- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, I haven't been overly interested in it. You know,
- 0:04Speaker 1: it's something. It's a hoax that's been built up way
- 0:06Speaker 1: beyond proportion. I can say this, those files were run
- 0:09Speaker 1: by the worst come on earth. They were run by Komi,
- 0:13Speaker 1: they were run by Garland, they were run by Biden
- 0:17Speaker 1: and all of the people that actually ran the government,
- 0:19Speaker 1: including the autopen Those files were run for four years
- 0:23Speaker 1: by those people. If they had anything, I assumed they
- 0:26Speaker 1: would have released it.
- 0:27Speaker 2: A whole thing is OK.
- 0:28Speaker 3: If you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
- 0:31Speaker 3: Ben ferguson.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Good Tuesday morning.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Nice to have you with us on the forty seven
- 0:35Speaker 2: Morning Update, and we've got two major stories recovering this morning.
- 0:38Speaker 2: You want to know just how bad the number of
- 0:42Speaker 2: sex offenders are where you live. Well, this is exactly
- 0:46Speaker 2: what President Trump talked about getting rid of the worst
- 0:50Speaker 2: among us that are legal immigrants. ICE has arrested over
- 0:54Speaker 2: two hundred illegal alien child sex offenders in one city
- 0:59Speaker 2: alone over the past six months. Not the country, but
- 1:02Speaker 2: in one city alone. I'm gonna tell you that story
- 1:06Speaker 2: coming up in just a moment. I also want to
- 1:08Speaker 2: talk about Donald Trump's promise to clean up waste fraud
- 1:12Speaker 2: and abuse. You may remember back in twenty twelve, there
- 1:16Speaker 2: was a scam. It was called the Obama phone scam.
- 1:19Speaker 2: You may remember a woman saying she's gonna vote for
- 1:22Speaker 2: Obama because he gives her a free phone.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Well, now a CEO is headed to prison.
- 1:28Speaker 2: You must pay one hundred and twenty eight million dollar
- 1:30Speaker 2: fine after defrauding the government. And it deals with exactly
- 1:34Speaker 2: that those Obama phones are still around.
- 1:37Speaker 4: But first I gotta ask you a question.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Are you one of those that's just so tired of
- 1:42Speaker 2: giving your money to radical left woke companies that actually
- 1:45Speaker 2: are fighting against your values every day?
- 1:48Speaker 4: Well, there are certain bills that you pay.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Every month that if you can go with a conservative company,
- 1:54Speaker 2: why not do it? In fact, why not go with
- 1:57Speaker 2: a conservative company that actually takes part of your bill
- 1:59Speaker 2: every month that you're going to pay to somebody and
- 2:01Speaker 2: they give it back to organizations that support your First
- 2:05Speaker 2: and your Second Amendment rights, that support the rights of
- 2:08Speaker 2: unborn children, that stand with our military, are first responders
- 2:13Speaker 2: and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well, that
- 2:17Speaker 2: bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill. And
- 2:21Speaker 2: I've been telling you for a long time about Patriot Mobile.
- 2:24Speaker 2: But there's no better time to switch than right now.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major
- 2:31Speaker 2: networks in this country, yeah, all three. That means you
- 2:33Speaker 2: get the same great coverage you're used to right now,
- 2:36Speaker 2: but you also make a difference with every call you
- 2:38Speaker 2: make and every text you make. And why would you
- 2:41Speaker 2: want to give your money to Big Mobile? Big Mobile
- 2:43Speaker 2: has been giving big donations to democratic causes, democratic candidates,
- 2:48Speaker 2: and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations that actually
- 2:53Speaker 2: support abortion. That is why I want you to switch
- 2:57Speaker 2: right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and make the switch,
- 3:02Speaker 2: and it's so easy. All you have to do is
- 3:04Speaker 2: simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based team
- 3:08Speaker 2: from the comfort of your home or your office and
- 3:10Speaker 2: they'll have you activated in minutes. And if you're still
- 3:13Speaker 2: locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots Mobile contract
- 3:17Speaker 2: buyout program covers up to five hundred dollars per device.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Keep your same number, keep your phone, or upgrade do
- 3:23Speaker 2: a new one. So back to my point, what are
- 3:26Speaker 2: you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and make a
- 3:29Speaker 2: difference every single day with every call you make. Patriot
- 3:32Speaker 2: Mobile dot com slash Ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
- 3:38Speaker 2: slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And if
- 3:42Speaker 2: you use the promo code Ferguson, you're gonna get a
- 3:44Speaker 2: free month of service on top of that. Patriot Mobile
- 3:47Speaker 2: dot com slash Ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. That's
- 3:52Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or ninety seven to
- 3:54Speaker 2: two Patriot. It's the forty seven Morning Update and it
- 3:58Speaker 2: starts right now.
- 4:00Speaker 3: He's number one.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I want to talk about some new news and data
- 4:04Speaker 2: that is coming out that is going to shock or
- 4:06Speaker 2: should shock every American.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Unfortunately the media is refusing to cover it.
- 4:10Speaker 2: ICE arrest are happening at record pace, and it's not
- 4:14Speaker 2: just random people. ICE has now arrested over two hundred
- 4:19Speaker 2: illegal alien child sex offenders in the Houston, Texas area alone.
- 4:25Speaker 4: I want to say that again.
- 4:27Speaker 2: ICE has arrested over two hundred illegal alien child sex
- 4:31Speaker 2: offenders in Houston alone, not the country, not the state
- 4:35Speaker 2: of Texas, in one city. This coming from US Immigration
- 4:40Speaker 2: and Customs Enforcement saying it this way. US Immigration and
- 4:44Speaker 2: Customs Enforcement has arrested two hundred and fourteen illegal aliens
- 4:48Speaker 2: for immigration offenses in the Houston area who have been
- 4:51Speaker 2: charged or convicted of a sex offense involving a minor.
- 4:55Speaker 2: The two hundred and fourteen arrests were more than the
- 4:58Speaker 2: Houston filled off arrested during the entire twenty twenty four
- 5:03Speaker 2: fiscal year when officers they are arrested two hundred and
- 5:07Speaker 2: eleven illegal aliens charged or convicted of child sex offenses.
- 5:11Speaker 2: The surge and arrests over the last six months of
- 5:13Speaker 2: illegal aliens charged with they're convicted of child sex offenses
- 5:18Speaker 2: a direct result of a whole of government approach implemented
- 5:22Speaker 2: under the Trump administration that has now led to the
- 5:26Speaker 2: establishment of multi agency targeting teams in each area of responsibility.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Now these teams conduct daily enhanced immigration enforcement operations targeting
- 5:38Speaker 2: the worst of the worst criminal aliens, something that the
- 5:42Speaker 2: President promised when he was running for president and yes
- 5:45Speaker 2: making good on that promise. They are targeting the worst
- 5:48Speaker 2: the worst criminal aliens for one reason arrest and then
- 5:52Speaker 2: the second reason is removal. In Southeast Texas, those efforts
- 5:57Speaker 2: have resulted in an increase in arrests of all quote
- 6:00Speaker 2: dangerous criminal aliens, leading to safer communities, stronger national security,
- 6:05Speaker 2: and enhance border security as well, saying this, bringing together
- 6:10Speaker 2: the resources and expertise of the entire federal law enforcement
- 6:14Speaker 2: community to confront the overwhelming surge of illegal immigration that
- 6:17Speaker 2: we saw over the past four years has resulted in
- 6:20Speaker 2: the arrest and removal of historic numbers of violent criminal aliens,
- 6:26Speaker 2: transnational gang members, and child sex offenders. That is what
- 6:31Speaker 2: ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Houston Acting Field Director Paul
- 6:35Speaker 2: McBride said his statement.
- 6:37Speaker 4: He continued by saying this.
- 6:39Speaker 2: While we still have a long way to go to
- 6:41Speaker 2: truly get this crisis under control, the strides we have
- 6:44Speaker 2: made in just the last six months to make our
- 6:46Speaker 2: local communities safer are substantial, and our officers continue to
- 6:50Speaker 2: work tirelessly every day to get the worst of the
- 6:52Speaker 2: worst criminal aliens out of Southeast Texas to return our
- 6:56Speaker 2: communities to places we can all enjoy now. Among the
- 7:00Speaker 2: aliens that were charged or convicted of a child sex
- 7:03Speaker 2: offense who were arrested by the ICE Houston Field Office
- 7:07Speaker 2: in the past six months, here are some of the worst.
- 7:09Speaker 2: A man by the name of Jesus Gutierrez. He was
- 7:12Speaker 2: a sixty seven year old, three times deported criminal alien
- 7:16Speaker 2: from Mexico, He was arrested March to twenty eight and
- 7:19Speaker 2: has been convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
- 7:22Speaker 2: He's also been convicted of driving while intoxicated. ICE removed
- 7:27Speaker 2: the man to Mexico April the fourth. George Zebra, a
- 7:31Speaker 2: forty eight year old criminal alien from Mexico, was arrested
- 7:34Speaker 2: March to twenty first. He's now been convicted of not one,
- 7:37Speaker 2: but two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a miner
- 7:40Speaker 2: in sexual indecency with a miner. ICE has removed him
- 7:44Speaker 2: to Mexico March to twenty fourth as well. Manuel Antonio Castro,
- 7:48Speaker 2: a thirty seven year old, has also a rap sheet
- 7:51Speaker 2: twice deported criminal alien, this time from Al Salvador. He
- 7:55Speaker 2: was arrested July the eighteenth and has been convicted of
- 7:58Speaker 2: sexual assault of a mina and twice for ilegal re entry.
- 8:02Speaker 2: He remains in ICE custody, pinning his third removal to
- 8:05Speaker 2: El Salvador. Jose Mesa is a forty year old four
- 8:09Speaker 2: time deported criminal alien from Mexico who has yet again
- 8:12Speaker 2: arrested June the twenty fourth. He's been convicted of theft
- 8:16Speaker 2: and sexual assault of a child. ICE removed the man
- 8:19Speaker 2: to Mexico June the twenty fifth. Sergio Rolando, a forty
- 8:23Speaker 2: five year old three time deported criminal alien from Mexico
- 8:26Speaker 2: who has arrested June the twelfth, has been convicted of
- 8:29Speaker 2: DWI and aggravated sexual assault of a child. He's been
- 8:34Speaker 2: removed to Mexico July the fourteenth. Now you look at
- 8:37Speaker 2: the difference now between what's happening and over the last
- 8:40Speaker 2: four years, federal law enforcement agencies have been contributed to
- 8:45Speaker 2: the multi agency targeting teams, including the Houston Office of
- 8:49Speaker 2: the FBI, the Houston Office of the ATF, the Houston
- 8:52Speaker 2: Office of the DA, and the US Customs and Border Protection,
- 8:55Speaker 2: as well as the Diplomats Security Services and the US
- 8:58Speaker 2: Marshall Service. You add in state and local law enforcement
- 9:01Speaker 2: agencies that have also assisted ice. You look at this
- 9:05Speaker 2: and this I go back to what I said is
- 9:07Speaker 2: just in one city, two hundred and fourteen illegal aliens
- 9:11Speaker 2: have been arrested for immigration offense in the Houston area
- 9:14Speaker 2: in the past six months, and they've been charged or
- 9:16Speaker 2: convicted of sex offenses involving miners.
- 9:19Speaker 3: Now, story number two.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I want to take you back in history for just
- 9:23Speaker 2: a moment. You may remember when President Donald Trump ran
- 9:26Speaker 2: for office, one of the things he promised what he
- 9:29Speaker 2: was going to clean up waste fraud and abuse. Now,
- 9:33Speaker 2: when did our government get really big into waste fraud
- 9:37Speaker 2: and abuse. A lot of it actually happened when President
- 9:40Speaker 2: Barack Obama was in office, because he understood that it's
- 9:44Speaker 2: easier to buy votes than to convince people to vote
- 9:47Speaker 2: for you for actual policy reasons. You may remember the
- 9:51Speaker 2: perfect example of buying votes, a woman that became famous
- 9:55Speaker 2: for her reason for voting for Barack Obama over a
- 9:59Speaker 2: guy by the name of min Romney. Let me be clear,
- 10:01Speaker 2: I'm not advocating for voting for Mitt Romney for anything.
- 10:04Speaker 2: We now know what a disaster he was, but at
- 10:07Speaker 2: the time, he obviously was willing to do a lot
- 10:09Speaker 2: better job for this country than Barack Obama. Insert September
- 10:14Speaker 2: twenty six of twenty twelve and the famous woman who
- 10:19Speaker 2: loved her Obama phone.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Wama, you got Obama phone? Yes, everybody in Cleveland. Oh
- 10:24Speaker 4: my Nordy got Obama.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Fault.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Keep a woman president. You know he gave us a phone.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Give you a phone. Far Let he give you a phone.
- 10:32Speaker 4: If you signed up, if you'ring you a full steps.
- 10:34Speaker 3: You aw secial.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Charity, you got low income.
- 10:37Speaker 4: You disability?
- 10:39Speaker 2: Okay, what's wrong with Romney again?
- 10:41Speaker 3: Romney?
- 10:42Speaker 4: He sucks. There it is.
- 10:46Speaker 2: The woman made it clear, you can buy my vote.
- 10:49Speaker 2: The Obama phone was real, and it was a way
- 10:51Speaker 2: to buy votes. And the Democratic Party was giving out
- 10:54Speaker 2: those Obama phones and free sales service each and every month.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Well fast to where we are today, and we know
- 11:02Speaker 2: a lot more about how corrupt the program actually was.
- 11:05Speaker 2: The Obama phones. It was also a big scam. And
- 11:09Speaker 2: a Florida ceo is now headed to prison and has
- 11:13Speaker 2: been ordered to pay one hundred and twenty eight million
- 11:16Speaker 2: dollars in fines after quote defrauding the government. And we're
- 11:22Speaker 2: also being told this may be the tip of the iceberg.
- 11:25Speaker 2: The owner of a Florida telecommunications company will spend the
- 11:29Speaker 2: next five years in prison. That's it, only five years,
- 11:34Speaker 2: and his firm must pay a hefty fine regarding the
- 11:36Speaker 2: Obama phone scam. Q Link Wireless LLC and its owner
- 11:42Speaker 2: identified as a CEO isa Asade, previously pled guilty to
- 11:47Speaker 2: conspiring to commit wired fraud and still federal funds from
- 11:51Speaker 2: the Lifeline program that originally began in the nineteen eighties
- 11:55Speaker 2: to offer home phone service to those that were in
- 11:59Speaker 2: needs so they could call nine one one. Well, the
- 12:02Speaker 2: program offered subsidized cell phone service, then to lower income people,
- 12:06Speaker 2: and then free phones. And in that twenty twelve video,
- 12:10Speaker 2: you had that protester emerging outside of Mitt Rodney event
- 12:13Speaker 2: who claimed her neighborhood received then Obama phone. Everybody's got one,
- 12:17Speaker 2: every minority. When asked why she supported Obama, the woman said,
- 12:21Speaker 2: everybody in Cleveland, low minority got Obama phones. Keep Obama
- 12:26Speaker 2: and President you know, he gave us the phone. He's
- 12:28Speaker 2: gonna do more.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Now.
- 12:30Speaker 2: This clip was really the first time many Americans ever
- 12:33Speaker 2: heard about the abuse in this program, and the name
- 12:36Speaker 2: Obama Phone caught on after the video went viral. Some
- 12:40Speaker 2: telecommunications companies with Lifeline contracts embraced the term as a
- 12:45Speaker 2: marketing ploy. The government, by the way, did not go
- 12:49Speaker 2: back to twenty thirteen, bright bart News reported the opposition
- 12:53Speaker 2: to the Lifeline program was growing, as Track Phone Wireless,
- 12:57Speaker 2: the company that most benefited from the government's up c,
- 13:01Speaker 2: is now advertising on the inside the Beltway news websites
- 13:05Speaker 2: in an effort to quote unquote save it.
- 13:07Speaker 4: You go to the Fox article and.
- 13:09Speaker 2: It now says that Aside was sentenced to prison and he,
- 13:12Speaker 2: along with his company, must pay one hundred and twenty
- 13:15Speaker 2: eight million dollars in fines. In a press release on Friday,
- 13:19Speaker 2: the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida
- 13:22Speaker 2: shared more details about the case and just how bad
- 13:25Speaker 2: the fraud may be. Aside to fraud in another federal
- 13:28Speaker 2: government program that states, the Paycheck Protection Program, also known
- 13:33Speaker 2: as PPP, by making false statements about q Link's business,
- 13:38Speaker 2: Congress you may remember created PPP and it was filled
- 13:42Speaker 2: with Wayte's fraud and abuse during the COVID nineteen pandemic
- 13:45Speaker 2: to authorize forgivable loans of small businesses for job retention
- 13:49Speaker 2: as well as quote other expenses. Aside the q links
- 13:53Speaker 2: name executed a fraudulent scheme to obtain and.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Keep PPP proceeds.
- 13:58Speaker 2: To further the scheme, Aside May's false statements about Qlink's business,
- 14:03Speaker 2: including a false claim that qln's Lifeline reimbursement substantially decreased
- 14:08Speaker 2: because of the pandemic. Aside then in twenty twenty one,
- 14:12Speaker 2: engaged in an unlawful financial transaction involving approximately three hundred
- 14:18Speaker 2: and eighty nine thousand of those proceeds, Aside spent PvP
- 14:21Speaker 2: loan proceeds on a land Rover, payment, his personal AMEX card, jewelry,
- 14:27Speaker 2: and personal property taxes. Aside was reportedly charged with murder
- 14:32Speaker 2: several years ago in connection with driving over a grounds
- 14:36Speaker 2: keeper at his business, per another Fox article. He later
- 14:40Speaker 2: pleaded no contest to misdemeanor culporable negligence and was slapped
- 14:44Speaker 2: with one year of probation in order to pay just
- 14:47Speaker 2: a one hundred and twenty five dollars fine. The outlet said,
- 14:52Speaker 2: proof if you've got really good lawyers, you can get
- 14:54Speaker 2: away with a hell of a lot. As for the
- 14:56Speaker 2: Obama phone scam, for the CEO at least is headed
- 14:59Speaker 2: to prison and we'll pay, in theory one hundred and
- 15:02Speaker 2: twenty eight million dollars in fines for defrauding the American taxpayer.
- 15:07Speaker 2: But is this program still going yes? Is the program
- 15:11Speaker 2: still corrupt as hell?
- 15:13Speaker 4: Yes? And is it time that the.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Trump administration look into it? You better believe it, And
- 15:18Speaker 2: there's a very good chance that's exactly what's happening right now.
