- 3:03Speaker 6: It's a forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:06Speaker 5: Story number one.
- 3:07Speaker 2: It is a scathing report.
- 3:10Speaker 6: It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
- 3:13Speaker 6: to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Oversight
- 3:18Speaker 6: Committee on Tuesday asked the Justice Department to investigate former
- 3:24Speaker 6: President Joe Biden's use of the auto pen to sign executive.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Orders and pardons.
- 3:30Speaker 6: The request came after the committee released every report on
- 3:34Speaker 6: its investigation into Biden's use to the auto pen and
- 3:39Speaker 6: whether it indicated an administration cover up of an alleged
- 3:44Speaker 6: cognitive decline. In a letter to the Attorney General, Pam
- 3:48Speaker 6: Bondi Representative James Comer, the chairman of the committee, accused
- 3:53Speaker 6: Biden's aides of coordinating what he described as a quote
- 3:57Speaker 6: cover up of the president's faculties. I want you to
- 4:02Speaker 6: hear what James Comra had to say about all of
- 4:04Speaker 6: this earlier on TV.
- 4:06Speaker 7: Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
- 4:11Speaker 7: a White House ants and the auto pen What specific
- 4:14Speaker 7: executive actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's
- 4:18Speaker 7: knowledge and what's the evidence that supports those claims.
- 4:21Speaker 8: Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
- 4:24Speaker 8: focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
- 4:29Speaker 8: Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
- 4:35Speaker 8: and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
- 4:38Speaker 8: Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of
- 4:42Speaker 8: the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
- 4:46Speaker 8: gave conflicting reports as to how the autopin use was authorized.
- 4:54Speaker 8: But to the end of the day, one thing that
- 4:55Speaker 8: was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
- 4:59Speaker 8: everyone but Zience, the chief of staff, in the end,
- 5:02Speaker 8: was that they never saw Joe Biden they never heard
- 5:05Speaker 8: from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
- 5:07Speaker 8: policy discussions with Joe Biden when he talked about the
- 5:10Speaker 8: pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
- 5:14Speaker 8: there was no chain of custody, there was no consistency
- 5:18Speaker 8: in how the use of the autopen. I think it's
- 5:21Speaker 8: safe to say that there was a cover up of
- 5:23Speaker 8: Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
- 5:26Speaker 8: doctor O'Connor an opportunity to come in and defend his
- 5:31Speaker 8: all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
- 5:33Speaker 8: in perfect fiscal and mental shape, and he pled the
- 5:36Speaker 8: Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
- 5:40Speaker 8: in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
- 5:42Speaker 8: with that, you battled with Matt when you were here
- 5:45Speaker 8: fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
- 5:48Speaker 8: of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
- 5:51Speaker 8: and Joe Biden said this and that, and when we
- 5:53Speaker 8: had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
- 5:56Speaker 8: spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years,
- 6:01Speaker 8: near attending his executive secretary, who we see Trump's executive
- 6:05Speaker 8: secretary with him multiple times a day. She only had
- 6:08Speaker 8: limited communication with Joe Biden. They kept Joe Biden shielded.
- 6:14Speaker 8: There was a cover up of his middle decline. And
- 6:16Speaker 8: there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
- 6:21Speaker 8: that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
- 6:23Speaker 8: making process with the pardons and the executive orders.
- 6:27Speaker 6: You think about how shocking that is. A staff that
- 6:29Speaker 6: literally is not speaking or spending time or talking to
- 6:33Speaker 6: the President of the United States of America. And that's
- 6:37Speaker 6: part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged misuse of
- 6:41Speaker 6: the auto pen that included pardons and official documents. That
- 6:47Speaker 6: is part of what this investigation is all about. James
- 6:50Speaker 6: Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.
- 6:54Speaker 9: I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
- 6:56Speaker 9: in TV land, this stinks to how I heaven, So
- 6:59Speaker 9: we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
- 7:02Speaker 9: Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
- 7:07Speaker 9: in approving these pardoners?
- 7:09Speaker 2: Real hard evidence.
- 7:11Speaker 8: There really isn't, And it's astonishing when you're talking about
- 7:13Speaker 8: thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders. Basically any
- 7:18Speaker 8: legal document, especially during the last three months of the
- 7:21Speaker 8: Bidy administration. That's what we focused on, and every person
- 7:25Speaker 8: who we deposed had a different story on what the
- 7:29Speaker 8: proper process was that they followed in using the autopen
- 7:33Speaker 8: to sign a legal document. Their stories were inconsistent. And
- 7:37Speaker 8: then when you throw in the emails from the Merrick
- 7:40Speaker 8: Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to these very staffers
- 7:45Speaker 8: about the excessive use of the autopen and asking point
- 7:49Speaker 8: blank questions what was their process, then the entire stories changed.
- 7:54Speaker 8: So the inconsistencies are available. One thing that is consistent, Laura,
- 7:59Speaker 8: is the fact that no one saw Joe Biden, no
- 8:02Speaker 8: one who authorized the autopen or even gave the authorization
- 8:07Speaker 8: to use the autopan, no one who authorized outopen or
- 8:10Speaker 8: actually physically manually pressed the power button a Lottipin ever
- 8:14Speaker 8: heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there are no notes,
- 8:18Speaker 8: there's no chain of custody that would show that Joe
- 8:21Speaker 8: Biden was involved in any meetings where they discussed the
- 8:25Speaker 8: pardon process. I mean, this is Appallinggue, and everyone in
- 8:28Speaker 8: America saw during the debate and during the last few
- 8:32Speaker 8: months of the Biden administration. This was a President in decline.
- 8:36Speaker 8: The staffers confirmed that they would go weeks, months, and
- 8:40Speaker 8: even years without communicating with Joe Biden. This is a
- 8:43Speaker 8: massive cover up, and what we determined was every pardon
- 8:47Speaker 8: should be declared noel and void.
- 8:49Speaker 6: I want you to think about what you just heard.
- 8:52Speaker 6: Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
- 8:54Speaker 6: on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
- 8:58Speaker 6: No one quote ever got from Joe Biden, no notes,
- 9:03Speaker 6: no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
- 9:08Speaker 6: an auto pen. And many of the people that should
- 9:11Speaker 6: have been talking to the president didn't speak to him
- 9:13Speaker 6: for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
- 9:19Speaker 6: So who was running the country. Well, we know that
- 9:23Speaker 6: Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
- 9:26Speaker 6: what we do have now is forty seven hours of
- 9:29Speaker 6: transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous
- 9:35Speaker 6: former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
- 9:42Speaker 6: people in the Press office, including the White House pre secretary,
- 9:45Speaker 6: are now on the record talking about the lies they
- 9:49Speaker 6: told the American people, and many of the lies that
- 9:52Speaker 6: the media was happy to tell as well. The other
- 9:55Speaker 6: thing that I'm going to play for you is a
- 9:57Speaker 6: montage put out by the House Oversight can Joe Biden
- 10:01Speaker 6: was not running the show and their new report, they say,
- 10:05Speaker 6: exposes how Biden's decline was real and his aides covered
- 10:09Speaker 6: it up. Take a listen to what they put together,
- 10:13Speaker 6: proving the point that no one really knows who was
- 10:17Speaker 6: doing the auto pen and who was signing what or
- 10:20Speaker 6: who was even directing it.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 10:24Speaker 10: Was the number one issue either campaign, the president's business
- 10:30Speaker 10: or his age. Did you ever see preston in Biden
- 10:37Speaker 10: in a wheelchair?
- 10:39Speaker 2: I did not recall ever seen as an inviting in
- 10:41Speaker 2: a wheelchairs?
- 10:43Speaker 11: And new information now on the people in his inner
- 10:46Speaker 11: circle and how the cover up actually operated.
- 10:50Speaker 4: Senior aides that worked here until just a couple of
- 10:53Speaker 4: months ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an
- 10:56Speaker 4: ailing president for their own game.
- 10:59Speaker 1: How much were.
- 10:59Speaker 8: You paid for your role in the campaign in twenty
- 11:02Speaker 8: twenty four.
- 11:04Speaker 3: Just so was showing for nine numbers? Oh sorry, how much?
- 11:08Speaker 4: Four million dollars? You believed that the president should stay
- 11:11Speaker 4: in the race, your own financial stake in the matter,
- 11:15Speaker 4: but was a factor in any way your advice to
- 11:17Speaker 4: the president.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Hi, I don't believe that.
- 11:20Speaker 4: And when it comes to President Biden's decline, the official
- 11:23Speaker 4: word from Biden World about all these news stories is
- 11:26Speaker 4: that nothing has been revealed this week that shows that
- 11:30Speaker 4: President Biden was anything but an effective president. Yes, I
- 11:34Speaker 4: noticed that he was aging in terms of the physical condition.
- 11:37Speaker 11: I noticed that, you know, he shuffled.
- 11:40Speaker 1: On that he does more stuckling over origine dash than
- 11:44Speaker 1: you did.
- 11:46Speaker 12: At the beginning of the term.
- 11:48Speaker 8: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
- 11:51Speaker 8: and his speeches were less affective.
- 11:53Speaker 1: I thought we talked about age. We knew it was
- 11:56Speaker 1: an issue, and we tried to design a strategy.
- 12:00Speaker 11: We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about whether.
- 12:05Speaker 5: The president should have a cognitive exam.
- 12:07Speaker 11: Flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial of
- 12:10Speaker 11: the president's cognitive decline.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
- 12:15Speaker 1: you the truth and fu if you.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Can't handle the truth.
- 12:19Speaker 1: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever. His
- 12:24Speaker 1: mental acuity is great, it's fine, It's as good as
- 12:27Speaker 1: it's been over the years.
- 12:29Speaker 5: He is sharp, he is on top of things.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity.
- 12:35Speaker 3: He had a sharpness to him. I said, what I
- 12:37Speaker 3: believe to be true.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Do you think he was as sharp as you?
- 12:43Speaker 10: I said, I had not seen decline, and I hadn't.
- 12:48Speaker 3: He is just fine. I hope people interpret that. It
- 12:52Speaker 3: is up to them.
- 12:54Speaker 4: We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Auntie Thomas Sor.
- 12:59Speaker 6: She's the former Sea and your advisor to President Joe Biden.
- 13:01Speaker 6: She was the third person set to appear before James
- 13:05Speaker 6: Filbert's committee.
- 13:06Speaker 2: She has now taken the fit. There is now a
- 13:08Speaker 2: pattern of key Biden confidants seeking miss shield themselves.
- 13:13Speaker 6: From criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
- 13:16Speaker 12: Were you ever told to lie about the President's.
- 13:18Speaker 5: Health the Advice Council? I must respectfully declined to answer
- 13:21Speaker 5: based upon the physician patient privilege, and in reliance, am
- 13:24Speaker 5: I right under the fifth Man of the Constitution.
- 13:26Speaker 12: Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
- 13:29Speaker 12: Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
- 13:33Speaker 12: ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
- 13:38Speaker 12: as president?
- 13:38Speaker 11: And we can tell you that he will have the
- 13:41Speaker 11: same answer with respect to any questions that are asked.
- 13:44Speaker 12: Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
- 13:48Speaker 12: Biden execute the duties of the presidents. That did Joe Biden,
- 13:51Speaker 12: a member of his family, or anyone at the White
- 13:54Speaker 12: House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health on
- 13:57Speaker 12: the advice of council?
- 13:58Speaker 2: I respect his declining to answer questions were soon.
- 14:02Speaker 11: Constitution And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims
- 14:05Speaker 11: Hunter Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Hunter was driving the decision making for the family.
- 14:12Speaker 3: He was almost like a chief of staff.
- 14:13Speaker 12: Did you notice it up to ever when under Biden
- 14:16Speaker 12: was around.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Yes, towards the end that he was living with the president.
- 14:20Speaker 1: They were lying up just to the public, they were
- 14:22Speaker 1: lying to other Democrats.
- 14:24Speaker 9: Have you ruled out a pardon for your son yes?
- 14:27Speaker 11: Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a partner?
- 14:29Speaker 10: Yes?
- 14:30Speaker 12: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegation regarding
- 14:34Speaker 12: his sun went drum?
- 14:36Speaker 10: Now?
- 14:37Speaker 8: Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
- 14:42Speaker 8: him two times. Two times.
- 14:45Speaker 12: Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
- 14:47Speaker 12: bite and understand the context.
- 14:49Speaker 10: How often would you say that you interacted with the
- 14:51Speaker 10: personal firston.
- 14:52Speaker 2: I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I think I met with the President a handful of
- 14:57Speaker 1: times during my tenure in White House.
- 15:00Speaker 3: That doesn't look anything like the president that I know
- 15:02Speaker 3: when I deal with him. He's sharp, he's asking tough questions.
- 15:05Speaker 11: That's the President Biden that so many of us experience
- 15:08Speaker 11: every single day.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's missing in some context.
- 15:13Speaker 3: I don't.
- 15:14Speaker 8: So it raised a serious concern and serious questions about
- 15:17Speaker 8: who was Colin shot in the White House. If the
- 15:20Speaker 8: White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president, that
- 15:24Speaker 8: says who was operating bell blom.
- 15:27Speaker 3: Aage wasn't an issue for you for President Bio, No,
- 15:34Speaker 3: it was what it was not at the term.
- 15:36Speaker 12: So you think President Biden is wholly in commands that
- 15:38Speaker 12: night during the debate.
- 15:39Speaker 11: I do believe that he was bully in command that
- 15:42Speaker 11: night during the debate.
- 15:43Speaker 8: I knew it was very difficult to get past some
- 15:46Speaker 8: of the visual things of present people concerned about the president.
- 15:50Speaker 3: The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong. Yes, he
- 15:54Speaker 3: often would confuse names.
- 15:56Speaker 1: If you think it got worse as you knew, Yes,
- 16:00Speaker 1: Are you sure you're being honest with yourself when you
- 16:02Speaker 1: say you have the mental physical capacity to serve another
- 16:06Speaker 1: four years.
- 16:06Speaker 11: Yes, I did not have the experience that it took
- 16:09Speaker 11: him longer to answer some of the question.
- 16:11Speaker 3: He could still he was a stone simptistically.
- 16:14Speaker 8: What did you say?
- 16:15Speaker 11: It was something that we did that coin, it was
- 16:17Speaker 11: something that media coined.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Did you or did anyone ever verify if the videos
- 16:22Speaker 3: you were talking about were.
- 16:23Speaker 7: Impacts cheap fakes?
- 16:25Speaker 11: I believe so.
- 16:26Speaker 3: But there were instances where videos were circulated of present
- 16:29Speaker 3: Biden bearing confused or freezing for a moment that were real, correct,
- 16:34Speaker 3: not that I recall.
- 16:35Speaker 4: She told you this real video of Biden getting lost
- 16:38Speaker 4: in an Italian field.
- 16:39Speaker 8: Was fing Now she's saying, yeah, my White House was
- 16:42Speaker 8: broken and I'm switching parties and was suffering from a
- 16:45Speaker 8: cold that really constrained his voice and constrained his ability
- 16:48Speaker 8: to be forceful in the debate.
- 16:50Speaker 12: Did you attribute President Biden's performance that night to him
- 16:55Speaker 12: being under the weather.
- 16:56Speaker 2: That's my assumption.
- 16:58Speaker 3: The ability of medicare for the ability to for them
- 17:04Speaker 3: wants to be able to negotiate the operation with the
- 17:06Speaker 3: big farmer companies.
- 17:08Speaker 7: Have you ever seen him have.
- 17:09Speaker 2: A hold or a flu before?
- 17:11Speaker 10: Yes? Did he ever behave the way that he did
- 17:14Speaker 10: during the debate, not that diversal.
- 17:17Speaker 1: It was clear what he was trying to say.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Dealing with every day we have to do with if
- 17:29Speaker 3: we finally beat Medicare.
- 17:30Speaker 11: It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired
- 17:35Speaker 11: and that took over the auto pen. They stole the
- 17:37Speaker 11: presidency of the United States.
- 17:39Speaker 12: Do you know who the people who were actually operated
- 17:42Speaker 12: the automent were?
- 17:44Speaker 7: I did not.
- 17:45Speaker 12: Do you know any of the actual staff who were
- 17:47Speaker 12: using the automent.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Even know their names?
- 17:51Speaker 12: Have you never seen a decision memo laying out the
- 17:54Speaker 12: breakdown of when the president should hand sign a particulars
- 17:58Speaker 12: set of documents.
- 18:00Speaker 5: Prior to prep Did he hand sign all executive orders?
- 18:05Speaker 3: He did not.
- 18:06Speaker 11: He's hand signed many executive orders, but he did not
- 18:09Speaker 11: sign hand sign all executive orders.
- 18:11Speaker 12: Can you read your response?
- 18:12Speaker 1: I had, through the use of the autopen for the
- 18:14Speaker 1: execution of all the following partons.
- 18:16Speaker 7: Thanks Jaz.
- 18:17Speaker 12: Did you yourself write the zeo?
- 18:19Speaker 9: I do not believe I did.
- 18:21Speaker 8: That auto pin was used excessively, and yet no one
- 18:25Speaker 8: can say for certain that Joe Biden was given the
- 18:29Speaker 8: orders to use the auto it.
- 18:31Speaker 6: I hope you'll take this very special episode of the
