- 0:01Speaker 1: There are a lot of different stories that deal with
- 0:03Speaker 1: Donald Trump that we're going to walk you through in
- 0:07Speaker 1: today's show. One of them is Donald Trump is back
- 0:09Speaker 1: in court.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Now? What is he back in court? About? What's going
- 0:13Speaker 2: on there?
- 0:14Speaker 1: It was about immunity and should the president does the
- 0:18Speaker 1: president in fact have immunity. I want you to listen
- 0:20Speaker 1: to the President's words from earlier as he walked out
- 0:24Speaker 1: of that court, hearing, you can't have.
- 0:26Speaker 3: A president without immunity. You have to have as a president.
- 0:31Speaker 4: You have to be able to do your job.
- 0:33Speaker 3: But if this didn't do work out, if I wasn't
- 0:36Speaker 3: given community, then other presidents when we talked about today
- 0:40Speaker 3: President Obama with the drone tricks, which were very bad,
- 0:46Speaker 3: and they were mistakes, terrible mistakes, and you can't put
- 0:49Speaker 3: you really can't put a president in that position. So
- 0:52Speaker 3: I think most people understand it, and we feel very
- 0:54Speaker 3: confident that eventually, hopefully at this level, but eventually we
- 0:59Speaker 3: went a president has to have immunity.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Now, as the president is fighting over this issue, and
- 1:05Speaker 1: I'm going to get into this coming up more, he's
- 1:08Speaker 1: also fighting another battle and that's in Fulton County, and
- 1:11Speaker 1: there are new accusations coming out of Fulton County with
- 1:15Speaker 1: that prosecutor Fanny Willis, and a romantic relationship that involves corruption. Now,
- 1:21Speaker 1: let me explain this to you so you understand everything
- 1:25Speaker 1: that's being accused here and what they're saying. There is
- 1:29Speaker 1: a Trump co defendant that is now alleging that the
- 1:32Speaker 1: Fulton County DA Fanny Willis, is corrupt and is in
- 1:37Speaker 1: a corrupt romantic relationship that is specifically affecting the case.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Mike Roman, a political operative who is one of eighteen
- 1:45Speaker 1: different co defendants with former Presidentald Trump in the Georgia
- 1:49Speaker 1: election case. His filed Emotion alleging that the Fulton County
- 1:52Speaker 1: District Attorney had a improper relationship with a colleague.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Now you may say, okay, well, why does that matter? Right?
- 2:00Speaker 1: Well, Roman was charged along with Trump and seventeen other
- 2:03Speaker 1: people last August for crimes relating to the Trump campaign's
- 2:06Speaker 1: effort to challenge the results of the twenty twenty election
- 2:11Speaker 1: in the state of Georgia. But Roman is fighting back,
- 2:15Speaker 1: rejecting a plea deal and filing and emotion, which his
- 2:18Speaker 1: attorneys alleged at Willis in fact, had a romantic relationship
- 2:23Speaker 1: with the special prosecutor Nathan Wade and then his law
- 2:28Speaker 1: firm use funds paid by the county to take Willis
- 2:33Speaker 1: on exotic vacations, using potentially fraudulent payments to do so.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Now Here is where this is an issue, obviously for
- 2:42Speaker 1: everyone that is being accused of the crimes in Georgia
- 2:46Speaker 1: at the hands of this rogue Da Willis. What this
- 2:51Speaker 1: means is they're saying, you decided right Willis decided to
- 2:56Speaker 1: give to have a relationship with a special prosecutor, Nathan Wade,
- 3:01Speaker 1: who is then making money off of him becoming the
- 3:04Speaker 1: special prosecutor and then costing the taxpayer countless dollars because
- 3:10Speaker 1: that law firm, right Is using funds paid for by
- 3:14Speaker 1: the taxpayers going through Willis is then getting a kickback
- 3:18Speaker 1: in essence a relationship and really nice exotic vacations using
- 3:24Speaker 1: taxpayer dollars. Now, the filing also alleged that Wade, who
- 3:28Speaker 1: is a private attorney with no prosecution experience, was appointed
- 3:33Speaker 1: without the required approval by authorities as well. The Atlanta
- 3:37Speaker 1: Journal Constitution is reporting it this way. The motion filed
- 3:41Speaker 1: this week on behalf of the defendant, Michael Roman, a
- 3:44Speaker 1: former Trump campaign official, seeks to have the charges against
- 3:48Speaker 1: Roman dismissed, and for Willis and Wade in the entire
- 3:52Speaker 1: DA's office to be disqualified from further prosecution of the
- 3:56Speaker 1: case now. The filing also offers no concrete proof for
- 4:00Speaker 1: the romantic ties between Willis and Wade, except to say
- 4:03Speaker 1: sources close to both the Special prosecutor and the District
- 4:07Speaker 1: Attorney have confirmed they had an ongoing personal relationship quote unquote.
- 4:14Speaker 1: It also alleges that Willis and Wade have been involved
- 4:18Speaker 1: in a romantic relationship that began before Wade was appointed
- 4:22Speaker 1: Special prosecutor. It says they traveled together to Napa Valley
- 4:27Speaker 1: and to Florida, and they cruise the Caribbean using tickets
- 4:31Speaker 1: Wade purchased from Norwegian and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, although
- 4:35Speaker 1: the filing did not include documentation of those purchases. Neither
- 4:39Speaker 1: Willis nor Wade have disputed any of these allegations. The
- 4:44Speaker 1: Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that Willis's office said she intends
- 4:47Speaker 1: to respond quote through legal filings, not the media. Romans
- 4:53Speaker 1: filing also says that the Fulton County District Attorney never
- 4:58Speaker 1: had legal authority to appe point the Special prosecutor, who
- 5:02Speaker 1: assisted in obtaining both grand jury indictments, and that both
- 5:06Speaker 1: Willis and Wade should be kicked off the cases because
- 5:10Speaker 1: the district attorney, and this is in their writing and
- 5:12Speaker 1: their motion, the district Attorney and the special prosecutor have
- 5:16Speaker 1: been engaged in an improper, clandestine person relationship during the
- 5:21Speaker 1: pendency of this case, which has resulted in the special
- 5:25Speaker 1: prosecutor and in turn the District Attorney profiting significantly from
- 5:32Speaker 1: this prosecution and at the expense of the taxpayers. So
- 5:36Speaker 1: they're saying, look, you can't prosecute people because.
- 5:40Speaker 2: You're gonna make money off this, and.
- 5:42Speaker 1: You can't appoint a special prosecutor more importantly, to this job,
- 5:48Speaker 1: who is then giving you a kickback through trips and
- 5:52Speaker 1: through y'all's relationship.
- 5:53Speaker 2: You're basically saying, I'm.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Going to go after people, and then I'm going to
- 5:56Speaker 1: give you a job to go after the people I'm
- 5:59Speaker 1: going after, and then you're going to make a crap
- 6:01Speaker 1: ton of money, which means I'm getting.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Rich too because we're together.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Right, So they and that's why they put it this way,
- 6:08Speaker 1: saying you're pent profiting significantly because you are prosecuting people
- 6:15Speaker 1: and you're doing this at the expense of the taxpayers,
- 6:19Speaker 1: and the only people that getting rich are you.
- 6:22Speaker 2: And your lover.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Now, the filing goes on to say this, Accordingly, the
- 6:28Speaker 1: district Attorney and the special prosecutor have violated laws regulating
- 6:32Speaker 1: the use of public moneys, suffer from irrepairable conflicts of interests,
- 6:39Speaker 1: and have violated their oath of office, their oaths of
- 6:42Speaker 1: office under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, and should
- 6:45Speaker 1: be disqualified from prosecuting this matter.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Now, if you're being.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Prosecuted by a special prosecutor who's being appointed by their lover,
- 6:53Speaker 1: who's then making a ton of money off of prosecuting you,
- 6:56Speaker 1: you would be livid. And there's a very valid point
- 6:59Speaker 1: that's being here. Finally, they say, Willis's handling of this
- 7:04Speaker 1: case has been irregular throughout. For example, in August, a
- 7:08Speaker 1: draft indictment was leaked by the Fulton County Court before
- 7:12Speaker 1: it had actually been approved, potentially jeopardizing a fair trial.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Willis also relied on quote unquote fake news in launching
- 7:21Speaker 1: the entire case. Trump, as you know, faces criminal charges
- 7:25Speaker 1: now in Georgia and in New York, as well as
- 7:27Speaker 1: a federal criminal charge charges in DC and Florida. He's
- 7:32Speaker 1: also fighting a civil fraud case in New York. And
- 7:35Speaker 1: this is just the latest. I want you to hear
- 7:39Speaker 1: how this was talked about on Fox News Channel as
- 7:41Speaker 1: they broke this story as well.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Take a listen Fox News Alert.
- 7:45Speaker 5: A sex scandal is rocking President Trump's case in Georgia.
- 7:50Speaker 5: The Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fanny Willis has been
- 7:54Speaker 5: accused of appointing her lover as a special prosecutor in
- 7:57Speaker 5: the case against Donald Trump DA. Fanny Willis is responsible
- 8:02Speaker 5: for taking Trump smoke shot also allegedly financially benefited from
- 8:07Speaker 5: hiring her lover, Nathan Wade, on that Trump case. This
- 8:12Speaker 5: is according to emotion that was just filed by Wade,
- 8:14Speaker 5: the co defendant. Now, who is this romantic partner who
- 8:19Speaker 5: Fanny Willis hired? He was just a private attorney's never
- 8:22Speaker 5: even tried to fell any case even the time says
- 8:25Speaker 5: he has quote limited experience trying high profile cases. But
- 8:30Speaker 5: get this, Fanny's alleged lover has been paid nearly a
- 8:34Speaker 5: million dollars in legal fees already.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Let's just stop there.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Herlover who has virtually no prosecutor experience but gets this
- 8:43Speaker 1: job going after Donald J.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Trump and these other defendants around. Donald J.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Trump has made already over a million dollars from taxpayers,
- 8:54Speaker 1: right from your tax dollars going to him prosecuting political
- 9:00Speaker 1: prosecuting someone that they hate.
- 9:02Speaker 2: That's what this really boils down to.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Now, when you hear the number a million dollars, that
- 9:10Speaker 1: number could easily go to two million, or three million,
- 9:13Speaker 1: or four million.
- 9:14Speaker 2: That's not a crazy number.
- 9:16Speaker 1: When you're prosecuting this many people and you're putting in
- 9:19Speaker 1: the billable hours, and you know that the government is
- 9:22Speaker 1: your client, and you know that the person that you're
- 9:24Speaker 1: literally banging is the one approving the bills, your bills
- 9:29Speaker 1: that then you're taking her on trips and then you're
- 9:32Speaker 1: you know, showering her gifts because she's funneling you over
- 9:36Speaker 1: a million dollars. You really think she's going to question
- 9:39Speaker 1: any of the billing of his law firm.
- 9:41Speaker 2: And then don't even get to the fact.
- 9:43Speaker 1: That he guys know, basically prosecuto you know experience here.
- 9:49Speaker 1: So back to Fox, listen to the very end of
- 9:51Speaker 1: this where they talk a bit again about the million.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Dollars trying high profile cases.
- 9:56Speaker 5: But get this, Fanny's alleged lover has been paid new
- 10:00Speaker 5: only a million dollars in legal fees already. Who authorized
- 10:04Speaker 5: the payments? Oh that would be Fanny. Where'd she get
- 10:07Speaker 5: the money? Oh that's your money came from the taxpayers.
- 10:11Speaker 5: They've allegedly gone on luxury vacations to Napa Valley, even
- 10:16Speaker 5: taking Caribbean cruises. And Fanny isn't even denying that she's
- 10:20Speaker 5: hired a guys she's sleeping with to prosecute Trump.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Must be nice.
- 10:27Speaker 1: How do you get a job just sleep with a
- 10:30Speaker 1: woman who then goes after Trump, that then hires you.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I have to go back real quick to the New
- 10:37Speaker 1: York Times. It appears that the man that has been
- 10:41Speaker 1: charged to go after Donald Trump, their words, appears to
- 10:44Speaker 1: have limited experience trying high profile cases, much less a
- 10:50Speaker 1: complex racketeering case, because that's what they charge them with
- 10:53Speaker 1: in Georgia, involving multiple high profile defendants. Those are the
- 10:58Speaker 1: words of the New York Times. So let me go
- 11:02Speaker 1: back to this overall perspective.
- 11:05Speaker 2: For you, you.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Want to know how corrupt the attacks on Donald Trump,
- 11:11Speaker 1: how egregious the Fulton County prosecutor is. Fanny Willis said,
- 11:16Speaker 1: I'm going to hook up my lover. I'm going after
- 11:18Speaker 1: Trump and others. It will help me with reelection, it
- 11:21Speaker 1: will help people in the Democratic Party love me.
- 11:24Speaker 2: And I'm going to do this.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I'm going to do this, and I'm going to go
- 11:28Speaker 1: in and I'm going to have this conversation and it's
- 11:30Speaker 1: going to be amazing. There's also another aspect of this,
- 11:35Speaker 1: the Fulton County prosecutor, and this is part two of
- 11:38Speaker 1: this story. Fanny Willis's romantic partner apparently met with the
- 11:44Speaker 1: Biden White House twice, not once, but twice before charging
- 11:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Now, before I get into these meetings with
- 11:54Speaker 1: the Biden White House and the fact that this dude
- 11:57Speaker 1: was having this affair allegedly and made a million dollars
- 12:01Speaker 1: already over working for his lover, let me remind you
- 12:06Speaker 1: of how angry Willis was when Willis came out and
- 12:10Speaker 1: went after Donald Trump and Julianni and Mark Meadows among
- 12:14Speaker 1: nineteen of those that were indicted in Georgia and the
- 12:17Speaker 1: twenty twenty election probe, all over what they referred to
- 12:21Speaker 1: as rico charges.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Right, this was a rico case.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Which would allow them virtually unfeathered access to go in
- 12:31Speaker 1: and do anything they wanted to do to get dirt
- 12:34Speaker 1: on Donald Trump and Rico violations are serious jail time.
- 12:38Speaker 1: So when they indicted these nineteen people, I'm sure they
- 12:41Speaker 1: were thinking themselves, somebody's going to give us something on
- 12:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 12:46Speaker 6: Today, Based on information developed by that investigation, a Fulton
- 12:53Speaker 6: County grand jury returned a true bill of indictment charging
- 12:59Speaker 6: nineteen individuals with violations of Georgia law arising from a
- 13:06Speaker 6: criminal conspiracy to overturn the results of the twenty twenty
- 13:12Speaker 6: presidential election in this state. The indictment includes forty one
- 13:19Speaker 6: felony counts and his ninety seven pages long. Please remember
- 13:25Speaker 6: that everyone charged in this bill of indictment is presumed innocent. Specifically,
- 13:33Speaker 6: the indictment brings felony charges against Donald John Trump, Rudolph William,
- 13:41Speaker 6: Lewis Giuliani, John Charles Eastman, Mark Randall, Medals, John Cheeseboro,
- 13:54Speaker 6: Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Lynn, Ellis, Ray Stallings Smith the Third,
- 14:05Speaker 6: Robert David Cheeley, Michael A. Roman, David James Schaeffer, Sean
- 14:16Speaker 6: Micah Tresher, Steele, Stephen Cliff, guard Lee Harrison, William Prescott,
- 14:26Speaker 6: Floyd Travion C. Coody, Sidney, Katherine Powell, Kathleen Austin Latham,
- 14:38Speaker 6: Scott Graham Hall, and Misty Hampton also known as Emily
- 14:45Speaker 6: Misty Hayes.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Now, when she did this, and I wanted you to hear,
- 14:49Speaker 1: she could barely get half the names right. She didn't
- 14:52Speaker 1: get meadows names right for goodness sakes, but it didn't
- 14:55Speaker 1: matter right because she was indicting them for two reasons,
- 14:58Speaker 1: one to help her political career and two to hire
- 15:05Speaker 1: her lover, Nathan Wade, the allegedly her lover, Nathan Wade,
- 15:09Speaker 1: and then using money paid to him by the Fulton
- 15:11Speaker 1: County District Attorney's office for his work on the Trump
- 15:14Speaker 1: case to then pay for vacations literally with her. I
- 15:20Speaker 1: go back to what I've said quite a few times,
- 15:23Speaker 1: and that is when they went after Donald Trump and
- 15:26Speaker 1: Georgia and they used these racketeering charges. You knew the
- 15:31Speaker 1: case was ridiculous and flimsy, but they did it. And
- 15:34Speaker 1: the reason why they did is because it's the only
- 15:37Speaker 1: way to make it work. The Fulton County District Attorney,
- 15:40Speaker 1: Fanny Willis having this im improper relationship with the married
- 15:46Speaker 1: Special prosecutor who assisted in securing the Georgia Grand Jury
- 15:49Speaker 1: indictment against former President Donald Trump, the fact that he
- 15:52Speaker 1: met with a White House not once, but twice before
- 15:54Speaker 1: the indictment, and the fact that he was then funneling
- 15:58Speaker 1: a million dollars plus from what we been told to
- 16:03Speaker 1: her lover and then going out of town to Napa Valley,
- 16:07Speaker 1: to California, to Flourida, the Caribbean. You wish there was
- 16:10Speaker 1: someone that could prosecute her for this right now. You
- 16:14Speaker 1: look back at this document, it says, mister Roman moves
- 16:17Speaker 1: to court for an order disqualifying the District Attorney, her office,
- 16:22Speaker 1: and the special prosecutor from further prosecuting the instant matter
- 16:26Speaker 1: on the grounds of the district Attorney and the special
- 16:28Speaker 1: prosecutor have been engaged in improper clandestine person relationship during
- 16:33Speaker 1: the penance of this case.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I don't care who you are.
- 16:38Speaker 1: If you are finding out that there are people making
- 16:40Speaker 1: money off prosecuting you, how can you expect that that
- 16:44Speaker 1: is going to be a free and fair system if
- 16:46Speaker 1: you know that they're funneling money between each other for
- 16:49Speaker 1: a million plus dollars quote. In addition, the district Attorney
- 16:54Speaker 1: the special prosecutor had been seen in private together in
- 16:57Speaker 1: a personal relationship capacity in and about the Atlanta Arian
- 17:01Speaker 1: believed to have cohabitated at a location that neither of
- 17:06Speaker 1: them owned.
- 17:07Speaker 2: The filing also alleges.
- 17:09Speaker 1: The motion argues that Willis's failure to disclose her alleged
- 17:14Speaker 1: relationship with Wade while paying him for his work on
- 17:18Speaker 1: the Trump case with funds that he allegedly used to
- 17:20Speaker 1: vacation with the DA and clearly making her feel very
- 17:25Speaker 1: good in these random locations, amount to honest services fraud
- 17:29Speaker 1: as well as a predicate act, which would result in
- 17:34Speaker 1: a reco charge against them, both against both the dissert
- 17:38Speaker 1: attorney and the special prosecutor.
- 17:42Speaker 2: I wonder who's going to prosecute them for that.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Trump Who's seventy seven and Roman were both hit with
- 17:49Speaker 1: racketeering charges in Willis's case against them and seventeen other
- 17:53Speaker 1: co defendants under George's Racketeering Influence and Corruption Organizations ACTRICO.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Roman served as Trump's re election campaign director of Election
- 18:06Speaker 1: Day Operations in twenty twenty and in wake at the
- 18:09Speaker 1: former president's twenty twenty loss. Roman allegedly Jordan effort to
- 18:12Speaker 1: put forward slates of pro Trump fake electors is what
- 18:17Speaker 1: they're claiming to reject President elect Joe Biden's victories in
- 18:21Speaker 1: key swing states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Nevada.
- 18:24Speaker 1: He was charged with seven felony counts last August by
- 18:28Speaker 1: the Georgia grand jury convened by Willis and her lover,
- 18:32Speaker 1: who are now making over a million dollars allegedly off
- 18:35Speaker 1: of prosecuting him and the others I mentioned. Now, Democrats
- 18:40Speaker 1: understand right now that the Fulton County DiscT Attorney Fanny
- 18:43Speaker 1: Willis is in serious trouble. MSNBC and former Michelle Obama
- 18:49Speaker 1: friend and Biden White House spokesperson Simone Sanders, who's now
- 18:53Speaker 1: nothing but a mouthpiece for these idiots at MSNBC. This
- 18:57Speaker 1: is what she had to say about Fanny Willis, and
- 19:02Speaker 1: also the judge coming out and saying, yes, serious doubts
- 19:06Speaker 1: about prosecuting all of these people on the timeline that
- 19:11Speaker 1: Fanny Willis and her alleged lover are wanting to do.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Listen, Fulton County DA, Fannie Willis is facing pressure from
- 19:18Speaker 4: House Republicans and even second guessing judges, second guessing her
- 19:23Speaker 4: in her own state. But I think our record makes
- 19:25Speaker 4: it clear that she does know what she's doing and
- 19:27Speaker 4: the letter. This week, Da Willis gave a sharp retort
- 19:30Speaker 4: to House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan after he demanded as
- 19:34Speaker 4: she turn over all documents related to her election interference
- 19:37Speaker 4: case against Donald Trump and the eighteen other people indicted
- 19:41Speaker 4: by a grand jury in Georgia last month. Willis wrote, quote,
- 19:45Speaker 4: your job description as a legislator does not include criminal
- 19:48Speaker 4: law enforcement, nor does it include supervising a specific criminal trial,
- 19:52Speaker 4: because you believe that doing so will promote your partisan
- 19:55Speaker 4: political objectives. She goes on to say, your letter makes
- 19:58Speaker 4: clear that you lack a basic un standing of the law,
- 20:01Speaker 4: it's practice, and the ethical obligations of attorneys generally and
- 20:05Speaker 4: prosecutors specifically. Well, this comes after Judge Scott McAfee, who
- 20:10Speaker 4: was presiding over the Georgia case, said that he was
- 20:12Speaker 4: quote very skeptical of Fannie Willis's plan to put all
- 20:16Speaker 4: nineteen defendants on trial next month. It seems to me
- 20:20Speaker 4: that Judge McAfee and Congressman Jim Jordan and other critics
- 20:23Speaker 4: have forgotten who da Willis is and what exactly she
- 20:26Speaker 4: has accomplished in her time in the office.
- 20:28Speaker 2: So I love this right you don't understand who she is.
- 20:32Speaker 2: What we do. We understand exactly who she is.
- 20:35Speaker 1: We understand she's an over zealous Fulton County District Attorney
- 20:39Speaker 1: who has decided to go after Donald Trump to raise
- 20:42Speaker 1: money for in her profile to campaign on.
- 20:46Speaker 2: And she decided to hire her alleged.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Lover to then go after Donald Trump and then her
- 20:52Speaker 1: life would get better because of the millions of dollars
- 20:55Speaker 1: that she is approving and legal bills. We know exactly
- 21:02Speaker 1: who she is. You just don't like that we found
- 21:06Speaker 1: it out and that we figured out. Let me just
- 21:08Speaker 1: give you a little bit more on these meetings that
- 21:13Speaker 1: apparently Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor appointed by his alleged lover,
- 21:20Speaker 1: was sending in and getting approved. Embedded in the filing
- 21:24Speaker 1: are invoices for the law offices of Nathan J.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Wade.
- 21:29Speaker 1: One invoice called attention for quote Fulton County District Attorney's Office.
- 21:35Speaker 2: What happened?
- 21:36Speaker 1: Wade build the county for a May twenty third, twenty
- 21:40Speaker 1: twenty two event described as traveled to Athens conference with
- 21:47Speaker 1: White House Council. Wade charged two thousand dollars for the
- 21:51Speaker 1: eight hours. That's two hundred and fifty dollars an hour
- 21:53Speaker 1: in legal billing. Several months later, Wade build for interview
- 21:59Speaker 1: quote unquote with DC slash White House.
- 22:01Speaker 2: On November eighteenth, twenty twenty two.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Wait again, charge two thousand dollars for the eight hours
- 22:07Speaker 1: of two hundred fifteenn hour. According to the documents, the
- 22:10Speaker 1: subject of those meetings still unanswered and unclear. The White
- 22:15Speaker 1: House has now been asked to respond, and they have not.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Fanny Willis alleged romantic partner slash special prosecutor coordinated with
- 22:24Speaker 1: the White House while building the political prosecution of Donald Trump.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Those are the words now of Senator Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee.
- 22:32Speaker 1: She posted this on x after looking into the filing,
- 22:37Speaker 1: and then she said.
- 22:38Speaker 2: It's all on the taxpayer's dime. Quote.
- 22:42Speaker 1: It has become increasingly clear that the Biden White House
- 22:45Speaker 1: is directing these baseless political prosecutions against President Trump because
- 22:51Speaker 1: they know they cannot beat him fair and square at
- 22:54Speaker 1: the ballot box.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Magga Inc.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Spokesperson saying that to Fox Digital, this latest news about
- 23:01Speaker 1: Fanny Willis is disturbing yet sadly unsurprising.
- 23:05Speaker 2: I couldn't agree more.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Meanwhile, the Fulton County records show that Wade has been
- 23:11Speaker 1: paid six hundred and fifty four thousand legal fees since
- 23:14Speaker 1: January twenty twenty two.
- 23:17Speaker 2: That is an amount.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Authorized by the District attorney for Willis in this case.
- 23:25Speaker 1: All these revelations come as part of emotion that was
- 23:27Speaker 1: filed again on behalf of former President Trump's campaign official
- 23:31Speaker 1: Michael Roman, a code of.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Fit in the case.
- 23:34Speaker 1: In a bid to have the charge against him dismiss
- 23:37Speaker 1: He cited again quote sources close to both the special
- 23:41Speaker 1: prosecutor and the district attorney as confirming they have had
- 23:45Speaker 1: an ongoing personal relationship, and.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Then the ask.
- 23:51Speaker 1: The filing says that the entire District Attorney's office, including
- 23:54Speaker 1: Willis and Wade, should be disqualified from prosecuting the case.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Now back in all, Willis charged Trump out of her
- 24:02Speaker 1: investigation into his alleged efforts overturn the twenty twenty president's
- 24:06Speaker 1: election in the state. Trump was charged with one count
- 24:10Speaker 1: a violation of the Georgia Rico Act, three counts of
- 24:14Speaker 1: criminal solicitation, six counts of criminal conspiracy, one count of
- 24:18Speaker 1: filing false documents, and two counts of making false statements.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Trump has pled not guilty on all charges.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Roman alongside Trump, was hit with a racketeering charge as
- 24:30Speaker 1: part of Willis's case and was charged with seven felony
- 24:34Speaker 1: counts last August. Again, we now understand why she was
- 24:39Speaker 1: so held bient on prosecuting Trump, and that's because she's
- 24:42Speaker 1: got her lover who's doing the bidding for her, and
- 24:46Speaker 1: they're both getting rich. I talked, by the way earlier
- 24:51Speaker 1: today with an attorney, and I asked about this case
- 24:54Speaker 1: in going into court and all of these different people
- 24:57Speaker 1: that are going to be prosecuted on this list, and
- 24:59Speaker 1: it's a long leave. So Trump allies and I said,
- 25:02Speaker 1: is it realistic that this could easily turn from one
- 25:05Speaker 1: million to two million? He said, just do the days
- 25:08Speaker 1: in court, the number of attorneys that will be in
- 25:11Speaker 1: that courtroom, the aid and support staff during that trial.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Depending on how long that trial lasts, this could end
- 25:18Speaker 1: up being two three four million dollars. That's how much
- 25:23Speaker 1: money will be funneled to her lover potentially because of
- 25:30Speaker 1: everything I just described. Let me just say one other
- 25:34Speaker 1: thing about this. It makes me incredibly frustrated and angry
- 25:41Speaker 1: that there's this type now of information that's out there,
- 25:44Speaker 1: and yet the mainstream media refuses to cover this. This
- 25:49Speaker 1: is damning on a level that I can't even get
- 25:52Speaker 1: my head around.
- 25:53Speaker 2: And the fact that the media is not covering it.
- 25:57Speaker 1: This is probably for most of you, nine percent of
- 25:59Speaker 1: the first time you ever even heard about this, unless
- 26:03Speaker 1: you saw something on Fox News that I played for
- 26:06Speaker 1: you earlier. You're probably sitting there going are you kidding me?
- 26:09Speaker 1: And the answer is none of us now, I think
- 26:12Speaker 1: are even shocked by this because it keeps happening. The
- 26:16Speaker 1: corruption of the deep state, of the FBI, of the DOJ,
- 26:21Speaker 1: of these district attorneys trying to take him off the ballot,
- 26:24Speaker 1: whether it's in Colorado or Maine or Michigan or any
- 26:26Speaker 1: other state, whether it's trying to lock him up in Washington, DC,
- 26:31Speaker 1: or New York City.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Or in Georgia.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Every common denominator that all these have is there are
- 26:38Speaker 1: people there that hate Donald Trump, and most importantly, they
- 26:41Speaker 1: are afraid that he will get reelected. And since they
- 26:45Speaker 1: are afraid that he's going to be reelected, they want
- 26:47Speaker 1: to take away your right. They want to take away
- 26:52Speaker 1: your right to vote. That's the biggest problem here. They
- 26:57Speaker 1: don't trust that you're going to pick the right person.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Their definition of the right person is Joe Biden or
- 27:03Speaker 1: Michelle Obama or whoever whatever the hell the governor's name
- 27:08Speaker 1: is out there in California, right, That's what they believe
- 27:12Speaker 1: and that's the problem here. Please make sure you share
- 27:16Speaker 1: this story on social media wherever you are. Hit that
- 27:18Speaker 1: forward button, put on Twitter or X or Facebook or
- 27:22Speaker 1: Instagram so other people will hear this.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Thank you, as always for listening. I'll see you back
- 27:26Speaker 2: here tomorrow.
