Congresswoman Julie Johnson is demanding answers from ICE after a man died while in custody in Dallas. Johnson sent a letter to acting ICE head Todd Lyons saying Mohommad Nazeer Paktyawal was a healthy 41-year-old man who died less than 24 hours in ICE custody.
