- 2:07Speaker 7: dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:11Speaker 7: radio show. Okay, here we go. I was working out.
- 2:18Speaker 7: I was talking to a buddy of mine, and I
- 2:21Speaker 7: was telling him something that Bishop td Jakes told me
- 2:24Speaker 7: one time. I heard him say it. He said, I
- 2:29Speaker 7: would hate to die and not do the thing that
- 2:34Speaker 7: I was born to do. I would hate to die
- 2:40Speaker 7: and not do the thing that I was born to do. Man,
- 2:47Speaker 7: oh man, oh man, man. That hit me like a
- 2:50Speaker 7: like a like a pile of bricks man, because it
- 2:53Speaker 7: made me feel so grateful that God has allowed me
- 3:01Speaker 7: to live my life this way now. And I'm talking
- 3:05Speaker 7: about grateful for all of it, the good, the bad,
- 3:09Speaker 7: and the ugly, and I have had all of them.
- 3:14Speaker 7: The person you see today. It ain't always who I was.
- 3:19Speaker 7: It was on the inside of me, but it hadn't
- 3:22Speaker 7: externalized itself, if that's a word. It hadn't been bought out.
- 3:27Speaker 7: It was in here, but it was under development. Who
- 3:31Speaker 7: I am today was a process. But like I said before,
- 3:37Speaker 7: don't trip. He ain't through with me yet. Even today,
- 3:43Speaker 7: I'm still an imperfect soldier for Christ.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Today.
- 3:48Speaker 7: I still fall short oftentimes, but I'll tell you what,
- 3:54Speaker 7: I'm ever grateful for the life I have. And you
- 3:58Speaker 7: know what, I want to encourage everybody today to explore
- 4:04Speaker 7: your possibilities. I mean, man, explore your possibilities. Why would
- 4:12Speaker 7: you not want to find out, discover, or know what
- 4:21Speaker 7: it is God got for you? Why would you not
- 4:25Speaker 7: want to achieve or accomplish all of your possibilities? Now,
- 4:30Speaker 7: as I ask you this question, I want you to
- 4:33Speaker 7: know that the devil is busy, that he plays mind tricks.
- 4:37Speaker 2: So as you hear this, I already know.
- 4:40Speaker 7: He's saying to some of y'all, Yeah, Steve, that's easy
- 4:43Speaker 7: for you to say, but I done got myself in
- 4:45Speaker 7: this situation right here.
- 4:47Speaker 2: You ain't nothing too hard for God, nothing nothing.
- 4:54Speaker 7: And see, so as you listen to me try to
- 4:58Speaker 7: get your mind open to this. Why would you not
- 5:01Speaker 7: want to explore all of your life's possibilities, what's possible
- 5:07Speaker 7: with your life? And I'm talking about from right where
- 5:10Speaker 7: you are right now. I'm not asking you to change.
- 5:14Speaker 7: I'm not asking you to do anything. I'm telling you
- 5:17Speaker 7: this is a fact that God can get you from
- 5:20Speaker 7: right where you are right now. Broken, misled, misguided, misunderstood, mistaken,
- 5:35Speaker 7: all of that, misfortunate, all of the missus you've been
- 5:39Speaker 7: talking about in your life.
- 5:41Speaker 2: You know you.
- 5:42Speaker 7: I missed the lottery, I missed my ride. They fired me.
- 5:46Speaker 7: I missed the deadline. I didn't get it. Miss people.
- 5:51Speaker 7: People just misseday self to death. If you've been all
- 5:55Speaker 7: the missus, God can get you from right where you are.
- 6:00Speaker 7: God a home run hitter. I'm here to tell you
- 6:02Speaker 7: that he's a home run hitter. He's a put him
- 6:05Speaker 7: over the wall whenever he want to, all the time.
- 6:08Speaker 7: And you can be a recipient of some of these
- 6:10Speaker 7: home runs. He'll put the bat in your hand. But
- 6:12Speaker 7: you got to swing now, listen to me. You got
- 6:16Speaker 7: to stop feeling sorry for yourself. You got to stop
- 6:19Speaker 7: holding yourself down with beating yourself up. He won't hold
- 6:23Speaker 7: you down about it if you don't hold yourself down
- 6:25Speaker 7: about it. But I'm gonna tell you one more time.
- 6:27Speaker 7: The devil is busy. So what the devil do is
- 6:30Speaker 7: He make you think you ain't worthy. He make you
- 6:33Speaker 7: think that you've done something so despicable that you can't
- 6:36Speaker 7: come back from it. He makes you feel like you
- 6:38Speaker 7: so low you can't go up high. He knock you
- 6:41Speaker 7: down and make you feel like you've been knocked down
- 6:43Speaker 7: hard than anybody else.
- 6:44Speaker 2: You can't get up.
- 6:45Speaker 7: He rolled you so deep down in that ditch you
- 6:47Speaker 7: can't see over the edge. God can come get you
- 6:51Speaker 7: from no matter where you are. I'm telling you, man,
- 6:55Speaker 7: you ain't in no hold too deep for God. Magic
- 6:59Speaker 7: Johnson tell you that, listen to me, you ain't in
- 7:02Speaker 7: no hole too deep for God. Steve Harvey can tell
- 7:05Speaker 7: you that you ain't in a hole too deep for God.
- 7:09Speaker 7: Tyler Perry can tell you that I can name you
- 7:11Speaker 7: some people. Bishop Jake can tell you that. I could
- 7:14Speaker 7: tell you. Kenneth Olmah can tell you that. Bishop Kenneth
- 7:17Speaker 7: Omar I could tell you some people. Kirk Franklin can
- 7:19Speaker 7: tell you that. Donny mcclerklin can tell you that. I
- 7:22Speaker 7: just know some people personally man that then.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Been in a hole.
- 7:26Speaker 7: Joel Oldstein can tell your boud it. I know some
- 7:29Speaker 7: people man been down, been in a hole so deep.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I bet you. Paula Dean can tell you about it. See.
- 7:37Speaker 2: But you know what, then here we go.
- 7:39Speaker 7: See see see you know, see we don't like to
- 7:43Speaker 7: talk about that because now we want everybody to pay
- 7:46Speaker 7: extra hard for some mistakes they made when clearly an
- 7:50Speaker 7: excuse me for being a new Christian. But there is
- 7:53Speaker 7: a prayer that I've been saying since I was a
- 7:54Speaker 7: little bitty boy, and it took me till I was
- 7:56Speaker 7: a grown man to understand it. Forgive us our trust
- 8:00Speaker 7: passes as we forgive those who trust passed against us.
- 8:04Speaker 2: So see, it.
- 8:05Speaker 7: Ain't my job to hold nobody down, to keep my
- 8:08Speaker 7: knee on somebody's neck.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Who am I.
- 8:10Speaker 7: I'm gonna need some forgiveness in a second here, probably today.
- 8:15Speaker 7: See so all this you holding people down with the
- 8:18Speaker 7: way you feel in bott them, And she shouldn't have
- 8:20Speaker 7: said this, and she'll never get it. I'll never support
- 8:23Speaker 7: this again. Man, get up, get up and get real,
- 8:26Speaker 7: you for real? You think you ain't finn need forgiveness
- 8:28Speaker 7: real soon. You ain't finna make a diabolical mistake in
- 8:31Speaker 7: your life. You don't think you are. I have thousands
- 8:35Speaker 7: of them, probably gonna make a few hundred more for
- 8:37Speaker 7: I get up out of here. So I've decided to
- 8:40Speaker 7: be in a forgiving business because I want God to forgive.
- 8:45Speaker 7: My trust passes as I forgive those who trustpass against me.
- 8:49Speaker 2: You understand. See excuse me for being a new Christian.
- 8:53Speaker 7: I get tired of talking to people man supposed to
- 8:58Speaker 7: be saved and talking about dear Christians.
- 8:59Speaker 2: I don't want to type of religion.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Man.
- 9:00Speaker 2: I ain't in that no more. I ain't in that.
- 9:02Speaker 7: You can call me wrong if you want to say
- 9:04Speaker 7: it how you want to say. I ain't in that
- 9:06Speaker 7: no more. I ain't in all that. You can feel
- 9:07Speaker 7: how you want to feel about me. But I got
- 9:09Speaker 7: proof that God work in my life.
- 9:11Speaker 2: You know, I can't.
- 9:12Speaker 7: Hardly get it out sometime when people ask me something
- 9:15Speaker 7: about depot on the inside of me, about my soul
- 9:18Speaker 7: and how I used to be, and my journey and
- 9:20Speaker 7: my trip because people don't know the trip I've been on.
- 9:22Speaker 7: You may have been on one worse than me, but
- 9:25Speaker 7: you know what you ain't in a whole too deep.
- 9:26Speaker 2: God can't get you out of man.
- 9:28Speaker 7: I wish I want people to remember that man, God
- 9:31Speaker 7: is a redeemer, He the Great.
- 9:34Speaker 2: I am.
- 9:35Speaker 7: So if you ain't got nothing, now what you asking for?
- 9:38Speaker 7: You know you might not have nothing because you ain't
- 9:40Speaker 7: asking for nothing. Quoit asking God to get you out
- 9:43Speaker 7: of debt and ask God for a life of abundance.
- 9:46Speaker 7: Then you take the money and you get out of debt.
- 9:48Speaker 7: You keep asking to get out of debt. You keep
- 9:50Speaker 7: being in debt to get out of Come on, man,
- 9:52Speaker 7: what you asking God for? I'm just tripping today, That's all.
- 9:56Speaker 7: I'm sorry.
- 9:56Speaker 2: I apologize.

- 10:55Speaker 7: up the street.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Thank you for the school.
- 10:59Speaker 7: Teachers out there who have the most underpaid position on
- 11:04Speaker 7: planet Earth, the education of ignorant people's kids. Thank you.
- 11:12Speaker 7: Please don't quit. I know you thinking about it, but
- 11:16Speaker 7: please don't quit. Ladies and gentlemen. Steve Harvey, Martin Show,
- 11:19Speaker 7: Shirley Strawberry calling for real Mississippi Monica Junior to come back,
- 11:23Speaker 7: kid and legend that is nephew Tommy.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Here we go, Junior. What's on your mind? Well, uncle,
- 11:30Speaker 2: let me ask you about this man.
- 11:32Speaker 9: You know you talk about your calling, and you know
- 11:35Speaker 9: he says it's to help young men. Well of us
- 11:38Speaker 9: have calling. How do you approach your caller? Are we
- 11:41Speaker 9: supposed to be okay with the calling? We may not
- 11:43Speaker 9: like it? What's that attitude in me approach it?
- 11:48Speaker 7: Listen to me. I don't know what everybody's calling is.
- 11:53Speaker 7: I have no idea what it is.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Now.
- 11:56Speaker 7: You could not want to do it if you want to.
- 11:58Speaker 7: But if that's the assignment and you don't complete the assignment,
- 12:03Speaker 7: then you're gonna fail the course.
- 12:06Speaker 2: That's with anything, you know.
- 12:09Speaker 7: Look, I don't know how you can't.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Fight the calling.
- 12:13Speaker 7: Now, listen, the first time I heard of a calling
- 12:17Speaker 7: was when I was young. And you hear people say
- 12:19Speaker 7: I was called to the ministry. Well, you got to
- 12:22Speaker 7: be careful too. Now everybody called and called by God.
- 12:28Speaker 7: Some people got called from a person and say, I
- 12:30Speaker 7: think you be the right fit.
- 12:32Speaker 2: And that's it.
- 12:33Speaker 7: And I don't want to take it on a negative
- 12:34Speaker 7: spind but I'm just saying I don't know what everybody's
- 12:38Speaker 7: calling is. But if you have a true calling in
- 12:41Speaker 7: life and you do not answer the call, then what
- 12:45Speaker 7: is your purpose? Because a great book I read by
- 12:50Speaker 7: a man named Rick Warren was called The Purpose Driven Life.
- 12:54Speaker 7: It was a huge book, man, a huge book, and
- 12:57Speaker 7: I learned a lot reading that book. But everybody has
- 13:01Speaker 7: to have a purpose driven life. It's a hard life
- 13:05Speaker 7: to wake up and you don't know what you're doing.
- 13:08Speaker 7: It's a hard life to have and you don't know why.
- 13:13Speaker 7: You know, the two most important days of your life
- 13:15Speaker 7: are the day you're born and the day you discover why.
- 13:19Speaker 7: It is the why that makes the life worth living
- 13:23Speaker 7: and gives it purpose and meaning. So I don't care
- 13:27Speaker 7: about it. If you don't want your calling, it is
- 13:29Speaker 7: what it is okay. I'll tell you what, don't ask
- 13:32Speaker 7: it and see what happens.
- 13:37Speaker 8: All right, Coming up at thirty two after the hour,
- 13:41Speaker 8: we'll hear from the pastors with a word. Right after this,
- 13:45Speaker 8: you're listening to the Harvey Morning Show.

- 14:28Speaker 10: Yeah, whoa whoa wool for sure? Let me clear my soak?
- 14:40Speaker 11: Yeah no, no, old favorite part Djo.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, we have wood from Deaf Jail.
- 14:53Speaker 11: Come on Death, all right, pasting you know, we are
- 14:56Speaker 11: celebrating black music in the month of June. Celebrating Black
- 15:02Speaker 11: music so it takes me to the book. As I
- 15:04Speaker 11: go to the book, we are in the Book of Wanda,
- 15:10Speaker 11: the Book of One the pastor we're going to start
- 15:13Speaker 11: with the second chapter.
- 15:15Speaker 2: What that's the first verse?
- 15:17Speaker 11: It says, as around the Sun the earth knows she's revolving.
- 15:26Speaker 7: Stop right there before you go any fun, Yes, sir,
- 15:30Speaker 7: let me say that These Woods is from the greatest
- 15:38Speaker 7: most technical love song lyrically ever created known to man.
- 15:44Speaker 11: Read it says, as around the Sun the Earth no,
- 15:49Speaker 11: she's review knows she's revolved.
- 15:52Speaker 2: And the road road bloom in early Ye see what.
- 15:59Speaker 7: They setting you up for years or just as time
- 16:05Speaker 7: new to move on since the beginning, and the seasons
- 16:10Speaker 7: know exactly when they change?
- 16:13Speaker 2: Did you jump the gun?
- 16:15Speaker 7: I jumped the gun because I know where we're going,
- 16:18Speaker 7: because I've lived this life.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Read just as hate no loves the cure.
- 16:27Speaker 11: You can rest your mind assured assure that I've been
- 16:32Speaker 11: loving you, loving you.
- 16:34Speaker 2: All way alway.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Ah.
- 16:37Speaker 7: This is my favorite verse we've ever read from. It
- 16:41Speaker 7: needs no explanation.
- 16:43Speaker 11: Read as now can't reveal the mystery of tomorrow, but
- 16:48Speaker 11: in passing will grow older every day every day, just
- 16:54Speaker 11: as all that's born is new, is new? You know
- 16:58Speaker 11: what I say is true truth that I'll.
- 17:06Speaker 1: One more.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Or be loving you all always.
- 17:14Speaker 7: I don't get what you hear me say next these
- 17:19Speaker 7: words is coming fast. But at the end of it,
- 17:22Speaker 7: you're gonna hear me say one thing, Ah, be loving
- 17:26Speaker 7: you always tell them?
- 17:27Speaker 2: How long Deacon?
- 17:28Speaker 11: Read until the ocean covers every mountain?
- 17:33Speaker 2: Hide, yeah, stop right there.
- 17:35Speaker 7: I'm gonna love you to the ocean cover every mountain.
- 17:40Speaker 2: That ever is included.
- 17:42Speaker 11: Read until the dolphin flies and parrots live at sea?
- 17:49Speaker 2: Stop right there?
- 17:50Speaker 7: When the last time you've seen a dolphin come up
- 17:54Speaker 7: and take flight and then saw a parrot swiming underwater?
- 17:59Speaker 7: Ain't seen it that long time?
- 18:01Speaker 11: We until we dream of life and life becomes a dream.
- 18:09Speaker 7: Shop boy, this song right here, Until we dream of life.
- 18:14Speaker 2: This is how long Now I'm gonna be loving you,
- 18:17Speaker 2: until we dream of life and life becomes a dream.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Well when that post happened, we.
- 18:26Speaker 11: Hey man, did you know true love asks for nothing?
- 18:31Speaker 11: Her acceptance is the ways that we pay we pay.
- 18:36Speaker 11: Did you know that life has given love a guarantee,
- 18:40Speaker 11: guarantee to last, last, to last through forever and another
- 18:46Speaker 11: what else?
- 18:47Speaker 2: Forever?
- 18:48Speaker 7: Another day? That's one more in case you survive forever.

- 22:22Speaker 8: discuss with you today. A lot of stuff going on,
- 22:25Speaker 8: like I said, is coming up at the top of
- 22:26Speaker 8: the hour.
- 22:27Speaker 12: We have a great show planned for you right now.
- 22:29Speaker 8: It is time to ask the clo our chief love Officer,
- 22:33Speaker 8: Steve Harvey in the building.
- 22:35Speaker 12: This is from Missy and fort Worth.
- 22:38Speaker 8: Missy writes, I forgave my husband for cheating, but he
- 22:41Speaker 8: has started hanging out on weekends again. I do not
- 22:44Speaker 8: trust him, and I've told him that. He said I
- 22:47Speaker 8: need to go to counseling and or our marriage is doomed.
- 22:51Speaker 8: Is this my responsibility or does he need the counseling?
- 22:55Speaker 2: Wow?
- 22:55Speaker 7: Well, well, if he's not doing any anything wrong, I mean,
- 23:02Speaker 7: I don't know. You're saying he's starting to hang out again.
- 23:06Speaker 7: That's not a good sign and it probably triggers in
- 23:09Speaker 7: you what happened the last time. Now he should be
- 23:12Speaker 7: a little bit more understanding of that. Yeah, and go
- 23:16Speaker 7: all right, baby, If that throw you off, let M
- 23:18Speaker 7: come on in. But you know, my brother taught me something.
- 23:23Speaker 7: When I was seventeen. I had messed up with these
- 23:28Speaker 7: two girls and I called my brother for advice, and
- 23:30Speaker 7: my brothers gave me the best advice.
- 23:33Speaker 12: That's when you gave them.
- 23:37Speaker 7: Yeah, name on the box and the note like that.
- 23:46Speaker 7: I can't That's one of the dumbest things I've ever done.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Call my brother asked for some help. He was eleven
- 23:56Speaker 2: years older than me, and my brother's twenty eight.
- 23:58Speaker 7: He said, bro, always, the best defense is a good office.
- 24:06Speaker 2: So what idea was.
- 24:09Speaker 7: I turned it on both of them and said, the
- 24:12Speaker 7: lady immaturity level that I'm seeing right here, lets me
- 24:17Speaker 7: know that I don't want to be involved with a
- 24:19Speaker 7: person like this. I didn't say talk to them together.
- 24:24Speaker 7: I talked to him individual. I said I don't want
- 24:25Speaker 7: to be involved with a person like this, So I'm out.
- 24:30Speaker 2: And they went. But wait, and I called my brother.
- 24:33Speaker 7: I say, brother, it work, you man, He said, naw, dog,
- 24:37Speaker 7: it just worked for twenty four hours to say them women.
- 24:42Speaker 2: They gonna regroup.
- 24:44Speaker 12: Yes, naw.
- 24:46Speaker 2: I don't know what to tell you when they come back.
- 24:49Speaker 2: But I just figured you needed a breath, so that.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I gave you a day's worth the work.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Yeah, just so you can go and get your little
- 25:00Speaker 2: young together. All right?
- 25:03Speaker 8: So so sheets should they both go to counseling? You think.
- 25:10Speaker 7: Listen, young lady, if your intuition is telling you something,
- 25:15Speaker 7: I would trust.
- 25:16Speaker 2: It and believe it.
- 25:17Speaker 7: Okay, all right, Now he got you talking about if
- 25:21Speaker 7: you don't get some counseling, our marriage is doomed.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Now he'd have jumped it all on you. But he
- 25:25Speaker 2: created the doubt.
- 25:26Speaker 7: And he was one cheating, right, and he violated the contract.
- 25:32Speaker 7: Now you need counseling, and you're gonna mess up the marriage.
- 25:37Speaker 7: That's not how it works. What he's playing offense is
- 25:40Speaker 7: what this is all about. He's taking offensive posture as
- 25:45Speaker 7: opposed to a defense. Now you then rote us in,
- 25:49Speaker 7: so that means you're pulling yourself together. Obviously it didn't
- 25:52Speaker 7: took more than twenty four hours. So now if I
- 25:56Speaker 7: was you, i'd gather myself and go, No, this is
- 25:58Speaker 7: how this is going to go. If we don't go
- 26:01Speaker 7: to treatment, this is over.
- 26:04Speaker 12: Okay, all right. I like it.
- 26:05Speaker 7: I like it, and I'm gonna take more than half
- 26:09Speaker 7: because you cheated.
- 26:11Speaker 12: Yes, Yello, great advice, Yllo all right. Next we got
- 26:16Speaker 12: Greg and Virginia Beach.
- 26:18Speaker 8: Greg writes, I had sex with my brother's ex wife
- 26:21Speaker 8: last week.
- 26:23Speaker 1: They got what what?
- 26:26Speaker 2: Oh? Yeah, I had sex with my brother's X one.
- 26:28Speaker 8: Ex wife last week. They got divorced years ago. But
- 26:32Speaker 8: I can't stop thinking that I did my brother wrong.
- 26:35Speaker 8: I was drunk. I was drunk and I didn't mean
- 26:39Speaker 8: for it to happen. She was sober. So does she
- 26:43Speaker 8: do it intentionally? Should I tell my brother don't blame her?
- 26:47Speaker 8: Should I tell my brother, Hey.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Bro, listen to me.
- 26:51Speaker 7: First of all, this to You're gonna have to take
- 26:53Speaker 7: this to you grade.
- 26:54Speaker 1: He can't, he can't tell us, he can't.
- 26:59Speaker 7: And you know, man, this so and so. I was drunk,
- 27:02Speaker 7: she was sober. Your brother ain't gonna want to hear
- 27:05Speaker 7: neither one of them. I'm telling you dad right now,
- 27:08Speaker 7: because he got is his ex but you ain't his
- 27:13Speaker 7: ex brother though, right, Yeah, that's.
- 27:17Speaker 2: Great, see you my brother, no matter what.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Yeah, we share.
- 27:23Speaker 7: And you know I had two brothers, I got one.
- 27:25Speaker 7: But one thing, I ain't never worried about them boys,
- 27:31Speaker 7: my brothers. I ain't care what happened. They were with me,
- 27:36Speaker 7: and I don't care what they did. I was with them.
- 27:38Speaker 7: I don't care.
- 27:39Speaker 13: Man.
- 27:40Speaker 7: We was brothers and that superended everything. Bro bro bro brother,
- 27:46Speaker 7: then my dudes them, then my dudes right there. I
- 27:51Speaker 7: know my brother did me.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Wrong and want to want to come clean? What is
- 27:58Speaker 2: all this? Come clean?
- 28:00Speaker 11: What?
- 28:01Speaker 2: They don't know?
- 28:02Speaker 7: These stupid young people right here, they don't understand.
- 28:04Speaker 12: They can't take it.
- 28:08Speaker 2: But you can't go in there and tell your brother
- 28:11Speaker 2: this man.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Yeah, First of all.
- 28:14Speaker 7: I can't keep from feeling that I'm wrong. He was
- 28:17Speaker 7: dead wrong about you being drunk. Yeah, but that's what
- 28:21Speaker 7: I'm saying. Does drunk really make you do stuff like this?
- 28:24Speaker 2: I don't know that. Well, we got some people.
- 28:28Speaker 12: Okay, never mind, you know what?
- 28:31Speaker 2: Moving on.
- 28:33Speaker 3: All right?
- 28:34Speaker 8: Lenney in Brooklyn writes, Uh, my boyfriend ignored my calls,
- 28:39Speaker 8: and I was very worried. So I went to his house.
- 28:43Speaker 8: He had company and wouldn't let me in. I went
- 28:46Speaker 8: home and he called me and said, it's not what
- 28:49Speaker 8: I think.
- 28:50Speaker 12: I have blocked him. Should I hear him out or
- 28:53Speaker 12: keep him blocked?
- 28:55Speaker 7: Well, if he would if you went over his house
- 28:58Speaker 7: and he had company and he didn't let you in,
- 29:03Speaker 7: how the helly they what you think he already know
- 29:06Speaker 7: what you're thinking.
- 29:08Speaker 11: Right, That's why he ain't let you in because that's
- 29:11Speaker 11: what it is, because he was in that doing the thinking.
- 29:15Speaker 7: Yeah, now, bro, I can't help you on this one
- 29:19Speaker 7: right here, So she should.
- 29:21Speaker 8: Keep him blocked. Don't hear him out, keep him blocked.

- 38:23Speaker 7: years now. I love the UFC. I'm a huge UFC fan.
- 38:29Speaker 7: Please make me make no mistake about it. I wouldn't
- 38:31Speaker 7: have went to the White House at all for the fight,
- 38:34Speaker 7: but I've gone to a lot of UFC fights Vegas,
- 38:37Speaker 7: out the country.
- 38:39Speaker 2: I've been been. I've been a lot of UFC fights.
- 38:43Speaker 7: Last night, man, I just I was sitting there noticing
- 38:47Speaker 7: certain things about this fight, and so I just I
- 38:50Speaker 7: paid close attention to it.
- 38:52Speaker 2: It was. It was a huge bow and praise to
- 38:55Speaker 2: Donald Trump.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Yeah, which is what he wanted.
- 38:57Speaker 7: Now here was a crazy thing. I looked at that
- 39:00Speaker 7: buddies carefully. It was predominantly ninety percent men. I think
- 39:07Speaker 7: it probably could have been higher than that. It was
- 39:09Speaker 7: me and men, men, men, men all over that place,
- 39:14Speaker 7: and I found out that his popularity with men young
- 39:20Speaker 7: men is crazy.
- 39:22Speaker 2: And that's what it was.
- 39:24Speaker 8: It was.
- 39:24Speaker 2: They just came and paid homage to this dude. Man.
- 39:28Speaker 7: If you look out in the audience, it had every
- 39:30Speaker 7: high level CEO of large corporations was there. One of
- 39:34Speaker 7: the commercials was about Elon Musk and Starlink and the
- 39:41Speaker 7: other that ran over and over, and the other one
- 39:43Speaker 7: was Trump coins dot Com. Was the commercials I watched
- 39:48Speaker 7: them due to propaganda. The other commercials were mostly military
- 39:53Speaker 7: commercials Recruitment, Wow, recruitment into the military.
- 39:58Speaker 2: I saw a lot of all. And then what really
- 40:02Speaker 2: struck me with those conservatives.
- 40:04Speaker 7: Was because they couldn't get a lot of people to
- 40:07Speaker 7: perform there, they bagged out one of the themes that
- 40:10Speaker 7: they were playing and they were and I was shocked, was.
- 40:15Speaker 8: It's it's fun to stay here the WHI m c a'sident.
- 40:20Speaker 13: Yeah, that's just so.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Ain't that by the village people?
- 40:25Speaker 12: Yes, sir, it is.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Ain't that a predominantly gay group.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Yes, well they're mad about him.
- 40:33Speaker 7: Okay, well I'm stunt. Yeah, I be mad too, because
- 40:37Speaker 7: you don't like them. You talk about them like dogs everywhere.
- 40:41Speaker 7: I just thought that was ironic. Man, it's fun to
- 40:44Speaker 7: stay at the y m c A and watch this
- 40:46Speaker 7: man truck and boy it got kind of quiet when
- 40:49Speaker 7: they played that. I watched that. I also watched us
- 40:54Speaker 7: A chant Yeah, the USA chant u s A. They
- 41:00Speaker 7: don't even care who the fighter is as long as
- 41:03Speaker 7: he was from America. And a few of them got
- 41:06Speaker 7: whipped as they should. But it was a great fight card.
- 41:11Speaker 7: But I got one other comment to make, my need
- 41:13Speaker 7: time talk about this, dude.
- 41:14Speaker 8: Oh okay, all right, well, uh we'll be back with
- 41:18Speaker 8: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this.

- 56:50Speaker 1: Up, thanking I for you.
- 56:52Speaker 8: Subjects Everything Ain't funny, Dear Stephen Shirley. I met my
- 56:56Speaker 8: boyfriend one day when I was out shopping with my
- 56:59Speaker 8: mother and my sister. My mom knew him, so she
- 57:02Speaker 8: introduced him to me and told him I was single
- 57:05Speaker 8: and available. I hated it whenever she did that, because
- 57:09Speaker 8: she was dead set on finding a man for me.
- 57:11Speaker 8: I didn't know it at the time, but my man,
- 57:14Speaker 8: my boyfriend, used to twist my mother up like a pretzel.
- 57:18Speaker 8: His exact words, he told me about my mother. Seven
- 57:21Speaker 8: months into our relationship, while we were having sex. He
- 57:25Speaker 8: told me that I don't have the stamina that my
- 57:27Speaker 8: mama has, and then he burst out laughing. I flipped
- 57:32Speaker 8: him off of me and onto the floor, and he
- 57:34Speaker 8: was still laughing hysterically, and he said it was a joke.
- 57:38Speaker 8: But as I was kicking him out of my house,
- 57:40Speaker 8: he told me the truth. He said he and my
- 57:43Speaker 8: mom met at the grocery store and I was in
- 57:46Speaker 8: the car. He said he asked my mother about me.
- 57:49Speaker 8: Then he asked my mother about me then, but she
- 57:52Speaker 8: was being very flirtatious and told him that she was
- 57:57Speaker 8: a lot more experienced than her daughter is. My mother
- 57:59Speaker 8: is forty two and I'm twenty five, so this is
- 58:02Speaker 8: always an issue with my mother and I. She still
- 58:05Speaker 8: looks great, so we compete for men. I should have
- 58:09Speaker 8: known when she introduced me to my boyfriend it was
- 58:12Speaker 8: too good to be true. When I confronted her about him,
- 58:15Speaker 8: she laughed too. She said she had to try him
- 58:18Speaker 8: out first to make sure he.
- 58:19Speaker 2: Was right for me.
- 58:21Speaker 8: I found out a week ago, but I still get
- 58:23Speaker 8: sick to my stomach when I think about it. Not
- 58:26Speaker 8: only did he sleep with my mother first, he had
- 58:28Speaker 8: the audacity to laugh in my face right while he
- 58:31Speaker 8: was telling me the truth. I want to get revenge
- 58:34Speaker 8: and laugh in their faces.
- 58:35Speaker 2: Like they did me.
- 58:36Speaker 8: What can I do to even the score? I can
- 58:39Speaker 8: shut my mom out of my life, So what do
- 58:42Speaker 8: I do? I can't shut my mom out of my life?
- 58:44Speaker 2: So what do I do?
- 58:46Speaker 8: Should I seek revenge or should I let karma catch
- 58:49Speaker 8: up with them later?
- 58:52Speaker 1: This is sick, I mean really really sick.
- 58:55Speaker 8: And sorry, but your mother, who's supposed to be the
- 58:59Speaker 8: mature onele model here, is to blame for all of this.
- 59:02Speaker 8: There's no way she should be competing with you in
- 59:06Speaker 8: the man department.
- 59:07Speaker 2: There's just no way.
- 59:08Speaker 12: She's your mother. That's not what mothers do.
- 59:11Speaker 1: And this is not a game to you.
- 59:13Speaker 12: I mean, you're twenty five.
- 59:14Speaker 8: You're just starting to really get serious about the men
- 59:17Speaker 8: in your life, and this would make anyone sick to
- 59:20Speaker 8: their stomach. I see why you're sick to your stomach,
- 59:22Speaker 8: especially with them laughing and all of that, like it's
- 59:25Speaker 8: a joke. So please don't in the future. Let your
- 59:29Speaker 8: mom know anything about what's going on in your love life,
- 59:32Speaker 8: and definitely don't allow her to introduce you to anyone
- 59:35Speaker 8: or pick anyone for you. The fact that she said
- 59:38Speaker 8: she had to try your guy out first, do you
- 59:40Speaker 8: understand that this is not normal.
- 59:42Speaker 1: That's not normal, that's not what normal moms do. I
- 59:46Speaker 1: hope you see that.
- 59:47Speaker 8: And that man was just really trash to throw that
- 59:50Speaker 8: up in your face and to laugh about it. I
- 59:52Speaker 8: would usually say don't let a man come between you
- 59:55Speaker 8: and your mom, but in this case, I say, get
- 59:57Speaker 8: away from them all ever. Let them know anything about
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: your business or who you're dating, and that's the best revenge.
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: Steve, I wasn't expecting this. Okay, everything ain't funny. This
- 1:00:14Speaker 7: woman meets his boyfriend through an introduction from her mother.
- 1:00:20Speaker 7: They were in the ghost grocery store. She introduced the
- 1:00:23Speaker 7: boyfriend to his daughter. She hates when she does that,
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: but her mother's dead settle helping her find a man.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: Well. She said that the mom knew the guy and
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: introduce him. So time went by, and.
- 1:00:47Speaker 7: Your boyfriends told her one time, I used to twist
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: your mama like a presser. Those were his exact words.
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: I used to twist your mama like a pretzel.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: Fo that's a hell of a statement to make, and
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: it's rather shocking.
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: And then he told her about him and his mother
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: seven months months into the relationship, while they was having sex,
- 1:01:20Speaker 7: he told me, he told the lady, I don't have
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: the stamina that my mama has.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: And then he busts out laugh. What kind of guys this?
- 1:01:33Speaker 11: You know?
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: I don't talk about your mama right now.
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: First of all, your mother should have never introduced y'all
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: in the first place.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: That's just for starters.
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: I mean, if you know you've had this dude before,
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: why would you introduce him to your daughter, and then
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: to turn around after you confront him and tell your
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: daughter I had to try him out first to make
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: sure he was good enough.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: What are y'all doing? I mean, I can't even tell
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: you that this is not how pen was.
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: So I flipped him off of me onto the floor,
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: and he was still laughing hysterically. He said it was
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: just a joke. But as I was kicking him out
- 1:02:22Speaker 7: of my house, he told me the truth. He said
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: that him and your mother met at the grocery store
- 1:02:27Speaker 7: and you were in the car. He said, he asked
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: my mother about me then, but she was very flirtatious
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: and told him she was a lot more experienced than
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: her daughter. My mother forty two and I'm twenty five.
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: That's fifteen she had. You are seventeen, So this is
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: always an issue with my mother and I. She still
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: looks great, so we compete for men. I should have
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: known what she introduced me to my boyfriend.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: It was too good to be true.
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: When I confronted her about him, she laughed too and
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: said she had to try I'm out first to make
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: sure he was right for the outbeat.
- 1:03:04Speaker 8: Hang on, Steve, We'll have part two of your response
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: Strawberry Letters subject everything Ain't funny?

- 1:04:01Speaker 8: Let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject everything Ain't funny.
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: This mother and daughter in the grocery store.
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: She sees a guy we find out in a letter
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: that she knew, and so she introduced him to a daughter.
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: And they hit it off and they started seeing each other. Well.
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: Then they started having a physical.
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: Relationship, and he told her one day, I used to
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: twist your mama like a press. Now, while they're having sex,
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: seven months into relationship, he's with this girl and says.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: You ain't got the stunt stamming in your mama. Guy.
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: She flips him off on the floor. He's laughing hysterically,
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: and so then he decides to tell her the truth
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: as she was kicking him out the house. Me and
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: your mama we met at the grocery store and you
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: was in the car. I asked about you, but your
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: mama said, hey, I'm a lot more. She was real
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: flirtations and said, I'm a lot more experienced than my daughter.
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: Because your mama forty two, you're twenty five, so she
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: still looks great. So you say, y'all compete for the
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: same man. Then you said, when she introduced you to
- 1:05:14Speaker 7: the boyfriend, you knew through it was too You thought
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: it was too good to be true. When you've confronted
- 1:05:19Speaker 7: her about him, she laughed too. She said she had
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: to try him out to make sure he was rightful Me, what,
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: what the hell is going on him? The dude ain't
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: no good and your mama tricky. So you just got
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: people in your life, little sister, man, you need first
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: of all, you need a new circle.
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: You need to redo your circle. You have got to
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: change the circle of people you around. You have to
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: stop frightnizing and socializing with your mother. You're twenty five,
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: get yourself some girlfriends. Let her be your mother if
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: she knows how, and rapt that title around her head.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: But right now she's trying to be your old assistant.
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: Y'all competing for the same man, So get out the
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: same circle. You can't compete for the same men if
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: you're not in the same circle. That's for starting now.
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: I found out a week ago, but I'm still getting
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: sick to my stomach when I think about it.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: Not only did he sleep with.
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: My mother first, he had the audacity to laugh in
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: my face right while he was telling me the truth.
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: I want to get revenge and laugh in their faces
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: like they did me. What can I do to even
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: the score? I can't shut my mom out of my life.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: So what do I do?
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: Should I seek revenge or should I let karma catch
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: up with him later? First of all, get out of
- 1:06:44Speaker 7: the revenge, mens, because all that's gonna do is consume
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: you with hate, and that's like a cancer. And all
- 1:06:51Speaker 7: that's gonna do is take up time that you don't have,
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: and you will accomplish nothing. Seeking revenge accomplis. It's just nothing.
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: I've done it before. It's a waste of time. My
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: life got better once I let it go. You just
- 1:07:10Speaker 7: have to let him go. It's nothing you could do.
- 1:07:12Speaker 7: And so what you wanna laugh in they face?
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: No, you don't.
- 1:07:15Speaker 7: Just let calm and take his place. They not going nowhere.
- 1:07:18Speaker 7: They ain't going no where. They gonna all watch you shine.
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: One day she's gonna have to come to your wed
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: with a great guy, you the mat. He gonna have
- 1:07:27Speaker 7: to realize he'd lost you to mama and everything he's
- 1:07:31Speaker 7: He's worthless. Don't even worry about this guy. Why would
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: you seek revenge on a meaningless, worthless person. It ain't
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: even worth it. Don't even put your time and effing
- 1:07:41Speaker 7: into it. Don't worry about posting nothing. Don't try to
- 1:07:44Speaker 7: say nothing. Put it on the bulleting board down.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: At this job.
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: You know you ain't got to, you know, go in
- 1:07:49Speaker 7: the parking lot and lead notes on his car. You know,
- 1:07:53Speaker 7: go down to his job, tape information on his car.
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: You ain't got time to do that.
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: I do all it, don't. You don't have time for that,
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: just those suggestions, you know, but you but really you
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: don't have time for that. He is worthless now.
- 1:08:09Speaker 7: Your mother, like you say, you can't cut ties with
- 1:08:11Speaker 7: your mama, but you can stop socializing, and that you
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: have to. And then just put her in the mama
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: category and take her out the friend category. Put her
- 1:08:25Speaker 7: in the mama category and let her stay over there.
- 1:08:29Speaker 7: And y'all, y'all ain't got to compete for me.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 1:08:38Speaker 10: She tri for you.
- 1:08:39Speaker 7: Your mama tricked The dude is completely triping, laughing in
- 1:08:43Speaker 7: your face. But your mama laughing in your face.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: She had to try him out first.
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: You ain't got the stamina in your mama. Hell, I'm
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: twenty five.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: Wild, that's the crazy.
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: Then laugh at me naked though you're not. No, you're not, lady.
- 1:09:09Speaker 7: I'm gonna put one of these cigar lighters on your
- 1:09:13Speaker 7: I got some torch cigars.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: I'm finna touch you with a couple of these torches.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: Were gonna cut out.
- 1:09:18Speaker 13: But I do like.
- 1:09:23Speaker 8: I like the fact that she kicked him out of
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: the out of her house. She flipped them over onto
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: the floor. I do like that the young lady. Yeah,
- 1:09:30Speaker 8: the twenty five.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: Doesn't deserve that.
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: I mean, nobody man.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but it wasn't for a month.
- 1:09:40Speaker 7: But your mother should have never introduced him in the
- 1:09:43Speaker 7: first place. You've been with just you, and you're gonna
- 1:09:45Speaker 7: introduce them to your daughter?
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: Are you crazy?
- 1:09:47Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: That's how does that makes sense?
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: You find out.

- 1:11:04Speaker 2: back in by some by some Stock and some Tims.
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: James.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean shot out to the World Champs. In
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: the World Champs. They did, did you know what?
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: In same time? They're young enough, they'll be back. I
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: think it'll be back next year. Be young enough to
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: be they'll be back. They won't have follow up. Yeah,
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: they have to grow up.
- 1:11:30Speaker 7: But you know what, it was astonishing to watch them
- 1:11:33Speaker 7: rely on a seven foot five person to shoot at
- 1:11:36Speaker 7: three That was that was just dumbfounding to me. The
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: way you said down there in the paint, where he
- 1:11:44Speaker 7: can at least get you to the.
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: Bro bro. That was crazy to me.
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: Also, so congratulations New York card El Clyde, the Clyde Fraser.
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: You know, yes, Spike Lee of course, Spike Lee being
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: still all of them, hey man, also instilling pleased.
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: Hey man, you know what at the I think did
- 1:12:10Speaker 7: we mention that earlier about the UFC fight I was
- 1:12:12Speaker 7: talking about, hey man, it was so many things that
- 1:12:17Speaker 7: was glaring about that event, man, that I was just
- 1:12:19Speaker 7: going like, for example, when he's one of the fighters
- 1:12:22Speaker 7: came out, they were escorted by two people and they
- 1:12:25Speaker 7: were either a military person or first respond or something,
- 1:12:28Speaker 7: which is really really good. But of all the people
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: that came down that aisle, I only saw I didn't
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: see one black person escorting a fighter to the ring,
- 1:12:38Speaker 7: which I don't have a problem with, but it's noticeable
- 1:12:43Speaker 7: when you're that excluded when you when they when they
- 1:12:47Speaker 7: came down past, and then they had those colonial soldiers
- 1:12:50Speaker 7: dressed up in colonial stuff. You know who wants to
- 1:12:53Speaker 7: walk past them? Wasn't nobody. Then they had this one
- 1:12:56Speaker 7: little Latino. He looked kind of brown. They put some
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: white hair on him with the little kurr money had
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: him standing there hold and I gave him that gun back.
- 1:13:05Speaker 7: And then they are now celebrities. They said, we have
- 1:13:07Speaker 7: a lot of celebrities here. They had one celebrity and
- 1:13:10Speaker 7: you know who it was, Tony Hedgecliff, the same comedian
- 1:13:15Speaker 7: that did the racist George Floyd joke hartroas brug and
- 1:13:21Speaker 7: put the camera on him. But the last dude, I
- 1:13:23Speaker 7: want to talk about the guy named Josh Hoyt who
- 1:13:26Speaker 7: beat ray Of that was horrible. At the end of
- 1:13:29Speaker 7: his speech, he said, hey, I got one thing to say,
- 1:13:32Speaker 7: Michelle Obama is a man?
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: Am I right? America? What now?
- 1:13:37Speaker 7: The crowd gave him nothing on that, but I got
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: words for him when I see him, This dude, man
- 1:13:42Speaker 7: Josh Hoyt, who's going to be a really good fighter.
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: But I'm waiting to watch him get his man.
- 1:13:49Speaker 12: That was the Yeah, all right, Steeve, Yeah, all right,
- 1:13:53Speaker 12: thank you.
- 1:13:54Speaker 8: Coming up at the top of the hour. We're gonna
- 1:13:56Speaker 8: switch gears because a man needs some help. He wants
- 1:13:58Speaker 8: to know if he should choose a woman over his
- 1:14:01Speaker 8: grown kids. We'll talk about that right after this. Yes,
- 1:14:05Speaker 8: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve,
- 1:14:12Speaker 8: this is from Chester in Albuquerque. Chester says, I'm going
- 1:14:16Speaker 8: through some things with my older kids. They don't like
- 1:14:19Speaker 8: the woman I chose to love. I choose to love
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: because she's been married four times and two of her
- 1:14:25Speaker 8: husbands had heart attacks. She's got a reputation for ruining
- 1:14:29Speaker 8: men's lives. But I see a different side of her.
- 1:14:33Speaker 8: This has been going on for five years. So do
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: I try to get my kids to come around and
- 1:14:38Speaker 8: show her some respect or tell them they're no longer
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: welcome at my home?
- 1:14:43Speaker 12: Am I allowed to love who I want to love?
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: Wow? Well, yes, you are allowed to love who you
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: want to love. You're doing it as you are.
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: You said that the woman you chose to love has
- 1:14:57Speaker 7: a reputation of ruining men's lives.
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: Now what made you pick that one? That's on you?
- 1:15:08Speaker 8: You know?
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 1:15:09Speaker 7: She's been married four times and you wanted to make
- 1:15:11Speaker 7: it number five. So that's that's on you, bro.
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: But you of them then died a heart attack attack
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: right she she put she put strain on somebody. It's
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: your heart. That's what he needs to be trying to
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: figure out. Yeah, you can keep it on your heart.
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: I think yeah.
- 1:15:32Speaker 7: Matter of fact, before we continue this, I think you
- 1:15:35Speaker 7: first need to check up.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: Say em a you eat all they.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Let me tell you.
- 1:15:44Speaker 7: He need an MR, he need a e KG. He
- 1:15:47Speaker 7: needs a sonogram as they do them now, and you
- 1:15:53Speaker 7: need to clearly scan. You need to see if you
- 1:15:57Speaker 7: got to hear any plaque in your orders anything, because
- 1:16:00Speaker 7: she's finn knock something loose and yell it's gonna be
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: gone to So she's widow, Yeah, get anything, perhaps get it.
- 1:16:13Speaker 7: See how your kidneys is holding up too, and they
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: they'll tell her what you're.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Gonna be there.
- 1:16:18Speaker 8: But it's been five years they've been together, five years,
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: nothing has happened.
- 1:16:22Speaker 7: So, like you said, well, his older children don't like her.
- 1:16:26Speaker 7: They don't have to like her. You can't make them
- 1:16:28Speaker 7: like them. Understand that, and so you know it's up
- 1:16:32Speaker 7: to you man.
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: You don't.
- 1:16:34Speaker 7: But if they do come over and it's their house,
- 1:16:37Speaker 7: they have to respect the woman of the house. You
- 1:16:40Speaker 7: have to tell your children. You have to respect her.
- 1:16:41Speaker 7: You have to speak to her when you come in
- 1:16:44Speaker 7: the house. You ain't got to hold the conversation. But
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: I expect you to be congenial to this woman in
- 1:16:49Speaker 7: her own house.
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: What they call her? What the kids calling.
- 1:16:54Speaker 10: Huh uh?
- 1:16:58Speaker 11: Here?
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: Is huh over here? Hey, daddy, We're gonna come see you.
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: It's her.
- 1:17:06Speaker 12: She just huh All right, we have time for another one.
- 1:17:10Speaker 12: This is from Mac and Lake.
- 1:17:11Speaker 8: Charles Max says, I need a loan from my dad,
- 1:17:15Speaker 8: and he told me that I have to come to
- 1:17:17Speaker 8: a lot of free labor at his house for the money.
- 1:17:20Speaker 8: If I do that, I can't go to my other
- 1:17:23Speaker 8: side jobs. He's my dad and knows I've fallen on
- 1:17:27Speaker 8: hard times. So why can he give me a loan?
- 1:17:30Speaker 8: Is that too much to ask?
- 1:17:32Speaker 7: He didn't gain it. He gonna give you a loan.
- 1:17:34Speaker 7: This is his payback terms. All you gotta do is
- 1:17:38Speaker 7: not accept the loan.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: But he said he needs you can go on the way.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: You won't.
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: And the reason he putting these terms on you like
- 1:17:44Speaker 7: this is because he know you're not gonna give him
- 1:17:47Speaker 7: the money back.
- 1:17:48Speaker 8: Oh okay, wow, Well he has other side jobs, and
- 1:17:56Speaker 8: he said he.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: Can't do those.
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: If he will, they not cutting it.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 1:18:02Speaker 12: Yeah, he still needs money from his dad, so he's
- 1:18:05Speaker 12: got to work it out.
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: Figure it out.
- 1:18:06Speaker 7: In the words of a very wise old man who
- 1:18:08Speaker 7: once told me, if you got a job and it
- 1:18:13Speaker 7: ain't working for you, why would you go get another
- 1:18:16Speaker 7: one of them?
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: And you could apply that to everything. College degree.
- 1:18:25Speaker 7: If you got a college degree and it ain't working
- 1:18:27Speaker 7: for you, why would you go get another one of them?
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: Wow?
- 1:18:33Speaker 12: Yeah, yea man, Wow, never heard of Yeah, I'm that way.
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:18:37Speaker 7: I mean sometimes you gotta face it like that. All right,
- 1:18:41Speaker 7: I got side jobs? Well, okay, yes, you still need
- 1:18:45Speaker 7: a loan.
- 1:18:45Speaker 8: Right coming up, coming up at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 1:18:50Speaker 8: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right
- 1:18:53Speaker 8: after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 1:19:00Speaker 8: all right. In a bizarre story in Brazil, a thirty
- 1:19:03Speaker 8: seven year old woman posed as a twelve year old
- 1:19:06Speaker 8: girl for more than a year in order to be
- 1:19:09Speaker 8: adopted by an unsuspected family. Investigators say the woman first
- 1:19:14Speaker 8: game trust through a church, claiming she was an abused child,
- 1:19:18Speaker 8: and was eventually taken in by a local family who
- 1:19:21Speaker 8: believed her story. To keep up the ruse, she reportedly
- 1:19:25Speaker 8: acted like a child, using a pacifier to relax, speaking
- 1:19:28Speaker 8: in a high pitched voice, and faking night terrors, convincing
- 1:19:33Speaker 8: the family she needed care. She also claimed to have
- 1:19:36Speaker 8: been given hormones as a young child, which explained why
- 1:19:40Speaker 8: she appeared to look much older than twelve. The deception
- 1:19:44Speaker 8: went on for fourteen months, with the family even planning
- 1:19:48Speaker 8: to legally adopt her, until a suspicious relative tipped off Police.
- 1:19:52Speaker 8: Authorities later discovered the woman had carried out similar scams before,
- 1:19:57Speaker 8: and she ultimately confessed. She now faces fraud and identity
- 1:20:02Speaker 8: theft charges, and her lawyer is seeking a psychiatric evaluation.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: This is the movie Orphans.
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: Then we go see this movie.
- 1:20:09Speaker 12: Yeah, one of my faiths.
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: And I ain't never seen that. But I'm gonna tell
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: you one thing.
- 1:20:16Speaker 7: There's no way you could be a thirty seven year
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: old woman and make me thank you twelve.
- 1:20:22Speaker 8: We'll given hormones to make her look older than twelve.
- 1:20:28Speaker 12: But yeah, you need to see Orphan.
- 1:20:30Speaker 2: Yeah you gotta see.
- 1:20:31Speaker 13: Man.
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: Get here. We were doing that theater, screaming at the script.
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: Yes we were man. We were all right, Thank you.
- 1:20:39Speaker 12: Guys. Coming up next, we'll play around it. Would you rather?

- 1:23:02Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:23:03Speaker 8: Would you rather a bowl of cold oatmeal or a
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: bowl of soggy cereal?
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: Cold?
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: That colon meal can't work. It's got to be that
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: soggy CeAl.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: That's why they got microwaves.
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: Coal clumped up. It ain't good.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: Put it in the microwave.
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: What is the big deal? All right?
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: What you eat oatmeal?
- 1:23:23Speaker 3: Cooking?
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: What She didn't say warm it up, not now bag hot?
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: Which one we gonna do?
- 1:23:28Speaker 8: But you said you can't eat it bowl of cold
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: oatmeal or a bowl of soggy cereal.
- 1:23:34Speaker 12: So you're going with the soggy cereal. Okay, yeah, all right,

- 1:23:58Speaker 1: that is.
- 1:23:59Speaker 12: Well, that's what Elba. He's a he's a he was knighted.
- 1:24:03Speaker 12: You call him sir, Idris Elba.
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: Now, oh, I got a camp full of kids be
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: here in a few days.
- 1:24:11Speaker 15: Gonna call me sir, and all the women listening will
- 1:24:16Speaker 15: call Idris sir sooner.
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: Yeah, country, I'm so happy for him. Yes, all right,
- 1:24:26Speaker 8: that's today's rounded. Would you rather guys coming up next?
- 1:24:28Speaker 8: It is our last break of the day, and of
- 1:24:30Speaker 8: course we will close out the show with the one
- 1:24:33Speaker 8: and only Sir Steve Harvey right after this. You're listening
- 1:24:39Speaker 8: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:24:44Speaker 15: Do you ever notice your floor still look dirty even
- 1:24:47Speaker 15: after you mop. Power Mop gives you a deeper clean
- 1:24:51Speaker 15: you can see and feel, unlike stream mops. So for
- 1:24:54Speaker 15: power Mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away even
- 1:24:58Speaker 15: and hard to reach places like behind the toilet. The
- 1:25:02Speaker 15: new micro scrubbers delivered thousands of tiny, deep cleaning actions
- 1:25:06Speaker 15: for results that look, smell, and feel clean. No more
- 1:25:10Speaker 15: dirty floors. Try to swear for power Mop, love it
- 1:25:14Speaker 15: or your money back.
- 1:25:16Speaker 8: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:25:19Speaker 8: day on this on this beautiful day, on this beautiful Monday,
- 1:25:23Speaker 8: on this.
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: New York Monday.
- 1:25:24Speaker 12: Yes, New York state of mons new.
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: Congratulations to New York again. Man job well deserved, well done.
- 1:25:40Speaker 7: Yes espression shout out to Jalen Bronson Man because you
- 1:25:43Speaker 7: know what, bro Man, Nobody thought he was worthy of
- 1:25:47Speaker 7: a number one pick. Nobody thought he he was the
- 1:25:50Speaker 7: catalyst that could lead New York.
- 1:25:51Speaker 8: Hey.
- 1:25:52Speaker 7: I mean every single sports announcer wrote this boy off.
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: What New York Knicks did was they didn't listen to
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: none of the noise outside that locker room. They knew
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: who he was. And this is how I know who
- 1:26:04Speaker 7: They knew who he was. They made him the captain
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: of the team. So congratulations to the New York Knicks.
- 1:26:10Speaker 7: I also want to talk about this White House UFC
- 1:26:13Speaker 7: two hundred and fifty fiftieth birthday celebration. It was to
- 1:26:17Speaker 7: coincide with Donald Trump's birthday. Who is good friends with
- 1:26:20Speaker 7: Dana White. I met Dana White before I happened to
- 1:26:23Speaker 7: like Dana White a lot. He told me the story
- 1:26:25Speaker 7: of why he's friends with Donald Trump, and I understood it.
- 1:26:28Speaker 7: This was long before he was president, and a favor
- 1:26:31Speaker 7: he did for him when nobody else would help him.
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: So he formed a friendship with him. All Right, I
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: got that. Get over it.
- 1:26:38Speaker 7: It happens so to honor him, he had his birthday
- 1:26:41Speaker 7: party on the same day as the birth of America,
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: to celebrate the independence of America.
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: I watched it. You know, I they have a problem
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: with none of this happening, But I kind of noticed
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: a lot of things. Man.
- 1:26:53Speaker 7: I enjoyed the fight card. The fight card was outstanding.
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: A couple of things puzzled me a bit. You know,
- 1:27:00Speaker 7: is a predominantly male sport. The fan base is male driven.
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: In that audience that night, it had to be ninety
- 1:27:07Speaker 7: to ninety five percent men. Who was huge Trump supporters anyway,
- 1:27:12Speaker 7: and I know why they support him, But that's a
- 1:27:14Speaker 7: whole nother closing remark. But on the fight card, man,
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: I watched a lot of stuff happen. I watched it
- 1:27:20Speaker 7: was great that they had first responders and military men
- 1:27:23Speaker 7: walking each one of the fighters to the ring to
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: a certain point, you know, and it's kind of crazy,
- 1:27:28Speaker 7: but they had a lot of veterans and disabled veterans.
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: But did we forget that his friend.
- 1:27:34Speaker 7: Elon Musk got rid of DEI, which killed so many
- 1:27:39Speaker 7: veterans disabled veterans programs? Did we forget that? And jobs
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: from the VA? Did we forget that? And I looked
- 1:27:49Speaker 7: at all the commercials. A lot of the commercials were
- 1:27:51Speaker 7: centered around Starlink military recruitment Trump coin, and so it
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: just started to feel like a big, warm, fuzzy hug
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: to Donald Trump. Every fighter that won climbed over and
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: went down and kneeled in front of him and shooka's hand.
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: I ain't nothing wrong with that, ain't nothing wrong with that.
- 1:28:11Speaker 7: But that's you know, he is the forty seventh president,
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: you know, I respect the officer of the presidency no
- 1:28:18Speaker 7: matter who in it. I don't like anything about this
- 1:28:20Speaker 7: administration and his policies at all at all. But one
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: of the commercials that they was running, they were talking
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: about how America loves to march, and they kept showing
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: soldiers marching off to battle. They were talking about Normandy,
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: and they were talking about the Gulf War, and they
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: were talking about marching in these different wars that they
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: showed the Civil the Civil War, you know, back in
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: the day and all that, and they showed black people
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: marching across the bridge down in alabem Pettis Bridge. They
- 1:29:03Speaker 7: showed black people marking across the bridge. And every time
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: they showed somebody marching, it was for something. They were
- 1:29:11Speaker 7: talking about how they were marching to make America great. Well,
- 1:29:16Speaker 7: the black people that you showed was marching to try
- 1:29:19Speaker 7: to get America to accept them and to treat them
- 1:29:23Speaker 7: like Americans. That's why black people have to march. And
- 1:29:29Speaker 7: now you want to give us credit for that, for
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: the march, But then everything we marched for you want
- 1:29:34Speaker 7: to take it back. You want to rescind the Civil
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: Rights Voting Act, you want to rescind Affirmative Action, you
- 1:29:41Speaker 7: want to rescind DEEI. You just want to resind everything.
- 1:29:47Speaker 7: You want to take all of the history out of
- 1:29:49Speaker 7: the school. It's crazy, man, what they were showing about
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: themselves and they didn't even know it.
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: They so blindly being who they are.
- 1:30:01Speaker 7: They can't even see who they are because they don't
- 1:30:04Speaker 7: see nothing wrong with it. So let's show some black
- 1:30:07Speaker 7: people marching too, so we'll include them. Yeah, what the
- 1:30:10Speaker 7: hell's we marching for? The highlight of it was to
- 1:30:13Speaker 7: fight Josh Hoyt beat derreck Lewis for one of the
- 1:30:18Speaker 7: fights Hoight, whatever his name is, And at the end
- 1:30:22Speaker 7: of it he said, Hey, I got one other thing
- 1:30:27Speaker 7: to say. Michelle Obama is a man? Am I right? America?
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: Now? Everybody in orders that was no big cheer about
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: it or nothing.
- 1:30:36Speaker 7: But I was so offended by this because who are
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: you to take this moment right here to slam the
- 1:30:44Speaker 7: only black first lady we've ever had, For you to
- 1:30:48Speaker 7: step out of your way to do that, and nobody
- 1:30:52Speaker 7: on that side mention nothing. What we are all my
- 1:30:56Speaker 7: boys on the radio today, Ricky Smile and Deal, Hughgley
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: talking about it, and we're not going to and the
- 1:31:02Speaker 7: internet is talking about it, and we're not gonna forget it, man,
- 1:31:05Speaker 7: And that was that was the lowest of blows is
- 1:31:07Speaker 7: that who you really are?
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: Man?
- 1:31:10Speaker 7: Somebody should have said so Dana White should have checked
- 1:31:13Speaker 7: him or something. That's his usc. He check everybody else
- 1:31:16Speaker 7: for doing stuff. But then some other things. So, but
- 1:31:20Speaker 7: let me say one other thing. The celebrity that he
- 1:31:22Speaker 7: had said, celebrities are all over this place. They're all
- 1:31:25Speaker 7: over the place. And the only celebrity they showed was
- 1:31:28Speaker 7: Tony Hedgecliff, who was the same racist comedian that did
- 1:31:33Speaker 7: the joke about George Floyd choking and did the joke
- 1:31:37Speaker 7: about Puerto Rico being a piece of trash out on
- 1:31:39Speaker 7: the island.
- 1:31:40Speaker 8: He was.
- 1:31:40Speaker 7: It was the only celebrity there. I just wanted to
- 1:31:42Speaker 7: say that. So, yeah, I saw the fight, and I
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: saw how they exemplifight and they showed who really are.
- 1:31:47Speaker 7: Other than that, he was a great fight. Y'all have
- 1:31:49Speaker 7: a great day. Talk to God. He loved to hear
- 1:31:51Speaker 7: from Peace.
- 1:31:56Speaker 13: For all.
