Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Media ‘Absolutely Determined to Ignore’ Durham indictment! NOW MSNBC is even lying about Durham!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Maya. Maya. Is the media losing their minds right now.
- 0:03Speaker 1: They are totally freaking out and they're attacking Durham and
- 0:07Speaker 1: attacking the right wing media and now making up lies
- 0:11Speaker 1: about Durham's investigation, including saying that people like me, conservatives
- 0:18Speaker 1: crackpots that watch Fox News Channel and listen to conservative
- 0:22Speaker 1: radio actually believe that there was spying wire tapping done
- 0:28Speaker 1: on Donald Trump. No one, by the way, is accusing
- 0:31Speaker 1: anyone of wire tapping anything. It's not what the Durham
- 0:35Speaker 1: investigation is about. It doesn't matter though, because they've got
- 0:39Speaker 1: to undermine this investigation and they have to make you
- 0:42Speaker 1: believe that wire tapping is the only thing that you
- 0:45Speaker 1: can classify as spying on someone, and if it's anything
- 0:51Speaker 1: outside of that, then it never happened and it's not illegal.
- 0:55Speaker 1: I'm going to play for you what the media is
- 0:56Speaker 1: saying in just a moment, but I want to remind
- 0:58Speaker 1: you there's very few of us that are giving you
- 1:00Speaker 1: this information, so please make sure you share it. If
- 1:04Speaker 1: you're new to this podcast, hit that download, auto download
- 1:08Speaker 1: or subscribe button so you can get this show free
- 1:10Speaker 1: every day. But please make sure you share this on
- 1:13Speaker 1: social media by hitting that share button on whatever platforms
- 1:17Speaker 1: you are on. All right, So now the media is
- 1:19Speaker 1: actually saying this quote. The people that are believing this
- 1:24Speaker 1: or Fox News Channel viewers, they said on MSNBC, and
- 1:27Speaker 1: they will believe it if they say that Trump lost
- 1:30Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty pounds is trying out for the
- 1:32Speaker 1: gymnastics team for the Olympics. Yes, the media now is
- 1:36Speaker 1: acting like this story is actually going away, that it's
- 1:39Speaker 1: a nothing burger, and that Durham somehow is even embarrassed
- 1:43Speaker 1: by how the right wing media is telling the story
- 1:46Speaker 1: of his filing. Here's a little example from MSNBC is
- 1:50Speaker 1: they're now trying to do everything they can to discredit
- 1:52Speaker 1: this story. All we heard was, why isn't the media
- 1:56Speaker 1: talking about this? What is the mainstream media? The corporate
- 1:59Speaker 1: We started talking about it, and suddenly everybody's gone quiet.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Are most people have gone quite except those who really
- 2:05Speaker 1: want to make complete total asses of themselves. And speaking
- 2:08Speaker 1: of that, Claire McCaskill, Durham, you know, here's a guy
- 2:12Speaker 1: that it's been a good bit of his career respect
- 2:16Speaker 1: that he's humiliating himself. He's this thing's dragged on for
- 2:19Speaker 1: three years, investigating the investigators has gone on longer than
- 2:23Speaker 1: the investigation, and as I said a couple of days ago,
- 2:25Speaker 1: if they were actually doing things, say okay, go as
- 2:29Speaker 1: long as you want, let's get to the bottom of this,
- 2:31Speaker 1: whatever it takes. I want to know what all of
- 2:34Speaker 1: the agencies have been doing, and if there's something that
- 2:37Speaker 1: was done wrong in the investigation, Americans need to know
- 2:40Speaker 1: about it. Well, you know, here we are three years
- 2:42Speaker 1: into it. He puts out a pleading that is just indecipherable.
- 2:48Speaker 1: It'll indecipherable, folks, this guy's taken three years. So clearly
- 2:52Speaker 1: there's nothing there. There's the same media, by the way,
- 2:54Speaker 1: that took five years to attack Donald Trump and there
- 2:56Speaker 1: was actually nothing there with Russian collusion. But never did
- 3:00Speaker 1: you hear them say well, it's time to wrap this up.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Never did they say, well, this is undermining the president
- 3:06Speaker 1: of the United States of America. They didn't say, well,
- 3:08Speaker 1: this is a witch hunt and this has gone on
- 3:09Speaker 1: too far that clearly they don't have anything in prosecuting
- 3:13Speaker 1: Donald Trump. They never said that. In fact, they've been
- 3:16Speaker 1: attacking Donald Trump's family now for what five years, trying
- 3:20Speaker 1: to lock him up and his family members up and
- 3:22Speaker 1: aroust anybody about Donald Trump. Did they found nothing, But no,
- 3:26Speaker 1: we're gonna keep going. We're gonna keep digging. We're gonna
- 3:29Speaker 1: find a tea that was not cross, an eye that
- 3:31Speaker 1: was not dotted, and then we're gonna pound him. Never
- 3:35Speaker 1: have they said this has gone on too long, Russian collusion.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Never did they say this. Durham's been quiet, Durham's not
- 3:42Speaker 1: saying much, and now the media is going insane because
- 3:46Speaker 1: they don't know what's going to happen next. So the
- 3:48Speaker 1: only thing they know to do is to discredit him,
- 3:49Speaker 1: to say it's been long enough that Donald Trump is
- 3:52Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton said, Trump and Fox are desperately spinning up
- 3:56Speaker 1: a fake scandal. So we're going to tell you that
- 4:01Speaker 1: you're making an a double answer yourself that you're stupid
- 4:03Speaker 1: if you believe in anything coming out of the Durham filing,
- 4:07Speaker 1: which is indecipherable, that doesn't even make sense. It sounds
- 4:10Speaker 1: like some drunk lawyer just wrote something and throw it
- 4:13Speaker 1: into the court. Allows crackpots to lie to their audiences
- 4:19Speaker 1: that something is amiss. And you dig into it and again,
- 4:25Speaker 1: there was no wire tapping. In fact, no data was
- 4:28Speaker 1: collected illegally. Everything Durham admits was collected legally by the way.
- 4:34Speaker 1: That's that's not what Durham said at all. Durham in
- 4:37Speaker 1: the filing, I've never said it was wiretapping. Spying can
- 4:41Speaker 1: include things that have nothing to do with wire tapping.
- 4:43Speaker 1: If there's nothing there, then why were some many FBI
- 4:46Speaker 1: agents brought in? If there's nothing there, Why are there
- 4:48Speaker 1: people that are actually being prosecuted? If there is nothing there,
- 4:51Speaker 1: why were they going to Virginia Tech to find out
- 4:53Speaker 1: what they were doing with the data mining of the
- 4:55Speaker 1: data that they were grabbing out of Trump Tower, out
- 4:58Speaker 1: of his apartment, out of the White House. If there's
- 5:02Speaker 1: nothing there, why is all this happening now? Again, what
- 5:06Speaker 1: you just heard from Joe Scarborough talking to Claire mccaskell
- 5:12Speaker 1: is them bringing up things that nobody us as it was,
- 5:16Speaker 1: psychopaths as he calls us in crackpots, and people that
- 5:19Speaker 1: are making an as themselves selling this to their audience
- 5:21Speaker 1: as he described me and others. None of us are
- 5:25Speaker 1: saying what he's saying. I never said there was wire tapping.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I haven't used the word wiretapping. I was asking my
- 5:30Speaker 1: producer before we started this and I said, is if
- 5:32Speaker 1: I use the word wire tapping anytime in the last
- 5:34Speaker 1: like several months. He's like, no, from the Durham Reports
- 5:38Speaker 1: said if we ever used the word wiretapping, we never
- 5:41Speaker 1: have used it. We've never said, well, they wire tapped
- 5:43Speaker 1: the president. Because what the media is trying to do
- 5:46Speaker 1: here and what you are hearing from Joe Scarbo, NBC
- 5:49Speaker 1: News and MSNBC is this, they want you to believe
- 5:52Speaker 1: that the only way you can spy on someone is
- 5:54Speaker 1: through wire tapping. They want you to believe that if
- 5:58Speaker 1: it's not a wire tap, then it's not spying. Collecting metadata,
- 6:03Speaker 1: collecting data on a candidate is not spying. The only
- 6:08Speaker 1: way you can be accused of spying on somebody is
- 6:10Speaker 1: if you wire tap or record them an Ak, Watergate, Nixon,
- 6:14Speaker 1: all that kind of stuff. Right, No one was wire tapping.
- 6:18Speaker 1: There's no story here. This is a nothing burger. This
- 6:21Speaker 1: is a bunch of conservative crackpots making an a doubles
- 6:25Speaker 1: of themselves, trying to sell some of their audience that
- 6:28Speaker 1: just isn't there because there is no wire tapping, which
- 6:30Speaker 1: means there is no spying. Again, none of us ever
- 6:34Speaker 1: said wire tapping. I never claimed it. You know why,
- 6:38Speaker 1: because that's not what's in the Durham filing. The Durham filing,
- 6:41Speaker 1: which I've read. I'm sure that this crackpot is not read.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I'm sure that Scarborough has not read it. I'm sure
- 6:47Speaker 1: that Claire McCaskill has not read it. I have read it.
- 6:51Speaker 1: It doesn't say wire tapping. There's no accusation wire tapping.
- 6:53Speaker 1: None of us are saying that there's wire tapping. Oh
- 6:57Speaker 1: but if we say the word wire tapping and we
- 6:59Speaker 1: tell them that didn't happen, then we can tell our
- 7:01Speaker 1: audience that no spying was happening because there was no
- 7:03Speaker 1: wire tapping. Because apparently the only way you can spy
- 7:06Speaker 1: on someone as if you wire tap them. Insert Claire
- 7:09Speaker 1: McCaskill listened to her carry water for Hillary Clinton. Nobody's
- 7:14Speaker 1: charged with Hillary with anything Hillary Clinton. There's not even
- 7:17Speaker 1: any suggestion that Hillary Clinton had anything to do with
- 7:20Speaker 1: any of this. They have sussmanny guys. By the way,
- 7:23Speaker 1: I love this. There's there's Hillary Clinton had been charged
- 7:26Speaker 1: with anything. There's no connection to Hillary Clinton. Okay, without
- 7:31Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton running for president her campaign, would any of
- 7:33Speaker 1: this be happening. Would Susman be arrested if it wasn't
- 7:36Speaker 1: for him working for Hillary Clinton or be indebted. Would
- 7:40Speaker 1: we be having the Durham investigation if it wasn't for
- 7:43Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's campaign. No, if Hillary Clinton didn't exist, would
- 7:47Speaker 1: Durham in this entire investigation even be alive. It would not.
- 7:53Speaker 1: So without Hillary Clinton, none of this happens. And to
- 7:55Speaker 1: try to separate Hillary Clinton from all of this, and
- 7:58Speaker 1: to act like Hillary Clinton has done nothing wrong because
- 8:01Speaker 1: she quote hasn't been indicted, I would argue yet, is absurd.
- 8:07Speaker 1: And Joe Scarborough knows this. Look. I knew Joe Scarborough
- 8:11Speaker 1: before he became a crackpot. I knew Joe Scarborough before
- 8:14Speaker 1: he became a guy that wanted to be famous that
- 8:16Speaker 1: he sold out every value that he ever had just
- 8:19Speaker 1: to have a morning show on MSNBC. I used to
- 8:22Speaker 1: fill in for Joe Scarborough's radio show on Westwood One
- 8:26Speaker 1: when Joe Scarborough was a Conservative. When Joe Scarborough was
- 8:28Speaker 1: having back issues, I got a phone call to go
- 8:30Speaker 1: speak at a college tour event that he was booked
- 8:33Speaker 1: for and saved him last minute. Joe Scarborough didn't always suck,
- 8:38Speaker 1: but he found a way to get paid big bucks
- 8:41Speaker 1: being a quote conservative who went liberal Joe Scarborough knows
- 8:45Speaker 1: that what he's saying right now on TV is total crap.
- 8:49Speaker 1: He knows he's lying to the audience. He knows that
- 8:51Speaker 1: this is to get a paycheck. He knows he's selling out.
- 8:54Speaker 1: He knows that he's doing a complete misinformation campaign on peris.
- 9:00Speaker 1: He knows that this does not exist, None of this
- 9:03Speaker 1: conversation exists without Hillary Clinton. But he's like, Hillary hasn't
- 9:06Speaker 1: been charged with anything. Hillary's not even involved, She's never
- 9:10Speaker 1: been that. Hillary's nowhere even near closes. The entire filing
- 9:14Speaker 1: revolves around Hillary Clinton. It revolves around and everybody that's
- 9:18Speaker 1: been indicted or charge with crimes have been charge of
- 9:21Speaker 1: crimes that they committed while working for Hillary Clinton. You
- 9:24Speaker 1: cannot say that Hillary Clinton's involved. But again, here they
- 9:27Speaker 1: are saying it on National TV. Where are the fact
- 9:29Speaker 1: checkers now that everybody in Washington, d C knew was
- 9:33Speaker 1: connected to the DNC and Hillary Clinton, including Republicans on
- 9:37Speaker 1: the Hill. By way, I love this, He says Hillary
- 9:38Speaker 1: Clinton's u involved in this, and then he said Sussman, Well,
- 9:40Speaker 1: everybody knew Susmans was involved in Hillary Clinton, in the DNC,
- 9:43Speaker 1: the Democratic National Committee. You just said thirteen seconds earlier.
- 9:47Speaker 1: No not thirteen Oh no, no no, I gotta let's do.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Let's do right. You just said three seconds earlier that
- 9:51Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's not involved, and then you say everybody knew
- 9:54Speaker 1: that Sussman was involved with Hillary Clinton. So how can
- 9:56Speaker 1: you then say Hillary's un involved when you then say
- 9:59Speaker 1: immediately in the next and it said Hillary Clintons involved
- 10:01Speaker 1: with Usman and it Sustimham's involved in Hillary Clinton's campaign.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I got to back this up. Listen to this again.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Hillary's not involved. Then Hillary's lawyers involved, the guy from
- 10:11Speaker 1: her campaign's involved. They have sus Many, guy that everybody
- 10:15Speaker 1: in Washington, DC knew was connected to the DNC and
- 10:18Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, including Republicans on the hill. I mean, I
- 10:21Speaker 1: could go on and on, and I could go on
- 10:23Speaker 1: and on, but wait, hold on, I thought you just
- 10:25Speaker 1: said Hillary Clinton's involved to lie to their audiences that
- 10:30Speaker 1: something is amiss. And you dig into it and again
- 10:35Speaker 1: there was no wire tapping. In fact, no data was
- 10:38Speaker 1: collected illegally. Everything Durham admits was collected legally. Durham's report
- 10:44Speaker 1: does not say that, show me on what page and
- 10:46Speaker 1: what line. Durham is admitting that everything was done legally
- 10:51Speaker 1: show it to me. I want to see it. It
- 10:53Speaker 1: doesn't exist. You want know why because I've read it
- 10:54Speaker 1: and he probably hasn't. But even if he did read it,
- 10:57Speaker 1: he's been making it up right now. This is what
- 10:59Speaker 1: the media does when they're carrying water for Hillary, to
- 11:01Speaker 1: protect Hillary at all costs. Then they give you the
- 11:04Speaker 1: next side that Hillary Clinton's nowhere involved in this. Nobody's
- 11:08Speaker 1: charged with Hillary with anything Hillary Clinton. There's not even
- 11:11Speaker 1: any suggestion that Hillary Clinton had anything to do with
- 11:15Speaker 1: any of this. They have Sussman, a guy that everybody
- 11:17Speaker 1: in Washington, d C knew was connected to the DNC
- 11:21Speaker 1: and Hillary Clinton. I mean, he just got tradicts him
- 11:23Speaker 1: up in real time. There's no editing there. My producers
- 11:27Speaker 1: beating his hand on the desk right now because you
- 11:29Speaker 1: can't make it up. How stupid these people are. Hillary Clinton.
- 11:33Speaker 1: There's nothing there. Wow, we all knew Sussman was with
- 11:36Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, very nexcidence. Hillary. There's nothing with Hillary Clinton.
- 11:40Speaker 1: We know Hillary Clinton's not involved, but we know our
- 11:43Speaker 1: attorney was involved and all of this illegally, everything juramand
- 11:48Speaker 1: Mints was collected legally. Nobody's charged with Hillary with anything.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. There's not even any suggestion that Hillary Clinton
- 11:57Speaker 1: had anything to do with any of this. They have Susspan,
- 12:00Speaker 1: a guy that everybody in Washington, DC knew was connected
- 12:04Speaker 1: to the DNC and Hillary Clinton. I don't even if
- 12:08Speaker 1: this is the stuff that makes me want to beat
- 12:10Speaker 1: my head against the wall. This is the insanity that
- 12:13Speaker 1: I'm talking about. I hope all of you will take
- 12:15Speaker 1: the clip that I just played for you, and played
- 12:16Speaker 1: for everybody you know, to show you just how much
- 12:19Speaker 1: of a scumbag group of people the mainstream media is
- 12:23Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's involved. We know our attorney's involved representing Hillary
- 12:27Speaker 1: Clinton the campaign, but Hillary Clinton was not involved. There's
- 12:29Speaker 1: nothing to do here. There is nothing with the Durham report.
- 12:32Speaker 1: You look at the media and you look at how
- 12:36Speaker 1: they're laying this out. Now you look at a guy
- 12:38Speaker 1: like Scarborough, They're like, all right, what can we grab
- 12:42Speaker 1: on to to give doubt that this story is legit?
- 12:45Speaker 1: That Hillary Clinton's in trouble, that our campaign people are
- 12:48Speaker 1: in trouble, that Durham's finding things that are way bigger
- 12:52Speaker 1: than Watergate. I know what we'll say. We'll say, well,
- 12:55Speaker 1: he's only charge one person with a crime, which tells
- 12:58Speaker 1: you that there's nothing there, right, because that's the best
- 13:01Speaker 1: pr play. You make this thing seem like it's irrelevant
- 13:05Speaker 1: because after three years, they only got one guy that's
- 13:08Speaker 1: been charged with any crime, dus Many, guy that everybody
- 13:12Speaker 1: in Washington, DC knew was connected to the DNC and
- 13:15Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, including Republicans on the hill. I mean, I
- 13:18Speaker 1: can go on and on and on. The fact is Durham,
- 13:21Speaker 1: after three years, has this one charge against a lawyer
- 13:26Speaker 1: that is not going to stick. You look at the fact,
- 13:30Speaker 1: whoa WHOA hold on? Hold hold on here? When when
- 13:35Speaker 1: did he become like a judge and a jury? When
- 13:37Speaker 1: did when did this happen? He's got one guy, one guy,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and it's not going to stick. How do we know that?
- 13:45Speaker 1: How do you know that? Well, I'm I'm Joe Scarborough,
- 13:48Speaker 1: I'm mainstream media, I'm MSNBC, and I've got Clare mccaskell,
- 13:52Speaker 1: who's a former elected official. We're both big deals and
- 13:55Speaker 1: we're gonna tell you that this charge is not gonna stick.
- 13:59Speaker 1: How do you know it's not going to stick? Because
- 14:00Speaker 1: we know why because we've spend this right, So in
- 14:04Speaker 1: three years, Durham is a failure. Durham is a crackpot.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Anyone that thinks there's anything here is is, you know,
- 14:14Speaker 1: lying to their audience. They are making asses to quote
- 14:18Speaker 1: him of themselves. Three years, one charge and it's not
- 14:21Speaker 1: gonna stick. I've decided it because I am Joe Scarborough,
- 14:25Speaker 1: I am the media, and I will tell you when
- 14:28Speaker 1: there are things that are going to stick and when
- 14:29Speaker 1: there are things that are not going to stick X
- 14:33Speaker 1: behind that one charge. It's preposterous. And yet Merritt Garland,
- 14:39Speaker 1: I guess Marrick Garland has to let him continue to
- 14:42Speaker 1: go on. But three years and all he's doing is
- 14:46Speaker 1: churning up a bunch of nothing, and it just continues.
- 14:51Speaker 1: What is the plan inside of DJ? Are they going
- 14:53Speaker 1: to let this guy go three more years and just
- 14:57Speaker 1: launch a conspiracy theory with a poorly written pleading every
- 15:01Speaker 1: eighteen months or so. I gotta say that is two
- 15:04Speaker 1: minutes and thirteen seconds of oh crap audio that explains
- 15:09Speaker 1: to you exactly how nervous they are. You say it's
- 15:13Speaker 1: a nothing burger, You say that it was written like
- 15:15Speaker 1: a drunken lawyer. You say that you can't understand what
- 15:18Speaker 1: was written in this document. That's very simple to filing
- 15:21Speaker 1: with a court you say Hillary Clinton's not involved, and
- 15:23Speaker 1: immediately say your attorney's involved. Then you say the charges
- 15:26Speaker 1: that have come down are not gonna stick based in
- 15:28Speaker 1: no fact on and didn't quote anything with the law
- 15:31Speaker 1: that would imply that what he's saying is true. This
- 15:34Speaker 1: is how you cover up a crime on behalf of
- 15:36Speaker 1: the DNC, on behalf of Hillary Clinton, on behalf of
- 15:38Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's campaign, And this is what they're doing. Two
- 15:42Speaker 1: minutes and thirteen seconds of zero facts pontifficating from Joe
- 15:47Speaker 1: Scarborough telling you that what you're seeing, witnessing and reading
- 15:51Speaker 1: is actually not real. It's not true. This is a failure.
- 15:57Speaker 1: How long are they gonna let him go on? Well,
- 15:59Speaker 1: let's use you guys standards in the media. You guys
- 16:01Speaker 1: went on about Russian conspiracy theory and impeach the president
- 16:05Speaker 1: not once but twice over it. You guys went on
- 16:07Speaker 1: TV Morning, Noon, and night twenty four seven before the election,
- 16:12Speaker 1: after the election, trying to overthrow the will of the
- 16:14Speaker 1: people with Donald Trump telling them and it was a
- 16:18Speaker 1: true story that Donald Trump was colluding with the Russians.
- 16:21Speaker 1: When you guys knew it was a lie, you knew
- 16:24Speaker 1: it was made up, you knew that Hillary Clinton campaign.
- 16:26Speaker 1: The DNC paid for it. You knew you were reporting
- 16:28Speaker 1: on a story that wasn't true, and you did it
- 16:30Speaker 1: for years because you wanted to undermine the President of
- 16:34Speaker 1: the United States of America. Now, Durham you're living at
- 16:38Speaker 1: because he won't tell you everything, he won't leak everything,
- 16:41Speaker 1: he won't talk to you, he won't do interviews. He's
- 16:44Speaker 1: not a psychotic narcissist like guys like the FBI director
- 16:47Speaker 1: James call me right where he's on TV every day
- 16:50Speaker 1: trying to trash the president. You know the guys that
- 16:54Speaker 1: were on TV Adam Shift, Shifty Shift, that we heard
- 16:57Speaker 1: from every single day, and the league's kept coming. Hell,
- 17:00Speaker 1: the FBI director even leaked classified information so it would
- 17:04Speaker 1: get out there in the public to a member of
- 17:06Speaker 1: the media and never got in trouble for it. This
- 17:09Speaker 1: is the same media that when you had a big
- 17:11Speaker 1: news story of the laptop of Hunter Biden and the
- 17:14Speaker 1: amount of corruption with Hunter Biden and actual investigations into
- 17:18Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, including a gun that was lost but by
- 17:21Speaker 1: a school that was thrown in a dumpster and billions
- 17:25Speaker 1: of dollars and loans coming from China, refused to cover
- 17:29Speaker 1: the story and then blackballed the story on social media
- 17:32Speaker 1: where you couldn't even share it. And they want me
- 17:36Speaker 1: to believe there's nothing there from Durham. Come on, to
- 17:40Speaker 1: quote Joe Biden, Come on, man, now, we'll go to
- 17:43Speaker 1: the resident expert, right, because this is what we do
- 17:46Speaker 1: on TV now, on MSNBC and NBC. We bring in
- 17:49Speaker 1: our brilliant mind a woman that hates Donald Trump, Claire McCaskill.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Claire take it away. Well, first of all, I think
- 18:00Speaker 1: in a way it works to the benefit of the
- 18:03Speaker 1: truth that Durham has independent control, that Merrick Garland is
- 18:08Speaker 1: not controlling him. Because if there was all kinds of
- 18:13Speaker 1: bad actors trying to hurt the guy in Mario Lago,
- 18:18Speaker 1: then bring on the grand jury in the indictments. But
- 18:21Speaker 1: there's nothing other than saying there's nothing. We're in favor
- 18:25Speaker 1: of truth, We're in favor of honesty. We are in
- 18:28Speaker 1: favor of protecting that guy down there at Marlago who
- 18:32Speaker 1: happens to be the foreign President United to America. Bring
- 18:34Speaker 1: on the indictments, Durham, Well, he is, well, but they're
- 18:38Speaker 1: not going to stick because they're stupid charges. So which
- 18:41Speaker 1: one is it? Because just a moment ago you said
- 18:43Speaker 1: the guy hadn't given you enough indictments, and you said
- 18:45Speaker 1: the guy should be shut up and he should be silence,
- 18:48Speaker 1: and that the one indictment that he does have isn't
- 18:49Speaker 1: gonna stick. And now you're saying, Wow, we want transparency
- 18:53Speaker 1: and we want truth, Jedi mind trick of the Democratic Party.
- 18:56Speaker 1: We want people to be indict if they did something wrong.
- 18:58Speaker 1: But this guy's not finding anything and he's only done
- 19:00Speaker 1: one person. We've already decided the charge is gonna get dropped.
- 19:03Speaker 1: It won't stick. Who've been saying a lawyer didn't tell
- 19:07Speaker 1: us that he is firm, had done some work, and
- 19:10Speaker 1: that he was billying Hillary Clinton for some of his time.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I love this, right. They're like, well, his only crime
- 19:16Speaker 1: was he didn't tell us he was working for Hillary Clinton. Okay,
- 19:19Speaker 1: let's go back to the actual indictment and let's look
- 19:21Speaker 1: at the facts. The attorney for Hillary Clinton that was
- 19:24Speaker 1: selling the story to spy on Donald Trump and lying
- 19:28Speaker 1: about a connection between a bank in Russia and back
- 19:31Speaker 1: channel communications between candidate Donald Trump and President Donald Trump
- 19:37Speaker 1: and got all this spun up with this Russian collusion,
- 19:41Speaker 1: was asked directly, are you representing a candidate or a
- 19:45Speaker 1: client and the information that you're bringing the FBI. No,
- 19:50Speaker 1: I'm just doing this as a good citizen because I
- 19:53Speaker 1: happened to fall on this information and you, the government
- 19:55Speaker 1: need to know about this so that you can use
- 19:57Speaker 1: it to spy on president or candidate Donald Trump. They're
- 20:02Speaker 1: now saying this is not a big deal because, well,
- 20:05Speaker 1: he had some billable hours to Hillary Clinton. Who really cares?
- 20:10Speaker 1: He had some billable hours to Hillary Clinton. But it's
- 20:14Speaker 1: not that big of a deal to lie about it.
- 20:16Speaker 1: If he would have told the truth, they wouldn't have
- 20:18Speaker 1: been able to investigate. They would have if you would
- 20:20Speaker 1: have told the truth. Hey, I'm here on behalf of
- 20:22Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. I'm billing Hillary Clinton in DN. See these
- 20:25Speaker 1: hours right now. I'm working on behalf of her campaign
- 20:28Speaker 1: with propagand, and I have some propagand I want to
- 20:30Speaker 1: give to you. They couldn't have moved forward and used
- 20:33Speaker 1: it to weaponize and attack Donald Trump based on something
- 20:36Speaker 1: that they knew was nothing more than political lies from
- 20:39Speaker 1: a political candidate who had everything to gain and nothing
- 20:42Speaker 1: to lose. By undermining Donald Trump and claiming that he
- 20:46Speaker 1: has a connection to Russia and Vladimir putin. And now
- 20:51Speaker 1: that they have this, they're like, oh, it's not a
- 20:53Speaker 1: big deal. So what that the attorney for Hillary Clinton
- 20:56Speaker 1: kind of lied about it. Who cares? So what? We
- 21:00Speaker 1: don't really care about this, right, there's my argument. Insert
- 21:05Speaker 1: big scumbag of MSNBC Joe Scarborough who thinks you if
- 21:09Speaker 1: you want there to be truth and you want this
- 21:12Speaker 1: investigation to find wrongdoing of people who clearly committed crimes, wow,
- 21:17Speaker 1: then you're just a crackpot. That's it. That's it. And
- 21:23Speaker 1: the notion that somehow this guy and you know, he
- 21:26Speaker 1: kind of did a pleading where he twisted the facts
- 21:29Speaker 1: like a pretzel to throw a bone to the right wing.
- 21:33Speaker 1: And of course they've taken this little bitty bone and
- 21:37Speaker 1: they tried to make it into a side of beef
- 21:40Speaker 1: and it's not and they're not going to be able
- 21:42Speaker 1: to make it a side of beef. And so in
- 21:45Speaker 1: a way, it's almost better to have him out there
- 21:48Speaker 1: by himself with independent ability to bring up because if
- 21:51Speaker 1: in fact Mary Garland shut it down, it would forever
- 21:54Speaker 1: be oh look what happened. You know, he was on
- 21:58Speaker 1: the verge of finding that Lary Clinton had, you know,
- 22:01Speaker 1: was in the Trump tower looking under Trump's bed. But
- 22:05Speaker 1: if in fact this keeps going the way it's going,
- 22:08Speaker 1: he's gonna twist in the wind and eventually die and
- 22:10Speaker 1: go away, and there will be no there there as
- 22:14Speaker 1: as you said, so, I don't think it's so bad
- 22:16Speaker 1: to let him keep going. I think this was an
- 22:19Speaker 1: utter fail. The people who believe what they're saying on
- 22:22Speaker 1: that one cable news channel, they're going to believe it
- 22:25Speaker 1: if they say Donald Trump lost one hundred and fifty
- 22:27Speaker 1: pounds and is trying off the gymnastic team. There it is.
- 22:30Speaker 1: We've summed it up. There's your perfect analysis. Great insight
- 22:34Speaker 1: from the former senator from Louisiana, Claire McCaskill. Great insight
- 22:39Speaker 1: from our chief morning anchor, right who we've got it
- 22:43Speaker 1: all figured out. There's nothing here, but we want transparency,
- 22:46Speaker 1: but no one's getting indicted, so they should shut it down.
- 22:48Speaker 1: But they shouldn't shut it down. But we've already decided
- 22:51Speaker 1: that all the charges have been brought against him are
- 22:53Speaker 1: worthless charges and that therefore it's nothing here. We're done,
- 22:57Speaker 1: have a great life. That's what they just did, said,
- 23:01Speaker 1: and they took four minutes to do it, which tells
- 23:03Speaker 1: you how scared they are. And remember a moment ago
- 23:06Speaker 1: when Claire McCaskill took a shot at Fox News Channel,
- 23:10Speaker 1: and of course so did the guy who's the hostess show, Scarborough. Right,
- 23:14Speaker 1: you know those crack pots and nut jobs over there
- 23:16Speaker 1: at Fox. So what is Fox actually said that they're
- 23:21Speaker 1: so upset about. Let's just take the premise of their
- 23:25Speaker 1: argument for a second. They're one that Fox is the
- 23:27Speaker 1: only places covering this and the right wing crackpots are
- 23:31Speaker 1: the only ones that are believing this crap, and they're
- 23:33Speaker 1: telling you things that are absurd. Okay, here is the official,
- 23:38Speaker 1: like primetime report from Brett Bear about the Durham pro Now,
- 23:43Speaker 1: I want you to listen carefully for one idea. Remember
- 23:47Speaker 1: at the very beginning when they were obsessing over there
- 23:50Speaker 1: were no wire tapping that was taking there was no
- 23:53Speaker 1: wire tapping that was taking place at Trump Tower or
- 23:56Speaker 1: the White House, so therefore there couldn't be spying. Even
- 23:58Speaker 1: though no one's accused seeing them of wire tapping, they're
- 24:01Speaker 1: accusing him of basically metadata. They're collecting Internet IP addresses
- 24:06Speaker 1: and things like that. No one said they were tapping
- 24:09Speaker 1: a phone line of Trump. No one they were tapping
- 24:12Speaker 1: in this term report. I want to make that clear.
- 24:15Speaker 1: So they're lying to you, they're misleading you. But listen
- 24:18Speaker 1: to this Fox report, which they say is just total,
- 24:20Speaker 1: you know, insanity, And tell me how many times you
- 24:23Speaker 1: hear Fox News putting out the conspiracy theory as they
- 24:26Speaker 1: described it, that this was a wy there was massive
- 24:31Speaker 1: wire tapping going on, which no one has said. Hillary
- 24:34Speaker 1: Clinton says allegations her campaign tried to spread a false
- 24:38Speaker 1: narrative about Donald Trump during their twenty sixteen presidential candidate
- 24:42Speaker 1: contest are nonsense. Clinton responded today on Twitter to recent
- 24:46Speaker 1: revelations from the special counsel investigating the case. Correspondent David
- 24:51Speaker 1: spont has Tonight's update. Hillary Clinton mum when asked by
- 24:56Speaker 1: The Daily Mail about the allegations and Special counsel John
- 24:59Speaker 1: Durham's latest filing, did you patisfying the Trump campaign? What
- 25:02Speaker 1: are you going to comment on the spying allegation? Sillary?
- 25:05Speaker 1: To be clear, Durham has not charged Clinton with any
- 25:08Speaker 1: crime and never suggested she quote spied on anyone. Durham
- 25:13Speaker 1: did charge her twenty sixteen campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman with
- 25:16Speaker 1: lying to the FBI about a Trump Russia connection that
- 25:20Speaker 1: never panned out. In addition to the Clinton campaign, Sussman
- 25:24Speaker 1: also represented a technology executive named Rodney Joffey. Joffey had
- 25:29Speaker 1: what Durham calls a sensitive arrangement with the government to
- 25:32Speaker 1: monitor Domain Name System computer database servers at the Obama
- 25:37Speaker 1: and later Trump white houses. DNS is a loose associative
- 25:41Speaker 1: tool that pings IP addresses but does not include emails
- 25:45Speaker 1: or text messages. Durham allegis Sussman got a hold whoa
- 25:49Speaker 1: hold on, hold on, hold on? So they just did
- 25:51Speaker 1: Fox just explain to you explicitly what they're saying in
- 25:56Speaker 1: this investigation. And did they mention why tapping? That? Did
- 26:01Speaker 1: they mention it? Because I didn't hear it. Did you?
- 26:02Speaker 1: Did you hear it? Producer? No, you didn't either, Okay,
- 26:05Speaker 1: So so that didn't that was never set. That's what
- 26:07Speaker 1: that's what we're getting at here. No one said anything
- 26:11Speaker 1: about about wire tapping. Well, let's just make that very clear.
- 26:18Speaker 1: So they lied, Yes, they lied, Okay, So MSNBC lied.
- 26:23Speaker 1: They made up something a fake allegation that no one
- 26:27Speaker 1: on the right is saying happened. No one on the
- 26:28Speaker 1: right that I know is saying that wire tapping took place.
- 26:31Speaker 1: In the entire pretense of their argument was that there
- 26:35Speaker 1: was It's impossible for there to be spying because there
- 26:38Speaker 1: was never No one was ever wire tapped. I guess
- 26:43Speaker 1: reading people's emails and everything else is I guess what
- 26:46Speaker 1: really matters. So so again, all of all of this,
- 26:49Speaker 1: and I'm gonna I'm gonna hit play again. All that
- 26:52Speaker 1: the Durham investigation is basically reporting on slash accusing is
- 26:58Speaker 1: that you were watching DNS server and watching all this info.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Nothing in there about wire tapping. No one on the
- 27:04Speaker 1: right saying there was wire tapping, And the only puple
- 27:06Speaker 1: time about tapping are the people on the left who
- 27:09Speaker 1: were saying that there was never a wire tap put
- 27:12Speaker 1: in place, making up things that none of us have
- 27:15Speaker 1: ever even talked about until they said it named Rodney Joffey.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Joffey had what Durham calls a sensitive arrangement with the
- 27:24Speaker 1: government to monitor Domain Name System computer database servers at
- 27:29Speaker 1: the Obama and later Trump white houses. DNS is a
- 27:32Speaker 1: loose associative tool that pings IP addresses but does not
- 27:36Speaker 1: include emails or text messages. Durham allegius Sussman got a
- 27:41Speaker 1: hold of the information and took it to an agency.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Fox News as confirmed is the CIA. I believe Durham
- 27:48Speaker 1: would not be continuing on if there wasn't weren't more
- 27:52Speaker 1: significant indictments coming than what we've seen so far. By
- 27:55Speaker 1: the way, the guy who just said that, just so
- 27:57Speaker 1: you know, for all the crack pots out there, right,
- 27:59Speaker 1: everybody's crackpot is a former assistant director of the FBI
- 28:05Speaker 1: who just said that nothing about wire tapping. Still all right,
- 28:10Speaker 1: halfway through the report. Now, Fox hasn't said there was wiretapping.
- 28:13Speaker 1: The report doesn't say it, Durham doesn't say it, No
- 28:16Speaker 1: one says it. But hey, let's just keep lying to
- 28:18Speaker 1: the American people over at NBC News. It's coming to
- 28:21Speaker 1: what we've seen so far. Joffey has not been charged
- 28:24Speaker 1: by Durham. He collected DNS information from the White House
- 28:27Speaker 1: dating back to twenty fourteen because, according to his spokesperson,
- 28:31Speaker 1: of a heightened fear of Russian political interference remember Russian's
- 28:36Speaker 1: hacked the Democratic National Committee one year later. In his filing,
- 28:40Speaker 1: Durham does not address how long Joffey's contract continued into
- 28:43Speaker 1: the Trump administration. His spolkesperson told Fox News. DNS queries
- 28:48Speaker 1: from Russian made Yota phones were discovered in proximity to
- 28:51Speaker 1: the Trump campaign and White House. Current White House Press
- 28:55Speaker 1: Secretary Jen Sucky is redirecting questions about Durham's inquiry a
- 29:00Speaker 1: Department of Justice. Durham is vague when he alleges that
- 29:03Speaker 1: Joffe and his company got access to DNAs data at
- 29:06Speaker 1: Trump Tower and the former president's apartment building on Central
- 29:11Speaker 1: Park West. Again, nothing in there, nothing in there about
- 29:14Speaker 1: wire tapping, nothing in there about wire tapping. But you
- 29:19Speaker 1: got to go back to Joe Scarborough. He said, it's
- 29:22Speaker 1: all these crackpots, all these idiots out there saying that
- 29:26Speaker 1: there was wire tapping. No one saying that, dude, you
- 29:28Speaker 1: made it up. You know here we are three years
- 29:31Speaker 1: into it. He puts out a pleading that is just indecipherable.
- 29:36Speaker 1: It allows crackpots to lie to their audiences that something
- 29:43Speaker 1: is amiss, and you dig into it and again, there
- 29:47Speaker 1: was no wire tapping. In fact, no data was collected illegally.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Everything Durham admits was collected legally. Nobody's charged with Hillary
- 29:57Speaker 1: with anything Hillary Clinton. There's not even any suggestion that
- 30:01Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton had anything to do with any of this.
- 30:04Speaker 1: They have Susspan, a guy that everybody in Washington, DC
- 30:07Speaker 1: knew was connected to the DNC and Hillary Clinton, including
- 30:11Speaker 1: Republicans on the hill. I mean, I could go on
- 30:13Speaker 1: and on and on. The fact is Durham, after three years,
- 30:17Speaker 1: has this one charge against a lawyer that is not
- 30:22Speaker 1: going to stick. It's it's not gonna stick. And there's
- 30:27Speaker 1: no wire tapping. You heard me play it again. No
- 30:29Speaker 1: one's mentioned wire tapping, tapping, No one's talking about wire tapping.
- 30:33Speaker 1: The only people that are making that up because again,
- 30:35Speaker 1: this is how much they want to lie to cover
- 30:37Speaker 1: up for what actually happened. They want you to believe
- 30:39Speaker 1: that the only way you can spy on someone is
- 30:43Speaker 1: if there is an actual wire tapping. That's it. That
- 30:52Speaker 1: is the only way they want you to believe that
- 30:55Speaker 1: it can happen spying on someone through emails or spying
- 31:01Speaker 1: on them through even you know where they're going and
- 31:03Speaker 1: addresses and all the things that they were doing. No, no no, no,
- 31:06Speaker 1: that can't be spying. That's not illegal. We just told
- 31:10Speaker 1: you it's illegal. It's not illegal. Right, you can do
- 31:13Speaker 1: that all day long. There's nothing wrong with that. I mean,
- 31:16Speaker 1: we'd be on your team if they were actually listening
- 31:18Speaker 1: in on phone calls. But they were because apparently the
- 31:21Speaker 1: only way you can spy on someone is only if
- 31:24Speaker 1: you're tapping their phone. Right, See what I did there,
- 31:26Speaker 1: It works. This is ridiculous, But yet here we are
- 31:33Speaker 1: having this actual conversation about it in the Clinton campaign lawyers.
- 31:39Speaker 1: I got to go back to Fox here real quick.
- 31:42Speaker 1: And these Durham report allegations, all of the things that
- 31:45Speaker 1: the Democrats that are not in there are absolutely in there,
- 31:48Speaker 1: and all of the things are saying that we're claiming
- 31:50Speaker 1: that there was wiretapping. Never we're claimed by any of
- 31:53Speaker 1: us today. As you mentioned, former Secretary of State Hillary
- 31:56Speaker 1: Clinton fired back about this Durham investigation in a week,
- 32:00Speaker 1: taking aim at former President Trump and this network. Of course,
- 32:03Speaker 1: we continue to follow the story and look at all angles, right,
- 32:07Speaker 1: all angles, David. We're also learning tonight that the technology
- 32:10Speaker 1: executive you mentioned, Roddy Joffey's former company, also performed work
- 32:14Speaker 1: for several campaigns we're about that we did. The company
- 32:17Speaker 1: is called new Star, and we know that the Clinton
- 32:20Speaker 1: campaign hired new Star in January twenty fifteen, paying three
- 32:24Speaker 1: thousand dollars for help with mobile services. The Biden campaign
- 32:29Speaker 1: also hired New Star paid over eight thousand dollars for
- 32:32Speaker 1: help with accounting and compliance data. That was in September
- 32:36Speaker 1: twenty twenty. No, so they're in with all the Democrats. Okay,
- 32:40Speaker 1: good to know now Democrats are afraid. The attorneys for
- 32:46Speaker 1: Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sutsman have filed emotion to dismiss
- 32:50Speaker 1: the case against him in the Special Council Durham investigation,
- 32:54Speaker 1: claiming a case of quote, extraordinary prosecutorial overreach. Stottsman is
- 32:59Speaker 1: search in the motion to dismiss that Durham. Durham's indictment
- 33:02Speaker 1: fails to stay an offense. He's been charged of making
- 33:06Speaker 1: a false statement of the federal agent and his play
- 33:09Speaker 1: pleaded not guilty. Durham's indictment alleged at Sessmen told then
- 33:13Speaker 1: FBI General Council James Baker in September twenty sixteen, right
- 33:17Speaker 1: before the presidential election, less than two months before election day,
- 33:24Speaker 1: that he did not work for any client when he
- 33:29Speaker 1: requested and held a meeting in which he presented purported
- 33:33Speaker 1: data and white papers that allegedly demonstrated covert communication channel
- 33:37Speaker 1: between the Trump organization and Alpha Bank, which has ties
- 33:40Speaker 1: to the Kremlin, but in the motion is dismiss Susman's
- 33:44Speaker 1: a legal team insisted that he did not make any
- 33:47Speaker 1: false statements the FBI. The attorney added that false statements
- 33:51Speaker 1: alleged in the indictment is about an entirely different matter
- 33:56Speaker 1: and immaterial as a matter of law. Quote as long
- 34:00Speaker 1: it has long been a crime to it's long been
- 34:02Speaker 1: a crime to make a false statement of the government.
- 34:04Speaker 1: But the law criminalizes only false statements that are material,
- 34:08Speaker 1: false statements that matter because they can actually affect a
- 34:11Speaker 1: specific decision of the government, the lawyer wrote, adding that
- 34:14Speaker 1: by contrast, false statements about well just you know, random
- 34:18Speaker 1: matters are immaterial and cannot give rise to criminal liability.
- 34:25Speaker 1: That's their defense. Well, he lied, but he didn't lie
- 34:28Speaker 1: in a big way, So don't worry about it. It's
- 34:30Speaker 1: totally fine. This is not going away. I don't care
- 34:36Speaker 1: what they tell you. And you can tell how worried
- 34:39Speaker 1: they are by the way they're spinning it, by the
- 34:41Speaker 1: way they're babbling about it. And remember spying. No one
- 34:46Speaker 1: is accusing no one is accusing them of tapping phones.
- 34:53Speaker 1: But this is how they're going to defend it. They're
- 34:55Speaker 1: going to say, well, when't like a phone was tapped,
- 35:00Speaker 1: not spying unless the phone's tap. That's their argument. No
- 35:03Speaker 1: one's accusing them of tapping phones. That's how bad they're lying.
