- 0:00Speaker 1: Who is James Biden. It's a question that all of
- 0:04Speaker 1: you need to be asking yourselves, and it's an important
- 0:07Speaker 1: part of the puzzle between and part of the pie,
- 0:11Speaker 1: part of the connection, part of the conspiracy, part of
- 0:13Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. Without James Biden, would Hunter Biden
- 0:17Speaker 1: have been doing all the business deals he was doing
- 0:19Speaker 1: and bringing all the money for the big guy. In fact,
- 0:22Speaker 1: without the brain of James Biden, the brother of the
- 0:25Speaker 1: President of the United States of America Biden, there's a
- 0:29Speaker 1: very good chance that the Biden crime family wouldn't even exist.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Now we're about to expose for you who James Biden is.
- 0:37Speaker 1: So please number one share this podcast. Number two right
- 0:41Speaker 1: us a five star review for exposing the Biden family
- 0:44Speaker 1: so that this episode will be heard by more conservatives
- 0:48Speaker 1: ahead of the midterms, because there's so many people that
- 0:50Speaker 1: don't actually understand who James Biden is. The President's brother
- 0:56Speaker 1: is now coming under major scrutiny. President Joe Biden's younger brother,
- 1:02Speaker 1: James Biden, now is being looked at by Republican Senator
- 1:06Speaker 1: Chuck Grassley, who said, quote, the FBI possesses significant and
- 1:13Speaker 1: volumous evidence. Volumous evidence meaning a massive amount of evidence
- 1:20Speaker 1: a potential criminal conduct by James Biden, the presidence brother.
- 1:25Speaker 1: This on top of Hunter Biden's criminal activity. Grassley has
- 1:31Speaker 1: sent a new letter to the Attorney General Merrick Garland
- 1:35Speaker 1: and the FBI Director Christopher Ray, as well as the
- 1:40Speaker 1: US Attorney for Delaware, David Weiss, outlining the new allegations
- 1:46Speaker 1: against the President's brother. Now, to understand the Biden crime family,
- 1:52Speaker 1: you have to understand that James Biden was, in essence,
- 1:55Speaker 1: the bag man for decades for the President of the
- 1:59Speaker 1: United States of America. For decades. He was the one
- 2:03Speaker 1: that you did the shady deals with. But then they
- 2:06Speaker 1: saw an opportunity, They saw an opportunity to insulate themselves,
- 2:11Speaker 1: protect themselves, and they exploited in a major way the
- 2:15Speaker 1: addiction and the drug abuse and the drug use of
- 2:20Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, so that they had an alibi when he
- 2:24Speaker 1: got busted. The alibi very clear. The alibi was, what, Well,
- 2:30Speaker 1: he's an addict. We love our son, he's a great person,
- 2:34Speaker 1: we love our nephew. He's a great person. He's overcome
- 2:37Speaker 1: so much. You can't blame him for the shady, corrupt
- 2:40Speaker 1: business dealings that he has done. Even Hunter Biden knew
- 2:44Speaker 1: that his uncle and his father were taking advantage of him.
- 2:47Speaker 1: How do we know this from his own recordings on
- 2:49Speaker 1: his laptop. He knew that they were exploiting him. He
- 2:52Speaker 1: knew that he was the bagman, and he knew that
- 2:55Speaker 1: they expected that there's a good chance at some point
- 2:58Speaker 1: all of this would come out. But the alibi was
- 3:00Speaker 1: he's an addict. James Biden was not an addict. James Biden,
- 3:04Speaker 1: to our knowledge, is a very smart individual who understood
- 3:08Speaker 1: the things that they could have Hunter Biden do he
- 3:11Speaker 1: could never do and get away with because he didn't
- 3:13Speaker 1: have an alibi that he's an addict. Now, let me
- 3:16Speaker 1: go back to another piece of audio that I want
- 3:19Speaker 1: to play for you, and this was just about a
- 3:21Speaker 1: week ago. It's a really important piece of audio that
- 3:25Speaker 1: I want you to hear, and it was about that
- 3:28Speaker 1: Jake Tapper interview with Joe Biden where he asked about
- 3:33Speaker 1: the Sun Hunter and I want you to hear what
- 3:37Speaker 1: he had to say in the response to it. Now,
- 3:39Speaker 1: before I play that, I also want to tell you
- 3:41Speaker 1: about turtle Box. You may have seen the Houston Astros
- 3:44Speaker 1: celebrating their big win in the locker room. They were
- 3:48Speaker 1: moving on to the next round, getting one step closer
- 3:52Speaker 1: to the World Series. And what was the team holding
- 3:54Speaker 1: up in the air. They were holding up a turtle box.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Now I've been telling you about this box is the loudest,
- 4:01Speaker 1: truly portable, waterproof Bluetooth speaker on the market. The best
- 4:07Speaker 1: part is it's loud, and if you don't believe me,
- 4:09Speaker 1: look at the Asterist celebration. You could hear the music.
- 4:12Speaker 1: It was truly waterproof. You can see that in the
- 4:15Speaker 1: pictures as well because they were spraying champagne all over
- 4:17Speaker 1: the place wearing their goggles. And it has an ultra
- 4:21Speaker 1: long battery life. Plus, you can match it to your
- 4:25Speaker 1: favorite collegiate color combinations. You can match the turtlebox and
- 4:29Speaker 1: the handle so that you can create your colors of
- 4:33Speaker 1: the team that you love. Now, what is this perfect

- 4:40Speaker 1: perfect tail getting sound system. So if you are looking

- 5:03Speaker 1: audio dot Com promo code. Ben Now I want you
- 5:07Speaker 1: to listen to this audio. Question was asked, why didn't
- 5:11Speaker 1: Jake Taper ask Hunter Biden about his drug addiction and
- 5:15Speaker 1: the foreign interests that were clamoring at his door that
- 5:18Speaker 1: his son was doing every daily could with foreign government
- 5:21Speaker 1: and foreign interests listen to this overall? I think Jonathan
- 5:25Speaker 1: Turley asked a great question. Quote if Hunter was a
- 5:28Speaker 1: hopeless addict, incapable of criminal intent or sound decision making,
- 5:32Speaker 1: why we're foreign interests clamoring at his door to give
- 5:35Speaker 1: him millions of dollars as a board member, lawyer, or consultant.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I would have liked to have heard Jake Tapper asked
- 5:41Speaker 1: the President about that or the fentanyl crisis that's killing
- 5:43Speaker 1: three hundred Americans a day on average due to overdoses.
- 5:47Speaker 1: But of course we didn't get those questions because we
- 5:49Speaker 1: don't want to make the President uncomfortable or anything on
- 5:51Speaker 1: national television. Now, Dewey, Jake, Now you got to go
- 5:54Speaker 1: back to the interview. Jake Tapper has he had an
- 5:57Speaker 1: awesome opportunity to really show that he's a real journalist
- 6:00Speaker 1: by doing a follow up or asking a tough question
- 6:03Speaker 1: of the president. He didn't. In fact, the entire conversation
- 6:07Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden and a sit down interview was about
- 6:10Speaker 1: twenty five second. The prosecutors think they could they have
- 6:14Speaker 1: enough to charge your son Hunter for tax crimes and
- 6:17Speaker 1: a false statement about a gun purchase. Personally and politically,
- 6:22Speaker 1: how do you react to that? Well, first of all,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I'm proud of my son. This is a kid who
- 6:27Speaker 1: got out a kid, he's a grown man. You got
- 6:31Speaker 1: hooked on like many families have had happened hooked on drugs.
- 6:36Speaker 1: He's overcome that, he's established a new life. That's it.
- 6:41Speaker 1: We're gonna move on. We covered the question zero follow up,
- 6:46Speaker 1: which brings us back to James Biden. President Joe Biden's
- 6:50Speaker 1: younger brother, James Biden is now coming under major scrutiny
- 6:55Speaker 1: based on recent protected disclosures to my office, Grassly Rights,
- 7:02Speaker 1: to the Attorney General Merrick Garland, to the FBI Director
- 7:05Speaker 1: Christopher Ray, and the US Attorney for Delaware, David Weiss.
- 7:08Speaker 1: This the FBI has within its possession significant impactful and
- 7:16Speaker 1: volumous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter
- 7:21Speaker 1: Biden and James Biden, Grassly wrote. In his new letter,
- 7:26Speaker 1: he cited a summary of an FBI interview with Hunter
- 7:31Speaker 1: Biden's former business partner, Tony Bobo Lensky, in which Bobo
- 7:35Speaker 1: Lensky stated that Hunter and James Biden created a business
- 7:40Speaker 1: arrangement with foreign nationals connected to the Chinese Communist government
- 7:45Speaker 1: while Joe Biden was the vice president that work remained
- 7:52Speaker 1: intentionally uncompensated quote unquote while Joe Biden was the vice president,
- 8:00Speaker 1: Grassley is now accusing in his letter to the FBI,
- 8:04Speaker 1: the the OJ and the Attorney General after he left office.
- 8:09Speaker 1: The summary makes clear that Hunter Biden and James Biden
- 8:14Speaker 1: worked with CEFE and affiliated individuals to compensate them for
- 8:21Speaker 1: back pay basically for past work and past benefits. Grassley
- 8:27Speaker 1: is now accusing the Biden crime family. He's referring to
- 8:31Speaker 1: the now defunct CEFE China Energy Company. We also from
- 8:36Speaker 1: this letter, Grassly accuses Hunter Biden, James Biden, and their
- 8:43Speaker 1: business associates of creating a joint venture that would serve
- 8:48Speaker 1: as a vehicle to accomplish that financial compensation. So let's
- 8:53Speaker 1: just step back and again, please grab our podcast and
- 8:57Speaker 1: share this on every social media site you are on,
- 9:01Speaker 1: because this is massive. What Grassley is saying is I
- 9:05Speaker 1: have the evidence. I've seen it. I know what you
- 9:08Speaker 1: guys have been hiding at the FBI, the DOJ, and
- 9:11Speaker 1: I know you haven't been pursuing this because you know
- 9:14Speaker 1: how damning it is. The Biden crime family. That's number one,
- 9:17Speaker 1: number two, okay, And this is also very important. What
- 9:22Speaker 1: Grassley is saying is not only are you hiding this information,
- 9:26Speaker 1: but you now know that there was a pay to
- 9:29Speaker 1: play scheme that was going on when he was sitting
- 9:32Speaker 1: vice president. But the money, the compensation was purposely held, okay,
- 9:40Speaker 1: was purposely held so that you wouldn't get paid, meaning
- 9:44Speaker 1: Joe Biden, James Biden, Hunter Biden wouldn't get paid until
- 9:47Speaker 1: after the vice president left office. And as soon as
- 9:51Speaker 1: he left then they went for their compensation. It was
- 9:55Speaker 1: already agreed to, whatever the number was, the deal was
- 9:59Speaker 1: already agreed to. But what they've said was, hey, we
- 10:03Speaker 1: can't take the cash until he leaves the vice presidency.
- 10:07Speaker 1: He can't take the benefits. We can't take the benefits
- 10:10Speaker 1: in this business transaction that we've already done until after
- 10:15Speaker 1: the Biden Obama administration, or I should say Obama Biden
- 10:18Speaker 1: administration walks out the front door when Donald Trump takes over,
- 10:23Speaker 1: and as soon as that happens, we will happily take payment. Now,
- 10:27Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 10:29Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 10:31Speaker 1: friends at Patriot Mobile. If you are ready to have
- 10:34Speaker 1: an impact every time that you use your phone, and
- 10:38Speaker 1: I'm talking about have an impact by supporting First and
- 10:40Speaker 1: Second Amendment rights, supporting the rights of the unborn, and
- 10:44Speaker 1: fighting back every time you make a phone call, you
- 10:46Speaker 1: need to know about Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is America's
- 10:50Speaker 1: only conservative Christian mobile phone provider, and they are using
- 10:56Speaker 1: your phone bill when you paid every month, to actually
- 11:00Speaker 1: fight for conservative causes while saving you money. Now this
- 11:02Speaker 1: isn't any extra at onto your bill. They take a
- 11:05Speaker 1: portion of your bill every month and they give it
- 11:08Speaker 1: back to fund conservative causes in Canada to believe in
- 11:12Speaker 1: the sanctity of life, freedom of speech, and the Second Amendment,
- 11:16Speaker 1: and they are winning. Patriot Mobile has now been attacked
- 11:20Speaker 1: by the big media. Big Tech is now coming after them,
- 11:24Speaker 1: and that's why I want you to support them. If
- 11:27Speaker 1: you want an affordable plan. And you want to get
- 11:30Speaker 1: the same great coverage you have right now, switch to
- 11:32Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. You're gonna save money. They use the same
- 11:34Speaker 1: exact towers you're using right now. It's an affordable plan
- 11:38Speaker 1: for you and your family, are even your business or
- 11:40Speaker 1: small business. They offer the same nationwide coverage as the
- 11:43Speaker 1: major carriers because they use the same towers. If you
- 11:48Speaker 1: haven't found out about Patriot Mobile, check them out. Patriot
- 11:51Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 11:55Speaker 1: slash ferguson. Or call them nine to seven to Patriot
- 11:59Speaker 1: you'll get reactivation with the offer code ferguson nine seven two.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Patriot checked them out. Now you think about what this means.
- 12:09Speaker 1: This was a conspiracy to commit crimes, exploiting your position
- 12:15Speaker 1: of power and selling out the United States of America
- 12:18Speaker 1: Grassley rights after he left office. The summary makes clear
- 12:23Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden and James Biden worked with CFE. They
- 12:28Speaker 1: worked and they had individual compensation for them. They had
- 12:34Speaker 1: the work that they did while they were in office
- 12:36Speaker 1: or while he was the vice president, and the benefit
- 12:39Speaker 1: was to be paid after they left the White House
- 12:43Speaker 1: and the Vice Presidential residence and as soon as they left,
- 12:47Speaker 1: everything they were promised, from what we understand, was taken
- 12:51Speaker 1: care of. They got their financial compensation. Now, the joint
- 12:59Speaker 1: vehicle for all of this, the venture for all of
- 13:01Speaker 1: this was called Sinnahawk. We know this because Tony bob
- 13:05Speaker 1: Olenski was the whistleblower. Grassley also now has the documents.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Grassley said it was owned fifty percent by one Ida
- 13:17Speaker 1: is the name of the holding company, and fifty percent
- 13:20Speaker 1: the other fifty by Hudson West. That according to the
- 13:23Speaker 1: SUMMARYE we know that there were in that one company,
- 13:28Speaker 1: one Ida, it comprised of five Listen carefully evenly divided LLCs,
- 13:37Speaker 1: one for each business associate that included Hunter Biden and
- 13:43Speaker 1: James Biden. Now on Twitter, Grassly questioned the response of
- 13:48Speaker 1: the FBI and the Justice Department. What have the FBI
- 13:52Speaker 1: and the Justice Department to include the US Attorney weis
- 13:55Speaker 1: done to investigate? Question mark question mark question mark, Grassley
- 13:59Speaker 1: row vote transparency brings accountability, and Republicans have obviously pledged
- 14:06Speaker 1: to investigate Biden and now clearly his family if they
- 14:09Speaker 1: win the House majority in the November midterms. They have
- 14:13Speaker 1: been focusing on Hunter Biden, whose history of drug abuse
- 14:16Speaker 1: and an ongoing investigation to his tax affairs have made
- 14:19Speaker 1: him a frequent target. But the point that Grassley is
- 14:22Speaker 1: making now is it may not be all about Hunter Biden.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Many questions need to be asked about James Biden because
- 14:32Speaker 1: he seems to be kind of the kingpen under Joe Biden.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Many Americans are less likely to be familiar with James Biden,
- 14:41Speaker 1: grass He says now, both the President and Hunter Biden
- 14:45Speaker 1: have spoken about their close relationship to their uncle and brother.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Even as recently as Sunday. The President described his brother,
- 14:53Speaker 1: who goes by jim and Jimmy as my best friend,
- 14:56Speaker 1: my buddy, quote unquote James Biden, and has been by
- 15:01Speaker 1: his brother's side at every critical juncture in his personal
- 15:05Speaker 1: and political life. How do we know this because Joe
- 15:09Speaker 1: Biden said so in twenty twenty during an interview. According
- 15:13Speaker 1: to the article, he has been a nightclub owner, an
- 15:16Speaker 1: insurance broker, a political consultant, a political fundraiser, a startup investor,
- 15:24Speaker 1: and a construction company executive. One hell of a career, right,
- 15:28Speaker 1: or maybe it's just all these careers were perfect lee
- 15:31Speaker 1: time to exploit the power that his brother had. Now
- 15:36Speaker 1: he's also been accused of repeatedly trading on Joe Biden's
- 15:40Speaker 1: name to advance his business ventures. How do we know this, Well,
- 15:44Speaker 1: let's just go to the Washington Post, hard core liberal newspaper.
- 15:47Speaker 1: They describe James Biden as a quote protector quote unquote
- 15:52Speaker 1: in the Biden family in a report earlier this year,
- 15:56Speaker 1: calling him quote the one who made sure the machine
- 16:00Speaker 1: he ran while his brother soared. The newspaper also reported
- 16:05Speaker 1: against the Washington Post liberal that he has walked up
- 16:09Speaker 1: to ethical lines his brother has avoided. This is the
- 16:13Speaker 1: Washington Post saying this, and has a history of business
- 16:17Speaker 1: dealings that have sometimes resulted in lawsuits, recrimination, or bankruptcy.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I'm the guy who assist in everything when it comes
- 16:31Speaker 1: to my family. I try to be as supportive as
- 16:33Speaker 1: I can, James Biden told the Washington Post. But this
- 16:38Speaker 1: notion of the fixer, he said, or any reference that
- 16:42Speaker 1: has a negative connotation, is offensive. The brother said. The
- 16:47Speaker 1: notion I am some underworld figure and I am a
- 16:53Speaker 1: fixer or the cleaner, or I'm this or that. I'm
- 16:58Speaker 1: a very concerned family member who tries to protect my
- 17:02Speaker 1: family and every way I can. And what is a
- 17:05Speaker 1: very ethical way. That was the official response from James Biden. Now,
- 17:10Speaker 1: an attorney representing James Biden was also contacted by Newsweek
- 17:15Speaker 1: about these business deals and about what Chuck Grass is
- 17:18Speaker 1: now accusing him of. The White House has also been
- 17:21Speaker 1: a contacted for comment and guess what happened? No one responded.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Couldn't see that one coming. Now Joe Biden may have
- 17:31Speaker 1: been involved in Hunter's criminal conduct as well, this coming
- 17:36Speaker 1: from a whistle blower. Now, Biden rushed to his son's
- 17:40Speaker 1: Hunter's defense in a recent interview because there's no downside, right,
- 17:44Speaker 1: he's an addict. You have your alibi, But what happens
- 17:48Speaker 1: when it's your brother who's not an addict. We also
- 17:51Speaker 1: have a news story that's broken that Hunter Biden was
- 17:54Speaker 1: linked linked real estate firm got at least one hundred
- 17:57Speaker 1: million from Russian of Garks. A new whistleblower is saying
- 18:03Speaker 1: and Representative Comer is now backing a panel to probe
- 18:06Speaker 1: the FBI and Hunter Biden, as well as James Biden.
- 18:11Speaker 1: This all because of the x FBI agent Timothy Tebow,
- 18:14Speaker 1: who is now officially refusing to cooperate with the House GOP.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Now let me go back to President Biden. President Biden
- 18:23Speaker 1: may have been involved in a potential criminal conduct committed
- 18:27Speaker 1: by his first son, Hunter Biden and his first brother,
- 18:31Speaker 1: James Biden. That's in essence what Center Chuck Grassley has charged,
- 18:35Speaker 1: and a letter now to the top law enforcement the
- 18:38Speaker 1: October the thirteenth letter to the Attorney General, the FBI director,
- 18:45Speaker 1: and Delaware U Attorney, obtained by The Washington Examiner, shows
- 18:51Speaker 1: that he is accusing the Bureau of a pattern and
- 18:53Speaker 1: practice of political decisions, citing FBI whistleblower allegations. The FBI
- 19:00Speaker 1: has within its possession a series of documents relating to
- 19:04Speaker 1: information on a guy by the name of Zochetsky. He's
- 19:10Speaker 1: the owner of Bisma, the letter states, and his business
- 19:14Speaker 1: and financial associations with Hunter Biden. The documents in the
- 19:19Speaker 1: FBI's possession include specific details with respect to conversations by
- 19:25Speaker 1: non government individuals related to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden,
- 19:31Speaker 1: Grassley writes in the letter. These documents also indicate that
- 19:35Speaker 1: Joe Biden was aware of Hunter Biden's business arrangements and
- 19:40Speaker 1: may have been involved in some of them. Grassley did
- 19:44Speaker 1: not elaborate on the context of the documents. Now, the
- 19:47Speaker 1: founder of Bresmaholdings and the former Ukrainian Minister of Natural
- 19:50Speaker 1: Resources has a long list of corruption accusations against him.
- 19:55Speaker 1: How bad well look at Britain. Britain authorities. He's twenty
- 20:01Speaker 1: three million from the founder Brezma Holdings in twenty fourteen,
- 20:06Speaker 1: twenty three million folks alleging that the Brisma founder had
- 20:11Speaker 1: been corruptly misappropriated. According to Politico before I judge ruled
- 20:17Speaker 1: the following year that the man could get his money
- 20:20Speaker 1: back because he was not under investigation by Ukrainian prosecutors.
- 20:24Speaker 1: After the Ukrainian prosecutor that was investigating was fired. When
- 20:28Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, I guess told his dad, make sure you
- 20:32Speaker 1: get the guy fired and hold American resources until they
- 20:35Speaker 1: fire him. Now, let me also say, and I'm going
- 20:40Speaker 1: to talk to my producer here, Diaz, will you grab
- 20:42Speaker 1: that audio. It's so important now to put in context
- 20:46Speaker 1: of the president then the Vice president right threatening Ukraine
- 20:51Speaker 1: saying if you don't file the fire the prosecutor that's
- 20:54Speaker 1: investigating my son's company, which again would mean that's money
- 20:58Speaker 1: the twenty three millions by British authorities would go back
- 21:01Speaker 1: to the guy. He made all this happen folks. That's
- 21:05Speaker 1: what we now know from these new allegations, and the
- 21:08Speaker 1: judge had to give the money back that the British
- 21:11Speaker 1: authorities sees the twenty three million dollars to the founder
- 21:14Speaker 1: Barisma because quote, he was not under investigation by Ukrainian prosecutors. Now,
- 21:21Speaker 1: the former US ambassad Ukraine accused Burisma Holdings of corruption
- 21:26Speaker 1: and slam the Ukrainian Prosecutor's office for helping the Barisma
- 21:30Speaker 1: founder get his millions back by writing a letter to
- 21:33Speaker 1: the British judge. When that founder a Barisma, hired Hunter
- 21:38Speaker 1: Biden to sit on Barisma's board of directors for a
- 21:41Speaker 1: reported one million a year salary in twenty fourteen, many
- 21:46Speaker 1: State Department officials raised major red flags and concerns about
- 21:50Speaker 1: the issue. We also know that earlier this year, a
- 21:55Speaker 1: classified email from George Kent, the Deputy Chief of Mission
- 22:00Speaker 1: at the US Embassy in Ukraine in twenty sixteen, was
- 22:05Speaker 1: revealed in which Kent said, quote the real issue, to
- 22:10Speaker 1: my mind, was that someone in Washington needed to engage
- 22:15Speaker 1: the Vice President Biden quietly and say that his son
- 22:21Speaker 1: Hunter's presence on the Barisma board undercut the anti corruption message.
- 22:29Speaker 1: The VP and we were advancing in Ukraine, which brings
- 22:35Speaker 1: me to that audio of Joe Biden bragging about getting
- 22:39Speaker 1: the prosecutor fired who was investigating his son's company. Listened carefully.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I remember going over convincing our team are thurs too,
- 22:50Speaker 1: convincing as that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
- 22:54Speaker 1: And I went over, I guess the twelfth thirteenth time
- 22:58Speaker 1: to keep and and I was going supposed to announce
- 23:01Speaker 1: that there was another billion dollars loan guarantee. And I
- 23:05Speaker 1: had gotten a commitment from Porschenko and from Yats and
- 23:10Speaker 1: Yoke that they would take action against the state prosecutor.
- 23:13Speaker 1: And they didn't. So they said they had. They were
- 23:15Speaker 1: walking out to prescount and said, Noah. I said, I'm
- 23:17Speaker 1: not going to We're not going to give you the
- 23:19Speaker 1: billion dollars. They said, you have no authority, you're not
- 23:22Speaker 1: the president. The president said, I said, call him. I said,
- 23:26Speaker 1: I'm telling you're not getting the billion dollars. I said,
- 23:29Speaker 1: you're not getting the billion. I'm gonna be leaving here.
- 23:31Speaker 1: And I think it was about six hours. I looked
- 23:33Speaker 1: as I'm leaving six hours. If the prosecutors not fired,
- 23:36Speaker 1: you're not getting the money. Well son, I'm a bitch,
- 23:40Speaker 1: got fired and they put in place someone who was solid. Well.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Not only was his son making money off this, the
- 23:47Speaker 1: Barisma founder was getting his money back millions and tens
- 23:51Speaker 1: of millions, right, twenty million plus from UK. Pretty brilliant deal, right,
- 23:56Speaker 1: all to just put him on the board for a
- 23:58Speaker 1: million bucks like this is amazing. We also know that
- 24:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's real estate company received more than one hundred
- 24:04Speaker 1: million from Russian Oigark for investments. We've just learned about that,
- 24:10Speaker 1: a hundred million dollars. I need to tell you about

- 25:30Speaker 1: I want to go back to this classified email real
- 25:33Speaker 1: quick from George Kent right. This the deput Chief of
- 25:36Speaker 1: Mission at the Usmbassy in Ukrainian sixteen and he said
- 25:39Speaker 1: we had a real problem. Quote. Ukrainians heard one message
- 25:42Speaker 1: from US, and then they saw another set of behavior
- 25:46Speaker 1: with a family association with a known corrupt figure whose
- 25:50Speaker 1: company was known for not playing by the rules and
- 25:53Speaker 1: the oiling gas sector can added, referring to the head
- 25:56Speaker 1: of Barisma, and then the vice president son and then
- 25:59Speaker 1: the presidents all of a sudden in charge of policy
- 26:02Speaker 1: in Ukraine. This is a problem. Grassley has now gone
- 26:06Speaker 1: on in his letter to accuse the FBI of not
- 26:10Speaker 1: properly examining significant, impactful and volumous evidence in the investigation.
- 26:18Speaker 1: He says, based on the whistleblowers right, based on the allegations,
- 26:23Speaker 1: it is unclear whether the FBI followed normal investigated procedure
- 26:28Speaker 1: to determine the truth and accuracy of the investigation, or
- 26:32Speaker 1: shut down investigative activity based on improper disinformation claims in
- 26:38Speaker 1: advance of the twenty twenty election, just as it did
- 26:43Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden information that I wrote you about on
- 26:46Speaker 1: July the twenty fifth of twenty twenty two. Senator goes
- 26:50Speaker 1: on to write, it is also unclear whether the US
- 26:53Speaker 1: Attorney Weiss has performed his own due diligence on these
- 26:58Speaker 1: and related allegations. Grassley also says, now the Senator also
- 27:03Speaker 1: wrote what whistle blowers have told his office about that
- 27:07Speaker 1: information on the Bidens alleged pay to play efforts in
- 27:11Speaker 1: China provided to the FBI by former Hunter Biden businessman
- 27:16Speaker 1: Tony Bobo Lensky, who has all of the emails and
- 27:20Speaker 1: text messages to back it all up. He said that
- 27:24Speaker 1: Bobo Lensky is substantial his information, and that it's unclear
- 27:29Speaker 1: how closely the FBI examined the evidence before they decided
- 27:34Speaker 1: to discount it as misinformation. The senator says the information
- 27:39Speaker 1: provided by Bobo Lensky formed a sufficient base sufficient basis
- 27:45Speaker 1: to open a full field investigation on pay to play grounds. Obviously,
- 27:50Speaker 1: pay to play would be the bidens that are doing
- 27:52Speaker 1: the pay to play scheme. However, it is unclear whether
- 27:56Speaker 1: the FBI did so and whether the information is part
- 27:59Speaker 1: of the going criminal investigation by the US Attorney David
- 28:03Speaker 1: Weiss Grassly says in his letter. In other words, he's saying,
- 28:06Speaker 1: I have people running to me now because they feel
- 28:09Speaker 1: confident that Republicans are going to win in November, and
- 28:14Speaker 1: when we do, they want us to have this information
- 28:18Speaker 1: from day one. He's bringing it up now because he
- 28:22Speaker 1: knows that they can hit the ground running if Republicans
- 28:25Speaker 1: win back the House. That's what this is all about.
- 28:29Speaker 1: By the way, they're laying it out there, saying, you
- 28:31Speaker 1: guys were so shady and so corrupt at the deep
- 28:35Speaker 1: state that you knew that there were people that did
- 28:37Speaker 1: things that were against the law, and you purposely didn't
- 28:41Speaker 1: just look the other way. You buried it so that
- 28:44Speaker 1: there wouldn't be an investigation. In other words, you are
- 28:47Speaker 1: a part of the conspiracy to cover it up. The
- 28:51Speaker 1: information quote provided by Bob Olenski, formed a sufficient basis
- 28:55Speaker 1: not only to open the investigation, but they said that
- 28:58Speaker 1: then Hunter and James Biden wartedly received millions of dollars
- 29:04Speaker 1: from the Chinese energy company CEFE China Energy through numerous
- 29:10Speaker 1: business deals, and all the money started flowing after Joe
- 29:14Speaker 1: Biden left office. They were just getting back pay for
- 29:21Speaker 1: what he did when he was the vice president. Joe
- 29:24Speaker 1: Biden has repeatedly denied ever speaking with Hunter about his
- 29:28Speaker 1: foreign business interests, but a trove of evidence from the
- 29:31Speaker 1: first son's abandoned laptop clearly contradicts that assertion. Grassley has
- 29:38Speaker 1: previously released whistleblower reclaims alleging that evidence against Hunter Biden
- 29:43Speaker 1: was incorrectly purposely labeled as disinformation within the FBI. The
- 29:50Speaker 1: letter was sent one week after The Washington Post reported
- 29:53Speaker 1: that federal agents believe they have enough evidence to charge
- 29:57Speaker 1: the fifty two year old Hunter Biden with tax crimes,
- 29:59Speaker 1: as well as lying about his drug abuse on a
- 30:02Speaker 1: federal gun purchase form. Now this isn't all that has
- 30:06Speaker 1: come out from Grassley. There's also this other part that
- 30:11Speaker 1: apparently Hunter Biden obtained a forty million dollar real estate
- 30:15Speaker 1: deal with a Russian billionaire while Joe Biden was the
- 30:19Speaker 1: Vice president. Hunter Biden, and again this is new information,
- 30:25Speaker 1: reached a forty million dollars real estate deal in twenty
- 30:28Speaker 1: twelve with a Russian billionaire and wife of the former
- 30:33Speaker 1: mayor of Moscow. Now this is more money than we
- 30:35Speaker 1: ever knew about. So you understand this all happened while
- 30:40Speaker 1: President Joe Biden was the acting vice president. This massive deal,
- 30:48Speaker 1: a forty million dollar real estate deal, is connected to
- 30:52Speaker 1: a previously reported three point five million dollar fee that
- 30:58Speaker 1: she paid to Hunter's estate entity to access the American
- 31:02Speaker 1: business market, The Daily Mail reported Monday from documents obtained
- 31:08Speaker 1: by an anti corruption group called Asset Recovery, the forty
- 31:15Speaker 1: million dollars real estate deal was structured as part of
- 31:18Speaker 1: a pooled real estate fund to be allocated into long
- 31:23Speaker 1: term investments that Hunter identified as profitable. In the United States,
- 31:29Speaker 1: such investment vehicles are common amongst sophisticate investors and experienced
- 31:34Speaker 1: fund managers. Now, due to the complexity of a fund's
- 31:39Speaker 1: transactions in this type of deal. Just so you know,
- 31:43Speaker 1: the entity is often subject to stringent disclosures with government
- 31:49Speaker 1: oversight agencies. That's because it's very risky, right, it's very unique.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Hunter's overall acquisition plan included acquiring seven office buildings throughout Texas, Colorado, Alabama,
- 32:03Speaker 1: New Mexico, and Oklahoma with fifty two million in cash
- 32:07Speaker 1: and one hundred and sixty million in leverage. The Daily
- 32:12Speaker 1: Mail is now reporting Hunter's real estate fund, Rosemont Reality,
- 32:17Speaker 1: had apparently raised a total of sixty nine point seven
- 32:22Speaker 1: million to invest into one point two million square feet
- 32:27Speaker 1: of office space. Hunter's firm put fifteen million of its
- 32:31Speaker 1: own money inside the fun and it's unknown where Hunter's
- 32:35Speaker 1: business firm obtained such a large amount of money, a
- 32:38Speaker 1: large sum of a cash to invest within this complex
- 32:43Speaker 1: investment scheme. That is what Grassley is now getting to
- 32:48Speaker 1: look into now. The Daily Mail put it out there
- 32:51Speaker 1: saying exclusive leaked emails revealed that Hunter Biden's real estate
- 32:55Speaker 1: company received forty million investment from the Russian oligark. So
- 33:01Speaker 1: you understand how shady and corrupt this Russian oligarch is.
- 33:05Speaker 1: They are basically best friends and business partners with Vladimir
- 33:11Speaker 1: Putin for decades. That's how he became the mayor of Moscow.
- 33:17Speaker 1: The corruption among these oligarchs is on a scale that
- 33:21Speaker 1: you couldn't even imagine. Just so you know, in this country,
- 33:25Speaker 1: the forty million that Baterina invested into the fund reportedly
- 33:31Speaker 1: flowed from a Swiss company she owned named Intoco Management,
- 33:37Speaker 1: a g which is a quote plastics and construction giant
- 33:42Speaker 1: that made her and her Russian oligar husband the richest
- 33:47Speaker 1: woman she became in Russian twenty twelve that, according to
- 33:51Speaker 1: Forbes Rosemont Reality, that company owned by James and Joe
- 33:57Speaker 1: Biden and Hunter Biden had entered into property acquisition contracts
- 34:04Speaker 1: for more than two hundred and twelve million. Hunter's perspectives
- 34:09Speaker 1: read from these new leaked emails that according to screenshots
- 34:14Speaker 1: that were actually given to the Asset Recovery and exposed
- 34:19Speaker 1: in this new filing in two and fifteen, Just so
- 34:23Speaker 1: you know, these oigarchs were actually photographed with Hunter and
- 34:29Speaker 1: then Vice President Joe Biden at Cafe Milano in Washington,
- 34:33Speaker 1: d C. One of the seventeen different instances that Joe
- 34:37Speaker 1: Biden has been involved in. The Biden family corruption business
- 34:45Speaker 1: Miranda Divine. You may remember who wrote the book. If
- 34:48Speaker 1: you haven't read it yet, you should laptop from Hell.
- 34:51Speaker 1: She is the one that broke that. The photos appear
- 34:53Speaker 1: to have been taken at Cafe Milano's showing. Then the
- 34:56Speaker 1: VP Biden with two kazakh sandy guests from from Hunter
- 35:00Speaker 1: Biden's twenty fifteen dinner to introduce his clients to his dad.
- 35:06Speaker 1: These oligarchs were giving them insane amounts of cash and
- 35:10Speaker 1: the entire time they knew what the plan was quote.
- 35:14Speaker 1: The managing partners will receive a total investment of sixty
- 35:17Speaker 1: nine million from the partners. A Russian translation of the
- 35:21Speaker 1: prospectus read, the managing general Partner will invest at least
- 35:25Speaker 1: fifteen million of share capital on the same terms as
- 35:28Speaker 1: all partners in the investment partnership. The prospectus reads. The
- 35:34Speaker 1: fresh reporting of a Biden family business venture during the
- 35:37Speaker 1: time Joe Biden was Vice President raises new questions of
- 35:42Speaker 1: whether or not Hunter was selling influence to the White
- 35:44Speaker 1: House in order to obtain such large amounts of infused
- 35:48Speaker 1: cash from shady businessmen around the world. Such complicated investment
- 35:53Speaker 1: schemes quote are typically performed by experienced fund managers and
- 35:59Speaker 1: with masters who feel comfortable with the fund's manager's experience
- 36:04Speaker 1: and historic returns, both of which things Hunter Biden didn't
- 36:09Speaker 1: have now. Two years after the real estate deal, in
- 36:13Speaker 1: twenty fourteen, Batterina was living in the United Kingdom with
- 36:17Speaker 1: her late husband, a one time mayor of Moscow who
- 36:20Speaker 1: was accused of real estate corruption. Batterina and her husband
- 36:24Speaker 1: immigrated Great Britain in two thousand and eleven after her
- 36:30Speaker 1: husband was dismissed from public office by former Russian President
- 36:35Speaker 1: Mevedev as part of a public corruption probe. The former mayor,
- 36:40Speaker 1: in particular, was accused of using his office when he
- 36:43Speaker 1: was the mayor, to approve more than twenty massive real
- 36:47Speaker 1: estate projects. They were all linked to his wife's business
- 36:52Speaker 1: interests that according to the Home Insecurity Committee. So let's
- 36:56Speaker 1: go back to Hunter. Hunter received three and a half
- 36:59Speaker 1: million in a wire transfer in twenty fourteen from bat Arena.
- 37:03Speaker 1: According to a twenty twenty report by Senate Republicans, this
- 37:08Speaker 1: revealed her involvement with Hunter. It was a major financial relationship,
- 37:14Speaker 1: and Hunter's real estate venture was occurring while Hunter set
- 37:18Speaker 1: on the board of Barisma and reportedly collected millions of dollars.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Nothing to see here though, right, this is totally normal.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Please take everything I just told you and share this
- 37:33Speaker 1: Share this podcast, put it on every social media site
- 37:36Speaker 1: you have. Please write us a five star review for
- 37:40Speaker 1: exposing this corruption so that more people will actually get
- 37:43Speaker 1: to hear the story. And I will see you back
- 37:45Speaker 1: here tomorrow
