- 2:54Speaker 4: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Democrats have chosen to put more lives at risk. Your
- 3:03Speaker 4: life is one of them with the new moves that
- 3:06Speaker 4: they're doing to undermine Donald Trump and the laws in
- 3:10Speaker 4: this nation. The sanctuary state of Illinois has now released
- 3:15Speaker 4: more than one thousand, eight hundred illegal aliens. They've been
- 3:20Speaker 4: charged with crimes such as murder, assault, burglary, robbery, and
- 3:26Speaker 4: sex crimes, including crimes against children, and they've released them
- 3:30Speaker 4: on purpose back in the communities since Donald Trump took
- 3:34Speaker 4: office in late January. The new data is exposing all
- 3:38Speaker 4: of this. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Acting Director Todd Lyons
- 3:44Speaker 4: release the data on Monday while urging Illinois Attorney General
- 3:49Speaker 4: to honor more than four thousand active ICE detainers that
- 3:54Speaker 4: the agency has lodged. Against criminal legal aliens in the
- 3:59Speaker 4: sanctuary ste of Illinois. In particular, Lions said Illinois officials
- 4:05Speaker 4: have already failed to honor more than one thousand, seven
- 4:09Speaker 4: hundred and sixty eight ICE detainers and released the illegal
- 4:14Speaker 4: aliens back into neighborhoods. Among those illegal aliens that have
- 4:18Speaker 4: been released back into America are five charged with murder
- 4:23Speaker 4: who are now walking among us, one hundred and forty
- 4:26Speaker 4: one charged with assault, walking among US, twenty three charge
- 4:32Speaker 4: of burglary, walking among US, ten charged with sex crimes
- 4:37Speaker 4: now walking among us, and four charged with robbery, twenty
- 4:41Speaker 4: four charged with drug crimes, many of them dealing with
- 4:45Speaker 4: FETNL that are killing Americans, and fifteen charged with weapons
- 4:49Speaker 4: offenses as well. Meanwhile, the crimes of more than four
- 4:54Speaker 4: thousand illegal aliens with active ICE detainers in Illinois, including
- 4:59Speaker 4: fifty one chards with murder, one thousand, one hundred and
- 5:03Speaker 4: thirty four charged with assault, one hundred and seven charged
- 5:06Speaker 4: with burglary, thirty six charged with robbery, two hundred and
- 5:10Speaker 4: seventy five charged with drug crimes, and one hundred and
- 5:14Speaker 4: twenty charge with weapons offenses. And this is the one
- 5:18Speaker 4: that is the most shocking. Eight hundred and thirteen illegal
- 5:22Speaker 4: aliens charge with sex crimes. Governor Pritzkerb and his fellow
- 5:28Speaker 4: Illinois sanctuary politicians are releasing these murderers, pedophiles, and kidnappers
- 5:34Speaker 4: back into our neighborhoods and putting American lives at risk,
- 5:38Speaker 4: the Department of Owlanded Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in
- 5:42Speaker 4: his statement. She then said, we are calling on Governor
- 5:45Speaker 4: Pritskerb and his administration to stop this dangerous derangement and
- 5:50Speaker 4: commit to honoring the ICE arrest detainers of the more
- 5:54Speaker 4: than four thousand criminal legal aliens in Illinois custody. It
- 5:59Speaker 4: is common criminal legal aliens should not be released back
- 6:03Speaker 4: into our streets to terrorize more innocent Americans. ICE officials
- 6:09Speaker 4: said Illinois has released from custody and failed to honor
- 6:13Speaker 4: detainers for illegal aliens, such as a forty nine year
- 6:16Speaker 4: old Victor Manuel Menendez Garcia of Mexico, who was convicted
- 6:22Speaker 4: of kidnapping for ransom and sentenced to eighteen years in prison.
- 6:29Speaker 4: A new release from ICE detailed other instances where illegal
- 6:32Speaker 4: aliens were released from custody instead of being turned over
- 6:37Speaker 4: to ICE agents. Juan Morales Martinez, an illegal alien, from Guatemala,
- 6:42Speaker 4: for example, was arrested after a vehicle crash near Westfield, Illinois,
- 6:47Speaker 4: where he was a passenger. Early reports the vehicle crash
- 6:51Speaker 4: showed not one, but two fatalities. It was a county
- 6:56Speaker 4: board member and his wife. Police also found an ex
- 7:00Speaker 4: sent a magazine and ammunition in the vehicle. On October
- 7:04Speaker 4: the twenty fifth, ICE lodged a detainer on Morales Martinez.
- 7:08Speaker 4: October the twenty seventh, ICE arrested Morales after his release
- 7:13Speaker 4: from the Clark County Jail. The jail did not cooperate
- 7:17Speaker 4: with ICE, but ICE officers suspected his release and performed
- 7:21Speaker 4: an enforcement action outside of the county jail. He has
- 7:25Speaker 4: now been removed from the United States of America, but
- 7:28Speaker 4: he would be among us if it was left up
- 7:30Speaker 4: to the sanctuary state of Illinois. There was another man
- 7:34Speaker 4: by the name of Gonzales Jimenez, an illegal alien from Mexico.
- 7:39Speaker 4: He was arrested and convicted for one count of driving
- 7:42Speaker 4: under the influence and domestic battery and two counts of
- 7:45Speaker 4: criminal sexual assault. Yet again, Illinois chose deliberately to refuse
- 7:52Speaker 4: the ICE detainer for this individual, again accused of two
- 7:56Speaker 4: counts of criminal sexual assault. On November the thirteenth, ICE
- 8:02Speaker 4: arrested the man as he was released from jail. Juan
- 8:06Speaker 4: Alberto Carol morin An, a legal alien from Mexico, was
- 8:10Speaker 4: arrested and convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a
- 8:15Speaker 4: victim and a family and sentenced to six years in
- 8:18Speaker 4: Illinois Department of Corrections. ICE detainer for that man was
- 8:23Speaker 4: also not honored. On November ninth, ICE arrested Carl Marin,
- 8:27Speaker 4: where he is currently in ICE custody. Yet again Illinois
- 8:32Speaker 4: saying no, we'd rather play politics than keep our citizens
- 8:35Speaker 4: safe from these dangerous criminals. This is just one example
- 8:41Speaker 4: of what Donald Trump and our government is up against,
- 8:45Speaker 4: as time and time again, these radicals in radical cities
- 8:50Speaker 4: and states around the country are constantly refusing to work
- 8:54Speaker 4: with ICE to keep American safe. And yet again, the
- 8:57Speaker 4: President is not backing down more resources to Illinois to
- 9:02Speaker 4: find and to put into custody these more than one thousand,
- 9:06Speaker 4: eight hundred legal aliens charged with murder, assault, sex crimes.
- 9:10Speaker 4: And what has happened? Illinois chose to put them back
- 9:14Speaker 4: into our neighborhoods instead of hand them over to ICE.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Now story number two, it's not just in Illinois, where
- 9:20Speaker 4: the radicals are defying Donald Trump and putting Americans lives
- 9:24Speaker 4: at risk and many Americans are actually losing their lives.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Another sad and shocking story is now coming out of California,
- 9:31Speaker 4: where an illegal alien is accused of drunk driving and
- 9:34Speaker 4: causing a crash that left an eight year old girl dead.
- 9:38Speaker 4: In the sanctuary state of California. Last week, Immigration and
- 9:43Speaker 4: Customs enforcement agents lodged a detainer against a twenty five
- 9:48Speaker 4: year old Guatemala man after he allegedly caused a head
- 9:51Speaker 4: on collision on a San Diego highway that resulted in
- 9:54Speaker 4: the death of the eight year old little girl. According
- 9:57Speaker 4: to local police, Alva Rodriguez was driving a two thousand
- 10:01Speaker 4: and five Toyota to Coma truck when he crossed lanes
- 10:05Speaker 4: and hit a Toyota camery head on. The driver of
- 10:09Speaker 4: the camera, a twenty six year old man from you Arizona,
- 10:12Speaker 4: suffered major injuries, as did his front passenger, a twenty
- 10:16Speaker 4: eight year old woman. Three children in the back of
- 10:19Speaker 4: the camera, a five year old boy, a four year
- 10:22Speaker 4: old girl, and an eight year old girl were taken
- 10:24Speaker 4: to a nearby children's hospital. The girl did not survive
- 10:28Speaker 4: her injuries and died at that hospital. How many deaths
- 10:32Speaker 4: of children at the hands of criminal legal aliens need
- 10:35Speaker 4: to happen before Governor Knewsom and sanctuary politicians will prioritize
- 10:41Speaker 4: the safety and security of American families. That's what the
- 10:45Speaker 4: Department of Homeland Security said in his statement. ICE officials
- 10:49Speaker 4: said that Rodriguez had a history of drunk driving, including
- 10:53Speaker 4: a twenty twenty arrest for driving under the influence and
- 10:56Speaker 4: then another arrest in twenty twenty one for driving under
- 11:01Speaker 4: the influence and a hit and run. This serial drunk
- 11:05Speaker 4: driver should never have been allowed back onto California roads.
- 11:10Speaker 4: We are praying for the family of this child who
- 11:13Speaker 4: will be grieving this holiday season. Secretary Nome is now
- 11:17Speaker 4: calling on Governor Newsom to honor this ICE arrest attainer
- 11:21Speaker 4: for this illegal alien. And yet again you have another
- 11:26Speaker 4: elected official in another sanctuary state that is saying I
- 11:30Speaker 4: will put illegal immigrants a head of American citizens. And
- 11:36Speaker 4: that's not the only place that's happening. The New York
- 11:39Speaker 4: Mayor Mundani now telling illegal aliens in New York City
- 11:44Speaker 4: how to stand up to ICE agents. The New York
- 11:48Speaker 4: City Democratic Socialists mayor elect now giving lessons telling illegal
- 11:53Speaker 4: immigrants in this area that you must stand up to
- 11:56Speaker 4: ICE agents. The news comes as President Trump's administration been
- 12:00Speaker 4: working as safeguard American communities from illegal alien crime, and
- 12:04Speaker 4: as federal officials have been arresting the worst of the
- 12:07Speaker 4: worst criminal aliens. In a video posted on Sunday, Mondani
- 12:12Speaker 4: talked about a recent ICE rate in Chinatown, adding when
- 12:16Speaker 4: he officially becomes a mayor, he will protect all New
- 12:20Speaker 4: York residents, and that means the illegal immigrants. He said,
- 12:25Speaker 4: that includes the more than three million immigrants who call
- 12:27Speaker 4: the city their home. But we can all stand up
- 12:30Speaker 4: to ICE if you know your rights, he said, and
- 12:34Speaker 4: then he gave points about avoiding ICE agents altogether, saying, quote,
- 12:39Speaker 4: ICE cannot enter into private spaces like your home, school,
- 12:44Speaker 4: or private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant
- 12:47Speaker 4: signed by a judge. He went on to explain that
- 12:50Speaker 4: they had a right to keep their door shut, literally
- 12:53Speaker 4: telling the criminals exactly how to fight back and not
- 12:58Speaker 4: be arrested.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain our imperants.
- 13:03Speaker 2: As mayor, I'll protect the rights of every single New Yorker,
- 13:07Speaker 2: and that includes the more than three million immigrants who
- 13:09Speaker 2: call this city their home. But we can all stand
- 13:11Speaker 2: up to ICE if you know your rights if you
- 13:15Speaker 2: encounter ICE. These are the things that every New Yorker
- 13:17Speaker 2: should know. First. ICE cannot enter into private spaces like
- 13:20Speaker 2: your home, school, or private area of your workplace without
- 13:24Speaker 2: a judicial warrant signed by a judge that looks like this.
- 13:32Speaker 2: If ICE does not have a judicial warrant signed by
- 13:34Speaker 2: a judge, you have the right to say I do
- 13:36Speaker 2: not consent to enter it, and the right to keep
- 13:38Speaker 2: your door closed. Sometimes ICE will show you paperwork that
- 13:41Speaker 2: looks like this and tell you that they have the
- 13:45Speaker 2: right to arrest you. That is false. ICE is legally
- 13:50Speaker 2: allowed to lie to you, but you have the right
- 13:52Speaker 2: to remain silent. If you're being detained, you may always
- 13:54Speaker 2: ask am I free to go repeatedly until they answer you.
- 13:57Speaker 2: You are legally allowed to film ICE as long as
- 13:59Speaker 2: you do not interfere with an arrest. It is important
- 14:02Speaker 2: to remain calm during any interaction with ICE. Belongforce, do
- 14:05Speaker 2: not impede their investigation, resist arrest or One last thing.
- 14:09Speaker 2: New York has had a constitutional right to protest when
- 14:12Speaker 2: I'm there, we will protect that way. New York will
- 14:15Speaker 2: always welcome him, and I will fight each and every
- 14:18Speaker 2: day to protect and support and celebrate our neighbor brother sisters.
- 14:25Speaker 4: That is the Mayor elect of New York, maying it
- 14:28Speaker 4: very clear he doesn't work for the citizens of New
- 14:30Speaker 4: York and said he works for the illegal immigrants and
- 14:33Speaker 4: telling them everything he can to help them continue to
- 14:36Speaker 4: break the laws. So yet again we are having a
- 14:40Speaker 4: conversation about more Americans who are being killed. One thing
- 14:44Speaker 4: is for sure, the President of the United States of
- 14:46Speaker 4: America has promised, no matter what, to go wherever these
- 14:50Speaker 4: criminals are to find them, to hunt them down, and
- 14:53Speaker 4: to bring them to justice, even if the radicals on
- 14:56Speaker 4: the left like Mundani or Newsom or Prince Gerb are
- 15:00Speaker 4: doing everything they can to stop illegal immigrants from being deported.
