- 1:55Speaker 8: Come, come on you, I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 8: You are listening to the voice, Come on dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 8: One and only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 8: Steve Harvey got a radio show because God in the
- 2:14Speaker 8: blessing business. Yeah, that's all. I'm just a recipient. Steve
- 2:20Speaker 8: Harvey got a radio show because God is in the
- 2:22Speaker 8: show you favor business.
- 2:26Speaker 2: He showed me some favor.
- 2:28Speaker 8: Steve Harvey got a radio show because God is in
- 2:30Speaker 8: the forgiving business.
- 2:34Speaker 6: God then forgave me thousands and thousands of times, you know.
- 2:42Speaker 6: And I say that as a big number like that,
- 2:45Speaker 6: because it's probably true. God is a forgiving God. That's
- 2:49Speaker 6: how it exists today, and that's how you exist today.
- 2:53Speaker 2: And one of the things I want to remind you.
- 2:54Speaker 8: About even in existing today, you know, Joel Ostein has
- 2:59Speaker 8: a book I'll call It's Your Time. I love this book.
- 3:02Speaker 8: It's called It's Your Time, and that's kind of what
- 3:06Speaker 8: I want to touch on today. And I want to
- 3:08Speaker 8: remind you all that it's still your time. See, you know,
- 3:15Speaker 8: there's look, you know, they've got unsuccessful people have created
- 3:21Speaker 8: a lot of sayings to justify our failures as people.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Well, my ship has passed.
- 3:31Speaker 8: That was created by a person who did not quite
- 3:36Speaker 8: make their goal in the amount of time that they
- 3:39Speaker 8: had set for.
- 3:40Speaker 2: So to justify it, here comes this.
- 3:42Speaker 8: Great, seemingly very clever saying, and a lot of us
- 3:46Speaker 8: a depth. Well, my ship has passed, so we adopt that.
- 3:50Speaker 8: Here's another one. Well, I guess it just wasn't meant
- 3:53Speaker 8: to be. That sounds good, don't it, Because they mix
- 3:57Speaker 8: it up with a little bit of fail base in it.
- 4:01Speaker 8: I guessed it was. Well, here's another one. I guess
- 4:04Speaker 8: if God wanted it for me, i'd have it. Are
- 4:08Speaker 8: you serious?
- 4:09Speaker 2: Man? Are you serious?
- 4:12Speaker 8: You're actually gonna use that one to justify where you
- 4:18Speaker 8: are in life?
- 4:19Speaker 1: Man?
- 4:20Speaker 8: That's that's so, that's so not the case. I want
- 4:24Speaker 8: to remind everybody today that it's still your time. That
- 4:30Speaker 8: you know, your ship hasn't sailed. You didn't miss all
- 4:34Speaker 8: of your opportunities. There's others. It's still your time. You know,
- 4:41Speaker 8: you still got a chance. You still have a shot.
- 4:47Speaker 8: Here's a good one. You still have hope, you do
- 4:54Speaker 8: all of you. As long as God is who he is,
- 5:00Speaker 8: there's always hope for you.
- 5:03Speaker 2: You can never lose sight of that.
- 5:04Speaker 8: You can never let the devil win that battle that
- 5:08Speaker 8: there is no hope for you and cause you to
- 5:11Speaker 8: do something that's unthinkable. I'm just gonna cash in the chips.
- 5:18Speaker 8: I'm gonna take my life. I'm gonna commit suicide. No no, no,
- 5:21Speaker 8: wait a second, wait a second, are you for real?
- 5:25Speaker 8: That's not God talking to you. That's something wrong and
- 5:29Speaker 8: it's not coming from him. It's still your time. You
- 5:35Speaker 8: still got a chance. There's always hope. But listen to me.
- 5:39Speaker 8: You got to move and you got to move on it.
- 5:44Speaker 8: So many people are not getting the full benefit of
- 5:48Speaker 8: their life, and so many people are not getting all
- 5:51Speaker 8: the blessings that God has for because you keep waiting
- 5:55Speaker 8: on the perfect time. Man, how many times have I
- 5:58Speaker 8: heard people come to me and say, hey, hey man,
- 6:00Speaker 8: I'm just waiting on everything to line up right. Man,
- 6:03Speaker 8: I'm waiting on the perfect time to get Hey, can
- 6:06Speaker 8: I tell you something. If I were waiting on the
- 6:10Speaker 8: perfect time, I wouldn't be hardly any of the things
- 6:15Speaker 8: that I've become. And one of my greatest blessings was
- 6:20Speaker 8: marrying Marjorie. I wouldn't even have married Marjorie if I
- 6:26Speaker 8: was waiting on the perfect time, because I had gone
- 6:29Speaker 8: through what I thought was enough.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Misery to cover my entire lifetime.
- 6:36Speaker 8: And so when I was first divorced, I just said, man,
- 6:42Speaker 8: it's gonna be five six years before I do this again.
- 6:46Speaker 8: I said it two years later I was married. But
- 6:53Speaker 8: guess what, Man, it wasn't the perfect time. I didn't
- 6:57Speaker 8: have my ducks, all my ducks lined up in a row.
- 7:00Speaker 8: It was still some things I needed to clean up.
- 7:04Speaker 8: I even told her, it's some things I want to
- 7:06Speaker 8: clean up out of my life. Before you know it's
- 7:09Speaker 8: it's I want I want to make sure I got
- 7:12Speaker 8: all the stars a line up. You know I want
- 7:14Speaker 8: to I want to wait until all the ducks are
- 7:16Speaker 8: in a row. I was waiting on the perfect time.
- 7:20Speaker 8: If I had not stopped, and Marjorie and I had
- 7:24Speaker 8: set out and said to each other, there'll be no
- 7:27Speaker 8: perfect time and then she said, I'll go through with
- 7:32Speaker 8: you whatever you're going through.
- 7:34Speaker 2: That was it.
- 7:37Speaker 8: I took a chance. The ducks were not lined up
- 7:41Speaker 8: in a row. I had a lot of baggage in
- 7:44Speaker 8: my life, man, I wanted to try to clear up.
- 7:47Speaker 8: I wanted to do some things financially different. I wanted
- 7:50Speaker 8: to just get rid of some residue I had in
- 7:53Speaker 8: my life. She said, no, we'll do it together, because
- 7:57Speaker 8: it ain't no perfect time. And guess what it was.
- 8:00Speaker 8: So if you're out there waiting on the perfect time
- 8:03Speaker 8: to do something, it may not come. There is no
- 8:07Speaker 8: such thing as waiting on the perfect time. I've said
- 8:11Speaker 8: this one hundred times, and here comes one oh one.
- 8:13Speaker 8: The road to success is always under construction. You ain't
- 8:17Speaker 8: finna go out there and there ain't no barrels on
- 8:19Speaker 8: the road. You're not going out there and not running
- 8:21Speaker 8: to detours signs. You're not going out there without seeing
- 8:24Speaker 8: the me and working sign to get off.
- 8:27Speaker 2: You're not going out there to see it. So guess what.
- 8:30Speaker 8: Stop waiting on the stars are going Man, this is
- 8:33Speaker 8: a perfect time to do it.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Now.
- 8:35Speaker 6: If you're waiting on the perfect time, that could be
- 8:39Speaker 6: one of.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Your biggest problems. You're still waiting.
- 8:41Speaker 8: You have got to move, and you've got to move
- 8:43Speaker 8: on it, and you've got to make a decision to
- 8:46Speaker 8: go now. God will get you through everything necessary for
- 8:50Speaker 8: you to get through. But you can't quit though. See
- 8:54Speaker 8: here is a part. You can't quit just because the
- 8:57Speaker 8: road you're on is under construction. You get off at
- 9:00Speaker 8: the exit because you're tired of all the bump of
- 9:03Speaker 8: the bumper traffic.
- 9:04Speaker 2: It's that way.
- 9:06Speaker 8: Get you some God, like I said, get you some God,
- 9:10Speaker 8: and go on and go see what your life can
- 9:12Speaker 8: be like. So stop waiting on the perfect time, stop
- 9:15Speaker 8: waiting on the stars to align themselves. You got to
- 9:18Speaker 8: move and you got to move on it. Get you
- 9:22Speaker 8: some God, apply some faith, and get started. And remember
- 9:25Speaker 8: when you get out there, coming towards your goal, the
- 9:28Speaker 8: road to construct, the road to success is always under construction.
- 9:33Speaker 8: If it was easy, everybody would be it. Stop expecting
- 9:36Speaker 8: it to be easy. Come on out here, get up
- 9:38Speaker 8: in this thing. It's funky out here. Yeah I got
- 9:40Speaker 8: all that. It's hard out here, yeah I got all that.
- 9:43Speaker 8: But what you want to do, man, Uh, what you
- 9:46Speaker 8: wanna do? You're gonna push your chips up to the window.
- 9:49Speaker 8: It ain't time for that. You still got time, you
- 9:51Speaker 8: still got a chance. There's always hope, there's always God.
- 9:55Speaker 8: That's my conversation today.
- 9:57Speaker 4: You're listening show, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:04Speaker 8: I've decided today to open this show with a song.
- 10:07Speaker 8: Not only problem with making that decision right now is
- 10:10Speaker 8: I haven't decided what that song is. So I'm thinking
- 10:14Speaker 8: of something right now and nothing is coming to me.
- 10:18Speaker 8: So now that idea I had about opening with a
- 10:21Speaker 8: song is starting to dwindle because I just can't think
- 10:24Speaker 8: enoughing that I hold it on.
- 10:27Speaker 2: You thought of something so very hot to you. Loves
- 10:30Speaker 2: Gone and that's no lie holding on.
- 10:35Speaker 8: Yeah, that came to me just now, but I didn't
- 10:37Speaker 8: really want to saying that one because that was the
- 10:40Speaker 8: one that just came. And then I don't really feel
- 10:52Speaker 8: that one either though, So I'm.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Intro, Yeah, just intro. And so that's all it was.
- 11:00Speaker 8: One day, child, I won't have to listen to your life.
- 11:05Speaker 8: On that day, I'll be able to make up my
- 11:07Speaker 8: own mind. Yes I will, boy boy, I know some here, ladies, jentlemen,
- 11:13Speaker 8: It's Steve All the Morning Show, Shelton Strawberry calling for
- 11:16Speaker 8: real the mouth of the South End Junior, better known
- 11:20Speaker 8: as kids Face.
- 11:20Speaker 6: Nephew Tony is off the date, Uh, you know, just
- 11:24Speaker 6: too much. It's just too much. Birthday, Yes, today, birthday.
- 11:29Speaker 8: You know it's been a sweet time for him. God
- 11:32Speaker 8: didnet bless him. He's still here, my nephew cancer free.
- 11:37Speaker 8: Look at God.
- 11:38Speaker 6: Come on now, hanging there, boy, hang in there, boy.
- 11:43Speaker 2: You know it was that was really hard for me.
- 11:46Speaker 8: You know, I was looking out for us, calling Jackie
- 11:49Speaker 8: and everything. I was just trying to be concerned. And
- 11:51Speaker 8: I don't really like to show that side to meet him,
- 11:55Speaker 8: you know, and I was having to, you know, be
- 11:58Speaker 8: and I was really really good concerned because you know,
- 12:01Speaker 8: cancel real, I really pray for help, I really did.
- 12:07Speaker 2: You know it was prayer heal, Yeah, because you know
- 12:10Speaker 2: I ain't.
- 12:10Speaker 8: Like regularly you know when people say, you know, I
- 12:12Speaker 8: pray for you, and you really don't. You know, it
- 12:14Speaker 8: wasn't like that. I had to really wait.
- 12:16Speaker 2: You say that to people, You mean.
- 12:20Speaker 1: That you even said, did you hear what you say?
- 12:23Speaker 2: Did you hear yourself?
- 12:24Speaker 8: You're trying to tell me that you just said everybody
- 12:28Speaker 8: you say, I'm prayful, you really pray for them?
- 12:31Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 12:31Speaker 1: Yeah, because but because you know why, how I do it?
- 12:34Speaker 4: I do it right? Then, I do it right. Then
- 12:38Speaker 4: when I say i'm an.
- 12:40Speaker 2: I do it that when I say it, that is yeah, yeah,
- 12:42Speaker 2: that when I say it, that's your prayer.
- 12:45Speaker 6: Right.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Know me?
- 12:49Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
- 12:51Speaker 3: You're gonna pray for them and you don't be back
- 12:54Speaker 3: on you.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Well, but let me ask you something. You think everybody?
- 12:58Speaker 2: You know? Everybody you know, I ain't got time? You
- 13:01Speaker 2: should do?

- 13:04Speaker 1: You got town? You you got time. You could take
- 13:08Speaker 1: a moment to the morning.
- 13:11Speaker 6: Like every day, I pray all day. The question, I've
- 13:16Speaker 6: got a lot of stuff. I'll be going to God
- 13:18Speaker 6: with a whole lot.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Of stuff for yourself.
- 13:20Speaker 2: That's for me. And mind you ain't none to mind.
- 13:25Speaker 1: All right.
- 13:26Speaker 2: I'm just sitting in there, man, praying.

- 20:55Speaker 1: hard morning show.
- 20:57Speaker 4: Coming up at the top of the hour of the
- 20:58Speaker 4: earn your leisure podcas Cast team of Rashad Balal and
- 21:01Speaker 4: Troy Millings will be here. They're gonna tell us all
- 21:04Speaker 4: about invest Best twenty twenty three that will take place
- 21:08Speaker 4: in Atlanta, Georgia. It's a guaranteed sellout again this year,
- 21:12Speaker 4: so we'll tell you how to get tickets. That's at
- 21:15Speaker 4: the top of the hour. But right now it is
- 21:17Speaker 4: time to ask the clo Bedian Tulsa writes, my husband
- 21:22Speaker 4: prided himself on never lying to me, but he doesn't
- 21:27Speaker 4: tell me the full truth. I have a cell phone code,
- 21:30Speaker 4: but I find out found out that he has another phone.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Why would they need two phones if he's not a cheater?
- 21:36Speaker 4: What's worse? Lying or not telling me things? What's worse?
- 21:41Speaker 7: Look?
- 21:41Speaker 2: Look, look, look, look, you come to the wrong persons.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Yes, yes you have.
- 21:48Speaker 8: Look, look listen to mission. I don't know why your
- 21:52Speaker 8: husband got two fund Does that mean he cheats? No,
- 21:56Speaker 8: not necessarily. He could have a good ass reason. I
- 21:59Speaker 8: used to add phones. I have four phones. You know
- 22:03Speaker 8: this was before you know, there was no texting back
- 22:06Speaker 8: then you could BlackBerry, but you know it wasn't.
- 22:09Speaker 2: But I have pages, you know you yeah, I have
- 22:11Speaker 2: four phones. Were you shocking?
- 22:14Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 22:14Speaker 2: Yeah, well yeah yeah yeah with pots. Yeah yeah, with
- 22:19Speaker 2: four phones. Yeah, with your phones.
- 22:22Speaker 3: So the logic that she has about her theory is moot.
- 22:26Speaker 7: On.
- 22:27Speaker 2: No, he only had two phones.
- 22:31Speaker 3: That's Steve's hard to explain, thank you.
- 22:34Speaker 8: Yeah, really hard to explain, especially when one of them
- 22:40Speaker 8: phones from like seven eleven.
- 22:43Speaker 2: I had track phones.
- 22:48Speaker 9: You got everything, pay card phone.
- 22:51Speaker 8: And beer that I had personal faults. This man just
- 22:57Speaker 8: got two phones. That doesn't mean he prided himself for
- 23:01Speaker 8: always being honest and he is now. Honesty does not
- 23:06Speaker 8: mean you tell everything. If you're going to be married
- 23:11Speaker 8: and stay married, you can't tell everything.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Now we agree on that.
- 23:17Speaker 8: If you think you can't, go ahead and try. Let
- 23:20Speaker 8: me know how they work out. Go on in there
- 23:23Speaker 8: and start telling everything. A husband and wife, man and woman,
- 23:27Speaker 8: go in there and tell everything and watch what happens.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Complete honesty.
- 23:32Speaker 4: I'm not a fan, not a fan. Y.
- 23:41Speaker 2: You take your ass in there telling em picture. Yeah,
- 23:45Speaker 2: I got talking about it. You know that sound they
- 23:47Speaker 2: have with a needle go across the record.
- 23:50Speaker 8: Yeah, you're gonna be talking, and you're gonna make a
- 23:54Speaker 8: statement that being very honest. And you're gonna hear that song, right,
- 23:57Speaker 8: you're gonna hear that songing like that shirt.
- 24:01Speaker 2: You're gonna hit freaks. Come up?
- 24:04Speaker 6: What did you just say? And you say, I'm just
- 24:07Speaker 6: being honest? Yip, But what did you say?
- 24:08Speaker 2: Though?
- 24:11Speaker 4: Moving on to Quandra in teck Quandrites, My husband's ex
- 24:15Speaker 4: wife recently threw it up in my face, and my
- 24:17Speaker 4: husband called and apologized to her for being a bad husband.
- 24:21Speaker 4: I was surprised, but I'm all for her getting the
- 24:24Speaker 4: closure she needed. Why would he call her but then
- 24:28Speaker 4: not mention it to me?
- 24:30Speaker 8: Hm, Well, first of all, he wasn't married to you.
- 24:33Speaker 8: Then all he was doing was clear in his conscience. Hey,
- 24:37Speaker 8: I want to apologize to you.
- 24:39Speaker 2: You know he knew he was wrong.
- 24:41Speaker 8: I won't apologize to you for being a bad husband.
- 24:44Speaker 8: Now she gonna throw it up in your face. Yeah,
- 24:46Speaker 8: probably cook because there's a kid involved or something. So
- 24:50Speaker 8: that's just her saying where he called me, that's just
- 24:53Speaker 8: some get back at you. Don't let her mess you up.
- 24:57Speaker 8: Your husband apologize. It ain't saying he on her back.
- 25:01Speaker 2: I didn't tell my wife.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Get louder.
- 25:06Speaker 8: I can't tell my wife when I call my ex wife.
- 25:11Speaker 8: And I got a couple of answers. So I've made
- 25:12Speaker 8: a lot of cats.
- 25:14Speaker 9: But what what the what they be about?
- 25:18Speaker 7: Though? Oh?
- 25:20Speaker 8: They be shot and quick? You know I got kids? Yeah,
- 25:23Speaker 8: so I got you to have some discussion. But you
- 25:26Speaker 8: are like, now, I ain't got to discuss them.
- 25:28Speaker 2: But now what them? No more? My damn kids grown.
- 25:31Speaker 2: I talked directly to my kids.
- 25:34Speaker 6: Oh but all the child supportainment years? Oh, we had
- 25:37Speaker 6: talked that.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Works if the ex wife doesn't throw it up in
- 25:40Speaker 4: your current wife's face, that's the problem.
- 25:42Speaker 8: She's okay, nobody throws nothing up in my current wife face.
- 25:45Speaker 8: I ain't worried about this, but.
- 25:47Speaker 1: What that's what?
- 25:48Speaker 4: That's what this lady kind Yeah, that she threw it
- 25:52Speaker 4: up in her face, and whe.
- 25:53Speaker 6: She threw it up in her face, But what do
- 25:55Speaker 6: it mean she threw what a video face that.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Called her an apology, hologized for all that was.
- 26:03Speaker 8: And all she trying to do is start some mess
- 26:05Speaker 8: in your head and your life by saying he calls me,
- 26:09Speaker 8: so what he called and apologized and he didn't tell
- 26:11Speaker 8: you yes, So.
- 26:13Speaker 2: That ain't nothing.
- 26:14Speaker 6: But the woman's creating the mess that she wanted to
- 26:17Speaker 6: cree because now you won't receive all the morning show
- 26:19Speaker 6: with a letter.
- 26:20Speaker 4: But if it's nothing, why wouldn't you just mention Oh,
- 26:23Speaker 4: by the way, I called her?
- 26:25Speaker 6: Why because of this right here? Because because of this
- 26:31Speaker 6: right here, this is your reaction, Shirley, is why he
- 26:35Speaker 6: didn't tell his face.
- 26:36Speaker 4: I wouldn't have this reaction if ex wife wouldn't have
- 26:38Speaker 4: thrown it up in my face. Though that's you could
- 26:41Speaker 4: you could have stopped that but just saying I'm.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Not well, so what we're deal with it when his time.
- 26:46Speaker 6: But I bet our own brother, I'm starting the fire
- 26:49Speaker 6: at my house.
- 26:52Speaker 9: Can you just say, did you just say I'm talking
- 26:55Speaker 9: about two minutes ago?
- 26:57Speaker 1: Did you just say you don't tell everything?
- 27:00Speaker 2: You just said that go ahead.
- 27:02Speaker 3: But she's mad at the secrecy part of it. If
- 27:05Speaker 3: he would have came to her and said, Yo, I'm
- 27:07Speaker 3: gonna call my ex we got these kids or whatever,
- 27:10Speaker 3: I'm apologized.
- 27:11Speaker 2: What you're gonna call her fault?
- 27:14Speaker 3: If there's something you need to do, If you know.
- 27:18Speaker 6: If his kids involved, y'all would have said. They would
- 27:22Speaker 6: have started a whole nother message. What you're calling her fault?
- 27:25Speaker 6: You ain't got to apologize for her. You got the divorce, would.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Have because I would have said, you ain't.
- 27:34Speaker 10: Got to call her.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Right there. That's why he didn't go in there. Listen
- 27:39Speaker 2: to me. What has women taught me over these us?
- 27:43Speaker 2: I know I would have it's.
- 27:44Speaker 8: Better enough to ask for forgiveness, asked, and then when
- 27:52Speaker 8: we do it, don't.
- 27:53Speaker 6: Well.
- 27:54Speaker 8: The reason I didn't bring it up, teach, just because
- 27:56Speaker 8: I know your answer is crazy, and i'd have been
- 27:58Speaker 8: in the hole and then I'm gonna.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Call in a way that see. That's that's why we
- 28:08Speaker 2: got to line. That is.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Why line is important, is why line is what even happened.
- 28:15Speaker 4: That's why it would have happened to suit. You just
- 28:20Speaker 4: don't want to hear it, that's all. That's the truth,
- 28:24Speaker 4: all right.
- 28:25Speaker 8: We don't want to hear your reactions. That is the truth.
- 28:29Speaker 4: Quickly show features in Columbia says, my boyfriend came home
- 28:32Speaker 4: with a small bit of glitter between his chin and
- 28:35Speaker 4: bottom lips. You said it came from a card got
- 28:38Speaker 4: from a coworker for his birthday.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Is he lying or what?
- 28:42Speaker 7: No?
- 28:42Speaker 6: Well, dog, let me tell you this about this glitter.
- 28:45Speaker 6: That glitter will be all in your eel.
- 28:47Speaker 8: Bush dash lord, have mercy hell under your finger nails
- 28:54Speaker 8: draws hell.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Really, thank you, Clo.
- 28:59Speaker 4: Come up at the top of the hour, our special
- 29:01Speaker 4: guests from me Earn Your Leisure Leisure podcaster here Troy
- 29:05Speaker 4: Millings and Rashad Balal. Right after this, you're listening morning
- 29:10Speaker 4: show everybody.
- 29:13Speaker 8: Oh, we got some special guests this morning. They host
- 29:17Speaker 8: the very very popular podcast is called Earn Your Leisure,
- 29:21Speaker 8: and together these two guys examine the latest treads and
- 29:24Speaker 8: finance in a way though.
- 29:26Speaker 2: That makes it really really interesting.
- 29:29Speaker 8: Now from the podcast that they've created, this a platform
- 29:34Speaker 8: called invest Fest, and they're gearing up again for this
- 29:38Speaker 8: year's invest Fest in Atlanta. I was there last year
- 29:43Speaker 8: in Atlanta. It was a huge success. Oh my goodness,
- 29:48Speaker 8: I know you heard about it. If you missed it.
- 29:52Speaker 8: If you missed it, do not be the one to
- 29:56Speaker 8: miss it this year because the information that is gathered
- 29:59Speaker 8: and this building with the speakers that they have is
- 30:03Speaker 8: absolutely incredible. And from what I understand because I'm involved
- 30:09Speaker 8: with them, this is gonna be the biggest one ever.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Let's find out more. Please welcome to the show.
- 30:14Speaker 8: The owners, the proprietors, the CEOs, the dudes, them that
- 30:20Speaker 8: damns that started it all.
- 30:25Speaker 2: And Reshid below.
- 30:29Speaker 7: Love that. I love that intro.
- 30:30Speaker 2: I love the intro. That's what I do, man, I
- 30:32Speaker 2: don't know if I do that.
- 30:35Speaker 12: We got to add that the Milk Golf Classic Champions
- 30:38Speaker 12: are also here.
- 30:38Speaker 7: Well, we got to.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Don't stop this.
- 30:43Speaker 8: Let me tell you all what happened the golf champions
- 30:47Speaker 8: of these two dudes right here. I don't know how
- 30:49Speaker 8: it happened, but they they don't play golf, but they
- 30:56Speaker 8: won in the Milk Golf tournament. When I tell you
- 31:01Speaker 8: how when I was reading the winners, I didn't recognize
- 31:04Speaker 8: their name because you know, I said, ladies and gentlemen,
- 31:08Speaker 8: the first place goes to Troy Milling and Rashad Baalah.
- 31:12Speaker 8: So you know, I'm kind of thinking, you know, in
- 31:14Speaker 8: the Middle East for law everything.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Oh no, you didn't go there.
- 31:21Speaker 6: I'm thinking, you know, the Muslim catch gonna stand up.
- 31:25Speaker 6: When they stood start walking.
- 31:26Speaker 8: To the stage, I just turned around and face the curtain.
- 31:31Speaker 8: It was the worst moment of my life because I
- 31:35Speaker 8: saw them play.
- 31:45Speaker 2: See they won because of mistake, got a.
- 31:50Speaker 8: They turned in their scorecard, the actual score card. The
- 31:55Speaker 8: only problem was they quit after nine oh say allegedly, well,
- 32:07Speaker 8: let's just say allegedly they was in the clubhouse before
- 32:10Speaker 8: anybody and they had the lowest score because hell, they
- 32:14Speaker 8: ain't playing with nine home.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Well, congratulations to the guys, Steed, I mean congratulations, thank you,
- 32:22Speaker 1: thank you. Talk about investmentst that.
- 32:25Speaker 8: Ain't happened next year. Hey, y'all, let me tell you
- 32:27Speaker 8: about this to investments for everybody. It's just a wonderful
- 32:30Speaker 8: kind event, you know, and it combines investing entrepreneurship, entertainment,
- 32:35Speaker 8: and pop culture.
- 32:37Speaker 2: They put it all together in a festival setting.
- 32:39Speaker 8: And this year's invest Fest it's going to be August
- 32:42Speaker 8: twenty fifth through August twenty seven at the Georgia World
- 32:46Speaker 8: Congress Center in Atlanta. Now what inspired you got to
- 32:50Speaker 8: create this Investments in the first place.
- 32:53Speaker 12: Well, just looking at the festival, there's obviously a lot
- 32:57Speaker 12: of musical festivals, right, so who festivals have really become
- 33:01Speaker 12: popular over the last five years or so, like they've skyrocketed.
- 33:05Speaker 12: So we were thinking, like what if we could take
- 33:08Speaker 12: the best elements from music and culture festivals but actually
- 33:13Speaker 12: add an education component to it but make it fun.
- 33:17Speaker 12: That's kind of how we built our platform. So that's
- 33:19Speaker 12: how the idea of it best. Because before that, you know,
- 33:22Speaker 12: there's business conferences and there's seminars, but like you go
- 33:25Speaker 12: to a hotel and you just you know, sit there
- 33:27Speaker 12: for all day and you fall asleep midway through.
- 33:30Speaker 7: It's like going to school.
- 33:31Speaker 12: But our day has always been to make entertainment, right,
- 33:35Speaker 12: a mix of education entertainment.
- 33:36Speaker 7: So we said, okay, what if we get small business vendors.
- 33:40Speaker 7: We have a small business.
- 33:41Speaker 12: Vendor marketplace where if we can get a musical performer
- 33:43Speaker 12: or two. What if we can get food trucks, What
- 33:46Speaker 12: if we can make it fun? But then we can
- 33:48Speaker 12: have panels on real estate crypto, then we can have
- 33:51Speaker 12: keynote speakers like thisself last year and Tyler Perry. So
- 33:55Speaker 12: this was the idea behind the vest Fest. And when
- 33:58Speaker 12: we did it the first year, it was forty five
- 34:01Speaker 12: hundred people. Then when we met you and partnered with
- 34:05Speaker 12: you and you know, kind of tweaked a few things.
- 34:08Speaker 12: Last year we had almost fourteen thousand people, and this
- 34:12Speaker 12: year we're looking to scale to twenty thousand people. So
- 34:14Speaker 12: it's just an amazing sight to see twenty thousand, fourteen thousand,
- 34:18Speaker 12: almost ninety nine percent Black people in Atlanta, Georgia. Not
- 34:23Speaker 12: there for a music concert, not there for a basketball tournament,
- 34:26Speaker 12: but there to learn and so enthusiastic. I mean, you
- 34:29Speaker 12: were there, You walked to Vendom Marketplace yourself. So that
- 34:32Speaker 12: energy is something that I've never seen before and it
- 34:35Speaker 12: is really really encouraging.
- 34:37Speaker 8: I'm telling y'all listen to me. For those of you
- 34:39Speaker 8: that missed it last year, for those of you that
- 34:42Speaker 8: went last year, they will come back. So those fourteen
- 34:45Speaker 8: thousand tickets are gone. If you do not get excluded,
- 34:49Speaker 8: because I'm telling you, I've never seen anything that affects
- 34:54Speaker 8: people this way. If you can go somewhere and get entertained,
- 35:00Speaker 8: but at the same time, and what's more important than
- 35:03Speaker 8: the entertainment, learn yourself some investing tools, some money tools.
- 35:10Speaker 8: Equip yourself with knowledge about money at whatever level you are.
- 35:15Speaker 8: I don't care if it's your paycheck, you're trying to
- 35:17Speaker 8: start a business, you're looking to try to save some
- 35:20Speaker 8: of your investments, whatever it is.
- 35:23Speaker 2: They covered it all.
- 35:26Speaker 8: And they bring you people who you recognize and will
- 35:30Speaker 8: love to hear from. When we come back, we're gonna
- 35:33Speaker 8: talk more about them. We're gonna find out who's gonna
- 35:35Speaker 8: be there this year on August twenty fifth through to
- 35:38Speaker 8: twenty seventh at the Georgia World Congress Center. You better
- 35:42Speaker 8: get your tickets right now. Go to Investfest dot com.
- 35:45Speaker 2: I think I hope that's it. We'll be right back.
- 35:54Speaker 1: You're listening morning shows.
- 35:58Speaker 2: I tell we back with the of investm Fest.
- 36:01Speaker 8: These two gentlemen I met over a year ago and
- 36:05Speaker 8: had an incredible conversation with them. I did an interview
- 36:08Speaker 8: with them for their podcast, and it was one of
- 36:11Speaker 8: the most best interviews I've ever been on it. It
- 36:15Speaker 8: introduced me to a whole new sector of young people,
- 36:19Speaker 8: but it also allowed me to share with a lot
- 36:23Speaker 8: of young people a lot of the things that I've
- 36:26Speaker 8: picked up along the way. And that's what invest Fest
- 36:28Speaker 8: is is this August twenty fifth through the twenty seventh.
- 36:32Speaker 8: You've got to get your tickets, y'all, because this one
- 36:35Speaker 8: will sell out. It did last year. We've expanded it.

- 38:15Speaker 7: I know people have to play with us online.
- 38:19Speaker 12: And we got Benjamin Crump, you know, one of the
- 38:22Speaker 12: top civil rights attorneys that he's talking about reparations.
- 38:26Speaker 7: So we have a longest that we can entertainments. You know,
- 38:29Speaker 7: it's in Atlanta.
- 38:29Speaker 12: We got Gezi performing, We got you know, job Rules performing.
- 38:34Speaker 12: So I feel like we put together a very strong
- 38:36Speaker 12: line up every different angle, people from sports, people from music,

- 54:49Speaker 4: years old, but he's the quiet, shy type. He manages
- 54:53Speaker 4: several properties and he owns a barbershop, but he doesn't
- 54:57Speaker 4: cut hair. He has plenty of money in free time,
- 55:00Speaker 4: and all he wants is to spend it with someone
- 55:03Speaker 4: that loves him. He's asked his girlfriend to move in
- 55:06Speaker 4: with him, but she said it's too soon now, so
- 55:11Speaker 4: now he's trying to get her an engagement ring to
- 55:14Speaker 4: make things official. I hinted to her that after two years,
- 55:18Speaker 4: he's ready to settle down, and she said there is
- 55:20Speaker 4: no way that they're ready for marriage. Supposedly, my brother
- 55:24Speaker 4: told her to take his money, his house, and his
- 55:26Speaker 4: car and whatever else she needs to be happy. She
- 55:30Speaker 4: knows she's got him right where she wants him, and
- 55:32Speaker 4: I can't stand by and let her play him like that.
- 55:35Speaker 4: I understand that I don't have a dog in that fight.
- 55:37Speaker 4: And if she's making him happy, then I should butt
- 55:40Speaker 4: out of it. But my question is, if I have
- 55:42Speaker 4: proof that she is sleeping with another man and she's
- 55:45Speaker 4: been seen driving the man around in my brother's car,
- 55:48Speaker 4: should I tell him? My brother practically raised me and
- 55:51Speaker 4: I want the best for him, So what do I
- 55:53Speaker 4: do in this situation? Will he hate me forever if.
- 55:56Speaker 1: I tell him this? Well, the answer to that question
- 56:01Speaker 1: is maybe not forever, but he will be upset with you.
- 56:04Speaker 4: And look at this, you might not have to do
- 56:07Speaker 4: anything because your big brother has these are your words
- 56:10Speaker 4: now called you too many times to complain about her
- 56:13Speaker 4: misusing and abusing his kindnesses. So maybe he's getting fed
- 56:17Speaker 4: up in some sort of way because people you know,
- 56:21Speaker 4: are really feeling when they really are feeling someone and
- 56:26Speaker 4: you start to get all up in their business. Yes,
- 56:28Speaker 4: you do run the risk of them turning on you
- 56:32Speaker 4: if you tell them. I mean, that's a known fact.
- 56:35Speaker 4: I know you care about your brother. I can see
- 56:37Speaker 4: it in the letter.
- 56:37Speaker 1: I know you do, and you should.
- 56:39Speaker 4: He's your brother. But whatever you say to him at
- 56:42Speaker 4: this point, he's not gonna hear it. He's not gonna
- 56:44Speaker 4: see it because he is not trying to hear it,
- 56:47Speaker 4: and he doesn't want to. Your brother is a big boy,
- 56:50Speaker 4: he's a grown man who's gonna find out one of
- 56:53Speaker 4: these life lessons, life lessons that you get only by
- 56:56Speaker 4: the experience of being with someone like this one who
- 57:01Speaker 4: he let drive his car and she's driving some other
- 57:04Speaker 4: man around in it. Okay, she's obviously a user, she's
- 57:07Speaker 4: taking advantage of your brother.
- 57:08Speaker 1: But it's not your business. I'm sorry, it's not your
- 57:10Speaker 1: job to tell him this.
- 57:12Speaker 4: He will find out sooner or later because they always
- 57:15Speaker 4: find out, and just be there for him when it's over.
- 57:19Speaker 4: He will get over her eventually, But right now he's sprung.
- 57:22Speaker 7: Steve.
- 57:23Speaker 8: You know how I respond about people mind and the business.
- 57:27Speaker 8: That ain't gonna change. But my response is going to
- 57:30Speaker 8: shock you. Here's a young girl that's writing this letter
- 57:33Speaker 8: for her older brother that's in love with a gold digger.
- 57:37Speaker 2: Now she thinks that.
- 57:38Speaker 8: That might not apply to relationships, because I know a
- 57:41Speaker 8: man is supposed to provide for a woman if he's
- 57:43Speaker 8: sleeping with them. Well, see right then, now that depends
- 57:48Speaker 8: on the arrangement of the arrangement, or shall I say
- 57:54Speaker 8: that depends on the agreement of the arrangement.
- 57:58Speaker 2: I will provide for you.
- 57:59Speaker 6: If I see a future, I will invest in you
- 58:04Speaker 6: if I see a future.
- 58:05Speaker 8: Awes prompty. Now, if we're just kicking it, you might
- 58:09Speaker 8: ask me something, I might let you have it. But
- 58:12Speaker 8: you're not an obligation to me until I feel obliged
- 58:16Speaker 8: to help you, because you show an obligation to me.
- 58:20Speaker 8: So let's get that straight away. But she said too
- 58:24Speaker 8: many times he can call to complain about her misusing
- 58:28Speaker 8: and abusing his kindness. He gives her money to go
- 58:31Speaker 8: out with his girlfriends, and she been out doing whatever
- 58:33Speaker 8: she want to do. She don't call him till Sunday. Now,
- 58:37Speaker 8: Then she says, my brother's thirty four. But he's a
- 58:40Speaker 8: quiet shot type. He manages several properties, he owns a
- 58:44Speaker 8: barbershop and he don't cut hand.
- 58:46Speaker 2: A smart guy, smart guy.
- 58:48Speaker 8: He has plenty of money in free time, and all
- 58:51Speaker 8: he wants is suspend it with somebody that loves him.
- 58:54Speaker 8: That it sounds like a good dude. But he's smart too.
- 58:57Speaker 8: He bought a barbershop and don't cut hand. Lord have mercy.
- 59:02Speaker 8: So that chair that he would normally be man and
- 59:05Speaker 8: making forty dollars a cut. This boy that gave that
- 59:08Speaker 8: chair to somebody else and charging that dude for the
- 59:11Speaker 8: chair and he can keep his party for the cut.
- 59:14Speaker 8: But I'm gonna need one hundred and fifty two hundred
- 59:16Speaker 8: a week for the chair. Whatever it is, man, I'm
- 59:19Speaker 8: gonna go owe me a damn bob shop. Appreciate the idea, man,
- 59:23Speaker 8: I never thought of that. But he don't cut hel.
- 59:26Speaker 8: He got plenty of money, of free time, and he
- 59:28Speaker 8: just wants somebody. So he asked his girlfriend to move
- 59:32Speaker 8: in him, but she says it's too soon. So now
- 59:34Speaker 8: he's trying to get her an engagement rien to make
- 59:36Speaker 8: things official. I think somewhere in there he's been seeing
- 59:39Speaker 8: her for two years? Is that correct? For two years?
- 59:45Speaker 2: Anyway?
- 59:46Speaker 8: Supposedly my brother Now he hinted that after two years
- 59:50Speaker 8: he's ready to settle down. She said there's no way
- 59:53Speaker 8: they're ready for marriage, and it's gonna be obvious in
- 59:55Speaker 8: this letter. My brother told her to take his money,
- 59:58Speaker 8: his house's card, whatever else she needs to be happy.
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: She knows she's got him right where she wants and
- 1:00:02Speaker 8: I can't stand by let him play it like that.
- 1:00:05Speaker 8: Shirley says he's a big boy and he's grown. That's
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: a true statement. What Shirley failed to tell you, is
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: that your brother is whipped. Yes, yo, brother whipped.
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: Hang on, Steve, today's Strawberry letter subject take my money,
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: my house, and my car. We'll get back into it
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: right after this.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: You're listening Morning show.
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter,
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: the subject take my money, my house, and my car.
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: When we left, you were going to tell the difference
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: between sprung and whipped.
- 1:00:37Speaker 8: This boy in this letter, this thirty four you old man.
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: This being used by this woman. He wants to move
- 1:00:44Speaker 8: it further to marriage. She said, it's no way. We's
- 1:00:48Speaker 8: too early to get married. I'll tell you why. She
- 1:00:51Speaker 8: said that he's giving her everything. He's told her to
- 1:00:54Speaker 8: take off his car, his house, his money, just whatever
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: else she needs to be happy. She knows she's got
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: him right where she wants. And I can't stand by
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: and let him play like that. I said, Shirley is
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: absolutely right. He's saying that he's a big boy in
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: the grown Man. She just left off the fact that
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: he's quilt. Shirley said, he's sprung. Uh uh, there is
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: a difference. Let me help you understand something, ladies. Sprong
- 1:01:22Speaker 8: it's when a man is around you and he feels
- 1:01:24Speaker 8: all tingling. Sprong is when a man is around you
- 1:01:28Speaker 8: and he feels all giddy. Sprong is when a man
- 1:01:32Speaker 8: wants to be in your company all the time. That's sprung.
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: Sprong is wondering what you do where you're going till
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: it's difficult, till she done put something on this boy
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: so strong it's damned Neil voodoo, the old saying, is
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: he looking for her in the daytime with a flash?
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: All right, duleie knowed?
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Okay, guess boy, This is how he talked when he
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: around him.
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: This boy, this boy right here, strong when they in
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: the bed, This boy, he boy, he can't control himself
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: as she got it.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: And that's what the problem is.
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: Now she knows she got him right where she wants him,
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: and I can't stand by and let him play like that.
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: I understand that I don't have a dog in this fight.
- 1:02:32Speaker 8: And if she's making him happy, then I should butt out. Well,
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: she's not making him happy, she's making him unhappy. He
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: always calls you to complain about she he's being misused.
- 1:02:44Speaker 8: But that whip thing, that thing got him thinking he
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: can fix it. So now he want to rush to
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: get her a ring because he wants her to move
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: forward with this.
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: But now.
- 1:03:02Speaker 8: The young girl says that she has proof she's sleeping
- 1:03:05Speaker 8: with another man and she's been seen driving the man
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: around in my brother's car. Should I tell him? My
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: brother practically raised me. I want the best for him,
- 1:03:14Speaker 8: So what should I do in this? Will he hate
- 1:03:16Speaker 8: me forever if I tell him this? No, he won't
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: hate you forever because this is a different situation. And
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: here is the shaker. Yes, you should tell.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Him that is acker Steve.
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: Yes, you should tell him. See this is quite different, oh,
- 1:03:38Speaker 8: because listen to me. See Normally it's girlfriends that see
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: their girlfriend's man out somewhere and see him with a
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: woman not in the act of nothing, but then wants
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: to report that you don't know what that situation is
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: over there, and that report and that that ain't you
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: gonna start to fire a house that don't need to
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: get lit.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: This is different.
- 1:04:03Speaker 8: This is a young sister trying to protect her older
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: brother and has proof that she's sleeping with another man
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: because she's seen another man in her brother car with her.
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: You got to tell your brother.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: So the proof it's because she has prooved.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: She got proof. This ain't speculation. She's been seen in
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: the car with another man.
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: Hey man, that is so damn disrespectful on her part,
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: and justice disrespectful on the dupot.
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: And he's your brother. This ain't your friend. This your brother.
- 1:04:39Speaker 6: You have got to go and tell your brother this. Well,
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: he hain'te me fever.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: He gonna be a little ticked at you, but he
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: gonna get over that because he needs to know the truth.
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: This is why she say it's too early to get married,
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: because she got access to his money, his house, and
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: his car. He knows she'll give him anything, and she
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: can have her cake and eat it too. Why would
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: she get married and stop the gravy train when the
- 1:05:07Speaker 8: gravy train is rolling all over time. You have got
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: to tell your brother this information. And I know y'all
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: are surprised, but this is let me tell you something.
- 1:05:18Speaker 8: If my sister saw a girl I was date driving
- 1:05:23Speaker 8: my car with another man in it, my sister coming
- 1:05:27Speaker 8: to me, see you come here, This little heffer was
- 1:05:31Speaker 8: down there on shap here with a man in your car.
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: Now she already knows it's finna happen. I'm finna get
- 1:05:38Speaker 8: the key, and I'm Finn. Find this man somebody getting
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: asked for. You have got to tell your brother because
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: your brother has called you complaining she abusing him and
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: tricking him and all this here he putting up with
- 1:05:50Speaker 8: that he can take some more bad news.
- 1:05:52Speaker 6: He been handling the bad He been handling all the
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: bad news. Pretty good something for Junior.
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: What I'm trying to figure out?
- 1:05:59Speaker 7: Who?
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: Who are you right now?
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: Because lyon is what you do.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: I thought this would be a good time just lie?
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: Who need to lie?
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: Here?
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: The lady in the left, the lady that's doing all
- 1:06:09Speaker 8: the receptive stuff is already live.
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: So wat should the little sister pick up her lot?
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: You don't ad a bad lite, okay, you ate a
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: purple spoke and good line.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: You don't know the rules to lie? All right? Listen,
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: be married long this time today.
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: Strawberry Letter.
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: Yeah on Instagram and at Steve Harvey f M, and
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: Coming up next it is Junior and Sports Talk. Right
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: after that. You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: All right, normally we would be doing Junior Sports Talk
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: right here, but Junior, you have questions about the Strawberry letters,
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: take my money, my house, in my car.
- 1:06:53Speaker 9: Yeah, you know Jose didn't mean none of that what
- 1:06:56Speaker 9: he doing? He that is not what Joe was saying.
- 1:06:59Speaker 9: But what I'm asking you on is okay. Normally you
- 1:07:03Speaker 9: are the person who will go along in lie. Yes,
- 1:07:07Speaker 9: you saying, this is not the time to lie, and
- 1:07:10Speaker 9: this is.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: What we should tell the truth.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: Listen to me, junior. It is rules to liar. You
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: got to know the lie by law. Just what see
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: this is?
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: This is a new person. This is confusing you.
- 1:07:27Speaker 9: Your lie.
- 1:07:28Speaker 8: Number one has to have a direct purpose, okay. Number
- 1:07:34Speaker 8: two rule of line. It should be done in order
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: to save or rescue.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: Number three.
- 1:07:43Speaker 8: Number three, the lie should be a prevented measure. You
- 1:07:48Speaker 8: want to prevent the feelings being heard?
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: Yes, the shock. It wants to have a purpose.
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: Yeah, and it has to have a lie that's aimed
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: at making something better.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: And number four, the lie must be give to hold
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: it on to what you have. What Yes, dogs are
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: the bylaw. I don't give a damn, Shelty. These are
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: the bylaws of lions.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: What life makes something better?
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: Steve? It does? If you if your wife say to you,
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: where have you been?
- 1:08:24Speaker 8: And you say I stopped at the stone. Okay, why
- 1:08:27Speaker 8: would I say I stopped at the strip club because
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: I wanted to see diamond dust one more time more.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: I came into this house, so we have to see you,
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: and you.
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: Don't look nothing like diamond dust.
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: And diamond dust can slide down the pole on her
- 1:08:47Speaker 8: butt with no hands.
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: Now, why would I want to see that myself?
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'm not gonna tell you that.
- 1:08:54Speaker 8: So the lie becomes necessary now, JUDI, in this letter, okay,
- 1:08:58Speaker 8: the woman that's deceiving and the gold digger is playing.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: Her brother is lying to her brother.
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: The young girl has no reason to lie to her
- 1:09:07Speaker 8: brother because it's not saving anything and it does nothing good.
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: She has now got her brother the truth. Man, you
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: need to learn these bylogs that youse. You just say
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: it truth, You just say it truth.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: You you never say truth?
- 1:09:28Speaker 12: You never.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: I say truth all the time. That's a lie.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Lie when the truth will do?
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: I say truth all the time when I'm not lying?
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: Uh huh?
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: All right, listen coming up at the top of the hour. Finally, listen, guys,
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: Finally there's a dating show for seniors. What senior citizens

- 1:10:40Speaker 4: The female daters have a lifetime of experience, living through love,
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: loss and laughter, hoping for a spark that ignites the
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: future full of endless possibilities.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: So look out for the Golden Bachelor.
- 1:10:52Speaker 11: Endless.
- 1:10:54Speaker 8: What you're gonna stop using that word endlessness instead of
- 1:10:59Speaker 8: what to see is because that end is neil to see.
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: A lot of people I know this ask you about dating.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: You know, older gentlemen and things, a lot of women.

- 1:20:50Speaker 8: but you don't really know him, and then you're gonna
- 1:20:54Speaker 8: act like you know and then you yeah, just people
- 1:20:57Speaker 8: show us some picture he's got like you can't. It's hard, man,
- 1:21:05Speaker 8: you know, yeah, it act like you care and they
- 1:21:10Speaker 8: send you to and you're now the pictures come on
- 1:21:12Speaker 8: your phone where they be on top of each other
- 1:21:14Speaker 8: like a deck of cards.
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: Yeah, if you then you gotta go through eight pictures.
- 1:21:20Speaker 6: Tame damn pictures, damn near the same picture he send
- 1:21:24Speaker 6: you all.
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: I was smiling on this one. I had a popcorn
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: in my hand on this.
- 1:21:33Speaker 8: Hey, you know something I wanted to talk to y'all
- 1:21:35Speaker 8: a little bit this morning about discipline. It's two ways
- 1:21:39Speaker 8: to look at discipline, and I think that's one of
- 1:21:42Speaker 8: the people say, well, I'm not a disciplined person. You
- 1:21:46Speaker 8: can train yourself to be anything you can. You can
- 1:21:51Speaker 8: Repetitive behavior is doable. You know, people say if you
- 1:21:56Speaker 8: do anything for two weeks in a row, it can
- 1:21:59Speaker 8: become a bit.
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: You know, it can be habit for me. And you
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: can train yourself to be disciplined.
- 1:22:06Speaker 8: You can train yourself to be a morning person, you
- 1:22:09Speaker 8: can train yourself to be positive. It's everything is a
- 1:22:15Speaker 8: mental adjustment. Discipline is two ways. Discipline is doing what
- 1:22:22Speaker 8: you have to do even when you.
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: Don't want to.
- 1:22:27Speaker 8: That's discipline. It's doing what you have to do even
- 1:22:32Speaker 8: when you don't want to. Here's another way to look
- 1:22:35Speaker 8: at discipline. I heard Mike Tyson say this doing and
- 1:22:39Speaker 8: discipline is doing what you hate to do and look
- 1:22:44Speaker 8: like you love it. Doing what you hate to do,
- 1:22:48Speaker 8: but do it like.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: You love it. That takes discipline.
- 1:22:51Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:22:52Speaker 8: You know, you see people who get great results and
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: you go, man, they fast. You see that time they ran,
- 1:23:00Speaker 8: Do you know what they had to do to get
- 1:23:03Speaker 8: that time?
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: On the track.
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: Do you know the workouts, the drills, the sprinting, the stretching,
- 1:23:09Speaker 8: the strength training.
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: To get that time. You don't see that.
- 1:23:15Speaker 8: But it was a lot of mornings they was out
- 1:23:17Speaker 8: on that track, man, when everybody else was sleep, when
- 1:23:20Speaker 8: they was training their body getting it in. You can
- 1:23:24Speaker 8: train yourself to become a morning person that those people are,
- 1:23:29Speaker 8: I get. I really feel badly for people who say,
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: you know, I'm just not a morning person. I feel
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: badly for those people, man, because it's a weird thing.
- 1:23:41Speaker 8: If waking up is the gold, if living to see
- 1:23:47Speaker 8: a new day is the gold. If your dreams, ambitions, hopes,
- 1:23:55Speaker 8: and aspirations are tied to tomorrow.
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: And those are the goals.
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: But you wake up and claim I'm not a morning person,
- 1:24:11Speaker 8: you have now attached a negative to an incredible blessing
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: that is an incredible positive.
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: The fact that God.
- 1:24:23Speaker 8: Wakes you up in the morning is a sign from
- 1:24:25Speaker 8: God that he is not through with you yet. So
- 1:24:29Speaker 8: why would you degrade that blessing and opportunity by claiming
- 1:24:34Speaker 8: I'm not a morning person.
- 1:24:35Speaker 6: Well, I'm just not a morning person. Well if I
- 1:24:38Speaker 6: were you, I would start training myself to be Why
- 1:24:40Speaker 6: don't you wake up and be grateful.
- 1:24:43Speaker 8: Why don't you stop allowing yourself to say I just
- 1:24:46Speaker 8: keep getting up on the wrong side of the bed.
- 1:24:49Speaker 8: Stop saying that. Stop saying you're not a morning person.
- 1:24:53Speaker 8: I'm a morning person. Carler is a morning person, Monica
- 1:24:57Speaker 8: is a morning person. Surely is a morning person. Junior
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: is a morning person.
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: We have to be.
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: We on a morning show. We can't come on in
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: here and depress y'all. We can't wake up in the morning.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: Go now, we hear.
- 1:25:18Speaker 8: We feel like it, and it's days, y'all listen to
- 1:25:21Speaker 8: me that we don't really feel like clicking the button
- 1:25:24Speaker 8: and being on today, But we have an obligation.
- 1:25:27Speaker 6: We have a discipline. We have something to do on days,
- 1:25:33Speaker 6: even when we don't want to do it. But in
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: that we have trained ourselves to get up early in
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: the morning, to wake up in a bright and jovial
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: and warm, giving spirit, so we can inspire others to.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: Do the same.
- 1:25:49Speaker 8: You are wanting a morning person, you should be a
- 1:25:52Speaker 8: morning person because my goal is to get up a
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: whole lot more mornings. So I'm not gonna ever be
- 1:25:59Speaker 8: little that opportun tunity And I want you all to
- 1:26:01Speaker 8: join in to stop doing that to yourself. You start
- 1:26:05Speaker 8: your day off with just bad days when God can
- 1:26:08Speaker 8: have something great playing for you, but since you don't
- 1:26:10Speaker 8: want it, you know, fill me blessings God that probably
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: had to keep from you because you was acting like
- 1:26:15Speaker 8: you didn't want to be here this morning. Well, ain't
- 1:26:18Speaker 8: no need of me sending him this. He ain't gonna
- 1:26:20Speaker 8: appreciate it. He did say thank you for waking up,
- 1:26:23Speaker 8: He probably ain't gonna appreciate this. I changed matter to it.
- 1:26:26Speaker 8: Try y'all have a great day.
