- 0:00Speaker 1: Minnesota man has now been arrested after offering to pay
- 0:04Speaker 1: forty five thousand dollars for anyone that wanted to murder
- 0:08Speaker 1: the US Attorney General Pam Bondy. The man in Saint Paul, Minnesota,
- 0:13Speaker 1: is now accused of posting a TikTok video offering to
- 0:17Speaker 1: pay a bounty for the murder of the US Attorney
- 0:19Speaker 1: General Bondi. The suspect, identified as Tyler Maxon Avoloes, allegedly
- 0:25Speaker 1: posted an image of Bondi with a caption that read
- 0:29Speaker 1: wanted Pam Bondy reward forty five thousand dollars dead or
- 0:34Speaker 1: alive than in parentheses it said preferably dead. An image
- 0:40Speaker 1: of the alleged post appears to have a sniperscope dot
- 0:43Speaker 1: on the photo of Bondy in the middle of her
- 0:46Speaker 1: forehead as well. The article says the suspect is also
- 0:50Speaker 1: accused of writing kauf cough when they don't serve us,
- 0:54Speaker 1: then what? A federal investigation was launched once another TikTok
- 0:59Speaker 1: user flag the post. Officials arrest of the suspect in
- 1:03Speaker 1: an apartment building on Thursday, and he now faces federal
- 1:06Speaker 1: charges in the case. The Fox Report also says, then
- 1:11Speaker 1: Nevlus has a long criminal history that includes convictions for
- 1:17Speaker 1: stalking and domestic violence. But don't worry, he's among us
- 1:22Speaker 1: because this is what liberals do. They lit criminals out
- 1:26Speaker 1: of jail. His TikTok account, investigators also noted also featured
- 1:31Speaker 1: anarchist symbols and links to anti government literature. His profile
- 1:37Speaker 1: also brandished a link to an anarchists FAQ book, according
- 1:43Speaker 1: to court filings. Although Ty Cobb, the former White House
- 1:47Speaker 1: Special Council and critic of President Donald Trump, said recently
- 1:51Speaker 1: that Bondi is the most reprehensible person to hold that office.
- 1:56Speaker 1: She has been working alongside officials to crack down on
- 1:59Speaker 1: crimeation and that's why Democrats want are dead. Body also
- 2:05Speaker 1: recently revealed, which made liberals lose their minds, that crime
- 2:08Speaker 1: stats are showing that those effects and efforts by the
- 2:13Speaker 1: government have yielded significant results at the present direction. The
- 2:18Speaker 1: attorntional Bondi posted this last week on acts we are
- 2:21Speaker 1: making America Safe Again. In Washington, d c our law
- 2:25Speaker 1: enforcement partners have made three thousand, eight hundred thirty seven
- 2:30Speaker 1: arrests to date and seized three hundred and sixty one
- 2:35Speaker 1: illegal guns in Memphis, for example, my hometown, two hundred
- 2:40Speaker 1: and seventy three arrests have been made in just under
- 2:43Speaker 1: a week, and seventy three illegal guns have been seized.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Bondy also gave a warning to Democrat leaders who have
- 2:50Speaker 1: threatened Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE officers who are enforcing
- 2:55Speaker 1: deportation laws. The quote coordinated federal push. She described it
- 3:01Speaker 1: is a response to the massive resistance from Democrats to
- 3:06Speaker 1: the enforced deportation of millions of illegal immigrants. Progressive Democrats
- 3:11Speaker 1: defend the migrants because they cannot agree to recognize the
- 3:15Speaker 1: civic distinction between citizens and economic migrants. This resistance is
- 3:21Speaker 1: backed by local business groups which use the migrants to
- 3:24Speaker 1: provide cheap services such as food delivery to the upper
- 3:29Speaker 1: income customers, who are a critical part of the Democrats
- 3:33Speaker 1: voting block and donor base. So here we are in
- 3:38Speaker 1: a real standoff. Democrats are demanding that Pambondies stop enforcing
- 3:43Speaker 1: the law and allowing for anarchy lawlessness to the hands
- 3:47Speaker 1: of illegal immigrants. And if she doesn't do what they
- 3:51Speaker 1: are demanding, they're now posting online that she is wanted
- 3:55Speaker 1: dead with a bounty of forty five thousand dollars on
- 3:58Speaker 1: her head. But this it just goes back to exactly
- 4:01Speaker 1: what democrats are realizing. There is a real, a very
- 4:07Speaker 1: real change in power because the Trump administration is cleaning
- 4:11Speaker 1: house and Ice is the ones that are doing the
- 4:15Speaker 1: tough work. Every so often, something happens that reminds us
- 4:19Speaker 1: just how fragile our freedoms are. We can't afford to
- 4:22Speaker 1: take our rights for granted. We must draw a line
- 4:25Speaker 1: in the sand, and our friends at Patriot Mobile have
- 4:29Speaker 1: been doing just that for more than twelve years. The
- 4:32Speaker 1: truth is there is only one provider that boldly stands
- 4:36Speaker 1: in the gap for Americans who believe freedom is worth
- 4:39Speaker 1: fighting for, and that company is Patriot Mobile. Not only
- 4:42Speaker 1: are they leading the red economy, they're also outpacing the
- 4:46Speaker 1: competition and technology. Patriot Mobile is one of the only
- 4:51Speaker 1: carriers offering premium access to all three major US networks,
- 4:56Speaker 1: giving you nationwide coverage and service that you can count
- 4:59Speaker 1: on day after day. They also offer unlimited data plans,
- 5:03Speaker 1: mobile hotspots, international roaming, internet back up, in so much more,
- 5:08Speaker 1: and switching has never been easier. You can activate in
- 5:12Speaker 1: minutes on your phone from your home or your office,
- 5:16Speaker 1: and you keep your same number you've got now keep
- 5:18Speaker 1: your same phone or upgrade to a new one. And
- 5:20Speaker 1: this is where the magic happens. Every month, about five
- 5:24Speaker 1: percent of your bill is given back to conservative causes
- 5:27Speaker 1: at no extra cost to you that stand up for
- 5:30Speaker 1: our First and our Second Amendment rights, the rights of
- 5:33Speaker 1: unborn children, and are wounded warriors and those that have
- 5:37Speaker 1: fought for a country and wear a badge. So take
- 5:40Speaker 1: a stand today and make a difference with every call
- 5:42Speaker 1: you make. Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
- 5:48Speaker 1: to seven to two Patriot. Use the promo code ferguson
- 5:51Speaker 1: for a free month of service as well. That's Patriotmobile
- 5:55Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot,
- 6:00Speaker 1: And make the switch and make a difference with every
- 6:02Speaker 1: call you make. ICE is doing exactly what the law
- 6:07Speaker 1: says they're supposed to do. Up to a dozen regional
- 6:11Speaker 1: leaders may be reassigned to increase deportation. Is also what
- 6:16Speaker 1: we're now being told at this hour. Donald Trump not
- 6:20Speaker 1: backing down and the power shift that's taking place within
- 6:24Speaker 1: the US Department of Homeland Security as President Donald Trump's
- 6:27Speaker 1: administration is continuing, they say to focus on deporting illegals.
- 6:33Speaker 1: We now know that four senior DHS officials have told
- 6:37Speaker 1: Fox News that changes will affect US Immigration and Customs
- 6:42Speaker 1: enforcement field offices in several cities, noting some senior leaders
- 6:47Speaker 1: will be replaced with Border patrol officials. This news comes
- 6:52Speaker 1: as leader's work to continue increasing deportation numbers. On one
- 6:56Speaker 1: side is Borders our Tom Homan, an ICE director to Alliance,
- 7:00Speaker 1: who have advocated focusing on criminal aliens and those with
- 7:06Speaker 1: final deportation orders. On the other side are the Department
- 7:10Speaker 1: owned Security Secretary Chrissy Nome and Senior Advisor Corey Lewandowski
- 7:15Speaker 1: in Border Patrol Commander Greg Bavino, who have pushed for
- 7:20Speaker 1: a broader and more aggressive approach targeting anyone in the
- 7:24Speaker 1: US illegally to boost deportation numbers. In September, Tom Holman
- 7:29Speaker 1: said nearly one point six million illegals had already self deported.
- 7:35Speaker 1: I want to say that again, Tom Homan said in September,
- 7:39Speaker 1: then nearly one point six million illegals had already self deported.
- 7:43Speaker 1: He added, a lot of people aren't coming, which helped
- 7:46Speaker 1: secure the border, and that was a part of the
- 7:48Speaker 1: strategy from the beginning. If we show consequences. We show
- 7:52Speaker 1: them we're actually out there looking for them, many will leave.
- 7:57Speaker 1: In a social media post on Monday, Fox NewsChain Bill
- 8:00Speaker 1: Malusian reported that quote per four senior DHS and Trump
- 8:04Speaker 1: administration sources, a mass removal of ICE leadership around the
- 8:09Speaker 1: country's underway, with up to twelve ICE Field Office chiefs
- 8:13Speaker 1: being removed and reassigned in an effort to increase deportation
- 8:18Speaker 1: numbers overall. He added this, I'm told the move is
- 8:22Speaker 1: spearheaded by Corn Lewandowski and a handful of ICE chiefs
- 8:26Speaker 1: that will likely be replaced by Border Patrol and CBP officials,
- 8:31Speaker 1: some of whom will be handpicked by aggressive and controversial
- 8:35Speaker 1: Border Patrol Commander Greg Bavino. I'm told some of the
- 8:39Speaker 1: ICE leadership removed from their positions include the ICE field
- 8:43Speaker 1: office directors in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Denver, El Paso,
- 8:52Speaker 1: San Diego, Portland, New Orleans, and those are where the
- 8:57Speaker 1: President is having a lot of problems with pushback from
- 9:00Speaker 1: the radical left. Now you put all this together and
- 9:03Speaker 1: you add it to this report. The Washington Examiner is
- 9:06Speaker 1: reporting that ICE top officials in Denver, La Philly, Phoenix,
- 9:11Speaker 1: San Diego were quietly revealed of their duties last Friday.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Sources are telling the Washington Examiner it was directed from
- 9:19Speaker 1: the top of the Trump administration and the DHS. So
- 9:24Speaker 1: this is now where the Trump administration is. They want
- 9:27Speaker 1: to remake ICE and border patrol more in your face,
- 9:31Speaker 1: more of an aggressive style. We know that this administration
- 9:34Speaker 1: said they're not backing down. This is what the American
- 9:37Speaker 1: people voted for. And now what they've decided to do
- 9:40Speaker 1: is bring in border patrol to overhaul entire ICE operations
- 9:44Speaker 1: across San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, Philadelphia, and Phoenix. Both
- 9:49Speaker 1: are federal law enforcement agencies to deal with immigration, but
- 9:53Speaker 1: in very different ways.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Border Patrol is on the border.
- 9:56Speaker 1: ICE is in the interior mostly, but that it seems
- 10:00Speaker 1: to be changing now. We also know that as of October,
- 10:04Speaker 1: the twentieth Department of Homeland Security is arrested nearly half
- 10:07Speaker 1: a million illegals in the past nine months, and ICE
- 10:10Speaker 1: agents have continuing rounding up convicted killers, sex offenders, and
- 10:16Speaker 1: robbers across the United States. We'll take a quick break,
- 10:19Speaker 1: we'll come right back. There is another part, by the
- 10:23Speaker 1: way of the story that is also very important. You
- 10:26Speaker 1: have the president and those underneath them who are going
- 10:30Speaker 1: into overdrive to take out illegal immigrants and especially those
- 10:34Speaker 1: that are criminals with it, have committed heinous crimes, and
- 10:38Speaker 1: get them out of this country. There's also another strategy
- 10:41Speaker 1: that's playing out before our very eyes by Democrats, and
- 10:44Speaker 1: that's this. They want to demonize ICE agents to the
- 10:48Speaker 1: point where they don't want to do their job, where
- 10:50Speaker 1: they quit, where they disappear. That is what they're trying
- 10:55Speaker 1: to accomplish. Center Dick Durbin has come out and this
- 10:59Speaker 1: is where the leaders of the Democratic Party, and he
- 11:02Speaker 1: is now comparing ICE agents to World War II Japanese
- 11:08Speaker 1: interment camps. There's only one parallel in history, is how
- 11:12Speaker 1: he described it. Dick Durbin making sure that he goes
- 11:18Speaker 1: out of his way to put the lives of ICE
- 11:21Speaker 1: agents at risk, saying this while speaking Monday at the
- 11:26Speaker 1: US Capitol during a Senate Subcommittee on Crime Encounter Terrorism
- 11:31Speaker 1: hearing on Immigration Enforcement Now. During remarks delivered from the
- 11:37Speaker 1: Senate floor, Dick Durbin said this, there was only one
- 11:41Speaker 1: parallel in history that I can think of that has
- 11:45Speaker 1: occurred in my lifetime, and that of course, would be
- 11:48Speaker 1: the interment of one hundred and twenty thousand Japanese Americans
- 11:52Speaker 1: during World War II. Durbin's comparison comes amid a long
- 11:57Speaker 1: record of engagement on immigration issues. Over the years, he
- 12:02Speaker 1: has defended expansive immigration measures, oppose restrictions on illegal aliens,
- 12:08Speaker 1: and frequently linked America's identity to immigration. In March of
- 12:14Speaker 1: twenty twenty four, Durbin blocked a Republican back bill that
- 12:17Speaker 1: would have required ICE to automatically detain illegal aliens charged
- 12:23Speaker 1: with violent crimes, arguing the proposal would deprive immigrants of
- 12:28Speaker 1: due process. The measure, that was introduced by Senator Jony Erst,
- 12:32Speaker 1: sought to detain suspects penning trial to prevent the release
- 12:36Speaker 1: under lenient local policies. Earlier this year, Durbin also marked
- 12:41Speaker 1: the twelfth year anniversary of the Obama era Deferred Action
- 12:46Speaker 1: for Childhood Arrivals known as DACA program, by calling its
- 12:51Speaker 1: beneficiaries the future of our countries. So not your kids,
- 12:55Speaker 1: not your grandkids, he says, the future of our country's
- 12:58Speaker 1: illegal immigrants. He has repeatedly pushed for the passage of
- 13:02Speaker 1: the Dream Act, which would provide permanent legal status and
- 13:06Speaker 1: a pathicizenship for millions of illegal aliens. Durbin's emphasis, by
- 13:11Speaker 1: the way, I'm protecting foreign nationals has also drawn attention
- 13:15Speaker 1: throughout his career. In eighteen, for example, he even said
- 13:18Speaker 1: to MPR that the United States must remain a quote
- 13:21Speaker 1: nation of immigrants, describing diversity as America's strength and rejecting,
- 13:26Speaker 1: as he described to efforts to scale back even legal immigration.
- 13:32Speaker 1: That stance reflected his decades long relationship on the issue,
- 13:36Speaker 1: dating back to his original introduction of the Dream Act
- 13:40Speaker 1: alongside former Center Orrin Hatch. This is again part of
- 13:44Speaker 1: the Democrats playbook, but Durbin has been now ratching up
- 13:49Speaker 1: the rhetoric for Americans to hate ice agents, something he's
- 13:53Speaker 1: never done before. In fact, you can even look back
- 13:56Speaker 1: at Dick Durbin's immigration activism and times he's sparked controversy.
- 14:01Speaker 1: In twenty thirteen, for example, he spoke at Chicago's May
- 14:06Speaker 1: Day March, which featured open socialists and anarchists, where he
- 14:10Speaker 1: urged the crowd to fight for immigration reform. When questioned
- 14:14Speaker 1: about his participation, Durbin explained his attendance on free speech grounds,
- 14:18Speaker 1: saying you believed in the Constitution's protection of expression for
- 14:22Speaker 1: all groups. Durbin has also worked with Chuck Grassley on
- 14:26Speaker 1: the H one B visa reforms. In September of this year,
- 14:30Speaker 1: the parisonal letter to major technology CEOs questioning why companies
- 14:34Speaker 1: were laying off American workers while continuing to hire foreign
- 14:39Speaker 1: employees under the visa program. The letters cited concerns about
- 14:44Speaker 1: wage's disparities and the impact on American workers. Now, Durbin
- 14:48Speaker 1: has also joined Republican colleagues proposed reforms to the lesser
- 14:52Speaker 1: known L dash one visa program, which allows multi national
- 14:58Speaker 1: corporations to transfer foreign employees to the United States. The
- 15:03Speaker 1: bipartisan proposal would impose a new wage standards and time
- 15:06Speaker 1: limits on both L one's and H one B visa
- 15:10Speaker 1: holders to prevent abuse to the program by firms replacing
- 15:14Speaker 1: American professionals with cheaper foreign labor.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Now, his broader.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Legislative record underscores his consistent role as one of its
- 15:24Speaker 1: most activist voices on immigration, from advocating amnesty negotiations with
- 15:29Speaker 1: Senator Tom Tillis following migrant death to the Southern border
- 15:33Speaker 1: in twenty twenty two to denouncing the term chain migration
- 15:37Speaker 1: as offensive and even describing it in a way that
- 15:40Speaker 1: would make you think it's racist, despite having used it
- 15:43Speaker 1: himself in a White House meeting just days earlier. Durbin
- 15:47Speaker 1: has maintained his long standing argument that immigration defines the
- 15:51Speaker 1: American character, our national character, and they, he says, they,
- 15:55Speaker 1: not us, are the future of this country. So let
- 16:00Speaker 1: us look at how radical the Democratic Party has become.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Dick Durbin is now saying, I believe that ICE agents
- 16:08Speaker 1: are comparable to World War two Japanese internment camps. He says,
- 16:13Speaker 1: there's only one parallel in history. Now, why would Dick
- 16:17Speaker 1: Durbin doing this knowing that ICE agents have been shot at,
- 16:21Speaker 1: have been targeted, their families have been targeted, their places
- 16:25Speaker 1: of business have been targeted, and people have been killed
- 16:28Speaker 1: in those attacks. That is the question that everyone should
- 16:33Speaker 1: be asking. Why is Durbin doing this?
- 16:36Speaker 2: Right now? I'll tell you why.
- 16:39Speaker 1: I think he's doing it because he believes that this
- 16:42Speaker 1: is the only way for the Democratic Party to survive.
- 16:46Speaker 1: We also know that while all of these shenanigans are
- 16:49Speaker 1: happening on Capitol Hill, that something else has happened. That's
- 16:52Speaker 1: pretty incredible. In Virginia, ICE has arrested three times to
- 16:58Speaker 1: poort it illegal alien use of assaulting a police officer.
- 17:03Speaker 1: This is what America voted for. ICE agents arrested a
- 17:07Speaker 1: three time deport illegal alien this week after he was
- 17:10Speaker 1: accused of violently assaulting a police officer, among other violent crimes.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Carlos Ramirez Guzman, an illegal alien from El Salvador, arrested
- 17:20Speaker 1: by agents in Arlington, Virginia, right outside of Washington, d C.
- 17:25Speaker 1: He has a twenty one year Say that again, he
- 17:30Speaker 1: has a twenty one year criminal record, not an El Salvador,
- 17:37Speaker 1: but in the United States of America. His criminal record
- 17:42Speaker 1: includes charges for aggravate assault with a deadly weapon on
- 17:47Speaker 1: a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, exhibition of a dangerous weapon,
- 17:53Speaker 1: resisting arrest, obstructing and or opposing a law enforcement officer,
- 17:59Speaker 1: as well as disorderly conduct and illegally re entering the US,
- 18:03Speaker 1: which is also a felony, even though Democrats believe that
- 18:07Speaker 1: it's not. Not only has this man been removed from
- 18:10Speaker 1: our country on three previous occasions, but he also has
- 18:14Speaker 1: a violent criminal history of assault with a deadly weapon
- 18:17Speaker 1: on a law enforcement officer. And this is just part
- 18:21Speaker 1: of what the White House said in a statement. They
- 18:24Speaker 1: also talked about the domestic battery resisting arrests, and they said,
- 18:27Speaker 1: under President Trump and Secretary Nome, this criminal legal aliens
- 18:31Speaker 1: crime spree has come to an end.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Good riddance. You're not welcome in this country. Now.
- 18:38Speaker 1: You may ask yourself this, when was he arrested and
- 18:41Speaker 1: when was he deported? Well, Guzman had been deported on
- 18:45Speaker 1: three separate occasions, back in two thousand and six then
- 18:49Speaker 1: again in twenty and fourteen, then again in two thy
- 18:53Speaker 1: and sixteen. His last re entry, likely via the US
- 18:57Speaker 1: Mexico border, was an unknown date at an unknown time,
- 19:01Speaker 1: making him one of millions of unknown guidaways living in
- 19:05Speaker 1: the US undetected by federal immigration officials. So here we are.
- 19:11Speaker 1: You are up to date on what's happening. And there
- 19:13Speaker 1: are two visions, two views of what should happen in
- 19:16Speaker 1: this country. Democrats are doubling, tripling, quadrupling down on the
- 19:21Speaker 1: idea that, no matter what, illegal immigrants are, the future
- 19:26Speaker 1: of this country, not you, an American citizen. And we
- 19:30Speaker 1: also know they're willing to advocate, protect, and defend the
- 19:33Speaker 1: illegal immigrant criminals, and they're not backing down from their
- 19:38Speaker 1: rhetoric which is causing ICE agents to be attacked in
- 19:41Speaker 1: this country by American citizens. And that's the difference between
- 19:45Speaker 1: law and lawlessness. Thank goodness, President Trump is the guy
- 19:49Speaker 1: who's in charge of the law and order. Now, all right,
- 19:53Speaker 1: I want to get to some other breaking news. It's
- 19:55Speaker 1: very important. It deals with what happened in Israel. If
- 19:59Speaker 1: you remember, there was a peace agreement, and very quickly
- 20:02Speaker 1: that peace agreement has ended because of the terrorists in Hamas.
- 20:08Speaker 1: We now know that Nat Nyahu has decided to order
- 20:11Speaker 1: the army to quote carry out powerful strikes in Gaza.
- 20:17Speaker 1: The Israeli Prime Minister saying that he's ordered the army
- 20:20Speaker 1: to immediately carry out powerful strikes in Gaza, in a
- 20:23Speaker 1: new test for the US broker ceasefire Natyah, who made
- 20:27Speaker 1: the announcement shortly after Israel said that Hamas had opened
- 20:31Speaker 1: fire on Israeli forces in southern Gaza. The tensions were
- 20:35Speaker 1: already high after Hamas returned a set of remains that
- 20:38Speaker 1: Israel said belonged to a body of an Israeli hostage
- 20:42Speaker 1: that had been recovered earlier in the war. Line about
- 20:46Speaker 1: the remains, nat Nah, who called the return quote a
- 20:49Speaker 1: clear violation of the ceasefire agreement, which requires Hamas to
- 20:53Speaker 1: return all Israeli hostage remains as soon as possible, as
- 20:57Speaker 1: nat Yah, who initially waited a possible response, Israel's media
- 21:02Speaker 1: said options could include halting the entry of humanitarian aid
- 21:06Speaker 1: to Gaza, expanding Israeli control of Gaza, or carrying out
- 21:10Speaker 1: airstrikes targeting Hamas leaders. And a sign of the fragility
- 21:15Speaker 1: of the ceasefire, Israeli troops were shot at at the
- 21:19Speaker 1: southern city of rafon Tuesday, and they returned fire. According
- 21:23Speaker 1: to Israeli military officials, there are still thirteen bodies of
- 21:27Speaker 1: hostages in Gaza. Hamas said Tuesday it has recovered the
- 21:32Speaker 1: body of a hostage that it plans to hand over
- 21:35Speaker 1: this evening, they claim. A journalist also witnessed would appear
- 21:40Speaker 1: to be a white body bag being carried out from
- 21:43Speaker 1: a tunnel by several men, including some mass terrace and
- 21:47Speaker 1: then transported into an ambulance. It was not immediately clear
- 21:52Speaker 1: what was in the bag. The slow return of hostages
- 21:55Speaker 1: bodies is posing a challenge to implementing the next stages
- 21:59Speaker 1: of the ceasefire, which will address even naughtier issues such
- 22:03Speaker 1: as the disarmament of Hamas, the deployment of an international
- 22:07Speaker 1: security force in Gaza and deciding who will govern that
- 22:11Speaker 1: territory now. Hamas has said it is struggling to locate
- 22:15Speaker 1: the bodies of the Israeli hostages amid the vast destruction
- 22:18Speaker 1: they claim of Gaza, while Israel has accused the terrorist
- 22:22Speaker 1: group of purposely delaying their return. Over the weekend, Egypt
- 22:26Speaker 1: also deployed a team of experts and heavy equipment to
- 22:30Speaker 1: help search for the bodies of the remaining hostages. The
- 22:33Speaker 1: work continued Tuesday. This the second time since the ceasefire
- 22:38Speaker 1: began on October tenth that remains turned over by Hamas
- 22:43Speaker 1: have been problematic. Israel said that one of the bodies
- 22:46Speaker 1: Hamas released in the first week of the ceasefire actually
- 22:50Speaker 1: belonged to an unidentified Palestinian, not to a Jewish hostage.
- 22:56Speaker 1: During a previous ceasefire in February of twenty twenty five,
- 23:00Speaker 1: Hamasa had handed over the bodies of three hostages, but
- 23:03Speaker 1: testing showed that one of the bodies returned was identified
- 23:07Speaker 1: as a Palestinian woman. Yes, that is just how evil
- 23:12Speaker 1: the terrorists actually are, and it make matters worse. It
- 23:16Speaker 1: looks like that the terrorists are actually doing much of
- 23:20Speaker 1: this on purpose, some sort of mental warfare. I'll give
- 23:24Speaker 1: you a perfect example of that. One of the people
- 23:27Speaker 1: that was kidnapped from the Nova Music festival in October
- 23:30Speaker 1: the seventh of twenty twenty three, in that hamas Let
- 23:33Speaker 1: attack on Israel that started this entire war. When we
- 23:37Speaker 1: now know that they have returned the remains of one
- 23:41Speaker 1: body three different times, that's right. The young man and
- 23:46Speaker 1: his family have now said that not only was he
- 23:49Speaker 1: killed in captivity and his body was retrieved by Israeli
- 23:52Speaker 1: troops in November of twenty twenty three, but in March
- 23:55Speaker 1: of twenty four, his family received additional remains for burial.
- 23:59Speaker 1: The family said that now more remains have been received
- 24:04Speaker 1: in Israel. The family said in a statement this morning
- 24:08Speaker 1: that this is the third time we have been forced
- 24:11Speaker 1: to open our son's grave and rebury our sun.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Now you may remember.
- 24:18Speaker 1: That in exchange for the fifteen dead hostages returned from
- 24:21Speaker 1: Gaza since the ceasefire began, Israel has handed back to
- 24:26Speaker 1: Gaza one hundred and ninety five Palasinian bodies the last
- 24:30Speaker 1: twenty living hostages returned to Israel at the start of
- 24:33Speaker 1: the ceasefire. In exchange, Israel freed roughly two thousand Palestinian prisoners.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Earlier on Tuesday, Israeli authorities said they had killed three
- 24:45Speaker 1: Palisinian terriors early during an operation in the northern part
- 24:50Speaker 1: of the occupied West Bank. The latest action in Israel
- 24:53Speaker 1: stepped up military activity in the territory since the October
- 24:57Speaker 1: seventh a Maas attacks Israeli police. He said the three
- 25:00Speaker 1: men were shot as they came out of a cave
- 25:04Speaker 1: near Jennin, a town in the northern West Bank known.
- 25:07Speaker 2: As a terrast stronghold.
- 25:09Speaker 1: The Israeli military said in a statement that the terrorists
- 25:12Speaker 1: took part in the tar activity in Genin, but gave
- 25:15Speaker 1: no further details. Two terrists were shot and killed in
- 25:19Speaker 1: the initial volley of gunfire. The third, who was wounded,
- 25:23Speaker 1: was killed shortly after, according to Israeli military. An earlier
- 25:27Speaker 1: statement said the Israeli military carried down airstrike shortly afterwards
- 25:31Speaker 1: destroy the cave. The army confirmed an airstrike in the area,
- 25:34Speaker 1: but gave no further details as well. Hamas of course
- 25:37Speaker 1: condemning the strike and later identified two of the three
- 25:40Speaker 1: men as terras with Hamas's Casalam brigades. The third man
- 25:46Speaker 1: was referred to as a comrade. No additional information has
- 25:50Speaker 1: been given by the terrorists organization. So this is another
- 25:53Speaker 1: example of how do you live next to terraces that
- 25:56Speaker 1: are willing to torture your family, giving you partial remains
- 26:00Speaker 1: three different times, forcing you to open up the grave
- 26:03Speaker 1: and rebury your son three different times. Israel says its operations,
- 26:08Speaker 1: by the way, are continuing to crack down on terrace
- 26:13Speaker 1: in the West Bank. Palestinians and human rights groups say
- 26:16Speaker 1: scores of uninvolved civilians have also been among the dead,
- 26:21Speaker 1: while tens of thousands of people have been displaced from
- 26:23Speaker 1: their homes. We also know that over sixty eight thousand
- 26:26Speaker 1: Palacinians they claim have died in the two year in
- 26:29Speaker 1: the Gaza War, according to Gaza's health ministry, if you
- 26:33Speaker 1: actually believe those numbers. The military also maintains detailed casuary
- 26:38Speaker 1: records that are seen as generally reliable to you and
- 26:41Speaker 1: agencies and independent experts.
- 26:44Speaker 2: They claim.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Israel is disputing those numbers, saying that they are heavily
- 26:50Speaker 1: changed from reality in Gaza. So again, this is where
- 26:56Speaker 1: we are, and the President of the United States of
- 26:57Speaker 1: America has made it clear that Israel has the right
- 27:00Speaker 1: to continue to defend itself and finally, some breaking.
- 27:06Speaker 2: News for you.
- 27:07Speaker 1: A federal judge has indefinitely blocked Trump's shut down. Layoffs
- 27:12Speaker 1: were being told a federal judge in San Francisco on Tuesday,
- 27:17Speaker 1: a activist judge indefinitely barred the Trump administration from firing
- 27:22Speaker 1: federal employees during the government's shutdown, saying that labor unions
- 27:26Speaker 1: were likely to prevail on their claims that the cuts
- 27:29Speaker 1: were in arbitrary and politically motivated quote unquote. The radical
- 27:36Speaker 1: US District judge Susan Ilston, a Clinton appointee, granted the
- 27:41Speaker 1: preliminary injunction that bars the firings while a lawsuit challenging
- 27:45Speaker 1: them plays out. She had issued a temporary restraining order
- 27:49Speaker 1: against the job cuts that were set to expire on Wednesday.
- 27:53Speaker 1: The judges said she believes the evidence will ultimately show
- 27:57Speaker 1: that the mass firings were not only illegal, but she
- 28:01Speaker 1: claims an excess of authority. Federal agencies are enjoined from
- 28:07Speaker 1: issuing layoff notices or acting on notses issued since the
- 28:11Speaker 1: government's shut down October one. The judge said that her
- 28:14Speaker 1: order does not apply to notice is sent before. She
- 28:18Speaker 1: says the shutdown. The Republican administration, by the way, has
- 28:22Speaker 1: done what they said they were going to do, slash
- 28:25Speaker 1: jobs they've done in education, health, and other areas it
- 28:29Speaker 1: says are favored by Democrats. The administration has also said
- 28:33Speaker 1: it would not tap roughly five billion in contingency funds
- 28:37Speaker 1: to keep benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, referred
- 28:42Speaker 1: to as SNAP, flowing into November. The American Federation of
- 28:47Speaker 1: Government Employees and other labor unions have sued by the
- 28:50Speaker 1: way to stop the reductions in forced layoffs, saying the
- 28:54Speaker 1: firings were an abuse of power designed solely to punish
- 28:57Speaker 1: workers and then to pressure Congress to get a deal done.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Attorneys for the government said the district court does not
- 29:06Speaker 1: have the authority to hear personnel challenges and that Trump
- 29:10Speaker 1: has brought authority to reduce the federal workforce as he
- 29:13Speaker 1: pledged to do during the campaign, saying this the president
- 29:17Speaker 1: was elected on this specific platform. That is what the
- 29:20Speaker 1: assistant US attorney said, saying the American people selected someone
- 29:25Speaker 1: known above all else for his eloquence in communicating to
- 29:29Speaker 1: employees that you're fired. This is what they voted for.
- 29:34Speaker 1: So there is a standoff.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Now.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Democrats continue to go to court to try to harass
- 29:39Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America. That seems
- 29:42Speaker 1: to be the main goal, and the President of the
- 29:45Speaker 1: United States of America seems to be making it clear
- 29:48Speaker 1: he's not backing down, and there's a very good chance
- 29:51Speaker 1: that this will be overturned by an upper court very
- 29:56Speaker 1: very quickly. Don't forget share this podcast please with your
- 29:59Speaker 1: family and your friends wherever they are, and I will
- 30:03Speaker 1: see you back here tomorrow.
