- 0:00Speaker 1: Out.
- 0:01Speaker 2: We are now getting news that a Biden appointed judge
- 0:05Speaker 2: has blocked Donald Trump's new verification system to remove foreign
- 0:12Speaker 2: nationals from our voter roles. Yeah, you want to talk
- 0:18Speaker 2: about fraud, You want to talk about people that shouldn't
- 0:21Speaker 2: be voting in our elections actually getting to vote in
- 0:24Speaker 2: our elections. Well, this is a perfect example of that.
- 0:30Speaker 2: This federal judge appointed by President Joe Biden has black
- 0:34Speaker 2: President Trump's administration from using an updated verification system known
- 0:40Speaker 2: as the SAVE program to remove foreign nationals from state
- 0:45Speaker 2: voter roles. Now, on Monday, the judge appointed to the
- 0:50Speaker 2: United States District Court for the District Columbia by Biden
- 0:54Speaker 2: issued an order specifically to prevent the Trump administration from
- 1:00Speaker 2: using a streamlined version of the federal government SAVE program
- 1:04Speaker 2: to combat voter fraud. Now, this is all about just
- 1:06Speaker 2: combating voter fraud. Like, that's it. The update to SAVE
- 1:10Speaker 2: allows states to more quickly verify that only American citizens
- 1:15Speaker 2: are voting in federal elections by no longer requiring that
- 1:20Speaker 2: all nine digits of a voter's registrant social Security number
- 1:26Speaker 2: have to be entered to verify eligibility. Quote. This case
- 1:32Speaker 2: implicates two fundamental rights that protect Americans from government overreach.
- 1:37Speaker 2: The right to privacy and the right to vote, is
- 1:39Speaker 2: what the judge said. This is incredible, by the way,
- 1:44Speaker 2: in the past year, several federal agencies have joined forces
- 1:47Speaker 2: to create a centralized federal database that contains the private
- 1:51Speaker 2: information of United States citizens, including social Security numbers, citizenship status,
- 1:55Speaker 2: and other sense of data. But decades ago, she went
- 1:59Speaker 2: on to say, in Congress put protections in place to
- 2:01Speaker 2: prevent precisely this type of centralized data bank, And the
- 2:06Speaker 2: record in this case shows that federal agencies that created
- 2:09Speaker 2: this database knew that the database violated those set story protections.
- 2:13Speaker 2: The agencies were scrambling to comply with an executive order
- 2:17Speaker 2: aimed at reshaping federal elections, which directs them to create
- 2:21Speaker 2: a system for mass voter verification. So they combined and
- 2:26Speaker 2: repurposed the private information millions of Americans, including citizenship data
- 2:31Speaker 2: that they knew to be unreliable. Since then, states have
- 2:35Speaker 2: partnered with the federal government to access the database and
- 2:38Speaker 2: are actively removing United States citizens from voter roles based
- 2:42Speaker 2: on inaccurate information quote unquote. All in all, the federal
- 2:45Speaker 2: government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American
- 2:49Speaker 2: citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote.
- 2:52Speaker 2: This Court cannot stand idly by while this happens. Emphasis
- 2:56Speaker 2: added of course there. Okay, So let me be clear.
- 3:01Speaker 2: You have a president that's trying to make sure that
- 3:03Speaker 2: people aren't voting in our elections that are here illegally,
- 3:06Speaker 2: that aren't allowed to vote, and immediately a wack of
- 3:10Speaker 2: Biden judge is like, nope, we got to let those
- 3:13Speaker 2: illegals and people that are not eligible to vote vote
- 3:16Speaker 2: in our elections. Now. A US Citizenship and Integration Services
- 3:20Speaker 2: spokesman previously said that that the update say program was
- 3:26Speaker 2: necessary to quote ensure America's elections are reserved exclusively for
- 3:31Speaker 2: American citizens. By the way, what's like wrong with that?
- 3:35Speaker 2: Like that that should just be like very logical, Like hey, who,
- 3:40Speaker 2: by the way, that's what the law says. Can we
- 3:43Speaker 2: can we also just talk about that for a second,
- 3:44Speaker 2: Like the law actually says that only American citizens. Okay,
- 3:52Speaker 2: only American citizens. I want to say that one more time.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Only Americans citizens are supposed to vote in our elections.
- 4:03Speaker 2: I don't know what else to say. If you think
- 4:08Speaker 2: that people that are that are not in this country legally,
- 4:12Speaker 2: and you think that illegal immigrants should be able to vote,
- 4:15Speaker 2: and you then then the question is why, what is
- 4:19Speaker 2: the nefarious reason why? I think it's a pretty simple answer.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I think the answer is pretty obvious, and that answer
- 4:33Speaker 2: is because you want to defraud the will and overthrow
- 4:38Speaker 2: the will of the people. You don't like the outcome
- 4:42Speaker 2: of what the elections are going to be only with
- 4:45Speaker 2: American citizens, so you want to pack the books to
- 4:49Speaker 2: your advantage. And so that for you is like the
- 4:52Speaker 2: holy graaly, yep, that's all we need. Got it, Let's
- 4:54Speaker 2: roll like like like that's all we got to do here,
- 4:58Speaker 2: Let's just let's it's just And this is part of
- 5:01Speaker 2: the open border strategy. You flood this country with the
- 5:04Speaker 2: legal immigrants, tends of millions of them. You figure out
- 5:07Speaker 2: a way to get them to vote in our elections,
- 5:09Speaker 2: and then once you pull that off, how do you
- 5:11Speaker 2: stop it? And you get them to vote in local elections,
- 5:13Speaker 2: By the way, Liberals have been advocating for them voting
- 5:15Speaker 2: in local elections for as long as I can remember,
- 5:18Speaker 2: which is also scary as hell. And then you can
- 5:21Speaker 2: fundamentally change this country. That's what this really does boil
- 5:26Speaker 2: down to at this point, like that is the actual ballgame.
- 5:32Speaker 2: You look at this judge, and what this judge is
- 5:34Speaker 2: saying is, sorry, I can't let only American citizens vote.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Like American elections under the Democratic Party are actually not
- 5:43Speaker 2: reserved exclusively for Americans. We're not going to allow that
- 5:49Speaker 2: to be even though that is what the law says.
- 5:51Speaker 2: And I go back to the point on this, which
- 5:53Speaker 2: is the law actually says that our elections are supposed
- 5:57Speaker 2: to be only for Americans. All right, I want to
- 6:01Speaker 2: take a moment. I want to talk to you about
- 6:02Speaker 2: a company that I use every day. It's called Patriot Mobile.
- 6:06Speaker 2: And so many brands today claim to stand for American values,
- 6:09Speaker 2: but most of the time, well it's all talk and
- 6:12Speaker 2: it's no action. That's why Patriot Mobile is different. For
- 6:15Speaker 2: more than twelve years, Patriot Mobile has been living their
- 6:19Speaker 2: values and standing in the gap for every American who
- 6:22Speaker 2: believes freedom is worth fighting for. Their business was founded
- 6:26Speaker 2: on a simple conviction if culture is being shaped through commerce,
- 6:31Speaker 2: Americans deserve a real conservative alternative. Now today, Patriot Mobile
- 6:36Speaker 2: is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, and what they
- 6:41Speaker 2: offer is premium priority nationwide service on any of the
- 6:45Speaker 2: three major US networks, you get unlimited data plans, international roaming,
- 6:50Speaker 2: and a one hundred percent US based customer support team.
- 6:54Speaker 2: And with Patriot Mobile you can even have two separate
- 6:57Speaker 2: networks on one phone. That gives you unmatched coverage and
- 7:02Speaker 2: peace of mind you can't get with the other carriers. Now,
- 7:05Speaker 2: besides the great tech, what truly sets Patriot Mobile apart
- 7:09Speaker 2: is their mission. Every year, Patriot Mobile contributes millions let
- 7:14Speaker 2: me say that again, millions of dollars to organizations defending
- 7:18Speaker 2: free speech, religious liberty, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment,
- 7:23Speaker 2: and America's future. Patriot Mobile isn't sitting on the sidelines.
- 7:27Speaker 2: They're on the front lines fighting for our freedoms. And
- 7:29Speaker 2: every time you pay your bill, that's what you're supporting.
- 7:33Speaker 2: So join the movement today and get amazing coverage. Go
- 7:36Speaker 2: to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, Patriot Mobile dot com
- 7:41Speaker 2: slash ferguson, or call them nine to seven to Patriot
- 7:45Speaker 2: use the promo code ferguson you'll get a free month
- 7:48Speaker 2: of service. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
- 7:52Speaker 2: to seven to Patriot and make that switch today. And
- 7:56Speaker 2: so now what we have is a democratic party that
- 7:58Speaker 2: has found activist judges and put them in office. And
- 8:01Speaker 2: the activist judges are now saying no, no, no, We're going
- 8:03Speaker 2: to stop the law from actually being used and protecting
- 8:08Speaker 2: that only American citizens are the ones voting. I asked
- 8:12Speaker 2: the question, and I don't say it in a joking way,
- 8:14Speaker 2: like whose side are you on? I can tell you
- 8:17Speaker 2: exactly whose side they're on. They're on the side of
- 8:19Speaker 2: the illegal immigrant. These judges are on the side of
- 8:22Speaker 2: the illegal immigrant. These judges that have been put into
- 8:26Speaker 2: these positions of power want to remake fundamentally what the
- 8:31Speaker 2: United States of America is. They do not want law
- 8:36Speaker 2: and order for Americans. They want anarchy and chaos, and
- 8:38Speaker 2: they want to give rights to the illegal immigrants in
- 8:42Speaker 2: this country, and they want to ultimately give them what citizenship.
- 8:46Speaker 2: I mean, Ultimately, this is really just about citizenship, is
- 8:50Speaker 2: it not. It's about flooding this country of people that
- 8:53Speaker 2: came from other countries where Marxism and socialism and communism
- 8:58Speaker 2: were the norm. They're way more likely Okay again, I'm
- 9:04Speaker 2: gonna be clear, they are way more likely to be
- 9:07Speaker 2: in favor of it or vote for it. Here in America,
- 9:11Speaker 2: when you bring in people that are legal immigrants from
- 9:13Speaker 2: other countries and you say, hey, vote for me, right,
- 9:16Speaker 2: so and so, I'll give you free stuff. Gavin Newsom's
- 9:19Speaker 2: a great example of that. Hell, Joe Biden was a
- 9:21Speaker 2: great example of that. Kama Harris a great example of this.
- 9:23Speaker 2: If you can have every illegal immigrant and you bribe
- 9:26Speaker 2: them with free government aid, we give it legal immigrants
- 9:29Speaker 2: more in this country than other countries give their own citizens.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Think about that, and what this judge is saying is, Yeah,
- 9:37Speaker 2: I'm going to be an activist. I'm going to make
- 9:39Speaker 2: sure that as many illegal immigrants as I can help
- 9:45Speaker 2: vote in the elections are able to vote in American elections.
- 9:50Speaker 2: I'm going to fight against Donald Trump, and I'm going
- 9:53Speaker 2: to fight against law and order, and I'm going to
- 9:55Speaker 2: fight against what the laws say on the books because
- 9:59Speaker 2: I I was put here by an activist. I was
- 10:04Speaker 2: put here by someone that did not respect the laws
- 10:06Speaker 2: in the United States of America, and I don't respect
- 10:08Speaker 2: the laws of this country either. So I'm going to
- 10:10Speaker 2: write an activist paper, which actually is when you rephrase that,
- 10:15Speaker 2: not a paper, it's a ruling and that is what
- 10:18Speaker 2: we have now just witnessed. It is a ruling, a
- 10:22Speaker 2: ruling by an activist judge. And this is why I
- 10:26Speaker 2: say it over and over again. But you want to
- 10:28Speaker 2: know why elections are so important. The damage that is
- 10:31Speaker 2: being done to this country, even though Joe Biden is
- 10:34Speaker 2: no longer in the White House, is truly shocking, because
- 10:40Speaker 2: when you get into power and you are a president,
- 10:42Speaker 2: whether it's Barack Obama or Joe Biden, you get to
- 10:46Speaker 2: a point, so many different people to office and they
- 10:51Speaker 2: get to then continue on your radical legacy for decades.
- 10:56Speaker 2: And that is not an exaggeration. Look at this court
- 11:00Speaker 2: justices who are put in there by hardcore liberals. Look
- 11:03Speaker 2: at their legacy continuing on even what Bill Clinton did,
- 11:07Speaker 2: what Barack Obama advocated for. You want to know why
- 11:11Speaker 2: I had no problem voting for Donald Trump all three times.
- 11:14Speaker 2: I look no forther than the Supreme Court of the
- 11:15Speaker 2: United States of America, because I understand that there are
- 11:19Speaker 2: consequences to elections. And even if you don't like a guy,
- 11:23Speaker 2: he may only be there for four years, but look
- 11:26Speaker 2: at what he gets to do while he's there for
- 11:29Speaker 2: those four years. Look at who he gets to a
- 11:31Speaker 2: point while he is there for those four years. That
- 11:35Speaker 2: is the point that people forget. That is the concept
- 11:38Speaker 2: that people don't under you know, they just they look
- 11:40Speaker 2: the other way. They're too busy, they don't care. And
- 11:43Speaker 2: now all of a sudden, here's another reminder of it.
- 11:47Speaker 2: You have a judge, now, a Biden radical judge, who
- 11:51Speaker 2: has just stepped in here and said, uh uh, I'm
- 11:55Speaker 2: going to block Donald Trump's new verification system to remove
- 11:59Speaker 2: foreign nationals from the voter roles. In layman's terms, I
- 12:04Speaker 2: am going to make sure that American's elections are not
- 12:08Speaker 2: reserved exclusively for American citizens. I'm going to make sure
- 12:12Speaker 2: that America's elections are infiltrated by anyone that wants to
- 12:18Speaker 2: defraud the system. That's what I'm going to do as
- 12:22Speaker 2: a judge. And this is exactly why the midterms also
- 12:26Speaker 2: matter so much. The judge, a judge, i should say,
- 12:32Speaker 2: has shut down the Trump Admin database used to remove
- 12:36Speaker 2: non citizens from voter roles. And this is now being
- 12:40Speaker 2: celebrated by the left. Now, this was, as I mentioned,
- 12:45Speaker 2: I think it was yesterday you had a Biden appointed
- 12:48Speaker 2: federal judge that not only shut down the database used
- 12:50Speaker 2: to remove my citizens from voter roles. But now the
- 12:53Speaker 2: left is saying that this is a massive victory. It's
- 12:56Speaker 2: exactly what I predicted. They want law walllessness in our
- 13:01Speaker 2: country and especially in our elections. Now our elections are
- 13:04Speaker 2: supposed to be American citizens vote, not illegal immigrants. What's
- 13:10Speaker 2: even more interesting is the seventy five page opinion that
- 13:13Speaker 2: was issued by Sparko L Suk Nunnan follows a civil
- 13:20Speaker 2: action suit against the Department of Homelanned Security, the Social
- 13:23Speaker 2: Security Administration, and the State of Texas by parties including
- 13:26Speaker 2: the League of Women Voters. Now, this was a very
- 13:30Speaker 2: big opinion and the decision set aside a modified version
- 13:34Speaker 2: of the systematic Alien Verification for entitlements known as the
- 13:39Speaker 2: SAVE system, and that was all created following the Trump
- 13:43Speaker 2: signed executive order to verify the citizenship or immigration status
- 13:47Speaker 2: of registered voters or individuals registered to vote, and this
- 13:50Speaker 2: was all put in place by the Department of Owned
- 13:52Speaker 2: Security and the Social Security Administration. Nonon justified vacating the
- 13:58Speaker 2: SAVE system by citing quote two fundamental rights that protect
- 14:02Speaker 2: Americans from government overreach, namely that she said the right
- 14:07Speaker 2: to privacy and the right to vote. Now, she pointed
- 14:11Speaker 2: to the twenty twenty five modified version of the SAY
- 14:13Speaker 2: system as the quote overreach, as it included the records
- 14:17Speaker 2: of natural born American citizens direct access, she says SSA
- 14:22Speaker 2: so Security Administration records and allowed state users to conduct
- 14:25Speaker 2: automated bulk searches rather than individual inquiries. Now this is
- 14:30Speaker 2: an activist judge. When you dive into more of what
- 14:34Speaker 2: she said, you find out just how much more activists
- 14:37Speaker 2: she actually is. She said the database shared among several
- 14:41Speaker 2: federal agencies, So this is all federal agencies that have
- 14:44Speaker 2: this information they're cross checking. It basically contained private information
- 14:49Speaker 2: on US citizens and thus violates protections put in place
- 14:52Speaker 2: by Congress to prevent centralized data banks, including the Computer
- 14:58Speaker 2: Matching and Privacy Protection Act Says of nineteen eighty eight.
- 15:01Speaker 2: All right, translation, I don't want you to be able
- 15:05Speaker 2: to check in any way if someone is a citizen.
- 15:07Speaker 2: So therefore, I'm going to say that all the databases
- 15:10Speaker 2: that we have, and the same database that we have,
- 15:14Speaker 2: you can't use. Because I want illegal immigrants and dead
- 15:17Speaker 2: people to be able to vote in our elections. Why
- 15:19Speaker 2: would you want that to happen unless it's solely for
- 15:22Speaker 2: one reason? And that is, for to commit voter fraud. Now,
- 15:26Speaker 2: the defendants argued that other more specific immigration laws overrode
- 15:31Speaker 2: the general restrictions of the nineteen eighty eight Act. Specifically,
- 15:35Speaker 2: they pointed to the Illegal Immigration Reform an Immigration Responsibility
- 15:39Speaker 2: Act of ninety six, which actually mandates that the federal
- 15:43Speaker 2: government responded to state inquiries to verify the citizenship status
- 15:46Speaker 2: of any individual. By the way, Democrats hate that. The
- 15:50Speaker 2: judge declared the argument not a winner, quote unquote, Like
- 15:53Speaker 2: that's our actual words, not a winner. I mean one
- 15:56Speaker 2: hell of illegal brief when you just say, quote unquote,
- 15:59Speaker 2: not a winner. The judge also blocked the Federal Trade
- 16:02Speaker 2: Commissions Anti Trust probe in immedia matters by the way,
- 16:06Speaker 2: just for point of clarity here, and bar the executive
- 16:08Speaker 2: branch from deporting on accompanied migrant miners and reuniting them
- 16:13Speaker 2: with their families abroad. So you can't even do that. Now,
- 16:16Speaker 2: this is the same crazy judge. Now, this ruling comes
- 16:21Speaker 2: as both Republicans and Democrats are preparing for the upcoming
- 16:24Speaker 2: midterm elections. That's why this is has like it's a
- 16:27Speaker 2: big deal and it has big ramifications. Republican Utah Center
- 16:31Speaker 2: Mike Lee again is attempting to advance the Save America
- 16:34Speaker 2: Act in the Senate. But you have a problem there
- 16:36Speaker 2: because you have basically four scumbag Republicans in the Senate
- 16:39Speaker 2: that hate Donald Trump and don't look at the eighty
- 16:41Speaker 2: plus percent of Americans that want the Save Act to pass,
- 16:44Speaker 2: and so they want to stick it to Donald Trump.
- 16:46Speaker 2: And so they're like, here's our middle finger. Like that's
- 16:48Speaker 2: just the truth of this. What is the Save Act
- 16:50Speaker 2: if you don't know, it's real simple. It requires a
- 16:52Speaker 2: government issued ID to vote. What a novel idea. Lee
- 16:57Speaker 2: centerally said this on Sunday on Fox News. Quote, the
- 17:01Speaker 2: American people overwhelmingly support this, regardless of political party. Want
- 17:06Speaker 2: to make it easy to vote, hard to cheat. I'm
- 17:08Speaker 2: gonna say that again. Want to make it easy to vote,
- 17:10Speaker 2: but hard to cheat. That's what the House passed and
- 17:13Speaker 2: that's what the Save Act actually does. Couldn't, by the way,
- 17:17Speaker 2: agree more with Lee on that one. So when you
- 17:20Speaker 2: look at the Save Act and you look at this,
- 17:22Speaker 2: what Democrats are now publicly saying and celebrating is lawlessness,
- 17:28Speaker 2: is actually making sure that lawlessness continues. Now, the Save
- 17:34Speaker 2: Act is also something else that's by the way, not
- 17:36Speaker 2: controversial more than any American voters Republican Democrats alike want it.
- 17:43Speaker 2: The voter ID bill is now becoming even bigger issue
- 17:46Speaker 2: heading into the midterms, and these Republicans are stopping it.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Will they suck? Now? What we're being told is President
- 17:53Speaker 2: Trump is now gearing up and going to be attending
- 17:56Speaker 2: a closed door Senate GOP launch with John Thune while
- 18:01Speaker 2: pushing for the Save actt Bear. Fox News chann reporting
- 18:04Speaker 2: this just a few minutes.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Agoation tonight as he pushes Senate Republicans to pass the
- 18:09Speaker 3: Save America Act. But that is creating another political problem.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Chief Congressional correspondent Chad Program shows us from Capitol Hill.
- 18:19Speaker 3: President Trump fixated on a singular goal.
- 18:22Speaker 4: We have to pass the Save America Act, which is
- 18:25Speaker 4: voter ID, which is proof of citizenship.
- 18:27Speaker 3: But he's not getting his way.
- 18:29Speaker 5: There's no doubt the President is very prostrated with the
- 18:32Speaker 5: speed of the Senate.
- 18:34Speaker 3: As am I. The President is exasperated at the Senate
- 18:37Speaker 3: struggling to approve the bill.
- 18:38Speaker 6: There I suspect we'll get a talking to, but at
- 18:41Speaker 6: the same time we'll be able to convey.
- 18:43Speaker 3: Back to him the GOP numbers don't work.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Talking's good, Save Acts a waste of time.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Some Senate Republicans are irritated that President Trump incinerated GOP
- 18:52Speaker 3: plans to renew the Anti Terrorism Program fires A Section
- 18:56Speaker 3: seven oh two and stymied rapid confirmation of National Intelligence
- 19:00Speaker 3: Director nominee Jakeleyton.
- 19:02Speaker 6: We have very candid conversations. I am very direct with
- 19:06Speaker 6: the President. I shoot straight with him and vice versa,
- 19:09Speaker 6: and you know we at times have differences of opinion GOP.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Florida Senator Rick scott bypassed through and inviting the President
- 19:16Speaker 3: to Capitol Hill to pitch the Save America Act.
- 19:19Speaker 7: My experience in business is that we sit down with
- 19:22Speaker 7: people and find out what their needs are and try
- 19:23Speaker 7: to solve it.
- 19:24Speaker 3: The President is pressuring soon.
- 19:26Speaker 2: John's a leader. That's what being as a leader beat.
- 19:29Speaker 4: John is a leader, and hopefully he can.
- 19:30Speaker 7: Get the votes.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Democrats anticipate intra party GOP fighting.
- 19:34Speaker 8: Trump only will talk to Senate Republicans behind closed doors,
- 19:39Speaker 8: and from what it looks like, that ain't going to
- 19:42Speaker 8: be pretty now.
- 19:44Speaker 2: The President clearly is trying to get this done. The
- 19:48Speaker 2: Save Act isn't even controversial. American citizens should only be
- 19:53Speaker 2: the ones that vote in our elections. That is not controversial.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Congressman Wesley Hunt American talking about this issue, and it's
- 20:02Speaker 2: an important one because Democrats say the Save Act is
- 20:05Speaker 2: going to actually disenfranchise African American voters. That and you
- 20:09Speaker 2: weren't talking about racism. Their actual argument is you can't
- 20:12Speaker 2: expect black people minorities to have a form of government.
- 20:18Speaker 2: ID Now, if that's not racism, one oh one, I
- 20:20Speaker 2: don't know what is Wesley Hunt saying this in Congress.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 20:26Speaker 8: If the United States is a country worth preserving, then
- 20:28Speaker 8: I think we must protect the integrity of our elections
- 20:32Speaker 8: and do everything in our power to do just that.
- 20:34Speaker 8: I am shocked at the Save Act, which has already
- 20:36Speaker 8: passed the House and even controversial in safeguarding our elections is.
- 20:39Speaker 2: The bedrock of our democracy is something.
- 20:41Speaker 8: That both sides, sides should easily support. They say that
- 20:44Speaker 8: non citizens voting in an election is not a real issue,
- 20:46Speaker 8: or if some non citizens are ready for the vote,
- 20:48Speaker 8: it's not a stifican amount to make a difference. Well,
- 20:50Speaker 8: in my homestead of Texas, we just removed thousands of
- 20:53Speaker 8: non citizens from voter rules, and in some of these
- 20:56Speaker 8: recently hotly contested elections. That amount could even be enough
- 21:01Speaker 8: to swing an entire election. Undermining the integrity of elections
- 21:05Speaker 8: is not an oversight. It's a threat to democracy. I
- 21:08Speaker 8: think it's time that we as a body acknowledged that threat.
- 21:11Speaker 4: Now.
- 21:12Speaker 8: I'm sitting here right now, and i gotta tell y'all,
- 21:13Speaker 8: I'm black, and I'm a veteran. I have six forms
- 21:17Speaker 8: of the government ID six. I've been black from a
- 21:19Speaker 8: whole life. I've been a veteran since two thousand and
- 21:22Speaker 8: when I was at West Point. The insinuation that black
- 21:25Speaker 8: and brown people cannot get an ID to vote like
- 21:28Speaker 8: every other citizen, regardless of your race, religion, color, or
- 21:31Speaker 8: creed is insulting. I actually refer to this as the
- 21:35Speaker 8: soft bigotry of low expectations. We as all Americans, should
- 21:40Speaker 8: want free and fair elections. We aren't making it more
- 21:43Speaker 8: difficult for people to get an ID to vote. Every
- 21:46Speaker 8: last black person that I know in my life has
- 21:49Speaker 8: a government ID. We as a country have got to
- 21:52Speaker 8: clean up our roles to ensure that we have free
- 21:55Speaker 8: and fair elections, regardless of your race, religion, color, or creed.
- 21:59Speaker 8: And that's why I reject the assertion that we no
- 22:02Speaker 8: matter what color you are, cannot reach that very low
- 22:06Speaker 8: bar of having a government ID to figure out how
- 22:08Speaker 8: to vote for the leadership and the future of this country.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Could not agree more with what was said there by
- 22:15Speaker 2: Wesley Hunt. I want you to hear what President Trump
- 22:19Speaker 2: had to say earlier today about the Save Act, and
- 22:23Speaker 2: this comes again as he's meeting with a Senate for
- 22:26Speaker 2: their luncheon.
- 22:27Speaker 5: Here's what he said, and we will pass the Save
- 22:30Speaker 5: America Act to protect.
- 22:32Speaker 4: Our sacred American And in the Save America Act, it's
- 22:43Speaker 4: very simple. All voters must show a photo voter ID.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Very nice, May we see a picture?
- 22:50Speaker 7: Please?
- 22:52Speaker 4: All voters must provide proof of citizenship. And there will
- 22:56Speaker 4: be no mail in ballots except for illness, disability, military
- 23:00Speaker 4: employmental travel. And we will also in that same bill
- 23:07Speaker 4: and shrine in permanent law no men in women's sports
- 23:15Speaker 4: and no transgender surgery for our children. So, together with
- 23:22Speaker 4: the help of patriots throughout Pennsylvania.
- 23:25Speaker 2: And all across the land, you listen to the President.
- 23:29Speaker 2: He's not backing down. That's exactly why I think some
- 23:33Speaker 2: of you will voted for him. But if you want
- 23:34Speaker 2: to know what he's up against the Senate, I'll give
- 23:36Speaker 2: you another headline to just prove the point that you
- 23:38Speaker 2: have centers there who have lost their power, Republicans, and
- 23:41Speaker 2: they're just going to try to screw them. The Senate
- 23:44Speaker 2: has now voted to adopt the War Powers Resolution limiting
- 23:47Speaker 2: Donald Trump's military authority over the Iran issue. The Senate
- 23:52Speaker 2: voted in favor of a war Powers resolution to limit
- 23:54Speaker 2: Donald Trump's military authorization of Iran, which directs him to
- 23:57Speaker 2: pull the United States military troops out of the conflict
- 24:00Speaker 2: with Iran. It was a fifty to forty eight vote.
- 24:04Speaker 2: The Senate adopted the War Powers Resolution, which instructs Trump
- 24:07Speaker 2: to remove the United States armed forces from hostilities against
- 24:10Speaker 2: the Islamic Republic of Iran. By the way, you know who.
- 24:12Speaker 2: This is a winner for one person, one person only,
- 24:15Speaker 2: that is a group people of the IRGC. This is
- 24:18Speaker 2: a win for Iran and for terrorist group Hamasen has
- 24:21Speaker 2: Blot and the other ones a fund. The resolution was
- 24:25Speaker 2: described as being concurrent, which means Trump's signature is not needed,
- 24:28Speaker 2: according to media reports. Now I go back to why
- 24:32Speaker 2: the Save Act not passing? All right, look at this vote.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Republican Senator Susan Collins, Republican from Maine. Bill Cassi, the
- 24:40Speaker 2: same one that's screwing us on the save Aac from Louisiana,
- 24:43Speaker 2: Lisa Murkowski, Republican from Alaska, and Ran Paul as you know,
- 24:47Speaker 2: Rampaul's his own breed Republican from Kentucky joined with the
- 24:52Speaker 2: Senate Democrats and supporting the war Powers resolution. John Fetterman,
- 24:56Speaker 2: by the way, Democrat, who's acting like a Republican. God
- 24:59Speaker 2: bless this g I opposed it.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Now.
- 25:01Speaker 2: The Senate's adoption of the war Powers resolution comes after
- 25:04Speaker 2: the House vote on June third in favor of the
- 25:06Speaker 2: resolution after three previous failed attempts, according to the latest records,
- 25:11Speaker 2: So the Senates delivered a symbolic rebuke to Trump's war
- 25:14Speaker 2: in Iran, adopting a war Powers resolution fifty to forty eight.
- 25:18Speaker 2: And you've got these four senators that hate Donald Trump,
- 25:21Speaker 2: and they're like, yeah, we'll go along with this now.
- 25:23Speaker 2: The video posted on x y c SPAN. Senator Jim Reich,
- 25:28Speaker 2: a Republican from Idaho, chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations,
- 25:31Speaker 2: called upon his colleagues to pose the measure, adding that
- 25:34Speaker 2: there are no armed forces at the moment that are
- 25:37Speaker 2: engaged in hostilities in Iran. By the way, that's true.
- 25:40Speaker 2: So you would think that that would be an important
- 25:44Speaker 2: data point, not if you hate Donald Trump, not if
- 25:46Speaker 2: you're a just grunted Republican.
- 25:48Speaker 9: This is a House concurrent resolution with states in operative.
- 25:52Speaker 9: Part quote Congress directs the President to remove United States
- 25:56Speaker 9: armed forces from hostilities against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- 26:00Speaker 9: I'm going to urge everyone to vote know on this.
- 26:03Speaker 9: It is wrong on so many levels, starting with the
- 26:05Speaker 9: fact that a concurrent resolution process, which this attempts to do,
- 26:11Speaker 9: has been held unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court.
- 26:15Speaker 9: So whatever happens with this, it's going to have no effect.
- 26:17Speaker 9: President isn't going to pay any attention to it. That's
- 26:20Speaker 9: one thing. The second thing that's wrong with this is
- 26:22Speaker 9: it directs him to remove United States armed forces from hostilities.
- 26:27Speaker 9: There are no armed forces at this moment that are
- 26:31Speaker 9: engaged in hostilities with Iran. The third thing, and the
- 26:35Speaker 9: most important thing, is that voting on this, whether it
- 26:39Speaker 9: passes or fails, sends a message to Iran. If this passes,
- 26:44Speaker 9: the Iranians are going to simply stand up and walk
- 26:46Speaker 9: away from negotiations.
- 26:48Speaker 2: They're going to say this thing's over.
- 26:49Speaker 9: The Congress has told the President of the United States
- 26:52Speaker 9: leave us alone, we can do whatever we want to
- 26:54Speaker 9: do and they.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Will walk away.
- 26:56Speaker 9: If you think that's a good idea, you should vote
- 26:58Speaker 9: for this. On the other hand, if you believe that
- 27:02Speaker 9: what the President of the United States has done, and
- 27:04Speaker 9: that is bring the Iranians to the table to negotiate
- 27:08Speaker 9: on items that they have refused to negotiate on for
- 27:12Speaker 9: a long time in the past, and has used the
- 27:15Speaker 9: armed forces of the United States to bring them to
- 27:18Speaker 9: the table, then you should vote know on this. Let
- 27:21Speaker 9: diplomacy work, Give the President, give the Department of State,
- 27:26Speaker 9: give the current administration the ability to once again give
- 27:32Speaker 9: or round the opportunity to do the right thing.
- 27:35Speaker 4: Maybe they will.
- 27:36Speaker 9: We don't know for sure yet because we have some
- 27:38Speaker 9: fifty some days left of the negotiations, but we ought
- 27:42Speaker 9: to at least give that an opportunity to work. I
- 27:46Speaker 9: urge everyone to vote know on the resolution. Thank you,
- 27:50Speaker 9: mister President.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Now that's a foreign Relations chair saying this, What did
- 27:54Speaker 2: Republicans do? The ones that are angry at trumpt God,
- 27:57Speaker 2: we don't care like we will be useful idiots for
- 27:59Speaker 2: the Dey Democratic Party and we will go with the
- 28:02Speaker 2: Democratic Party, and that would just be how this works,
- 28:05Speaker 2: because who cares about what Donald Trump says. By the way,
- 28:09Speaker 2: this isn't even about Donald Trump. This is about what
- 28:13Speaker 2: the American people are saying they want. And so they're like,
- 28:19Speaker 2: all right, save Act. Yeah, we know Americans won don't
- 28:21Speaker 2: We don't care, right to say. I mean, House conservatives
- 28:25Speaker 2: are threatening, by the way, now, this is just breaking
- 28:28Speaker 2: to oppose any bill from the Senate until it passes
- 28:31Speaker 2: the Save America Act. This is again, this is just breaking.
- 28:35Speaker 2: Moments ago.
- 28:36Speaker 3: Listen, Conservatives are threatening to oppose anything from the Senate
- 28:40Speaker 3: until it passes the Save America Act. They want the
- 28:43Speaker 3: president to veto a bipartisan housing bill.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Right wow. So so now you have House conservatives that
- 28:51Speaker 2: are threatening and and by the way, Democrats are loving this,
- 28:54Speaker 2: I want to be clear. So now you've got a
- 28:56Speaker 2: civil war between the the The Republicans hold out to
- 29:02Speaker 2: four in the Senate against the House, and several of
- 29:06Speaker 2: the members of those four are going to be out
- 29:08Speaker 2: of office. They don't care, Okay, like they don't care,
- 29:12Speaker 2: and they want to burn down this country because they're
- 29:15Speaker 2: mad that they lost their power. Now. President Trump also
- 29:20Speaker 2: in another speech, he confirmed. Look, I know I got
- 29:23Speaker 2: some guys that are against me. I know this, I
- 29:26Speaker 2: really am, But that's how bad it is.
- 29:29Speaker 5: And we're going to have to push the Senate because
- 29:31Speaker 5: you have four or five senators that are.
- 29:35Speaker 1: I don't know, four or five Republican senators. You'll have
- 29:38Speaker 1: to explain them to me. But we're not going to
- 29:40Speaker 1: get into that. But we're going to push them to
- 29:42Speaker 1: get it done because I don't think you can politically
- 29:45Speaker 1: exist if you're not going to do voter idea in
- 29:47Speaker 1: these things. I don't think the people in this country
- 29:49Speaker 1: will stand for it. So I'm making my biggest plea tonight.
- 29:52Speaker 1: It'll make you and I'm not doing it for this
- 29:55Speaker 1: reason at all. It'll guarantee the midterms. It'll guarantee the midterms.
- 30:02Speaker 1: If you don't get it, big trouble my opinion. If
- 30:06Speaker 1: you get this your midterms and they know it.
- 30:09Speaker 5: For two reasons.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Number one, they won't be able to cheat, and number two,
- 30:14Speaker 1: the people are demanding it.
- 30:15Speaker 4: Every time I.
- 30:16Speaker 5: Go out, Save America, sir, Save America Act. We want
- 30:20Speaker 5: the Save America Acts, sir. That's all they talk about.
- 30:23Speaker 5: They don't talk about housing, they don't talk about anything.
- 30:26Speaker 2: That's what they talk about.
- 30:28Speaker 1: And if you send it up that you're going to
- 30:30Speaker 1: win the midterms at levels that you can't even believe,
- 30:33Speaker 1: and you're gonna win every election for a long time
- 30:36Speaker 1: until somebody really screws things up, and hopefully that won't happen.
- 30:40Speaker 2: So there's the President making it clear in his words like, hey,
- 30:45Speaker 2: I'm doing everything i can here. We know where the
- 30:47Speaker 2: American people stand on this, but I got these four
- 30:50Speaker 2: or five Republicans that it's just a hard problem. Now,
- 30:53Speaker 2: the Republicans and the civil war back and forth that
- 30:57Speaker 2: we're describing right now, it's going to be a problem.
- 31:01Speaker 2: Mike Lee also reveals some Republicans are organizing hit pieces
- 31:05Speaker 2: against him and the Save Act as well, so you
- 31:08Speaker 2: have even more of a civil war, as Mike Lee
- 31:11Speaker 2: put it. Outside the Senate, he said this about Thune
- 31:15Speaker 2: and about Cornin.
- 31:17Speaker 7: It's often said in Washington, no good deed goes unpunished.
- 31:21Speaker 7: I've been trying to advocate for the Save America Act,
- 31:23Speaker 7: making the case for it, not attacking my colleagues. I'm
- 31:26Speaker 7: not engaging in personal ad hominem criticism of individuals, rather
- 31:33Speaker 7: making the case for why we ought to do this,
- 31:36Speaker 7: that's not an attack. It's therefore a little surprising and
- 31:39Speaker 7: somewhat ironic when some of the same people who are
- 31:43Speaker 7: criticizing me for doing this are saying that my advocacy
- 31:47Speaker 7: for the Save America Act somehow amounts to an attack
- 31:50Speaker 7: on Senate Republicans when they're the ones orchestrating the hit
- 31:53Speaker 7: pieces and making personal attacks. I don't get it. Regardless,
- 31:58Speaker 7: we got to move this thing forward.
- 32:00Speaker 2: So he's clearly referring to I think Thune and Cornyn
- 32:04Speaker 2: on this, and as he describes, a little surprised that
- 32:07Speaker 2: somewhat ironic when some of the same people who say
- 32:11Speaker 2: my advocacy for the Save America Act somehow amounts to
- 32:14Speaker 2: an attack on Senate Republicans when they're the ones orchestrating
- 32:17Speaker 2: the hit pieces and making personal attacks. I don't get it,
- 32:22Speaker 2: forces the floor leader Thune. That's what he's saying. I
- 32:25Speaker 2: agree with him. You force it. Your job is to fight.
- 32:30Speaker 2: The American people overwhelmingly support this seventy five plus percent
- 32:34Speaker 2: depending on what poll you look at. And by the way,
- 32:38Speaker 2: Donald Trump fired back at Thune saying this as well
- 32:44Speaker 2: about the Save Act in an interview getting on Air
- 32:46Speaker 2: Force one America.
- 32:48Speaker 4: How well, we're just going to talk about Save America.
- 32:50Speaker 4: We have to get we have to pass the Save
- 32:52Speaker 4: America Act, which is voter ID, which is proof of citizenship,
- 32:57Speaker 4: et cetera.
- 32:57Speaker 8: We have to pass it.
- 32:59Speaker 4: So we're gonna have to talk about that in many
- 33:00Speaker 4: other things.
- 33:01Speaker 2: At Goodia.
- 33:04Speaker 4: Leader John Frey has told you many times he doesn't
- 33:07Speaker 4: believe that they have the vote.
- 33:10Speaker 5: Vote.
- 33:10Speaker 2: You know, he's a leader. John's a leader.
- 33:12Speaker 4: That's what being as a leader.
- 33:13Speaker 6: Vet.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Look, we have to be able to get proof of
- 33:16Speaker 1: citizenship when you vote, otherwise we don't have elections.
- 33:19Speaker 4: We have to be able to get voter ID. So
- 33:22Speaker 4: John is a leader and hopefully he can get the votes.
- 33:25Speaker 2: John is a leader, and that's a link in a
- 33:27Speaker 2: nod like dude, like do your job, Like what are
- 33:30Speaker 2: you doing here? Mike Lee? And again he's on and
- 33:34Speaker 2: all at war blasting sentators who are holding up to
- 33:36Speaker 2: Save America Act. I've yet to hear a legitimate argument
- 33:39Speaker 2: against the bill. They don't really just want to make
- 33:41Speaker 2: it so he's a vote. They're willing to make it
- 33:43Speaker 2: easier to cheat, is how he described on Capitol Hill
- 33:47Speaker 2: earlier today. And by the way, Mike Lee is right
- 33:49Speaker 2: on this one. I mean, we want free and fair elections.
- 33:54Speaker 2: The American people say they want free and fair elections.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Why would you stop this if you're Republican. It is personal.
- 34:02Speaker 2: It's because they hate Trump and that's why they're holding out.
- 34:06Speaker 2: I hope you'll take all the audio that I just
- 34:07Speaker 2: played for you. Please share our podcast wherever you are
