Hinds County Chancery Judge Dewayne Thomas has passed away at age 72. Thomas died on Wednesday night. Authorities report that his death, though unexpected, appeared to be from natural causes. A man is recovering after being attacked by a pack of dogs. Pontotoc County Sheriff Leo Mask said a man was attacked while walking along the Tanglefoot Trail.
