This FBI FD-302 memorializes a December 4, 2019 proffer interview with a heavily redacted woman who described both financial and sexual dimensions of her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. She told investigators that in late 2018, after financial stress connected to apartment renovations and after public reporting on Epstein had already intensified, she met Epstein at his New York residence and explained her financial situation.
