- 0:00Speaker 1: Iran has threatened to completely close the Straight of Hermuz
- 0:04Speaker 1: after Donald Trump has given an ultimatum. On Sunday, Iran
- 0:09Speaker 1: threatened that the Straight of Hermuse, critical to all and
- 0:12Speaker 1: other exports, would be completely quote unquote closed immediately if
- 0:16Speaker 1: the US follows up on President Donald Trump's threat to
- 0:19Speaker 1: attack its power plants. Trump late Saturday set a forty
- 0:24Speaker 1: eight hour deadline to open the strait. Iran has effectively
- 0:28Speaker 1: closed the Straight of her Mouse that connects the Persian
- 0:31Speaker 1: Gulf to the rest of the world, while claiming safe
- 0:34Speaker 1: passage for vessels from countries other than its enemies. Roughly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one fifth of global oil supplies passed through it, but
- 0:42Speaker 1: attacks on ships have stopped nearly all tanker traffic because
- 0:47Speaker 1: no one wants to take the risk. Trump said if
- 0:50Speaker 1: Iran didn't open the strait, the US would destroy its
- 0:55Speaker 1: various power plants, starting with the biggest one first. Now,
- 1:00Speaker 1: the US has argued that Iran's Revolutionary Guard controls mud
- 1:04Speaker 1: to the country's infrastructure and uses it to power the
- 1:07Speaker 1: war effort. Under international law, power plants that benefit civilians
- 1:12Speaker 1: can be targeted only if the military advantage outweighs the
- 1:16Speaker 1: suffering It causes them is what legal scholars will tell you.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Iranian's parliament speaker responded on x that if Iran's power
- 1:25Speaker 1: plants and infrastructure are targeted, then vital infrastructure across the region,
- 1:30Speaker 1: including energy and water facilities critical for drinking water and
- 1:36Speaker 1: Gulf nations, would be considered legitimate targets and irreversibly quote
- 1:43Speaker 1: unquote destroyed. The speaker in Iran later added that the
- 1:48Speaker 1: entities that finance the US military budget are also legitimate targets.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Attacks on power plants would be inherently indiscriminate and clearly disproportionate,
- 1:59Speaker 1: and a war crime, is what Iran's UN ambassador wrote
- 2:03Speaker 1: to the Security Council on Sunday. According to state run
- 2:06Speaker 1: Irna news agency, Iran said it strikes in the Desert
- 2:11Speaker 1: Lake Saturday. We're in retaliation for the latest attack on
- 2:14Speaker 1: Iran's main nuclear enrichment site. According to state run media
- 2:18Speaker 1: as well, Tehran praise its attack as a show of strength,
- 2:22Speaker 1: even as Israel's military asserts that Iranian missile launches have
- 2:27Speaker 1: decreased since the war began significantly. Israeli leaders visited one
- 2:32Speaker 1: of two southern communities near a secretive nuclear research site
- 2:37Speaker 1: struck by Iranian missiles late Saturday, which scores of people,
- 2:41Speaker 1: with scores of people wounded. The Prime Minister there Netanyah,
- 2:45Speaker 1: who said it was a miracle no one was killed. Netnah,
- 2:49Speaker 1: who claimed Israel and the US were well on their
- 2:52Speaker 1: way to achieving their war goals. The ams have ranged
- 2:55Speaker 1: from weakening Iran's nuclear program, their missile program, and support
- 3:00Speaker 1: for armed proxies to enabling the Iranian people to overthrow
- 3:04Speaker 1: their government. There has been no sign of an uprising,
- 3:09Speaker 1: nor of an end to the fighting that has shaken
- 3:12Speaker 1: the global economy. Many believe that the reason why you
- 3:15Speaker 1: haven't seen the uprighting is because people in Iran are
- 3:18Speaker 1: too afraid with all the bombing going on to go outside.
- 3:21Speaker 1: It's also sent oil prices surging, and it is also
- 3:26Speaker 1: endangered some of the world's busiest air corridors. The war,
- 3:29Speaker 1: which the US and Israel launched February the twenty eighth,
- 3:32Speaker 1: has now taken out about a five x in depth
- 3:36Speaker 1: of the leadership in Iran. The Iranian back Hesblah claimed
- 3:41Speaker 1: responsibility for an air strike as well that killed a
- 3:44Speaker 1: man in northern Israel, while Lebanese president called Israel's new
- 3:49Speaker 1: targeting of bridges in the south. They prelude to a
- 3:51Speaker 1: ground invasion. More weeks of fighting against Iran and Hesbar
- 3:55Speaker 1: are expected for US, said the Israeli military spokesman in
- 3:59Speaker 1: an interview today. Southern Israel's main hospital received at least
- 4:04Speaker 1: one hundred and seventy five a wounded from the area
- 4:07Speaker 1: and the fighting that has taken place there. Israel is
- 4:11Speaker 1: widely believed to possess nuclear weapons, though it doesn't confirm
- 4:13Speaker 1: or deny their existence. Israel denied responsibility by the way
- 4:18Speaker 1: for hitting one of the main targets on Saturday. The
- 4:21Speaker 1: Pentagon declined to comment on the strike altogether. Now, the
- 4:24Speaker 1: International Atomic Energy Agency said the bulk of Iran's estimated
- 4:28Speaker 1: nine hundred and seventy two pounds of enriched uranium. The
- 4:32Speaker 1: issue at heart of the tensions is elsewhere beneath the
- 4:34Speaker 1: rubble at one of its facilities has already been hit
- 4:38Speaker 1: by the US and Israeli civilian we also know was
- 4:41Speaker 1: killed in his car the northern town, and what Israel's
- 4:45Speaker 1: military originally said appeared to be a rocket attack later
- 4:49Speaker 1: was looking into the possibility that the death was caused
- 4:52Speaker 1: by Israeli soldiers fire Israeli authorities identified a man as
- 4:56Speaker 1: a c one year old farmer two days ago to
- 5:00Speaker 1: DIO station that living near the Lebanese border was like
- 5:03Speaker 1: Russian Roulette, and he clearly knew exactly what he was
- 5:07Speaker 1: talking about. There. I want to take a quick moment
- 5:10Speaker 1: and talk to you about an incredible organization and it
- 5:12Speaker 1: is called Compassion International, and how you can get involved.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I want you to pause what you're doing for just
- 5:19Speaker 1: one minute, and I want you to hear about Alejandra.
- 5:23Speaker 1: She lives in a remote community with very few resources
- 5:26Speaker 1: and little to no healthcare. So when Alexandra gets sick,
- 5:31Speaker 1: her parents have no real options, no doctors in their community,
- 5:35Speaker 1: and no money for real medical care. By the third day,
- 5:40Speaker 1: her body was shutting down. She woke up and just
- 5:43Speaker 1: long enough to tell her mom, I can't take the
- 5:46Speaker 1: pain anymore. I can't keep going. Her parents drove hours
- 5:51Speaker 1: to find a doctor who tried everything, but she needed
- 5:54Speaker 1: a private hospital and that was impossible for her family
- 5:58Speaker 1: to afford. And that is when Compassion International stepped in. Now,
- 6:03Speaker 1: through Compassion, Alejandra was treated and against all odds, she survived.
- 6:09Speaker 1: She lived because someone just like you took action Right now, Unfortunately,
- 6:15Speaker 1: there are children just like Alejandra who won't survive unless
- 6:19Speaker 1: someone like you steps in. Compassion International partners with local churches,
- 6:25Speaker 1: providing children with the support that they need, critical medical care,
- 6:30Speaker 1: plus food, education, and the hope of the gospel, all
- 6:35Speaker 1: in Jesus's name. So help a child just like Alejandra
- 6:39Speaker 1: Today you can visit Compassion dot com. That's Compassion dot
- 6:44Speaker 1: com now. We also know that hesblas lawn strikes on
- 6:48Speaker 1: Israel soon after the war began, calling it retaliation for
- 6:52Speaker 1: the killing of a rand supreme leader. I Ran then
- 6:55Speaker 1: targeted Hesblah with airstrikes and expanded its ground presence in
- 6:59Speaker 1: southern Lebanon. Israel on Sunday expanded its target list to
- 7:03Speaker 1: include bridges over many of the main river corridors. The
- 7:08Speaker 1: Defense minister said Hesba is using those bridges to move
- 7:11Speaker 1: fighters and weapons to the south. Israel later struck another bridge,
- 7:16Speaker 1: giving an hour's warning. Destroying bridges further isolates residents from
- 7:20Speaker 1: the rest of Lebanon, but those bridges are being used
- 7:24Speaker 1: by the terrorist organization. We know that Israel also ordered
- 7:27Speaker 1: the military to accelerate destruction of Lebanese homes near the border.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Is well giving warning. Lebanese authorities say Israeli strikes have
- 7:35Speaker 1: killed more than a thousand people and displaced more than
- 7:38Speaker 1: one million. Meanwhile, HESBLA has fired hundreds of rockets into
- 7:42Speaker 1: Israel indiscriminately. Iran's death told by the way, and the
- 7:45Speaker 1: war has also surpassed their claiming. One thousand, five hundred
- 7:48Speaker 1: is what their Health ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
- 7:52Speaker 1: And in Israel, fifteen people have been killed by Iranian strikes.
- 7:56Speaker 1: More than a dozen civilians in the occupied West Banks
- 7:59Speaker 1: and the Gulf Fared States have been killed in the
- 8:01Speaker 1: strikes as well. A Katari military helicopter we also know
- 8:05Speaker 1: crashed on Saturday waiting on a technical malfunction and it
- 8:09Speaker 1: killed all seven on board, the Katari authority said, which
- 8:13Speaker 1: brings us to investor Mike Waltz. Mike Waltz on face
- 8:16Speaker 1: the Nation asked about a lot of this, and here's
- 8:19Speaker 1: part of what he said.
- 8:21Speaker 2: On Friday, the President tweeted the horror Mouz strait will
- 8:25Speaker 2: have to be guarded and policed as necessary by other
- 8:27Speaker 2: nations who use it. The United States does not, and
- 8:30Speaker 2: then last night he threatened that if Aron doesn't fully
- 8:33Speaker 2: open the Strait of hormones. Within forty eight hours, the
- 8:35Speaker 2: US will hit and obliterate their power plants, starting with
- 8:39Speaker 2: the biggest one first. So which is it is the
- 8:41Speaker 2: US opening hormones by force or having others.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Do it well?
- 8:46Speaker 4: I think it can be both. It's not necessarily mutually exclusive.
- 8:49Speaker 4: I'm glad you're having NATO Secretary General Mark Ruta on.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I think at his urging and his leadership, we've now
- 8:56Speaker 4: seen Italy, Germany, France and a number of others commit
- 8:59Speaker 4: to help with this effort, particularly since, particularly since so
- 9:04Speaker 4: much energy is going to Europe out of the Straits.
- 9:07Speaker 4: We just have the Japanese Prime Minister commit to portions
- 9:11Speaker 4: of her navy and the Japanese Navy. Eighty percent of
- 9:14Speaker 4: what's coming out of the Gulf is going to Asia.
- 9:18Speaker 4: So we are seeing our allies come around as they should.
- 9:22Speaker 4: But at the same time, the President is not going
- 9:25Speaker 4: to stand for this regime as it's threatened and tried
- 9:28Speaker 4: for five decades to hold the world's energy supplies hostage
- 9:32Speaker 4: under its genocidal intent.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Genocidal intent Ambassador Mike Waltz making it very clear what
- 9:44Speaker 1: this is all about. Trump is making it clear I
- 9:47Speaker 1: will obliterate Iran's power plants, and he's calling on other
- 9:52Speaker 1: nations to believe the strait of her moves as well.
- 9:56Speaker 1: He also said those are not exclusively are mutually exclusive,
- 10:00Speaker 1: which is very interesting. There is a big plan to
- 10:04Speaker 1: bring ice agents to airports amid the Department of Home
- 10:07Speaker 1: and Security shutdown to assist the TSA. Now, I want
- 10:11Speaker 1: to make this clear. The media is lying to you
- 10:14Speaker 1: about this or trying to low to you claiming that
- 10:17Speaker 1: untrained individuals will be checking your luggage and reading the
- 10:21Speaker 1: X ray machines. That is a lie. I'm going to
- 10:24Speaker 1: say it again. That is a lie. That was never
- 10:26Speaker 1: the plan. Let me also play for you something else
- 10:30Speaker 1: that Sean Duffy said on CNBC, and this is the
- 10:36Speaker 1: politics of this I do think are actually important. He
- 10:39Speaker 1: was being pressed by CNBC about this TSA gridlock and
- 10:42Speaker 1: the call out rate is hitting ten percent. The Transitation
- 10:46Speaker 1: Secretary did a warning that hey, if you missed paychecks
- 10:49Speaker 1: on Friday, which we're missed, you think it's bad, Now
- 10:51Speaker 1: wait till next week that would be this week, and
- 10:56Speaker 1: listen to what he said.
- 10:58Speaker 5: For honest, what's really happening. Republicans can the House the
- 11:00Speaker 5: Senate and the White House. But Democrats in the Senate
- 11:03Speaker 5: have the ability to shut down Republican movements because of
- 11:06Speaker 5: the filibuster rule. Right, you need sixty votes to pass
- 11:09Speaker 5: a bill, and because Democrats don't get to yes, that
- 11:12Speaker 5: bill won't pass. Right if we get into the weeds
- 11:14Speaker 5: of how politics works. But then Democrats sit back and go, listen,
- 11:18Speaker 5: we're not the majority. We can't do anything about this.
- 11:21Speaker 5: It's Republicans' fault. Well, then that begs the question, do
- 11:23Speaker 5: we get rid of the filibuster rule so we can
- 11:25Speaker 5: pass good legislation? Because to your point, Joe, every single
- 11:29Speaker 5: Republican is voting to fund homeland security, make sure these
- 11:33Speaker 5: TSA lines go away, and every Democrat is voting to
- 11:37Speaker 5: keep it shut down and make sure you have mass
- 11:39Speaker 5: chaos in your airport. So it's very simple. And how
- 11:42Speaker 5: anyone in the media could say something different about what's happening,
- 11:45Speaker 5: I think is frustrating. But Republicans have to be better
- 11:49Speaker 5: and I think continue to message why this is happening,
- 11:52Speaker 5: and that Democrats are using the American people and inflicting
- 11:55Speaker 5: pain on the American people for what they think is
- 11:58Speaker 5: a political benefit.
- 12:00Speaker 1: For what they think is a political benefit. I could
- 12:04Speaker 1: not agree more. This is all a war, that's it.
- 12:11Speaker 1: It is just a straight up war.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Now.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Sean Duffy announcing that there was a ten present rediction
- 12:17Speaker 1: flights across forty US airports, remember that back in November,
- 12:22Speaker 1: and people said, I can't believe he was doing that
- 12:24Speaker 1: back in the day, because he didn't want people to
- 12:26Speaker 1: have to suffer. That was part of the reason when
- 12:29Speaker 1: he announced that. And the Democrats are always playing politics
- 12:31Speaker 1: saying no, you guys have told me what you're doing.
- 12:33Speaker 1: I know what's happening. I'm gonna make it where Americans
- 12:36Speaker 1: don't hurt as much, and we're gonna shut down slowly
- 12:39Speaker 1: the way we have to. He's absolutely right in the
- 12:42Speaker 1: way that he is describing this. And now ICE agents
- 12:46Speaker 1: are trained and can assist he has say at airports.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Thank goodness we have Sean Duffy who's willing to actually
- 12:52Speaker 1: do the right thing here. There are so many Americans
- 12:54Speaker 1: that are just exhausted from this, like I mean, and
- 12:59Speaker 1: by the way, he not only does the President of
- 13:02Speaker 1: the United States America care, he and the Republican parties
- 13:06Speaker 1: have done everything they possibly can to try to get
- 13:10Speaker 1: this to go back to the same normal world you
- 13:15Speaker 1: look at you look at I go back to Tom Homan
- 13:17Speaker 1: for a second, because I do think that that that
- 13:19Speaker 1: Tom and the point that he was making in and again,
- 13:22Speaker 1: what Democrats are trying to do is they're trying to
- 13:26Speaker 1: convince you that somehow this is irresponsible, that what Tom
- 13:31Speaker 1: Homan is doing and what the party's doing is somehow
- 13:35Speaker 1: just totally irresponsible to bring in TSA agents this way.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I couldn't disagree with that more. The President of the
- 13:44Speaker 1: United States of America said, can these guys be used?
- 13:47Speaker 1: Tom Holman said yes. Do they understand how to help
- 13:49Speaker 1: people in line, keep people safe? Yes? So so why
- 13:53Speaker 1: would this be an issue? Why would anyone right? Why
- 13:58Speaker 1: why would anyone against this? And unless you're a radical
- 14:02Speaker 1: in the media, If you're radical in the media, then
- 14:06Speaker 1: you yeah, you're against this, right like you If you
- 14:09Speaker 1: want this to be an issue of total just despair
- 14:13Speaker 1: and anarchy and chaos, and you want it to be
- 14:16Speaker 1: a political issue, that then you want to attack ICE
- 14:19Speaker 1: agentscy Oh no, no, you can't do this. You can't
- 14:21Speaker 1: do this, You can't have this, You can't do this.
- 14:23Speaker 1: If you're a normal human being and you're looking to
- 14:26Speaker 1: TSA wait times and as Sean dev put it, it's
- 14:30Speaker 1: gonna get much worse. Put pressure on Congress to come
- 14:32Speaker 1: to resolutions. He described it, I couldn't agree them more.
- 14:35Speaker 1: But this plan to bring in ICE agents, as he
- 14:38Speaker 1: described it, this is not a radical plan. This is
- 14:41Speaker 1: common sense. In fact, let me let me go back
- 14:42Speaker 1: to Sean Duffy listen to what he says about this
- 14:45Speaker 1: plan and why it's not insane.
- 14:47Speaker 6: And I saw the President just a short while ago
- 14:49Speaker 6: this morning posted this saying on Monday, ICE will be
- 14:54Speaker 6: going to airports to help our wonderful TSA agents. Is
- 14:59Speaker 6: that really the plan? Or are we gonna see ICE
- 15:02Speaker 6: officers manning those airport security checkpoints?
- 15:07Speaker 1: But by the way, notice that ABC this Week puts
- 15:10Speaker 1: it in a light where it sounds like insane, Like
- 15:12Speaker 1: is that really your plan, that you're gonna have TSA
- 15:16Speaker 1: agents who are untrained doing this. By the way, that
- 15:21Speaker 1: their scumbags and liars, they know that's not what's happening here.
- 15:24Speaker 1: They know that they're gonna assist in the lines, they're
- 15:25Speaker 1: not gonna be screening the baggage. But that is the
- 15:28Speaker 1: narrative that ABC this Week wanted to put out there
- 15:30Speaker 1: and they already knew the damn answer to this question.
- 15:33Speaker 1: They wanted the controversy. They wanted people to be to
- 15:36Speaker 1: go to the water cooler tomorrow, go can you believe
- 15:39Speaker 1: what Trump's doing? He's got TSA agents screening bags. Now
- 15:42Speaker 1: plane's gonna blow up because they don't know what they're doing.
- 15:44Speaker 1: They don't know how, they don't know what in the
- 15:46Speaker 1: world they're doing here. And that's what's gonna happen here.
- 15:47Speaker 1: And he's putting people's lives at risk. That's the narrative
- 15:51Speaker 1: they were hoping for their folks, like like they're pushing
- 15:55Speaker 1: this out there that way because they want a narrative
- 16:00Speaker 1: to be created, to be built that says, this is
- 16:03Speaker 1: about this is what is about to happen, right like,
- 16:07Speaker 1: this is what is about to go down. And Sean
- 16:12Speaker 1: and Sean Duffy, by the way the way that he responds,
- 16:14Speaker 1: listen what.
- 16:16Speaker 5: I would say that you know, one of the leverage
- 16:19Speaker 5: points that AARAN has is trying to drive up the
- 16:21Speaker 5: price of oil. It's leverage. Democrats want to see long
- 16:25Speaker 5: lines at airports as leverage. President Trump's trying to take
- 16:28Speaker 5: that leverage away and not make the American people suffer.
- 16:31Speaker 5: So TSA agents are law enforcement. They know how to
- 16:34Speaker 5: pat people down, they know how to run the X
- 16:36Speaker 5: ray machines because they are again under whole land security
- 16:39Speaker 5: with TSA. So if we can bring in other assets
- 16:42Speaker 5: and tools to assist TSA to get rid of these lines, yeah,
- 16:45Speaker 5: I think that makes a lot of sense. And the
- 16:46Speaker 5: President's looking around every corner to make sure the American
- 16:49Speaker 5: people don't suffer during the shutdown.
- 16:51Speaker 6: And I understand ICE and TSA are both under DHS,
- 16:54Speaker 6: but obviously greatly affect what you're doing at the Department
- 16:58Speaker 6: of Transportation airport worts. Is there a plan in place?
- 17:02Speaker 6: I mean, how many ICE agents are we talking about.
- 17:05Speaker 6: Do they have any you know, practical, you know experience
- 17:09Speaker 6: in manning airport security lines?
- 17:13Speaker 3: Sure?
- 17:13Speaker 5: Well, they run those same type of security machines at
- 17:17Speaker 5: the southern border, right packages come through or people come through,
- 17:20Speaker 5: they run similar assets. And again even if we look
- 17:25Speaker 5: at the line there to manage the through flow of
- 17:29Speaker 5: people and even administratively, they'll be helpful. But again we
- 17:32Speaker 5: have ICE agents who are trained and can provide assistance
- 17:36Speaker 5: to agents.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I go back to the media. They want everything everything,
- 17:44Speaker 1: They want everything to be a crisis on purpose. Now,
- 17:51Speaker 1: if you're a Democrat and you're listening right now, you
- 17:53Speaker 1: should be mad because you're paying your taxes, and when
- 17:57Speaker 1: you pay your taxes, you should be able to go
- 17:58Speaker 1: to an airport and not have to wait three or
- 18:00Speaker 1: for hours to go the air to go on a
- 18:03Speaker 1: damn airplane. In some cities, right now, they're saying that
- 18:07Speaker 1: you need to get there four or five hours early.
- 18:11Speaker 1: That is not normal. That is something that no one
- 18:14Speaker 1: should accept as normal. And the only reason why this
- 18:19Speaker 1: is happening is because Democrats are doing this on purpose
- 18:23Speaker 1: to try to make it hurt. They're furious, they're livid
- 18:29Speaker 1: at Donald Trump. They hate Ice agents, which is the
- 18:32Speaker 1: funny part. Now, Ice agents are gonna go do this job,
- 18:34Speaker 1: which is amazing, and they're angry at Donald Trump, and
- 18:37Speaker 1: they want you to blame Donald Trump for bad travel.
- 18:40Speaker 1: They're hoping that your ignorance and the media will help
- 18:43Speaker 1: them spread this ignorance. And then they're hoping that you're
- 18:46Speaker 1: gonna think Donald Trump's insane and that a bunch of
- 18:48Speaker 1: untrained individuals are gonna be checking the X ray machines
- 18:52Speaker 1: for bags starting Monday morning, right like that's their narrative.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Are they gonna be checking the bags?
- 18:57Speaker 5: No?
- 18:58Speaker 1: Are they gonna screen the bags?
- 18:59Speaker 5: No?
- 18:59Speaker 1: Are they gonna be read the X ray machines know?
- 19:02Speaker 1: Does the media know this? Yes? Are they still willing
- 19:05Speaker 1: to put that lie out there on purpose? Yes? They
- 19:07Speaker 1: are for that simple reason, And they know they're hurting you.
- 19:14Speaker 1: They know that they're screwing people's lives up. They know
- 19:16Speaker 1: there's people that have medical emergencies they're trying to get to.
- 19:19Speaker 1: They have family members that have gone into a hospital
- 19:22Speaker 1: and they're trying to get there in time to say goodbye.
- 19:24Speaker 1: If you've ever done that, you know exactly I'm talking about.
- 19:25Speaker 1: They know there's kids that are home that are sick
- 19:27Speaker 1: and parents are trying to fly or grandparents. They know
- 19:30Speaker 1: that the people are missing childbirths. Like not all travel
- 19:34Speaker 1: is spring break. By the way, I work really hard
- 19:37Speaker 1: to take my family on spring break. I want to
- 19:39Speaker 1: have that spring break without starting with stress. And part
- 19:43Speaker 1: of this is just a pr just battle. It's total bs.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I think everybody that's watching this knows that the Democrats
- 19:51Speaker 1: are holding Americans hostage, and they want it to be painful,
- 19:57Speaker 1: and they're hoping that it's ignorance. It will make you.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I default blame President Donald Trump for this problem. I
- 20:05Speaker 1: think that they're hoping that they'll win the pr battle
- 20:08Speaker 1: because they know the media is behind them. They know
- 20:11Speaker 1: the media is in favor of this, and they're gonna
- 20:14Speaker 1: put misinformation out there. They're going to claim that ICE
- 20:18Speaker 1: agents aren't trained to do this job, and that you're
- 20:20Speaker 1: gonna get on a plane that's not safe because of
- 20:22Speaker 1: ICE agents that don't know what they're doing. We saw
- 20:25Speaker 1: that narrative today. Luckily you had the translation. Secretary Sean
- 20:29Speaker 1: Duffy kicked that in the rear end. Now, it's very
- 20:34Speaker 1: frustrating by the way that this is where we are
- 20:38Speaker 1: in this country and how do we fight against it?
- 20:41Speaker 3: Right?
- 20:41Speaker 1: How do we fight against this misinformation, the disinformation the
- 20:44Speaker 1: lives are being put out there? Uh, it's I'll tell
- 20:47Speaker 1: you how you organize. You get together with other conservatives
- 20:52Speaker 1: and you go around the media to learn and to
- 20:57Speaker 1: work together, and they're how do you do that? There
- 21:02Speaker 1: are amazing conservative events that happen every year that are
- 21:06Speaker 1: a core to us surviving and thriving and fighting back
- 21:11Speaker 1: against the liberal media and the narratives that I just
- 21:14Speaker 1: described to you. One of those events is coming up
- 21:17Speaker 1: this week. It is called SEAPACK, the Conservative Political Action Conference,
- 21:21Speaker 1: and it used to be held in the Swamp. This
- 21:24Speaker 1: year it is coming to the Dallas Fort Worth area
- 21:28Speaker 1: this week in Texas, and that is going to be
- 21:33Speaker 1: really awesome for the people of Texas. And it's easier
- 21:37Speaker 1: for a lot of Americans to get to as well,
- 21:40Speaker 1: multiple airports to fly into. Join me now to talk
- 21:43Speaker 1: about how you can be involved, watch it online or
- 21:45Speaker 1: show up and get a ticket. Is Matt Lappy as
- 21:49Speaker 1: the chairman of the man in charge of SEAPAC. Matt,
- 21:51Speaker 1: always a pleasure to have you on tonight. There are
- 21:54Speaker 1: a lot of people that are listening right now in
- 21:56Speaker 1: the Texas area or in the flyover part of the country.
- 21:59Speaker 1: As I just as the liberals the love describe it,
- 22:01Speaker 1: you know, the deplorables of America. This Why did you
- 22:05Speaker 1: guys decide to move it to Texas? Let's start with that.
- 22:07Speaker 1: This was usually too the Gaylord and right there in DC.
- 22:12Speaker 1: This year you're moving into Texas. Tell me what made
- 22:14Speaker 1: that decision become a reality.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Well, the Ferguson family knows why, because I know where
- 22:20Speaker 3: you guys live, and everybody has abandoned Chicago and LA
- 22:25Speaker 3: and San Francisco and most recently New York City when
- 22:29Speaker 3: they elected this communist mayor of New York City. And
- 22:34Speaker 3: you know, quite honestly, we just elected a very dangerous
- 22:36Speaker 3: person to be the governor and the Attorney general of Virginia.
- 22:39Speaker 3: So now you have the DC government, the Maryland government,
- 22:41Speaker 3: of Virginia government all on this woke agenda, and quite honestly, Ben,
- 22:46Speaker 3: they don't want us. They treat us terribly. It's very expensive,
- 22:50Speaker 3: they treat our guests terribly, and it's just you can't
- 22:53Speaker 3: do business in big blue, woke cities anymore. And I'm
- 22:57Speaker 3: tired of I'm tired of trying to make it work.
- 22:59Speaker 3: And so We're going to go taste a little Free
- 23:02Speaker 3: in Texas and I'm excited about it.
- 23:04Speaker 1: It's gonna be awesome for people that want to know
- 23:07Speaker 1: about the event, and it's again this week coming up.
- 23:11Speaker 1: How where do they go a to get tickets? You guys,
- 23:13Speaker 1: The ticket prices are incredibly reasonable for people to see
- 23:17Speaker 1: some amazing speakers and then talk also about the lineup
- 23:20Speaker 1: and the goal the theme for this year.
- 23:23Speaker 3: Well, I'll just say this. You know, we made a
- 23:25Speaker 3: present a promise to President Reagan are my fore bearers
- 23:29Speaker 3: a long time ago, basically saying that we keep Ceapack
- 23:32Speaker 3: affordable and especially for the young people. And I'm very
- 23:36Speaker 3: pleased that the organization is healthy and we do a
- 23:39Speaker 3: good job raising money from people who have resources so
- 23:43Speaker 3: that we can keep those ticket prices low. It's something
- 23:45Speaker 3: like forty seven bucks for the four days, so you know,
- 23:48Speaker 3: you can't get any ticket like that to anything, not
- 23:51Speaker 3: to a movie, not to anything. And there's even some
- 23:54Speaker 3: even greater discounts. And you know, I think it's gonna
- 23:57Speaker 3: be a who's who of who we want to hear from.
- 23:59Speaker 3: First of all, I don't live in Texas, but this
- 24:01Speaker 3: corn in versus PAXTD runoff has been very interesting to watch,
- 24:06Speaker 3: a little scary to watch, and to me, I look
- 24:08Speaker 3: at that race. We haven't made an endorsement yet. We
- 24:11Speaker 3: will after we we're going to ask a straw pole question.
- 24:13Speaker 3: So if you live in Texas, get to our event
- 24:16Speaker 3: and vote for your favorite candidate in the straw pole,
- 24:19Speaker 3: because you know, Washington shouldn't decide who the senator is
- 24:24Speaker 3: from Texas, and we need more senators who are going
- 24:26Speaker 3: to fight.
- 24:28Speaker 1: There's there's no doubt about that talk about the lineup
- 24:30Speaker 1: as well off who people can see if they decide
- 24:32Speaker 1: to come to SEAPAC this year in the Dallas Fort
- 24:34Speaker 1: Worth area.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Well, let me just start right off with the President
- 24:38Speaker 3: and the Vice president. They've always, you know, they've come
- 24:41Speaker 3: every year the President has come. I don't even know
- 24:44Speaker 3: how many years in a row it's been. It's been wonderful.
- 24:46Speaker 3: But these are unique times. Whether we call this a
- 24:50Speaker 3: war or a very serious military operation. I talked to
- 24:53Speaker 3: the President and told him everybody's going to understand if
- 24:57Speaker 3: he feels the need to kind of stay near uh
- 25:01Speaker 3: Kadier's phone, so to speak, with everything that's going on overseas,
- 25:05Speaker 3: and we pray for our troops, and I think most
- 25:07Speaker 3: of us wants to get the job done in Iran
- 25:09Speaker 3: and then get back home and uh And it's it's
- 25:13Speaker 3: a serious time. Beyond that, I mean, it's everyone you
- 25:16Speaker 3: want to know. I was pleased today to see that
- 25:19Speaker 3: the President of Poland's going to make a special trip
- 25:21Speaker 3: to come over and be with us in Texas. This
- 25:23Speaker 3: is someone who we campaigned for in Poland. He is
- 25:26Speaker 3: the Maga guy in Poland. President Nebrasky a great guy,
- 25:32Speaker 3: a boxer, a historian, really interesting person. So it's a
- 25:37Speaker 3: real honor to have him there. The other kind of
- 25:39Speaker 3: interesting thing internationally is this Crown Prince of Iran is
- 25:43Speaker 3: going to be with us, the son of the former Shaw.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that was a big announcement, by the way, and
- 25:49Speaker 1: he and he understands how important is to talk to
- 25:52Speaker 1: the people in the US right now. That's why he's
- 25:54Speaker 1: making this trip.
- 25:55Speaker 3: That's right now. Look that could change too, depending on
- 25:58Speaker 3: events of what's going on in Iran. Obviously he's stating
- 26:02Speaker 3: very close to the people there. He might need to
- 26:04Speaker 3: travel through the country. But what a nice compliment it
- 26:07Speaker 3: is to the people in the conservative movement that these
- 26:11Speaker 3: leaders understand that, you know, they used to come over
- 26:14Speaker 3: and meet with the Council of Foreign Relations, Now that
- 26:17Speaker 3: come over and meet with Seapack. I just kind of
- 26:19Speaker 3: love it.
- 26:20Speaker 1: No, it's incredible, it's it's a it's a really good event.
- 26:23Speaker 1: I've been going for gosh, I say decades, I'm not kidding.
- 26:26Speaker 1: And it's a great way to connect with other conservatives
- 26:28Speaker 1: as well. The lineup is unbelievable. How do people get tickets?
- 26:32Speaker 1: Tell tell us what day it starts. When you need
- 26:35Speaker 1: to get in I know there's a lot of people
- 26:36Speaker 1: frustrating with the air travel. I know a lot of
- 26:38Speaker 1: people are actually going to be driving in. I actually damn
- 26:41Speaker 1: one of those because because it's just not worth it going. Yeah,
- 26:45Speaker 1: I'm I'm literally gonna drive to the event this year,
- 26:47Speaker 1: which I've never done before. But I was like, I
- 26:49Speaker 1: think it'll be faster than going to the airport three
- 26:51Speaker 1: hours early.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, look, when you fire at a Reagan airport,
- 26:55Speaker 3: it's always horrible. So maybe, uh, maybe maybe I'm a
- 26:59Speaker 3: little more immune to it. But it is a tough
- 27:01Speaker 3: time to fly. But the the you just go to
- 27:05Speaker 3: sepac dot org to get your tickets. It starts Wednesday.
- 27:08Speaker 3: We have our international Summit. We'll have you know, a
- 27:11Speaker 3: dozen or so countries representative ambassadors, ministers are our Conservative
- 27:16Speaker 3: partners in these countries. We'll have a big reception after
- 27:21Speaker 3: the international Summit. Will start in earnest Thursday morning, bright
- 27:25Speaker 3: and early, prayer and pledge. And we're starting off with
- 27:28Speaker 3: Franklin Graham. And I'm very proud to have Franklin Graham
- 27:32Speaker 3: at Seapack. He's you know, he's a real hero of mine.
- 27:34Speaker 3: So was his father. The whole family is. And he
- 27:37Speaker 3: really honors us with his presence, and I think he's
- 27:40Speaker 3: gonna have an important message for us.
- 27:42Speaker 1: It's gonna be awesome. I will be speaking on Thursday,
- 27:44Speaker 1: I think Thursday afternoon, and then you've got Friday Saudi.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Things wrap up then, and so it's gonna be awesome.
- 27:51Speaker 1: One other thing I want to put on people's radar
- 27:53Speaker 1: screen is the Reagan Dinner. Who's going to be the
- 27:56Speaker 1: keynote this year at the Reagan Dinner and and people
- 27:58Speaker 1: can still get tickets for that as well.
- 28:00Speaker 3: Well. I will warn you the Seapack changes till right
- 28:03Speaker 3: to the end. But we are really excited that Ken Paxton,
- 28:07Speaker 3: who's in this runoff to be the next Senator of Texas,
- 28:11Speaker 3: is going to be our keynote speaker. We have as
- 28:13Speaker 3: John Cornyan. He has not agreed to come. He should come.
- 28:16Speaker 3: He should come. We'll treat him fairly. He should make
- 28:18Speaker 3: his case to conservatives. If you want to represent cars conservatives,
- 28:21Speaker 3: you should be able to go to Seapack and talk
- 28:23Speaker 3: to conservatives. And so we're looking forward to hearing what
- 28:26Speaker 3: Ken has to say. He has one hundred percent rating
- 28:29Speaker 3: with us, and it's going to be a great dinner.
- 28:30Speaker 3: And there are tickets still available to that, but I
- 28:32Speaker 3: will warn everyone all these categories will sell out. They'll
- 28:36Speaker 3: sell out probably the next moof Fast.
- 28:38Speaker 1: One more time, Matt, tell everybody where to go to
- 28:41Speaker 1: get tickets. And again, the tickets are incredibly affordable. I
- 28:44Speaker 1: love that about Seapack. You guys want people to be
- 28:47Speaker 1: able to come to this event. Where is it as well,
- 28:49Speaker 1: so they can look at hotels.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Okay, So go to seapack dot org. You can get
- 28:53Speaker 3: all the information. The main hotel is the Gay Lord
- 28:58Speaker 3: in grapevind so it's kind of between Dallas and Fort Worth,
- 29:02Speaker 3: but there's tons of hotels in the area at all
- 29:04Speaker 3: different kind of price points. As I said, my mom's
- 29:07Speaker 3: driving down from Witchdalk, Kansas with a friend of hers,
- 29:10Speaker 3: So there's people driving from all over the area that
- 29:13Speaker 3: have all kinds of you know, different economic levels, and
- 29:16Speaker 3: we're going to make sure that there are those options
- 29:17Speaker 3: for you. And the tickets to the basic ticket is
- 29:20Speaker 3: forty seven bucks for the four days, so nobody can
- 29:23Speaker 3: have an excuse that it was too expensive.
- 29:25Speaker 1: I love it, Matt. I hope that a lot of
- 29:27Speaker 1: people listening here. We've got a lot of stations that
- 29:30Speaker 1: are in the in Texas and a lot that are
- 29:32Speaker 1: in the surrounding state. So I hope people take advantage
- 29:34Speaker 1: of this. I'll see you there. I'll be on stage
- 29:36Speaker 1: on Thursday afternoon as well. And like you said, you
- 29:39Speaker 1: never know who's going to show up, which is pretty awesome.
- 29:42Speaker 3: Ben, Thanks for being with us and thanks for having
- 29:43Speaker 3: me on.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Absolutely, grab your tickets out sea pack this week at
- 29:48Speaker 1: the Gaylord. It's going to be awesome in Dallas Fort
- 29:50Speaker 1: Worth area. Grab it there. Don't forget to share this podcast,
- 29:54Speaker 1: by the way, with your family and your friends on
- 29:55Speaker 1: social media wherever you can hit that subscribe or auto
- 29:58Speaker 1: download button. Want to talk to you again tomorrow.
