- 0:00Speaker 1: Two big stories that I got to lead off with,
- 0:03Speaker 1: and I'm going to cover both of them. Get your
- 0:05Speaker 1: pen and paper ready because you're gonna want to take
- 0:08Speaker 1: notes on this story. Number one, Hunter Biden is now
- 0:13Speaker 1: finally coming front and center. I don't care about Hunter Biden.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I care about the President the United States of America,
- 0:18Speaker 1: the big guy and House GOP is now seeking the
- 0:23Speaker 1: Hunter Biden bank records from the Treasury Department that have
- 0:28Speaker 1: been basically blocked with the last leadership. The House GOP
- 0:34Speaker 1: now trying to get those documents. And there's reasons why.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you. Also, House Oversight Committee chairman
- 0:40Speaker 1: is not just seeking the financial records, but also now
- 0:43Speaker 1: looking into much of what was on the actual laptop
- 0:47Speaker 1: that talks about the corruption of the president now President
- 0:52Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Again, significant information here.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Now before we even get into that, there is something
- 0:59Speaker 1: else that has happened, and that is a second batch
- 1:02Speaker 1: of documents, classified documents to be exact, to be specific,
- 1:08Speaker 1: have been found that no one knew about connected to
- 1:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden's time as the vice president. Now, let me
- 1:16Speaker 1: also just lay the groundwork for this by saying, the
- 1:18Speaker 1: Department of Justices Merrick Garland, right. The Attorney General named
- 1:23Speaker 1: a special counsel to investigate Donald Trump after they rated
- 1:28Speaker 1: his home at Marlago, finding quote, classified documents that they
- 1:31Speaker 1: knew were there, that they'd had conversations about, and that's
- 1:35Speaker 1: what they did. Now, Joe Biden has a big problem
- 1:40Speaker 1: classified documents. He's had for years and years and years,
- 1:44Speaker 1: and there has been no special counsel named to investigate
- 1:49Speaker 1: Joe Biden weeks after the Biden classified documents were in
- 1:53Speaker 1: fact discovered. So if you want to talk about the
- 1:56Speaker 1: timeline here, there is a precedent for the DOJ handling
- 2:01Speaker 1: this and the way they did it with Donald Trump,
- 2:04Speaker 1: that preson is not being used when it comes to
- 2:07Speaker 1: Joe Biden. The question now is when did he know?
- 2:11Speaker 1: And I'm referring to the Attorney General. These Biden documents,
- 2:15Speaker 1: we also now know we're found before the mid terms,
- 2:20Speaker 1: which means it looks like he covered up the corruption
- 2:24Speaker 1: on behalf of his quote, boss, the President of the
- 2:27Speaker 1: United States of America. Now let's talk about this second
- 2:31Speaker 1: batch of documents. The reason why this could be a
- 2:35Speaker 1: big problem is back in two thou and eighteen, Okay,
- 2:40Speaker 1: Joe Biden said this to Andrew Mitchell at MSNBC. Look,
- 2:45Speaker 1: he's my understanding, and I don't know. I don't have
- 2:48Speaker 1: access to classify information anymore. I don't get briefed every
- 2:51Speaker 1: morning by the agency. I don't have Did you hear
- 2:56Speaker 1: that I don't have access to classify documents anymore? Well,
- 3:02Speaker 1: that was a lie back in twenty eighteen, because he
- 3:05Speaker 1: had in his possession classified documents. We now all know this.
- 3:09Speaker 1: This is just like Joe Biden coming out saying I've
- 3:12Speaker 1: never had conversations with my son about his business dealings.
- 3:16Speaker 1: We know that was a lie. Well, now Joe biden
- 3:19Speaker 1: aids have quote discovered more classified documents at a separate location.
- 3:25Speaker 1: This is problematic because one, you lied and said that
- 3:28Speaker 1: you didn't have any, now you've found some more. In two,
- 3:31Speaker 1: you acted like the first location was so secure and perfect,
- 3:35Speaker 1: even though clearly it was not. Well, what about this
- 3:38Speaker 1: next location. Well, NBC News now reporting that Joe Biden's
- 3:44Speaker 1: aids have discovered more classified documents in his possession at
- 3:48Speaker 1: a different location, according to the new report. The report
- 3:52Speaker 1: does not say where or when the new documents were discovered,
- 3:55Speaker 1: but it is clear that the White House is attempting
- 3:57Speaker 1: to clean up Biden's records ahead of a possible run
- 4:00Speaker 1: for reelection in twenty twenty four, especially knowing what's happened
- 4:04Speaker 1: with Donald Trump. The quote newly discovered documents are from
- 4:08Speaker 1: a location separate from the private office connected to a
- 4:12Speaker 1: University of Pennsylvania think tank that Biden had in washing
- 4:16Speaker 1: DC that had millions of dollars in donations coming from
- 4:19Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist government for this university Biden center. This
- 4:25Speaker 1: is separate from where the first batch of classified information
- 4:28Speaker 1: was quote discovered. Now there's also a lie here. I
- 4:32Speaker 1: brought this up yesterday, and I'm going to say it
- 4:34Speaker 1: again because I do believe this is an important point
- 4:37Speaker 1: that we really need to be talking about. Remember when
- 4:40Speaker 1: they were trying to clean this up and what they said,
- 4:43Speaker 1: They said that lawyers were packing up his office. Lawyers
- 4:50Speaker 1: are not movers. I do not believe for a moment
- 4:53Speaker 1: that lawyers were actually packing up. I believe probably some
- 4:59Speaker 1: staff or aid was packing up saw some documents that
- 5:03Speaker 1: had markings that said classified or top secret. They said,
- 5:06Speaker 1: oh crap. They called the lawyers and they said, all right,
- 5:09Speaker 1: now the lawyers are going to pack everything up and
- 5:11Speaker 1: that will fix everything and will undo it this way.
- 5:14Speaker 1: That's my gut here. I just want to be clear
- 5:17Speaker 1: about this, all right. I believe that this is what
- 5:21Speaker 1: actually happened. I don't buy for a moment that Biden
- 5:27Speaker 1: employees lawyers by the hour to be movers. I don't
- 5:31Speaker 1: believe anybody, by the way, actually would do that. That
- 5:34Speaker 1: would be incredibly expensive and really really stupid. Why would
- 5:40Speaker 1: you do that. I've never seen a single ad for
- 5:43Speaker 1: an ad for a moving service that is done by lawyers. Again,
- 5:49Speaker 1: if you believe this stuff, you're an idiot. It's the
- 5:52Speaker 1: only way I know how to describe it. You're an idiot. Now,
- 5:56Speaker 1: that was the second part of the lie. The third
- 5:59Speaker 1: part of this lie again is that oh, these are
- 6:01Speaker 1: the only documents. Okay, we know now that's not true.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Oh they're only in a secure location. Oh, it was
- 6:07Speaker 1: totally fine this location. And then they try to imply
- 6:10Speaker 1: it's right next to the White House somehow, implying that
- 6:12Speaker 1: the secret Service the White House was protecting these documents
- 6:16Speaker 1: from falling into the wrong person's hands. Again, this is
- 6:19Speaker 1: a huge problem, folks. So now they've found more oops,
- 6:24Speaker 1: and then you go back to Joe Biden Joe Biden
- 6:27Speaker 1: also lied back in twenty eighteen, saying I don't have
- 6:29Speaker 1: access to top SI your documents, look my understanding, and
- 6:34Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't have access to classified information.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I don't give that's a lie. I don't have, as
- 6:40Speaker 1: he described it, access to classified information anymore. Yes, you do,
- 6:44Speaker 1: you have it in your office, says now plural not singular.
- 6:49Speaker 1: All right, real quick, let me pause and tell you
- 6:51Speaker 1: about our incredible friends over at Patriot Mobile. They are
- 6:55Speaker 1: America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider. They want to
- 7:00Speaker 1: make it easy for you to try switching to Patriot
- 7:03Speaker 1: Mobile from whatever service you have right now. You can
- 7:06Speaker 1: give them sixty days to show you why I use
- 7:09Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile and why you should make the switch right now.
- 7:12Speaker 1: When you try Patriot Mobile for two months, you get
- 7:16Speaker 1: your third month free, plus you get free activation now.
- 7:20Speaker 1: They offer nationwide coverage on the best four G and
- 7:22Speaker 1: five G networks, and they use the same exact cell
- 7:25Speaker 1: towers of all of the three other major carriers. You're
- 7:29Speaker 1: gonna get the same coverage you have right now. You
- 7:31Speaker 1: get the same great service. You get to keep your
- 7:33Speaker 1: same cell phone number if you want to. You can
- 7:35Speaker 1: even usually use the same phone you have in your
- 7:37Speaker 1: hand right now. Now, why do you want to switch?
- 7:39Speaker 1: When you do, they actually stand up for a First
- 7:42Speaker 1: and Second Amendment rights, and they give a portion of
- 7:45Speaker 1: your bill every month back to conservative Christian causes that
- 7:50Speaker 1: we all believe in. So, if you're ready to support
- 7:53Speaker 1: a comy that's fighting to preserve our God given rights
- 7:56Speaker 1: and our freedoms, just go to Patriot Mobile dot com
- 8:00Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 8:05Speaker 1: you can call them nine seven to Patriot. That's nine
- 8:08Speaker 1: seven to Patriot. If you're fed up with woke companies
- 8:11Speaker 1: that don't care about your values, support a company that
- 8:14Speaker 1: actually does make the switch today, get a free month
- 8:17Speaker 1: of service plus free activation Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 8:21Speaker 1: ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. Now, this is gonna
- 8:25Speaker 1: be a big problem, I think for not just the DOJ,
- 8:31Speaker 1: but the special prosecutor who is going after the Donald Trump.
- 8:38Speaker 1: How do you indict Donald Trump and they have every
- 8:40Speaker 1: intent of indicting Donald Trump and not indict Joe Biden
- 8:47Speaker 1: for doing the exact same thing. Can we can we
- 8:50Speaker 1: just talk honestly about that conundrum now for the DOJ. Now,
- 8:56Speaker 1: there's also a part of me it says they don't
- 8:57Speaker 1: give a crap, and they may just say we don't care.
- 9:02Speaker 1: There's also another part of this, and that could be
- 9:04Speaker 1: that Democrats say, all right, let's use this now as
- 9:06Speaker 1: a catalyst to off load Joe Biden because we know
- 9:12Speaker 1: it's going to be impossible or extremely hard to get
- 9:15Speaker 1: him reelected. Maybe this is the way you kind of
- 9:20Speaker 1: move him out to pasture. He's had a lot of
- 9:23Speaker 1: screw ups lately. He's had a lot of gaps, he's
- 9:27Speaker 1: had a lot of oopses, he's had a lot of
- 9:30Speaker 1: bad moments. And there's a majority of the American people
- 9:34Speaker 1: now that believe right of voters believe that he is corrupted,
- 9:39Speaker 1: that he is the big guy, and that he should
- 9:42Speaker 1: be investigated for all of the corruption with his involvement
- 9:46Speaker 1: with foreign offices, with foreign bad actors, with our adversaries
- 9:51Speaker 1: like Russia and China. So you find more documents, now,
- 9:56Speaker 1: how long are you going to fight on his behalf? Now?
- 9:59Speaker 1: Biden claimed that he was quote surprised that classified documents
- 10:03Speaker 1: were found in his possession, repeating he was ignorant of
- 10:07Speaker 1: their contents, saying quote I was briefed about this controversy
- 10:11Speaker 1: and surprised to learn that there are any government records
- 10:15Speaker 1: that were taken there to that office. He's shocked by this.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Biden was reacting for the first time during a news
- 10:24Speaker 1: event a press conference in New York's and Mexico City.
- 10:28Speaker 1: He said, quote, I don't know what's in the documents.
- 10:30Speaker 1: My lawyers have not suggested. I have not suggested. I
- 10:34Speaker 1: asked what documents they were, So again, I don't know anything.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I'm just a form of vice president of the president.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I didn't even know I had these documents. Well, that
- 10:42Speaker 1: doesn't bode well for you either. Biden also revealed again
- 10:47Speaker 1: that there were quote boxes of documents that were turned
- 10:50Speaker 1: over to the archives. So not a document boxes his
- 10:54Speaker 1: words of documents. That means it's a lot of documents.
- 10:58Speaker 1: The White House at stonewalled any of the information about
- 11:01Speaker 1: the documents that were first discovered just days before the
- 11:03Speaker 1: midterm elections, and there was no leak. White House Press
- 11:09Speaker 1: Secretary John Pierre refused to even confirm whether Biden's aids
- 11:13Speaker 1: were searching his other properties to see if they had
- 11:18Speaker 1: or they contained classified documents. Now, this is just a
- 11:23Speaker 1: really dumb unforced error by the Biden family. But I
- 11:27Speaker 1: wouldn't expect them to take care of classified documents based
- 11:30Speaker 1: on how they didn't take care of their laptops, based
- 11:33Speaker 1: on how many people had emails and documentation of their corrupting,
- 11:37Speaker 1: shitty business dealings with bad actors around the world. So
- 11:40Speaker 1: this actually makes sense now. CNN also went into another
- 11:45Speaker 1: aspect of the story, saying, all right, well, maybe this
- 11:49Speaker 1: is a maybe we'll get rid of like two bad
- 11:51Speaker 1: actors at the same time. Maybe Joe Biden and Donald
- 11:55Speaker 1: Trump could both have a special counsel over the handling
- 11:58Speaker 1: of classified documents, and maybe they will both be indicted.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Would that be good for Democrats to get rid of
- 12:03Speaker 1: Joe Biden while also getting rid of Donald Trump. The
- 12:06Speaker 1: answer is, they'll make that trade. Absolutely, they will make
- 12:10Speaker 1: that trade. They will make that trade. You got to
- 12:16Speaker 1: understand too, that there's another problem for the president. And
- 12:20Speaker 1: not only do I think maybe the media is more
- 12:24Speaker 1: than happy and the Democratic Party is happy to make
- 12:26Speaker 1: a trade like, hey, let's indict both of them. We
- 12:29Speaker 1: get rid of our problem and Joe Biden, and then
- 12:32Speaker 1: we also get rid of the other problem, which is
- 12:34Speaker 1: Donald Trump. I believe they will make that trade. I
- 12:38Speaker 1: think they would consider that like a very successful day
- 12:40Speaker 1: because Joe Biden is a useful idiot that is no
- 12:44Speaker 1: longer useful for them, right like that, that's the truth
- 12:48Speaker 1: about Joe Biden. But even Joe Biden has got another
- 12:51Speaker 1: problem in just the way that he was describing his
- 13:00Speaker 1: involvement with these documents. Now this was before the second
- 13:03Speaker 1: batch came out, right, they all we found some more
- 13:06Speaker 1: in another location right before that even broke. The President
- 13:10Speaker 1: was botching. He was trying to stampoint and even screwed
- 13:12Speaker 1: that up. Listen to the very end of this, and
- 13:14Speaker 1: I mean listen everything, but especially at the end of it. Listen,
- 13:17Speaker 1: let me get rid of the easy one. First, people know,
- 13:20Speaker 1: I take classified documents a classifying information. Seriously. When my
- 13:25Speaker 1: lawyers were clearing out my office at the University of Pennsylvania,
- 13:28Speaker 1: they set up an office for me, secure office in
- 13:31Speaker 1: the capitol. When the four years after being Vice president
- 13:34Speaker 1: as a professor at penn they found some documents in
- 13:38Speaker 1: a box in a locked cabinet, or at least the closet,
- 13:42Speaker 1: And as soon as they did, they realized there were
- 13:45Speaker 1: several classified documents in that box, and they did what
- 13:50Speaker 1: they should have done. They immediately called the archives, immediately
- 13:53Speaker 1: called the archives, turned them over to the archives, and
- 13:57Speaker 1: I was briefed about this discovery and surprised to learn
- 14:01Speaker 1: if there are any government records that were taken there
- 14:05Speaker 1: to that office. But I don't know what's in the documents.
- 14:08Speaker 1: I've my lawyers have not suggested. I asked what documents
- 14:12Speaker 1: they were. I've turned over the boxes. They've turned over
- 14:15Speaker 1: the boxes to the archives, and we're cooperating fully, co
- 14:19Speaker 1: operating fully with the review and which I hope will
- 14:22Speaker 1: be finished soon and it will be more detail at
- 14:26Speaker 1: that time. The first question, now I forgot he answered
- 14:32Speaker 1: the first question, y'all And the first question answer was
- 14:36Speaker 1: a question that he posed to himself. And then he
- 14:40Speaker 1: can't remember what the first question was, which he just answered.
- 14:44Speaker 1: He also tells you they did exactly. There's host and
- 14:47Speaker 1: he wants you to believe that he hires lawyers as
- 14:49Speaker 1: a moving company. Now, why would you hire lawyers to
- 14:52Speaker 1: move you unless you thought that there was a bunch
- 14:54Speaker 1: of classified documents or could it be that you just
- 14:57Speaker 1: had normal lawyers are I should say normal staff for
- 15:00Speaker 1: his or movers? And they're like, oh crap, we just
- 15:01Speaker 1: found some classified stuff, and they said, everybody leave. And
- 15:04Speaker 1: then you hire lawyers to be your movers. Nobody hires
- 15:09Speaker 1: lawyers to be a mover. And then he does, what
- 15:14Speaker 1: is stupid? You don't say this is the only place
- 15:19Speaker 1: where these documents would be if in fact that it's
- 15:21Speaker 1: not the only place these documents would be. And he's like, oh,
- 15:26Speaker 1: well that's it, No, it's not. Twenty four hours later,
- 15:29Speaker 1: more documents come out. Oh gol yah man. Well, then
- 15:33Speaker 1: that goes back to the media narrative. Here CNN Jake
- 15:36Speaker 1: Tapper right there, most trusted guy on TV, the sanctimonious
- 15:42Speaker 1: Jake Tapper. He comes out and it's like, wow, now
- 15:45Speaker 1: that now that you know, the attorney general may have
- 15:48Speaker 1: to have a best prosecutor. Maybe for Joe Biden. Hey,
- 15:52Speaker 1: maybe we could get rid of Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
- 15:56Speaker 1: This could be fun for US. Media is rare to
- 15:59Speaker 1: move from Biden. Media that thinks Biden's an idiot. They
- 16:02Speaker 1: believe that he's cognitively declined to the point of not
- 16:04Speaker 1: being able to be the president of the United States.
- 16:06Speaker 1: America's sure as hell shouldn't run for reelection, But they
- 16:09Speaker 1: can't say that. But if if you get rid of
- 16:12Speaker 1: him and Donald Trump, that is a massive win. That
- 16:19Speaker 1: is a massive win for the Democratic Party because they
- 16:24Speaker 1: don't give a crap about Biden. They're afraid Biden's gonna lose, Folks.
- 16:28Speaker 1: They are terrified, I mean absolutely terrified that Biden is
- 16:34Speaker 1: gonna lose. They are so afraid that this thing with
- 16:38Speaker 1: Biden is going to just turn into this terrible moment.
- 16:42Speaker 1: So be ready for that and understand that this is it,
- 16:46Speaker 1: this is what they want to do. So listen to
- 16:50Speaker 1: the media. Almost get excited and float. This isn't Fox,
- 16:53Speaker 1: this isn't News, back Nat Max, this is CNN. Attorney
- 16:58Speaker 1: General Merrick Garland is now weighing whether to open a
- 17:01Speaker 1: full blown criminal investigation after ten classified documents were inappropriately
- 17:06Speaker 1: transferred and then found in a private office used by
- 17:10Speaker 1: Joe Biden after he served as vice president and before
- 17:13Speaker 1: he launched his twenty twenty campaign. We do not know
- 17:16Speaker 1: who had access to these classified documents for the six
- 17:19Speaker 1: years they were in that private office. CNN Senior Justice
- 17:22Speaker 1: correspondent Evan pres joins me, Olive, what do we know
- 17:26Speaker 1: about any next steps here? Well, Jake, you know, one
- 17:29Speaker 1: of the big questions that hangs over this is whether
- 17:31Speaker 1: the Attorney General should order a full scale investigation, a
- 17:36Speaker 1: full blown investigation of this. Now that the initial, the
- 17:40Speaker 1: preliminary work review was being that was being done by
- 17:43Speaker 1: John laos the Trump appointee US attorney in Chicago. Now
- 17:48Speaker 1: that has been completed, Laosch has brief the Attorney General
- 17:52Speaker 1: and the leadership at dj and so now the Attorney
- 17:56Speaker 1: General has to decide what are the next steps, and
- 17:58Speaker 1: those of course could include just launching a new full
- 18:01Speaker 1: scale investigation. It also could be to whether to appoint
- 18:06Speaker 1: a special counsel to look at this. Jake, and you know,
- 18:09Speaker 1: of course there's already a special counsel looking at the
- 18:12Speaker 1: handling of classified documents and investigations of Donald Trump. There's
- 18:17Speaker 1: still John Durham out there. We're starting to joke that
- 18:19Speaker 1: the Department of Justice is the Department of Special Counsels.
- 18:23Speaker 1: So this is something obviously that it's a very big
- 18:25Speaker 1: concern for the White House. They do not want to
- 18:28Speaker 1: see a special counsel in this. They'd like to see
- 18:30Speaker 1: this wrapped up instead, and avan the leaders of the
- 18:34Speaker 1: Senate Intelligence Committee Democrat and Republican, has sent a letter
- 18:38Speaker 1: to the Director of national intelligence asking for access to
- 18:41Speaker 1: these documents a bipartisan request. Is that normal procedure. It
- 18:46Speaker 1: is normal procedure. I mean you certainly saw that. I
- 18:48Speaker 1: think on the Senate side during the Trump administration, you
- 18:52Speaker 1: saw an effort to try to be bipartisan in investigating
- 18:56Speaker 1: the handling of things like this. What you often see, Jake,
- 19:00Speaker 1: a different story in the House, and what you might
- 19:03Speaker 1: see here is that the intelligence community is involved with
- 19:06Speaker 1: this effort to see whether any sources and methods may
- 19:10Speaker 1: have been exposed or damaged as a result of the
- 19:13Speaker 1: handling of these documents. Of course, Jake, you know that,
- 19:16Speaker 1: you know, putting these documents in a place where there
- 19:19Speaker 1: weren't necessarily up to the standards of security at a
- 19:23Speaker 1: private office here in Washington is something that is very
- 19:26Speaker 1: very concerning to the intelligence community. So before this is
- 19:29Speaker 1: wrapped up, the FBI, the intelligence community will want to
- 19:33Speaker 1: know who might have had access to those offices. Also,
- 19:36Speaker 1: are there any documents anywhere else that Joe Biden has
- 19:40Speaker 1: not accounted for? All? Right, Evans, thank you so much.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Seen as Kalen Collins, it's here to discuss it. I mean,
- 19:45Speaker 1: this is amazing, right, they go through this, this way,
- 19:49Speaker 1: and they tell you all this at CNN and they're like, oh,
- 19:52Speaker 1: all right, well this is where you know, this is
- 19:53Speaker 1: a big deal, and they're acting like this is some
- 19:56Speaker 1: significant moment. And then they float the idea, well, maybe
- 20:01Speaker 1: they should both be indicted for this. Maybe we can
- 20:05Speaker 1: just get rid of that one. Move on. Ah, we'll
- 20:10Speaker 1: bring in our new folks. This could be amazing. That
- 20:15Speaker 1: might be the secret weapon that we've all been missing.
- 20:20Speaker 1: How does the Biden White House see all of this,
- 20:23Speaker 1: especially the possibility you just heard Evan discuss of a
- 20:26Speaker 1: new special counsel specifically about him. Well, they definitely don't
- 20:30Speaker 1: want a special counsel. They don't think it warrants a
- 20:32Speaker 1: special counsel. They have been working, you know, basically twenty
- 20:35Speaker 1: four seventh since this came out to draw the distinction
- 20:38Speaker 1: between what's happening in the Trump case and what is
- 20:41Speaker 1: happening here, mainly in the number of documents and also
- 20:44Speaker 1: in the efforts that Trump took to resist the efforts
- 20:46Speaker 1: to get them back in the possession of the federal government. Now,
- 20:49Speaker 1: Evan noted, there is really important we don't fully know
- 20:52Speaker 1: what it is when it comes to the numbers and
- 20:54Speaker 1: what the content is of these documents when it comes
- 20:57Speaker 1: to President Biden and what he took when he left office.
- 21:00Speaker 1: And so the White House is working to draw that distinction.
- 21:03Speaker 1: But it's not up to them if they have a
- 21:04Speaker 1: special counsel. It's up to the Attorney General. And you
- 21:07Speaker 1: can already see he is trying to make clear that
- 21:09Speaker 1: this is not political by putting the US Attorney appointed
- 21:12Speaker 1: by Trump in charge of this review. And so it's
- 21:15Speaker 1: still a big question even for them. If this does
- 21:18Speaker 1: ultimately lead to a special counsel, it would be a
- 21:20Speaker 1: headache for them because it would kind of make it
- 21:22Speaker 1: look more similar to the Trump case because they would
- 21:25Speaker 1: both have a special counsel. Well, that could be problematic. No, no, no, no,
- 21:30Speaker 1: this is like the perfect scenario. We get rid of
- 21:34Speaker 1: our problem and we get rid of Donald Trump and
- 21:37Speaker 1: in a trade where we say, hey, we've been trying
- 21:39Speaker 1: to figure out how to get rid of Joe Biden
- 21:41Speaker 1: and understand they have been okay. The biggest thing that
- 21:44Speaker 1: happened that was negative for them was the midterms not
- 21:47Speaker 1: going to the Republicans in the House and send it
- 21:50Speaker 1: because then it was like, well, crap, we cannot now
- 21:52Speaker 1: just say off with Joe Biden move on to the
- 21:55Speaker 1: next generation right like that that they now can't do
- 22:00Speaker 1: so from their perspective, they're looking at this saying, how
- 22:07Speaker 1: do we move away from how do we get rid
- 22:09Speaker 1: of him? How do we say, see, here's your opportunity,
- 22:15Speaker 1: And then they know the other problems that are coming,
- 22:17Speaker 1: which brings me to the second story that I mentioned earlier.
- 22:22Speaker 1: It is official now that the Hunter Biden investigation has
- 22:27Speaker 1: really and the Joe Biden investigation in reality has now
- 22:31Speaker 1: kicked into high gear. The House Republicans are now seeking
- 22:35Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden bank records from the Treasury Department. The
- 22:38Speaker 1: Oversight Panel Chairman Coomer demands documents from the Treasury Secretary
- 22:44Speaker 1: Jennet Yellen. Coomer is also seeking testimony from three former
- 22:49Speaker 1: Twitter executives. Republicans wasting no time part of what they promised,
- 22:56Speaker 1: the investigation of President Joe Biden. Yes that includes his
- 23:01Speaker 1: son Hunter, because he's the guy that's the bagman. They
- 23:05Speaker 1: demand that the Treasury officials turnover documents tied tie to
- 23:09Speaker 1: foreign banking and his business transactions that were flagged for
- 23:14Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports known as STARS. Now that they're in
- 23:19Speaker 1: control of the House, they're saying to the Secretary of
- 23:22Speaker 1: the Treasury, Janet Yellen, You've got to produce Annie and
- 23:25Speaker 1: all Suspicious Activity reports or stars used by banks to
- 23:30Speaker 1: flag what they deemed suspiciously large transactions involving Hunter Biden
- 23:35Speaker 1: and other Biden family members. They also want former Twitter
- 23:39Speaker 1: executives to testify and answer questions about it led suppression
- 23:43Speaker 1: of information about the Biden family. Quote. Now that Democrats
- 23:49Speaker 1: are no longer have one party rule in Washington, oversight
- 23:53Speaker 1: and accountability are coming. That's what represented James Comer of Kentucky,
- 23:57Speaker 1: the new chairman of the Committee on oversightin Accountability, said
- 24:01Speaker 1: in a statement released today, the investigation of the Biden
- 24:05Speaker 1: family business dealings is just one of the multiple inquiries
- 24:08Speaker 1: that Republicans are now planning over the next two years. Biden,
- 24:12Speaker 1: by the way, and the White House have been preparing
- 24:14Speaker 1: for such a moment. His advisers are counting on federal
- 24:19Speaker 1: agency staff, Congressional Democrats, and a revived outside group of
- 24:24Speaker 1: help to counter these new probes. The White House called
- 24:29Speaker 1: the committee action a quote partisan stunt. I was in
- 24:32Speaker 1: DC yesterday, actually I was there today, and this was
- 24:36Speaker 1: all that anybody was talking about on Capitol Hill and
- 24:40Speaker 1: their first week as a government majority, House Republicans have
- 24:42Speaker 1: now taken not taken any meaningful action to address inflation
- 24:46Speaker 1: and lower Americans costs. Well, I guess that means that
- 24:49Speaker 1: they admitting failure, right, Democrats said, apparently are admitting our
- 24:54Speaker 1: policies suctually bad. But the Republicans haven't come up with
- 24:57Speaker 1: a better policies than we had. We expect them to
- 25:00Speaker 1: fix the problems that we created for the country. That
- 25:03Speaker 1: if you want to have an honest headline, that would
- 25:06Speaker 1: be it. They don't like where this is going. They
- 25:11Speaker 1: can't stand it, folks. I personally think that Democrats are saying,
- 25:17Speaker 1: how do we offload Biden quickly? And this may be
- 25:24Speaker 1: the way to do it. Lindsey Graham, by the way,
- 25:27Speaker 1: stumbled when he was pushed by Fox News anchor to
- 25:30Speaker 1: address the differences between Biden and Trump and the classified
- 25:33Speaker 1: documents a situation, saying, so it's pretty frustrating right now. Well,
- 25:38Speaker 1: maybe that's just because the fact is neither of these
- 25:41Speaker 1: people might have actually done that anything to put national
- 25:44Speaker 1: security at risk. The only difference is in these two
- 25:49Speaker 1: is the way the media is acting and the media
- 25:52Speaker 1: is responding to them. One other thing. Donald Trump is
- 25:57Speaker 1: now called for a probe into the intelligence community's role
- 26:01Speaker 1: in online censorship, saying the FBI work to stop the
- 26:06Speaker 1: truth from being told about the Biden family. In a
- 26:10Speaker 1: new video, the now famous Twitter files have proven beyond
- 26:15Speaker 1: all doubt that the corrupt officials at the FBI have
- 26:19Speaker 1: been coordinating a massive censorship, surveillance, and propaganda campaign against
- 26:26Speaker 1: the American people and frankly against me. In the most
- 26:29Speaker 1: recent and notorious example, the FBI work to stop the
- 26:34Speaker 1: truth from being told about the Biden family's criminality. They
- 26:38Speaker 1: worked so hard to stop it from coming out and
- 26:42Speaker 1: the corruption prior to the twenty twenty election. They didn't
- 26:46Speaker 1: want any bad information to come out about the Biden family.
- 26:50Speaker 1: The fix was in. The election was rigged. But the
- 26:53Speaker 1: censorship of the Laptop from Hell is only the beginning
- 26:58Speaker 1: of the story about the weaponization of government against free speech.
- 27:03Speaker 1: We must have free speech in our country. We must
- 27:05Speaker 1: have a fair and free press. As recent reporting shows,
- 27:09Speaker 1: the FBI and other rogue agencies have been systematically colluding
- 27:13Speaker 1: with former national security officials placed in high positions at
- 27:18Speaker 1: Twitter and very likely other companies to advance their censorship regime,
- 27:24Speaker 1: which is really in this case to steal an election.
- 27:29Speaker 1: This anti American effort at, a very illegal effort at
- 27:33Speaker 1: that has been working to silence dissenting opinions on COVID
- 27:37Speaker 1: and crucial issues on public health and on the election
- 27:41Speaker 1: and elections in the future. They suppressed doctors and health
- 27:45Speaker 1: experts who dared to question approved public health narratives. They
- 27:49Speaker 1: censored voices who criticize school closures, lockdowns, and mandates. And
- 27:54Speaker 1: they even banned people simply for stating proven scientific facts.
- 27:59Speaker 1: And anything bad about China they didn't want out, but
- 28:03Speaker 1: anything bad about Biden and the Biden crime family, and
- 28:06Speaker 1: that's what it was. Just look at the laptop from
- 28:09Speaker 1: l They didn't want that coming out under any circumstances.
- 28:13Speaker 1: What they wanted coming out was anything bad about your
- 28:16Speaker 1: favorite president me anything bad about Trump. Put it out,
- 28:21Speaker 1: even if it's not true. But this all had nothing
- 28:24Speaker 1: to do with science. This had nothing to do with
- 28:27Speaker 1: saving lives, had everything to do with politics or a
- 28:30Speaker 1: sick ideology. This was about government working with powerful corporations
- 28:36Speaker 1: to seize power over you, the American people, and we
- 28:40Speaker 1: can't let that continue. The Twitter files proved that we
- 28:43Speaker 1: urgently need my plan to dismantle the illegal censorship, resume
- 28:48Speaker 1: a regime like nobody's ever seen in the history of
- 28:51Speaker 1: our country or most other countries for that matter, to
- 28:54Speaker 1: prosecute the perpetrators for their crimes, and to restore free
- 28:59Speaker 1: speech for all Americans so important. We need a free press,
- 29:04Speaker 1: we need free speech, we need fair elections, and we
- 29:08Speaker 1: need borders. The new Congress should immediately hold hearings to
- 29:12Speaker 1: investigate the role of the FBI and other federal agencies
- 29:16Speaker 1: incensoring lawful speech. Congressional leaders should promptly issue subpoenas in
- 29:22Speaker 1: furtherance of this goal. The revelations also highlight why my
- 29:27Speaker 1: proposal to end the revolving door between the deep state
- 29:31Speaker 1: and there is a deep state. Indeed, I wasn't a believer,
- 29:33Speaker 1: but everybody's a believer right now, and the tech tyrants
- 29:37Speaker 1: is so important. There must be a seven year cooling
- 29:40Speaker 1: off period before any employee of these powerful agencies is
- 29:44Speaker 1: allowed to take a job at a major platform. When
- 29:47Speaker 1: I'm president, we will take back our freedoms. We will
- 29:51Speaker 1: take back our country. We will take back our freedoms,
- 29:55Speaker 1: will take back our country, he says. Now, obviously this
- 29:59Speaker 1: is about his campaign, but there's a lot in here
- 30:01Speaker 1: that he said that is absolutely not about his campaign.
- 30:06Speaker 1: That's about right and wrong. And I think you're hearing
- 30:09Speaker 1: that from him saying, look at the hypocrisy, look at
- 30:12Speaker 1: this double standard. And I can't say Donald Trump is
- 30:17Speaker 1: wrong on this. He's right. And the media announced doing
- 30:20Speaker 1: everything they can to look the other direction on this.
- 30:23Speaker 1: It's disgusting and we have to keep pushing forward. All right,
- 30:30Speaker 1: We're gonna keep covering both of these stories because we're
- 30:33Speaker 1: gonna get a lot more on this, and we'll have
- 30:35Speaker 1: it all for you tomorrow. So make sure you subscribe

- 30:42Speaker 1: will see you back here tomorrow morning.
