- 0:01Speaker 1: Jeff Schuber proclaimed this morning that every day gets better
- 0:04Speaker 1: for them. No Evan is it's actually getting worse for
- 0:08Speaker 1: them and having a rebellion in the Democrat Party because
- 0:11Speaker 1: they want to stop. So this is a confession that
- 0:14Speaker 1: he's acting not to serve the people, but to serve
- 0:17Speaker 1: the partisan interests of this party.
- 0:20Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning to you.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Ben Ferguson with you, and these are some of the
- 0:27Speaker 4: stories that you may have missed that we talked about
- 0:29Speaker 4: this week on the forty seven Morning Update. First up,
- 0:33Speaker 4: this story is one the media is not covering. Instead
- 0:36Speaker 4: they're going to talk about the government shut down. Jack
- 0:39Speaker 4: Smith and the Biden Department of Justice. We're tracking the
- 0:44Speaker 4: phone calls of their political enemies, specifically eight GOP sinners
- 0:51Speaker 4: and a Republican congressman. Yes, they were literally spying on
- 0:57Speaker 4: our men and women that are in Washington who've been
- 1:00Speaker 4: elected by you and I and the one thing and
- 1:04Speaker 4: the only thing they had in common was that they
- 1:06Speaker 4: were all Republicans. Also, the FBI director Caspittel has fired
- 1:13Speaker 4: the FBI agents involved in tracking GOP senator phone calls.
- 1:19Speaker 4: But first, did you see that gold just hit an
- 1:22Speaker 4: all time new high of over four thousand dollars an ounce?
- 1:27Speaker 4: And if you hear that, you're like, are you kidding me?
- 1:29Speaker 4: And you're thinking, gosh, I missed my opportunity. Well, I
- 1:32Speaker 4: don't know if you missed your opportunity. But my friends
- 1:35Speaker 4: at Kurt Elliott Precious Medals they can answer that question
- 1:38Speaker 4: for you.
- 1:39Speaker 3: You also may not.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Be paying attention to the incredible gains with silver that
- 1:44Speaker 4: are happening right now as well. And that's why I
- 1:47Speaker 4: trust the guidance of the team at kirk Elliott. In fact,
- 1:51Speaker 4: I literally just got a hundred ounce bar of silver
- 1:55Speaker 4: the other day. And the reason why is because after
- 1:57Speaker 4: I talked to the team at kirk Elliot Press Medals,
- 2:00Speaker 4: they let me understand exactly where I can have a.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Big upside in investing in silver. Now.
- 2:06Speaker 4: The other part that I love about them is this
- 2:09Speaker 4: they have transparent pricing. There are a lot of gold
- 2:12Speaker 4: companies that you'll hear about if you listen to talk
- 2:15Speaker 4: radio or podcasts or watch TV, but do they tell
- 2:18Speaker 4: you how the pricing actually works well. At kirk Elliott,
- 2:23Speaker 4: they're real simple, just eight percent when you buy, and
- 2:27Speaker 4: zero commissions when you sell, with no hidden fees. Ever,
- 2:31Speaker 4: that is the other reason why I recommend them to
- 2:34Speaker 4: all of you. They also don't sell you quote rare
- 2:37Speaker 4: coins or precious coins that you pay insane markups on
- 2:41Speaker 4: and then when you go to sell them you find
- 2:43Speaker 4: out they're really not worth that much.
- 2:45Speaker 3: They are a bullyon only approach.
- 2:48Speaker 4: They focus on investment grade medals, no overpriced collectibles, no gimmicks.
- 2:54Speaker 4: That means you get more gold or silver for your
- 2:57Speaker 4: money at fair value when it's time for you to sell.
- 3:01Speaker 4: So if you're ready to find out if gold and
- 3:04Speaker 4: silver is right for you and your portfolio, then call
- 3:07Speaker 4: them and get a plan. You can visit them at

- 3:36Speaker 4: Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 3:39Speaker 4: This is a story that I'm about to tell you
- 3:41Speaker 4: that it's an incredibly important one. It is a fact
- 3:45Speaker 4: now that the FBI literally spied on not one, not two,
- 3:51Speaker 4: not three, four, five, six, seven, but eight GOP senators.
- 3:59Speaker 4: It was called a total analysis. That is the terminology
- 4:03Speaker 4: that's used by FBI investigators to analyze cellular call data
- 4:08Speaker 4: for federal probes. Think of it as link analysis that
- 4:13Speaker 4: shows patterns of communication location data as well as potential
- 4:19Speaker 4: targets network of associates. This should shock every single one
- 4:25Speaker 4: of you to a core. And these declassified records, as
- 4:30Speaker 4: the FBI Director Cash Betel is now exposing code name
- 4:34Speaker 4: Arctic Frost was brought because of a whistle blower disclosures
- 4:38Speaker 4: to Senator Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson that showed nearly
- 4:43Speaker 4: one hundred conservative groups, including Turning Point USA, were part
- 4:50Speaker 4: of the probe. Now you have something that's even more shocking,
- 4:55Speaker 4: and that is not only was the FBI going after
- 4:57Speaker 4: conservative groups, but the FBI was spying on senators and
- 5:02Speaker 4: some of those senators are now fighting back. Senator Ron
- 5:06Speaker 4: Johnson saying it this way in a statement earlier, I
- 5:09Speaker 4: was just briefed by the FBI's Dan Bongino that the
- 5:13Speaker 4: FBI and the Justice Department obtained call logs from eight
- 5:19Speaker 4: US senators, including myself. We were surveilled simply for being Republicans.
- 5:27Speaker 4: This does not surprise me, but it should shock every American.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Senator Johnson continued, What the Biden administration has done is
- 5:37Speaker 4: an outrageous abuse of power. It is blatant political persecution.
- 5:44Speaker 4: Those responsible must be held fully accountable. Now you may
- 5:49Speaker 4: ask yourself what is in this actual document. The Federal
- 5:52Speaker 4: Bureau of Investigation unclassified document dated nine to twenty seven
- 5:58Speaker 4: of twenty twenty three puts it in a simple manner.
- 6:02Speaker 4: The FBI special agent with the name redacted, conducted preliminary
- 6:07Speaker 4: toll analysis on limited tolls records associated with the following
- 6:12Speaker 4: US Senators Mike Kelly, Lindsey Graham, Bill Haggerty, Josh Holly,
- 6:21Speaker 4: Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville, Ron Johnson, Cynthia Loomis, and Senator
- 6:28Speaker 4: Marsha Blackburn. You look at what I just explained to you,
- 6:33Speaker 4: and this is the weaponization literally of our federal government
- 6:37Speaker 4: right before our eyes. The other question is this, who
- 6:42Speaker 4: are the FBI's supervisory special agents and why are their
- 6:46Speaker 4: names redacted? Who approved the report and the surveillance of
- 6:50Speaker 4: the US senators is another question that should be asked.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Markings indicate that the FBI Washington Field Off. This was
- 7:00Speaker 4: doing this during the Biden administration. This also means that
- 7:06Speaker 4: there was a team involved as well. An FBISSA manages
- 7:11Speaker 4: investigative teams and approves the reports that we now are seeing.
- 7:16Speaker 4: Toll analysis, as I mentioned, is used to analyze cellular
- 7:20Speaker 4: data and the call details for federal probes. This is
- 7:24Speaker 4: a highly revealing investigative tool. It exploits all the patterns
- 7:29Speaker 4: of the targets or the people involved in the communication investigation,
- 7:35Speaker 4: and it also is incredibly invasive because it would look
- 7:39Speaker 4: at the location data of those senators that were being
- 7:44Speaker 4: spied on. Now, several of these senators decided to have
- 7:48Speaker 4: a press conference that were the targets that were spied on.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Senator Grassley was the first to speak, and I want
- 7:55Speaker 4: to play it for you. Listen to what they had
- 7:57Speaker 4: to say that we.
- 7:58Speaker 5: Can find the solicitation of these telephone records, which I
- 8:06Speaker 5: think emphasizes the political weaponization that was behind all this effort.
- 8:13Speaker 5: And we're still getting more information, but we've released some
- 8:20Speaker 5: records today and I'll let Senator Johnson take over from here,
- 8:23Speaker 5: and then each one of you collegues can join in
- 8:27Speaker 5: when you want to whatever you want to say.
- 8:30Speaker 6: First of all, I want to thank Sander Grassley. It
- 8:33Speaker 6: is because of his relentless advocacy for whistleblowers that a
- 8:37Speaker 6: lot of this information is servicing right now. We wouldn't
- 8:40Speaker 6: know about the list of one hundred Republican entities that
- 8:43Speaker 6: were targeted by Jack Smith Arctic Frost's investigation. I don't
- 8:46Speaker 6: think we know about this as well, So we need whistleblowers.
- 8:50Speaker 6: I think Dan Bongino and folks of the FBI they
- 8:53Speaker 6: don't know where all the records are hidden. They still don't.
- 8:56Speaker 6: They're not necessarily getting huncent cooperation. But this is outrage
- 9:00Speaker 6: what has happened. I just want to give you a
- 9:02Speaker 6: timeline this. I think you've already got the the FBI
- 9:06Speaker 6: sheet that shows the number of members of Congress that
- 9:09Speaker 6: were targeted Representative Kelly Sanatra's, Graham Haggerty, Holly Sullivan, Tuberville, myself,
- 9:15Speaker 6: Santa Lummis, and Blackburny. This memo was dated September of
- 9:19Speaker 6: twenty twenty three. To put it all into context, the
- 9:23Speaker 6: mar Lago raid occurred in August of twenty twenty two.
- 9:28Speaker 6: Jack Smith announced the indictments against President Trump in August
- 9:31Speaker 6: of twenty twenty three, so this is almost two months later.
- 9:36Speaker 6: They're casting this net, this fishing accident expedition against members
- 9:42Speaker 6: of the Senate in the House. Again, I've been investigating
- 9:47Speaker 6: this with Sanata Grassley. This doesn't surprise me, but it
- 9:50Speaker 6: should shock every American of what the Bide administration has done.
- 9:58Speaker 6: And by the way, this is the first time I
- 9:59Speaker 6: was targeted by the FBI under the Obama administration. The
- 10:02Speaker 6: same thing happened to both Sender Grassley and I as
- 10:05Speaker 6: part of the Foreign Foreign Influenced Task Force. We were
- 10:09Speaker 6: giving a com A briefing to try and convince us
- 10:13Speaker 6: that the Hunter Biden laptop was no big deal, basically
- 10:17Speaker 6: trying to throw us off the track. So this is
- 10:20Speaker 6: major corruption just being revealed inside the Obama and Biden department.
- 10:26Speaker 6: Justine the FBI and I'll turn it over to guest
- 10:29Speaker 6: Senator Haggerty, who's one of the individuals. Again, none of
- 10:32Speaker 6: us were subject to targets this investigation. There's no predicate,
- 10:36Speaker 6: there's no reason for this other than efficient expedition, which
- 10:38Speaker 6: again should outrage and shock every American.
- 10:41Speaker 7: Senator Haggarty, thank you, Senator Johnson and Chairman Grassley, thank you.
- 10:45Speaker 7: For your leadership in making this happen. This is an
- 10:48Speaker 7: extraordinary revelation that just took place this afternoon. My colleagues
- 10:52Speaker 7: and I found out all of US Republicans by the way,
- 10:55Speaker 7: that we replaced under investigation by this FBI under the
- 10:57Speaker 7: Joe Biden FBI that was led, I presume by Jack
- 11:01Speaker 7: Smith and his predecessors. This isn't the first time that
- 11:04Speaker 7: it's happened, though Senator Johnson just mentioned this. I served
- 11:07Speaker 7: on the Trump transition team in Trump Tower in twenty sixteen.
- 11:11Speaker 7: Senator Blackburn was vice chair of the transition committee then.
- 11:15Speaker 7: As we're probably a dozen or more members of Congress
- 11:18Speaker 7: to think that we were all surveilled back then by
- 11:21Speaker 7: the Obama FBI. This corruption to run deep, runs deep,
- 11:25Speaker 7: and it's gone on for far too long. And the
- 11:28Speaker 7: fact that it's happened here again, the fact that they
- 11:31Speaker 7: are looking at our records in twenty twenty three sitting
- 11:33Speaker 7: members of the United States Senate. Again, the only thing
- 11:36Speaker 7: that we have in common, the only thing that common
- 11:38Speaker 7: in this entire list, is that we're all Republicans. They've
- 11:40Speaker 7: decided to come after us. This is as partisan as
- 11:42Speaker 7: it gets. The FBI and the corruption's running. There has
- 11:45Speaker 7: to be cleared out. Thank god we have Cash Betel
- 11:48Speaker 7: and Dan Bongino there. This has to be addressed, it
- 11:51Speaker 7: has to be resolved. It needs to happen today.
- 11:54Speaker 8: What we know is this that the FBI under Joe
- 11:59Speaker 8: Biden and under Barack Obama, that they exercised activity that
- 12:06Speaker 8: they had no authority to exercise. And as Senator Haggardy mentioned,
- 12:12Speaker 8: we know what they did in twenty sixteen to the
- 12:15Speaker 8: Trump transition team. And now we find out that after
- 12:21Speaker 8: the mar A Lago raid, after the indictment of President Trump,
- 12:27Speaker 8: they surveil US people who support President Trump, members who
- 12:34Speaker 8: are all Republicans. But it shows you how out of
- 12:39Speaker 8: control and rotten to the core and politicized the FBI
- 12:46Speaker 8: had become, and how they had absolutely no problem at
- 12:51Speaker 8: all whatsoever with political weaponization. We appreciate the information we've
- 12:57Speaker 8: gotten today. We look forward to their investigation on this.
- 13:02Speaker 4: You just heard from many of those that were targeted
- 13:06Speaker 4: by the FBI. As you heard Bill Haggerty say, we
- 13:11Speaker 4: are sitting members of Congress, and by the way, we
- 13:16Speaker 4: now have learned it's not just senators. There was also
- 13:18Speaker 4: a representative that had their private communications tracked by the
- 13:23Speaker 4: former Special Council Jack Smith under the Biden administration. The
- 13:28Speaker 4: FBI Director Cash Bettel, also revealing files obtained by Fox
- 13:33Speaker 4: News show that Smith, in his official capacity at the
- 13:37Speaker 4: Department of Justice, as he investigated Donald Trump and the
- 13:41Speaker 4: events of January sixth, twenty twenty one, decided to not
- 13:45Speaker 4: only track the phone calls of Lindsey Graham, Marshall Blackburn,
- 13:47Speaker 4: Ron Johnson, Josh Holly, Cynthia Loomis, Bill Haggerty, Dan Sullivan,
- 13:51Speaker 4: Tommy Tuverville, but also we now have learned Republican Representative
- 13:56Speaker 4: Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania. The alarming doctor document revealing that
- 14:01Speaker 4: Smith and his Arctic Frost team had subpoena telephone providers
- 14:07Speaker 4: for the lawmakers records in twenty twenty three, was recently.
- 14:11Speaker 3: Discovered by Patel.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Patel confirmed the legitimacy of the findings in an ex post, writing,
- 14:17Speaker 4: we recently uncovered proof that phone records of US lawmakers
- 14:21Speaker 4: were sees for political purposes. That abuse of power ends now.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Under my leadership, the FBI will deliver truth and accountability
- 14:31Speaker 4: and never again be weaponized against the American people. That
- 14:35Speaker 4: abuse of power ends now, it seems to be the
- 14:39Speaker 4: mantra unfortunately that is needed by this administration to make
- 14:44Speaker 4: sure that these bad actors are exposed and rooted out. Finally,
- 14:48Speaker 4: you also heard one other thing that was really important
- 14:51Speaker 4: that was mentioned there. We need listle blowers. You heard
- 14:55Speaker 4: that from Senator Johnson. He is asking for others to
- 14:58Speaker 4: come forward that may not about abuse of power that
- 15:01Speaker 4: was happening in the deep State and letting them know
- 15:04Speaker 4: there's a safe place to bring it. Bongino, we also
- 15:08Speaker 4: know brief the impact of the lawmakers on Monday afternoon
- 15:12Speaker 4: and said that it is a disgrace that he's having
- 15:15Speaker 4: to sit there and show what he has found. It
- 15:18Speaker 4: is a disgrace that I have to stand on Capitol
- 15:20Speaker 4: Hill and reveal this that the FBI was once weaponized
- 15:24Speaker 4: to track the private communications of US lawmakers for political purposes.
- 15:30Speaker 4: That era is over. Several of the senators who have
- 15:34Speaker 4: allegedly been spot on not only spoke at the press
- 15:37Speaker 4: conference which you just heard, but said that they are
- 15:40Speaker 4: also going to be looking into this from a congressional standpoint,
- 15:45Speaker 4: And to put it just an overall perspective for you,
- 15:49Speaker 4: Senator Holly called Smith's actions not only an abuse of power,
- 15:52Speaker 4: beyond Watergate, beyond j. Egger Hoover, one that directly strikes
- 15:58Speaker 4: he said at the Constitution, the separation of powers and
- 16:02Speaker 4: the First Amendment. And thank goodness that President Donald Trump
- 16:06Speaker 4: has put great men in charge of the FBI to
- 16:09Speaker 4: root out this pure evil that is in sight.
- 16:12Speaker 3: Of it now.
- 16:13Speaker 4: Story number two, The FBI Director Cash Pttel has fired
- 16:18Speaker 4: agents involved in tracking the phone calls of eight Republican
- 16:23Speaker 4: senators and a congressman as part of the former Special
- 16:28Speaker 4: Counsel Jack Smith's investigation, a sham investigation into President Donald J.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Trump communication records belonging to GOP Senators Lindsey Graham, Marsha Blackburn,
- 16:42Speaker 4: Ron Johnson, Josh Hawley, Cynthia Loomis, Bill Haggerty, Dan Sullivan,
- 16:49Speaker 4: Tommy Tuberville, and Representative Mike Kelly. We know now for
- 16:53Speaker 4: a fact, we're handed over to Smith's Arctic Frost's team
- 16:59Speaker 4: after they subpoened major phone companies in twenty twenty three.
- 17:05Speaker 4: The fact was unknown to the public until this week,
- 17:10Speaker 4: when Cash Bettel, the FBI director, saying he discovered the
- 17:14Speaker 4: files hidden in a lock box that was placed in
- 17:18Speaker 4: a vault in a cyber place where no one can
- 17:22Speaker 4: see or search these files.
- 17:25Speaker 3: The FBI director saying this.
- 17:29Speaker 9: It in a lock box, put that lock box in
- 17:31Speaker 9: a vault, and then put that vault in a cyber
- 17:34Speaker 9: place where no one can see or search these files.
- 17:37Speaker 9: They're called a restricted access and prohibited access. Restricted access
- 17:42Speaker 9: means some people get to see it. Prohibited access you
- 17:45Speaker 9: put it in there when you want to hide it
- 17:46Speaker 9: from the world, and that takes the authorization of the
- 17:48Speaker 9: Attorney General and the director of the FBI. So not
- 17:51Speaker 9: only did they weaponize this law enforcement, but when we
- 17:54Speaker 9: got in there, and when I got in as the
- 17:55Speaker 9: FBI director, from my experience as rushing Gate, I knew
- 17:58Speaker 9: where to look and what rooms to open and what
- 17:59Speaker 9: to to kick down. And that's what we did. We
- 18:02Speaker 9: found this information to expose to politicization by Jacksmith and
- 18:06Speaker 9: the prior Department of Justice. I mean, just think about it.
- 18:09Speaker 9: Eight city United States senators phone records were gathered in
- 18:13Speaker 9: subpoena through the grand jury process, and it was buried
- 18:17Speaker 9: and wormholed. It was the hope that no one would
- 18:19Speaker 9: find it. So we're just scratching the surface here, but
- 18:21Speaker 9: accountability is coming. We are finding every single person involved.
- 18:25Speaker 9: We will not leave a single room locked. We will
- 18:28Speaker 9: go in through all the prohibited access requirements and we
- 18:31Speaker 9: will find the material and show the American public like
- 18:34Speaker 9: we have done in this FBI more transformative and transparent
- 18:37Speaker 9: than any in the US history, to bring accountability to
- 18:39Speaker 9: the American people. And we were working with our partners
- 18:41Speaker 9: in Congress, who should be furious at the prior administration's
- 18:44Speaker 9: leadership and weaponization in singular politicization of law enforcement. The
- 18:49Speaker 9: American public sees what we're doing, Sean with the statue
- 18:51Speaker 9: just right off in the beginning. They see what we're
- 18:53Speaker 9: doing here to unseal the vault and show the world
- 18:58Speaker 9: how the deep state actually.
- 18:59Speaker 4: Operated cashptel, making it clear this is the beginning, not
- 19:04Speaker 4: the end. And if you go back and you actually
- 19:06Speaker 4: look at what he said quote you put it in
- 19:09Speaker 4: there and when you want to hide it from the world,
- 19:12Speaker 4: and that takes the authorization of the Attorney General and
- 19:16Speaker 4: the director of the FBI. So not only did they
- 19:20Speaker 4: weaponize this law enforcement, but when we got in there,
- 19:24Speaker 4: and when I got to in as the FBI director,
- 19:28Speaker 4: from my experience as Russia Gate, I knew where to
- 19:32Speaker 4: look and what rooms to open and what doors to
- 19:34Speaker 4: knock down and that is what we did. So if
- 19:38Speaker 4: you want to know why the President of the United
- 19:40Speaker 4: States of America decided to pick Casptel to do this job.
- 19:44Speaker 3: It is exactly for this reason.
- 19:46Speaker 4: And it goes back to what else he had to say, saying, quote,
- 19:49Speaker 4: we found this information to expose the politicalization by Jack Smith, member,
- 19:56Speaker 4: this guy in charge of special counsel, weaponizing our government
- 19:59Speaker 4: to go after Donald Trump and the prior Department of Justice,
- 20:03Speaker 4: he added, before revealing that he fired the agents who
- 20:07Speaker 4: facilitated the secret investigations into sitting US law makers. Now
- 20:15Speaker 4: Holly by the Way Center. Holly, one of the senators
- 20:17Speaker 4: who had his phone calls tracked by the Biden administration's DOJ,
- 20:23Speaker 4: called Smith's subpoena an abuse of power beyond Watergate, beyond
- 20:28Speaker 4: Jaeger Hoover, one that directly strikes at the Constitution, the
- 20:33Speaker 4: separations of power, and the First Amendment. Holly also said
- 20:38Speaker 4: it's time for there to be a special counsel, saying, quote,
- 20:41Speaker 4: we need a full investigation of all involved, who knew
- 20:45Speaker 4: about it, who ordered it, and who approved it. Anyone
- 20:50Speaker 4: and everyone who violated the law must be prosecuted the
- 20:55Speaker 4: way to save the country is to restore the rule
- 20:59Speaker 4: of law, the senator said. Now, the US Office a
- 21:03Speaker 4: Special Counsel the USC in August open an investigation into
- 21:07Speaker 4: Jack Smith, who may have unlawfully targeted President Trump, and
- 21:13Speaker 4: that may be where this investigation is going next.
