- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to start with before I get to Hunter Biden,
- 0:05Speaker 1: and before I get to this court date that's now
- 0:07Speaker 1: been set in August for Donald Trump, which is shocking
- 0:11Speaker 1: how fast they're going to move this thing in Florida
- 0:13Speaker 1: with this new federal indictment to what happened today that
- 0:17Speaker 1: will be overlooked in Congress by Durham's testimony.
- 0:23Speaker 2: The Durham Report, as you know, had a lot of
- 0:25Speaker 2: intel in it.
- 0:26Speaker 1: A lot of people were angry what was in the
- 0:27Speaker 1: Durham Report and the Durham investigation into Russian collusion, the
- 0:33Speaker 1: lies behind it, everything else. They're mad that people weren't
- 0:36Speaker 1: charged with crimes, understandably so, because people were clearly trying
- 0:39Speaker 1: to commit crimes. John Durham, however, testified to Congress that
- 0:45Speaker 1: James Comy, who was the FBI director, and this goes
- 0:48Speaker 1: back to how corrupt the deep state is, the DOJ is,
- 0:51Speaker 1: the FBI is what they just did with the sweetheart
- 0:53Speaker 1: deal for Hunter Biden. Durham testified that James Coomy purposely
- 0:58Speaker 1: didn't share the intel that he had on Hillary Clinton's
- 1:03Speaker 1: plan to link Trump to Russia with the agents working
- 1:09Speaker 1: the cross Fire Hurricane case. I want you to hear
- 1:13Speaker 1: Jim Jordan talking with Durham before Congress's testimony.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Listen carefully, mister Durham, the summer of twenty sixteen, did
- 1:21Speaker 3: our government receive intelligence that suggested Secretary Clinton had approved
- 1:25Speaker 3: a plan to tie President Trump to Russia?
- 1:27Speaker 2: Yes?
- 1:28Speaker 4: Was that intelligence important enough for Director Brennan to go
- 1:32Speaker 4: brief the President of the United States, the Vice President
- 1:34Speaker 4: of the United States, the Attorney General of the United States,
- 1:36Speaker 4: and the Director of the FBI.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:39Speaker 4: And was that intelligence put that into a memorandum, a
- 1:41Speaker 4: referral memorandum?
- 1:43Speaker 2: Yes?
- 1:43Speaker 4: And was that memorandum then given to Director Comy and
- 1:46Speaker 4: Agent Struck.
- 1:47Speaker 5: That's who was addressed to you. Yes.
- 1:50Speaker 4: Did Director called me share that memorandum with the FIZI Court?
- 1:53Speaker 2: I'm sorry?
- 1:54Speaker 4: Did he share that memorandum with the phiz of Court?
- 1:56Speaker 4: Did Director call me do that?
- 1:58Speaker 5: I'm not a word that if he did.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Did he share with the lawyers preparing the FISA application?
- 2:04Speaker 5: Not to my knowledge.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Did he share it with the agents on the case
- 2:07Speaker 4: working the Crossfire Hurricane case. No, didn't share with the
- 2:10Speaker 4: agents on the case. Can you tell the committee what
- 2:12Speaker 4: happened when you took that referral memo and shared it
- 2:16Speaker 4: with one of those agents, specifically Supervisory Special Agent number one.
- 2:21Speaker 5: We interviewed the first supervisor the Crossfire investigation, the operational person.
- 2:30Speaker 5: We showed him the intelligence information. He indicated he had
- 2:34Speaker 5: never seen it before. He immediately became emotional, got up
- 2:40Speaker 5: and left the room with his lawyer, spent some time
- 2:43Speaker 5: in the hallway, came back.
- 2:46Speaker 4: He was ticked off, wasn't he? He was ticked off
- 2:48Speaker 4: because this is something he should have had as an
- 2:50Speaker 4: agent on the case. Is important information that the director
- 2:53Speaker 4: of the FBI kept from the people doing the investigation.
- 2:57Speaker 5: The information was kept from him.
- 3:00Speaker 1: The information was kept from him. Imagine you're doing your job,
- 3:06Speaker 1: a job that you've sworn an oath and a duty
- 3:08Speaker 1: to do for the country, for the United States of America,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and you find out that the entire time you're doing
- 3:13Speaker 1: your job, you're basically chasing your tail, and the guys
- 3:17Speaker 1: who sent you to do the job are actually lying
- 3:20Speaker 1: to you and not telling you that the intel of
- 3:23Speaker 1: where all this begins began with Hillary Clinton. That is
- 3:27Speaker 1: what Durham just testified to Congress about. There was a
- 3:32Speaker 1: memo that was given and shared and briefed to all
- 3:36Speaker 1: of the players in all different levels of the government.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Yet the people that were tasked with investigating Russia collusion
- 3:45Speaker 1: were never told by James Comer, the FBI director, that
- 3:50Speaker 1: this originally started with a Hillary Clinton campaign. They had
- 3:56Speaker 1: that in their memos, the same memos that they had
- 3:59Speaker 1: briefed other people in the Democratic Party at the highest levels,
- 4:03Speaker 1: including Barack Obama, on that Hillary Clinton and the Clinton
- 4:07Speaker 1: campaign they had a campaign plan and their plan to
- 4:13Speaker 1: win the election was to tie Donald Trump, okay, to
- 4:18Speaker 1: tie him to Russia. They knew it was a fabricated story,
- 4:23Speaker 1: the Steele dossier which was paid for by Hillary Clinton's campaign. Okay,
- 4:29Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's campaign paid for that dossier with the Democratic
- 4:33Speaker 1: National Committee, and the entire time they knew it. Not
- 4:37Speaker 1: only that, but the person that was trying to put
- 4:40Speaker 1: the president in prison, who was trying to get him impeached,
- 4:45Speaker 1: Adam Shift, the scumbag anti American liar. He was there
- 4:50Speaker 1: knowing that he was impeaching, trying to overthrow the will
- 4:53Speaker 1: of the people at that time, with information, by the way,
- 4:57Speaker 1: that he did know came from Hillary Clinton and from
- 4:59Speaker 1: the Democratic National Committee. In fact, Durham was asked about
- 5:04Speaker 1: some of this and a back and forth. Today, John
- 5:06Speaker 1: Durham shut down Adam shift in this Trump Russia hearing,
- 5:11Speaker 1: and this is their back and forth. Imagine how angry
- 5:14Speaker 1: Durham must be to deal with a liar and a
- 5:17Speaker 1: scumbag like Adam Shiff. We try to overthrow many Americans
- 5:21Speaker 1: that voted for Donald.
- 5:23Speaker 6: Trump, mister Durham that Muller and Congressional investigations also revealed
- 5:29Speaker 6: that Don Junior was informed that a Russian official was
- 5:32Speaker 6: offering the Trump campaign quote very high level and sensitive
- 5:36Speaker 6: information unquote that would be incriminating off Hillary Clinton was
- 5:40Speaker 6: part of quote Russia and its government support of mister Trump.
- 5:44Speaker 6: Are you aware of that?
- 5:45Speaker 5: Sure, people get phone calls all the time from individuals
- 5:48Speaker 5: who claim to have information like that.
- 5:50Speaker 6: Really, the son of a president shall get candidate gets
- 5:52Speaker 6: calls all the time from before in government offering dirt
- 5:56Speaker 6: on their important opponent. Is that what you're saying.
- 5:57Speaker 5: I don't think this is unique in your experience, So.
- 6:01Speaker 6: You you have other instances of the Russian government offering
- 6:04Speaker 6: dirt on a presidential candidate to the presidential candidate's son.
- 6:08Speaker 6: Is that what you're saying?
- 6:10Speaker 5: Would you repeat the question?
- 6:12Speaker 6: You said that it's not uncommon to get offers of
- 6:15Speaker 6: help from a hostile foreign government and presidential campaign directed
- 6:19Speaker 6: at the president's son. You really stand by that, mister.
- 6:21Speaker 5: Durham, saying that that people can make phone calls making
- 6:26Speaker 5: claims all the time that you may have.
- 6:28Speaker 6: You're really trying to diminish the significance of what happened
- 6:31Speaker 6: here and the secret meeting that the president's set sons
- 6:35Speaker 6: set up in Trump Tower to receive that incriminating information.
- 6:39Speaker 6: Trying to diminish the significant significance of that, mister.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Dirt, not trying to diminish it at all. But I
- 6:43Speaker 5: think the more complete story is that they met and
- 6:45Speaker 5: it was at Rusen. They didn't talk about missus Clinton.
- 6:48Speaker 6: And you think it's insignificant that he had a secret
- 6:52Speaker 6: meeting with the Russian delegation for the purpose of getting
- 6:55Speaker 6: dirt on Hillary Clinton and the only disappointment to express
- 6:59Speaker 6: the meeting was that the dirt they got wasn't better.
- 7:01Speaker 6: You don't think that's significant.
- 7:03Speaker 5: I don't think that that was a well advised thing
- 7:05Speaker 5: to do.
- 7:06Speaker 6: Oh oh, not well advised? All right, Well, that's that's
- 7:10Speaker 6: the understatement of the year. So you think it's perfectly
- 7:14Speaker 6: appropriate or or maybe just ill advised. For a presidential
- 7:18Speaker 6: campaign to secretly meet with a Russian delegation to get
- 7:21Speaker 6: dirt on their opponent, you would merely say that's inadvisable.
- 7:25Speaker 5: If you're asking me what I do it, I hope
- 7:27Speaker 5: I wouldn't do it. But it was not illegal. It
- 7:30Speaker 5: was stupid, foolish, ill advised.
- 7:33Speaker 6: Well, it is illegal to conspire to get an incriminating
- 7:37Speaker 6: opposition research from a hostile government that is of financial
- 7:42Speaker 6: value to a campaign. Wouldn't that violate campaign laws?
- 7:44Speaker 5: I don't know. I don't know all those facts to
- 7:46Speaker 5: be true.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I don't know all of those facts to be true.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Durham there, and and his honesty. Whether you like what
- 7:58Speaker 1: he said or not, he was being honest there. It's
- 8:00Speaker 1: not abnormal in politics to take a meeting if someone
- 8:03Speaker 1: says they have dirt on your opponent, the person you're
- 8:06Speaker 1: trying to beat, he said, would he have gone in
- 8:08Speaker 1: the meeting? I don't think so. It would have been
- 8:10Speaker 1: ill avised. He's also thinking about it from a legal standpoint,
- 8:13Speaker 1: not from a candidate standpoint. Number one, number two, in politics,
- 8:18Speaker 1: it is not abnormal for people to try to feed
- 8:21Speaker 1: stories or to give intel to people on the other
- 8:24Speaker 1: side if they don't like the other candidate.
- 8:26Speaker 2: The number of.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Phone calls that I have received during election years and
- 8:31Speaker 1: or by people that want to bring down a politician
- 8:34Speaker 1: with breaking news right stuff, that would be massive.
- 8:37Speaker 2: And I've said this.
- 8:38Speaker 1: For years, I don't do TMZ. But many of the
- 8:43Speaker 1: stories have been floated to me to attack a political
- 8:46Speaker 1: person have been bogus, made up, fabricated, no different than
- 8:51Speaker 1: the Durham Report. Now, I've also been given information in
- 8:54Speaker 1: court documents and things like that that are completely accurate
- 8:57Speaker 1: about things like illegitimate children and the etc. Right, I've
- 9:01Speaker 1: been given up pictures that people have given on candidates
- 9:05Speaker 1: you don't know if they're photoshopped or not of them,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and compromising situations. If you do this job long enough,
- 9:11Speaker 1: there's always people that are willing to come and bring
- 9:14Speaker 1: you stuff saying, hey, you want this, Hey you want this.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I don't do TMZ. Okay, I've said that for a
- 9:19Speaker 2: long time. I don't.
- 9:21Speaker 1: But if you're running for the presidency and there's damaging
- 9:23Speaker 1: information someone says they have for you on Hillary Clinton,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I'm not going to take that meeting. There's a lot
- 9:31Speaker 1: of people they're going to say yes, one of those
- 9:32Speaker 1: was Donald Trump. Now, once that meeting was a ruse,
- 9:35Speaker 1: they never talked about again.
- 9:36Speaker 2: They moved on.
- 9:37Speaker 1: There was nothing illegal there, and that's what Durham just said.
- 9:40Speaker 1: So to be clear, what Durham testified to Congress is this.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Number One, Donald Trump didn't do anything wrong, and they
- 9:47Speaker 1: all knew it when they were investigating him. Number Two,
- 9:50Speaker 1: they abused power and the face of court, and they
- 9:52Speaker 1: knew it, and they knew they were doing it on
- 9:54Speaker 1: a lie, on a ruse, on something that was fabricated.
- 9:58Speaker 1: And number three, the FBI agents that were tasked with
- 10:05Speaker 1: going after Donald Trump were lied to and given a
- 10:09Speaker 1: false premise. The FBI Director James Comy deliberately allowed those
- 10:18Speaker 1: men and women to go out and do a job
- 10:20Speaker 1: without all the intel. And the main thing was, hey,
- 10:23Speaker 1: we had warnings that Hillary Clinton was going to come.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Up with this story.
- 10:27Speaker 1: That's why that FBI agent became so angry, so emotional,
- 10:31Speaker 1: and left the room with his lawyer to compose himself,
- 10:34Speaker 1: because what he realized was he was set up. And
- 10:38Speaker 1: think about how angry you'd be. You're serving your country.
- 10:42Speaker 1: You've given this serious job to investigate possibly the president
- 10:46Speaker 1: of the United States, of America working and being compromised
- 10:50Speaker 1: by the Russians. You go out there to do that job,
- 10:53Speaker 1: and the entire time you're a pawn in a political
- 10:58Speaker 1: game of of lies by the Biden and the Democrats
- 11:03Speaker 1: and all of the Democrats on Capitol Hill, and James Comber,
- 11:07Speaker 1: the FBI director, lies to you.
- 11:10Speaker 2: All right.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I want to get to this other story as well
- 11:13Speaker 1: that I mentioned at the beginning of the show, and
- 11:15Speaker 1: that is a trial date has been set for these
- 11:19Speaker 1: felony charges against Donald Trump in Florida in Federal court.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Judge Cannon has set an incredible Trump trial date.
- 11:29Speaker 2: And when I say incredible, I'm talking about.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Very very quickly here, all right, So let me give
- 11:34Speaker 1: you some of the background on this, because this could
- 11:36Speaker 1: change everything. The District Judge Cannon set the initial date
- 11:42Speaker 1: for the criminal trial Donald Trump in regard to the
- 11:45Speaker 1: alleged mishandling of classified documents will begin in mid August.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Now that date could change. In a written order, Cannon
- 11:55Speaker 1: notes the parties could ask to push the trial back
- 11:57Speaker 1: because of the complexities of the case and issues related
- 12:00Speaker 1: to classified information, both of which might draw out the
- 12:03Speaker 1: timeline to trial. The initial trial date of August puts
- 12:07Speaker 1: the case on a speedy track, with arguments for the
- 12:09Speaker 1: parameters of the jury trial being made by the end
- 12:14Speaker 1: of July, so she's not messing around at all. Kennon
- 12:18Speaker 1: also says proceedings in the case will take place in
- 12:22Speaker 1: Fort Pierce, Florida, that according to the order, modifications could
- 12:26Speaker 1: be made quote as necessary. As this matter proceeds now
- 12:30Speaker 1: in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida,
- 12:32Speaker 1: where Trump and codefinant Walt not aut are charged, a
- 12:38Speaker 1: trial day is set by the federal district judge as
- 12:41Speaker 1: a placeholder. Initially, that date can change drastically because once
- 12:47Speaker 1: it is ordered by the judge, parties usually consult the
- 12:50Speaker 1: judges chambers and discuss their plans and concerns on the
- 12:53Speaker 1: timing and the set additional dates for follow up hearings.
- 12:57Speaker 1: That according to lawyers involved, now Trump has pled not
- 13:01Speaker 1: guilty and his body guy Walt is set to be reigned,
- 13:08Speaker 1: we are told now next week, so we would assume
- 13:10Speaker 1: the same from him. What we know is the Left
- 13:15Speaker 1: is angry about this and the reason why. And I'll
- 13:18Speaker 1: go to the Daily Beast for a perfect example. Their
- 13:21Speaker 1: headline reads Judd cannon set's an incredible Trump trial date.
- 13:25Speaker 1: In a baffling turn of events, they call it the
- 13:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump appointed federal judge. Right, so now they're angry
- 13:31Speaker 1: at the judge overseeing as marlogo classified documents to backle
- 13:36Speaker 1: appears to have placed the case on warped speed, setting
- 13:39Speaker 1: a trial just two months Await. Why are they angry.
- 13:41Speaker 1: They're angry because they want this. They want two things here.
- 13:46Speaker 1: They either want this case hanging over the head of
- 13:49Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump while he's running for president, or they
- 13:54Speaker 1: want him to be in a trial. This would be
- 13:57Speaker 1: ideal during the general elections, so he will not be
- 14:00Speaker 1: able to go out on the campaign trail. Now, there's
- 14:03Speaker 1: a couple of reasons why they want that. One, they
- 14:06Speaker 1: know that Joe Biden is not going to keep up
- 14:08Speaker 1: a schedule. Hell, the guy doesn't even keep a schedule now,
- 14:11Speaker 1: but from noon to four each day, is what we've
- 14:13Speaker 1: been told by the New York Times. So it's not
- 14:16Speaker 1: like he's going to be barnstormming across the country. We're
- 14:19Speaker 1: also being told in the first couple primaries, apparently Joe
- 14:23Speaker 1: Biden isn't even going to show up. He's not going
- 14:26Speaker 1: to show up because they say, well, he doesn't need
- 14:28Speaker 1: to because he is the nominee. I think that's stupid,
- 14:31Speaker 1: but I also think it tells you about how incapacitated
- 14:35Speaker 1: he's become. Even today, there was video of him being
- 14:38Speaker 1: led off a stage to greet some people at an
- 14:41Speaker 1: event by someone that was there. It was embarrassing. He
- 14:44Speaker 1: looked like he was a lost, elderly person. And I
- 14:47Speaker 1: don't mean that to be mean. It's just really sad
- 14:50Speaker 1: that he has clearly incapacitated. The other thing is they
- 14:54Speaker 1: want Donald Trump to not be able to use his
- 14:56Speaker 1: best weapon. COVID is a great example of this. When
- 15:00Speaker 1: COVID hit, Donald Trump couldn't have the big events like
- 15:02Speaker 1: he did that allowed him to be present the first time,
- 15:06Speaker 1: filling up massive stadiums and hangers, tarmacs, etc.
- 15:09Speaker 2: For his campaign events.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Because when Trump forced one or whatever you want to
- 15:14Speaker 1: call it, Trump ay or showed up, the place was
- 15:16Speaker 1: always packed. We know that it was packed. They took
- 15:21Speaker 1: that secret weapon away from him during COVID. If he's
- 15:24Speaker 1: in a trial, they would take away that secret weapon
- 15:27Speaker 1: yet again. Now they wanted this to drag on. They
- 15:33Speaker 1: wanted it to become an issue. What they don't want
- 15:36Speaker 1: is for this thing to go to trial and then
- 15:38Speaker 1: for Donald Trump to be found innocent of committing crimes.
- 15:43Speaker 1: And if he's found innocent, then that gives a massive
- 15:46Speaker 1: boost to him nationally. It will be damning to the
- 15:51Speaker 1: Democratic Party and their witch hunt. That's the other reason
- 15:54Speaker 1: why they don't want a speedy trial. Now, this expediting
- 15:58Speaker 1: this I also think, by the way, is good for
- 16:01Speaker 1: the country in general. Whether it's Republican or Democrat charged,
- 16:05Speaker 1: you want to get through that so that the voters
- 16:08Speaker 1: know the outcome and it's not used as a political weapon.
- 16:12Speaker 1: That would be my opinion. Whether it's a Republican or
- 16:16Speaker 1: whether it is a Democrat, it doesn't really matter. And
- 16:19Speaker 1: that's why the federal court records show that the district
- 16:23Speaker 1: Judge Canon created what was referred to as a rocket
- 16:27Speaker 1: docket to speed his trial through the system. Canon issued
- 16:31Speaker 1: in order stating that the most historic criminal trial in
- 16:34Speaker 1: American history will commence August the fourteenth. Now that's just
- 16:39Speaker 1: fifty five days away, while most federal trials take up
- 16:42Speaker 1: to a year more as both sides prepare for an
- 16:45Speaker 1: epic showdown in court. But this judge, I think understands
- 16:49Speaker 1: how important.
- 16:50Speaker 2: This is now.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Peter Carr, who was a spokesman for the DOJ Special
- 16:55Speaker 1: Council Jack Smith, who indicted Trump, could not confirm that
- 16:59Speaker 1: this is decision was correct and not simply a TYPEO.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Trump's defense lawyers have not responded either. Legal scholars have
- 17:07Speaker 1: noted that this judge is quote sometimes a loose cannon.
- 17:11Speaker 1: This is what the Daily Beast wrote today, consistently making
- 17:16Speaker 1: puzzling decisions that lean heavily in favor of the president
- 17:20Speaker 1: who appointed her in his final months in office. Okay,
- 17:25Speaker 1: so you can hear the bias there. What I think
- 17:28Speaker 1: this judge understands is this. They understand. This judge understands
- 17:34Speaker 1: this needs to be dealt with quickly for the good
- 17:36Speaker 1: of the country and so everyone knows what's going on
- 17:40Speaker 1: on election day. This doesn't need to linger past election day.
- 17:45Speaker 1: This doesn't need to linger or influence the election. It
- 17:48Speaker 1: doesn't need to hinder either a candidate, which in this
- 17:51Speaker 1: case is Donald Trump. I think this is a smart move,
- 17:55Speaker 1: and I doubt that the Trump lawyers are going to
- 17:59Speaker 1: fight to stop this now. I expect, and you should
- 18:03Speaker 1: be ready for this, the DOJ to do everything they
- 18:06Speaker 1: can to try to stop a speedy trial.
- 18:09Speaker 2: For the reasons that I mentioned.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Earlier, I also believe that this judge is doing the
- 18:16Speaker 1: right thing from a perspective of what we should get
- 18:20Speaker 1: in this country with our justice system. When your life
- 18:23Speaker 1: is put on hold and you have a cloud over
- 18:25Speaker 1: you and you've been charged with a crime we were
- 18:29Speaker 1: supposed to have, as you know, you're right to a
- 18:32Speaker 1: speedy trial. We don't really have that in this country anymore.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Things can get locked in courts for years on end,
- 18:39Speaker 1: and the only people that win are the lawyers. The
- 18:43Speaker 1: system in many ways is rigged right because the victim
- 18:46Speaker 1: of the crime has to wait and the accused, who
- 18:50Speaker 1: many times can be a victim, has to wait. And
- 18:54Speaker 1: what happens, Money gets spent, The dollars and the billable
- 18:59Speaker 1: hours keep flowing in. I cannot stand what our justice
- 19:04Speaker 1: system looks like today. The fact that Hunter Biden, after
- 19:07Speaker 1: a five year investigation, gets what he gets is proof
- 19:10Speaker 1: of just how ridiculous our judicial system has become. What
- 19:14Speaker 1: a joke it has become.
- 19:17Speaker 2: So if we've.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Learned anything over the last few years, it's that unexpected
- 19:21Speaker 1: things can and do happen. For example, average IRA and
- 19:25Speaker 1: four to one k balances felled twenty percent last year,
- 19:28Speaker 1: according to Fidelity. We didn't expect that. But here's something
- 19:31Speaker 1: that could help you. If you have an ira or
- 19:34Speaker 1: four one k physical gold in your Ira, yeah, you
- 19:38Speaker 1: can do that. The World Gold Council says even central
- 19:41Speaker 1: banks are buying tons of gold.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Literally.
- 19:44Speaker 1: What does that tell you? Well, you can learn why
- 19:47Speaker 1: many Americans are turning to a gold Ira with Agusta
- 19:50Speaker 1: Precious Metals. You should call Augusta and get their ultimate
- 19:54Speaker 1: guide to gold iras. It feels good to know there's
- 19:57Speaker 1: another savings option, So call a Gust of Precious Medals
- 20:02Speaker 1: eight seven seven seven ben Ira. That's eight seven seven
- 20:06Speaker 1: seven ben Ira eight seven seven seven ben Ira. Consult
- 20:12Speaker 1: your financial professors before making investment decisions and get risk
- 20:16Speaker 1: disclosures at a Gust of Precious Medals dot com. I
- 20:19Speaker 1: didn't realize that in America we had a royal family,
- 20:23Speaker 1: but apparently we do. And the prince is named Hunter
- 20:27Speaker 1: Biden because the Prince apparently can do no wrong. He
- 20:30Speaker 1: lives by a different set of rules and guidelines than
- 20:35Speaker 1: you and I, especially if you are a minority, which
- 20:39Speaker 1: I will talk about coming up.
- 20:41Speaker 2: As you know, Hunter.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Biden has been found to have committed some crimes, but
- 20:48Speaker 1: don't worry, the Prince of the United States of America.
- 20:51Speaker 1: He's gonna get a slap on the wrist and a hug.
- 20:54Speaker 1: In fact, we have the first audio now from his
- 20:57Speaker 1: father talking about this, and his father was at a
- 21:01Speaker 1: meeting on artificial intelligence.
- 21:03Speaker 2: To the right.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom was sitting next to him, and you can
- 21:06Speaker 1: hear a bunch of the media yelling at him, questions
- 21:09Speaker 1: after he told the media to leave the room. What
- 21:11Speaker 1: did he say, I'm very proud of my son. There
- 21:18Speaker 1: it is a proud father, the King right of America,
- 21:22Speaker 1: talking about his prince son, who plays by a different
- 21:26Speaker 1: set of rules. I'm very proud of my son. It's
- 21:29Speaker 1: the same man who lied to you and said he'd
- 21:33Speaker 1: never spoken to his son about his business dealings. We
- 21:36Speaker 1: know that's a lie. He said that his son had
- 21:38Speaker 1: not committed any crimes, he'd done nothing wrong. Right, smartest
- 21:42Speaker 1: guy he knows. But hey, it's relatable because everybody has
- 21:46Speaker 1: kids that make mistakes. So would you be mad at
- 21:49Speaker 1: Joe Biden for saying he's very proud of his son. No,
- 21:52Speaker 1: because if you are mad at him, you are a
- 21:54Speaker 1: terrible person probably worse than Hunter Biden.
- 21:58Speaker 2: So there it is. I'm very proud of my son.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Let's move on after a five year fake investigation with
- 22:05Speaker 1: the only two crimes that confined to charge him with.
- 22:07Speaker 1: It didn't connect him to the corruption of his father.
- 22:10Speaker 2: He said.
- 22:11Speaker 1: This is an event in California after Hunter Biden agreed
- 22:14Speaker 1: to plead guilty to two federal tax violations and one
- 22:17Speaker 1: violation of a gun law, which he will never go
- 22:20Speaker 1: to prison for. It was the present's very first remarks
- 22:25Speaker 1: on camera addressing the charges, which Republicans describe as part
- 22:28Speaker 1: of a sweetheart deal to let out Hunter Biden to
- 22:31Speaker 1: avoid more serious charges and to avoid jail time. It
- 22:36Speaker 1: also did not open up the White House to any issues.
- 22:40Speaker 1: According to The Messenger, First Lady Joe Biden ignored a
- 22:43Speaker 1: shouted question about the plea deal during an event the
- 22:46Speaker 1: White House on abortion. White House spokesman Ian Sam said
- 22:50Speaker 1: in a statement, the President the First Lady loved their
- 22:52Speaker 1: son and support him as he continues to quote rebuild
- 22:56Speaker 1: his life. So let's just make a lifetime movie about him, right,
- 23:00Speaker 1: because this is an amazing individual, isn't it. There and
- 23:04Speaker 1: there are also conflicting reports about whether the Plea deal
- 23:07Speaker 1: includes an end to all federal investigations into Hunter Biden,
- 23:12Speaker 1: because the media certainly reported it that way. The media said,
- 23:18Speaker 1: this is it. NBC News said a global investigation lasting
- 23:23Speaker 1: five years has wrapped up. Hunter Biden's attorneys put out
- 23:27Speaker 1: in a statement that they said this puts an end
- 23:30Speaker 1: to the issues with Hunter Biden, meaning everything has all
- 23:36Speaker 1: been encapsulated and it's all done. When we're talking about everything,
- 23:39Speaker 1: we're talking about taking bribes from Barisma. We're talking about
- 23:42Speaker 1: getting people fired, prosecutors in that government holding a billion
- 23:46Speaker 1: dollar in American loans back so that they could fire
- 23:49Speaker 1: that individual that was looking at Barisma. We're talking about
- 23:52Speaker 1: taking money from the Russian oligarchs who's still not been
- 23:55Speaker 1: sanctioned by the United States of America. The former mayor
- 23:59Speaker 1: mouscows Life giving millions of dollars to the Biden crime family.
- 24:03Speaker 1: We're talking about millions and millions of dollars coming in
- 24:05Speaker 1: from the Chinese Communist Party, from energy deals in China.
- 24:10Speaker 1: We're talking about billions of dollars and loans. We're talking
- 24:13Speaker 1: about not registering as a foreign agent. We're talking about
- 24:17Speaker 1: sex trafficking, human trafficking, drugs, massive amounts of drugs all
- 24:22Speaker 1: caught on tape, which would certainly be more than the
- 24:25Speaker 1: minimums the drugs that we saw in those videos, which
- 24:29Speaker 1: would include him being charged in theory right with dealing
- 24:32Speaker 1: all that they're saying gone. The US Attorney for Delaware,
- 24:36Speaker 1: David Weiss, said in a statement, the investigation quote is ongoing. Yes, ongoing,
- 24:44Speaker 1: meaning it is not wrapped up. The media not telling
- 24:47Speaker 1: you that. However, there's also a political report citing a
- 24:52Speaker 1: person familiar with the plea deal that it is that
- 24:56Speaker 1: said it intends to be a comprehensive RESI solution of
- 25:00Speaker 1: hunter Biden's potential legal liability in all matters investigated by
- 25:05Speaker 1: federal authorities.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Quote.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Those matters include allegations that have been leveled against him
- 25:11Speaker 1: in recent years at his business dealings with his well
- 25:14Speaker 1: compensated post on the board of the Ukrainian energy company
- 25:18Speaker 1: Barisma a mounted to corruption and violate the Foreign Agents
- 25:22Speaker 1: Registration Act. The report said, this is the end of it.
- 25:26Speaker 1: The person said to Politica, that contradicting the US Attorney
- 25:30Speaker 1: for Delaware David Weiss, who said in the statement the
- 25:32Speaker 1: investigation quote is ongoing.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Now.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's plea deal with the United States Attorney David
- 25:38Speaker 1: Weiss appears to exclude the ten billion excuse me ten
- 25:42Speaker 1: million dollar bribery scheme with Barisma that does not count
- 25:46Speaker 1: anything going on in China. Meanwhile, Hunter Biden's attorney, Christopher Clark,
- 25:53Speaker 1: signaled the plea deal meant that his client could quote
- 25:56Speaker 1: move on. It is my understanding that the five year
- 26:01Speaker 1: investigation the Hunter is resolved. Clark said, I know Hunter
- 26:05Speaker 1: believes it is important to take responsibility for these mistakes.
- 26:09Speaker 1: It's the same attorney that said he'd never committed any
- 26:11Speaker 1: crimes and never done anything wrong. Now the same attorney's
- 26:14Speaker 1: telling you it's important to Hunter to take responsibility for
- 26:19Speaker 1: these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil and
- 26:22Speaker 1: addiction in his life. That's exactly how I told you
- 26:25Speaker 1: they were going to play this out. Right, He is
- 26:27Speaker 1: a poor soul.
- 26:28Speaker 2: He was an act.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Proud of him. He came out of this and the
- 26:32Speaker 1: family abused his addiction. I also want you to understand
- 26:35Speaker 1: about the soullessness of Joe Biden and Joe Biden, right,
- 26:39Speaker 1: Doctor Joe Biden they knew, and James Biden, the brother
- 26:43Speaker 1: they all knew.
- 26:45Speaker 2: The entire time that they were abusing a drug addict.
- 26:50Speaker 1: They knew that they had an alibi for the drug
- 26:53Speaker 1: addict if he was caught, which he was, and the
- 26:58Speaker 1: alibi was he's an addict.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Feel sorry for him.
- 27:00Speaker 1: There's many people that deal with addiction issues, but most people,
- 27:04Speaker 1: by the way they're dealing with addiction issues, they're not
- 27:06Speaker 1: doing deals with the Russians, with the Romanians and with
- 27:09Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party to make millions and millions of dollars.
- 27:13Speaker 1: What the Bidens understood is that they could get him
- 27:17Speaker 1: to do these deals and then he wouldn't be held
- 27:21Speaker 1: accountable because they had an alibi, and it.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Worked out flawlessly. Quote.
- 27:27Speaker 1: It's my understanding that the five year investigation the Hunter
- 27:30Speaker 1: Biden has resolved. As attorney said, he wants to take
- 27:33Speaker 1: responsibility for these mistakes he made during a turmoil, during
- 27:36Speaker 1: a period of turmoil addiction. He looks forward to continuing
- 27:39Speaker 1: his recovery and moving forward.
- 27:41Speaker 2: So there it is.
- 27:42Speaker 1: You can't you can't you know, you rail on the
- 27:44Speaker 1: Prince here right? Why would you rail on the Prince?
- 27:48Speaker 1: The Prince is not allowed to be talked about in
- 27:50Speaker 1: a negative way. He is looking forward to continuing his
- 27:53Speaker 1: recovery and I love my son.
- 27:55Speaker 2: How can you.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Criticize a dad who says after Father's Day he loves
- 27:59Speaker 1: his son. If the President of the United States of
- 28:01Speaker 1: America truly loved his son, he wouldn't have abused him
- 28:04Speaker 1: the way he did, taking advantage of an addict to
- 28:07Speaker 1: get him to do the dirty deeds the family need
- 28:10Speaker 1: him to do to make millions and millions of dollars
- 28:13Speaker 1: in income. As James Comber put it, thirty million plus
- 28:17Speaker 1: is what he believes are going to find in transactions
- 28:19Speaker 1: going to the Biden crime family. Now Hunter Biden plea
- 28:22Speaker 1: deal again.
- 28:23Speaker 2: It excludes the.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Ten million dollar bribery scheme altogether from Ukraine. Did they
- 28:30Speaker 1: bring in a bunch of people to interview them on
- 28:32Speaker 1: this issue? From what we understand, No, they look the
- 28:35Speaker 1: other way. Hunter Biden's deal with the United States Attorney
- 28:39Speaker 1: David Weiss appears to exclude the alleged ten million bribery
- 28:42Speaker 1: scheme and FBI informant documented and what wifs reportedly obtained
- 28:47Speaker 1: from the former Attorney General Bill Barr. Hunter Biden agreeing
- 28:51Speaker 1: to the two counts zero jail time, say it again,
- 28:55Speaker 1: zero jail time. Now the decision of whether to ultimately
- 29:00Speaker 1: charge Hunter Biden was up to the United States Attorney
- 29:04Speaker 1: David Weiss. In March, Attorney General Merrick Garland said he
- 29:07Speaker 1: would personally have to authorize any potential charges against Hunter Biden.
- 29:13Speaker 1: So to be clear, Hunter Biden's charges came through the
- 29:17Speaker 1: Biden White House and Merrick Garland. And notably, the plea
- 29:21Speaker 1: deal with Wise appears to exclude any charges related to
- 29:26Speaker 1: the bribery scheme in which Hunter and President Joe Biden
- 29:29Speaker 1: accepted five million each from a Ukrainian energy company executive,
- 29:35Speaker 1: according to an FBI informant file reviewed by the House
- 29:38Speaker 1: Oversight Committee, and that just happened. To be clear, this
- 29:43Speaker 1: five year investigation, you want to know what happened in
- 29:46Speaker 1: the last month.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Well.
- 29:48Speaker 1: In June, former Attorney General Bill Barr said the informant
- 29:52Speaker 1: file was sent to David Weiss during the Trump administration.
- 29:56Speaker 1: At the time, Wise had an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Quote I was sent to Delaware for further investigation. Bar
- 30:04Speaker 1: told the Federalists. Senator Marsha Blackburn ripped the Justice Department
- 30:09Speaker 1: for appearing to ignore the bribery scandal, saying this quote,
- 30:13Speaker 1: if the DOJ thinks this dismisses the five million alleged
- 30:18Speaker 1: bribery scheme or the years of reported Biden family corruption,
- 30:22Speaker 1: they are mistaken. According to recent poll, eighty three percent
- 30:26Speaker 1: of voters believe the FBI should make public its informant
- 30:31Speaker 1: file that alleges Joe Biden accepted the five million dollar
- 30:35Speaker 1: bribe from the Ukrainian oligart. In addition, a majority of
- 30:39Speaker 1: voters believe Joe Biden took the five million dollar bribe.
- 30:43Speaker 1: But again, none of this plea deal dealt with any
- 30:47Speaker 1: of that. So to recap for you, the man in
- 30:52Speaker 1: charge of our government, Joe Biden, was able to fix
- 30:55Speaker 1: it again for his son, something he's been doing for
- 30:59Speaker 1: what fifty years now in government. Lied to you about
- 31:03Speaker 1: talking to a son about business dealings, lied to you
- 31:07Speaker 1: about his son committing crimes, lied to you about what
- 31:10Speaker 1: happened Ukraine, lied to you about the money coming in
- 31:13Speaker 1: from China, lied to you about the Russian oligarchs, and
- 31:16Speaker 1: there's something else about the Russians.
- 31:17Speaker 2: I want to bring this up again.
- 31:19Speaker 1: The Russian oligarchs that gave millions to the Biden crime
- 31:23Speaker 1: family have been excluded in every single round of sanctions
- 31:29Speaker 1: against Russians with their invasion of Ukraine. This is the
- 31:35Speaker 1: former mayor of Moscow's this family. They have direct close
- 31:41Speaker 1: friendships tight ties to Vladimir Putin. Why have they been
- 31:45Speaker 1: excluded from this list because they paid off the bidens? Now,
- 31:50Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 31:52Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 31:54Speaker 1: friends at Patriot Mobile. They are now offering a performance guarantee.
- 31:59Speaker 1: If you're not happy with your coverage, you can switch

- 32:28Speaker 2: So this year resolved to.

- 33:03Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson.
- 33:05Speaker 2: All right, I just got to.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Remind you of also something else. Do you remember how
- 33:08Speaker 1: the Democrats on the Biden Bibery probe, Remember how they
- 33:12Speaker 1: were They're.
- 33:13Speaker 2: All about no one's above the law, just kidding.
- 33:17Speaker 1: They have no problem with the Democrats playing by different
- 33:20Speaker 1: set of rules than the rest of us. Hunter Biden
- 33:24Speaker 1: and Joe Biden played by a different set of rules.
- 33:26Speaker 1: If you're African American in this country and you do
- 33:29Speaker 1: what Hunter Biden did, You're going to prison.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Doesn't even matter if you're famous.
- 33:33Speaker 1: There's a long list of African Americans have gone to
- 33:36Speaker 1: jail in this country for the exact same crimes as
- 33:39Speaker 1: Hunter Biden committed that he was charged with.
- 33:41Speaker 2: He will not see a moment in jail.
- 33:44Speaker 1: But if you remember, and you want to know the
- 33:46Speaker 1: hypocrisy here Democrats on the on Donald Trump, they were
- 33:51Speaker 1: obsessed with no one is above the law, Well, how come.
- 33:54Speaker 2: They're not obsessed with it when it comes to their
- 33:56Speaker 2: own party.
- 33:57Speaker 3: The idea that no person is above the law is
- 33:59Speaker 3: a bad rock principle of American justice.
- 34:02Speaker 6: No man is above the law, no matter what their crime.
- 34:04Speaker 7: And I agree with you.
- 34:05Speaker 5: No man is above the law, and no person is.
- 34:08Speaker 4: Above the law.
- 34:08Speaker 7: No one is above the law.
- 34:10Speaker 4: No one is above the law.
- 34:11Speaker 5: No one's above the law.
- 34:12Speaker 2: No one is above the law.
- 34:13Speaker 4: No man is above the law. Nobody is above the law.
- 34:16Speaker 2: No one is above the law.
- 34:17Speaker 5: Or no man is above the law.
- 34:19Speaker 2: He has to be held accountable. He's not above the law.
- 34:22Speaker 2: No one's above the law.
- 34:23Speaker 4: Either that nor any other title puts you above the
- 34:26Speaker 4: rule of law.
- 34:27Speaker 5: No one is truly above the law.
- 34:29Speaker 4: That is what it means to have a rule of law.
- 34:32Speaker 2: That is what it means to not have a king.
- 34:34Speaker 5: They're not above the law.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Nobody is above the law.
- 34:37Speaker 4: Everyone will be treated as Merrick Carland has said as
- 34:41Speaker 4: equally well that no one is above the law, which
- 34:43Speaker 4: is foundational.
- 34:44Speaker 2: No one is above the law, even a former president.
- 34:48Speaker 5: We have one set of laws in this country, and
- 34:50Speaker 5: the apply to everyone.
- 34:52Speaker 4: No one is above the law.
- 34:54Speaker 5: The law is a law and no one should be
- 34:56Speaker 5: above it.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Yes, nobody is above the law. No one is above
- 34:59Speaker 2: the law.
- 35:00Speaker 5: No one else is above the law, including a president, right.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Is above the law. They have two justice systems in America.
- 35:06Speaker 5: It has to be one justice system and anybody who
- 35:10Speaker 5: breaks the law should be held accountable.
- 35:12Speaker 2: And that no one is above the law.
- 35:15Speaker 5: No one is above the law, and our president.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Is not above the law.
- 35:19Speaker 6: I always thought that this country that no one was
- 35:21Speaker 6: above the law, especially the.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Presidents, especially the president. Well here's what we know. That's
- 35:28Speaker 2: what the media says.
- 35:29Speaker 1: That's what Mike Pinn says in reference to Donald J.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Trump.
- 35:33Speaker 1: No one's above the law. Right, But with the Biden
- 35:35Speaker 1: crime family. Ha ha oh No, it's a little bit
- 35:39Speaker 1: different now, yes, yes, a little bit different. This is
- 35:45Speaker 1: incredible to see what happens here. Representative Jim Hmes calls
- 35:50Speaker 1: for the FBI to learn quote from its mistakes.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Now, what does that mean?
- 35:55Speaker 7: Listen, We have had both in the Clinton investigation, the emails,
- 35:59Speaker 7: and of course the crossfire hurricane investigations in very recent past,
- 36:04Speaker 7: very very sensitive investigations. Who knows where we'll go in
- 36:07Speaker 7: the future, But we know that we have to learn
- 36:10Speaker 7: from the mistakes made in these investigations to make sure
- 36:12Speaker 7: that Americans that can have confidence in both the prosecutorial
- 36:17Speaker 7: power of the federal government and in their elections.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I think it's pretty clear that what Democrat Representative Jim
- 36:24Speaker 1: Heims saying, calling for the f had to learn from
- 36:26Speaker 1: its mistakes, is a classic example of all right, well,
- 36:29Speaker 1: we need to learn from our mistakes. However, we're not
- 36:32Speaker 1: going to fix any of the people we let go.
- 36:34Speaker 1: We're not going to fix what happened right here at all.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Joe Scarborough, the evidence of Hunter laundering bribes for his dad.
- 36:42Speaker 1: There was no crime there, right, They've already said, see
- 36:45Speaker 1: he's innocent of that. Everything's fine, This never happened. They
- 36:50Speaker 1: put on MSNBC this morning, Everything's good. There was a
- 36:55Speaker 1: panel this morning on CNN about this. John Avlon Hunter
- 37:00Speaker 1: Biden's taxes and gun charges really place violators in jail,
- 37:04Speaker 1: unlike people who take home classified documents, saying applying making
- 37:09Speaker 1: it clear that Donald Trump should be in prison even
- 37:12Speaker 1: though Hunter Biden's not going to prison.
- 37:14Speaker 2: You notice now how they're.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Saying, see the justice systems equal The guy by the
- 37:17Speaker 1: name of Biden got indicted.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Trump got indicted. We've got Biden.
