- 0:01Speaker 1: Bill Maher clashed with a liberal actor over Donald Trump
- 0:05Speaker 1: and immigration policy. This at the same time as ICE
- 0:09Speaker 1: agents have arrested one three hundred and sixty one criminal
- 0:12Speaker 1: aliens in Houston, Texas alone in June. Now, among the
- 0:18Speaker 1: aliens arrested, we're thirty two child predators, nine murderers, sixteen
- 0:27Speaker 1: gang or cartel members, and one alien convicted for hijacking
- 0:33Speaker 1: an airplane. That's just the highlight reel of what was
- 0:37Speaker 1: taking on the streets just in Houston, Texas. Because we
- 0:41Speaker 1: have law and order that this president is advocating for. Now,
- 0:44Speaker 1: Bill Maher talking with this liberal actor clashing over immigration,
- 0:49Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what was said.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Part of this is a backlash to how badly Biden
- 0:55Speaker 2: handled the immigration situation. It can't just be like, come one, all, which.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Is plenty of There's plenty of room here and we
- 1:03Speaker 3: need room, Lettie, There's plenty of room in America.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Come on, there's not a lack of room. It's never
- 1:08Speaker 1: about room.
- 1:09Speaker 2: It's about resources and about like having a countries have
- 1:15Speaker 2: to have a border. You can it just can't be.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I mean, they've done surveys and something like two hundred
- 1:20Speaker 2: million people around the world when asked, would you come
- 1:23Speaker 2: to America if you couldn't? Yes, I would. Why wouldn't they?
- 1:25Speaker 2: Lots of countries excuse me, are polls right? And they
- 1:28Speaker 2: would love to be here? You can't right, right, the
- 1:32Speaker 2: places aren't, but well they are.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Well they are, Mars said on his podcast, and immigration
- 1:40Speaker 1: had gotten so out of control under the Biden administration
- 1:43Speaker 1: that he understands now why Donald Trump is doing what
- 1:46Speaker 1: he's doing, and also just being honest. Are you a
- 1:50Speaker 1: country if you don't have a border, No, you are
- 1:53Speaker 1: not a country. And this idea from this liberal actor
- 1:57Speaker 1: is like, well, there's plenty of room here. There's plenty
- 1:59Speaker 1: of room in America. Come on, there's no lack of
- 2:00Speaker 1: room in America's is the logic, right? Can you imagine
- 2:03Speaker 1: two hundred million people just randomly showing up in the
- 2:06Speaker 1: United States of America because he said, they did this
- 2:08Speaker 1: survey something like two hundred million people around the world
- 2:13Speaker 1: would ask would you come to America? If you could
- 2:15Speaker 1: say yes? And he said, again, why wouldn't they? Lots
- 2:18Speaker 1: of countries excuse me, are blank holes and they would
- 2:23Speaker 1: love to be there. Now that's the same thing that
- 2:25Speaker 1: Trump said. Remember several years ago, they're like, oh my gosh,
- 2:27Speaker 1: you're racist. I'm sure they won't say bo Mar's racist
- 2:30Speaker 1: because he's on the left, but I mean Donald Trump
- 2:33Speaker 1: was fiercely criticized by the left when his first term
- 2:36Speaker 1: when he said the same thing about Haiti and El Salvador.
- 2:39Speaker 1: He said the places and then this acts are like, well,
- 2:42Speaker 1: they're not blank holes, and Bill Maher doubled down, well,
- 2:45Speaker 1: they are. That's why they want to come here. Why
- 2:47Speaker 1: do you think two hundred million people around the world
- 2:49Speaker 1: say if they could come to America they would. But
- 2:52Speaker 1: this is part of what the left is their whole goal.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Go back to the census for a second. If you
- 3:01Speaker 1: count illegal immigrants, which we do in our census, it
- 3:05Speaker 1: changes in a hard core way, in a massive way.
- 3:13Speaker 1: How many people are how many congressmen come from those areas.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Think about sanctuary cities and large cities like let's go
- 3:22Speaker 1: to Minneapoli, Saint Paul. They have more congress people there
- 3:25Speaker 1: because they have a large population and a lot of
- 3:28Speaker 1: his legal immigrants. Look at the whole state of California
- 3:30Speaker 1: is another example. Look at la They are overly represented
- 3:34Speaker 1: compared to other parts in the country because they count
- 3:36Speaker 1: illegal immigrants. Look at I mean, you can go anywhere
- 3:39Speaker 1: in the country with a sanctuary city. New York City
- 3:41Speaker 1: is another example, Chicago is another example. The list goes
- 3:44Speaker 1: on and on. Why do you think Democrats have no
- 3:47Speaker 1: problem with flooding this country legal immigrants because they know
- 3:50Speaker 1: that when they go to the sanctuary cities, that means
- 3:51Speaker 1: they get more people in Congress, which means they have
- 3:54Speaker 1: a better chance of having the majority instead of the minority.
- 3:58Speaker 1: And so we shouldn't by the way, in my opinion,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I don't think this should be controversial, by the way
- 4:03Speaker 1: at all. We should not be counting illegal immigrants in
- 4:09Speaker 1: the census. Illegal immigrants also shouldn't be getting government benefits
- 4:13Speaker 1: when they're here illegally. We should have actual borders. We
- 4:17Speaker 1: shouldn't have open borders. And you're not a country if
- 4:21Speaker 1: you don't have defined borders. All of these things are
- 4:25Speaker 1: a reality of the conversation that desperately needs to be had.
- 4:30Speaker 1: And look, the American people stood with the President of
- 4:33Speaker 1: the United States of America on this issue. That's why
- 4:36Speaker 1: it got elected, because the majority of Americans said, we
- 4:40Speaker 1: are sick and tired of what we're witnessing right now.
- 4:44Speaker 1: And we are sick and tired of having these open borders,
- 4:47Speaker 1: and we want a country. We want to be a
- 4:49Speaker 1: country of laws that are in force. We don't want
- 4:51Speaker 1: people coming into this country, taking from us and maybe
- 4:57Speaker 1: having no allegiance to this country, or not even knowing
- 5:00Speaker 1: who they are, which brings me back to the second
- 5:06Speaker 1: narrative that we're dealing with here. ICE has arrested one
- 5:10Speaker 1: three hundred and sixty one criminal aliens in the Houston
- 5:13Speaker 1: area in June alone. US Immigration custom Enforcement arresting these
- 5:18Speaker 1: aliens during their month that they say is truly shocking.
- 5:23Speaker 1: These are people that have been convicted of criminal offenses
- 5:27Speaker 1: after legally entering the United States of America. At the
- 5:32Speaker 1: website for ICE, they actually put this out quote. Despite
- 5:37Speaker 1: attempts by some to underminor mission by spreading false and
- 5:40Speaker 1: malicious rumors, the brave men and women of ICE continue
- 5:43Speaker 1: to work tirelessly around the clock targeting dangerous criminal aliens
- 5:46Speaker 1: to restore integrity to our nation's immigration system and bolster
- 5:50Speaker 1: public safety in our communities. That's what ICE Enforcement and
- 5:53Speaker 1: Removal Operations Houston Acting Field Office Director said in a statement.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Went on to say this the number of dangerous criminal
- 6:01Speaker 1: aliens that were removed from local communities across south East
- 6:04Speaker 1: Texas last month is just another example of their selfless
- 6:08Speaker 1: and unyielding effort to return our local communities to places
- 6:12Speaker 1: where we can all raise our families without having to
- 6:15Speaker 1: worry about child predators, gang members, cartel members, other violent
- 6:20Speaker 1: criminal aliens praying on our loved ones. Now you go
- 6:23Speaker 1: back to the list, and again the Democrats and the
- 6:26Speaker 1: media want you to believe that everybody that's getting arrested
- 6:28Speaker 1: right now is just some kind loving person that just
- 6:30Speaker 1: happens to be in this country illegally and they really
- 6:33Speaker 1: didn't do anything wrong. We don't even think they broke
- 6:34Speaker 1: the law, all right, Look at the list. Among the
- 6:37Speaker 1: criminal aliens arrested in June by ice Houston Field Office,
- 6:42Speaker 1: you had a fifty six year old criminal alien from
- 6:44Speaker 1: Cuba arrested by ICE who was convicted in three of
- 6:49Speaker 1: hijacking an airplane traveling from Cube to Key West, Florida.
- 6:53Speaker 1: You have a forty seven year old criminal alien from
- 6:55Speaker 1: Mexico and a former gang member arrested by ICE who
- 7:00Speaker 1: was illegally entering who had illegally entered the country six
- 7:04Speaker 1: times and had been convicted twice for trafficking cocaine and
- 7:09Speaker 1: once for attempted murder. Another arrest for evading arrest, illegal entry,
- 7:13Speaker 1: in drug possession. You had another twenty nine year old
- 7:16Speaker 1: six time deported criminal alien from Mexico arrested by ICE
- 7:21Speaker 1: who had been convicted of homicide, had been convicted of
- 7:24Speaker 1: aggravated robbery, convicted of burglary of a vehicle, and drug possession.
- 7:29Speaker 1: You had another forty year old criminal from Mexico arrested
- 7:33Speaker 1: by Ice June the twenty fourth, who has illegally entered
- 7:36Speaker 1: the US four times and been convicted of sexual assault
- 7:39Speaker 1: of a miner and also been convicted of theft. You
- 7:43Speaker 1: had a fifty one year old criminal alien from Mexico
- 7:46Speaker 1: arrested by ICE who had been convicted of sexual indecency
- 7:49Speaker 1: with a minor, criminal trespassed with a deadly weapon, driving
- 7:54Speaker 1: while intoxicated, and unauthorized use of a firearm. Now the
- 7:59Speaker 1: arrest are parts of just the Houston Fields Office routine
- 8:02Speaker 1: immigration enforcement activities being conducted alongside federal, state and local
- 8:07Speaker 1: law enforcement agencies. They say daily throughout the Southeast Texas
- 8:11Speaker 1: to enhance public safety, national security, and border security. So
- 8:15Speaker 1: they put this out we see all these pictures, we realize,
- 8:19Speaker 1: oh wait, these are actually really bad Own Brais. They're
- 8:23Speaker 1: not just grabbing some random person off the street, which
- 8:27Speaker 1: is what the left wants you to believe that there's
- 8:28Speaker 1: some grandmother who's been there for thirty five years and
- 8:31Speaker 1: that's who Ice is going after. It's pretty darn clear, okay,
- 8:38Speaker 1: that there are really bad own Braids. There are really
- 8:44Speaker 1: evil and sick people out there that are doing heinous
- 8:49Speaker 1: crimes to our community and killing our communities. Right. They're
- 8:54Speaker 1: killing our communities with fetnel. You look at the number
- 8:58Speaker 1: one killer of young people forty five hundred. What is
- 9:01Speaker 1: it? It's fetanl You think the Democratic Party gives the rats
- 9:05Speaker 1: we're in about the people that die today from fetanol
- 9:07Speaker 1: accidal overdoses. They do not care, and they'll never care,
- 9:12Speaker 1: because this is about power. This is about votes, This
- 9:16Speaker 1: is about the census, This is about eventually giving them
- 9:20Speaker 1: and turning them into the best way I can describe
- 9:25Speaker 1: it is American citizens. They want them here, and they
- 9:29Speaker 1: want as many of them here as they can get
- 9:30Speaker 1: their hands on. That's why they opened our borders. And
- 9:33Speaker 1: they knew that all the people that we're arresting, right,
- 9:36Speaker 1: now they knew that all of them that were coming
- 9:40Speaker 1: into this country were doing terrible things. They knew that
- 9:45Speaker 1: they that they were lying to the American people, and
- 9:48Speaker 1: they didn't care because they wanted to change the country.
- 9:53Speaker 1: They wanted to change the country fundamentally. I want to
- 9:57Speaker 1: pivot real quick to the Epstein Files, because I promise
- 10:00Speaker 1: you I was going to talk about this and it's important.
- 10:03Speaker 1: This is a colossal pr failure by the Republicans. I
- 10:08Speaker 1: want to be very clear about this. The fact that
- 10:11Speaker 1: the White House and Pambondi brought a bunch of conservative
- 10:15Speaker 1: influencers to the White House, gave them what was the
- 10:18Speaker 1: Epstein Files, you know, part one binders, which was all
- 10:21Speaker 1: information we already knew before, sent them out in front
- 10:24Speaker 1: of the media, and had them walking out of the
- 10:27Speaker 1: White House holding these binders up like it was some
- 10:29Speaker 1: amazing thing. That was just a dumb move. The reason
- 10:33Speaker 1: why I say it's a dumb move is because of
- 10:37Speaker 1: what we are now witnessing, which is they're now saying like,
- 10:41Speaker 1: all right, well, there may not be anything there. I
- 10:43Speaker 1: don't buy that for a second. I also want to
- 10:46Speaker 1: be clear about that, like I don't believe that there's
- 10:48Speaker 1: nothing there yet. I think much of the Epstein files
- 10:51Speaker 1: that have been redacted have need to be unredacted, and
- 10:55Speaker 1: we need to see what's there. I also think this
- 10:58Speaker 1: goes back to one of the basic issues, and the
- 11:00Speaker 1: FBI deputy senior National Intelligence officer was caught on tape
- 11:05Speaker 1: confessing that the FBI turned blind eye in the Epstein case.
- 11:09Speaker 1: So that's the other reason why I want more answers.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I'm not willing to let it go. Listen, I'm with
- 11:16Speaker 1: this shows.
- 11:17Speaker 4: I do a lot of kind of like countering white supremacy.
- 11:20Speaker 4: You think the last the last two and a half years,
- 11:22Speaker 4: Love was at the White House.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Yeah, and they kind of got moved.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Back after the whole with the new administration coming in.
- 11:30Speaker 5: But yeah, small lay.
- 11:31Speaker 1: It's kind of been watching the ex document. You know,
- 11:34Speaker 1: they're trying to.
- 11:36Speaker 4: Try to release some of the files like the White
- 11:39Speaker 4: House losses.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Oh yeah, oh yeah.
- 11:43Speaker 4: It's just a messy. Like but because they even invited
- 11:45Speaker 4: some of like the block like go like the influencers
- 11:48Speaker 4: and like right wings loggers and so release the files.
- 11:51Speaker 1: I see, he's a little weird.
- 11:52Speaker 4: Just release it on one's see where law enforcement kind
- 11:55Speaker 4: of either turn a blind eye or like miss miss things,
- 11:58Speaker 4: and there's opportunities just from hearing and listening.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I mean, you listen to that. This is an FBI
- 12:08Speaker 1: deputy senior intelligent National intelligence officer confessing the FBI turned
- 12:11Speaker 1: a blind eye and the Epstein case caught on OMG.
- 12:15Speaker 1: James O'Keeffe undercover video and you look at this and
- 12:19Speaker 1: you're like, really, now, I'm not surprised. And the problem
- 12:24Speaker 1: now is many conservatives are angry over this because we
- 12:27Speaker 1: were promised the Epstein file, and I do believe the
- 12:28Speaker 1: White House should release whatever they do have, and they
- 12:32Speaker 1: oversold it. Pambondi oversold it. I think that's pretty clear now.
- 12:36Speaker 1: And if there is not a big thing there, then
- 12:39Speaker 1: I want to know about the cover up of it,
- 12:41Speaker 1: because I don't believe Jeffrey Epstein got to where he
- 12:44Speaker 1: was without being able to blackmail people to make all
- 12:47Speaker 1: of his money and abusing young girls, and that there
- 12:50Speaker 1: was a client list Jeffrey Epstein. Is this whole issue
- 12:54Speaker 1: now that the president made an issue when he was
- 12:56Speaker 1: running for president. People are like, I want the payoff.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I want to see this now. I want to know
- 13:02Speaker 1: what's going on now. Well, let me also let you
- 13:05Speaker 1: understand what Democrats are doing, and this is very smart politically. Okay,
- 13:09Speaker 1: I want to be clear about that. This is extremely
- 13:12Speaker 1: smart politically, hikme. Jeffries came out today and just ripped Republicans,
- 13:22Speaker 1: and now Democrats like, we demand the Epstein file, something
- 13:25Speaker 1: they didn't give a crap about when Joe Biden was president,
- 13:27Speaker 1: but now they want it. And the reason why is
- 13:29Speaker 1: because they want to make the president look like he's
- 13:32Speaker 1: covering for conservatives, or he was a liar, or that
- 13:35Speaker 1: Pambandi's a liar. And they understand that there's blood in
- 13:38Speaker 1: the water on this one with conservative voters, and they're
- 13:41Speaker 1: they're now like, let's exploit it. Listen carefully to his words.
- 13:45Speaker 6: The American people deserve to know the truth, the whole truth,
- 13:47Speaker 6: and nothing but the truth as it relates to this
- 13:50Speaker 6: whole sordid Jeffrey Epstein matter. Democrats didn't put the Jeffrey
- 13:56Speaker 6: Epstein thing into the public domain. This was a conspiracy
- 14:00Speaker 6: that Donald Trump, Pambondy and these MAGA extremists have been
- 14:04Speaker 6: fanning the flames of for the last several years, and
- 14:08Speaker 6: now the chickens are coming home to roost. The American
- 14:12Speaker 6: people deserve to know the truth. What, if anything, is
- 14:16Speaker 6: the Trump administration and the Department of Justice hiding. What
- 14:21Speaker 6: are you hiding. If you're not hiding anything, prove that
- 14:24Speaker 6: to the American people. And if you are trying to
- 14:27Speaker 6: hide something, as many of Donald Trump's MAGA supporters apparently believe,
- 14:35Speaker 6: then the Congress should actually work hard to try to
- 14:39Speaker 6: uncover the truth for the American people. There are only
- 14:44Speaker 6: two things that are possible here. Option one, Donald Trump,
- 14:49Speaker 6: Pambondy and the MAGA extremists intentionally lied to the American
- 14:55Speaker 6: people for years about the Jeffrey Epstein situation. That's option one.
- 15:02Speaker 6: Option two is that in fact, there's reason for the
- 15:07Speaker 6: American people to be concerned as it relates to what
- 15:12Speaker 6: information has not been released that could be damaging to
- 15:16Speaker 6: the Trump administration and the friends and family of the
- 15:20Speaker 6: Trump administration. And they're billionaire, corrupt supporters, and so they're
- 15:26Speaker 6: actively engaging in a cover up. Option one, they live
- 15:30Speaker 6: for years. Option two, they're engaging in a cover up.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Now let me go back to the politics. This This
- 15:38Speaker 1: is like one of the smartest political moves I've seen
- 15:40Speaker 1: by Democrats and Hakeem Jeffreys. I'll give credit where credits
- 15:45Speaker 1: due on this one, like this is a smart political move.
- 15:49Speaker 1: The Republicans overplayed their hand and under delivered, and now
- 15:54Speaker 1: people that are supporters of Donald Trump are angry and
- 15:59Speaker 1: it looks like there is some sort of cover up here.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Whether there is or not, it doesn't matter. It looks
- 16:04Speaker 1: like it. And so what they're doing is they're seizing
- 16:07Speaker 1: this opportunity to do this. I'll give you this. Mark
- 16:12Speaker 1: Mark Theessen, by the way, on Fox News Sunday, said
- 16:15Speaker 1: this about the fallout over the doj Epstein memo. Some
- 16:20Speaker 1: damage from this. That's that to me is the reality here.
- 16:23Speaker 5: Ninety one indictments, the Mueller probe, two impeachments, civil suits
- 16:27Speaker 5: to bankrupt him. But the Biden people had had the
- 16:30Speaker 5: Epstein files with Trump's name in it and they didn't
- 16:33Speaker 5: use it.
- 16:33Speaker 1: You break.
- 16:34Speaker 4: I want to make sure.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I love that, by the way. I love the fact
- 16:37Speaker 1: he's like Biden's people had the Epstein files of Trump's
- 16:39Speaker 1: name in it and they didn't use it. Give me
- 16:41Speaker 1: a break. He's right, And the point is like, don't
- 16:45Speaker 1: get yourself in a bad situation for no reason. And
- 16:50Speaker 1: I think Republicans need to fight back on this one.
- 16:53Speaker 1: And they need to. They need to put it out there,
- 16:55Speaker 1: whatever it is, and and and get the reactions out
- 16:59Speaker 1: of the files. Whatever we do have to show the
- 17:02Speaker 1: American people. I think it's time for the American people
- 17:07Speaker 1: to see it. But if again Democrats smell blood in
- 17:11Speaker 1: the water. On ABC this week, they were like, Wow,
- 17:15Speaker 1: the White House needs to come clean about the Epstein files,
- 17:17Speaker 1: implying that there's a bunch of Republicans or Donald Trump's
- 17:20Speaker 1: name in the Epstein file. Again using this politically, it's scumbagery,
- 17:24Speaker 1: but it's brilliant.
- 17:25Speaker 7: I mean, the Attorney General Pambondi went to the public
- 17:29Speaker 7: and said all kinds of things about this. She said
- 17:32Speaker 7: there was a list, there was files, they had people,
- 17:35Speaker 7: you know that was in front of the White House,
- 17:38Speaker 7: in front of the West Wing, that they had the
- 17:39Speaker 7: influencers out there. So, I mean, there's a very legitimate
- 17:42Speaker 7: question here. Number one, was she lying then or is
- 17:46Speaker 7: she lying now? She's the Attorney general. I do think
- 17:49Speaker 7: she should go in front of Congress and sort of
- 17:52Speaker 7: just explain the facts here, because ultimately it is a
- 17:56Speaker 7: big question. Was she just prancing around making things up?
- 18:00Speaker 7: You're not really supposed to do that. As the jorneys,
- 18:03Speaker 7: and then second of all, they say, you know that
- 18:07Speaker 7: everyone's acting like they don't know what the conspiracy theory is.
- 18:10Speaker 7: The conspiracy theory is that the client list has Donald
- 18:14Speaker 7: Trump on it and that's why his government is holding
- 18:17Speaker 7: it back. And I think you should just we need
- 18:19Speaker 7: to have people honestly answer questions in front of Congress
- 18:23Speaker 7: or the press, to just have this out once in
- 18:26Speaker 7: front of the overall problem.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Like they're they're playing into this beautifully because it was
- 18:34Speaker 1: over sold and you can't oversell it and then all
- 18:39Speaker 1: of a sudden just run away from it like it
- 18:41Speaker 1: never happened. Democrats are going to seize this moment until
- 18:45Speaker 1: you get it all out there and you show all
- 18:48Speaker 1: of it. And they're going to keep quoting Pambondi, and
- 18:52Speaker 1: they're going to keep quoting Dan Bongino, and they're going
- 18:54Speaker 1: to keep quoting everybody that's made any quote about Epstein.
- 18:58Speaker 1: And you know, yeah, I'm glad there's some out there
- 19:01Speaker 1: that are actually attacking also the hypocrisy on the left.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Chris Cromo, for example, blasted AOC this week for suddenly
- 19:10Speaker 1: caring about the Epstein files because she didn't care about
- 19:12Speaker 1: him before, only because she's going to score political points
- 19:15Speaker 1: on Republicans. Now.
- 19:17Speaker 3: AOC has had nothing to say about the attacks on
- 19:19Speaker 3: the ICE agents.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Can you believe that?
- 19:21Speaker 3: But the Epstein fiasco gets her attention. You see what
- 19:23Speaker 3: she posted today? Wow, who'd have thought that electing a
- 19:26Speaker 3: rapist would have complicated the release of the Epstein files.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Hope it goes viral because that's all you're about.
- 19:33Speaker 3: What have you ever done to fight for the release
- 19:35Speaker 3: of the Epstein files?
- 19:37Speaker 1: Huh?
- 19:38Speaker 3: You sent out a few tweets over the years just
- 19:40Speaker 3: to try to what ride the wave? Where are your resolutions?
- 19:44Speaker 3: Where are your speeches on the floor, where are your demands?
- 19:48Speaker 1: Nothing?
- 19:49Speaker 3: Just like the rest of your propaganda and your false promises.
- 19:53Speaker 3: It's great for you for being developing a following, but
- 19:57Speaker 3: it's not much in terms of being a leader when
- 19:58Speaker 3: you get nothing done and play the game of advantage.
- 20:01Speaker 3: You want know better than the people you think you
- 20:03Speaker 3: oppose on the right.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I couldn't agree with Chris Croma more for blasting AOC
- 20:08Speaker 1: for suddenly caring about the Epstein files, and she never
- 20:10Speaker 1: cared about before all because she wants to score a
- 20:13Speaker 1: political point, not protect kids, not protect people that were
- 20:17Speaker 1: abused by Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. No, no, no, no, no,
- 20:21Speaker 1: none of that matters. There has been a question that
- 20:25Speaker 1: many Republicans have been asking, how many illegal immigrants are
- 20:30Speaker 1: actually receiving access to Medicaid benefits. Now, if you ask
- 20:35Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, they will tell you that there isn't
- 20:38Speaker 1: a single illegal immigrant that is receiving Medicaid benefits. Insert
- 20:44Speaker 1: a brilliant move by Texas Representative Wesley Hunt. He's now
- 20:49Speaker 1: demanding data from the New York governor over how many
- 20:53Speaker 1: of the states estimated six hundred and seventy thousand illegal
- 20:57Speaker 1: immigrants are actually receiving access to those Medicaid benefits that
- 21:02Speaker 1: Democrats say, well, it's not happening at all. Hunt, a Republican,
- 21:07Speaker 1: decided to just straight up ask the question directly to
- 21:10Speaker 1: the governor on Monday, raising questions about how the Empire
- 21:14Speaker 1: State has leveraged waivers to actually allow its Medicaid program
- 21:19Speaker 1: to operate differently from federal standards and mandates. Governor Hochel
- 21:26Speaker 1: is required to report this information to the federal government.
- 21:30Speaker 1: So the question is simple, will she comply or continue
- 21:35Speaker 1: to harbor lawbreakers while putting the health care of law
- 21:38Speaker 1: abiding citizens at risk. Hunt said in a statement to
- 21:42Speaker 1: the New York Posts, this is what democratic leadership looks like.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Open borders, benefits for illegal aliens, and betrayal of the
- 21:53Speaker 1: people they're supposed to be representing, the American people. All Right,
- 21:57Speaker 1: I want to take a moment talk about the economy.
- 21:59Speaker 1: You've been saying what's happening on Wall Street, You've seen

- 24:08Speaker 1: zero six oh five thirty nine hundred. Kurt Elliott Precious
- 24:12Speaker 1: Medals Smarter Metal Investing starts with them now. There is
- 24:16Speaker 1: an estimated one point four million people quote whose citizenship, nationality,
- 24:23Speaker 1: or satisfactory immigration status is not quote verified, and they
- 24:29Speaker 1: are potentially being covered by Medicaid programs in various states
- 24:35Speaker 1: that coming now from the Congressional Budget Office. I'll have
- 24:39Speaker 1: more on that in a moment, But one study from
- 24:43Speaker 1: the liberal leaning Fiscal Policy Institute, cited by Congressman Hunt,
- 24:48Speaker 1: found that there are some six hundred and seventy thousand
- 24:52Speaker 1: illegal immigrants in the Empire State. In fact, it is
- 24:55Speaker 1: now about five percent of the population. New York has
- 25:00Speaker 1: benefited from Section one one one five waivers, which allows
- 25:06Speaker 1: it to experiment and deviate from federal standards in its
- 25:11Speaker 1: implementation of Medicaid, a program that provides health insurance to
- 25:16Speaker 1: seventy million low income Americans, and now the question is
- 25:21Speaker 1: how many illegals. A spokesperson for the governor quickly fired
- 25:26Speaker 1: back at Congressman Hunt and argued that he should have
- 25:30Speaker 1: focused on opposing the One Big Beautiful Bill Act over
- 25:35Speaker 1: its Medicaid reforms instead of targeting New York, saying this,
- 25:40Speaker 1: if Representative Hunt were truly concerned about the health and
- 25:44Speaker 1: well being of his constituents, he should have directed his
- 25:48Speaker 1: focus to voting against the Big Ugly Bill which will
- 25:51Speaker 1: invoke irreparable damage to Medicaid programs nationwide, including in his
- 25:57Speaker 1: home state of Texas. Yet again, you may notice that
- 26:00Speaker 1: the spokesperson for the governor did not answer the question
- 26:04Speaker 1: how many illegal immigrants are receiving benefits? This is just
- 26:09Speaker 1: another pitiful attempt. The governor's office went on to say
- 26:12Speaker 1: to divert attention from Republican actions to eliminate healthcare for
- 26:17Speaker 1: one point five million New Yorkers and deny food security
- 26:22Speaker 1: access to millions of seniors and children. You'll notice in
- 26:26Speaker 1: that statement, yet again the governor New York refusing to
- 26:29Speaker 1: answer the question how many illegal immigrants are taking government benefits. Now,
- 26:35Speaker 1: state officials have told the New York Posts that, quote,
- 26:39Speaker 1: most undocumented individuals are not eligible for full medicaid coverage.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Now notice the words they used, most undocumented individuals are
- 26:51Speaker 1: not eligible for quote full medicaid coverage. By the way,
- 26:56Speaker 1: that statement would also be true for most American citizens
- 27:01Speaker 1: are not eligible for full Medicaid coverage, and that the
- 27:06Speaker 1: small group that is enrolled in the state's program has
- 27:10Speaker 1: not benefited they claim from federal dollars. Now, New York
- 27:14Speaker 1: also claimed that spending was unrelated to the one to
- 27:19Speaker 1: one one five waivers. Well, then why would the Governor
- 27:23Speaker 1: New York not answer this simple question that was put
- 27:26Speaker 1: to her by Wesley Hunt. Now, Hunt noted that the
- 27:29Speaker 1: Biden administration had rejected the use of those waivers for
- 27:34Speaker 1: states like South Carolina, Arizona, and other states. The Texas
- 27:39Speaker 1: Republican stress that the waivers were not intended to allow
- 27:42Speaker 1: illegal immigrants to benefit American tax dollars going for their
- 27:47Speaker 1: healthcare coverage. Now, the Biden administration allowed and even encouraged
- 27:52Speaker 1: the use of these one one one five waivers to
- 27:56Speaker 1: extend Medicaid to undocumented immigrants, something that Democrats are now
- 28:00Speaker 1: claiming never happened, and despite federal law actually prohibiting them
- 28:04Speaker 1: from receiving these benefits, Hunt wrote in a letter to
- 28:07Speaker 1: Hochel on Monday.
- 28:09Speaker 5: Now.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Back in February, President Trump also signed an executive order
- 28:14Speaker 1: the Director's Administration to ensure and a maximum extent possible,
- 28:19Speaker 1: that quote no taxpayer fund of benefits go to unqualified aliens.
- 28:26Speaker 1: That order pointed to existing law, such as the Personal
- 28:29Speaker 1: Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of nineteen ninety six,
- 28:34Speaker 1: which generally blocks illegal immigrants from getting federal benefits from taxpayers.
- 28:39Speaker 1: The Texas Republican also cited concerns about New York's green
- 28:44Speaker 1: light law, which permits all state residents, regardless of immigration status,
- 28:50Speaker 1: to get driver's licenses. Now the Justice Department filed a
- 28:54Speaker 1: lawsuit against that law, arguing that a hamstring's federal enforcement
- 28:59Speaker 1: of immigration law. Hunt argued it can help illegal immigrants
- 29:02Speaker 1: get access to tax payer funded benefits using the driver's
- 29:07Speaker 1: license to gain that access, and to address these concerns,
- 29:11Speaker 1: Hunt now demanded that HOCHE will conduct a review of
- 29:15Speaker 1: its medicaid enrollment base on social Security numbers and release
- 29:18Speaker 1: those findings to the public, saying this New Yorkers deserve transparency, accountability,
- 29:26Speaker 1: and adherence to law in the administration of public health programs.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Policies to divert limited resources away from lawful recipients American
- 29:37Speaker 1: citizens not only violates federal standards, they also destroy public
- 29:42Speaker 1: trust and threaten the sustainability of programs designed to serve
- 29:45Speaker 1: our most vulnerable American citizens. Now. Hunt has also drawn
- 29:50Speaker 1: speculation over recent weeks that he may vie for Senator
- 29:54Speaker 1: John Cornyn's seat in the Senate in Texas in the
- 29:58Speaker 1: twenty twenty six midterms, and this could very well be
- 30:01Speaker 1: one of those points that he would campaign on. Now,
- 30:05Speaker 1: let me say one other thing about this. We deserve answers.
- 30:09Speaker 1: The American people, as taxpayers, deserve to know where their
- 30:11Speaker 1: money is going and if it is being diverted to
- 30:14Speaker 1: six hundred and seventy thousand illegal immigrants in the Empire state, Yes,
- 30:18Speaker 1: about four and a half percent of its population. One
- 30:23Speaker 1: other thing that I think is also a point that
- 30:25Speaker 1: needs to be made. You notice that Democrats did not
- 30:28Speaker 1: deny in any of the statements coming from the governor's
- 30:31Speaker 1: office that illegal immigrants are receiving benefits, and they word
- 30:35Speaker 1: it carefully to say, well, some may, but most aren't,
- 30:38Speaker 1: and most aren't receiving full benefits. Well, that also goes
- 30:42Speaker 1: for the same with the Americans in base that are
- 30:45Speaker 1: eligible for Medicaid benefits as well. It is supposed to
- 30:49Speaker 1: help the weakest, the least, the poorest, and those that
- 30:52Speaker 1: are the most in need. Yet many Americans do not
- 30:55Speaker 1: qualify for full benefits. So why are we giving those
- 30:58Speaker 1: benefits to illegal immigrants? That's the question every American should
- 31:03Speaker 1: be asking. Don't forget Share this podcast wherever you can
