- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know, y'all a suit on the don giving them
- 0:15Speaker 1: like the milling bus bus things. And it's to be though.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve listening together for stuy, I don't join with me.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You gotta gotta turn you, you gotta turn to turn out,
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn out to turn turn the water the
- 1:47Speaker 1: water go. Come come on your baby now, h I
- 2:02Speaker 1: show well a good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on dig me now one It only Steve Harley
- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show. You know this week, I've just
- 2:12Speaker 1: been on it, so today is no different. I'm telling you,
- 2:17Speaker 1: I've just reinvigorated myself. I'm more determined to share the
- 2:22Speaker 1: principles of success. I'm more determined to help and guide
- 2:28Speaker 1: and teach as many people as I can the things
- 2:31Speaker 1: that I've learned. And I mean, man, I've been through it.
- 2:34Speaker 1: I have really been through it. I kid you not.
- 2:36Speaker 1: You know. I used to say, Okay, God, you know,
- 2:38Speaker 1: why is all this happening to me? But as I've
- 2:41Speaker 1: gotten older, I understand that was the ingredients. I needed
- 2:46Speaker 1: the ingredients to beat this cake. I needed all those ingredients.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Stirred up. I need all of that different flavors, the
- 2:54Speaker 1: stuff that I didn't think tastes so good. All that
- 2:56Speaker 1: stuff had to come into the bowl in order for
- 2:59Speaker 1: me to get to where I am today. As much
- 3:02Speaker 1: as I did not like the taste of the ingredients,
- 3:07Speaker 1: little did I know God was making this cake, not me.
- 3:10Speaker 1: But what he did was And you've heard you the
- 3:13Speaker 1: old saying God could turn lemons into lemonade. Well that's
- 3:18Speaker 1: what he was doing now. At the time, it all
- 3:22Speaker 1: had a little funky lemonade lemony flavor to it, with
- 3:26Speaker 1: some other stuff in it too. I didn't care for it.
- 3:30Speaker 1: But little did I know that I needed everything that
- 3:33Speaker 1: happened to me to happen to me in the exact
- 3:35Speaker 1: order that had happened, in the exact array of things
- 3:39Speaker 1: that happened for me to have a knowledge I have today,
- 3:42Speaker 1: the experience, the attitude, so I could turn around and
- 3:48Speaker 1: share that information. Okay, got that out the way. This
- 3:52Speaker 1: is what I want to give to you today. I
- 3:55Speaker 1: want you to understand something that discipline determines your deathty,
- 4:01Speaker 1: not your desire. Discipline determine your destiny, not your desire.
- 4:08Speaker 1: You've heard me say this how many times on the show. Okay,
- 4:11Speaker 1: here we go against Eve. I got it. Faith with
- 4:14Speaker 1: our works is dead. But let me tell you something.
- 4:18Speaker 1: To be a hard worker, you got to be disciplined.
- 4:21Speaker 1: That's one of the hardest lessons I'm trying to get
- 4:23Speaker 1: through to my sons. You've gonna throw yourself down a
- 4:27Speaker 1: cliff if you're not a young man or a man
- 4:30Speaker 1: that possesses discipline. Because they got something for undisciplined people.
- 4:35Speaker 1: They got some street laws for undisciplined people, and they
- 4:39Speaker 1: got some federal laws and state laws for undisciplined people.
- 4:43Speaker 1: That's why them signs is outside on the freeway, we're
- 4:46Speaker 1: gonna let you go fast. But seventy is the limit.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Seventy fast enough. Really, if you're disciplined enough of a
- 4:54Speaker 1: person to leave your house at the time you're supposed
- 4:57Speaker 1: to leave your house, seventy miles per hour is absolutely enough.
- 5:01Speaker 1: But if you're an undisciplined person, if you don't have
- 5:04Speaker 1: the wherewithal to leave your house on time, to get
- 5:08Speaker 1: ready to go where you want to go, see the
- 5:11Speaker 1: desires where you want to go, the discipline is how
- 5:14Speaker 1: you get there. You understand you can wanna go to
- 5:18Speaker 1: see your family in California all you want, But the
- 5:22Speaker 1: flight leaves at one to eighteen. You leave your house
- 5:26Speaker 1: at twelve thirty. They told you you must check in
- 5:30Speaker 1: one hour before your flight. Now, if you ain't got
- 5:33Speaker 1: the discipline to get to the airport to check in
- 5:37Speaker 1: one hour before your flight, leaving your house forty five
- 5:40Speaker 1: minutes before the flight departs, what you think gonna happen?
- 5:43Speaker 1: Your desire to go see your family in la is
- 5:47Speaker 1: going to be thwarted because you lack the discipline to
- 5:52Speaker 1: prepare yourself and get yourself ready to do the things
- 5:55Speaker 1: that you have to do to make your desires come true.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm telling you discipline determines your destiny, not your desire.
- 6:04Speaker 1: You can write down a list of stuff you want
- 6:06Speaker 1: to do all day, but if you don't produce and
- 6:08Speaker 1: show the discipline necessary to get there, what you think
- 6:12Speaker 1: gonna happen? Huh? Okay? I want to be rich, Okay,
- 6:19Speaker 1: I want to make four hundred thousand in a year. Okay,
- 6:23Speaker 1: I want to be the best player that there is. Okay,
- 6:27Speaker 1: but you don't want to practice. See the cat that's
- 6:30Speaker 1: disciplined enough to show up at practice the shooting jumps
- 6:33Speaker 1: when everybody going home. That's the guy that's gonna be
- 6:36Speaker 1: the best. The guy that's never late for practice, the
- 6:39Speaker 1: guy to study the playbook. That's the guy that's gonna
- 6:42Speaker 1: make it, not the guy that's talking crack, I stalking
- 6:45Speaker 1: that smack. I'm gonna make the Pro Bowl, I'm gonna
- 6:48Speaker 1: make the All Star Team. I'm gonna be All American.
- 6:50Speaker 1: That's just what you're saying. But discipline determines your destiny,
- 6:56Speaker 1: not your desire. So now let's talk about this. Discipline.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Is that really, Steve. That's your work ethic, that's your hunger,
- 7:04Speaker 1: that's your will. Discipline is how hard you're willing to
- 7:09Speaker 1: demonstrate the attributes and the traits to be what you
- 7:16Speaker 1: want to be. Did you hear me? It is your
- 7:19Speaker 1: willingness to conduct yourself in a manner that is above
- 7:24Speaker 1: and beyond what they say is necessary. Now, this is
- 7:28Speaker 1: a good example right here. Now. You can want to
- 7:31Speaker 1: be in the NFL all you want, but they got
- 7:34Speaker 1: this thing called the NFL Combines where they bring in
- 7:38Speaker 1: some of the top players at every position to come
- 7:41Speaker 1: in and they're gonna run a forty yard dash, they're
- 7:44Speaker 1: gonna do a standing broad jump, They're gonna do a
- 7:47Speaker 1: standing vertical leap. They're gonna do drills, running drills, cutting drills.
- 7:55Speaker 1: They can determine if a linebacker got stiff hips by
- 7:59Speaker 1: making them back point him in one direction and throw
- 8:01Speaker 1: the football in another direction. How does he turn his body?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Now you can say you can tell everybody at your
- 8:07Speaker 1: college you want to play pro football. You tell everybody
- 8:09Speaker 1: at your high school. You tell them in Peewee you
- 8:11Speaker 1: want to play pro football. But they got tests for
- 8:14Speaker 1: you though. It's called the combines. Now you get out
- 8:17Speaker 1: here and you have a bad combine day, Ain't nobody
- 8:20Speaker 1: trying to hear that. Let me tell you how excuses
- 8:22Speaker 1: don't work with people when they just trying to get
- 8:24Speaker 1: when they're trying to win in the NFL. The fact
- 8:27Speaker 1: that you had a bad day at the combine and
- 8:30Speaker 1: you don't run your best forties and you just keep
- 8:33Speaker 1: telling them you could do better, they don't want to
- 8:35Speaker 1: hear that. Because see, what ain't nobody gonna pay you
- 8:37Speaker 1: for is to play on Sunday. And that's one of
- 8:40Speaker 1: your bad days. We're paying you to play on Sundays.
- 8:44Speaker 1: But because you keep having these bad days, because you
- 8:48Speaker 1: ain't discipline enough to put in the work to make
- 8:51Speaker 1: sure that your maximum can be called upon at any time.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Now you have to combine with some slow times that
- 8:57Speaker 1: go on your record. You have to humbuying. You don't
- 9:00Speaker 1: jump as high as you did when you was at
- 9:02Speaker 1: the gym class. Well, hold up, man, this is show
- 9:05Speaker 1: day now in the NFL, Sunday is show day. What
- 9:09Speaker 1: they can't run the risk of is paying you your money.
- 9:12Speaker 1: And your bad day happened to be on Sundays after
- 9:15Speaker 1: we didn't cut your check. No, no, no, We're looking
- 9:18Speaker 1: for people who limit them bad days, who got the
- 9:21Speaker 1: discipline to work hard, to make an effort for it.
- 9:24Speaker 1: You understand what I'm saying to your folks, Please understand this.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Discipline determines your destiny, not your desire. If you can
- 9:32Speaker 1: want it all you want, But if you ain't working,
- 9:36Speaker 1: if you ain't grinding, if you ain't hurting, if you
- 9:39Speaker 1: ain't sweating real bad, if you always somewhere got to chill,
- 9:44Speaker 1: you got to have a cold, one, you got to
- 9:47Speaker 1: smoke one, You gotta do all them. Things. Can't tell
- 9:49Speaker 1: you something you ain't gonna make it. Discipline determines your destiny,
- 9:55Speaker 1: not your desire. You're listening. Wake up, wake up, wake up.
- 10:03Speaker 1: It is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Wake up, wake up,
- 10:06Speaker 1: give yourself that stretch that morning yawning. It is the
- 10:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show on a good, beautiful Wednesday morning.
- 10:13Speaker 1: You know, yesterday was Timmy Tuesday, but this is Wednsday,
- 10:17Speaker 1: and I don't know what I can put with Wednesday.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Maybe I can say, wake up for whacking Wensday. Yeah,
- 10:25Speaker 1: that worked right there. Wake up, wake up, wake up,
- 10:28Speaker 1: wake up for Whackett Winsday. Yeah, it is all right.

- 11:11Speaker 1: you say it's already whack. We don't. Yeah, it's not
- 11:19Speaker 1: already whacking. What was your what was your lesson you
- 11:21Speaker 1: had to do when you had to do your w
- 11:25Speaker 1: W class. Let me see, um, whether the weather be
- 11:29Speaker 1: cold or whether the weather be hot, whatever the weather,
- 11:35Speaker 1: we're in this together, whoever we like it or not.
- 11:39Speaker 1: For cold, Effie, Effie not I'm cold. Pass that class, clearly.
- 11:53Speaker 1: I know he didn't pass. He's still doing it. I
- 11:56Speaker 1: quick on that class. I dropped out of that that
- 11:58Speaker 1: W class. I let it go. But I was only

- 17:40Speaker 1: I knew it. Okay, Okay, mister Vernon, slow down. Some
- 17:43Speaker 1: man hain't on. Okay, now listen. What I have to
- 17:47Speaker 1: do is I have to talk to the person that

- 17:51Speaker 1: any means you're conceling right now. But I need to
- 17:54Speaker 1: hear that from missus Martina that it's canceled. Me. When

- 18:26Speaker 1: with my critical, I will find you. Sir? What means?
- 18:29Speaker 1: Do you have Tony's number where I can call him
- 18:32Speaker 1: and maybe you know what? You know what? I'm gonna
- 18:34Speaker 1: have Tony's number in the minute because I got her phone.

- 18:38Speaker 1: is some and she's gonna be do with Tony. So

- 26:45Speaker 1: problem here. Great, she'd be grateful, right, Okay, she's ungrateful.
- 26:50Speaker 1: All right, that's what we learned on that one, All right,
- 26:53Speaker 1: Nadia and Monroe. Nadia says a meta guy in line.
- 26:56Speaker 1: And we talked to the phone for a month before
- 26:58Speaker 1: we actually met. We might face to face over the
- 27:01Speaker 1: weekend and his breath almost killed me. Why would he
- 27:06Speaker 1: show up on a date with bread bad breath? Uh?
- 27:09Speaker 1: Do you think he doesn't know it's bad? And no,
- 27:12Speaker 1: he don't know. No you think he just showing up
- 27:16Speaker 1: like that. He's gonna show up butter, butter clean, But
- 27:19Speaker 1: breath is stink Now he don't know it. But nobody, No,
- 27:22Speaker 1: this is let me tell you something. This is a problem.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Nobody tells a bad breath person that they got bad brother.
- 27:28Speaker 1: And that's the problem. We all go around not saying
- 27:31Speaker 1: we tell everybody else, but we don't tell that person.
- 27:34Speaker 1: You're gonna have to get them a Listerine IV or something.
- 27:38Speaker 1: You're gonna have to do something for this bad How
- 27:42Speaker 1: should she tell? Because it's in the deep. Call when
- 27:44Speaker 1: it's in that deep you need a Listerine IV. You got,
- 27:47Speaker 1: You're gonna have to tell him. You donna have to
- 27:49Speaker 1: tell him. You gotta do not easy, though. What should
- 27:53Speaker 1: she say? That's gargle with some clothe rocks. Tell him
- 27:56Speaker 1: something to throw him off. Wow, don't swallow it, but
- 28:01Speaker 1: spit it out. But we're gonna fix this. I about
- 28:05Speaker 1: your gums white? When I can't tell you pat them out? Junior,
- 28:12Speaker 1: and you can bring him a gift basket for the
- 28:14Speaker 1: just doctor teshners. You can get him some lister ring
- 28:16Speaker 1: called gating this basket. Need to do. I will tell
- 28:19Speaker 1: you when you messed up that you're spending too many
- 28:21Speaker 1: days on that phone. You should have got down in
- 28:23Speaker 1: person earlier, the whole month talking on the phone. Case
- 28:27Speaker 1: mall breath over the phone. Now you can't tell over
- 28:29Speaker 1: the fall. You need to get down there in person,
- 28:31Speaker 1: the old line. Day day three. You should have been
- 28:34Speaker 1: through with this. You should look, let me see come in.
- 28:36Speaker 1: We'll be looking at you all these pictures. Now you
- 28:38Speaker 1: can't get breath over the phone. But if you give
- 28:40Speaker 1: him that gift basket, you'll get this, don't. I put
- 28:43Speaker 1: your little care package together and just give it to so.
- 28:46Speaker 1: And you think he's gonna take the hint. You think
- 28:49Speaker 1: if everything in there for your mouth, yeah he should.
- 28:52Speaker 1: He has no choice. I ain't gave you no lotion
- 28:54Speaker 1: in this basket. I gave a thing for your mouth.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I ain't give you nothing for your feet. I gave
- 28:59Speaker 1: you at your mouth, or you got everything. Because some
- 29:09Speaker 1: people it's hard for them to take hints. That's why
- 29:12Speaker 1: I said that. Oh, man, all right, we gotta go crazy.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Thank you, Riddolowe and Junior coming up. We got some
- 29:21Speaker 1: entertainment news for you right after this. You're listening to
- 29:24Speaker 1: the show. Well. Last night President Biden gave a State
- 29:31Speaker 1: of the Union address, and it was the first time
- 29:33Speaker 1: since twenty nineteen that the President and Congress were permitted
- 29:37Speaker 1: to invite guests. It was also the first time Biden
- 29:40Speaker 1: had to give the historic speech before a divided Congress
- 29:43Speaker 1: since Republicans clenched control of the US House in November's
- 29:46Speaker 1: mid terms. Biden took the credit for our economy. Uh,
- 29:51Speaker 1: it is recovering, and he took credit for that. I'm
- 29:53Speaker 1: glad he did. And he warned against embracing the agenda
- 29:57Speaker 1: of his adversaries in the other party. And as for
- 30:00Speaker 1: the president, the message is clear, he said, fighting for
- 30:03Speaker 1: the sake of fighting, power for the sake of power,
- 30:07Speaker 1: Conflict for the sake of conflict gets us nowhere. The
- 30:11Speaker 1: State of the Union address was attended by every member
- 30:15Speaker 1: of the House and the Senate, all nine Supreme Court justices,
- 30:19Speaker 1: and most of the President's cabinet. So there you go.
- 30:22Speaker 1: It's a good night. Yeah, it's a good night. Watched it.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Last night we watched the Stated and the President. President
- 30:29Speaker 1: Biden also talked about, you know, twelve million jobs, and
- 30:31Speaker 1: I think that is the problem that the Democrats are
- 30:34Speaker 1: not getting the message out of us good things that
- 30:37Speaker 1: they're doing in this administration. You know, he talks about,
- 30:42Speaker 1: you know, how this country has emerged from a crisis,
- 30:45Speaker 1: you know, from the pandemic. Yeah, proving on inflation. Congress
- 30:51Speaker 1: needs to also pass. I think that this really needs
- 30:56Speaker 1: to hit home due to the recent violence in Memphis,
- 31:00Speaker 1: the beating death of Tyree Tyree Nichols. George Floyd Justice
- 31:07Speaker 1: and Policing Act. Now, you know, the Democrats in the
- 31:10Speaker 1: House in twenty twenty one pass it, but installed in
- 31:13Speaker 1: the Senate. So it needs to pass. This Senate needs
- 31:16Speaker 1: to pass this Policing Act bill because it will whole
- 31:20Speaker 1: police officers accountable ability, take away that police brutality, the corrupt,
- 31:27Speaker 1: the racial profiling, all of these things. So this is
- 31:31Speaker 1: a good thing, this George Floyd Justice and Policing Act.
- 31:34Speaker 1: I don't know how this can't pass in the Senate.
- 31:38Speaker 1: And Junior, we were talking about this too off air.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Marjorie Taylor Green, she yelled out, the President is a liar,
- 31:46Speaker 1: She tweeted it. Now she's yes during the State of
- 31:49Speaker 1: Again night. Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah, of course it's disrespectful.
- 31:55Speaker 1: But you know that's beyond the point when we're talking
- 31:58Speaker 1: about her, right. You know, did you happen to see
- 32:01Speaker 1: Mitt Romney when he walked in He walked past Ron Santos,
- 32:05Speaker 1: the Senate lying senator, and uh, he said something to him.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Santos did said something the senator Mitt Romney. Mitt Romney
- 32:14Speaker 1: looked like he wanted to much of it clot. I mean,
- 32:19Speaker 1: he just looked at him with such utter disgust and
- 32:23Speaker 1: just kept walking. He just kept walking. George Santos, Georgia,
- 32:27Speaker 1: did I say, Ron and George? Yeah, George, But anyway, Yeah,
- 32:32Speaker 1: he's just the lying senator. He just did. Come How
- 32:37Speaker 1: can this lady just scream out? See, we need somebody
- 32:39Speaker 1: to scream back at your behnd when you scream out
- 32:42Speaker 1: like that, when you scream out at the president like that,
- 32:44Speaker 1: you need somebody to be come back and shut your
- 32:46Speaker 1: ass up. You know, we need somebody to come back, right.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Remember they used to do it to Obama. They used
- 32:53Speaker 1: to the President Obama. Yeah, disrespectful, very much, so, very
- 33:00Speaker 1: Cann't this get passed. Do we have enough Democrats that's
- 33:02Speaker 1: pulling together to get this pass the Senate issue? We hope, so,
- 33:08Speaker 1: we hope. So the President will sign it if it
- 33:11Speaker 1: passed in the Senate. We just gotta get it done. Yeah,
- 33:14Speaker 1: all right, Well, moving on as a follow up to
- 33:16Speaker 1: TD Jake Seven Deadly Sins, the series you know of
- 33:21Speaker 1: the TV movies he's been doing Lifetime is gearing up
- 33:25Speaker 1: to prepare the next title in that series. And it
- 33:28Speaker 1: is called Pride, a seven Deadly Sinned story and it

- 33:44Speaker 1: Kia King. And we need a drum roll right here.
- 33:47Speaker 1: We've got to have a drum roll right here. This
- 33:50Speaker 1: is big, Okay, this is big. It also stars ladies
- 33:55Speaker 1: and gentlemen. You hear the drum roll, mister Thomas. We

- 34:17Speaker 1: we're so happy, Tommy, and I want you to tell
- 34:20Speaker 1: us about this. But the sin of pride is put
- 34:22Speaker 1: on display in this story, so so just tell us
- 34:25Speaker 1: about your role and what the movie is going to
- 34:28Speaker 1: be about. Movie Star. I think I think all of us,
- 34:32Speaker 1: um and some some of us maybe not, but most
- 34:35Speaker 1: of us are as parents who have your ssues with
- 34:37Speaker 1: our children, you know what I mean. And we try
- 34:39Speaker 1: to we we try to cover it up. We try
- 34:41Speaker 1: to we try to pay for it, We try to
- 34:43Speaker 1: keep it under the rug. We try to do everything.
- 34:46Speaker 1: We can't because of the pride of the family. We
- 34:49Speaker 1: don't want this out, We don't want you to see this,
- 34:51Speaker 1: and we try to take care of We try, we
- 34:53Speaker 1: try to keep it away. Even though we know what's
- 34:55Speaker 1: going on, we act like it's not going on. And
- 34:57Speaker 1: it is the pride that stops us from from really
- 35:01Speaker 1: taking care of the issue. And that's what this is
- 35:03Speaker 1: all about and gets you that so called child. Is
- 35:07Speaker 1: that that it's your boy, Thomas Miles, nephew Tommy, it
- 35:11Speaker 1: is you. I am the bad guy. I am the
- 35:16Speaker 1: bad guy. I'm giving my mother pure hell. And it

- 36:20Speaker 1: They loved it to please, I don't worry about that, y'all.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Please bless us again. Junior. First, let me say this
- 36:30Speaker 1: is about This is about the equivalent of doing a
- 36:32Speaker 1: movie like Tommy. This is the same to be asked
- 36:34Speaker 1: about about the same thing. It's pride. I'm just glad that.
- 36:41Speaker 1: I'm just glad I'll ask me. So Therefore, I cannot
- 36:44Speaker 1: deny the people what they won't hear it is again. Gosh,
- 36:47Speaker 1: oh my gosh, we go okay, we'll go ahead, and
- 36:50Speaker 1: they do it. Yeah. Yes, we celebrate the people that
- 37:03Speaker 1: fought for our civil rights and shout out to the
- 37:05Speaker 1: black man that event at the traffic light. We can
- 37:08Speaker 1: straight and I have before we leave home because a
- 37:10Speaker 1: black woman invent at the straighten and comb. And my
- 37:13Speaker 1: heart really starts to flutter when I think of that
- 37:15Speaker 1: black man that invented peanut butter. And it was a
- 37:17Speaker 1: black woman that invented the touchtone phone, so our granted
- 37:21Speaker 1: to gossip without leaving home. But wait, we also invented
- 37:24Speaker 1: the thermostat. We got some cold and senses. Now try
- 37:27Speaker 1: to top that. These new lawmakers are some foods trying
- 37:30Speaker 1: to take black history out of schools. It's black history,
- 37:32Speaker 1: moup put some respect on it. The end, I swear
- 37:35Speaker 1: to God, this is born. I tell you, this is
- 37:42Speaker 1: I never had them, this is this is almost like
- 37:45Speaker 1: getting a grammy. I promise you this really the same.

- 37:54Speaker 1: the whole see Harvard Nation for requesting to hear this again.
- 37:57Speaker 1: I just I want to thank my mama because without her,
- 38:00Speaker 1: I couldn't be here. I mean the same moment. I
- 38:05Speaker 1: want to I want to thank all of Houston, Texas
- 38:09Speaker 1: for all the support, and then I want to come on.
- 38:11Speaker 1: I want to thank Atlanta, and I don't want to
- 38:13Speaker 1: thank La and I want to thank New York all
- 38:15Speaker 1: the places i'd being. I want to thank Philly. I
- 38:17Speaker 1: want I want to thank the man that I saw
- 38:19Speaker 1: in the call yesterday for no reason, just because he's
- 38:23Speaker 1: I just want to thank everybody. And last, but not leave,
- 38:26Speaker 1: I want to thank Uncle Steve for just giving me
- 38:28Speaker 1: the opportunity just to be this raggedy poet that I am,
- 38:31Speaker 1: and just oh my beautiful and last but not music,
- 38:41Speaker 1: last but not least, I gotta thank my father on high.
- 38:45Speaker 1: I gotta give him credit. Oh no, no, my daddy
- 38:50Speaker 1: was sitting in the hot chair last week him. I'm
- 38:53Speaker 1: up a thirty four minutes after the hour, two legendary
- 38:56Speaker 1: performers took the Instagram to set the record straight. After
- 38:59Speaker 1: the Grammys, we'll talk about it and Beyonce right after this,
- 39:04Speaker 1: you're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show. Well, Beyonce's
- 39:08Speaker 1: upcoming renaissance tour has the world the entire world. That's
- 39:13Speaker 1: how big she is. She has the entire world in
- 39:16Speaker 1: an uproar, with everyone and their mama trying to buy
- 39:19Speaker 1: tickets to see her. The Beehive has resorted to start
- 39:22Speaker 1: and go fund me accounts to big family, friends and
- 39:24Speaker 1: others to give them money to help them purchase tickets
- 39:28Speaker 1: for this tour. The sad part is that even if
- 39:31Speaker 1: they raise enough money, it still doesn't mean that they
- 39:34Speaker 1: will be able to buy a ticket. The demand for
- 39:37Speaker 1: Renaissance Tour tickets has already exceeded eight hundred thousand, eight hundred,
- 39:42Speaker 1: eight hundred percent of tickets that are available. That's a lot,
- 39:46Speaker 1: a lot. That is a lot going on right there.
- 39:49Speaker 1: A frustrated Beehive fan tweeted. Ticket prices range from nine
- 39:53Speaker 1: hundred twenty eight dollars to as high as get this figure.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Wrap your head around this figure, sixteen thousand dollars for
- 40:01Speaker 1: floor tickets. That's a lot of money right there. When
- 40:06Speaker 1: has increased, gas prices are on the rise, cost of
- 40:09Speaker 1: food is out of this world. We thought Beyonce concert
- 40:12Speaker 1: tickets would be much cheaper than this. So there, you
- 40:15Speaker 1: gotta check out a second loan to go see Yeah,
- 40:19Speaker 1: put your house up, I got a lead on my mortgage.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Oh my god. Okay, okay call it. You're you're you're
- 40:29Speaker 1: a music guru. Tell me this. The most you paid
- 40:32Speaker 1: for a concert? Uh? It was no sixteen thousand dollars.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Let me see, you know, I would say maybe five
- 40:43Speaker 1: hundred dollars, you know, six hundred dollars for some tickets
- 40:46Speaker 1: you know, yeah, tickets front row floor seats. I'm not
- 40:52Speaker 1: gonna pay mortgage though. I'm not gonna get your mortgage
- 40:54Speaker 1: payment to go to a concert. It's just a lot
- 40:58Speaker 1: of money. And you know, Ticketmaster has such a big
- 41:02Speaker 1: disaster with the whole Taylor Swift tour launch and and
- 41:05Speaker 1: and all kinds of stuff and scamming and people didn't
- 41:08Speaker 1: get their tickets. So this is crazy. What mean? Yeah,
- 41:14Speaker 1: I just think we should do this. We should just
- 41:16Speaker 1: all do just just go ahead and greeted this. Everybody
- 41:18Speaker 1: don't need to see beyond this is get this out
- 41:22Speaker 1: of here, because it's a people that have no binions
- 41:24Speaker 1: going Like if you live with your parents, you live
- 41:26Speaker 1: with your mom and your daddy, you don't need to
- 41:27Speaker 1: be going down there. You don't got no bit. Why
- 41:31Speaker 1: is that, junior to me? Tell me. You could pay
- 41:33Speaker 1: you could pay me to be other, but you can't
- 41:35Speaker 1: pay rich to get your own space. You can't do it.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, and you don't need to be you might
- 41:40Speaker 1: not go and see. But back in the day when
- 41:43Speaker 1: Michael Jackson was touring, and Prince and Luther and all
- 41:47Speaker 1: of them, these tickets were definitely not this high, not
- 41:50Speaker 1: at all. I talked to Jesus. I thought to Jesus
- 41:54Speaker 1: this morning. He said, ain't no way we're doing this.
- 41:55Speaker 1: We're not doing this at all. They're too high for
- 41:58Speaker 1: Jesus said, We're not doing it. We're not doing it.
- 42:01Speaker 1: We're not doing this. I'm sorry, well, we're not doing this.
- 42:04Speaker 1: And I told Jackie what what the Lord said? She said?
- 42:08Speaker 1: She said, oh, I'm going to this concert. Oh your wife,
- 42:13Speaker 1: ye's going. I'm going with us. Figure it out. But
- 42:18Speaker 1: you know what, you know what, in trying to just
- 42:21Speaker 1: play Devil's advocate in the defense, you got to look
- 42:23Speaker 1: at this. Look how high the Super Bowl is. Look
- 42:26Speaker 1: how high the World Series is. You know what I'm saying, Yeah,
- 42:31Speaker 1: I think tickets are out of control. Yeah, but Tommy,
- 42:34Speaker 1: since we're looking at that, look at this. A lot
- 42:36Speaker 1: of people are saying she just made twenty four million
- 42:38Speaker 1: dollars in Dubai. Well you can't you, I know, but
- 42:42Speaker 1: we can't count her pocket. People are though, you know
- 42:46Speaker 1: you don't count them football players money when you go
- 42:49Speaker 1: to Super Bowl and bance about players, when you go
- 42:51Speaker 1: to All Star y'all be right there. And when I
- 42:55Speaker 1: leave Fort Wayne and chuckles at MENI don't don't count
- 42:58Speaker 1: my pocket this man secure my bag right well, but
- 43:03Speaker 1: but Esus, I'm sorry, Jesus fart and fitted out the tickets. Though,
- 43:06Speaker 1: I'm just sorry. Because of the surge of complaints and
- 43:10Speaker 1: frustrations that the fans have had with Ticketmaster in the past,
- 43:14Speaker 1: the Kinder Law Group opened a case against Ticketmaster and
- 43:17Speaker 1: they want to hear from bee hiverers that have complaints.
- 43:20Speaker 1: A kinder Law reptweeted, if you have any problems with
- 43:22Speaker 1: buying a Beyonce ticket, we urge you to document what
- 43:26Speaker 1: happened and contact us. We will ensure your legal rights
- 43:29Speaker 1: as a consumer are protected. So there you go. Nobody
- 43:33Speaker 1: better not be sitting nobody's seat for a five Yes,
- 43:44Speaker 1: right there, you're sitting in my nine hundred dollars seat.
- 43:46Speaker 1: That all right? Coming up next? Fit is a nephew
- 43:52Speaker 1: with the prank phone call right after this you're listening
- 43:55Speaker 1: to show coming up at about four minutes after the hour.
- 44:01Speaker 1: It's my strawberry letter for today and the subject is
- 44:05Speaker 1: I'm just listening for my name. I don't know what
- 44:08Speaker 1: that means, but we'll find out in just a bit.
- 44:10Speaker 1: Wait till you hear this letter. But right now it
- 44:13Speaker 1: is time for the prank phone call with the nephew. Hey, Neff,
- 44:16Speaker 1: what you got, hey Nef? Up in here. By the fact,
- 44:19Speaker 1: you know, since we made the announcement, it's gonna be
- 44:22Speaker 1: Thomas Miles today. Yeah, yes, okay, yeah, thank you so much.
- 44:30Speaker 1: But this right here is baby Chick. I know y'all
- 44:34Speaker 1: been hearing the price of eggs are high, and a
- 44:37Speaker 1: lot of things going on with these eggs. People smuggling eggs.
- 44:40Speaker 1: It's a lot going on IM Like, dope, deal, it
- 44:42Speaker 1: got that egg, got that egg? I got that eggs.
- 44:46Speaker 1: You're looking for that egg? I got that does, and
- 44:48Speaker 1: I got that does and oh got them. I've got
- 44:52Speaker 1: brown eggs, top of the line, top of the line eggs.
- 44:58Speaker 1: This right here is baby chick, baby ship. Let's go
- 45:01Speaker 1: care though, thank you for coming. I'm trying to reach,
- 45:05Speaker 1: warns the manager. As he is, This is Warren, Thank
- 45:09Speaker 1: you for calling help you? Yeah? You are you the
- 45:11Speaker 1: manager there? Yes, sir? Your name warn Yes, sir, this
- 45:15Speaker 1: is one Okay, I needed to actually file a lawsuit
- 45:18Speaker 1: on y'all, and I'm actually calling you first to let
- 45:21Speaker 1: you know that I'm getting ready to file a lawsuit
- 45:23Speaker 1: on the whole grocery store for what did happened to me? Sir?
- 45:28Speaker 1: Call me? Let me let me get hold on a second.
- 45:30Speaker 1: So let me do this. Let me let me have
- 45:32Speaker 1: what what did you say? Your name was? My name
- 45:35Speaker 1: is Evans. Evans is my name? So Evans is your
- 45:38Speaker 1: last name? Let me let me write this down. And
- 45:41Speaker 1: you came into my store? Did you have an accident
- 45:44Speaker 1: in my store or something? I'm not You just have
- 45:46Speaker 1: to show what you're calling about. I ain't had no accident.
- 45:49Speaker 1: What alpum was? I came in there yesterday and I
- 45:52Speaker 1: bought a bunch of groceres and I bought a card
- 45:54Speaker 1: in the eggs right now. When I got home, I
- 45:57Speaker 1: was checking to make sure the eggs didn't didn't break
- 46:00Speaker 1: on the way home. When I got home, it was
- 46:02Speaker 1: a baby chick inside the egg carding man, one of
- 46:06Speaker 1: the eggs had it had hatched and got my kids traumatized.
- 46:09Speaker 1: And they don't even want to eat breakfasts or nothing
- 46:12Speaker 1: around here because there's a baby chick inside called the eggs.
- 46:16Speaker 1: That don't make no man um, I don't mean to
- 46:20Speaker 1: uh let me, so you tell me it was a chicken,
- 46:23Speaker 1: a baby chicken, actual chicken, and a baby chick inside
- 46:27Speaker 1: the cart and the eggs. Man, you got my kids traumatized. Man,
- 46:31Speaker 1: don't nobody what you got the eggs? If you just
- 46:35Speaker 1: the curse, if you're just calmed down for one second,
- 46:37Speaker 1: listen what I told y'all put that chicken down and
- 46:41Speaker 1: then put it down. It might have ray bat say what.
- 46:45Speaker 1: I don't even think that that's possible. First of all,
- 46:48Speaker 1: if you had any idea how this thing comes from
- 46:51Speaker 1: the farm to the store, it is they go over
- 46:55Speaker 1: these eggs a countless summer times. And the temperature and
- 46:58Speaker 1: the freezer, first of all, wasn't even allow for a
- 47:01Speaker 1: chicken to be alive if you had a baby. I
- 47:04Speaker 1: don't know I did this one, this one. I don't
- 47:07Speaker 1: know how this one got tasked the system, Okay, But
- 47:11Speaker 1: what I do know is we got a baby chick
- 47:13Speaker 1: over here running around because y'all soo ain't doing what
- 47:17Speaker 1: y'all's supposed to do. Man, and I got it, and
- 47:19Speaker 1: now my kids are traumatized behind this. When did you
- 47:22Speaker 1: say you were in here? So I was in there yesterday.
- 47:24Speaker 1: I bought the eggs just today. Man down here, and
- 47:28Speaker 1: I'm free. Yes, I bought him except the grocery stove.
- 47:32Speaker 1: I sure did. Okay, let's say this. Why don't you
- 47:35Speaker 1: bring me eggs into me and the chick. Now you'll
- 47:38Speaker 1: want me to transport a baby chick back to the
- 47:42Speaker 1: grocery store. I aught my Look, we already traumatized over here,
- 47:46Speaker 1: already behind this dog bone baby chick. Man, I'm not
- 47:49Speaker 1: I'm not exactly sure what you were trying to pull here,
- 47:53Speaker 1: but I just don't I don't think that. First of all,
- 47:56Speaker 1: any knew our common sense will tell you that that's
- 47:59Speaker 1: not possible. First of all, you can't have a baby
- 48:02Speaker 1: chick living in a in a dozen eggs. There is
- 48:05Speaker 1: no possible way that this. The temperature and lot freezers
- 48:09Speaker 1: are right above freezing. There's no chickens or fragile creature
- 48:13Speaker 1: in the first place. You can't have a little bird
- 48:16Speaker 1: is not gonna survive the transport from the farm to
- 48:19Speaker 1: the factory to my store. I'm not getting weird. Look, hey, hey, hey,
- 48:26Speaker 1: I'm not gonna go back and forth. But you remember
- 48:28Speaker 1: a baby shit you. If you want to bring me
- 48:30Speaker 1: a dozen eggs, bring the dozen eggs in if you
- 48:33Speaker 1: can catch the chick, catch the chick. Hey, man, you
- 48:35Speaker 1: came you. You're supposed to be the minute. You're not
- 48:37Speaker 1: supposed to talk to me like this. So I mean,
- 48:39Speaker 1: I don't tell you, as politely as possible if you
- 48:42Speaker 1: want to bring in the leaven eggs and a chick,
- 48:45Speaker 1: I will gladly refrige your money, give you another car,
- 48:48Speaker 1: and ask whatever you want to do. But I'm not
- 48:50Speaker 1: I don't even tell you what I gonna happen. And
- 48:52Speaker 1: I'm not all a lawsuit because y'all to traumatized me
- 48:55Speaker 1: and I like, so listen, right, let's just bring this
- 48:58Speaker 1: down a lawsuits over a dozen eggs. A dozen eggs
- 49:05Speaker 1: that got a baby chick in it. Man, But let
- 49:09Speaker 1: let me get your phone number as some information, and
- 49:11Speaker 1: I will talk to my manager and we will figure
- 49:14Speaker 1: this thing out for you, because I just I just
- 49:16Speaker 1: don't believe that this would be possible. I just I
- 49:19Speaker 1: don't understand how you would have chicken. Let him let
- 49:23Speaker 1: just leave him over that, don't touch the chicken. I
- 49:27Speaker 1: just don't believe that this could possibly be happy. So
- 49:30Speaker 1: this is just it's unbelievable to me that even get
- 49:32Speaker 1: this fun. I don't have time to go back and
- 49:35Speaker 1: forth with you about how something happened. All I know
- 49:39Speaker 1: is it Maybe it's some fluke accident, Okay, but it happened.
- 49:43Speaker 1: My kids are old here playing with a baby chick,
- 49:46Speaker 1: and I'm trauma coud. I don't even want to ever
- 49:49Speaker 1: have prick up again, and I'm gonna to make shoke.
- 49:52Speaker 1: I file a lawsuit on your shoe and your show me.
- 49:57Speaker 1: I don't sucide anything to do with me. I didn't
- 49:59Speaker 1: do anything except coming to her today. You understand what
- 50:03Speaker 1: I'm saying. If you're a far rossing Okay, I'm found
- 50:06Speaker 1: a lawsuit I'm throwing up to on the grocery stow,
- 50:09Speaker 1: and I'm founding a lawsuit on the manager Warren, which
- 50:12Speaker 1: is your for giving me a hard time about what
- 50:15Speaker 1: I'm telling you doesn't happen. And you don't even got
- 50:17Speaker 1: a hard time on the meal. As you understand I'm
- 50:19Speaker 1: saying you are a hard time comes down here with day.
- 50:22Speaker 1: I'm bringing the bags down here and I'm bringing that
- 50:25Speaker 1: baby chick that back down there. I'm bringing all of
- 50:29Speaker 1: it or poop because I'm about to see it. How
- 50:31Speaker 1: much did you pay for those days? I'm paid my
- 50:33Speaker 1: two down and it ain't blot how much I'm paid
- 50:35Speaker 1: for the edge. That's what you have trauma kind Oh yeah,
- 50:38Speaker 1: because I'm gonna give you just got much back and out.
- 50:40Speaker 1: When you're getting much, you understand, I don't give it
- 50:43Speaker 1: my somsa. A lot of custs out here and line
- 50:45Speaker 1: legitimate people wrongline attention and not something drop from the
- 50:49Speaker 1: telephone call about some chicken and a drubbing egg. Okay,
- 50:52Speaker 1: well let me let me tell you this too. Do
- 50:54Speaker 1: you have a guy that works at the checkout O
- 50:56Speaker 1: name Tyring? Yes, okay, Tying got me the plank phone

- 51:26Speaker 1: this story like I'm craming. Ain't one. I gotta ask you, man,
- 51:30Speaker 1: what is it the baddest that? I mean, the baddest

- 54:00Speaker 1: Follow me though, Just follow me, th dog, just follow
- 54:02Speaker 1: me our here we go, Thank you, nev subject. I'm
- 54:06Speaker 1: just listening for my name. I'm just listening for my name.
- 54:09Speaker 1: Do Stephen Shirley. I've been married for four years to
- 54:12Speaker 1: a great man that is hard working and spiritual. I
- 54:16Speaker 1: used to brag to all of my friends that my
- 54:18Speaker 1: man is faithful because we have a lot of sex.
- 54:21Speaker 1: He's overweight, and he works all the time. It was
- 54:24Speaker 1: so airheaded to think that. I never imagined that my
- 54:28Speaker 1: less than handsome, big belly man would step out on
- 54:31Speaker 1: me at the time of the year. At the top
- 54:34Speaker 1: of the year, he started working at night as an
- 54:37Speaker 1: overnight security captain, and I was missing cuddling with him
- 54:41Speaker 1: at night, so I started staying in bed all morning
- 54:44Speaker 1: so we could cuddle when he gets home. The other morning,
- 54:47Speaker 1: he showered and snuggled up next to me in bed
- 54:50Speaker 1: for a quick I know as soon as we finished.
- 54:56Speaker 1: As soon as we finished, he was knocked out. My
- 54:59Speaker 1: husband is all. He always talks in his sleep, and
- 55:03Speaker 1: I'm used to that. He usually mumbles my name, and
- 55:06Speaker 1: I think it's so sweet, so I always listened for
- 55:09Speaker 1: my name. But that morning he said another lady's name.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Then he mumbled, put it on me and pretty yellow booty.
- 55:18Speaker 1: I'm brown skin, so I know he was not talking
- 55:20Speaker 1: about my booty. I shook him and he turned over smiling,
- 55:25Speaker 1: then went back to sleep. The next morning, he was
- 55:27Speaker 1: very aggressive during sex, and it was not a quickie
- 55:30Speaker 1: at all. Afterwards, he passed out and I listened for
- 55:33Speaker 1: my name while he talked in its sleep. He said
- 55:35Speaker 1: a new woman's name, so I woke him up and
- 55:39Speaker 1: asked him if he knew the woman he mentioned in
- 55:41Speaker 1: his sleep. He said the names come from porn that
- 55:44Speaker 1: he watches while he's at work. I told him women
- 55:48Speaker 1: in porn do not have names. I am trying to
- 55:51Speaker 1: figure out who would want his fat butt besides me,
- 55:55Speaker 1: So could he be a cheater? Is it normal to
- 55:58Speaker 1: watch porn like that? Or should I pop up at
- 56:00Speaker 1: the hospital to see what he's up to a lot
- 56:05Speaker 1: of questions you ask and you kind of already know
- 56:07Speaker 1: the answer to these questions. You ask if could he
- 56:11Speaker 1: be a cheater? Yes he could be a cheater, Yes
- 56:14Speaker 1: he could. Is it normal to watch porn like that?
- 56:16Speaker 1: You ask that too. Well to that one, I don't
- 56:19Speaker 1: know because you didn't really say how much he watched.
- 56:22Speaker 1: You just said that they don't say women's name in porn. Well,
- 56:26Speaker 1: who's he talking about? Who are these women? Who is
- 56:29Speaker 1: pretty yellow booty? Do you guys talk when he's awake?
- 56:33Speaker 1: I mean, do you get a chance to like ask
- 56:36Speaker 1: him these questions then, or like you did this time?
- 56:40Speaker 1: He just said they're they're porn women. That's when you
- 56:43Speaker 1: can ask him about this stuff when he's good and awake,
- 56:46Speaker 1: not when he's about to fall asleep or not when
- 56:48Speaker 1: you guys are just intimate and he's tired and all
- 56:51Speaker 1: of that. I mean a lot of this. You know
- 56:54Speaker 1: he's not going to ever tell you the truth about it,
- 56:56Speaker 1: So get that out of your mind if you think
- 56:58Speaker 1: that's it. But if you do ask him when he's
- 57:01Speaker 1: walking around or something, maybe some of this stuff can
- 57:04Speaker 1: come to light, like who is this woman that he's
- 57:07Speaker 1: talking about? You got to ask him at some point
- 57:09Speaker 1: and not. Until then, will you at least get some
- 57:12Speaker 1: kind of answers. He knows what he's doing, he does,
- 57:16Speaker 1: and that he does seriously need to stop talking in
- 57:19Speaker 1: his sleep. He I just want to know him. It's
- 57:23Speaker 1: pretty yellow, booty is what is that? But you got
- 57:27Speaker 1: to ask him to find out. You have to do that, Okay,
- 57:30Speaker 1: corner him one day and try to find out what's
- 57:33Speaker 1: going on with your man when he's talking in his sleep.
- 57:35Speaker 1: If he's acting different, something is going on. You can
- 57:38Speaker 1: believe that, nephew, give me some of that booty. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes,
- 57:49Speaker 1: he's doing it, and he's calling out a lot of
- 57:51Speaker 1: names and he's not calling your name, and your name
- 57:54Speaker 1: will not be called. And what you're not gonna do
- 57:56Speaker 1: this is I don't understand latest. What would make you
- 57:59Speaker 1: think y'all can do it? And then ask me some questions.
- 58:02Speaker 1: I ain't got nothing to say. How can we get
- 58:03Speaker 1: through that? That? That's that's that's a rap. I can't
- 58:06Speaker 1: answer nothing. I'm out of cold, I'm sleep. Don't answer
- 58:09Speaker 1: me nothing. When you act, you act like can't nobody
- 58:12Speaker 1: mess over you? Like that's just impossible. You you you
- 58:16Speaker 1: are screw ovable. You get that right, you are. You
- 58:21Speaker 1: are screw overall. Lay with me. I just wrote a
- 58:24Speaker 1: new word. You are screw over ball. It's possible saying
- 58:28Speaker 1: that an adverb. You can't say it. What is that?
- 58:32Speaker 1: Screw overaball? You're gonna screw over ball. So you're saying
- 58:36Speaker 1: he is cheating and he's messing over her. That's what
- 58:38Speaker 1: you're saying. Fairly any calling the names out? What your
- 58:41Speaker 1: thin ye? It ain't your damn name? And the woman
- 58:45Speaker 1: is light skinned. It's not you. You screw over ball. Okay,
- 58:48Speaker 1: but but it happens to the best up. Okay, Halleberry
- 58:52Speaker 1: got screwed over. It's okay, doctor Dre's wife got kids.
- 58:55Speaker 1: It goes on and on. Will Smith, Will Smith, Jada Pickett,
- 58:58Speaker 1: got that crazy thing ain't going it's you are screwed ovable.
- 59:01Speaker 1: It's possible put acting like that. Now, let me tell
- 59:04Speaker 1: you something. If you go down to that hospital, it's
- 59:06Speaker 1: jumping off at the hospital. Everybody that's screaming ain't in
- 59:10Speaker 1: pain at that hospital. Okay, I just I just left
- 59:14Speaker 1: that hospital. It can lock go down in that hospital.
- 59:17Speaker 1: I'm telling you. It's a couple of days. Me and
- 59:18Speaker 1: Jacket shot that though. I'm just trying to tell you
- 59:20Speaker 1: it can go out, it can go down at the hospital.
- 59:25Speaker 1: Oh okay, alright, alright, okay, okay, the visuals a bit much. Okay,
- 59:30Speaker 1: pitch me with a turtle neck on, Letten. Let me
- 59:32Speaker 1: keep going though, But it is possible for it to
- 59:38Speaker 1: go down, and it's going down at the hospital, and
- 59:41Speaker 1: the big booty yellow girl is at the hospital. I'm
- 59:43Speaker 1: just letting you know. He said, pretty, not big. If
- 59:46Speaker 1: it's pretty that, I mean it's big. What is your
- 59:48Speaker 1: talking about? Well, I've parted two of the Strubberry Letter,
- 59:52Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 59:55Speaker 1: subjects I'm just listening for my name, Junior. You are
- 59:58Speaker 1: undagging up now next right after this you're listening show.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: All right, it is time now to recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: The subject is I'm just listening from my name, all right.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: This is written by a woman who's been married for
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: four years. She said to a great man that is
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: hard working and spiritual. She said. She used to brag
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: to her friends all the time, but how great this
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: man was because they had a lot of sex and
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: all of that. But you know, he's even overweight and
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: he works all the time. She said that was an
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: airheaded thing for her to think, because that is definitely
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: not the case. This man is less than handsome, she
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: calls him. He's got a big belly, and she would
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: never think that he would step out on her. But
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: at the top of the year, at the beginning of
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: the year, he started talking in his sleep and calling
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: out other women's names, and one of the names he
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: called out was pretty yellow booty. That's not her. He
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: doesn't call her that. She's still listening for her name.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: The next night, she waited until he went to sleep,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: he called another woman's name. When he and she finally
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: asked him about it, he said, these are women that
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: are in porn movies, and she said women in porn
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: don't have names, so they have a problem here. She
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: wants to know is he cheating, Could he be a cheater?
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Is it normal to watch porn like that? Or should
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: she just pop up at his job at the hospital
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: and see what he's up to. Junior, it's the wrong
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: title for this letter, Shirley, What should it be, Junior?
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Name this David? This letter should have been a lot
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: of because there's a lot of it. CDM just gonna
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: go a lot of I mean, it's a there's a
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: lot of listening going on in this letter. Huh, there's
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: a lot of watching going on in this letter. It's
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: a lot of guessing going on in this letter. There's
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: a lot of aggression, a lot of speed, a lot
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: of passing out in this letter. It's a lot of talking.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I don't even know why is he talked? I does
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: this sound when you lay it up there? He just
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: in the bed, just going ahead, Kelsey feeming that Sam. Yeah,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: a pretty yellow booted Patrese, gonna rub that stomach, just
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: up here, just talking the whole time. He just saying
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: everything La la la Liah. Sleeping just in just having
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: him a good time sleep la Liah. Yeah. I mean,
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: why in the world do you think he's not doing it?
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: He telling you, I'm telling no. One ruled me and
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: no with the relationship. Hey, don't say nobody's name but choice.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: That's that's the rule. Don't say nobody else's I don't
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: care period. Why would you think he's not He's a
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: captain at the hospital. It ain't a lot of happening
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: for captains. Now, maybe doctors in nurses. Yeah, but captain's
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: got a lot of free time. Yes, they moving round
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: the floor on the third floor. Way you meeting these
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: names at did he get home with you? He don't
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: even care. He just up there just sleeping, you know.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: He said he said he was he was a little
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: heavy fat, But you said you said fat. You know
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: he snow surely carl I McClay by three thirty. He
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: just that's all he's doing. Of course he has these women.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: What else is he doing? Yeah, I mean and didn't
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: come on now, I mean, I don't even care. The
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: pooring thing ain't even important to me. That's not it's
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: the name calling that he got trouble with. That man.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: He don't even take no earbuds and put him in
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: your ears. You can you slip listen? He just talking. Yeah,
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: it's man. I don't even know what to tell you
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: about this other than fact is he cheating? Absolutely absolute?
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: Do you think do you think they patience at the hospital?
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: Do you think that's who is who you propping all
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: up in the room, just in there, just in there,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: just just visiting. Just he going to just visiting. Hey,
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: how you doing this eating? And I saw you coming in?
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Uh yeah? How that dominant pain doing work? Some abdominal pain.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: Now he probably is in the hill spring ankle. Okay,

- 1:04:14Speaker 1: I get free food out Catteria. I got strikes stripes.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: Of course, I don't know what. You know what. I
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: didn't think that when you went to sleep and you
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: talked in your sleep, that you told it, you said
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: anything of any significance, Like you know, you're don't telling yourself.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: You just talk about stuff, you know, well, Shirley. Shirley
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: talks in her sleep. I've been around surely. When she
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: falls asleep and she's talking, it's so annoying. It's like
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: you over there talking about having a full blown conversation,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: but not this though you know my stuff. It's crazy.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: That's what everybody tells me. You don't usually do on

- 1:09:19Speaker 1: JR says, I have planned something special for my wife
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: for Valentine's Day and I told her mother about it,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: and she said it's a dumb idea. I plan to
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: take our three children to a play at our church
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: on Valentine's Night so my wife could be alone and
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: have peace and quiet. My mother in law said, that's
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: a great idea for a Saturday, but not for Valentine's Day.
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: I thought a quiet evening alone in a bubble bath
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: would be great. Oh, I have to come with something else.
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: But here's my problem. My kids are excited about going
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: to the play. So do I invite my wife to
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: go with us and tell her that me and her
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: can do something special next weekend? Damn, I'd have been
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: the air play, the gun your wife, do not want
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: to go to play on the Valentine's Night that night?
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: I don't care what y'all going to see this, This
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: your wife's night. You show her some love and don't
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: nobody want to stay at home in the ball tub
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: by theirself? And didn't what it looks like a blue
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: when they get out of that. You're supposed to be
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: a lover 's night. You're supposed to be showing us
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: some love. You're supposed to take her out to dinner,
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: wine and dine, then come home and romance your lady
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: and you with these damn kids. It's a school night too.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: The kids need to go to bed and on too.

- 1:10:48Speaker 1: alone away from he messed up the Yeah, you need
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: to get your holidays together. Then that that's not what

- 1:11:13Speaker 1: just can't be her at the house and we out that.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: Why would you even think that was a great idea?
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: How can you? How can you be just so well
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: with your kids clapping because that's how you do it?
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: Plays and your wife is in the in the tub

- 1:11:40Speaker 1: don't make no sense? All right, all right, I think
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: he got the message. Guys, thank you. Here's another one
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: from Melika and Virginia. Malika says, I'm dating a werewolf,
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: all right, I'm dating awarewolf. He won't from any of
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: the hair on his body. There's hair all over the
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: carpet and and all in his shower. I got in
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: the shower with him to help shave his back when
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: we first started dating. But that was two years ago,
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: so imagine how unruly. It looks now this may be
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: a deal breaker because I'm sick of his prickly hugs.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: He says it's painful to shave, and I guess it
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: can be. But what are the alternatives? Should I ask
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: him to wax it? You got him, bade, you got
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: a ball. You're gonna have to you gonna you know
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: what waxing, and waxing hurts. So yes, it's very painful.

- 1:12:38Speaker 1: he gotta do laser head. You get your can't you
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: get you a good funker Canada. Magic shade, though, you
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: get your good funker Canada. Remember that? And rupt, I know,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: I know what's gonna I know. I don't think it
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: stinks anymore, though, to be honest with you, I don't
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: think it smells anymore. But you but you get all
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: that on that whole back, a whole back, magic shade,
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: that back, and then and I think you're supposed to
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: let it sit on what about five minutes? And then
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: we get in the shower, we get that offer. We're
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: gonna have to magic shave his whole body to get
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: in the way. You want what he gonna look like
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: a baby when we get through Kno, because he gonna
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: he ain't gonna have know how when we get through
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: with So I'll protect what you wants. Huh Yeah, yeah, Tom,

- 1:13:26Speaker 1: That's what you need to do. Nah. Yeah, good, Yeah,
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: so that's what you can do. You can do that.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: You ain't got to shave or get wax. It's just
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: not But you can't shave. You ain't got that many
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: raising amount of how we Tom about ain't got enough
