- 0:09Speaker 3: All at all, So.
- 0:13Speaker 4: Given them black the million bus bussy.
- 0:23Speaker 5: Yeah, listening to show, I don't joy joy.
- 0:59Speaker 1: You know you.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Love?
- 1:06Speaker 3: You got turn.
- 1:31Speaker 6: I can't.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Got to turn the mouth turn. You probably got to
- 1:44Speaker 1: turn the mouth mouth turn.
- 1:46Speaker 7: A word of the money.
- 1:48Speaker 4: Jup?
- 1:49Speaker 3: Looking me.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come out, you think, huh?
- 2:02Speaker 2: I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 8: Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, come on,
- 2:07Speaker 8: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey, I got
- 2:10Speaker 8: a radio show. Real grateful for that. You know, it's funny.
- 2:14Speaker 8: I remember when I first started out in radio. A
- 2:17Speaker 8: lot of my peers laughed at me. Some of it
- 2:20Speaker 8: was being mean spirited, some of it was just you know,
- 2:23Speaker 8: marckt me. I'm used to stuff like that. But I
- 2:27Speaker 8: had a special guest on my show, Joe Oldstein, and
- 2:30Speaker 8: you know something, man, he says something that was I
- 2:34Speaker 8: can't remember the scripture. I don't know exactly how it
- 2:36Speaker 8: were like we were having a long conversation, but the
- 2:39Speaker 8: gist of it was, don't be upset with where you
- 2:42Speaker 8: are now, and don't be upset with the small things
- 2:45Speaker 8: in your life. Be grateful for the small things and
- 2:48Speaker 8: the small position that you have right now, because you
- 2:51Speaker 8: don't know where that's going. You don't know what that's
- 2:53Speaker 8: gonna be one day. You don't know what that's gonna
- 2:55Speaker 8: lead to. And that was very warming to hear him
- 2:59Speaker 8: say that. But it also reminded me of when I
- 3:01Speaker 8: started in radio, how small it was. It reminded me
- 3:05Speaker 8: of when I started in stand up making twenty five
- 3:08Speaker 8: dollars a show. It reminds me of not having a
- 3:12Speaker 8: home at a period in my life and what God
- 3:16Speaker 8: has allowed me to live in now. So don't be
- 3:20Speaker 8: distraught over your position now, and don't be ungrateful or
- 3:24Speaker 8: unappreciative for the things you have now because you don't
- 3:27Speaker 8: know what that's going to grow into. And that's really
- 3:29Speaker 8: the gist of that I got from what he was saying.
- 3:32Speaker 8: I just wanted to share that with you, that where
- 3:34Speaker 8: you are now is so temporary because now, like I've
- 3:38Speaker 8: said before, now is a fleeting moment. Right after you
- 3:41Speaker 8: finish saying now, that moment that you claimed as now,
- 3:45Speaker 8: that's gone. So the where you are now is a
- 3:49Speaker 8: very fleeting process. Now, you can change where you are now,
- 3:53Speaker 8: and you can change how you feel about where you're
- 3:55Speaker 8: at now, and you can change about where you're going
- 3:59Speaker 8: by simply changing your mind.
- 4:02Speaker 2: It is no difference.
- 4:03Speaker 8: I'm telling you, folks, the thing that I've learned about
- 4:07Speaker 8: successful people is not so much of what they do.
- 4:11Speaker 8: It's not what they have. The biggest thing I've learned
- 4:14Speaker 8: about successful people is how they think. That's the thing
- 4:19Speaker 8: that's different. It's how they think. And I'm telling you
- 4:24Speaker 8: that you can change the way you think on any
- 4:27Speaker 8: subject and start becoming successful towards that. Starting now, you
- 4:33Speaker 8: have to understand that. Man, the biggest difference I've noticed
- 4:37Speaker 8: between successful people and non successful people is how they think.
- 4:42Speaker 8: I was reading what is God said that he was
- 4:46Speaker 8: taught all wrong about money. He said that his father
- 4:50Speaker 8: was very negative about money. He all throughout his life
- 4:53Speaker 8: he heard his father say, you know, people who got
- 4:56Speaker 8: money have walked on somebody to get it, or cheated
- 4:59Speaker 8: somebody to get it. People who have money, money is
- 5:02Speaker 8: the root of all evil. Money is money is this
- 5:05Speaker 8: And people who got money, you know, don't deserve it.
- 5:09Speaker 2: They've done something wrong to get it. Yah to y'all.
- 5:11Speaker 8: So, he said, he grew up the whole time thinking
- 5:14Speaker 8: that having money was something was wrong with that. He
- 5:17Speaker 8: discovered that it wasn't look you can choose to be
- 5:20Speaker 8: successful anywhere you want to. I've chosen several ways to
- 5:23Speaker 8: be successful. I want to be a very, very successful father.
- 5:27Speaker 8: I think that's one of the things that's paramount in
- 5:30Speaker 8: my life that I really am working hard right now
- 5:34Speaker 8: to become a successful father. Not a successful father in
- 5:38Speaker 8: terms of money, but a successful father in terms of
- 5:42Speaker 8: offering the amount of love and guidance and leadership and
- 5:47Speaker 8: the example that my children need to look at. And
- 5:50Speaker 8: that's what I'm really really working hard at now. I
- 5:52Speaker 8: want to be successful as a father, but also I
- 5:55Speaker 8: want to be successful as a husband.
- 5:58Speaker 2: You know.
- 5:58Speaker 8: I want Marjorie to always that she can count on me,
- 6:01Speaker 8: to not have to wonder about me or look for me.
- 6:04Speaker 2: You know.
- 6:05Speaker 8: I want her to feel secure in the fact that
- 6:08Speaker 8: I really have gotten it right, that I really am
- 6:12Speaker 8: focused on being a good husband to her because it
- 6:15Speaker 8: means so much to.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Me, you know.
- 6:17Speaker 8: So I'm working hard on a lot of levels. I'm
- 6:20Speaker 8: working hard and trying very strong to be a successful
- 6:24Speaker 8: motivator of people. I want to be a share of
- 6:27Speaker 8: information to people that will uplift others and give others
- 6:31Speaker 8: the same things that I've learned through the trials and
- 6:34Speaker 8: tribulations of my life, but at the same time share
- 6:37Speaker 8: that information and use the power of this microphone to
- 6:41Speaker 8: uplift people, you know, not to destroy it. My show
- 6:44Speaker 8: is not about Ooh, guess what so and so said?
- 6:46Speaker 8: Guess what so and so did. I don't like mean
- 6:48Speaker 8: spirited things about people, you know. I joke with people
- 6:51Speaker 8: who calling this that's another thing. But I don't like
- 6:54Speaker 8: destroying people with the power of the microphone. So I'm
- 6:56Speaker 8: working very hard on being successful in a lot of
- 6:58Speaker 8: areas of my life now. Also I do care about
- 7:01Speaker 8: being financially successful too, because my father. One of the
- 7:05Speaker 8: gifts he gave me was very simple gift. He told
- 7:08Speaker 8: me a long time ago. He said, son, the best
- 7:11Speaker 8: thing you can do for poor people is not be
- 7:14Speaker 8: one of them. And that stuck with me. And this
- 7:17Speaker 8: was a hard working man who was a coal miner
- 7:20Speaker 8: who worked construction his entire life. My father didn't have
- 7:24Speaker 8: an easy life man. My father didn't sit behind a microphone.
- 7:28Speaker 8: My father didn't come to work and people cheered for him.
- 7:31Speaker 8: My father wasn't famous. My father was just a go
- 7:35Speaker 8: get it dude that he instilled that in me, and
- 7:38Speaker 8: I've taken that and applied it to my craft and
- 7:40Speaker 8: I thank God for him for that. But I do
- 7:42Speaker 8: try to be financially successful so that I can do
- 7:46Speaker 8: some things with it to help some other people. Now,
- 7:48Speaker 8: am I opposed to having nice things?
- 7:51Speaker 3: No?
- 7:51Speaker 2: Do I apologize for having nice things? No? And why
- 7:54Speaker 2: should I?
- 7:55Speaker 7: I work?
- 7:56Speaker 8: You know, I'm not on the radio asking to give
- 8:00Speaker 8: me money, you know, so I can go buy a car.
- 8:04Speaker 8: I'm working, so I don't feel how you want to feel.
- 8:07Speaker 8: And other people do feel that way about it. But
- 8:09Speaker 8: if success in terms of finance is what you're lacking,
- 8:13Speaker 8: you can go about the business of doing that. I'm
- 8:16Speaker 8: writing a book, and that whole book is about teaching
- 8:19Speaker 8: people how to become successful. And man, I'm breaking it
- 8:22Speaker 8: down in a way where everybody can get it, man,
- 8:25Speaker 8: because I want the college student to get it, you know,
- 8:28Speaker 8: I want the working mom to get it, the single
- 8:31Speaker 8: mom to get it. The hard working father that has
- 8:34Speaker 8: been trying to hold his family together can get it.
- 8:36Speaker 8: The father that ain't ever got it together and feel
- 8:39Speaker 8: that because of that reason, he can't be the father
- 8:42Speaker 8: he needs to be. I'm writing something man, to put
- 8:45Speaker 8: it into words, to let you know that God is
- 8:48Speaker 8: a forgiving God, and that God is a merciful God,
- 8:51Speaker 8: and that God can get you out of any situation
- 8:55Speaker 8: you find yourself in. You just can't beat yourself up
- 8:58Speaker 8: every time you make a mistake. I make mistakes all
- 9:01Speaker 8: the time, man, I just got to remind myself to
- 9:03Speaker 8: get up. I ask God for forgiveness, I call on
- 9:07Speaker 8: his mercy and his grace, and I get up and
- 9:09Speaker 8: I go again. But it's coming, man. And if finance
- 9:12Speaker 8: success is what you want, you got to change your mind.
- 9:15Speaker 8: You got to start thinking about how to produce it.
- 9:19Speaker 8: The first thing you do is you got to ask.
- 9:21Speaker 8: You got to ask to have a life and have
- 9:24Speaker 8: a life more abundantly. That's a scripture that He comes
- 9:28Speaker 8: to you to give you life and to give you
- 9:30Speaker 8: life more abundantly.
- 9:32Speaker 2: That's a scripture. That ain't a joke, that ain't a theory.
- 9:36Speaker 8: That's a fact, and the fact that if you don't
- 9:38Speaker 8: have a life of abundance, you can get that by asking.
- 9:41Speaker 8: Then it starts by believing. And how too, don't even
- 9:44Speaker 8: worry about that. He takes care of that himself. He'll
- 9:47Speaker 8: send the stuff your way, but you got to be
- 9:49Speaker 8: willing to put some effort in this thing now, and
- 9:51Speaker 8: you can do it.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Okay.
- 9:52Speaker 8: I know I was a little around the place today,
- 9:55Speaker 8: but that's what it was. So you know, let's go
- 9:57Speaker 8: get it.
- 9:58Speaker 1: You're listening Morning Show.
- 10:03Speaker 6: Wake Up, Wake up, wake up, wake up, Rise and shine.
- 10:05Speaker 6: Everybody across the country. Get yourself that stretch that morning
- 10:09Speaker 6: yon it. Sit on the edge of the bed.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Thank the man.
- 10:11Speaker 6: And then you got to get up, get out and
- 10:13Speaker 6: get something. This els the Steve Harvey Morning showed. The
- 10:16Speaker 6: nephew was holding it down. Uncle Steven's out on vacation.
- 10:18Speaker 6: And you can't do it without the beautiful ladies that
- 10:21Speaker 6: would be Colin Farrell, Shirley straw Berry, Mississippi, Montica. And
- 10:25Speaker 6: then there is the favorite play cousin in Atlanta, Kiah
- 10:29Speaker 6: Junior boy spates up in hill up in hill top
- 10:34Speaker 6: top on this Monday morning.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Y'all good, yeah good, yeah, yeah we do yeah. How
- 10:38Speaker 1: about you? Uh, you can't ask how we're doing?
- 10:42Speaker 2: How you doing? I am the cap put out.
- 10:44Speaker 6: Let me say I am calpa out. Okay, I ain't
- 10:49Speaker 6: been to Tampa Bay. I've been to Cappa Bay. That's
- 10:52Speaker 6: where I've been Campa Bay from Wednesday to Saturday, had
- 10:57Speaker 6: an great family day in the park on side. And
- 11:00Speaker 6: then last night, Oh that boy, that boy acted a
- 11:04Speaker 6: dog on food in Redondo Beach.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Yes he did nice? What what?
- 11:10Speaker 2: What?
- 11:11Speaker 3: Nice? Uh?
- 11:12Speaker 6: Stupid times twelve and then and then multiplied again time fifteen.
- 11:18Speaker 6: And that's what you get. You're getting up you time
- 11:20Speaker 6: me in friends, that's what you get. Stupid time twelve
- 11:23Speaker 6: and then multiplied again about fifteen.
- 11:25Speaker 2: And that's when I start to get different. Mayor.
- 11:28Speaker 1: So, Yes, he had a great time.
- 11:30Speaker 6: Yes, I get to breathe a little bit. And then
- 11:31Speaker 6: it's Nashville. I'm gonna breathe a little bit. I'm gonna
- 11:35Speaker 6: pick right back up Cashville and Nashville.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Uh.
- 11:38Speaker 6: I'm a little upset with the country singer George Straight.
- 11:42Speaker 6: He has all the hotels just completely soul out in Nashville,
- 11:46Speaker 6: completely so loud. But me and my crew have managed
- 11:49Speaker 6: to find a few rooms so we can leave and
- 11:52Speaker 6: knock out this coming weekend at Zadis. So we're gonna
- 11:56Speaker 6: we're gonna still have a good time. And if I
- 11:57Speaker 6: run into George Straight, I'm gonna tell him exactly how
- 12:00Speaker 6: fail about him taking up all the hotels. So people
- 12:02Speaker 6: come from all over see George strait cause you didn't
- 12:04Speaker 6: know that? Yeah, what are you doing? He's a country singer.
- 12:10Speaker 9: I know that, But I mean is that it? I mean,
- 12:13Speaker 9: it's not like a convention or a country.
- 12:16Speaker 2: It feels like a convention when George Creak comes down.
- 12:18Speaker 7: Feel like all my exes live in Texas.
- 12:22Speaker 1: That's right, Letty.
- 12:24Speaker 4: Country music letters legendary man. So that's my That's what
- 12:29Speaker 4: I did, Tom, Yeah, it was.
- 12:31Speaker 2: That's my past week.
- 12:31Speaker 4: What's y'all's I went to see the Barbie movie. It
- 12:35Speaker 4: is so good women empowerment. Every female needs to go
- 12:40Speaker 4: see this movie.
- 12:41Speaker 7: It is not what you think.
- 12:43Speaker 1: It is deep.
- 12:44Speaker 4: You were really crying and it is uplifting.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, Ken do something wrong?
- 12:56Speaker 2: What happened?
- 12:57Speaker 1: Ken was off the chain?
- 12:58Speaker 3: Hi can?
- 12:59Speaker 10: Hi?
- 12:59Speaker 7: Darby was off, the check was off the change it
- 13:05Speaker 7: was on once?
- 13:05Speaker 2: Yeah, so were people? Were people dressed up?
- 13:09Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 13:09Speaker 4: I had on my Barbie T shirt. People were dressed
- 13:12Speaker 4: up in their pink and all that. The hole they
- 13:14Speaker 4: got into it. Movie theater had Barbie cocktail drinks.
- 13:18Speaker 1: It was fun. It's a funny experience. It's really cool.
- 13:20Speaker 9: Really, Now, what about the controversy that men are upset
- 13:23Speaker 9: and all that about the movie.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Who cares? Every time? It's about us? They get. That's
- 13:34Speaker 1: running empowerment. All right.
- 13:37Speaker 9: Listen, coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:40Speaker 9: we'll hear from the nephews.
- 13:41Speaker 1: He runs that prank back right after this. You're listening

- 13:47Speaker 9: It's time out for the nephew to run that prank back. Nephew,
- 13:50Speaker 9: what you got.

- 13:53Speaker 6: not up for these pranks. Okay, check this out. This
- 13:56Speaker 6: right here is Keith Sweat.
- 13:58Speaker 11: Oh, I'm trying to reach Manny Is this Manny? No?
- 14:02Speaker 10: The same Manny? Man? This Sweat? Who's this man? Hey?
- 14:05Speaker 11: That's right here? Man?
- 14:06Speaker 10: Wow?
- 14:07Speaker 11: This what? Okay? Hey? Uh, mister Keith. We got we
- 14:11Speaker 11: got people down here. You're supposed to be here at
- 14:13Speaker 11: the record store, man, right here in Harlem, and we
- 14:15Speaker 11: got people wrapped around the building. You're supposed to be
- 14:17Speaker 11: here sign in these cities, man, But it's been over hour.
- 14:20Speaker 11: These people been standing there waiting on y'all.
- 14:22Speaker 10: Yeah, man, I don't know nothing about no record store.
- 14:24Speaker 10: And and number two, I don't know nothing about doing
- 14:27Speaker 10: no signing man? Who set this up?
- 14:29Speaker 6: Man?
- 14:30Speaker 11: I don't know. I mean the name I was given
- 14:32Speaker 11: was Manny? Who was who was? Manny?
- 14:34Speaker 10: Man is my road manager, But he don't set things up. Man.
- 14:36Speaker 10: He's a road manager. He's not my manager. He just
- 14:39Speaker 10: handled my stuff on the road. But I was never
- 14:41Speaker 10: told I was supposed to be nowhere to do anything, man,
- 14:44Speaker 10: I mean normally, wasn't somebody tell me me and them
- 14:47Speaker 10: have an understanding that I book what I'm supposed to do.
- 14:50Speaker 10: So I don't know nothing about this, my brother.
- 14:51Speaker 11: Okay, well, we got to get this taken care of.
- 14:53Speaker 11: We got people wrapped around the building. We got one
- 14:55Speaker 11: hundred people outside the store.
- 14:57Speaker 10: My brother, I don't know nothing about no sign for real.
- 15:00Speaker 11: Okay, Well, are you hearing what I'm saying to you? Man?
- 15:03Speaker 11: We got people outside the building waiting for you to
- 15:06Speaker 11: arrive to sign some CDs. Now what I'm supposed to
- 15:08Speaker 11: tell these people?
- 15:09Speaker 10: I don't know what you're supposed to tell him? Man?
- 15:11Speaker 10: I mean, you know, and it's kind of like you're
- 15:13Speaker 10: raising your voice. Dude, I don't.
- 15:14Speaker 9: I don't.
- 15:15Speaker 10: First of all, I don't even know who you are
- 15:17Speaker 10: calling me like this. I told you, man, I just
- 15:19Speaker 10: said nothing up, man, And you know, I mean, I
- 15:21Speaker 10: don't even know who gave you my number.
- 15:22Speaker 11: I got this as a contact number. Man, he is
- 15:25Speaker 11: the person I'm supposed to be talking to. And Missus
- 15:27Speaker 11: Sweat was supposed to arrive here at twelve noon. We've
- 15:30Speaker 11: been advertising this for the last two weeks.
- 15:32Speaker 10: I mean, no disrespect to you, but I don't think
- 15:34Speaker 10: you hear me. Man, I don't know nothing about a
- 15:37Speaker 10: sign And if I knew about a signing or knew
- 15:40Speaker 10: I had a sign and session, I wouldn't have the
- 15:42Speaker 10: people sitting around or standing around like that. That's not
- 15:44Speaker 10: what I do. But no one informed me that nothing
- 15:47Speaker 10: like this was going down today. You know what I'm saying, So.
- 15:51Speaker 11: Okay, But look man, but now that you realize people
- 15:53Speaker 11: are here waiting, what you gonna do? What I'm supposed
- 15:56Speaker 11: to tell them?
- 15:56Speaker 10: Man, there's nowhere in the well I can get down
- 15:59Speaker 10: there and do a signing at this time late time,
- 16:01Speaker 10: right now, man, I mean.
- 16:02Speaker 11: You need to get you bag of that. You need
- 16:05Speaker 11: you need to try to try to get yourself down.
- 16:07Speaker 10: You know, first of all, I mean, you know, what
- 16:10Speaker 10: did you just say, y'all? I think you just called
- 16:12Speaker 10: me I'm a name my son. Man, what did you
- 16:14Speaker 10: just say to me?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Man?
- 16:15Speaker 11: No, no, no, I'm saying. I'm saying you need to
- 16:17Speaker 11: try and come on down and sign sign these see
- 16:19Speaker 11: these for these people. Man, these people are here. They
- 16:21Speaker 11: wait their line. They've been waiting over an hour on you.
- 16:24Speaker 11: Now this it's not gonna go good.
- 16:25Speaker 10: This is a dude. I'm feeling you, and I understand. Now,
- 16:28Speaker 10: I understand what you're saying to me, but there's no
- 16:30Speaker 10: way I can get down there.
- 16:31Speaker 11: Man.
- 16:31Speaker 10: We you just gonna have to reschedule this. So we're
- 16:34Speaker 10: gonna have to reschedule this. I apologize for the you know, misunderstanding,
- 16:38Speaker 10: but bottom line is I knew nothing about it.
- 16:41Speaker 11: Hold on, hold on second, listen, and this is missus sweet.
- 16:44Speaker 11: He's saying he don't know anything about being here. I'm
- 16:46Speaker 11: telling him we got people all wrapped all around the building.
- 16:49Speaker 11: He don't care.
- 16:51Speaker 10: Yo, Yo, dude, I just say I ain't here. I

- 21:13Speaker 9: The investigation into the murder of Tupac is underway again,
- 21:18Speaker 9: this is almost thirty years later. And then we'll weigh
- 21:22Speaker 9: in on the Carly Russell kidnapping saga. That's all coming
- 21:26Speaker 9: up at the top of the hour. But right now,
- 21:28Speaker 9: as promised, it is time to ask the riddelo that
- 21:31Speaker 9: is the ready to love officer and Junior, here we go.
- 21:34Speaker 9: This one's from Lena in Miami. Lena writes on a whim,
- 21:38Speaker 9: I moved to Miami to be with the man I
- 21:40Speaker 9: met online. I found out he's married when his wife
- 21:43Speaker 9: showed up at his place at three am because she
- 21:46Speaker 9: lost her house key. She was very nice and apologetic
- 21:50Speaker 9: And can he be trusted or should I leave him?
- 21:53Speaker 1: That's this Lina's question.
- 21:54Speaker 6: This don't sound crazy to you telling me your wife.
- 21:58Speaker 6: His wife showed up in his place, not their place,
- 22:02Speaker 6: his place.
- 22:03Speaker 2: So right there we are.
- 22:04Speaker 6: That's already confused. Now the wife is nice, that's even
- 22:08Speaker 6: more confused. You don't you need to run for the hills?
- 22:13Speaker 6: That's right here already. Sound in a minute, All y'all
- 22:16Speaker 6: gonna be in one bedroom. I'm telling you, I know
- 22:18Speaker 6: crazy when I hear that's that's I know. And you're
- 22:22Speaker 6: talking about Miami. You know how wild Miami, his baby girl,
- 22:24Speaker 6: and you moved there for him. First of all, you
- 22:27Speaker 6: moved there for a married man. Now you find out
- 22:29Speaker 6: he married, not all you want to know? What was
- 22:31Speaker 6: her last question?
- 22:32Speaker 9: Well you answer that you told her to run to
- 22:34Speaker 9: the hills. She said, can he be trusted? Or should
- 22:37Speaker 9: I leave him?
- 22:38Speaker 2: Trusted?
- 22:40Speaker 4: Trust?
- 22:40Speaker 1: Trusty?
- 22:41Speaker 7: Trust Poppy?
- 22:42Speaker 2: You want to trust Poppy, Poppy to have you move in?
- 22:45Speaker 2: Poppy married? Poppy?
- 22:46Speaker 6: Wife Come over? She cool though she cool at three
- 22:50Speaker 6: in the morning. Man, if you don't get your butt
- 22:53Speaker 6: back to where you came from, Joah, No.
- 22:57Speaker 7: I just don't understand this.
- 22:58Speaker 13: I don't know how you get up and just move
- 23:00Speaker 13: to Miami behind a man that's married. I mean, what
- 23:03Speaker 13: was you doing on the app? Did you ask any questions,
- 23:06Speaker 13: any questions on that date? Now, did you ask any
- 23:09Speaker 13: because you didn't move all the way to Miami for
- 23:11Speaker 13: a married man and his wife is nice to you.
- 23:14Speaker 13: Nice usually ends up on first forty eighth of forensic cissh. Yeah,
- 23:20Speaker 13: this sounds crazy to me.
- 23:21Speaker 7: Okay, yeah, no, no, no, don't trust him.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Go home, all right, Lena, you heard it, smile.

- 23:39Speaker 9: cousin has slept with her, But I want to take
- 23:42Speaker 9: her out and get to know her better. Should I
- 23:45Speaker 9: tell her up front to who my cousin is or

- 23:57Speaker 6: once cousin give you the green light, you're going on
- 24:00Speaker 6: over there. And you don't even have to bring up
- 24:01Speaker 6: cousin yet, because that might be a situation where she
- 24:04Speaker 6: would feel a little uncomfortable. Okay, because the objective for
- 24:08Speaker 6: you is to do what what this ain't by love.
- 24:11Speaker 6: And you know this ain't by love. You know what
- 24:13Speaker 6: this fact you're trying to do exactly what your cousin died.
- 24:16Speaker 6: Now if you if you that's what I'm just telling you.
- 24:18Speaker 6: If you're trying to do what your cousin did, don't
- 24:20Speaker 6: tell her nothing about your cousin til afterwards. Now, if
- 24:23Speaker 6: you're trying to go in there for this love thing,
- 24:25Speaker 6: if you want some okay, that's right, I'm ready to love.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Really though, you need to talk to her.
- 24:31Speaker 6: You need to tell her that I know there's a
- 24:33Speaker 6: situation with you and my cousin that transpired in the past,
- 24:36Speaker 6: but I have great feelings and emotions for you and
- 24:39Speaker 6: i'd like to take you out.
- 24:40Speaker 2: And how do you feel about that? I get you,
- 24:41Speaker 2: Tommy and Thomas right there, go ahead.
- 24:43Speaker 1: It is so just lie to her basically what you're saying.
- 24:47Speaker 2: The first one was lie the first one.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Yeah, Junior, what you got No, I'm with Tea.
- 24:53Speaker 13: I'm telling you right now, this is what this is,
- 24:55Speaker 13: exactly what that is, because look at this, it's Huntsville.
- 24:57Speaker 7: Okay. You think you'll clubs? What do you find out?
- 25:01Speaker 7: Your friend?
- 25:02Speaker 4: Everybody know, everybody, come on, love and marriage. You think, Yeah,
- 25:12Speaker 4: Marlona and Marcia, they know, everybody know anybody.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Melody, all albums, all.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Accomplish your goal.
- 25:30Speaker 7: You just want to get with him, Okay, cool, that's
- 25:32Speaker 7: your goal, so we know.
- 25:34Speaker 1: All right? All right?
- 25:37Speaker 9: Moving on to Orlani in uh Olani in Virginia Beach,
- 25:40Speaker 9: Lani writes, A borrow some money from my ex, and
- 25:43Speaker 9: the only thing he'll accept as repayment is a sexual favor.
- 25:48Speaker 9: I don't want to get back addicted to having sex
- 25:51Speaker 9: with him. He's way too good in the bedroom and
- 25:53Speaker 9: he knows it. How do I get this man to
- 25:56Speaker 9: accept my money and not my honey? I?
- 26:02Speaker 6: Uh well, he already told you know, he didn't tell
- 26:06Speaker 6: you the money is not accepted here. So now how
- 26:10Speaker 6: many times you got to pay this favor back to
- 26:12Speaker 6: add up to this month? Because you're saying you claiming
- 26:15Speaker 6: it's addicted? Now, if one is one go around gonna
- 26:18Speaker 6: have you just that head over here?

- 26:59Speaker 8: All.
- 27:01Speaker 13: I asked him to unzip because y'a always need somebody

- 30:26Speaker 9: In other news, the unsolved murder case of Tupac Shakur
- 30:29Speaker 9: has been reopened in Las Vegas. Nearly thirty years after
- 30:33Speaker 9: his murder, Las Vegas police issued a search warrant for
- 30:37Speaker 9: the home of Dwayne Keith Keith D Davis, as they
- 30:41Speaker 9: reportedly have substantial reason to believe Keith D had motive
- 30:44Speaker 9: to murder Tupac. Sources close to the case indicated that
- 30:48Speaker 9: sixty year old Keith Keith D is a self proclaimed
- 30:52Speaker 9: Southside Compton Crip gang member, one of Tupac's known rivals,
- 30:56Speaker 9: and an original suspect from the nineteen ninety six murder investigation.
- 31:01Speaker 9: In twenty eighteen, in a twenty eighteen article in The
- 31:04Speaker 9: LB Review Journal, Keith D confessed to taking part in
- 31:08Speaker 9: Tupac's killing. Also, in his tell all memoir Compton Street Legend,
- 31:12Speaker 9: Keith D wrote that he was in the white Cadillac
- 31:15Speaker 9: that pulled up next to Tupac and Sugar Night during
- 31:18Speaker 9: the shootout that killed Poc back in nineteen ninety six.
- 31:21Speaker 9: He described himself as one of two remaining living witnesses
- 31:25Speaker 9: who saw the murder up close, the other person allegedly
- 31:28Speaker 9: being sug Knight. In the rate of Keith D's house,
- 31:31Speaker 9: investigator sees computers, hard drives, and magazine articles about Tupac.
- 31:36Speaker 9: We will be watching this case, of course out of
- 31:38Speaker 9: Las Vegas for new developments.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Wow, he wrote that. Yeah, yeah, wow he heard of someone.
- 31:50Speaker 7: Yeah they have evidence.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Yeah then yeah, don't have to pay Yeah for that
- 31:57Speaker 1: crime for sure?
- 31:58Speaker 7: Wow.
- 31:59Speaker 8: Whatever.
- 32:00Speaker 2: I had no idea they was still investigating this case thirty.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Years I had no idea it was thirty years ago.
- 32:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 32:07Speaker 10: Wow.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:09Speaker 9: And finally, I don't know, do we even want to
- 32:11Speaker 9: talk about this or we want to wait until we
- 32:13Speaker 9: hear the second part of her interview with investigators. I'm talking,
- 32:17Speaker 9: of course about Carlie Russell. She's still all over the news.
- 32:21Speaker 9: Is this not a very bizarre case? And it's a
- 32:25Speaker 9: bizarre tournament events have taken place in this alleged Carly
- 32:30Speaker 9: Russell kidnapping.
- 32:32Speaker 1: It's just so much going on, so many twists and turns, and.
- 32:37Speaker 4: Of this, the fact that they found her computer history,
- 32:41Speaker 4: she was Amber alerts. This was all seemed like it
- 32:46Speaker 4: was all playing and it's.
- 32:48Speaker 13: Meditated because I'm scheduled this Thursday to be kidnapped, and
- 32:53Speaker 13: I'll be back on Monday. Okay, I'm scareding my kidnapping too,
- 32:57Speaker 13: said the kidnaped.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Well, listen, I just left l A and Justice Small.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Let's say she laughed. I'm just trying. I'm just saying, just.
- 33:09Speaker 7: Justice Small.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Oh my goodness.
- 33:15Speaker 4: But it's uh, it's it's really sad because it seems
- 33:18Speaker 4: like at the end of the day, she did this
- 33:21Speaker 4: side of rejection from.
- 33:23Speaker 1: The boyfriend, from the boy and this is what she.
- 33:28Speaker 4: Did, and that's that's some mental illness, that's some issues
- 33:32Speaker 4: coping and to deal with that she has to deal with.
- 33:36Speaker 4: And that's that's really sad because social media celebrities, everyone
- 33:40Speaker 4: got behind this case wanting attention, making it clear that
- 33:44Speaker 4: this black woman says she's been kidnapped, don't sweep this
- 33:47Speaker 4: under the rug.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Have that same energy you have when there's a missing
- 33:51Speaker 1: white woman.
- 33:52Speaker 4: All of these things that, yeah, and we still have
- 33:54Speaker 4: to do these things just because this one she did
- 33:58Speaker 4: what she did as a hoax, as a pranks and
- 34:01Speaker 4: she needs medical attention. I think, in my opinion, we
- 34:05Speaker 4: still have to keep going. We still got to for missing.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Right black women, right and people of color.
- 34:13Speaker 9: Meanwhile, her boyfriend has then followed her, and then he
- 34:16Speaker 9: came back and asked people to stop bullying her, you know.
- 34:20Speaker 1: And then of course we talked about this last week. Yeah,
- 34:23Speaker 1: the jokes and all of that stopped what I did.
- 34:28Speaker 7: But I'm not stopping that.
- 34:30Speaker 2: He wants to stop the comedians.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I hope you come up missing the game. They don't
- 34:38Speaker 1: see not to stop jokes?
- 34:45Speaker 7: Yeah another one? And did you get the week the
- 34:48Speaker 7: wig without the baby and the week the baby?
- 34:52Speaker 1: And where is that at?
- 34:55Speaker 9: This is really something, So we're gonna follow this, ask
- 34:58Speaker 9: us to quit the jokes and him bring you the
- 35:00Speaker 9: update that was.
- 35:02Speaker 1: From her boyfriend all.
- 35:04Speaker 13: Hey, hey, hey, you on followed them. See see let's
- 35:09Speaker 13: put it back. Oh you on followed the Yeah, we're
- 35:13Speaker 13: not stopping.

- 38:29Speaker 9: got a couple of half Away, Yeah, all right, coming
- 38:33Speaker 9: up at thirty four minutes after the hour. Florida's Board
- 38:36Speaker 9: of Education guidelines on the teaching of slavery are just unbelievable.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Wait till you hear this. Right after this, you're listening
- 38:47Speaker 1: morning show. All right, well, listen to what the Florida
- 38:50Speaker 1: Board of Education is doing.
- 38:52Speaker 9: They have new academic guidelines on the teaching of slavery,
- 38:57Speaker 9: tailoring domestic service, blacksmith thing trans interpretation. This curriculum highlights
- 39:02Speaker 9: how some white people served as allies throughout different areas
- 39:06Speaker 9: of American history, and the white political leaders who fought
- 39:09Speaker 9: on behalf of African Americans. Of course, the Florida Board
- 39:13Speaker 9: of Education has faced tons of backlash for these newly
- 39:17Speaker 9: approved standards on teaching black history, and the president of
- 39:20Speaker 9: the Florida Education Association, his name is Andrew Sparr, has
- 39:24Speaker 9: slammed the curriculum changes in a statement released last week.
- 39:28Speaker 9: Governor DeSantis is pursuing a political agenda guaranteed to set
- 39:32Speaker 9: good people against one another, and in the process, he's
- 39:36Speaker 9: cheating our kids. Spar also said they deserve the full
- 39:39Speaker 9: truth of American history, the good and the bad.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Okay, tell it all. If you're gonna tell it.
- 39:45Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean, isn't the reason they're not teaching critical
- 39:49Speaker 9: race theory is because it made some white people uncomfortable?
- 39:52Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, because they don't want to tell the whole story.
- 39:54Speaker 6: But now you've got the audacity to twist it and
- 39:57Speaker 6: try to say we've benefited from this.
- 39:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm highly unc it's not a twist.
- 40:02Speaker 4: This is bold faced lot trying to replace history with lies.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Tell the true story, Tell the story.
- 40:10Speaker 1: That's right. We built this country for free. There you
- 40:15Speaker 1: say that here we got gills.
- 40:19Speaker 7: Tailoring domestic service.
- 40:22Speaker 1: It really is insult.
- 40:24Speaker 7: It's slavery.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Yes, they lost their trying decantus this.
- 40:30Speaker 2: This guy has completely lost his mind. So is there
- 40:33Speaker 2: a way to block this?
- 40:35Speaker 9: Well, I mean you got the president of the Florida
- 40:39Speaker 9: Education Association, Andrew Sparr, who's speaking out against it. You know,
- 40:43Speaker 9: he said there it's cheating our kids for sure, and
- 40:47Speaker 9: like you said, they deserve the full truth of American history.
- 40:50Speaker 9: So yeah, people are uh fighting against it and speaking
- 40:54Speaker 9: out against it, and of course go to the polls.
- 40:56Speaker 9: Go to the polls when it's your turn.
- 41:00Speaker 4: And President Kamala Harris spoke out against it. The president
- 41:03Speaker 4: of the na A CP it's taking out against this.
- 41:07Speaker 4: So it's just like what we've been telling you all
- 41:10Speaker 4: the entire time.
- 41:11Speaker 1: You have to vote. You have to register to vote
- 41:15Speaker 1: first to vote.
- 41:16Speaker 4: This man DeSantis wants to be the president of this
- 41:19Speaker 4: Imagine you think he just gonna stop at Florida.
- 41:24Speaker 6: How cute do you want the story to be? How
- 41:27Speaker 6: cute does it need to be for you? Because you're
- 41:30Speaker 6: trying to you're trying to rewrite it. What part you
- 41:32Speaker 6: want to cut out? So so so you don't look
- 41:35Speaker 6: so bad.
- 41:35Speaker 9: You want to cut out the beatings, the enslavement period.
- 41:41Speaker 9: They won all that cutout.
- 41:43Speaker 13: I'm a black third grader in Florida and my mom
- 41:47Speaker 13: and then told me what didn't happen to us?
- 41:49Speaker 2: And I sit here.
- 41:49Speaker 7: It got to be demeaned at school.
- 41:52Speaker 4: Yeah, at school. He valued at school. But when you
- 41:56Speaker 4: but see, they're saying middle school teachers. So if you're
- 41:59Speaker 4: talking third rate, so okay, elementary, so what what Let
- 42:01Speaker 4: me finish though, you can talk history about your culture
- 42:05Speaker 4: and your people at home. So they're saying, by the
- 42:08Speaker 4: time you get to middle school in Florida, they gonna
- 42:11Speaker 4: turn it around, wipe it all out. Then they're going
- 42:14Speaker 4: to lie to you based on what you've been told,
- 42:17Speaker 4: and the rest of the world knows the history of
- 42:19Speaker 4: this kid.
- 42:20Speaker 7: It ain't just Florida.
- 42:21Speaker 9: We are and what they're right, and what they're trying
- 42:23Speaker 9: to do, basically is make it sound like, oh, slavery
- 42:27Speaker 9: wasn't that bad.
- 42:28Speaker 1: You learned, they learn things, you know, you.
- 42:31Speaker 9: Know, they learn skills. It wasn't so bad as what
- 42:34Speaker 9: they're saying it was that. Well, that's the guilt.
- 42:37Speaker 4: It's taking the guilt away from the educators so they
- 42:40Speaker 4: don't feel guilty.
- 42:41Speaker 1: We'll do better.
- 42:42Speaker 4: Since you know the history of what happened to black
- 42:45Speaker 4: people in this country, you ain't got to feel bad
- 42:48Speaker 4: about what your ancestors have done.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Do better, fix it, moving forward, let me do it.
- 42:57Speaker 9: If you whip you Yeah, yeah, that's what they want
- 43:01Speaker 9: you to think. All right, we're moving on. What a
- 43:04Speaker 9: crazy story. We're gonna watch that one. We're moving on
- 43:07Speaker 9: coming up next. Now it makes you mad, right, get
- 43:12Speaker 9: get you riled up. Coming up next it is the
- 43:14Speaker 9: Nephew and Today's prank phone call. Right after this, you're
- 43:18Speaker 9: listening Hardy Morning Show. Coming up at about four minutes
- 43:23Speaker 9: after the hour, it's my Strawberry letter for today, and
- 43:27Speaker 9: the subject is when I want it, he doesn't. When
- 43:30Speaker 9: I want it, he doesn't. Okay, that's pretty self explanatory
- 43:34Speaker 9: right there. But we'll get into it in just a
- 43:37Speaker 9: few because right now it is time for the nephew
- 43:40Speaker 9: and today's prank phone call, which you got for his nept.

- 45:42Speaker 12: him and being given to me. Okay, well, what kind
- 45:45Speaker 12: of hours you looking at?
- 45:46Speaker 6: I have a I have ah an offer for you

- 47:28Speaker 12: can do office work. I'm good. That's not counting. You're
- 47:31Speaker 12: telling me a quick front door. I can keep your
- 47:34Speaker 12: books going right.
- 47:35Speaker 6: Well, no, not necessarily. I don't need you to work
- 47:37Speaker 6: the front door. I'm actually going to have you in

- 48:28Speaker 12: The club, something like something like broom and dancing or something.
- 48:34Speaker 12: I don't know how to do the bathroom dance, so
- 48:35Speaker 12: I can't work with nobody on that stuff like that.
- 48:37Speaker 6: No, I'm not asking you to do any ballroom dance

- 53:16Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 53:16Speaker 9: Nephew's subject when I want it, he doesn't. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 53:20Speaker 9: my husband and I have been together for five years
- 53:23Speaker 9: and we've been married almost a year, and our premarital counseling,
- 53:27Speaker 9: the only thing we didn't agree on is the frequency
- 53:30Speaker 9: of sex in our marriage. I have always been the
- 53:33Speaker 9: aggressor in our sex life, and that was weird to
- 53:36Speaker 9: me and our pastor who was counseling us. My pastor
- 53:40Speaker 9: offered to do a private session with my husband to
- 53:42Speaker 9: be to see if there was anything in his past
- 53:46Speaker 9: that's holding him back and making sex less enjoyable for him.
- 53:50Speaker 9: My man declined the offer and said he was fine physically.
- 53:54Speaker 9: During the last two months of our marriage, my husband
- 53:56Speaker 9: has really cut back on sex. If I even act
- 54:00Speaker 9: like I might want to touch him, he acts like
- 54:02Speaker 9: he's so very tired, or he acts like he is
- 54:04Speaker 9: really into the TV show he's watching.
- 54:06Speaker 1: I moved the TV in our bedroom.
- 54:08Speaker 9: From in front of our bed to the sitting area
- 54:11Speaker 9: so he will not have any reason to avoid my advances.
- 54:15Speaker 2: I have put on.
- 54:16Speaker 9: Lingerie trying to entice him, but it never works. I
- 54:19Speaker 9: can see that he is very much in the mood
- 54:22Speaker 9: to do it, but he won't. Instead, he will wake
- 54:25Speaker 9: me up on a random Saturday morning when he knows
- 54:28Speaker 9: I've got to get to a sorority meeting, and then
- 54:30Speaker 9: he's ready for sex. He does all of that so
- 54:33Speaker 9: he can throw it up in my face later, like
- 54:36Speaker 9: you remember the.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Time I was ready and willing and you turn me down.
- 54:40Speaker 9: This is all a game for him, and I'm starting
- 54:42Speaker 9: to think someone else is taking care of his sexual needs.
- 54:45Speaker 9: It is affecting my self esteem because I feel powerful
- 54:49Speaker 9: and loved after sex, but lately I've felt so inadequate.
- 54:53Speaker 1: Could he be loving on someone else? If so, why
- 54:55Speaker 1: won't he tell me?
- 54:57Speaker 9: Well, if that is happen, if he is loving on
- 55:01Speaker 9: someone else, like you say, that is not some information
- 55:05Speaker 9: that he's going to volunteer.
- 55:07Speaker 1: He's not going to just open up and tell you that.
- 55:10Speaker 9: For that to happen, he would have to do something
- 55:12Speaker 9: really really stupid, get caught in the act, or change
- 55:16Speaker 9: his behavior in some way.
- 55:17Speaker 1: And even then he'll lie to get out of it.
- 55:22Speaker 9: And you already said that he's been rationing out the
- 55:26Speaker 9: sections before you guys got married. Even the pastor tried
- 55:29Speaker 9: to help, but your husband said he's fine physically. Clearly
- 55:33Speaker 9: he's not in this situation. You guys are married. What
- 55:36Speaker 9: is the problem.
- 55:37Speaker 1: There's definitely some drama going on with him.
- 55:40Speaker 9: It could be medical, it could be physical, or it
- 55:42Speaker 9: could be that he feels some kind of way about you.
- 55:46Speaker 9: So the bottom line is you need to get to
- 55:48Speaker 9: the reason he's rejecting you, because that's what this is
- 55:51Speaker 9: all about. You're ready, he's not when you want it,
- 55:54Speaker 9: he doesn't. You said you've always been the aggressor when
- 55:57Speaker 9: it comes to intimacy. Why is that you married him? Anyway?
- 56:01Speaker 9: You've got to talk to him. You've got to find
- 56:03Speaker 9: out what the problem is. You got to treat this
- 56:06Speaker 9: situation with some urgency. You've invested almost six years in
- 56:09Speaker 9: this relationship slash marriage. You need and deserve some answers.
- 56:14Speaker 9: And please do not continue to wait for him to
- 56:17Speaker 9: bring it up, because he's not. He's not going to
- 56:19Speaker 9: tell you what's going on. That's not gonna happen. You
- 56:22Speaker 9: have to do this on your own. You need to
- 56:24Speaker 9: get with him immediately. Tommy, it's you.
- 56:30Speaker 6: Let's just get right to it. There is not a
- 56:33Speaker 6: man walking that does not want it as much as
- 56:36Speaker 6: he can get it.
- 56:37Speaker 2: It's you. There's something about you that does not turn
- 56:41Speaker 2: this man on. I don't know what it is.
- 56:44Speaker 6: I have no earthly idea, but there's something about you
- 56:47Speaker 6: that he does not like or does not want. Intimately,
- 56:51Speaker 6: he does not want it, all right. If you're telling
- 56:54Speaker 6: me that he looks like he wants it, he's ready
- 56:57Speaker 6: and does not broach it. And guess what, it's you.
- 57:02Speaker 6: It's something about you that he that that's not turning
- 57:05Speaker 6: him home. That's something about you that makes him say,
- 57:09Speaker 6: I'm gonna pump the brakes on this.
- 57:10Speaker 2: I'm not gonna do that.
- 57:11Speaker 6: Something about you, your pastor can't help this situation. And
- 57:15Speaker 6: I'm gonna tell you another dog on thing. What you
- 57:17Speaker 6: gonna do is put that damn TV back where it was. Okay,
- 57:21Speaker 6: you're not fins to be moving this damn TV now
- 57:24Speaker 6: because I need my remote. But when them thirty twelve
- 57:27Speaker 6: o'clock at night, I need my TV. Okay, that is
- 57:31Speaker 6: that is that in Thommy's household. I got to have
- 57:34Speaker 6: that remote, and I got to have that. I can
- 57:36Speaker 6: badly sleep as it is, so I got to have
- 57:38Speaker 6: my late night Colombo on my TV.
- 57:40Speaker 2: I got to have that.
- 57:41Speaker 6: Okay, you're not finna move my TV because you're not
- 57:44Speaker 6: getting what you want that you really ain't Finn to
- 57:46Speaker 6: get what you want now you to move my dog
- 57:48Speaker 6: on TV. So it's you, baby girl. That's something about
- 57:52Speaker 6: you that he does not like. I don't know if
- 57:54Speaker 6: it's something that you're doing sexually. I don't know if
- 57:56Speaker 6: it's I don't know if it's that you just don't
- 57:58Speaker 6: turn him on. But my, my, my big question to
- 58:01Speaker 6: you is, if it was already lacking in the beginning,
- 58:04Speaker 6: why did you marry this man?
- 58:06Speaker 2: What is what?
- 58:07Speaker 11: What?
- 58:07Speaker 6: Why would you do that if you're not getting what
- 58:09Speaker 6: you with what evidently you got to have. If you're
- 58:12Speaker 6: not getting it before marriage, what made you walk down
- 58:15Speaker 6: the aisle and say we'll fix that part later. If
- 58:17Speaker 6: that part is already broken. What makes you think you
- 58:20Speaker 6: can fix that later on? That's that's that's gotta be.
- 58:23Speaker 6: That's one of your boxes that's got to be checked,
- 58:26Speaker 6: since got to be checked. And you if you're going
- 58:28Speaker 6: down the line of your boxes. He's a good man.
- 58:30Speaker 6: He does this, he provides, he does that, and then
- 58:34Speaker 6: we get to the sex box and you can't really
- 58:36Speaker 6: check that one, but that is almost mandatory for you,
- 58:39Speaker 6: and we don't check it but you continue to walk
- 58:42Speaker 6: down that aisle and say we're gonna fix this later
- 58:44Speaker 6: now here. We all been married a year and and
- 58:47Speaker 6: and and he ain't looking at you, and he already
- 58:49Speaker 6: know how to run his game. I try to, I
- 58:51Speaker 6: try to do something on Saturday when I know she
- 58:53Speaker 6: got to get up and go somewhere.
- 58:54Speaker 2: That's game game. He know what he doing. He don't
- 58:58Speaker 2: want it, but he go ahead.
- 59:01Speaker 9: So so I'm going to ask you this as we
- 59:03Speaker 9: as we go out right now? Could he be loving
- 59:06Speaker 9: on someone else? That's what she wants to know.
- 59:09Speaker 1: Won't he tell her?
- 59:10Speaker 2: Ain't nobody telling you they love it on nobody else?
- 59:12Speaker 11: Right that?
- 59:15Speaker 6: Come?
- 59:18Speaker 2: Will you will do that?
- 59:20Speaker 7: I'm about to do that about confessing to that?
- 59:22Speaker 9: No, all right, hang on, hang on, We're gonna have
- 59:26Speaker 9: part two coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 59:29Speaker 9: Today's Strawberry Letters subject is when I want it?
- 59:32Speaker 1: He doesn't. We'll get back into it. And here from
- 59:35Speaker 1: Junior right after this.
- 59:37Speaker 7: No, won't you you don't want to hear from me?
- 59:39Speaker 1: You're listening hard morning show. All right, here we are.
- 59:45Speaker 9: We are back in part two of the Strawberry Letter.
- 59:47Speaker 9: The subject is when I want it he doesn't. A
- 59:50Speaker 9: young lady wrote in she and her husband have been
- 59:52Speaker 9: together five years but married almost a year. They've had
- 59:56Speaker 9: premarital counseling.
- 59:58Speaker 3: Uh.
- 59:58Speaker 9: The only thing they didn't rhon was a frequency of
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: sex in their marriage. She says she's always been the
- 1:00:06Speaker 9: aggressor when it comes to sex. She said, it was
- 1:00:09Speaker 9: weird to me, and it was weird to their pastor,
- 1:00:11Speaker 9: to her pastor who they were having the premarital counseling
- 1:00:15Speaker 9: with as well, and so much so that the pastor
- 1:00:18Speaker 9: offered to have a private session with the husband to
- 1:00:21Speaker 9: be so he could try to figure out if there
- 1:00:22Speaker 9: was something in its past that was making him, you know,
- 1:00:26Speaker 9: like this, or holding him back, or making sex unenjoyable
- 1:00:29Speaker 9: for him, what was the issue? But the husband to
- 1:00:32Speaker 9: be the husband now declined on that. He said he
- 1:00:35Speaker 9: was fine physically fine, fine, fine. So the wife is
- 1:00:39Speaker 9: still wondering, you know, what is going on? If she
- 1:00:43Speaker 9: tries to touch him, she gets rejected or she said,
- 1:00:47Speaker 9: the one thing her husband will do is on Saturday
- 1:00:49Speaker 9: morning when she has to rush out and get to
- 1:00:51Speaker 9: sorority meeting, then he's ready.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: So she wants to know what is going on. She
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: moved the TV out of the bedroom so there would
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: be no distractions.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: All of that.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: She wants to know. Could he be loving on someone else?
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: If so, why won't he tell her?
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: Junior, don't come to me.
- 1:01:08Speaker 13: This is too personal. Don't come to Let me tell
- 1:01:11Speaker 13: you something that I know what the problem means. And
- 1:01:13Speaker 13: is he love on somebody else? That's irrelevant. He's not
- 1:01:14Speaker 13: gonna tell you that if he is, so I'm not
- 1:01:17Speaker 13: going there. My problem with this whole thing is you
- 1:01:19Speaker 13: too good at six You too good? See I'm tell
- 1:01:22Speaker 13: you right now because I don't even want to get upset.
- 1:01:24Speaker 10: But he is me.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Wait wait, wait, wait, wait, he is me, Junior.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now.
- 1:01:31Speaker 13: This man needs support group, and I have one and
- 1:01:33Speaker 13: it's called We can't take it. We meet the last
- 1:01:35Speaker 13: Thursday of every month at seven pm. You come join

- 1:01:41Speaker 7: We can't handle all of this.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: You're too good at it.

- 1:02:05Speaker 7: We tired all the time. You're weighing us out. We
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: cannot take all this and have a job at the
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: same time.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: She too good at the shirt.
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: She too good at it.
- 1:02:13Speaker 13: Okay, I'm telling you right now what you bringing the

- 1:02:20Speaker 7: Why this hot waxing him?
- 1:02:21Speaker 13: We got all of us have these issues, and you

- 1:02:28Speaker 13: sim pm, come on in here with us and confess.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: But said it was fine physically.
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: I do the same thing.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: My wife and a sorority too.
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: I asked, I wake up on Saturday, say let's go
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: ahead and try something. She said, I gotta go to
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: the meeting. I said the same thing.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: He going, I'm going.
- 1:02:44Speaker 7: But he's fine. Physically, Yes, we all fired. Physically, she
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: too good at it. How come every time I'm crying
- 1:02:51Speaker 7: when we finish it's too good now. You're right down
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: crying now because I know this man going through y'all
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: siting up here trying to make fun of him and
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: tell me he ain't had a meeting with the past
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: the path. Ain't nothing wrong with me.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: She's just too good. But I mean she she puts
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: in a lot of efforts, juniors, she wears lungs.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: You ress all yours.
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: Because you come in the road with We don't do
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: regular Say what's the pit bulling here?

- 1:20:05Speaker 9: And uh, you know, before we get out of here,
- 1:20:07Speaker 9: you guys hear about this story. Monica, the singer Monica
- 1:20:10Speaker 9: was performing in Detroit.
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: So, she was on stage.
- 1:20:14Speaker 9: She saw a man punch a woman in the crowd.
- 1:20:18Speaker 9: So Monica, Yes, Monica immediately jumped into action. She she
- 1:20:24Speaker 9: had the man removed. She jumped into the crowd. She
- 1:20:27Speaker 9: was like, no, this was triggering for her. She apologized
- 1:20:31Speaker 9: to her fans for doing this, but she said this
- 1:20:33Speaker 9: assault was triggering for her. She's on stage watching a
- 1:20:36Speaker 9: man hit a woman, and she was like, no, not
- 1:20:39Speaker 9: having this, not at my show, not on my.
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: Watch, Monica, don't wait about a pound?
- 1:20:44Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah, you know, you
- 1:20:50Speaker 9: know it. Yeah, she had to jump into the crowd
- 1:20:53Speaker 9: after she saw.
- 1:20:54Speaker 6: That man putting his hands on a woman. You didn't
- 1:20:58Speaker 6: lost the crowd at allah. Yeah, and now y'all at
- 1:21:01Speaker 6: a concert. I know y'all got tipsy. I don't know
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: if it was his woman or somebody he didn't know,
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: but still, you don't hit nobody.
- 1:21:08Speaker 9: But this is not okay. This is not okay. You know,
- 1:21:11Speaker 9: it's not under any circumstances, you know. But we're singing
- 1:21:16Speaker 9: more and more and we have to tell the women.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: Don't hit a man. Do not hit a man.
- 1:21:20Speaker 9: Do not put your hands on him. Do not put
- 1:21:22Speaker 9: your hands on anyone, but especially a man. Don't do
- 1:21:25Speaker 9: that because you don't know. He might hit you back,
- 1:21:27Speaker 9: knock you out. He might do that, so please don't
- 1:21:30Speaker 9: do that.
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:21:31Speaker 13: But the fact that Monica jumped off stage and went
- 1:21:33Speaker 13: down there to see if idy tells you how she
- 1:21:35Speaker 13: feels about it directly.
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: Yeah, really treasuring for her.
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, God love me, Monica, I love oh.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: Yeah, she could sing too. I think she's a great
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: mom all of that.
- 1:21:48Speaker 6: Yeah, but I understand because if you hit my show
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: and I see you hit a woman, jokes, we about
- 1:21:54Speaker 6: to do something to you, but we go whoop your ass.
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: On the way out?
- 1:21:58Speaker 9: This do though, Yeah, what are you doing that for?
- 1:22:01Speaker 9: I mean, what is that about? You got to bring
- 1:22:04Speaker 9: her to a concert, to a show to hit her.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: And what is that about?
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: Come on now, what that's the thought? I don't understand
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: s earlier? Were they together or was it just two
- 1:22:13Speaker 6: random people in the crowd that got into it?
- 1:22:17Speaker 9: Uh, it just it doesn't say they were together. It
- 1:22:20Speaker 9: just says he punched a woman in the crowd. She
- 1:22:23Speaker 9: saw a woman. A man punch a woman in the crowd.
- 1:22:26Speaker 9: So you know, they could have been together. He could
- 1:22:29Speaker 9: have you know, punched a random woman. It could have
- 1:22:32Speaker 9: been a random incident.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it doesn't what the automation we have right now?
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what you see most a lot of
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: that act at games.
- 1:22:42Speaker 6: I'm seeing a lot of that because when I watched
- 1:22:44Speaker 6: I turned, I'm noticing people having fights at football games,
- 1:22:49Speaker 6: baseball games.
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: I mean in the crowd.
- 1:22:51Speaker 9: Yeah, well you're drinking, you know, and all this stuff,
- 1:22:54Speaker 9: all that mixed up with the aggression, you know, for
- 1:22:57Speaker 9: your team.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: To win, win, win, and all of that.
- 1:22:59Speaker 7: You know, she's not acceptable, that's all.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, don't do it. Come on now, you got
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: a real sum of this behavior.
- 1:23:07Speaker 6: In I don't even want to drink it again. I
- 1:23:10Speaker 6: got my kids and stuff. I'm watching everybody. I want
- 1:23:12Speaker 6: to need to be alert.
- 1:23:14Speaker 9: Yeah, it's different now when you go out, it is
- 1:23:17Speaker 9: very different, for sure. Yeah, definitely.
