- 1:27Speaker 1: How you doing, Katrina, I am doing wonderful.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Nice to be here, Nice to meet you once again.
- 1:35Speaker 3: I remember seeing you long years ago on the Steve
- 1:39Speaker 3: Harvey Show.
- 1:40Speaker 1: That's my man, my man, Steve Harvey.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I'm cooking up stuff here, cooking up money ideas and everything.
- 1:46Speaker 2: But it's really funny, Katrina. A lot of people still
- 1:49Speaker 2: follow me because I bake. A lot of people still
- 1:52Speaker 2: follow me because I cook all those good things. And
- 1:55Speaker 2: it's been very fortunate to have that kind of a
- 1:57Speaker 2: well rounded career. Now money making comesation. Let's start up
- 2:01Speaker 2: right here. I get a lot of texts, I get
- 2:04Speaker 2: a lot of emails by people talking about they've looked
- 2:07Speaker 2: up my credit, They've looked at me on LinkedIn.
- 2:09Speaker 1: They can give me.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Fifty thousand dollars and give me sixty five thousand dollars.
- 2:13Speaker 4: Just give me a call, and what is a scam
- 2:18Speaker 4: and what you should be on the lookout. When people
- 2:21Speaker 4: start sending these texts, start sending these emails, engaging potential
- 2:26Speaker 4: business people who want that big break, who need just
- 2:29Speaker 4: a little money to jumpstart their dreams. Talk to us
- 2:33Speaker 4: about those emails that I be getting, and I'm sure
- 2:35Speaker 4: a lot of people out there get to.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Yes, ra Sean, this is a really good question because
- 2:42Speaker 3: oftentimes we get hung up on these what ninety second
- 2:47Speaker 3: ig takes and you know, these shorts and all of
- 2:50Speaker 3: these conversations and our emails are being flooded now because
- 2:55Speaker 3: obviously there is funding now that is available for startups
- 3:01Speaker 3: and essentially you have to qualify. Oftentimes, when we are
- 3:07Speaker 3: seeing this, we're not actually talking about what the requirements are.
- 3:12Speaker 3: And so to make it really frank, because this is
- 3:14Speaker 3: what I do every day, and that is this, how
- 3:17Speaker 3: do you qualify? If you have a six point eighty
- 3:23Speaker 3: credit score or higher, you have at least four figures
- 3:30Speaker 3: in a credit card already, right, you need to have
- 3:34Speaker 3: at least ten thousand credit card already, Okay, and you
- 3:39Speaker 3: have a business that has a mission to make money
- 3:46Speaker 3: and your risk is low. This is the answer to
- 3:51Speaker 3: that question. So what that means is that, yes, if
- 3:55Speaker 3: you take the clickbake or you make the call, the
- 3:59Speaker 3: first thing thing that's going to happen is that we're
- 4:01Speaker 3: going to have a conversation with you first to find
- 4:04Speaker 3: out is your money mindset right, because we don't want
- 4:07Speaker 3: to be out here racking up the good debt and
- 4:10Speaker 3: then you're not gonna be responsible.
- 4:12Speaker 5: That's number one, right.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Are you ready to actually execute on the money so
- 4:18Speaker 3: that you can get a cash on cash return is
- 4:21Speaker 3: what we call it, and so you're able to deploy
- 4:25Speaker 3: that money properly to be able to pay the money back.
- 4:28Speaker 2: So the bigger picture, though, Katrina, is that these are
- 4:32Speaker 2: unknown people contacting you, right, and so that means in
- 4:36Speaker 2: order to even go beyond, you got to share information
- 4:40Speaker 2: with them that can in turn enable people to scam you.
- 4:46Speaker 2: That's the bigger issue here because you get it all
- 4:49Speaker 2: the time.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I get it from Chase, I get it from America Express.
- 4:53Speaker 2: They'll tell you, hey, look you got a credit card here,
- 4:55Speaker 2: sign here. But that's a brand that we know is legit.
- 5:00Speaker 2: But there's so many companies out there now there's just
- 5:03Speaker 2: ramming you, ramming you, ramming your information and bargain opportunities.
- 5:08Speaker 1: That scam side is very high.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Not so much about the qualifying side, but that scam side,
- 5:14Speaker 2: that's the part that I really want to drive home
- 5:16Speaker 2: to everybody. Is that really really research? And if there
- 5:21Speaker 2: are any websites that they can go to the union please, yes.
- 5:25Speaker 3: That is exactly a really good, really good question. And
- 5:28Speaker 3: the websites you want to go over to what we
- 5:31Speaker 3: call the Business Better BA right, the Business Bureau Right.
- 5:37Speaker 3: You want to go over to BBB right, and you
- 5:40Speaker 3: want to look up that company right and see what
- 5:43Speaker 3: their scores are and see if they have any bad reviews.
- 5:48Speaker 3: You want to do your homework, go over to the
- 5:51Speaker 3: Google dot com and do their homework and see do
- 5:54Speaker 3: they have any testimonials about people saying they're actually getting
- 5:59Speaker 3: money right. You can also vet them by asking them
- 6:05Speaker 3: who are they working with? So on the behind the
- 6:08Speaker 3: scenes as far as New Day for You financial, we
- 6:12Speaker 3: work with Chase, we work with American Express, US Bank,
- 6:17Speaker 3: all of the banks. We have relationships with these banks
- 6:20Speaker 3: and so we're outsourcing for them. And so that's how
- 6:25Speaker 3: we know one hundred percent that we're able to get
- 6:29Speaker 3: you money if you are qualified. And that's the key.
- 6:33Speaker 3: If you are qualified, and you have to make sure
- 6:36Speaker 3: that you vet the companies that you want to work
- 6:38Speaker 3: with to make sure that they are reputable companies.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Let mention you just quaturia, I apologize. What's the minimum
- 6:48Speaker 2: somebody that needs to provide to you in order to
- 6:51Speaker 2: find out if they're qualified when they come to your
- 6:53Speaker 2: company New Day for You Financial Right.
- 6:57Speaker 3: So if you go over right now to New Day
- 6:59Speaker 3: for You Financial dot Co. We have a pre approval process.
- 7:06Speaker 3: It's a soft pool process. We have a relationship with
- 7:10Speaker 3: Equifax where we can do a soft pool and we're
- 7:14Speaker 3: able to see whether you can qualify or not just
- 7:18Speaker 3: by looking at the information that is available. Once we
- 7:21Speaker 3: pre qualify you and get you pre approved, the next
- 7:24Speaker 3: step is that we're going to have a conversation with
- 7:28Speaker 3: you to make sure that you're able to pay the
- 7:30Speaker 3: money back.
- 7:31Speaker 5: You have a plan for the money.
- 7:33Speaker 3: And this is for startups only, obviously, if you're wanted
- 7:37Speaker 3: to get you know, some of the six and seven
- 7:40Speaker 3: figure We do SBA loans, We do collateral loans with
- 7:44Speaker 3: equipment purchase orders. We do loans as well as lines
- 7:50Speaker 3: of credit. And so how we're able to do that
- 7:54Speaker 3: is because we have the relationships with the bank and
- 7:57Speaker 3: they are doing the underwriting for us to be able
- 8:01Speaker 3: to make that happen. And so this is the process.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Now, let's get their emotions out the way. Here, we're
- 8:08Speaker 2: talking about the president of the United States. Let's get
- 8:10Speaker 2: their emotion. It's all about money making conversations. It's about business.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Let's talk about it.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Let's talk about it here, because that's why I'm at
- 8:17Speaker 2: I voted the person I voted for.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Okay, didn't win. I'm good. I'm good.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I'm telling everybody I'm good. But I also have a
- 8:25Speaker 2: president who says he's pro entrepreneur, pro small business, or
- 8:32Speaker 2: going to upgrade the middle class. Talk about your vision
- 8:37Speaker 2: or the opportunities that may be presented in this new administration.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Man, I'm telling you well in terms of during the campaign,
- 8:46Speaker 3: as you know, there was a lot of discussion about
- 8:49Speaker 3: Project twenty twenty five, right right. And so there's two
- 8:53Speaker 3: words that I have to say about this upcoming changes
- 8:57Speaker 3: and the shifts in this economy that's coming up up
- 9:00Speaker 3: in this Trump administration post might and administration.
- 9:04Speaker 5: I sum it up in two ways. There's gonna be lots.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Of change and a whole lot of less weight in
- 9:10Speaker 3: sea because you know, during the campaign they do a
- 9:13Speaker 3: lot of talking and you never know what they're really
- 9:16Speaker 3: going to do. But what he does have going for
- 9:19Speaker 3: him is that he has what both he has to
- 9:23Speaker 3: sit it at the house, right, so he has that
- 9:26Speaker 3: going for him. And so what I am recommending, at
- 9:30Speaker 3: least that's what I'm doing for me and my house,
- 9:32Speaker 3: is that I'm saying you need to be prepared, be
- 9:37Speaker 3: proactive and strategic planning, and get ready to pivot because
- 9:42Speaker 3: you don't know what he's going to actually do. Because
- 9:44Speaker 3: there's so many things that he has talked about, especially
- 9:48Speaker 3: for the business owner and individuals alike, terrorists, social security,
- 9:53Speaker 3: potential pending deportations. I mean, it's a lot going on here.
- 9:57Speaker 3: So we just got to wait and see. But there
- 9:59Speaker 3: is going to be a lot of change for sure.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Well you know, like I said, also no taxo tips, Yeah,
- 10:05Speaker 2: no tax no tax on tips. But that's with any administration.
- 10:09Speaker 2: They all make big pictures about what they're gonna do,
- 10:12Speaker 2: you know. And well, and like I said, it's all
- 10:15Speaker 2: a wait and see. And I think I think that
- 10:19Speaker 2: when I do my show Money Making Conversations Masterclass, it's
- 10:22Speaker 2: all about information and information that can change your life.
- 10:26Speaker 2: And that's why you on the show talking about funding SBA.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Let's move forward.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Because twenty twenty five is a year that you can
- 10:34Speaker 2: be your best year if you plan. Now, you said
- 10:37Speaker 2: the word I thought was really key, Katrina, strategic.
- 10:41Speaker 5: Strategic.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Talk to us about that.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Come on, it is very strategic. So, for example, strategically,
- 10:49Speaker 3: one of just just talk about the tax code, the
- 10:52Speaker 3: changes that he wants to make to the tax code,
- 10:55Speaker 3: right which you're beneficial for business owners. So one of
- 11:00Speaker 3: those things that is very strategic for business owners that
- 11:03Speaker 3: he wants to actually do is essentially us being able
- 11:10Speaker 3: to go back and have that one hundred percent right
- 11:12Speaker 3: off on any equipment, any vehicle, anything that you are
- 11:18Speaker 3: using in your business. You can get one hundred percent
- 11:21Speaker 3: right off in the first year.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Come on, girl, I mean come on, because.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Right now it's sixty percent, but it's going back in
- 11:30Speaker 3: twenty twenty six, it's going to go up to one
- 11:32Speaker 3: hundred percent. Now that thing right there that made me
- 11:35Speaker 3: feel real good.
- 11:36Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that you
- 11:39Speaker 1: can be angry. I got all.
- 11:40Speaker 2: You can be emotional, but let's get back to business.
- 11:43Speaker 2: I'm teking if they ever brought back those personal credit
- 11:46Speaker 2: card deductions.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Girl, I don't.
- 11:50Speaker 5: And that's the thing.
- 11:50Speaker 3: If you buy the equipment or whatever it is that
- 11:54Speaker 3: you're trying to do with a card, you can still
- 11:57Speaker 3: write it off.
- 11:59Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 12:01Speaker 3: This is I mean, I'm just saying there are some
- 12:04Speaker 3: you know, there are some things that really is going
- 12:07Speaker 3: to be pro business, that's going to be really really good.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Now let's talk about some of these other things.
- 12:15Speaker 3: Because that's he's going to potentially extend the Tax Cut
- 12:18Speaker 3: Jobs Acts. That's where we're getting that one hundred percent
- 12:21Speaker 3: expense deduction on R and D expenses, you know, any
- 12:25Speaker 3: type of expenses. Right, So that's the excellent thing. But
- 12:29Speaker 3: let's talk about this thing. Uh, he's going to be
- 12:36Speaker 3: cutting back on these these immigration these you know people.
- 12:42Speaker 2: A lot of people who use those surfaces, and so
- 12:46Speaker 2: that's we don't know what it is. I don't know
- 12:49Speaker 2: how you can deport with leven the thirteen million people exactly.
- 12:54Speaker 2: You can create a system where you can stop people
- 12:56Speaker 2: from coming in.
- 12:57Speaker 5: Yeah, I know that.
- 12:59Speaker 1: To me, that was just political talk.
- 13:01Speaker 5: Political talk it because it imacts too much.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Right, and now I want to turn this into a political show.
- 13:07Speaker 2: But I do know, but this is my money making
- 13:09Speaker 2: conversations about lifestyles by finances by especially financial literacy. But
- 13:14Speaker 2: when you're talking about profit margin, that does make a
- 13:16Speaker 2: play if your business is tied to that type of worker,
- 13:21Speaker 2: mean an asset to your current current business. Yeah, when
- 13:25Speaker 2: we are talking about you though, Katrina, the business model,
- 13:29Speaker 2: the business plan. So many people you talked about the
- 13:32Speaker 2: credit report, but so many people coming to you with
- 13:35Speaker 2: this great idea to Katrina, but they don't have a
- 13:38Speaker 2: business plan.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Will you tell my audience how you frown on people
- 13:42Speaker 1: who walk up to you without a business plan.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Oh my god, you just don't even know it is.
- 13:49Speaker 3: So many people think that it's free money, right, and
- 13:54Speaker 3: you just have an idea pie in the sky. You
- 13:58Speaker 3: had a dream last night, and now you want your
- 14:01Speaker 3: money to be able to implement.
- 14:03Speaker 5: You have to be strategic. You have to put.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Together a business plan step by step on what you're
- 14:11Speaker 3: going to deploy the money to do. If you do
- 14:14Speaker 3: not have a plan on what you're going to do,
- 14:18Speaker 3: I call it your money mission. If you don't have
- 14:21Speaker 3: a mission for your money and you don't tell your
- 14:24Speaker 3: money where to go, guess what you're gonna look up
- 14:26Speaker 3: and that money is gonna be gone because you already know.
- 14:29Speaker 3: We have oftentimes a propensity to have money in our
- 14:34Speaker 3: pocket and it burns and it's hot and you have
- 14:38Speaker 3: to get it out of your pocket, right Or you
- 14:40Speaker 3: have a pocket, what holds in it?
- 14:42Speaker 5: Like my grandmama used to say.
- 14:44Speaker 3: But you have to have a plan for your money,
- 14:46Speaker 3: or your money will have a plan and you will
- 14:48Speaker 3: look up and that money will be gone and you're
- 14:50Speaker 3: old at money. And that's where you get the bad
- 14:52Speaker 3: rap and the bad credit. It's because you don't have
- 14:55Speaker 3: a plan for your money. You have to have a
- 14:57Speaker 3: spending plan.
- 14:59Speaker 1: That's like you said, ear.
- 15:00Speaker 2: You know, when people sit down with you, you want
- 15:02Speaker 2: to make sure how they can pay that money back.
- 15:06Speaker 6: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
- 15:09Speaker 6: money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
- 15:18Speaker 6: Conversations Masterclass, hosted by Rashaan McDonald. Money Making Conversations Masterclass
- 15:24Speaker 6: continues online at Moneymakingconversations dot com and follow money Making
- 15:29Speaker 6: Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Now let's get some let's get even deeper here. Relatives.
- 15:37Speaker 2: You know how people treat relatives asking for money versus
- 15:43Speaker 2: a bank. And I try to treat and I've learned
- 15:46Speaker 2: over the years Katrina, there's a reason why lenders do
- 15:51Speaker 2: what they do. And please talk to my audience about
- 15:55Speaker 2: when relatives come to them for money. I don't care
- 15:58Speaker 2: if it's a small amount of money, large amount of money,
- 16:01Speaker 2: how you should treat them.
- 16:04Speaker 3: So I have learned how you're supposed to treat relatives, friends, family, neighbors,
- 16:12Speaker 3: whomever that comes to you to borrow money. First of all,
- 16:17Speaker 3: you want to put in actual stipulations. I'm not gonna
- 16:21Speaker 3: say contract, but I'm just gonna say, you want to
- 16:24Speaker 3: have a contract or a written agreement, you know, on
- 16:30Speaker 3: what are the terms on which you are borrowing this
- 16:34Speaker 3: money for? So you say you want to borrow let's
- 16:38Speaker 3: just say ten thousand dollars. Okay, that's the amount. So
- 16:43Speaker 3: what I'm going to find out on what terms are
- 16:47Speaker 3: we going to have this repayment by when?
- 16:51Speaker 5: How often?
- 16:51Speaker 3: The frequency you're going to pay me, which is your
- 16:54Speaker 3: payments plan?
- 16:55Speaker 5: By what date?
- 16:57Speaker 3: And I'm gonna say this is what if you don't
- 17:00Speaker 3: pay me, this is the penalty. You know, I would
- 17:04Speaker 3: put some penalties in place on agreements saying if you
- 17:07Speaker 3: don't do this, hey, you could say collateral.
- 17:11Speaker 1: You know.
- 17:11Speaker 3: I'm just saying you know you could say, hey, if
- 17:14Speaker 3: you don't.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Oh no, that's that's racist. Oh you you the man.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Now you trying to hold me back. Okay, you're my cousin,
- 17:23Speaker 1: you're my sister.
- 17:25Speaker 3: No, if you're a good steward over your money, you
- 17:29Speaker 3: have to have some terms in place in order to borrow.
- 17:34Speaker 3: If people are gonna borrow money, you got to have
- 17:36Speaker 3: some type of terms in place. You can't just give
- 17:38Speaker 3: away money because why you're responsible. You've been giving stewardship
- 17:42Speaker 3: over what you've been blessed with, and so you can't
- 17:45Speaker 3: just give it away because why your money have a
- 17:47Speaker 3: mission and you want to be able to what double
- 17:50Speaker 3: your money you want? When you put money out, you
- 17:53Speaker 3: wanted to come back to you doublefore right, one hundred four.
- 17:57Speaker 3: So that's the terms of it, is that you're responsible.
- 17:59Speaker 3: And so I always just make an agreement and say this.
- 18:03Speaker 3: If I give you money, I'm going to decide is
- 18:05Speaker 3: it a gift or is it a loan?
- 18:09Speaker 5: I give it to you.
- 18:10Speaker 3: I don't expect anything back, there's no streams attached. Are
- 18:15Speaker 3: I'm going to put some terms in place in order
- 18:17Speaker 3: to make sure that I get my money back and
- 18:20Speaker 3: with interest.
- 18:21Speaker 2: That's how I do it, I said, I look at
- 18:23Speaker 2: a person. I said, look, don't worry about paying me back. Here,
- 18:26Speaker 2: here's the money, because I'm not going to track you down.
- 18:28Speaker 2: I know exactly who I'm giving money to, because you
- 18:31Speaker 2: have to evaluate who you're giving your money to. Now,
- 18:34Speaker 2: I've also given money to people who I know I'm
- 18:36Speaker 2: going to give the money back. But also I'm giving
- 18:38Speaker 2: money to people I go, don't worry about it. I
- 18:40Speaker 2: got you. Don't worry about it. It's a gift. I
- 18:42Speaker 2: just want to see you be successful. But what I
- 18:45Speaker 2: just wanted to state in this conversation I was having
- 18:47Speaker 2: with Katrina here was that they are rules to being successful.
- 18:53Speaker 2: They are rules to borrow money. They're rules.
- 18:56Speaker 1: And there's so many people in the minority community, the
- 18:59Speaker 1: community color, and I know it's difficult.
- 19:02Speaker 2: I know our skin tone, I know our background may
- 19:06Speaker 2: hold us back. But when you're trying to borrow money,
- 19:09Speaker 2: there has to be rules. It has to they had
- 19:13Speaker 2: just because you want one hundred thousand dollars. If they
- 19:16Speaker 2: give you that one hundred thousand dollars and you don't
- 19:18Speaker 2: have a business plan, then they are the foods and
- 19:21Speaker 2: they will be shut down.
- 19:23Speaker 5: There you go one hundred percent.
- 19:24Speaker 3: If we have loans that we give out and they
- 19:28Speaker 3: become bad loans, that hurts my business. Right, So that's
- 19:32Speaker 3: why we vet our clients thoroughly and to make sure
- 19:35Speaker 3: that they have a plan in place. We can look
- 19:38Speaker 3: at their history to see what was the of they trustworthy?
- 19:42Speaker 3: What are their creditibility to other people? Right even with
- 19:45Speaker 3: your family, if you have other family members that said, hey,
- 19:49Speaker 3: they didn't pay me back, you have another family member
- 19:52Speaker 3: they didn't pay me back, So why you're gonna line
- 19:54Speaker 3: up to get not paid back?
- 19:55Speaker 5: So it's the same thing with the paints.
- 19:57Speaker 3: You know, they're gonna look at your credible, your history,
- 20:01Speaker 3: your credit profile, what have your history been, and so
- 20:04Speaker 3: these other things that I've been seeing out here is
- 20:06Speaker 3: that you're saying, hey, business, we're gonna get you business credit.
- 20:10Speaker 3: And you think you're gonna get business credit and they're
- 20:12Speaker 3: not gonna look at your personal credit profile. Well, they
- 20:15Speaker 3: don't have nothing to go by. They're not going to
- 20:17Speaker 3: just give you credit if they don't even know what
- 20:20Speaker 3: your history is.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Oh, I love it, I love it. Katrina. We are
- 20:25Speaker 2: doing good girl. Okay, I'm talking to Katrina fitting she's
- 20:28Speaker 2: the CEO and CFO of New Day for You Financial. Now,
- 20:32Speaker 2: when I opened the show, I want to get back
- 20:34Speaker 2: to this, I said, you are a national leader and
- 20:37Speaker 2: business funding solutions. Katrina helps women business owners secure one
- 20:43Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars in funding in one hundred days or
- 20:46Speaker 2: less with same their approvals and next day funding.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Tell us how that works, right?
- 20:52Speaker 3: So, for example, my one of my clients, Angeline, she
- 20:56Speaker 3: is a she's a tax accountant, she does taxes, she
- 20:59Speaker 3: does tax strategy and bookkeeping for her business. She came
- 21:03Speaker 3: to me she was like, Katrina, we are in need
- 21:06Speaker 3: of doing some rebranding for our business and I want
- 21:10Speaker 3: to get a minimum of one hundred k to be
- 21:12Speaker 3: able to deploy this to get some additional help and team.
- 21:17Speaker 3: And so that's what we did. We did a credit
- 21:21Speaker 3: analysis on her. We saw that she had good credibility,
- 21:25Speaker 3: she was very trustworthy, she paid her bills on time,
- 21:29Speaker 3: and she had a business that was already making revenue.
- 21:32Speaker 3: So if we already knew pre approval, we were able
- 21:35Speaker 3: to get her the money that she requested. We went
- 21:38Speaker 3: through the process of asking her what is your business plan,
- 21:42Speaker 3: what are you going to do with it? Once we applied,
- 21:46Speaker 3: we went through underwriting. We were able to secure her
- 21:49Speaker 3: one hundred and sixty thousand dollars in funding in less
- 21:55Speaker 3: than a week.
- 21:56Speaker 5: Why because she was already ready, She.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Had the revenue, she had the business plan, she already
- 22:05Speaker 3: had a business that was already operating. She's been in
- 22:10Speaker 3: business for over twenty years, right, so we know that
- 22:14Speaker 3: we can get that money to her really quick, right,
- 22:18Speaker 3: Versus someone who they have, you know, pretty sketchy credit. Right,
- 22:23Speaker 3: they have some challenges there, They've had a lot of
- 22:25Speaker 3: late pavements, they have some collections on that.
- 22:29Speaker 5: We will tell.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Them you need to go to. We have relationships with
- 22:33Speaker 3: credit restoration consultancies.
- 22:37Speaker 5: We help them. We will refer them to get their credit,
- 22:40Speaker 5: you know.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Right.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Once they get their credit right and they are meeting
- 22:43Speaker 3: their requirements over time, we see they have some history
- 22:46Speaker 3: where they're starting to pay on time, then yes, we're
- 22:50Speaker 3: able to get them some funding as well. But we
- 22:54Speaker 3: want to make sure that we're not out here just
- 22:56Speaker 3: telling people we're going to give everybody one hundred thousand.
- 22:59Speaker 3: We have to pre qualify you first. Once you get
- 23:02Speaker 3: past our prequalification and you have a plan and a
- 23:05Speaker 3: mission for your money, oh, we can help you all day.
- 23:08Speaker 2: I don't know it's right business plan here that business
- 23:10Speaker 2: player here, Katrina, she said, business plan and some years
- 23:14Speaker 2: in business, don't we're coming up here. You've been in
- 23:17Speaker 2: business for six months or year expecting to get a
- 23:20Speaker 2: lot of money because we have risk. It's risky, your
- 23:24Speaker 2: risk and a lot of people want to hear the
- 23:26Speaker 2: word risks when they starting to when you're messing with
- 23:27Speaker 2: their dreams though, Katrina, NOWTNA, what are the implications of
- 23:31Speaker 2: the ongoing discussions by Social Security benefits for everyday American?
- 23:35Speaker 1: What are the implications there? Because I get my check,
- 23:38Speaker 1: I don't wonder if I messed.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Look, I'm telling you my husband is looking forward to here.
- 23:42Speaker 3: So essentially, you know, there's obviously seventy something million Americans
- 23:49Speaker 3: who are on Social Security right and they are actually
- 23:54Speaker 3: just fixing it. According to a Cola, you know, they
- 23:57Speaker 3: are actually fixing to get a increase of two point
- 24:01Speaker 3: five percent on their Social Security So that's really good
- 24:04Speaker 3: that they're going to give them a you know, it's
- 24:06Speaker 3: a cost of living Cola is cost of living. Uh,
- 24:09Speaker 3: They're gonna give them a cost of living ring. So
- 24:11Speaker 3: everybody would get maybe about fifty dollars per month starting
- 24:15Speaker 3: in januaryuber Aria. So that's a good cost of living
- 24:18Speaker 3: adjustment that they're going to give them. But what he's
- 24:22Speaker 3: proposing our new administration coming in, what he's proposing is
- 24:28Speaker 3: there would be no taxes on your income coming in
- 24:34Speaker 3: through Social Security.
- 24:35Speaker 5: This is what he's proposing.
- 24:37Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you something, I never understood why I'm
- 24:39Speaker 2: being taxed. Check's not that big anyway, it's it's the
- 24:42Speaker 2: most amazing. Okay, once I'm in retirement, I've worked all
- 24:45Speaker 2: my life.
- 24:46Speaker 1: That money was supposed to have come out of my
- 24:49Speaker 1: work history.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Now I get this check and this tax I never
- 24:53Speaker 2: understood that.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I never understood.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just it's you know, I don't understand it either.
- 24:59Speaker 3: But at as you already know, it's all about, you know,
- 25:02Speaker 3: getting more money, right as the old folks say, uncle,
- 25:06Speaker 3: sound you know they won't they money?
- 25:09Speaker 5: Right?
- 25:09Speaker 3: But yes, but that's what he is actually proposed in
- 25:12Speaker 3: doing that is to allow them not to have to
- 25:16Speaker 3: pay taxes on that, which I am very much in
- 25:20Speaker 3: agreement with that.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Now, with your experience in your background talking to CEO
- 25:25Speaker 2: and CFO of New Day for you financial, what are
- 25:28Speaker 2: all the services that you guys provide you to go
- 25:30Speaker 2: to the website. Can you give us a precursor on
- 25:33Speaker 2: what to expect when you go to the website and
- 25:35Speaker 2: what's your main purpose is? If there's funding other services
- 25:39Speaker 2: that you provide at New Day for you Financial.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Yeah, so obviously we are a financial education consulting company
- 25:47Speaker 3: as well. So when you go over to New Day
- 25:49Speaker 3: FORU Financial dot Co. There we have a whole page
- 25:54Speaker 3: of all of the different services that we provide. Like
- 25:57Speaker 3: I had mentioned to you earlier, we provide SBA loans.
- 26:02Speaker 3: We actually provide equipment loans, Like if you've bought equipment,
- 26:06Speaker 3: you can get a loan against your equipment. If you
- 26:09Speaker 3: have government contracts and you know, I have a client
- 26:13Speaker 3: who's in construction and they her and her husband, they
- 26:17Speaker 3: have a business that they do flooring and they do
- 26:20Speaker 3: windows for apartment buildings and things of that nature. Well,
- 26:24Speaker 3: oftentimes they have these contracts where they have a promise
- 26:27Speaker 3: to pay and they have you know, obviously purchase artists
- 26:31Speaker 3: that are out there, but the work is not until
- 26:33Speaker 3: you know, six months later when they complete it. Well,
- 26:36Speaker 3: you can actually get a loan against those purchase orders, right,
- 26:41Speaker 3: And the other thing we do we can give you
- 26:43Speaker 3: get you lines of credit, which is really wonderful.
- 26:46Speaker 5: I love this.
- 26:47Speaker 3: It's kind of like a heelock, you know, like you
- 26:48Speaker 3: can go get an equity against your home. You can
- 26:53Speaker 3: get you know, a line of credit with credit card
- 26:56Speaker 3: companies like Chase and American We also do obviously zero
- 27:02Speaker 3: percent interest credit card. Now, this is the thing that's
- 27:05Speaker 3: hot right now is that literally we are able to
- 27:09Speaker 3: qualify you for a zero percent interest credit cards up
- 27:14Speaker 3: to eighteen to twenty one months in some cards, and
- 27:18Speaker 3: literally if you have a plan, a strategic plan to
- 27:21Speaker 3: go take you know, the twenty five grand that American
- 27:25Speaker 3: Express gives you on a credit card and you can
- 27:27Speaker 3: go put it into something like a business somehow. I'm
- 27:34Speaker 3: telling you, if you can turn that money around, you
- 27:37Speaker 3: could literally pay no interest on So that is what
- 27:40Speaker 3: is really really hot nowadays. And the other thing about it, Rashan,
- 27:44Speaker 3: is this you don't even have to show an actual
- 27:52Speaker 3: you don't even have to show that how much money
- 27:55Speaker 3: you actually make. They're just going by your credit score.
- 27:58Speaker 3: And you can get zero percent interest cards. And we
- 28:01Speaker 3: have something that we call credit card stacking where we're
- 28:04Speaker 3: able to get more from these banks all in one shot.
- 28:09Speaker 3: So it's a wonderful thing. I see people get fifty thousand,
- 28:14Speaker 3: sixty thousand just in credit cards and if you were
- 28:17Speaker 3: able to make that happen with zero percent interest, if
- 28:20Speaker 3: you got a plan, I'm telling you you can really
- 28:24Speaker 3: be able to do some things. And so that's just
- 28:27Speaker 3: a little bit about what we can do for those
- 28:30Speaker 3: who come to our website. And all it takes is
- 28:32Speaker 3: is clicking the button there to fill out the short application.
- 28:37Speaker 3: We don't ask for your social or anything of that nature.
- 28:39Speaker 3: We do look at experience doing a soft pool to
- 28:43Speaker 3: get you pre qualified. If you decide to move forward
- 28:46Speaker 3: with what we preapprove you with, we do ask for
- 28:50Speaker 3: an administrative back in once what we call a success fee.
- 28:55Speaker 3: If we get you the money, then you pay us.
- 28:58Speaker 3: We don't ask for no money until you actually get
- 29:02Speaker 3: your money. So that's what we do. And that's the
- 29:04Speaker 3: kind of uh, you know, reputation that we have as
- 29:08Speaker 3: well as in the the integrity that we have. We say,
- 29:13Speaker 3: if you don't get anything, we don't get paid. So
- 29:16Speaker 3: that's how good we are.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Cool.
- 29:18Speaker 2: I'll tell you what, Katrina, this is awesome. I'm gonna
- 29:20Speaker 2: bring you back in the first quarter after he settle
- 29:23Speaker 2: in yes, making these decisions, we're gonna find out if
- 29:27Speaker 2: we get that credit card one hundred percent right off
- 29:31Speaker 2: for the expense, we're gonna get no tax on Social Security,
- 29:35Speaker 2: We're gonna get no tax on tips. All those things
- 29:39Speaker 2: are big win. All those things mean, and that's how
- 29:42Speaker 2: you get the economy rolling. See, people don't understand that
- 29:44Speaker 2: when you start giving back and don't. If I don't
- 29:47Speaker 2: get taxed on my Social Security gets what that's money
- 29:49Speaker 2: I won't spend. That's how the economy. That's how the
- 29:52Speaker 2: economy rolls. When you have money to spend. If I'm
- 29:55Speaker 2: able to write off my business expense at one hundred
- 30:00Speaker 2: guess what I'm gonna take that money, I say, and
- 30:02Speaker 2: I'm gonna spend it. That's how the economy rolls. If
- 30:05Speaker 2: I am a waiter are operating off tips and it's
- 30:09Speaker 2: not tax I'm gonna take that money and I'm gonna
- 30:12Speaker 2: spend it.
- 30:12Speaker 1: That's how the economy rolls. And all people don't.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Understand that if you have money, you spend it. I
- 30:18Speaker 2: don't care who you are. And that's what we're talking about.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Not moving into twenty twenty five. I feel it's gonna
- 30:23Speaker 2: be a great year for us all as lung as
- 30:25Speaker 2: we understand if you have a business plan and if
- 30:27Speaker 2: you know somebody like Katrina fitting and you better have
- 30:31Speaker 2: your business plan together. And when you go to the website,
- 30:33Speaker 2: as she said, you know new day for you Financial
- 30:37Speaker 2: dot co.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Yes and click that button. It can change your life.
