Bill served with the Montclair Police Department for 8 years. In 1990 Bill was hired by the Essex Fells Police Department and attended the Morris County Police Academy where he graduated from the 40th Basic Police Officers Class. Bill served 15 years with Essex Fells rising to the rank of Detective.
