- 0:01Speaker 1: Another day, another victory for the Trump administration, this time
- 0:06Speaker 1: as the Supreme Court issued in emergency order permitting the
- 0:10Speaker 1: Trump administration to revoke humanitarian parole protections for more than
- 0:16Speaker 1: five hundred and thirty thousand migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua,
- 0:21Speaker 1: and Venezuela. Now, these individuals had been granted temporary legal
- 0:26Speaker 1: status under programs that were initiated during the Biden administrations.
- 0:31Speaker 1: They flooded the country with the legal immigrants. They set
- 0:34Speaker 1: up these special protections to allow for millions and millions
- 0:38Speaker 1: of illegals to stay in this country, costing you hundreds
- 0:42Speaker 1: of billions of dollars. Now, this program also allowed them
- 0:46Speaker 1: to live and work in the US for quote two
- 0:48Speaker 1: years due to humanitarian concerns. Well, the Court's decision lifts
- 0:53Speaker 1: a lower courts injunction by an activist judge that blocked
- 0:57Speaker 1: the administration's move, enabling the policy change to proceed while
- 1:01Speaker 1: legal challenges continue in the lower courts.
- 1:04Speaker 2: What does this mean?
- 1:05Speaker 1: Elections have consequences in the President United Its America has
- 1:08Speaker 1: the right to be able to push his agenda forward
- 1:12Speaker 1: that the American people voted for. Now, let's be clear
- 1:15Speaker 1: about the Supreme Court ruling here. Okay, the Supreme Court's
- 1:18Speaker 1: order did not provide a detailed explanation, which is customary
- 1:22Speaker 1: for emergency decisions, but the justices did say the President
- 1:26Speaker 1: could do his job now. Who was in the dissent
- 1:30Speaker 1: none other than Justices Brown Jackson and Sonya Sotomayor. They dissented,
- 1:35Speaker 1: expressing concern over the potential harm quote unquote to the
- 1:39Speaker 1: affected individuals, also know as illegal immigrants and the illegal
- 1:43Speaker 1: immigrant communities. Justice Jackson, for example, emphasized that the decision could,
- 1:49Speaker 1: as she put it up, in the lives and the
- 1:52Speaker 1: livelihoods of nearly a half a million non citizens. So
- 1:56Speaker 1: she's admitting their legal immigrants while their legal claims are
- 1:59Speaker 1: quote pending now. The Department of Homeland Security under Secretary
- 2:03Speaker 1: Christy Nome had previously announced the termination of this program
- 2:09Speaker 1: Cuba Hating, Nicaragua and Venezuela, all of these pro programs
- 2:13Speaker 1: giving recipients quote thirty days to deport the US unless
- 2:17Speaker 1: they qualify for other legal protections.
- 2:21Speaker 2: That is, when an activist federal judge.
- 2:23Speaker 1: In Boston locked that action, ruling that such a broad
- 2:28Speaker 1: termination required individual case reviews that would obviously take years.
- 2:35Speaker 1: A big victory for the left if it was going
- 2:37Speaker 1: to stand well. The Supreme Court's decision now allows the
- 2:40Speaker 1: administration to proceed with the revocation while the case is
- 2:45Speaker 1: reviewed by the First US Circuit.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Court of Appeals.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Now, this ruling again is part of a broader effort
- 2:52Speaker 1: by the Trump administration to reshape US immigration policy. By
- 2:56Speaker 1: the way, that's exactly why Donald Trump was elected, because
- 2:59Speaker 1: he said he was going to get tough on illegal immigration,
- 3:02Speaker 1: while the other administration let in everyone, including terrorists. All right,
- 3:06Speaker 1: so let's just be clear, there's a difference here, and
- 3:09Speaker 1: this is what a lot of this election.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Came down to.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Now, this temporary protection status was a caveat that the
- 3:15Speaker 1: Biden administration used for three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans,
- 3:20Speaker 1: for example. Supporters argue these actions reinforce the executive branch's authority,
- 3:26Speaker 1: the president's authority over the issue of immigration, and also
- 3:30Speaker 1: aims to enforce existing laws that were obviously not being
- 3:34Speaker 1: followed by the Biden Harris administration. The left, they're so
- 3:40Speaker 1: obsessed with this, and they're wanting this to be a
- 3:43Speaker 1: quote humanitarian issue, and they say, you can't just kick
- 3:46Speaker 1: out a bunch of people out of this country a
- 3:48Speaker 1: half million plus.
- 3:49Speaker 2: It's not fair.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Well, don't break into America and you wouldn't have to
- 3:52Speaker 1: deal with a fallout. Now, the legal proceedings are going
- 3:56Speaker 1: to continue, and the full implications of the Supreme Court
- 3:59Speaker 1: decision obviously remain to be seen with its ongoing debate.
- 4:03Speaker 2: But what's clear is.
- 4:05Speaker 1: The Supreme Court said, the President of the United States
- 4:08Speaker 1: of America, right regardless of who it is, has the
- 4:10Speaker 1: right to push their agenda forward and they shouldn't be
- 4:15Speaker 1: held back by a previous administration's agenda.
- 4:19Speaker 2: That is what they're saying.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Now.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Now, let's be clear, the media is also going nuts
- 4:23Speaker 1: over this. CNN's Pamela Brown had on Steven Miller at
- 4:29Speaker 1: the White House to talk about this as a Supreme
- 4:32Speaker 1: Court Their headline, spring court lets Trump in deportation protection
- 4:36Speaker 1: for five hundred thousand migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
- 4:39Speaker 1: That's they got the bottom of the screen. And I
- 4:41Speaker 1: want you to hear how the conversation went. It didn't
- 4:43Speaker 1: go well for Pamela Brown and CNN at all.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Do you think a judge should just rubber stamp what
- 4:49Speaker 4: your White House does? If not, what checks and balances
- 4:51Speaker 4: do you think should be in place for this White House?
- 4:56Speaker 5: Is not the job of a just Court judge to
- 5:00Speaker 5: perform an individual green light or red light on every
- 5:04Speaker 5: single policy that the president takes as the head of
- 5:07Speaker 5: the executive branch. Just think about the premise baked into
- 5:10Speaker 5: your question, respectfully, Pam, you're saying that when the American
- 5:14Speaker 5: people elect a president of the United States of America,
- 5:16Speaker 5: I'm not the.
- 5:17Speaker 2: The well, it's the implication here.
- 5:20Speaker 5: Is the sole head of the executive branch.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Let me finish, Let me finish. I will answer the
- 5:25Speaker 2: question happily.
- 5:25Speaker 5: But look, when you have these kinds of lazy assumptions
- 5:28Speaker 5: built into questions, that makes it hard to have a construction.
- 5:33Speaker 5: You said, no, you said, you said, is it my expectation?
- 5:37Speaker 5: He says, you said, is it my expectation? It's not
- 5:39Speaker 5: just you, it's the whole media.
- 5:41Speaker 2: In other words, when.
- 5:41Speaker 4: You know your sentence, it is a completely literal question
- 5:45Speaker 4: you say, and I will gladly answer it.
- 5:48Speaker 5: When you say, do we think district court judges should
- 5:51Speaker 5: rubb or stamp each action? There is a premise that
- 5:54Speaker 5: is built into that that is absurd. The president is
- 5:57Speaker 5: the sole head of the executive branch. He's the only
- 5:59Speaker 5: officer in the entire government that's elected by the entire
- 6:02Speaker 5: American people. Democracy cannot function. In fact, democracy does not
- 6:06Speaker 5: exist at all. If each action the president takes foreign policy, diplomatic, military,
- 6:11Speaker 5: national security has to be individually approved by seven hundred
- 6:15Speaker 5: district court judges.
- 6:17Speaker 2: That's democracy.
- 6:18Speaker 5: So that there's fifteen communists, crazy judges on the court
- 6:22Speaker 5: that each of them, as a team, working together, can
- 6:24Speaker 5: block and freeze each and every executive action.
- 6:28Speaker 1: You listen to Steven Miller's point here, and he's explaining
- 6:31Speaker 1: why the judge made the ruling the way he did
- 6:34Speaker 1: to try to stop Donald Trump, because he's saying, you
- 6:36Speaker 1: got to look at every one of these individually. How
- 6:39Speaker 1: long would it take to look at five hundred thousand
- 6:41Speaker 1: migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Right, they know
- 6:45Speaker 1: that they could play out the clock for the next
- 6:47Speaker 1: four years while.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Trump is in office.
- 6:49Speaker 1: And as he said, when you have these kinds of
- 6:51Speaker 1: lazy assumptions built into questions, that makes it hard to
- 6:54Speaker 1: have a constructive dialogue. Now, by the way, Stephen Miller
- 6:58Speaker 1: wasn't done roasting CNN.
- 7:01Speaker 2: There.
- 7:02Speaker 1: CNN also asked a question about the illegal immigrant who
- 7:07Speaker 1: is threatening to kill and was caught threatening to kill
- 7:11Speaker 1: President Donald Trump and then said he was going to
- 7:14Speaker 1: quote self deport after he had finished the job against
- 7:18Speaker 1: Donald Trump. But notice the way that CNN asked the question.
- 7:22Speaker 1: They won't use the word illegal immigrant.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Undocumented migrant sent a letter threatening to kill the president,
- 7:29Speaker 4: promising to self deport after the assassination. CNN reporting shows
- 7:33Speaker 4: that investigators believe the migrant.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Was set up. It was a victim of a setup.
- 7:37Speaker 4: What is the administration going to do now? And this
- 7:39Speaker 4: is an undocumented immigrant. I do want to note that,
- 7:42Speaker 4: but this was someone who came forward, was a victim
- 7:44Speaker 4: of a crime, and now law enforcement believes.
- 7:46Speaker 2: He was set up.
- 7:47Speaker 5: Go ahead, well, I want to clarify what you mean.
- 7:50Speaker 5: So we're talking about the same thing. Are you saying
- 7:52Speaker 5: this immigrant was here?
- 7:53Speaker 4: I legally yes, but I am And that's why I
- 7:57Speaker 4: said that I.
- 7:58Speaker 5: Clarify this documented and I wasn't cure what that means.
- 8:01Speaker 5: I'm assuming they have a fake ID, I'm a few
- 8:03Speaker 5: assuming they have affection.
- 8:05Speaker 2: That's neither.
- 8:08Speaker 6: Ste I want.
- 8:08Speaker 4: I want this to be and call me naive A
- 8:11Speaker 4: good faith discussion about what's happening, right, But.
- 8:13Speaker 5: When we when we use language that designed to obscure
- 8:16Speaker 5: the truth, that's not good faith. Legal alien, they're not
- 8:20Speaker 5: an undocumented money.
- 8:21Speaker 4: That's fine, that's another discussion.
- 8:23Speaker 5: I don't know the I don't know the details of
- 8:25Speaker 5: the assassination threat. All I all I can say based
- 8:28Speaker 5: on what you're telling me is there's an illegal alien
- 8:31Speaker 5: in our country who's making menacing threats. Regardless of the
- 8:34Speaker 5: facts of circumstances. We don't want them here. We're going
- 8:37Speaker 5: to get to the bottom of it, and I would
- 8:38Speaker 5: gladly come back on.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Just to be clear, but quickly treated.
- 8:43Speaker 5: Unfairly, Yes, I'm sure they're almost treated very unfairly.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Where isn't it amazing? They say, well, the illegal immigrant
- 8:49Speaker 1: was set up. So the illegal immorant said he wants
- 8:51Speaker 1: to kill Trump. But he was set up, is what
- 8:53Speaker 1: they're claiming. And so somehow it's not fair that he
- 8:55Speaker 1: said he wants to kill the president of the.
- 8:57Speaker 2: United States of America.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Because, as Nan says, we'll defend illegal immigrants right at
- 9:02Speaker 1: all costs. We will tell you that the illegal immigrant
- 9:06Speaker 1: is somehow the victim here, not the president of the
- 9:09Speaker 1: United States of America. Who the illegal immigrant threatened to kill.
- 9:13Speaker 1: You cannot make it up. I want to just give
- 9:16Speaker 1: you another example of just how bad it is right
- 9:19Speaker 1: now in this country, especially in sanctuary cities. Fox News
- 9:25Speaker 1: has embedded with Immigration Customs Enforcement ICE in the Greater
- 9:30Speaker 1: Boston area this week when agents were carrying out the
- 9:35Speaker 1: arrests of hundreds of egregious criminal migrants, and what the
- 9:41Speaker 1: agency said is the largest operation that has undertaken since
- 9:45Speaker 1: Donald Trump returned to office.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Now, I want to play for you this. You're going
- 9:50Speaker 2: to hear Bill.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Himmer and then one of the best reporters I know period,
- 9:54Speaker 1: especially on immigration issues, Bill Mallusian, talking about Fox News
- 9:58Speaker 1: being embedded exclusive with Immigration and Customs Enforcement known as
- 10:02Speaker 1: ICE in the Greater Boston area this week. What they
- 10:07Speaker 1: saw is the threat to you and your family. Agents
- 10:13Speaker 1: were carrying out the arrests of hundreds of egregious illegal immigrants, criminals.
- 10:22Speaker 1: I want to be clear about that's criminal illegal immigrants.
- 10:26Speaker 1: And what the agency said is the largest operation that's
- 10:29Speaker 1: undertaken since President Trump's return to office. Now, this sweeping
- 10:33Speaker 1: operation was called Patriot and I'm gonna let you hear
- 10:37Speaker 1: more about it. But we're talking about convicted child rapists,
- 10:42Speaker 1: okay that had been deported and got back in, people
- 10:46Speaker 1: from Salvador. Illegal immigrants that were involved in criminal gangs
- 10:50Speaker 1: like this is insane.
- 10:53Speaker 2: What is living among us?
- 10:54Speaker 1: And this is what the media and the Democrats are protecting,
- 10:58Speaker 1: these illegal immigrants, not your family, not the American people.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Listen.
- 11:04Speaker 7: So now, so this story I mentioned a moment ago,
- 11:06Speaker 7: sanctuary cities and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are not deterring ice.
- 11:11Speaker 7: That's the message we got from a Fox exclusive yesterday.
- 11:14Speaker 7: Federal immigration agents arresting migrants in the Greater Boston area
- 11:19Speaker 7: wanted for some of the most heinous crimes. So Fox
- 11:22Speaker 7: News getting the ride along. Bill Malusiam was there. He
- 11:24Speaker 7: reports on it live in Boston, and what did you see?
- 11:27Speaker 2: Bill? Hello, Bill, good morning to you.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Nowhere else in the country is the battle between the
- 11:34Speaker 3: locals and feds more heated when it comes to sanctuary
- 11:37Speaker 3: policy than right here in Massachusetts. Tom Homan has promised
- 11:42Speaker 3: he will surge ICE resources to these sanctuary areas, and
- 11:45Speaker 3: that's exactly what he's done. Here in the Greater Boston area,
- 11:48Speaker 3: we joined one of more than a dozen ICE teams
- 11:51Speaker 3: deployed all across the state yesterday as they arrested a murderer,
- 11:55Speaker 3: multiple child rapists, and a FETANL trafficker, all of whom
- 11:59Speaker 3: had been roaming freely on Massachusetts streets. It's dawn in Massachusetts,
- 12:06Speaker 3: where Fox News was given exclusive access to ICE's elite
- 12:10Speaker 3: Boston team. Pulivi targas today are extremely violent, so please
- 12:14Speaker 3: use extreme caution. Good luck out there.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Mb saved.
- 12:19Speaker 8: ICE quickly moves on its first target and arrests him.
- 12:23Speaker 8: He's a salvador In illegal alien on l Salvador's most
- 12:26Speaker 8: wanted list with an inn pul red notice out for
- 12:29Speaker 8: his arrest for aggravated murder, aggravated kidnapping and robbery.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Which is where right here this car is gonna pick
- 12:36Speaker 2: you up right?
- 12:37Speaker 8: Ice then arrested this salvador In illegal alien who was
- 12:40Speaker 8: previously convicted of child rape. He was deported in twenty
- 12:44Speaker 8: seventeen after he went to prison and illegally re entered
- 12:47Speaker 8: the US. He was found living right next to this
- 12:50Speaker 8: children's playground.
- 12:52Speaker 3: So you guys just snagged a previously deported convicted child
- 12:55Speaker 3: rapist living one hundred yards from a child's playground?
- 12:58Speaker 2: Is that unusual out here?
- 13:00Speaker 9: Non Massachusetts it's not unusual. Due to the open border policies,
- 13:04Speaker 9: we are finding that plenty of people who have been
- 13:06Speaker 9: previously deported and committed heinous crimes and were removed from
- 13:09Speaker 9: the country are now back here, just living among us,
- 13:13Speaker 9: and now that's our job to go around them all.
- 13:17Speaker 8: We joined ICE as They also arrested this Columbian illegal
- 13:20Speaker 8: alien facing pending charges for sexual assault of a child,
- 13:25Speaker 8: as well as this Dominican alien with a drug trafficking
- 13:28Speaker 8: conviction who's now facing local charges for fetanal distribution. Meanwhile,
- 13:34Speaker 8: away from our cameras, another ICE team arrested this Guatemala
- 13:37Speaker 8: illegal alien who's facing charges in Massachusetts for aggravated child rape,
- 13:42Speaker 8: but was released from state custody. They also arrested this
- 13:46Speaker 8: Honduran alien who's facing local charges for rape and was
- 13:50Speaker 8: also released from local custody. Your message for the politicians
- 13:54Speaker 8: who continue to fight you, guys, We're.
- 13:57Speaker 5: Not going away.
- 13:58Speaker 9: It might take us longer, it might be harder, but
- 14:00Speaker 9: we're not going away. We're here. We know what the
- 14:02Speaker 9: American people voted for, we understand that we work through
- 14:06Speaker 9: the American people, and we're going to be here until
- 14:08Speaker 9: we send everyone home.
- 14:13Speaker 3: And Bill Ice Boston tells us that local anti ICE
- 14:16Speaker 3: activists had been interfering with their operations virtually every single day.
- 14:20Speaker 3: They say, yesterday alone in East Boston, they had arrested
- 14:23Speaker 3: a criminal alien and put him in handcuffs, when a
- 14:26Speaker 3: group of activists grabbed onto that alien and tried to
- 14:29Speaker 3: pull him into their car to get him away from ICE. Then,
- 14:32Speaker 3: in a second incident yesterday I says they were surveilling
- 14:35Speaker 3: a murderer's home in their car when a crowd surrounded
- 14:39Speaker 3: their vehicle, blew their cover and they had to pull
- 14:41Speaker 3: off the target.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Again a murderer. Wow, we'll send it back to you. Wow.
- 14:46Speaker 1: You hear this story and it's one that again is
- 14:50Speaker 1: happening all over the country. This just happens to be
- 14:52Speaker 1: in Boston, and thank goodness Fox is there to be
- 14:56Speaker 1: able to watch this. I also want you to hear
- 14:59Speaker 1: Chrich mcgoughlin at the Department of Home and Security.
- 15:01Speaker 2: She's been a guest on the show.
- 15:03Speaker 1: We had her on from the White House recently in
- 15:05Speaker 1: the war Room. If you missed that episode, go back
- 15:08Speaker 1: and listen to it where we were live at the
- 15:10Speaker 1: White House for two days of interviews. It was incredible,
- 15:14Speaker 1: but I want you to hear what she had to
- 15:15Speaker 1: say on Fox as well about just how bad it's
- 15:18Speaker 1: gotten Spring.
- 15:19Speaker 6: And Trician McLoughlin, she's a DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs.
- 15:22Speaker 6: I think it's quite alarming, you know, as Bill Malisiana
- 15:25Speaker 6: is reporting that Trisha, he and I said, this is
- 15:28Speaker 6: all in one day, and this is just one state,
- 15:31Speaker 6: one city, one state. How much bigger is this across
- 15:34Speaker 6: the country.
- 15:35Speaker 10: Dana, It's even bigger. And I do want to note
- 15:38Speaker 10: that these protesters are in bolden by politicians like Tim
- 15:41Speaker 10: Wolls who likens our brave ice and enforcement officers to
- 15:45Speaker 10: the guest stoppo and to Nazis. A representative a Democrat representative,
- 15:49Speaker 10: Dan Goldman out of New York yesterday just held a
- 15:51Speaker 10: press conference again likening our ice enforcement officers to the
- 15:55Speaker 10: guest stop o. Our ice officers are facing a four
- 15:58Speaker 10: hundred percent increase in alts against them. Meanwhile, they're just
- 16:02Speaker 10: trying to make American community safer. As Bill mentioned, just
- 16:05Speaker 10: in the last week alone, we've arrested off with the
- 16:08Speaker 10: streets of Boston, MS thirteen gang members, trend A Iragua,
- 16:12Speaker 10: convicted murders, child rapists, truly the worst of the worst
- 16:15Speaker 10: who have been in our American streets with impunity for
- 16:18Speaker 10: the last four years. And Dana, what's important to remember
- 16:21Speaker 10: is that these sanctuary city politicians, their policies create magnets
- 16:25Speaker 10: for these criminal aliens to come into these communities because
- 16:29Speaker 10: they know that there's not repercussions at the hands of
- 16:32Speaker 10: the city and that the city will in fact hamstring
- 16:34Speaker 10: our ice enforcement officers.
- 16:37Speaker 7: There is an objective that has become clear about the
- 16:41Speaker 7: numbers of deportations that your group wants to find. It's
- 16:47Speaker 7: three thousand a day, which computes to ninety thousand a month.
- 16:53Speaker 7: Is that realistic and if so, how far away are
- 16:55Speaker 7: you from realizing that goal.
- 16:57Speaker 10: The American people gave President Trump and Secretary Noma very
- 17:01Speaker 10: tall task when they demanded that these criminal legal aliens
- 17:04Speaker 10: be out of our country.
- 17:06Speaker 2: We know that about.
- 17:07Speaker 10: Twenty million people illegally came into our country over the
- 17:10Speaker 10: last four years, and we are hell bent on getting
- 17:13Speaker 10: them out, especially the worst of the worst. I mean,
- 17:16Speaker 10: Dana and Belle. I get reports coming across my desk
- 17:19Speaker 10: every single day that have child rapists, murderers, trendy Aragua,
- 17:25Speaker 10: people who human traffic others with impunity and in it
- 17:30Speaker 10: the numbers we will reach. I'm confident that we will
- 17:32Speaker 10: deliver on the American People's mandate. Secretary Nome has done
- 17:35Speaker 10: a phenomenal job in just over one hundred days. Our
- 17:38Speaker 10: borders closed, but we got to get these numbers up
- 17:40Speaker 10: and we won't be satisfied until.
- 17:41Speaker 2: We clean up Americay. If you do the math over
- 17:43Speaker 2: a year, you're more than a million.
- 17:45Speaker 7: And we'll see whether or not that can be achieved.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Go ahead, by the way, a million. Just listen to
- 17:50Speaker 1: how hard this is. You're talking three thousand a day.
- 17:54Speaker 1: That is the goal, and it's an amazing goal, all right,
- 17:58Speaker 1: Like that's an unbelievable goal. I love the idea. This
- 18:02Speaker 1: is how many illegal immigrants they allowed to flood our
- 18:04Speaker 1: country that we're behind. If we get three thousand a
- 18:10Speaker 1: day apprehended to get kicked out of our country, I mean,
- 18:14Speaker 1: you're talking this could be a twenty year, thirty year thing.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Democrats knew this when they were letting them in by
- 18:21Speaker 1: the tens of thousands a day. Okay, there were days
- 18:24Speaker 1: when there was twenty thirty, forty thousand that came across
- 18:27Speaker 1: our southern border.
- 18:28Speaker 2: They knew what they were doing because they knew how hard.
- 18:30Speaker 1: It was going to be to undo it, and they
- 18:32Speaker 1: did it on purpose to fundamentally change this country. I
- 18:37Speaker 1: want to go back to a big story we've been
- 18:39Speaker 1: covering it here for a while, and that is the
- 18:42Speaker 1: illegal immigration issue in America. There is great news that
- 18:47Speaker 1: we have in essence shut down the border and the
- 18:50Speaker 1: illegal crossings at the southern border.
- 18:53Speaker 2: There was a.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Story about one of the overflow areas. They've actually shut
- 18:56Speaker 1: down one of the areas that was just getting hammered
- 19:00Speaker 1: with illegal immigrants under the Biden administration.
- 19:02Speaker 2: We know that they did it on purpose.
- 19:04Speaker 1: We know they wanted to flunt America with massive amounts
- 19:07Speaker 1: of illegal aliens, and they wanted to fundamentally change his country.
- 19:11Speaker 1: The Biden hairris Team Obama is a part of this
- 19:13Speaker 1: as well. And whoever the hell was running the country,
- 19:15Speaker 1: because it wasn't Joe Biden, right, all these these dictators
- 19:19Speaker 1: that were in charge of America. But shutting down the
- 19:23Speaker 1: border is one very important part of the problem. But
- 19:27Speaker 1: we still have a problem that's literally tens of millions
- 19:34Speaker 1: of problems deep, and that is the illegal immigrants who
- 19:37Speaker 1: are in this country now and how do we continue
- 19:40Speaker 1: to remove them quickly? Now I give you an example
- 19:43Speaker 1: of the threat that these illegal immigrants have towards this country.
- 19:50Speaker 1: ICE has just announced that they have arrested an illegal
- 19:54Speaker 1: alien from Mexico for an alleged threat on President Donald
- 20:00Speaker 1: Old Trump's life another assassination attempt.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Quote.
- 20:05Speaker 1: The illegal alien has been taken into county by Immigration
- 20:07Speaker 1: and Customs Enforcement ICE after he threatened to assassinate President
- 20:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump. On Wednesday, the Department of Home in Security
- 20:14Speaker 1: Secretary Christy Noam revealed the ICE agents had arrested a
- 20:19Speaker 1: fifty four year old illegal alien of Mexico on May
- 20:23Speaker 1: the twenty second, after he threatened to kill Donald J.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Trump. The day before his arrest, ICE.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Officials said the man handed an intelligence officer a handwritten
- 20:32Speaker 1: note in which he promised to assassinate Trump at one
- 20:37Speaker 1: of his rallies before self deporting from the United States,
- 20:41Speaker 1: saying quote, we are tired of this present messing with
- 20:46Speaker 1: us Mexicans. We have done more for this country than
- 20:49Speaker 1: you white people. The note from the illegal immigrant reads saying, quote,
- 20:55Speaker 1: my family and I think it's time for Donald J.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Trump to get what he has coming to him.
- 21:00Speaker 1: I will self deport myself back to Mexico, but not
- 21:03Speaker 1: before I use my thirty yard six to shoot your
- 21:08Speaker 1: precious present in the head. I will see him at
- 21:12Speaker 1: one of his big rallies, the man emphasized in his
- 21:16Speaker 1: own writing. Now, thanks to are ICE officers, this illegal
- 21:20Speaker 1: alien who threatened to assassinate President Trump is behind bars.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Christy Noms said in a statement, This threat comes not
- 21:28Speaker 1: even a year, by the way, after President Trump was
- 21:31Speaker 1: shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, and then we and then less
- 21:35Speaker 1: than two weeks after the former FBI Director James Comey
- 21:39Speaker 1: called for President trump'ssassination as well. Christy Oams said, quote,
- 21:43Speaker 1: all politicians and members of the media should take notice
- 21:46Speaker 1: of these repeated attempts on President Trump's life and tone
- 21:50Speaker 1: down their rhetoric. I will continue to take all measures
- 21:52Speaker 1: necessary to ensure the protection of President Trump, Nomes said
- 21:56Speaker 1: in her statement. Now, this illegal immigrant that's been arrested
- 22:00Speaker 1: has illegally crossed the US Mexico border at least nine
- 22:05Speaker 1: different times between nineteen ninety eight and two.
- 22:09Speaker 2: Thousand and five.
- 22:10Speaker 1: ICE officials have confirmed the illegal alien has an extensive
- 22:15Speaker 1: criminal history as well, including felony hit and run, criminal
- 22:21Speaker 1: damage to property and disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse modifier.
- 22:27Speaker 1: The illegal immigrant we now are being told, will remain
- 22:30Speaker 1: in ice custody at the Dodge County Jail in Wisconsin,
- 22:35Speaker 1: pending his deportation to Mexico. Now you talk about how
- 22:40Speaker 1: this back and forth and how many times you can
- 22:42Speaker 1: come across the southern border, it's truly incredible that it
- 22:47Speaker 1: can happen so often.
- 22:50Speaker 2: By so many of these individuals.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Because it is an open border issue and you have
- 22:55Speaker 1: to stop this right like, you absolutely have to stop
- 22:58Speaker 1: this from happening. And this also goes to another issue,
- 23:03Speaker 1: and it deals also with the issue of immigrants coming
- 23:07Speaker 1: into this country. Marco Rubio has issued now a visa
- 23:11Speaker 1: ban for foreign officials who are censoring Americans. And again
- 23:18Speaker 1: this is about going back into offense and to saying, look,
- 23:22Speaker 1: we're not putting up with this crap anymore. Whether it's
- 23:25Speaker 1: legal immigrants, whether it's countries that hate us, whether it's
- 23:28Speaker 1: foreign students that are coming to America that hate America
- 23:31Speaker 1: and are chanting death to America or death to Israel,
- 23:33Speaker 1: or they're anti Semites.
- 23:35Speaker 2: And now you can add to that list.
- 23:37Speaker 1: The Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing that the Trump
- 23:40Speaker 1: administration will impose visa restrictions on foreign officials engaging in
- 23:45Speaker 1: censorship of American citizens and attempting to regulate American companies abroad.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Rubio so the State Department quote would begin banning foreign
- 23:56Speaker 1: officials from securing visas to travel to the Unite States
- 24:00Speaker 1: of America if they engage in censorship of Americans.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Quote.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Free speeches among the most cherished rights we enjoy as Americans,
- 24:08Speaker 1: Rubio said in a statement. He went on to say,
- 24:10Speaker 1: this that's right, legally enshrined in our constitution, has set
- 24:15Speaker 1: us apart as a beacon of freedom around the world.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Even as we take action to reject censorship at home,
- 24:21Speaker 1: we see troubling instances of foreign governments and foreign officials
- 24:25Speaker 1: picking up the slack. In some instances, foreign officials have
- 24:29Speaker 1: taken flagrant censorship actions against US tech companies as well
- 24:34Speaker 1: as US citizens and residents, when they have no authority
- 24:37Speaker 1: to do so. Rubio said, today, I'm announcing a new
- 24:40Speaker 1: visa restriction policy that will apply to foreign nationals who
- 24:45Speaker 1: are responsible for censorship of protected expression in the United States.
- 24:52Speaker 1: It is unacceptable for foreign officials to issue or threaten
- 24:56Speaker 1: arrest warrants on US citizens or US residents for social
- 25:00Speaker 1: media posts on American platforms while physically present on US soil.
- 25:06Speaker 1: It is similarly unacceptable. He went on to say for
- 25:09Speaker 1: foreign officials to demand that American tech platforms adopt global
- 25:14Speaker 1: content moderation policies or engage in censorship activity that reaches
- 25:20Speaker 1: beyond their authority and into the United States of America, saying, quote,
- 25:25Speaker 1: we will not tolerate encroachment upon American sovereignty, especially when
- 25:30Speaker 1: such encroachments undermine the exercise of our.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Fundamental right to free speech.
- 25:36Speaker 1: He said, for too long, Americans have been fined, have
- 25:39Speaker 1: been harassed, and even charged by foreign authorities for exercising
- 25:44Speaker 1: their free speech rights. And that's why he said, today
- 25:47Speaker 1: I'm announcing a new visa restriction policy that will apply
- 25:50Speaker 1: to the foreign officials in persons who are complicit in
- 25:53Speaker 1: censoring Americans.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Now.
- 25:55Speaker 1: This move also comes as the European Union approved the
- 25:59Speaker 1: Digital Services Act.
- 26:01Speaker 2: What does that do?
- 26:03Speaker 1: It's designed to censor certain discussions on social media and
- 26:07Speaker 1: elsewhere online, While countries like China, Venezuela, Russia, Iran and
- 26:14Speaker 1: Cuba continue censorship campaigns to cripple oppositions to their governments now.
- 26:21Speaker 1: In February, jd Vance also sounded the alarm as the
- 26:25Speaker 1: Vice President, warning that the European Union was abandoning shared
- 26:30Speaker 1: democratic values by adopting the online censorship policy. Here is
- 26:36Speaker 1: jdie Vance saying this, and Munich at the Security conference,
- 26:40Speaker 1: not afraid of who he may offend.
- 26:42Speaker 11: I will admit that sometimes the loudest voices for censorship
- 26:46Speaker 11: have come not from within Europe, but from within my
- 26:49Speaker 11: own country, where the prior administration threatened and bullied social
- 26:53Speaker 11: media companies to censors so called misinformation. Misinformation like, for example,
- 26:59Speaker 11: the idea that coronavirus had likely leap leaked from a
- 27:03Speaker 11: laboratory in China. Our own government encouraged private companies to
- 27:09Speaker 11: silence people who dared to utter what turned out to
- 27:12Speaker 11: be an obvious truth.
- 27:14Speaker 2: So I come here.
- 27:14Speaker 11: Today not just with an observation, but with an offer.
- 27:18Speaker 11: And just as the Biden administration seemed desperate to silence
- 27:21Speaker 11: people for speaking their minds, so the Trump administration will
- 27:26Speaker 11: do precisely the opposite. And I hope that we can
- 27:29Speaker 11: work together on that. In Washington, there is a new
- 27:33Speaker 11: sheriff in town, and under Donald Trump's leadership, we may
- 27:36Speaker 11: disagree with your views, but we will fight to defend
- 27:39Speaker 11: your right to offer it in the public square. Agree
- 27:42Speaker 11: or disagree. Now we're at the point, of course, that
- 27:45Speaker 11: the situation has gotten so bad that this December, Romania
- 27:50Speaker 11: straight up canceled the results of a presidential election based
- 27:54Speaker 11: on the flimsy suspicions of an intelligence agency and enormous
- 27:58Speaker 11: pressure from its continental neighbors.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Now, as I understand.
- 28:02Speaker 11: It, the argument was that Russian disinformation had infected the
- 28:07Speaker 11: Romanian elections. But I'd ask my European friends to have
- 28:12Speaker 11: some perspective. You can believe it's wrong for Russia to
- 28:16Speaker 11: buy social media advertisements to influence your elections.
- 28:19Speaker 2: We certainly do.
- 28:20Speaker 11: You can condemn it on the world stage even but
- 28:23Speaker 11: if your democracy can be destroyed with a few hundred
- 28:26Speaker 11: thousand dollars of digital advertising from a foreign country, then
- 28:30Speaker 11: it wasn't very strong to begin with. Now, the good
- 28:37Speaker 11: news is that I happen to think your democracies are
- 28:40Speaker 11: substantially less brittle than many people apparently fear, and I
- 28:45Speaker 11: really do believe that allowing our citizens to speak their
- 28:48Speaker 11: mind will make them stronger.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Still, you can hear the Vice President saying the same
- 28:53Speaker 1: thing that the president's talking about, saying it's time for
- 28:56Speaker 1: us to defend and protect free speech while also making
- 29:01Speaker 1: sure that online people aren't silenced and punished from governments
- 29:05Speaker 1: or organizations around the world. And if you do come
- 29:08Speaker 1: after Americans, we'll get ready because your visas are going
- 29:12Speaker 1: to be canceled. Make sure you share this podcast with
- 29:15Speaker 1: your family and friends, put up on social media wherever
- 29:18Speaker 1: you are, and we appreciate you listening every day.
- 29:21Speaker 2: We'll see you back here tomorrow.
