Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / David Weiss is Investigating NOTHING, He is Helping Cover The Crimes of the Biden Family
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: David Weiss. He's the guy that's supposed to be investigating
- 0:05Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. He discussed former DOJ official with
- 0:10Speaker 1: Hunter Biden ties. New emails are now confirming, yet again,
- 0:14Speaker 1: proving that this guy isn't investigating anything. He's helping cover
- 0:17Speaker 1: up the crimes of the Biden family. These newly released
- 0:22Speaker 1: emails now shown the Delaware US Attorney David Weiss and
- 0:26Speaker 1: his team discussed a congressional request last year for information
- 0:31Speaker 1: about a Justice Department official with a potential conflict of
- 0:35Speaker 1: interest in the Hunter Biden case. The heavily redacted emails
- 0:41Speaker 1: also show that the Justice Department, not Weiss's office, took
- 0:46Speaker 1: the lead on the response to Congress about questions that
- 0:50Speaker 1: were meant for David Weiss. Despite assurances from the Attorney
- 0:55Speaker 1: General Merrick Garland that Weiss was operating the Hunter Biden
- 0:59Speaker 1: investigatation with total independence, Clearly that wasn't true. What does
- 1:03Speaker 1: that mean? It means that the Attorney General legion in
- 1:05Speaker 1: United States of America, Merrick Garland, may have actually lied
- 1:09Speaker 1: to Congress under oath. That also would not be surprising
- 1:13Speaker 1: at all. Virtually all but the subject of the emails
- 1:18Speaker 1: discussed discussing Congression requests about the then Assistant Attorney General
- 1:24Speaker 1: Nicholas McQuaid. The Justice Department official with a potential conflict
- 1:29Speaker 1: of interest, was redacted by the Justice Department before the
- 1:33Speaker 1: agency provided those emails to the Heritage Foundation. It's part
- 1:37Speaker 1: of a Freedom of Information Act request, but some of
- 1:41Speaker 1: the emails show that the Justice Department's Office of Legislative
- 1:45Speaker 1: Affairs worked on a response to Senator Chuck Grassley and
- 1:49Speaker 1: Senator Ron Johnson and gave Weiss only the opportunity to
- 1:53Speaker 1: review the letter it produced, not to draft his own
- 1:56Speaker 1: letter or response. For a guy that was supposed to
- 1:59Speaker 1: have all the ability to do whatever it was he
- 2:01Speaker 1: needed to do, This sounds pretty shady, doesn't it. It's ridiculous.
- 2:07Speaker 1: The requests we're now learning from Grassley and Johnson to Weis,
- 2:12Speaker 1: which the Justice Department made clear, came on May ninth
- 2:19Speaker 1: of twenty twenty two, focused on the conflict of interest
- 2:23Speaker 1: with this attorney the quaid who worked at the DOJ.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Now in the letter, Grassley and Johnson noted Merrick Garland
- 2:32Speaker 1: had ignored three separate requests for information about the high
- 2:38Speaker 1: ranking DOJ official. The quad served as one of the
- 2:41Speaker 1: top officials in the Department of Justice during a key
- 2:46Speaker 1: period in the investigation, putting in him in putting him
- 2:50Speaker 1: in a position listen carefully in the Criminal Division until
- 2:55Speaker 1: fall of twenty twenty two, that put him in the
- 2:59Speaker 1: position to have me massive influence over the Hunter Biden
- 3:02Speaker 1: case during a key period of that investigation when they
- 3:06Speaker 1: were trying to figure out what they were not going
- 3:08Speaker 1: to charge him with, in other words, the cover up.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Just so you understand it now, prior to joining the
- 3:15Speaker 1: Justice Department under President Joe Biden, mcquad was a partner
- 3:20Speaker 1: at the law firm handling Hunter Biden's defense. Let me
- 3:27Speaker 1: say that again, prior to joining the Justice Department under
- 3:31Speaker 1: President Joe Biden, the guy who shows up McQuaid, can
- 3:38Speaker 1: you imagine the job interview? So what are you doing
- 3:40Speaker 1: right now? What are you working on? Where do you work?
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'm a partner at the law firm handling Hunter Biden's defense.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And before joining the Biden administration, in fact, he worked
- 3:50Speaker 1: closely with Christopher Clark, who was until recently Hunter Biden's
- 3:55Speaker 1: lead defense attorney. So you're defending, you're working at the
- 4:02Speaker 1: law firm that is handling the Hunter Biden defense. You
- 4:07Speaker 1: are closely with Christopher Clark, who was Hunter Biden's lead
- 4:11Speaker 1: defense attorney at the time, and all of a sudden
- 4:14Speaker 1: you leave and then go to the doj and your
- 4:17Speaker 1: job is to investigate Hunter Biden. To quote Joe Biden,
- 4:21Speaker 1: come on, man, Senter. Grassley and Johnson have raised questions
- 4:29Speaker 1: about whether McQuaid had recused himself from overseeing a probe
- 4:34Speaker 1: to which he was clearly closely tied to from his
- 4:37Speaker 1: time in private practice. I think you and I both
- 4:39Speaker 1: know the answer, of course not, because when they hired him,
- 4:41Speaker 1: it was hiring him to come in and protect his
- 4:44Speaker 1: client who he had just left the law firm, which
- 4:47Speaker 1: his whole job was to protect that client. That's called
- 4:49Speaker 1: a conflict of interest. By May of last year, they'd
- 4:55Speaker 1: grown frustrated enough the Senators Grassley and Johnson to ask
- 4:59Speaker 1: David Weiss for answers about McQuaid or mcquidd, depending on
- 5:03Speaker 1: how you say it, including whether anyone in the Delaware
- 5:06Speaker 1: US Attorney's office had had contact with him during the
- 5:11Speaker 1: course of the Hunter Biden investigation. So what do you
- 5:14Speaker 1: think the Biden dojys didn't response, Well, here is their response.
- 5:21Speaker 1: The Justice Department had hinted in a letter to Grassland
- 5:23Speaker 1: Johnson in February of twenty twenty one, the McQuaid may
- 5:28Speaker 1: have recused himself from the Hunter Biden case. May didn't
- 5:31Speaker 1: give definite yes or no, although the agency did not
- 5:35Speaker 1: say for certain, nor did it provide a recusal memo,
- 5:38Speaker 1: which is traditional when you're recusing yourself from a case
- 5:42Speaker 1: due to a conflict of interests. The acting Assistant Attorney
- 5:47Speaker 1: in General is screened and recused from matters in which
- 5:52Speaker 1: he is a financial interest or a personal business relationship,
- 5:56Speaker 1: including matters involving his former law firm. The EJ wrote
- 6:01Speaker 1: in that letter, again not answering the question, just giving you,
- 6:06Speaker 1: by the book what happens. The attorney mcquayd appeared to
- 6:11Speaker 1: depart the Justice Department less than a month before. David
- 6:15Speaker 1: Weise held a meeting with investigators on the Hunter Biden
- 6:18Speaker 1: investigation and informed them that the Department of Justice had
- 6:23Speaker 1: denied his requests for special counsel status. He also said
- 6:28Speaker 1: two other Joe Biden appointed US attorneys had blocked his
- 6:33Speaker 1: ability to charge Hunter Biden outside of Delaware. That, according
- 6:37Speaker 1: to two IRS whistleblowers who approached Congress this spring, now
- 6:42Speaker 1: McQuaid is now once again, get this a lawyer. He's
- 6:47Speaker 1: now back. He's once again a lawyer at Latham and Watkins,
- 6:51Speaker 1: a firm helping to you, ready for this, defend Hunter
- 6:54Speaker 1: Biden against the criminal charges he may soon face since
- 6:58Speaker 1: the plea deal blew up. Mccuay did not represent Hunter Biden,
- 7:03Speaker 1: nor have any involvement in the matter when he was
- 7:06Speaker 1: a partner at Latham prior to joining the Department of
- 7:10Speaker 1: Justice in twenty twenty one. That is what a Latham
- 7:13Speaker 1: and Watkins spokesperson told the Washington Examiner. He also had
- 7:18Speaker 1: no involvement in the Hunter Byde investigation while he was
- 7:21Speaker 1: at the DOJ, and he has not represented mister Biden
- 7:26Speaker 1: since returning to Latham. That doesn't mean he couldn't tell
- 7:30Speaker 1: somebody down the hall. At the same wall firm, he
- 7:32Speaker 1: works out everything the DJ is working on, or everything
- 7:34Speaker 1: they're worried about, everything they're trying to cover up. I
- 7:37Speaker 1: think we can all agree with that. I'm still in
- 7:42Speaker 1: shock by this, the fact that we're even having this conversation.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I'm shocked that this is how corrupt our DOJ is
- 7:48Speaker 1: under the Biden administration, under Garland. I mean, if you
- 7:51Speaker 1: want to talk about a full blown just department of
- 7:55Speaker 1: not justice, but a department of corruption. This is it, folks. Now.
- 8:02Speaker 1: At least three of hunter Biden's defense attorneys currently work
- 8:06Speaker 1: at Leathan Watkins and Clark did as well until he
- 8:12Speaker 1: left the firm in April to start his own firm.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Clark withdrew from the Hunter Biden's defense team in anticipation
- 8:19Speaker 1: of serving as a witness and a potential future challenge
- 8:22Speaker 1: to the way that Weiss's office handled the botch plea
- 8:25Speaker 1: agreement and attempt to offer hunter Biden a sweetheart deal
- 8:29Speaker 1: with immunity in June. We also know that the DOJ
- 8:33Speaker 1: provided the emails involving Weiss as part of the Freedom
- 8:37Speaker 1: of Information Act lawsuit the Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project filed
- 8:41Speaker 1: earlier this year. Kyle bross None, chief counsel at Heritage's
- 8:47Speaker 1: Oversight Projects, said the lawsuit seeks any documents related to
- 8:52Speaker 1: the prospect of Weiss requesting special Council status, as well
- 8:57Speaker 1: as any documents related to Weiss's at attempts to bring
- 9:01Speaker 1: charges against hunter Biden outside his jurisdiction in Delaware. Now,
- 9:07Speaker 1: Bronson Brustman, excuse me, brustonan said, the emails suggests Weiss
- 9:13Speaker 1: was not permitted by the DOJ to answer questions about
- 9:17Speaker 1: his work. In fact, they took that out of his hands,
- 9:19Speaker 1: and they then decide to manipulate and decide what the
- 9:22Speaker 1: answer would be. That quote significantly undercuts all the statements
- 9:27Speaker 1: that the Attorney General Merrit Garland has said has made,
- 9:30Speaker 1: swearing up and down that Weiss's investigation was independent. The
- 9:35Speaker 1: Justice Department's officials found more than two thousand, five hundred
- 9:40Speaker 1: documents responsive to the Freedom of Information Act request the
- 9:45Speaker 1: DOJSON a court filing during the fully lawsuit. Many of
- 9:49Speaker 1: the documents, such as the twenty seven pages of emails
- 9:52Speaker 1: provided by the DOJ on Friday to the Heritage Foundation,
- 9:55Speaker 1: are likely to be heavily redacted, but the emails are
- 9:58Speaker 1: still significant because what whenever they do contain under the redactions,
- 10:03Speaker 1: They are related to discussions that David Weiss and his
- 10:07Speaker 1: prosecutor team had about the constraints placed on his office
- 10:13Speaker 1: by the Justice Department, Which means the Justice Department and
- 10:16Speaker 1: Merrick Garland lied to Congress as well as to the
- 10:19Speaker 1: American people. All right, let me tell you real quick
- 10:22Speaker 1: about an amazing company called Patriot Mobile for ten years,
- 10:26Speaker 1: they have been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, and
- 10:31Speaker 1: when I say only trust me, they're the only one.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Glenn and the team have been great supporters of this show,
- 10:37Speaker 1: which is why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile.
- 10:40Speaker 1: They offer you dependable nationwide coverage, giving you the ability
- 10:44Speaker 1: to access all three major networks, which means you get
- 10:47Speaker 1: the same coverage you've been accustomed to without funding the
- 10:51Speaker 1: leftist agenda. When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending
- 10:54Speaker 1: the message that you support free speech, religious freedom, sancty
- 10:58Speaker 1: of life, Second Amendment, and are military, our veterans and
- 11:01Speaker 1: first responder heroes. They have one hundred percent US based
- 11:04Speaker 1: customer service team making switching easy. You get to keep
- 11:08Speaker 1: your same cell phone number, keep your same phone that
- 11:10Speaker 1: you have right now, keep your same phone, or upgrade
- 11:14Speaker 1: to a new one, and their team will help you
- 11:16Speaker 1: find the best plan for your needs and save you
- 11:18Speaker 1: real money. You've got a small business, they can cover
- 11:21Speaker 1: all that as well. All you need to do is
- 11:23Speaker 1: go to Patriot Mobile dot com, slash ferguson, Patriotmobile dot
- 11:29Speaker 1: com slash ferguson, or call them eight seven eight Patriot

- 11:37Speaker 1: switch today and protect our values and stand for them
- 11:41Speaker 1: with every phone call patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 11:45Speaker 1: eight seven eight Patriot.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Now.
- 11:48Speaker 1: These emails are significant because whatever they do contain under
- 11:52Speaker 1: the reactions. As I mentioned a moment ago, this tells
- 11:56Speaker 1: you that it was clear that the Biden administration and
- 12:00Speaker 1: multiple congressional inquiries into what they were doing behind the scenes,
- 12:06Speaker 1: they clearly were covering up aspects of Hunter byde investigation,
- 12:10Speaker 1: and it's clear that they were protecting and not telling
- 12:14Speaker 1: the truth about David Weiss and what he could and
- 12:16Speaker 1: couldn't do. The other conflict of interest that really stands
- 12:20Speaker 1: out to me is this President Joe Biden appointed mcquad
- 12:25Speaker 1: to his position at the DOJ Criminal Division on his
- 12:27Speaker 1: first day in office. The appointment quickly prompted scrutiny because
- 12:32Speaker 1: Hunter Biden had hired Clark, who like mccuad, was a
- 12:36Speaker 1: partner at Lathan Watkins at the time, to represent him
- 12:40Speaker 1: just one month earlier. So a month before you become president,
- 12:43Speaker 1: you hire a law firm to protect you because you
- 12:47Speaker 1: know what's coming down the pipe. Then on the day
- 12:50Speaker 1: that you become the president, you're sworn in, you take
- 12:52Speaker 1: that same oier you put him at the DOJ. Now,
- 12:55Speaker 1: the DOJ appears to have done little to address concerns
- 12:58Speaker 1: about the role that mcquad may or may not have
- 13:00Speaker 1: played in the Hunter Byte investigation beyond the February twenty
- 13:04Speaker 1: first letter confirming that he had received ethics training and
- 13:08Speaker 1: would hypothetically recuse himself from matters involving Latham and Watkins.
- 13:14Speaker 1: During his tenure at the Justice Department, McQuay had visited
- 13:18Speaker 1: the White House at least three times. White House visitor
- 13:20Speaker 1: logs also now show this is actually the easiest scheme
- 13:25Speaker 1: to figure out. You got a guy you hire one
- 13:29Speaker 1: month before you become president. Clearly you know that he's
- 13:33Speaker 1: going to get a job at your DOJ on the
- 13:36Speaker 1: first day you are sworn in, and that's obvious. So
- 13:39Speaker 1: you hire him for thirty days while preparing him for
- 13:42Speaker 1: his next job, so he can see both sides of
- 13:44Speaker 1: what's going on. He can be on the side of defense,
- 13:47Speaker 1: and then he can go and try to figure out
- 13:49Speaker 1: how to protect that same client from the inside at
- 13:53Speaker 1: the Department of Justice. Now, for me, this is more
- 13:56Speaker 1: significant than even the money that's been coming into the
- 13:59Speaker 1: Biden crime family that I'm just being honest here. This
- 14:07Speaker 1: was a cover up from the moment he won. Okay,
- 14:10Speaker 1: Like that's what this was. This was a cover up
- 14:14Speaker 1: by the Biden family, and the Biden crime family knew
- 14:17Speaker 1: what they needed to do to protect themselves after they won.
- 14:20Speaker 1: The moment they won, they said, Okay, what do we do.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Who's our team, who's our legal team. Who do we
- 14:24Speaker 1: need to get on the inside. I mean, this is
- 14:26Speaker 1: no different than than sending a nark into an organization
- 14:33Speaker 1: to get you intel. They were working both sides of this.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Their narc was the attorney they hired thirty days before
- 14:39Speaker 1: to represent them. Who then they're like, no, no, we
- 14:42Speaker 1: got a better idea here, right like, we got it,
- 14:44Speaker 1: We got a way better idea here. Let's hire you
- 14:48Speaker 1: as attorney. Okay, great for thirty days, and then we're
- 14:51Speaker 1: going to hire you to work at the Department of
- 14:52Speaker 1: Justice as soon as we're sworn in. Okay, great. So
- 14:54Speaker 1: make sure you understand the case, makesure you know everything
- 14:57Speaker 1: from the outside, then bring all that knowledge the inside
- 14:59Speaker 1: and that help us defend this on the inside and
- 15:01Speaker 1: they said okay, great, and that's what they did. That's
- 15:08Speaker 1: a simple way to recap this. Now you combine this
- 15:13Speaker 1: with the new intel that Hunter Biden was on all
- 15:16Speaker 1: these trips with his dad and other family members and
- 15:20Speaker 1: they were making money when they were flying on Air
- 15:22Speaker 1: Force two and Marine two around the world to twenty
- 15:27Speaker 1: plus different countries, which is, by the way, completely insane.
- 15:31Speaker 1: But Hunter Biden was on these planes working these deals,
- 15:34Speaker 1: and we now know that information. Listen to James Comer
- 15:37Speaker 1: on Hannity last night talking exactly about this.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Let's talk about these trips some fifteen. I think you've
- 15:43Speaker 3: confirmed that Hunter Biden flies with Daddy. I know Peter
- 15:47Speaker 3: Sweitzer makes the case and secret empires that two weeks
- 15:51Speaker 3: after Hunter flew with his father to Asia and stopped
- 15:56Speaker 3: in China, then the Bank of China the one billion
- 15:59Speaker 3: dollar deal that became one point five billion.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Dollar deal was struck.
- 16:03Speaker 3: As far as we have been able to find, Hunter
- 16:05Speaker 3: has no experience in that, just like he has no
- 16:08Speaker 3: experience and energy. Do you believe that Hunter was enriching
- 16:11Speaker 3: himself on these trips viz a viv the free travel
- 16:15Speaker 3: of his father.
- 16:18Speaker 4: There's no question Hunter Biden was enriching himself and his
- 16:21Speaker 4: family while riding on Air Force two at the expense
- 16:25Speaker 4: of the American taxpayer. But what's more concerning is what
- 16:28Speaker 4: Joe Biden's role was in all of this. And again, Sean,
- 16:31Speaker 4: this is an investigation of Joe Biden. And what we're
- 16:34Speaker 4: doing now is we're putting a timeline together on all
- 16:37Speaker 4: these bank transfers that we've identified, all the bank wires.
- 16:44Speaker 4: We're trying to now put a timeline with communications that
- 16:48Speaker 4: Hunter had with his father, with his so called associates,
- 16:52Speaker 4: and we're finding that now he was on Air Force too,
- 16:56Speaker 4: a whole lot more than anyone thought. So Joe Biden's
- 16:59Speaker 4: role in this family influence peddling scheme continues to grow
- 17:04Speaker 4: on a daily basis.
- 17:05Speaker 2: I mean, he was front and center in this.
- 17:07Speaker 4: They can claim plausible deniability all they want, but I
- 17:11Speaker 4: am here to tell you, Sean, Joe Biden was front
- 17:14Speaker 4: and center.
- 17:14Speaker 2: He met with every one.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Of these people that he claimed he never met with
- 17:17Speaker 4: and never spoke to. And we're putting together the timeline
- 17:21Speaker 4: where Hunter Biden was traveling to many of these countries
- 17:24Speaker 4: on Air Force Too while Joe Biden was Vice President.
- 17:27Speaker 2: And now we know from emails.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I mean, you look at this, it was clear. All
- 17:33Speaker 1: the dots are there, The financial dots are there, the
- 17:37Speaker 1: financial transactions, the money actually going into the bank accounts,
- 17:43Speaker 1: the travel dates connected to them. There's another aspect of
- 17:48Speaker 1: this story as well. And I want to go back
- 17:51Speaker 1: to James Comer on Joe Biden, and this goes back
- 17:54Speaker 1: to receiving these alias emails, and these emails pertained to Ukraine,
- 17:59Speaker 1: and the fact that he had had these Burner email accounts.
- 18:02Speaker 1: And I want you to listen very carefully to what
- 18:05Speaker 1: now James Comer is saying about those emails. He said
- 18:08Speaker 1: to Bria Bartiromo, I.
- 18:09Speaker 5: Want to get the state of affairs of your investigation,
- 18:12Speaker 5: given we have a new special Council now in the
- 18:14Speaker 5: Hunter Biden investigation. But first let's discuss these pseudonyms or
- 18:18Speaker 5: alias names. What exactly have you learned.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Well, we've learned that Joe Biden used at least three
- 18:27Speaker 4: pseudonyms or fake names in emails that he was receiving
- 18:32Speaker 4: from people within the federal government, people that worked for him.
- 18:35Speaker 4: And even more troubling than that, Maria, we've learned that
- 18:39Speaker 4: when he was receiving emails pertaining to Ukraine. His son
- 18:44Speaker 4: Hunter was copied on them, which we've always heard that
- 18:47Speaker 4: the White House has said that Hunter Biden wasn't an
- 18:50Speaker 4: employee of the government.
- 18:51Speaker 2: He wasn't any part of the government.
- 18:52Speaker 4: They couldn't understand why House Republicans on the Oversight Committee
- 18:55Speaker 4: were investigating Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, because
- 18:59Speaker 4: Hunter wasn't a part of the government. If that were true,
- 19:01Speaker 4: then why was he receiving emails from the government.
- 19:05Speaker 5: Well, this also pertains to the firing of the special
- 19:10Speaker 5: prosecutor in Ukraine, Victor Choken. Was that what these emails
- 19:15Speaker 5: were about, because you have told us in the past
- 19:18Speaker 5: that that was one decision you were looking at as
- 19:20Speaker 5: far as a decision that Joe Biden may have been
- 19:23Speaker 5: paid for to get involved in getting that prosecutor off
- 19:27Speaker 5: the back of Barisma.
- 19:30Speaker 4: I think the evidence is mounting every day to proof
- 19:33Speaker 4: that Joe Biden went to Ukraine for the sole purpose
- 19:36Speaker 4: of firing Choken, who was the Ukrainian prosecutor who was
- 19:40Speaker 4: investigating his son for corruption. What we heard in the
- 19:43Speaker 4: transcribed interview with Devin Archer was that he said that
- 19:46Speaker 4: the owners of Barisma were squeezing Hunter saying we need
- 19:50Speaker 4: help in Washington. You need to call Washington for help.
- 19:54Speaker 4: Of course, the Democrats tried to say that, well, that
- 19:56Speaker 4: could have been anybody in Washington. Well, what we've now
- 19:58Speaker 4: learned is Joe Biden, was you using a fake email
- 20:01Speaker 4: name to receive correspondence from his staff that he was
- 20:04Speaker 4: copying Hunter Biden on. And I believe Maria that Hunter
- 20:08Speaker 4: had to prove value to the Barisma owners that they
- 20:12Speaker 4: were working on this, so he was forwarding those to
- 20:16Speaker 4: the owners of Barisma.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Look, this is obvious that Joe Biden.
- 20:20Speaker 4: Abused his power as vice president for the sole purpose
- 20:24Speaker 4: to protect his son, who was receiving millions of millions
- 20:27Speaker 4: of dollars from this corrupt Ukrainian energy company. And this
- 20:31Speaker 4: email ties Joe Biden and Hunter Biden into this corruption
- 20:35Speaker 4: scheme without a shadow of a.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Doubt, without a shadow of adult If you were an
- 20:45Speaker 1: outsider from another country and you just listened to the
- 20:50Speaker 1: last thirty minutes of what I just laid out for you,
- 20:55Speaker 1: and you knew nothing about the Biden case before, now,
- 20:59Speaker 1: like not a single thing. Okay, this is all you'd
- 21:02Speaker 1: ever heard. What you would have gotten just from the
- 21:06Speaker 1: evidence that we have from this week is that Joe
- 21:10Speaker 1: Biden was going overseas to Ukraine twenty plus times for
- 21:14Speaker 1: only one reason to get a guy fired, and they
- 21:16Speaker 1: were giving him ten million dollars on the back end
- 21:18Speaker 1: to do that, holding up your tax dollars American loan guarantees.
- 21:22Speaker 1: That's number one. You would also find out that the
- 21:24Speaker 1: then vice president was so shady and corrupt that he
- 21:28Speaker 1: had burner email accounts and burner phones. He had a
- 21:33Speaker 1: global phone, satellite phone in essence that he has answered
- 21:37Speaker 1: that phone actually recently when that number was found out
- 21:41Speaker 1: by a journalist and the journalists called, and guess who answered.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Guess who answered? The sitting president United Hits of America,
- 21:48Speaker 1: not the vice president. This isn't years ago, this is now.
- 21:50Speaker 1: This phone is still in use, or at least it
- 21:53Speaker 1: was a few weeks ago. You would find out that
- 21:57Speaker 1: you had a president that was sending his son information
- 22:01Speaker 1: to give to his coworkers at Barisma so that they
- 22:08Speaker 1: would know what was going on with the investigation and
- 22:10Speaker 1: what was going on with America and what they were
- 22:14Speaker 1: going to do to try to get the guy fired
- 22:16Speaker 1: who was investigating them. You would also learn that there
- 22:20Speaker 1: were other countries that they were making money off of.
- 22:22Speaker 1: This is just in the last thirty minutes that the
- 22:27Speaker 1: vice president was saying to his son and family members
- 22:29Speaker 1: and business associates. Right, not just family members, but also
- 22:32Speaker 1: those that were on the for example, on the board
- 22:34Speaker 1: of Barisma. Never forget that, okay, never ever, ever, ever, ever,
- 22:39Speaker 1: ever forget that they were telling them information, giving them
- 22:44Speaker 1: intel folks, giving them information, and letting them get deals done,
- 22:51Speaker 1: making them millions of dollars. If you were in business
- 22:55Speaker 1: with the Biden crime family, whether you're a family member
- 22:57Speaker 1: or not, you had one hundred percent sent access. You
- 23:03Speaker 1: had complete and total access to Marine one, and you
- 23:06Speaker 1: had complete and total access to Air Force two. I
- 23:11Speaker 1: should say in Marine two anywhere in the world that
- 23:14Speaker 1: you need to get off the plane and send a
- 23:16Speaker 1: message that this is how close I am with a
- 23:18Speaker 1: vice president, because look, I've been around presidential administrations. It's
- 23:21Speaker 1: when you walk off of Air Force one. Okay, when
- 23:24Speaker 1: you walk off of Marine one, you don't need a
- 23:27Speaker 1: resume in that moment. It's clear that you have access.
- 23:32Speaker 1: You can't just get on those planes by accident. When
- 23:36Speaker 1: you have access to the Oval office, when you have
- 23:38Speaker 1: access to Marine one. When you have access to air
- 23:40Speaker 1: Force one, especially if you're trying to sell influence pedaling
- 23:43Speaker 1: around the world, your calling card is Hey, I'm coming
- 23:47Speaker 1: to town, love to meet with you. I'm flying with
- 23:50Speaker 1: my father, the Vice president, on air Force one, on
- 23:54Speaker 1: air Force two, and on Marine two, and I'll be
- 23:56Speaker 1: getting off that plane with him, and then we're going
- 23:59Speaker 1: to have a meeting. And then when I get back
- 24:01Speaker 1: on the plane, it's very clear what you're selling. I'm
- 24:04Speaker 1: going to talk to my dad about it on the
- 24:05Speaker 1: way home on our sixteen hour, nine hour eleven hour flight.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Because it's international flight, it's going to be a longer flight.
- 24:12Speaker 1: We'll see you in a few days. If you work
- 24:16Speaker 1: for the Biden crime family, you had access to that plane.
- 24:19Speaker 1: If you were the Sun who was running this business
- 24:22Speaker 1: scheme for the big guy, you obviously had access to
- 24:26Speaker 1: that plane more than twenty trips. You can now connect
- 24:30Speaker 1: the dots to the financial gains of the Biden crime family.
- 24:34Speaker 1: That's one hell of a way to run a business.
- 24:36Speaker 1: And the best part is you don't have to pay
- 24:38Speaker 1: for it if you're the Bidens. The US taxpayers did.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Now let me say one last thing about this investigation.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Because I know many of you are probably really angry
- 24:49Speaker 1: about it, as I am. But is there going to
- 24:52Speaker 1: be a payoff? Right?
- 24:54Speaker 4: Like?
- 24:54Speaker 1: Is there going to be a point where this starts
- 24:56Speaker 1: to turn the other way. Let me let you hear
- 24:59Speaker 1: what James com had to say to Larry Kudlow on
- 25:03Speaker 1: Fox Business about what's next and what's gonna happen next,
- 25:08Speaker 1: because there's liabilities out there that are now being forced
- 25:12Speaker 1: to talk because Republicans are in control of the House.
- 25:15Speaker 1: One of those is his business partner, Eric Sweerin, And
- 25:18Speaker 1: this is what James Comer had to say about him
- 25:21Speaker 1: coming before Congress.
- 25:22Speaker 6: Now, Chairman, you know you mentioned Devin he was kind
- 25:27Speaker 6: of the gatekeeper. Now you've got I think on the
- 25:31Speaker 6: docket and I'm inntioned in when he's going to testify.
- 25:34Speaker 6: Everybody's asking you when's Hunter going to testify? But I'm
- 25:37Speaker 6: more interested right now in Eric Schwerin, who is kind.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Of the bookkeeper. He wrote checks, he.
- 25:43Speaker 6: Was in charge of taxes, and there's a joint account.
- 25:46Speaker 6: And this is so important because that joint account reaches
- 25:49Speaker 6: in to then Vice President Joe Biden and maybe still
- 25:54Speaker 6: to this day President Biden. When do you get Missus
- 25:56Speaker 6: Schwerin and what angles you think you're going to pursue with.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Well, he's going to come in very soon and have
- 26:03Speaker 4: an opportunity under oath to answer questions. There have been
- 26:07Speaker 4: some initial communication between Sherwin and our office, but you know,
- 26:12Speaker 4: he holds a lot of answers to our questions. He
- 26:16Speaker 4: obviously met with the President countless times in the White
- 26:21Speaker 4: House when Joe Biden was vice president, when Obama was president,
- 26:25Speaker 4: he did the books for Joe Biden. He apparently had
- 26:28Speaker 4: the authority to deposit checks and write checks on behalf
- 26:32Speaker 4: of Joe Biden. And his name is also affiliated with
- 26:35Speaker 4: some of these shell companies.
- 26:36Speaker 2: So Sherwin has a lot of knowledge.
- 26:39Speaker 4: And you know, it's been very difficult Larry to bring
- 26:42Speaker 4: these people in because again, what was the business. The
- 26:46Speaker 4: business was influence peddling, and that's kind of illegal because
- 26:49Speaker 4: that would require you to be a red shirt foreign
- 26:52Speaker 4: agent if that's what they were doing. And the fact
- 26:55Speaker 4: that they were putting Joe Biden on the phone and
- 26:58Speaker 4: possibly coming funds with Joe Biden, that puts Joe Biden
- 27:03Speaker 4: in a very very bad place at the end of
- 27:06Speaker 4: this investigation.
- 27:07Speaker 2: So Sherwin is someone that's.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Going to come in front of the committee and he's
- 27:10Speaker 4: going to have an opportunity to tell the truth, just
- 27:12Speaker 4: like Devin Archer did awen pursuit.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Not only is he going to come in as it
- 27:18Speaker 1: was just described there by James Comer, but James Comer
- 27:21Speaker 1: has also now come out and said that he is
- 27:23Speaker 1: going to subpoena the Biden family members. Listen to how
- 27:29Speaker 1: he described this as part of the new plan to
- 27:31Speaker 1: bring them coming forward into Congress, making sure that hey,
- 27:35Speaker 1: we're going to hear from them.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Yeah, this is always going to end with the Bidens
- 27:41Speaker 4: coming in front of the committee. We are going to
- 27:44Speaker 4: subpoena as the family. I mean, we're putting the case
- 27:47Speaker 4: together to win in court. Obviously, with all the opposition
- 27:50Speaker 4: and obstruction we're getting from the Biden attorneys, now we
- 27:54Speaker 4: know that this is going to end up in court
- 27:56Speaker 4: when Lee subpoena the Biden So we're putting together a
- 27:58Speaker 4: case and I think we've.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Done that very well. We've shown the bank records.
- 28:02Speaker 4: If I had subpoena Joe and Hunter Biden the first
- 28:05Speaker 4: day I became chairman of the committee, it would have
- 28:07Speaker 4: been tied up in court and the judge would have
- 28:09Speaker 4: eventually thrown it out because at that time the narrative was, well,
- 28:11Speaker 4: they never took any money while he was by president,
- 28:13Speaker 4: He never had any communication with his business associates, and the.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Money never came from China.
- 28:19Speaker 4: We've had to go every step of the way improved
- 28:22Speaker 4: the media narrative was wrong, and the vice president and
- 28:25Speaker 4: the current president lied. We have caught Joe Biden in
- 28:29Speaker 4: so many lives I can't even count.
- 28:31Speaker 2: The number of lies now.
- 28:32Speaker 4: So we have put together a case that I think
- 28:35Speaker 4: would stand up in any court of law in America.
- 28:38Speaker 4: And we hope to hear from the Biden too. But
- 28:40Speaker 4: I wish the media would ask the president what exactly
- 28:44Speaker 4: did your family do to receive this twenty one million dollars?
- 28:47Speaker 4: At the House Oversight Committee has proven he.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Just continues to say, Well, that's a lie, that's not true.
- 28:52Speaker 4: We have their bank records, Maria bank records, don't lie.
- 28:56Speaker 5: Caisman, when are you expecting to subpoena Joe and Hunter Biden.
- 29:01Speaker 4: Well, we want to talk to about three or four
- 29:03Speaker 4: more associates. First, We've been communicating with a couple of them.
- 29:07Speaker 4: We're trying to bring them in just like we did
- 29:09Speaker 4: Devin Archer for a transcribed interview. If they don't come
- 29:12Speaker 4: in voluntarily, then they'll be subpoena. So this is taking
- 29:17Speaker 4: a lot longer. But if you look at how the
- 29:19Speaker 4: Special Council.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Durham or other special councils.
- 29:23Speaker 4: Conducted investigations, I think our committee is going a whole
- 29:26Speaker 4: lot faster than any other Congressional committee in history and
- 29:30Speaker 4: any other special council. This is a complicated case, and
- 29:33Speaker 4: we're being obstructed every step of the way by the
- 29:36Speaker 4: Department of Justice, by the FBI, by the Secret Service, by.
- 29:39Speaker 2: The RS, and by the Biden family attorneys plan. But
- 29:42Speaker 2: that's not stopping us. We continue to produce evidence about
- 29:45Speaker 2: every two weeks.
- 29:46Speaker 5: Well, we would not know any of this without your work,
- 29:49Speaker 5: So thank you for exposing all of this. Have you
- 29:51Speaker 5: been able to identify more policy decisions that Joe Biden
- 29:56Speaker 5: made to placate these farms?
- 29:58Speaker 1: By the way, listen this very carefully question. She's asking,
- 30:01Speaker 1: have you found more policy decisions that were made besides
- 30:05Speaker 1: like firing Victor Shokin in Ukraine to get paid. Listen
- 30:09Speaker 1: to his answer.
- 30:10Speaker 5: Earners for giving him money. I mean, I'm trying to
- 30:13Speaker 5: get to the fact of what exactly he's being paid for,
- 30:16Speaker 5: and I understand it maybe in some cases that it's
- 30:18Speaker 5: just influenced, you know, him writing a letter to Devon
- 30:21Speaker 5: Archer saying, I'm sorry it couldn't get you sooner.
- 30:23Speaker 2: I had to host the.
- 30:24Speaker 5: President of China in that letter that he sent to
- 30:27Speaker 5: Devon Archer, but thanks for working with Hunter.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Great to see you. I hope you enjoyed the lunch.
- 30:31Speaker 5: There's the letter right now on fancy vice presidential stationery.
- 30:36Speaker 5: What are the decisions that he made that perhaps he
- 30:39Speaker 5: got paid for in addition to the show Caun prosecute
- 30:42Speaker 5: of firing.
- 30:44Speaker 4: Well, one of the documents that we released yesterday showed
- 30:48Speaker 4: three and a half million dollar payment from a Russian oligart.
- 30:52Speaker 4: And then when Russia invaded Ukraine, the President was quick
- 30:56Speaker 4: to put sanctions on all the Russian oligarchs except one,
- 31:00Speaker 4: the one person who sent his family three and a
- 31:03Speaker 4: half million dollars. So that would be hard to explain.
- 31:06Speaker 4: We would like to ask the president why he didn't
- 31:09Speaker 4: put the sanctions on the wife of the former mayor
- 31:13Speaker 4: of Moscow who sent his son three and a half
- 31:16Speaker 4: million dollars, And we cited that bank transfer and our
- 31:20Speaker 4: memo yesterday. That's a pretty big decision that I believe
- 31:23Speaker 4: you could make a strong argument Maria was made because
- 31:26Speaker 4: his family took the money.
- 31:27Speaker 2: That's the only.
- 31:28Speaker 4: Oligarch that was left off the sanctions list.
- 31:33Speaker 1: The only oligarch that was left off the sanctions list
- 31:37Speaker 1: is the oligarch to this date, by the way, to
- 31:39Speaker 1: today as of now, like every time they keep coming
- 31:41Speaker 1: out with new sanctions, and every time they come out
- 31:43Speaker 1: with new sanctions, guess who's left off. The richest woman
- 31:46Speaker 1: in Russia, the Russian oligarch whose former husband was the
- 31:50Speaker 1: mayor of Moscow. She has not been sanctioned. You want
- 31:53Speaker 1: to know why. I think we all know why, because
- 31:55Speaker 1: she's spent our sin I should say, at least three
- 31:58Speaker 1: and a half million dollars buying off the Biden crime family.
