having having to count us. And it's been ironic that
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: in three of these places right now, the last votes
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: that that counting because they put us on the back
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: burner is the one that's making the determining factor. And
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: you can call it Irvan or in City or all
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: this that they're talking about black volks, you better understand that.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: So now here we are at this moment in history
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: where we are about to have the ability to correct
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: a mistake. Now, how we go, they come up with
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: something at the end, do you all understand what we've done?
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: And they all playing attention. Now let's move on forward.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: This is also a learning lesson in the teaching moment
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: for the White House. This is the learning at a
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: teaching moment for the Senate. I watched this president discount
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: black lives matter. He never made a word to try
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: to make us feel better about the death of Aubrey
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: George Floyd about Brianna Taylor. He never sent his Department
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: of Justice to go and do what the Department of
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: Justice was supposed to do for us. Not one time.
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: I want to cuss right there, but I called myself
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: not one time. So guess what now that you set
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: up in here and Black Lives Matter has been discounted,
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: Now you all have to sit and watch our votes
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: as they get counted. See, you can discount Black Lives
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: Matter if you want to inverbiage. But now you're watching
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: these Black lives votes get counted, and it's a sickening
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: feeling for them. How they never paid attention to us,
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: How they never tried to get us. It was them.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: Now here's the other teaching moment for that man up
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: in the White House. I don't really care if he
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: gets to the understands that. I don't care. He's incapable
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: of it anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: I just want to say this. You know the reason
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: you struggling in Detroit. Why are you struggling in Philly
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: right now while you struggling in Georgia with Atlanta because
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: you because you ain't think we was worth it because
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: because you aren't paying no attention tools, because you ain't
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: never paid attention tools, you ain't never cared about it. Well,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: see now we know that, and we're showing out. I
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: got news for you. You know why you're struggling in
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: Arizona because of the hateful way you treated McCain when
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: he was living. Do you know why you struggling in
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: Arizona because if your wall? Do you know why you're
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: struggling because you you're pardon that racive sheriff over there
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: in Arizona that was mistreating all of the Mexican men
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: and women over there in children. That's why you struggling
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: in Arizona. Because you're pardon that sheriff that was your
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: stopping Mexicans on the street, harassing them for no damn reason.
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: That's why you're struggling in Arizona. See, your evil deeds
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: is coming back, man, you're dealing with them today. I
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: don't care how you feel about what I'm saying. I
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: want to say to my people, black people, Uncle Steve,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: proud of y'all showed up and you're mattering. Do you
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: understand that we could win Georgia? Do you understand that
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: We may win Pennsylvania cause a Philly and because of Atlanta.
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: Do you know why we won Michigan cause a damn Detroit.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: That's why. That's why black lives don't matter. Okay, do
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: you sit there and watch them count these votes and
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: with fifty thousand left in Atlanta and were only eighteen behind. Oh,
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: if we get thirty six of the fifty, yeah problem.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: Those are my quota remarks. Nice to day, Thank you.
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: I'm proud of black people. May thank for all Steve
