- 0:15Speaker 4: A million bus busy.
- 0:23Speaker 5: Yeah listening to.
- 0:26Speaker 3: To I don't joy?
- 0:50Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 0:50Speaker 7: Joy, you don't you love?
- 1:06Speaker 4: You gotta turn, got to turn the mouth turn you
- 1:43Speaker 4: probably got to turn the mouth, turn out, turn the.
- 1:47Speaker 8: Water of the Monica looking come come out, you're thinking that,
- 2:02Speaker 8: I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, come
- 2:06Speaker 2: on dig me now, one and all that Steve Harvey
- 2:09Speaker 2: got a radio show particular me this morning. Steve Harvey
- 2:15Speaker 2: got a radio show filled with nothing but joy and
- 2:20Speaker 2: hope about it too. You know, it's a great thing
- 2:22Speaker 2: to be able to wake up in the morning with
- 2:25Speaker 2: peace in your heart and joy. Peace and joy is immeasurable.
- 2:31Speaker 2: It has a value attached to it, and I have
- 2:33Speaker 2: no idea what it is. It's invaluable. It is worth
- 2:37Speaker 2: so much more than any amount of money you can make.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Peace and joy. I have not always had that. I've
- 2:46Speaker 2: not always been a peaceful person or a person who
- 2:50Speaker 2: lived his life and enjoy spirit. It took an arrival
- 2:55Speaker 2: at this moment. Some people arrived sooner than others. I
- 3:00Speaker 2: wish I had arrived at this point sooner, but I
- 3:04Speaker 2: think it was necessary for me to learn a few
- 3:06Speaker 2: things too. That's the amazing thing I've learned about life
- 3:12Speaker 2: is that instead of reflecting on your past incidences and
- 3:18Speaker 2: calling them failures, instead of focusing on the negative and
- 3:22Speaker 2: calling them bad times, I look at them now as experiences.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I had to have those experiences that were negative, that
- 3:32Speaker 2: were good, positive, wrong, evil. I had to have all
- 3:37Speaker 2: those experiences to become to shape who we are today.
- 3:44Speaker 2: We all have to have them. If you look back
- 3:47Speaker 2: at all the negative experiences you've had, all the things
- 3:51Speaker 2: that you called failures, all the businesses I started that
- 3:55Speaker 2: went under, all of the jobs I had that I
- 3:57Speaker 2: was fired from, all the shows that were canceled, all
- 4:02Speaker 2: of the times I thought I was gonna get something
- 4:05Speaker 2: happened in my way and turned out I didn't get
- 4:07Speaker 2: it at all. When you look at all of it,
- 4:10Speaker 2: all of it, hopefully along the way, what you have
- 4:13Speaker 2: done as a person is you've taken those negatives and
- 4:17Speaker 2: those failures and you've used them for what they actually are.
- 4:21Speaker 2: They are experiences, and they've now created in you an
- 4:26Speaker 2: experienced person, and you know that is worth something that's
- 4:33Speaker 2: then it becomes a positive. But what too many people
- 4:37Speaker 2: do is they let the negative things that have happened
- 4:40Speaker 2: in their life. They allow the failures that have happened
- 4:43Speaker 2: in them lives never to manifest themselves as experiences. And
- 4:48Speaker 2: you sit up there and you dwell on it, and
- 4:50Speaker 2: you dwell on it until you have this woe is
- 4:53Speaker 2: me attitude. Stop looking at it like that, y'all. You
- 4:57Speaker 2: go through things in order to become the person that
- 5:00Speaker 2: you are today. I'll tell you who you sometimes have
- 5:03Speaker 2: to sit down and talk to. Sometimes you ought to
- 5:05Speaker 2: sit down to an inmate that really gets it. An
- 5:09Speaker 2: inmate that says, man, I've actually heard inmates say it
- 5:13Speaker 2: to me and write to me, and they've said things like, man,
- 5:17Speaker 2: come into prison, save my life. Now, those of you
- 5:20Speaker 2: have never got how can he say a thing like that?
- 5:22Speaker 2: But some men know, man, I was so far out
- 5:26Speaker 2: there that if I'd have stayed out there, I wouldn't
- 5:28Speaker 2: even be here today. This actually allowed me to stop,
- 5:31Speaker 2: spend some time with myself and learn some things about me.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Now does that happen for everybody like that and all?
- 5:37Speaker 2: But here's a person who has taking an experience that
- 5:41Speaker 2: could be considered a failure or negative and turn it
- 5:44Speaker 2: into a positive and using it to enrich their lives.
- 5:47Speaker 2: You can do it no matter what your set of
- 5:49Speaker 2: circumstances is. I recommend to everybody that you try changing
- 5:54Speaker 2: your outlook in order to change your outcome. Everything that
- 5:58Speaker 2: happens to you that's negative or you can said of
- 6:00Speaker 2: failure their experiences. You've got to go through these things
- 6:03Speaker 2: in order to have the knowledge that you have today.
- 6:06Speaker 2: So I wish that I had come to this arrival
- 6:09Speaker 2: that I'm in now, this place of peace and joy,
- 6:12Speaker 2: But then guess what, I will not know what I know.
- 6:15Speaker 2: I couldnot share some of the things that I'm able
- 6:18Speaker 2: to share if I had not gone through some of them.
- 6:21Speaker 2: And sometimes that's the purpose of them. It's to teach
- 6:23Speaker 2: you a lesson because you know, God has a plan
- 6:26Speaker 2: for you, He really really does. And eventually he can
- 6:29Speaker 2: use you no matter how old you are, and he
- 6:32Speaker 2: can use you no matter how young you are. If
- 6:35Speaker 2: you just say, okay, I'm ready to hear your plan.
- 6:38Speaker 2: I've tried mine, mine ain't worked out. What's your plan
- 6:41Speaker 2: for me? God? What do you want me to do?
- 6:44Speaker 2: That's why I say every day Steve already got radio show, y'all, Cause, man,
- 6:48Speaker 2: I ain't see it coming. I didn't see that coming.
- 6:51Speaker 2: I ain't see this book coming. I ain't. I ain't
- 6:53Speaker 2: seen half of the amazing things that are happened to me.
- 6:56Speaker 2: I didn't plan them. I was sitting there, man, asking
- 7:00Speaker 2: God for some direction. And then I got smart enough
- 7:04Speaker 2: to stay watchful, be a hard worker. Now because faithful,
- 7:07Speaker 2: our works is there and it came. And I'll remind
- 7:10Speaker 2: you of this. God has given all of you a gift.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Every last one of you listening has a gift. God
- 7:16Speaker 2: has never created a soul that he did not provide
- 7:19Speaker 2: a gift to. God gives everyone a gift, and a
- 7:23Speaker 2: gift is not just singing, rapping entertainment. The richer gifts
- 7:28Speaker 2: are much more than that. Teachers are gifted people who
- 7:31Speaker 2: really have the gift of sharing information. That's a gift,
- 7:36Speaker 2: you know, and in that you can become great.
- 7:40Speaker 9: You know, a.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Lot of people think that successful and greatness is the
- 7:46Speaker 2: same thing. Cornell West said it at my daughter's graduation.
- 7:50Speaker 2: He was a spokesperson. He said something so pointed. He said,
- 7:53Speaker 2: don't ever confuse success with greatness. The two have nothing
- 7:58Speaker 2: to do with each other. People determine success about money
- 8:01Speaker 2: and fame and all this here, But greatness. Greatness ain't
- 8:05Speaker 2: got nothing to do with your money. It ain't got
- 8:07Speaker 2: nothing to do with your fame. It's how you conduct
- 8:10Speaker 2: your life. It's how meaningful and significant you become in
- 8:14Speaker 2: your community, at your church, on your job, to the
- 8:18Speaker 2: cub Scout unit that you run, to the little girl's
- 8:21Speaker 2: lives that you change, that that little center in the
- 8:23Speaker 2: hood where you just one place of hope to so
- 8:27Speaker 2: many people and they come back. And I used the
- 8:29Speaker 2: example of Lou Dazzler who passed away in LA who
- 8:32Speaker 2: had the Boys and Girls Challenges Club out in La
- 8:35Speaker 2: And he wasn't a rich man at all, and if
- 8:37Speaker 2: you walk by him, you wouldn't even know who he was.
- 8:40Speaker 2: But if you look at all the people who have
- 8:42Speaker 2: gone on to become politicians, who have gone on to
- 8:45Speaker 2: become CEOs, who have gone on to become athletes, that
- 8:49Speaker 2: have passed through this man's small building in the hood
- 8:52Speaker 2: in La, he was great. Trust me, man. Prayer changes things,
- 8:58Speaker 2: I said all the time. But when you see people
- 9:00Speaker 2: become successful or great that somebody praying somewhere may not
- 9:04Speaker 2: even be them. Maybe it's they, Mama. You know, I
- 9:06Speaker 2: think of Tiger Woods and all the greatness he's accomplished.
- 9:09Speaker 2: You know, they always talk about his father and all this.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Here somebody somewhere praying for Tiger Woods. I got cash
- 9:16Speaker 2: money riding on that Tiger Woods. Mama is a praying
- 9:19Speaker 2: woman or something. My mother was. She prayed me into
- 9:23Speaker 2: this place because she used to call me all the
- 9:25Speaker 2: time praying for your boy. And prayer changes things. It
- 9:28Speaker 2: really does. Try it today. It can change you. It
- 9:32Speaker 2: has changed millions of people. Open up yourself to the
- 9:35Speaker 2: greatness that's in you, because God is giving you a
- 9:38Speaker 2: gift matter fact that you ain't using it. Who fought
- 9:41Speaker 2: you think that is? I'm just telling you you got one,
- 9:44Speaker 2: and if you start praying about it, it'll manifest itself
- 9:49Speaker 2: and you can become one of two things, successful or
- 9:52Speaker 2: great or both. You can make the decision. Today's ladies
- 10:03Speaker 2: and gentlemen, let me have your divisage attention. Please. This
- 10:06Speaker 2: is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. This is how we've
- 10:09Speaker 2: chosen to begin the day. This right here, kind of smooth,
- 10:12Speaker 2: melod with it, you know what I'm saying, Just up
- 10:15Speaker 2: in here, like we just grow so Welcome to Grown
- 10:18Speaker 2: Folk Radio this morning, cause this is how we choosing
- 10:20Speaker 2: to do it. I want you to start your day
- 10:23Speaker 2: with gratitude, get your mind right, tell God you appreciate it.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Matter of fact, go in there and tell somebody you
- 10:29Speaker 2: love that you love 'em today. If you stay by yourself,
- 10:34Speaker 2: that's probably why you by yourself. You don't wanna love nobody.
- 10:38Speaker 2: You can't get love, you don't give love. You can't
- 10:40Speaker 2: give what you never had. One of the most famous
- 10:42Speaker 2: lines in Earth Wind the Fire compilation of songs that
- 10:45Speaker 2: goes out to somebody on the show this morning, who's
- 10:48Speaker 2: in they house all by theyself? Cause she refuses to
- 10:51Speaker 2: go in there and tell somebody she love him. She's
- 10:53Speaker 2: a hermit. She's committed to being alone. And it's gonna
- 10:57Speaker 2: be a sad, sad day when if a man finally
- 11:00Speaker 2: comes along to win her hand and she gonna tell
- 11:03Speaker 2: him she don't want it because she rather be alone.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I'm so tired I'm being alone. And then that ain't
- 11:09Speaker 2: gonna help out either. So this is the way we
- 11:12Speaker 2: started today. Welcome to the Steve Harby Morning Show. Because
- 11:15Speaker 2: a mignit like that, she will to Startberry Colin for
- 11:17Speaker 2: real Mississippi Monica, Junior boy, what up? Which man? Tom
- 11:21Speaker 2: is off to day as usual because he can't do
- 11:22Speaker 2: two things at once. And so here we are with
- 11:25Speaker 2: the Steve Harby Morning Show. Can't walk you, Bubba Gum Doggie,
- 11:31Speaker 2: can't do can't do the Ready for Love reunion tour
- 11:35Speaker 2: and the radio show. That's too much little her little
- 11:37Speaker 2: brain just a pot, just a it ha just explode
- 11:41Speaker 2: if he tried to do too much, gotta do the
- 11:43Speaker 2: radio and the end host of reunion to her, he
- 11:46Speaker 2: can't do that. I do family, few, celebrity, family, few,
- 11:49Speaker 2: radio all that traveler. Well still come the way. He
- 11:51Speaker 2: can't do that. Forget if he worked the night before
- 11:55Speaker 2: he come in, he can't come in next morning. What
- 11:57Speaker 2: kind of rich person is at.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Must be nice?
- 12:03Speaker 2: Julia was on your Today Man.
- 12:05Speaker 10: No man, oh you know man, you was talking man
- 12:07Speaker 10: about to me about this man about letting things pass.
- 12:11Speaker 10: You know it's this too shall pass man. You know
- 12:14Speaker 10: matter even when you're going through it. You don't even
- 12:16Speaker 10: like it when you're going through it, but you just
- 12:18Speaker 10: need it to pass though. Because I'm going through something.
- 12:21Speaker 10: I just needed this to pass. It's a lot happening.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Well, it's gonna be a lot happening. Here's the three
- 12:27Speaker 2: things that's always happening in everybody's life. You either going
- 12:31Speaker 2: through a storm, coming out of a storm, or headed
- 12:36Speaker 2: to a storm. That's life. It's the moments in between
- 12:43Speaker 2: that you gather yourself and enjoy yourself, and then sometimes
- 12:46Speaker 2: you have to understand why you're going through stuff. I
- 12:50Speaker 2: was asking God recently about what's happening to me and
- 12:53Speaker 2: my wife, you know, which ain't really really affecting us.
- 12:56Speaker 2: And I was just saying, God, why you, why you?
- 12:59Speaker 2: Why you take me and my wife through all these
- 13:01Speaker 2: deep waters while we why we got to go through
- 13:04Speaker 2: this nonsense, while we're out here with all this water
- 13:07Speaker 2: currents going on around us. He said, you know why
- 13:09Speaker 2: I take you in deep water? He said, cause your
- 13:11Speaker 2: enemies can't swim.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I love it.
- 13:16Speaker 6: I love that.
- 13:19Speaker 2: God ain't gonna put them on you. Then you can bear.
- 13:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm in deep water and rough current because my
- 13:26Speaker 2: enemies can't swim. They philish see the show. I can't
- 13:29Speaker 2: wait to see what he doing.
- 13:32Speaker 1: That's a word, Harvey, that's a word.
- 13:35Speaker 3: I si it.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Man coming up at thirty.
- 13:37Speaker 9: Two minutes after the hour, we'll hear from Junior as
- 13:40Speaker 9: he's in for the nephew to run that prank back
- 13:43Speaker 9: right after this.
- 13:44Speaker 11: You're listening Harvey Morning Show, it.

- 29:07Speaker 9: Will Smith have been living separate lives since two thousand
- 29:10Speaker 9: and sixteen. But get this, they are not divorced. Jada
- 29:16Speaker 9: also said that she thought Will Smith slapping Chris Rock
- 29:20Speaker 9: at the twenty twenty two Oscars after Chris made a
- 29:22Speaker 9: joke about her shaved head was a skit. You know,
- 29:26Speaker 9: Jada suffers from alopecia. Jada said, I thought this was
- 29:30Speaker 9: a skit. I was like, there's no way that will
- 29:33Speaker 9: hit him. It wasn't until Will started to walk back
- 29:36Speaker 9: to his chair that I even realized it wasn't a skit.
- 29:39Speaker 9: The first thing she said to Will after he returned
- 29:41Speaker 9: to his seat was are you okay. Jada went on
- 29:44Speaker 9: to say, quote, my deepest hope is that these two intelligent,
- 29:48Speaker 9: capable men have an opportunity to heal, talk this out,
- 29:51Speaker 9: and reconcile.

- 30:06Speaker 2: what Yeah, no, we ain't talking nothing. Me and men

- 30:17Speaker 2: say to me, what you finish, say to me? My bad.
- 30:22Speaker 17: But Steve, at the very beginning, I thought it was
- 30:26Speaker 17: a skit. At the very beginning. When he got about
- 30:29Speaker 17: his seat, I said, is he But Chris's reaction, let
- 30:34Speaker 17: you know.
- 30:35Speaker 1: When he actually slapped, and we was like, oh, no,
- 30:37Speaker 1: he slapped.
- 30:38Speaker 9: So that's just part of what's in her book, the
- 30:40Speaker 9: fact that they've been separated for seven years.
- 30:43Speaker 2: This sister only real, y'all.
- 30:46Speaker 6: I just.

- 31:00Speaker 2: probably wasn't supposed to do. But you know, I had
- 31:02Speaker 2: posted a happy birthday to my wife on my page.
- 31:07Speaker 2: Do that on social media for a while. Yeah, But
- 31:10Speaker 2: and then you know, all the comments was positive from
- 31:14Speaker 2: all around the world, and then this one person type
- 31:17Speaker 2: something on that I didn't like it. How you wishing
- 31:20Speaker 2: her a happy birthday after all she had have done
- 31:22Speaker 2: to you? You don't even know my wife though, And

- 32:08Speaker 9: of the movie Woo. Tommy said that Will came into
- 32:10Speaker 9: his trailer and was standing over him, saying he didn't
- 32:12Speaker 9: appreciate that. Tommy went on to say that he was
- 32:15Speaker 9: trying to play it off and said to Will Smith,
- 32:18Speaker 9: let's step inside.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Let's step aside and talk about it.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Will always walking up the little last people. I've know
- 32:27Speaker 2: he keep doing it, Chris, rob Tommy, David Soon, Webster Man,
- 32:33Speaker 2: you and Lewis.
- 32:34Speaker 6: You know.
- 32:36Speaker 2: Gary Coleman always in it with some little last person
- 32:39Speaker 2: I ain't never seen. He ain't say nothing, Michael Cloud
- 32:42Speaker 2: duncan you know he's sitting on the Sambue hill. He
- 32:45Speaker 2: ran up on Dinzey. Ain't saying nothing of Tyler. Nobody
- 32:49Speaker 2: would no wait on him. So everybody he messed with
- 32:52Speaker 2: little dass man. Tommy you know.
- 32:58Speaker 11: All right?
- 32:59Speaker 1: Uh this story right here? Okay.
- 33:03Speaker 9: Did the late Barbara Walters get busy with Richard Pryor?
- 33:08Speaker 9: At least that's what her co host on the View,
- 33:12Speaker 9: Sherry Shepherd says on Wednesday's episode of Sherry, Sherry spilled
- 33:16Speaker 9: the tea and told Joy Behar the juicy gossip, which
- 33:20Speaker 9: she says she learned from legendary comic Paul Mooney. Sherry
- 33:24Speaker 9: says Paul Mooney told her that he once walked in
- 33:27Speaker 9: on Barbara and Richard doing.
- 33:30Speaker 1: It, okay, And we all know what that means, doing it.
- 33:34Speaker 1: We don't say it.
- 33:36Speaker 2: And it was just all of them and everything I know,
- 33:38Speaker 2: I just next thing I know, the Bible. Watson was
- 33:40Speaker 2: just all up in the l.
- 33:44Speaker 1: If It's true.
- 33:47Speaker 9: Richard Pryor wasn't the only black man that Barbara Walter
- 33:50Speaker 9: slept with. She had long acknowledged an affair with then
- 33:53Speaker 9: Senator Edward Brooke in the seventies. But who knew about
- 33:57Speaker 9: Barbara and Richard Pryor. And when Joey bay Hart was
- 34:00Speaker 9: on the Sherry Show Barbara, Joey Behar said, Barbara liked
- 34:06Speaker 9: a brother.
- 34:08Speaker 2: What you going to like?
- 34:10Speaker 1: Yes, that's what she said. Those were her words, your brother.
- 34:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I've heard you.
- 34:16Speaker 4: Heard that about Barbara Walters. But did you hear about
- 34:19Speaker 4: her and Richard Price? Have you ever heard that before? Richard?
- 34:24Speaker 2: Richard? Wow?
- 34:27Speaker 14: All right?

- 34:32Speaker 9: Fast and Furious director Brian Barber for defamation and libel
- 34:36Speaker 9: and he wants ten million dollars in damages. Ten million
- 34:40Speaker 9: dollars in damages. Okay, Hey, Barbara claimed that Tyresee attacked
- 34:47Speaker 9: his quote, character and reputation by saying just saying lies
- 34:51Speaker 9: about things about another video footage taped from a previous
- 34:55Speaker 9: interview with Charlemagne from the Breakfast Club. This happened back
- 34:58Speaker 9: in twenty nineteen. Tyree said Barbara wouldn't release the footage
- 35:02Speaker 9: to him for thirty five thousand dollars, and Barbara said
- 35:05Speaker 9: Tyrese's people asked him not to release the footage to
- 35:08Speaker 9: protect him.
- 35:09Speaker 1: So, oh, man, yeah, so he's on it for million dollars. Well,

- 35:57Speaker 1: Her name was Carl Russell.
- 35:58Speaker 9: She had authorities in a panic that a possible kidnapper
- 36:02Speaker 9: was on the run and using a toddler as bait.
- 36:05Speaker 9: If you recall, Carl Russell also told the police a
- 36:08Speaker 9: man came out of the woods. This man had orange hair.
- 36:12Speaker 9: Now he abducted her. He forced her into an eighteen wheeler.
- 36:16Speaker 9: Carlie Russell said that she was able to escape but
- 36:20Speaker 9: was recaptured. She was able to escape again in West
- 36:23Speaker 9: Hoover and returned home. Now, remember carl Russell also researched
- 36:28Speaker 9: amber alerts and the movie Taken. Well, a judge wasn't
- 36:32Speaker 9: having it. This judge is in Hoover in Alabama. Yesterday
- 36:37Speaker 9: he found Carly guilty of faking her abduction. The judge
- 36:42Speaker 9: recommended one year in jail for Carlie Russell and seventeen
- 36:47Speaker 9: eight hundred and seventy four dollars in restitution. He also
- 36:50Speaker 9: recommended two fines at eight hundred and thirty one dollars each.
- 36:54Speaker 1: This case will be now appealed in circuit court.
- 36:57Speaker 3: So there you go.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Wow, a year and that's really sad.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's really sad because the story
- 37:04Speaker 2: was really good. I found the inside story about this
- 37:06Speaker 2: whole thing. When she was walking to the little baby
- 37:09Speaker 2: that was in the middle of the street was actually
- 37:11Speaker 2: Chucky Chucky Street. And then yeah, Chucky the doll was
- 37:15Speaker 2: down the steet. She thought it was a baby when
- 37:18Speaker 2: she picked up and Chucky stabbed ass one time. Then
- 37:21Speaker 2: she she got out there and the next thing, you know,
- 37:23Speaker 2: the man came out the woods, had this orange hair
- 37:25Speaker 2: that was Homie clown. And you know because I talked
- 37:29Speaker 2: directly to Damon Walliams because they were doing a reunion
- 37:32Speaker 2: tour for in Living Color and that doing a Homie clown,
- 37:36Speaker 2: and he saw, yeah, that's what they did. And then
- 37:38Speaker 2: Homedie Clown came out the bushes and got then she
- 37:41Speaker 2: escaped and got recaptured by candy Man. Candy Man was
- 37:44Speaker 2: played by Will Smith because he was tall, you know,
- 37:47Speaker 2: because Will Smith only messed with little people, and so
- 37:49Speaker 2: Candyman had got that. And then she was trying to
- 37:52Speaker 2: get some help. So she took a picture and send
- 37:54Speaker 2: it in to her to be on a milk carton
- 37:56Speaker 2: because they find people that used to find people on
- 37:59Speaker 2: milk cans, and Jada Pinkin owned the milk company, and
- 38:03Speaker 2: so she got in touch with Jada, and then Jada
- 38:05Speaker 2: said she wasn't gonna do that, but she was gonna
- 38:07Speaker 2: put it in her new book, and so she put
- 38:09Speaker 2: it in her new book about the whole thing, and
- 38:12Speaker 2: we all read and it was mad because he didn't
- 38:14Speaker 2: want nobody know he was candy man.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Yeah, that's why he was mad.
- 38:22Speaker 2: I got yeah, yeah, see that well, because then what
- 38:31Speaker 2: happened was because Will got mad when she when when
- 38:34Speaker 2: she put it in a book. So we'll slap Chucky
- 38:40Speaker 2: because he was the littly person over there. So he
- 38:43Speaker 2: slapped hell out Chucky because you know, we don't slap nobody.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Be all right, are now we out?
- 38:52Speaker 2: Yeah? And that's what had happened.
- 38:56Speaker 9: Thirty four minutes after the hour. We'll check your voicemail, Steve.
- 39:00Speaker 9: Right after this you're listening Hard Morning Show.
- 39:05Speaker 1: All right, Steve, it's time to check your voicemail.

- 45:42Speaker 6: Natalie. How you doing.
- 45:42Speaker 3: My name is Darren.
- 45:43Speaker 6: I'm with the Homeowners Association.
- 45:46Speaker 16: Oh okay, hey Dan, how you doing.
- 45:50Speaker 6: Listen, we got a we got a bit of a
- 45:54Speaker 6: problem if you don't mind me asking, who's who who
- 45:57Speaker 6: actually brings your kids home from school?
- 45:59Speaker 3: Uh?
- 46:00Speaker 16: Each day, Oh, my mom gets my kids for me
- 46:04Speaker 16: and she drops them off.
- 46:06Speaker 6: Okay, wow, okay, okay, Well, we have a we have
- 46:10Speaker 6: a bit of a problem. The kids are fine, that's
- 46:13Speaker 6: there's no issue with the kids at all. But you know,
- 46:16Speaker 6: we've had a meeting here at.
- 46:17Speaker 2: The h o A.
- 46:18Speaker 6: We've been getting some complaints. Uh it seems like your
- 46:22Speaker 6: mother is is uh really speeding down the street real fast,
- 46:28Speaker 6: and you know everyone's complaining about it that you know,
- 46:32Speaker 6: it's a lot of kids walking home from school and
- 46:34Speaker 6: it seems like your mom is driving real fast when
- 46:37Speaker 6: she's coming down the street to drop your kids off.
- 46:40Speaker 6: Did you know anything about this? Uh? No, not at all.
- 46:44Speaker 16: That doesn't even sound like her.
- 46:47Speaker 6: Okay, what type of car? Uh? Let me ask you this, Natalie,
- 46:52Speaker 6: We're we're we From what I understand, it is a
- 46:57Speaker 6: what kind of cors your mom had? Is a board
- 47:00Speaker 6: escape or something like that? Some a little suv? Is
- 47:03Speaker 6: that what your mom has?
- 47:05Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 47:05Speaker 16: She has a little red suv?
- 47:08Speaker 6: Okay, all right. So the problem is is that that's
- 47:13Speaker 6: the same car, that's the one we're talking about. And
- 47:16Speaker 6: it seems like, you know, your mother is is flying
- 47:19Speaker 6: down the street and she drops the kids off, and
- 47:22Speaker 6: when she leaves, she's flying back out of the neighborhood.
- 47:24Speaker 6: And a couple of times some of the neighbors have
- 47:26Speaker 6: told her to slow down, and you know, I don't
- 47:29Speaker 6: know if she's flicked them off or set something out
- 47:32Speaker 6: the window, you know, but you know, this is stuff
- 47:35Speaker 6: that we just cannot tolerate. Huh.
- 47:39Speaker 16: Well, it really does sound like my mom.
- 47:41Speaker 6: But you know, I well, look at you know what, Natalie.
- 47:44Speaker 6: What we're not gonna do is what you're not gonna
- 47:46Speaker 6: do is act like is not your mama. It's your
- 47:49Speaker 6: mother that's doing this. So what we need you to
- 47:51Speaker 6: do is tell your mama to slow out down so
- 47:54Speaker 6: we don't have the problem, all right, because I try
- 47:57Speaker 6: to be nice with you at first, but if you're
- 47:58Speaker 6: gonna be in denial, is not your mama. And we
- 48:01Speaker 6: got issue first of all.
- 48:04Speaker 16: Darren from h o A. I need you to watch
- 48:07Speaker 16: your talls and who is you're talking to, all right,
- 48:10Speaker 16: I need you to find that all the way down,
- 48:12Speaker 16: all right. I said that time.
- 48:15Speaker 6: You need to slow your damn mama down. That's what
- 48:18Speaker 6: you need to do. Slow your mama.
- 48:19Speaker 16: The way she's driving used to do is stand in
- 48:22Speaker 16: the middle of the street and she flying down and
- 48:24Speaker 16: so hopefully she can knock you out the way. Okay,
- 48:27Speaker 16: don't talk to me like that. You're being ruined, disrespectful.
- 48:30Speaker 16: I'm gonna ask her at this time because I don't
- 48:32Speaker 16: think it's time.
- 48:33Speaker 6: But you're not gonna talk to me like that, okay,
- 48:36Speaker 6: So your mama can just drive it out of the
- 48:37Speaker 6: streets after them what she wanted to do.
- 48:41Speaker 16: Ma, mama could do whatever she wanted to do. She'll
- 48:43Speaker 16: gown as doing it.
- 48:44Speaker 6: She can't doing in the neighborhood that I'm a member
- 48:47Speaker 6: of the h o A. She can't do it there. Okay,
- 48:50Speaker 6: So I don't mind ever your mama risted with your
- 48:53Speaker 6: kids in the car. If I got to, I wish
- 48:55Speaker 6: you would.
- 48:56Speaker 16: I wish you would have my mama wrested with my kids.
- 48:59Speaker 16: And you're gonna have more problems than you ever had. Okay,
- 49:03Speaker 16: you bet, And I have my mama arrested. You gonna
- 49:06Speaker 16: get arrested and you're gonna be sent to the hospital.
- 49:09Speaker 16: How about that?
- 49:10Speaker 6: Okay, let me tell yourself. Tell your mama to slow
- 49:14Speaker 6: homes down in these streets. This is the last one
- 49:16Speaker 6: that I'm giving y'all, This is the last one.
- 49:19Speaker 16: Well, you know what I'm saying. You ain't got to
- 49:21Speaker 16: get no warning's okay. We can have a real conversation
- 49:24Speaker 16: about it. We can meet and talk about it, because
- 49:26Speaker 16: you ain't gonna talk to me like that, and you
- 49:28Speaker 16: and I ain't telling my mama nothing. I ain't telling
- 49:30Speaker 16: her to slow down and nothing. What you're gonna do?
- 49:33Speaker 13: What's your mama do?
- 49:34Speaker 6: Dad? Matter of fact, let's.
- 49:35Speaker 16: Meet about it. I'm gonna bring my husband to say.
- 49:38Speaker 16: You got so much to say. You know that I
- 49:40Speaker 16: don't want you to keep that same energy.
- 49:43Speaker 14: Okay with my.
- 49:43Speaker 16: Husband, I want you to talk to him like you're
- 49:46Speaker 16: talking to me.
- 49:47Speaker 6: Let me tell you something. I ain't worry about your
- 49:50Speaker 6: husband or none of that. All right, I'm gonna say
- 49:52Speaker 6: I'm gonna say this right here. I'm gonna say this
- 49:54Speaker 6: right here. Tommy is the one that told us that
- 49:56Speaker 6: your mama was fading down the street. Tommy one said it, Tommy, Tommy,
- 50:03Speaker 6: Tommy said, your mamma was the one running up and
- 50:06Speaker 6: down the street fast for party fifty mile an out.
- 50:09Speaker 6: Tommy the one said that.
- 50:11Speaker 13: I know who Tommy.
- 50:13Speaker 16: But Tommy can kiss me. You can kiss my, and
- 50:16Speaker 16: any other neighbors who got something to say about my
- 50:19Speaker 16: mama can kiss my about that.
- 50:23Speaker 6: Let me shoot it. Do you know nephew Tommy from
- 50:26Speaker 6: the Steve Harvey Morning.

- 50:36Speaker 9: I got here?

- 51:14Speaker 13: Man, I like my mama talk to me like that.
- 51:19Speaker 6: Oh got me. You got me. Everybody become me. This

- 52:11Speaker 1: But see if he's always been like this, he didn't
- 52:14Speaker 1: just get like this. You knew this when they're here?
- 52:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, because he wasn't coming to work. Yeah,
- 52:22Speaker 2: but you know that's cause of the Golden rule?
- 52:25Speaker 6: What what is that?
- 52:29Speaker 2: Short people can't jump over tall fences?
- 52:33Speaker 1: What do they got to your golden room for Tommy?
- 52:38Speaker 4: The golden rule?
- 52:39Speaker 2: Man? Everybody know that shop people can't jump over tall fences.
- 52:46Speaker 2: That's the fact. Man, you ever seen short person jump
- 52:48Speaker 2: over tall last week?
- 52:52Speaker 11: Look brighter?
- 52:55Speaker 6: All right?
- 52:55Speaker 15: Coming up next, the Strawberry Letter, The subject is why

- 53:54Speaker 1: The wardrobe from Barbie.
- 54:01Speaker 2: Everything in a new Bobby movie.
- 54:04Speaker 15: Good all, right, back to the Strawberry Letter. Crazy man subject,
- 54:13Speaker 15: why did he get rid of all our trash? Dear
- 54:16Speaker 15: Stephen Shirley, I've been living with my man for nine years.
- 54:20Speaker 15: I won a cruise from being a high roller at
- 54:22Speaker 15: the casino, and I took my best girlfriend on the
- 54:26Speaker 15: cruise with me. We had a ball on the boat
- 54:29Speaker 15: and there were a lot of fine men, but I
- 54:32Speaker 15: didn't fool around with any of them, although I did
- 54:35Speaker 15: come close a few times. When I'm on that tequila,
- 54:38Speaker 15: there's no telling how I'm going to act. My man
- 54:42Speaker 15: knew that my phone service was bad on the water,
- 54:44Speaker 15: so we texted a lot. I sent him nude pictures
- 54:47Speaker 15: of me and my cabin, and he sent me nus.
- 54:49Speaker 15: While he was in the bed, I looked closely at
- 54:52Speaker 15: his two pictures and saw three red cups.
- 54:55Speaker 1: On the nightstand and a bottle of rum.
- 54:57Speaker 9: The comforter was off the bed, and there was a
- 55:00Speaker 9: mac Donald's bag on the floor by the bed. I
- 55:02Speaker 9: thought he was being the slob that he normally is,
- 55:05Speaker 9: so I texted that he'd better clean up before I
- 55:07Speaker 9: got home. I got home a few days later, and
- 55:10Speaker 9: I could barely get in the door before he was
- 55:12Speaker 9: trying to have sex with me. I was ready to
- 55:15Speaker 9: because I had had a few drinks on the flight home,
- 55:18Speaker 9: and after sex, I got myself together and we went
- 55:20Speaker 9: out to get dinner. I got home with my leftovers
- 55:23Speaker 9: and noticed there was some food, some old food, in
- 55:26Speaker 9: the fridge, so I went to throw it away. I
- 55:29Speaker 9: noticed the garbage can was empty. I went to the
- 55:31Speaker 9: garbage and there weren't any trash bags in the trash can.
- 55:35Speaker 9: Trash Day was the next day, and we usually have
- 55:38Speaker 9: at least three bags of trash to put out twice
- 55:41Speaker 9: a week. I did not see the McDonald's bag, or
- 55:44Speaker 9: the three red cups or any other trash. I asked
- 55:47Speaker 9: him where all the trash was, and he said there
- 55:49Speaker 9: wasn't any trash. I took out my phone and I
- 55:52Speaker 9: showed him the pictures of the missing trash. He said,
- 55:55Speaker 9: he took it to the dumpster, to a dumpster. Why
- 55:58Speaker 9: did he get.
- 55:58Speaker 1: Rid of the trash? Well, didn't you tell him to
- 56:01Speaker 1: clean up before you got home.
- 56:04Speaker 9: Well he did that, he said, he took the trash
- 56:06Speaker 9: to a dumpster. And you're still complaining. I really really
- 56:10Speaker 9: hate when people try to make problems where there are none.
- 56:14Speaker 9: You're trying to find something on him when you clearly
- 56:17Speaker 9: said you came very close to fooling around with the
- 56:19Speaker 9: fine men on your cruise.
- 56:21Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 56:22Speaker 9: Are we supposed to believe you didn't do anything there.
- 56:25Speaker 9: I'm sure you want us to believe that. And I
- 56:27Speaker 9: know you're thinking he might have had someone over there
- 56:29Speaker 9: because of the cubs or the food and the fridge
- 56:32Speaker 9: and the trash being gone and all that. You're taking
- 56:34Speaker 9: pictures of the trash and all of that. That doesn't
- 56:38Speaker 9: mean he did anything you said. He was a slop.
- 56:41Speaker 9: He cleaned up the best he could by taking out
- 56:44Speaker 9: the trash, putting it in a dumpster.
- 56:46Speaker 6: And it is what it is.
- 56:47Speaker 9: I mean, after nine years of living together and being
- 56:49Speaker 9: with this man, you still don't trust him. You have
- 56:52Speaker 9: nowhere to go with your suspicions, but you don't give
- 56:55Speaker 9: him the benefit of the doubt. And I know you
- 56:58Speaker 9: want him to know. You don't want him to know
- 57:00Speaker 9: about what you were doing on the boat. You're even
- 57:04Speaker 9: you guys, are even you and him, as far as
- 57:06Speaker 9: I'm concerned, You're back now. You guys have reconnected, You
- 57:09Speaker 9: had sex, you went out to dinner. So I just
- 57:11Speaker 9: say let this one go.
- 57:13Speaker 2: Steve em beyond stunned at show response. I was sitting
- 57:21Speaker 2: here going I was like, what's wrong with you? This
- 57:24Speaker 2: shun is strung, you know, normally. You know, I got
- 57:30Speaker 2: to come in and defend a man. I've never seen
- 57:33Speaker 2: you defend a man as hard as you defended this
- 57:36Speaker 2: damn dude right here. So now I have to change
- 57:38Speaker 2: my entire answer because I don't like my eels be
- 57:41Speaker 2: the same. I just change because no law, no law,
- 57:47Speaker 2: no law. Because see you just gave this guy pass.
- 57:52Speaker 2: Now she on his cruise, took a girlfriend, she had
- 57:56Speaker 2: a ball on the boat. Lie to find me in there.
- 58:00Speaker 2: I didn't fool around with any of them, although I
- 58:02Speaker 2: did come close a few times. Well, when I'm on
- 58:06Speaker 2: that tequila, ain't no telling how I'm gonna act. Well,
- 58:09Speaker 2: if ain't no telling how you gonna act, let go
- 58:10Speaker 2: only just tell you what really happened. Then I got
- 58:14Speaker 2: close a few times. What that means?
- 58:16Speaker 6: What?
- 58:17Speaker 3: What?
- 58:17Speaker 6: What?
- 58:17Speaker 2: What that means? You had your clothes on? You ain't
- 58:21Speaker 2: head clothes? Came close, We came close, he was on me,
- 58:28Speaker 2: I was on here?
- 58:29Speaker 11: What how close?
- 58:31Speaker 2: How you almost come close?
- 58:33Speaker 1: To fool as?
- 58:35Speaker 2: Anyway, Ain't no telling how I'm gonna act. My man
- 58:39Speaker 2: knew my phone service was bad on the water, so
- 58:41Speaker 2: we texted a lot. Now you send the neked pictures
- 58:45Speaker 2: of you in the cabin. He's sending neckage while he
- 58:48Speaker 2: in the bed. Then you look closely at his two pictures,
- 58:52Speaker 2: and you saw three red cups on the knight stand
- 58:55Speaker 2: at a bottle of rum. Wait a minute, three red
- 59:01Speaker 2: cups one bottle of room. That got threesome road all over.
- 59:11Speaker 2: You only got you only need one red cup. Them
- 59:15Speaker 2: is solo cups. You ain't you ain't got to have
- 59:19Speaker 2: one for this and one And it was three cups
- 59:22Speaker 2: in there, and you see ray, they all had the
- 59:25Speaker 2: same cup case. What we're gonna switch cups for now?
- 59:27Speaker 2: What we're worried about? Whoma been on this cup? All
- 59:31Speaker 2: three of us been in here. It is not time
- 59:34Speaker 2: to be worried about knowing who cup is this? Who
- 59:36Speaker 2: cup is this? You know what y'all been in here doing?
- 59:40Speaker 2: Three people? All right, we'll have partner to see.
- 59:46Speaker 15: I got that coming up that twenty three minutes after
- 59:49Speaker 15: the hour, Today's Strawberry letter, subject why did you get
- 59:52Speaker 15: rid of all our trash?
- 59:54Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after your bird. You're listening.
- 59:58Speaker 11: Morning show?
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:00:00Speaker 15: Come on, see let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:00:03Speaker 15: why did he get rid of all of our trash.
- 1:00:06Speaker 15: You know, first of all, folks, let me clear, let's
- 1:00:08Speaker 15: be re enrage this. Shirley's answer, it was in total
- 1:00:10Speaker 15: support of this man. And I just stunned me that
- 1:00:14Speaker 15: she supported this man throughout this letter. So that's normally
- 1:00:17Speaker 15: my job on the show, but since Shirley took it,
- 1:00:20Speaker 15: I got to go and help this woman out.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: Now. Now, come to find out they was exchanging. She
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: went on the cruise with a girlfriend. They was exchanging.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: Neked pictures her and a man back in the house,
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: and in one of the pictures she took, she noticed
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: on the knight stand with a bottle room and three
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: red cups them solo cups. The big plastic was you know,
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: you put all types of stuff in there. You know
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: that's been hoods, that's hood drinking for a long time. Well,
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: she get home and she noticed also the comforter was
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: off the bed. You can't keep a comforter on the
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: bed once it's molding two people in there. That's a
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: comfort to rule. That's because it ain't no room for
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: three people. And all these pillows and blankets and all
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: this something got to get on the floor because it's
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: no way. It's hard for three people to share comfort.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: It's got to get on the flow. Plus you in
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: here hot because there's three people in there, and there's
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: three red cups on the nights there and a whole
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: bottle of room. What she needs to do is focus
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: on that picture. See how much of the room is missing,
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: because what's the three cups in their folk? It was
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: some other people in there, Sureley said it wasn't comfort
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: off the bed. McDonald's bag on the floor. That's what
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: they call what that thing when they call out to
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: get something to eat? Do dash uber eat something, you know,
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: bring it whatever they come, grub grub it, bring it
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: by your starting one, you should call it that. Bring it, yeah,
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: bring it by? Usually have you call big needed to
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: bring it back? And it's a McDonald's bag on the floor.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: And he thought he was being a slob he normally is.
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: So a few days later I could barely get in
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: the door before he tried to have sex with me.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: I was ready to because once again, here she go.
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: Have some drinks on the flight home, got that tequila
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: up in you now soon as you got to tequila,
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: you was ready then. But now you're trying to tell us,
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: ain't nothing to happen on the boat. Girls stopped, You
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: know what the hell have on that boat? It got
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: buck while up in there, all the fine men all right, cool,
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: I got myself together. We went to dinner. You got
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: home with your leftovers and noticed there was some old
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: food in the fridge, so you went to throw it away,
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: and then you looked in the garbage can and it
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: was empty. I went to the garage and there weren't
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: any trash bags in the trash can. Trash day is
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: the next day, and we normally had two or three bags,
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: but we didn't have nothing that day. And then she
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: looked in the bag. She didn't see the McDonald's bag,
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: or the three red cups or any other trash. You
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: ain't see that run by leader, did you? Huh? Bet
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: that wasn't in there either. I asked him, we're all
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: the try was that? He said, Hey, whatn't no trash?
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: That is the truest statement in this whole damn Where
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: is the trash? Ain't no damn trash. Then you took
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: out your phone and showed him the pictures of the
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: missing trash. He said he took it to the dumpster.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: The next statement he made was true, Why did he
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: get rid of the trash? First of all, let's quit
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: calling this trash and call it what it believes. This
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: is ever. This, This ain't trash, This is evidence. That's
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: like when the mob finn to go up for murder
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: and then the witnesses started missing. See you gonna get
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: rid of any star witness, And the star witness in
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: your story was the trash. Three red solo cups, bottle
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: of wine. You know, hard to see little lipstick on
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: the red solo cup. That's the key. You wants to
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: wear red Solo cups because you're hard to see lipstick
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: on the red solo cup no matter what shade it
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: is unless you date a woman that wear black lipstick.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: And I do not care for that. In the letter,
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: in the words of my father Slick Harvey, don't nobody
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: want no black mouth woman. I just some stuff. He
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: would say, boy gonna go go the boy. Don't nobody
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: want no black mouth woman? Interesting, yeah, because only time
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: you saw a woman with black mouth when she was
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: playing a witch in a plate that was a dog.
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: Lipstick wasn't out then, you know, bright red was the
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: color that was very very you know, shaky back then,
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: bright read that was a color you know you couldn't
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: wear at the church. Oh she got the hussy mouth,
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: I see. You know, so he took it to the dumpster.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: Why did he get rid of the trash? Well, lady,
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: it wasn't trash, it was evidenced. He got rid of
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: all the evidence, and you have nothing except a picture.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: But then you told him he better clean the house
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: up before you get back. Now he did what you
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: asked him to do, so now he has created the
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: perfect store. You can get mad at him if you
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: want to, but he done got rid of all the evidence.
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: So what do we have here, folks? Let's break this down.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: You have wasted your time writing this.

- 1:07:00Speaker 10: who you're gonna go for, but I advise going with
- 1:07:03Speaker 10: the Astros on this.
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: This ain't football. This baseball. You probably should go with
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: us on this one. It's okay, you know, seeing's how
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: does't nobody care about baseball Okay, what we do because this.
- 1:07:13Speaker 10: Only thing we got going in. I said it, Bekay,

- 1:07:18Speaker 10: from winning at baseball. Yeah, that's what we got.

- 1:07:28Speaker 2: So yeah, we're checking for wives and everything. So I
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: didn't really think nothing of that whole scandal. I didn't
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: give it that. It's still hard to hit that baseball
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: even if you know what they're going for.
- 1:07:39Speaker 10: Yeah, if they still need you to that man and
- 1:07:43Speaker 10: say a shout out, man, I gotta give shot to

- 1:09:10Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:09:12Speaker 11: You're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve.
- 1:09:18Speaker 9: Corey on Steve Harvey FM, Wrights. I just got a
- 1:09:21Speaker 9: call from my mom asking me to quote do my
- 1:09:24Speaker 9: part for the family. It seems my sister has fallen
- 1:09:27Speaker 9: into some hard times in her post divorce life, and
- 1:09:30Speaker 9: she's now asking to move back in with my parents.
- 1:09:33Speaker 9: But health issues make that difficult, make that a difficult
- 1:09:36Speaker 9: task to pull off, especially since my sister has a
- 1:09:40Speaker 9: two year old. So Mom's now asking me to make
- 1:09:43Speaker 9: room in my place. Since it's a two bedroom and
- 1:09:46Speaker 9: I only use a second room as an office in storage,
- 1:09:49Speaker 9: I said it would be no problem to have her
- 1:09:51Speaker 9: and the kids stay for a month.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Or so, and that I was happy to help out.
- 1:09:55Speaker 9: Then came the news and how much money and work
- 1:09:58Speaker 9: I need to put into babyproof my place. I'm a
- 1:10:01Speaker 9: single guy, and spending over one thousand dollars to do
- 1:10:04Speaker 9: everything on her babyproofing list is way too much. Uncle Steve,
- 1:10:09Speaker 9: I know your grandkids are at your house a lot.
- 1:10:12Speaker 9: Did you babyproof your home?
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: No, we don't do that. We have a different babyproof system.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: And what's that stop sit your ass down way from there.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Stopt your ass down.
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: You wouldn't, but nah, bruh, you gotta do something because
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: you don't look like you know. Her kids got home training.
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: So you're gonna have the babyproof it or else you're
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: gonna have some accident. You got to put them little
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: guardrails up into steps, because if you don't, you're gonna
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: look over there and his little dumb ass gonna do
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: a tuck and roll down in front steps tuck and roll.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: You be sitting up there looking for his ass, and
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: he's sitting up there at that base cabinet because you
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: ain't got them little clips on that base cabinet. Now
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: here in the bottom of that sink, just eating comet.
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: Oh hell man, you gotta be there. Man. Bro, You're
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: gonna have to do it, you know, because because everything
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: down low is day world. Man, you gott you're gonna
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: have the baby proof it.
- 1:11:17Speaker 14: Man.
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: You know you're single and all this here. But you know,
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: I don't know why you took him head.
- 1:11:24Speaker 9: Mama asked, Yeah, well while she stay in, Mama, because
- 1:11:29Speaker 9: there is the health and ship.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: Yeah did you well, Mama?
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: You sit. You know you ain't least you ain't going nowhere.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: She would be a you know what.
- 1:11:47Speaker 10: Is in your head, mama, el babysitter, that's what you're saying.
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: Well, your mama said she can't go Nowhere's you stay home.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: Watch these babies.
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: Yeah, your mama gonna have somebody watching her. So just
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: have me help you.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: I have a little extra all right, I think we
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: have time for another one.
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: Crazy man. This was that hospital bed cross the doorway
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: between the living room and the dining room. Keep the
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: ass in that one room. Just look over your lift shoulder.
- 1:12:18Speaker 9: Yeah, let's see if we can help Trey on Facebook
- 1:12:23Speaker 9: for the last not that we helped Cory at all.
- 1:12:27Speaker 9: Trey on Facebook rights for the last three years, I've
- 1:12:30Speaker 9: been playing on my company's flag football team, and I'm
- 1:12:33Speaker 9: like the only person in our office who is even
- 1:12:36Speaker 9: remotely athletic. We didn't win the season, but thanks to me,
- 1:12:39Speaker 9: we won a few games, which I hear never happened
- 1:12:42Speaker 9: before I started with a company. Well, my wife and
- 1:12:45Speaker 9: I had our second child a couple of months ago,
- 1:12:47Speaker 9: and I'm going back to school to get my master's degree,
- 1:12:50Speaker 9: so I don't want to play flag football again this
- 1:12:52Speaker 9: year or go to practice. My decision is getting me
- 1:12:56Speaker 9: lots of hate for my coworkers, and I feel like
- 1:12:58Speaker 9: it's going to affect my up. I hate that I
- 1:13:01Speaker 9: might have to start looking for a new job over this,
- 1:13:03Speaker 9: but that might be where I'm at.
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: What should I do?
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you know it is what it is. You
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: know you went over there. That's just going on. Tell
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: the truth. You work out all white company, You're on
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: the black person in there. You don't went out there
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: just going all the damn touchdowns, catching all the pass
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: you caught it back and then receive you throw it,
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: run out there and catch it your damn self. White
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: people ain't never seen nothing like that before. You're gonna play, dammit,
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: You're just gonna pass where it is. Come on, Come on, girl,
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: gotta kidny.
- 1:13:39Speaker 15: His name is Trey.
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: Are you not gonna play? Got Killy?
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: We shuck without you? We absolutely shock.
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: I love white Man.
- 1:13:52Speaker 6: You're what do you mean?
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: You're not gonna play?
- 1:13:54Speaker 4: What are you gonna do?
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: Want more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up?
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: Guys, You're born for this.

- 1:15:17Speaker 2: at a little bit. Yeah, I had, you know, had
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: a lot of uplifting parts in it. I just couldn't
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: get to it, that's all. M hm. Really, you know.
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: Plus I got feelings for Fantasion or Taraji and all them.
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: I own go down there and see it with the
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: sack dress, own bad foot and all that. All right,
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: tail off and.
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: We'll play around it. Would you rather?
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: Right after this?
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 1:15:49Speaker 11: Morning show?
- 1:15:50Speaker 9: All right, it is time guys for a round of
- 1:15:53Speaker 9: would you rather? Would you rather sprint for twenty minutes?
- 1:15:57Speaker 9: Or would you rather sit in a cold plunge for
- 1:15:59Speaker 9: a minutes? Sprinds for twenty cold plunge for eight?
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: Sprint eight sprint for twenty minutes? Yeah, yeah, twenty minutes.
- 1:16:07Speaker 4: You're gonna spread.
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: I have to I can't get in the cold plunge.
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: Oh that's sorry, Oh yeah, that's right.
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: Yeah, you're trying to just your ass getting in the
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: cold thun it's old. I'm in there, I'm in that
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: cold plung so fast break for twenty minutes. Who I'm
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: a nail after that.
- 1:16:24Speaker 5: Long?
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: Wait?
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: You a cold plunge anyway, But for six minutes.
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: I did six minutes this morning.
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: Yeah, but what you do?
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: And the water was forty eight degrees forty eight degrees six.
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: Minutes, what's two more minutes?
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: Okay that has been I've accidently done ten minutes before.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: Oh oh, this is nothing for you.
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: But now I want you to understand something. It is
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: more than a notion. You know, people are it, man, Steve,
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: you're looking really good man, what are you doing? And
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: part of my routine is cold plunging every day. But
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: it's more than a notion. They said, would you recommend
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: it to other people?
- 1:17:02Speaker 6: No?
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: No, no, I don't recommend this to no damn body.
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: I just don't. It's ungodly uncomfortable. The benefits is when
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: you get in submerged cold water below fifty eight degrees,
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: your body goes into shock, protein synthences and it dumps
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: your liver, dumps everything out to his quarter. Try to
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: save your life. If you're in fifty degree water, your
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: body knows it has to go into life saving because
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: if you stay in fifty degree water too long, you
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: will die because you can't get me low a certain Yeah,
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: six is the max because your core temperature can't get
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: down in the seventies. It can't happen. You know. That's hypothermia.
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: You're gonna leave here, man, And cold is tough. So
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: if people say, do you recommend it? I don't. I
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: don't really drunk it all right?
- 1:18:02Speaker 9: Would you rather live in a world where every Halloween
- 1:18:05Speaker 9: costume comes to life at midnight? Or would you rather
- 1:18:08Speaker 9: visit a haunted carnival from another era? Live in a
- 1:18:16Speaker 9: world where Halloween costumes come to life at midnight every night?
- 1:18:21Speaker 9: For a haunted carnival, I have another carnival.
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: Hat a carnival. All them, all them costumes is my
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: family costumes, all of them. That's my family. My aunt
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: aunt aunt looked just like herm and the monsters, all
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: of them, Steve terrible look just Michael. The only thing
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: she was making with them scruise in her neck that
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: is today around gas feet walk rock to the side.
- 1:18:59Speaker 9: Coming up next we'll close out the show and I
- 1:19:01Speaker 9: think we have a phone call for you, Steve.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening.
- 1:19:07Speaker 11: Morning show.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: the day.
- 1:19:11Speaker 9: On this Thursday. It's been a good day. I guess Timmy,
- 1:19:14Speaker 9: you'll be back tomorrow, right, Steve, H, I.
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: Don't, I don't know. You know little people that you
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: have to give him time. What you know, Yeah, you
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: have to give him time. You can't rush him back
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: because you know they got so many HR laws now
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: you got to pay attention. Can't rush nobody back to work.
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: Got to let him because I think, like Tommy, like
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: if he come back too fast, that's like mental exhaustion.
- 1:19:41Speaker 11: Anyway, I took.
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: An HR course on it. That's why I can't say
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: nothing to him, you know. Plus discrimination against little people.
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: So I had to give him extra cause he loved.
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: We get a phone call for you.
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: But once again before we go, and I want to
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: Bill hold on show before do the folk once again
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: own network and ready for live TV show. Want to
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: think that latest sponsor, thank you, who's doing Tommy's wardrobe
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: is brought to you by the Kin Collection. Kin Collection
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: and everything you see Tommy Warren on the show is
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: Key and Well on the New Bobbing movie. She's wonderfully
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: got the little got, the little pink tight ass, little
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: sweater with the patches, golf on his neck, just all
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: his clothes, shoes and everything, little shoes. Yeah, lb Al's
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: little bitty lubertis.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: All right, let's get to this, shaul Uh. This is
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: a guy who has a business venture for you, Steve.
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: This is an idea for you.
- 1:20:48Speaker 18: Hey, Steve, you're always giving God the glory. I love
- 1:20:52Speaker 18: that about you and I appreciate it, and I know
- 1:20:55Speaker 18: you about business. So you should consider a hotel chain

- 1:21:08Speaker 18: I'll be number number one.
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: What do you think about how hotel?
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: Yeah? Well see, you gotta watch when Christians call in
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: and ask you to do stuff in business with them,
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: because they gonna always want something back. Now I got
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: to open up a hotel with my money, I got
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: to call the hotel blessed, and I got to give
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: his ass a discount. So you're getting blessed to me
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: or you? So I really think the hotel is so
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: he could get blessed as soon as I open it.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: I'll spend all this money opening this hotel. First thing,
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: his ad want this damn discount. You ain't even stayed
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: one night. You ain't fighting out. I'm gonna let you
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: stay there. Okay, I'm gonna say, I'm gonna give you
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: a discount, but you bet not open that that army.

- 1:23:07Speaker 14: the head. And like I said, I drove a truck
- 1:23:09Speaker 14: for a living, and I had to feel pulled over
- 1:23:12Speaker 14: because I'm the biggest earth winding fire fan that there is. Actually,
- 1:23:15Speaker 14: I'm a bigger earth winding fire fan than you are.
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: Okay, okay, if you wrap your truck in it, you
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: might be, but I doubt it though. Hey boy, let
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: me tell you something. Man, don't get in no context
