- 0:00Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's lawyers apparently leveraged the President of United States
- 0:04Speaker 1: of America as a threat to make sure that the
- 0:08Speaker 1: investigation into Joe Biden didn't go anywhere. Yes, hunter Biden's
- 0:14Speaker 1: lawyers threatened to put the President on the stand. A
- 0:17Speaker 1: new report out says Hunter Biden's lawyers apparently warned the
- 0:21Speaker 1: prosecutors last year that Hunter Biden's defense would in fact
- 0:25Speaker 1: put the President on the stand to testify in his
- 0:27Speaker 1: son's defense if criminal charges were ever brought against him.
- 0:31Speaker 1: According to this new report, Hunter's lawyer Chris Clark wrote
- 0:35Speaker 1: a letter to prosecutors last October after newsleak that federal
- 0:40Speaker 1: agents had enough evidence to charge the first son with
- 0:44Speaker 1: illegally buying a firearm while still using crack cocaine. Clark
- 0:50Speaker 1: said that if the Justice Department did in fact charge
- 0:53Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, the defense would be forced to put the
- 0:57Speaker 1: Commander in chief on the witness stand. In the message
- 1:02Speaker 1: obtained by Politico, it's said President Biden now unquestionably would
- 1:07Speaker 1: be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial.
- 1:11Speaker 1: That is what Clarke wrote in the thirty two page
- 1:14Speaker 1: letter that's now been obtained by Politico. Now the email,
- 1:18Speaker 1: along with an additional three hundred pages of emails reviewed
- 1:23Speaker 1: by Politico, gives us a very new, unreported insight in
- 1:29Speaker 1: the Hunter's sweet plea bargain deal that he was given
- 1:33Speaker 1: by the now special prosecutor who was the guy who
- 1:37Speaker 1: gave him. The sweetheart deal would have kept him out
- 1:40Speaker 1: of prison, we know that. But it also would have
- 1:42Speaker 1: kept him out of any future indictments. All of that
- 1:49Speaker 1: fell apart at the last minute last month, after whistleblowers
- 1:54Speaker 1: came forward detailing the corruption of the Biden crime family,
- 1:59Speaker 1: now the young Biden fifty three, he pleaded not guilty
- 2:03Speaker 1: to federal tax and gun charges in Delaware on July
- 2:05Speaker 1: the twenty six after the deal, which was bashed by
- 2:10Speaker 1: many for its leniency, was pulled by the US district judge.
- 2:15Speaker 1: The judge had concerns over quote ongoing investigations, ongoing probes,
- 2:21Speaker 1: and to other potential offenses committed by Hunter, including failing
- 2:25Speaker 1: to register as a foreign agent for lucrative dealings with
- 2:29Speaker 1: foreign countries that allegedly involved his father. After persistent questioning,
- 2:35Speaker 1: Clark declared the deal quote no and void. Now in exchange,
- 2:41Speaker 1: all right, I should say in the exchangees in the
- 2:44Speaker 1: prior month, Clark and his team often told prosecutors during
- 2:47Speaker 1: private negotiations that they were worried about the intense political
- 2:52Speaker 1: atmosphere surrounding the case. Again this, according to Politico, they
- 2:57Speaker 1: raised concerns multiple times over pressure from Republican lawmakers and
- 3:03Speaker 1: argue that the case could tarnish the DOJ's reputation because
- 3:08Speaker 1: they would be having to cross examine or question or
- 3:12Speaker 1: defend a sitting president of the United States of America,
- 3:15Speaker 1: who would be called by Hunter Biden's team that, by
- 3:19Speaker 1: the way, is the ultimate leverage here.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Now.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Clark said that trying the present son hitting the president
- 3:26Speaker 1: against his own Justice Department, because obviously he would defend
- 3:29Speaker 1: his son, they were saying, would create constitutional chaos. They argue,
- 3:34Speaker 1: saying this is this of all cases, justifies neither the
- 3:40Speaker 1: spectacle of a sitting president testifying in a criminal trial
- 3:45Speaker 1: nor the potential for a resulting constitutional crisis. Hunter Biden's lawyer,
- 3:51Speaker 1: Clark wrote, we also know that this judge dismissed the
- 3:57Speaker 1: tax misdemeanor charges against the first one Hunter Biden. On Thursday,
- 4:02Speaker 1: Attorney General Merritt Garland appointed the Delaware US Attorney David Wise,
- 4:06Speaker 1: who authored the sweetheart plea deal to serve as special
- 4:11Speaker 1: counsel in the case. The appointment will allow him to
- 4:14Speaker 1: bring charges without the approval of Biden appointees in other
- 4:18Speaker 1: districts that blocked Weiss's previous efforts. They claim to charge
- 4:23Speaker 1: Hunter with millions of dollars with millions of dollars of
- 4:26Speaker 1: tax fraud charges. Hunter, by the way, is expected to
- 4:30Speaker 1: stand trial in either Washington, d c. Or Southern California,
- 4:35Speaker 1: both places where jury pools and judges will more than
- 4:39Speaker 1: likely be very favorable to Hunter Biden, and that's exactly
- 4:43Speaker 1: why they've chosen those areas. Now, if you think about
- 4:47Speaker 1: this dynamic, you have a former president of the United
- 4:52Speaker 1: States of America who gets elected his son is embezzling
- 4:57Speaker 1: money at the levels that we couldn't even imagine even
- 4:59Speaker 1: a month to go. We're now being told by James
- 5:02Speaker 1: Comer it could be upwards of forty to fifty to
- 5:05Speaker 1: sixty million dollars in bribes that came into the Bidens.
- 5:10Speaker 1: And then you have lawyers for Hunter Biden threatening the
- 5:14Speaker 1: Department of Justice that we will put the president on
- 5:16Speaker 1: the stand and that will put you in opposite sides
- 5:21Speaker 1: with the sitting president United it's America, who happens to
- 5:24Speaker 1: be your boss. That's one hell of a threat. It
- 5:31Speaker 1: is a threat that I think everybody should take seriously.
- 5:36Speaker 1: It is a threat that that was done and they
- 5:40Speaker 1: knew what they were doing. It was a reminder you
- 5:44Speaker 1: don't screw with the president of United States of America or
- 5:47Speaker 1: his family. You don't go after the family. You don't
- 5:51Speaker 1: do anything against Hunter Biden. And if you do, then
- 5:56Speaker 1: the President's going to be very unhappy, and you're going
- 5:58Speaker 1: to have to go up against him in testamony because
- 6:02Speaker 1: we will absolutely call him to defend his son. That
- 6:06Speaker 1: is a threat that I would argue, there's no way
- 6:10Speaker 1: it wasn't choreographed, okay, by the Biden team, with the
- 6:15Speaker 1: father who happens to be the president involved. There's no
- 6:19Speaker 1: way that legal strategy came up by accident or just
- 6:24Speaker 1: without the president's knowledge. I think what we clearly know
- 6:28Speaker 1: now is that this president knew how to make sure
- 6:34Speaker 1: that his son was protected. Once he became the president.
- 6:37Speaker 1: He knew they can't make they can't take this risk, right,
- 6:42Speaker 1: That's what it really boils down to. They can't take
- 6:46Speaker 1: this risk. There's no way they can take this risk.
- 6:49Speaker 1: This is too great of a risk. They're not going
- 6:52Speaker 1: to go after their own boss, the president of the
- 6:55Speaker 1: United States of America. Remember, all of these people serve
- 6:59Speaker 1: quote unquote at the pleasure of the President. You think
- 7:03Speaker 1: the DOJ or anybody else involved is going to be
- 7:06Speaker 1: okay with that scenario, of course not. They don't want
- 7:09Speaker 1: to be in that scenario. They don't want to deal
- 7:11Speaker 1: with this the way that it was just described. And
- 7:14Speaker 1: it makes sense why, Like I genuinely understand it now,
- 7:18Speaker 1: I get it.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I comprehend it.
- 7:21Speaker 1: This was a fix that they had thought every single
- 7:26Speaker 1: move that they may have to make, and every single
- 7:28Speaker 1: time it was a trump card that we will bring
- 7:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden in here and you're screwed.
- 7:34Speaker 2: That's what it really was.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Now, while all of this is happening, there's something else
- 7:40Speaker 1: that has happened around Hunter Biden.
- 7:42Speaker 2: That is three more.
- 7:44Speaker 1: If Hunter Biden's lawyers have moved to withdraw from the
- 7:48Speaker 1: case defending him, since this is going to be a
- 7:50Speaker 1: real case now, not one, not two, but three. If
- 7:55Speaker 1: hunter Biden's offense attorneys moved to a draw from the
- 7:57Speaker 1: case late on Friday, after the lead attorney, Chris Clark
- 8:01Speaker 1: withdrew last week. Yeah, so that's four now total, Lengtham
- 8:06Speaker 1: and Watkins, the attorney office, and the attorneys in there.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Brian McManus, Timothy mccarton, Matthew Salerno requested permission from the
- 8:16Speaker 1: judge to withdraw from the case after the judge just
- 8:19Speaker 1: missed the pleading on August seventeenth. Moving forward, prosecutors expect
- 8:23Speaker 1: the case to go to trial, where it will likely
- 8:25Speaker 1: be tried in Delaware or California. Now you've got to
- 8:28Speaker 1: ask yourself this question, why did this happen?
- 8:32Speaker 2: Well?
- 8:32Speaker 1: Brian McManus, counsel for the defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, and respectfully,
- 8:37Speaker 1: this is what he wrote, requests this honorable Court to
- 8:41Speaker 1: withdraw all appearances for the law firm of Lengtham and
- 8:44Speaker 1: Watkins as counsel for the defendant in the above caption matter.
- 8:48Speaker 1: The motion reads, mister Biden has been advised of and consents.
- 8:53Speaker 2: To our withdrawal.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Look, you did the tough thing during COVID, You paid
- 8:58Speaker 1: your people and pulled your business through the pandemic. And
- 9:02Speaker 1: now doing the tough thing could qualify you for a
- 9:05Speaker 1: twenty six thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax Relief
- 9:10Speaker 1: dot org. Government funds are available to reward companies with
- 9:13Speaker 1: two or more employees who stayed open during COVID. This
- 9:17Speaker 1: is not a loan and you don't have to pay
- 9:20Speaker 1: it back. Look, this program is complicated, but nobody knows
- 9:24Speaker 1: more about it than the CPAs and tax experts at
- 9:27Speaker 1: Consumer Tax Advocates. The best part is you pay nothing upfront.
- 9:31Speaker 1: They do all the work and then they share percentage
- 9:33Speaker 1: of cash that you get. Businesses of all types, including
- 9:37Speaker 1: nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took PBP loans.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Even if you had increases in sales you did the
- 9:45Speaker 1: tough thing for your employees during COVID. Let COVID tax
- 9:48Speaker 1: Relief dot org help get you up to twenty six
- 9:52Speaker 1: thousand dollars per employee. Visit COVID tax Relief dot org.
- 9:56Speaker 1: That's COVID tax Relief dot org, COVID actually dot org.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Now there's also another aspect that has to be considered
- 10:07Speaker 1: and everything I just told you, and that is that
- 10:10Speaker 1: the media Democrats are starting to get worried. They're starting
- 10:14Speaker 1: to fret that Hunter will cloud his dad's campaign for
- 10:18Speaker 1: the presidency. This was part of that conversation on CNN
- 10:22Speaker 1: where they were actually talking about this, and at the
- 10:25Speaker 1: bottom it actually said on the screen Hunter Byden investigation.
- 10:29Speaker 1: DEM's worried Hunter will cloud Dad's campaign.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Listen an agenda at this point, And Jeff like, we're
- 10:35Speaker 3: starting to see in twenty twenty four for Trump not
- 10:37Speaker 3: to say apples to apples here. But there are the
- 10:39Speaker 3: there are legal problems, and there are the political implications
- 10:43Speaker 3: of those legal problems.
- 10:44Speaker 2: What does this mean politically for Biden?
- 10:46Speaker 4: I think politically it removes some of the moral high
- 10:48Speaker 4: ground that he might have against you all the Trump accusations.
- 10:52Speaker 4: And among Democrats it probably doesn't matter. But among independent
- 10:56Speaker 4: voters who are like, you know, just this is why
- 11:00Speaker 4: we don't like government, they all just smell a little
- 11:02Speaker 4: crooked here.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I think that could be an issue.
- 11:04Speaker 4: And also perhaps the most important, how it directly impacts
- 11:08Speaker 4: the president's thinking in his head. He is so defensive
- 11:12Speaker 4: of Hunter Biden, and I think that this has the
- 11:14Speaker 4: potential of really agitating him. And you know, I just
- 11:19Speaker 4: think it's a bad look. But we don't know how
- 11:21Speaker 4: long this is going out. But Land's right, a child
- 11:23Speaker 4: does not have to be unfolding here. No one wants
- 11:26Speaker 4: a special counsel. And this is the second special counsel
- 11:29Speaker 4: that is looking into the Biden family, if you will,
- 11:32Speaker 4: I mean the other one is still looking into the
- 11:34Speaker 4: President's a handling a classified documents. So you don't want
- 11:36Speaker 4: a special counsel because it opens a box and a
- 11:39Speaker 4: door to who knows what right?
- 11:40Speaker 2: And I want I.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Love by the way, They're like, you don't want a
- 11:43Speaker 1: special counsel, Sure you do if it's David Weiss. And
- 11:46Speaker 1: this is where the media is spinning. They have no
- 11:48Speaker 1: problem with this. David Wisse is the guy the gave
- 11:51Speaker 1: him a sweetheart deal. David Whisse's the one that refused
- 11:53Speaker 1: to bring charges. David Wise is the one that ran
- 11:55Speaker 1: out the clock on the statue of limitations on the
- 11:58Speaker 1: most egregious crime that Hunter Biden was being accused of.
- 12:02Speaker 1: David Weiss is now the special counsel. So you know
- 12:07Speaker 1: that David Weiss is going to hook you up. You
- 12:11Speaker 1: know this, It's not hard for anyone to see that
- 12:15Speaker 1: this is clearly not a threat to the presidency when
- 12:18Speaker 1: it comes to that Special Council. In fact, it's a
- 12:21Speaker 1: mockery of the justice system. It is a fox guarding
- 12:25Speaker 1: the hen house. There is no difference between David Weiss
- 12:30Speaker 1: two weeks ago and David Weiss today. There is absolutely
- 12:35Speaker 1: no difference here whatsoever. And I think that if you're
- 12:40Speaker 1: at the White House right now, honestly knowing how many
- 12:44Speaker 1: people are defending you, knowing how many people are protecting you,
- 12:49Speaker 1: knowing how many people are willing to look like, I
- 12:52Speaker 1: mean this just like complete idiots, complete morons, right. I
- 12:58Speaker 1: mean we're talking about morons here because they got to
- 13:03Speaker 1: keep their jobs. That's part of it, right, They need
- 13:06Speaker 1: to keep their power. The people that are around the president,
- 13:10Speaker 1: the DOJ, the FBI, they know what happens if a
- 13:14Speaker 1: Republican wins, especially if that republican's Donald Trump. So that's
- 13:18Speaker 1: why I guess they're willing to cover up crimes.
- 13:22Speaker 2: So they can at least keep their jobs.
- 13:24Speaker 1: You know, there's a very interesting conversation that Mark Levin
- 13:27Speaker 1: had about this on his show Life, Liberty and Levin.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I want you to hear what he had to say,
- 13:32Speaker 1: comparing what Hillary Clinton did to what the DOJ is prosecuting,
- 13:38Speaker 1: for example, Trump on right now and just talking about
- 13:41Speaker 1: this two tiered system of government.
- 13:43Speaker 2: It also relates to the Biden.
- 13:44Speaker 5: Stormer, So what did Hillary Clinton do she walks the
- 13:48Speaker 5: country free. She's gaggling all over the place. She's getting
- 13:51Speaker 5: into friendly media. She's laughing about all these indictments. Hillary
- 13:55Speaker 5: Clinton should be imprisoned for her entire life. Over forty
- 13:58Speaker 5: five hundred criminalsttes in the US Code that exists today,
- 14:02Speaker 5: the one mostly used the ones in conspiracy, false statements,
- 14:06Speaker 5: money laundering, obstruction, pergery, mail fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud,
- 14:10Speaker 5: tax evasion Hillary Clinton. To convict Clinton, it must be
- 14:13Speaker 5: shown that she acknowledged that classified emails will contained on
- 14:16Speaker 5: her private server, and they said the most recent tally
- 14:19Speaker 5: by the State Department of their review of thirty thousand
- 14:22Speaker 5: Clinton emails indicates at least six hundred and seventy one
- 14:24Speaker 5: emails sent or received by Clinton contained classified information. This
- 14:30Speaker 5: fact stands in stark contrast to the statement she gave
- 14:32Speaker 5: the reporters in July of that year, once she said
- 14:36Speaker 5: I'm confident that I've never sent nor received any information
- 14:39Speaker 5: that was classified at the time was center received. According
- 14:42Speaker 5: to the October sixteenth Fox News report, the FBI is
- 14:44Speaker 5: also looking to see if Clinton committed gross negligence under
- 14:48Speaker 5: the Espionage Act for failure to keep national defense Information
- 14:52Speaker 5: Safe eighteen USC. Seven ninety three. They're using that against Trump. Notably,
- 14:58Speaker 5: the information doesn't necessarily have to be MARCUS classified to
- 15:01Speaker 5: violate the statute. The article citing an intelligence community source
- 15:05Speaker 5: who spoke on the condition of anonymity. The intelligence source
- 15:07Speaker 5: that the subsection requires the lawful possession of national defense
- 15:12Speaker 5: information by a security clearance holder who, through gross negligence,
- 15:16Speaker 5: such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits
- 15:20Speaker 5: the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper
- 15:23Speaker 5: secure location. She even hired an it purpose on her
- 15:27Speaker 5: own person, on her own time, who works for the
- 15:30Speaker 5: Department of State to handle the server. That's how much
- 15:32Speaker 5: she didn't want anyone to know about this serve. And
- 15:34Speaker 5: by the way, that's a crime too. You're not allowed
- 15:35Speaker 5: to subsidize or receive private money is for doing what
- 15:41Speaker 5: is a government job. And that's sort of what he
- 15:43Speaker 5: was doing for her at her request. But nobody talks
- 15:46Speaker 5: about that. She destroyed over thirty thousand emails, They destroyed
- 15:50Speaker 5: their cell phones. Nobody was dragged in front of a
- 15:53Speaker 5: grand jury. There was no search under her home for
- 15:55Speaker 5: any other servers or information. She did an interview. Her
- 16:00Speaker 5: staff was permitted to be there, her lawyers were permitted
- 16:02Speaker 5: to be there. Her lawyers destroyed this information based on
- 16:05Speaker 5: header information, not substantute information, and she skates. And the
- 16:12Speaker 5: Presidential Records Act that applies to Trump, which gives the
- 16:16Speaker 5: president authority over documents like no other official in the government,
- 16:20Speaker 5: including a Secretary of State or an ex secretary of State,
- 16:23Speaker 5: she didn't have that defense.
- 16:25Speaker 2: She didn't have that statue.
- 16:26Speaker 5: Trump has that, and he's charged with forty counts, and
- 16:31Speaker 5: he's charged with a total of ninety one counts from
- 16:34Speaker 5: these three prosecutors.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Mark Levet is right, and not only is he right
- 16:38Speaker 1: on this, but he's also right in the aspect of
- 16:42Speaker 1: this also relates to Joe Biden and the Biden crime family.
- 16:46Speaker 1: The same thing that they did with Hillary Quinton is
- 16:48Speaker 1: the same thing they're doing with the Bidens, except the
- 16:51Speaker 1: difference this time is there is there's real court cases
- 16:55Speaker 1: and real crimes that they're investigating, and so now the
- 16:59Speaker 1: threats are coming back of Okay, if you treat hunter
- 17:04Speaker 1: Biden like a normal human being, if you treat his
- 17:07Speaker 1: crimes like a normal human being, we will be forced
- 17:11Speaker 1: to then take the president United States of America, put
- 17:13Speaker 1: him on the stand to defend his son. And do
- 17:16Speaker 1: you really want to go against your boss? That's the threat.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Do you want to go against your boss? And these
- 17:24Speaker 1: people at the DOJ and the FBI, they know what's
- 17:29Speaker 1: going to happen to their jobs if any Republican is elected.
- 17:32Speaker 1: It doesn't matter which one. Let's say it's not Trump.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Let's say it's s Santus, Let's say it's a Bibic.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Let's say it's any of these except for maybe Chris Christie.
- 17:41Speaker 1: They know that their jobs are going to be gone instantly.
- 17:44Speaker 1: And if it is Donald Trump, they are also, I think,
- 17:49Speaker 1: extremely worried. They are extremely worried that not only are
- 17:57Speaker 1: they going to lose their jobs, but they may actually
- 17:59Speaker 1: be indicted.
- 18:01Speaker 2: They may actually have.
- 18:02Speaker 1: A special prosecutor that looks at the crimes that they
- 18:04Speaker 1: were committing and then comes after them. Even though they
- 18:07Speaker 1: were in the US government. There's a good chance that
- 18:10Speaker 1: all of a sudden, everything that they did is not
- 18:13Speaker 1: just going to be shown publicly, but then they will
- 18:16Speaker 1: be investigated. And by the way, I don't believe that's
- 18:19Speaker 1: a political witch hunt. If Donald Trump is elected, he
- 18:22Speaker 1: will have a mandate to do that.
- 18:24Speaker 2: One last thing that.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I also think is playing into this right now is
- 18:28Speaker 1: Joe Biden's not very popular. And the reason why is
- 18:32Speaker 1: look at this. If you compare the first thirty months
- 18:36Speaker 1: of Joe Biden's presidency to Donald Trump jobs created, and
- 18:40Speaker 1: a lot of these, by the way, were when people
- 18:42Speaker 1: came back to work post COVID, So this number is
- 18:45Speaker 1: inflated because some people had quit their jobs, lost their jobs,
- 18:48Speaker 1: and they came back, and Biden's getting credit for that.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Post COVID. It is two point one million to Joe Biden.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Four point nine million jobs are created by Trump. Manufacturing
- 18:58Speaker 1: jobs in the first thirty months too, are in there, woe.
- 19:00Speaker 1: One thousand jobs are created by Biden at the same
- 19:02Speaker 1: point in his presidency, almost a half a million for
- 19:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump. And look at the thirty year mortgage rate
- 19:10Speaker 1: seven point five to one on a thirty year mortgage
- 19:13Speaker 1: right now, the highest in twenty one years. What was
- 19:16Speaker 1: it in January of twenty twenty one, two point sixty five.
- 19:19Speaker 1: That's what this election is also going to be about.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Stannan now reporting this is pretty interesting that the DOJ
- 19:29Speaker 1: repeatedly took quote very lenient stance on Hunter. Biden only
- 19:37Speaker 1: changed that lenient stance after public pressure and the whistle
- 19:41Speaker 1: blowers came forward before Congress. Now, when CNN is reporting this,
- 19:47Speaker 1: you've got to start asking.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Yourself a question.
- 19:50Speaker 1: If it's this bad now, right, If it's this bad,
- 19:54Speaker 1: if this is what it looks like when you're at
- 19:56Speaker 1: the DOJ or the FBI, what does that say about
- 20:00Speaker 1: what else they may have been covering up. I want
- 20:04Speaker 1: you to take a listen, by the way to this
- 20:07Speaker 1: sound bite, and I want you to think about this
- 20:10Speaker 1: is the same network that knew at CNN that they
- 20:14Speaker 1: were lying to the American people about Russian collision. They
- 20:17Speaker 1: covered that wall to wall for the entire Trump presidency
- 20:20Speaker 1: and even a little bit before. I want you to
- 20:23Speaker 1: think about the fact they knew that this was a
- 20:27Speaker 1: dossier that could not be corroborated, but they still report
- 20:31Speaker 1: on it like it was total fact. And now they're
- 20:35Speaker 1: sitting there in this really awkward position. You can't deny
- 20:39Speaker 1: what the whistleblowers have said. You can't deny, by the way,
- 20:42Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden got a sweetheart deal. You can't deny
- 20:46Speaker 1: the fact that now a bunch of his lawyers have
- 20:47Speaker 1: had to quit on him. Can't deny that there's massive
- 20:51Speaker 1: conflicts of interest that we're learning about as well with
- 20:54Speaker 1: some of those that are supposed to be prosecuting Hunter Biden,
- 20:58Speaker 1: who actually used to work with his brother who has
- 21:01Speaker 1: passed away. Those are just some of the new headlines
- 21:05Speaker 1: that you just throw in here, like these are big
- 21:08Speaker 1: stories on their own, but when you put in the
- 21:09Speaker 1: grand scheme of things, you got to sit back and go, Wow,
- 21:14Speaker 1: should we ever trust the media ever again? If this
- 21:17Speaker 1: is how they act like they are propagandas for a
- 21:21Speaker 1: communist political organization, because that's basically what CNN is, the
- 21:27Speaker 1: communist news network. But when all this comes out the
- 21:31Speaker 1: way that it's come out, there's now these glimpses and
- 21:36Speaker 1: I say glimpses of hope because I don't believe they're
- 21:38Speaker 1: actually gonna change, but I think at some point they
- 21:41Speaker 1: realize just how ridiculous they look, how bad they look,
- 21:44Speaker 1: and they're like, all right, fine, we look so bad.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Let's let's give like a minute and twenty seconds of
- 21:51Speaker 1: accurate reporting.
- 21:53Speaker 2: That's that's what we'll do.
- 21:54Speaker 1: We'll just give We'll give a moment of this accurate reporting.
- 21:57Speaker 6: Take a listen, Alim glad you said around here, So
- 22:00Speaker 6: when we look at this this evolution. It really is
- 22:03Speaker 6: quite the evolution in a fairly short period of time,
- 22:05Speaker 6: according to The New York Times. I know you've noted
- 22:07Speaker 6: on multiple occasions just how long this investigation had dragged on.
- 22:11Speaker 6: Have you ever seen a federal case play out like
- 22:14Speaker 6: this before?
- 22:15Speaker 2: No Erica.
- 22:15Speaker 7: It's really inexplicable to me. I mean, first, we had
- 22:18Speaker 7: basically five years of behind the scenes investigation with no transparency,
- 22:23Speaker 7: no action, and some questions being asked, what's taken so long?
- 22:26Speaker 7: But in the last couple months, we've seen a pattern here.
- 22:28Speaker 7: Marshall just laid it out, and we've now seen it
- 22:30Speaker 7: play out two or three separate times. DOJ moves towards
- 22:34Speaker 7: a very lenient disposition. They're just about to lock in
- 22:37Speaker 7: that lenient disposition, and then there arises pressure, either through
- 22:41Speaker 7: whistleblower testimony or through public scrutiny, and then DJ backs
- 22:44Speaker 7: off and says, actually, we're not going to do that,
- 22:46Speaker 7: now that it's been called out, We're going to try
- 22:48Speaker 7: to up it a little bit. And then that happened again,
- 22:50Speaker 7: and then they go all the way to appointing special
- 22:53Speaker 7: counsel the same guy who's been presiding over the case
- 22:55Speaker 7: for five plus years already, So I genuinely am perplexed
- 22:59Speaker 7: by what DOJ's doing here. I think they've made a
- 23:01Speaker 7: real mess for themselves and now they're going to have
- 23:03Speaker 7: to deal with the consequences of it.
- 23:05Speaker 6: So, in terms of the mess and those consequences, look,
- 23:07Speaker 6: public trust is certainly one of them. Is there anything
- 23:10Speaker 6: that you see the DOJ could do, based on your
- 23:12Speaker 6: experience right as a former federal prosecutor, to restore public
- 23:15Speaker 6: confidence in this investigation? Is the only way to fix
- 23:18Speaker 6: this a trial.
- 23:20Speaker 2: It may be Erica.
- 23:21Speaker 7: You know, DJ's sort of been in a darned if
- 23:23Speaker 7: they do darned if they don't posture on this from
- 23:25Speaker 7: the start, but they've made it way worse by sort
- 23:28Speaker 7: of careening back and forth here. It may well be
- 23:30Speaker 7: that any deal is never going to be accepted as fair.
- 23:33Speaker 7: So if I'm in David Weiss's shoes here, Heaven help me,
- 23:36Speaker 7: I would just say, look, we're charging everything we have,
- 23:39Speaker 7: We're not in position to make a deal. It'll go
- 23:41Speaker 7: to trial and we'll let the jury decide this. I
- 23:43Speaker 7: think that's the only way to restore any credibility to
- 23:45Speaker 7: this matter.
- 23:48Speaker 1: The only way to restore any credibility of this matter.
- 23:52Speaker 1: That's coming from CNN. The New York Times is also
- 23:57Speaker 1: reporting this morning. Prosecute insisted this is the New York
- 24:02Speaker 1: Times on Harsher Hunter Biden Plea deal. As irs whistleblowers
- 24:08Speaker 1: came forward because they understood now that they had been busted, right,
- 24:13Speaker 1: they thought they could just ram this deal. Through this
- 24:17Speaker 1: sweetheart deal. They would give him immunity from everything he'd
- 24:21Speaker 1: ever done in the past. And then when they're doing that,
- 24:25Speaker 1: then they could just walk away and go look at us,
- 24:27Speaker 1: Look at how good we are. Look at how we
- 24:29Speaker 1: were able to pull this off. Right, Look look at
- 24:33Speaker 1: how we were able to pull this off. Look at
- 24:37Speaker 1: what we were able to do. They were going to
- 24:40Speaker 1: walk out of that Plea deal and go, Wow, we
- 24:43Speaker 1: run the world, We own the world. We are better
- 24:49Speaker 1: than everyone else. We are making the rules. We make
- 24:54Speaker 1: the rules, how we are the government. And when that
- 24:58Speaker 1: Plea deal explode, right, because only because of brave men
- 25:04Speaker 1: and women who came forward as whistleblowers, did they then realize, Okay,
- 25:09Speaker 1: we might not be able to get away with this now.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I again, you go back to who the special counsel is.
- 25:16Speaker 1: The special counsel is the same exact person that gave
- 25:21Speaker 1: them the sweetheart deal. So this idea that what they
- 25:25Speaker 1: should do and what they may do are two very
- 25:26Speaker 1: different things. If you're waiting for them to do the
- 25:30Speaker 1: right thing, I want to be clear, I'm not sure
- 25:33Speaker 1: that's going to happen. Okay, I'm not I'm not sure
- 25:37Speaker 1: that's actually going to happen. If you're waiting for there
- 25:41Speaker 1: to be justice with this, I'm not sure that's going
- 25:43Speaker 1: to happen the way that they just described it. I'm
- 25:46Speaker 1: also not sure that that is going to happen. There's
- 25:51Speaker 1: no integrity with these people. Yes, they got busted, right,
- 25:55Speaker 1: I mean they did. They got busted. They got busted
- 25:58Speaker 1: big time. And getting busted doesn't mean you're gonna fix it,
- 26:06Speaker 1: doesn't mean you're gonna change it, doesn't mean you're gonna
- 26:10Speaker 1: do it any differently. They're now trying to figure out
- 26:13Speaker 1: how do we get out of being busted but still
- 26:15Speaker 1: get what we want, which is limited exposure of the
- 26:19Speaker 1: President of the United States of America, right limited That's
- 26:23Speaker 1: the most important thing. Limited exposure for Joe Biden while
- 26:29Speaker 1: also protecting Joe Biden's son, so he's not in prison
- 26:32Speaker 1: like a normal person would be in prison for doing
- 26:35Speaker 1: and committing these types of crimes.
- 26:38Speaker 2: So how do we how do we pull that off? Right?
- 26:41Speaker 1: Like, what do we do in that scenario? That's what
- 26:47Speaker 1: they're going with here, That's that is the ballgame. I
- 26:53Speaker 1: I for a second, all right, I don't believe for
- 26:56Speaker 1: a second we're going to get something real here.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Okay, I just want to be very very very very
- 27:01Speaker 2: very very very clear with that.
- 27:03Speaker 1: I don't believe for a moment that we're going to
- 27:08Speaker 1: get anything here that's going to be meaningful. I don't
- 27:13Speaker 1: believe that this is going to change.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Okay.
- 27:16Speaker 1: I don't believe that this is going to get any better.
- 27:20Speaker 1: I do believe there could be a tad more accountability.
- 27:23Speaker 1: And I'm not sure what CNN just said there is
- 27:26Speaker 1: going to happen either, right, I'm really not I'm not
- 27:29Speaker 1: sure that we're even going to get to a trial
- 27:33Speaker 1: with all the charges that they just describe.
- 27:35Speaker 2: I just don't see that actually happening.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I assume that as soon as they think that we
- 27:41Speaker 1: may not be paying attention, that we may be looking
- 27:45Speaker 1: the other way, or that we may have moved on
- 27:47Speaker 1: to something else. So there's another bigger news story. They
- 27:50Speaker 1: will go right back to saying, Okay, let's slide this
- 27:53Speaker 1: in there, right.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Like, let's let let's let's.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Slide it in there and see what we can pull
- 27:59Speaker 1: off that, you know, let's see what we can get
- 28:02Speaker 1: away with. But when you have CNN actually saying this,
- 28:10Speaker 1: I will say that that is a glimpse from one
- 28:13Speaker 1: person who was brave enough to say just how bad
- 28:17Speaker 1: this is on CNN. That is a glimpse of some hope.
- 28:21Speaker 1: And I say some, I want to be clear, this
- 28:24Speaker 1: is a very little bit of hope that maybe, just
- 28:27Speaker 1: maybe this is something that may not work out the
- 28:32Speaker 1: way the Biden crime family was hoping that it.
- 28:35Speaker 2: Worked out, or that it would work out.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Let me say one final thing in recap here about
- 28:42Speaker 1: the Biden crime family and everything that we just learned
- 28:44Speaker 1: real quick about. Not only is lawyers quitting on him
- 28:48Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, the corruption now with prosecutors that are supposed
- 28:52Speaker 1: to be investigating him formerly worked with his brother Bo.
- 28:57Speaker 1: It's going to take, by the way, more whistleblowers to
- 29:01Speaker 1: even keep this thing front and center. I don't know
- 29:04Speaker 1: how many are out there. I don't know how many
- 29:07Speaker 1: are going to be brave enough to come forward. And
- 29:09Speaker 1: I understand people not coming forward if you've got kids,
- 29:13Speaker 1: you've got a family to take care of, your career,
- 29:16Speaker 1: individual with the I R. S. Or anywhere else in
- 29:18Speaker 1: our government where you could, you know, instantly become a whistleblower.
- 29:22Speaker 2: I'm serious when I say this. I understand why many.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Whistleblowers don't come forward because if you know the system
- 29:29Speaker 1: is so rigged that you have to be a whistleblower
- 29:31Speaker 1: number one, okay, then number two is going to be
- 29:35Speaker 1: even worse than that. The point I'm about to make,
- 29:37Speaker 1: right because because number one, right, number one is that
- 29:43Speaker 1: you are a you know, whistleblower, well, then number two
- 29:47Speaker 1: is there's retaliation that comes after you. Right, there's there's
- 29:51Speaker 1: total retaliation. People are going to come after you, and
- 29:58Speaker 1: you may lose your career. You may have your career completely,
- 30:02Speaker 1: you know, just shut out off right. You may never
- 30:05Speaker 1: get to grow in your career. You may be labeled.
- 30:08Speaker 1: And what if Joe Biden wins again? Is it fair
- 30:12Speaker 1: to say at that point like you're just done right,
- 30:15Speaker 1: Like at that point it's just game over. That's the
- 30:19Speaker 1: problem here. That's the biggest problem that I see is
- 30:26Speaker 1: that aspect of this Without more whistleblowers to keep putting
- 30:31Speaker 1: pressure on them to do the right thing, I don't
- 30:35Speaker 1: think that we're gonna win. I don't think that justice
- 30:38Speaker 1: is gonna win. I hope there are more brave men
- 30:42Speaker 1: and women that will come forward, and I hope that
- 30:44Speaker 1: when they do, the media will be forced to cover it.
- 30:49Speaker 1: That's what I hope. That's my goal. I think having
- 30:56Speaker 1: an honest look at all this should be the goal
- 30:58Speaker 1: of everybody. I think having an honest look at what
- 31:03Speaker 1: is happening with this family should be the goal of
- 31:06Speaker 1: anyone that cares about law and order. But when you
- 31:10Speaker 1: look at the compare and contrast aspect of everything, of
- 31:14Speaker 1: what they're doing to Donald Trump, I mean, he's gonna
- 31:18Speaker 1: get arrested again this week, for goodness sakes, he's gonna
- 31:22Speaker 1: get arrested again in Georgia for ridiculous crimes that they're
- 31:30Speaker 1: charging him with. They're even charging him for things that
- 31:33Speaker 1: he did outside the state, which is outside of jurisdiction.
- 31:35Speaker 1: They don't care. That's how psychotic the left has become. Meanwhile,
- 31:41Speaker 1: we're sitting here as conservatives, like, what do we do?
- 31:44Speaker 1: How do we play this game? What should Republicans do.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Should Republican das go after the Bidens and say, Okay,
- 31:51Speaker 1: I don't care that the crime didn't happen here. If
- 31:53Speaker 1: this is how the new game is gonna be played,
- 31:55Speaker 1: then we're gonna play the game this way.
- 31:57Speaker 2: It's a really.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Tough sell for many conservative lawyers and das to not
- 32:05Speaker 1: go down to the level of the Democrats and become activists.
- 32:08Speaker 1: And I understand that, Like, it's really tough, but when
- 32:13Speaker 1: you see this type of abuse of power, then you
- 32:18Speaker 1: ask yourself what's next? And if we don't fight back,
- 32:22Speaker 1: what are they gonna What is this country going to
- 32:23Speaker 1: look like in five years? Hell in five months for
- 32:27Speaker 1: that matter. And imagine another four years of this type
- 32:30Speaker 1: of abuse of power by Joe Biden and the Biden
- 32:33Speaker 1: crime family and the Biden DOJ, the Biden FBI, the
- 32:38Speaker 1: Biden CIA, the Biden White House staff. If they can
- 32:43Speaker 1: get away with us, then what does it look like
- 32:45Speaker 1: for another four years, especially when none of them are
- 32:48Speaker 1: then worried about that most important thing, right job security.
- 32:52Speaker 1: You got four more years, and you say, okay, so
- 32:55Speaker 1: what We'll move on. Please share this podcast with your
