- 0:01Speaker 1: It is inauguration season, my friends, and I gotta tell you,
- 0:05Speaker 1: I'm so excited because we've had the last White House
- 0:08Speaker 1: press briefing from the liar in chief.
- 0:11Speaker 2: We've had the last White House press.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Briefing from Jean Pierre, We've had the last last briefing
- 0:17Speaker 1: from any of these scumbag liars and the Biden administration.
- 0:21Speaker 2: That right there is exciting.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Now, there have been some changes, and these changes have
- 0:27Speaker 1: happened because of the weather so early Friday. I'm going
- 0:32Speaker 1: to play for you what happened. But I also want
- 0:34Speaker 1: to tell you something else that we're going to be
- 0:35Speaker 1: talking about, and it is official CNN has been found
- 0:39Speaker 1: guilty of actually.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Being fake news.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Yes, if there's a gift that keeps on giving to
- 0:45Speaker 1: Donald Trump during inauguration week, this is it.
- 0:48Speaker 2: A jury has found CNN guilty.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Just let this sink in, enjoy the moment of defamation
- 0:55Speaker 1: and award awarded a five million dollar plus interne damages settlement.
- 1:01Speaker 1: It is incredible. I'm gonna play that for you and
- 1:05Speaker 1: give you the details. But his official CNN has actually
- 1:07Speaker 1: been found guilty. They are officially fake news, which is
- 1:11Speaker 1: just glorious. All right, So let's get back to the
- 1:15Speaker 1: weather here so you understand what's going on, because a
- 1:17Speaker 1: lot of people out there are just lying right now
- 1:20Speaker 1: and they're like, oh, Donald Trump didn't want to have
- 1:22Speaker 1: an inauguration outside. Yeah, yeah, no. Early Friday. This was
- 1:28Speaker 1: the weather report from CNN.
- 1:30Speaker 3: The coldest inauguration day in four decades is coming to Washington,
- 1:34Speaker 3: d C. Now, actual temperatures will be in the lower twenties,
- 1:38Speaker 3: but it's the wind chill factor then it will make
- 1:40Speaker 3: it feel bone chilling cold. We're going to go back
- 1:43Speaker 3: to nineteen eighty five Ronald Reagan's second inauguration where the
- 1:47Speaker 3: mercury the thermometer climbed to a whopping seven degrees fahrenheit.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Now, it won't be that cold in d C.
- 1:54Speaker 3: But it is the wind chill factors that will actually
- 1:56Speaker 3: make it feel like it's in this single digit So
- 1:59Speaker 3: bundle up, dress appropriately if you're attending any of the
- 2:02Speaker 3: outdoor events. Now, a fresh blanket of snow from a
- 2:06Speaker 3: quick moving storm system on Sunday will help lock in
- 2:09Speaker 3: the cold.
- 2:10Speaker 2: In fact, some of the coldest.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Air and over a year, some of the VIPs and
- 2:14Speaker 3: digataries arrived in our nation's capital.
- 2:16Speaker 2: All Right, so you hear that report and you're like, well,
- 2:19Speaker 2: that's not fun.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I don't think anybody wants to be a part of that,
- 2:21Speaker 1: right And if you look at the temperatures here, it
- 2:24Speaker 1: is brutal. Now you also have the perimeter set up
- 2:28Speaker 1: and it's like a green zone in DC. And I'm
- 2:30Speaker 1: going to walk you through an inauguration so you understand.
- 2:33Speaker 1: So I had there's different areas at the inauguration. There
- 2:38Speaker 1: is basically up on the stage. There's right below the stage,
- 2:42Speaker 1: which is a seated area that's kind of like is
- 2:45Speaker 1: VIP as you can get the vice president, for example,
- 2:49Speaker 1: many of its family members, and the president's family members
- 2:52Speaker 1: are actually cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.
- 2:54Speaker 2: That's where they would be seated.
- 2:56Speaker 1: You have to get there hours early to get through
- 3:00Speaker 1: the security perimeter. I was at the one in two
- 3:04Speaker 1: thousand and five when George Bush was inaugurated and I
- 3:10Speaker 1: worked on that campaign.
- 3:11Speaker 2: I was very blessed.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I worked on that campaign and I had premium seating
- 3:17Speaker 1: up front, kind of VIP walk in, and still it
- 3:20Speaker 1: was thirty five degrees in Wendy. I will tell you
- 3:22Speaker 1: it was absolutely miserable. So the reason why, and this
- 3:27Speaker 1: comes to part two of what has changed now. The
- 3:31Speaker 1: reason why Donald Trump has moved inside, I do believe
- 3:34Speaker 1: is for safety of the people that we're going to
- 3:36Speaker 1: be there, because there's no way to just show up
- 3:39Speaker 1: ten minutes early and run away as soon as he's inaugurated.
- 3:42Speaker 2: It doesn't work that way.
- 3:43Speaker 1: The perimeter and getting in, and look, you got to
- 3:46Speaker 1: take off your coats and your hats and all that
- 3:49Speaker 1: when you're going through the security perimeter, and I think
- 3:52Speaker 1: when I was there, we had to go through two
- 3:53Speaker 1: or three different security perimeters. You're also sitting in a
- 3:56Speaker 1: chair that's been set up days in advance. It's the
- 3:59Speaker 1: chairs frozen solid. You add in snow, and that snow
- 4:04Speaker 1: is on the chair, so you got to wipe your
- 4:06Speaker 1: chair off. It is literally a seat that is below
- 4:09Speaker 1: freezing you're going to sit in. And for people that
- 4:12Speaker 1: are older and people that are children, et cetera. With
- 4:16Speaker 1: this windshield, there's a real medical risk here, a real
- 4:20Speaker 1: probability that some people could lose their lives, which is
- 4:23Speaker 1: why I think we saw the announcement later in the afternoon.
- 4:26Speaker 1: This is what it sounded like on Fox.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Breaking News just moments ago, a source confirming to Fox
- 4:31Speaker 4: News that President elect Trump and Vice President elect JD.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Vance will be sworn in indoors at Monday's inauguration. I
- 4:40Speaker 4: believe this is only the second time this has happened.
- 4:42Speaker 4: The last time it happened was nineteen eighty five with
- 4:45Speaker 4: not other than Ronald Reagan. There are dangerously cold temperatures
- 4:49Speaker 4: that are moving into the region, and it will be
- 4:51Speaker 4: the coldest inauguration in forty years.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Dangerously cold weather conditions is the part there that you
- 4:57Speaker 1: need to hear. Now, there's a lot of people that
- 4:59Speaker 1: are like, wow, now, this could have been a security threat,
- 5:02Speaker 1: and they just don't want to tell us. I've talked
- 5:04Speaker 1: to several people around the inaugural committee, those that work
- 5:08Speaker 1: for the President elect Donald Trump, and I can tell
- 5:10Speaker 1: you they are telling me this had nothing to do
- 5:13Speaker 1: with security. This had everything to do with the actual temperature.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Donald Trump putting out on true social January twentieth cannot
- 5:22Speaker 1: come fast enough. Everybody, even those that initially opposed a
- 5:26Speaker 1: victory by President Donald J. Trump and the Trump administration,
- 5:31Speaker 1: just want it to happen. It is my obligation to
- 5:33Speaker 1: protect the people of our country. But before we even begin,
- 5:37Speaker 1: we have to think of the inauguration itself. The weather
- 5:41Speaker 1: forecast for Washington, d C. With the wind chill factor,
- 5:44Speaker 1: could take temperatures into severe cold record lows. There's an
- 5:48Speaker 1: arctic blast that is sweeping the country. I don't want
- 5:52Speaker 1: to see people hurt or injured in any way. It
- 5:55Speaker 1: is dangerous conditions for the tens of thousands of law enforcement. Remember,
- 6:00Speaker 1: they have to be there early, they have to set
- 6:02Speaker 1: the perimeter. They're there twenty four hours a day right
- 6:04Speaker 1: now until the inauguration outside in this arctic blast. So
- 6:08Speaker 1: he's thinking about them. He goes on to say, the
- 6:10Speaker 1: first responders, the police, canines and even horses, and hundreds
- 6:15Speaker 1: of thousands of supporters that will be outside for many
- 6:18Speaker 1: hours on the twentieth. In any event, if you decide
- 6:22Speaker 1: to come, He then says, dress warmly. He then goes
- 6:26Speaker 1: to say this, Therefore, I have ordered the inauguration address,
- 6:30Speaker 1: in addition to prayers and other speeches, to be delivered
- 6:34Speaker 1: in the United States Capital Rotunda, as was used by
- 6:38Speaker 1: Ronald Reagan in nineteen eighty five. Also because of very
- 6:41Speaker 1: cold weather, the various signitaries and guests will be brought
- 6:45Speaker 1: into the Capitol. This will be a very beautiful experience
- 6:48Speaker 1: for all and especially for the large TV audience. We
- 6:51Speaker 1: will open Capital One Arena on Monday for live viewing
- 6:55Speaker 1: of this historic event and to host the presidential parade.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Will join the crowd at Capital One after my swearing in.
- 7:04Speaker 1: All other events will remain the same, including the victory
- 7:07Speaker 1: rally at Capitol One Arena on Sunday at three pm,
- 7:10Speaker 1: doors open at one pm, please arrive early, and all
- 7:13Speaker 1: three inaugural balls on Monday evening. Everyone will be safe,
- 7:18Speaker 1: everyone will be happy, and we will together and all
- 7:21Speaker 1: caps make America great again. So what the President, I
- 7:25Speaker 1: think is clearly doing here is saying I don't want
- 7:28Speaker 1: people to suffer. I don't want people to get hurt.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I certainly don't want anyone to die or be injured.
- 7:34Speaker 1: And I also think this is an incredibly classy move
- 7:37Speaker 1: by the President, especially for the first responders. They have
- 7:43Speaker 1: to be there twenty four to seven to keep the
- 7:45Speaker 1: area secure really now until the inauguration is over. And
- 7:52Speaker 1: knowing that, I think his point that he was making
- 7:55Speaker 1: is I'm not doing that to them, and it's unfair
- 7:58Speaker 1: to them. You had unbelievable no National guardsmen that have
- 8:01Speaker 1: been called in for this as well fire police EMTs
- 8:05Speaker 1: k nines, the horses. He went through that list, and
- 8:08Speaker 1: I think this is a very very classy and also
- 8:10Speaker 1: a very smart move, a leadership move for the president
- 8:13Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Now there's even some
- 8:16Speaker 1: that are attacking Donald Trump, going, oh, he wanted to
- 8:18Speaker 1: cancel this because he knew no one was going to
- 8:20Speaker 1: show up. The dude won the popular vote. I'm going
- 8:24Speaker 1: to laugh at that, and I'm going to say, you
- 8:26Speaker 1: can't fix stupid, Okay, you just can't.
- 8:30Speaker 2: There are people that are going to say stupid things.
- 8:32Speaker 1: There's others that are running, oh, Donald Trump's is a
- 8:35Speaker 1: wooss And I'm like, what do you mean he's a
- 8:37Speaker 1: woos Well, he must know about some security threat and
- 8:40Speaker 1: he's not willing to take the stage again. There are
- 8:42Speaker 1: people like that that I just look at and I
- 8:44Speaker 1: laugh and I laugh because it's like whatever, Like whatever, dude,
- 8:49Speaker 1: I don't know what else to say, but just to
- 8:51Speaker 1: say whatever, Like there are sad people in the world.
- 8:55Speaker 2: There are sick people in the world.
- 8:56Speaker 1: There are people that just suck and they're going to
- 8:58Speaker 1: say things like this, and you know what, so be it.
- 9:01Speaker 2: If this is exactly what you're wanting to do.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Then fine, you can say this, but I do not
- 9:07Speaker 1: believe this had anything to do with security. I think
- 9:10Speaker 1: it had everything to do with compassion for those that
- 9:12Speaker 1: were going to protect and serve, and he wanted to
- 9:15Speaker 1: protect the American people that were going to show up outside.
- 9:18Speaker 1: So with that being said, it will be inside, and
- 9:21Speaker 1: it's still going to be a great moment for this
- 9:24Speaker 1: country because we'll finally get the forty seventh president of
- 9:27Speaker 1: United States of America inaugurated on Monday as scheduled.
- 9:33Speaker 2: So let's get to.
- 9:34Speaker 1: This other story, and that is one where it is
- 9:37Speaker 1: official CNN is in fact fake news. CNN is guilty
- 9:44Speaker 1: of defaming a Navy veteran and now must pay more
- 9:48Speaker 1: than five million dollars in damages. Now, I'm going to
- 9:53Speaker 1: go back to the story because some of you may
- 9:55Speaker 1: not remember this story, and it's a pretty good one.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Zachary Young was a Navy veteran who later worked as
- 10:02Speaker 1: a security consultant. All right, and a Florida jury on
- 10:06Speaker 1: Friday found that CNN is liable for defaming the US
- 10:11Speaker 1: Navy veteran who helped evacuate people from Afghanistan after the
- 10:15Speaker 1: US military withdrew from Afghanistan.
- 10:18Speaker 2: In twenty twenty one.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Now, Zachary Young is this guy, and as I mentioned,
- 10:23Speaker 1: he worked as a security consultant. He filed suit in
- 10:27Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, so this took a couple of years
- 10:29Speaker 1: to get justice. His legal action claimed that his reputation
- 10:34Speaker 1: was destroyed by CNN, and specifically by Jake Tapper. You know,
- 10:40Speaker 1: the guy that always tells you how much of a
- 10:42Speaker 1: journalist he is. Why did this happen? What happened? Well,
- 10:46Speaker 1: it's actually amazing the lead with Jake Tapper. They claimed
- 10:52Speaker 1: that he exploited desperate Afghans by charging exorbitant fees to
- 10:57Speaker 1: get them out of the country. Report in quoted the
- 11:00Speaker 1: use of his name and photo with a label stated
- 11:03Speaker 1: that Afghan evacuees were caught in a perilous black market
- 11:08Speaker 1: quote unquote. CNN said in March twenty twenty two that
- 11:12Speaker 1: it quote regretted using the term black market, but denied
- 11:16Speaker 1: the faming Young. Well, guess what the jury said. We
- 11:21Speaker 1: don't see it that way. The jury said CNN not
- 11:24Speaker 1: only defamed him, but CNN had to pay damages totaling
- 11:29Speaker 1: five million. There will be a second phase the trial
- 11:32Speaker 1: to determine any punitive damages. A CNN representative said the
- 11:36Speaker 1: network would not comment until the jury decided the punitive damages.
- 11:41Speaker 1: So I think it's fair to say now that when
- 11:43Speaker 1: the President calls CNN fake news, he now has a
- 11:47Speaker 1: legal case, yes, a legal case to back it up,
- 11:52Speaker 1: where they have been busted lying to their audience, lying
- 11:56Speaker 1: about a veteran and attacking him saying he was charging
- 12:00Speaker 1: exorbitant fees on the black market when he was getting
- 12:03Speaker 1: people out of Afghanistan. After the Biden heirs administration left
- 12:07Speaker 1: people behind. Clearly they didn't care. They didn't care it
- 12:12Speaker 1: was left behind. They wanted out on an arbitrary date.
- 12:15Speaker 1: They wanted to say I was the one they ended
- 12:18Speaker 1: the longest war in Afghanistan. It was an embarrassment and
- 12:23Speaker 1: people died. I wanted you to hear. Also what Pete
- 12:26Speaker 1: Hedge Seth said on Fox News right when the pullout
- 12:30Speaker 1: happened in Afghanistan, because Joe Biden wanted to say I
- 12:34Speaker 1: ended America's longest war. Here is what he said at
- 12:37Speaker 1: the time on Fox.
- 12:39Speaker 5: But the picture being painted right now on Afghanistan is
- 12:43Speaker 5: not very bright.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Did you want to comment on those Yeah?
- 12:45Speaker 5: No, Greg, what absolutely, of course, what we've done is
- 12:49Speaker 5: legitimized the terror state state and given them the best
- 12:52Speaker 5: equipment of the world. All that negotiation over the last
- 12:54Speaker 5: two weeks, whether it was pragmatic or not, was a
- 12:57Speaker 5: legitimizing of the Taliman. But Greg, I want to affirm
- 12:59Speaker 5: what you said. Afghan vets across the country.
- 13:02Speaker 6: Are sick to their stomach.
- 13:03Speaker 5: They are watching our government, Polish attorney and what have
- 13:07Speaker 5: they done as a result. They've gone out and saved
- 13:09Speaker 5: their own Afghan allies themselves. They've taken upon themselves. So
- 13:13Speaker 5: we did no man behind. We did it, Fox got
- 13:15Speaker 5: twenty four, Fox did it, but multiply that by thousands
- 13:19Speaker 5: and thousands and thousands of people with no reason, no
- 13:21Speaker 5: private place. And it's the same as Vietnam, though major,
- 13:24Speaker 5: it's not the same as Vietnam. How many Vietnam vets
- 13:26Speaker 5: were personally coordinating because the government will.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Evacuation.
- 13:31Speaker 5: Ultimately, feelings our failure was more eminent. Of course, the
- 13:35Speaker 5: sickness is there. We talk to Vietnam vets, it persists,
- 13:38Speaker 5: and that's why it's such a problem. That's why when
- 13:39Speaker 5: we watch officials at the podium try to sell us
- 13:41Speaker 5: as if this is the most hysteric historic airlift we've
- 13:44Speaker 5: ever seen the first of all that one hundred and
- 13:46Speaker 5: twenty three thousand. That's about to be a gigantic debate. Yeah,
- 13:49Speaker 5: because we was so hasty and so and such a
- 13:52Speaker 5: fraught process that the amount of people we brought through
- 13:55Speaker 5: who probably shouldn't qualify to get.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Through is immense. What's that vetting process like?
- 14:00Speaker 5: Who takes care of them? And then the Afghan allies
- 14:02Speaker 5: and American citizens who are still left behind and by
- 14:05Speaker 5: the way, soon to be hostages. ISIS is hunting those
- 14:09Speaker 5: people right now? The Taliban knows who they are right now.
- 14:12Speaker 5: So if you're an American citizen, you're more of a prize.
- 14:15Speaker 5: If you're a translator, the Taliban would love to have you.
- 14:17Speaker 5: They didn't let you on the plane to begin with.
- 14:20Speaker 5: So a this is a disaster of epic proportions. I'm
- 14:24Speaker 5: grateful that our military executed getting the boys that are
- 14:27Speaker 5: still there out. But that's why I asked the question
- 14:29Speaker 5: of Jennifer Griffin that I did not that I want
- 14:31Speaker 5: to get into the finger pointing, But you saw DoD
- 14:34Speaker 5: come to the podium and give their narrative. You're about
- 14:36Speaker 5: to see the Secretary of State, come up to the
- 14:37Speaker 5: podium and give his narrative, because everyone in Washington knows
- 14:40Speaker 5: what a disaster this truly was, and they want to
- 14:43Speaker 5: point the finger at something exeat.
- 14:45Speaker 1: I love how Pete said that Afghan vets are sick
- 14:48Speaker 1: to their stomach there watching our government polish a turd.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Now.
- 14:52Speaker 1: He also said his confirmation hearing last week that we
- 14:57Speaker 1: still don't have accountability over Afghanistan. There is nothing that
- 15:03Speaker 1: is happening right now for those being held accountable for
- 15:07Speaker 1: the debacle which was Afghanistan. And when he said that,
- 15:11Speaker 1: he was point was there needs to be accountability. There
- 15:15Speaker 1: needs to be some sort of hey, were you involved
- 15:20Speaker 1: in this? Because you shouldn't fall forward when you make
- 15:23Speaker 1: such a disastrous plan become a reality.
- 15:26Speaker 2: So take a listen to Pete.
- 15:28Speaker 1: This is his comments at the confirmation hearing this past
- 15:32Speaker 1: week about the US's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan under President
- 15:37Speaker 1: Biden and Secretary Austin, destroying our military legacy and our standing.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Also, as he described it, with our allies.
- 15:47Speaker 6: They still tout it as the most successful airlift in
- 15:49Speaker 6: American history, when what the rest of us all saw
- 15:52Speaker 6: was true, laid before our eyes, utter failure, a destruction
- 15:58Speaker 6: a military legacy. There, abandonment of our allies, death of
- 16:02Speaker 6: American troops, detriment to our reputation, and then no answers
- 16:08Speaker 6: and no accountability on the other side.
- 16:09Speaker 2: And then what was unleashed.
- 16:11Speaker 6: Because of what happened in Afghanistan the October seventh attacks,
- 16:16Speaker 6: an invasion into Ukraine. The world recognized weakness for what
- 16:20Speaker 6: it was and who bore the brunt for it. The
- 16:22Speaker 6: troops on the front lines at Abbey Gate doing an
- 16:24Speaker 6: impossible job. Whose external security was the Taliban because there
- 16:28Speaker 6: was no actual plan for this under the Biden administration,
- 16:31Speaker 6: and yet not a single person. The only person held
- 16:35Speaker 6: accountable in those moments was a Marine Corps lieutenant colonel
- 16:37Speaker 6: who had the courage to stand up and say someone
- 16:40Speaker 6: should be held accountable for that. His name is Stu Scheller.
- 16:43Speaker 6: No one else involved has ever taken accountability for it.
- 16:46Speaker 6: When that microcosm becomes the reality of the perception of
- 16:52Speaker 6: the American military or America's commitment to victory and success
- 16:55Speaker 6: and positive outcomes, the world responds to that. President Trump
- 17:00Speaker 6: is going to restore real deterrence by bringing a real
- 17:03Speaker 6: warrior culture back, rebuilding our military and ending worst properly,
- 17:08Speaker 6: and if we have to fight them, winning them decisively.
- 17:11Speaker 1: This is why Donald Trump nominated him for the exact
- 17:16Speaker 1: reason of what he just said. They're still touting this
- 17:19Speaker 1: as the most successful airlift in history. When all of
- 17:22Speaker 1: us had served, we all saw it as a total
- 17:24Speaker 1: and utter disaster. There were people that were killed because
- 17:28Speaker 1: of this decision. There were American troops that were killed
- 17:30Speaker 1: because of this decision. And to make matters worse, and
- 17:33Speaker 1: there are people that try to help. What did CNN do?
- 17:36Speaker 1: CNN defamed the men and women who were trying to
- 17:43Speaker 1: help people get out after America left, and now they've
- 17:47Speaker 1: been ordered to pay five million to a Navy veteran.
- 17:51Speaker 1: And it is official. You can say it forever. CNN
- 17:56Speaker 1: is fake news. How do we know it because a
- 17:58Speaker 1: jury said so. Because they made up lies about someone
- 18:03Speaker 1: who was trying to do some good for people that
- 18:06Speaker 1: were left behind.
- 18:08Speaker 2: So let's all just enjoy this moment. I'm about to
- 18:11Speaker 2: play for you.
- 18:12Speaker 1: And that is where CNN is found liable for defamation
- 18:15Speaker 1: of a Navy veteran.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Zachary Young. Understand that the juries reached ro verdict. Say correct,
- 18:21Speaker 2: pardon me? I said? I understand y'all have reached verdict.
- 18:24Speaker 7: We have in the Circuit Court of the fourteenth Juditional
- 18:27Speaker 7: Circuit in Borbane County, Florida, Case number twenty two six
- 18:32Speaker 7: zero eight C A. Zachary Young plaintiff versus Cable News
- 18:35Speaker 7: Network Defended verdict form number one. Do you find, by
- 18:40Speaker 7: the greater weight of the evidence that defended CNN committed
- 18:43Speaker 7: defamation per se against plaintiff Zachri Young?
- 18:46Speaker 2: Yes?
- 18:48Speaker 3: Number two.
- 18:48Speaker 7: Do you find, by the greater weight of the evidence
- 18:50Speaker 7: that defended CNN committed defamation by implication against plaintiff Zachri Young?
- 18:55Speaker 4: Yes?
- 18:57Speaker 1: Number three.
- 18:58Speaker 7: What is the total amount of plaintiff zach Young damages
- 19:01Speaker 7: for both lost earnings in the past and for the
- 19:03Speaker 7: loss of his earning capacity in the future, reduced by
- 19:07Speaker 7: the amount that plaintiff could have earned from comparable employment
- 19:11Speaker 7: four million?
- 19:13Speaker 3: Number four?
- 19:14Speaker 7: What is the total amount of plaintiff Zachary Young damages

- 19:21Speaker 7: and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life that

- 19:32Speaker 7: find by clear and convincing that it is that punitive
- 19:34Speaker 7: damages are warranted against defendant CNN. Yes, date January seventeen,
- 19:40Speaker 7: twenty twenty five, signed by the.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Four person there.
- 19:42Speaker 1: It is folks, God bless America our court system. CNN
- 19:47Speaker 1: is fake news. Now let's get to something else that's
- 19:52Speaker 1: happening while everybody's been obsessed with this, and it's disgusting.
- 19:55Speaker 2: You want to talk about a threat to our country.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Joe Biden not having the Coneys to do this while
- 20:00Speaker 1: he was running for president or when he thought he
- 20:03Speaker 1: was up for reelection, but now that he's gone, well,
- 20:06Speaker 1: outscrew it and everybody else around this decision. Joe Biden
- 20:10Speaker 1: has now moved to lift the state Sponsor of Terrorism
- 20:13Speaker 1: designation for Cuba, and he's saying he has no choice
- 20:18Speaker 1: but to do it because of the hostage agreement he's
- 20:22Speaker 1: getting done. Biden has officially removed pro Hamas has blowed
- 20:27Speaker 1: tied Cuba from the State Sponsor of Terrorism list, which
- 20:30Speaker 1: is going to change their economy drastically and help them
- 20:33Speaker 1: have better relationships with China, with Russia, and with terrorist
- 20:38Speaker 1: groups in the Middle East. The President announced he would
- 20:41Speaker 1: remove Cuba from the State Department's list of state sponsor
- 20:44Speaker 1: of terrorism, leaving only i Ran, Syria, and North Korea
- 20:48Speaker 1: on that list. Biden claimed in his declaration that Cuba
- 20:52Speaker 1: had not sponsored terrorism for quote six months. So, in
- 20:54Speaker 1: other words, you can sponsor as much terrorism as you want,
- 20:57Speaker 1: but in the democratic world, as long as you're a
- 20:58Speaker 1: good actor for six months will take you off the list.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Apparently that's enough to remove you from this list. He's
- 21:04Speaker 1: admitting that six months ago they were sponsoring terrorism, but
- 21:07Speaker 1: they said, quote, in the last six months they haven't,
- 21:10Speaker 1: so therefore they don't need to be on the list.
- 21:13Speaker 2: You want to know how long Cuba has been on
- 21:14Speaker 2: the list. You want to know how ridiculous this whole
- 21:16Speaker 2: conversation is we're having right now.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Cuba has been on the list for most of the
- 21:20Speaker 1: years between nineteen eighty two and twenty twenty five. You
- 21:24Speaker 1: want to know when they were taking off the list,
- 21:27Speaker 1: with the exception of six years between twenty fifteen and
- 21:31Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. After President Barack Obama, whom Biden served
- 21:36Speaker 1: as a vice president, removed the communist regime from a
- 21:39Speaker 1: list as part of a quote larger package of concessions
- 21:42Speaker 1: to Havana. The Obama concession policy resulted in a dramatic
- 21:46Speaker 1: increase in political and religious persecution on the island that
- 21:50Speaker 1: has been documented and served also to in bolden Cuba
- 21:54Speaker 1: to forge deeper relationships with global terror terror entities such
- 21:59Speaker 1: as Hesbolah Hamas and the government directly of Iran.
- 22:04Speaker 2: So after Joe Biden and Barack Obama did that.
- 22:08Speaker 1: President Elect Donald Trump restored Cuba of the list of
- 22:10Speaker 1: state sponsors of Terrorism in twenty twenty one on the
- 22:13Speaker 1: grounds of the cast Or regime maintains relationships with several
- 22:16Speaker 1: jihadist terror entities as well as narco terrorists militias such
- 22:21Speaker 1: as the Revolutionary Army Forces of Columbia known as FARK
- 22:25Speaker 1: in Latin America. The state sponsor of terrorism label comes
- 22:29Speaker 1: with hefty economic sanctions, that's why Joe Biden's helping them
- 22:33Speaker 1: out right and diplomatic limitations. According to the State Department,
- 22:38Speaker 1: state sponsors of terrorism, reading directly from their wording face quote,
- 22:42Speaker 1: restrictions on US foreign assistants, a ban on defense exports
- 22:47Speaker 1: and sales, certain controls over exports of dual use items,
- 22:52Speaker 1: and miscellaneous financial and other restrictions. Now you may say
- 22:57Speaker 1: all right. We He's going to do this and immediately
- 22:59Speaker 1: Trump's going to un to do it. So what's the
- 23:02Speaker 1: big deal. Everybody that's got their money tied up right now,
- 23:06Speaker 1: everybody who's got their money that they can't get because
- 23:08Speaker 1: of American sanctions and then being on this list, we'll
- 23:11Speaker 1: be able to grab and get all their money instantly
- 23:14Speaker 1: when this is lifted. And then if you put it
- 23:16Speaker 1: back on, they're going to be like, we don't care
- 23:18Speaker 1: because we got our money out. This is going to
- 23:20Speaker 1: fund terrorism. This is going to fund narco terrorism. This
- 23:25Speaker 1: is going to fund cartels, drug dealers, and the terrorists
- 23:29Speaker 1: in the Middle East instantly with this decision. Now, yeah,
- 23:34Speaker 1: Trump's going to be inaugurated and to a second term
- 23:37Speaker 1: as present on Monday. The Biden administration made the decision
- 23:40Speaker 1: less than a week of its tenure remaining, and announced
- 23:43Speaker 1: it the day before Trump's choice to lead the State Department.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Cuban American Senator Marco Rubio is scheduled to appear before
- 23:50Speaker 1: Congress for confirmation. You need to understand that was done
- 23:54Speaker 1: on purpose, disregarding the substantial evidence that communist Cuba and
- 24:00Speaker 1: terrorist activity around the world. Biden said in his official
- 24:03Speaker 1: certification removing the country from the list that Cuba had
- 24:06Speaker 1: promised not to do so again in the future because
- 24:08Speaker 1: they haven't been involved in terrorism.
- 24:10Speaker 2: He says, at least the last six months. This is
- 24:12Speaker 2: not a joke quote.
- 24:14Speaker 1: The government of Cuba has not provided any support for
- 24:18Speaker 1: international terrorism during the preceding six month period. The government
- 24:22Speaker 1: of Cuba has provided assurances that it will not support
- 24:25Speaker 1: acts of international terrorism in the future. Oh okay, well
- 24:30Speaker 1: that's good to know. So why are they doing it?
- 24:32Speaker 1: For one reason and one reason only. They wanted to
- 24:35Speaker 1: give a big win to the left. They wanted to
- 24:37Speaker 1: give a win to the terrorists. They wanted to give
- 24:39Speaker 1: a win to Cuba, and they wanted, for whatever reason
- 24:42Speaker 1: behind the scenes, to do a deal and hook them up.
- 24:47Speaker 2: That's what this is about.
- 24:49Speaker 1: It also undermines Donald Trump when he comes into office,
- 24:52Speaker 1: and it's another way to screw with Marco Rubio right
- 24:56Speaker 1: before his confirmation, hearing you combine all the you put
- 25:00Speaker 1: all this together, and this is what you get.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Now.
- 25:04Speaker 1: One final thing I want to say, and I mentioned
- 25:06Speaker 1: this earlier about the vote today that happened. It should
- 25:10Speaker 1: not have been a controversial vote. This should be a
- 25:14Speaker 1: bipartisan vote on protecting girls and boys sports. Unfortunately, Democrats said,
- 25:22Speaker 1: screw it, We're going to screw over women. Yet again,
- 25:26Speaker 1: the House passed a bill banning men from competing in girls' sports,
- 25:32Speaker 1: specifically in schools that receive federal funding.
- 25:35Speaker 2: This is huge.
- 25:37Speaker 1: There were two hundred and six Democrats that vote against it.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Democrats clearly hate women and girls by mandating that men
- 25:48Speaker 1: who identify as a woman can play in their events.
- 25:52Speaker 1: So when they tell you that they are, oh, we're
- 25:55Speaker 1: in favor of girls and women and we're all in
- 25:58Speaker 1: favor of of women or you know, women's sports and
- 26:02Speaker 1: women succeeding in life, no they're not. They would rather
- 26:06Speaker 1: push this woke ideology on your daughter and have men
- 26:10Speaker 1: in the in the locker rooms changing in front of them.
- 26:14Speaker 2: The list goes on and on.
- 26:17Speaker 1: There have been so many women whose lives have been
- 26:21Speaker 1: affected by men in the locker room. There have been
- 26:23Speaker 1: women that have been forced to change in front of men.
- 26:26Speaker 1: There have been women that have been attacked a sexually
- 26:29Speaker 1: assaulted because of men. But you also have to remember
- 26:32Speaker 1: something and this actually goes back to Pete head Seth.
- 26:36Speaker 1: For a second, Democrat Jack Reid said head Seth isn't
- 26:41Speaker 1: qualified for the job.
- 26:44Speaker 2: You want to know who.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Jack voted for to confirm in the Biden administration a dude, Okay,
- 26:52Speaker 1: a dude who thinks he's a chick. They voted to
- 26:57Speaker 1: confirm multiple men in the military and positions of power
- 27:02Speaker 1: who actually think that they are dudes that are somehow chicks.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Never forget that is the Democratic Party.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Make sure you share a podcast wherever you can on
- 27:15Speaker 1: social media. We do this show every day on social media,
