- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know, y'all all suit back down, giving them like
- 0:15Speaker 1: the Milian bus bus things and its y'all good Steve
- 0:24Speaker 1: listening together for ste don't joy you gotta turn you
- 1:24Speaker 1: gotta turn the turnout, got to turn out to turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water the water go. Come come on your baby now, huh.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I show well a good morning everybody, y'all listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice. Come on, dig me now, one and only
- 2:10Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. You know, I think
- 2:12Speaker 1: I'll explain something to y'all. You know when I when
- 2:15Speaker 1: I wake up in the morning and I say, dig
- 2:18Speaker 1: me now, what I'm asking you to do is it's
- 2:21Speaker 1: old school, you know, man, And you know you say
- 2:23Speaker 1: old people say I dig you know, never stop saying it. Sorry,
- 2:29Speaker 1: but dig me now. It's just I want you to
- 2:32Speaker 1: I don't you really feel me. I don't you to
- 2:34Speaker 1: understand what I'm saying, because really, this morning inspiration is
- 2:38Speaker 1: all given in the spirit of sharing and love. It
- 2:41Speaker 1: ain't about to expose me in any way. That's not
- 2:45Speaker 1: the purpose of it. But I found that in my
- 2:48Speaker 1: morning inspiration that it's best that I use some things
- 2:51Speaker 1: about myself, because I mean, what better example can I use?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Because I know me, I know what's happened to me.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I knew exactly how I felt all along the way
- 3:00Speaker 1: concerning almost everything, every aspect of my life. I now
- 3:04Speaker 1: fully do really understand why God had my life spend
- 3:09Speaker 1: the way it spun. And here's the part that I
- 3:12Speaker 1: want to give to you this morning, that first of all,
- 3:15Speaker 1: whatever position you find yourself in today, we kind of
- 3:19Speaker 1: come to one realization that we got ourselves there. We
- 3:23Speaker 1: put ourselves there by a series of thoughts and actions.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Thoughts turn into things. That's very important to know. So
- 3:33Speaker 1: let's look at both sides of it. For people who
- 3:36Speaker 1: think negative thoughts, it turns into negative things, and the
- 3:43Speaker 1: direct opposite is true. For those who think positive thoughts,
- 3:48Speaker 1: it turns into positive things. That's the deal. It's as
- 3:54Speaker 1: simple as that, folks. I cannot break it down any clean,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I cannot make it any clearer. Thoughts become things. So
- 4:06Speaker 1: the one glaring question for all of us always is
- 4:10Speaker 1: on a daily basis, what are you thinking? What are
- 4:13Speaker 1: your thoughts? What are you thinking? What are your thoughts?
- 4:19Speaker 1: Because I can assure you and it's not by or
- 4:23Speaker 1: promise of mind. This is not a theory that Steve
- 4:27Speaker 1: Harveyden came up with. This is a fact of life.
- 4:32Speaker 1: This is biblical, this is spiritual, this is written, this
- 4:37Speaker 1: is philosophical. This is the law of the universe. However,
- 4:41Speaker 1: you need to drink this medicine to take to get
- 4:44Speaker 1: it down and feel what I'm saying to you. This
- 4:47Speaker 1: is just the way it is now and here the
- 4:49Speaker 1: cold part, folks. It don't matter if you believe me
- 4:54Speaker 1: or not. It does not matter if you have never
- 4:58Speaker 1: been explained this or not. And it does not matter
- 5:03Speaker 1: if you think it works in your life or not.
- 5:06Speaker 1: It don't matter. Listen to me. It is the way
- 5:09Speaker 1: it is. It is as scriptural, it is as spiritual,
- 5:14Speaker 1: it is philosophical, it's just whatever. It's the law of
- 5:17Speaker 1: the universe. You call whatever you want call. However, you
- 5:20Speaker 1: got to dress this thing up to put it in
- 5:23Speaker 1: the phase that you can feel me. I want you
- 5:25Speaker 1: to feel me now, because this all it is. So
- 5:29Speaker 1: when I say that you are where we are today
- 5:32Speaker 1: because we thought ourselves here, or your best to believe
- 5:35Speaker 1: that's true. You thought yourself here, no one else see.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Let me explain something I got people around me who
- 5:44Speaker 1: so badly want to take credit for it. But I
- 5:48Speaker 1: don't allow it. But because I keep pointing to the heavens,
- 5:53Speaker 1: I keep pointing and trying to say it out loud
- 5:57Speaker 1: as many times as I can without being so offensive,
- 6:01Speaker 1: that my life is by design, by grace and mercy,
- 6:06Speaker 1: by blessings from God. My life is because God has
- 6:11Speaker 1: seen it to be so. Oh, but I got plenty
- 6:13Speaker 1: of people around me want credit for it and want
- 6:16Speaker 1: you to not give credit to God and give it
- 6:19Speaker 1: to them. I got that. I got that, But I
- 6:22Speaker 1: understand that. See, I understand what that is. That's a
- 6:25Speaker 1: person whose design is to get the credit. But it's okay.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It's so clear to me what my father was saying
- 6:33Speaker 1: to me. Man, I get it. As I get older
- 6:35Speaker 1: and older, he always said to me, son, everybody come
- 6:39Speaker 1: with you, can't go with you. See, you know, I
- 6:43Speaker 1: don't know how people say that in church. You know,
- 6:45Speaker 1: sometimes they go people come into your life for seasons,
- 6:48Speaker 1: and I guess the same thing. You know, they season up,
- 6:51Speaker 1: they're gone, well, you know, and then but then hither
- 6:55Speaker 1: way they try to hold you though, or you're gonna
- 6:57Speaker 1: forget where you come from. Oh, you ain't gonna keep
- 7:01Speaker 1: it real no more. I don't want to go back
- 7:04Speaker 1: where I come from. I don't want to keep it
- 7:06Speaker 1: that real no more. It was real enough for me
- 7:09Speaker 1: living in a car. I had enough of that real.
- 7:12Speaker 1: I don't gonna keep it real now. I don't keep
- 7:14Speaker 1: it real. I want to go keep it dreamy. I
- 7:16Speaker 1: want to go keep it fantasize it. I want. I
- 7:19Speaker 1: want to. I want to keep it out of this world.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I want to keep it off the chain. I want
- 7:23Speaker 1: to keep it moving. I want to keep it ball,
- 7:25Speaker 1: and I want to see what that's like. So naw,
- 7:28Speaker 1: I ain't gonna forget why I come from. But you
- 7:30Speaker 1: ain't gonna hold me to that though See, thoughts become
- 7:35Speaker 1: things all day long? Where's your vision board? Where are
- 7:40Speaker 1: the things that you wan't written down? What do you
- 7:43Speaker 1: think about the most? How grateful are you for what
- 7:47Speaker 1: all God has done for you? Where are you at
- 7:50Speaker 1: with that? See here another law? If thoughts become things,
- 7:57Speaker 1: let me ask you this. If all you thinking about
- 8:01Speaker 1: is your debt, if all you're thinking about is what
- 8:04Speaker 1: you ain't got, If all you thinking about or is
- 8:08Speaker 1: all woe is me? If all you're thinking about is
- 8:10Speaker 1: every time I turn around, I'm sick. If all you're
- 8:13Speaker 1: thinking about it's the things in life that you're lacking,
- 8:19Speaker 1: If that's all you're thinking about, And if thoughts become things,
- 8:26Speaker 1: how much debt you think you're gonna stay in? How much?
- 8:30Speaker 1: How much how much lacking you think you finn to
- 8:32Speaker 1: feel your life with? How much most stuff you finn
- 8:36Speaker 1: to not have because you keep thinking about it all
- 8:41Speaker 1: the time. When you're gonna be grateful, when you're gonna
- 8:45Speaker 1: say thank you, when it's gonna come out your mouth, man,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that I may not be where I want to be,
- 8:52Speaker 1: but I show am grateful for what you've given me
- 8:55Speaker 1: so far, for the things I have today, because I
- 8:59Speaker 1: don't have to have these things? You know that does?
- 9:02Speaker 1: That then opens up room for more stuff to come
- 9:05Speaker 1: your way? To be grateful fall. But if you're gonna
- 9:08Speaker 1: be ungrateful, man, let me ask you something. I ain't God,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I don't claim to be, But let me ask you
- 9:14Speaker 1: something man. If you're ungrateful for the things we've got,
- 9:17Speaker 1: if we can't show no gratitude for what we have,
- 9:22Speaker 1: why would God give us some most stuff to be
- 9:24Speaker 1: ungrateful for? Why would he do that for tada. Anybody
- 9:30Speaker 1: feel me right now? So when I say, come on, y'all,
- 9:33Speaker 1: dig me, now, do you understand why I say dig me?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Because I want you to feel me. I want you
- 9:37Speaker 1: to understand and come to the understanding, not saying you ain't.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Because so many people got a deeper understanding than me
- 9:43Speaker 1: about this whole thing. I promise you they do, but
- 9:45Speaker 1: they listen to me. I'm just trying to get you
- 9:48Speaker 1: to walk up in this light, man, so you can
- 9:50Speaker 1: go on with your life and quit tripping yourself out
- 9:52Speaker 1: with your thoughts, because thoughts become things, all right. All
- 9:56Speaker 1: day you're listening tow ladies and gymy boys and girls,
- 10:03Speaker 1: animal trainers, park rangers, sanitation workers, potty removal people, people
- 10:10Speaker 1: who work at the park, nurses, first responders, mail men, firemen,
- 10:19Speaker 1: emergency medical people, everybody on the front line. This election
- 10:25Speaker 1: is dedicated to you. We are dedicated to removing the
- 10:29Speaker 1: person who has single handedly refused to handle the crisis
- 10:35Speaker 1: in the manner that it should be handled and has
- 10:39Speaker 1: led to the loss of so many lives. Voting day
- 10:43Speaker 1: is coming. I would hope a week from now this
- 10:48Speaker 1: show will be in slight celebration. Now he ain't gonna
- 10:52Speaker 1: act right. He ain't gonna leave, and I hope he
- 10:54Speaker 1: don't go out smooth. I want them to go in
- 10:58Speaker 1: there and drag doctor White. I hope to get it
- 11:04Speaker 1: on camera. I hope the whole Secret Service turn on
- 11:07Speaker 1: his answer. You know, the two dudes is gonna be
- 11:09Speaker 1: the maddest. It's the two dudes at here when he
- 11:13Speaker 1: came out to the hospital and rolled around the block
- 11:15Speaker 1: that day. I'll get him. I'll get him. I'll do it. Yeah,
- 11:19Speaker 1: Lasion and Jim Shirley Strawberry. Hey, good morning, Steve, Good
- 11:22Speaker 1: morning landslide. Landslide calling for real. That's right, let's go.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Let's about good morning crew. Hey, Junior, can we call
- 11:31Speaker 1: this election about m landslide? The morning after that, I
- 11:41Speaker 1: will be here, all of us, and uh, we're gonna
- 11:46Speaker 1: be celebrating. We're gonna be naked. Yeah. Yeah, you can't
- 11:51Speaker 1: get the memo. I might do that. I don't know
- 11:55Speaker 1: him to do nothing ignorant, he said, but I might
- 11:57Speaker 1: if if Trump lowes, I might come on in here
- 12:00Speaker 1: naked on zoom. That's the best way caller for us
- 12:04Speaker 1: to tell. Tell me, if you come in neck it,
- 12:07Speaker 1: you're gonna be on zoom. Yeah, okay, if I come
- 12:11Speaker 1: in here, neket I can't be on zoom that'd be
- 12:14Speaker 1: too much or something. Yeah, you can't zoom this. You
- 12:20Speaker 1: can't zoom me. Boy. No, the gallery view, the speak
- 12:28Speaker 1: and the words of the late great burning Man, This
- 12:32Speaker 1: whole rule will get dark Man. We almost Trump can't
- 12:46Speaker 1: put Fox, can't put not a single Democrat that is
- 12:50Speaker 1: switching over to vote for Trump this year. But on
- 12:53Speaker 1: CNN you can see all the Republicans you want to
- 12:58Speaker 1: vote for. Bye, They're just line it up. I have
- 13:02Speaker 1: a feeling this is going to be a major election.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I think it's going to speak volumes to the Black
- 13:07Speaker 1: Lives Matter movement, which is what I want to accomplish
- 13:12Speaker 1: more than anything in this election. I hope you're right.
- 13:16Speaker 1: I really think I've never seen these many young people engaged,
- 13:19Speaker 1: college students engaged. Now there's that solid group out there
- 13:24Speaker 1: as Trump voters. But I really think the Biden's campaign
- 13:27Speaker 1: has done a good job of this and they focus
- 13:30Speaker 1: on the right thing. All right, Steve, we're here all mornings,
- 13:35Speaker 1: coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, asked
- 13:37Speaker 1: the CLO. The CLO Chief Love Officer will be in
- 13:41Speaker 1: the building and we'll get into it right after this.
- 13:44Speaker 1: You're listening to show, Well, it's time now to ask
- 13:49Speaker 1: the CLO. All you have to do is go to
- 13:51Speaker 1: Steve Harvey FM dot com to submit your questions for
- 13:55Speaker 1: the Chief Love Officer. Here's you all right? This one?
- 13:59Speaker 1: It's from Alicia and Memphis. Delicia says, I'm a twenty
- 14:03Speaker 1: seven year old female and my boyfriend is twenty nine.
- 14:06Speaker 1: He's a police officer. We've been together for a year
- 14:09Speaker 1: and we moved in together because we plan to get married.
- 14:12Speaker 1: We have a great relationship and the sexiest bomb. But
- 14:15Speaker 1: there's one problem. He likes to role play in the
- 14:18Speaker 1: bedroom by having me put handcuffs on him and taking
- 14:22Speaker 1: the lead, even using his nightstick to gently tap him
- 14:26Speaker 1: on his butt. This is creepy to me, and I
- 14:30Speaker 1: don't always want to be the aggressor. He's asked me
- 14:33Speaker 1: to go along with it because he says it heightens
- 14:35Speaker 1: the experience for him. Is this normal or weird to you? Well,
- 14:39Speaker 1: you know, if you don't like it, here's my suggestion.
- 14:41Speaker 1: You know he wants to heighten the experience. Didn't just
- 14:44Speaker 1: go on and overhighten it? What do you mean by that?
- 14:48Speaker 1: Instead of that little bitty tap with that Billy Claire
- 14:50Speaker 1: busting upside his damn here with that stickstand as hip,
- 14:59Speaker 1: just a LOUI been too hard women, the whole baby.
- 15:01Speaker 1: That's too hard. No, no, heighten your experience. I mean,
- 15:05Speaker 1: put one on him like that and see how I
- 15:07Speaker 1: feel about it. That's all I got to say to you.
- 15:09Speaker 1: I don't care what y'all doing. Y'all, biby, you say
- 15:12Speaker 1: the sexist bomb, you know whatever? No black, Yeah, yeah,
- 15:17Speaker 1: this ain't no problem. You know I'm not gonna get
- 15:19Speaker 1: hand cuffed out. That's new happened. Yeah, you should never
- 15:23Speaker 1: remember one time, long time ago, you know, just go ahead,
- 15:27Speaker 1: wait what called yourself? You forget where you are? All right?
- 15:36Speaker 1: This writer is funny at so many levels. Gentry in Queens.
- 15:42Speaker 1: How do you think Gentry might be Steve or Gentry
- 15:45Speaker 1: old as hell? Yeah, seventy body named Gentry. I love
- 15:54Speaker 1: Gentry Wallace. I'll be seventy in December, Gentry says. And
- 16:03Speaker 1: I live in a building for seniors on a fixed income,
- 16:06Speaker 1: my children and my girlfriend is sixty eight and we've
- 16:09Speaker 1: been together seven months. My building does not allow overnight company,
- 16:13Speaker 1: so we have to sneak around when she stays over.
- 16:16Speaker 1: My neighbors always report us, though, because my girlfriend is
- 16:19Speaker 1: very loud in the bedroom. I try to keep her quiet,
- 16:23Speaker 1: but she likes to swear and down dart near yodel.
- 16:28Speaker 1: But it gets good to her. I love everything about this.
- 16:31Speaker 1: I've gotten six warnings from my landlord already. She lives
- 16:35Speaker 1: with her daughters, so we can't stay there, and I
- 16:37Speaker 1: can't always afford a hotel room. So what should we do?
- 16:40Speaker 1: Help Gentry out hey man, hey, hey, y'all two damn
- 16:43Speaker 1: old for somebody to be telling y'all y'all can't have
- 16:45Speaker 1: company now, damn it. I don't know what kind of
- 16:48Speaker 1: building this he is, but you seventy and she yodels.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I think I ought to be inspired for all them.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Jealous player, hate nass people in the building ain't got
- 16:58Speaker 1: nobody to visit them. See, Gentry, You're a product. I hate.
- 17:01Speaker 1: That's all this is. Brother, Keep on bringing out there, yodling,
- 17:04Speaker 1: keep on just you know, just having there, Yola, you know,
- 17:07Speaker 1: just you know, you know. I don't know how you
- 17:10Speaker 1: can do it, because you definitely can't put a pillow
- 17:12Speaker 1: on nobody's mouth, because that ain't gonna go good at
- 17:14Speaker 1: this age, So just going and handle your business your might.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Y'all might have to move to another building that allows
- 17:21Speaker 1: overnight company. But I can't understand how you can't have
- 17:24Speaker 1: overnight company. And then them haters is always telling on
- 17:27Speaker 1: y'all or gentry. You could go down there and and
- 17:30Speaker 1: and put Bartholomus and mules asked because he didn't want
- 17:33Speaker 1: calling in because he ain't had no company since seventy nine,
- 17:39Speaker 1: and yeah, you're here, you're here, Yeah, he hate You
- 17:43Speaker 1: might have gone to knock on some doors, talked to
- 17:46Speaker 1: Bartholo music or talked to Bob Miss Gwendolin uh and
- 17:51Speaker 1: as Bob and them that how she feel about it?
- 17:54Speaker 1: You know? And uh and then and and then talk
- 17:57Speaker 1: to Otis and ask them if it's all right for
- 18:01Speaker 1: him to be making loud Lord than hen and Lonny
- 18:08Speaker 1: and then talked to Miss Carrolly and then see if
- 18:11Speaker 1: you can't get something up all right, all right? Gin
- 18:16Speaker 1: Kirk and South Philly says, I've been dating a forty
- 18:20Speaker 1: two year old woman and I'm only thirty. I show
- 18:24Speaker 1: her that I'm all man and I can take care
- 18:26Speaker 1: of her, but she likes to take the lead and
- 18:28Speaker 1: talk down to me at times. We've been together two
- 18:31Speaker 1: years and she wants to get married, and so do I,
- 18:34Speaker 1: but things haven't been good lately. They haven't been going
- 18:37Speaker 1: good lately. My parents don't really like her because of
- 18:41Speaker 1: her strong personality, and my mom says I can do better.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I don't want to waste any more time with her.
- 18:46Speaker 1: If she's not willing to change her ways, how can
- 18:49Speaker 1: I get her to fall back a little? She not, though,
- 18:52Speaker 1: And when you get married, she's gonna step up even more.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Nothing changes after you get married. You step except the
- 18:58Speaker 1: appearance of your left hand, her finger. That's all the changes.
- 19:02Speaker 1: If she troubled now, dog, it's gonna be trouble laid on.
- 19:05Speaker 1: She ain't feeling back down. She's not a bag down
- 19:07Speaker 1: type person. You fit to marry an alpha dog, and
- 19:11Speaker 1: you gotta get ready when you can't. Roll up newspaper
- 19:13Speaker 1: and whoop my alpha dog ass. I'm not. And I'm
- 19:16Speaker 1: speaking just like as an analogy, not in a physical
- 19:19Speaker 1: sense action. I'm just using it that your analogy, and
- 19:22Speaker 1: so nobody step I'm telling an roll up the newspaper,
- 19:24Speaker 1: whoop my ass. No I didn't. That's not what I'm said,
- 19:27Speaker 1: I'm just talking to him. You're gonna have trouble if
- 19:30Speaker 1: you marry her because she is that way. I don't
- 19:34Speaker 1: like using word sounds chauvinistic. She bossy, she molded, bossy,
- 19:40Speaker 1: she s y. Yeah, yeah, And if you don't like
- 19:43Speaker 1: the way she is, you're gonna have to move on
- 19:45Speaker 1: because that's who. Shit. Can't change her. You can't change her. Yeah,
- 19:49Speaker 1: and your mama might be right, and she knows she
- 19:52Speaker 1: twelve years old and you that's why she talking. You
- 19:54Speaker 1: have crazy sometimes too. Look boy, what what? Why? Where's
- 19:59Speaker 1: your pajamas? Well? Sit down back there while I'm driving,
- 20:12Speaker 1: kidding your car seat? What are you saying, Steve, see hello,
- 20:19Speaker 1: kiss me while I'm driving, play on your phone? But
- 20:27Speaker 1: would you say that if it were reversed, if the
- 20:31Speaker 1: man was twelve years older than the woman, Because because
- 20:35Speaker 1: women mature fast, exactly exactly, So what do you think
- 20:40Speaker 1: they need to bust it up? Oh? Come on, man,
- 20:43Speaker 1: this ain't gonna get better for you. She wants to
- 20:45Speaker 1: get married and you do too. You want to marry you,
- 20:47Speaker 1: You want to marry that boy? You've lost your rabbit
- 20:51Speaker 1: ass mind? All right? Coming up next, nephew, tell me
- 20:55Speaker 1: is here would run that prank back? Right after this.
- 20:58Speaker 1: You're listening Harty Morning Show coming up at the top
- 21:03Speaker 1: of the hour. Miss Anna is standing by with today's
- 21:05Speaker 1: national news with the latest and Hurricane Zeta's impact on
- 21:08Speaker 1: our neighbors in New Orleans. But right now it is
- 21:11Speaker 1: time for the nephew to run that prank back. Call Toma, alright,
- 21:19Speaker 1: you call times. I got you baby, Here we go,

- 28:08Speaker 1: on radio. I just yeah, I didn't do it. That's
- 28:11Speaker 1: that's what you call apropope. Yeah, apropople What what I'm
- 28:20Speaker 1: I'm I'm I'm I'm broadening my my vocabinier. That will
- 28:24Speaker 1: need to broaden it the other way, bring it back
- 28:26Speaker 1: in a little bit, because I don't think that's where
- 28:28Speaker 1: that fit. No, that's apropo. Ain't okay, Um, you work
- 28:35Speaker 1: on that, Timmy so Alfred's Poe, No Afra, I didn't
- 28:41Speaker 1: say apropos. That's opera. Ain't got nothing to do with
- 28:43Speaker 1: this time. And then let's just go, you know, thank
- 28:48Speaker 1: you to break that down. Opera is not for pole people.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, Entertainment and
- 28:56Speaker 1: national news right after this you're listening show. In today's
- 29:04Speaker 1: entertainment news, Tamar Brixton is speaking out following your attempted suicide.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Back in July, Tamar revealed on The Tamarin Hall Show
- 29:12Speaker 1: that she has contemplated suicide more than once. Take a listen.
- 29:16Speaker 1: You've been summoned back to work. You were not planning
- 29:19Speaker 1: on going back. Were you at home at the time?
- 29:23Speaker 1: Did you take pills? It's so hard to say, Tamarin,
- 29:26Speaker 1: because I feel like there's a responsibility for stand you know,
- 29:30Speaker 1: I call them family, my fans who watch. I don't
- 29:33Speaker 1: want to give any examples, I understand, but what I
- 29:35Speaker 1: will say is that was my lowest point of life.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Had you ever tried to take your life before? I'm
- 29:43Speaker 1: just going to be one hundred percent. There's been a
- 29:47Speaker 1: time where I wanted to, but this was the first
- 29:50Speaker 1: time acted on it. Yeah. Have you since tried to
- 29:55Speaker 1: take your own life? No? Um, it's been a lit
- 30:00Speaker 1: them dark hard times. Have you been diagnosed with depression? Um? Yes,
- 30:06Speaker 1: I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety due to a circumstance.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Are you medicating? I medicated, but I am in counseling
- 30:14Speaker 1: every single day. Wow. Wow, we pray for you, Tamar. Yeah,
- 30:19Speaker 1: I mean seriously, Yeah, it's better mental health and what's
- 30:23Speaker 1: going on with COVID, the pandemic. It's self care. It's
- 30:28Speaker 1: just yeah, you know, we're talking about it a little
- 30:31Speaker 1: bit more now, and yeah, Taraji p Hunsen talks about
- 30:35Speaker 1: it quite a bit as well. Yeah, yeah, but yeah,
- 30:39Speaker 1: I mean it's good to get it out there and
- 30:40Speaker 1: it's good to talk about it, you know. And I'm
- 30:42Speaker 1: glad she's saying she's going to counseling because that's not
- 30:45Speaker 1: something that black people normally do. We're starting to do
- 30:49Speaker 1: it more now, you know, get therapy and counseling. So
- 30:52Speaker 1: I'm glad that she's she's doing that. Um wow's heavy though, Yeah,
- 30:58Speaker 1: it really really is, because you know we see the um,
- 31:04Speaker 1: the upbeat life of the party, Tamar. You know, yeah,
- 31:09Speaker 1: most of the time, all right. In other trending news,
- 31:13Speaker 1: Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady got called out for
- 31:16Speaker 1: a post on his Instagram story stating that there have
- 31:19Speaker 1: been more suicide death than coronavirus deaths in the past
- 31:23Speaker 1: two months. Tom also posted, so wash your hands and
- 31:27Speaker 1: wear your masks. Yeah, but don't forget to be nice
- 31:31Speaker 1: to people and look after yourself, and then he added
- 31:33Speaker 1: the word truth to the post. According to fact checking
- 31:38Speaker 1: website um uh, PolitiFact dot com PolitiFact dot com, there
- 31:45Speaker 1: are about four thousand people who died from suicide every month,
- 31:48Speaker 1: and nearly twenty two thousand people have died from coronavirus
- 31:52Speaker 1: in the past thirty days. So wrong, wrong, wrong, Yeah,
- 31:59Speaker 1: just be quiet. Why why speak about it at all?
- 32:04Speaker 1: Don't even shut up, Tom, You just you just a
- 32:07Speaker 1: quarterback for the Tampa Just throw the damn ball and
- 32:10Speaker 1: I'm over here rooting for you with Tampa. But just
- 32:12Speaker 1: shut up. Gotta shut up and drip the ball, right
- 32:18Speaker 1: right right? Tom Brady got to be careful, especially when
- 32:23Speaker 1: the people on this show here about it, because you
- 32:25Speaker 1: know they five and two and you know, see, how
- 32:30Speaker 1: did you bring that? How did you bring another time game?
- 32:36Speaker 1: So I don't know why he thought he gonna get
- 32:38Speaker 1: away with talking on this damn show. But you could
- 32:41Speaker 1: get out of here, mister Brady. You're talking to the
- 32:44Speaker 1: Texans teams over here. Ain't one of damn game. They
- 32:46Speaker 1: hate anybody that winning. We've won one game. Okay, my bad, bad,
- 32:51Speaker 1: I'm sorry. You do agree his statement was stupid though, right,
- 32:57Speaker 1: it was stupid and it was dumb up to let
- 33:00Speaker 1: us here. Yea, all right, we need to move on
- 33:04Speaker 1: and get to the headline. Steve Ladies and gentlemen, miss
- 33:07Speaker 1: Anne Trip, thank you very much everybody. This is answered
- 33:10Speaker 1: with the news. Okay, Hurricane Zeta as Zeta actually slammed
- 33:14Speaker 1: into Louisiana this morning, killing at least two people already
- 33:18Speaker 1: and leaving about a million households and businesses in the dark.
- 33:21Speaker 1: And Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi is roaring now into Georgia.
- 33:26Speaker 1: At nine pm. Curfew went to effect in the City
- 33:29Speaker 1: and Brotherly Love overnight, and Philadelphia's mayor Jim Kenny ordered
- 33:32Speaker 1: it in hopes of reducing the unrest resulting from the
- 33:35Speaker 1: police killing of a twenty seven year old black man
- 33:37Speaker 1: named Walter Wallace, who was fatally shot on Monday. Things
- 33:40Speaker 1: were pretty quiet last night Wallace. His family says he
- 33:43Speaker 1: was bipolar, that he was having an episode that they
- 33:46Speaker 1: called for an ambulance. However, the cops showed up instead,
- 33:49Speaker 1: and they say that when Wallace wouldn't drop a nice
- 33:51Speaker 1: few was holding, he was shot dead. As usual. Most
- 33:54Speaker 1: of the reporting is now senter on the destruction of
- 33:56Speaker 1: property instead of the case and Donald Trump's making it
- 33:59Speaker 1: about politics, while Joe Biden condemns the violence but is
- 34:02Speaker 1: focused on the root cause. You can't let that go
- 34:05Speaker 1: on again. A Democrat run state, a Democrat run city Philadelphia.
- 34:11Speaker 1: There is no excuse whatsoever for the looting and the violence,
- 34:15Speaker 1: none whatsoever. But Biden makes note that overall the protests
- 34:18Speaker 1: have been totally legitimate, and Biden as it if elected,
- 34:21Speaker 1: he'd set up a commission to study ways to lessen
- 34:23Speaker 1: a lethal shootings via police. Philly Police Chief Daniel Outlaw.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Danielle Outlaw says her department's going to be releasing those
- 34:30Speaker 1: nine one one tapes and bodycam video related to the incident.
- 34:33Speaker 1: The former chairman of Republican National Committee, Michael Steele says
- 34:36Speaker 1: he's voting for Joe Biden, not Donald Trump. Steele, who
- 34:39Speaker 1: was African American, to urges black people not to be
- 34:42Speaker 1: fooled by this thing. Trump says he supposedly did for
- 34:44Speaker 1: black folks. We knew where you were on a housing
- 34:48Speaker 1: a discrimination, We know what you tried to do with
- 34:50Speaker 1: your own properties, We know where you were on the
- 34:53Speaker 1: Central Park five. We heard you give license to those
- 34:57Speaker 1: who were violent and pushing hot, ugly rhetoric in Charlottesville.
- 35:02Speaker 1: So Donald Trump is a transactional individual, and so he's
- 35:06Speaker 1: looking to commit a transaction with black folks to get
- 35:09Speaker 1: by former chairman Republican National Committee Michael Steele, there's now
- 35:13Speaker 1: a November twelfth deadline for mail in ballots to be
- 35:16Speaker 1: counted in North Carolina. Republicans try to stop that and
- 35:19Speaker 1: extended ballot deadline by the ways. In Pennsylvania. By the way,
- 35:22Speaker 1: some seventy six million pre election day votes have been cast,
- 35:26Speaker 1: including my own. Meanwhile, the cases of coronavirus continue to spike,
- 35:30Speaker 1: with infections on the rise in the West, where hospitals
- 35:33Speaker 1: reportedly full in Utah, filling up in Montana, Idaho, and Colorado. Finally,
- 35:37Speaker 1: the Houston's version of I Will Always Love You has
- 35:39Speaker 1: just been streamed a whopping one billion times. As one
- 35:44Speaker 1: billion times. You know, the song was written by Dolly
- 35:46Speaker 1: Park in nineteen seventy seventy three, but Whitney's version became
- 35:49Speaker 1: number one in nineteen ninety two, one billion times. Now
- 35:53Speaker 1: back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to
- 35:56Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. According to the Black Information
- 35:59Speaker 1: that Trump advisor and his son in law Jerry Kushner
- 36:03Speaker 1: said a very racist thing by implying that racial equality
- 36:06Speaker 1: in the US is due in part to a lack
- 36:08Speaker 1: of motivation among Black Americans. Kushner said black folks have
- 36:12Speaker 1: to want to be successful while in a campaign Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 36:17Speaker 1: yeah yeah yeah yeah oh yeah. While on a campaign
- 36:20Speaker 1: staff in Florida, President Obama fired back at Kushner, take
- 36:24Speaker 1: a listen. He loves to talk about black unemployment. Look
- 36:27Speaker 1: out low black unployment. Well, you know what, unemployment was
- 36:31Speaker 1: really high when I came in, and we brought that
- 36:33Speaker 1: unplowm and loan and kept on going low. And he
- 36:36Speaker 1: wants to take credit for it. Says he's the best
- 36:38Speaker 1: president for black folks since Abe Lincoln. Man now is
- 36:42Speaker 1: his advisors rather saying including his son in law. His
- 36:45Speaker 1: son in law says, blafe folks have to want to
- 36:48Speaker 1: be successful. That's the problem. Who are these folks? What
- 36:52Speaker 1: history books do they read? Who do they talk to?
- 36:55Speaker 1: Don't read? Is that what's going on? Black unemployment hit
- 36:58Speaker 1: almost seventeen percent during the Great Recession ten years ago,
- 37:01Speaker 1: and through a lot of hard work, Joe Biden and
- 37:04Speaker 1: I helped get it down and it kept on going down,
- 37:07Speaker 1: not because Trump did anything. And then this year, because
- 37:10Speaker 1: they've screwed up the pandemic response, it's soared back up
- 37:14Speaker 1: to above seventeen percent here in Florida. But it doesn't
- 37:17Speaker 1: have to be that way Florida. If you go out
- 37:20Speaker 1: and vote. That's what I'm talking about. But that's how
- 37:25Speaker 1: you speak, But you just do. Kirshner makes a statement
- 37:31Speaker 1: like that, I don't gonna damn what his name is,
- 37:34Speaker 1: raggedy ass racist? You think that if you say Black
- 37:38Speaker 1: Americans have to want to be successful, I personally do
- 37:44Speaker 1: not know a single Black person and I know a
- 37:47Speaker 1: bunch that don't want to be successful or happy, that
- 37:51Speaker 1: ain't all in trying to accomplish those two things in life.
- 37:55Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, in my entire life of
- 37:59Speaker 1: sixty three years of living, I can count the people
- 38:04Speaker 1: on one hand that I know who wasn't trying to
- 38:07Speaker 1: become successful. How dare you say motivation? So let me
- 38:12Speaker 1: ask you a question, Kushner, Kushner, whatever your name is,
- 38:15Speaker 1: why all the white folks ain't successful? Tell me why
- 38:20Speaker 1: you have unsuccessful or unemployed or on drugs? White folks?
- 38:26Speaker 1: So whatever reason you won't apply to them for their
- 38:30Speaker 1: missteps in life or Black people, we don't. We don't
- 38:34Speaker 1: get that, we got to want to, We don't have. Well,
- 38:37Speaker 1: let me tell you something. I wanted a lot of
- 38:40Speaker 1: things in my life, but because of the color of
- 38:43Speaker 1: my skin, I was prohibited from that happening the exact way.
- 38:48Speaker 1: Oh but I got funky with you though. Oh I
- 38:50Speaker 1: came through somehow, but by the grace of God, and
- 38:55Speaker 1: so have so many African Americans. So how dare you
- 38:59Speaker 1: talk about? We got won't too? Who would ever say
- 39:02Speaker 1: they don't want to be successful though? I mean, come on, dear, Yeah,
- 39:06Speaker 1: all right, let's vote people. Five days left? You get yeah?
- 39:11Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we're
- 39:14Speaker 1: going to switch gears and talk about dating right after this.
- 39:18Speaker 1: You're listening to the show, All right, guys, listen up.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Here's a good one for you with social media question
- 39:25Speaker 1: we found on our Facebook page. What if before dating
- 39:30Speaker 1: someone new? And I know you guys are married, but Junior,
- 39:34Speaker 1: listen up. You needed two different references from X's even
- 39:38Speaker 1: if you're before you got married. How about that you
- 39:41Speaker 1: needed two different references from your exes. Here's the question,
- 39:46Speaker 1: which of your exes would be your two references? And why?
- 39:50Speaker 1: And what would they say? What do you think they'd say?
- 39:55Speaker 1: Come on here, Junior, spake, let's go. We're not doing
- 40:00Speaker 1: none of my axes. But we can't go his back
- 40:02Speaker 1: to vacation Bible school and get somebody out of there.
- 40:05Speaker 1: Don't get about in as a reference. You need somebody
- 40:10Speaker 1: who was in church to talk about to tell you
- 40:13Speaker 1: both of my references was from the fifth grade, and
- 40:20Speaker 1: what they would say about he showed so much promise,
- 40:25Speaker 1: and he was trying to overcome a stubber and he
- 40:30Speaker 1: was determined, just glowing steven and and and just the
- 40:37Speaker 1: way he wore his older brother's clothes, it was just fascinating.
- 40:42Speaker 1: The way he would double wrap his belt around his thin, frilled,
- 40:47Speaker 1: underdeveloped body, and his ability to cut out cardboard the
- 40:53Speaker 1: shape of his shoe and stick it in there so
- 40:55Speaker 1: you never even knew that the bottom of his shoes
- 40:58Speaker 1: had holes in it. He was just a yeah, he was.
- 41:03Speaker 1: He was really. I always if girl, if you ever
- 41:06Speaker 1: get a chair. His slide boy skills he this boy could.
- 41:11Speaker 1: He would go up to the top of the step
- 41:12Speaker 1: and jump halfway down the sliding boy for his but
- 41:15Speaker 1: even hit it and then beep, fly up in the
- 41:17Speaker 1: air and laying on his feet. You should always knew
- 41:20Speaker 1: it be something You've been on enough this earth for
- 41:23Speaker 1: sixty three years and the reference for we're going back
- 41:28Speaker 1: to when you were ten. Greg, you think that's something Okay,
- 41:34Speaker 1: tell me what about you? You think that was something
- 41:37Speaker 1: from from uncle? What about you? Tell me your exes?
- 41:41Speaker 1: What would they say? Come on, I'm so scared right now,
- 41:49Speaker 1: I'm married. I'm just scared. Do things ever on this show? No?
- 41:54Speaker 1: But I found out earlier this week. You've been listening
- 41:56Speaker 1: all week. I'm just I'm scared. Oh my damn mouth.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Right now, Jackie, we love you, Jackie. I'll tell you
- 42:03Speaker 1: what they said because I knew all of them. Yeah,
- 42:08Speaker 1: you know, yes, girls, I would. I would recommend him.
- 42:13Speaker 1: You know, he he he kept all his promises. You know,
- 42:20Speaker 1: he said he would never leave me. He didn't. I
- 42:22Speaker 1: got rid of him. Uh, he said that. You know thing.
- 42:27Speaker 1: The thing about it, I mean, he's very much the
- 42:29Speaker 1: same today as he was then. He hasn't let money
- 42:33Speaker 1: affect him. He ain't let money affect him. He was
- 42:37Speaker 1: stupid then, he's still stupid, you know. And then you
- 42:43Speaker 1: know the most obvious one is I mean, look, he
- 42:46Speaker 1: was the same size shoe, he the same hight that
- 42:51Speaker 1: this is a person who's never changed. Yes, I should Yeah, honey. God,
- 43:02Speaker 1: let me tell you. I don't know who big Honey is.
- 43:07Speaker 1: She was Tommy, one of Tommy's ex girlfriend, right, yeah, honey.
- 43:16Speaker 1: On her back her tattoo was a slab of ribs
- 43:22Speaker 1: and used to call her big. Do you remember Kiwi Baby?
- 43:28Speaker 1: I remember Kiwi's tattoo on her back was ice cream Sunday,

- 54:06Speaker 1: Buckle up, hold on tight here it is a strawberry letter.
- 54:11Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew a subject. You can call me Petty
- 54:13Speaker 1: if you want to. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a fifty
- 54:16Speaker 1: six year old woman with a lot of past trauma
- 54:18Speaker 1: and family issues, so I've been single a long time.
- 54:22Speaker 1: I got out of my comfort zone, though, and I
- 54:25Speaker 1: opened my heart to a man that had just gotten
- 54:28Speaker 1: out of prison and he had a history of drug abuse.
- 54:31Speaker 1: We dated for four months and things were great. He
- 54:34Speaker 1: was living with his brother, but he'd come over and
- 54:37Speaker 1: cooked for me and do yardwork. We did a spiritual
- 54:40Speaker 1: fast together. The sex was amazing and we had the
- 54:44Speaker 1: best conversations. He took weekly drug tests and they all
- 54:49Speaker 1: came back negative. He didn't have a car, so I
- 54:52Speaker 1: was his taxi. I went to pick him up two
- 54:55Speaker 1: weeks ago so he could spend the weekend with me,
- 54:57Speaker 1: and there were two garbage bags and two bots is
- 55:00Speaker 1: in the driveway. He told me to pop the trunk
- 55:02Speaker 1: because his brother was tripping, so he needed to stay
- 55:05Speaker 1: with me for a while. I told him that was
- 55:07Speaker 1: not going to happen, and I drove off a week
- 55:11Speaker 1: past and I didn't hear from him, so I called
- 55:13Speaker 1: his brother to check on him. His brother said that
- 55:16Speaker 1: after I left, some other stupid woman came to get him,
- 55:19Speaker 1: so he's living with her now. His brother said he's
- 55:22Speaker 1: using drugs and he's stealing from people again. He gave
- 55:26Speaker 1: me the woman's name and phone number, so I called
- 55:29Speaker 1: her to let her know that she took on a
- 55:31Speaker 1: liar and a druggie. She had no idea he'd been
- 55:35Speaker 1: to prison or that he was on drugs. She thanked
- 55:38Speaker 1: me and said she was going to put him out.
- 55:40Speaker 1: He called me later and said I'm petty and because
- 55:44Speaker 1: of me, he's homeless for a while until he can
- 55:47Speaker 1: find someone to take him in. I don't feel bad.
- 55:50Speaker 1: His brother called me too and said I shouldn't I
- 55:52Speaker 1: should have stayed out of it. I don't feel bad
- 55:55Speaker 1: about it at all. Did I take it too far
- 55:57Speaker 1: by calling her? WHOA? Talk about MESSI And you're right
- 56:04Speaker 1: petty too, but more messy, i'd say than petty. I
- 56:08Speaker 1: think you did the right thing by putting him out
- 56:10Speaker 1: of your house if he's back using and stealing stealing things.
- 56:15Speaker 1: At first, I was gonna say you should not have
- 56:18Speaker 1: called a woman, but why not? His brother gave you
- 56:21Speaker 1: her name and her phone number for a reason, and
- 56:24Speaker 1: I think the woman should know what she's dealing with.
- 56:27Speaker 1: When you really look at the situation, you were only
- 56:30Speaker 1: being petty with your guy, not with her. And the
- 56:33Speaker 1: fact that this guy is a user and stuff, user
- 56:38Speaker 1: and stuff, that's something that she should know. I think
- 56:41Speaker 1: would she have told you? Probably not, because she sure
- 56:45Speaker 1: came over to take him away fast, didn't she. She
- 56:47Speaker 1: was feeling him at the time. So really and truly,
- 56:50Speaker 1: I don't think you're petty at all. I think you're
- 56:52Speaker 1: a good person. I just say, just don't ever lower
- 56:55Speaker 1: your standards again. Just don't do that, because you you
- 57:00Speaker 1: get in some major trouble again, Steve. You can call
- 57:05Speaker 1: me Petty if you want to. This whole damn letter
- 57:11Speaker 1: from top to battlem ain't nothing but a series of
- 57:15Speaker 1: bad decisions and mistakes, all of them. Damn Neil on
- 57:19Speaker 1: your part, let me begin with everything. I'm a fifty
- 57:27Speaker 1: six year old woman, a lot of past trauma and
- 57:30Speaker 1: family issues still got them. So I've been single for
- 57:35Speaker 1: a long time. You think I got out of my
- 57:39Speaker 1: comfort zone, though, when was you comfortable? Because right now,
- 57:45Speaker 1: family issues, drama, Single for a long time opened up
- 57:50Speaker 1: your heart to a man that had just got a prison.
- 57:53Speaker 1: He had a history of drug abuse. A lot of
- 57:55Speaker 1: people go to prison for drugs. Okay, David Folmont's things
- 57:59Speaker 1: was great. He was living with his brother, but he
- 58:03Speaker 1: come over. He cooked from me, do yard work. He
- 58:07Speaker 1: earned in his keep. We did a spiritual fast together
- 58:11Speaker 1: the pop right there, let's stop. This surely helped me out.
- 58:15Speaker 1: When people do spiritual fast, what is that? Well? Spiritual
- 58:20Speaker 1: fast is you know, like when you don't eat and um,
- 58:24Speaker 1: you you you're supposed to like look look to God
- 58:28Speaker 1: and look to hear from God. You know your vessel
- 58:30Speaker 1: is cleaned out. Okay? Cool? Well after they after they
- 58:33Speaker 1: looked and heard from God and got their vessel cleaned out.
- 58:36Speaker 1: They had amazing sex. No sex was amazing right after
- 58:43Speaker 1: this spiritual fact. Nah, I don't know why you surprised
- 58:47Speaker 1: that the sex was amazing. Haley been in prison. Everybody
- 58:51Speaker 1: been in prison. Gonna have some amazing sex. They've been
- 58:55Speaker 1: thinking about it the whole damn time. So here we go.
- 59:00Speaker 1: We had the best conversations. He took weekly drug testing.
- 59:05Speaker 1: They all came back negative. Okay, he didn't have a car.
- 59:10Speaker 1: He would go again. All these decisions are getting bad,
- 59:13Speaker 1: so I was his taxi. Then you went to go
- 59:16Speaker 1: pick him up a couple of weeks ago to spend
- 59:18Speaker 1: the weekend with you. Two garbage bags and two boxes
- 59:22Speaker 1: in the driveway. That's about all you're gonna have after
- 59:25Speaker 1: you've been in prison. You ain't got no bed, you
- 59:28Speaker 1: ain't got no furniture, ain't no nice stand, You ain't
- 59:30Speaker 1: gotta move no home wall. You ain't gonna drag a
- 59:34Speaker 1: stove down those steps. You ain't gotta get nobody to
- 59:37Speaker 1: help you move when you moving fresh out of prison.
- 59:42Speaker 1: So you got to two garbage bags in two boxes,
- 59:44Speaker 1: and then he told you to pop the trunk because
- 59:48Speaker 1: his brother was tripping, so he needed to stay with
- 59:51Speaker 1: me for a while. You should have found out why
- 59:54Speaker 1: his brother was tripping. Hit just his brother. Just gotta
- 59:59Speaker 1: his brother, his bro the trip and pop the trunk, baby, Steve.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: He was tripping because he was on drugs and stealing.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: He passed no drug test. All right, Steve, We'll have
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: part two of your response coming up at twenty three
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. Hang on, everybody my Strawberry Letter
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: for today's subject. You can call me Patty if you
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: want to. We'll be right back after this. You're listening
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Come on, Steve. Let's recap today's
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: Strawberry Letters. Subject. You can call me Patty if you
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: want to. Fifty six year old woman a lot of drama,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: passed family issues, been single for a long time, trying
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: to work to get us up together. So she opened
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: up a heart. She met a guy just got out
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: of prison at David Folk Monstews, having wonderful time. He
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: was living with his brother, but he'd come over cooked
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: for you do yard work, you know, earning his keep. No,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: we did a period of spiritual fast together. Right after
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: they had the spiritual fact they had amazing six because
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: that's what you do when you come out of prison,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: you have amazing sex. Even if it ain't amazing to you,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: it's gonna be amazing to him. So anyway, you had
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: the best conversation. No matter what you do. Yeah, I
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: don't give damn what you do. Looked at me. She
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: looked at me again. Oh my god, heard this. He
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: took weekly drug tests and they all came back negative.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: That's what he told you. He didn't have a car,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: so you was his taxi. He went to pick him
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: up a couple of weeks ago, so he explain a
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: weekend with you, and when you pulled up, it was
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: two garbage banks and two boxes in the driveway. He
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: told me, Pop the trunk called my brother tripping, so
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: he needed to stay with me for his brother tripping. Why.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: I told him that's not gonna happen. I drove off. Okay, cool,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: that was a good decision you made. But then here
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: you go again. You made one good decision. You drove
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: off a week past. You didn't hear from him, so
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: you called his brother to check on him. His brother
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: said that after he after you drove off, some other
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: stupid woman he's referring to you too. Now, he said,
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: another stupid woman, meaning you was fitting drive off with him,
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: but another stupid woman right came to get him. So
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: he's living with her now. Then brother told you he
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: was using drugs and he was stealing from people. Again
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: from him, So he gave you the woman's name and
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: phone number. What now, I'm assuming all of this happens
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: because his brother ain't got to sell phone. That's what
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: I don't think, because he gotta give numbers to where
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: he had all the damn time. That's what I'm This
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: is just a guess a mind. So he gave you
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: the woman's name in the phone. I mean you call
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: her to let her know that she took in a
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: liar and a druggie. Now, let me tell you how
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: truthful you was. She didn't even know he had been
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: the prison or he was on drugs, because see she's stupid.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: And then you you took him in and he told
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: you he passing drug tests every two weeks and then
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: coming back negative. He had told him. Since since that
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: ain't working and people know he's stilling again, he had
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: told his new chick he ain't even been to prison,
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: ain't told her nothing about no drug problem. So then
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: you called her to let her know that she took
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: in a liar and a druggie. She had no idea
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: he had been to prison or he was on drugs.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Then she thanked me and said she was gonna put
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: him out. Now, all y'all old, Now, all y'all old,
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: because you fifty six. I don't know how old she was,
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: but y'all y'all, I just think all y'all over, all right,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: So here we go. He called me and told you
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: you petty because of you, he homeless for a while.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: Women hold of dog. Wait, oh wait, the reason you
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: homeless is called she petty? Oh, it ain't got nothing
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: to do what you ain't working. It ain't got nothing
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: to do with that record, won't let you get a guy.
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: Ain't got nothing to do with that. It ain't got
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: nothing to do with you. Back to stealing and using drugs.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: You homeless. Called she petty because she called another woman
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: that told on you. And now he said he homeless
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: until he can find somebody to take him. Man, as
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: soon as I get my game back together, because he
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: gonna to tell another lie now or why he needs
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: somebody to take him in right then she said, I
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: don't feel bad. Then here we go. The ignance gets
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: a little bit deeper. His brother called you and said
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I should have stayed out of Why did he give
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: you the latest phone number to get you in it?
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: To get you in Italy? What did she think you
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: was gonna do? Call and talk to him, make sure
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: he was okay. He called you and told you you
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: should have stayed out of it. I don't feel bad
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: about it all? Did I take it too far by
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: calling up? No? Look, you've been making crazy decisions your
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: whole life. Well, you need to take some time to
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: get yourself together. Stop taking people in. His problem is
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: not your problem. Now. What you need to do is
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: get out of it now for shore. Apologize to the brother,
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: apologize to the lady, and going about your life. Ask
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: God to help you get your life together, and then
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: he need to do the same thing. That's all I
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: got to say about this letter. You know, look, drug,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: you ain't funny. Brothers not being able to get on
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: their feet coming out of prison, that ain't funny. It's hard,
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: But damn dog, he'd one should have wrote the letter,
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: not you. Yep, thank you, Steve. Post your comments on
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: today's Strawberry Letter. It's Steve Harvey FM on Instagram and Facebook,
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: and check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand coming

- 1:06:31Speaker 1: you're gonna be some amazing Our girl from the Talk
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: is coming up, Cheryl Underwood. Right after this. You're listening
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Steve, please introduce that girl from
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: the Talk. You know who it is. It isn't Jentimer.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Come on now, start messing round here should go? Chell
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: on the Wood? Thank you, Steve Harvey. That's right, that's right.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: We are down to the final lap, the final hour,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: the final in it, the final quarter. We can finish
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: this on November the third. Listen everybody talking about, oh
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: it's gonna be contested. We're not going to the Supreme Court.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: This is what Trump and his people want to do.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: They want to go to the Supreme Court where they
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: think they got it set up. But the People United
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: would never be defeated. So what we're gonna do. We're
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: gonna continue to vote. Am I right, brothers and sisters,
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: Now we all everybody on this show. Either you're gonna
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: vote November the third, or you're gonna be like a
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: lot of us. We've already voted. We dropped it off.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: You know it's too late to put the mail boy.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: We're not saying up against the postman because we love
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: our postman. You know what, I love my post personally.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: I love my postman. I mean not as much as
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: I love Junior, But I love my postman because he
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: bring me things out of it. Oh bring me my
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: government money every fifteenth. So I love the post office.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: I'm not against the post off what I'm saying right
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: now because of what Trump people have done. You can't
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: put it in the mailbox right now. You gotta take
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: it to the Poland place. You gotta drop it in
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: the drop box. Then if you're stand in the line.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: I love what did y'all see, Tommy them all over
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: the country people without y'all sliding cupa shuffling, They were
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: dropping it like a hot They were backing that thing
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: up like juvenile. Up. Enough, let people are ready to vote.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: They already got over half the vote is counting. Now
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: we gotta keep going. I believe we can get all
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: the votes in before the election. So this is a
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: good spade hand. So don't y'all think we do it. Tommy,
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: you think we can do it, we can do it.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: Trust me, Yes, I think we could do it. And
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: we're gonna have to do it. Why we're not going
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: to the Supreme Court. We're not gonna let no judge
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: nothing that they got set up to it. We've got
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: to continue to vote. We've got to continue to do this.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: Why we gotta vote up and down ballot. We gotta
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: flip the Senate. Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham, all of
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: them got to go. We gotta hold onto the Congress.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: Then we gotta elect Biden Harris to the White House.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna say it. This is only my personal opinion.
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: I'm only one vote. But one vote on top of
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: one vote, on top of one vote, we can change
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: this country. That's right, we can change this country. They
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: don't care about the COVID situation that's still killing people.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: What they want to continue to do. It's making up lies,
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: making up stories. We need new leadership in the White
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: House from top to bottom all the way. Rory Cheryl,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: thank god Carlin Forrells. You got to do it. Vote
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Vote Vote Vote Votes coming up at the top of
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: the hour, speaking of Carla, Carla's reality update right after this.
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: You're listening. Come on, Tommy, you know what to do.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Get ready to get ready, get ready to get ready,
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: to get ready. She is here. It's Carlor Farrell with
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: what reality update? All right, thank you, nephew. Here we go.
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: So tonight I'm keeping up with the Kardashian Chloe. She
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: will reveal that she had COVID nineteen and she says
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: that her symptoms were bad. I mean, she's junior, vomiting, shaking, hot,
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: cold flashes. And then Kim also revealed that Kanye had
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: COVID as well. Hu and he had it yeah, early
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: back in the spring though, you know, around the same
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: time that actor Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: had COVID in the early spring in the March. She's
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: saying Kim and saying Kanye had it too. So that
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: is tonight, that's the new night, Keeping up with the Kardashians.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: Kardashians comes on Thursday Nights Now. Anyway, moving on around,
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: knew that when I was sitting up there having their
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: chicken sandwich. I'm sitting next to him in the con
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: stuff your head up and put yours. Yeah, let's move on.
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: Rerehousewives up. Potomac. Monique hosted an event for her podcast.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: None of the Ladies Shirley showed up to this event
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: excep for Ashley. Ashley did come and even Karen. Yeah
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: like Ashley too. Even Karen didn't come. She said that
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: she couldn't make it. She was ill. Wendy hosted a
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: great event talking to women in the community about voting.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: It was a great, great, great event and why voting
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: is so important. I really like Wendy and Wendy and Karen,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: though they started beefing at the event because Wendy is
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: not forgiving your girl Monique for jumping on kandas like that.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: She's just not cool with that. Also, Robin showed up
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: to Wendy's event rocking this burgundy hair colored wig. She
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: looked a mess, Sarry, she looked a vest, and Gizelle
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: was like, dude, not rock that wig again ever? Okay
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: at speaking of Gizelle, she met met up with Robin's
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: ex husband one at a jewelry store to help him
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: pick out an engagement ring. Gizelle, she's up there picking
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: out these big, old, huge diamond rings with major price tags,
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: and one girl stop, want to look at the jewelers, say,
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: I got by ags. Make it happen right right? I love?
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: He kept on yeah yeah, And then also Gazelle and
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: she talked to her her man pastor Jamal. I think
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: the long distance relationship is getting hard for Jaizelle. So
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: they kind of talked about that, and uh, I'll keep
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: you posted. We'll keep watching Real Housewives of Potomac and
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: quickly before before we run out of time, He's back,

- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Love the Last Resort. Now the show is about sexy
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: singles looking for lasting love, and this time the singles
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: are from Houston, Texas. Tommy, so tell us what we
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: can't expect this season. So we're on a resort. You
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: gotta understand that. So we're on a resort, nobody has
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: to go anywhere, nobody has to go to work, all right.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: All of your attention is solely on looking for love.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: That's the best thing about it, because in the past,
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: you know, people have to go to work, you gotta
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: take care of your kids, you gotta do this, you
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: got to do that. This time you are focusing on love,
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: so everybody's on the resort and looking for the same thing.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Process of elimination. Ten men, ten women, it dwindles down
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: to six people, three couples who have hopefully found love.
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: And of course your host, me Cupid the love Doctor,
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: gonna guide you all the way through. And yeah, yeah,

- 1:14:28Speaker 1: of today's trending stories on the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: We'll be back at twenty minutes after the hour. Right
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Long
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: time former Trump insider Amar Rosa appeared on the British
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: chat show Lorraine and suggested there may be some trouble
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: in Trump's marriage. She said, quote, it's a very strange marriage,
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: and I'm very cautious to comment on the dynamics of
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: people's marriages. You never know the inner workings. But I've
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: known this couple since they were dating. Unqu I'm a
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: Rosa's hot take what I've observed over the past, over
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: the last seventeen years. She says, sometimes they like each
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: other and other times she's repulsed by him. Wow, no, sugar, honey,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: I see right. Uh guys, Uh, As we just saw
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: on the debate last Thursday, remember that Trump went to
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: go and touch Melania's hand and she kind of smacked
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: it away or pulled it away, and then he kind
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: of shoved her in the back a little bit. That's
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: what he tried to embarrassing. She' been smacking his hand
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: away for four years. Yeah, Dave, getting off Marine one,
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: getting off Air Force one. She stopped and had a
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: lot of countries. I know that Junia. She don't even
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: play at all. I think after this election, we already
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: had like a month off where we don't talk about it.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: It's just over. Just everybody need a vacation. Depends on
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: how he leaves all right, we've got more of the
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Did they send in the National Guard
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: and then get him? I'm gonna come back. You can
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: see more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show on some
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: trending news coming up with thirty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Morning Show. All right, guys,
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: listen up. Here's a good one for you. A social
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: media question we found on our Facebook page. What if
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: before dating someone new? And I know you guys are married,
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: but junior listening up, you needed two different references from
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: xs even if you're before you got married. How about
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: that you needed two different references from your exes. Here's
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: the question, which of your exes would be your two
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: references and why? And what would they say? What do
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: you think they'd say? Come on here, junior space, let's go.
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: He's not doing none of my axes. But we can't
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: go his back to vacation Bible school and get somebody
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: out of there. Don't get hope about it. Indulta as
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: a reference, you need somebody who was in church to
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: talk about. Tell you both of my references was from
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: the fifth grade, and what they would say about he
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: showed so much promise, and he was trying to overcome
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: a stubber and he was determined, just glowing Steven, and
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: and and just the way he wore his older brother's clothes.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: It was just fascinating. The way he would double wrap
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: his belt around his thin, frilled, underdeveloped body. And his
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: ability to cut out cardboard the shape of his shoe
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: and stick it in there so you never even knew
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: that that bottom of his shoes had holes in it.
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: He was just amazing. Yeah, he was. He was really.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: I always a girl. If you ever get a chair
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: his sliding board skills, he this boy could. He would
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: go up to the top of the step and jump
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: halfway down the sliding board for his but even hid
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: it and then beat fly up in the air and
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: laying on his feet. You should always knew gona be something.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: You've been enough this earth for sixty three years and
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: the reference we're going back to when you were ten, Greg,
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: you think that's something? Okay? Tell me what about you?
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: You think that was something from uncle? What about you?
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: Tell me? Come on, I'm so scared right now. Sure,
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: I'm married, I'm just scaring ever on this show, I know,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: but I found out earlier this week. You've been listening

- 1:19:20Speaker 1: leave me. He didn't. I got rid of him. Uh,
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: he said that all. You know the thing about it,
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: I mean, he's very much the same today as he
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: was then. Coming up, it's our last break of the
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: day day, and we'll have some closing remarks from the

- 1:21:24Speaker 1: In Louisiana. Yeah. Also, and this is very important too,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: to our Michigan voters in Detroit and elsewhere. Vote to
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: keep Democratic Senator Gary Peters in office. Gary Peters is
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: who you want to vote for, because they put a
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Republican candidate up against him who is black. John James,
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: do not vote for John James. John James is two
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: thousand his own words, I'm two thousand percent behind Trump.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: Do not vote in Michigan for John James. Do not
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: vote for John James in Michigan. Your vote in Michigan
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: for Senator it's Gary Peters. Gary Peters. If we flipped
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: those states and turned those senators democratic, we will own
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: the Senate. Let's go. Yeah, the Senate's right, Yeah, we
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: do them flip. Come on now, yeah, we're gonna hit
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: thegether moving forward. Yeah, that vote for Amy Coney Barrett
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: the other night in secret. Uh the vote was what
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: forty eight to fifty two? So there's your four right there.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: You know. Want nobody to see it? Yeah, nobody to
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: see it was in secret only. Clarence Thomas was said
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: in ten years recording it on an iPhone twelve. They
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: want nobody vot, vote, vote, vote, vote. If you wait
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: till election day, get in that line and vote. Don't
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: turn around, don't be denied, don't stop, don't give up,
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: don't think twice. Go in there and vote. Remember who
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: the senators are that we are begging you to vote for,
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: and you already know who to vote for for president.
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: We cannot allow this man, his son in law, his age,
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: to say the things that they've said about black people.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: Black people have to want to be successful. Who does
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: Jared Cushion to think he is with his privileged ass
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: that grew up with money all his life, ain't had
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: a struggling day in his life and has the audacity
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: to say, as the son in law of Donald Trump,
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: black people have to want to be successful. Excuse me,
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: excuse me, man, you have any idea who you talking to?
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: We won't. We've been wanting for over four hundred years
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: of this mess that we've been over here contending with. Nah, man,
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: it ain't aboudy no. Do we have to want to
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: be successful. We need to get rid of people like
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: you who have these racist views of us, who make
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: policies with racial views of us, who are participating in
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: systemic racism. You you have to go. One of our
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: major problems is people walking around saying it ain't no racism. See.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: The reason we can't ever solve the racism problem is
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: because there are too many people at thinking that that
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: ain't a problem. So if you don't think it's a problem,
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: what are you working on to solve? See? You can't
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: sit up here and solve something unless you admit that
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: it's a problem. Systemic racism is real because of people
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: like you, and you sitting up here voting for the economy.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: Do you know what COVID is doing to this country?
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: What about the two hundred and forty thousand people who
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: have died in the United States? What about the seven
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: million cases of COVID in the United States? Do you
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: understand if we fix the economy and you ain't here
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: to partake of it, what difference do it make? Tell
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: all the people who have lost somebody to this horrible disease,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: who had no choice in it, who wanted to be successful.
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: You know how many Black people have died with COVID
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: who wanted to be successful? You know how many White
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: people that have died from COVID who wanted to be successful?
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: How many Latinos who have died from COVID who wanted
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: to be successful? How many Asians who have died from
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: COVID who wanted to be successful? And then you're gonna
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: turn around with your stupid ass and make another statement.
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: Trump has taken over the COVID thing. He's taken it
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: from the doctors yea, took it from the doctors. I'm
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: glad you said that. He took it from the doctors
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: to the point where now we are over two hundred
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: and forty thousand deaths in this country. He has no
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: plan for it. Opened up the economy because that's all
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: he cared about his money. But if you're not here,
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: if you sick in the economy, if you're left with
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: the debilitating after results of having COVID, what good is
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: the economy if your ass can't go to work. No way, man,
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: miss me, you got to go November three. You out,
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: we're gonna show up in big numbers. You don't think
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: black lives matter, but they're gonna matter to you after
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: this election, because when they count them vote, you're gonna
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: go damn. They really do matter for all. Steve Every
