- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, So we're going to answer this first question.
- 0:04Speaker 1: And I want to be clear about this as I
- 0:06Speaker 1: am taping this right now. It is an all out
- 0:09Speaker 1: war in Congress and this could change at any moment,
- 0:12Speaker 1: so I just want to make sure I timestamp this
- 0:14Speaker 1: so you understand. Over this Continuing Resolution, I am going
- 0:18Speaker 1: to break it down for you of what we have
- 0:21Speaker 1: seen so far, I'm going to break down for you
- 0:24Speaker 1: what is in the bill now. I want to be
- 0:26Speaker 1: very clear right now about what's happening and what's going
- 0:29Speaker 1: on here with this bill. And it is very clear
- 0:35Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is telling you you need to call
- 0:38Speaker 1: your congressman, you need to call your center. This includes Republicans, okay,
- 0:44Speaker 1: and tell them to stop expanding government and screwing you
- 0:48Speaker 1: the tax payer. Now, Donald Trump has made a statement.
- 0:52Speaker 1: I want you to hear what he had to say
- 0:54Speaker 1: this according to Fox News, take a listen.
- 0:57Speaker 2: In the last couple of minutes, Donald Trump has told
- 1:00Speaker 2: Fox News he is quote totally against the proposed continuing
- 1:05Speaker 2: Resolution bill that has just been floated by Congress, and
- 1:10Speaker 2: a lot of people haven't had a chance to read it.
- 1:11Speaker 2: It's more than seventeen hundred pages, but that spending bill
- 1:15Speaker 2: is not sitting well with the president elect. Again, please
- 1:19Speaker 2: keep in mind that the House is controlled by Republicans,
- 1:23Speaker 2: so this is engendering a lot of storm and drawing
- 1:27Speaker 2: at the moment and considering, we do see a big
- 1:29Speaker 2: drop here. We do see the Nasdaq down six hundred
- 1:32Speaker 2: and forty eight points, SMP down one hundred and sixty three,
- 1:37Speaker 2: so maybe not entirely driven by the federal reserves saying
- 1:41Speaker 2: the economy is strong, so only two rate cuts next
- 1:45Speaker 2: year versus four.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Now, this is exactly why I said a moment ago,
- 1:49Speaker 1: it's time for you to call your congressman, specifically Republicans,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and say stop screwing us. Did you not pay attention
- 1:57Speaker 1: to what just happened in the last election side Michael.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Representative Annapolina Luna putting out this tweet earlier, voting no,
- 2:04Speaker 1: the cr is a terrible sandwich. Lots of my people
- 2:07Speaker 1: back home impacted by hurricane are calling my office. They
- 2:11Speaker 1: said they don't want everything attached to this bill. That
- 2:16Speaker 1: is just one example of what is out there right now,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and people are very upset about this. Many are upset
- 2:22Speaker 1: about it because there's billions in this bill.
- 2:25Speaker 3: It's continuing resolution for Ukraine.
- 2:28Speaker 1: It also has mask and vaccine mandates in the bill,
- 2:32Speaker 1: and it has deep state immunity. This is a disaster
- 2:37Speaker 1: sixty billion for Ukraine. The unconstitutional force of courts to
- 2:43Speaker 1: protect Congress past and future blanket immunity for deep state.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Unconstitutional emergency powers are in this bill. There's a mask
- 2:53Speaker 1: and vaccine mandate, the gain of function research is in
- 2:56Speaker 1: this CR, vaccine passports all so appearing in this CR,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and funding of twelve different biolabs. This is what they
- 3:06Speaker 1: have stuck in there. And what do we get out
- 3:09Speaker 1: of it. Well, they're saying, we'll give you some hurricane
- 3:11Speaker 1: aid for those that are hurting right now. Which is
- 3:15Speaker 1: why I read for you that Anna Paulina line there
- 3:18Speaker 1: VI vic Ramaswami putting it out on X this way,
- 3:21Speaker 1: and it's a long statement, but it's important one and
- 3:24Speaker 1: I want to read it for you because this is
- 3:25Speaker 1: the guy that is helping with DOGE, which is actually
- 3:28Speaker 1: cutting down and cracking down on government overspending.
- 3:32Speaker 3: So this is what he wrote.
- 3:33Speaker 1: He said, quote, I wanted to read the full one thousand,
- 3:37Speaker 1: five hundred plus page bill that is now ballooned to
- 3:39Speaker 1: seventeen hundred pages since he put this tweet out and
- 3:43Speaker 1: speak with key leaders before forming an opinion. Having done that,
- 3:47Speaker 1: here's my view. It's full of excessive spending. The VIC writes,
- 3:52Speaker 1: special interest giveaways and pork barrel politics. If Congress wants
- 3:57Speaker 1: to get serious about government efficiency, they should vote no.
- 4:01Speaker 3: In all caps.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Keeping the government open until March fourteenth will cost three
- 4:06Speaker 1: hundred and eighty billion by itself, but the true cost
- 4:10Speaker 1: of this omnibus cr is far greater due to new spending.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Renewing the Farm Bill for an extra year one hundred
- 4:19Speaker 1: and thirty billion, disaster relief one hundred billion, stimulus for
- 4:25Speaker 1: farmers ten billion, the Francis Scott key Bridge replacement eight billion.
- 4:32Speaker 1: The proposal adds at least sixty five cents of new
- 4:35Speaker 1: spending for every dollar of continued discretionary spending. Translation, this
- 4:42Speaker 1: is a massive expansion of government spending. I want to
- 4:46Speaker 1: read that again. The VIC Rameswami saying the proposal adds
- 4:49Speaker 1: at least at least this is, at the bare minimum,
- 4:52Speaker 1: sixty five cents of new spending for every dollar of
- 4:57Speaker 1: continued discretionary spending. Legislation will end up hurting many of
- 5:01Speaker 1: the people it purports to help. Debt fueled spending sprees
- 5:06Speaker 1: may quote feel good today, but it's like showering cocaine
- 5:11Speaker 1: on an addict. It's not compassion, it's cruelty. Farmers will
- 5:16Speaker 1: see more lands sold to foreign buyers when taxes inadvertently
- 5:19Speaker 1: rise to meet our obligations. Our children will be saddled
- 5:23Speaker 1: with crippling debt. Interest payments will be the largest item
- 5:27Speaker 1: in our national budget. Congress has known about this deadline
- 5:31Speaker 1: since they created it in late September. There's no reason
- 5:35Speaker 1: why this couldn't have gone through the standard process instead
- 5:39Speaker 1: of being rushed to a vote right before congressmen want
- 5:43Speaker 1: to go home for the holidays. The urgency, Vivic writes,
- 5:47Speaker 1: is one hundred percent manufactured and designed to avoid serious
- 5:51Speaker 1: public debate or scrutiny.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Right, no one's been able to read this bill.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Vivic actually read it, but it's expanded by two hundred paid,
- 6:00Speaker 1: which just apparently since he read it. He goes on
- 6:02Speaker 1: to say the bill could have easily been under twenty pages. Instead,
- 6:09Speaker 1: there are dozens of unrelated policy items crammed into the
- 6:14Speaker 1: one thousand, five hundred and forty seven pages of this bill.
- 6:18Speaker 1: There's no legitimate reason for them to be voted on
- 6:22Speaker 1: as a package deal by elame duck Congress. Seventy two
- 6:27Speaker 1: pages worth of pandemic preparedness and response policy, renewal of
- 6:33Speaker 1: the much criticized Global Engagement Center, a key player in
- 6:38Speaker 1: the federal censorship state, Seventeen different pieces of commerce legislation
- 6:44Speaker 1: paving the way for a new football stadium in DC
- 6:49Speaker 1: is in this continuing resolution, a pay raise for congressmen
- 6:53Speaker 1: and senators and making them eligible for federal employee health benefits.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Because they don't want to act, you have to deal
- 7:00Speaker 1: with Obamacare. It's indefensible to ram these measures through at
- 7:05Speaker 1: the last second without debate. We are grateful for DOJ's
- 7:10Speaker 1: warm reception on Capitol Hill. Nearly everyone agrees we need
- 7:14Speaker 1: a smaller and more streamlined federal government. But actions speak
- 7:18Speaker 1: louder than words. This is an early test the bill,
- 7:23Speaker 1: he says, should fail. Now, since he posted that at
- 7:27Speaker 1: the time that I'm recording this, that has been viewed
- 7:30Speaker 1: his message more than ten point five million times, and
- 7:35Speaker 1: I expect that number to be continuing to grow even
- 7:38Speaker 1: bigger and bigger. I'll give you another example of just
- 7:42Speaker 1: the total corruption in this bill. Walgreens to pay one
- 7:46Speaker 1: hundred and six point eight million for billing the US
- 7:51Speaker 1: government for prescriptions they never filled. From two thousand and
- 7:57Speaker 1: nine to twenty twenty, the pharmacy chain submitted fall claims
- 8:00Speaker 1: to Medicare and Medicaid, totaling one hundred and six point
- 8:04Speaker 1: eight million dollars. Walgreens are now pay more than one
- 8:08Speaker 1: hundred million to settle the claims against billing Medicare and
- 8:12Speaker 1: Medicaid with fraud. That is what is happening right now. Now,
- 8:17Speaker 1: let's also talk about what has been said by the speaker,
- 8:21Speaker 1: Speaker Johnson, and I'm holding his feet to the fire
- 8:25Speaker 1: because well, he.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Has lied to us.
- 8:28Speaker 1: The bill should fail, and you need to call your
- 8:31Speaker 1: congressman and tell them that. But I'm going to go
- 8:33Speaker 1: back to September of twenty twenty four. This is what
- 8:38Speaker 1: Speaker Johnson said in September of twenty twenty four, Okay,
- 8:43Speaker 1: just a few months ago, and he said then there
- 8:46Speaker 1: won't be a Christmas omnibus.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Listen, but overall with the CRS, as our leader just noted,
- 8:54Speaker 4: we have we have broken the Christmas omni and I
- 8:57Speaker 4: have no intention of going back to that tearable tree eddition.
- 9:00Speaker 4: So there won't be a Christmas omnibus. If somebody asked
- 9:02Speaker 4: me in the hallway a little while ago, will leave
- 9:04Speaker 4: you minibuses. We don't want any buses. We're not going
- 9:06Speaker 4: to do any buses.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Okay, now that was him in September. I'm going to
- 9:11Speaker 1: fast forward to this week. What is Speaker Johnson saying?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Now in December of the same year, he is saying,
- 9:18Speaker 1: everybody understands the necessity of this Christmas omnibus.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Listen, and we.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Got to get through this. So look, everybody understands the necessity.
- 9:26Speaker 4: It is not palatable. This is the sausage making part
- 9:29Speaker 4: of legislation that nobody likes. But we're governing and we'll
- 9:33Speaker 4: pick it up in January and start a brand new
- 9:35Speaker 4: day for America.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So, in other words, you're getting screwed right now. Here's
- 9:41Speaker 1: a question you should ask yourself before you call your
- 9:43Speaker 1: congressman or your senator and tell them to vote no.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Why do taxpayers have to foot the bill for the
- 9:48Speaker 1: Francis Scott Key Bridge?
- 9:50Speaker 3: For example?
- 9:50Speaker 1: Shouldn't it operate of the ship or its insurance company
- 9:53Speaker 1: pay for that. They're the ones that took down that bridge.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Why should the American taxpayers have to pay for that
- 10:00Speaker 1: doesn't make any sense at all. I also will go
- 10:04Speaker 1: back to this. You look at what Elon and what
- 10:08Speaker 1: Vivic said, and if you're just using them for a
- 10:11Speaker 1: photo op, that's one thing.
- 10:14Speaker 3: But this CR is just total bs.
- 10:18Speaker 1: It allows for vaccines, mask mandates, vaccine passports, expanded emergency powers,
- 10:25Speaker 1: and gain a function research that has nothing to do
- 10:29Speaker 1: with what this Continuing Resolution should be about.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Every one of you listening.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Right now, every one of you, and I'm going to
- 10:37Speaker 1: go into more detail of what's in this bill in
- 10:38Speaker 1: a moment, but every one of you needs to call
- 10:41Speaker 1: your congressman and your senator. Two O two two two
- 10:45Speaker 1: four three one two one. That's two O two two
- 10:50Speaker 1: two four three one two one. Call Capitol Hill, call
- 10:54Speaker 1: your congressman, call your center, and tell them no on this.
- 10:59Speaker 1: This bill is massive. This is a betrayal of the
- 11:03Speaker 1: American public. It is a portrayal that all of us
- 11:07Speaker 1: should understand. And the House Republicans so far that have
- 11:11Speaker 1: announced that they will vote against this seventeen hundred page
- 11:14Speaker 1: spinning bill. Representative Nancy Mace, Wesley Hunt, Andy Biggs, Bob Good,
- 11:21Speaker 1: Paul Gosar, Ralph Norman, Tim Burchett and chip Rory that list.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I'm expecting it to go now, we need more knows.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Democrats are obviously going to vote yes on this. They
- 11:35Speaker 1: love this government spending. They're all in on it, they
- 11:38Speaker 1: all want it. But Speaker Johnson's decision to allow this
- 11:41Speaker 1: language into an omnibus bill is an egregious concession that
- 11:46Speaker 1: undermines accountability and transparency within the legislative process and by
- 11:51Speaker 1: including provisions that shield House data from disclosures. For example,
- 11:56Speaker 1: this is another problem here. This is operating in secret.
- 12:01Speaker 1: This would shield the House in the language they put
- 12:04Speaker 1: in this bill for disclosure and permit motions the squash subpoenas,
- 12:08Speaker 1: and what Speaker Johnson's doing now is enabling the very
- 12:12Speaker 1: mechanisms that delay justice. These protections will undoubtedly be weaponized
- 12:18Speaker 1: by the way to obstruct investigations in a misconduct, particularly
- 12:22Speaker 1: the actions of individuals like Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff
- 12:25Speaker 1: during the Manufacturer January the sixth hearings, and the language
- 12:29Speaker 1: serves no legitimate purpose beyond buying time for those who
- 12:33Speaker 1: manipulate their positions to push false narratives and vilify their
- 12:37Speaker 1: political opponents, which were conservatives.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Why the hell is this in the bill?
- 12:42Speaker 1: It is all a question that every single person should
- 12:46Speaker 1: be asking.
- 12:49Speaker 3: So what's in this bill? All right? Get ready to
- 12:52Speaker 3: take notes? And this is when I'll say it again.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Take the podcast, share this so people know what they
- 12:58Speaker 1: actually did. And I want to be Conservatives are a
- 13:01Speaker 1: part of this, okay, and I'm calling them out. Here
- 13:06Speaker 1: are some of the provisions drawing the biggest blowback from conservatives.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Members of Congress.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Are going to get a pay raise, yes, a actual
- 13:16Speaker 1: pay raise. Apparently right now, Congress saying we need a
- 13:20Speaker 1: pay raise for itself, and they snuck it in the
- 13:22Speaker 1: spending bill. As Americans struggle to make ends meet. This
- 13:27Speaker 1: one thousand, five hundred and seventy four page bill, known
- 13:31Speaker 1: as the CR, made sure that lawmakers currently earn a
- 13:35Speaker 1: base salary of one seventy four annually, with members and
- 13:38Speaker 1: leadership receiving a higher salary. If Biden signs a CR
- 13:42Speaker 1: into law, members of Congress are set to receive a
- 13:44Speaker 1: maximum salary increase of six six hundred dollars due to
- 13:49Speaker 1: the twenty twenty five cola of three point eight percent.
- 13:52Speaker 1: According to a press release from Maine Democrat Representative Jared Golden,
- 13:57Speaker 1: on Wednesday. The main Democrat is opposing the CR over
- 14:01Speaker 1: the pay ray's language in the bill, saying this is
- 14:05Speaker 1: just wrong.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Quote.
- 14:07Speaker 1: If members of Congress had received every adjustment prescribed by
- 14:12Speaker 1: the ECI formula since nineteen ninety two, and the statutory
- 14:16Speaker 1: limitations regarding the percentage based pay increase for government employees
- 14:22Speaker 1: remained unchanged, the twenty twenty fourth salary would be two
- 14:26Speaker 1: hundred and forty three thousand, three hundred dollars, is what
- 14:30Speaker 1: they wrote in an article on lawmakers salaries with.
- 14:32Speaker 3: The update in September.
- 14:35Speaker 1: In addition, there are many Republicans that are supporting this.
- 14:40Speaker 1: So Congress is failing the American people again and giving
- 14:43Speaker 1: themselves a pay raise in the process.
- 14:47Speaker 3: You can't make this stuff up.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I'll be voting no, is what Representative Eli Crane said
- 14:53Speaker 1: about this shocking move here to give a pay raise.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Now that's the beginning.
- 14:58Speaker 1: There's also a provision that allows lawmakers to opt out
- 15:01Speaker 1: of Obamacare and use the Federal Employees Health Benefit program instead.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Because they all know that Obamacare sucks, They've thrown that
- 15:10Speaker 1: in the omnibus as well with a CR. Also, language
- 15:15Speaker 1: on transparency in concert ticket pricing is in this bill
- 15:20Speaker 1: that actually is something I'm in favor of, so you're
- 15:22Speaker 1: getting that in there. There's also the federal government paying
- 15:25Speaker 1: the entire bill to bill to rebuild the Francis Scott
- 15:29Speaker 1: Key Bridge. Why are we having to pay for this?
- 15:33Speaker 1: This is port bal spending. There's also quote accountability for
- 15:37Speaker 1: recycling and composting fraud, whatever the hell that means. There's
- 15:44Speaker 1: a federal swine education program that would be on pigs,
- 15:49Speaker 1: a continuation of the woll Trust Fund until twenty twenty five.
- 15:55Speaker 1: If you want to know more about that, I'll put
- 15:56Speaker 1: a link on social media for you.
- 15:59Speaker 3: It's just insane.
- 16:00Speaker 1: And they're going to pay for juvenile delinquents to get
- 16:03Speaker 1: their driver's licenses. Why the hell do I need to
- 16:07Speaker 1: be paying money for driver's license for people that are young.
- 16:13Speaker 1: I don't understand this. We're gonna pay for juvenile delinquents
- 16:16Speaker 1: to get their driver's license because you're irresponsible with a kid.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Let's give that kid a license so he can go
- 16:21Speaker 1: drive a car, because that makes sense.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Also, in this.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Bill, the government will no longer be calling homeless adults
- 16:33Speaker 1: and children as homeless, so we're going woke. We're actually
- 16:37Speaker 1: banning the word homeless. So my producer, as much as
- 16:41Speaker 1: you want to say homeless in the future, or any
- 16:44Speaker 1: one of you listening right now, you're not allowed to
- 16:47Speaker 1: do that. If you're an official government position capacity writing
- 16:51Speaker 1: a bill.
- 16:52Speaker 3: There is no such thing as homeless people anymore.
- 16:56Speaker 1: They're also extending a quote cheap marketing grant pro Graham
- 17:00Speaker 1: until twenty twenty five because apparently.
- 17:02Speaker 3: We need to be marketing sheep now.
- 17:04Speaker 1: And the Golden Engagement Center that's the State Department's office
- 17:09Speaker 1: which is dedicated specifically and explicitly towards censorship. It's going
- 17:15Speaker 1: to get another round of funding to censor people they
- 17:17Speaker 1: don't like. And if you want to get really angry,
- 17:21Speaker 1: this is where the pork barrel spending comes in.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Your tax dollars.
- 17:25Speaker 1: In this continuing resolution, are going to spend not one,
- 17:28Speaker 1: not two, but three million dollars to test the inspection
- 17:35Speaker 1: of molasses. I wish I was joking. I'm actually not.
- 17:41Speaker 1: This is real. This resolution is out and it's a
- 17:45Speaker 1: resolution that says we're going to spend three million dollars
- 17:49Speaker 1: to test the inspection of malasses. Now, these provisions and
- 17:55Speaker 1: more have many Republicans frustrated. You should be calling and
- 17:59Speaker 1: can this with your people in Congress, whoever your representative is. Quote,
- 18:06Speaker 1: This Continuing Resolution is a predictable result of Republican leadership
- 18:11Speaker 1: embracing swamp practices. It continues to fund more of the
- 18:16Speaker 1: same broken priorities Democrats wanted, and ignores the mandate voters
- 18:21Speaker 1: gave us to change course. Americans demanded a government that
- 18:25Speaker 1: secures the border and cut spending, not a continuation of
- 18:29Speaker 1: the swamp status.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Quote.
- 18:31Speaker 1: That is what Texas represented Michael Cloud said about this CR.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Arizona Representative Paul Gossar told The Daily Caller that there
- 18:41Speaker 1: is quote not a single provision worth supporting. In its totality,
- 18:45Speaker 1: The entire Continuing Resolution is complete garbage. It continues to
- 18:49Speaker 1: fund the government at Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden levels. It
- 18:53Speaker 1: gives members an undeserved pay raise, has zero offsets, was
- 18:58Speaker 1: negotiated behind closed doors, and is a liberals dream bill.
- 19:04Speaker 1: No physically responsible Republicans should vote for this piece of crap,
- 19:08Speaker 1: Congressman Gosar said in the statement. South Carolina Representative Ralph
- 19:13Speaker 1: Norman explained that the Continuing Resolution should have gone through
- 19:17Speaker 1: the Rules Committee so that there could have been a
- 19:20Speaker 1: debate on every provision. To put it lightly, this omnibus
- 19:24Speaker 1: is a wolf in sheep's clothing. For one, it should
- 19:27Speaker 1: have gone through the Rules Committee so that we could
- 19:29Speaker 1: debate and discuss every single line item. Instead, Republican leadership
- 19:35Speaker 1: decide to take the back door. He went on to say,
- 19:37Speaker 1: I'm deeply disturbed that Republican leadership is greenlighting billions more
- 19:42Speaker 1: of dollars.
- 19:43Speaker 3: With no offsets.
- 19:45Speaker 1: And I'm going to tell you even more about this
- 19:47Speaker 1: in a moment, But first I want to tell you
- 19:50Speaker 1: about Patriot Mobile. If you are like me and you
- 19:53Speaker 1: are tired of giving your money to organizations that are
- 19:56Speaker 1: fighting against your conservative and Christian values, and you really
- 20:00Speaker 1: need to look at your cell phone bill, you may
- 20:03Speaker 1: not realize that the Big Mobile for years has been
- 20:07Speaker 1: giving big donations to democratic causes, candidates, and radical organizations.
- 20:14Speaker 1: I'm talking about organizations that are paying for abortions on demand.
- 20:19Speaker 3: That's not all.
- 20:21Speaker 1: The Big Mobile has been giving donations to organizations that
- 20:25Speaker 1: also are in favor of defunding the police. And that's
- 20:28Speaker 1: another reason why you need to know where your cash
- 20:31Speaker 1: is going, and that's why you need to switch to
- 20:33Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. Now, Patriot Mobile, I'm proud to say, I'm
- 20:37Speaker 1: a customer. I get the same great coverage that I
- 20:39Speaker 1: was used to before with Big Mobile, But when I
- 20:41Speaker 1: made the switch, I knew I was making a difference
- 20:44Speaker 1: every time I made a phone call, every time I
- 20:45Speaker 1: sent a text, and every time I paid my bill.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Because at Patriot Mobile, about five percent of your bill
- 20:51Speaker 1: every month is going to go back at no extra
- 20:53Speaker 1: cost to you, to organizations that are fighting for our
- 20:57Speaker 1: First and our Second Amendment rights, that are fighting for
- 21:01Speaker 1: the sanctity of life, that are helping with adoptions. And
- 21:05Speaker 1: then they also give money to our military, our first
- 21:07Speaker 1: responder heroes, and our wounded warriors. So you can take
- 21:11Speaker 1: a stand. Every time you pay a bill. You're gonna
- 21:13Speaker 1: have a cell phone bill, why not be with a

- 21:43Speaker 1: now and get a free month when you use the
- 21:45Speaker 1: offer code Ben. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ben.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Now, let me be clear.
- 21:53Speaker 1: We are in the situation that we're in right now
- 21:56Speaker 1: in this country where we have out of control spending
- 21:59Speaker 1: because no one will stand up and stop it. No
- 22:02Speaker 1: one will say no, no one says I'm not going
- 22:06Speaker 1: to allow this to happen. They all just throw in
- 22:08Speaker 1: all the crap that they want and they go with it.
- 22:11Speaker 1: They throw in everything they feel good about and they're like,
- 22:13Speaker 1: let's do this. They throw it all in there, and
- 22:16Speaker 1: they're like, yeah, this will work. And it's really really,
- 22:18Speaker 1: really really sad. But this is what we are doing now.
- 22:22Speaker 1: We have a government that is supposed to be run
- 22:24Speaker 1: by conservatives, and while the conservatives have power right now
- 22:27Speaker 1: in the House, they're like, now, let's just shell out
- 22:30Speaker 1: a bunch of cash, put Americans even more debt, and
- 22:33Speaker 1: then we'll act like we're fiscally conservative when we get
- 22:37Speaker 1: back in January and Donald Trump's the president.
- 22:40Speaker 3: I'm sorry, you can't have it both ways. How much time.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Now while all this is happening in the middle of
- 22:49Speaker 1: me literally recording this, we find out that Jerome Powell
- 22:55Speaker 1: at the Federal Reserve has come out doing a press
- 22:57Speaker 1: conference and Powe has said the economy is in a
- 22:59Speaker 1: really good place. Wall Street disagrees because, as he said
- 23:03Speaker 1: it Wall Street, the Dow was down three points. Fox
- 23:08Speaker 1: says Edward Lawrence asked him this question about the Fed
- 23:13Speaker 1: and interest rates and the economy.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Listen.
- 23:15Speaker 5: So, but now the Federal Reserve chairman back to talking
- 23:17Speaker 5: about inflation, adding he's feeling good about where they are
- 23:20Speaker 5: at the moment. Still, he dropped the word recalibration from
- 23:24Speaker 5: this news conference talking about interest rates as a Federal
- 23:26Speaker 5: Reserve now forecast two rate cuts next.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Year, not four.
- 23:29Speaker 5: So I wanted to know where this rate cut train
- 23:32Speaker 5: is headed.
- 23:34Speaker 6: I think the markets are looking for for a little
- 23:36Speaker 6: more clarity. I mean, I've heard estimates from two point
- 23:38Speaker 6: nine percent to four percent, you know, and I think
- 23:41Speaker 6: the markets would like to see a little more clarity
- 23:43Speaker 6: about the year out eighteen months out as to where
- 23:45Speaker 6: that goalposts for lack of better terminus, because at the
- 23:48Speaker 6: moment it looks big.
- 23:50Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, honestly, we you know, there are countless
- 23:54Speaker 7: models of what of what a neutral rate might be
- 23:56Speaker 7: at any given time. They're empirical models, are theoretical models.
- 23:59Speaker 7: There are things that combine them, and they have as
- 24:02Speaker 7: many different answers.
- 24:02Speaker 6: As you'd like.
- 24:03Speaker 7: So there is no real certainty. And I mean it's
- 24:07Speaker 7: actually a good thing to know that we don't know
- 24:09Speaker 7: exactly where it is. So you're not tempted to think, oh,
- 24:12Speaker 7: I think this model or this estimate is right. You
- 24:15Speaker 7: just have to be open to you know, the empirical
- 24:18Speaker 7: data that are coming in.
- 24:21Speaker 5: And FED speak for there is no clarity as to
- 24:23Speaker 5: where they're actually going the Federal Reserve in this rate
- 24:26Speaker 5: cut cycle and where they may end up from this
- 24:29Speaker 5: weightcut cycle, something the markets obviously.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Didn't like as well.
- 24:33Speaker 1: I love that there is no clarity about where we're going.
- 24:36Speaker 1: So if you want to know who's in charge, this
- 24:38Speaker 1: is These are the people in charge, and this is
- 24:40Speaker 1: what they are doing to our economy. Many of you
- 24:44Speaker 1: may be doing your last minute Christmas shopping and I
- 24:47Speaker 1: want you to understand what we have just found out about.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Major corporations including Kia, TJ Max listed as corporate sponsors
- 24:58Speaker 1: of the Rainbow Line Library pushing transbooks on your children.
- 25:05Speaker 1: The retailers TJ Max and the automaker Kia are listed
- 25:10Speaker 1: as co sponsors of a program that is distributing the
- 25:14Speaker 1: LGBTQ themed books to k through twelve schools across the
- 25:18Speaker 1: United States. This according to a Wednesday report from the
- 25:23Speaker 1: conservative nonprofit Consumer Research obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. Now,
- 25:30Speaker 1: the initiative, titled the Rainbow Library is run by national
- 25:36Speaker 1: LGBTQ plus activist organization, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education
- 25:44Speaker 1: Network known as g lse N.
- 25:47Speaker 3: What does it do?
- 25:49Speaker 1: It sends participating teachers books that push transgenderism and homosexuality
- 25:57Speaker 1: onto kids as young as five. Over eight thousand, one
- 26:01Speaker 1: hundred schools in thirty three different states nationwide are now
- 26:05Speaker 1: participating in the program. Meaning there's a very good chance
- 26:09Speaker 1: that your kids or grandkids are at a public school
- 26:12Speaker 1: where this is actually in the library system and being
- 26:16Speaker 1: used in the classroom. Now, let me read you this quote.
- 26:23Speaker 1: TJ Max and Kia are pushing radical gender ideology on
- 26:26Speaker 1: kids through their sponsorship of the GLSEEN Rainbow Network, which
- 26:33Speaker 1: promotes transgender ideology and classrooms across the country through books
- 26:37Speaker 1: and recommended lesson plans for teachers. So it's not just
- 26:40Speaker 1: the books are available, it is actual lesson plans for
- 26:45Speaker 1: the teachers to then follow to then indoctrinate your children.
- 26:50Speaker 1: That is what will Hoild, Executive director of Consumer Research,
- 26:54Speaker 1: sent and a statement. By sponsoring organizations with a political
- 26:58Speaker 1: activist agenda like this organization in the Rainbow Library, these
- 27:04Speaker 1: companies are putting woke politics specifically ahead of their consumer base.
- 27:10Speaker 1: In other words, TJ Max and kir are hoping that
- 27:13Speaker 1: you won't find out that this is what they are
- 27:15Speaker 1: involved in. Now here's something else that you need to
- 27:19Speaker 1: understand as well. A spokesman for Kia has come out
- 27:23Speaker 1: understanding that they have walked into a major problem, and
- 27:26Speaker 1: they have denied in a statement that the auto company
- 27:30Speaker 1: sponsored the Rainbow Library in twenty twenty three or twenty
- 27:33Speaker 1: twenty four, but they did not respond to further inquiries
- 27:37Speaker 1: about why it was prominently displayed as a sponsor on
- 27:43Speaker 1: the GLSN website. I am looking at the website. It
- 27:49Speaker 1: is there right now. All right, now, let's go back
- 27:52Speaker 1: to the books for a moment, because this is what
- 27:55Speaker 1: you need to understand about these companies and what the doing.
- 28:00Speaker 1: When you go and shop at tjmac Slash Marshals, or
- 28:03Speaker 1: you go and buy Kiya kar I want you to
- 28:06Speaker 1: understand just how extreme they are in pushing transgenderism on
- 28:10Speaker 1: your kids or your grandkids. One of the books distributed
- 28:14Speaker 1: by Rainbow Library is titled When Aiden Becomes a Brother.
- 28:21Speaker 1: It tells the story of a black girl who becomes
- 28:25Speaker 1: or comes out as quote unquote transgender and quote explores
- 28:30Speaker 1: plural different ways of being a boy. The GLSN recommends
- 28:38Speaker 1: the story as part of its lesson plan for second graders.
- 28:43Speaker 1: According to the Rainbow Library website, a twenty twenty three
- 28:49Speaker 1: Pew Research Center study found that nearly seventy percent of
- 28:52Speaker 1: Black Americans believe gender is assigned at birth. Just to
- 28:56Speaker 1: put in perspective over what they're doing here. Book this time,
- 29:00Speaker 1: intended for first graders, is called My Rainbow. It depicts
- 29:06Speaker 1: a mother constructing a rainbow wig for her young transgender child.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Another book, entitled Quote, When we Love Someone, We Sing
- 29:20Speaker 1: to Them That is meant for third graders and tells
- 29:24Speaker 1: the story of a young boy singing to another young
- 29:29Speaker 1: boy in order to confess his love to that boy.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Now.
- 29:35Speaker 1: When teachers request books from the Rainbow Library, they also
- 29:38Speaker 1: receive a quote toolkit telling them how to facilitate children
- 29:45Speaker 1: coming out as transgender with the gosse and educator Michael
- 29:50Speaker 1: Rady's stating in a twenty twenty one video that quote,
- 29:55Speaker 1: when a teacher or a librarian rolls out the Rainbow
- 29:59Speaker 1: Life Library in their location, students start coming out to
- 30:05Speaker 1: them because they see that adult as someone that they
- 30:09Speaker 1: can trust. The program also instructs the educators to keep
- 30:15Speaker 1: it confidential, in other words, hide it from the parents, right,
- 30:19Speaker 1: so that we can help indoctor nate this kid, saying
- 30:22Speaker 1: if a student comes out to them until they can
- 30:25Speaker 1: determine if the child is quote supported by the adults
- 30:29Speaker 1: in their life and in apparent reference to the child's parents.
- 30:34Speaker 1: So hey, keep it confidential, don't tell them anything, don't
- 30:39Speaker 1: talk about it. Just keep it quiet until we find
- 30:42Speaker 1: out exactly what's going on. This is what these organizations do.
- 30:48Speaker 1: This is what they give to your kids. This is
- 30:51Speaker 1: how they do it. And you look at Kia, you
- 30:54Speaker 1: look at TJ Max Marshall's, and they're like, hey, we're
- 30:58Speaker 1: making good money. We got a lot of mom that
- 31:00Speaker 1: are going in there and shopping. We got a lot
- 31:01Speaker 1: of people buying cars from us. So let's indoctrinate these
- 31:05Speaker 1: kids in this way, all right. So let's keep going
- 31:08Speaker 1: down this road so you understand. The nonprofit website sponsors
- 31:12Speaker 1: page identifies key in TJ Max's parent corporation, TJX Companies,
- 31:18Speaker 1: which is also the retailer that owns Marshalls, Home Goods
- 31:21Speaker 1: and Sierra as It's twenty twenty three, twenty twenty four
- 31:26Speaker 1: national partners that help make Rainbow Library possible. So it's
- 31:33Speaker 1: not just TJ Max you need to be boycotting this
- 31:36Speaker 1: Christmas season. It's Marshalls, it's Home Goods, it's Sierra unless
- 31:41Speaker 1: you want your kids turned into transgender children. Target, you
- 31:46Speaker 1: may remember we talked about this a year ago. They
- 31:49Speaker 1: came under fire for their partnership with the same organization
- 31:54Speaker 1: GLSEN That may be where you remember me saying this
- 31:57Speaker 1: name before They donated more than two million dollars.
- 32:01Speaker 3: To the nonprofit.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Now, let me just go back to Target and remind
- 32:05Speaker 1: you quickly of that story. Not only did Target give
- 32:09Speaker 1: over two million dollars to this radical organization to indoctrinate children,
- 32:14Speaker 1: but back in May of twenty twenty three, the National
- 32:17Speaker 1: Education Association, and that is the US's largest teacher union,
- 32:22Speaker 1: also pledged their support for this radical organization called g
- 32:29Speaker 1: LS n now Tjmax companies participated in the Human Rights
- 32:34Speaker 1: Campaigns Corporate Equity Index. Now, what does that do. It's
- 32:40Speaker 1: like a seal of approval, all right. They assess the
- 32:43Speaker 1: corporations based on their commitment to the LGBTQ plus activism.
- 32:48Speaker 1: So it's not just like LGBTQ plus in general, it's
- 32:52Speaker 1: you have to be an activist company. The Human Rights
- 32:56Speaker 1: Campaign champions pediatric sex changes, so there's like, hey, it's
- 33:01Speaker 1: you guys. Can't just raise your an say we support,
- 33:04Speaker 1: You've got to be activists with your dollars and donations. Now,
- 33:09Speaker 1: facing pressure, a variety of corporations have started to roll
- 33:14Speaker 1: back their diversity equity inclusion initiatives in recent months, including
- 33:17Speaker 1: John Deere, Core's Brewing, Harley Davison, Ford and Low's. Now,
- 33:22Speaker 1: the only reason why they're doing this now is because
- 33:25Speaker 1: they're seeing that America is starting to wake up and
- 33:28Speaker 1: stand up and say we're tired of this woke ideology.
- 33:31Speaker 1: And that's exactly the reason why these corporations are now
- 33:34Speaker 1: doing it. About face, Republicans spend at least two hundred
- 33:38Speaker 1: and fifteen million critiquing progressive transgender ideology in the twenty
- 33:43Speaker 1: twenty four election cycle. So part of this was education
- 33:47Speaker 1: of the public by Republicans and be like this is insane.
- 33:49Speaker 3: I don't want to be a part of this now.
- 33:51Speaker 1: According to data from ad tracking firms, they said that
- 33:56Speaker 1: one of the most effective ads was the one declared
- 34:00Speaker 1: I mean that Kamwa Harris is for it. They slash them,
- 34:03Speaker 1: they them, and President Trump is for you. That had
- 34:06Speaker 1: a huge impact on this election. Now, Keya's head of
- 34:10Speaker 1: corporate communications, and let's move to them for a second,
- 34:14Speaker 1: is a guy by the name of James Bell. James
- 34:17Speaker 1: Bell has come out denied the company had been a
- 34:19Speaker 1: sponsor of the Rainbow Library in twenty three or twenty four,
- 34:23Speaker 1: despite the automaker being prominently displayed on the program sponsor page.
- 34:28Speaker 3: They understand how things are changed.
- 34:29Speaker 1: They don't want to be listed on these lists that
- 34:31Speaker 1: I'm telling you about, which is why you need to
- 34:34Speaker 1: share this podcast and put it everywhere, all right. I
- 34:36Speaker 1: want to be clear about that. Grab our podcasts and
- 34:39Speaker 1: share it now. When the DNFC sent multiple follow up
- 34:44Speaker 1: inquiries asking why Keys listed as a twenty three to
- 34:48Speaker 1: twenty four school year sponsor if it did not sponsor
- 34:51Speaker 1: the nonprofit twenty three or twenty four, James Bell, of
- 34:55Speaker 1: Kea's head of corporate communications, literally stopped responding to The
- 35:00Speaker 1: Daily Caller. Additionally, James Bell's initial response did not answer
- 35:06Speaker 1: the majority of questions that came from the Daily Caller
- 35:10Speaker 1: and their inquiry, including when the company began funding the
- 35:15Speaker 1: Rainbow Library and if the company supports pediatric sex change
- 35:20Speaker 1: surgeries and hormonal treatments for children at a very young age. Also,
- 35:31Speaker 1: this is why sunlight is the best disinfectant. TJ Max
- 35:36Speaker 1: and G. Lsen did not respond to The Daily Caller's
- 35:40Speaker 1: requests for comment on this as well.
- 35:42Speaker 3: So there's there's a couple of takeaways here. Number One,
- 35:44Speaker 3: they lied. Number two, they got busted.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Number Three, they're hoping that not enough people will find
- 35:50Speaker 1: out about the story that I just led with today.
- 35:52Speaker 3: And some people ask me, like Ben, why didn't you
- 35:53Speaker 3: do like the.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Big headline of the day, Because you already know about
- 35:56Speaker 1: the bigger headline today, all right, and we're going to
- 35:59Speaker 1: talk about it. We're going to talk about all the
- 36:01Speaker 1: big headlines. But when I get stories like this, these
- 36:04Speaker 1: are the stories that I want to be a big headline.
- 36:07Speaker 1: So I'm going to ask you please get involved Okay,
- 36:11Speaker 1: share the podcasts, share this information and make sure everybody
- 36:15Speaker 1: knows it, because there's a lot of moms out there
- 36:17Speaker 1: that if I think they understood how radical the left
- 36:19Speaker 1: had become, they would not be saying by a Kia.
- 36:21Speaker 1: They would not be going to TJ Max or Marshalls
- 36:24Speaker 1: or Home Goods. These are stores that deserve to be
- 36:27Speaker 1: boycotted the same way that Target. And by the way
- 36:29Speaker 1: I called it with Target, what did I say to
- 36:31Speaker 1: you as my producer, I said it, moms were going
- 36:34Speaker 1: to go back to going to Target, even after the
- 36:38Speaker 1: radical agenda of Target to have like tucking swimsuits for
- 36:44Speaker 1: toddlers and binding swimsuits for young girls.
- 36:50Speaker 3: And I said, you watch, There'll be some moms.
- 36:53Speaker 1: That will stop going to Target for a little bit,
- 36:55Speaker 1: but the majority are going to come back. And that's
- 36:57Speaker 1: why Target is still giving two thousand in three thousand
- 37:00Speaker 1: and four thousand, whatever the number is of square feet
- 37:03Speaker 1: to their stores for hardcore LGBTQIA and doctor Nation.
- 37:08Speaker 3: And support during the summer months. And I was right.
- 37:12Speaker 1: You look at the stock value of Target, you look
- 37:15Speaker 1: at their sales numbers. They came down a little bit
- 37:18Speaker 1: after that controversy and then after the controversy kind of
- 37:23Speaker 1: moved on to other things what ended up happening. They
- 37:26Speaker 1: moved on, folks, they moved on, and they went right
- 37:29Speaker 1: back to shopping. Many mothers did, because Target's just so convenient,
- 37:33Speaker 1: and people are like, I don't want to go to Walmart,
- 37:35Speaker 1: so I'll go to Target. And that is now where
- 37:38Speaker 1: we are, all right. Make sure you share this podcast
- 37:41Speaker 1: as well. That helps tremendously get all this information to
- 37:45Speaker 1: everybody that's out there.
- 37:46Speaker 3: And I will see you back here tomorrow
